Thank you.
We'll get the past five days, President Biden has been isolating with COVID, and today his doctor said that his symptoms are now almost completely resolved.
Biden's staff was like, just to be safe, let's keep him isolated till 2025.
I'm happy for the president, because usually when you hear the words Biden and viral, it's because he fell up the stairs.
How do you do that?
Biden's been isolating for the last five days.
When asked how he spent the time, Biden said, I told one story.
Is comedy making a comeback?
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
I do believe, I do believe what time it is.
It is three o'clock that my former boss, President Trump, is about to address.
He's back in the swamp, back in Washington, D.C., about to address his quote-unquote think tank, the America First Policy Institute.
And let me just stop here for a second.
How often in your life Has your gut instinct not served you well?
Mr. G, when it comes to intuition, your gut instinct, do you trust your gut instinct?
You have to, because it's usually right.
Good answer.
Eric, gut instinct, do you try and rationalize everything and ignore your gut instinct?
Where do you stand?
I think more often than not my gut is right than wrong.
All right.
John, gut instinct, do you trust it?
Always go with your gut.
Ah, nice!
Guy, do you trust your gut instinct, your intuition?
I totally agree with John.
I trust your gut instinct.
I think we've got the polling there.
I trust my gut instinct.
And when I heard about this organization, the AFPI, something just didn't sit well.
And now, I'm going to share with you what Peter Navarro has to say about it.
In an article from our good friends at American Greatness, with the headline, Trump's Think Tank Prepares to Betray Him.
That's a pretty heavy, heavy headline.
I just texted Peter, just before we came live, and asked if he wants to come on the show and discuss it, but Let's say first we look at the evidence or the accusations against the America First Policy Institute from an individual.
You can say many things about Peter Navarro, but he was right there.
He was in the crucible.
He was the man in the arena at the elbow of President Trump.
He was helping him shape his China policies, and very effectively so.
And there's a reason the deep state is trying to take him out, arresting him at Reagan Airport, putting him in leg shackles.
So let's listen about his accusations concerning the think tank that should be MAGA, that should be America first, as the president is addressing it right now.
Don't go boss!
That's my strong advice to President Trump as he prepares to deliver a speech in Washington, D.C.
on Tuesday at his alleged think tank, the America First Policy Institute, AFPI.
Yes, it's important for President Trump to have a well-credentialed stable of policy experts capable of both building a 2024 platform and finding solid MAGA talent to populate a new Trump administration.
But the AFPI Trojan horse, whose leadership is now bragging about how it will staff Trump's shadow cabinet, is decidedly not that.
Most comically, the AFPI roster features the author of a Poison Pen White House memoir who sued the president.
I know who he's talking about.
It's Cliff Simms.
A communist China-trained accountant who criticized the president for ineffective drug price policies.
I don't know who that is.
A former cabinet secretary who almost got President Trump impeached.
I think he's talking about Rick Perry.
And a former top advisor to Dick Endless War Cheney.
And John Bookdeal Bolton's former chief of staff.
That's of course Fred Flights.
What could go wrong?
Most perniciously, the AFPI economics team is peppered with free trade ideologues on record opposing Trump's tariffs.
The most transformational component of Donald Trump's Make America Great Again movement, the most famous offender here is Larry Kudlow.
These individuals undermined President Trump's most simple rules.
Buy American, hire American.
And Kudlow worked hand-in-hand with several members of the Trump Council of Economic Advisers, who now constitute the Free Trade Corps of AFPI's economic experts.
Incredibly, the organization also hosts a gaggle of former Trump officials who have publicly criticized him for his stop-the-steal efforts.
Besides the aforementioned Kudlow, along with Kellyanne Conway, this gaggle includes former Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolf.
Arguably the most dangerous AFPI fifth columnist, whoa, it's getting pretty heavy there Peter, is former Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal.
After the boss left office, Jindal would insist, quote, Trump was undone by his own predatory nature, and attacked the boss for his, quote, conspiracy theories and extra-constitutional notions.
Today, Jindal is aggressively pushing a, quote, Trumpism without Trump agenda.
That may well be the AFPI's broader agenda.
Hijack the political attractiveness of Trumpism, but replace Trump with an AFPI-anointed rhino.
Here, it is worth remembering the Michael Dukakis bon mot, a fish rots from the head up.
The fishy CEO of AFPI is Trump's former Domestic Policy Council Director Brooke Rawlins.
She recently let this slip, quote, Whether the next president's name is Donald J. Trump, or whether the next president has a different name, we will be there, standing, ready to help.
And we've already begun preparations for that time.
If that's not a recipe for Jindal's Trumpism without Trump coup, I don't know what is.
And Rollins ranks high on my list of bad personnel in the Trump White House who helped Trump lose the 2020 election.
Memo to the boss.
Instead of legitimizing these grifters, why not demand they stop using the Trump good name to raise money to engineer their Trumpism without Trump coup?
Alternatively, boss, if this really is your think tank, Bring in a John McEntee or a Liz Harrington to run the place with the full power to fire and hire.
Now that would be a real Trump MAGA policy institute.
My theory is...
He's right.
These individuals weren't with us fighting inside the building.
And if they were, it wasn't a full-throated MAGA stance.
People like John McEntee, that's the real deal.
People like Liz Harrington have demonstrated their America First credentials in and out of office.
This is the challenge.
It's one thing to fight the swamp.
But to have people who say they're on the team, but who aren't?
We need to fix this.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, former strategist to President Trump.
I will be joining Steve Bannon on his war room later today.
You don't want to miss it.
And in the meantime, we will give you coverage of whatever the President is saying.
Of course, Fox News isn't carrying it live.

All right, mic's on. mic's on. .
Good for Navarro for doing that.
Yeah.
I was just looking at the Wikipedia page, too, for you see some of the founding people involved with it, including Parscale, and I know his name has come up in conversation before, Nick Ayers.
Uh, Nick Ayres.
Used to be in, uh, Pence's office.
Yeah, Pence.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's just a bunch of grifters.
So what are the good ones, then?
I mean, like, the Axios piece made reference to, like, of course, heritage and also, uh, American moment, which I've, I've dealt with.
Well, it's not a question of the good ones.
There, there isn't one that's MAGA.
That's the issue.
Not a single one?
No, there's... Institute?
No.
Oh.
No.
Why would there be?
Why would that be?
That's a good point, yeah.
I mean, I guess then maybe just the best allies, quote-unquote, maybe?
Well, you know, I'm not interested in institutions, you know, because institutions are made up of, you know, dozens if not hundreds of different people.
What I'm interested in is the people themselves, right?
Right.
That's what really matters.
And then picking the right people.
If you want a new organization, it's got to be run by someone.
Brooke Rawlings?
When I say MAGA, do you think Brooke Rawlings?
No.
No, right?
So you've got to have somebody whose name I say, like Matt Gates, and you think, oh yeah, MAGA, right?
Oh yeah.
I didn't know that about Rick Perry.
I can't say I'm surprised now that I think about it.
Yeah, well he did slip up there.
Alright, we got him.
Do you want the mics on for this sub for Devin?
No.
Can you play me cut six?
Alright, cut six real quick.
Two and a half years later, that anywhere from 50 to 60 percent of the transmission occur from someone without symptoms.
Either someone who never will get symptoms, or someone who is in the pre-symptomatic stage.
Had we known that then, the insidious nature of spread in the community would have been much more of an alarm, and there would have been much, much more stringent restrictions in the sense of very, very heavy encouraging people to wear masks, physical distancing, or what have you.
All right.
Jeff, kill the mics for this.
Thank you.
Please.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
Thank you, Mr. President.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
He's such a nice chap, isn't he, President Trump, asking how the show's going.
Yes, indeed.
And you're so nice, all of you.
Friends, listeners, viewers who have been DMing me, commenting on social media, especially Truth Social.
That they like the new Dr. G, the Mark II, the guy who's lost 34 pounds.
That could be you!
I didn't do it by myself.
I had the amazing offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas and her PhD Nutrition Weight Loss Program.
It's just the first one that's worked for me in 20 years.
34 pounds in two months.

That's myphdweightloss.com or just call 864-644-1900.
And talking of Truth Social, let's call up that guy who runs it.
You know, the former chairman of the Intelligence Committee of Congress, Devin Nunes.
He is the CEO of Truth Social.
Welcome back to America First!
Seavast, it's always a pleasure to be with you and right before I came on to the show I could see in your backdrop you have this really cool office for those of you listening on the radio or the podcast.
Is that a Millennium Falcon that you have on your wall there?
I do!
Show them the wide shot, guys.
Give them camera two.
Let's go to camera two.
I fill my studio with all the junk my wife wants out of the house.
So I've got the Shakespeare bust from Batman, the Millennium Falcon, a couple of Daleks, a K-9, a couple of Star Trek memorabilia.
And the latest, you can zoom in on camera three, we fitted today, is the Air Force One in the middle.
So I got my own Air Force One.
So you've got to come in studio to enjoy it, Congressman.
You're way too close to the swamp.
I'm out of there now.
I mean, granted, I'm still living in California, but I'm spending a lot of time in Florida, which is the headquarters of True Social, and all over the country.
But I've only been back to the swamp twice.
But I'll tell you what, I'll make you this promise.
I think I am going back in September and I will come into the office.
Now that I know you have a Millennium Falcon, I've got to come in and see it.
All right.
This is a deal.
We have the deal.
The witness is 3 million people listening right now.
He's going to come in studio next time he's in the swamp.
All right.
So much to discuss.
First things first.
We've mentioned Truth Social.
I commented to my wife this morning over breakfast.
I said, I don't know how this happened.
I now have a third of a million followers already on Truth Social.
On Twitter, that took me, I don't know, five years, six years.
It's taken me like six months on Truth Social.
Guys, you need to be on Truth Social.
It's real.
It's not fake.
It's not bots, guys.
Get your account today.
We'll talk more about how that's growing and how your Developing for the next phases, Devin, but first we have to talk politics.
We have to talk Swamp.
Greg Gutfeld said something really interesting and quite brave on Fox News.
He said that the hearings, the witch trial on Capitol Hill on January 6th may be having the opposite effect that the Democrats planned and I need your response.
Cut 11!
The discontent is getting louder because January 6th floundered.
It ended up accidentally exonerating Trump.
He showed no planned coup, no criminality.
They had to move the goalposts into the parking lot.
Now it's like, oh, he took too long.
Fine.
Why is it that he seems more electable now?
Is it because the public saw that it was a show trial and that they didn't sympathize?
They actually sympathized with the other side, then with the Congress.
They just saw them as a bunch of drama queens.
So, Mr. Chairman, do you agree that President Trump is now stronger than he's ever been, in part thanks to the January 6th Inquisition?
Well, nothing about that January 6th Inquisition is good.
Now, I know a lot of those characters.
It was an example of the lowest point in the history of the U.S.
House of Representatives, where you had Pelosi single-handedly create a committee Bring in someone from Hollywood, a former ABC producer, to help produce this spectacle, pretend that there were actually real Republicans on there.
And look, just to make it simple for listeners who don't know this and don't know how Congress works, the only way a democratic republic survives part of having a legislative branch of government is having the minority voice heard.
So she took an unprecedented step, and when Leader McCarthy—I was still in Congress at the time—selected Jim Jordan and Jim Banks, both two strong leaders in the Republican Party, and put them on the committee—it was a select committee—that's the normal process.
So for the first time in our 200 and nearly 250 year history, Pelosi said, nah, I'm not going to do that.
I'm going to put on all of the normal cast of bad actors that most people have seen for many, many years that have been involved in every single hoax, including my favorite member that used to be the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee with me.
And many, many others, and then put on two Republicans who hate Trump and kicked off the Republicans that the Republican Party, the minority party had selected.
That was unprecedented in history.
So that's why I say this is a slippery slope that's getting even worse.
And now the precedent that has been set here now is that if Republicans are rewarded with the majority in November,
I believe, Dr. Gorga, they're going to have to set up a committee that's going to have to look into all of the corruption of the Department of Justice, that includes, you know, that starts with the Russia hoax, the Ukraine impeachment hoax, and now January 6th, because so many important questions have not been answered.
Okay, number one, let's just start with, and I think, and I always got to start with this, because it is, this is actually the only important part.
The people who broke the windows need to be prosecuted.
The people who planted the pipe bombs need to be found and prosecuted.
But yet, and I could be wrong, I still don't know the answer to those questions.
Granted, I'm running True Social now, so I'm not there every single day.
But that should have been first and foremost on everyone's mind.
Let's bust the people who actually broke federal law, broke into property.
But instead, what has happened?
It's not just what Pelosi did, probably even worse is what the Department of Justice has done.
And I know, I think Julie Kelly has been on your show.
She's been one of the investigative reporters that's really gotten to the bottom of this, but we have let people rot in jail there, that in some cases, CBAS weren't even in the damn Capitol.
We have seen them target Steve Bannon, somebody who you know well, longtime political activist, a very successful podcaster.
Former Trade Advisor to President Trump, Peter Navarro.
Now, I bring up Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon because what the hell was Pelosi, with her little witch hunt on Select Committee, what the hell is she doing even subpoenaing those guys?
They had no useful information for what?
The people that broke the windows and broke the law and went into the Capitol.
They don't know them.
The FBI doesn't seem to know them.
Nobody seems to frickin' know them.
Nobody knows who they are.
I'm only telling you this because this is The Congress is going to have to get to the bottom of what was DOJ's involvement with all these bad actors in the Congress.
There was coordinated efforts to have show trials.
They arrested Peter Navarro and hauled him out, put him in jail.
This is madness.
It's absolute madness.
Yeah, well, we know why.
It's because they're such MAGA individuals.
That's why they went after Steve and Peter.
We're talking to Devin Nunes.
He is the CEO of Trump All Things Trump Media, especially Truth Social.
If you haven't done so already, dear friends, register today for our Stand With Israel Tour.

Mics are on on Rumble, so the mics are hot and everything.
I know this is this is like a live stream see that I know I know this is fun this is the behind the scenes and if and if you don't answer the question you just tell me but you mentioned you're uh the other person on the committee Adam Schiff and I'm just curious and I know it's a completely stupid naive question when you're working with them day in day out and you're sitting next to them you know in the chamber Do you have the opportunity or do you just think it's a waste of time to say to them, look, we're in closed session right now.
You can't go out in the breaks from the secure facility and, and, and, you know, text your buddies at the Washington post.
Can you have reasonable, can you say, no, you can't do that, Adam, can you have those discussions or is it pointless?
Uh, we tried to have those discussions in early 2017 when this thing was, when the Russia hoax was clearly a hoax.
Um, before, you know, this is when I discovered that there were unmaskings that were occurring.
Uh, you know, obviously the big one was general Flynn.
Uh, his name was put out there clearly records that had to be intelligence of some kind.
Uh, we had, uh, a whistleblower came to us with information.
You may remember.
And then I found some of that information and I, and I had, that was like my, Oh my God, this is really bad.
Uh, went to, went to a shift and company, you know, around that time period.
I don't remember all the exact dates, but.
Essentially, at that time, it was clear these people had left the responsibilities of being a legislator behind and became, you know, part of this grander operation that has corrupted the Department of Justice all the way down.
And that was essentially last time.
And after that point, and I think you'll understand this, we had to deal with an army of lawyers coordinating with with the Democrats and their committee because everything they were doing was a lie, dishonest, corrupt, etc.
So you just can't have those conversations?
Absolutely not.
You can't because they will use everything and anything they could.
If you take yourself back to that time frame, what were they doing?
They were trying to frame me and other Republicans for illegal activity and turning over to the Department of Justice.
This was not some joke.
So you could not talk to them.
They even went after, you may remember this, they even went after my staff, which is, you know, that was unprecedented back in 2017 of targeting congressional staff.
So that's why I know we're going to have more fun in the next segment, but Yeah, this January 6th thing, it just really pisses me off.
And they're going to forward criminal referrals against the boss, right?
That's where it's heading.
I mean, look, if you listen to Cheney, that's what she wants to do.
Although it appears to me like, you know, that even her stories don't add up either.
And that's why, you know, there's going to have to be an entire investigation Of all of these investigations, right?
From DOJ down, how are they coordinating with the media?
How are the FBI coordinating with the media?
How are the Democrats coordinating with the media?
Right.
I mean, look, this hasn't even been talked about, but are they—remember Pelosi took the—or this committee, they subpoenaed other members of Congress.
I think Kevin McCarthy they subpoenaed.
And also, was it Jim Jordan?
Maybe a couple other people, but that's also unprecedented.
So, look, I think Pelosi, if it was up to me, she better stay in Congress because I'm not sure those subpoenas are enforceable.
Is that?
Is that?
I talked to a student recently at one of our woke
college campuses who said she is required in every class to introduce herself and to give her pronouns. .
Well, I'm Ted Cruz, and my pronoun is kiss my ass.
That was Senator Ted Cruz at Turning Point USA this weekend.
I like that.
That is not your typical politician.
Somebody who's definitely not your typical politician, and we miss him in the swamp, is of course Devin Nunes, former chairman of the Intelligence Committee, now CEO of the Trump Media Group.
He runs Truth Social, the new true social media platform that is connected to another bit of fun.
Let's have some fun.
This is, um, country-western star John Rich!
Let's play cut.
What does that new song?
Stick your progress where the sun don't shine.
Got to do with you guys, Devin.
Well, look, it's a fabulous song, and the bottom line is that John Rich debuted that song on True Social and put the video on Rumble, and then we promoted it last Friday, and within hours, it soared to number one on the charts.
It's still at number one.
Wow.
And John Rich did something that was unusual, and that is that the guy has no record label.
What I understand, most of the country music stations won't even play the song, and he contacted me.
He was one of the first people to be on True Social.
He was one of the first people to contact me when I left Congress, and he understood.
What these big, woke corporations are doing to America, and what these big tech companies are doing to America, and, you know, why I left Congress.
It was to open up the Internet and give the American people their voice back.
It's a very simple mission that we have, and I happen to think that it's the most important issue at the top level.
And John Rich clearly thinks that, too, because he's a guy who has been banned.
Him and other artists have been banned for what they produce.
And I said, well, how can they possibly ban a song of yours?
Can you send it to me?
What is it?
And he sent me the song, I don't know, maybe two months ago or so.
And CBass, I couldn't believe it because if you listen to that song, it's a really good song.
It doesn't say vote for Republican.
It doesn't say vote for Democrats, but it's his artistic way to explain what's happening in America.
And look, I'm kind of a little bit of a fan of kind of classic rock and kind of folklore singing that song.
That's not a thing from the sixties and the seventies, even though I wasn't even born, born then, but you know, those songs have a lot of meaning.
And, and are you, are you kidding me?
I mean, they target those, they actively targeted Republicans back in those timeframe and some Democrats artists did.
And, and look, I encourage everybody to go down the song, go download the song because It is a really good song and I think it expresses the feelings, you know, through music what a lot of us feel.
It's not about politics.
It's definitely not about party politics.
It's about America and American values.
So two things right now, guys.
Download the single, okay?
Get the song on your whatever platform you're using, okay?
Go and get the song.
Progress by John Rich.
And if you haven't done so already, why not?
Get your Truth Social account.
Tell us.
We've got a minute and a half left, Devon.
How fast is it growing?
What's the next plan?
Talk to us about platforms and the growth of Truth Social.
Yeah, so a lot of you who have a True Social app, make sure you go to the app store and get the latest version because we had a major update a little over two weeks ago.
We're not just a simple chronological feed now.
We actually make it easier to find the people that you want to stay in contact.
You can get notifications now from people you want to hear from.
And also, there's actually polling.
So that's it.
That's important.
Last week we went international.
We opened up in the United Kingdom.
I was actually there for that.
Yes.
And, and that was amazing just to, you know, to kind of bring, uh, the first real free speech platform, you know, to the UK, especially with everything that's going on there now with the change in government and that sort of thing.
Um, I debuted that on, on, uh, Nigel Farage's show who, uh, CBS, I know you're familiar with a lot of your listeners, but.
But very, uh, you know, one of the leading conservatives around, around the globe.
So, so yeah, so we are, and then, you know, we are, uh, we're waiting on Google to approve, uh, us and the Google play store.
So I know that's like the number one question that everybody asks me, but you can go from any web browser.
Uh, even if you have an Android and you can actually go in bookmark it, sign up and get an account now.
And as soon as we.
Soon as we get Google to approve us, we'll be in the Google Play Store, which can't come soon enough.
I'm so excited.
I had no idea.
Nigel failed to tell me.
I'd even texted him recently that you've launched in the UK.
I'm going to alert all my buddies there right now to download it.
And of course, we are waiting on Tentahooks for the Android app as well.
In the meantime, you've got to download it if you haven't already.
Get your account if you're on an iPhone and follow this man at Devin Nunes.
He's only got Oh my gosh, almost 900,000 followers.
I'm gonna have to work a little bit harder.
God bless you, keep doing what you do.
I'm Sebastian.
I was just going to say, the key is they're not bots.
It's not like Twitter.
Yes, it's real.
It's real.
It's not bots.
It's real.
That's the difference, okay?
That's why, you know, Elon Musk isn't buying Twitter.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Sure.
Yeah, I'm sure he'd love to come on the show.
Yeah, let's get him on.
We'll talk about the song.
I will do that.
I will do that.
I'll let him know now.

All the best.
OK.
All right.
OK, man.
Thanks.
Yeah.
You want the mics off for this guest?
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
All right, Jeff, kill the mics.
All right.
Good afternoon.
I want to welcome these leaders for coming in to have this very important discussion about some of the most pressing issues of our time.
I am Kamala Harris.
My pronouns are she and her.
I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit.
My name is Kamala Harris.
My pronouns are she and her.
And I'm sitting at the table wearing a blue suit.
It should be a parody, but it's not a parody.
It's sheer insanity.
We didn't doctor that.
We didn't edit it.
And Jeff, you said that afterwards, everybody went around the table in the White House and did the same thing, correct?
One of my pronouns are he, him.
I'm wearing a purple shirt sitting in front of the board.
Yes, that's exactly what they did.
All six of them did the same thing.
They said what they were wearing, and they're sitting at the table.
It was the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
It's Maoist.
It's truly creepy, guys.
And the wokeness isn't just in the White House or in the schools or in the colleges.
It's in the corporations right now.
From Disney to American Express, more companies are taking positions on political issues.
They have no business taking.
Their job is to make the best product, provide the best services at the best price, period.
But the crazy, crazy minority is controlling them, and they're in the HR departments as well.
It's time to push back.
There's one organization that is the amazing people, the Job Creators Network.
They have a new initiative called rockthewoke.com.
They want American corporations to hear from us, the majority.
Get the politics out of business.
Check out this amazing new initiative at rockthewoke.com, rockthewoke.com.
Which is a topic I think we can devote the next two segments to with our in-studio guest, a man who's lived the American dream, understands that we are at a crisis point right now, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Teton Capital and Chairman of the Board of the Atlas Corporation, David Sokol.
Welcome in studio.
I'm glad to be here.
Thank you, Sebastian.
So, first, a little bit about yourself.
We talk about your book that you just handed me, America in Perspective.
Thank you kindly.
But your story is a very American story, isn't it?
From your grandparents right up to now.
Yeah, my grandparents were immigrants from Poland and lived in a lower income rural environment in Nebraska.
But, you know, my father professed every day the American dream and all you've got to do is pick what you want to do and work hard and nobody will get in your way.
So yeah, and that's really the premise upon which Adam and I wrote the book, which is to remind people that this is an exceptional country, but we have to maintain its institutions and its checks and balances, or we're going to lose it.
So why are you writing this book now?
There's libraries full of America is great books.
Why did you feel the need, along with Adam Brand, to write this book now?
I think what we've tried to touch on in this book is why is America great?
Why is it exceptional?
And to go back, my hobby has been American history and presidential history.
As a business person, I just found it fascinating.
The Founding Fathers were very, very clear that they built this nation, this government, We the People, that was intended to be governed by the people, not by some authoritarian government or a socialist government or a dictatorship.
It was We the People.
And because of that, major changes that we wanted to make to our Constitution or to our way of life going forward should be made by consensus.
Seventy-five percent of the states have to approve an amendment to the Constitution.
And over the last 20 years, we've begun losing the reality that we are a consensus-based country of the people.
And I think we're getting very, very close.
Earlier this week, the President of the United States did something that I would never have believed I would see in my lifetime.
He stood at a podium in Massachusetts and said, the courts have said I don't have the authority for this, Congress won't do what I'm asking, so I'm going to do it anyway.
We're not a dictatorship.
We're not an authoritarian government.
If he can't reach consensus on climate change and the resolution of that, then it shouldn't happen.
Not that climate change won't happen, but the resolution shouldn't happen.
And the reason I think he can't reach consensus, or the left can't reach consensus, is there is no plan.
Well, not only is there is no plan, if I can posit it, there's also a denial of reality.
So, let's play this cut.
This is the White House Press Secretary.
I don't know how long she's going to last.
Allegedly, she's going to get replaced as well after, what, a month in the position.
This is Corinne Jean-Pierre, who has a problem with the word recession.
Cut for.
What is exactly the White House's definition of a recession?
Again, we don't... I'm not going to define it from here.
I'm just going to leave it to the NBER, as we have stated, how they define a recession.
Okay, so we won't declare one until they have declared one.
I'm just saying that we're just not going to define it.
We use the indicators that the NBER, the National Bureau of Economic Research, have used.
We've mentioned that a few times.
Going to your question about how sometimes it's late, look, I think the point that we're trying to make here is that we have a strong labor market, which you don't normally see in a recession.
That is very uncommon to see that.
I'm no economist, Mr. Sokal, but I took a couple of courses in grad school, and two quarters of negative growth has always been the recession.
Do they think that if they whistle past the graveyard, the ghosts won't come and get them?
I think that's exactly right.
I mean, obviously, the press secretary is not an economist either because her description was comical.
Yeah, I mean, for my lifetime, every time we have two quarters of negative growth in the GDP, it's a recession.
But this administration just doesn't listen.
They're tone deaf to the American people and to data.
They just want to be able to say, say, you know, if I don't agree with this, I'm going to make it up.
And I mean, the president for two solid weeks and his staff kept telling us that we have the lowest inflation in the world.
We have the highest growth rate in the world.
Neither of which, I mean, it's just, it defies imagination how the president of the United States, who has more access to data than any human being on the planet, can actually make it up.
How long have you been in business?
43 years.
Has it ever been this bad?
No.
Now, it turned for me, and this is not meant as an indictment on President Obama, but in 2009, for me, is when I really felt the change.
Up until that time as a businessman growing a business, I always felt I was in partnership with government.
Now, we had different things that we had to do, obviously, in government we had certain obligations, but it was to grow the economy, grow jobs, create opportunities.
They weren't working against you?
No.
And starting in 2009, I was testifying before Congress, which I had done a dozen times before.
I had a United States Congressman threaten me two days before not to testify.
Do not testify or there'll be hell to pay.
And it changed, and that was today's Senator Markey.
He was Congressman back then.
We're going to talk about his latest work.
It is America in Perspective, Defending the American Dream for the Next Generation.

really object to this kind of semantic claim.
I mean, the two of them just had a very substantive economic discussion that wasn't about semantics.
It was about what's going on with key economic variables.
You know, the idea that two quarters of negative GDP growth is a technical definition of a recession is wrong.
Yeah, it's not wrong if a Republican were the president.
Right, right.
I think Jared Bernstein would have a different opinion because now he works for Joe Biden as an economic advisor.

We are back with David Sokol.
He is the chairman of the board of the Atlas Corporation, the co-author of a brand new book, America in Perspective.
We've got a couple of minutes left, Mr. Sokol.
You said something very interesting in the break with regards to woke corporations.
You think there's a reason why they may be going in this political direction?
I think so.
Maybe not all, but I mentioned to you that for 25 years of my career, I felt I was in partnership with government.
Again, growing the economy, growing jobs, opportunity.
You know, the government had its role and we had ours.
But in 2009, I was threatened by the United States Congressman, Congressman Markey, not to testify opposed to a cap and trade bill.
One of the early manifestations of the zero carbon world.
And he threatened me because he said we've gotten everybody else not to oppose it.
And I did testify and I did oppose it.
I'm pleased to say it was killed.
But he then filed a FERC complaint to have me investigated for price fixing.
Just to intimidate.
Which was absurd.
But that was the turning point for me when I realized that with the Obama administration and certainly with the Biden administration, government's not your partner in business.
Government's your opponent.
And I think that's driving a lot of CEOs, perhaps not all, but to embrace some of these woke, crazy notions to buy peace.
You get a bit of protection.
That's right.
A bit of cover.
We've got 30 seconds left.
If we have different leadership politically, this can be turned around, correct?
If we get, for example, a former businessman in the White House, things would change pretty rapidly.
I think that's right.
We need to get people to realize and pay attention to why these institutions matter, that the filibuster matters, not trying to blow up the Supreme Court.
Those are the protections that we have as we the people.
And when people want to tell you what to do rather than work with you, they like to get rid of those things.
For good reason, because they want full control forever.
The book is America in Perspective, Defending the American Dream for the Next Generation by David Sokal and Adam Brandon.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Next up, we're going to have Lord Conrad Black.
Don't forget, I'm going to be on Steve Bannon's War Room later today.
And Jim Hansen, former Green Beret and often guest host, will be with us for our one-on-one today.
wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't touch that dial.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Public education has gone off the rails.
Now it's about power and money and politics and somehow the kids are getting lost in all of that.
It doesn't matter whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, you're a mom and a dad first.
Critical race theory is dividing our children in ways that are unacceptable.
You cannot use racism to eradicate racism.
Our teachers are bullied.
Parents are shut out.
Less than one-third of America's school children are proficient in anything.
They're teaching these kids X-rated sex acts.
When we look at this radical agenda, the way our children are being exploited and the way parents are getting shut out, it comes down to one thing.
You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say will be used against you.
You are not listening!
I want your job to be taken from you.
A protest has turned violent at California, Berkeley.
This is why we're fighting for the soul of America.
You should be able to share ideas without fear of being fired from your job or shouted down.
You are not to be heard.
This is one of the few things one could say we have no precedent for in the United States.
You have the right to remain silent.
The only way we separate the good ideas from the bad ideas is to be free to say whatever we want about them.
Anything you say will be used against you.
There's no free speech for fascists.
Your posts on Facebook, Twitter, and social media will be safe to shame you.
Kevin Hart has stepped down from hosting this year's Oscars.
Anything you say that we don't like will be used to shut you up.
Charles Curry, no way to make this act to stand by hand!
You can't be funny.
It's creating an atmosphere of fear and repression and it's gonna bust.
You cannot think differently.
It makes it difficult for you to learn from other people.
Isn't it spooky we're having this discussion?
You can't challenge us.

You have the right to remain silent.
Judge Thomas, you solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth to help you God.
I do.
Please be seated.
When I was six, I wandered the streets by myself.
You were hungry and didn't know when you'd eat.
Someplace in my life, the road split off.
I had gone to the seminary.
I had gone to all-white schools.
I was never gonna be a part of that world.
I was never gonna be white.
The problem is, I could never go back completely to the world I came from.
We're supposed to be revolutionaries.
We work for anybody who's kind of in your face.
I saw what I had become, lashing out at every single thing.
And then I asked God, if you take anger out of my heart, I'll never hate again.
And that was the beginning of the slow return to where I started.
I want my candidacy to unify our country.
I was under constant attack.
You're not really black because you're not doing what we expect black people to do.
I will nominate Judge Clarence Thomas to serve as Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
That's when all heck broke loose.
Judge Thomas began to use work situations to discuss sex.
We know exactly what's going on here.
This is the wrong black guy.
He has to be destroyed.
You really didn't matter.
What mattered was what they wanted.
So you'd still like to serve on the Supreme Court?
I'd rather die than withdraw from the process.
you can talk to him conrad you can talk to him Yes, sir.
How are we doing?
Fine, fine.
How are you doing?
Good, good, good, good.
Just had a very impressive person with us in studio, David Sokol.
Have you heard of him?
Chairman of the board at Atlas.
I've heard of him, but I don't really know anything about him.
He's just written a book about American exceptionalism, so we had him in studio.
We're going to come in with a little clip from Greg Gutfeld at Fox about the January 6th Inquisition, and then we're coming straight to you.
Gutfeld's always good for laughs.
No, he's great.
He's great.
30 seconds.
No ideas for newness, I can't really think of anything.
Alright, we'll do it later.
All right.
We've got the video from then.
Can you try and get it yet?
Can you try and get it yet?
Second, second.
Second, second. second.
The discontent is getting louder because January 6th floundered.
It ended up accidentally exonerating Trump.
They showed no planned coup, no criminality.
They had to move the goalposts into the parking lot.
Now it's like, oh, he took too long.
Fine.
Why is it that he seems more electable now?
Is it because the public saw that it was a show trial and that they didn't sympathize?
They actually sympathized with the other side than with the Congress?
They just saw them as a bunch of drama queens?
He may not have a doctorate in political science, at least I don't think he does, but we like Greg Gutfeld.
He has a certain sanity in his commentary, and he says that January 6th Inquisition, the Star Chamber, may actually make President Trump more electable than less electable.
Let's ask somebody who has written extensively on numerous American presidents, a good friend of the show, co-host of the podcast Scholars and Saints, Lord Conrad Black.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Glad to be with you.
We have so much to discuss, including your latest piece for the Epoch Times on how America will be depolarized.
But first things first, your reaction.
We've had, what, eight sessions of The Witch Hunt, the show trial.
Allegedly, it's not over.
They will be starting up again in September.
But to Greg's comment that it's probably making President Trump more electable, not less, your reaction.
I think that may be a trifle optimistic.
My impression is that the mudslinging of this absolutely outrageous mockery of a committee has shaken a few people who had been pretty well disposed to Trump.
I mean, I believe the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post have suggested, and they've carried a lot of water on both shoulders for Trump over the years, and I gather they're now suggesting that maybe he should think differently about potentially running for re-election as president, which I believe that is the case, and I hope they come to their senses and reconsider that.
But on the other hand, I do agree with Greg Gutfeld that it has To the great majority of Americans, been a complete failure.
I mean, you know, it had the effrontery to set itself up at the beginning as some sort of sequel to the inquiry into 9-11, or even the assassination of President Kennedy, a broadly based, absolutely impartial, serious, official look into the underlying factors of this admittedly
Quite regrettable, and in some respects, shocking day on January 6, 2021.
And of course, it is nothing of the kind.
It is entirely stuffed with the vocal, and not only vocal, but pathologically rabid Trump haters, including the two so-called Republicans, Kinzinger and And former Vice President Cheney's daughter.
And they're, I mean, as can be seen if you look at it closely, the never-Trumpers, the anti-Trump Republicans, are even more bilious and deciduous and virulent in their hatred of Trump than the Democrats are.
I mean, to the Democrats, Trump is essentially Another Republican opponent, though an unusually formidable and, in their minds, probably a particularly disagreeable one.
But to the never-Trumpers, he is the person who's stolen their party, never mind the theft consisted of a free election in almost every primary which he won, and the repositioning of that party securely atop traditional Democratic fiefdoms from whom he was poaching votes by the millions.
and taking the Republican Party out of the McCain-Romney country clubs and putting it at the heart of the American working class and reaping the benefit electorally and in policy terms.
And so I think we're seeing severe factionalism in the Democratic Party, in the Republican Party, linked to the Democratic fixation, this sort of Trump derangement fixation of trying this sort of Trump derangement fixation of trying to stop this man who they now realize is apt to be coming back.
I mean, they complacently thought they'd seen the last of him by rigging his election Pasting and funding and media support and so forth.
Now that they realize, they're starting to realize that they have inflicted upon the country and the world the most inept administration in the entire history of the United States that cannot possibly be reelected.
They're, in a way, it seems to me, more desperate and more frightened than ever.
And that's what we're dealing with.
frenzied, hysterical, vehement partisans, rather than, you know, the good old traditional knockabout rivalry between two civilized parties, both holding at all times uppermost in their minds the national interest.
As I was preparing for you to come on the show, my producer Jeff texted me breaking news.
This is from MSNBC in an interview with the current Attorney General Merrick Garland that The headline says it all, Merrick Garland does not rule out prosecuting Trump over January 6th.
If there were to be criminal referrals made to the Department of Justice and Merrick Garland follows through on them, How does that play into it?
As somebody who's covered Nixon in a seminal work, FDR, President Trump in the work of President Like No Other.
The potential effect on the body politic of such a decision coming out of this Department of Justice, Conrad?
First of all, I suspect that while Garland is saying he's looking at it, My impression, now I'm getting a little out of my depth here, but we've got to sort of use our intuition beyond a certain point.
My impression is that this ludicrous inquiry by the headline-seeking district attorney in Atlanta, Georgia, Ms.
Willis, which claims to be looking at the possibility of indicting Trump for conspiracy to subvert the presidential election in Georgia, I take that as indicative that Garland is not up to it.
I think the guardrails in the vicious political circus of American presidential politics are on the one side, the courts will not entertain Whatever the facts are, they will not entertain overturning the apparent result of a presidential election.
We saw that in 2020.
They wouldn't touch it, no matter what the facts were.
The questions of the constitutionality of the changes in voting and vote counting rules.
On the other side, I don't think the prosecutors And the prosecutors of America have few more vociferous critics than I am.
And it's a profoundly corrupt system where the plea bargain system enables them to extort and suborn perjurious evidence and get convictions from it in absurdly high percentages that are more reminiscent of North Korea or Cuba or places like that.
But with all that said, I don't think the American Prosecution Service is going to prosecute an ex-president who's an otherwise viable candidate for that office, because the political price when it fails will just be too overwhelming, and the public lack of confidence, loss of confidence in the system would cause convulsions in the country.
And so I don't, I doubt that Garland will do it.
But with that said, if he did, if he did approve of a federal prosecution, it's not clear to me that that would necessarily stop Trump from running, because I don't think any significant number of those who voted for him or support him now Uh, would would think it was anything other than the political, uh, uh, dirty trick, the ultimate dirty trick that it would be and would ultimately be proved to be.
And I believe that if he was elected, they would have to suspend the proceedings until, until he was no longer president, until, until his term's over.
Um, and I mean, that they've already failed to impeach him on those issues, uh, even though he'd already left the office they were trying to impeach him from.
If it did cause him to conclude that he really couldn't run, I think he would endorse any of the, whoever emerged, whether it was DeSantis or Pompeo, or several other people, and suggest they'd all be acceptable to him and he would support them.
And he would win the case.
Now, in the District of Columbia, being a Republican is a criminal offense, so he might lose first instance.
But no serious court of appeal could possibly uphold such a spurious indictment.
And when that fell apart, when the Democratic Party had that hung around their neck like a toilet seat, a phony political indictment of an ex-president to deny him another term in the White House, The Democrats would take 20 years to get over that.
I mean, that would be absolutely the most shameful thing in the history of the country.
He is the author of FDR, Champion of Freedom, Richard M. Nixon, A Life in Full, and most recently, a president like no other, Donald J. Trump and the Restoring of America.

We'll be back with Lord Black after these messages.
Any luck with the B-roll from New York, Jeff?
Yeah, I got it.
There's no sound.
That's fine, that's fine.
How long is it?
It's like 50 seconds.
Good, alright.
I'm going to talk over and describe it.
Will you play the Gingrich cut for me, cut 10? - Well look, I mean you clearly have a very sophisticated Chinese economic warfare in which they are buying up access to be able to surround American military facilities in a way which in a war could become just devastating
And it's very clear, and this is across the board, the Chinese corporations are allowed to break the rules that Americans have to follow.
The Chinese are routinely subsidizing and bribing professors and researchers.
There's no question that China is waging a soft war against the United States across almost every front.
And at the same time, they're trying to intimidate us.
And, of course, with a weak, confused Biden administration, intimidation is all too easy, which is why I've called for Nancy Pelosi to follow up on her proposal and go to Taiwan, take a bipartisan congressional delegation, and just look right in the face of the Chinese communists and say, you are not going to intimidate the United States.
Can you come in with cut 14, please, Eric?
Come in with cut 14.
Conrad, I'm just going to come in with the cut of Biden saying we are not going to have a recession.
Okay, good.
Still got anything for Nunes?
Oh, for Nunes?
Yeah, let's do that now.
Yeah, knock that out of the way.
- Oh boy.
90 seconds. - Truth social goes global.
Alright.
Yes.
Should you include the break there?
That was his best part when he really went off on that.
Yes.
Yes.
Include the break?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So make the Nooners thing include the- Did you record the break?
We didn't record the break, so that's uh- Just take it from the livestream.
Yeah, that's a Casio- I gotta ask Casio to do that then.
Okay, do that.
Alright.
Yeah, that was great.
50 seconds.
America first, all please.
America first, all please.
America first, all please. all please.
We're not gonna be in a recession, in my view.
The employment rate is still on the lowest.
We've had in history, it's in the 3.6 area.
We still find ourselves with people investing.
My hope is we go from this rapid growth to steady growth.
And so we'll see some coming down.
But I don't think we're going to, God willing, I don't think we're going to see a recession.
We're not going to see a recession despite two quarters of negative growth and 9.1% inflation.
That is denial of reality.
That's part of the Democrat platform.
We'll discuss with our good guest, our good friend, Lord Conrad Black.
You can follow him at Conrad M. Black.

StandWithIsraelTour.com.
Lord Black, that clearly is an attempt to just, you know, whistle past the graveyard as the ghosts descend upon you, but it's pretty indicative of what we see happening on the left.
One of the biggest stories of the last 24 hours.
Let's roll the footage.
is from an incident in East Harlem in New York.
This is from the 125th Street Lexington Avenue station.
Just violence minute after minute.
A 16-year-old boy just wailing, railing on these two black police officers.
A boy who was jumping the turnstiles.
And I mention it not because of its geopolitical significance, but Because this person who bloodies those police officers had already been arrested previously for possession of a loaded gun and for robbery and after this assault on the police officer was released the next day on his own recognizance.
Could this be, let me put it like this, could this be one of the pillars of a Republican victory, not only in the midterms but in 2024, that you have not only the attempt to ignore the reality of the economy, but the consequences of having a soft on criminals policy?
Yeah, I think so, though in a presidential election it may be a little difficult to You know, to hang that kind of a thing on the Democratic, you know, the federal presidential... But the crime, the soft on crime attitude of the Democrats, will they not be punished for that, potentially?
Well, certainly they will in the jurisdictions where they're guilty of that.
I mean, in all honesty, I don't know, but I think to some extent, The voters would say, well, you know, I happened to see that horrible incident you described on television last night.
And incidentally, I mean, where was the backup policeman?
What was the policewoman doing?
There were people standing around.
Why didn't they help them?
I mean, the whole thing is a kind of miniature Uvalde, I think, except unfortunately nobody died.
It doesn't reflect well on anyone.
But with that said, I suspect the voters would feel that you take that out on the district attorneys and the municipal officials and even the governor and the legislators of the state, and it's not really a presidential issue because you won't find Biden or any presidential candidate or any candidate for national office of the Democrats saying anything like, I'm soft on crime, I don't care, let's You know, to let these people go.
I mean, they're just stupid and hopeless, so they are.
And whatever their real beliefs are, I just don't think they're going to put their heads on the block that way.
If they did, yes, I agree they'd pay for it.
Now there's a line at the end of your latest piece for the Epoch Times that is counter to what I have been told by many people who describe themselves as conservatives and that I'd love you to unpack for the next few minutes.
The current uncivilized state of American politics will be resolved by electing Trump or a candidate endorsed by him to carry out the Trump program.
Many well-meaning people who I've had discussions with over the last few weeks say he mustn't be re-elected because then things will get really bad and divisive.
You're arguing the diametrically opposed opposite to that.
What is the logic, if you can?
Yeah, I can certainly give my view of the logic.
I'm not saying it would persuade everyone, but I can make a cogent case for it.
It is this, that there is a real doubt about the election results, despite this frenzied effort to squash that doubt and claim that because Giuliani's rather limited and kind of overblown complaints about Electoral irregularities were not well received by the courts.
That nearly proved there's absolutely no question about it.
That is bunk as you and I'm sure most of your listeners know.
The real issues were the constitutionality of changing the voting and vote counting rules in the swing states in the run-up to the election, ostensibly to facilitate voting during the pandemic.
And since the Constitution requires that done by state legislatures, and in some cases it was not, there is a real constitutional question there.
There's not the slightest doubt that in an election where there were millions and millions of harvested ballots where you couldn't verify that the ostensible voter was the real voter and you don't know whose hands the ballots were in between being exercised on the ballot and deposited either at the voting place or in these drop boxes.
That in such an election where 50,000 votes in Pennsylvania and any two of Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin would have, if they changed over from Biden to Trump, would have elected Trump in the electoral college.
So you can't say that there's no doubt about the result.
There's a very serious doubt about the result, probably more than than any closely contested election for president in the country's history except for 1876.
And and so the the the the The real issue here is for people saying, well, look here, Trump is a terribly controversial man, so he shouldn't run again.
It'll just make things worse.
The counter-argument that I'm making is the controversy isn't him.
The controversy is the way he was treated, and given that he sincerely believes, and has some reason to believe, that he was cheated, in all of the circumstances he's been relatively quiescent about it.
In many countries there really would have been attempts to prevent the installation of the successor in an election, as contested as that one could have been, if the courts hadn't abdicated.
And, I mean, none of those cases was actually judged on some merits by any court.
The Supreme Court, in the Texas Attorney General's case, or any of the lower courts.
They just chickened out.
And, I mean, that's a political decision, but the judges and the justices aren't confirmed and paid to be political.
They're paid to judge cases.
Now, in these circumstances, the answer isn't, well, let's reward The people would have given Trump a legitimate grievance.
By preventing Trump from running again because he's so controversial.
He was shabbily treated, and the best thing to happen is to... I mean, you can't undo the last election, but give him another chance.
He should not be punished for the fact that he was shabbily treated.
We're out of time.
The article is How American Politics Will Be De-Polarized.
Follow this man, Conrad M. Black.
Thank you, Lord Black.
Your calls next here on America First.
Stay on this channel.
Thank you so much for writing that piece, Conrad.
It's something I've been struggling to explain to well-meaning people who say, he can't... Was that coherent?
Oh yeah, no, the last sentence was crucial, was crucial, that you don't reward those who created the situation.
And if he comes back, then, you know, you take all the wind out of their sails, right?
This is a man who comes back because he won, not because he's a fascist who stayed in power and refused to, you know, allow them to eject him from office.
But that article was so very, very important.
Well, thanks very much.
I think you'll like the one in the New York Sun that'll be out anytime now.
Oh, good!
How do you feel now?
Do you still feel pretty good about Trump's chances?
Oh, I feel very strong.
If we have the states minimize as much as possible the shenanigans than in their own states and, for example, get rid of these drop boxes in the Zuckerberg millions, then yes, it'll be a cakewalk.
Here's my response.
If you have a problem, You can posit it being fixed if you have the resources and the people to fix it.
And I look at this administration, and I see nobody who will fix the problem.
So, in the next two years, it will only get worse.
And the idea that he won't be in the strongest of all positions is asinine.
Well, I think he'll win easily in the Republican primaries, don't you?
Yes!
Yes!
Nobody comes close.
And if Ron is smart, Ron is the vice president.
One of them decamps to another address, because you can't have both from the same state, and then he becomes president in 28.
If I were Ron DeSantis, that's what I'd do.
Don't you agree?
Did he drop?
No, he's still there.
Conrad?
The line's still open.
We're not getting any levels on the phone.
Funny.
Oh well.
Okay, um... 100 seconds, title for that one.
The conventional wisdom is all wrong about President Trump.
The conventional wisdom is all wrong about President Trump.
All right, John Rich wants to do the show.
I'm sending you his email, Jeff.
All right.
One minute.
Want to use any cuts this segment, or are you going to do calls?
I'm going to go to calls.
All right.
You have played a few cuts today, as is already.
Ready? 55 seconds. Ready? 55
seconds.
Ready? 55 seconds.
America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
So there I was this morning getting ready to take some stuff to the dry cleaners and there's a huge pile of my suits.
Six suits that my wife said get rid of them.
She made me put them all on last night because they don't fit anymore because I've lost so much weight.
I'm down.
I've got two suits left.
That's it.
Two suits left.
But it feels so great.
That could be you.
That should be you.
Find out today by checking out with the people, the good people, at Dr. Ashley Lucas's PhD Nutrition and Weight Loss Call today.
I've lost 34 pounds in two months.
It's a system that truly, truly works.
And it's so easy!
Call 864-644-1900 or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900 myphdweightloss.com.
But now I need your assistance with something.
So call me if you can explain to me what Kamala Harris is talking about here.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
So the number to the studio is 833-334-6752.
And she's on a podcast, and she says there's a real issue in America, and it's not what you think it is.
Cut 13.
Play cut.
You know, listen, women are getting pregnant every day in America.
And this is a real issue, and we need to act with a sense of haste.
It's a problem that women are getting pregnant?
Mr. G, why would that only be a problem?
I can think of one.
If you're a Democrat, there's one reason why women getting pregnant is a problem.
What would that be, Mr. G?
Because it's the only thing they're running on.
The Roe decision.
Bingo!
Because you want to kill the baby!
That's why that's a real problem.
In other normal nations, all political parties welcome their citizens getting pregnant.
Yeah, because that's how a community keeps on going.
That's how a community thrives.
Babies.
Children.
Let's play that again.
That's so creepy.
I want to play that again.
Cut 13.
This is Kamala Harris' big problem with America.
You know, listen.
Women are getting pregnant every day in America.
And this is a real issue and we need to act with a sense of haste.
Yeah, it's a big issue.
If you have another explanation, tell me.
Let's go to your calls, A3333 Gorka.
Glenn, Line 1, waiting very patiently in Phoenix, Arizona.
Welcome, Glenn.
Good afternoon.
So, Dennis Prager had a lady on earlier, and they played Dr. McCulloch, and he would... I have a question for you.
So he said that he was censored before the vaccine, so this is way prior to the vaccines, And that when he was trying to come up with therapeutics to help fight the coronavirus, he said something that made me troubled.
He said that he was being censored pre-vaccine.
So I asked this.
He was not being censored by the Chinese government.
He was being censored by our government.
I'm wondering, when Ryan Paul had Dr. Fauci testify last year about gain of function, I'm starting to wonder, did our government know about this?
And that was the reason why our government was censoring us.
This is way before the vaccine.
When was that?
So when were you listening to Dennis?
Right before you.
So he had a lady, probably within the last hour, last half hour.
Okay.
And Dr. McCulloch, they had a clip of Dr. McCulloch.
Oh, it was a clip, okay.
All right, well we've invited Dr. McCulloch back on the show, so we'll ask him in person.
We'll have a longer discussion, but I'll text Dennis as soon as I'm off air.
I can't comment right now, but you know, it could very easily be, because if you talk, if you speak truthfully, about the virus, about the potential causes of the virus and potential treatments, then you will be ostracized.
Thank you, Glenn.
Jeff, waiting patiently, Houston, Texas, line two.
Welcome, Jeff, to America First.
Dr. Corker, hope everyone is well.
I've been wondering about this for a long time.
Is it time for Japan to have their own strategic deterrent in the shape of some sort of missile boats, maybe a hybrid boat with Cruise missile weapons.
I know they have submarines already.
I'm not saying we should advocate from the region, but they should be able to participate in their own defense.
Well, they've changed the constitution.
I mean, thanks, God rest his soul, thanks to Prime Minister Abe, they changed the constitution.
They went from a completely inward-looking self-defense force to one that understands the threat of China.
They want to be able to defend themselves.
We need to be their partner in defending themselves against China.
What weapons do they need?
It's kind of irrelevant discussing what help we could give them right now because of the senile old man who is in the White House.
So we can wish for all kinds of things, but it is not going to happen while that man is sadly the individual who bears the title Commander-in-Chief.
But thank you for your call, Jeff.
More of your questions, more of your comments, 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.

That's incredible.
That's incredible.
We used Cut 9, right?
Yes, Fallon.
We came in with it.
At the start of the show.
Okay.
We've used 4.
Oh, play me 3.
Oh, this is great.
Take it.
Is it safe to say that based off of your comments, you're suggesting that these women at these abortion rallies are ugly and overweight?
Yes.
What do you say to people who think that those comments are offensive?
Be offended.
What a Chad.
What an absolute Chad.
All right, I'm going to tee that up.
I knew there was a reason I always liked them.
And I might use six or eight, but I'm going to take some calls.
Okie dokes.
That's right.
Two more segments before we get to the one-on-one here.
Is that who we're supposed to call?
That you sent me?
The Skype test?
Don't worry about it, because Trump is going along.
What day is it today?
Tuesday.
They want to switch me to tomorrow.
That's fine.
Who?
Bannon?
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
Alrighty.
Tee up, cut three.
Thirty seconds.
Tee up, cut three. cut three.
Tee up, cut three.
Making sense.
Out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Hey, Mr. G, who should you be annoyed at if you're bummed by them?
Are there people you shouldn't be annoyed at by being bummed by them, like your old boss?
That's okay, right?
That's the only one.
That's the right answer!
Okay, guys, we're giving you behind-the-scenes inside the Sausage Factory.
I won't be on Steve Bannon today.
Why?
Because my old boss, President Trump, is running long.
He's giving a longer speech than planned.
Steve just texted me.
He wants me to be on to talk about big geopolitical things, not reacting to the President's speech.
So hang tight.
I'll be on War Room tomorrow.
So chill your jets.
We will be there.
But today the president has run long and we will be commenting on the president's speech as soon as we have it.
All right, let's go to your calls.
Don't go anywhere.
Monica, Jose, Annabelle and Bob.
But first, Matt Gaetz.
He's a special kind of politician.
He was asked about his comments concerning those strange blue and pink haired ladies at the death cult abortion rallies.
Cut three!
Is it safe to say that based off of your comments you're suggesting that these women at these abortion rallies are ugly and overweight?
Yes.
What do you say to people who think that those comments are offensive?
Be offended.
Be offended.
I love that attitude.
That is the attitude of everything at our store, the Seb Gorka Store.

Monica, who's first?
Who was the longest?
Line three.
Annabelle has been waiting the longest.
California, welcome Annabelle.
Hi Dr. Gorka, pleasure to talk to you.
I quickly want to give you, I want to make three points if I may, very, very fast.
As far as what Kamala meant, yesterday I heard a speech, you can cue it up for yourself.
Jane Goodall, you know they love her, we all know Jane Goodall.
She basically is saying that 90% of the population of the world should be done away with.
So maybe that's something you could think about with Kamala.
The Malthusians, the overpopulation.
Okay, that's number one.
Number two?
Alright, number two.
I want to address There was a softball game in L.A.
County, I believe.
Anyway, it doesn't matter.
They've decided, we don't know the police.
Let's kumbaya everything.
They got two of the toughest gags together, okay?
To play a softball game.
Because we don't need police.
We don't need anything.
Well, three were shot.
Five were killed.
Because the bottom line is, this is exactly, because we all know that in the old days of the mob where anything, you have territory.
It's about money and territory.
That's what the Democrats are about.
They don't even believe the new Green Deal.
Power and territory, all right.
You said you'd be quick.
Quickly, number three.
Number three.
This is really important in my mind.
You mentioned the thing that happened in Harlem just now.
I hadn't heard about that.
And we talk about Evaldi.
I'm not going to get into that.
I'm not going to get into Harlem.
I haven't seen it yet.
But it leeches into society.
For three years, we saw policemen spit on, blinded by lasers, had to just take it.
They wanted to, in Portland and Oregon, and they had to stand down, stand down, stand down.
They wanted to fire them, put them with quick-drying cement so they'd burn alive in the thing.
If you don't think that doesn't leech to police, And all of us.
That's what they do.
Fear is the worst kind of change.
You know that from your interrogation, which you taught.
And so that's what's happened.
And I think a lot of times, policemen, they say, like Conrad Black, who's so fabulous, said, well, why do the policemen stand?
Maybe it's because they're afraid, like the bodega guy.
Maybe they're afraid that if they interfere, they'll end up in prison.
Bingo.
They'll be the one behind bars.
You nailed it.
Thank you, Annabelle.
Superb analysis.
Because we have the best listeners and callers.
Let's go to Denver Barber, line four.
Dr. Gorka, how are we doing today?
Good, good.
Sounds like you're mobile, Bob.
Yes, unfortunately I am.
Here's what's going on.
Kamala, unfortunately I speak Kamala, has lost her speech writers.
Yes.
Crisis and root cause.
And guess who else was fired?
The man responsible for the breakfast taco line.
Jill doesn't have a speechwriter either.
What are they going to do without their speechwriters?
You nailed it, Bob.
I don't know, but I'm loving it.
I'm loving it.
But it's only going to get worse for us.
We need those midterms, and then we need President Trump back in the White House.
Stay safe, my friend.
Monica in Michigan, line one.
Hey, Sebastian.
Listen.
I got a new name for that Joker in the White House.
You know what it is?
What?
It's Joe Burden, baby.
He's like an anvil around our fuckin' neck.
Joe Burden.
I just...
You can't use naughty words on radio, Monica.
It's just not allowed.
But I do appreciate it is Biden the burden.
That is good.
Or if you know your literature, if you know your Coleridge, the albatross.
He is an albatross around the neck of our nation.
Let's go to Chicago, Jose, line two.
Welcome, Jose.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
It's a pleasure to speak to you again.
Welcome back.
Coming from Chicago.
Yes.
Thank you.
So I think I have an answer for you with what's the problem with Kamala Harris' statement about the babies and the mothers getting pregnant.
The problem is that they want to kill all babies, including the babies from loving families that are Christians, that are conservative babies that are going to grow up to be members of society, and they're probably going to be conservatives, future Republican and they're probably going to be conservatives, future Republican Party voters.
They want to kill those, too.
That's the problem with her statement, that all women are getting pregnant.
You don't want loving families, Christian families, and babies growing up to be future Republican Party voters.
But here's the weird thing, Jose.
Even if you believe that, and this is the creepiest thing of it all, you wouldn't say it out loud.
And these people, Jose, they say it out loud on camera!
Well, they're no longer afraid of what we do because Republicans are sleeping on the wheel.
Yep.
That's the problem.
It's so true.
It is.
Every single day we have more and more evidence from their own mouths of just how diabolical these people are.
They truly are.
And it's a time to choose.
It's a time for choosing.
What are you going to do about it?
Voting isn't enough.
We've got to get engaged.
It's a time to grow a backbone.
Yes, it is.
Absolutely.
It is a time to grow a backbone, not just for the GOP, but for every American, because it is up to us.
If not now, when?
If not you, who?
It's got to be us.
It's got to be now.
We have to take back our republic.
God bless.
Jose, thank you for your great cause.
I'm Sebastian Gorka coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.

I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you, Relief Factor.

You know it makes sense.
What are you waiting for?
Do it today.
Call 800-500-8384.

relieffactor.com.
Do you want that call cut out of the podcast?
Um...
Cut out of the podcast?
Did anyone hear what I heard?
Yeah, she used the F-bomb.
Wait, didn't she?
I completely missed it.
Oh, okay.
How did you miss that?
How on earth did you miss that?
I don't know.
I just saw Jeff reach for the button, so I was hoping it was the right button.
Yeah, I was hoping I remember where it was.
Because I don't have it.
I used to have it here.
I know, we used to have them all over the place.
There should be.
Right, so who has it?
I've got it on the phone.
Just Jeff.
And there's one on the second floor.
But it really should be me anyway, because you want to drop the call first.
Because they could, you know what I mean?
And then it's 8 seconds, right?
7 or 8.
It builds, and then it builds back up to the break.
We're on like a 30 second delay, so you could do it 3 or 4 times.
Alright.
I really should play 6 through 9, or 8, which is more important?
Newt.
Newt?
Really?
No, whatever.
No, no, that's alright.
Killin' mics.
Deuce.
I would do 8.
Okay.
Coming in with it or no?
No. Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Seb Gorka!
I think Mr. G has upped his game.
I think he's a little bit miffed, as we say in the UK, that I find all of these crazy TikTok videos.
So guess what?
He brought his own today.
And it's just as bad.
This is a mother, allegedly.
You can tell she's one of those crazy ones by the way she looks.
Talking about her three-year-old and how her three-year-old came out as transsexual.
Yeah, a three-year-old.
This is why we're here every single day to stop the insanity.
Cut eight.
Kids have to go to the pediatrician a certain number of times for the first few years of their life.
It's to make sure they get fully vaccinated, are growing on time, development is as it needs to be, yada yada yada.
At the three-year checkup, they ask a question to see if the children know the difference.
So the pediatrician looked at Bug and she said, are you a boy or a girl?
Bug looked her in the eye and said, I'm a girl.
The doctor kind of looked at me.
I was like, all right, never heard about it before, but whatever.
And ever since that day, she has told us that she's a girl.
A little under a year ago, she started correcting us on her pronouns.
I'm not a him.
I'm a her.
Don't call me he.
Mommy, I'm not he.
I'm she.
It has been two and a half years now that she has been out.
She has been out.
A three-year-old has been out.
That three-year-old has XY chromosomes.
That three-year-old has a penis.
That three-year-old is run mostly on the hormone testosterone.
And if you believe that that child won't be seriously psychologically damaged before any physical thing you do to them, For the rest of their lives, as they deny the biology of who they are, then you're either deluded, deranged, or diabolical.
It's wicked.
It is utterly wicked.
The thousands, the tens of thousands of children Who will be made sterile?
Who will commit suicide or attempt to commit suicide because of fashion?
God bless Libs of TikTok.
That's another Libs of TikTok posting.
Mr. G, let's get Libs of TikTok back on the show.
She told me a while back she was on vacation, but we need to celebrate her in person by getting her back on the show.
God bless all those who tell the truth so others can wake up and stop the insanity.

We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics. - Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 mules.

Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First, one-on-one.
Conspiracy, secret plots, taking over the state.
What are elections really about?
What should happen after the ballots in the ballot boxes are counted and the final tally is made?
Should things change when a new president comes into office?
That's my understanding of how this Republic works, but I'm just a humble immigrant to this nation.
Let's ask somebody who was born here, who has fought for this nation, who's worn the cloth of the Republic.
He's a good friend of the show and quite a regular guest host.
He is none other than Uncle Jimbo Jim Hansen.
Welcome back in studio for one-on-one.
Good to be with you, Seb.
Alright, so we have to talk about this massive story that broke, in which you are implicated as a co-conspirator, as somebody who colludes, colludes with those who believe that elections should have consequences.
I think I heard a senator from Illinois once say that.
Name was Barry, Barry something.
Anyway, let's put this story up.
It broke last week.
One of the longest pieces I've ever seen at Axios with, of course, a rather unflattering picture of Donald Trump's chin, the presidential chin.
A radical plan for Trump's second term by Jonathan Swan.
Thousands and thousands of words.
I don't know why I counted.
I had eight people who wrote this article.
Jonathan Swan was assisted by eight.
Have you ever had eight people assist you write anything, even your books?
I actually can write English myself.
By yourself?
Okay, maybe they need another person to sharpen the crayon and to choose the color.
No, I'm not talking about Marines.
Behave yourselves.
The subject of this article was the discussion of, what is it, two, three different new institutions, MAGA, America First institutions, that are planning for a second Trump term with the idea that there should be people in the government Who do the job of the elected president, and that's the problem, Jim.
Can you help me unpack that?
Well, the problem is they've gotten used to the permanent bureaucracy, the deep state, doing their bidding.
So the idea is you come in and there's a certain top layer in all the executive agencies of political appointees that the new president comes in and replaces.
The problem is, everybody below that still is allegiant to the woke democracy and their socialist agenda.
So now the left has figured out that during President Trump's first term, those people successfully undermined way too many things he was trying to do.
It's actually remarkable, let me just interject here, given that I witnessed the deep state in action.
How much he achieved in those four years, is it not?
Oh, it's stunning.
And that was just through sheer force of will.
That's the good thing about our team is we're motivated.
Now, we took that lesson and learned we need a bench.
We need a bench who's ready to come in when we take the presidency in 2024.
And we need to get rid of the people who are going to try and stop that because an empty seat is better than an enemy in your administration.
All right, so let's talk about the things that are mentioned in this article.
Talk about what you're planning without giving the game plan away with our good buddy, Kurt Schlichter.
So, you have an extensive background in national security information operations, former weapons sergeant for the Green Berets, now you're executive director of America Matters.
This first plan I think is ingenious.
This F schedule.
So this is the creation of a category of appointee recognizing the fact that there are many people who are ostensibly bureaucrats but who actually have power over policy.
They're not just executing and implementing.
They can control it.
And these people should be recategorized as political appointees.
And the suggestion is, and President Trump was working on it before it was shut down by the Democrats, is that at least 5,000 people would be deselected, if you will, from the morass of the bureaucracy, recategorized of F-schedule, which means that they could be replaced.
Now, A, is it a good idea?
And B, in a system where we've got 2,000... Sorry.
Two million bureaucrats or people working for the U.S.
government.
It's 5,000 people who can execute the vision of the Commander-in-Chief.
Is it enough, Jim?
I think in the fully planned as potentially implemented, it would be 50,000.
And that's still not enough.
But what it does is it fires a shot across the bow of the rest.
And I think if you go in and initially you just Make yourself, in each area you want to make a change, you have to have one clear line of control to implementers, to people who are actually making things happen.
And then you can have the people on the sides yelling and screaming and wailing and gnashing their teeth, as long as you've got one clear command and control line down to action.
And that's what this can do.
So it's not enough to change the fact that we have a pyramid bureaucracy that is definitely, you know, the woke left's shock troops, but it can at least provide access to the change we need and the American people voted for.
So here, over the weekend, I had many hours of discussion with guests who were here from the UK who love America, and they said, no, you can't do that.
It's too radical.
Conservatives should believe in incremental change.
My argument was that, you know, Rome is burning right now.
We can't have one bucket chain.
You know, we've got to get out the high power, you know, the C-130s.
We've got to be dropping the fire suppressant, not just a bucket chain.
My question to you is, what do you think of this idea?
So, six days in, when we already started losing control of the NSC, when the classified phone book was leaked to the Washington Post before Mike Flynn had signed off on it, I said to Mike, you've got to get every polygrapher from DOJ into the building, polygraph everybody, and find the guy who leaked it.
And frog march them out under arrest in front of the North Lawn TV cameras.
He said, great idea, sir, but you can't rock the boat.
Four days later, he was fired.
Now, my explanation for this tactic, and I love the F schedule thing.
I think it's genius.
is that you cannot change a department of 10,000, 50,000, a million employees.
You can't change that culture slowly.
And you can't fire everybody.
However, if you take the most egregious offender and make an example of them by the book, right?
Because if you've leaked classified documents, that's a felony, right?
You throw the book at them.
Then suddenly my belief is, and tell me if I'm naive, you know, you're the former Green Beret.
That suddenly there will be a realignment of culture inside the building.
Why?
Because the people who are the deep state still like to keep their pensions, Jim.
Yeah, fear is a great motivator.
You know, if they're not going to do it because their job is to serve the American people, not their political agenda, then you have every right and really an obligation to not go halfway.
Because if they're stopping that, then if you don't change that using every single legal tool, then you're cheating the American people and you're not doing your jobs.
So anybody who says that, you know, the whole spineless rhino wing who's like, don't rock the boat, not that Flynn was any kind of a rhino, but rock the damn boat!
The trouble with Flynn was, which is shocking for a guy who'd risen, what, after 32 years to director of D.I.E.A., you know, three-star general, he'd never served in Washington.
I mean, he was so... To have a general officer who hasn't been brown-nosing in D.C., that was Mike's weakness, no?
Yeah, oh absolutely.
You know, one of my highlights of my career, I never set foot in the Pentagon, one time, until I was a civilian.
Are you serious?
Never even walked in the building.
You never had to be a liaison?
Not even as a visitor to see a friend, nothing.
If anybody I was in town to see wanted to talk with me, I met them off-site.
Wow.
And then I went in as a civilian and I was like, this ain't that much.
But that's just it.
The point is, those buildings and those entities and those agencies serve one purpose and one only.
To execute the will of the chief executive.
Yes.
Who is executing the mandate of the American people who elected him.
Anything that's in the way of that is un-American and should be run over by a truck.
Yeah, people don't understand.
I've tried to make this point again and again and again.
Federal government, including the classification system and the clearance system, is meant to serve one person.
It's meant to serve the Commander-in-Chief.
Period.
End of story.
Not the Speaker of the House.
Not the Majority Leader in the Senate.
Nobody else.
Not the Secretary of Defense.
The man chosen by the American people.
And that's what this Alleged plan is all about.

All right, let's dive a little bit deeper on, and again, I do not want you to give away the crown jewels, okay?
What kinds of things, if you and Kurt are really helping a future President Trump fix things at DoD, where does it begin?
What is the, what do they say, the center of gravity in Clausewitzian terms?
There's two.
Personnel, because personnel is policy, and the budget.
Those are the two places.
So you have to identify who are the people who are a problem no matter what's going on, and there's plenty.
And they do it to us.
I don't feel bad at all.
Oh, I have a list in my hand.
This is not McCarthyism.
This is American policy the way it's supposed to be executed.
So we're looking at the people who have the most egregious policy views in senior executive agencies.
Second, we need to find the policies that we're now paying for that we should not be paying for.
Because if we have Congress for the next two years, the House and Senate, hopefully, we can stop some of this and start dismantling it before the new president even gets in there.
Because if they don't have money to spend, they can't do the stuff.
So, you know, diversity, inclusive, equity, D.I.E., die, could die.
And let's start ripping it out by the roots in every agency.
What about the fact that we still have people in office at the State Department, DOD for example, who on record since the election have admitted to subverting and slow-rolling President Trump, whether it comes to Syria, Afghanistan or elsewhere.
These people are still in office.
I mean, if you admit that openly, surely as a military person you should be, you know, in front of the brig, or if you're a civilian you should be just walked out of the building, no?
Yeah, and Milley said he backdoored China to slow Trump down and do all that.
So do it.
That's the thing.
The second you get executive power, and most of that's going to require executive power because Congress has none, but you go ahead and bring those people in front of a board, write them letters of reprimand, do anything you can to ruin their career.
You may not be able to fire them.
Unfortunately, the unions and the civil service laws are designed to protect useless wastes of human protoplasm and oxygen thieves.
That's why the F-schedule is so important, no?
There you go.
Yeah, you changed it, but that gets you to the 50,000 level.
And it probably encompasses a lot of those people who are really causing the trouble, but you have to go ahead then and bring them into the punishment system, even if you can't fire them.
Throw everything else you can at them, and name names, and leak leaks to the media like they do, and tell all those stories.
Don't leak classified information, but you can say this person was reprimanded for doing this, and name their name.
Reaction of the left if we do this, if President Trump does this, what do they do?
You've got a red team then, Jim, so what are they doing there?
Well, the nice thing is they'll howl, they'll wail, they'll rend their garments, and the media will write all these horrible stories about how this is fascism.
And what we need to point out is, what did you guys do every single time?
And then point out, what is the, you know, who donates money Out of the federal government and who do they donate it to?
92% of all donations to political parties from federal employees go to the Democrats.
I'm sorry, how are you going to tell me this is not a game system?
Start tearing it out by the roots.
And make them, the more they howl, hire Christina Pushaw, the best press secretary I've seen anywhere, to go ahead and thrash them for you.
Now you say the second half of it, it's not just personal, it's the money, and after the midterms we have to grab the purse strings because that is the power of the lower chamber, the house.
Are they gonna do that?
Is this GOP?
And I know there's good guys coming in and we love... I mean I had Myra Flores open my show for me on Newsmax on Sunday.
What a... I mean she...
What a pistol.
Superb.
Mexican-born, Republican, 130 years, first upset in Texas of its kind.
If she were, you know, Speaker of the House, I think we'd get somewhere.
Do you have expectation that the GOP after the midterms will have the testicular fortitude to do what has to be done when it comes to budgets?
They never have, so it's fair to say they probably won't.
And I think anyone who says, you know, as long as Kevin McCarthy's speaker, gutlessness will be the Republicans' policy.
However, I think there is fear even in his beady little wizened heart.
You know, I think he knows that we are on the rise.
You know, America first is the way the country is going.
That's where the power's at.
That's where the energy's at.
And I think if you get them Scared of losing their leadership positions, they'll at least let that roll.
And then when the blowback comes, we'll probably have to insert a steel rod into his spine to keep him upright.
But I think we got a chance this time more than we ever have.
Yeah, I think I think he's a good guy.
He's a weak guy.
Yeah, he's a weak guy.
Okay, let's let's move on.
Let's talk about information operations.
You say we have to tell the story about these people who undermine the president, the rid of the people.
Do we have the infrastructure?
Do we have the ecosystem?
I remember having discussions with, you know, good buddies of ours, like Dave Reboy, Omnicerin, when I was in the White House, and we're trying to map out who are the good journalists on our side.
I mean, not politically conservative, but good!
And by the end of, you know, name number 12 on my napkin in the restaurant, we're kind of like, who else is there?
Are we doing enough to build the external ecosystem?
I am.
I know you are!
But we're helping.
That's the nice thing.
Everyone's paying attention now.
We started a project using military-grade artificial intelligence to map out all the people involved in censoring the Hunter's laptop story.
We're expanding on it.
That was a test case to show how it works, to start connecting the dots.
And it does that spider web connect the dots thing.
Well, now we're going to move that to every other area Where they are attacking us and where they are using their control of the information space to stop the American people from learning anything they should learn.
And we're going to start figuring out whose sources belong to who, who's leaking to who, who's the money behind this group which is attacking us over here.
And we're going to net all that together and then start dropping that in public on a regular basis.
So they're not used to having us look at them.
Right.
They're used to the ones using the entire media and social media and permanent bureaucracy and abusing the state power to do it against us.
Well, Payback is a digital medivac, and we're coming for them.
Payback is a digital medivac.
We're talking to you, Mark Elias, who's Block me on Twitter.

Let's listen to that obese individual lecturing us on the latest talking points of critical race theory.
Play cut.
On the issue of critical race theory, etc., I'll obviously have to get much smarter on whatever the theory is.
But I do think it's important, actually, for those of us in uniform to be open-minded and be widely read.
And the United States Military Academy is a university.
And it is important that we train and we understand.
And I want to understand white rage.
And I'm white.
And I want to understand it.
I just have to ask you just the obvious question.
This is the most senior military official in America, still is the most senior official in America, despite the surrender of Afghanistan and the $80 billion worth of equipment and training left there.
How stupid is this man?
He just literally said at a Senate hearing, I don't know what CRT is, but it's good and it needs to be taught at West Point.
I mean, that is like imbecile.
That's like double digit IQs.
Am I missing something, Jim?
No, I think he must have had a parachute not open at some point and bounced on his head.
And the worst thing is, I agree we should study our enemies.
The problem is, he's not talking about studying CRT, which is racist, and studying these other things as if they were something to be avoided.
He's talking about teaching them as doctrine.
And now what we've done is we've created a military where everybody no longer thinks they're on one team.
He's broken them down by identity politics.
So you got your gay wing, your trans wing, and your black wing, and all of this.
And everybody now thinks the other person is cheating them.
So instead of one team pulling together where the only color anybody bleeds is green, you've got identity politics, woke garbage, and nobody's now scared of it.
Same lunch meat guy there also said that China seems to be getting more aggressive.
I wonder why?
They're more aggressive because they're not scared of us.
There's no reason to be scared of us.
You know, we'll send all the stuff we want to to Ukraine, right, for some unknown reason to me, but we're not going to do anything to literally protect Taiwan where all our semiconductors come from.
I mean, having those guys in charge of our military right now terrifies me.
So here's the question, because he's not the outlier.
I mean, you know my job.
I was at NDU for five and a half years.
That's where, you know, senior, you know, full colonels go to do the capstone course to become general officers, to become flag officers.
And I saw the wokeness beginning there back in 2008.
So if President Trump wins, if your plan kicks into effect at DoD, What do we do with the general officer class?
Because they have become a political species.
Bye, Felicia.
I mean, walk them right out the door.
I've started stockpiling legal boxes so that we can drive up in a moving van and everybody gets two boxes in 20 minutes.
Get out!
You could empty the e-ring right now and leave maybe the 10% who are from the warrior class who are still there.
How do you measure that?
How do you know the wheat from the chaff?
Give me five minutes sitting down across the table with any of them and it won't take long to find out.
So public statements they've made, woke staff.
Ask friends, you know, there's ways.
You can triangulate to who the problems are and if they didn't fight it, if they didn't have the guts to stand up, because all general officers are political animals.
They have to be.
It's part of the game.
However, the question is, did you sign up for it willingly or were you just doing what you had to do because you salute and move out smartly?
There's a difference.
And also there's a difference when you actively promote the talking points, when you become a mouthpiece for the political ideology.
And too many of them have done that.
Too many of them, I think, actually believe it.
You think?
You know, at some level, I think we have managed to hoodwink several generations through academia.
Because remember, all these general officers, they don't just go to NDU.
They go to master's programs, and a lot of them go to PhD-level programs at the universities where they're teaching this garbage.
And, you know, they absorb it.
It's like anything else, you know, you get in there and your peers become those woke losers and I think they've basically brainwashed far too much of our military brass.
And the fact that he's still in office?
It's disgraceful, and like I said, nothing emboldens tyrants like weakness.
And I don't think the pride flags and the pronouns are scaring anybody right now.
I don't think the Beijing bureaucrats and those in the Kremlin are impressed by the gay pride flags and the cartoon recruitment ads of female corporals in the army with their two mummies.

So, you have written numerous works, Jim, one of which has to do with winning a civil war without firing a shot.
I'm going to return, there you go, you can see it, winning the second civil war without firing a shot, which is interesting for a weapons sergeant from the Green Berets.
Why would you not want to fire a shot?
That is my challenge to you.
But here's the question.
Again, my British buddies, podcasters, were here.
I took them to the nation's gun show at the weekend.
Blew their minds.
They had never seen so much liberty in one expo center ever.
Then, with the former force chief um of the seals who ran buds i took him to a range and taught them how to fire a glock 19 so these brits were like it was quite a weekend but one of them the the face man for their podcast said and he's a good guy super good guy and he's just written a book about saving western civilization so he's he's on team he said it is clear the biggest thing he's petrified of It's Civil War in America.
And that's the subject of your book.
And I said, look, we don't want one because biggest war we've ever had.
600,000 Americans killed by Americans.
Talk to me about the scenario.
Kurt's written his six books on a putative civil war.
You've written a book about winning one without using violence.
Let's start at the beginning.
Let's do a sit-rep.
Are we close to civil war?
Because we see violence on the left, but we see it by pikers in masks who cold cock you with a bike lock.
And they don't really impress me.
Give me your take.
I think we are, without a doubt, closer to a civil war than we have been in my entire lifetime.
That's half a century.
And there's a reason for that.
We have tribalized.
You know, the left decided they were going to fundamentally transform our country into a socialist craphole.
Those of us who believe in the founding principles of our republic are opposing that.
And we're at the point now where we're really, the reason I wrote Winning the Second Civil War without firing a shot was to avoid having to fire a shot.
We're at that last point.
If we don't stop them now, and if Trump had not appointed those three Supreme Court justices, I am not convinced I wouldn't have raised the black flag under President Hillary and three more constitutional editors.
Alright, so part of the reason to be able to avoid that second civil war is the threat is there.
Alright, it has to be there.
It has to be the idea that there is a line that if they cross it... You mean as a deterrent, like MADS?
As a deterrent, absolutely.
Not as a reason, not as a call to arms, it's a call to not arms.
But the reason is, do you not want us to pick up our weapons and fight?
Because like you said, not only was it horrendous, they're not going to like the outcome.
Yeah, I think, you know, the good guys will win, God forbid, if we have one.
Here's the second question I have.
Somebody said to me, a very smart guy, it's unlikely to occur like it did previously because it was, in terms of mobilization, so war, whether it's irregular or regular, has to be first measured in mobilization.
Can you mobilize your assets and your people?
and the civil war was relatively easy to mobilize both sides on because there was one issue there was slavery or if you want to say the economics of slavery so everybody could pick a side yes i need the slaves or no it's wrong we're going to fight for freedom Do we have that one unitary issue that would mobilize a new civil war?
Because we've got CRT, we've got the border, we've got inflation, we've got everything.
It seems like so many different things.
It's hard to identify the one catalytic issue that could erupt into a civil war.
What do you think?
Oh no, I think you're absolutely right.
And I think that is one of the saving graces.
You know, the big difference right now between left and right, the left believes in statism, the right believes in individual liberty.
All of those things become components of that battle.
They want the state to tell us how to live, we want to be able to live how we feel.
And I think right there you don't have a clear geographic guiding line.
It's mostly cities against not cities.
You know, we're far too co-mingled.
So I don't see a force-on-force situation.
I could see guerrilla warfare happening at some point.
You mean like pockets?
Yeah.
Here and here.
That suburban area, that metropole.
And I don't know if they'd even secede.
I think you just may have groups that at some point could decide to start taking action like that.
And that horrifies me.
Because once that starts, that gives the left the excuse they want to crack down on us.
Look at what they did at January 6th.
It was a three hour riot for God's sakes and now they've got a gulag built and they've thrown all due process and decent criminal procedures out the window.
What happens if we actually go into open conflict and they're still in some kind of control?
I fear that more than anything.
Aside from the fact I don't want it.
I think we can beat them at their own game.
What about the other scenario that some people say is inevitable and that cannot be stopped, which is not a national divorce, but a cultural divorce, a geographic one, where, you know, enough people like my daughter in California, who lives in San Francisco, not exactly a rock-ribbed conservative, but after three years living downtown, she said,
I don't want to have to jump around the homeless guy every night I'm jogging because I don't know if he's going to pull a shiv on me.
And so she moved out to the suburbs.
So could we see the same people from the Democrat states move to Arizona, move to Nevada?
Is that a possible scenario and is it a bad scenario?
I think it's happening.
I think we're in the midst of a national separation.
We're dividing into tribes based on what you believe with and people have figured out that you can no longer trust living amongst people who do not share your values because they'll use state power against you.
We can't have a national divorce because of nukes and the national debt.
If we do a national divorce, they get the debt, we get the nukes.
We can do that today.
That's not going to happen.
Consequently, we have Florida, Texas, Tennessee, you know, the good states where people can go to now and live with people who share their values, live in economic and physical security, you know, and have a government that supports that.
And then let the left live under Democrat rule, which is cities that are crap holes.
Good, that's great for us.
I just want to note this survey from the University of Chicago Institute of Politics, which says almost one-third of Americans polled said it will be necessary to take arms up against the government.
Against the government?
Yeah, and it's University of Chicago, so it's not like this was some wild-eyed Republican conservative poll, or me at a party at my house asking everybody.
This was legit, and that's kind of scary.
You know, I do not want more than anything at all open conflict or fighting, because from our side, either that goes all the way and we take over the country in a new revolution, or we suffer more if we haven't cleared the deep state out, because they own the security apparatus, as we've seen.
So I want people, if you even contemplate it, don't.
Call.
Talk to one of us.
We'll give you some ideas.
Sneaky dirty tricks kind of stuff you could do, but no open conflict.
It's not it's a bad idea.

Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain free like Relief Factor.
Just those two words, pain free, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
I'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Yvonne, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
You've waited long enough.
You know it makes sense.
You deserve to know.
In fact, what have you got to lose except the pain?

All right, let's play a little cut from the most hilarious cosplayer out there.
An individual who goes to fight for liberty in Ukraine but doesn't know how to put a magazine into an AK-47.
Here is Malcolm Nance!
The Democrats, Joe Biden, all the rest of them need to understand they are, what are we?
July, August, September, October, November.
You are four months from the end of American democracy.
Four months.
And we said that in 2020 and that was true then too, right?
But now, now you're talking about putting a party in power in which there will never be another election.
They will vote through every piece of legislation and defund every component of the United States government.
They're not joking about impeaching Joe Biden every week, okay, and Kamala Harris, and getting rid of people, or, you know, expanding the Supreme Court, whatever it is they think they can do, even though some of it's crazy.
Now, some of these people are just liars, but some are, like, psychotics.
I mean, I think that latter individual.
Packing the Supreme Court and impeaching people?
Which party does that or talks about that?
He's got a pretty serious case of projection, I think, like most Democrats.
To say the least.
I love what he's saying is that if the American people elect a bunch of people to Congress who want to shut down executive agencies and do this, that's a lack of democracy.
Making government smaller is anti-democracy.
You got that right, Jim?
You understand that?
I think, as you said, Malcolm Nance is a gigantic poser loser.
You know, I actually heard he left Ukraine not because his mission was done, but because he had such a giant room service bill for pastries at his hotel, they kicked him out.
But his beard has gone very grey.
Have you seen?
Maybe that pastry bill shocked him too much.
It might be powdered sugar.
It might not be grey, it might just be powdered sugar.
Alright, last minute we have with you, Jim.
Your message to those still in the service.
This is a headline from Just The News, Madeleine Hubbard.
The army has approved out of 8,000 COVID vaccine religious exemption requests, 20.
What do you say to the guys who are trying to do their job inside the belly of the beast?
I think at this point there is enough scientific evidence that shows that this, none of the COVID stuff that they did was effective and our military readiness and the people we've invested so much of our time, effort and energy into training are more valuable than the agenda of the, you know, hysterics who are running our vaccine policy.
Monkeypox is going to be the next one.
You know it, don't you?
WHO has declared an international global pandemic.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
