 - Welcome, dear friends.
Greetings.
This is America First.
We're supposed to provide you with breaking news as and when.
We do have three hours, of course, and I am told, if I look at the news screen to my right, that imminently, any moment now, it is just past three o'clock on the East Coast, there will be a verdict.
In the Amber Heard Johnny Depp trial, seriously, who cares?
Whether he's found guilty or not, or she is, doesn't mean anything for the Me Too movement, although we have learnt a lot more about this woman who poor Johnny had to be married to for so long.
Let's talk about something that really matters.
Let's talk about what has happened to America and the safety of all Americans.
Mr. G found this tweet earlier today and sent it to me.
Let's put it up on the screen, Eric.
This is from one of the armed services of the greatest nation on God's earth.
It is the Marine Corps.
is the official Twitter account of the United States Marine Corps.
It has four lines of text and an image.
The image is one of the old steel helmets, kind of Cold War Vietnam era, with digi camo covering, and then six cartridge rounds.
They look like 3087.62, which is weird to begin with.
And they are brass-cased rounds, but each bullet of each round that is tucked into the helmet band is a different color.
Colors of the rainbow.
Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple.
The rainbow on a helmet.
Designed to protect our servicemen and women in war.
As they close with and kill our enemies.
A rainbow.
Written on the band of the helmet is the phrase, proud to serve.
But the use of the word proud is different from what you expect.
It is the antithesis, the opposite of what we discussed here two days ago.
No, what day is it today?
Yesterday!
Just yesterday, when we discussed the latest Tom Cruise movie, Top Gun Maverick.
Why?
Because... I need the tweet back, please, Eric, because I have to read it.
Here is the text of the tweet.
From the United States Marine Corps official Twitter account.
Throughout June, the United States Marine Corps takes hashtag pride in recognizing and honoring the contributions of our LGBTQ service members.
We remain committed to fostering an environment free from discrimination, and defend the values of treating all equally with dignity and respect.
Hashtag Pride Month!
Hashtag USMC.
Thank you, Eric.
As I responded to that tweet with my own tweet, this is an insult to all Marines who died for America.
They didn't die for the call to virtue signal after their death.
This one's personal for me.
As you know, prior to my time in the White House, I was a Defense Department civilian.
I was first a professor, an adjunct professor, on the U.S.
SOLIC, the United States USDA Defense Department Special Operations Low-Intensity Conflict Program for Counterterrorism Fellows out of the George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for four years.
I taught counterterrorism to all elements of the U.S.
military and our allies and partners.
After that, I moved with my family to Washington, and I became a professor, assistant, and then associate professor, then associate dean at the highest level of joint professional military education, the highest war college, that is the National Defense University here in D.C.
at Fort McNair, National Defense University.
Five-and-a-half years I taught on that faculty.
I taught in the counterterrorism program.
And then after that I spent two-and-a-half years at Quantico.
And I have been honored to serve with all our services to teach the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Coast Guard.
But it was my two-and-a-half years at the crossroads of the Marine Corps at Quantico teaching at the Marine Corps University, the captain's course, the senior enlisted course, the War College, That was a high point for my academic career because there's something special about the Marines.
The Devil Dogs have a well-deserved reputation.
First day in class was unlike any class I taught since I began teaching in 1994.
They were all 0506s, half-bird colonels, full-bird colonels, in a small room of about 26, 28 officers.
And it was an introduction to strategy and irregular warfare.
And they were all polite.
Don't get me wrong, but in that first hour and a half, Every statement I made was challenged.
There was pushback.
There was a serious engagement with the quote-unquote professor at the front of the class, as it should be in any Socratic educational environment.
Unlike any I've ever been in, which took time for people to warm up, to find their feet, to challenge me, this was different.
The Marines, day one, didn't have time to waste.
And I love them for it.
And I'm honored, I'm honored to have served there for two and a half years as the Major General Horner Professor of Military Theory.
That Marine Corps has truly been desecrated.
The memory of those that died for you, for me, has been desecrated.
Because we don't look at Marines based upon Skin color?
Ethnic background?
Where they have an accent?
Or where they put their sexual organs?
Or how they use their sexual organs?
Because that's irrelevant.
Their job is to prepare for war, and should it occur, to close with the enemy and to kill them.
Period.
Why?
Because that's how they keep us safe.
First on the beach.
That's the job of the Marine Corps.
Whether it's Iwo Jima, whether it's the Gulf War in 91, whether it's some counter-terrorism operation in the Horn of Africa after G-Watt was launched after September the 11th, that's their job.
And this, Commandant Berger.
I've met you, Commandant Berger.
I've briefed you, David H. Berger.
If you approved this, you should resign.
You should remove the globe and anchor from the collar of your uniform and hand it in to that other disgrace, the Secretary of Defense.
If you didn't approve it, And you don't fire every Marine or DoD civilian in the chain of command that approved that tweet, you likewise should resign.
Because that virtue signaling political tweet is a disgrace.
It dishonors everything that the Marine Corps, the United States military, the Pentagon, the Defense Department, and the Stars and Stripes stand for.
Discrimination is already a crime.
Not only in the United States Marine Corps, but across the United States.
It is illegal to discriminate.
And virtue signaling based upon sexual preference is an outrage.
And America is disgusted at you, Commandant Burger.

He's so thoughtful.

So, she's an icon.
She still captivates hearts across the world.
Did you ever think what it would have been like for her not to die so very, very young?
What would she have done with social media and all those dating apps?
Well, ponder that question no more because we have the answer.
Here's the one and only Marilyn singing about today's choices.
When I got super liked by you, I knew just what I had to do.
I swiped right back to you when it was a match.
Woo-hoo!
You sent me a WhatsApp to say, let's meet, maybe on Saturday.
I replied with an emoji wink and said, okay.
Well, there you have it.
Usually we have members of the Trump administration, cabinet members, we have politicians.
Now we're gonna have a very special guest who I caught on a podcast in the UK.
Well, it's her.
It's Susie Kennedy!
Welcome to America First, Susie!
Yay!
Thank you, Sebastian.
Oh, my cat's attacking me.
It's so good to see you.
I hope one day we see each other in person.
Well, so do I. So do I. I caught you on a British podcast with a couple of guys, three different guys.
It was a fun podcast.
Then we were on the same show together on, what was it?
It was James Wales' show where you fought your corner.
I tried to back you up.
We had a lot of fun.
We'll talk about that.
That was some serious issues that we discussed with James Wales.
But first, let's talk about you.
You must be, first things first, you said in that, that's Britain's Got Talent, where you absolutely crushed it.
And you said at the beginning of that little skit that you've been impersonating Marilyn Monroe for 20 years, which means you must have started about the age of, what, five, Susie?
But no, I'm going to do this now.
Yeah, I'm older than Marilyn Monroe would have been.
But I am not older than she would have been today, because she would have been 96 years old today.
Correct.
Correct.
I've got to ask, how did you get into this business?
I mean, you must be, given the fact that I'm so jelly.
I am so jelly.
My favorite movie of all time, the number one, is Blade Runner.
Who gets to play Marilyn Monroe in Blade Runner 2040?
Just put it up there, Eric.
This is the iconic image.
And it's not Marilyn.
It's you.
So I'm so jealous.
Let's start at the beginning.
We'll talk about Blade Runner.
How did you get into this business?
Did somebody just say, hey, you look a lot like Marilyn.
How did it begin, Susie?
That's completely it.
Someone just said you look exactly like Marilyn Monroe, and I don't think I did, but... Did you have the hair?
Did you have the white, blonde, curly hair?
No, I just said, you know, like, I've literally done this in two seconds, because you gave me about five minutes' notice.
Hey, don't give that away.
Don't give that away.
But I can scrub up good pretty quick.
So yeah, someone just spotted me and just said, you look like Marilyn and here's an agent's number.
And I phoned the agent and they sent me for an after eight mints commercial, which is chocolates that taste like chocolate toothpaste.
It's a very British thing, guys.
For you who don't know, it was the height of faux sophistication when I was a kid in England that after dinner you had to, your parents had to serve off-the-rate mints with these little thin wafers of dark chocolate with a, basically, toothpaste in the middle.
And it's part of a Monty Python skit, just white, wafer-thin mints.
So that's how it began for you as Marilyn.
Yeah, and I got the job.
I went to this audition, and they were just like, wow.
And then after that, I met a collector, and he said, would you wear Marilyn's dress that I actually fit into, unlike somebody we know that doesn't fit into her?
We can talk about the Ms.
Kardashian later.
And then what?
And then you just explode internationally, and then end up on Blade Runner?
It just went crazy.
I thank God every day because it's been such an amazing experience.
There's only ever going to be one Marilyn Monroe, but people miss her.
They want her around.
I've brought her back to people.
Before I finish my career, I want to sing to a real president.
Oh, we might be able to help with that, not with this one, but I think we could probably... There's not been any good presidents until Trump, so I'm holding out for... Did you hear what she said?
Well, he's running, I can guarantee you that he will be running, and if we can fix out the election fraud shenanigans, he will be back in the White House.
Let me ask you, we're going to hold you over for another segment because I got so much to ask you, but let me, as the person who Given your stint in Blade Runner, you have to be the most successful Marilyn look-alike in the world today.
Give us your, you know, sentence, sentence or two.
What is it about her?
Because, you know, there's been Marlena Dietrich, there've been all kinds of famous actresses, some of them have died young.
What is it about Marilyn, Susie?
Do you know what I think it is?
And a lot of Marilyn fans won't like me saying this, but I think it is the enigma of the whole president thing.
Right.
The death, the rat pack.
There's so much association around her.
You know, there's no other celebrity that, you know, did she have a relationship?
The president of the United States, you know, you can't get, that's like American royalty.
Yeah.
And that's captured the imagination, you know.
Was she murdered?
Did she commit suicide?
The Rat Pack?
The Mafia?
There's all this.
It's just like a Netflix series in her life, coming from an orphanage, you know, born into Hollywood.
And, you know, her marriages didn't work out.
So we feel sad for her.
You know, she didn't have a dad.
So it's like real rags to riches story.
And we want, we can, there's a part of Marilyn that everyone can identify with.
And we love her.
And yet we've got this glamour of this girl from an orphanage ended up singing to the president of the United States.
I mean... Would you also add, I think, that in many of her performances, you know, on top of the sexiness, the seduction, an undeniable level of vulnerability in her performances?
Yes, she was an amazing actress, an amazing comedienne, which I think, sadly, the people around her devalued that.
To be an amazing comedienne is a very, very hard thing.
And I think they thought, unless you're doing Shakespeare, you're not a real actress.
You know, to be a comedienne is a skill.
Oh, no, absolutely.
I mean, especially the timing.
And if you watch, you know, Some Like It Hot, you know, she's at a genius level when it comes to timing.
So, absolutely.
We're talking to Susie Kennedy.
She's actress, comedienne.
You can follow her on Twitter at Susie Kennedy.
You can check her out on IMDB as well.
And of course, iconic from Blade Runner 2049.
We'll be back with her momentarily.

We are back with the most famous, the most famous Marilyn Monroe lookalike, comedian, actress, just a fun lady to know, Susie Kennedy.
Follow her right now on Twitter.
Susie, I like the cut of your jib.
Not simply because you can get into Marilyn's dresses.
Oh my, he is such a sexist.
Slap that man.
Behave.
But, because...
You're outspoken.
You go on these interviews.
You did the three-speech podcast.
Great guy.
Fun, fun podcast.
Then you were on James Whale.
And then we were talking about abortion.
We were talking about the Supreme Court ruling.
And then James said to you and me, because you're an avowed Christian, he said, you religious people.
No, you religion.
He called you religion people.
And you stood up for your rights.
And also, in a recent tweet of yours, you said, You stood up for, you know, being against those who would like to censor you as a performer or a comedian.
So talk about what it means to actually take a stand on these issues as somebody who's so much in the public eye.
Well, the thing is, I actually don't think I'm outspoken.
What I think I am, and people do accuse me of that, I just tell what I think.
And I think that's really important that we free speech, even if I don't agree with you.
So the comment I made about a comedian is that I love the fact that we have Dave Chappelle.
I love the fact that we have Ricky Gervais.
But I also like the fact that we have Nish Kumar, who are pitied against each other.
Right.
So the political identity doesn't matter.
The fact is that they get to say what they want to say.
Yes.
And do you know what?
I'll be honest with you.
When people say, oh, you should say whatever you want.
Most people do not say things with the intention to hurt or hate.
And if you're scared to say anything, because straight away, someone's going to be hurt or think you hate them.
That's not true.
Jesus loved everybody.
But he told the truth.
Yes.
You know?
That's very powerful.
Yeah, that's so, so powerful.
Okay, let's run.
Can you run Erica's B-roll, the clip of our guest Susie on Britain's Got Talent?
I want to see, I want to show everybody just how superb that performance was.
How can people find out more about you?
What are you doing now?
Are you going to come across the pond?
What are your plans, Susie?
I hope so, because I was born in the USA.
And we've switched places, me and you.
So I am literally, I pray for America.
I mean, America and England, we are great nations.
People want to come to our nations.
So let's look after each other and protect each other.
And don't jump down each other's throats.
And also, people are scared.
Like, I know being on this, people are going to go, I'm not friends with you anymore.
And my friends have fallen out because I said nice things about Trump.
But I've also said bad things about Trump, but I didn't agree with him.
But I still think he is our best option.
Tell me what it is.
Let's get you in a little bit more trouble.
Why do you like my old boss, the Donald, President Trump?
Because he says what he thinks.
And, you know, I don't trust people that try and say things just because you think they'll like you.
Whereas Trump just says what he thinks.
And I feel a lot safer with somebody when I know who they are than who they're pretending to be.
Love it, love it, love it.
It's what got him elected.
It's the authenticity.
You can't fake it.
He's not a politician.
I remind my fellow Americans who were born here.
Let's put the image up from Blade Runner 2049.
I have to remind, as an immigrant, my fellow Americans, you know what you did?
In 2016, you did something pretty darn cool for the first time in American history.
You elected a person who wasn't a politician, wasn't a retired general, wasn't a retired governor.
You elected an outsider.
That's why he had to be destroyed.
But that's why he will be back.
We're talking to Susie Kennedy.
It was a lot of fun.
Hey, Jeff, let's get her back for a whole hour.
Did you know that you elected somebody in Trump that actually loved America?
This is it.
This is the thing.
When you go on your first presidential outing as Obama on an apology tour, you know something's wrong.
Why would you want to be the head of state of a nation you want to apologize for?
We're seeing it now with critical race theory, with everything that's going on, the open borders.
President Trump loved this nation and he wanted to protect all Americans.
God bless you, Susie.
Jeff, let's get her back for a whole hour.
Follow her, actress, comedian, the most famous Marilyn Monroe out there, at Susie Kennedy on Twitter.
I'm just gonna go home and watch Blade Runner 2049 again.

There's a verdict in.
I don't know how this happens.
He's not guilty of defamation.
No.
She's guilty of defamation.
Has to pay him $15 million.
That's Amber Heard.
But for some reason, he has to pay $2 million as well.
Who knows?
Who cares?
He won.
Let's move on.

It's that time where we have to check in with those who have helped us educate millions across the country on what I think is one of the most exciting last ever legal tax shelter systems in America today.
You have been calling in in your hundreds because you're as excited as I am.
It is of course the cornerstone financial system of 1031 exchanges under the Delaware statute.
And we have with us one of their sponsoring organizations.
He is the Director of National Accounts with Exchange Right, Jeff Flaherty.
Welcome to America First!
Thank you and thank you for having me.
Would you explain first, I met with the team at Cornerstone a couple of weeks ago and with one of the sponsors that works with them.
What is the role of a sponsor and how does it fit into the whole DST and 1301 exchange?
Well, the sponsors of DSTs are the ones that create the programs that companies like Cornerstone represent to their clients, and different companies will focus on different strategies, different areas of real estate, and the programs they create.
And you, so let's be clear for those who missed our prior conversations.
This is a system where you invest in real estate.
And then if you want to reinvest, if you do so within a certain time limit, the IRS can't come after you.
It is an incredible way to, you know, invest in your future in very, very attractive properties under exchange rate.
Will you talk to us about the types of properties and companies that you work with?
Well, Exchange Right focuses on creating DSTs that are portfolios consisting of long-term net leased properties backed by primarily investment-grade corporations working together with groups like Cornerstone that are companies that thrive in recessions and thrive in pandemics.
These are some of the strongest companies in America with multi-billion dollar balance sheets, household names like Walgreens, Dollar General, Walmart, Tractor Supply, just to name a few.
And what we do is we like to put together about 30 or 40 of those type of properties with a total value of over $100 million, sometimes $200 million in size.
With much greater diversification than most investors could achieve on their own, yet at a minimum, that's very achievable around $25,000.
And as I mentioned, a majority of these companies, these necessity-based retailers, they not only performed really well in the great financial crisis, but they are also some of the only businesses that remained open In 2020 during the shelter-in-place orders when everything was shut down.
Is that what you mean by the aggregation strategy that you use at exchange rate that you can have small investments but it is aggregated into a far more larger and attractive investment?
Yes, aggregation strategy from Exchange Rate not only means aggregating real estate inside of a single DST, but starting with the end in mind right from the beginning, to have a plan to combine multiple DST portfolios together into a large multi-billion dollar REIT, a real estate investment trust, over time.
And that strategy was intended, we wanted to give investors maximum optionality When they exit their DST investment, so they could exit out with their cash, they could do another 1031 exchange, and they could also execute a tax-deferred 721 exchange from their DST into the acquiring REIT, or do any combination of those three options.
And even though, you know, I have to say this, even though exchange rates already completed 13, of these programs successfully on behalf of investors, and every one of them did meet our underwriting standards.
There is, of course, no guarantee that Exchange Art will continue to experience the same success going forward.
Companies like Cornerstone, which offer both DST and upgrades, they're experts structuring these kind of Transactions and experts in 1031 and 721 as well.
Right, so this is the 1031.
This is the DST, the Delaware Statutory Trust System that allows you to tax, shelter your investments.
I learned about it from Cornerstone, especially their book, Modern Real Estate Investing.
You can buy it everywhere, but you can get it for free if you go to dstrealestate.com.

Give us the names again of some of these amazingly successful corporations that you work with in these real estate deals.
Yeah.
Household names, Walgreens, Dollar General, Walmart, Tractor Supply, Kroger, Fresenius.
I could go on and on about 60 different investment grade tenants that we've vetted that make our cut.
Wow.
So impressive.

Mike Sonny, coming in with anything?
I'm looking at these cuts.
Oh, can I hear cut 5?
Cut 5, playback 1, give it a second.
And I'll come in with cut 6.
Ok, here's cut 5.
We just printed four and a half trillion dollars over the last two and a half years.
We have helped everybody.
This has nothing to do with gender or race.
It has to do with equity.
It's simply not fair.
This idea is un-American by any measure.
Everybody's uncomfortable with this.
I can't find anybody that likes this idea.
And I know, and I'm guessing right now, within the White House, as they discuss this going into the midterms, somebody's going to say, Mr. President, let's punt this.
This is a horrible idea.
Let's deal with it on the other side.
Imagine the membership of the Democratic Party fighting these races that are razor close and giving their competitor this manna from heaven?
This is crazy.
It's just politically insane.
It's a kamikaze idea.
Now is the wrong time for this.
And by the way, there's never going to be a good time for this.
This is un-American.
There's no free money.
That doesn't work this way.
It's unfair to people that didn't go to college.
You're asking people that never went to college to pay for this.
It comes off their income tax.
It's just...
Yep, came up.
Okay, so, you got Eclipse 1 ready here, guy?
All right, kill him, next.
We'll be right back.
Thank you.
Ted Cruz must know that at this point every busboy spits in his food, right?
But maybe that's what he likes about eating out.
I don't know, but I for one hope Ted Cruz never gets to eat peacefully in a restaurant again.
It's Jimmy Kimmel saying, I hope Ted Cruz never gets to eat peacefully in a restaurant again.
I guess with his wife, with his children.
That's the left.
And that guy gets paid millions, millions, to be such a hateful piece of excrement.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to David, California.
Welcome to America First, David.
Oh, thank you, Dr. Sebastian, for taking my call.
I have some questions.
I have two comments, and I'd like to... No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, Okay, my comment is this.
I watched, I purchased the DVD of 2000 Mules.
At the end of it, there was a roundtable about what to do with the information.
I saw, I saw yesterday, I heard Sussman got away with it.
What are we going to do with all that stark, truthful information and have it go to our, is Vanessa Sousa and you folks going to take it somewhere?
It's not up to us.
We're not law enforcement officers.
It's up to local law enforcement officers to do something about it.
It's up to prosecutors who don't want elections to be stolen in their counties, in their cities, in their states to do something about it.
I'm a radio host.
Dinesh D'Souza is a filmmaker.
What am I going to do about it?
I don't know.
I just thought maybe you'd give me a better feeling and some hope about where it might go.
There's already an investigation.
There's already one started in Arizona and elsewhere.
It is up to the authorities to arrest these people who broke the law.
It's very simple.
These crimes are documented.
Somebody has to have a spine and do something about it.
I carry a gun.
I don't carry a badge.
I'm former military, but I'm not a law enforcement officer.
If you're an American and you're a law enforcement officer or prosecutor and this happened in your city, what are you doing about it?
Great question from David.
Let's go to Judy in Brooklyn, line two.
Hi, Dr. G. Real fast, I wanted to suggest something for one of the slogans on the t-shirt, if I may.
Yeah.
You should put up there, Ultra Mag Republicans vs. Ultra Squad Democrats.
Ultra Squad Democrats.
In the break, a little bit of a mind meld there.
I was thinking for the next election, the midterms, it's Ultra Maga vs. Ultra Woke.
What do you think, Judy?
But you know what?
I wanted to know that the squad is the one that's running the show and they are ultra ultra off the cliff, okay?
They want communism, whatever.
So, you know, I like them both.
You know me, I like them both.
Yeah, I don't know if it's the squad that's in control.
I mean, they've been so bloody quiet for the last nine months.
So something's going on there.
I don't think anybody's in charge.
If you look at the chaos on the border, if you look at the chaos in Afghanistan, in Europe, I think it's just a bunch of arrogant incompetence.
But we will continue to come up with the best gear.

After these messages.
When it comes to schools.
And I don't know what he said specifically about schools.
I know there's been a conversation about hardening schools.
That is not something that he believes in.
He believes that we should be able to give teachers the resources to be able to do the job that they're meant to do at schools.
Well, I hope it's headed into the trash can because it should be, the Justice Department should put an end to this ridiculous investigation now.
This case was a joke.
The entire Durham investigation was a joke.
There was nothing here to begin with.
The jury found that it was a joke because the jury came out after the verdict, after a six-hour deliberation, basically said, there was nothing here.
This case never should have been brought.
This investigation of the Deep State, this investigation of the investigators, is much ado about nothing.
It's more weirdos, more conspiracy theorists, more freaks, and their language.
Actually getting an Attorney General to allow Durham to go out and make a fool of himself, to drag this out years, to make this investigation of the investigators longer, Then the original investigation cost millions and millions of taxpayers' dollars and have absolutely nothing to show about it in the end.
But you have people being slandered throughout the entire process.
You've had some of the more scathing opinions on people like Jared Kushner, for instance.
You don't mince your words in the book about Jared, you know, or Steve Bannon.
And it, you know, it feels like you felt like at times they, you know, got away with not being as good at the job as you felt they should have been.
Well, I think if the president, your boss in a workplace, asks you to work together as a team, you should try to do that.
And this just happened to be the West Wing, so it was very important that people be collaborative and not confrontational.
I felt that, not I felt, there was a lot of undercutting, if not usurping, of other people's duties and responsibilities.
And there was a lot of gratuitously nasty stuff going on also.
In the end, I mean, a lot of those guys got fired, slinked away in shame.
That's true.
Didn't last long.
And I think in many cases, my balls were bigger.
With that, we understand that housing prices have increased a lot.
The pandemic certainly exacerbated that.
There's new research that suggests that a lot of it is because people are working from home.
And so they want to have more space in order to do so.
Thank you.
I don't.
Okay.
Which one is it?
Is your hotspot hooked up in here?
AT&T?
I don't.
Okay.
I brought a light-site too.
Light-site?
Okay.
Which one is it?
AT&T?
AT&T.
What's the network security key?
Okay.
Yeah, hi.
There's a lot of noise.
- - - Thank you, Greg.
- I don't like to use, I'm just gonna box it.
- Yeah.
- Should I put it in the van?
Pack it up?
- Let me pick that up. - 90 seconds.
- You know, how many times do this is what you're saying?
- Yeah, Jen.
- Hello.
- Yeah, hi.
There's a lot of noise in the background.
- Hi.
- Huh?
Here we go.
- I saw a lot of noise in the background.
- Yeah, we're going on, here we go.
- One minute.
- Okay.
- We'll need a title for that second Mr. Flaherty as well.
- Okay.
- Are you telling him with anything?
No, I'm just going to use the camel cut again.
Again, I want to get Jan's response.
Thank you.
Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Sorry, no tote bags here.
That's what NPR spends $500 million of our taxpayer funding on.
Here you just get content from dawn till dusk with the Salem faculty and updates from those who are behind enemy lines every single week.
We are delighted to have with us that West Coast warrior princess, host of the Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870, The Answer, Jennifer Horne.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you, Seb.
I'm actually at the Nixon, Richard Nixon Presidential Library today.
We are doing a big Meet the Candidates event because Primary Day in California is next Tuesday, and so we have over 60 candidates coming into the Nixon Library today.
We invited them all in.
We're going to be doing a special live broadcast on AM 870, AM 590.
We're giving the day off to the great one Mark Levin and to Officer Tatum, and we are going to take over and provide access for our listeners to all of the candidates who are going to be on the ballot next week.
It's going to be really cool.
What are you going to do with 60 candidates?
Are they going to leg wrestle or what?
Let me tell you.
I'm actually wearing my circus, my ringmaster outfit, I think.
I've got my top hat on.
I'm going to be standing in the center circle.
We're going to have fun.
We're going to have a little mini forum with the candidates for governor running against Gavin Newsom, the candidates running for Senate, Attorney General, and we even have some great local officials coming in, some folks who are running for District Attorney who would like to challenge George Gascogne and others.
So it's going to be good.
You know what?
It takes a special kind of person.
I know you agree with me.
To just stop talking, get off the couch and do something.
And so we're going to provide these guys a platform and it's going to be a crazy day.
It's going to be a lot of fun.
Well, we have so many specific news stories to discuss, but I just want to ask one thing about, you know, the governor, the gubernatorial candidates.
Is there any point running against Nancy Pelosi's nephew?
Because you have that rule in California.
That there's limits on how much the challenges can raise, but the incumbent can spend as much money as he wants.
So are these people just tilting at windmills, Jen?
I kind of call it a suicide mission, right?
A kamikaze mission.
But we need people to do it.
And there are a couple of people that I will tell you about that I think are probably kind of ending up on top in all of this, if you can believe it.
The top earner, aside from Gavin Newsom, in this race so far, the person who's fundraised the most is Brian Dolly.
He was a former assemblyman.
He's a current state senator.
I will probably end up giving my vote to Brian Dolly.
There are some good Republicans running.
But Brian has raised more than any of the other candidates, and he has only raised a million dollars.
So this tells you the uphill battle that California's in.
But there's an interesting guy who I just interviewed on The Morning Answer this morning.
And his name is Michael Schellenberger.
He's a former Democrat turned independent.
And I can tell you that I don't agree with him probably on maybe, well, maybe 40% of his platform.
But what he's really strong in is homelessness.
And he has a plan And it is possible strategically.
I know my friend Dennis Prager and our colleague here, he said he's interested in voting for Michael Schellenberger because there might be strategy in not running as a Republican for statewide office to see how that works.
I mean, it can't hurt.
We all want to rally behind someone who is going to be better than Gavin Newsom, even if he's not going to be 100% perfect.
So I'll be interested to talk to those folks.
Some of them are coming today to our event.
You know, we'll see.
It's a top two jungle primary, so it's possible that Newsom will be running against, you know, someone else in his own party.
There isn't really anyone prominent on the Democrat side who's running.
So my guess is he'll either be running in November against either Brian Dolly, the Republican, or Michael Schellenberger, the Independent.
But why are you wasting your time on that candidate?
Because I see here that London Breed has solved the homeless problem for San Francisco with a $6.5 million five-year plan.
Does she not know that five-year plans are what the Soviet Union did?
But it's concentrating on the homeless LGBT of San Francisco, so it'll be fixed, right?
Everything will be fixed.
You know, in Los Angeles, we have an interesting mayoral candidate.
Rick Caruso is his name.
Have you heard about him yet?
The name's familiar, but tell our listeners more.
So he's running against Karen Bass, who is the congresswoman pretty well known on Biden's short list of picks.
To be vice president.
She is leaving Congress because she's redistricted out.
She's going to she thought she was going to just kind of sashay into the mayor's mansion here in Los Angeles.
But she's been given a run for her money by Rick Caruso.
He's a billionaire.
He built the Grove and the Americana in Southern California, which are big shopping destinations, very beautiful places you can go for dinner to shop or see a movie.
And he's a capitalist.
He was a Republican, then he was a Democrat, or excuse me, he was a Republican, then an Independent, now he's a Democrat.
But he is a more conservative Democrat.
I don't even know if I believe the fact that he is 100% there.
He seems to be sane.
And his idea to fix the homelessness is very unique.
There's a constitutional rule that says you can't force people into rehab facilities unless you have enough beds.
So you hear Democrats talking a lot about housing because they can make more money there so they raise a lot with all of these propositions and local measures where we just throw more and more money at the problem and it never really gets there because they build three houses and everybody's still sleeping on the streets.
And so what he's talking about are facilities with beds.
And if you have a certain ratio of bed available, you could actually allow the police to start enforcing the laws on the street, arresting people who are doing bad things, and then offering them two choices.
You go to rehab or you go to jail. - Interesting. - And that's a way, I mean, that's something real.
Forget, I know we like to only target the LGBTQ community up in San Francisco with London Breed, but that's something that I think resonates with a lot of people in Los Angeles.
And by the way, now the thought is that he may win outright in June, because with local elections, if you have 50% plus one, you win.
And there's so much popularity.
He's even got celebrities behind him, like Kim Kardashian and Snoop Dogg, who are actually supporting the more conservative candidate in the race.
And it looks like Karen Bass could actually be out come June 7th, if everything works in the favor of Rick Caruso.
Well, it is today the beginning of Pride Month for me.
It is pride in the fact that I am an American.
This is the 10th.
I saw that!
Isn't that cool?
I was reminded by my body.
I love when you support things.
And you know, you really shake it up and surprise us when you say I'm supportive of Pride Month.
Yeah!
I'm excited to see it.
You have to read the whole tweet.
Unlike the Marine Corps and Commandant Berger, who has disgraced the devil dogs, if he approved the tweet where he went LGBT full woke today.
Not only that, I have in front of me from the State Department, it is our mission to the U.S. Holy See, to the Vatican, and they have a photograph of our mission in the Vatican in Rome with a massive rainbow flag.
I presume they think all Catholics are cool with that, Jen.
Yeah, I think they do.
And I think they're probably wrong.
I mean, there are probably a handful that are.
But, you know, it seems that you can't bully people, even today.
I mean, I think the happiest I was all week was having a conversation with you about Top Gun.
Yes!
For one moment, we felt like for two hours, we didn't have to be woke.
We didn't have to be saying what we thought was acceptable.
We just were.
And we were proud to be Americans, and we were proud to be enjoying entertainment.
Maybe we need to take a lesson from that.
Yeah, and I want to inform everybody that at first, a year ago, the original trailer, they had censored the jacket, the fighter jacket that Maverick wore in the original movie, because it had a flag of Japan and a flag of Taiwan.
They removed that to placate the communists in Beijing.
Then Tom Cruise thought the better of it and put the patches back.
So that's the power of the cruise machine.
I need to ask you one question, Jennifer Horne.
With these 60 candidates in the Nixon Library, are you going to do what we did in the Reagan Library?
Are you going to have an 80s trivia kind of competition?
I only do that when you're around.
So I'll tell you what, we're going to do another one of these events in November and maybe you could be our special guest and we could play 80s Trivia.
Let's do it.
I love it.
Or we could have like a Top Gun special.
Yes, we could do a viewing party.
That would be cool.
Or we could dress as our favorite character.
All right, all right.
No homoerotic, you know, volleyball reenactment scenes, okay?
I'm going to do my best.
We're not going to oil up the gentlemen for that one.
But we could have some trivia on Top Gun, both of them, or cruise movies in general.
By the way, my friends, it is the first day of Pride Month.

This is America First.
So how are you managing...
How are you corralling 60 candidates?
Well, we're gonna do the broadcast.
We're gonna have a lot of unhappy people.
I'm wearing my spiked jewelry today just to keep them all at bay.
Like what?
Like what?
Tell me.
I'm just kidding.
I was going to wear spike bracelets to beat people back, you know, because, you know, they're all going to want to get on the air.
But I've got Congressman Garcia.
I've got Congresswoman Kim coming in.
We've got the D.A.
from Orange County, Todd Spitzer, coming in.
And then we're just going to do a few little, like, 15-minute forms, basically.
So all the candidates for governor ask the same question.
All the candidates for Senate ask the same question.
So it's going to be like speed dating with these candidates, and I'll introduce them to the crowd on the breaks, and we'll see how it goes.
If I'm alive at 6 o'clock, it'll be a success.
And what's that library like?
Is it as big as the Reagan one?
You know, it's not as big, but it is gorgeous.
I would love to take you and Katie here next time you're in town.
They have Nixon's birthplace here, so they actually have the home that he was born in in the back in the garden area.
They have Marine One, which is really cool to see.
And the exhibits are a lot smaller.
They don't have as many traveling exhibits as the Reagans, but they have an exact replica of the East Room, which is where we're going to be doing our event today.
And it is gorgeous.
You can rent it for weddings and events.
It's beautiful.
It's incredible.
So I will send you some pictures.
I'll send you a few from when we go in there.
But I'm hiding out because I told him I wanted to do your show from this room.
And I'm sorry the commerce didn't work.
I don't know why we couldn't hook up with you.
It seemed to be, I don't know, there might have been an issue, I think, maybe in Arlington.
I don't know.
But anyway, it's going to be great and it should be fun.
And yeah, the library is beautiful.
They've got a new Title IX exhibit because Richard Nixon, a couple of things that people don't know, was the founder of the EPA.
So a lot of people like to say conservatives don't like to conserve, but he was actually the start.
He started it.
He also was a huge advocate for women.
So they just brought in the new Title IX exhibit, and they kind of go through all of the women in sports, women in politics.
It's really pretty interesting.
It's a great place.
Well, we wish you every luck.
We'll promote it again.
What else should we talk about?
A great story that's going on locally is there's a high school that's not allowing UNVAC students to graduate.
Wow.
And we actually took some action this morning on the show.
And Congressman Garcia went down to argue with the principal.
OK, let's talk about that.
You gave my wife a sore throat.
She's lost her voice.
How did you do that?
I couldn't believe it.
I said, that was me last week.
How did we do that to each other?
I know.
Is she OK?
Is she feeling bad?
Yeah, she's under the weather.
She's at a conference, and she's basically lost her voice and not feeling too well.
But I'll see her tomorrow night.
Yeah, I felt fine through the whole thing, but my voice just, it was gone.
Thankfully, it came back.
How are things there?
Are you in studio?
Yep, and it is bloody hot outside.
Uh-oh.
Summertime.
Oh, you're crazy hot.
It's about 90 here today, too, but it's a dry heat.
Like 94 or something.
All right, stand by.
Okay.
News and talk radio is still really popular, even in the internet age.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.

We are back with Jennifer Horne.
You've got to follow her right now on Twitter.
Jennifer, talking of vaccinations, you've got a local story that's rather disturbing from your neck of the woods.
Yeah, this story is incredible.
So we all know about the L. A unified school district and them really keeping kids out of school for a year and a half, much because the teachers union was putting up all sorts of demands before they could go back into the classroom.
But They did, and they actually had the wherewithal not to require vaccines or mandate vaccines until at least July of 2023, which means that everybody going to L. A unified school districts can participate on campus.
They can do their graduation ceremonies and all of that.
But there's a charter high school in the San Fernando Valley, really right down the street from where I went to school at Bishop Alameda High School in the valley, and it's Granada Hills Charter High School.
They decided that they were going to implement or keep their vaccine mandate, even though the LA Unified School District said they didn't have to.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
The local government says no, but a charter school says yes?
Yes.
The local government, the school district, they all say you don't have to do this, but the school decides that they're going to.
Get this, how ridiculous this is.
Every student, in order to participate in graduation, has to show proof of vaccination, Every person in attendance has to show proof of vaccination and they all have to show a negative COVID test.
Now most of their student body has received the vaccine but there are 70 students including eight special needs kids who are not going to get to walk in graduation ceremonies because they do not have the vaccine.
So what has this resulted in?
What response has there been, Jen?
Well, there have been protests in front of the school.
There are a lot of political candidates running for office that are out there trying to help.
But the school's not going to budge.
And really, if you're going to ask for a negative COVID test, what does it matter if you show the vaccine card?
It seems unnecessary.
So we were talking on the air.
The spokesperson for the group who's organizing these parents calls in and says, you know, I've been trying to get local government to get involved, some Republicans in charge.
We can't get them.
Lickety-split.
Congressman Mike Garcia, who is going to be running in that district, or he is running for election in that district because of redistricting, You know what?
I'm driving around in my car right now.
I'm going to drive over there.
He went and he's in negotiations.
He had a meeting with the principal.
He was going to try to bust onto campus and have it out with the principal to see if they could come to some sort of conclusion.
I haven't heard back from him, but I'm hoping to get an update later today.
And I hope for the sake of those kids.
I mean, this is a rite of passage.
You don't get to graduate every day.
A high school graduation is a big deal.
And how dare Charter school.
I think that they can take that away from kids.
Truly, truly outrageous.
I'd love to know what the logic there is.
We're talking to Jennifer Horne, host of The Morning Answer.
AM 590, AM 870, The Answer.
Follow her right now at Jennifer Horne.
Also, crntalk.com.
She's hosting a very special event today.
We'll give you more information in a moment, but I have to play a cut that we've already played on the show today.
It's only 12 seconds long, but I just want somebody to explain this to me.
This is somebody who thinks he's being funny.
He has a late-night comedy show.
He used to have a very strange one called The Man Show.
This is Jimmy Kimmel talking about a certain senator from Texas.
Play cut six.
Ted Cruz must know that at this point, every busboy spits in his food, right?
But maybe that's what he likes about eating out.
I don't know.
But I, for one, hope Ted Cruz never gets to eat peacefully in a restaurant again.
So, A, why are people laughing at the idea of having somebody have their food spat on?
And then second, when does a conservative get to say on television, I hope somebody I politically disagree with, when they're out with their family eating, never gets another peaceful meal in their life?
Yeah, it is pretty hypocritical.
It's disgusting.
First of all, you said that these late night guys are trying to be funny.
I don't even know that they are anymore.
I don't think that there's anything funny about late night, and it's not often that I'm up that late because I get up early in the morning.
But I can tell you, when I do have a moment of weakness and think I'm going to check in, it's not funny.
It's all set up to create more division in the country and to have another political platform for the left.
And it's all under the guise of humor.
But, you know, the advocating of violence, especially after the week this country had in Yuvaldi last week and watching all of the death and destruction, How dare you?
How dare you tell people to go out and spit in people's food?
Food is the Maxine Water School.
We're just attack them where they are.
If they're at a gas station, go there.
Attacking Sarah Sanders in restaurants, this is what the left tells you to do.
And they like to pretend because Republicans are strong, standing behind the Second Amendment, understand the value of the Constitution, that somehow we're the violent ones.
I'd put us up against them any single day.
They're the ones who are calling for violence and giggling about it.
Jen, tell all of our listeners where you are today and what you'll be doing in a couple of hours.
We are in California.
We're fighting from the belly of the beast, and for good reason.
I'm telling you really quickly about one of the topics of conversation here.
There's a new Senate bill that just got enough approval in the Senate to require, speaking of Uvalde, that schools no longer have to report threats or even violent attacks on their campuses to police.
That just passed through our Senate.
A lot of people are upset about that.
The economy, gas prices, crime, homelessness.
And so there is a change that's coming to California, maybe not at the statewide level, but certainly in local offices.
And we have about 60 candidates who are showing up today who have taken the initiative to get off the couch, to come on out, to meet constituents.
It's a sold-out crowd.
We have over 450 listeners coming out to this event today.
At the Nixon Library.
At the Nixon Presidential Library, it's a beautiful location.
We're going to be in their replica of the East Room from the White House, which I know you're familiar with.
And I'm going to send you pictures so you can tell me how it compares.
But even the folks at the Nixon Library who have been to the White House say that it is almost exactly the same.
All right.
I need to see those pictures.
I will verify their authenticity, their verisimilitude.
In the meantime, where can people listen?
How can they watch the event tonight, Jen?
Yeah, if you're in California, you can go to am870.info, am590.info.
You can download our app if you would like to take a listen anywhere in digital sound.
And if you're nearby, we might be able to sneak you in because we think people are going to be coming and going.
It's a four-hour event, so if you're in the area, come on by to the Nixon Presidential Library, and we'll see if we can't get you in and say hi to us.
Fabulous, fabulous.
But next time, it's going to be 80s trivia, maybe about Top Gun.
She's Jennifer Horne.
God bless you.
I think I might have to tune into that.
60 candidates.
That sounds crazy.
Follow her right now.
Oh, I come out alive.
That's the question.
Good luck.
At Jennifer Horn.

Yeah, you can't read it.
It's cut off.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Well then, come in here.
here.
What do you need?
Flaherty... Well, then we've got to fix... No, it's a monitor setting.
It's a monitor setting.
For Flaherty... One of the best investments you can make.
All right.
And then horn.
60 candidates.
California's political jungle.
California's political jungle.
All right.
Play me cut eight.
Get playback one ready.
Cut eight.
Go ahead.
With that, we understand that housing prices have increased a lot.
The pandemic certainly exacerbated that.
There's new research that suggests that a lot of it is because people are working from home.
And so they want to have more space in order to do so.
Wow.
I think that's the dumbest thing that's been said by an advisor.
That's pretty amazing.
So that's a pretty low bar.
Play me five again, the whole thing.
Thank you.
Go ahead.
It's just wrong.
Hold on.
Alright, I'll use that with Trish.
My personal opinion is I think he's wrong about that, by the way.
What?
That it's unpopular?
I think it would be a very popular movie if I knew it.
They gotta do it because of the stupid freeze.
That's why.
What do you mean?
The quest for the MAGA truth is not archaeology.
It's a race against evil.
If it is discovered by the Democrats, the armies of darkness will march all over the face of the Earth.
Do you understand?
I think all of our listeners understand.
Welcome back, dear friends.
This is America First.
We'll be joined by Trish Regan momentarily.
Going to take your calls before that.
But we were having a conversation in the break concerning a clip from Mr. Wonderful, Kevin O'Leary, about the student loan debt potentially being wiped out.
And just as we came back on, Mr. G said something that I didn't get to ask him about.
So I want to bring him on to the show.
Mr. G, the student loan debt being excused, is it going to happen?
Is it not going to happen?
You mentioned something about a freeze.
I want to hear your thoughts.
I think that they have to do something because they did that stupid freeze during the pandemic where you didn't have to make payments for 18 months.
Yes.
So it's been so long now.
It's almost like a benefit.
People are used to not paying their student loans.
So now you bring it back.
It's almost like they feel like now they've got a new bill.
They've got to do something.
So they're going to whack 10 grand off the debt, I bet.
Right, because if the 18-month moratorium expires, everybody who's used to it is going to be super angry at the Democrats.
Exactly.
They're going to blame them for that.
So you think the response is to whack off the $10,000?
They've got to do something, especially when they campaigned on lying, as they did in 2020, that they're going to get rid of all student loans.
So what does that mean for the midterms because how many more people then get the benefit will be angry that didn't go to college or paid their own way and will be angry at the Democrats.
Do you think it's a net win for conservatives or kind of evens out?
I think it backfires like a lot of the stuff the Democrats are doing.
I think that more people will be angry.
Interesting.
Okay.
Dear friends, the woke crowd has seized control of our schools.
Now a minority of loud, woke voices are trying to take over our corporations.
From Disney to American Express, more companies are taking woke positions on political issues they have no business taking.
This is something we have to fight back.
How do we do that?
Well, from discrimination on the hiring front to subversive woke ideas like ESG, it's affecting all corporations.
However, you can do something about it.
Do your part at rockthewoke.com Disney and others have heard from Woke America.
Now it's time they hear from us.
It's from the Job Creators Network.
Check out the new website, rockthewoke.com.
Don't let the woke crowd do to our businesses what they have done to our schools.
That's rockthewoke.com.
All right, let's go to your calls.
Waiting very patiently in Los Angeles.
Brent, welcome to America First.
Ultra Gunner Gorka!
I like it.
Ultra Gunner, what would you like to discuss today?
Well, first, to start, I want to thank you for your first decade anniversary of immigration excellence in making America a much greater place than when you arrived.
Well, thank you.
A little contribution.
One amongst 330 million-odd Americans, but I appreciate it.
Yes, it's the 10th anniversary of my naturalization.
That's so kind of you, Brent.
Yeah, I think you've done a little more than most.
But also, I want to thank our ultra-righteous President Trump for having the courage and the common sense to attend the recent NRA convention.
The NRA is America's most significant and successful civil rights organization in history, and the NRA has helped to save millions of Americans from millions of Democrat racists, thugs, and criminals.
If China, Russia, and Germany had an NRA, a hundred million of their people would not have been so simply slaughtered by their woke Democrat Marxists.
Yeah, we have a clip from the president that we might get to later from the NRA convention.
Yes, the NRA is the most important civil rights organization in history helping to arm black Americans and freedmen.
However, it is a disgrace that Wayne LaPierre was quote-unquote re-elected or re-selected as the president because he is a liability.
That's why Gun Owners of America Firearms Policy Coalition Better choices today.
So, guys, come on.
Somebody needs to take it over.
Somebody like Donald Trump Jr.
Because this organization has become a liability under LePierre's direction.
Thank you.
Thank you so much, Brent.
Let's go to Matt, North Carolina, also waiting very patiently.
Hello, Commander of Conservative Radio, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you, Matt.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
That was very good.
My point is, I have a very good topic advisor, sir.
Am I too loud for you?
My very good topic advisor said, did you know he wanted me to tell Sebastian Gorka we're spending $3 million a day to guard the border steel that Biden refused to put up on our southern border?
Correct.
Thank you for letting me do that.
Yeah, no, this is true.
This is the outrageous.
We are paying money for contracts that have been cancelled for the wall President Trump was building.
The steel that was going to be used to build that wall is now having to be stored and guarded.
It is an utter outrage as more than 2 million Americans, 2 million illegals have crossed into America in just 16 months.
Thank you for that update.
I think we have to get Tom Homan or Mark Morgan back on the show.
Much appreciated, Matt.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

This is Debran's story.
I just started taking ReliefFactor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you, Relief Factor.
That should be your story.
That could be your story.

You know it makes sense.
relief factor.com do you need to tell traffic about this switch in the first hour Jeff Thank you.
Thank you.
He says yes.
Okay, and then you can block the lines.
Block the lines.
We'll be getting her on Skype momentarily.
Do we have the name of that advisor?
Is that O'Leary cut with Trish?
Yes.
All righty.
Do we have the name of that advisor?
Oh, yes, Cecilia Rouse.
Okay.
Yeah, the way I see it, like, canceling student loan debt, if he does it, there's nobody who is not going to vote for him or who may have been willing to vote for him who is going to not vote for him because of that, whereas people who weren't going to vote for him, absolutely.
Hey!
Microphone would help.
Let me put one of those on.
How you doing?
I'm very good.
Thank you for your patience.
- Can you, yeah, call again.
- Yeah, try calling again.
All pros and no cons basically is how I see it.
Up, she is on, let her know the mic's alive.
- Hey guys.
- Hey.
- Microphone would help.
Let me put one of those on.
- How you doing?
- I'm very good, thank you for your patience.
We had a bit of traffic.
- No problems.
I sent Jeff a bunch of stuff he would like to discuss.
This Facebook news just broke, of course.
I have a lot of views on the company, aside from its, you know, lack of tolerance of conservatives just in terms of the stock price.
And then, you know, Joe Biden came out with that letter And how he's going to fight inflation, which tells us he knows nothing about inflation.
All right.
Let's talk.
Also, I want to talk about, I'm going to play you a cut from Kevin O'Leary about the student debt wipeout that could be good to respond to.
OK?
Absolutely.
All right.
OK.
40 seconds.
OK.
Stand by. Yep. Stand by.
Stand by.
So much breaking news, more than you can shake a stick at.
The number two at Facebook, or Meta, the owner, the company above Facebook, Sheryl Sandberg, is leaving after 14 years.
Likewise, we have the final jury verdict from the Amber Heard Johnny Depp trial.
He has won damages, lots of money, lots of damages to Johnny Depp in that defamation suit.
Let's talk about all of that and so much more with our market maven.
You've got to listen to her podcast.
You've got to follow her, TrishRegan.Locals.com, The Trish Regan Show and Trish underscore Regan on Twitter.
Trish, welcome back to America First.
Always good to see you.
So much going on.
All right.
Where do you want to start?
Let's talk about Facebook.
Okay.
Facebook.
Yeah, that news just coming out this afternoon.
Look, I think this is actually good for the company that Sheryl Sandberg departs.
I think the company is facing a tremendous amount of challenges in the future.
Some of it's related, of course, to the economic challenges that everyone is going to be facing.
Certainly, tech companies have seen their share.
But also, look, let's face it, Sab.
I mean, Who's on Facebook now?
I mean, for young people anyway.
I mean, I'm sorry.
It's a certain demographic.
It's a certain demographic, but they still make a lot of money.
I'm sorry.
Go to Locals, by the way.
Go to Locals.
Way cool.
Anyway, it's sort of like they've kind of gotten stuck in time where they are.
And I think it's really important that that company start to innovate for the future.
Not to mention, be more inclusive of other folks' thoughts, including those of us conservatives.
But I do think that there's a whole bunch of change that's going to happen within the Internet sector, within that tech space, with the onset of Web 3.0.
And I'm talking about the metaverse.
I do think Zuckerberg, look, don't underestimate him.
He's a smart guy.
He gets it.
One of the reasons he's calling his company now meta and the stock symbol is going to change on June 9th.
is because he wants to position himself for this new iteration of the Internet.
Problem is, it's a big, huge company now that makes a whole lot of money.
I'm not sure that they're going to be able to transition as fast as they'll need to.
I also think shareholders don't have a lot of tolerance for him sinking a ton of money, you can call it a big money pit, into this Web 3.0 metaverse, when they're like, wait a second, but you do one thing decently well.
I mean, this is, of course, one of the challenges, right, with public markets.
You're a big company making a lot of money.
Why change?
It's just that if they don't keep pace with the changes that are coming, they run the risk of being yesterday's news.
All right, let's talk about, we've been debating this off there in the breaks.
This is, he's known as Mr. Wonderful, Kevin O'Leary, a very good businessman who's getting, like Elon Musk of late, Trish, getting increasingly political.
And he got a little hot under the collar when it came to something that we expect the Biden administration may be doing imminently.
Cut five, play cut.
It's just wrong.
Clearly, he's angry.
He says it's kamikaze, it's political suicide.
However, Mr. G, the producer here, said they've got to do something, at least the huge $10,000 write-off for the student.
Why?
Because under COVID, they've been given a moratorium for a year and a half, and the idea that the Dems are just going to slap it back.
What's your prediction, and how bad an idea is this, Trish?
It's a super bad idea.
But let me just say the government being as involved as they are in lending to begin with, it was such a bad idea.
I mean, it's the reason why you have so much inflation in the education space.
And it's sort of become, you know, in the 80s, they referred to the big military industrial complex.
It's like the big educational complex that's trying to educate everybody to be super woke at our expense.
I think it's a bad idea.
It doesn't really go well with everyday Americans.
And Kevin is great.
I love Kevin.
Really smart guy himself.
But what Kevin needs to understand is this isn't necessarily about smart politics or even smart economics.
This is all about Joe Biden trying to get the kids, just like Facebook, right?
He wants the younger generation to be enthused about Democrats and get that base out there and AOC's fans and Bernie Sanders bros and that whole crowd.
And so he thinks, well, maybe if I just give them this, that'll get them excited.
It won't.
These handouts never work.
And ultimately, all you're doing is costing an entire generation of people more and more money.
It is an economically not sound idea.
All that said, I mean, they do have to find some solution in that they should be exiting the education space so that we have, you know, more true pricing.
I mean, how insane is it that it costs as much as it does to get a college education?
And somehow we've convinced an entire group of people, a whole society, that you're never going to get ahead without that certificate from Timbuktu that's going to send you into debt for the rest of your life.
I mean, we've got to rethink our priorities here.
Well, yeah, and the fact is these are certificates that make you completely irrelevant in the workforce, another degree in sustainability or gender studies.
30 seconds left.
I want your prediction.
You're so wise in matters of the market where markets and politics overlap.
Just your prediction.
Are they going to do it before the midterms?
Are they going to try and buy the young demographic vote with some kind of write-off?
Oh, I think that there's going to be for sure an effort to do this.
I do think that's It's called buying votes, right?
And they gotta buy votes because apparently they can't earn them.
And so, yes, be on the lookout for major write-offs on student debt.
Forget Facebook.
Follow her right now, trishregan.locals.com or straight to her website, trishintel.com.
And of course, listen to her podcast.
She's one of us.
At Salem, the Trish Regan Show.

All right, she's gone.
We have the cut of Trump from the NRA.
Oh good, can I hear it?
Uh, yeah.
Playback one, go ahead and give it.
There's always a grotesque effort by some in our society to use the suffering of others to advance their own extreme political agenda.
Even more repulsive is their rush to shift blame away from the villains who commit acts of mass violence and to place that blame onto the shoulders of millions of peaceful, law-abiding citizens who belong to organizations such as our wonderful NRA.
When Joe Biden blamed the gun lobby, he was talking about Americans like you.
And along with countless other Democrats this week, he was shamefully suggesting that Republicans are somehow okay with letting school shootings happen.
They're not okay with it.
This rhetoric is highly divisive and dangerous, and most importantly, it's wrong.
Okay, thanks.
It has no place in our politics.
Thanks.
How long is the whole thing?
It's a minute thirteen.
A minute thirteen.
Alright.
I'll go to Rick and then I'll tee that.
No.
What's the question?
It's so hard to see.
He says that the student loans, it's only going to forgive people that went to state schools, not private schools.
Okay.
Call her and then cut.
Yeah.
All right.
Go ahead.
Go ahead.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Welcome back, dear friends.
We've got that clip from the President of the NRA.
We're going to play it for you.
Superb, superb little clip from his speech.
But first, let's squeeze in one more call before we go to our special guest, the CEO of Rumble, no less.
Let's go to Chicago.
I can't see the name of the caller.
Who's on the line?
Rick!
Welcome to America First, Rick.
Yeah, hi.
There's something that's been-- What are you doing with your phone, Rick?
Are you on a tightrope?
It's very hard to hear you, Rick.
Let me try speaking softer or something.
No, just carry on.
You've got to be quick.
What's up, Rick?
About the time Biden took office, there was a A thing written by the two of them for their plan on America, and it specifically states that the pardons for school loans would be issued only to state school students.
Okay, so what?
Well, talk about making a lot of people mad.
My daughter went to a private school.
Well, of course!
It's not about justice.
It's about buying votes.
You're absolutely right.
Thank you, Rick.
All right, let's go to the President of the United States, as it should be, and what he had to say about your rights, your Second Amendment rights, even after the Uvalde massacre.
Play cut.
There's always a grotesque effort by some in our society to use the suffering of others To advance their own extreme political agenda.
Even more repulsive is their rush to shift blame away from the villains who commit acts of mass violence, and to place that blame onto the shoulders of millions of peaceful, law-abiding citizens who belong to organizations such as our wonderful NRA.
When Joe Biden blamed the gun lobby, he was talking about Americans like you.
And along with countless other Democrats, this week he was shamefully suggesting that Republicans are somehow okay with letting school shootings happen.
They're not okay with it.
This rhetoric is highly divisive and dangerous, and most importantly, it's wrong.
It has no place in our politics.
As always in the wake of these tragedies, the various gun control policies being pushed by the left would have done nothing to prevent the horror that took place.
Absolutely nothing.
That's the point.
Everything they recommend, everything the Democrats, the White House comes up with, it's just pandering.
It doesn't make a difference.
Why?
Because they want to disarm you.
Because you are the last guarantor of liberty in America.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Next, the man who is in charge of the First Amendment alternative to the fascists at YouTube, Chris Pavlovsky of Rumble.
You don't want to miss it.
Stay on this channel.
We
have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
This is organized crime.
In no way, in no time, is that legal.
- This is organized crime.
- Do you have video evidence?
- Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country. - What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 Mules.
in select theaters may 2nd and 4th virtual premiere may 7th stream may 8th at salem now or locals when you announce that you're running for a second term even then you won't go back to twitter even if elon's fixed it no No, I'm not going back.
I told them I'm not going back.
I don't want to go back.
First of all, I think it's highly overrated with all the bots, with all the fake accounts and everything else.
And I don't think Elon's going to buy it or he's going to get a much lower price.
I don't think he's going to buy it because I think a lot of that interaction is fake.
And that's what he's finding.
That was the President last week with us here on America First.
If you missed it, why?
Where were you?
Were you trapped under a rock?
And if you did miss it, you know what?
Go to Rumble.
Watch the whole interview with the President.
It's not on YouTube for a very special reason, and I'll explain that momentarily.
This is America First, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank swamp that is Washington, D.C.
What a perfect guest to discuss such issues as YouTube, as Rumble, as the future of social media, than the founder and CEO of Rumble itself, Chris Pavlovsky.
Welcome in studio.
Thank you for having me, Sebastian.
Glad to be here.
All right, so much to discuss.
Let's start with who you are and how you came to be the CEO of this YouTube upstart, you know, adversary.
Yeah, so I started like two decades ago.
I remember it was like 2005.
One of my friends sends me, it was an ICQ message at the time, and he's like, hey, check these guys out while I was building video sites.
He's like, these guys are going to dominate.
That company at the time was YouTube.
So fast forward to 2007, Google buys YouTube.
They suck up all the oxygen in the room.
They end up becoming the de facto video platform and kind of dominate the space.
So it wasn't until about 2013, well 2010, where I started seeing this type of preferencing happening.
I saw basically YouTube was starting to walk away from the small creator.
They were really deprioritizing our friends and family, aunts and uncles, and really prioritizing like huge channels, influencers, brands, corporations, and really kind of left alone that small creator.
So by 2013, I decided to get back in.
I started Rumble in late 2013 entirely on the premise of really kind of focusing on that small crater, our aunts and uncles, and giving them the same kind of tools that the large craters would get on these incumbent platforms, and the monetization, the distribution, and just kind of really bringing them a platform that treats them fairly like everyone else.
It was probably like eight years, seven years too early.
But it was nevertheless, you know, that allowed us to really build something really good in those seven years.
And it wasn't until about 2020 when Congressman Devin Nunes discovered us in the summer of 2020.
And that's kind of when things hit the fan.
So Devin joined Rumble in the summer of 2020 and what happened was he literally, I remember it was like 11 o'clock at night, one of my colleagues Is like, actually my colleague Alex, we're talking on the phone, we see this sign-up coming from Congressman Nunes, and we're like, what is this?
Is this actually Devin Nunes?
Like, we're Canadian, and we're like, is this actually real?
You mean he's creating an account on Rumble?
Yeah, is this a fake account?
Or am I under investigation by the House Intelligence Committee, right?
Like, I didn't know what it was.
So we looked into it, it looked to be real.
A week later, I get on the phone with the Congressman, and he asks me a simple question.
He's like, and I thought it was like a trick question at the time.
And it was like, Chris, if I bring my content, my podcast to your platform and someone searches my name, are they going to find it?
And I'm like, yeah, of course.
We're definitely not going to be censoring an elected official's podcast on our platform.
That's not going to happen for sure.
I promise.
And so he ends up bringing up his content onto our platform.
And, you know, within two to three months, he accumulates 300,000 subscribers.
You've got to say the backstory to that which you shared with me before we came on which is he had a YouTube channel where he was putting his content for X number of years.
You said he was paying for billboards in California across his district saying go sign up to my YouTube podcast and he was maxing out at how many followers?
Yeah, so think of this.
He has, like, billboards in California.
He's advertising his podcast.
He's a national known politician.
He's Congressman Devin Nunes, ranking member of the Intelligence Committee at the time.
And he's only accumulated 10,000 subscribers on YouTube.
On YouTube.
In four years.
In four years.
He comes to Rumble.
In two to three months, he accumulates 300,000 subscribers.
So are we going to sit there and believe that Rumble had more users than YouTube?
You will.
Eventually.
Eventually.
Let's hope so.
But this is at a time when Rumble was not even known.
We were lucky to have a million active users on our platform at the time.
And YouTube has close to 200 million in the U.S.
alone, plus globally they say 2 billion.
And they couldn't find an audience for his podcast, but Rumble somehow did.
Yeah, during the Russia collusion hoax, people didn't want to hear Nunes talk about it on YouTube.
Alright, well that tells you why you need Rumble.
That tells you guys why you need to subscribe to Rumble.com slash SebGawker.
Not just for the interview, the present, but everything we do on this show.
That's rumble.com slash s-e-b-g-o-r-k-a.
And I'm going to do it right now in front of millions of listeners across the nation.
I've got a debt of gratitude to you and especially Dan Bongino because of what happened to our YouTube channel.
We had my personal channel.
We had the channel for this show.
Both of them were terminated.
And I'll tell you how, why they were terminated in a moment, but as soon as they were terminated, I think they were terminated on a Thursday or a Friday, I told Dan Bongino before his show, and he talked about it on his radio show, he was so pissed, he knew you, and he got in touch with you guys, and you helped us to get our live-streaming show, which was on YouTube, live-streaming on Rumble on the Tuesday after we were terminated on YouTube, and I don't know if... Eric, are you out there?
What's our number now on Rumble?
How many subscribers?
Over 366,000 subscribers.
366,000.
So, you know, we were next.
We were unpersoned in an Orwellian sense on YouTube.
And then we're almost 400,000 on Rumble already.
And I just want to share with everybody so you understand the story.
We were terminated because of a video which wasn't public.
After January the 20th, everybody was warned, you are not allowed, all content providers were sent an email by YouTube, you are not allowed to question the results of the election.
Biden is the president!
Any videos which do blah blah blah.
And we said, okay, we're super, you know, cautious about it.
And so we know that we had an interview with one of my colleagues in California who had said back in whenever, December, the following on an interview, as a journalist, there are many Trump voters who have a problem with the results of the last election.
That was her statement.
We said, OK, make that a private video.
Nobody can see it unless it's our back office or YouTube's back office.
That's the video they used to terminate us.
A video that wasn't public was the reason.
So clearly, there's a need for rumble, Chris.
Yeah, no, that tells me that someone was looking and snooping in your account.
Yeah, someone was going to find a reason to get rid of us.
And they don't accept people expressing opinions, which is bizarre.
First Amendment.
It's like, I never thought we'd be... This is important.
This isn't child pornography.
We're not teaching how to make a Molotov cocktail.
This is somebody saying, which is a statement of fact, many Trump voters have a problem with the results of the election.
And boom, gone.
That's unbelievable.
And I want to say thank you to you and Dan for helping us.
No, absolutely.
And thank you for using the platform and being part of it.
We have a duty, and the duty is to really treat everybody fairly and make sure that everyone can express their opinions and debate and have a good conversation.
That is the foundation of what this country was built on.
We'll never waver on that.
That is like the core fundamental value of Rumble.
I cannot believe that we're at a point right now where you can't even have these debates anymore.
It's crazy to me.
I didn't think that that would be a competitive advantage in any business to be aligned with the First Amendment, but it certainly is today.
And we will never waver on that.
That is core to my being.
Well, God bless you, God bless Devin Nunes, Dan Bongino.
It is Rumble.com.
It is the, I call it the First Amendment alternative to the fascistic YouTube.

It's also about the massive social media platform that is Twitter and the competitors.
Let's listen to one man who seems to have some designs on Twitter.
And a good sign as to whether there is free speech is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like.
And if that is the case, then we have free speech.
And it's damn annoying when someone you don't like says something you don't like.
That is a sign of a healthy, functioning free speech situation.
Pretty logical.
Sounds right to me.
Chris, I know you work closely with the people at Truth Social.
Something's happened there.
Devon was on the show a week ago.
Now that it's available through the website, through the mobile.com on Android, my account is exploding.
It was growing about 1,000, 2,000.
Subs a day.
Now it's four, five, six thousand per day on my account.
Why do we need another social media account?
Talk to us about Twitter.
And you're a business man.
You're not in it for charity.
Elon says he's just doing it for the freedom.
I think he wants to make some money as well.
Can you explain to me how Twitter doesn't make money with gazillions of users?
What is the problem there?
And maybe it has something to do with bot accounts.
This study last week that half, half Of President Biden's 22 million followers aren't real people so talk to us about this weird thing that is Twitter.
Yeah and you know I keep banging my head against this and trying to figure it out but you know when you compare and I think there's a really good comparison now you have truth social so you can actually put two very similar things two pieces of evidence right beside each other and you You know, you look at it and you're like, you have half the followers on Truth and you have double the followers on Twitter and you're getting more engagement.
Meaning an individual post on the site that has smaller reach gets far more interaction with the followers by multiples, which just makes sense mathematically.
They were only on iOS for the first little while here.
They're only on mobile web and iOS now.
They're only in the United States, whereas Twitter's global on every device, every platform.
I think you can even find Twitter on a TV if you really wanted to get it on there.
And then when you look at the interaction that you get on Truth versus the interaction you get on Twitter, you're looking at the users that are coming to you on Twitter and they're like, Hello, 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, like thousands of digits.
Generating.
And then you're looking at truth and there are actual like genuine comments that are like, you know, positive and, you know, you're going to find negative ones, but like legitimate comments.
So I think that really kind of pokes a hole.
And it was funny because we never heard anything about bots until Devin went on TV one day and said, I think there's a lot of bots on there.
Oh, really?
And then it was on Fox.
And then, you know, a week later, next thing you know, we're hearing a lot about bots out of nowhere.
So I don't know, I don't know what the numbers are there.
I don't, you know, I don't have that data or I can't see that data.
But anecdotally, from what I see, this is like... Well, and the funny thing is, whenever I get really atrocious stuff, you know, people DM me or really do disgusting comments on my Twitter.
It's very interesting.
You go to their account and it is, it is like clockwork.
Every one of these trash accounts has between 8 and 12 followers.
Yeah, it's very similar.
They know each other and it's like eight followers.
That's it.
It's true.
I've seen that.
I've seen the same thing.
It's a question that needs to be asked.
I'm really happy Elon's asking it because that's a massive investment that he is looking to do.
If there is any type of fraudulent traffic on there, you're going to want to know exactly what that is.
If that's above 5% or it's below 5%, you're going to want to know.
How widespread a given microblogging system or video system is, the stranglehold potentially based upon apps.
So the iOS, the iPhone versus the Android.
You were telling me some very interesting figures.
I thought, you know, the iPhone corners the market, but you're telling me that there's a huge proportion of people who are on Android.
Yeah.
I don't think people appreciate the amount of market there is on Android.
And I think this is absolutely true for Rumble.
The majority of app users are on Android.
Wow.
But for some reason, we're all focused on iPhone all the time, and we should be focused on Android.
And I'm an Android user myself, and an iPhone user.
I have multiple phones.
But Android is my first choice when I choose my phone.
Because?
Just I felt like it was something I started with like 10 years ago and just kind of out of habit I ended up there.
And we know we typically put a lot of focus on iPhone but the market is larger for rumble on Android and it's much larger when you get outside the United States but even in the US we're seeing like well over 50% on Android, close to 55.
around there.
So the Android is something to definitely put a lot of focus into.
And I think that, you know, for Truth, for example, the fact that they're only on iOS and they don't have the Android app, I think that gives them a lot of room to grow as well.
How much of a danger is there that, you know, you are at the mercy of the "app store" when you're developing a new product?
Good thing there's two of them instead of one.
Because right now there's only one search, which is Google.
You could say there's a few others.
But at least there's two.
You have Apple, and then you have Google.
If I were to pick an app store that I think is going to treat us more fair, it would be Apple.
Just from the egregious things that I've seen Google do on the Monopoly side, and preferencing and stuff.
You mean Android?
No, I actually prefer the apps where I think they're friendlier from my interactions.
Obviously, we're in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit with Google for antitrust, so my affection towards Google as a whole is less than Apple for sure.
Well, I'm going to ask you about that.
I'm going to ask you about what we can do about Google.
What is it?
Is it a monopoly?
Is it a cartel with Alphabet and YouTube?
We're talking to Chris Pavlovsky, CEO and founder of Rumble.

So perhaps let's get a little bit technical here Chris.
Perhaps the biggest obstacle to doing what you do, or anybody who wants to create an alternative platform, is where do you put the data?
Is it safe?
Can you, you know, like parlour, can you just be switched off at the flick of somebody's capricious decision?
So, how are you, how did you work that out?
How big of a challenge is, what would you call it, resilience for your structures?
Yeah, that is the largest, single largest challenge that we've had in the last two years, is building the rails to what everything is going to sit on.
As we know what happened with Parlor, the lights went out because Amazon didn't like them.
When we built Rumble, we built it the old-fashioned way.
That's a data storage facility.
Yeah, we went into a data center and we did it the old-fashioned way.
So we were a little bit more resilient in comparison to the competition.
We weren't dependent on a cloud infrastructure like Amazon, where one person can turn off the button and turn you off.
And so what we've done in the last year, actually, since Peter invested, Peter Thiel invested in Rumble back in 2021, And JD Vance at Naria Capital.
One of the things they asked me before they invested is like, how did you build your infrastructure?
And I was like, you know, it's the old fashioned way, server by server.
You know, we're not using a cloud.
And they're like, what are your ambitions to expanding that?
And I'm like, I think it's absolutely essential.
It's more essential.
So you aren't in some amorphous cloud service.
You own or you rent out the service.
At that time, it was like a lot of renting and stuff.
Today, it's a completely different story.
So one of the major components of that investment was to build the cloud.
Build the cloud that Truth Social can sit on.
Build the cloud that Rumble, our own cloud, where we control the switch that's based on First Amendment values and American values.
And that's what we've done.
To a large extent, we now know TruthSocial is entirely on Rumble's cloud.
They're using it.
Rumble is still migrating onto our cloud bit by bit.
It's a very big beast to move over.
We're doing it bit by bit.
We're almost there, but hopefully we'll be complete very soon.
The whole purpose of that is that we need a rail that we can depend on that is not going to be cancelable by this cancel culture that's out there.
When you do that, then you can start building real businesses on top of this, and then you can start competing in the market.
Without that, your business is really sitting on a house of cards.
It can fall at any point in time.
But even if you have that, and we're very glad that you're building that, you said before we came on that that's not enough, and you're also concerned.
So you're based out of Canada.
There is the other aspect, which is regulation, and you said it's getting worse.
So talk to us about the other things you have to contend with.
Yeah, there's multiple things.
The cloud is one of them.
Then you have to deal with regulations.
We're happily moving to Florida, and we're going to have our headquarters in Florida, in Sarasota.
Very smart!
Yeah, we had to get out.
We had to get down there as soon as possible.
Very friendly state.
So we're excited about that.
So we're not going to have those headaches anymore.
But the reality is that's true.
You have to worry about legislation.
You have to worry about the regulations and legislation that will come through that will impede on the business.
You also have to worry about the entire stack, right?
It's great to have two competitors, Android and Apple, iOS, but we need another one out there as well.
So we have to think about expanding the stack on the consumer side.
What does that mean?
What would a stack refer to?
So let's look at the stack from everything from where we build the business, all the way from the cloud and the wires that connect the houses, all the way to the end user in their hands.
So everything from cloud, the business, the phones, the manufacturers, the software on the phones, all the way to you.
We need to be able to have a way up and down that stack that connects the end user to the end user.
Essentially, that's what we need.
We need to have the whole stack.
What we focused on was the very bottom of it, the infrastructure side.
Once you have that, you're in the clear to exist, but you want to make sure you want to make that defendable and build all the way up.
So what does it look like to you in 10 years from now, 15 years from now?
Is there another operating platform?
Is there a baby alphabet competitor?
Give us your ideal scenario.
So I think the whole market's going to move, and we're kind of seeing it move right now.
But what we want to do is we want to free every creator and free every business to not have other businesses influencing and other corporate media influencing creators on what they can and cannot say.
So Rumble, we really truly believe in the independent media, where you as an independent person can create your own economy on our infrastructure, on our platform, whether it's video or whether it's cloud, but really own that economy and own that house within, you know, this ecosystem.
And not have to placate the political correct demands of somebody else.
None of that.
Exactly.
Not have to be influenced at all.
You get to create what you want to create without any kind of intrusion.
And I really see this actually disrupting cable, disrupting the whole ecosystem by giving everybody the ability to have voice and everyone having the ability to access those voices.
It's super exciting.
Follow him also.
He is on Truth Social.
I don't know how he did it but his name is just At Chris.
Why didn't I get at Dr. G?
I'm gonna have to talk to those chappies.

Chris, I don't know if you can talk about these things because you've got your own legal pursuits that may get in the way.
You talked about your vision of the future and this, what did you call it, a stack where you can just provide content, you can be uploading stuff, video, microblogs, and you're not a hostage to anybody else's political proclivities, anybody else's censorious filters.
Sounds fabulous, sounds quite American to me.
Give us your vision of what happens to these people, because we've seen, thanks to Project Veritas and other documents, that this is a truly monolithic culture.
The people in Palo Alto, they look at people like me, and maybe you, but definitely me, as people who shouldn't have a voice, shouldn't be allowed to have a voice, who must be somehow dealt with through the power that they have.
And if you look at Alphabet, if you look at Google, if you look at YouTube, it's more power than most governments, really.
If you look at informational power, it's more power than most decent-sized nations.
What happens to these entities?
Because we've had a couple of things suggested.
We've had antitrust measures, break them up like has happened with the telephone companies, then use the utilities approach that this is like a phone, you can't edit it, and then lastly the removal of the 230 immunities that were put in place in the 1990s.
If you had to put money on it now, What happens to these people who want to control speech?
What scenario could happen, should happen, is likely to happen?
Yeah.
First, just think about that.
Think about how irresponsible that is.
Imagine me choosing what you can say.
Who am I?
That is so irresponsible.
Having a big tech company make those decisions is like, that's the most irresponsible thing I've ever heard.
They talk about science, they talk about all this stuff, and they want big tech CEOs to control speech.
That's totally irresponsible.
As they're lecturing about inclusivity and tolerance.
You just cannot do that.
It's crazy to me.
What we're doing is we're on offense.
Like I mentioned earlier, we're in litigation with Google for antitrust.
We're doing our part in trying to tilt back the market into normalcy.
That can't be cheap.
I'm sure it's not, but yeah, it can't be cheap.
But we got to do it.
We have to push back against this.
We can't let these companies tell us what we can and can't say.
They can't dictate it.
It's completely irresponsible.
It shouldn't be allowed.
It's not democratic by any means.
And as a company at Rumble, we have to push back and do our part, and we are.
We're hitting as hard as we can, and we think that as things progress over time, whether that succeeds or not, it doesn't matter.
What we need to do is we need to succeed as a business.
So one of the things that we've done is that we chose to go public.
We're going to be merging with Cantor Fitzgerald SPAC.
CFVI.
They're on the NASDAQ as CFVI, and we're hoping to merge with them by early Q3.
And, you know, I think beating them in their own playground is the way to do it.
You know, if you believe in companies like Google, then they're there.
If you believe in companies like Rumble and the American values, we're here.
And we need to make that available, and we need to You know, do good by our audience and our users and punch back.
And I think that as time progresses, and you're kind of seeing this happen right now in the market, is that most of the market wants to be with something that is like Rumble.
Not something that is like YouTube.
People don't like this.
They know it's irresponsible.
They know it's wrong.
We lived and grew up in a free society and we're going to change that now?
For what?
Because some CEO says that we should do that?
No.
All right, so what is the possible scenario?
Because there's various alternatives.
There's Rumble goes public.
I buy shares in it.
Our listeners buy shares in it.
It grows and grows and grows.
What happens to... I mean, I look at Twitter, for example, and I see Elon come in.
And I don't think a billionaire can save us, but clearly he's got the right enemies now.
The right people are hating on him.
Can you change the culture of an entity that has been predicated on censorship for so long?
You know, I made a comment about this before it happened.
And I was convinced it's very difficult.
And I still believe it today.
I don't think it's possible to go in and change a 7,000 person company.
If you look at the figures, if you look at 94% of them have donated to Democrats.
There's going to be so much sabotage, there's going to be walkouts, there's going to be lack of motivation.
You're really going to have to fire everyone, or nearly everyone, or they're going to have to leave, because you've got to build these things from the bottom up.
It has to be from the bottom up.
It has to be based on the principles that you want, because it really starts with the whole team.
At Rumble, everybody matters, and everybody there is really contributing.
And if everyone doesn't believe in what we're doing, it hurts the business.
So when you have that culture, our culture's All First Amendment.
It's all about freedom of expression.
That's all we care about.
Not all we care about.
It's definitely the most important thing about our business.
And like having that pervasive within your culture is what it's going to allow you to win.
Like you're looking at... Could it be done?
I'm sure it could be done.
Never say Elon can't do it because like...
He's proven many people wrong!
I'm never gonna say that but like I really believe that it's it's one giant task and there's just like there there's other vehicles that are gonna that are gonna get ahead of that rumble rumble being one of them I think truth is on its way there too I I think like it's it's gonna take too long it's too difficult and it's definitely not worth that investment in my opinion it just seems well why doesn't it make money I don't understand how does Twitter Not make money.
Maybe there's a lot of bots.
I don't know.
I think we've had that discussion.
Yeah, because it's, I mean, how many users are we talking about, allegedly?
Well, they say they have 39 million daily active users.
And what that means on a monthly basis, I've seen statistics that date back a few years ago saying about 60 million monthly active users.
Just put that in perspective.
That's in the U.S.
Right.
On Rumble, we're about half that.
So we're about half the size.
Um, according to the 60 million, if that's that's true in the U.S., we're about roughly 30.
And, uh, you know, why they can't make money is is a real interesting question to ask.
They've had a lot of time to prove out that model.
Yes.
They haven't done it.
You've seen other companies like YouTube.
They're generating north of $30 billion in revenue off 190 million U.S.
users, 200 million U.S.
users.
And then you've got Facebook doing billions, multiple billions, hundreds of billions.
For that matter.
I'm not sure.
That question needs to go deep.
And I think maybe bots might have something to do with that.
The ROI is not there.
You know, actually, this is actually quite important.
One of the things we've noticed prior to having the audience that we have on Rumble is that the performance of our audience exceeds what we saw three years ago.
So the audience that these platforms are leaving behind, Might actually have higher value than the audience that they're keeping.
Fascinating.

He's the founder, the CEO of Rumble.

I have to close with one question about a significant news item of recent weeks that I don't think is over with Nina Jankiewicz resigning or being fired prior to taking up her position as the Ministress of Truth, the Disinformation Governance Board.
I don't think that story's dead, do you?
And how much of a concern is it to you at Rumble?
I don't think it's dead.
Seeing what other jurisdictions are doing, different countries, Europe, Canada, I think it's only just begun.
It's going to get worse and we're going to need to go on offense here on freedom of expression as hard as we can possibly go.
People want to control what you have to say.
There's no doubt about that.
And to me, that's irresponsible.
Whether I like what you say or I don't like what you say, I should be able to hear it.
And I should be able to seek whatever information I want to seek.
And there should be no one out there telling me what I can and cannot hear.
That's crazy to me.
And I will stand up for that forever.
Last message.

Over 100,000 DVDs.
FedEx just moved into our offices because we were the producers, Salem Media.
They had to move into our offices because over 100 million DVDs mailed out in the first week.
Dinesh has dropped the price.
I have a vested interest in this product because it is so important.
They told you you're a conspiracy theorist.
Here's the evidence.
Two petabytes worth of data.
Four million minutes of CCTV coverage, footage of how they stole the election in those key battleground states.
Watch it today, go to salemnow.com.
They showed you, they told you it wasn't real.
Here it is, the footage of the mules, of the people collecting the ballots.
In states, in municipalities, where ballot harvesting is a crime.
Find out for yourself, www.salemnow.com.
