No one has talked tougher directly to Donald Trump on TV than Michael Avenatti.
And Donald Trump is afraid to mention his name.
That's fascinating.
Donald Trump is terrified of Michael Avenatti.
Trump will run for his money more than anybody else, Michael Avenatti.
Existential threat to the Trump presidency.
The Democrats could learn something from you.
You are messing with Trump a lot more than they are.
He has no doubt created sheer panic in Donald Trump's very fragile mind.
Michael Avenatti is laying down the law as guest co-host.
And is he really thinking about running for president?
One reason why I'm taking you seriously as a contender is because of your presence on cable news.
I guess he's not going to be running for president.
Do you remember Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels' lawyer, the darling of the mainstream lying legacy media?
Well, he just got another four years in prison.
This time, not for trying to bilk massive corporations like Nike, But for actually stealing from Stormy Daniels herself.
I thought this guy was going to save America from the nasty, nasty president who was my former boss, President Trump.
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First on the Salem Network with me, your host, Sebastian Gawker, former strategist of President Trump and member of the National Security Education Board.
To this very day, we have a fabulous show for you today.
We have a whole hour With that troublemaker extraordinaire, none other than Colonel K. Kurt Schlichter will be with us for the third hour one-on-one.
You don't want to miss a second.
Breitbart's Matt Boyer will be joining us for the latest update from the swamp.
And also, do you remember that truck driver?
who won that coveted seat in New Jersey, the President of the Senate, with $500 worth of Dunkin' Donuts.
Yes, Ed Durr will be with us as well.
But first, Sussman, the Russia collusion hoax.
The latest, we are dedicating the whole of our Sunday program on Newsmax to the travesty that is the Sussman acquittal.
A man who admitted in a tweet, sorry, in a text to the chief counsel of the FBI, Jim Baker, that he's got the dirt on President Trump and he's not acting for a client, he's a private citizen, as he was billing Hillary Clinton for that visit to the FBI.
That man walked free when a jury, literally of his peers, because there were so many Democrats in that jury, people who had donated to Hillary Clinton, who donated to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, one juror who had a child on the same rowing crew team with Sussman's own daughter.
Well, that is the group of people who said, oh no, he didn't lie to the FBI.
Well, the plot It thickens.
You've got to get the full details at Sunday 7 p.m.
on Newsmax.
Just get the Newsmax app.
Watch it for free.
We're going to dedicate the whole show to it.
But this is breaking news from Matt Gaetz, who will be on the show on Sunday, and Jim Jordan, who have written a letter to the director of the FBI.
Why?
Because they have discovered that Sussman's law firm
The infamous Perkins Coie, that is the Democrat lawyer's company of choice in the swamp, has maintained inside its building private attorney's facility since the Obama administration, since 2012, a quote, secure work environment sponsored by the FBI.
Yes, the FBI under obama decided to provide what we call a skiff
A secure information management facility, a place where you can go in, get on the government's secure communications, the JPAS system, the scattered castles, the various JWIC systems that allow secret and top secret information to be passed from one government terminal to another.
This private attorney's company has a skiff maintained by the FBI.
Now, Christopher Wray has been given 13 days to reply as to why Perkins Coie has that secure facility.
But here's a theory.
I want to float with you from Matt Gaetz.
And it's a dark, dark one.
Every day we fight here.
On America First, Salem, all my colleagues across the nation every single day to push back on the corruption, the lies, the lack of government by the people, of the people, and for the people.
But what if the whole Sussman trial were just a faint, just a paint-by-numbers exercise because it was all baked in from the beginning?
If you know that 92% of DC voted Democrat and votes Democrat, if you know that this law firm, which is the attorney's firm for the Democrat Party, the one that handled the $12 million contract with Steele for the so-called dossier, that this is the company
that worked hand-in-glove with Fusion GPS in repackaging old smear documents about Paul Manafort and bringing them up to date for 2016 to use them in a new smear campaign against President Trump.
If you know that that attorney's company had a secure FBI-sponsored facility inside its building since the Obama administration.
And you have to ask the question, was it all planned from the get-go?
Now, I still have my clearance.
I still have a top-secret clearance from my time in the White House.
There are private companies that can sponsor, can pay for your acquisition of a government clearance.
But you have to have a reason.
You have to be working on projects that are of relevance to the national security of the United States.
You either have to be a legacy holder like the scum bags such as John Brennan
such as Jim Clapper who because of their prior positions as chiefs in the intelligence community for some stupid reason that we have to revise have their clearances grandfathered in in perpetuity basically until they die even though they're going on national television calling the duly elected president of the United States not only a traitor as Brennan did but as a Russian asset of Vladimir Putin's as Clapper did
But otherwise, if you're not a former CIA director, if you're not a former director of national intelligence, you don't get a clearance.
And you don't get to keep a clearance.
Every five years, you have to be re-investigated, and you have to be cleared to maintain that clearance.
And you have to be doing work that is justified in the national security field.
You have to be working at Boeing or Raytheon on something that's technical, some national security technology.
You have to be working on projects as I did for USISOC, for the headquarters of the Army's Special Forces, for the JFK facility in Bragg, and so on and so forth.
But what was the justification?
For Hillary's private law firm to have a skiff, a secure facility.
It's not enough for us to win the election this year and in 24.
It's not enough to drain the swamp.
We've got to crush it.

Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't touch that dial.
Oh, that's good.
I think they just want another outsider.
That was two years.
They knew they weren't going to beat him.
Yeah, 2018.
Of course.
Well, he came out of nowhere to Trump obviously has decades of his legacy, whereas Avenatti came absolutely out of nowhere.
They were desperate.
Are you there?
Yeah.
Can you hear me?
Yeah.
Mics are on, as always.
Matt, good to hear from you again.
Good to hear from you guys.
How are you doing, Dr. G?
Hey, good, good, Matt.
Welcome.
Can you play us Cut 8, please?
Playback 1.
Go ahead.
Listen, I don't believe our mass shooting problem is first and foremost a mental health problem.
We have no more mental illness in the United States than any other nation.
It's just in this country, if you're having homicidal thoughts, you can easily get your hands on a weapon of mass destruction as opposed to every other high-income nation in the world.
Give me number nine.
And also, this is June 1st.
As we all know, it is the first day of Pride Month.
This month, the Biden-Harris administration will be spotlighting the voices of LGBTQI plus people across America, especially children and families.
The president had made clear that the proliferation of hateful and discriminatory bills targeting kids in classrooms and families in their homes Why does she have to read everything she says?
Right!
I know.
Pride month, we will be focused on protecting, uplifting, and supporting LGBTQI plus kids and families.
Why does she have to read everything she says?
You'd think that that would be in her wheelhouse.
She'd be able to do 30 seconds on that.
Right.
She corrected herself to say Biden-Harris.
She said Biden administration.
Oh, my God.
Oh, no.
Hey, I want to talk about this campaign ad from Charles Booker.
What are you working on, Matt?
All sorts of things.
Did you see President Trump just endorse Blake Masters?
No!
He did?
Just happened moments ago.
Yeah, huge endorsement.
Yes, the US Senate is going to be a drastically different place next year, my friend.
Yeah, but only if we get rid of Turtleneck.
Well, we're getting there.
We're getting there.
So we're building up to that.
All right, good, we'll talk about that.
Is that a breaking story at Breitbart, Matt?
Uh, well, President Trump just put out the statement.
Okay, just, oh, got it, got it, on Truth, let me, I'm gonna check Truth right now.
Calm down, Eric, calm down.
So happy.
Yeah.
All right, let's find it and tweet it out!
Network failed.
Please try again.
Yeah.
Looking forward to the enthusiastic Blake Masters video.
It's gonna be CGI.
Hey, dude, Blake's a real smart guy.
No, I like him.
Smart's not enough.
You've got to have a charisma, dude.
You've got to have a charisma.
I know, I know.
I think he's got it, dude.
I think he's got it.
A charisma?
You put him in Vance in the U.S.
Senate.
He's got a charisma like Zuckerberg.
Come on.
You put him in Vance in the U.S.
Senate, it's going to change that building forever.
All right, let's tweet it out.
20 seconds.
Hang on, Matt.
Come on, Mike.
Come on, Mike. Mike.
Come on, Mike.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Breaking news, dear friends.
Breaking news.
We bring it to you here on America First.
The Kingmaker extraordinaire.
The man who, what's his record?
105 or something.
106 for five.
President Trump has just endorsed Blake Masters.
Yes, here's the president's endorsement.
Blake Masters is one of the most successful businessmen and investors in the country, having led a multi-billion dollar firm that invests in new technology and many other emerging companies.
In addition, he runs a non-profit foundation that promotes science and innovation.
In other words, he is a great modern-day thinker, a graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School, a fantastic student, Blake is also the author of the New York Times bestseller, Zero to One, and he has endorsed him.
What does it all mean?
We're going to talk about that with our next guest.
But first, I need to know, have you booked your tickets?
Are you coming on our Stand With Israel tour?
It's a trip of a lifetime, along with the director of 2000 Mules, yes, Dinesh D'Souza, is joining us.

Let's talk about the swamp.
Let's talk about that endorsement with a man who is Washington Bureau Chief for the most influential conservative news site on the planet.
It's brightbarn.com and he's Matt Boyle.
Matt, welcome back to America First.
Dr. Gorka, it's always a pleasure to be with you, sir.
So you said something in the break as we were prepping about the future of the Senate if J.D.
Vance and Blake Masters get in.
Give us your analysis of this latest endorsement.
Yeah, well first off, President Trump's endorsement is, you know, despite the, you know, the whole media tries to point to a couple of places where it didn't work out for whatever reason, it is still the most significant endorsement you can get in American politics in the history of American politics.
We've never seen anything like it, Republican or Democrat, and we never will see anything like this endorsement ever again, right?
Like, this is a historic level of endorsement.
So, Blake Masters having President Trump's endorsement makes him the immediate favorite for the Republican nomination for U.S.
Senate and probably the general election in the great state of Arizona.
Now, rewinding the tape a little bit here, we've already seen Senate battles play out in Republican primaries where Trump-backed picks have won in at least two of the states that have already played out.
J.D.
Vance, as you mentioned, in Ohio.
Ted Budd in North Carolina.
And they defeated all these establishment people in all those states, right?
And now we're still awaiting the results in Pennsylvania.
But by the way, whichever one of them wins the recount is going to be loyal to President Trump, whether it's Steve McCormick or it's Mehmet Oz.
I don't know how that one's going to shake out.
We'll see next week.
And there's a new decision.
There's a decision out of the Supreme Court that says if the ballots don't have a date on them in Pennsylvania, you can't count them.
So that's significant too.
Well, it's one justice, and so we're waiting to see if the full Supreme Court weighs in and how that all shakes out.
Again, still up in the air, but either way, however that one shakes out, it's going to be a win for Trump.
But fast forward the clock here.
In two weeks, or a week from this coming Tuesday, we've got the Nevada U.S.
Senate primary.
Adam Laxalt, the former Attorney General, Also endorsed by President Trump is the front-running candidate there.
Then you fast-forward the clock a little bit further to two of these other major open U.S.
Senate seats.
Arizona, where President Trump, of course, just endorsed Blake Masters, and then Missouri, where Eric Reitens, who's a real exciting candidate and the former governor of Missouri, is the front-runner right now.
If all of these people end up winning U.S.
Senate seats in November, and there's every reason to believe that they will, the U.S.
Senate is going to be a very different place next year, Dr. Gorder.
That's not to mention, by the way, Alabama and Georgia as well.
You've got Herschel Walker in Georgia, really exciting story there.
Alabama, either one, whichever one wins between Mo Brooks and Katie Bray, is a huge improvement over what we've had there and Senator Shelby.
Senator Shelby's, you know, not an awful vote on things, but I mean, he's not in there mixing it up.
He's a bigger spender appropriator type guy, whereas in the case of either Mo Brooks or Katie Britt, you're going to have a massive improvement in style and substance, I think, there.
Like, the point I'm getting at here, though, is that you've got a very different—even one or two senators can change the game.
Look at what we see with guys like Ted Cruz or Rand Paul or Rubio or, you know, Ron Johnson or, you know, Bill Hagerty or Marshall Blackburn or Tom Cotton, right?
Imagine eight or ten more of them coming to the U.S.
Senate next year.
The place is going to be a very different building, and I think that it bodes badly for the establishment and great for President Trump.
All right, we're going to talk about the Democrat who's running against Rand Paul in the next segment, but stay where you are, don't move, because I'm going to get a large bucket of ice water and throw it on you right now, Matt Boyle, because yes, the makeup of the Senate could be very different with these America First candidates, but if Mitch McConnell's still there, then we've got a swamp creature in charge.
I don't disagree with you on that, and that's why Eric Reitens is so important in Missouri.
He needs to be the flagship front and center captain of this new class.
And the reason for that is that Eric Reitens has made replacing Mitch McConnell, voting for somebody else, he's made it the centerpiece of his campaign in Missouri, and he remains the frontrunner no matter what crap they throw at him.
That's what I'm getting at here, is you gotta move the Overton window, you gotta pack the place with votes of people that are willing to vote for somebody different, and you see that with Katie Britt or Mo Brooks.
Either one of them has made it clear they don't like McConnell.
You see that with several of these other candidates around the country as well.
So what's happening is, is that more and more, the party's changing, and that old view is losing support, and this new view is winning support.
So, I don't know if it'll happen on day one, When will we get there?
Eventually push is going to come to shove here and that's why you need an instigator like Gritens in the U.S.
Senate.
They're freaking out about him.
We had Eric in the studio last week.
He performed well.
He was on fire.
But he would be the new guy on the block and God bless him for saying what he said when he was in studio.
But the new guy doesn't get rid of the new majority leader.
Well, how does a majority leader win an election?
How do they get their position?
They need a majority of the majority to vote for them.
So let's say, hypothetically, the U.S.
Senate majority is 51 or 52 seats next year, maybe 53.
That's what, 26, 27, 28 Republican votes that need to be against them?
I think you're already in the high teens of Republicans.
Look around the Senate.
There's a lot of discontent with Mitch McConnell among Republicans.
I think that if several of these new voices that are exciting, young, energetic voices that are adherent to the MAGA agenda win, I think you're going to get very close to that number if you don't surpass it in its totality.
But again, there's no reason to call the vote if you don't have the votes, because then they're just going to keep reaffirming themselves, right?
So what you need to do is you need to get the votes in there, and then once you've got the votes, that's when you call the vote.
That's when you drop the hammer, you drop the guillotine down.
So, I do think that the party is moving.
It's shifting.
They are definitely freaked out about it.
There's no doubt about it that Mitch McConnell is on defense inside the Republican conference right now.
Well, we like the sound of that because he is swamp creature.
He is rhino par excellence.
We're talking to the Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart.com.
You've got to follow him.
You've got to bookmark Breitbart.com.

Is it raining outside?
Is it raining?
Is that why we can't keep it?
Mikes are still hot.
Very cool, very cool.
So you think Eric's got a shot?
I do.
I do.
I mean, they've thrown the kitchen sink at this guy and it doesn't work, right?
He's still a frontrunner, no matter what they say and do.
What's his lead now?
What's the latest?
Well, there was a Trafalgar poll that came out the other day that had him up 3, but I think it's stronger than that.
So I think it's more like 7 or 8 or 9.
And I think that he's headed for a double-digit victory.
Really?
I can't see President Trump endorsing someone else in that race.
I just can't see it because there's nobody that has a clear shot unless for some reason the swamp was able to get this whole – like, by the way, Mitch McConnell tried this.
And Billy Wong, who's a great guy by the way, but he's just not there in the polls, right?
Billy Wong did a rally yesterday or the other day, and he came out and said that Mitch McConnell tried to get him to drop out of the race.
So who's to say McConnell isn't going to be working that type of a deal with Schmidt and Hartzler?
And that tells you everything you need to know about the other candidates in that race, by the way.
I think that if they would even – If that's the way they would have to win, that they would have to do a deal with the devil Mitch McConnell to win, then, you know, that tells you what you need to know.
But it just doesn't seem likely that that's going to happen because Cruz is backed Schmidt and Hawley is backed Hartzler, so they're just not gaining the traction.
So if Gritens pulls it off, watch out, Washington, because you put him together with this other, you know, the fleet the armada if you will of these new senators coming in like vance like uh whichever one wins in pennsylvania whichever one wins in alabama we're assuming masters pulls it off in arizona etc all around the country but in north carolina the you're gonna have a very different building next year so jeff do we do
we have buds contact details i said i've got his assistant okay I sent you, I sent you, Jeff, I sent it to you last time I was there.
Let's get him on for a couple of segments by Skype next week.
Who do you think would be the bigger threat to Greitens than Matt between Schmidt and Hartzler?
I didn't either.
I just don't see him materializing.
I think Hawley made a mistake on that one.
Eric, can you press, can you play cut six?
Cut six.
Go ahead.
Here's the deal.
I became aware of this problem Sometime in after April, in early April, about how intense it was.
And so we did everything in our power from that point on, and that's all I can tell you right now.
Unbelievable.
He was asked about the baby formula, but you couldn't hear the question.
Where was that?
Somewhere yesterday.
Yesterday, okay.
And you said you're going to tee up the booker cut?
Yes.
All righty.
Yeah, you have the card.
All right, 50 seconds.
Oh, title for your monologue?
Abaddy or Russia thing, whichever of the two you think.
Why did the FBI give Hillary's lawyers a skiff?
S-C-I-F.
Are you coming in with anything?
No.
Alright.
All right, tell them, Mike.
All right, tell tell them, Mike.
All right, tell them, Mike.
With more journalism in his little finger than CNN has on its entire network.
Sebastian Gorka.
Welcome back, dear friends.
We have been celebrating Pride Month already.
Why?
Because we're proud to be Americans and we've got our brand new LGBTQ merchandise.
Yes, you heard correctly.
Gawker's gone full LGBTQ.
It's the t-shirts and mugs at our store, in the stars and stripes, in the rainbow, which is our symbol.
It is God's promise to us after the flood.
And the t-shirts and the mugs say, LGBTQ, let's get Biden to quit.
Order yours today.
You've got to, guys.
It's just too much fun and the liberals will go insane.
LGBTQ, let's get Biden to quit.
That's SebGorkaStore.com.
And don't forget, the hottest item is still the shirt we made that we mentioned to the president when he was on the show just over a week ago.
It's the ultra MAGA t-shirt made in the USA with President Trump on the front.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.
SebGorkaStore.com.
We are back with the Washington bureau chief for Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
Gotta show the full extent of this app.
You mentioned, Kentucky, you mentioned Rand Paul, this absolutely disgusting video campaign ad from the person who thinks he can unseat the senator.
This is from Charles Booker, Democrat candidate.
Play cut.
Lynching was a tool of terror.
It was used to kill hopes for freedom.
It was used to kill my ancestors.
Now, in a historic victory for our Commonwealth, I have become the first black Kentuckian to receive the Democratic nomination for U.S.
Senate.
My opponent?
The very person who compared expanded health care to slavery.
The person who said he would have opposed the Civil Rights Act.
The person who single-handedly blocked an anti-lynching act from being federal law.
The choice couldn't be clearer.
Do we move forward together, or do we let politicians like Rand Paul forever hold us back and drive us apart?
In November, we will choose healing.
We will choose Kentucky.
So for those who haven't seen the video, this black Democrat candidate stands there with a noose, a literal rope noose around his neck for the ad.
I just tweeted out, I wonder how many Democrats know that when we had lynchings in America, it was Democrats who were doing the lynchings.
I have to ask you, Matt, as a seasoned observer of these political kinds of campaign shenanigans, is this a sign of just the lack of any moral compass in the party today, or is it a sign of utter desperation, or is it a combination of the both?
I would say it was a combination of both.
Look, this guy knows he's not going to win.
I'm not even going to use his name with you, right?
Like, I mean, the guy does not have a chance, a snowball's chance in hell of winning this U.S.
Senate race in Kentucky.
And this year, it's a red wave year.
A Democrat doesn't stand a chance.
Ever in Kentucky.
I mean, especially against the highly popular Senator Rand Paul.
It's just a total desperation play to try to get national media attention and to try to get national Democrat attention.
But it's also a sign of the lack, as you mentioned there, of a moral compass in the Democrat Party.
I mean, it's literally both.
But, I mean, look, you're going to see more and more crazy stuff like this from Democrats this year as they get more and more desperate.
I think reality is starting to set in among Democrats, I'm talking to many of them, who are starting to realize that they are going to get wiped out in this midterm election.
November is coming, right?
It's like you see the guy from the Game of Thrones, the Ice King, or whatever.
But like, November is coming, guys.
Like, November is coming.
Reality is going to hit them so hard it's not even funny.
But if they know, Matt, if they know that, if they see the writing in the wall that winter is coming, why are they not even slightly throttling back?
Why are they doubling down with ads like that one?
Well, I think there's a number of different reasons why in different places.
So in that case, I think this guy is just desperately trying to get attention and doing anything he can to do it.
And he's trying to raise money.
And by the way, he's trying to turn out the inner city vote in Kentucky.
In Louisville and whatnot.
But at the same time, I think you see other Democrats racing to the left because they've got intra-Democrat primaries.
So a good example of this is Jerry Nadler doing all his gun control nonsense today.
But Jerry Nadler's in a member-member primary with another committee chair, Carolyn Maloney, who chairs the Oversight Committee.
Next week, Carolyn Maloney's going to do the gun control dog and pony show.
So you're going to see, they're trying to out-left each other right now because they're trying to win the Democrat primary for this district because of the redistricting.
So there's a little bit of that going on, there's a little bit of desperation going on.
There's also just a general out-of-touchedness of Democrats.
They are so in their own little universe, outside reality, and the rest of us who are watching this are like, You know, you can't even buy baby formula.
The gas is more than $4 a gallon.
Like, it's insane.
We haven't even mentioned that yet in this show, and we have to mention it.
But right now, I'm just writing down the latest word we have been given by the Bureau Chief for DC.
Out-of-touchedness.
That is going in the lexicon.
He is Matt Boyle.

I'm not gonna use cut six.
I'll use that in a second.
I'm gonna use cut...
One, because it goes straight to the heart of the issue for our next guest.
This is Joe Biden talking about gas prices in America and why the skyrocketing gas prices are such a great thing!
Cut one.
And when it comes to the gas prices, we're going through an incredible transition that is taking place that God willing, when it's over, we'll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over.
So the gas prices skyrocketing is a good thing because it's all part of a transition.
And here he is on the fact that American infants can't get baby formula.
Cut six.
Here's the deal.
I became aware of this problem sometime in early April about how intense it was.
And so we did everything in our power from that point on, and that's all I can tell you right now.
That's all she wrote.
That's all I can tell you.
All that really means is our good friends at the Drop Creators Network have even more work to do and we are delighted to have with us, he's the big kahuna, he's not just the president, he is the CEO, Alfredo Ortiz.
Welcome back to America First.
Hey Seb, great to be back.
Thank you.
Now listen, you guys fight for the backbone of America, for the small business owners, for those who work for small businesses that employ more than 60 million Americans.
I gotta ask you, have you ever been this busy trying to save America's economy?
Well, Seth, I have to tell you, I mean, we've been busy in the past few years a lot.
You know, a lot's been going on with COVID and all that.
But man, this Biden administration is just unbelievable in terms of its total ineptitude.
It's just ineptitude at this point.
I mean, think about what we've got going on.
Soaring gas prices, falling real wages, sky-high inflation.
We've got baby formula shortages, stock market turmoil, border chaos.
I mean, the list goes on and on.
Yeah, it's stunning.
I can't imagine how, you know, you decide at JCN what you're going to prioritize next.
You have, we've been talking about the Great Opportunity Project.
We've talked about your push against wokeness.
You've got the Boardroom Initiative.
Will you tell us the latest?
I want people to check it out.
It's rockthewoke.com.
But tell us why you are taking this political stance against the politicization of American corporations.
Yeah, absolutely.
We are really excited about it.
It's part of our larger project, as you mentioned, the Great Opportunity Project.
And it's really more of a cultural effort set to counter the left's constant push to inject this woke liberal ideology into places it just doesn't belong.
Right?
And you've got from Disney to American Express, more companies are taking positions on political issues that, frankly, they have no business taking.
And, frankly, it's hurting Americans because, look, at the end of the day, look at the Disney stock.
What's happened?
About 30% drop since it started going super woke and started injecting this woke ideology into how it manages businesses.
And, look, there are millions of Americans out there, including a lot of retirees, They're living on fixed income to depend on their 401k income and are facing record inflation.
So these kinds of hits on them really hurts.
And this just has to stop, Seb.
It just has to stop.
Let me ask you.
So you're very active in D.C., but you represent the small business owners, the medium-sized businesses.
But you've got to meet with the C-suite guys in the big corporations.
Behind, you know, closed doors, does anybody tell you that, yeah, you know, this is a problem because I thought we were in this to make, you know, the best products or the best services at the best prices.
Are you seeing any glimmer that people inside the big businesses realize just, I mean, apart from the Netflix announcement, are you seeing any sign that they're getting how destructive this is to them?
Yeah, look, I mean, I think behind closed doors and in private, you know, there are folks, there are CEOs and board members that get it, right?
They understand how this is just not a good thing, they're going in the wrong direction.
But everybody's afraid to say that, right?
Because God forbid they say that, they're going to get, you know, they're 20 activists sitting in front of their corporate headquarters.
And, oh, my gosh, there we go.
You know, so now we have to go woke and do everything towards the left and, you know, tape to them.
And, you know, of course you have the U.S. Chamber that doesn't help and other organizations like that because they've gotten as woke as they have.
Let's talk about the gas prices.
So, you know, I'm in the Commonwealth.
The new governor wants to have a temporary tax break on gas with, you know, a cancellation of the state tax for a few months.
It was shot down in the Virginia Senate.
And I've got to get your response to what the state senator, Chap Peterson, said in response.
I think the real problem is inflation.
We can't stop inflation by having a tax holiday.
We can't.
Your response, Alfredo?
Yeah, absolutely disappointing that Virginia Democrats turned down Governor Yunkin's proposal.
I mean, it really just shows how out of touch they are with reality and, frankly, how they just are so focused on their political ideology that they're not putting, you know, in this particular case, Virginians first.
I mean, they are hurting.
I mean, all that Governor Yunkin was looking at was a three-month, basically, pause on the tax so that they can get some relief, that Virginians can get some relief.
But they wouldn't have that, right?
Because they don't want to give Yunkin a win.
I mean, right now, I think all of these should be put on pause.
The American public is hurting.
It is hurting.
I mean, when it takes $125 Right, to fill your Toyota Camry.
Right.
We've got a problem.
Yeah.
Every month, the last question for you, Alfredo, and then I'm taking your calls here, 833-33-GORKA.
Every month, you do your Small Business IQ poll.
What are you hearing?
What is the mood?
What is the sentiment from the lifeblood of the American economy, the small business owners?
You know, Seb, things are not looking good, and I'm not surprised, with supply chain issues, record high inflation the way it is, gas prices the way they are.
We've got a major issue here, Seb, and I'm telling you, it's not going to get any better if Joe Biden doesn't actually do something about it.
with the current condition of the U.S. economy is either good or excellent.
That is the lowest reading in the area since the poll began in May of 2021.
And so we've got a major issue here, Seb, and I'm telling you, it's not going to get any better if Joe Biden doesn't actually do something about it.
I hear today, for example, the announcement from the White House said, that they've put together, they proudly are announcing that they've put together a better communications team so that the American consumer or American voter can better understand what they're doing.
What?
Just go to the grocery store, paying $6 for a carton of eggs?
I mean, this is ridiculous.
Right, right, right, right, right, right.
A better communications team isn't going to change the price of gas or how much a can of eggs costs.
What a great point.
That's why you are Alfredo Ortiz.

He's not like Vance!
like Masters 2022.
Why do you like him so much?
He's like an android.
I think he's very similar to Vance, and I like Vance a lot.
He's not like Vance.
Vance is charismatic.
I would just, I mean, I see what you're saying.
He's a black hole of charisma!
Jeff, back me up!
Masters is terrible with that, that's the thing.
But I do think he's legitimate, and that's the problem.
I think he would be solid.
Really?
Why?
Well, first of all, too, just these people, think about it.
They're getting lifted up in the Senate by Trump.
They're owing Trump instead of Mitch McConnell for getting it.
That's a huge difference.
Well, guess what?
Guess who endorsed Mitt Romney?
Yeah, but I'm saying right now, literally, they're avoiding the Mitch McConnell endorsement, and they're getting lifted over.
That's true.
And they're beating the Mitch McConnell guy.
And the majority's not gonna be that much bigger.
There's a phone ringing.
Lock the lines.
Lock the lines.
So just a handful of votes might be enough to stop McConnell out, right?
All right, killing the mics.
All right, killing the mics.
Making sense out of today's nonsense.
Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

Antoinette's on the line.
It's Thursday.
Be quick.
So, I believe Joe Biden just did a whammy, a double whammy, and tattletailed on the left.
Once again, he's given us, their agenda is to raise gas prices so we're less oil dependent, just like last time he told us, just before the election fraud.
Well, he said, he said during the election, I want to get rid of fossil fuels.
We know that, George.
Second point.
Second time he did that.
Second point.
Everybody's looking for something to connect these shootings.
There's two things that connect these shootings.
People went out to harm people intentionally.
And the other thing is, it's a social media problem.
These people outcried on social media.
If I put the words election fraud in the same sentence, I will be banned from Facebook.
I am red flagged.
If you put the words shoot and child in the same paragraph, you should be red flagged.
That's interesting.
That's interesting.
Although I'm not sure I want to be red flagged by anybody because red flag laws are garbage.
But the FBI should be hunting down the potential mass killers.
They shouldn't be hunting down people who went to January 6th natural protests on Capitol Hill.
Antoinette, line two.
Hey, good afternoon, Dr. G, the ultimate man of America First!
Listen, we have problems, major problems with Planned Parenthood.
Not only as we stand here voice for the voiceless in Southern California for those babies, Planned Parenthood are the instigators Of all the pornography for the children.
So our church here in Huntington Beach, our Calvary Chapel of the Harbor, has put together an action plan and they have started a homeschool support ministry for grades K-12 because of the degrading of the hormones.
Hang on, we got 20 seconds left.
What is the connection between Planned Parenthood and pornography?
They are the ones that are pushing it, giving it to the public schools, besides abortion.
And that's what we found out watching that movie.
Whose children are they?
Oh yeah, an amazing movie.
Rebecca Heinrich's amazing movie, Whose Children Are They?
God bless you.
It must be Thursday.
Yes it is because Antoinette of Voice for the Voiceless is on the line.
God bless you.
Keep doing what you do.
We need to get Rebecca back on the show.

Welcome, Alan.
A lot of people don't realize some of the most informed people in the world are truck drivers because that's what we do.
Of course!
Exactly.
Sebastian Gorka comes from the inside.
He knows what he's talking about.
He's worked for the president.
He's worked for all these organizations with the military.
You can believe what he says.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
We need more truck drivers to call in.
I know you're busy.
Especially, what is it, Franco who is our liquid egg truck driver who calls us in every couple of months.
But you are some of the most informed people in America.
Why?
Because you listen to shows like this one and my colleagues at Salem.
God bless every single one of you.
All right, we've got to do some news here when I get some input from our team as well.
So, so disturbing.
This is from Fox News.
Jake Gibson attempted Reagan assassin John Hinckley to get unconditional release.
Judge confirms.
John Hinckley, the would-be assassin of President Ronald Reagan, will receive an unconditional release from prison.
A federal judge has confirmed.
Hinckley, 67, attempted to assassinate President Reagan in 1981.
U.S.
District Judge Paul Friedman has announced that Hinckley will be released.
Released?
Beggar's belief.
On June 15th, the judge previously announced in September that Hinckley would be released so long as he remained in good behavior, which he has.
Friedman said at the time, quote, if he hadn't tried to kill a president, he would have been released unconditionally a long time ago.
Well, I guess that's the point.
He did try to kill a president.
He actually wounded several people.
One of them, Press Secretary Brady, very, very badly.
How is that happening in America?
Let's talk about sports.
Let's talk about NASCAR.
I'll get Jeff to weigh in on this one.
How woke... I mean, seriously, NASCAR...
How does that get woke?
NASCAR has now apologized for inviting Texas Governor Greg Abbott to wave the green flag at the beginning of the race.
This is their statement as we celebrate the LGBTQ plus LMNOP community.
No, they, well, they didn't add that in.
We acknowledge that recent actions have not aligned with NASCAR's mission to be a welcoming sport for all, the company wrote.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to create a more inclusive environment in our workplaces, at the racetrack and in the stands.
All right, Mr. G, you are my sports maven.
Shouldn't NASCAR be the least woke institution in American sports?
You would think.
I am not a big NASCAR fan at all, but you would especially think that they wouldn't be doing stuff like this.
After they completely embarrassed themselves with the Bubba Wallace incident, remember that?
The garage pull noose, right?
Yes.
Which, and I don't even know how Bubba Wallace didn't know what that is.
There's no way that he knew exactly what they did.
They made a big deal about it that weekend.
They had every driver push his car and everything.
They completely embarrassed themselves over that.
The only thing that I can think of Is every time there's one of these spending bills, and you know they always release all these ridiculous spending, like people that get these special tax breaks.
Right.
NASCAR is always one of them.
I don't know what it is.
They always get a bunch of huge breaks in these spending bills.
And they're protesting the governor of Texas because of what?
Because Uvalde?
I know.
I have no idea.
They said it's an insult to... I don't care what the actual statement was.
It's something they apologized to the LGBTQIA community.
It makes zero sense to me.
Alright, let's get some expertise from another field from our team.
Allegedly...
Eric Hales from California and the news from my former colleague Joel Pollack at Breitbart is that California has released a 500-page interim report backing slave reparations and for separate black schools in America.
I know I'm an immigrant, Eric, but you've lived in the Sunshine State.
I'm trying to think about the history that I revised as I was preparing for my naturalization test.
I became a citizen ten years ago this year, guys.
Gotta have a little party for that.
And I'm trying to think, how many slaves were there in California?
I kind of thought there were none.
Not to my knowledge, especially when you consider the fact that California was not part of the Confederacy last I checked.
So, the idea that you've got 500 pages of reparations justification, can you explain that to me as a former resident of California?
I mean, I'm kind of not surprised when Gavin Newsom first signed the legislation into law in 2020.
It was in the immediate aftermath of the race riots after the whole George Floyd thing.
He just wanted to get ahead of the curve and show, hey, we're California, we're progressive, we're the most progressive we can be.
And even though the funniest thing I find is that even a lot of the left is not happy with this report because there were advocates demanding reparations for all black Californians, but the board, the chair, the task force committee ultimately decided we'll limit it just to people who can prove they were descended from slaves, which makes a little bit more sense, but in their worldview, but there are some who thought, oh, that's not enough.
It should be for all black people in California.
We're going to have to discuss that next time Jennifer Horne is on the show.
Eric, you've written a piece for American Greatness, one of our favorite websites.
Go to it right now, bookmark it, amgreatness.com.
That's amgreatness.com.
It's about the, ooh, you're not allowed to say, at least Fox is afraid, the Dominion voting machines.
Give us the latest update from your story, Eric.
Yeah, I can only imagine that the Dominion lawsuits are going to have a really tough time after this report.
This is a report first reported by ABC News that the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, CISA, admits that Dominion Voting Systems machines are susceptible to hacking if current vulnerabilities are not addressed.
The report details at least nine specific weaknesses and suggests several measures to prevent further exploitation of these flaws.
Just reminds me of that left wing documentary that was made before the 2016 election about how vulnerable the Dominion machines are.
They bought one on eBay, took it to a hackers convention, and they bust into it within 30 minutes.
At that hackers convention.
But I guess that was then and this is now and now you're not allowed to talk about it.
Okay, let's return to the issue of guns.
Eric Swalwell, who I think, didn't he once say that you can nuke Americans who believe in the Second Amendment?
Eric Swalwell's latest incredible contribution to the debate.
Cut ten!
So, I think we've debunked the idea that the answer to a killer with an assault rifle is to have more quote-unquote good guys with guns.
The good guys with guns are outgunned by the bad guys that we've given guns in our country.
I don't even know what he said there.
I really... And what was the story?
What was it just two days ago that this individual Got angry with some institution, went home, got an AR-15, got out of his car to shoot up a crowd, and a woman who was legally carrying concealed shot him dead.
I guess, I guess Eric Swalwell doesn't read the news.
And that beard, dude, if you can't grow a beard, shave it off.
Doesn't look good.
Let's listen instead to Congressman Greg Stubbe of Florida who wants to tell the truth about what the Dems are planning for you if you believe in the Second Amendment.
Cut 13!
This gun would be banned under this bill.
Here's a Sig Sauer 320.
It takes a 20-round magazine.
Takes a 20-round magazine.
Here's a 12-round magazine that would be banned.
It doesn't fit.
Because it would be banned.
This gun would be banned under this bill.
Here's a gun I carry every single day to protect myself, my family, my wife, my home.
This is a XL 6-hour P365.
Comes with a 15-round magazine.
Here's a 7-round magazine, which would be less than what would be lawful under this bill if this bill were to come law.
It doesn't fit.
So this gun would be banned.
I hope the gun is not loaded.
I'm at my house, I can do whatever I want with my guns.
I think we have to get that guy on the show.
I mean, that's fabulous.
I didn't realize that was actually from a hearing in Congress.
You can hear the Democrat chair and say, oh, I do hope those guys... You can see, you cretin, you can see the cartridges in the top of the magazine.
How do you not realize that's not a loaded magazine?
And you're telling him, oh, oh, you better not have them loaded.
Why?
He's on a Zoom call.
He's on a Skype call in his home.
They don't even want to have congressmen.
Have access to weapons if they're from the wrong party.
And you?
You're not a congressman.
You're not a senator.
It's very simple.
It has nothing to do with mental health.
It has nothing to do with school shootings.
It has nothing to do with the crime on the streets of Chicago.
33, 35 people shot this weekend.
It's about making sure that you can't get rid of them.
The purpose of the Second Amendment.
You are the final guarantor of your freedom, my freedom, and everyone's freedom.
You are the last line of defense against dictatorship.
It's that simple.
And they want to remove that from you.

Everyone thinks the Fed can handle this.
That hurricane is right out there, down the road, coming our way.
We just don't know if it's a minor one or Superstorm Sandy.
Superstorm Sandy.
Oh, we are connected.

I know it's me.
Yeah, I know.
I'm dressed up a little sharp, huh?
You are, you are.
You just took the jacket off to placate me, didn't you?

He was Senate President for 12 years.
He was in the Senate for 20.

That's 833-334-6752.
But now I want to take you down memory lane and describe to you, well, a campaign in American politics that was rather, rather unusual.
Cut 12.
A truck driver in New Jersey is running the table.
He ran against the state's powerful longtime Senate president.
Says before the election, he told his friends, I'm going to shock the world.
I'm going to beat this man.
He admits now it was pretty much a joke.
But the Republican newcomer, Ed Durr, knocked out the Democrat Steve Sweeney from his seat.
Sweeney's been the state Senate president for more than 10 years.
Durr beat him with 52% of the vote.
In New Jersey.
Where is Shep Smith today?
Why does he wear mascara?
His eyelashes.
That was very creepy.
I was in New Jersey recently for the amazing event George and Elizabeth Nader's seat at the table and they had me there as a speaker with my wife Katie and I sat down for lunch before the event and there was a guy there at the table who I thought looks familiar but He can't be that Ed Durr truck driver guy because he's wearing a suit and he looks all fancy and polished.
But he was!
And he introduced himself to me!
And finally we've got him on the show!
The man who beat King Sweeney!
None other than Ed Durr the truck driver!
Welcome aboard!
How you doing there, Seb?
Good!
I'm glad that you finally got to join us here on the show and I got to meet you in person.
First things first, I need a fact check.
I need a fact check.
Is it true you won your campaign thanks to Dunkin' Donuts?
If it's true, what's your favorite flavor?
What is your favorite flavor?
All right, listen.
I was once told never Never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
He's already a politician.
He is already a slick politician.
But what is your favorite flavor of donut?
I like the chocolate with the vanilla cream.
It's called a Bavarian.
I usually get it from the Amish market right up the road from me.
Alright, I'm partial to the Boston Cream and I'm also partial to the Maple Glaze.
Those are my favorites.
I do like the Maple Glaze.
Okay, good.
Alright, so tell us, gotta get to the heart of the matter, why would a decent American, a truck driver, we love our truck drivers, why the hell would you do this?
Well, you know, one, I was asked by my county chair, And two, I just was fed up with the status quo in the state of New Jersey.
You know, things just seemed not to be changing.
It was always the same old saying.
You know, what they say, definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result.
Right, no, exactly.
That's Einstein's definition of insanity.
So how did you do it?
Give us the secret, because we need more real Americans in positions of political influence.
So tell us a little bit about your campaign, Ed.
Well, the campaign started out, you know, just basically to get out there and get to know the people, you know, and I had good help with people walking with me.
A gentleman who One also in our county, county commissioner seat, Nick DiSilvio, he and I walked many, many miles together.
We had our other candidates who also were out there walking.
We did it as a teamwork effort.
You know, where I couldn't be, they were, and vice versa.
And we just all knocked a lot of doors, listened to a lot of people complain.
You know, As I said, it was kind of a culmination of the perfect storm.
You had a governor who was a do-nothing governor, you know, who basically ruled by mandate and executive order.
And you had, you know, a Senate president who was not challenging.
And then we had a good campaign effort.
And Steve Sweeney, who you defeated, 12 years president of the New Jersey Senate.
And how long was he in politics?
Uh, I can remember him being in it since in the mid 90s, early 90s.
Wow.
All right, so I want to ask you, we have three million people listening across the country, a lot of them in California, in places that have kind of given up on any kind of rational political leadership.
You did this in New Jersey, so what is your message to those people who say, you know, it's all a swindle, it's all a con, it's all backstretching, you can't make a difference.
What do you say to them, Ed?
Well, look at me.
I'm proof positive that if you work hard, And people come out and vote, a difference can be made.
And that's what I just try and emphasize to everybody.
You can make a difference with your vote.
I don't want people staying home thinking that their voice doesn't make a difference.
It does.
We clearly made the difference.
And all those miles you walked and all the doors you knocked on, was there some issue that was most driving above all the others?
Was it COVID restrictions?
I think the primary issue was the lockdowns and the restriction of rights, whether it be, you know, if you run into parents, it was with the children in the schools and the masking, or if you run into, you know, some of the elderly couples, you know, it could be anywhere from the nursing home issue.
Governor Murphy, you know, gave an executive order and 10,000 of our nursing home Elderly died and people couldn't see their loved ones.
And yet we still don't have an investigation with subpoena power into that.
The Senate is blocking that.
But you know, there was multiple issues that were going on.
Like in the one town, I had a good volunteer helper, Maureen McKay, and her issue was this GCL line.
And I'm opposed to it.
It would destroy the town.
It would destroy agriculture in that area.
And I just didn't support it and so this was an issue and you could find multiple issues up and down in the district and you just had to be able to listen to the people all right guys the glove has been thrown down especially to all you truck drivers out there listening especially you've heard it he did it against the guy who was totally in there he was nailed to the floor they thought they'd have to take him out
in a wooden box, but he defeated him.
What about you?
And even if you're not a truck driver, take this example of what can be done even in states like New Jersey.
The American attitude is never give up, never give in, never surrender.
It is the way this nation was founded.
God bless you, Ed.
We're not going to ruin the story about the donuts, but at least we know what your favorite flavor is.
But it wouldn't hurt if anybody wants to help me out, they can check me out on 3DNumber4NJ.com.
Wow, listen to that.
He's smooth.
It's only a two-year cycle.
Say that again.
Quickly say that again.
3D... 3DNumber4NJ.com.
3DNumber4NJ.com.
Also Twitter at EdTheTruckDriverNJ.
All right.
Mike's still alive, sir.
Thank you, buddy.
Thank you!
Alright.
Thank you.
Yeah, happy to come back on anytime.
Good.
If you got something, like a local story or something you want to talk about, then just tell Jeff.
Alright.
Absolutely.
Alright.
God bless.
Thank you, guys.
Have a good day.
Bye-bye.
America First.
Hold, please.
Such contagious energy.
He's great.
Mhmm.
How soon until he runs for president and wins 400 electoral votes?
Eric.
You want to DC the, yeah.
Oh, can you show me Cup 4?
Cut 4.
Go ahead.
I've been broken into.
I've come to see homeless in the corner.
Defecating all over the area there.
The, you know, hold to fund police just made us more vulnerable.
Emily Ballas manages Arc'teryx on Northwest 23rd Avenue.
They're about to replace this graffitied window.
They also say theft has been a problem and they tell me they had to replace the lock four times because people kept breaking it.
She made the decision to hire armed security recently after an incident in the store.
A middle of May, a gentleman came in here and pulled a knife on one of my employees.
Call 9-1-1, you know, quite a long response time.
I totally understand.
They are really understaffed.
Portland police said this weekend they were stretched thin responding to several shootings.
They told us lower priority 911 calls may have had to wait longer for responses because of that.
All right, two minutes.
Oh, title for that.
If Ed Durr, the truck driver, can do it, so can you.
you.
That's the queen.
.
Why is that thing pink?
90 seconds.
Let's listen.
You coming in with anything?
No.
What's up?
No.
The what?
Oh, he changed it to what, a thumbs up or something?
Whoa.
I so can't wait for new Twitter.
It's gonna be great.
What do you mean, new Twitter?
Apparently, Guy says that Elon has already changed the design of the like button on tweets.
Oh yeah?
Alright, 35 seconds.
Actually, um, why don't you come in with that cut?
Which cut?
The Portland Cup 4.
The Portland
Cup 4. The Portland Cup 4.
I've come to see homeless in the corner.
Defecating all over the area there.
The, you know, hold to fund police just made us more vulnerable.

Portland.
You choose it.
You choose it for yourselves.
When you elect these individuals, then that's the result.
Those poor business owners.
Imagine having a clothing store and then having to hire an armed guard to stand outside because somebody came in brandishing a knife.
Guys, take responsibility for this nation.
Do what Ed did and run, run, run.
Let's take America back.
One local race, one local school district at a time.
Likewise, tell the world who you are.
Stand up and have courage.
Right now, the hottest item at our store is the Ultra Maga t-shirt.
They spent six months focus grouping it.
Millions of dollars.
They thought it would be an insult, just like they thought the deplorables would be an insult.
Well, we wear it as a badge of pride.
Made in America.
It's got the president on it, looking like a superhero.
And it says, Ultra MAGA USA, November 2024.
And to celebrate Pride Month, pride in being an American, You can get your LGBTQ t-shirt or mug, and underneath it says, let's get Brandon to quit.
That's LGBTQ, the way we do it here on America First.
Get yours right now, sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
Let's go to your calls, line one.
Kathleen in Arizona, welcome to America First.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
I wanted to thank you for all that you do for Our country and how you make us aware of our servicemen and how we should honor them.
You're very welcome.
I've been in the mental health and addiction field as a licensed therapist for 30 years and it's opiate And suicides that are killing our kids, not guns.
All right, stay there.
You are a mind reader.
Perfect.
Stay there, Kathleen.
Listen to a very different take.
This is Democrat Senator Chris Murphy with his explanation of why we have mass shootings.
Cut eight.
So according to that expert, it has nothing to do with mental health, Kathleen.
Well, I'd sure like to know where he went to school.
It wasn't the University of Arizona.
Most people who are homicidal or suicidal need to have a safe space to talk to a crisis therapist and get them on the right medication.
Very few mentally ill people commit these crimes.
It's people with other agendas.
And when I heard about this young boy and his financing, I live on the border.
Cartel.
You know, had to get all that money and guns.
He's 18.
You know, some wouldn't find him.
There's a deeper story there.
There's a deeper story.
Thank you, Kathleen.
Let's go to J.R.
Nashville, line 2.
Welcome, J.R.
Well, God bless you, Dr. G, and I miss your voice.
You are an absolute blessing and a treasure being a United States citizen.
And you make our country better every day.
Well, that's too kind.
Well, my question, it's not a question, it's a point.
I know a lot of truck drivers, they are hurting.
They started hurting a year ago, and now they are in crisis because a serious percentage of them are independents, and they are not getting compensated for the extra fuel charge.
So if just 20% of all CDL, over-the-road truck drivers stop, this country will see a pain that you can't even imagine.
Just 20%!
And everybody in government is talking about the wrong situation.
And I'm sick of it.
I'm just sick of it.
I mean, I'm a stupid contractor and I can figure this out.
Yeah, people so, so take it for granted, JR.
You're so right.
The fact that literally it is the lifeblood of this.
We talked about, you know, the Job Creators Network and small businesses, but even, you know, beyond small businesses, it is the truck drivers.
They are the arteries of this nation.
And I think just if 10% Stopped working.
There'd be pandemonium within a matter of days.
God bless you, JR.
It's been far too long.
Don't be strangers, guys.
The number's so easy.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-33-G-O-R-K-A.

Yep, yeah, that's him.
Okay, two and a half.
Yeah, hello, this is Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you.
Kick your butt, Dr. Sebastian Gorka!
I recognize that voice.
It's our buddy from the tall grass out in Livermore.
God bless you.
I love those liners.
Thank you, Mr. G. It's time to check in with our buddies at the Prison Fellowship.
We are so excited to be supporting their brand new academy.
And we have with us none other than the Vice President of Academy Programs, Cody Wild.
Welcome to America First.
Great to be with you.
So, we love partnering with the charities that come on the show.
Every one of them has a unique mission, but this one really has touched me in a way that's very special because it must be such a difficult task you have set yourselves with the Academy.
You've served in the U.S.
military.
You've served as a pastor.
What is the goal of the Academy and how are you changing the lives of those men and women who have been incarcerated?
And who are trying to function back in society?
Sure, so the prison Fellowship Academy is the most intensive cornerstone in prison program that we offer the mission of the program is to build communities and to create opportunities for men and women in prison to practice and develop the values that transform themselves and others into good citizens.
So our goal is always human flourishing.
And we do that through three key programmatic dimensions.
The first is a holistic curriculum.
Over the course of a year, we're going to cover topics ranging from criminal thinking patterns, to addictions and recovery, all the way over to financial literacy and conflict resolution.
So this isn't something that's just about, you know, reinventing your life in Jesus.
This is very practical self-analysis and then practical skill sets as well.
Absolutely.
Our programs are open to people of any preference.
Hang on, hang on.
We lost you there.
We lost you there.
You broke up.
Your programs are open to who?
Our programs are open to people of any faith or no religious preference at all.
That's never a criteria to get in or to graduate.
We do teach from a biblical worldview, but like I said, that's not a criteria that a person has to adhere to it.
But what we know, in addition to holistic curriculum, is that who's facilitating that matters tremendously.
And so in addition to holistic content, we also have coaches that come in.
And these are prison fellowship staff and volunteers that come in and facilitate the material.
And they model not what perfect looks like, but what healthy looks like.
What it's like to be a little bit further along in the journey.
But then the last dimension is a restorative community.
All of our academies operate as cohorts.
And so a group of men or women will go through the program with one another to have that person on your right and left who's experiencing the same thing, and to really get to be a part of one another's change journeys 24-7.
And so what we're driving for is not just that people would cease to commit crimes, but that they would become agents of restoration in prison and beyond.
Let me ask you honestly because I can't even imagine the enormity of what you're trying to do.
We had one of your colleagues on recently who himself was in prison for aggravated armed assault and now he's helping others in the academy.
How difficult is it to do what you do and what your colleagues do?
I see it as a daunting task but some of the success stories must help you provide yourselves that motivation.
Yeah, I mean, we begin with a fundamental belief that every person has dignity created by God and also that every person has a purpose.
And so beginning with those unshakable convictions, our job is to call forth that purpose, to walk alongside people and to train them to become productive and flourishing citizens.
And what is the rate of success?
When you look at the rates of re-incarceration in America, they're very, very depressing.
So talk to us about the effect of the Academy's program.
Yeah, so in multiple states where it's been studied by Departments of Correction, we are one of the most effective recidivism reduction programs.
But what we're also trying to do is to change the narrative a bit.
That success isn't just that a person doesn't come back to prison, because a person could get out and live under a bridge.
Our job and our goal is to create flourishing members of society, and so our assessments all show a reduction in criminal thinking patterns and a renewed sense of life purpose.
We see that in individuals who graduate and who are released and become contributing and productive members of society.
I've invited everybody to check out the program.
This is, of course, the Breaking the Cycle of Crime tab at our website.
That's sebgawker.com, and everybody who clicks on that receives a 14-day devotional written by prisoners who are part of the program.
Will you talk to us about that devotional, please?
Yeah, so the devotional is written by incarcerated people.
And it's really a way for them to get to be a part of the whole process that, you know, what we do isn't just for people in prison, but we actually do things with people in prison.
And this is an example of that.
All right, guys, find out more.
I want to ask you to continue what you are doing.
It is really a godly, godly mission.
We've been talking to Cody White, Vice President of Academy Programs.
Please find out more about the Prison Fellowship Academy.
Go to SebGorger.com.
Click on the banner that says Breaking the Cycle of Crime.
You will receive a free 14-day devotional written by prisoners, former gang members, who are helping themselves become better citizens, fathers, and employees once they return to their home communities.
This is a gospel-centered system and program.
It is an absolute boon to those who go through it.
You heard the statistics.
Please check out the SebGawker.com and the Breaking the Cycle of Crime banner.
That is the Prison Fellowship Academy.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Dear friends, if you call this show, I have a request to you.
Don't use a cell phone that's tied to one of the big cell phone providers.
You heard my story.
that very unpleasant Christmas gift I received early last year from Nancy Pelosi's J6 committee with a subpoena to Verizon for all my phone records.
Not just mine, but my family members, my wife and my children.
What did Verizon do?
One of the big guys that had the lawyers, had the money, they surrendered.
They caved to the witch hunt.
What did I do?
I immediately switched to Patriot Mobile, the only Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
They love the Constitution.
They love this country.
They have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to causes you believe in.
The First Amendment, the Second Amendment, veterans and first responders.
Don't fund people that hate your values.
Join the good guys.
You can keep your number.
It's super easy.
Call their US-based customer support team.
They are superb.
The number is 972-PATRIOT.
Use my name to get free activation or just go to patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
They have plans to fit every budget.
Additional discounts for veterans and first responders start today.
They love America like you love America.
You will be working with people who share your values and not funding those who detest what you stand for.
Switch today.
They have the same nationwide coverage as the big guys, but they're on your side.
Just make that a Vimeo and have it, send it to Jeff so you can send it to them.
You got it.
Do you want me to open the lines?
I have both of them dropped.
No, that's fine.
Did you?
Does that count as a prison read, right?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
Okay.
Uh, come in with cut seven.
Come in with cut seven.
Who is he?
Is he Gordon?
Is he, um... Sacks?
Gordon Sacks?
He was Bank of America, let me see.
Jamie Dimon, right?
Yeah.
He's J.P.
Morgan now.
J.P.
Morgan.
Okay, great.
Okay.
45.
Thank you.
Thank you.
It's a hurricane.
Right now, it's kind of sunny.
Things are doing fine.
Everyone thinks the Fed can handle this.
That hurricane is right out there, down the road, coming our way.
We just don't know if it's a minor one or Superstorm Sandy.
That is none other than Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan.
A guy who usually people pay attention to his predictions.
He says the storm is coming.
The recession is coming.
We just don't know the size of it.
I know one thing about it, though.
Everything, and I mean everything, coming out of this White House with regards to the economy will make it worse.
Why?
Because two things.
Their ideologues and their incompetence.
Those two things together, their commitment to getting rid of fossil fuel, to more EVs, to open borders, and their rank incompetence means that this is a recipe for disaster.
We have to get engaged.
We have to take back the country in the midterms.
We have to flood the zones with MAGA candidates, with America First candidates.
And then we have to make sure that President Trump is back in the White House for 2024.
And don't give me the, oh, we won't have a country left.
We've been through tougher things before, OK?
We have.
We've survived.
But it's up to us.
I just have a question to ask.
I've got Fox on going here in the studio.
Why is Neil Cavuto sure every single guest he has is a never trumper.
Everyone is a swamp creature.
Leon Panetta, now Dr. Birx.
Mr. G, do Fox viewers like this kind of stuff?
I gotta ask.
Why does Cavuto surprise you when he does all this?
But why?
Fox had a reputation.
They lost it after the election, but do Fox viewers watch him?
I don't know.
I mean, Fox is still there, I think, primetime in some of the spots, but some of the daytime shows, I know they are getting a little bad.
A little bad?
I never knew Mr. G could be diplomatic.
I'm shocked!
Could you imagine, hey Eric, could you imagine Mr. G at the State Department in the Trump administration?
That'd be fun, wouldn't it?
Oh my goodness, he would completely clean house.
The negotiations with the North Koreans would be rather fun.
I think we could have some fun in the second administration.
Okay guys, next up.
Somebody else who'd be fun in the Trump administration is my white, is my, not my White House colleague, my townhall.com colleague.
He's senior contributor.
He's Kirchlichter.
He's a former army colonel and what could we give him as a position in the next Trump administration?
Oh I know what.
He could be in charge of the panel that selects promotion of full birds to one-star generals.
Oh that could be fun.
I think I might have to suggest it to him.
In the meantime, dear friends, support those that make this show possible.
Great Americans like Mike Lindell.

We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
Two Thousand Mules.
in select theaters, May 2nd and 4th.
Virtual premiere, May 7th.
Stream, May 8th at Salem Now or Locals.
I do this episode of America First one-on-one with a scintilla of trepidation because usually...
Our guest only comes on for a segment or two, but now you get to enjoy him for the whole hour.
Can America take it?
That is the question.
My town hall colleague, the author of the superlative Kelly Turnbull series of novels, and most recently, order it now from my publisher, Regnery.
The book will be back.
He's none other than Kurt Schlichter.
We call him, his friends call him, Colonel K. Kurt, welcome to America First one-on-one.
Thanks for having me, Dr. Gorka.
All right, so where do we begin?
So much to discuss that is utterly in your wheelhouse.
We could talk geopolitics, Ukraine, Second Amendment.
We could talk about the Suss-Mentrala.
Let's start with the Second Amendment.
As a man who's protected the streets of Los Angeles in uniform, I need to get your sagacious interpretation of what on God's green earth the incumbent in the White House was saying when he said this.
A 9mm bullet blows the lung out of the body.
So the idea of these high-caliber weapons is that there is simply no rational basis for it in terms of what we hear about self-protection, hunting.
Yeah, nine millimeters and hunting, blowing your lungs out of you.
22s are much better.
I don't know if you can make any sense of it, but I know one thing for sure, Colonel K. I wish I had a dollar for every one of your tweets where you said, buy a gun and buy more ammunition, because you're rather outspoken on this.
Give us your reaction to Uvalde in general, and then to the brain farts of that man.
Well, Dr. Gorka, I think the reaction to President Gumby was best exemplified by the Secret Service agent standing off to his left going, I've got a .40 cal in my holster here.
Yikes!
You know, we laugh at the liberals when they talk about guns and they get it wrong.
Nobody should be able to buy an automatic weapon!
I wish we could buy automatic weapons.
Yeah.
But we can't right now.
And it just goes on from there, you know.
But somebody made this point on my buddy's show, Kurt, Chris Plant.
Why are these people even talking about guns?
Because none of them are firearms instructors.
None of them are forensic pathologists.
Because I thought you can't even know what a woman is unless you're a biologist, Kurt.
So why do they shut up?
Well, that's a great question.
And I was informed by them that they love science, which would mean that you love facts and objective data.
And you would think that if you're going to build a policy, you would want to build it on a solid foundation of technical knowledge so that you could get the policy right.
But they don't know.
They talk anyway, which indicates to me that they don't care.
Because it's not about the kind of gun.
They want to ban all guns.
Their goal is confiscation of weapons and the disarmament of the American citizenry.
And in We'll Be Back, The Fall and Rise of America, I have a rather lengthy chapter discussing the importance of an armed citizenry, why an armed citizenry is critical And the distinction between a body of citizens and a bunch of serfs or subjects.
I mean, you look up in Canada, and Castro's little bastard decided he was going to ban all handguns.
And you know that the liberals down here are just slobbering at the chance to do that, too.
And it's twofold.
First of all, it eliminates the practical veto on tyranny.
And we've seen what happens when there is no veto on tyranny.
And you look at Cuba or Venezuela or China, you know, wherever, Nazi Germany, when there's no veto on tyranny by an armed citizenry, you get tyranny.
But I think the more short-term goal is humiliation.
They know that we understand citizenship to mean having the power to control our government at the end of the day.
The ultimate veto, and one we haven't had to use in over 200 years.
Again, I talk about that in the book.
The right to keep and bear arms against tyranny is a last-ditch It's not the first thing.
We have courts.
We have ballots.
We have peaceful protests.
We have many, many ways to deal with our many, many problems that don't involve firearms.
But at some point, if somebody comes knocking on my Orthodox neighbor's door to haul them away, at some point, you've got to throw a mag in and lock and load.
Right.
And I'm not saying that's around the corner.
And I'm not saying that's likely.
But history is clear.
History is clear.
From the Soviet Union to Hitler's Germany to Venezuela in 2012 when they disarmed the population.
It is clear.
This isn't, you know, hypothesis.
This isn't hyperbole.
It is a demonstrable historic fact.
If you disarm the people, the government gets to do whatever they want.
It is that simple.
Now, the latest polling as of Wednesday is that the majority, the majority of Americans look at events like Uvalde as a mental health issue.
The Democrats are going to ride this train for the midterms.
They're going to add Roe v. Wade.
Do you think...
Explain that for me as somebody who follows politics so closely with your pieces at town hall, with everything you do, when you're on this show, your guest hosting for my colleagues or myself.
The myopia is stunning because this seems to me political suicide for the Democrats.
They're going to pick, you know, pro-late-term abortion and disarming Americans as their platform, Kurt.
Well, don't forget grooming kids and institutionalized racism.
But Dr. Gorka, remember what Napoleon said about your enemies and their mistakes.
Don't interrupt them.
Look, if it wasn't so damaging to our country's culture and our understanding of the Constitution, I would be delighted to have these arguments over how much we're going to infringe on basic civil rights.
But unfortunately, when the Overton window's open enough that they're attempting to throw our civil rights out of it, that's a problem.
So I can't be thrilled with it.
But as a practical matter, I think it's a disaster.
You roll up to a Chevron station, you shove the nozzle in, and then you have to fork over a hundred bucks to fill up your Ford Explorer.
You're going to be thinking of that a lot more than organizing a bunch of people to fulfill Beto's furry dream of going door-to-door to disarm normal American citizens.
It's bad politics.
But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter because you're right, we should be very quiet and just let them do it, let your enemies make those mistakes.
But do you have any hypothesis as to, is it just their isolation from real Americans that makes them think that this is how they're going to win the election, Kurt?
I gotta know.
I think it is.
There really is a blue bubble.
See, here's the thing.
Folks like you and I, we live in predominantly blue areas, all right?
You know, I'm in Los Angeles, okay?
Everybody's a communist.
I met somebody today who wasn't, and I was stunned.
And it's funny, she said, well, I don't want to talk about politics, because she was a conservative.
And, you know, the thing is, we hear the other side.
We hear liberals in their natural environment telling us what they think.
We're used to it.
We don't freak out when we hear it.
We understand that there are people out there who disagree with us.
And a lot of them, they don't feel the same way.
The other thing is they've substituted their politics in many ways for religion.
You know, these people need some Jesus.
They don't need any more Ibram Kendi, okay?
But that's who they've chosen to fill that spiritual void inside of them.
So they become essentially religious fanatics who can't tolerate blasphemy or apostates.
And that's, to them, that's what we are.
You know, when I tweet, climate change is a hoax.
Because, of course, what they call climate change is one of the most devastating hoaxes in all of human history.
It's ridiculous.
They go insane.
They just... You did that yesterday.
I saw you do that yesterday.
It's like the day before when I, you know, was holding an AR-15 in a shirt that said, Black Guns Matter.
They don't debate.
They don't ignore.
They, you know, DM me sexually perverted messages, and they just go insane, Kurt.
What is it about them?
Well, I mean, obviously, you're a very, very attractive man, so... That's... I mean, you know... But...
Look, they talk a lot about being objectively driven, but they're purely emotionally driven.
And I admit, I'm emotionally driven too.
I am emotionally committed to the idea of freedom.
I cannot live not being free.
I've been free for 57 years.
Uh, accepting my time in the Army, which I've always cared for.
Well, I stood up for it.
But then you fall for freedom.
Yes!
That's the point.
You are so emotionally.
Yeah, you stood out for it.
You so loved freedom that you decided to wear the cloth of the Republic and did so.
And you rose to the rank of colonel.
We are talking to Kurt Schichter.
Colonel K, the book is, we'll be back.

Kurt, we were talking about Biden, the Second Amendment.
Let's stay on the issue of the Second Amendment and guns in America.
You've been very outspoken in the last week about the events in Texas.
Texas for me, I was in San Antonio two weeks ago.
First time ever I went to the Alamo.
Fascinating.
I learned a lot.
I feel now I understand what Texas is much better with the war with Mexico, its independence as a nation and then folding into the Republic.
But I tell you, that reputation that it developed for being different amongst the states, the Lone Star State, is, I tweeted this out after Ivalde and after the first revelations, is tarnished in a way that may be irrecoverable.
I know all first reports from war are wrong, we understand that, but it is not looking good for the law enforcement professionals, is it Colonel Kaye?
No, it really isn't.
And you know, I got some criticism when I pointed out, hey, you know, you're a cop.
You either put this guy down or you go down.
Yeah.
And then the next cop steps up and he or he puts him down or you go down.
And, you know, I got a lot of the, well, you, you've never kicked in a door, so you can't talk.
Well, see, I haven't kicked in a door because I'm not a cop.
I didn't take the oath.
I did different things.
That's irrelevant.
I'm an American citizen.
I will evaluate the performance of my employees.
And their performance was subpar, starting with this Beto donating garbage police chief who has all the tactical competence of Barney Fife, except Barney Fife didn't get anybody killed.
You're talking about the Uvalde chief, who has disappeared, hasn't given a press conference, hasn't given any statements, and is now running for the local county board or something at the same time?
Well, you know, if the people of Uvalde decide that that's the guy they want leading them, I think we know the consequence of it.
Yeah, my... Accountability is vital.
My, you know, we call it the sit-rep in the British Army.
The situation report for me is the same, is thus, is the following right now.
The tactical commander, the most senior guy who took control of the incident as it was happening, he made a decision that, as far as I'm concerned, having discussed exactly this scenario with law enforcement officers before I joined the administration, so I'm talking like a decade ago, After Al-Qaeda, after ISIS, after San Bernardino, after Columbine, whether it's a jihadi or whether it's a mass, you know, a deranged psycho, we agreed.
I'm not the practitioner.
I'm out of uniform, but I'm talking to Leo's law enforcement.
We agreed together.
That the rulebook is changed.
It's tossed out.
You're not dealing with people who, you know, I want a helicopter and a plane to Cuba.
I want a million bucks.
No, it's not hostage taking.
It's not wait for the psychiatrist and the negotiator.
The rule is the following.
For the last decade at least, if not since 9-11, the rule is the following.
For all police officers in America, probably the world, in three nations.
First man there, first man in.
You pull on your vest, you pull on your long arm, and you go in the building, because these adversaries aren't there to negotiate, they're there to kill.
This tactical officer said, well, he's in one classroom, he's stuck in one classroom, so that qualifies as a barricade situation, so we're gonna wait, and as a result, 19 children died.
It seems like a very Simple to understand and egregiously incorrect decision.
Your take, Colonel K?
I think you're absolutely right.
I think the tactical solution to an arms shooter in a school is to engage him until he's defeated.
And if that causes casualty among the police, okay.
Because a policeman's life is worth less than a civilian's life.
And a civilian's life is worth less than a kid's life.
And that's the way it has to be.
And if you can't handle that, you know, you need to give up all the thank yous for your service and move on.
And yes, the argument is, well, you've never had to do that.
You're right.
That's absolutely true.
It's also completely irrelevant.
They had to do it.
They failed when duty called.
It went to voicemail.
I never understood that thing about, you know, I guess this is what the left calls the lived experience argument from authority.
You're not a cop, therefore you can't comment on it.
Well, I guess, you know, I've never been a dinosaur, therefore I can't talk about dinosaurs.
Or I've never been a Greek philosopher, therefore I can't discuss Plato, despite having a degree in philosophy and theology.
It's such an asinine argument, Kurt, isn't it?
It's look, it's an argument designed to shut you up argument, right, to avoid grappling with real facts, and the real scenario.
And, and they do that all the time.
You know, that's that's what the racist thing is.
Well, that's racist.
Okay.
Your label doesn't mean those arguments don't exist, right?
That it doesn't.
And the thing is, you can only suppress people for so long.
Vigorous debate is good because it lets out anger.
You know, after you have a big debate with someone, even if you disagree with them, you know, you come out of it, you go, oh, I've been heard.
People have had a chance to listen to me.
Maybe they didn't go my way, but I've had my say.
And then you recognize in that way the legitimacy of the paradigm that is debate, that underlies the idea of a democratic republic.
But if it suddenly becomes, well, you're not even allowed to say anything, you're a bad person if you attempt to say something that's not the approved narrative, Well, then you come out of it in a very different way.
You come out of it believing that the Democratic-Republican paradigm is just baloney.
It doesn't exist.
You're being suppressed, maybe not by physical force, but by emotional or rhetorical force, and the next time you're going to meet that attack in kind yeah we are we're talking to colonel k kurchlich to the book is we'll be back if you'd enjoy this show support those who make it possible great americans truth tellers like mike lindell the inventor of my pillow friend of president trump's if you want a good night's sleep if you want to support a man the left hates

Kurt, I have to get your take on what happened in the court here not far from our studio.
We have an individual who the mainstream media in their headlines called Clinton lawyer Who was found not guilty of lying to the FBI when in fact that headline means he did lie because he said in his text to the FBI, I've got a tip about Trump and I'm not working for a client and I'm just a concerned citizen.
He actually billed the time to the Clinton campaign for his meeting with the FBI that led to the alphabetic investigation.
I've got to ask as an American citizen, As an immigrant to the United States, can a Republican not get justice in a city that voted for Hillary and Biden and Obama?
Is it only for Democrats to walk out of slam-dunk cases, Kurt?
You're a lawyer.
Talk to me about the Sussman trial.
No, I think it was disgraceful, the kind of jurors that are allowed on.
Hillary voters, people who had connections with Sussman's family.
I mean, it was just ridiculous.
Look, Washington, D.C.
is 95% Democrat.
If you are a Republican, you are going to be convicted.
If you are a Democrat, you are going to be acquitted.
And I will put money on that.
I will put money on that any day of the week.
And it is.
Carry on.
Yeah, we got to carry on, Colonel K.
Any day of the week, I would I would if I was a representing a Democrat, I would take a Washington, D.C., venue.
Here's the question in practice, because you are a practicing attorney.
If a Republican is put up on a charge like Mike Flynn was, can you demand to have it heard in, I don't know, Tulsa or Oklahoma?
You can try, and it's probably going to be denied.
I certainly would have made that motion.
And I think when the Republicans retake the Congress, which I expect they do, unless they screw it up completely by rolling over to Democrats and abandoning our Second Amendment rights to please Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, I think when we are fully back in power, we need to explore venue and moving venue for quote-unquote political trials out of Washington, D.C.
because you can't have a dual system of justice, and that is exactly what we have in Washington, D.C.
right now.
Is that the only thing that we could possibly do is to create some additional menu option to put it in layman's terms whereby in the national security arena for the FBI for example there is the category of sensitive cases if it involves a politician or what have you Then it goes into a special basket that should, should lead to special handling, not preferences, but special handling because of the sensitivity of the subjects concerned.
Are you talking about a special category for political cases which, which would take them out of the arena of the swamp?
Which is, let's be, let's just, again, the facts please to the millions of listeners out there.
92% for Hillary, 93% for Biden.
That's what D.C.
voted.
Is that a plausible, is that a feasible solution, Colonel Kaye?
Well, look, I think we have to bow to reality and address the issue.
And it may just be opening up the jury pool.
You may say, well, we can now draw jurors from all of Virginia and all of Maryland instead of just Washington, D.C.
And perhaps that would have some effect.
Or perhaps we venue such cases in Maryland or Virginia or even Tulsa.
I've never met John Durham, but it seems to me there's a problem here.
How did he not say you can't have three Hillary Clinton donors, an AOC donor, and a juror whose kid is on the same sports team as the defendant Sussman's child?
Surely that's an automatic exclusion, isn't it?
Well, you would think so.
You have two kinds of challenges to a juror.
Peremptory, which is you don't have to explain yourself.
You can just say, I don't want that juror.
I don't like his hairstyle.
The only thing you're not allowed to do is on the basis of race.
Right.
Okay.
So you can say, I'd like to thank number juror six and excuse her.
Thank you for your service.
Adios.
The other kind of challenge is the effort for cause.
Is this juror so biased that they can't render a fair verdict?
And I would think that donating to Hillary Clinton or being on Sussman's kids swim team or whatever it was, that comes pretty close.
And I would want to bend over backwards if I were the judge.
I mean, I understand a judge's position.
You don't want to squander jurors.
You want to get people in so you can get the trial going.
But you also have to demonstrate to all the people that the jury pool is fair, that the trial is fair.
It's vitally important to be fair.
Look, I can take a loss in court.
I don't have them very often, but I can take a loss in court if I feel I've had a chance to fairly put on my client's case.
I don't like it.
It happens if you try cases.
Anybody who says they've never lost a case has probably only tried one or two.
Right.
But I have to be heard.
It has to be fair.
Then I can accept the system.
Yeah, but the question is whether... If it feels unfair... Right.
The question is whether the circumstances were fair.
We're talking to Kurt Schlichter.
The new book is.
We'll be back.
We'll discuss it momentarily.

All right.
We have to share with you.
Yesterday was the beginning of Pride Month.
I posted on my Twitter feed, the left went crazy.
I said, I fully endorse Pride Month!
And I had a photograph of myself at my naturalization ceremony ten years ago this year!
Saying I endorse Pride in being American Month.
Yes, indeed, and I'm sure our guest does as well.
To celebrate our definition of Pride Month, we have the latest new products at the America First store.
Let's put them up there, Eric.
We're celebrating LGBT.
It's very clear.
We want LGBTQ to be celebrated here on America First.
It's the new t-shirt that says, let's get Biden to quit.
LGBTQ.
You can get a t-shirt.
Let's get Biden to quit.
Or you can get your mug that is LGBTQ.
It's got a rainbow.
It's got the stars and stripes.

Let's get Biden to quit.
SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.
SebGorkaStore.com.
Kurt.
Okay, that's the fun.
Here's the not-so-fun.
So this was sent to me yesterday on Pride Day, 1st of June, from Mr. G. I'm sure you saw this.
I didn't want to believe it.
I thought it was a joke.
It's a helmet, one of the old steel helmets, Vietnam War era, with six rounds.
Looks like .308 on there.
Why you would have .308 anyway?
It doesn't make any sense.
Each bullet on each cartridge is a color of the rainbow, and I'm just going to read it.
This is from the official U.S.
Marine Corps Twitter account.
Throughout June, the United States Marine Corps takes hashtag pride in recognizing and honoring contributions of our LGBTQ service members.
We remain committed to fostering an environment free from discrimination and defend the values of treating all equally with dignity and respect.
Hashtag Pride Month.
Hashtag USMC.
Now this hurts because I love the Marines.
I spent two and a half years teaching them at Quantico on the faculty there.
The Marine Corps, Kurt, I know you're a colonel in the Army.
You were a colonel in the Army.
The Marine Corps isn't about where you put your penis or what you do with your sexual organs.
I think that's an insult to Marines who died for all Americans.
How about you?
I think it's a disgrace and it exemplifies how utterly unserious our American military leadership is.
Our next Republican president on day one needs to fire all the chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Bring in their proposed replacements and say, starting now, this doesn't happen.
Every slot that has diversity, equity, or inclusion, or pride, or any of the like, in its title, will now be emptied out and that person either retired or transferred to a useful combat-oriented slot.
This is over.
It's done.
We're not doing this anymore.
What are your questions about your implementation of my And then we need to do it, because it is painful for the Marines.
It is painful for citizens.
It's painful for Marine veterans.
It's ridiculous and stupid.
The job of the military is to deter or defeat America's enemies through the application of combat power.
It's to prepare for war, and if war happens, to crush our enemies.
Yes.
That's it.
And the Marines have, of course, their very specific function of supporting the decisive military arm, which is the United States Army.
I'm just going to let that out there.
For the real Marines out there, they can respond on his Twitter account.
But carry on, Colonel K. Well, look, I probably shouldn't get all uppity here, because I'm sure the Army will be similarly embarrassing itself.
I mean, this is just ridiculous.
And you know what?
It's also an insult to, you know, LGBTQ soldiers.
And when we were in, we all knew who saw things differently than we did, and we didn't care, and we served beside them.
Right.
And, you know, to minimize honorable service and turn it into, you know, a sexual orientation, you know, checkbox,
is uh it's actually really insulting yeah it is it's the whole thing's a disgrace it's a disgrace and it is insulting okay let's talk about your your forthcoming book from my publisher full disclosure regnery best conservative publisher on the planet i want to talk about the subtitle let's put this scary cover up there that you chose i know explicitly that you chose that photograph it's kirchlichter's will be back The Fall and Rise of America, which I think was the original working title.
Why did you choose that title?
Will you explain it to us, please, Kurt, before you get eaten by that vicious Cujo who I can hear in the background?
Well, before my dog goes crazy at the approach of a mailman, a more vicious dog than some of our Marines, apparently.
Little devil dog.
I chose it because I'm optimistic, Dr. Gorka.
I've had the privilege of living on three continents in the service of our country.
I've lived in other countries.
I've seen other cultures, good, bad, indifferent.
And I come back to the United States.
And even though I live in California, which has a ton of problems, you know, I will walk out the door, I will see sunshine and swaying palm trees.
And at least today I'm allowed to speak pretty freely.
Yeah.
I don't have to worry, at least not today, about a knock on my door.
That may change.
And the book talks about the trends towards the kind of tyranny we've seen in other places.
But I don't think that's the end of the story, Dr. Gorka.
I don't think that's how this experiment in human freedom is going to terminate.
I think we've got a lot more to give To the world.
I think we've got a lot more freedom in us.
And I think we're going to come back from this.
But look, I can't minimize the threat we're facing.
And the book doesn't do it, either.
It doesn't pull any punches.
I talk about the potential for a national divorce.
I talk about just kind of dying out, like some of those European countries, as people stop having hope for the future and stop having kids.
And I talk about what a civil war, God forbid, would actually look like.
But at the end of the day, I'm hopeful.
At the end of the day, I'm optimistic.
Because I don't think you can be anything else.
I don't think that you can be a pessimist and really be a true American.
I'm not going to give up, and I don't think America is going to give up on itself.
I may be wrong, but I'm going to do everything I can to prove myself right.
Yeah, we have to find that.
It was in my old studio.
Do the tracking shot.
We're in the brand new Salem TV studio here.
Let's go to camera 4 and show Kurt.
He's got to be in studio to enjoy it.
But in the old radio studio across the building, I had my little box of magic sounds that I could plug whenever I wanted to.
And one of them was that amazing line from Rush.
Less than a year before he died where he said, it's not the time to give up.
Why?
Because Americans never give up.
That's the American way.
We just don't do it.
The book is Will Be Back.
Order it right now.
Follow this man.
Listen to him and also read his articles at Town Hall.
He's Colonel K. I'm Sebastian Gawker.

So, I don't know if you can dig up the trailer that we used two days ago, Eric, for Top Gun Maverick.
Let's try and pull that out of the pile there and run it.
But you've praised the Army.
I don't know why.
You've dissed the Marines, Colonel K. Let's have some fun at the expense of the U.S.
Navy.
Have you seen the new Top Gun movie?
I saw it yesterday and I greatly enjoyed it.
Okay.
For me, and I've done a video on it, I've done a monologue, I've tweeted about it.
For me, and you know, technically it's great, the fighter scenes, the lack of CGI, the acting superb, but for me the key thing is this, and I want you to bounce off these.
Number one, it celebrates service to something outside yourself.
It celebrates sacrifice.
And lastly, it celebrates one of the pinnacle values of America, which is excellence.
And that's why it's fun.
Yes.
Your response, Colonel K?
I couldn't agree more.
It is the least woke movie I've seen come out of Hollywood in years.
And, you know, you look at the stars and it looks like America.
It's a diverse group who never mention Their, quote-unquote, diversity, because they aren't really diverse.
Right, right.
You've got the black mechanic or the WEPS guy.
You've got the Hispanic fighter, female fighter pilot.
And nothing is mentioned about their ethnicity.
They're just experts.
They're just excellent.
And they're Americans.
Well, here's the thing.
There was a scene where they did a final salute to a character.
I'm not going to be a spoiler guy.
But it was very moving to me because last Friday, my father received military honors from the United States Navy.
And it was a crew of very young sailors led by a lieutenant commander.
And it was just as diverse as the movie.
And they were fantastic, Dr. Gorka.
I was so proud of these young sailors.
They did the rifle salute.
They folded that flag.
They handed it to my mother.
The last salute, I mean, just moving.
Very, very moving.
The Navy really did well, which is the last time I will say anything positive about the Navy for a while.
And then I go see Top Gun, and it has those same values.
Those are American values.
They're not values of people with pride, or people whose grandfather came from here, or who pray to that particular god.
It's American values, and that's what it's all about.
I thought the movie was a lot of fun.
It was a great Hollywood blockbuster.
Tom Cruise was fantastic and quite moving in places.
The bite he has, that cheek muscle was flexed several times in the movie, that deep emotional expression.
How did we go a whole hour, Colonel K, without mentioning the Lincoln Project, the pedo boys there?
Next time, we're going to discuss it for an hour.
But first, let's say Fair winds and fair seas.
Lieutenant Commander Steven Lowell Schlichter.
America salutes you.
We are proud to be associated with your son.
This is America first wherever you are, whatever you're doing.
