	I've been taking footage today in the Grand Ballroom here in Orlando, the largest collection of conservatives every year, not just in America, but in the world.

	I got the President to sign it, but that clip, that slide, is from the plot against the President.
	Amanda Milius took it and said, we're putting this in the movie.
	Give us the background story.
	So the family, your love of hockey, and you sliding across the ice.
	Where does that come from?
	So we actually took the team up to Lake Placid, where the Olympics held for the biggest men's hockey tournament in the country, and we were the underdogs.
	And we won the whole tournament.
	And that slide is us winning the tournament, securing the trophy, and bringing it back home.
	Making hockey great again for president.
	Mr. G, we had respect for cash already, right?
	But now we have even more, right?
	I've never talked about it.
	Because for me, American football is really for pansies.
	I played rugby, a man's sport, no armor, no helmets, no nothing.
	And for me, you know, hockey, ice hockey is a little bit like rugby on ice.

	President Trump later signed that game-worn jersey down at Mar-a-Lago, and I now have it hanging up.

	And President Trump's coming on tomorrow.
	And I don't know if you know this, but myself and Devin Nunes are opening for President Trump tomorrow night.
	Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
	It might get loud.
	I think it might get loud.
	The roof may be raised here in the ballroom.
	We had Amanda Milius on the show yesterday.
	When you starred, I think you are the star along with Lee Smith of that movie based on his book that talks about just the plot against the president, the Russian calumny, the smear campaign.
	And maybe you're hard-bitten and you knew this because you prosecuted terrorists before you got the highest clearances.
	Did you expect that one day after that movie would be made, we'd be reading federal indictments and memos to the court about private companies having access to the secure White House servers when we were in the administration?
	I mean, it's not even a fantasy, right?
	You can't even conjure this stuff up.
	And you know what the fake news's response is to it?
	To a federal prosecutor's federal pleading to a federal judge.
	It's fake news.
	Because Michael Sussman, the defendant in a criminal case, said so.
	And Facebook erased the reporting on that from their website as fake news, if you can believe that.
	And your reaction to his lawyers saying, can you not file this stuff, Mr. Durham, because it basically implicates our man in crime.
	Which I thought that was the point of indictments.
	I think that's the point of it.
	But listen, I used to be a public defender way back in the day, so I remember filing pleadings like that.
	But the defense in this case, if you recall, bit off more than they can chew.
	They went to Durham.
	Explain what they did, because it was a real own goal.
	Because John Durham, as you know, is moving quietly and methodically.
	He's not doing a lot of filings.
	But the defense, the attorneys for Sussman, went out and said, you, John Durham, aren't giving us information, enough info.
	We want more evidence, more discovery.
	John Durham says, OK, I'll oblige, then files all these pleadings.
	I think it's a combination.
	He put 24 people in the grand jury, saying he's got locked in witness testimony, now talking about the tech company infiltrating the White House.
	And they were like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, we don't like it.
	No, no, no, no, take it back.
	Fake news." Right.
	So is that bad lawyering or are they just a little bit arrogant?
	I think it's a combination.
	They thought they could probably get the mainstream media to carry their water, which they are in some part.
	But what you can't contradict is a black and white lettering on a federal pleading to a So now it's out there.
	And John Durham, you know this.
	You don't put something in a pleading as a federal prosecutor that you haven't already proven.
	Right.
	It's not a supposition.
	It's got to be something you have the proof for.

	Despite owning the press, and every bit of civil society, everything else, Americans get it, right?
	They get that they're wrong on CRT, and inflation, and the border, and immigration, and foreign policy, and they hunger for something different.
	And the leadership of the conservative party, the conservative movement is as solid as ever, and Kevin's right in the thick of that.
	And we have leadership, and we have momentum, and I think The revolution is coming.
	I think we've hit peak woke.
	I think the shark has jumped over the shark.
	And we're ready for a rebound.
	And having, I think, Kevin's leadership at this time is so important because we need to all pull together and do the things that are key to keep America safe, free and prosperous.
	And, you know, all this strategy with Ukraine, everything else that we've learned in the last couple of weeks is this administration's approach is exactly opposite.
	They have a strategy and a plan to transform America into something very, very different.
	And when they hit a road and terrible things happen, there isn't like, oh, my God, what do we do to take care of the American people?
	How do we make sure our people are safe?
	How do we get back to our plan to turn this country... To quote John Kerry, how do we get back to the Green Agenda and not be distracted by World War III?
	Yeah.
	How do we work with a warmonger and a war criminal?
	We're talking to Jim Carrafano, Vice President of the Heritage Foundation.

	You're doing some super exciting things with some ambassadors.

	But let's get your take right.
	I've got to get your reaction.
	When you have the most powerful man in the world at the press conference yesterday, everybody else has spoken already.
	Boris Johnson hadn't gone to sleep the night before.
	He's an hour late and he's asked a couple of things.
	First thing he says, We're going to give the sanctions a few months and see whether they work.
	The sanctions that haven't worked for 20 years against Putin.
	And then on top of that, a reporter who's, I don't think a conservative, said, what is the likelihood of nuclear weapons being involved in this conflict?
	And he ums and ahs and says, I don't know.
	Jim, that's not a good visual.
	Yeah, well, let's talk about the sanctions thing, because I think that confuses everybody.
	And the irony here is Donald Trump hammered people with sanctions, and they criticized him for that, right?
	They made fun of him.
	He's got nothing, right?
	And they come into office, and here we are in the gravest crisis since the Munich Accord.
	And the Munich crisis, and what do they bring to the table?
	Sanctions!
	But not of the oil industry.
	Not of Putin himself.
	Donald Trump understood what sanctions were for.
	They're not to deter because they don't do that.
	They're not to punish because you cannot punish these guys because they can always find a way to make money for them.
	They're there to limit the resources that your adversary has to do bad things.
	Which says, if you want to use sanctions as part of your toolkit to deal with your adversary, you hammer them with sanctions as soon as you can, as heavy as you can, you enforce them as hard as you can, and you do that.
	That's what Trump did.
	That's why it worked.
	That's not what Biden is doing.
	And here's what Biden is doing.
	He would have done nothing in Ukraine if not for Afghanistan.
	He was humiliated in Afghanistan, so he felt he had to do something, but he really doesn't really want to do anything.
	And so what does he throw on the table?
	The easiest thing to do, sanctions.
	And they're not even full sanctions.
	No.
	But they say we're leading because the Europeans are with us, right?
	The Europeans want to do as little as possible.
	And you know what this reminds me of?
	This is like the coach.
	Who goes in, ends the season, and he's 0-14.
	And he says, yes, but I led the team the whole way.
	Yeah, I led them to those losses.
	Jim, I'll give you what I've been saying.
	I've been doing a lot of international media last 36 hours on the Ukraine crisis.
	Boys get asked, what would you do if you were back in the White House with President Trump?
	It's very simple.
	Number one, and this won't happen under Biden.
	Absolutely.
	Open up our energy sector again.
	Absolutely.
	Hurts the Russians the most.
	Fracking, XL Keystone, et cetera.
	Number two, I would say reposition a lot of troops we have available elsewhere, like Germany, on NATO border nations, like Hungary, where you just came back from, like the Baltic States, to send a very clear line that this is a tripwire.
	And then lastly, the thing that could be done right now, lots of lethal aid to Kiev, so they can fight for themselves, munitions and weapons.
	And lastly, within limits, not to undermine our capabilities, provide ISR signals intelligence to the Kiev government so they can hurt the Russians on Ukrainian territory.
	Am I missing anything?
	- Yes, yes, you missed one thing, which is secure the border.
	'Cause when you're in a period of crisis and enemies are gonna come after you, the last thing you wanna do-- - Is have an open border. - Is have an open border and give them a free pass to attack the United States.
	So you defend the homeland first, secure the border, economic freedom, peace through strength, Help your friends as best you can.
	Boom.
	And he's doing everything but that.
	Yeah, he was not talking about it at all.
	I don't know if you caught it, because this is, you know, literally drinking from a fire hose when you're at CPAC, but right after the invasion started, Boris Johnson in Parliament with the opposition leader of the Labour Party, Keir Starmer.
	It was, I mean, it was statecraft.
	Boris stood up as the Prime Minister, said we are going to do everything in our power as a NATO nation to assist the Ukrainians to defend themselves.
	And right after that, Keir Starmer, and these are people who've been at each other hammer and tongs under Covid, said our party, the opposition party, stands shoulder to shoulder with the administration to make sure that the Ukrainians are provided as much assistance as possible.
	It was a beautiful moment.
	Isn't that what we should be seeing from NATO?
	How much time do we have?
	We've got another 1.45.
	But then we've got another segment.
	So maybe I won't be able to finish this, but this is something you would understand, because it's a place you know extremely well.
	I was just in Budapest.
	Yes.
	And it felt like 1939.
	It was the eeriest feeling I've ever had.
	Yeah, I mean, we're on the verge of war.
	We don't know what's going to happen.
	Wow.
	It was just, and to think that in your lifetime, to experience this.
	And, you know, we think back to those guys back then, and we think, what's wrong with you people?
	Don't you see the Nazis are coming?
	Like, wake up!
	It was like Casablanca.
	We'll give them Sudetenland and they'll be happy with Sudetenland.
	And you understand now that they were going through it, we're going through now.
	And this is where we separate the people of character and courage.
	Yes.
	From those who don't.
	The Joe Bidens, who are in this to just find a way to say we're not doing nothing.
	Biden even said, I know my plan is going to fail.
	My strategy is going to fail.
	Who does that?
	With a Boris Johnson or other leaders or the government in Kiev which refuses to yield, people that stand, and the reason why, and I learned this from being in your country, not your country, you're in America, but being in Hungary, we have seen what the communists do.
	We have seen what brutal dictators do.
	We have lived under totalitarianism, and death is better than that.
	Yeah, we understand what KGB colonels do and we still see the bullet marks on the Hungarian parliament.

	You're doing some super exciting things with European Members of Parliament here, meeting with and talking behind the scenes with our buddies across the sea.
	Talk to us about Hungary, what you saw in Hungary, and especially this issue that we addressed a little bit with Kevin yesterday.
	Well, it doesn't matter.
	It's 8,000 miles away, and the border's more important, or Canada's more important.
	Give us a perspective.
	And it is disappointing to hear that from fellow conservatives, who actually have been good, in the sense that there are people that, when conservatives in Europe are demonized as, well, these guys are fascists and Nazis and everything else, people have the courage to go over there and learn these guys are fascists and Nazis and everything else, people have the courage to go over there and learn about who these people are and recognize that they have their challenges, but
	Love of family, religion, preservation of democracy, peace through strength, you know, many of the things that we embrace here.
	And you said that this crisis right now, a true, true tragedy, could in fact be an opportunity for conservatives everywhere?
	I mean, I think we can learn it.
	I'm glad that they say, OK, we care about Hungary.
	We care about Poland.
	We see that they want the things they want.
	And I go, look, I would just want to talk to these people.
	They care about the Ukraine.
	They don't want to see Ukrainians victimized.
	And then NATO members.
	They don't want to be next on the thing.
	They know where this is going.
	They want to be free.
	And it's like, can you understand the people that you like and you admire, they are concerned.
	We need to be concerned.
	Because it's something we share.
	And this goes to what we were talking about in the last segment about America's transforming We are moving to a country that wants to set the agenda, not have an elite in Washington set the agenda.
	We are recognizing that really the things that value to us are free markets, a decent economy, getting debt under control, secure borders, our families, educating our kids.
	That's happening in Europe.
	Yes.
	And there's a movement, that movement, and what's going on in America.
	I think they're going to come together about, I don't know, 2025.

	You do policy, not politics, but talk to us if there is a sweep in the midterms, if Republicans take the House and the Senate.
	What is the room for maneuver?
	Because it's not the executive.
	What can we help fix when it comes to national security and foreign policy on Capitol Hill?
	Well, I think there are three buckets.
	One is, regardless of what happens in Washington, all this tremendous energy that we have at the state and local level, which can affect all kinds of issues, even foreign policy and national security issues.
	For example, in your city, in your town, in your state, you don't have to have a Confucius Institute.
	You can kick those out.
	You can demand transparency of Chinese activities.
	So there's so much that can be done.
	In Congress, I think there's really two lanes.
	One is, if you control the Congress, you have this power to investigate and provide oversight.
	And there are so many things that this government has done that is so egregious.
	You could tie them up in us and hold them accountable.
	And the other thing is, you can legislate it, even if it doesn't get past the president.
	You are setting an agenda that you will expect a leader in 2025 to pick up and run with.
	You're laying the foundation for that.
	We're almost out of time, but given what you're witnessing here, Jim Carrafano, do you have faith that the GOP will find a robustness after November that these kinds of things will actually happen?
	Well, I think what you see at CPAC, and again, I'm not political, but you see conservative leaders that You know, when we had this election in 2016, they were all over the map.
	You had wild-eyed liberals, you had arch neocons.
	The field of leaders that we have today, they are in a shock group that was set up by Donald Trump.
	They believe in freedom, they believe in a prosperous America, and they believe in a safe and secure America.
	And that's a cohort.
	This is why I was prepared to work for Donald Trump, because all he really cared about was safety and prosperity for all Americans, whether you voted for him or not.

	Let's talk, you know, as a weapons guy, let's talk about the fact that, and it's funny, now the Democrats are in favor of the Second Amendment, or the amazing article, now Democrats tweeted out that the Ukrainians are arming their population.
	Oh great, yeah, join us in the Second Amendment.
	Ten thousand automatic weapons handed out to civilians just yesterday.
	You know, let's remind the world, eight million Ukrainians were starved to death by Stalin, the Holomador massacre.
	This might get a little bit more messy than Putin calculated.
	Oh yeah, that's why I don't think he... He may want to get close to taking Ukraine, and then it's time to negotiate.
	He wants to show, and he wants to show he can break it.
	He can kill their infrastructure, he can cause a bunch of damage, he can make this ugly for everyone, and then he bargains that away to keep the sanctions off.
	You know, don't kick us out of SWIFT, don't do that, get off the pipeline, all those things, and I'll back off, give you my provinces, and he wins.
	I saw a little bit of a glimmer of hope, real leadership from not only Boris Johnson, but the Labour opposition leader, Keir Starmer.
	Amazing speech back-to-back in the Parliament.
	Is there any hope for the Alliance?
	I think, if anything, this is going to kill it or revitalize it.

	Are you seeing enough movement or energy, not on the policy issues of taking back the schools or the border, but on cleaning up elections?
	I'm going to ask the big question up front.
	No, and I'm sounding the alarm.
	We are not ready.
	And I'll give you just an example.
	You know what happened?
	You know, Sebastian, nobody grows up to become Secretary of State.
	You don't hear people saying, I want to be the Secretary of State of Georgia.
	Right.
	So we've got all these election officials at the state level who are really looking at the next office.
	And what happened when there were problems, everybody wanted to fix before they understood the problem.
	You go to Georgia.
	Did they even want to admit they had a problem?
	Well, many of them didn't.
	It had to be forced.
	And so they were looking for paper covering.
	And they got paper covering.
	And that's the problem.
	When you go to privatization of elections, the Zuckerberg money is about a third of the total money the left put in to run the election.
	A third.
	About a third.
	$400 million is a third.
	$469 million is a third.
	And that's only a third of the total resources they put in.
	They put in talent, they do a lot of things before they even approach the election office, and analyzing data to geofence, to turn those offices into turnout centers to benefit a candidate.
	Now here's what Georgia did, and there's examples of this all across the nation.
	They said, we're going to ban private money.
	So they passed a bill that said no private money unless the city or county appropriates it.
	Well guess what Zuckerberg did?
	He gave it to the city and the county.
	So they codified it.
	They actually made it possible.
	Here's my big question.
	Do you have a template?
	Yes.
	Do you have, you know, this is what we need to secure in every state?
	That's right.
	That's what we're getting ready to come out with.
	Is it super complicated?
	Is it long?
	No, it's not long.
	It's pretty simple.
	Elections need to be transparent, accountable, and they need to be inclusive.
	And no, we've got, it's a total of 10 pages.
	It addresses the problems.
	We will be putting it out and working within the next month to get it out.
	Now it's a real problem in 2024, not 2022, because the congressional districts aren't in jurisdictions that have this ideological conformity with the election officers.
	It's much harder for them to do it.

	Because you are like, you know, if we're thinking about a war in Europe right now, you are the special forces of the MAGA movement.

	Are enough people taking your example on themselves who aren't famous, aren't politicians?
	What are you feeling?
	Well, I think we're in a real fight for who we are as a party.
	I think it's critically important for us to find our identity.
	And I'll tell you what I'm really upset with.
	I'm upset with Republicans that for too long have done nothing, Seb.
	And this is why I don't mind arguing with my colleagues.
	I'll go toe-to-toe with them all day long.
	Because it's the GOP.
	It is our job, our responsibility to be the America First Party for our country.
	We need to do this by securing our border.
	We need to be energy independent.
	We should never ever rely on any other country.
	Third one, we need to bring our jobs back.

	But we know what the real state of our union is, exhausted by the state of failure that Joe Biden has put us into.
	And so what I would say to folks who are activists, get another skill.
	Become more capable.
	And get out of your comfort zone.
	Yeah, and if you're just watching, hoping that somebody else is going to come and rescue you from this malaise, that's not the world we live in anymore.
	And so we're asking folks to share the message, to fight back against censorship, to engage with inspiring campaigns and candidacies.
	And if we do that, we'll have a Republican Party that will be worthy of winning people's battles again.
	That's what we want to see.
	We're tired of losing.
	Marjorie and I are tired of showing up to work and watching Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats laugh at us as they destroy the dollar, as they destroy our culture, as they try to make us think that this is a diminished country or a racist country.
	No, we want America to win again.
	We're not apologetic at all about that, but we need backup.
	We can't do it alone, and that's why we're hoping that we get a whole new crew of great members of Congress in this next election cycle.
	Talk about why you, as a successful businesswoman, decided to do this insane thing of getting involved in politics.
	What's your message to our listeners and viewers?
	Oh, my message is this.
	I got involved because I was like, everything they're doing is a failure.
	As a business owner, I'm working my tail off every day and producing a profit, while I'm watching the leaders handling my tax dollars and running us into debt, and now we're nearly $30 trillion in debt.
	Seb, that means something.
	All of us know that that means our dollar is losing value so fast and that our country is in critical danger.
	Our economy is in critical danger.
	And that doesn't just affect my business or other businesses across the country.
	This affects our children's future, our children's ability to be able to have a good career, the ability to be able to pursue the American dream, start their own small business.
	But it also endangers us because we are going to be taken over by China.
	That yen will soon be the main currency if we don't do something now.
	And we won't like it.
	It will be a digital currency.
	And a digital currency is something that they can take control of and shut your spending down just like that.
	They can switch off your bank accounts.
	What Marjorie just laid out was an actual ideology.
	Because we see a lot of branding at events like this, and I've heard just about every speaker get behind the microphone and say, I'm America first.
	But that means different things to different people, and we cannot allow it to just become the Rorkshire test, where everybody sees what they want to in the inkblot.
	Marjorie talked specifically about economic nationalism, about resilience for our country.
	Protecting our workers.
	And I think we've got to draw out, in greater relief, those specifics and ensure that we don't get any more of the fakers or the phonies, because we've had too many of them in Washington.
	We have, and that's going to be the big question after the midterms.
	God willing, if we do our work, there will be a tsunami, but then we'll discuss it in the next segment.
	What is the power balance between the old school, between the establishment and a new, completely new crowd, a new breed, a new generation?

	Because one thing we know about Vladimir Putin is he will engage Right up until the point where he would face kinetic conflict with the United States.
	He knows he would not survive that, so he's always probing for that threshold right below kinetic conflict.
	And Jake Sullivan, your favorite Russia host truther, came and laid out in Technicolor what they would and would not do.
	It showed their whole hand to Putin.
	Putin played the better hand, unfortunately, than the West.
	And now, you know, we see something that I think is tragic, that will result in a lot of human suffering.
	But I also fundamentally think this is Europe's problem more than it is the United States'.
	I mean, I do not believe that the United States ought to excessively entangle ourselves in matters in Eastern Europe.
	But there is an issue, because thanks to Biden, the fourth greatest importer of gas to America is Russia.
	So we're not completely isolated.
	As long as we are energy dependent on Russia, they've got a spigot.
	Marjorie, your response to this?
	Isn't that the tragedy and the sorrow of this whole thing?
	America should never be depending on Russia for natural gas.
	We have plenty of it here in the United States.
	We should be energy independent.
	There's no excuse for this.
	And this is why Biden is the greatest failure as an American president.
	And then let's talk about Hillary Clinton.
	Just saying that in an interview, I think it was either earlier today or yesterday, she's actually calling to do acts of war against Russia, calling for cyber attacks on Russia.
	I mean, you wouldn't believe these Democrats just banging these drums.
	They want to go to war.
	Well, remember what she said about Libya.

	That was Hillary.
	My guess is that you and Dinesh aren't leading your next trip to Tripoli.

	Guys, you've got to apply, you've got to get your accounts.

	And then those folks go and post an inspiring, positive message about our country.

	And so by getting more people engaged in sharing content, in becoming digital warriors for the America First cause, we become more resilient to cancel culture.

	We've got removing their 230 immunity, we've got breaking them up, and then we've got making them a common carrier like Mar-Bell.

	I mean, these people are out of control, but you know who's on Twitter today?

	I won't say we're winning, but I'll say we're We're lining up to make a huge difference in a country that needs to go back in the right direction.
	You realize it's only one year into a four-year presidency, and everything that could be changed has been changed.
	We've gone from no inflation to inflation.
	We've gone from wanting to get people back to work to not wanting to get people back to work.
	Cheap gas to expensive gas.
	Absolutely.
	And worst of all, we've gone from being respected around the world and feared by our enemies to being not respected or feared.
	And as a result, we're watching a second evacuation of Americans without the help of America.
	Yeah, absolutely shocking.

	Okay, let's talk about a topic that It's kind of mystic voodoo for most.
	But I asked you, so what's your district?
	Is it 50?
	Is it 48?
	You said, well, it's right now.
	It's this.
	It could be that in the future.
	Talk to us.
	I want just an inside scoop.
	What is this gerrymandering thing?
	And how much is it the fix is in fudging of the system?
	Because you are now subject to this.
	Absolutely.
	And the easiest way to look at it is that if you take and you divide the country equally, you're going to be almost equal.
	Except for California, you'd have a majority of Republicans around the country.
	But if you gerrymander, meaning if you make Republican districts very Republican, and then the districts you want to win as Democrats, I'm taking it from their perspective for a moment, you simply make them just enough Democrat to win.
	That's the principle of gerrymandering.
	So we're talking about, you know, the dickering of the lines of a district.
	How does it happen?
	Who negotiates this?
	Because you are on the brunt of this right now.
	Did the two parties sit down and just horse trade?
	How does it work?
	You know, on rare occasions that does happen, but the Constitution says the legislature shall decide, and of course... The state legislature.
	The state legislature.
	And the Supreme Court has upheld that, and that means it's inherently political.
	What they didn't intend is they didn't intend long squiggly lines... Absurd!
	I mean these amoeba-shaped district lines that are just...
	Ridiculous!
	Exactly and many states have tried to fix it.
	None have actually succeeded in creating a situation in which districts are compact and they're predictable and from one redistricting to another there aren't major changes.
	In California I've been redistricted twice in my career and both times I had to choose from less than a half of my district because they had cut the district into so many parts.
	And that's what happens all the time.
	So for your listeners, when they don't know who their member is because it changes every 10 years, when they see that the district office is 40 miles away, there's a reason.
	And the reason is that the state legislature has gerrymandered that district.

	We shouldn't give up on California because, unfortunately, if we lose California, it leads the progressive wrong-minded things.
	And just take, for example, H.R.
	1.
	H.R.
	1 is a complete overturning of any kind of legitimacy of elections, except that is the current election law in California.
	Hang on, hang on, hang on.
	So what Nancy wants to do to federalize elections is actually just taken from Californian law?
	Absolutely.
	That's shocking.
	Including, you are prohibited in California from even looking at the identification.
	If I walk into the voting booth and I try to show you my driver's license, you have to tell me to put it away.
	Oh my gosh.
	So this thing that we're told that with the California goes the nation, this isn't just a catchphrase.
	Absolutely not.
	We have been an incubator for bad ideas, including the defund the police, including Soros' most liberal district attorneys, including going from being one of the best places to go K-12 education in the country to being 48th in math and 50th in science.
	I like the cut of your jib, because even before you went for that Trump appointment, you know, when you were a congressman, you didn't act like a congressman.
	You acted like a common-sense guy who was a successful entrepreneur.
	Nevertheless, you've served on Capitol Hill.
	You've had to deal with these individuals.
	Can you help me with one thing?

	She's bought a multi-multi-million dollar house here in Florida.
	Why on earth is Nancy running again?
	How much power can... How rich can you be and how much power do you need?

	But you look at land development in San Francisco, where you always want to have Paul Pelosi as your partner, because his stuff gets approved.

	That is the kind of city corruption that, to be honest, Nancy probably learned from her father there in Baltimore.

	We are constitutional officers that are supposed to put the Constitution first.
	My state doesn't always do that, including with, you know, these mandates.

	When you look at the events in Europe right now, do you think it's hyperbolic to say, as very serious individuals in Europe have, that we are now living in the most dangerous time since 1945, Congressman?
	Perhaps since 1939, because we're living in exactly that Chamberlain versus Churchill moment, and unfortunately, you know, the Chamberlain crowd, the appeasement crowd, just won.
	You know, half my family is Christians from Lebanon, but my mother's side, she's from what used to be known as the Kingdom of Bohemia, or Czechoslovakia.
	And her maiden name was Bielfeldt.
	And so I also have always looked at what happened when Adolf Hitler in the name of, quote, Protecting Germans in Czechoslovakia invaded.
	The guise that we just saw to take a whole country by Putin is right out of Adolf Hitler's playbook.
	It's like a mirror image.
	And our response that diplomacy first and diplomacy always is exactly the Chamberlain approach.
	It's not going to work.
	And the worst part is, of course, we have a president that reminds me of Jimmy Carter.
	We've demoralized the military.
	We've given up our role.
	And, oh, by the way, now we're starting to see the impact of despots taking things.
	And without a Ronald Reagan in the White House, we're not going to regain that.

	We're just going to provide an alternative.
	Which means, you know, there's infrastructure there.

	You do it better than we can do it.
	So whether it's Right to Life, we work with the Susan B. Anthony List, That's the greatest right-to-life organization that's out there.
	That's a beautiful, beautiful mission.
	It's a model for other businesses in America.
	You've proven that it can be done.
	Let's talk about the practical things.
	Are you worried?
	Let's talk about if you've been with the same carrier for years, I think a lot of people say, oh, I can't switch and it's too much hassle.
	I've dealt with your people.

	But walk through potential customers why it's really very easy.

	I've got just a couple of minutes and I want to focus on this amazing aspect of what you've been reporting on when it comes to January the 6th, that so many people were charged based upon this sensitive area, part of the restrictions around the Capitol Hill, based upon if somebody of the rank of vice president was in the building, like Kamala Harris.
	Julie Kelly, what do we know about where she was on January the 6th?
	So, it was kept a secret, strangely, for over a year, where Kamala Harris was.
	But not to DOJ, they were telling a grand jury and they were telling defendants that Kamala Harris was in the building, therefore the building was restricted because she was under protection of the Secret Service.
	That turns out to be a lie.
	She actually was at the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee, where a pipe bomb was supposed to be found.
	Oh, by the guy that nobody can find?
	Yes, the guy that nobody can find, and we don't even know that the pipe bombs were there, or who set them, or how the Secret Service possibly missed them if they did a security sweep before Kamala Harris got there.
	Absolutely fascinating.
	Okay, there's one more aspect of this I want to ask.
	Julie Kelly, you've got to follow her right now.
	Julie underscore Kelly, number two.
	That's Julie Kelly underscore number two.
	Julie Kelly, you have been investigating January the 6th like nobody else.
	Kamala Harris wasn't in the Senate building, so most of these prosecutions of the quote-unquote rioters can collapse now.
	One last question for you and then everybody has to read her articles.
	How do we know where Kamala Harris was?
	What happened?
	Well, they basically had to, DOJ basically had to come out and admit that they were not telling the truth because it was going, Politico actually, to their credit, reported that she was at the DNC headquarters.
	So after that came out, then the DOJ had to notify all these judges that, hey, oh, by the way, I know that we've said literally in thousands of charging documents, thousands of them, Uh, thousands of charges to back this up that, oh, oops, she actually wasn't in the building.
	Furthermore, they can't support that Mike Pence was in the building because we know that he left about 2.20.
	He was escorted out.
	So they want to prevent cross-examination of Secret Service agents to find out exactly where he was.
	If neither one of them were in the building when most of these people entered, then the basis for thousands of criminal charges is false.
	But how?
	How does the collapse of the House of Cards occur?
	Who is going to be the agent of that change?
	Because it doesn't have to be the defense lawyers, who in many cases are garbage public defenders who want their clients to profess that, yes, Joe Biden is the real president, and I've read the book Wife of Trinity and Maya Culper.
	How do we make it happen?
	How do those charges that are clearly now fallacious collapse?
	Well, to your point, the defense attorneys have to bring that up and file motions in court, but also it's the judges who are going to have to push back, dismiss those counts that are related to false accusations.
	But what do we know about these judges, Julie?
	We know that they're awful, including Trump judges like Judge Trevor McFadden, Dami Friedrich.
	They have all helped keep people incarcerated, awaiting trials, denied them bail simply because they were involved in January 6th.
	On misdemeanor charges, in some cases.
	No one is incarcerated simply on misdemeanor, but certainly non-violent felonies, like obstruction or conspiracy proceedings.
	Right, so as you know, this is the most obvious.
	Not terrorism.
	Well, they're trying to use terrorism enhancements in sentencing because the government does consider these people domestic terrorists.
	Chris Wray designated January 6th an act of domestic terror.
	So the courts and the Biden regime are treating these people accordingly.
	But now that the trials are starting, and as I said, the first major trial starts on Monday with Guy Refit, who's been in the D.C.
	gulag now for 13 months.
	The DOJ is going to have to prove to this judge that she was correct, Dabney Friedrich, a Trump appointee, for denying his release twice.
	Not once, twice.
	Not letting him out of jail awaiting trial.
	So, now that their evidence is falling apart...
	We are going to have to refocus on this court and what this court has done hand-in-hand with Biden's DOJ to basically torture people, torturing them into plea deals, torturing them into, as you said, submitting or admitting, you know, their wrong thing.
	Maoist self-critique is the phrase from the Cold War.
	Maoist self-criticism.
	Well, that's what they're looking for.
	And that's why in my speech today, I said, give me a break about Putin.
	We've got, we have legit political tyranny right here.
	Well, we have political prisoners in Washington, D.C., in the capital of America.
	Are there any bright light, shining lights, are there any decent judges?
	Tell me there's one sane person in D.C.
	There isn't, and I think this has been the most jaw-dropping experience for me as a non-attorney, is that it's not just said the judges, it is the line prosecutors, it is the people in our nation's capital have full contempt for half of this country.
	We cannot have it in America because now that they have all the levers of power, they are using it against regular Americans, bankrupting them, splitting up their families, having Yes, indeed.
	Their co-workers turn them in for trespassing.
	And so this has been my biggest revelation.
	I talk about it in my book on January 6th.
	And it's something that all Americans need to be aware of.
	Because if you're on the left and you think that this is not going to be turned on you at some point, read a history book.
	Because it always does.
	Yes, indeed.
	The book again, the title?
	Is January 6th, How Democrats Used the Capitol Protest to Launch a War on Terror Against the Political Right.

	Are you a professional journalist?
	Did you go to journalism school, Julie Kelly?
	Um, no, I have a journalism minor, but I went to Eastern Illinois University, and so, no, I did not go to one of the high flute nights.
	So why are you doing this?
	Why are you going against the whole tide of the mainstream media to write these stories that nobody else is writing, Julie?
	Because as I watched January 6th, I thought something was up.
	It did not look legit to me.
	And then when I started covering what DOJ was filing in court, what these judges were saying, keeping people behind bars, even people who never went inside the building.
	You know, I love my country.
	Like Brandon Straka.
	Never went in the building.
	House raided by the FBI.
	All of their homes have been raided by the FBI.
	Pre-dawn raids, dozens of armed agents, SWAT teams, SWAT vehicles, using battering rams, pointing guns at children, pointing guns at elderly women, dragging these people off, arresting them, and as I said, in some cases, then sending them off to a political prison in Washington, D.C.
	I mean, this is... Okay, so here's the big question.
	We're talking about a city that voted 93% for Hillary, 94% for Biden.
	Is there any chance of justice in this city?
	There's absolutely not, and that's another good point.
	These judges also are denying change of venue motions by defense attorneys.
	Not only did D.C.
	vote 93, 94% for Joe Biden, There are two defense polls that have been taken of Washington, D.C.
	residents.
	Over 70% of them have said no matter what someone did in the Capitol that day, inside or outside, they are an insurrectionist, they are a domestic terrorist, they should be charged criminally.
	There's no way they can get a fair trial in D.C.
	These judges know it, but they will not move these trials.
	It'll go to appellate court then, too, in Washington, D.C., and then it will go in the Supreme Court, and you know how great they've been at bucking the tide.
	Not very.
	All right.
	Are you going to keep on trucking?

	I absolutely am, and I'm going to be paying attention to all these trials and the merch.
	of the alleged kidnappers.
	Is that still happening?
	Didn't that just collapse because all the kidnappers were FBI assets?

	Most of, about 12 or 13, FBI undercover agents and informants.
	That trial starts March 8th.
	They are trying to prevent testimony from informants and the agents.
