Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Was the CIA spying on Candidate and President Trump?
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
So I don't want to get too much into those details, but these were intelligence reports, and it brings up a lot of concerns about whether things were properly minimized or not.
But I will tell you, I've only seen some.
It's in the dozens.
But I don't have, we don't have the full scope of all the intelligence reports that were produced, or who ordered the unmasking of additional names.
A truly, truly historic press conference.
Devin Nunes, former head of the House Intelligence Committee, talking outside the West Wing of the White House.
We will be joined by Devin Nunes in the second segment of the First Hour.
You do not want to miss a nanosecond of today's show.
We're going to be talking about the latest revelations, how serious the state of Basically, the corruption of the national security system in America is.
We have the new addition to the Sussman indictment.
This is Sebastian Gorka.
You're listening to America First.
And there's a part of this document that dropped on Super Bowl Friday that most people have missed.
And it is a true nuclear bombshell.
On the face of it, this document is a very dry motion by the government, this is the official title, motion to inquire into potential conflicts of interest.
So the person, Michael Sussman, who has been indicted by John Durham in his investigations into the genesis of the fake Russia hoax against President Trump, his lawyers are Well, they're in a rather difficult position and they may have a conflict of interest given past work that they did for Democrat clients.
So this is a kind of request to the judge to look into the fact that the indicted individual's lawyers may not be actually able to represent him impartially in a court of law.
Sounds a bit technical, doesn't it?
The important thing is what happens on page three.
of this memo to the judge.
In it, the special counsel, John Durham, gives the reason for his indictments.
He talks of a specific tech executive, tech executive number one, who was using experts in the Internet to target and spy upon a handful of specific targets.
And they are enumerated in this memorandum to the courts.
The first target is a specific health care provider.
We have no information as to why somebody in the pay of the Hillary campaign, somebody working with Michael Sussman, who is a lawyer for Perkins Coie that was working for Hillary's presidential campaign, why they need sensitive Internet information about a health care provider. why they need sensitive Internet information about a health care But there it is.
And John Durham clearly has some information that makes him very clear about who these private actors were targeting.
The second target of this internet espionage was Trump Tower, the headquarters of the Trump Organization, and, in 2015 and 2016, also the headquarters of the Trump campaign.
So, private espionage into the headquarters of Mr. Trump's company and future President Trump's campaign.
Third, Shocking enough by itself is the surveillance electronically of President Trump's Central Park West apartment building.
Not just his apartment, his apartment building.
And then the first bombshell.
And it's only one of two massive, scandalous drops of information last Friday.
The fourth target Of this so-called tech executive, we know his name, I'll give it to you momentarily, is the Executive Office of the President of the United States, technically the EOP.
That abbreviation actually means the home to more than six agencies that serve the president, including the National Security Council.
Yes, this individual, this tech executive, was targeting the White House, including the office of the president, the office of the vice president, and the National Security Council.
In and of itself, utterly scandalous.
This makes Watergate look utterly and completely irrelevant.
But it's not an easy thing to do.
I mean, if it were, then Russia would know all of our secrets.
Iran would know all of our secrets.
Al-Qaeda and ISIS would know all of our secrets.
How does this portly middle-aged gentleman, whose name is Rodney Joffey, Tech Executive One, that is his name, it's not classified, this is the individual that is central to the Sussman indictment, I will say his name again, Rodney Joffey,
How does he even think that he can penetrate the communications of the most secure building in the world?
Trust me, I worked there.
I had an all-access blue pass as deputy to the president.
But I got it because I was vetted.
I had to fill out an SF-86 form multiple times for my top secret SCI clearance.
Even when I went into an NSC secure facility, one of the presidential situation rooms, I, as a deputy to the president, had to leave both of my phones, my personal phone and my White House phone, in a locked cabinet outside of the secure facility.
Because that's how secure The White House is.
Deputies to the President don't walk in there with their phones.
That's the kind of thing that Huma Abedin does when she's working for Hillary Clinton in the State Department.
So how does a private tech company break into the White House and the Trump campaign?
Well, it's in the next sentence.
And this is what everybody missed.
No, it's legalistic jargon, but I'll translate it for you.
It is swamp speak, but I'll tell you what it really means.
The very next sentence, after they say they were surveilling the White House.
Tech Executive One's employer, so that's Rodney Joffe's employer, Internet Company One, had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the EOP.
In English, this private tech company had access and maintained dedicated servers for the White House as part of a quote sensitive arrangement whereby it provided domain name system resolution services to the EOP in English
This company was given by somebody in the US government direct access to the White House's cyber internet systems.
Why?
So they wouldn't have to steal those secrets!
So they wouldn't have to break into President Trump's secure servers maintained by the intelligence community.
Because they controlled them.
Because somebody in the deep state had given them direct access as part of a private contract.
I never ever want to hear the word whitewater again from anybody's lips because this is a scandal of the ages.
This is a scandal that brings down a whole government and a whole political party and it's not the Republicans.
Mic's on.
Mic's on.
What is...
What?
Nothing.
The people that spotted her are Liz Cheney's husband.
Thank you.
It's all clear.
Um... Didn't President Trump send out a message on Truth Social?
No.
They said it's the beta testing phase.
Yeah, I think... No, Don Jr.
just put a screenshot of what... On his account?
Yeah, it's... Um... I'll call him up about two-ish minutes out.
Okay.
All right.
All right, can you play me, um...
five and six?
Desperately trying to protect the golden goose, last night, Eric took time out of his busy schedule to promote this made-up Hillary Clinton spying case.
They're now pumping into the Fox News viewers' soft oatmeal-like brains.
I think there's a very real risk that we will not.
I think what we risk is having a government that perhaps postures as a democracy and may try to pretend that it is, but isn't.
We're never beyond hope, but we've already seen the opening silos of this.
You have, you know, white nationalist reactionary... Hang on, hang on.
Go back.
She said silos.
I think there's a very real risk that we will not.
I think what we risk is having a government that perhaps postures as a democracy and may try to pretend that it is, but isn't.
We're never beyond hope, but we've already seen the opening silos of this.
You have, you know, White nationalist reactionary politics started.
Okay.
Got it.
We got to call him.
Um, all right.
Why is Fox correcting her?
Hello, Mr. Congressman.
Can you hear us?
Hey, yes.
How you doing?
We're doing good.
Just so you know, the mics are live on our video stream at this time.
All right.
Looking forward to it.
Wow.
That's a great connection.
Good sound.
Yeah.
All right.
We've got to discuss the president's first truth social post.
All right.
And then the latest Durham memo.
Can we touch those?
Absolutely.
Anything you would like, my friend.
It's great to be on with you.
How do I introduce you now?
What's your title?
Well, first of all, you can call me Devin because I'm going to call you Seabass.
You know that.
OK, deal.
But I'm the CEO of the Trump Media and Technology Group.
Our first product launch is True Social.
Fabulous.
And what's the official launch date?
Well, what we're saying is we want to be fully open operational by the end of March.
So we are, I mean, we are bringing people on as quickly as possible, right?
So we're, you know, testing and testing and testing.
And we'll just keep testing until we can open the, you know, just open everything.
All right, 10 seconds.
Israel here.
Bye bye.
Hi, this is President this is President Trump and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Dear friends, we have a very special guest in the third hour today.
Somebody who has been persecuted as a result of the events of January 6th.
He's back in the public arena talking about the awful year he's had.
He is the founder of the walk away movement.
Brandon Stryker will be with us for the whole hour.
You do not want to miss that.
But first, have you Subscribed?
Have you called up?

StandWithIsraelTour.com.
Big, big news.
Donald Trump Jr.
said on Twitter earlier, time for some truth, just before he posted a message from his father, the 45th President of the United States.
Quote, get ready.
Your favorite president will see you soon, and this is just a tease for his new platform, Truth Social.
And we are delighted to have with us former chairman of the Intelligence Committee of the House, who is now CEO of the Trump Media and Technology Group, Devin Nunes.
Welcome back to America First.
It is great to be back on with you, Sebas.
This is my first time back on your show, and I've lost that Swamp title.
So you can't, you cannot call me part of the swamp anymore.
No, and the picture behind you looks delightful, looks very unswampage.
So yes, we've been trying to get you on desperately.
You've been on lockdown, making sure that this is an epic launch.
We're going to talk about that momentarily, but I have to drag you back to the swamp as the person who fought so valiantly against the Russia collusion hoax in the interest of stopping the outrageous unmaskings.
And this This Super Bowl Friday drop, I mean, just stunning.
I read the memo to the judge, which isn't an indictment.
It's just, it's the dripping out of additional details from John Durham.
And what everybody misses, yes, it's shocking that this tech company, Rodney Joffe and others, were targeting not just Trump Tower, but President Trump's home and also the EOP, the Executive Office of the President, which means a private company was surveilling the White House.
But the next sentence, Devon, everybody misses this.
And they were able to do this as part of a sensitive arrangement by which this private company controlled the servers for the White House.
I mean, doesn't this make the Watergate scandal look like an irrelevance?
Well, I would say this.
The Russia hoax in its entirety before these revelations was already a hundred times worse than Watergate.
It wasn't even comparable.
The only thing that has not happened yet is people haven't paid the price like they should.
I mean, so many laws were broke here and the spying started, you know, way before.
I mean, let's not forget we had The unmaskings that we uncovered where they were essentially using the intelligence services to target the Trump campaign.
We know that they went to the FISA court.
They used that to spy on the Trump campaign.
And so this went on and on.
They had the Steele dossier that the Clintons funded.
All of that in its entirety is much bigger than Watergate would ever imagine to be.
But this that came last weekend, Not only are they new revelations, but you can imagine where I sit.
Why didn't I get this information when I had subpoenas to all these agencies?
How many times was I guaranteed, oh, we've given you everything?
Well, the fact is they didn't give me everything.
So, you know, there are people now that that's definitely misleading lying and misleading Congress.
So it just adds to the whole, the whole, the whole issue, the whole, I've described it as a dark chapter in American history that now just got even darker.
I just want to say, the fact that you hit the nail on the head, Seabass, I mean, this is to be able to have a company, to get this sensitive access, there's a whole lot that has to be figured out there, how that happened.
What Durham is essentially saying is that the White House communications architecture has been compromised.
We're going to talk in detail with your chief investigator.
We're going to talk to Kash Patel tomorrow.
We have to talk about truth social, but last question on this issue.
Do you have faith in John Durham, Devin?
I do.
I mean, I've been on your show many times.
I'm probably the only one that has faith in him, you know, for a long time, but I think people are starting to see that.
And look, I don't know John Durham, never met John Durham.
We made 14 criminal indictments that we sent to the Department of Justice.
But I will say this, this is what gives me faith in him, and it continues to give me faith, is that this is the only major investigation where you have no leaks.
You know, when you compare it to the Mueller investigation that was, should be investigated itself, Mueller should be investigated, but you had leak after leak after leak.
And now you add onto it that the fake news media complex that is also involved in this, that also, you know, some of these people were taking classified information.
They knew all about the Russia hoax.
And now it's funny to watch them, uh, essentially not write anything about this.
I mean, it's, it's like, I've, It's the crickets.
You can hear crickets because you can't hear them.
Yeah.
We have three million listeners across the nation.
That's just on the radio.
That's without the video and everything else.
And I know they're very, very excited about your new role in this new platform.
So what's the goal with Truth Social?
You're now the CEO.
Is this going to blast Twitter out of the water?
Is this an alternative to Twitter?
What's your vision?
What's the president's vision?
Well, we want people, number one, to get their voice back.
My job here is to open the internet back up.
The first product that we're launching, it's actually, we're already bringing people on the platform very, very slowly, trying to do it methodically because we're having to build this from scratch in order to make sure that we can't be cancelled and can't be shut down.
So, every day we bring on more and more people.
The goal here is that by the end of March, We will be fully operational, meaning that anyone can get on the platform within the United States at any time and you should be able to get on.
But in the meantime, you can go to truesocial.com.
You can sign up.
You can preorder the app.
And we'll just continue to try to bring people on as quickly as we possibly can.
I just want to make sure that we can be high quality with functionality and some stability.
We just have to give people a safe place to go where they're not going to be censored for their political views.
That's the goal here.
And so it's – It's going to be simply something that I think is going to have a little bit of all the tools and people that are on it right now are enjoying it.
There's a lot of activity and we're enjoying it.
Truthsocial.com registered today.
I'm super excited.
We've got 30 seconds left.
I've got to ask you as a friend, as a fellow lover of America, what is it like to be a free man now outside of the swamp?
Well, you know, this is the best job of the world.
I mean, to have this opportunity, To work with people where our sole goal is is to open the internet back up.
So to get up every single day and fight that battle is why I left Congress.
So we hope that people will join us, get in the fight, and we're going to try to treat our customers the way they should be treated.
We should honor our customers.
He's turning the internet back in what it was meant to be.
Truthsocial.com, say hi to the boss.
This is America First.
Mike's back on real quick.
We still have you on the line.
Oh, hey!
Thanks, guys.
Tell me if there's anything I can do to help with the beta testing or anything else.
Yeah, I think we've got your account reserved, so, you know, You know, whatever you guys want to do, we'll get you guys on there as soon as we can.
All right.
Seabass's account.
All right.
All the best.
We're going to save at Seabass, just for you.
All right.
Say hi to the boss.
Thanks, Devon.
God bless.
OK.
Thanks, Devon.
Bye-bye.
All right.
Awesome.
Do we know if there's a phone or stand here?
OK.
All right.
Calls?
Who let these callers in?
Only one way to find out what quality of the call show.
Okay, do you want to do ins and outs real quick?
Yeah.
All right.
Let me open it up.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Mic's on.
Titles in mind.
Uh, yeah.
Yes.
Uh, Devin.
Yeah.
President Trump's first message on Truth Social.
Yep.
And for Cash, um... How they spied on the Trump White House.
Are they spying on Trump White House and the monologue?
Something like the nuclear bombshell or... Yeah.
Durham's nuclear... Durham's atomic bombshell.
Atomic bombshell Use the word bombshell and give Fox News PTSD Why?
Remember the movie, they made the hit piece movie about Fox called Bombshell?
Oh, yes.
Honestly, whoever they got to play Megyn Kelly looked exactly like her in that movie.
She did a great job.
Oh, really?
Was it Charlize Theron?
I'm trying to remember who it was.
I think it might have been.
The makeup was fantastic in that movie.
Okay, we got 45 seconds.
Have you seen that movie?
I haven't seen it.
Just, I remember seeing the poster, and when I saw the poster, I'm like that.
For a moment, I'm like, that looks exactly like Megyn Kelly.
How long did you stay at Heritage?
Um...
Maybe another 30 to 40 minutes after you left, I think.
All right, 20 seconds.
All right.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
Hillary's running!
And I don't mean for presidents.
She's just running away from reporters.
Not American reporters.
Reporters that work for the Daily Mail, of course.
Did you see the footage?
A journalist tried to get her to answer a question about spying on my former boss, Donald Trump, and she wasn't very happy.
Cut nine.
Hillary, Laura Collins Daily Mail, did you pay to spy on the Trump campaign?
What are you going to comment on the spying allegations, Hillary?
Did you pay for to have them spied on?
Why don't American journalists do that?
That can't be so hard to do.
I think American journalists should do a bit of that.
Congratulations to the Daily Mail.
We have booked our tickets.
We're going to CPAC.
Is it next week, Jeff?
Week from tomorrow.
That's insane.
All right, we're going to be on the floor.
We're going to be broadcasting from the radio row at the largest convocation of conservatives in the world organized by Match Lab.
We broke all record.
How many guests did we have in one day on CPAC?
I think we hit like 16 or 17.
All right.
Okay, guys, we're gonna have to work hard to beat that record.

833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
Line 1.
Mark Brooklyn.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for taking my call.
I want to just preface my question to you by saying I don't think a damn thing is going to happen to Hillary as long as the right swamp people are in there.
With that said, I read over the Espionage Act, Dr. Gorka, and it's above my pay grade, and I wanted to ask somebody like yourself who would know.
Can they charge these people, and Hillary would fall into that, with espionage, and also, can they use the RICO against them?
Great question.
The RICO statute is a very, very powerful statute.
I would defer to somebody who's actually used it to put away the heads of five different mafia families.
That's Rudy Giuliani.
If I remember, I will ask Rudy about the use of the RICO against Hillary.
When it comes to espionage, my, I'm not a lawyer, preface mark, my understanding would be it would be hard to bring an espionage case against Hillary unless you were actually giving away The secrets to another foreign power or to a terrorist group.
What she should be charged with is of course the breach of the national security statute which means breaking into secure facilities.
So there is more than enough.
To throw the book at her when it comes to breaching the national security regulations for classified information just with her server alone.
But espionage?
She'd probably have to be giving it to a foreign power on top of just stealing it.
But great, great question and we will ask Rudy.
Let's go to Joe Sacramento.
Hi Dr. G. You know what?
What you just said transfers into what I was going to ask about espionage.
These folks that had access to the White House servers and obtained this information, how do we know what kind of information they obtained?
And how do we know with whom they shared it?
Shouldn't they be investigated to find that scope?
Because maybe it does rise to the standard of espionage.
Yeah, absolutely.
Clearly, Durham has somebody on the inside.
If you look at the first indictment of Sussman, he has chapter and verse.
He has the emails between Sussman, between Perkins Coie and the Internet Tech Executive and the researchers who are doing the hacking.
So the question is, can he flip for somebody to say, this is what we stole and this is who we gave it to?
And we know already he's got 24 Americans in a grand jury who are indicting individuals and who are holding, you know, who are having these sessions behind closed doors with subpoenas to get people to talk on record.
So, Joe, it's up to what John Durham does in his office with his small five-man team.
So stay tuned and we'll give you every single update.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.

Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Well, she's spoken.
She may not have responded to the Daily Mail reporter.
But what day is it today?
Is it Wednesday?
I think it's Wednesday.
According to the article I have in front of me, Hillary Clinton commented today with regards to the latest John Durham filing.
That it's nonsense!
Nonsense!
Really?
I do think the lady doth protest too much.
Let's talk to somebody who believes in the truth, who is our market maven, who can tell us just how bad is it going to get.
She is Trish Regan.
You've got to follow her.
You've got to listen to her podcast.
She's one of the latest members of the Salem podcast faculty.
Trish underscore Regan on Twitter.
Trish, welcome back to America First.
Good to be with you as always.
Yeah, that Hillary is something.
Yes, she is.
I just dearly hope she's going to run.
Please, please run next year and then we'll have a rematch and he'll crush her again.
We've got to talk about inflation figures.
We've got to talk about what the Fed's going to do.
But let me share with my millions of listeners the conversation, well just bits of the conversation that my wife and I had with our financial advisor today.
Very astute fellow.
Will, thank you.
It wasn't very rosy.
He said, and he lectured us on liquidity, he said the Fed is going to respond but it's going to be not three hikes, it's going to be maybe half a dozen or even more interventions.
Everything is in the hands of the central banks and we are potentially going to be in a liquidity crisis the likes of which we haven't seen in a long time.
Is that a doomsayer or is that perhaps some substance to his analysis?
I think he's absolutely right.
I don't think the Fed has a choice at this point.
They waited too long.
You had the federal government, which by the way, you know, if it's left to Joe Biden, he'd be continuing to spend your money with Build Back Better.
So you had the federal government giving out all kinds of funds, coronavirus one, two and three stimulus packages.
He wants more.
Yeah, the Federal Reserve printing so much money.
I mean, it's crazy when you think about the amount of money in circulation and what they did.
And it was highly irresponsible.
I mean, I've said it, you know, we talk all the time, and you know how angry I am with them for not Having reigned this in so much earlier when it would have been more manageable.
But now we're in a situation where they're going to have to hike rates.
Yes, it's going to have an effect on the market.
Yes, it's going to restrict the money supply.
Yes, it's going to make it harder to obtain credit.
So when your financial advisor says to you, you know, you and your wife should should think about making sure you have enough liquidity.
He's absolutely positively right.
Because, you know, that's where, by the way, like, Let me take a step back here and be a little bit more of an optimist in that, you know, you want that liquidity because you want to be able to do things investment-wise that maybe other people won't do in times of strife.
So when the market plunges, right, like in March 2020, it's one of the things that made me so angry at the time because I could tell that they were trying to politicize coronavirus, including the economy, the markets, et cetera, for political gain.
And, you know, to me, I knew that this was an opportunity for people to invest.
So rather than, you know, sell everything and run for the hills, that's when you actually want to be in.
But it's tricky because simultaneously, look, if you want to retire in three years time and everything's tied up in the markets right now, you run the risk that you're going to lose some of what you've been able to accumulate over the years.
So I do think that timing is tricky, but you want to make sure that you are still going in when other people aren't, because that's what obviously will pay off in the long run.
But he's right.
Liquidity is going to be tight.
One of the fascinating things he shared with us is that there are these very potentially positive indicators of productivity and imports to America.
And he said, no, no, no, no.
That's smoke and mirrors.
What is happening is that the wholesalers double ordered their product because they're afraid of the next supply chain crush.
So all this stuff is them trying to, you know, do a CYA.
It doesn't mean that the economy is better.
They're just afraid of the next supply chain crash.
This is what inflation does, right?
Inflation terrifies everybody because producers, and you saw that producer prices went up, they're nearly 10%.
Why did I say inflation would be double digits by spring?
Look, we're at 9.8% right now in producer prices.
That carries over to what they charge all of us for goods.
So they're freaking out.
They're like, OK, oh, we better make sure that we buy all this stuff because we may maybe can't in the future.
Or maybe it's going to cost us, you know, 15 percent more.
So let's buy it now.
Consequently, yeah, it creates this artificial demand cycle where it's not really based on what people need or want in a given time.
It's based on all this other stuff, meaning people are fearful that prices are going to move higher.
So, look, I mean, I say over and over again that the recipe to fix all this is just for government to get out of the darn way.
The Federal Reserve, get out of the way.
Joe Biden, get out of the way.
Because you know what?
We're pretty darn good at figuring it out ourselves.
You don't need a PhD in economics to understand what it is that you need, what you want, in any given period.
So the market actually works reasonably well, all on its own.
It doesn't need all this extra.
Extra help.
And when you give it all that extra help, all you do is muck it up.
Are you seeing anything in the global environment that impresses you?
Are you seeing a nation that, despite of the global interconnectivity, is getting it right?
Well, I do think that coronavirus has been a wake-up call.
Look, President Trump said this all the time, and I think it sunk in, obviously, with a lot of people, and it needs to sink in more.
We need to be able to rely on ourselves domestically.
And I'm not saying, you know, you cut off a global economy, but simultaneously you make sure that, you know what, if you need semiconductors, for goodness sakes, you're not relying on Taiwan, but you make those at home.
And so we are seeing some good examples of that.
Intel has promised that they're going to bring All that money, all those jobs home.
They're trying to build a $100 billion facility in Ohio.
That's great news.
I want to see more of that, Seb.
I want more jobs coming home, more American manufacturing coming home.
I want us to be self-reliant.
If there are economies of scale and comparative advantage, to use an economic term that we can use overseas, fine.
But make sure you can do every single bit of it right here at home.
The more, the better.
It's good for us.
It's good for our country.

Cut eight.
Yes.
Well, how do you think Trump knew about it back then?
I can't tell you exactly how, but I know how he knew about it back then.
There's a lot more to come out.
This is not, I mean, what you're.
They may feel that it's gobbledygook, but it's gobbledygook supported by about a thousand pieces of evidence, none of which have been revealed yet.
I happen to have it in my bedroom or my den, actually.
I've had it there for years.
Cut.
Now what do we want?
Blackburn maybe?
Ten.
Ten.
Biden wants to inoculate as many people as possible.
So you're going to have to get an annual shot.
I mean, it hasn't been formally announced yet, because they don't want to, like, rile everyone up.
The drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies, they pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products.
If they can get every person required at an annual vaccine.
OK, thanks.
That is the agreement.
All right, 10 seconds, stand by.
Standing by.

Hello, Dr. Gorka.
First thing I want to mention real quick is earlier you mistakenly mentioned Whitewater, which was a Clinton, a big Clinton scandal when you meant to say Watergate.
Watergate, sorry, yes, yes, yes.
If I did that, apologies, you are correct.
Carry on.
Okay, thank you.
And the other, the main point I actually want to make is that All the things we're seeing right now, that's just the tip of the iceberg, obviously.
All the massive corruption, deep state, domestic spying on Republican campaigns.
It's probably not just Donald Trump, it's probably many other Republican campaigns have been spied on, and office holders have been spied on.
All of this is not brand new.
It goes back a really long time with the deep state.
And one of the things everyone absolutely must be concerned about, whether or not they own a gun or plan to own one, is the real agenda behind gun control is to Prepare the battlefield, so to speak, to prepare for the emerging, what I have been calling the emerging Marxist dictatorship, to completely merge, to completely establish their totalitarian Marxist dictatorship.
And they have to confiscate the firearms from all the law enforcement.
Yeah, we've been saying this for years, right?
This is what they did under Hitler, Stalin, and under Venezuela.
You're absolutely right.
And the three-step program Bingo.
Yeah.
Mike, that's not news.
We know that.
That's not news.
We know that.
Thank you, Mike.
Leonardo, New Jersey, Line 4.
Bingo, yeah.
Mike, that's not news.
We know that.

We know that.
Thank you, Mike.
Leonardo, New Jersey, line four.
Let's get Leo on the line.
Yeah.
Sebastian, is Donald Trump our boss, right?
Is he the greatest brander of all time?
Yes!
Crooked Hillary!
Not to let, you know, the great Barack Obama off the hook, because he's definitely knee-deep in this himself.
But Hillary's got caught with her polyester pantsuit down.
And by the way, I've been having so much fun today at the American Veterans, right?
I'm not only wearing my Let's Go Brandon red top, but then I zip open my heavy winter coat, and what does it say?
Donald Trump pointing at you.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
You are a very cool, naturally dressed, sartorial individual, and it's not up to his knees.
It's up to his neck.
It's Obamagate.
It's Hillarygate.
It's basically the Deep State doing the bidding of the Democrat Party.
That's a fabulous story.

Durham says there was an outside company with ties to the Clinton camp monitoring server data info on the executive office of the president through the Obama administration, possibly into the Trump administration.
Do you know if there's still a system picking up server data on the EOP and if not, when it stopped?
Again, I know you asked my colleague a few questions about this the other day.
But I would point you -- any questions about this to the Department of Justice.
And then, is what was described in the filing there, monitoring internet traffic, is that, generally speaking, would that be considered something along the lines of spying?
Again, I would point you to the Department of Justice.
I think we have Jen in the seat.
I think this is fine.
I think this is fine.
Yeah.
Hello!
Hello!
Hi!
How you doing?
I'm good, how are you guys?
Good, good.
What's the latest?
What's the haps?
Uh, just, you know, fighting the swarm creatures every day.
I know.
How was your trip?
What about that school board?
Is that great?
How did that happen?
Were you expecting that?
I had heard rumblings.
When London Breed came out against them, I thought, these guys, their days are numbered.
And it was 70%.
I mean, it was all in the 70%.
They lost by a lot.
So who organized that?
Was that just a grassroots thing?
It's a grassroots thing, and I think London Breed, here's the thing.
She's an interesting one.
She avoided a lot of the heat from the mask mandates and stuff, the scandals at the football game, because she's been backing off of that, Sully but surely.
I think, as much as I'm not a fan, I think she realizes what is going to keep her going, and I think she realizes that the will of the people is starting to shift in California.
These parents groups are phenomenal.
I mean, I've been watching all of these school groups.
There's going to be a big march at the end of the month.
They've got all of these different school districts that have parents groups now getting activated.
They could be the difference maker.
I don't think, obviously, you can't expect big wins in the state of California, but like incremental wins.
Right.
Going to be huge.
And there's a school choice initiative on the ballot this year, too, which is going to be a big deal.
So.
All right.
Well, I've got some footage.
It's not from California, but it's from the University of Nevada.
We'll use that, and then we'll go to the school board story.
I want to talk a little bit of Chris Cuomo with you.
My favorite.
A Biden cut.
And then how many days is it, John?
265 days.
265 days until the church.
Okay.
Okay.
We'll come in with that.
How about the dead dog?
Was that great?
Oh, that's the one I want to play!
That's the one!
That's the one I want to play.
When I heard, uh... Who was saying it?
Chris Plant or Dan Majetta?
No.
There's no way he said that.
And then they played the cut.
Oh, he did.
And they laughed!
Did you hear him laughing?
No.
The roar of the crowd behind it.
I mean, it was just insane.
Like, they were just yucking it up.
Creepy.
Creepy.
What a bunch of nuts.
Can you play me cut four, Eric?
Cut four.
Joe Biden has been wrong on every foreign policy issue for 40 years.
And indeed, he's a little bit late to the game.
Glad he is showing some force, that he is stepping up now.
But he is not making Putin Blink.
Putin has been in charge of this situation because he views Joe Biden as being weak, as being rudderless, as being very timid when it comes to making decisions.
She's tamed her hair down.
Where's the monster of the lion hair?
I know.
Love that.
Even when that's a flat hair day for her and I'm still like puffing mine up trying to get to her level.
It's good.
Yeah, that's kind of flat hair day.
So the trip was good?
You had a nice hangout?
Yeah, it was fabulous.
Really good.
It was creepy because the sun always shone.
It was very weird.
It was just...
California.
I don't know how you guys put up with, you know, lovely weather for 12 months of the year.
He doesn't like our California weather, Jen.
Well, yesterday was the weirdest day.
We had hail.
I loved it.
What?
We had hail.
In fact, if you get a chance later, type in, Google the Rose Bowl hail.
At the Rose Bowl, there was hail standing on the ground that looked like snow.
We had ice, hail, rain, wind, and rainbows and sun yesterday.
It was like we checked all the boxes.
My wife, when she sees that in a movie when it's raining and the sun is shining, she said, weather continuity!
That's right.
You need weather continuity.
How's it raining when the sun is shining?
That's a guy with a watering can.
What's going on?
Exactly.
In some parts of the country, they call that the devil's beating his wife.
It is one of the strangest colloquial sayings I've ever heard in my entire life.
Like, they'll say, oh, what's going on outside?
It's sunny and raining?
They'll say, oh, the devil's beating his wife.
Where?
Where do they use it?
I think it's like a southern thing.
Is that Biden in Scranton?
Yeah, maybe.
It is one of the strangest things I've ever heard anyone say before and it confused the heck out of me.
I guarantee they don't say that in Georgia because we know what they say about the devil in Georgia.
The devil went down there, you know.
So CPAC just reached out.
The president's gonna talk at 630.
And it'll be late.
And it'll be late.
So shouldn't we just do a best-of for the TV show?
Yeah, just plan a best-of and then if it... Yeah.
One minute.
I'll call David afterwards.
Otherwise called a sun shower.
Sun shower.
Traditionally in the southern United States.
In Tennessee, they say the devil's kissing his wife.
That is strange.
You spend a lot of time with the devil and his relationship.
Yeah, I know.
It's when it's sunny.
Who's the devil's wife, by the way?
I don't know.
Hilary!
Hilary is exactly what I was going for!
Cricket Hilary.
What a bad woman.
Nasty woman.
Nasty woman.
I love how they thought it was an own when Trump said that, and they're like, yeah, we are nasty women!
I'm like, that's not- Like, oh no, that's not great.
All right.
We've got 15 seconds.
Standby.
Standby.
This is America First countdown to the 2022 midterm elections.
2, 6, 5.
That's 265 days to go till the midterms.
Can we last that long?
Maybe a certain dead dog can't.
When I heard this story, I didn't want to believe it.
This is the sleepy, creepy, senile old man in the White House just going all corn pop.
Cut 12.
I got a call one night.
A woman said to me, obviously not of the same persuasion as I was politically, called me and said, there's a dead dog on my lawn.
And I said, yes, ma'am.
I said, have you called the county?
He said, yes, they're not here.
And I said, well, I'll get them in the morning.
She said, I want it removed now.
I pay your salary.
So I went over.
I picked it up.
She said, I want it out of my front yard.
I put it on her doorstep.
I don't know if anybody can help me understand that.
Maybe there's one woman, the warrior for common sense, host of the morning answer, AM 590, AM 870, the answer.
Jennifer Horne, what was that?
Is that?
Well, first of all, it's full insanity.
And not only is he talking about a dead dog, but you hear the crowd in the background, like, yucking it up.
Like, dead dog humor is funny?
Are dead dogs suddenly amusing in America?
It is not funny, but I will tell you, you know I always say this, the left always tells you who they are, what they are, and what they are going to do.
It's up to the right to pay attention.
Think about that.
I know it's easy to get caught up in the dead dog story because that's crazy and unusual and psycho when you hear it from the sitting president.
And remember the left went nuts when Mitt Romney talked about leaving his dog on top of his car.
Just, I don't know if they're gonna go as crazy with Joe Biden talking about moving a dead dog to a woman's doorstep, but think about that.
He said a woman who was not in the same persuasion as I was politically, so that means a Republican, called, asked their city employee to do what they were elected to do, to actually fulfill their duties as a civil employee.
And because he didn't like that call, because he was called out, He went over to help her but in that way he was very vindictive, right?
He moved the dead dog from the lawn up to her doorstep.
This is what Democrats do, Seb.
There is a greater correlation that's happening here.
You dare step up, you dare speak out against their mask mandates, their vaccine mandates.
You ask them to serve us and they get very angry and they make you pay.
You're almost stealing my thunder or you're doing a Vulcan mind meld as usual.
It's not California but we're going to talk about the related big news out of California.
This is beautiful video from the University of Nevada.
of insane people.
I mean, this is the proof.
This is the proof of why we need to take back the school boards and the colleges as well.
I don't know where these children come from.
It's insane.
cut 13 reinstate the mask mandate Who are these children, Jennifer?
They're sick.
I was listening to our colleague Dennis Prager today.
Did you get a chance to hear his show?
I did not.
He was reading and it's so funny because I always like cruise through the LA Times pretty quickly before my show starts because it comes out right before I go on the air at 6 a.m.
But Dennis saw an opinion piece, a columnist for the LA Times, who was writing about a six-year-old niece of hers.
Who liked wearing the masks because they're comfortable and she came home and she forgot she was even wearing the mask.
I wish I had the article in front of me to read to you.
It's insanity.
But these kids are being indoctrinated.
The kid, basically the idea of this article from the columnist at the LA Times was that kids like it and she wished adults would be more that.
And that kids think it's comfortable and that it's fun to wear the mask.
We have done so much to get people to comply, to get those brains tacky.
I'm not saying that all kids are going down this route, but the product of 40 years of secret indoctrination that's been happening in college campuses is now coming back to roost.
We're now the leaders who were kids in this in this program now realize That to change this country, they have to test our compliance.
And so now you see it with these college students who want to reinstate mask mandates.
You see it with the columnist who's celebrating the fact that a six-year-old wants to wear a mask all the time.
The video that came out last week, maybe you saw it, with the school official who said he wanted two-year-olds to wear a mask because it made life easier for them because it made them compliant.
They want compliance because they want to grow government.
They want to change the American way.
They don't want people to question anything.
And the kids, unfortunately, are falling into it lockstep.
I mean, it becomes almost a status symbol.
Like, everybody feels like they have to have the mask on their face now.
It's ridiculous.
So here, because the midterms are just 265 days away, the dictator that runs DC, Muriel Bowser, has kind of acquiesced and we get to go back to restaurants and museums next month.
Congratulations.
So it's expiring and she's not going to extend it, but who knows with that woman.
What's the latest from LA where you are?
What's the latest in California?
Well, with the mask mandates, California has today, actually, is the day that the state of California has relieved the mask mandates.
Again, we earned back our freedom.
They always love to tell us that we've earned it back for good behavior.
So indoors, you can be without a mask if you're vaccinated.
I don't know how they're going to test this.
Disneyland's now just saying masks are optional.
But in L.A.
County, where I live, you still have to wear a mask.
You still have to have a vaccine card to go to dinner.
But hang on, if you're Meg Garcetti, you don't because you can hold your breath for like two and a half hours.
Oh, absolutely.
And by the way, at the Super Bowl, he must have held his breath for about four hours because he was photographed without the mask on his face.
And so, you know, again, it is setting up this hierarchy of the liberal elites who can do whatever they want and the rest of us who have to follow suit or we can't go to the gym or to Bruce Chris for a steak.
It's crazy.
What about Disneyland?
I need to know.
Are they, is it vaccine passports?
No, guess what?
We can go to Disneyland, Seb.
I know we've been talking about this.
Let's go!
Come on!
It's our family trip.
Let's do it.
No masks!
So, Disneyland just said they reversed, and you can wear a mask.
You're supposed to wear a mask if you're un-vaxxed, but... Supposed.
Let me check.
Supposed.
Okay.
Come on.
What are they going to do?
Put an axe on our forehead?
Don't give them ideas, okay?
Do not do that.
Follow her at jenniferhorn, also crntalk.com.
Okay, let's talk about this.
Amazing.
When I saw this this morning, I was like, nah, Virginia maybe, but California.
Talk to us about what happened at this school board election.
So this is fantastic and you know what?
I have a lot of hope that incrementally California is going to start making some changes because parents particularly are mad.
They're waking up for two years almost.
Our schools were shut down and so parents actually realized the curriculum that was being taught to their kids.
And they realize that they're going to have to put vaccines or put their kids in masks to send them to school to get public education.
So a couple of things are happening, and this is the biggest.
Yesterday, there was a recall election on three members of the San Francisco school board because parents in this area of San Francisco were incensed that the school board, instead of worrying about how to get kids back to school when they were home with COVID or
Increasing the the type of education that they get because kids in this area have been falling behind in test scores significantly over the last five years, they decided it would be more appropriate use of their time to change the name of about 40 schools in the district because George Washington was a racist.
They said Abraham Lincoln was a racist.
Even, are you ready for this, Di-Fi?
Dianne Feinstein had schools named after her and they said that wasn't okay.
They wanted to change the names of those schools and parents said, wait a second, We want you to focus on our kids' education, on making it a better quality education, and about getting them back in school.
So they started a recall last January, they collected signatures, and lo and behold, yesterday was election day, and this recall won, and it won big.
Like, we're talking about 70% in favor of the recall.
3-1.
Do you ever see that in California?
Like 70-anything?
70%.
Unless you're a Democrat running for Congress, you never get 70% of the vote.
So this recall is really significant.
It even had the mayor, who is super liberal herself, London Breed, almost forced into joining forces with those people so that she could name the replacements for these school board members.
But this should be just inspirational.
Is this a one-off?
Is this an anomaly?
Is this an outlier?
You know, I don't want to be a Pollyanna.
I think that this is a step in the right direction for California.
I think parents are much more politically active today in California than they were a couple of years ago.
I've been looking at a lot of the numbers in the state, and people think that California is going in the wrong direction.
They may not be willing to make the big change, like getting rid of the governor, but they are willing.
54% of respondents, according to the LA Times, Jennifer.
The LA Times.
These are not liberal publications.
So the LA Times says it's going in the wrong direction.
They say Gavin Newsom is failing when it comes to crime and homelessness.
And I think, and I've been saying this a lot, I've been doing a lot of speaking engagements because everybody wants a preview of midterms.
And I think if Republicans stick to those quality of life issues in California, education, crime, Inflation, cost of living.
That's the winning formula and school choice is going to be on the ballot this year too.
You have been a very, very, very busy girl.
God bless you.

It's even more confusing.
Confusing or creepy?
Spanish say rabbits are giving birth.
The Polish say the witch is making butter.
The Greek, I love this.
Hillary's making butter?
The Greeks say the poor are getting married.
People don't understand what's going on when it rains.
I'm not aware of there being laws by governments saying around COVID in terms of not being able to debate the efficacy of masks or where the virus came from or the right treatment or proposal but yet there was a lot of pressure and concern about us distributing misinformation that went against what was considered the standard and accepted medical knowledge.
And so this category of harmful but not but but legal has been, I think, where most of the discussion has been.
Yeah, so basically that's like, you know, so I think governments can always, you know, our recommendation if governments want to have more control over online speech is to pass laws to have that be very cleanly and clearly defined such that we can implement it.
Wow.
Alright, I wanna play that.
And what award was she given at that event that's funded by YouTube?
Something free speech.
Freedom of speech award.
Always.
Freedom of speech as long as we like it.
Yeah.
As long as we're funding it.
Yep.
Nuts.
It's like Trudeau yesterday.
It's like, oh, we're not, you know, banning any illegal protests.
We're just making protests illegal.
I know.
How about that?
So, you know, I told, we talked, actually, I think it was when you were gone, Seb, when I was hosting, I read the statement that I found that Justin Trudeau made about Fidel Castro when he passed.
And he was talking about how great he was for Cuba and he increased education and the health of Cubans.
Well, he missed his daddy.
He missed his daddy, right.
Well, now that video that came forward is him talking about how great China is and how a dictatorship is.
I'm so jealous of communist dictators that killed 60 million people.
I wish I could be that powerful.
Don't you wish we could all be that way?
And he's literally, he's laughing about it.
I know, and everybody in the crowd was laughing about it.
He must have mentioned a dead dog.
Right?
Creepy.
It's like Stalin.
It's bad.
You're not the last one to clap.
Yes.
Did you ever, truly, did you ever realize that people were this evil and crazy?
Yeah, I did.
You did?
Ugh, Stevie, it's all new.
I always like to believe the best.
Well, Trudeau will crack.
You think so?
He is not enjoying it, I'm telling you.
John, I think he's so isolated.
Do you think he has any idea what a trucker does for a living?
Of course not.
I think he is a typical... I bet you he has been with his therapist every day since this started.
I'm not joking.
I bet you did.
Off to Xanax, whatever the hell, the Wellbutrin, everything.
And he has no idea what to do.
He's listening to people.
He does not want to be out there doing that.
Do you think he's meditating?
Is he listening to Matthew McConaughey's bedtime stories?
He's doing the praying mantis yoga pose.
That is not his personality.
Somebody over the weekend told me that the Matthew McConaughey Calm app was just a really great thing to listen to before bed.
I'm like, how can you do that without laughing?
I would be giggling.
All right, 15 seconds.
Bye.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, This is America First with Sebastian Gorka. - Jen just said a friend of hers said that if you want to fall asleep easily, listen to the McConaughey... What app is it?
Matthew McConaughey reads bedtime stories on the Calm app.
Calm, okay.
I fell asleep listening to a seven hour audio book of one of the Alien movies and I woke up having dreamt about fighting the Xenomorphs.
That's kind of fun though, isn't it?
Did you read it?
You know, it was fun.
It was a little bit of a robust dream, but maybe I shouldn't be listening to alien films or audio books.

You, Jennifer Horne, host of The Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870, The Answer, are a qualified media professional.
Not only are you a radio host, you actually have, you know, diplomas to this effect, correct?
I do, yeah.
Public relations, messaging, I love to watch all of it in politics.
So let me read, this is from The Blaze, Sarah Taylor, a little bit of extra details about Chris Cuomo's departure from CNN.
Just one day before Cuomo was fired, an unnamed accuser told CNN lawyers that while working at ABC News, Cuomo invited her, a young woman, Into his office for a business lunch.
He was going to advise her on her career.
The woman arrived promptly in time for lunch, but when she arrived to Chris Cuomo's office, There was no lunch and Chris Cuomo badgered her into engaging in sexual intercourse.
She rebuffed Cuomo's advances and allegedly prompting Cuomo to attack her.
Jennifer Horne, how does somebody as a media professional yourself with that reputation survive for nine, no more, 11 years after that event?
Because they all give themselves cover.
And can we just take a break here and maybe, I think I have a new business venture for us.
Forget SebGorka.com and all the cool merchandise.
Maybe, Seb, we should go on the road and teach Democrat men that they can date other places other than just their interns, right?
And maybe they shouldn't have to lock them in their room.
Matt Lauer had that button.
I'm not joking.
Where in the world is Matt Lauer?
He had a button that would lock the door of his offices.
We should give lectures that you shouldn't have to do that with a woman.
Don't do it with an intern!
No, I mean you've got Matt Lauer, you have Bill Clinton with his intern infidelity, you've got Chris Cuomo.
You've got Tubow with his Tubow.
Exactly!
This is not how you're supposed to do it, but yet I think they get so power hungry that they think they can just run over anybody, right?
They have all the power in the world, they cover each other.
But this is important because we've got creeps on the right, I'll give you that.
Yeah, we do.
But not in this number!
And it's funny that the ones who are the loudest critics of people are the ones who have the most to hide in their own closet because I can remember listening to Chris Cuomo go after Donald Trump all the time and talk about all of the women that have come forward.
By the way, those women, I don't see them providing credible evidence.
We haven't seen any of that.
Yet Chris Cuomo ran with it and now he's going to have to deal with his own scandal.
The same thing goes for his brother.
It's just, you just shake your head at this point because These people, by the way, will be allowed to come back at some point in their career.
You watch, in like two or three years, they'll be recycled again and we'll forget all of their wrongdoing and they'll be back again.
I think Andrew Cuomo really thinks that he can run for president and Chris Cuomo will probably be his press secretary.
Right.
All right.
Okay.
I see your business proposal to teach left-wing media personalities not to grope the interns.
And I raise you a don't insult 73 million people if you're in the media.
How about that as a course?
I like it.
I'll take that.
I'll take that.
I call.
Because clearly there's a market because you've just got to listen to a 13-second cut from Jimmy Kimmel talking about his fellow Americans.
Cut five.
Desperately trying to protect the golden goose.
Last night, Eric took Tom out of his busy schedule to promote this made-up Hillary Clinton spying case they're now pumping into the Fox News viewers' soft oatmeal-like brains.
So just two things.
You're in the media, so...
Perhaps the idea that it's not Don Jr., it's actually a special counsel who's filing indictments might be interesting for you to, I don't know, analyze.
And then secondly, saying 74 million Americans have oatmeal for brains.
Is that a good business model in the media, Jen?
No, but that is why he has 12 viewers at night, and that's why Greg Gutfeld beats all of his late night hosts, because it's at least programming that is not insulting to 50% of the country.
I miss the days of Johnny Carson.
When I was a kid, my grandpa and my dad loved Johnny Carson.
I spent a lot of time watching Johnny Carson.
I got to know Ed McMahon personally in his later years, and I was always so struck with how much they protected their politics because they didn't want to isolate people.
Even Jay Leno.
I mean, in more current times.
You couldn't tell.
He would make fun of everybody.
Right.
And yeah, we probably know what Jay Leno's political leanings are, but you actually have to think about it.
Well, you do now.
You do now.
Right.
But back then, no.
But you actually have to think about it.
And it was an equal opportunity space where whoever, everybody got along.
And even if you knew their political proclivities, they'd have fun with people in the public eye.
But can you imagine just once, Carson or anybody else, literally insulting tens of millions of average Americans who made them the millionaires that they are?
It's despicable.
And that's why it's really hard.
It's really hard to watch TV.
It's really hard to watch sports.
It's really hard to consume movies and music because of all of this.
But you know what?
I'm going to tell you.
What?
I think that this is good news.
I actually think.
Because?
Because I've been watching this.
I've been watching the messaging.
So if you've noticed, the news media has been incredibly favorable to Joe Biden up until Afghanistan.
Correct.
At Afghanistan, that's when you start to see them kind of turn a little bit.
Now, they can't go full press against Biden because that's their home team.
But what they have started doing is they've started talking a lot more about Donald Trump again.
He was out of the headlines on some of these liberal news sources last year at this time.
They tried to forget him.
They tried to push him out of people's minds.
Now he's coming back again.
And that is because they are afraid of him.
They are afraid of us because they know that we are powerful, that we are pushing back, that the jig is up.
And so I actually think that I feel impassioned by this.
There are two lies that are coming out of this whole Durham investigation.
Well, a lot more if you're Hillary Clinton.
But you're hearing people cover for this by saying it's a scam, it's a political hit job.
And then you're hearing people come out and say, well, this was just opposition research.
There's nothing illegal about opposition research.
Because hacking into the White House servers is absolutely fine.
People know.
People get it.
We'll see what happens.
John Durham is working.
And he's being rather meticulous.
We're actually going to have... We had Devin Nunes today.
We're going to have Kash Patel for a whole hour tomorrow.
You don't want to miss it.
At the same time, make sure you're following this lady at Jennifer Horne, host of The Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870, The Answer.
This is American War First.
God bless, Jen.
God bless, Jen.
you We had that conversation today.
Jack Reacher.
They've done Jack Reacher really well whenever they've done it.
The movie wasn't that over the top.
It's never that over the top.
But the movie, the TV show is excellent.
You gotta watch it.
That's interesting.
I just sent myself a note.
That's a good one.
Six episodes, you can do it in one night.
Oh, I can do that.
When I see Amazon doing shows, like, you know, Amazon's doing that Lord of the Rings show.
Oh, no!
No, don't even mention that abortion.
Okay, fine.
Black dwarves?
Yeah, because J.R.R.
Tolkien wasn't writing Norse mythology.
I mean, seriously.
Are you gonna do Roots with white people?
Go on, write that up, Zachypoo.
Type it up.
Can you imagine?
But like other lesser abortions on Amazon like they did the uh the without remorse with uh with um you know based on the Clancy novel with Oh, yes.
That was PC as well!
The first bloody episode!
You're supposed to have female Green Berets that weigh 100 pounds on special operations in Afghanistan.
Stop it!
Stop it!
Well, as long as they're cute.
John Clark, the Irishman, was definitely an African-American.
Is there just anything fun to watch?
Everything is, like, hard to watch now.
It's beautiful.
Okay, we've got to go back to NYPD Blue for the 48th time.
There you go.
Just watch reruns.
Yeah.
The old sitcom.
My dad's back to watching Jack Benny.
They have it on like an old channel.
He's like, this is the greatest show ever.
I forgot how great the show was.
I have the whole DVD set of Rowan and Martin.
See, that's exactly the thing.
When I need something that's just funny, not political, Rowan and Martin.
Goldie Hawn doing her go-go dancing.
Hey, she's coming out with us though.
Have you heard?
What?
She thinks that the masks are abusive to kids.
Goldie Hawn.
Goldie Hawn.
Wow.
A bunch of, I'm telling you, there's stuff happening.
Wow, interesting.
Slowly but surely.
Cool.
All right, my dear.
All right, guys.
Thank you.
Got some rumbles.
Have a good one.
Bye.
All right, thanks for coming.
Thanks for having me.
Getting rumblings of things starting to move maybe in the Russia front.
You're really excited for this Russia war.
You always have the updates.
You want a war to happen, don't you?
I'm trying to stay plugged in.
Where do you get all the updates from?
I can't disclose my sources.
You've been on this for like a month.
Zero Hedge, right?
Who is the guy who plays Reacher?
Because I've never seen him before.
I haven't heard of him either.
Do you know who he is?
John?
Richard?
The name of the series is just Richard.
His name is Alan Richardson, but I've never seen him before.
He's supposed to be a singer.
I mean, that guy's such a meathead.
Nothing really.
I guess he was in a Hunger Games movie once.
Oh really?
I was busy last night watching Oliver Stone's new documentary about JFK.
Another one?
Why?
Now I'm open a little bit to it.
Oh!
Because of that lunatic stone?
I know there's some interesting things in there.
Like what?
The magic bullet?
Well, that was invented by Arlen Specter.
Right.
Yeah.
He was a fraud.
So what are you talking about?
Pennsylvania.
No, just some of the things.
Just some interesting things.
He's just asking questions.
There's some questions.
There's some questions.
Of all the people I thought would be the last to go conspiracy theorist on me.
No, I've always just thought it's weird how he gets killed right afterwards.
I mean, that's ridiculous.
You mean Lee Harvey?
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right, 15 seconds.
Eh, our government's done weirder things.
Stand by.
No, I think he did it.
I think he had somebody else.
Yeah.
Alright.
All right, say bye.
All right, say bye. say bye.
I don't know what happened, but we've got a full call board!
It's stunning.
But first I gotta play you the audio from that chilling call between the Heartland Financial Bank in Minnesota and the executives at MyPillow where they say why they're going to shut down Mike's bank accounts.
Click up.
Not that the FBI is even sniffing and looking.
What if somebody came in and said, you know what?
We are going to subpoena all his account records and this and that, and then all of a sudden we make the news.
So it's more of a reputation risk.
So, not a criminal, hasn't committed any crimes, the FBI is not sniffing around him, but we're just going to shut down all nine of his bank accounts.
That's an outrage, and if they can do it to Mike Lindell, they can do it to you.
Let's support him right now, let's make sure the left cannot cancel him.
And if you're with Heartland Financial, You should take your bank account somewhere else.
Go to mypillow.com, treat yourself, buy whatever you want, and Mike will give you up to 66% off if you use my name, G-O-R-K-A.
Support a great patriot today, 800-829-8468, that's 800-829-8468, mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
Support Mike, let's tell the left what we think of them.
Okay, let's go to your calls, line one, Todd waiting patiently in Atlanta.
Yes, Dr. Gorka, if you remember when the Steele dossier that was given to Comey by John McCain, it was fake information, Russian disinformation, and he intentionally leaked it to the media in order to get the Mueller investigation.
Correct.
And the whole time, all this information about the hackers was being hid from President Trump's attorneys.
was talking about it.
And all this information about the private hacker that was working for the White House and Sussman and all of this, and they went to the CIA as well.
All of this information was hidden from the president's attorneys.
Correct.
And the FBI and the DOJ didn't care about these people spying on the White House and Trump Tower.
And I think Ben Carson and Senator Cruz were spied on too, according to Mr. Sekulow.
Yes, indeed.
You're absolutely right.
You are a very well-informed man.
I read the list of the people targeted in addition to the President, Steve Bannon, myself.
It even included cabinet members like Ben Carson.
So, yes, they didn't care.
Why?
Because the DOJ was the most corrupt agency, still is, and is run and was run by Obama holdovers.
Thank you, Todd.
Let's go to Sherry in California.
She wants to tell us about Disneyland.
Welcome, Sherry.
Hi, this is Terry.
I live in Upland.
How are you?
Good.
Welcome aboard.
Good.
I'm really upset because my daughter works at Disneyland and she's been there like four years and she got an email about three weeks ago and said that it was mandatory that all the employees be vaccinated and fully boosted by the end of March.
And here everything is lightening up and now they're going to make the kids get you know, the shot.
And even the union is not making them get the vaccination, but Disneyland is bypassing the union and making them go ahead and get vaccinated.
How can they bypass the union?
I don't know, because I would think they would do a strike, right?
Right.
That's what they normally do.
But in their email, they said, even though they've tried to, you know, do the talking with the unions and stuff.
There is safety and power in numbers.
They're going to go ahead and bypass that and make them get vaccinated.
All right.
My advice to your daughter is to find others who don't wish to be vaccinated and to work together.
There is safety and power in numbers.
She can't be the only person who doesn't want to get vaccinated.
They've got to push back.
They've got to ask for an exemption.
Look what's happening across the country.
Take faith, for example, from the truckers.
Now is not the time.
And she could have, you know, a very, very credible health reason.
She could have a religious reason, or just on principle, my body, my choice.
So my recommendation to your daughter, Sherry, is not to give up, not to knuckle under, because if she loses, Her bodily sovereignty now, then there is no limit as to what the state, including the state of California, can do for her.
So, behind the scenes, get busy.
You could help her yourself.
Get organized and find others in the same situation who believe in bodily sovereignty, because that is what we are talking about.
You lose control!
Over your own body.
And the state can do anything they want to you.
Thank you for that call.

on - Come on.
Right.
Title for Jen?
Something about the California school board.
Election victory.
School board victory in California.
Yeah.
Did you see how few books were on AOC's bookshelf?
Should like four books.
Four books.
What were they?
Rules for radicals?
I was gonna say Twilight books.
Coloring books.
Yeah, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Good Night Moon.
Fifty Shades of Grey.
If you give a mouse a cookie, it self-supplies their entire world.
Alright.
If you give 350 million mice all the cookies that you have, then you will have the end of the world.
If you give a 14 IQ bartender one of the biggest microphones in the world, you get... 14?
You think it's that high?
Yeah, I'm being generous.
Do you really think her microphone is bigger than the one on the desk right there?
The big Elvis one?
Oh, I don't know.
There's a lot of stupid people out there.
She has more followers on Twitter than all other members of Congress combined.
Alright, physically it's a bigger microphone.
She has a lot of followers.
That can't be combined.
Can't be combined.
I feel like people have to follow her.
12.8 million followers.
Just because they don't like her.
I was just googling AOC's book list and she did a recommendation for some stupid library.
Are you kidding?
Guess what was on it.
Rules for Radicals?
No.
An interesting speech.
The best bartender recipes?
No.
Someone that's speaking somewhere this week.
Oh.
Someone that's speaking somewhere?
Yeah.
DJT?
Out of search.
What's that?
Something about DJT?
No.
A speech that you didn't like.
Oh, that guy at the War College.
Oh, the Socialist!
Yes, of course!
Full capital.
No way.
That's hilarious.
Wow.
That sounds about right.
That is a great piece of trivia you pulled out there.
Is that speech supposed to be today?
Yes, it was.
Aye, aye, aye.
What else is on that list, Geoff?
I'm curious.
Righteous indignation.
The search for common ground.
Alright, 14 seconds.
We've got merch and relief here.
is Team of Rivals, 100 years of solitude.
Can you print that?
Yeah, that would be fun to put up a little.
Yeah, that would be fun to discuss.
All right, 14 seconds.
We've got merch and relief here.
10 seconds.
Stand by.
This is America First, and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
All right, gentlemen, ladies.
I didn't mention it last week when the The organ transplant didn't happen, but we've mentioned Rich Higgins a couple of times here on this show.
He was a colleague of mine in the White House, an amazing American patriot, formerly explosives ordinance disposal NCO in the U.S.
Army.
He had COVID, recovered, and then had some very serious complications from COVID.
A young man, I think he's younger than I am, And he required an organ transplant.
He was supposed to have it two weeks ago, ended up in the hospital for a specific reason.
It didn't work out, didn't happen.
Last night, they found another organ and he has undergone the surgery.
He's in the ICU for at least a week.
So I would ask you, please, the power of prayer is incredible, incredible.
If you're listening to this show right now, please say a prayer for my friend, great American Rich Higgins, for a speedy recovery so he can get back to his wife and his young children.
That's Rich Higgins.
Please say a prayer for him tonight.
If you haven't done so already, please check out our website, SebGorkerStore.com.
It's where you can go for all your US-made patriotic merchandise, whether it's celebrating the President, the MAGA movement, Our Show America First, whether it's the Let's Go brand in gear, my books, you name it, it's all there.
T-shirts, flags, hats, tumblers, mugs, and thank you.
Oh, and of course, the T-shirt we made for the President coming on the show.
Which says, if you're woke, you're a loser.
And most exciting of all, thanks to Phil in Philly, our flag for the Americans abandoned in Afghanistan.
You are not forgotten with 13 stars for the war fighters murdered needlessly in that nation when Biden surrendered it.
You can get your flag, your t-shirt.
Tell the world who you are.
It is a midterm election year.
We have to stand up for the truth.
Go to SebGorkerStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorkerStore.com.
Let's go to Joe, Illinois, line one.
Hey, Dr. Seb.
Donald Trump was simply the best president that this country has ever had.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I worked for him, but you know, I think George Washington is probably number one, okay?
Modern day, modern day president.
Okay.
Okay.
He brought steel back.
He brought auto back.
He went to union rallies.
He had the best energy policy for this country ever.
And I guarantee you that Biden will have to roll back his energy policy if Russia invades Ukraine.
He will have to, or the economy will die.
Is that it, Joe?
Well, I have a lot more, but I'm not going to take this.
All right, we have somebody who's on a very, very similar theme, so I'm going to segue from that.
Thank you, Joe.
Let's go to Brian Cleveland, line four.
Hello there, sir.
Hey.
Hey, I just had a question.
If they had access to basically Donald Trump's personal business, campaign, everything else, if they had access to all of that, and the only dirt that they could find was made up rush We lost you there.
We lost the connection.
You have a very, very important point to make.
So I want people, the millions listening, to understand what you're saying.
So if Donald Trump was surveilled upon at his business offices, at his campaign headquarters, in his home in New York, and at the White House, and they didn't find anything, what's your conclusion, Brian?
Wouldn't that make him the most honest president ever?
Because If he had tickets to the Lolita Express on his computer or everything, that would come out, would it not?
Bingo!
Brian!
Yes sir.
You're a genius.
You are an absolute bloody genius and I want you to stay on the line.
He can pick, let's go Brandon Gere, America First Gere.
Let Brian pick what he wants.
He can pick my books, what have you.
But Brian gets to pick from the Seb Gorka site because I'm going to tweet that out because Brian I mean, that's it.
I mean, that is it.
Wherever we turn, we find more evidence of Clinton's corruption, of Obama's, of Biden's, of Comey's, of Brennan's.
Everywhere you turn, another criminal act, from the servers, to the hacking of the White House, to Uranium One, on and on and on.
They spied on President Trump where he sleeps, where he works, Where his political appointees work in the White House and they found nothing.
For four years.
Zip.
Squanzoli.
Is there any man in the world who would survive that level of intrusion and scrutiny?
I don't think so.
And that's why we need him back.
Superb, Brian.
Absolutely stupendous.
Kathy, line three.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
I have several subjects, but the first one I want to make is voter fraud in California.
They were talking about winning the election when we had the recall for Gavin Newsom.
And this happens every time we have an election here.
After the election, I received mail at my address to several individuals who don't live at my address.
So, you know, and then I have to take care of it and get it to stop.
But why is it every time we have an election all of a sudden I'm getting mail from people I don't know with my address on it?
Unless there's some kind of fraud going on.
Yeah, because the voter rolls are deliberately exploited and the voter rolls are deliberately bad so the Democrats can send out millions and millions of fraudulent ballots.
That's why, Kathy.
Exactly, but then I'm not getting them to my address.
So they're going somewhere.
The other point I wanted to make, well, The other thing I wanted to mention is how about a show called Meet the Real Press where every episode you highlight a member of the press and who they're related to and who their buddies are.
That's good.
Wouldn't that be fun to watch?
I think everybody would tune into that.
Cathy!
What is it with the callers today?
This is spectacular!
Stay on the line.
Let's give Cathy an America First hat or a Let's Go Brandon hat.
She gets to choose.
Absolutely right.
Let's meet the real press.
Maybe we could have a segment every week where we just say, hey, did you know who Jake Tapper is married to?
Do you know who the wife of, who's the guy with the funny haircut?
Chuck Todd.
Oh yeah, because his wife is a very interesting individual.
We could have Meet the Real Press to actually uncover the ties that they don't want you to know about.
The ties to the DNC, to the intelligence community.
Fabulous course today.
My gosh, you guys are the best.
This is America First coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.

That's a real book.
That one sounds familiar.
What's it about?
Abraham Lincoln's cabinet.
Oh, okay.
I guarantee someone picked that list for her.
Oh, completely.
Oh, yeah.
What's with Remember the Lobsters?
What is that?
No idea.
Jordan Peterson.
That's what I said!
But no, it's not a Jordan Peterson thing.
People, do you remember the lobsters?
That was actually really good.
Nicely done.
Book by MLK in there. 50 seconds. All right, 30 seconds.
Clean here.
We're good to go.
Thank you.
With the deepest voice in talk radio, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
I think there's a very real risk that we will not.
I think what we risk is having a government that perhaps postures as a democracy and may try to pretend that it is.
But isn't.
We're never beyond hope, but we've already seen the opening silos of this.
You have, you know, white nationalist reactionary politics starting to grow into a critical mass.
I think we will return to Jim Crow.
I think that's what we risk.
We have a pseudo-democracy already.
We have an authoritarian regime.
It's your buddy Sleepy Creepy Biden.
That's of course AOC.
Why does Fox, I'm reading the transcript, that was an audio clip from a podcast with Cortez, where she said we've already seen the first silos.
And Fox changes it to Salvos.
Why are you doing editorializing?
Why are you correcting AOC when she's so stupid she doesn't know the difference between a barrage from an artillery piece and the thing that you keep corn in?
Yeah.
Silo.
Salvo.
Yeah.
I wonder how much of a bartender she, what kind of a bartender she truly was.
Absolutely stunning.
Okay, we've got to save time for Brandon Stracker one-on-one.
This is the latest bombshell from the guys at Project Veritas.
This is an executive From the FDA called Christopher Cole.
They always catch him mouthing off at some bar or restaurant.
What an idiot.
Talking about what Biden really wants with the vaccines.
Latest Project Veritas video dropped today and you need to hear it.
Cut 10.
Play cut.
Biden wants to inoculate as many people as possible.
So you have to get an annual shot.
It hasn't been formally announced yet, because they don't want to, like, rile everyone up.
The drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies, they pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products.
If they can get every person required at an annual vaccine, that is a recurring return of Money going into their company.
I mean just from everything I've heard.
They're not going to mount approvals Christopher Cole, executive officer at the Food and Drug Administration, admitting hundreds of millions of dollars worth of funding for the FDA, for the US government, from Big Pharma, from the food companies, and that's why they have to have the universal vaccines and the boosters forever.
Otherwise, the pipeline of money drives up.
Congratulations to James O'Keefe again for another, another bombshell.
This is America First coming to you live from relieffactor.com studios.
Next up, the founder of the walkaway movement who had his apartment raided by the FBI a year ago, charged with felonies and Mr. V Minas for January 6th, who's been living in purgatory for a last year.
He is finally speaking out.
He's going to share his experiences here on America First.

Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We actually get to talk for a whole hour with a newsmaker, with an expert, somebody who you need to hear from today.
It's somebody I consider, full disclosure, to be a personal friend, somebody who will give us the inside story on just how The law enforcement of the United States at the federal level is being weaponized for political purposes, not to fight crime, but to serve the political purposes of one political party.
He is Brandon Stracker from the walk away movement.
Brandon, welcome back to America First.
It's been far too long.
Yes, sir.
Thank you for having me.
All right, so we have to talk about the trauma that you've gone through in the last year, why you happen to be wearing an ankle tracker right now, what you've suffered since the events of January 6th.
But for those who are unfamiliar with the walk away movement and with your story, will you walk us through your, what should I call it, your political awakening in the last few years?
Sure.
Yeah.
Transformation.
Transition.
Yeah.
So in, uh, I was a lifelong liberal and a two-time Obama voter, uh, Hillary Clinton supporter in 2016.
Uh, honestly, just something that I, I called myself a Democrat by default because I'm a gay man.
And as a member of a minority community, uh, typically the messaging that we receive is that the only choice that we, that there is no choice that you have to be a Democrat.
You have to be a liberal.
And so that was the camp that I fell into.
And it was after the election of 2016, in which the media that I trusted—sources like CNN and MSNBC and The New York Times, etc.—kept saying that Hillary Clinton was going to win in a landslide, that Donald Trump had a 3% chance of winning, and that he was a bigot and a racist, etc.
So when he won, I was shocked and confused and outraged and scared.
And it kind of sent me on this journey to try to understand several things.
Number one, why would anyone support Donald Trump?
And number two, how did the media that I trusted get this so wrong?
And so I went on, I started watching videos and reading stories and listening to conservative voices.
And this was over the course of months throughout 2017.
So basically you decided to do some due diligence for yourself and research how this happened.
Yes.
Yeah.
And start trying to understand Because I just, I found it hard to reconcile that half of the country was covertly bigoted and racist and homophobic.
You know, I was living in New York City at the time and I was just like, how could it be that I'm getting on the subway, people are smiling and waving and, you know, being nice to one another, but behind each other's backs, there's all this secret racism and hatred.
It just doesn't make sense to me.
And so I started researching that and what I ultimately discovered over the course of months was that the media that I trusted was the problem, not Donald Trump or Donald Trump's supporters.
And so over the course of that year, I ended up ultimately walking away from the Democratic Party, from the ideology of liberalism and from the liberal media.
Eventually, I became a Trump supporter and a Republican, but the next year I started a movement called the WalkAway campaign.
We'll talk about WalkAway in a second, but was there some specific story?
Was there something that you'd been lied to about?
Which was, you know, the last straw that made you say, no, no, no, I'm waking up now, this isn't true.
Or was it just the full-court press of the propaganda?
Well, it was a combination of those two things, but I would say the straw that broke the camel's back for me was, as I was going down this sort of journey of research and I was beginning that, I was still having moments of outrage and anger about Donald Trump's election.
So I was in the process of educating myself, but I remember I put a post out on social media several months after he was elected in which I said that I would never be able to understand how anyone could vote for a man who was capable of mocking a disabled reporter in front of a cheering but I remember I put a post out on social media And that's when one of his supporters reached out to me privately with a video that was entitled Debunking that Trump Mocked the Disabled Reporter,
reporter, which was a video that clearly showed that this was a voice and a gesture that Donald Trump did all of the time when he was imitating anybody who was caught in a lie or doing something shady or dishonest.
It had nothing to do with that reporter's disability.
But But again, the media that I trusted, like CNN, etc.
saw the opportunity to say, ah, this looks like he's making fun of that guy's disability.
Nevermind the fact that we know that he does this voice and gesture all the time.
Let's put that story forward.
And that was the moment that started to really open my eyes to the dishonesty of the liberal media and the ways in which they manipulate people's emotions with these false narratives.
That was the start of it.
All right, we're talking to Brandon Stryker.
The website is brandonstryker.com.
S-T-R-A-K-E-R.
And then talk to us about your organization, the Walk Away Campaign.
What did it represent and why did you create it?
Yeah, so I started WalkAway in May of 2018.
I launched it as a social media movement essentially at first by creating a six-minute video where I detailed all of the reasons why I was walking away from the Democratic Party and I encouraged other people to join the Facebook group that I had created called the WalkAway Campaign and make their own videos and tell their own stories about why they were walking away from the Democratic Party as well or Liberalism, leftism, progressivism, socialism, whatever, whatever you want to call it.
And over the course of the next few years, this movement exploded and we had over half a million people that had joined the Facebook group, created walkaway videos or written testimonials, and Facebook ultimately banned the group in January of 2021.
So we ended up losing that community temporarily.
But over the course of those years, it became much more than a social media movement.
We created a non-profit, the WalkAway Foundation, a SuperPAC, the WalkAway Campaign SuperPAC.
And we started traveling around the country doing minority-focused events.
We started doing rallies, marches, video content.
So this has really become an incredible organization, the WalkAway organization.
And we're going to be relaunching it this year after going through this harrowing year that I just went through.
We have some really amazing new things, including our own social community.
We'll be launching WalkAway Social this year, an autonomous platform to bring that community and those testimonials back.
That's very, very exciting.
When you were banned on social media, what did the likes of, you know, if you're just giving personal testimony as to why you left a political party, were you given any reason as to why you had to be unpersoned, Brandon?
We actually had to hire an attorney and a very powerful attorney in Harmeet Dhillon to put a lot of pressure on Facebook just to be able to even get an answer as to why this happened.
Now they banned the walkaway campaign on January 8th of 2021 so this would have been two days after January 6th.
What's interesting is that it actually had nothing whatsoever to do with me being present on Capitol grounds on January 6th because at that point No, I hadn't been arrested and no one even really realized that I was there.
What happened is that social media companies like Facebook, like Twitter, etc., began doing mass bannings of many conservative individuals and conservative accounts, and WalkAway was one of the groups that got the axe.
When we pressed through our attorney, Facebook, to get an understanding of why, what Facebook responded was, That they were mass banning accounts that they believed or had suspicion of believing were involved in QAnon activity.
We went back to them and said, WalkAway has nothing to do with QAnon.
No one who started WalkAway is a QAnon follower.
We're not QAnon subscribers.
You've made a mistake.
And they said, tough.
That's the situation where you're banned.
You're not coming back.
Then, of course, January 6th is the cause of the Incredible year that you've suffered through, Brandon.
We're going to talk about it in detail, but when did you realize that you were in trouble with the politically motivated law enforcement of the United States?
On Monday, January 25, 2021, when an FBI SWAT team came into my apartment at the crack of dawn, Put me in handcuffs and told me that they were taking me to jail on felony charges.
Do you have a criminal record?
Have you used violence in the past?
Is there anything to justify the use of that kind of intimidation against you when you are raided at your home, Brandon?
I have no criminal record whatsoever.
And for anybody who is paying any kind of attention or doing any kind of research, What they would find is that my message consistently for three to four years before I was arrested was that my movement is an attempt to unify this country, to bring peace and civility back into political discourse, and to try to unify this nation.
So I actually represent quite the opposite, I'd say, of a violent anarchist attitude.
Whereas if you juxtapose that with something like, say, the Black Lives Matter movement or Antifa, those people seem to get off scot-free when they actually are encouraging and committing violence.
Well, I would be happy to stand in a court of law as a character witness to you.
I know nothing about you that would be a threat to the United States.
On the contrary, you're a person who celebrates what our nation represents.

We're talking to Brandon Stracker of the walkaway movement, hashtag walkaway.
What's the T-shirt you're wearing, Brandon?
This is from the walkaway unsilent march, the unsilent majority march on Washington that we did in October of 2020.
It says, unsilent, hashtag unsilent, hashtag walk away.
I love it.
Hashtag unsilent.
Okay, so your house, your apartment was raided a couple of weeks after the January 6th riot.
What happened to you then?
Walk us through the story and what were you charged with?
Sure.
So the first thing I want to say is that I was actually scheduled to be a speaker in Washington, D.C.
on January 6th at the Capitol.
A lot of people, because of the gross misreporting on this event, don't really even realize that there was always supposed to be an event scheduled at the Capitol after President Trump spoke at the Ellipse.
There were dozens of speakers scheduled to speak.
I was one of them.
And so after President Trump spoke and quite clearly stated that we needed to peacefully march and peacefully assemble at the Capitol, I went to the Capitol en route to my speaking engagement.
And as I was getting nearer the Capitol grounds, I started to get text messages from people I knew who were at home.
Watching on television or hearing in the news that people were going inside the building.
So you were walking to the Capitol, it sounds like, whilst the president was still speaking.
Is that correct?
No, no.
I actually stayed until the very end of the president speaking, and I was lucky enough to have an amazing seat right in the front row, so I was actually one of the very last people to leave the elite.
Okay, so the violence has already started, or people have walked into the building.
You have stayed for the whole speech, which started late and ran long.
I was there as well.
So you're getting these texts about what's happening.
You don't know anything yet.
Tell me what happens next, Brandon.
Well, I would estimate it was somewhere around 2.20, 2.30 p.m.
Eastern time when I began getting messages telling me that, you know, people were watching at home.
They're saying we're hearing that people are going inside.
I was at that point very close to the Capitol, probably, you know, a 10 minute walk on my way.
So when I heard this, I didn't really understand what it meant.
And some of the other speakers were messaging me.
And saying, is our event still happening?
Is it not happening?
What's going on?
We're hearing all these things.
So it was, people were very confused.
But I was shooting my video as I was walking onto the Capitol grounds on the east side.
So you just got your phone out and started filming?
Yes, yes.
And what I was witnessing on my video was just people very calm and peaceful on the Capitol grounds milling about, no unusual energy whatsoever.
And my video, just so people know, Mark Levin did an incredible interview with me last week where we actually went through my video moment by moment.
And if anybody wants to see it, they can go to Mark Levin's YouTube channel at LevinTV YouTube channel and watch the video that I'm describing right now as we went through it.
So I walked onto the grounds, and what you'll notice in my video is that there were no police officers present, there were no barricades that were closed, there were no traffic tape or cones or anything.
Nobody was standing there saying, you're not allowed to be here, get off the grounds.
So I walked onto the grounds, And again, this very kind of calm, peaceful atmosphere, and then I walked up toward the east side of the Capitol building.
Now, why this is relevant... But you're still outside Congress, correct?
You're not inside the building?
I never went inside the building that day.
So this is crucial.
So you're outside, and you never took down a barrier, you never stepped over a cordon or some police tape?
No.
And then you said you're on the east side, correct?
Yes, sir.
Carry on.
So, the reason why this is relevant to me, I think it's very important, is because, again, with the misreporting surrounding January 6th, one would believe that every single person who was at the Capitol witnessed all of the violence and all of the activity and still made the choices that they made, and nothing could be further from the truth.
As far as I know, the majority, if not all, of the violence and window-smashing and barrier-breaking and things like that that took place on that day happened exclusively on the west side of the building.
I'm really glad you're talking about this because this is the peculiarity of January the 6th, the almost schizophrenic reality that on three sides of the building you've got people singing hymns, you've got people praying, you've got people, you know, saying the national anthem, singing the national anthem, and then the other side you've got this small group of people that use it, you know, on one side people are just walking in Being escorted by the police through the velvet ropes.
And then there's this small violence occurring on the opposite side of the building with people actually breaking windows and so forth.
So two very different realities on the same day at the same time, Brandon.
Exactly right.
And what's so unfortunate about that is that any person who was arrested for being on the north or south or east side of the building Very likely had no idea whatsoever that that was taking place on the West side.
That was my experience.
I had no clue that people were smashing windows or, you know, shoving into police officers or doing any of those things.
As I was walking onto the East side, I did ascend the East side stairs.
And as I was walking up the stairs, there was a man holding his hat in his hand.
This is on the video pointing down to, or motioning down to the people below saying they've opened the doors.
They're, they're letting us in.
We're going inside.
We're going inside.
At that point, I proceeded up to the top of the east side steps.
In my video, you see that the metal doors on the east side were both open.
And there's a crowd of people kind of standing shoulder to shoulder.
I certainly would not describe it as a stampede or a crazed mob or anything like that.
I mean, it was a lot of people standing together.
Some of them were trying to make their way inside.
Some of them were not.
And I held my camera above my head and I began filming what I was seeing.
From the outside of the building, correct?
I never went inside the building.
I never went inside.
I was never accused of going inside the building.
So I never got within 20 feet of going inside of the Capitol on the east side of the building.
Again, where nobody's smashing windows or, you know, engaging in egregious acts of violence or anything like that on the east side.
I'm just standing there filming as the doors are already open.
And are you live streaming or are you filming this to post later?
What's your intention?
Great question.
I was filming this to post later, because I think most people who do what I do, which is, you know, a lot of social media videos and documentation of things that are happening, you know that if you're in a gigantic crowd like that, thousands and thousands of people, you're not going to get a good sell signal.
You read my mind.
When you're in a Trump rally, you can't even, you can barely text people because there's so many people using the limited number of cell phone towers that a live stream is out of the question.
We're going to continue this because we want to get the facts out there because the legacy lying media won't and we need to help this man.
He's Brandon Stracker, the founder of the Walk Away Movement, the Walk Away Campaign.
This is America First.

That's 800-829-8468, mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
Brandon, so you're there, you're filming for later use.
How does the rest of your day develop?
Well, to address one more time of the question that you asked, which was a great question about live streaming versus recording.
To me, that's also an incredibly relevant detail because number one, it's been misreported and lied many times in the press that I was live streaming my criminal activity because I was so proud of what I was doing.
Well, first of all, I wasn't live streaming.
I was recording with an intention to create an edited video that I would put out later.
And the reason, again, that this is so relevant to me is because what this would imply is that I intentionally and knowingly broke all of these different laws and did all of these terrible things and then made a conscious choice to go back to my hotel an hour or two later And upload the evidence of my criminal activity for my hundreds of thousands of followers on social media under the assumption that my conservative audience is going to love this.
My conservative audience is going to love watching me break the law.
You know, I mean, it's insanity.
Right.
So, no, but I mean, I mean, this is the same logically.
You know, the bank robber films himself robbing the bank without a mask on so that he can later upload his identity and the evidence of the crime he committed.
That's what we're talking about.
Right.
So I stood outside of the building on the steps for eight minutes and I filmed this footage of some people trying to walk inside through the open doors.
At the end of the eight minutes, a man comes outside of the Capitol.
He was a protester, as far as I know.
Because?
And he got on a bullhorn and he said, they've cleared Congress.
Everyone's left the building.
Clear out.
Everybody clear out.
And at that moment, I immediately turned around, left.
This is all on the video.
And I encouraged the people behind me to also leave the area.
Because?
Because this man had come out of the building and he basically was saying there's no reason to be here anymore.
And I don't know why.
I don't know why.
I just sort of took that directive and I turned around and I said, they're telling people to clear out.
Clear out.
And so at that point, I went down the steps and I started interviewing people on the outer grounds for about 20 minutes or so, just asking them, you know, why were you here?
What brought you to DC?
Et cetera.
Again, my intention was going to be to go back to my hotel and create an edited video package to put out to just sort of document what I had seen.
And I went back to my hotel after that.
I uploaded the 10-minute video that I had shot, and I had said something along the lines of, you know, this was the scene that I witnessed today on the east side of the Capitol.
And it was several hours after that that I began seeing on the news footage of what had happened on the west side of the building, and I was shocked.
I mean, I was really shocked because it was so Different than what I had experienced on the other side.
So you had no knowledge of the violence that had occurred?
No, not while I was on the grounds.
I didn't, this is the thing, I was probably one of the last people in the country to see what had happened because I didn't see it when I was there and it took me a good amount of time to get back to my hotel and then it was an hour or two after I was at my hotel before I turned on the TV and I was like, what is that?
And I'd already uploaded my video to Twitter at that point.
So when I saw what had happened on the West Side, I gained this awareness that, okay...
This is much bigger and much more than what I saw on the east side of the building.
Now I'm feeling embarrassed that I uploaded my video because I know people are not going to draw that distinction and understand that I was somewhere else while that was happening somewhere else.
So I just took the video down.
And I believe I made a comment or two about, you know, I didn't have all the facts when I uploaded my video.
I'm going to shut my mouth until I understand what the full story is here.
And honestly, I thought that was the end of the matter.
Because, and let's be clear here, you had no knowledge of what had occurred on the other side of Congress, you never entered Congress, and you had no cognizance of any crimes that were committed, and also nothing on the video that you actually recorded showed any crimes being committed.
So I want to make sure Everything is on the record because you have been, my friend, politically persecuted and we have to make sure that all of these facts are out there in the public domain.
We're talking to Brandon Straka.
Please follow him on Twitter at BrandonStraka and BrandonStraka.com.
That's B-R-A-N-D-O-N-S-T-R-A-K-A.
OK, Brandon, let's talk about what has happened in the year since September the 6th.
What happened to you and how did you end up with, you know, police raiding your home and today wearing an ankle tracker?
Well, so the video that I had posted, I put on Twitter and I took it down after within like an hour or two hours after posting it.
But that was still enough time that some of my Twitter trolls and haters had copied the video.
And so they were reposting the video that I had shot in mass and tagging the FBI and telling the FBI that they needed to come and arrest me.
I was getting annoyed about it and I was getting frustrated that this was going on for two and a half weeks, but I didn't actually believe that I would somehow be a person of interest to the FBI in this situation.
Ultimately, what ended up happening was a family member of mine called the FBI, sent them a link to the video that had been reposted by one of my Twitter trolls, and then two and a half weeks after January 6th, on Monday, January 25th of 2021, I woke up to the sound of pounding on my door.
Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom!
And I shot out of bed and my first thought was, oh my god, the FBI actually really did come to my house.
So I went running to my door and I said, who's out there?
And a voice said, FBI, open up.
I opened the door and within 30 seconds, I was turned around and handcuffed, my hands behind my back.
They told me I was facing multiple felony charges for my activities at the Capitol.
And they presented me with a search warrant to search and seize my property.
And at that point, a team of, I'd say, around eight or nine agents came into my apartment, began stripping my apartment of my computers, my tablets, my phone, hard drives, thumb drives, my camera, clothing, you name it.
And I was taken to, from my apartment, put in a black car and taken to a jail cell where I sat in jail in 24-hour lockdown for several days before I was finally able to see a judge.
And that's when I found out that I was being charged by the United States government with multiple felonies and a misdemeanor for being outside of the Capitol on January 6th for eight minutes.
And what are the felonies?
Are these trespass?
What is the nature of the charges?
Okay, so the first felony was knowingly occupying restricted grounds.
The second felony, which I'll explain in a moment, was impeding an officer in the line of duty.
And the third charge, which is a misdemeanor, was disorderly conduct on capital grounds.
And so when I, I was quite confused when I got out of jail about some of these charges.
And the explanation that I was given was that on my video, There is a moment that lasts about six seconds where a police officer comes outside of the Capitol.
One officer.
He comes out near the doorway, and somebody near the doorway grabs his plastic shield away from him.
Several people in the crowd start chanting, you know, take it, take his shield, take his whatever.
And essentially, the charge against me was that I was one of the people encouraging the crowd to take the shield from the police officer.
Ultimately, that charge ended up getting dropped, as well as the felony charge of knowingly occupying restricted grounds.
But I did end up accepting a plea deal in which I pled guilty to the misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct on capital grounds.
Why and what was the substance of the disorderly conduct that they had posited you had partaken in?
Well, the reason why I decided to take a plea deal, which I understand, believe me, one of the most frustrating things in the world are people who are openly critical about my choices.
Why would you plead guilty to something?
Why would you do it?
And it's like, I don't think people understand when you're an individual with the might of the federal government coming after you with all of their resources, they have unlimited money, they have unlimited power, they have unlimited funds.
And this is the most politically charged case, possibly in American history, where you've got one part of the government, a partisan government coming after their political opponents.
And it was terrifying, not to mention the fact that I wanted to move on with my life.
I wanted to get back to work.
I wanted to put this behind me.
I wanted to try to move forward.
So when they essentially came to me and said, if you plead guilty to this misdemeanor charge, the felony charges will be dropped.
And here's the story.
Essentially, what they said was that the disorderly nature of my behavior was, they put a lot of emphasis on the fact that I'm a conservative influencer, that I have a large audience.
And essentially, the theory, I guess I would say, is that my presence was an encouragement to the people around me to attack the Capitol.
But again, there's no nuance, really, in these Capitol riot cases.
They're not saying, well, this person was on this side, and this person was on this side, and this person didn't really know, and this person didn't really know.
Everyone is essentially being treated as an insurrectionist or a terrorist.
If you were there, you could be charged with jaywalking.
You could be charged with whatever.
But I want to be clear here.
You documented on video and the unedited version of what you recorded, there's no moment where you say, let's go guys!
Or yes, take his shield.
So they're charging you with Mythical mystical incitement simply because you have a lot of followers?
Well, so at this point I cannot really get into that territory that you're talking about right now, but I can tell you as With the plea deal that I signed There are things that definitely they are asserting that I said and did, and that's all documented in my plea agreement.
Okay.
And the misdemeanor, I mean, how are you wearing an ankle tracker for a misdemeanor charge?
Well, so this really all started a year ago.
So bear in mind, it was over a year ago now that the FBI put me in jail.
I spent several days in jail.
I then was on a year of pretrial supervision.
And after that year of pre-trial supervision, I finally got to the point of being sentenced in my case.
This was continued five times and my sentencing was pushed back five times.
And so when I finally was now sentenced just several weeks ago, And in my sentencing, I was sentenced to three months of house arrest, three years of probation, 60 hours of community service, the maximum fine of $5,000, and I was ordered to pay $500 restitution to the Capitol, although it was acknowledged that I didn't do any damage or violence to the Capitol or destruction of any kind.
So in this weird way, even though I went to jail over a year ago for this, it's almost like I'm Being punished again.
So I'm right now in house arrest.
Three years of probation for a misdemeanor?
If there is no other...
Evidence incontrovertible of politically motivated persecution, then that's it right there.
We're talking to Brandon Stracker, the founder of the WalkAway movement, the WalkAway campaign.
It's BrandonStracker.com, BrandonStracker on Twitter.
Have this discussion for hours with you, Brandon.
When we last spoke, I really was worried for you because you seemed very alone.
I'm glad you look good.
Thank you.
Clearly, you're not giving up.
You're back on social media.
You're going to create this new social platform.
I don't know if you want to talk about this, but is it true that there are conservative media outlets that tried to stop you or invited you to come on and then didn't want you to come on?
I'm going to have the link to the video with Mark Levin, and God bless Mark, but how have you been received by the, let's say, legacy conservative media?
Well, I mean, it's been very surprising to me at this point that this is not a story that they want to tell.
Um, you know, so far in the last week or two weeks, I've had opportunities to tell my story on Newsmax, on OAN, um, I've spoken with RSBN.
I think there's something coming up there.
Uh, Blaze TV, Mark was, uh, you know, Mark was the very first person to interview me and we ended up putting that out on Blaze.
Um, I guess what I would say on the matter is that the interview that I did with Mark was originally supposed to be on Network television, and that ended up getting pulled several days before the interview, so we ended up- So, so Fox, Fox Network pulled the interview with you, and then God bless Mark Levin, he did the interview on Blaze, is that correct?
I'm not saying that, but something like that.
OK, good, fine.
We just want to make sure that our millions of listeners understand.
OK, so open up, if you will.
So we've now recorded this for the world.
This is now Brandon's story.
We need to stand with you, Brandon.
Go to brandonstracker.com.
Let's ask the big question.
What is the so what of the last year for you?
What conclusions?
I can't even begin.
Begin!
I understand what it means that a family member dimed you out to the FBI for committing no crime, but what lessons have you drawn?
Because clearly you're not giving up, are you?
Oh, absolutely not.
I mean, if anything, I think that this experience has only sort of redoubled my passion and my desire to fight back against what I consider to be government overreach, government tyranny, and the power of the federal government to oppress an individual and really use that power, I think, to torment them, intimidate them, bully them.
It's quite insane.
And again, I want to make really clear here.
There's this weird energy that, you know, when I'm doing these interviews, the people interviewing me are like, you did nothing wrong.
You did nothing wrong.
I want to be clear.
I'm not even saying that I did nothing wrong.
You know, there are things that I did that day that I certainly could have done differently and could have done better.
But my message here... But hang on, hang on, hang on.
And I appreciate that candor.
But you didn't break a window.
You didn't trespass in the building.
You didn't commit crimes as a lay person understands them.
I would say that that is true.
I just, I don't want to come across as somebody, because there are people, there are I think even conservatives, I think there are conservatives who love me, who might watch my video and say, you know, maybe you should have gotten out of there at a certain point or maybe you shouldn't have been.
And I totally understand that because my position is not that my behavior was perfect or that I made every right choice on that day.
But my message here, overwhelmingly, is that there are hundreds of people, I would say the vast majority of people, who have been arrested and charged for January 6th.
whose crimes are non-violent, they're misdemeanors, most of them are parading or trespassing or not even being inside the building, but being outside on the restricted grounds, as they're saying.
But everyone is expected to shoulder this equal burden of being a terrorist or being an insurrectionist or an equal participant in trying to overthrow the government or overthrow democracy, when in fact most people, I believe, were just in the wrong place at the wrong time And would have made a different choice in retrospect if they had the opportunity.
Now what I think is really kind of most scary and a little bit terrifying about this is for someone like myself, who's a well-known political figure, I've appeared on conservative cable news hundreds of times over the last couple of years.
But people are very scared to give me an opportunity to even tell my story on a non-violent misdemeanor charge.
This is after a year.
After a year of being investigated by the FBI and the DOJ, they decided that they were comfortable charging me with a non-violent misdemeanor.
But still, I'm struggling to get my story out because people are so afraid of what the left will do to them.
If they allow someone to humanize their experience about what happened on January 6th.
So this is very scary to me because I don't even feel like I really have the support of the power of the conservative media.
Overwhelmingly, I'm very grateful to people like you, grateful to people like Mark and numerous other people who've given me opportunities.
I'm a little bit scared to be speaking out because I feel like, well, what if they watch my interviews and they decide that they want to punish me again and they want to punish me again?
They've already made me disappear for a year and no one said anything.
I feel, you know, so sort of like... Well, look, you need to get your story out.
You need to write your story down.
I'm happy to stay on the line and discuss with you, connect you to my publisher.
But look, and I'm not giving you advice, but I'll just tell you, you know, Solzhenitsyn said it.
Uh, you know, almost 100 years ago, he said, all it takes for the tyranny to fall is for one man to start telling the truth.
That's all it takes.
You know that that is the catalytic moment.
And I understand that people are afraid.
I get it.
But when you stand up there, When somebody stands up there and says no, OK, when that Chinese, the shopping bag man on Tiananmen Square says no, then that can have an effect that ripples down the ages and across a whole civilization.
So, Brandon, don't give up.
Last thing I'd like to ask you is your future plan.
So tell us what this has meant to you going forward.
Talk about your social platform.
So I'd like to give you an opportunity now to look forward.
Thank you.
And that is what I'm going to do.
I have no desire to dwell on January 6th or what's happened in the rearview mirror.
I am looking forward.
And to me, looking forward means that we're going to start rebuilding and relaunching the walkaway organization.
you know, the sort of the The key element to this movement is that it provided a platform for people to come together and to tell their own stories, and that was taken away by Facebook.
But at the end of the day, I say shame on me for building the movement on Facebook in the first place.
We always knew that at some point they would come and pull the rug out from underneath us, and they did.
So what we're doing now is we're building an autonomous social platform that we will own called WalkAway Social, which we're going to launch in the coming months this year.
It'll be connected to walkawaycampaign.com.
Every level of this social platform is built and hosted and served by freedom-loving conservatives who are against cancel culture.
We're not using any leftist platforms or organizations or companies at any level.
This is going to be what we believe to be a completely cancel-proof platform to bring that walkaway community back.
We're also relaunching the walkaway campaign, SuperPAC, to provide an activism platform for people from coast to coast.
Even if you've never done activism in your life, even if you can't, you're not mobile and you can't get outside your house, we're providing tools to people where they can be involved from their own home, from their own computers.
And we're going to get back out there and waking people up, waking up minority communities and getting people to see that the Democrat Party, that the ideology of liberalism, that progressivism, socialism, leftism is toxic and cancerous for our country.
It's time for people to walk away.
I'll close on this.
Your experience?
Everything you've suffered is proof that you were doing the right thing and that walk away is more important than ever.
Whether it's COVID, whether it's the mask mandates, whether it's the racism of CRT in schools, whether it's the Emergency Powers Act being used against the working class truck drivers of Canada, walk away will be More important and more powerful than ever.
