Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: One year since we lost Rush

Text
You told us we're going to be time to panic.
Well, is it time to panic?
Well, let me just tell you folks, it's never going to be time to panic.
Because we're never going to give up.
We're not going to give up on America.
I'm not.
I don't think most of you are either.
America is worth it.
America is worth fighting for.
America is worth not giving up.
It's difficult.
It's difficult.
Given decades of his service, I wonder if anybody's calculated the tens, the hundreds of thousands of hours that Rush Limbaugh gave us.
To say what the essence of Rush Limbaugh was, what his key message, his legacy to America remains.
Welcome, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First, and today is the... I still, when I heard it, when I saw Bo Snurdley, James Golden remind us that today is the anniversary of the loss of Rush Limbaugh, I still can't quite believe it's been a year.
There he is, standing next to the First Lady, Melania Trump, In Congress, that fabulous moment when he received the Medal of Freedom, the highest recognition a civilian in America can obtain.
But I will try to give you that one message, based upon his words that we opened the show with.
It's a very simple message.
If you're an American, Doesn't matter if you were born here, if your parents are American, if you are an American, immigrant or otherwise.
There's one thing that must define you, that makes you an American.
Your determination to never surrender, to never, ever give up.
And this isn't just some cute little throwaway line.
Put it into the context of our history as the nation with the oldest written constitution, the only nation founded on the central pillar of individual liberty, Derived from the fact that we are made in the image of our Creator, God.
No other nation has that.
Almost every other nation of the world is an accident of history, of race, of linguistics, of tribes, or royal dynasties.
Not us.
We are a nation born Out of freedom.
The Revolutionary War wasn't the assertion of some racial, ethnic, linguistic identity in the face of somebody else.
It wasn't a civil war where one part of the nation fractured off the other because we couldn't decide on who should be in control and have all the booty of that nation.
Our nation was born because the leader was illegitimate, had broken his sacred vow to serve his citizens, and had usurped their rights.
And the founding fathers were clear.
You don't have that right.
I don't care if you're King George or anybody else.
You do not have that right.
Because every human being made in the image of God has an unalienable right to life, to liberty, and to happiness as they deem the pursuit of happiness.
That is America.
And look at our history since then.
Yes, there have been tribulations, travails, not just fighting wars with other nations, whether it's the French, whether it's the Spanish, the British again, whether it's Prussia and the Germans or Hitler's Third Reich.
How about the war against ourselves?
The war to end slavery that took more lives than any other war we have ever fought combined.
600,000 Americans killed at the hands of their fellow Americans.
But did it shatter us?
Were we unable to recover?
No.
Through it, thanks to the leadership of Abraham Lincoln, the great emancipator, and then later through the bravery of unelected Americans who fought for the truth like the Reverend Martin Luther King, we arrived at that place, that ever more perfected union, where equality was achieved, where we weren't judged
By our skin color, but by the content of our character, where there would be equality before the law and Lady Justice wore a blindfold.
That's America.
And that's unique, truly unique.
I could list you other countries that are benighted, that are seemingly cursed, that are broken forever.
From Haiti to Afghanistan, from Somalia to Russia.
Nations that have deep, deep psychological fissures in the identity of the people who live there.
Nations where there is no dream that applies to the people of that country.
Think of the phrase, the American Dream.
Why is there no other nation that has a similar analogue?
The Swiss Dream.
The Belgian Dream.
The Armenian Dream.
It doesn't exist!
That's why people risk everything.
Why people build rafts out of oil drums to cross shark-infested waters from communist Cuba to come to Miami.
No other nation is a magnet for those who want to breathe free air.
Only America.
And perhaps, if I may, if I may be so outrageously bold, that is the greatest legacy the late, great Rush Limbaugh left us.
Because I don't care who you are.
I don't care where you live in America.
I don't care who your mom was.
I don't care who your dad was.
It's never time to despair.
There is no excuse.
We never, ever surrender.
Because that is un-American.
We are happy warriors for the truth.
Why?
Because our nation is founded In recognizing that truth, because our founding document has the word Creator with a capital C in it.
We are linked intrinsically, forever, to God, to our Creator, and our nation was founded by Christians.
Not some group of lucky deists as some would have you believe.
No.
Men of God.
Men who prayed.
Men who believed and understood that they were fighting for freedom that is linked to God who gave us that freedom.
No government.
No man.
man, God.
Rest in peace, Rush Limbaugh.
This is America First.
Make sure you are subscribed to the podcast.
We have quite the show for you today.
We have quite the show for you today.
We have quite the show for you today.
Thank you.
My tribute to Rush.
My tribute to Rush.
Got it.
I wonder what the Belgian dream would be.
Chocolate.
Cheap, cheap chocolate.
Cheap chocolate.
Is he calling us?
How is it Thursday already?
I don't know.
February has been... What is going on?
Next week is gonna be nuts.
Yeah, at the end of next week, we're gonna be done with the month.
I feel like we've been through a nuclear explosion by the end of CPAC.
Don't say that too soon.
Someone really wants war to happen, my god.
You gotta control the neocon in you there, John.
I'm not saying I want it to happen.
I'm just interested in the pieces that are falling into place right now.
Oh, Biden says the threat of Russian invasion is very high.
Oh, no way.
When did you figure that one out?
Yeah, I don't...
I don't know that... Hey, just remember the mics are live on the phone.
Let's hear it.
There he is.
How you doing, sir?
Good, good!
What are you working on, buddy?
I'm up in Atlanta.
I'm gonna do... There's a big thing coming up on Saturday night.
Jason Albain is gonna do a big concert for...
Bert Jones, who's running for lieutenant governor.
And so I'm gonna go do a big interview with Jason Albein.
So it should be fun.
Good.
All right.
Let's talk about the political repercussions of the latest Durham stuff.
They have stopped Mike Lindell's truck, 10,000 Pillows, at the Canadian border.
The Canadians, I was talking to Mike Pillow this morning, they keep saying, no, no, no, no, you haven't filled out this piece of paper.
No, no, no, this piece of paper, they're trying to drown Mike Lindell in fascist paperwork, but he's not giving up right now.
You gotta support this guy.

First guest of the day.
We're going to talk about the big, big bombshell from Friday, from the Durham filing.
But first, I have to ask Washington Bureau Chief for Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
I opened the show with a little tribute to Rush Limbaugh.
As the Washington Bureau Chief for the most influential conservative website out there, is there anybody in the last 40 years who did as much for our movement as Rush?
I know Andrew Breitbart's up there, but isn't Rush number one?
I mean, Rush is definitely number one.
I think even Andrew, if he were still with us, would tell us the same thing.
By the way, I've been thinking a lot about Andrew lately, just because We're coming up on 10 years since Andrew passed away on March 1st.
I know.
And frankly, he changed my life entirely.
You know what I mean?
I was about to go work.
I could have worked in any establishment media outlet.
I upended those entire plans once I met Andrew and talked to him about all this stuff.
And I decided we were just going to go build our own and do it better than those other losers throughout the establishment media.
But the fact of the matter is that no, Rush Limbaugh, I mean, changed everything forever.
It was with the with his radio program every day for three hours a day.
And there will never be anybody like him ever again.
Correct.
You can have that time slot.
And we love, we love Dan Bongino.
We love Buck Sexton, but there's only one Rush.
OK, Matt, let's talk about the politics of the midterms, the 2024 presidential election.
She never commented.
She didn't comment on this.
But finally, she's just said it's all nonsense.
Nonsense.
Hillary has said the latest Durham filing in which the cyber firm that had hired Sussman, who was working for Clinton, was hacking the Trump White House.
It's all nonsense.
Give us your take on this.
Is the net closing in on Hillary?
Is she gonna run in 2024?
How significant is the fact that she's commented on this latest bombshell?
Well, first off, if it was not, why does it appear in U.S.
Attorney's Court Filing?
Right.
Can somebody explain that to me?
And that doesn't make, square that circle.
It's impossible.
So, of course it's not nonsense.
Of course it's very serious.
By the way, I also find it very interesting that, you know, we found out about this five years and two days, which is after the incidents, which is after the statute of limitations of a lot of federal crimes of five years.
So I don't know what Durham is doing and what he's up to.
I have hope that he'll do the right things here, but at the end of the day, I think people need to see some real accountability with very senior people and charges and And whatnot brought.
But the idea, look, Hillary Clinton is desperate for political relevancy.
If she sees a pathway back to the White House or back to political stardom, she will take it.
So if Biden is weak enough and Kamala is not there with it and whatever, he's going to take it.
Hillary will jump in and she will run against Biden or she will go for it.
And she's trying to get coronated to come back.
But what is her relationship?
Because you have very good connections on both sides of the aisle.
What is the Democrat party?
What is the DNC?
What is the squad?
What are the Bernie bros going to say to her coming back again, the woman who was trounced by Donald Trump?
Well, the Squad and the Bernie Bros won't like it, but the establishment Democrats don't have anybody else.
Like, I mean, with Joe Biden doddering his way through his presidency, we'll see how he does in the State of the Union in a few weeks when they wheel him in and put him up there to go read off the teleprompter for For an hour.
But the, uh, the, and Kamala Harris is underwater in our home state of California.
By the way, 46 states right now, Dr. Gorka, according to public polling, 46 states right now have a net negative approval rating for Joe Biden.
The only four states that he's positive in are Vermont, Maryland, Massachusetts, uh, and I'm forgetting the fourth one, but he's underwater in California.
He's underwater in Colorado.
He's underwater in.
Nevada.
He's underwater in Washington State.
I mean, everywhere.
He's underwater in Delaware, his home state.
Joe Biden's a total failure as president.
Everybody knows it.
He's not just a failure as president.
He can't actually pronounce the names of rivers on a map.
This is Joe Biden.
Cut to.
Play cut.
Now we're talking about cleaning up the Cayuga River behind the Cayuga Gorge Dam, and in the process, and it passes through Cleveland.
The, uh, the, the, the, I always mispronounce it, the Wa- the Wa- Mawami River.
Right?
Wa-mi.
River.
In Toledo.
I can say Toledo.
He can say Toledo, Matt Boyle.
Again, just a total failure as president.
A failure as a person.
It's sad to see that this is the level to which they resorted.
And look, here's the thing.
When he was on the campaign trail or in the basement during the campaign in 2020, the Democrats and the media were able to create a mirage of what they were promising the American public.
Now that he's actually the president and he's in the bully pulpit, they can't hide it anymore.
The average American can see how bad he is and how off he is.
And look, the average American also, I know plenty of people that voted for Joe Biden that want it, that believe the lies from the media, et cetera, that are never voting Democrat again.
Like, I've talked to so many of them around America, but the one thing you'll hear from all of them is that they're terrified that something's going to happen to Joe and Kamala's going to take over.
They hate her even more.
And so that's why, getting back to your bigger question about Hillary, that's all they got.
They don't got nobody else.
I mean, what are they going to do?
Pull Pete Buttigieg out of the transition?
Oh, you never know.
Matt, I'm almost out of time.
Have you crunched the numbers?
So many Democrats are refusing to run again.
What kind of a wipeout could we see in the midterms?
It's going to be a red tsunami, unlike anything we've ever seen before.
30 House Democrats have already called it quits.
It's going to be a lot more than that.
The 30th just announced the other day.
Right.
So what do you think is going to be the margin?
How many seats is the GOP potentially going to win?
I don't want to put a specific number on it at this stage, just because Republicans did take 15 seats back in the 2020 congressional elections.
You kind of got to add that into it.
In 2010, it was 63.
So if you're looking at that, but here's the thing, you've got to factor into it that Republicans started from a lot worse point in 2010.
And the Republicans are only five seats away from the majority right now.
So I think you could be looking at, you know, realistically, a 30 to 40 seat House majority for the Republicans.
Crazy stuff.
Maybe a little better than that, a little bit worse than that.
Follow this guy at Breitbart.com.
Thank you, Matt.
Next, your calls here on America First.
Next, your calls here on America First.
The End
The End The End The End My spec on.
Hang on one second.
Oh, yeah.
I don't have the, uh, for some reason the Patriot Mobile thing's not here, so I'm gonna hold up, uh, this paper.
Oh.
I gotta print out a new one.
Somebody stole your Patriot Mobile page.
Somebody wanted it.
Must have gotten tossed around.
I love macadamia.
Mm-mm-mm.
I need to check out this place where all the Special Forces guys live.
I've always wanted to see Montana.
Okay, this is not the guy I meant.
So who's the third highest bidder?
Was that another Michael?
Thank you.
you you you Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
It is my distinct privilege and honor to be able to sign Senate Bill 739 into law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
And what is that, Bill?
It is the no masks in school!
Governor Glenn Youngkin signed it into law.
And after that clip, he stood up and gave his pen to a young girl who had been suspended nine times from school for not wearing a mask.
He's keeping his promises, old Glennie!
Gotta ask Mr. G, what do you think of the governor so far?
Eh.
What do you mean?
It's not that impressive!
Listen, the masks in school, it's stupid, it's a terrible idea, but it's not like this is this great victory.
Nobody wants the masks, it's something a lot of people do, and it's easy to get done.
He even had Democrats vote.
Alright, he did, which is true, which is true.
So, okay, let me ask you this.
What would impress you out of Mr. Pretty Governor?
What would he have to do?
What kind of thing would he have to do to look MAGA?
Act maggot maybe for like a year.
We'll see.
No, what I'm worried about, it's all the stories and the things that you see that you don't really know about, the behind the scenes, the typical swamp people, which I, in my impression, is that he's just going to be a swamp guy.
I think he's Mitt Romney.
Ooh, just because he's a pretty boy.
John, you were getting very excited when you played that clip.
What's your response?
I'm very happy with his initial term so far.
He's doing really well.
He's doing all the right things so far.
And that was the whole criticism.
Is EZ going to stick to that?
Can he go all the way?
So far, we're on the rails.
Right, we're going to have to have an arm wrestling contest between Mr. G and John.
We're going to have to duke it out here at America First.
We're going to take your calls momentarily.
But first, if you really are super MAGA, show the world.
Wear it on your chest.
Put it on your head.

Let's stay on the topic of the Commonwealth.
Derek, line one.
Cleveland.
Thank you, Dr. G. Hey.
So, yeah, with what's going on with the state of Virginia, it seems that they are returning to the motto on their state seal, which is Six Semper Tyrannis.
Nah, that's a little bit... You'd have to do a little bit more than that.
I mean, the model on the logo, on the shield, on the crest is actually a dead tyrant with a spear through their heart and a freedom fighter with its foot on their chest.
So, you know, the spirit may be there, but we're not quite there, Derek.
Well, yeah.
That just reminded me of, I did my internship in Virginia, and I always remember, you know, just that the safe symbol, the seal, the picture always stood with me.
Yes.
And seeing that.
But, so in closing, it was in that spirit that was the grand finale of my story, of my experience of being kicked out of the musical with my three young daughters.
Yes!
Oh yes, yes, yes!
We ran out of time, so you were kicked out of that musical with your three little daughters.
Give us the end of that story, Derek.
Yeah, so at the end, when he was telling me to leave, I ripped off my mask, masked off the girls, threw them down on the floor, and exited through a gauntlet of masked hecklers, as you can imagine, and said nothing to them.
I wasn't going to cause some other fight, but it was quite the experience.
Luckily, it was later, so I think it actually went over my girls' heads, so they didn't really... How old were your daughters who were heckled?
7, 5, and 3.
Wow.
And the hecklers, were they just people who were there to watch the show?
Was it members of staff?
Who was it, Derek?
Yeah, exactly.
Other people in the audience.
And, you know, the typical, you would imagine, oh, what a great example you're setting for your kids.
Well, that's disgusting.
You picked that up.
Clean those up and I didn't turn my back, didn't say anything.
They probably had to quarantine the area off and come out with a disinfectant just because of the masks.
They were brand new.
It was just being hassled like that.
I was working all day.
I was tired.
I'm sitting there minding my own business with my girls.
They're sitting still and quiet.
We love live theater.
I've always taken them since they were little.
And they can sit through, you know, any musical ballet or performance, just quiet and taking it in.
It's a cult, Derek.
It's a cult.
Thank you for sharing your story.
So far, so good with Glenn, but we'll see.
Question is, who's he surrounding himself with?
Couple of good appointments, but we don't know the full story.
We will give you updates as soon as we have them.
We're taking more of your calls.

Cut 10.
Yeah.
Well, should Merrick Garland come in Soon, and ask John Durham where in heaven's name he's headed with this.
Particularly with Friday, a hearing coming where Sussman is supposed to ask the judge to toss the case against him.
Would that be a good time then for Merrick Garland to say to Durham, what are you doing and when are you done?
Yes.
I guess he doesn't understand what an independent counsel is.
The Attorney General's not allowed to do that.
He should read it as a former FBI agent.
Cut 11.
Cut 11.
But what would that threshold be in the future for you to say, OK, the pandemic has passed?
You know, there's no magic number, but what you want is to make sure the trajectory keeps going down and down and down.
And I think the important issue, and that relates to one of the questions you asked before.
There's two cut eights.
I presume they're the same.
Oh, OK.
The Rogan cut?
Oh, there's two.
Why are there two?
What is it?
There's 48 seconds and 24 seconds.
Are they different?
Nine is rush.
No, no.
Eight and eight.
There's two eights.
We cut the 24.
That's supposed to be rush.
24 is rush.
Oh, okay.
So give me.
My feeling is that I won't debate the science.
So the science is set.
Temperature is warming, humidity is a cause.
I'm happy to debate policy, because I think policy needs to be debated.
So if someone wants to debate energy policy, why wouldn't you debate the science?
Because the science has already been debated in the scientific system.
I understand that, but to the average person that gets confused and doesn't know whether or not you're correct or Steve Koonin is correct, a debate would be very beneficial.
I disagree with that entirely.
That is why the left, you should give oxygen.
You know, you say that some of these people... Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I mean, we need to post that.
Casio needs to post that.
Casio needs to post that.
Oh, and Fauci as well.
Give me one more.
Give me... Stacey Abrams.
Seven.
He's the biggest hypocrite of them all.
Obesity.
You know, Stacey Abrams has a real issue with obesity.
And obesity is one of the top risk factors for hospitalization and death with COVID-19.
If anyone should be wearing three or four masks, it should be Stacey Abrams.
All right.
That's 100% true.
There's nothing that's not true about that.
Fact check.
Independent fact checkers.
You can't debate that side.
All right.
Do you want to come in with the Heartland Financial audio?
Yeah.
All right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Stand by.
Stand by.
Not that the FBI is even sniffing and looking.
But what if somebody came in and said, you know what?
We are going to subpoena all his account records and this and that and then all of a sudden we make the news.
So it's more of a reputation risk.
Yeah, he's not a criminal, but we're his bank and we're just going to shut him down.
That is the Senior Vice President for Heartland Financial in Minnesota, shutting down nine, nine of Mike Lindell's bank accounts, including his personal bank account and the bank account for the foundation he uses to support recovering drug addicts.
What scum!
Do not, do not, Maintain your bank account with Heartland Financial and in the meantime, let's support Mike Lindell who has shipped 10,000 pillows!

MTG, Marjorie Taylor Greene, was on a podcast talking about masks.
Who should and who should not wear masks?
It's a little clip.
It's a fun one.
Cut seven.
She's the biggest hypocrite of them all.
Obesity.
You know, Stacey Abrams has a real issue with obesity.
And obesity is one of the top risk factors for hospitalization and death with COVID-19.
If anyone should be wearing three or four masks, it should be Stacey Abrams.
Anyone should be wearing three or four masks.
It should be Stacey Abrams.
It's serious.
I mean, if you're overweight, if you're not fit, you are in the danger zone.
Have you seen MTG do pull-ups?
That woman is a beast!
She doesn't need any masks.
Is it true?
Are we having Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz in the studio?
Or on Skype?
Tuesday.
Tuesday, I can't wait.
That's going to be session two of the America First strategy sessions.
We're going to talk to her about that.
OK, this, we have a debate here at America First as to whether we give oxygen to the crazies on the left, whether we play clips from CNN or what's that guy, Bill Maher.
I hate that guy.
And Mr. G is a philosophy.
Sometimes you've got to do it.
Just to show who they are.
Now, I don't know who this individual is.
He's a climate, you know, crazy called Andrew Dessler, and he was on the Joe Rogan podcast.
You know, the man that they wish to cancel on Spotify.
And he was asked by Joe, who just asks questions!
That's all he does.
Hey, can we talk about the science of climate change?
Can we, like, debate it?
Have a pro and con?
And his response is why Mr. G's sometimes right about just give the crazies oxygen.
Cut it.
My feeling is that I won't debate the science.
So the science is set.
You know, temperature's warming, humans are the cause.
I'm happy to debate policy, because I think policy needs to be debated.
So if someone wants to debate energy policy with me- Why wouldn't you debate the science?
Because the science has already been debated in the scientific system.
I understand that, but to the average person that gets confused and doesn't know whether or not you're correct or Steve Koonin is correct, A debate would be very beneficial.
You know, I disagree with that entirely.
How so?
Because in a one-on-one debate, without the ability to fact-check people... Why couldn't you fact-check them in real life?
In real time.
Because, I mean, how do I do that?
He says, this paper says this, and I'm saying, do you want me to read the paper?
Well, I mean, it would be a debate that would take a week.
It's how science works, Andrew Destler.
I mean, for two reasons, Joe's right.
He misses one of them, which is the core one.
The first one is because as a podcaster, yeah, a lot of people aren't scientists.
So they would like to hear the argument from both sides.
But here's the real reason that Joe's right.
Science works like that!
Could you imagine if Dessler said in the 13th century, yeah, the debate is closed on the Earth being flat, or the debate is closed on the fact that the solar system isn't a solar system and Earth is at the centre.
All scientists agree that the Earth is at the centre of our system.
No, no, I can't debate it.
And when Galileo comes along, no, no, it's settled.
That's how science works.
Yeah, good call, Mr. G. Good call.
Let's go to Antoinette.
It's Thursday.
How did it get to be Thursday?
That's insanity!
Line two.
Hi, Dr. G. Good afternoon, guys.
Three things.
Dr. G, your friend Rich Higgins, we have sent him major prayers for his transplant.
Thank you, thank you.
He's got at least a week, maybe two, in the ICU after his transplant yesterday, so God bless you.
I didn't even mention, I posted it on my Twitter and my Facebook page after the show.
I'll repost it again.
There is the site where you can help fund His family, he's got four small children.
My former National Security Council colleague from the White House, Rich Engleden, former Explosives Ordinance Disposal NCO, great guy, caught COVID, caught a bad infection afterwards, waited for a transplant for more than a year.
So thank you, thank you, thank you for the prayers.
You're welcome.
And I'm going to repost the donation site right now.
Sorry, carry on Antoinette.
Thank you Dr. G.
Number two, April the 30th, our pro-life voice of the month.
A voiceless rally, car rally.
We just got a confirmation.
Pastor Larry DeSimone.
He's at the Calvary Church in Silverado Canyon.
He's had the American frontline doctors at his church.
He's amazing.
And he spoke on moral conflicts of the vaccine technology stuff.
So he's going to be our other speaker for our April 30th rally for Voice for the Voiceless Car Rally.
And then lastly, and here's something.
This Sunday, normally we are at Planned Parenthood 700 North Tustin Avenue from 10 to noon.
One of the other women supporters got this flyer the other day.
Freedom rally to end all mandates.
They're going to have a rally across the street from us this Sunday, 10 a.m.
to 2 for the truckers in Canada and here.
So it's going to be an interesting Sunday, 10 to noon for us, and they're going to have this freedom rally to end the mandates for the truckers this Sunday and next Sunday, which we're there every Sunday, 10 to noon.
There are no coincidences.
That is very, very exciting.
Stay on the line, Antoinette, because I want the details, the name and the church for that pastor, because he sounds like he could be an interesting guest, and I want Mr. G to get those details.
God bless you.
Thank you.
Every Thursday we get our updates from Antoinette.
This is America First coming to you live from the Relief Factor dot com studios.
Relief Factor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating tens of thousands of Americans across the country, me included, but also people like Debrin from Massachusetts.
This is Debrin's story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you, Relief Factor.
Wow, my hip pain is gone.
Whether it's your back, your knee, your shoulder, that should be you, that could be you.
There's only one way to find out, but it's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G is guaranteed by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Debra, and thousands of your fellow Americans.
I think it's important to bring up, too, that you brought up Galileo.
He served a life sentence for doing that.
Did he?
Yeah.
For heresy.
I thought they let him out.
That was house arrest.
Oh, okay.
He was put on house arrest for the rest of his life for doing that.
Didn't it also literally drive him insane?
This is how science works.
Asking questions.
You say something contrary to the belief, people don't like it.
Can I hear, Kimmel, cut six.
According to a new Pew Research poll, Americans have much less confidence in scientists than we did before the pandemic began.
Only 78% of adults say they have a fair amount of confidence in scientists.
It's down from 87% in January 2019.
Unbelievable.
It's like falling out of a plane and having less confidence in parachutes afterwards.
Republicans, as you may have guessed, trust medical science the least now.
They're down 22 points to 66%.
And for that, we can thank the man who made America great again, Donald Trump.
I can't believe this story about Ivanka.
It's gonna happen next week.
They leak it always a couple days before.
What story is that?
They're gonna subpoena her for January 6th.
Like the great insurrectionist leader, Ivanka Trump.
Ain't gonna stop.
Not surprised, not surprised.
All right, clean here.
All right, clean clean here.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka. - This is incredible.
Just received from Mr. G. This is from the scumbag... I mean, there are few publications worse than The Guardian, but... Yeah.
This is a leak from the January 6th committee from the chairman, Benny Thompson, that they want to subpoena Ivanka Trump.
To testify against her father.
Jeff, did I miss something?
Was there something like, was Ivanka Trump wearing a Chewbacca costume and running around Congress?
I missed that.
Not that I remember.
And they think that she's going to testify against her dad.
Yeah.
Lunatics.
They're all bloody lunatics.
Okay, today we are going to dedicate the third hour to the former Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, Chief Investigator for Devin Nunes on the Intelligence Committee, Kash Patel, talking about the bombshell Sussman memo from Friday.
You don't want to miss a second of it.
Make sure you are subscribed to the podcast.
Go to Spotify right now.
Punch in my name, Sebastian Gawker, America First.
Subscribe and you'll never miss a moment.
Well, thank you for having me on, Dr. Corker.
It's been a while since I spoke to you.
The last time we spoke directly, Hong Kong was still relatively free.
Obviously not.
That's a long time ago, Richard.
Yes, it is.
And I enjoyed the book very much.
You're very welcome.
What brings you to our show today?
Well, I am going to give you a little bit of a Paul Revere warning.
Right now Trudeau is attempting to seize the assets of anyone who criticizes his regime in the way of the truckers, those people who have contributed through various to fund the organizations and the outing of those people and the forcing of those businesses out of order, the political repression It starts with the financial repression, seizure of assets.
You've come from a country that was communist.
Is that correct?
I believe so.
My parents did, yes.
Okay.
Then you're well aware of what happens when the freedom of capital disappears.
Why would anyone invest in a country when the government, with the stroke of a voice order from its fearless leader, eliminates the ability to have any assets whatsoever?
Your checking account, your financial investments, your automobile, your house, anything in the wherewithal that you have and the ability to break into your home and take any physical assets.
So Richard, you think that's going to happen in America and Americans are going to let it happen?
I'm going to tell you that I think at the present moment, the fear factor that is going in through the investment world is more than just what's going on with Russia and Ukraine.
It's going to be a fear factor to anyone that invests in an investment institution, such as any financial institution, where the government can seize your assets at a moment's notice.
For political purposes, whether or not it happens in the United States, remember this, Mr. Biden spoke to Mr. Trudeau.
Yeah, I've heard these stories, Richard.
I'm not sure I buy them.
The idea that the senile old git told, you know, Justin Castro what to do.
I don't think so.
But thank you.
This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Mike's back on.
I have his Wikipedia page open.
His full name is Aubrey Cottle.
C-O-T-T-L-E.
He goes by the online alias of Kurtaner.
K-I-R-T-A-N-E-R.
Can you play me Cut 4?
- Cut four. - Cut four. - Let's look at why do you think the Clinton team took over the BLM charity, mired in scandal and financial shenanigans.
Do you think it's to create allies in the black movement?
Do you think it's perhaps to... You laughing?
I was going to say, do you think they actually want to find the money?
It's cash.
Okay, it's cash.
That's what I thought.
Cash is king, and their goal, and the reason that they bring their powerful influence to bear, is that they see that there are a lot of corporations, just like the New York Times, a lot of corporations that donated that apparently don't care that there's no delivery.
Wow!
You are willing to put $20, $30, $50, $60 million on the table?
Well, of course the Clintons are interested!
Uh, give me three.
And we all know this is bigger than Canada.
We all know this is bigger than a vaccine mandate.
This is about freedom.
Freedom in Canada, freedom in America, freedom in Australia, New Zealand, France, anywhere and everywhere where this authoritarian grip has felt like it is on all of our lives for the past two years.
These truckers are standing the line for all of us and kudos to them for doing it.
Alright, and then, um... Five.
I think humility is appropriate also in talking about the vaccines.
Yes, we were quite confident that the results of the phase three trials were very clear.
But of course, we found out later that there were rare events in the case of the mRNA vaccines of pericarditis, myocarditis, in the case of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, rare events of a clotting disorder.
And I'm not sure that necessarily we conveyed that as well as we might have.
That cough.
That awkward cough.
How come Ilhan Omar's stepping up?
That's strange.
I genuinely don't know.
I thought she was hacked.
Well, and leftists are going after her now saying, oh, she targeted that journalist by singling out her tweet.
Especially because the journalist she quote tweeted in that wasn't the author of the article that was linked.
So they're like, oh, she falsely went after the wrong person.
I'm like, that's not really the point.
She probably doesn't want her donors leaked.
It's her kid.
Yeah.
Do you want to do a countdown here?
Yeah, uh, yes.
Okay, I'll do that.
Any cuts you want to use for this segment?
Uh, I'm probably going to use Looney Tunes 13.
Oh boy.
I saw somebody described him watching those videos as like, he has all the demeanor of an anime villain that's been dubbed in English.
Alright, 264.
And probably Horace.
Probably Horace.
Cut.
Four waters.
Er, yes, yeah.
Four waters and Horace.
Alright, 30 seconds.
30 seconds.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing by.
This is America First's countdown to the 2022 midterm elections.
264 days to go.
Can't happen soon enough.
We have got to wipe out the Democrats in the midterms.
It's up to us.
It's up to you.
Are you part of the solution?
Have you volunteered?
Are you going to be a poll watcher?
Are you running for a local office?
I don't care if it's the local library council!
Everybody has to be part of taking back America, one school district at a time.
Why?
Because they're bloody insane!
The left are insane!
Here's the latest piece of evidence.
Oh, by the way, this is America First.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
So we have Canadian reporters, radio hosts, The Washington Times, doxing people, Giving out the names and addresses and the work locations of people who've made small donations to the Freedom Truckers.
We have a Canadian radio person, what is a radio personality?
Can't it just be like a broadcast or a show host?
Dean Bundle tweeted out an article giving the donor list for the GiveSendGo, the account that was frozen, the GiveSendGo Freedom Trucker account.
CBC in Canada, the Ottawa citizen shared articles with the information of private donors and also the Washington Post's Aaron Davis wrote a lengthy thread on Twitter singling out the largest donors and a map Showing where donations from America came.
Because more than 50% of the money raised, the 10 million raised, for the Canadian truckers came from...
Us!
Because we love freedom!
That's what happened.
And, allegedly, Mr. G doesn't believe this is the individual.
Somebody goes by the name of Kurt Tanner on the internet, but his real name is Aubrey Cottle.
This individual has claimed the notoriety.
He's very proud for being the person, allegedly, who hacked the website.
Where the donation information was stored.
We've had to cut the announcement out, or at least all the times he uses words we're not allowed to use on live radio.
But if you are watching on Rumble, even if you're just listening on radio, you will understand just how insane the left has become.
Cut 13.
Nothing scares me.
Nothing.
Yes!
I doxxed the truckers!
I did it!
It was me!
I hacked Gibson Go, baby!
And I'd do it again!
I'd do it a hundred times!
I did it!
I did it!
Come at me!
What are you gonna do?
What are you gonna do to me, huh?
I hack epic hosting!
I HACKED PARLOR!
I HACKED GAB!
I HACKED TRUTH SOCIAL!
I HACKED GO GIFTS AND GO!
I don't care.
You can literally put my name into the news tab on Google.
And you can find everything I've done.
I I am literally in every mainstream media publication for the things that I do!
I'm not an unknown actor!
See, they always default to the pedophile accusations.
They always default to that because they have nothing else.
It's actually some projection.
That guy, I want to see his browser history.
That guy loves little girls.
I've hunted pedophiles!
I've outed pedophile rings online!
I have gotten pedophiles arrested, buddy!
You have no idea who the hell I am!
You're a loony.
And you didn't get to watch that, John, because you're sitting in your booth facing the other way.
So let's start with you.
Just from an auditory sense, give us your response to that delightful, charming individual.
Sounds like a really bad Jim Carrey impression.
Yes, indeed!
A bad Jim Carrey impression.
Eric, you're probably about the same age as that guy.
Give us your reaction.
I gotta quote an amazing comment I saw on YouTube reacting to that video.
He has all the mannerisms of an anime villain who's been dubbed over in English.
Just as over-the-top as can be.
I think he's a psycho.
I'm not sure if it was an act or if he's actually a psycho.
I thought he was doing something untoward under the table as I was watching it, because he had these weird body movements as he was recording himself.
But Mr. G, you don't buy it, do you?
No, to me, it looks like he's trying to become like the trans Alex Jones or something.
It reminds me exactly of him, how he would go off on these rants that would go viral.
If he really hacked all this stuff, why would you really say that?
Now, he is a hacker.
Eric brought up the Wikipedia page.
In the past, he has done this stuff.
But why would you?
Those are really crimes, major crimes, if he really did that.
And he said he hacked everybody.
Get a gap.
TruthSocial doesn't exist.
I know.
It's not out there yet.
No, not that I know of.
Okay.
We're gonna keep our beady eye on that man.
Aubrey Cottle!
It's not very manly.
Aubrey and the pink hair.
Yeah, it looks a little pedo to me.
Let's go to something far more normal, far more rational.
We love seeing our guests get a little bit more limelight.
And Horace Cooper, love Horace Cooper.
We need to get Horace back in studio.
He's enjoying the good life in Texas, the free life, not like we are here in the swamp.
Well, guess what?
He popped up on the radar screen of our other buddy, Jesse Waters, and he invited him onto his show because of a fascinating story that, uh, Black Lives Matter is now, um... Is improv the right word?
Well, no, somebody called Mark Elias!
The individual most responsible for stealing the election last year.
General counsel for the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016.
Well guess what?
Looks like his firm is now helping to run Black Lives Matter.
And helping them look after all those tens and hundreds of millions that they're raising.
And here is the answer as to why they're doing it.
Horace Cooper with Jesse Waters.
Cut 4.
Let's look at why do you think the Clinton team took over the BLM charity, Mired in Scandal and Financial Shenanigans.
Do you think it's to create allies in the black movement?
Do you think it's perhaps to... You're laughing?
I was going to say, do you think they actually want to find the money?
It's cash.
It's cash.
That's what I thought.
Cash is king, and their goal and the reason that they bring their powerful influence to bear is that they see that there are a lot of corporations, just like the New York Times, a lot of corporations that donated that apparently don't care that there's no delivery.
Wow!
You are willing to put $20, $30, $50, $60 million on the table?
Well, of course the Clintons are interested!
We need to have more people just belly laughing on television.
What do you mean?
Of course, it's Cash!
Nicely done, Horace Cooper.
He's the co-chair of Project 21, and we're glad that Fox has finally realised that he... Well, he's been on our show for years.
Good for you, Jesse Waters.
Let's take your calls.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Brad, line one.
Gawker, that's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Brad, line one.
Welcome aboard.
Brad, are you there?
Oh my God, I cannot believe I'm talking to you.
Well, when you call this number up and I say, Brad, that's usually how it works.
Oh my God.
Thank you so much, Sebastian.
Now is when you ask a question or make a comment.
Yes.
I want to know why they are pushing the vaccine so much.
I mean, you know, it was okay for older people and now it's down to babies.
It's like, Is there an alternative motive why they're pushing this on everybody like this?
I don't get it.
Look, I've asked this question from people who are medical professionals.
If you haven't heard it, you have to watch our hour-long interview with the inventor of the mRNA vaccine, Robert Malone.
That was maybe two weeks ago.
We had Dr. Ben Carson, Former Secretary for Health and Human Services, the esteemed, world-famous neurosurgeon.
I asked him the same question, and here's the best answer.
So number one, there's this whole fear thing, you know, that they just, they themselves, the decision makers, are fearful.
And number two, very early on, the CDC, the FDA, They invoked an emergency power when it came to the vaccines and they said we are going to use untested emergency vaccines against COVID.
In American law, Brad, you can only do that, the law is very specific, you can only use experimental medicines when other forms of treatment don't exist.
And that's why hydroxychloroquine that President Trump used, that I used, that's why ivermectin have been targeted by the mainstream media and by the liars.
Basically, the answer to your question, they painted themselves into a corner.
When they took a decision that meant other forms of treatment couldn't be used, the only hammer they had was the vaccines.
Great question.
This is America First.
America First.
Thanks a lot Alexis.
My talk.
People call it a party.
It's Canada Day every day, and there's lots of people that are expected to move in, but there's also checkpoints, which is new in the past 24 hours, that are going to stop those people from joining the convoy, according to the police.
This story will continue to follow here on the ground.
Back to you.
Thanks a lot, Alexis.
Let's get right to former Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tom Dupreech.
Tom, major steps by the government and police to break these protesters.
What do you make of it?
I mean, when you hear they're going to use tactics that Canadians aren't used to seeing, that sounds pretty scary.
I agree, Charles.
I get worried and it seems ominous.
This is the first time in Canadian history that a Prime Minister has invoked the Emergencies Act.
It gives them the power to make arrests, to seize bank accounts, even to cancel insurance.
I think that Trudeau is marshalling his forces.
My sense is that he figures he may need to actually clear the square by force if necessary, but he's clearly getting his legal ducks in order, in order to take whatever action he deems necessary.
He's out of options.
Trudeau?
Yeah, he's got nothing else to do.
No, I'm convinced he is gonna crack Donald 100%.
I don't know, 100%.
He wants to.
That thing he did with that gay Jewish woman was unbelievable.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's all, they're all playbook.
That's all they know how to do.
That's the thing, he's trying to copy what they do, what the left does here in America, but it doesn't fly in Canada.
It doesn't, I don't think it means anything.
It's been said so much here.
What?
The racist, uh, Nazi, I mean... Well, again, Canada doesn't have as much of a history with that stuff, so that calling everybody racist or Nazi doesn't fly over there.
That's why everybody is calling him out for what he said to her.
I think Jeff was right.
He's been in therapy constantly.
He has no sense of direction.
He's just doing whatever.
He's throwing darts.
Dial up crawling now, actually, because we got Skype.
Yes.
You have our Skype, right?
Yes, I have it.
I'm dialing it up now.
Skype channel one.
Mic ringing.
Hello, Miss Crowley.
Can you hear us?
Hello?
Yeah, I got you.
We hear you.
Just so you know, the mics are live on our video stream at this time.
We have your picture.
Go ahead.
And there we go.
All right.
Looks good.
Looking good.
Yeah, the framing is great.
You don't have a pair of, you know, old fashioned headphones with a microphone in them?
Not with me.
No, Seb, sorry.
You've been getting spicy on Twitter, Crowley.
I know a lot of people have picked that up, that I'm getting a little sassier.
I like that, sassy.
That's a great, great word.
I've always been sassy, Seth.
I'm so jealous of you.
Being restrained on Twitter and now, you know, we're in the middle of a war, so there's no time to waste.
I like it.
Can't believe you got a photograph with Rush!
I never got one, I met him at the White House and I didn't do the, can I have a selfie thing.
Ah, he was extraordinary.
Let's talk about him.
Great.
Alright, 35 seconds.
Alright, Israel here.
Yep.
Got both of her books.
Oh, did I mention the podcast?
I didn't.
Uh, you mentioned the Robert Malone thing, which... No, no, no, no.
No, no, no.
15 seconds, goodbye.
America First
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Let's roll guys.
Come on.
Blow away those COVID blues.

You know, it's tough when you respect somebody, you like somebody, you consider them your friend, and then they just make you so jealous.
That's the case with our next guest, former spokesperson for the Treasury, former assistant secretary of the Treasury, Monica Crowley, who has posted on her Twitter feed a selfie with Rush Limbaugh.
And I don't have one.
I met Rush in the White House and I didn't do that.
I didn't memorialize my meeting.
Monica Crowley, how dare you?
Listen, Seb, it's great to be with you, but yes, I understand your jealousy.
So I've known Rush very long time, and that photo that I posted both on Twitter, at Monica Crowley, and also on my Instagram, at Monica Crowley underscore, you can see it there also, that was taken actually at a big charity event in New York City.
It was a charity that was very near and dear to Rush's heart.
And it was for the families of fallen military and fallen police officers.
So I was there kind of as a pseudo date, but we were really friends.
And it was just an extraordinary evening.
And we got that great picture and a couple of others.
So I wanted to post it today in remembrance of him on the one year anniversary of his passing.
Wow.
She was a plus one for Rush Limbaugh.
Such a smoothie.
She should be a spokesperson for somebody.
She just dropped in her my Twitter feed and my Instagram feed.
Just kind of just subtly in there.
Such a pro, such a smoothie.
Monica, let's get serious.
This is the first.
I can't.
I said this at the open of the show an hour ago, I cannot believe it's been a year since we lost Rush.
What does Rush Limbaugh mean to you?
We opened the show with his, I love this cut, it's an evergreen for me, it's, you know, we never give up, we never give in, that's not the American way.
Talk to us, I mean, as somebody who worked for President Nixon, who's worked at the top of a conservative administration, Well, the importance of this man, it's hard to exaggerate, is it?
You know, he really revolutionized media in many ways, Seb.
And now, you know, everybody's got a podcast.
You have this amazing show.
Everybody is out there with an opinion on social media and podcasting and so on.
So people tend to forget that that universe did not exist really for conservatives before Rush Limbaugh.
And he started in sort of local talk radio and he worked his way up to Sacramento, which was a pretty big market.
And some big names started to hear him on the air in Sacramento.
They decided to take him national.
And what was so revolutionary about what he did was he actually gave voice to all of us, to the deplorables, to the conservatives, to those who were always America first before Donald Trump and Ronald Reagan before him, before they came along and really put a label to it.
Rush was out there giving voice to it, really revolutionized the whole media scene, because once he became a success, then the mainstream media had to pay attention to him and what he was saying.
They tried their best to ignore him, but his audience got so huge and he was making so much money for radio stations and advertisers and so on that he couldn't be ignored.
And then, by extension, his viewpoints couldn't be ignored.
She's the author of Nixon Off the Record, his candid commentary on people and politics, and most recently, what the bleep just happened?
The Happy Warrior's Guide to the Great American Comeback.
You can follow her, Monica Crowley, on Twitter, monicacrowley__ on Instagram.
OK, let's talk about the state of the nation.
Soon the sleepy, senile old guy is going to give his address to Congress, allegedly.
We have America still divided amongst those who want to live, breathe, do their business and those who still want to live in fear.
And this is the latest, the latest from that trumped up little fascist Fauci on.
Well, I guess there'll never be an end to the insanity.
Cut 11.
But what would that threshold be in the future for you to say, OK, the pandemic has passed?
You know, there's no magic number, but what you want is to make sure the trajectory keeps going down and down and down.
And I think the important issue, and that relates to one of the questions you asked before about the CDC considering giving more precise metrics for decision-making, that concentrating more on what the rate of severe disease and hospitalization is We'll determine that.
We don't know what that number is yet, but that will be much more of a determinant than the rate of infection.
How does the diminutive little individual who says he is the science, he actually said you can't question me because you're questioning the science, how does he not know when a virus or a pandemic ends, Monica Crowley?
Yes, because he doesn't want it to end, Seb Gorka.
He's got all kinds of conflicts of interest all over the place.
And he is certainly in bed with the pharmaceutical companies.
Hang on, hang on.
But Monica, Monica, Monica, how dare you say that?
His wife is the head of ethics for the agency where he works.
So, I mean, clearly there can't be any conflict of interest.
I mean, his wife would have just given him a pass.
Guys, it's not a joke.
It's actually true.
I'm sure she's on that, Seb.
I'm really sure that they're all on top of all kinds of conflicts.
Look, they want the endless pandemic, and they want it for a whole variety of reasons, right?
Number one is the revenue streams that have been massive, multi-billions of dollars coming into FISA and Moderna and God knows who else, Johnson & Johnson.
But they also want it because of the power and control that they've been able to seize as a result of this pandemic over people like you and me and the rest of America and frankly the rest of the world.
So they're not going to give up that power very easily at all and that's why Fauci, the little garden gnome, continues to put out these psychotic statements.
Nobody is really listening to him anymore except for the COVID cultists and that's not a small number by the way.
So it gives him enough of a platform to continue to go out and say we're going to continue to press masking for children.
We're going to continue to press vaccinations for all the way down to toddlers and babies.
We're going to try to get that approved and you're going to have to get a shot every year like you get a flu booster.
Well, you know, I think we're now at the point, Seb, of diminishing returns.
And I think more and more people are saying, wait a minute, this virus has now devolved to basically a common cold.
And for those who are most vulnerable, let's isolate them, take care of them.
But the rest of us are going to go live our lives.
All right.
We're out of time.
30 seconds left.
Got to ask you, because you're such a sharp observer of politics, is Hillary going to run?
Please, please.
- Well, that was the Durham report, I'm not so sure.
Look, I think she is still very much protected.
I still think she wants to run, as I still think Donald Trump wants to run. - Oh, he's running.
He's running.
You know he's running and it would be delicious to have a rematch so he can trounce her again.

The End Mike's on and she's still on the line.
Thank you, my dear.
Hey, that was my pleasure, Seb.
Anytime.
That was fantastic.
Super fun.
Hey, are you still going on Bachelor's show?
No, I haven't recently.
But he texted me a while ago and said I've got other, because he moved over to a different syndicator.
Right.
So he said he'll be calling me again soon.
How about you?
No, he said I'm not allowed anymore.
Why?
Because CBS says you can't have somebody who has a radio show as your guest.
So John kind of broke my heart.
But you know, good for him.
Good for him.
I'm sorry to hear that.
But you've got this hugely successful platform.
He's the master.
He's, you know, we love John.
Exactly.
Actually, that's how I started in radio with John Batchelor as a guest.
Me too.
I think me too.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, I hope he's doing well.
If he texts you or talks to you, give it my best.
I will, of course.
All right.
Bye-bye.
Thank you so much, Seb.
Bye.
Bye.
All right.
And then we have Mr. Lott on phone in D. Oh, yeah.
I forgot.
Okay.
Two and a half minutes.
All right.
I'm probably going to use... Yeah.
Collins.
That's cut five.
Am I coming in with anything?
You can if you want.
My pillow.
Yeah, we've got my pillow here if you want.
I might do that, but let's come in with Kimmel.
What's the reason they gave for not allowing the pillows across the border?
Oh, I called them up.
They said they hadn't filled out the right paperwork, and they keep giving them different pieces of paperwork to fill out.
Because, you know, pillows are dangerous, right?
The International Contraband of Pillows.
Can't have pillows in Canada.
I could not name a thing that's more dangerous than a pillow.
Not a single thing.
They could be going to snuff out Justin with 10,000 pillows.
I was just gonna make that joke.
Pillow fighting.
Pillow fight.
Alright, so come in with six.
Six.
Kimmel.
Yep.
Got a ton of mine for Crowley?
Will Hillary run?
Um...
Alright.
- Night will Hillary run.
Question mark.
Ugh. - I think it might be a night for a cigar. - Hm.
Oh, do we have to do any follow-up on that cigar thing, Geoff?
Do they want anything from us?
Or are they looking into it?
I think they were looking into it.
Okay.
Let me just send them a follow-up email next week if we don't hear anything.
Yeah, yeah, I'm really excited about that.
Let's do that.
Alright.
Alright, so we're coming in with Kimmel?
Cut six after the liner.
Alrighty.
Let's get a disclaimer.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
But Republicans, as you may have guessed, trust medical science the least now.
They're down 22 points to 66%.
And for that, we can thank the man who made America great again, Donald Trump.
Why is Jimmy Kimmel talking about science?
I mean, really, it's supposed to be a comedy night show.
Here's a reason.
Maybe if scientists hadn't told us for two years that, here's a banana, use it like a parachute and it'll save your life, maybe we'd trust them a little bit more.
Because what just happened on a video call with Francis Collins, yes, the man at the top of the food chain in US government when it comes to viruses, what did he just Kind of admit when it comes to the mRNA vaccines.
Cut 5 Francis Collins.
I think humility is appropriate also in talking about the vaccines.
Yes, we were quite confident that the results of the Phase 3 trials were very clear.
But of course, we found out later that there were rare events in the case of the mRNA vaccines of pericarditis, myocarditis, in the case of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, rare events of a clotting disorder.
And I'm not sure that necessarily we conveyed that as well as we might have.
We didn't convey the, you know, when I was head of the NIH, we didn't convey the danger of the vaccines as well as we should have.
Cough.
Cough.
Oh really?
It's just people dying, Francis Collins.
By the way, very interesting stuff going on with regards to him and his Losing support amongst the evangelicals because he's pro the vaccines that used aborted fetal tissue.
We might have to discuss that on the show maybe tomorrow.

Let's go to Gina, Oklahoma City.
Hi, Dr. Bresch and Gorka.
I talked to you last week.
Thank you so much for the prayers.
They're working in our house and everything else, so I really appreciate it.
We still haven't heard anything yet, but go figure.
But anyway, I do have family and friends who work for the government, and I just like to let everybody know another reason why they're pushing this vaccine on everybody is because they get $19 a pop.
The vaccine, that's how much it costs.
Who are you talking about?
The vaccine manufacturers?
Who's getting the $19?
So, every time they take the vaccine, it's $19.
Again, who gets the $19?
The government, so it costs $19.
The government is paying for the vaccines because they're free.
The money goes to the pharmacy, right?
So they're paying the pharmaceuticals $19 per vaccine.
So that ends up going to the pharmacy.
It's huge business.
You look at the amount of money that these companies have made in the last two years.
They're literally printing money because these vaccines are being bought by governments that are mandating them.
So yes, absolutely, there is a financial interest.
I just want everybody to know, every time they take that vaccine, $19.
It's not free.
$19.
Well, somebody's paying for it, and it's us, Gina.
It is the taxpayer.
You're absolutely right.
And then another thing, too, to let everybody know, too, even if you're getting forced, even through the private schools, and they're asking, my daughter's old private school is asking, has your child got the vaccine, got the child vaccine?
Come to find out, talking to parents who goes to school there, The principal took federal funding.
So every school that took federal funding, they're pushing vaccines on those children.
Yeah, that's why we love schools like Hillsdale College that refuses to take a red cent in federal funds.
Because why?
That means they don't have to obey.
They don't have to give in to the mandates of federal government, even under non-pandemic conditions.
So yes, Homeschooling all good schools that don't accept federal funding and actually believe in America and teach the pillars of Western civilization.
Thank you, Gina.

Thank you all.
Hey, Seb.
Hey, how's it going?
Doing great.
Continuing the battle just like you.
So I have to tell you what's happening in Canada.
It's just unbelievable the way they're freezing everybody's bank accounts even if they gave money early on.
Right.
Before even the government spoke out.
How do you want me to introduce you?
President of Crime Prevention Research Center.
Crime Prevention Research Center.
What's the website?
Oh, thanks.
It's crimeresearch.org.
Crimeresearch.org.
You've got that, Eric?
Crimeresearch.org.
Yeah, yeah, good.
And I've got the articles you sent me.
Biden's rhetoric, Biden's gun first approach, and then the LA Times piece.
Let's start on the rhetoric one, okay?
Yeah, of course.
I also had a piece in Newsweek that just came out that talked about Biden Talking about banning all semi-automatic guns.
I don't understand why good guys write in Newsweek.
The only decent person there is the op-ed page editor.
The rest of them are scumbags.
But you try to reach people... You're serving a publication and a brand that hates you, John.
You really shouldn't.
It's like, what's the point?
If the Washington Post wanted me to write for them, I'd say, go to hell, screw yourself.
You hate me.
You hate everything I stand for.
So I'm on a mission.
No, do not support rags.
They should be just driven into the ground.
Don't help them make money, John.
Don't make them.
There are enough decent publications out there.
Stand by.
Stand by. Merchant.
America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Now more than ever it's time to stand up for who you are, tell the world who you are, and be a catalyst for others around you that need to see that they are not alone.
How do you do that?
Yeah, bumper stickers are cool.
How about t-shirts, hats, and flags made in America that tell the world that you believe in America First, that tell the world you're a MAGA man, you're a MAGA gal, and also Let's go, Brandon.
Have some fun with it as well.
The hats, the t-shirts, the flags, all available at SebGorkerStore.com.
The tumblers that say, stay frosty!
And perhaps the most serious and important of all, the flag that Phil in Philadelphia, our great caller, suggested that Randy made possible.
Americans abandoned in Afghanistan, you are not forgotten.
With 13 stars for the brave war fighters murdered because of Joe Biden.
Everybody's talking about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the prices here, inflation, the border, but we've got to keep our eye on the one civil right that makes all the others possible.
It's not Friday, but we're still going to talk about the Second Amendment with the president of the Crime Prevention Research Center, the man who literally wrote the book on the Second Amendment, John Lott.
Welcome back to America First.
Great talking to you again, Seb.
All right, so you've sent me a slew of articles.
We could spend the next hour on them.
Just tell us about how much, you know, we know the Democrats hate the Second Amendment, but how serious is the threat posed by Joe Biden and his administration?
I think it's extremely serious.
I mean, he's put together a national gun registry, despite what federal law says about that.
Yeah, talk about that, John.
Expand on that.
Sure.
Well, what they've done is they've collected almost 1 billion transaction records for gun purchases or transfers.
Any federally licensed dealer that sold a gun, there's a reasonable chance that they've gotten the records from that person.
And then there are 20 states that have so-called universal background checks, where law-abiding citizens, when they transfer a gun, go through a licensed dealer.
The Biden administration has been getting a collection of those, and they've digitized almost 900 million of those transactions.
But aren't these transactions supposed to be kept, the records kept at the dealer for a certain amount of time and not stored centrally by the federal government?
That's exactly right.
In fact, federal law says that when the federal government goes and does a background check on someone, it must destroy that information within 24 hours after the background check has been completed precisely to prevent the federal government from creating a national registry. it must destroy that information within 24 hours after the industry.
What's been happening is the Biden administration says, well, we're not doing that.
What we're doing is just requiring that the dealers go and provide us with the information that they've collected.
So it's not our original background check, the information that we're Well, hang on, let me stop here because there's a fascinating parallel to what Biden's Department of Defense is doing.
know it surely violates the spirit if nothing else and you know there's a reason why people well hang on let me stop here because there's a fascinating parallel to what biden's uh department of defense is doing it is illegal for them to surveil innocent americans and what they're doing on social media but they've hired private companies to look and surveil the social media postings of active members of the military.
So, you know, the Constitution says one thing, the regulations say one thing, but they say, well, we're not the U.S. government.
We're hiring private individuals to do that.
Is that analogous to what you're describing?
I think it is related.
The thing is, you know, you know that if the federal government goes and puts pressure on a social media company to censor certain people, That doesn't protect the federal government to be able to go and do that.
I mean, a private company can go and do censoring completely on its own, but not at the behest of any type of pressure or suggestions from the federal government.
I think the types of things that you're talking about and the types of things that I've been talking about Could also hopefully run afoul of the same types of regulations.
He wrote the book, More Guns, Less Crime.
Our guest is John R. Lott Jr.
So what can be done now?
The illegal databases of firearms, transactions, purchases in America.
What is the next step, John?
Well, I think part of it is people should realize that this is one of the reasons why Biden has been pushing for universal background checks so that they can have a more complete gun registry on everybody.
You know, basically, they get a back a database on all law abiding individuals that are there.
You know, they claim That this is useful in terms of reducing crime.
But we have plenty of places in the United States, Hawaii, Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, which have had gun registries.
And they can't point to any crimes that have been solved as a result of this.
And it's been very costly and hasn't produced any real benefits.
What can be done, I guess, is that when Republicans end up getting control of Congress, They can go and, as part of the budget and other things, stop the collection of this stuff and maybe even pass rules that would require that they go and obey by the original standard of the law that's there.
I mean, Obama did something similar.
The 24-hour rule, Obama just ignored.
He was keeping records for about two years past their due date for when he was supposed to get rid of it, and it was only when the Republicans took control of the Senate, that they were able to stop that.
And then when Trump got in there, they were able to go and kind of remove those records.
But Obama was breaking the law for years there.
He is a national treasurer.
He is the authority on the Second Amendment, what the left wishes to do to disarm you.
Because remember, once you are disarmed, you're not a citizen, you're a subject.
It's what they did in Venezuela in 2012.
It's what they did in Australia with the buyback of more than 600,000 guns in private hands.
And what does Australia have now?
COVID camps.
Yes, COVID camps.
They wouldn't have that if they had a Second Amendment like we do.
It's crimeresearch.org and the most important book from our guest is More Guns, Less Crime, Understanding Crime and Gun Control Laws, John R. Lott Jr.
Thank you.

She's trying to play that she's like in the middle.
Like anyone's It's funny, the more trouble Trump gets into, the wilder the charges and conspiracy theories about me seem to get.
So now, his accountants have fired him, and investigations draw closer to him, and right on cue, the noise machine gets turned up, doesn't it?
Fox leads the charge with accusations against me, counting on their audience to fall for it again.
And as an aside, they're getting awfully close to actual malice in their attacks.
Alright, coming in with that.
Alright, coming in with that cut.
Coming in with Hillary after the liner.
15 seconds.
Stand by.
Thank you.
On the side of the U.S. Constitution, America first.
It's funny, the more trouble Trump gets into, the wilder the charges and conspiracy theories about me seem to get.
Thank you.
So now his accountants have fired him, and investigations draw closer to him, and right on cue, the noise machine gets turned up, doesn't it?
Fox leads the charge with accusations against me, counting on their audience to fall for it again.
And as an aside, they're getting awfully close to actual malice in their attacks.
Who are they, really?
Oh, so you're going to try and sue Fox next, are you, Hillary?
That was just an hour ago in New York, the DNC.
What does that lead you to conclude, Geoff?
You said something that you think she is?
Oh, she is...
95% running.
Wow, 95% running.
I hope she does.
I hope she declares pretty soon and then the Durham stuff just keeps on coming because it's just gonna be delicious.
You'd think a former FBI senior agent would know The status of a special counsel, an independent special counsel.
This is MSNBC and Frank Figliosi who, how he ever got an FBI badge, but he seems to be on Hillary's side.
Got ten.
Well, should Merrick Garland come in soon and ask John Durham where in heaven's name he's headed with this?
Particularly with Friday, a hearing coming where Sussman is supposed to ask the judge to toss the case against him.
Would that be a good time then for Merrick Garland to say to Durham, what are you doing and when are you done?
Yes.
Hey, Figliucci, you putz.
How do you work at the DOJ?
I mean, the FBI is part of the DOJ.
And you think the Attorney General can order an independent counsel?
Then you don't even know the word independent and what it means.
The whole point of the independent counsel statute, which in and of itself is an abomination but it exists, is that you create an independent prosecutor who doesn't answer to the Attorney General because guess what?
It could be the Attorney General or the man the Attorney General works for who's being investigated.
Which is what they did with Donald Trump for 20 months under Mueller's investigation and found nothing.
Hundreds of warrants, hundreds of interviews, 50 agents.
Can you imagine that stunning, stunning thing our callers said?
Not only did they spy on Trump Tower, on President Trump's apartment, on the White House and the Mueller probe, And they still found nothing?
Could you survive that level of scrutiny?
Maybe the cleanest president ever?
Let's find out what it all really means.
If we can trust Durham, that's going to be my big question next for former chief investigator of the House Intelligence Committee, Freedom Fighter, Kash Patel.
The House Intelligence
Committee The House Intelligence
Committee So we came up with the three C questions we were going to ask every single witness.
Do you have any evidence or information that the Trump campaign colluded, conspired, or coordinated with any member of the Russian government, with any member of the Trump campaign, or Trump presidency?
And all 65 witnesses under oath said no to every question.
We had to ask that because they were saying it in the media that that happened.
So these principals were the ones who would have to know that.
And if they answered yes, we'd have to report that to the public.
And they couldn't just answer a simple question of, where's the dirt?
Where's the dirt?
Well, we've got the dirt now, but it's not on the Trump campaign, it's not on President Trump, but it is the biggest political scandal of the modern age.
And that man, one of the stars of the book and the movie, The Plot Against the President, former Chief Investigator for the Intelligence Committee of Congress, and also former Chief of Staff in the Pentagon, is with us right now, one-on-one.
Kash Patel, welcome back to America First.
Seb, thanks so much for having me.
I'm not sure there's enough time on planet Earth to discuss this large-scale criminal conspiracy, but we'll give it a go.
Yeah, it's the second you touch upon any of this, whether it's the false Russia collusion narrative, or whether it's Operation Crossfire Hurricane, the first ever tri-agency targeting of a political campaign, or whether it's the unmaskings, you pull one thread, Cash, and you've gone down the rabbit hole!
Alright, so I'm going to dispense with who you are.
If you've been listening to America First, you know who this guy is.
I'm just going to say one thing.
He's the scourge of the swamp.
The corrupt Swamp detests him.
Those are his credentials.
He doesn't need anything more.
Check out his website, fightwithcash.com and let's get down to business.
Okay, so as a former, what was your title?
Give us your title at DOJ.
What were you before you went into Congress and worked for Devin Nunes?
Yeah, so I was a terrorism prosecutor in the National Security Division at Department of Justice.
And then I was the Department of Justice liaison to join Special Operations Command working on global targeting operations.
So just that one thing is so cool.
He's the guy at DOJ working with the trigger pullers at SOCOM to take down the HVTs, the high value targets.
That's who this man is.
OK, so credentials got him.
Let's talk about just the recent massive drop on a Super Bowl Friday from the Durham investigations.
Let's remind everybody, former US Attorney for Connecticut, John Durham, was made by the Trump administration, by then AG Barr, special counsel, special prosecutor in layman's terms, to find out where the Russia collusion hoax began.
So who generated this at the beginning?
And he's been working To put it charitably, rather diligently.
Others will say at a glacial pace.
But he dropped not an indictment.
This isn't some big scary indictment.
There was a court document which was termed a memorandum to the original indictment about conflict of interests.
Kind of like, oh, boring.
Your lawyer has a conflict of interest.
Not so fast.
You get to page three of this memo to the court.
It has to do with the former DOJ attorney, Michael Sussman, who was working for Perkins Coie, the lawyers hired by Hillary Clinton's campaign, along with another client, a What do they call it?
A tech executive number one.
Okay, we know who it is.
To basically gin up a smear campaign against the president.
On page two of this memo, I'm just going to read it so people have the primary source material.
The government's evidence at trial will establish that among the internet data tech executive and his associates exploited a domain name system internet traffic pertaining to one, a particular health care provider That's fascinating.
We don't know why that is, why they were targeting information about a certain healthcare company.
Number two, these private actors were targeting Trump Tower, which is not only the headquarters of the president's company, but also the headquarters of his campaign.
Number three, Donald Trump's Central Park West apartment building, so where he sleeps, And then, and this is the bombshell, bombshell number one of two, the fourth target of these private actors was the executive office of the President of the United States.
For those who don't live in the swamp, the EOP is actually the government jargon for the White House.
It's where the National Security Council is.
It's where if you work for the President, you have offices.
So that's bombshell number one.
That these individuals were spying on President Trump, his home, and on the White House.
And then in the next sentence, this is one that everybody misses, Cash.
And this is where I need your help for our millions of listeners to unpack the significance of this nuclear bombshell.
Tech executive number one's employer, Cash Patel, can you explain to laymen and women what sensitive arrangements mean in U.S.
EOP, the White House, as part of a "sensitive arrangement" whereby it provided services to the White House.
Cash Patel, can you explain to laymen and women what sensitive arrangements mean in the US government?
It's no shock that you keyed in on that, Seb, and I think that's actually the bigger bombshell than just the political campaign spying on the White House, as shocking as that is.
And the sensitive arrangement quote is the one that everybody needs to focus on.
Look, as you know from your time in the IC and my time in the intelligence community, the White House is the most secure compound on planet Earth.
You either have to find a sophisticated hacker to try and attempt to even do that, and there's really no hacker in the world that can, or the only other way in is through the intelligence community and the NSA.
So you get a backdoor as a quote-unquote contractor providing services, and then you get the keys to the kingdom.
And the shocking part about that, Seb, is that while President Trump was in office at the White House, his own national security agency and or intelligence community went out and contracted with a political operative, the tech executive that you're his own national security agency and or intelligence community went out and contracted with a political operative, the tech executive that you're talking about, who was hired by
So the fact that they actually went out and gave a contract and paid this individual money to have access into the White House servers is not only shocking, but criminal.
But the bigger question set is who are the people that gave this contract in the first place?
Was it the director of the NSA back then?
Was it the intelligence community?
Where did the money come from?
And did they know?
Or are they going to be like the FBI and the whole Steele dossier thing?
Well, we didn't know it was a hoax.
We didn't know it was a political operation.
We didn't know anything.
We just gave this random tech guy full access to the White House.
It's insane.
Obviously, John Durham is on the case, thankfully, to help us answer those questions.
And I think we're going to get some of those answers soon and more of these pleadings, as you alluded to earlier.
Absolutely.
So I heard you talk about all of this on our buddy Dan Bongino's show, who's written some really seminal books on the topic of the Russia hoax.
Look, I still have my TS clearance, I'm sure you do, so there are certain limitations on what we can say in public.
But two things, you discussed and others have talked about the CIA's targeting.
Dan discussed yesterday the CIA targeting of President Trump and his colleagues, which would be illegal.
I mean, it's a US citizen on US soil.
I was told when I was in the White House by a former CIA station chief That there was a group of four contractors, so civilian contractors to the NSA, who were targeted, who were told to target me, Steve Bannon, and others.
Are either of those things on the right track?
What have you heard?
What can you talk about?
I haven't heard about that specifically, but Seb, you know, we do still have our clearances, but the one advantage of now being out of government and not having access to the intelligence that John Durham is talking about, as we can say based on experience, what we think happened.
And as you and I know, that probably means that's what happened.
The fact that they obtained an operation to get a contract with the intelligence community is one also unheard of to gain access to a White House.
And you know why they did it, Seb?
They could have tried to go in and hack it like they did with the other operations they were running.
But they knew that someday they might get caught.
So what they wanted to be able to do is come out and say, oh, it's above board.
We got a government contract from the intelligence community to allow us to spy on President Trump.
So that's okay.
So now we're good.
And that's exactly what John Durham is calling them out for.
Right.
So this is the pay dirt.
This is the gold and this is why cash is on America First 101.
What we're saying here is the bank robbers know that they're going to rob the bank.
So what do they do?
They manage to get the crooked Senior vice president of the bank to give them a quote, contract to transport gold and cash, okay?
And it just happens to disappear, right?
So this is a bank manager giving the bank robbers a cover to actually do their illegal activity.
That's what this man is talking about.
Okay, I've got a million questions written here.
We're gonna get to them.

I want to move... I mean, I've got such a long list of things I want to ask you.
I feel like I need to move on to the next thing, Cash.
But...
Do you want to expand upon what we've just discussed in the Sussman additional memo?
Are there other things people need to understand that they may be missing before I move on?
I just want to give you that opportunity.
I think we hit, let me look at something real quick.
Oh, I think what's worth covering, Seb, and most people have missed this.
A, that this was happening at the same time they orchestrated the dossier.
They got caught orchestrating this back in July of 2016.
And B, they used the same tech executive that they paid to conjure up the Alphabank series that they peddled to the FBI and CIA.
It's the same one that got the contract to hack the White House.
Right, right.
So let's be clear.
I'm trying to look up his name right now.
The tech executive.
Rodney Jaffe.
Yeah, Rodney Jaffe.
Rodney Jaffe is the individual.
So again, this is another angle.
So first, we've got the attempt to subvert the election by peddling, I think it was eight year old, old, smeared accusations about Paul Manafort that had already been written in the Washington Post almost a decade ago, repackaging them through this former MI6 agent that turned into the Steele dossier to use that to try and subvert the election by lying repackaging them through this former MI6 agent that turned into the Steele dossier to
And then at the same time, we have what?
We have the lawyers, Perkins Coie, we have Sussman, who for some reason can't—how does A former DOJ individual just get to walk into the FBI and talk to the chief counsel of the FBI.
How does that happen?
I'm a former deputy assistant to the president.
I don't think I could walk into the FBI and say, hey, I'm a good citizen.
I want to tell you about this guy Trump.
Can I meet with your chief counsel?
Does that happen in the real world?
Not in the real world you and I live in, but it happens in theirs because they think they can get away with it and the rules are different.
For an individual to walk into the general counsel, the number one lawyer, the FBI, you have to actually be doing the work of the government, which is what they're supposed to be doing, or have a chummy relationship and know that you're going in for something that they have a political alignment on and that they shouldn't be working on in the first place.
And that's exactly what happened here.
Susman, a DOJ guy, calls his buddy, James Baker, and says, "I've got something for you.
You've got to hear me out." And of course, he gets a meeting within, what, a day?
And that would never happen on any other planet.
All right, so here's the big question I was going to say to the end, but I have to ask you now because I need a sanity check.
Because I've got people I trust, who I consider friends, like the former U.S.
Attorney for the District of Columbia, former Special prosecutor himself, Joe DiGenoa.
And I've got former, you know, career counterintelligence professionals for the U.S.
Army, like Chris Farrell.
And I ask these people about Durham, and I get two conflicting reports.
And I want to know what your gut is telling you, Kash Patel, as somebody who's prosecuted terrorists, who's worked on the Hill, who's been chief of staff in the Pentagon for the president.
Is this what we've witnessed?
How long has he been working?
Two years?
Are the two years of John Durham's investigation just incredibly meticulous work and at some point a massive hammer is going to fall on the real guilty parties like Comey, like Brennan?
Or is it just, you know, the glacial moving like molasses and then One penny ante, little peon lawyer at the FBI gets charged a few months ago with a crime that you and I would be sitting in a federal penitentiary right now, which is forging a CIA document.
He's done his community service and the DC bar has let him back in to his practice as a lawyer.
Does that mean that Durham's just wasting our money?
What does your gut tell you, Cash?
So look, it's the former, and let me tell you why.
I think, and I've said this repeatedly, John Durham is marching towards a number of indictments, and my timeline is for later this summer.
But let me tell you why.
Look, I put together the most complex international terrorism cases as a federal prosecutor.
They took me three, four, and five years to put those together.
And before I got to the X, before I got to the indictment to say, bang, go.
And that was just maybe one or two terrorists at a time.
John Durham is working on the largest criminal enterprise ever perpetuated in US history.
And he's got an army of what, five people?
I had the whole Department of Justice, the FBI, the Intelligence Committee when I was putting together my cases.
He's got five people he can trust, maybe two investigators he can trust.
That's it.
And his pleadings demonstrate to us That he is moving in that fashion.
He's put 24 people in a grand jury, as he told us.
He has indicted the FBI's lawyer, the Hillary Clinton's campaign's lawyer, and the source for the Steele dossier.
And he's meticulously laid out who else he's investigating, the likes of Jake Sullivan and Fusion GPS.
And he specifically stated that his investigations into those people he's already indicted is not over.
There could be more criminal conduct that he's looking at.
Which means John Dermott is the style of prosecutor that says if he puts something in writing in a pleading in federal court, it means he's already proved it.
Otherwise, he wouldn't put it there.
And that's why I think for those reasons, he's marching methodically and slowly.
And I know, I wish it would move faster, but it just can't for the case that he's got to unfold.
How significant is it, given the absolute deluge of leaks from the Mueller probe and everything else that was run by Obama holdovers at DOJ, how significant is it, Cash Patel, in your experience in the swamp, that nothing is leaking out of Durham's office?
You're spot on.
And nobody's talking about that.
Not one leak, Seb.
Not one leak of one name, of one color of a car, of one dollar cent here or there.
And the reason he's able to do that is because he's got a team that's so small as special counsel that doesn't talk to anyone.
And this is what John Durham did when he was basically the special counsel for the CIA's rendition program.
Everyone hated him.
Everyone didn't want him to do it.
But he went in there and methodically did the work at the Department of Justice.
And at the end, he put out a report and prosecutions that were upheld by not just the law, but the facts.
I think he's doing the same thing here.
And so that's why you don't see leaks.
And the fact that nobody's talking about him not leaking is, I think, frustrating, not you and me, but frustrating the mainstream media.
And I have to say, this is a guy who's put feds in prison.
I mean, you know, John Durham has put crooked FBI agents behind bars.
It's also telling that of late, Hillary and Comey have been Rather absent.
They haven't been as vocally as they have in the past.
Right, Cash?
Yeah, is Comey hiding behind a tree again in the Pacific Northwest?
And what's Hillary doing?
Vacationing on somebody else's island, or did they go to Jeffrey Epstein's island since her husband has all access over there?
It's very, very good question.
Perhaps we should ask Prince Andrew.
We're talking to Kash Patel.
Not only does he have fightwithkash.com to push back on the smear merchants, if you're a conservative who doesn't want to get cancelled, if you want to have your business transactions secured, your payment processing, he's got a brand new company to protect you.

I've got... I kind of conflicted here.
Because of the massive scale of these numerous scandals that are intertwined.
But I want to play one cut for you from your former boss, Devin Nunes.
And guys, if you haven't read Lee Smith's book, Lee's going to be on my Newsmax show this weekend with the woman who turned it into one of the most successful, I think it beat every one of those garbage Michael Moore documentaries, The Plot Against the President.
You've got to watch it.
It's the plot.
So first, I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
Devin Nunes, his team fighting the good fight.
And for me, this press conference is another scandal that we just do not drill down on.
This is cut to play cut.
So first, I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions, the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S. citizens involved in the Trump transition.
Details about U.S.
persons associated with the incoming administration, details with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value, were widely disseminated in intelligence community reporting.
Third, I have confirmed that additional names of Trump transition team members were unmasked.
To quote Dan Bongino, it's not a problem that the president was spied upon.
The biggest problem is that an American citizen was spied upon illegally.
And for me, this is the massive, massive scandal that we don't discuss.
That according to the work that you did, that Devin did, hundreds, hundreds of US citizens had their identity unmasked by the last administration, which unless there is a burning national security demand, if they're, you know, literally sitting down for dinner with Bin Laden, you cannot do.
Can you tell me that I'm wrong here?
Isn't this scandal absolutely gargantuan simply by the numbers?
You're absolutely right, Seb.
You know, unmasking is a very unique tool reserved for very select few in the very highest positions of government, because our government's laws take extensive steps to protect everyday Americans, private citizens from being surveilled.
And as Devin Noon has exposed, and as we showed in our House Intelligence Report, the extensive surveilling apparatus was actually utilized for political purposes.
And the unmaskings, the revelations of people's names, American citizens' names, At a rate of hundreds and hundreds per month was so extensive that we never got to the full scale of the fraud.
And the problem that we ran into when we were running this investigation was that we tried to figure out who ordered the unmaskings, but the unmasking protocols were so poor at the NSA or so pathetic that they were basically able to check boxes and have their staff check boxes.
So it would never actually come back to them.
We know Samantha Powers.
We know Susan Rice.
We know all these other people ordered so many unmaskings during the end of the Obama administration, and we know it was for political reasons.
But because the paperwork trail is so poor and because the NSA didn't require extensive efforts, we will never find out who actually did it.
And of course, when I asked them under oath, and I did interrogate all of them under oath, They kindly said, oh, I can't remember if I did that.
Maybe it was my staff.
Well, Samantha Power, who really she's not the director of the CIA.
Yes, she's the ambassador of the United Nations.
But the math is mind numbing that this individual is supposed to be in New York, you know, at that diplomatic, you know, functions is unmasking on average in the last year, one citizen, one American citizen per working day.
Correct, Cash?
You're absolutely right.
That is mind boggling.
Not to say that the USUN mission is not important.
It serves a very important purpose.
But the unmasking of American individuals in the intelligence community is for the intelligence community, the CIA, the NSA, the FBI, the DOD.
I don't think the USUN is a part of the intelligence community, but maybe I'm missing something.
And the idea that she needs to unmask U.S.
citizens is absolutely... Look, and the fact that she says, oh, I didn't.
Well, somebody did in your name, Samantha Powers, and that's just how corrupt the Obama administration is.
And let's not forget, it was that vice president who sadly now bears the title Commander-in-Chief.
It's not just about the president.
It's not about Devin Nunes or me or Cash.
It's about any American that loves this country.
Just see what is happening to Mike Lindell.
Let's support him.
His bank has cancelled nine of his bank accounts.

But you've got to use the promo code G-O-R-K-A.
The big question, and maybe we can't answer it right now, Cash, is who's at the center of the spider's web?
We have that shocking declassified DOJ memorandum not long before the transition where you have Biden in the White House as Vice President.
You've got Obama.
You've got the Acting Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General.
And you've got the sitting Vice President saying, yeah, yeah, yeah, use the Logan Act against Mike Flynn.
Let's trap him with the Logan Act.
You've got the text messages between the FBI lovebirds saying in the text messages, as they're having affairs, both married, we briefed Obama, POTUS, yesterday and he wants to be kept in the loop.
So, where does this all begin?
It's easy to say, oh, Obama, you know, this is Obamagate.
But, you know, I know the guy.
You know, you read his memoirs.
He admits to being a lazy guy.
He'd prefer to be in the basement watching ESPN.
I don't see him as some grand, strategic, you know, Blofeld in his hollowed-out volcano.
Where's the mastermind of all this?
Is it the guy who voted for the Communist Party before he was hired by the CIA?
Is it Brennan?
I see Comey is weak and doing Brennan's bidding.
The fact that Papadopoulos was targeted in the UK outside of the country, does it mean that this lands at Langley?
Have you got a sense of where does the gross perversion of the intelligence community really begin?
The Hillary Clinton campaign.
Yeah.
And here's why.
This is a fact that most people forget.
Everything you say, I agree with 100%.
But here's a fact that most of the audience forgets.
Remember, Brennan, as the CIA director, went to President Obama with irrefutable evidence saying that the Hillary Clinton campaign has orchestrated a scheme to try to tie Donald Trump to Russia in the hopes of transitioning the narrative from the Clinton email server scandal to one conjured up about President Trump.
He, the CIA director, briefed Obama that in 2016.
Which means they had information, Obama CIA, that Hillary Clinton and her campaign were working these lines of efforts, i.e.
the Steele dossier, i.e.
the Alfa Bank server, i.e.
this latest shocking revelation about infiltrating the White House.
So why didn't they act sooner?
But the bigger question, or the bigger point to answer your question is, it goes back to the Hillary Clinton campaign and people wanting to be in her presidency, because of course, back then it was assumed she was going to win.
So they were all lining up and lining her pockets.
And what's the motivation for Brennan to take that to Obama?
Is it a CYA?
Is it to say, okay, this is happening.
You need to know about it.
Clinton's on the case.
And what's the motivation for Brennan to take that to Obama?
Is it a CYA?
Is it to say, okay, this is happening.
You need to know about it.
Clinton's on the case.
What is the possible motivation for that briefing?
So for their self-preservation purposes.
So when, if and when it possibly came out 10 years later, because Hillary Clinton was supposed to be president, they could say, oh, well, you know, my CIA director briefed me and there was nothing to see there because then there would never be any revelations of the underlying documents.
There would never be a Russiagate investigation.
No, because she would have won and it would have been all shredded and burnt.
Exactly.
So that's why they did it, in my belief.
And now they've been caught not on Not on the Steele dossier once alone, not on the Alfa Bank server twice, but three times infiltrating a sitting president.
And as you said, I think, you know, I didn't say this earlier.
The EEOB is six offices, the office of the president, the office of the vice president, the national security council, the national economic council, the trade representative, and a whole bunch of logistical operations for the military.
They had access to all of that stuff.
That is insane.
Yeah.
And for me, there's an additional smoking gun, which kind of speaks... I mean, we know these people are arrogant, but they're also quite dumb.
I mean, when you have, after... I think the timing, maybe there was a screw-up on her computer's clock, but the timing of that email
of Susan Rice, that she writes to all the principals after Donald Trump has been sworn in as president, for some reason she's still in the EOP, she's still in the White House, and she writes that email just to remind you guys, that meeting we had with the president a month ago with Obama, he did tell you that we're going to do everything by the book I've never written an email like that at my time in the DOD or in the White House.
I never had to retroactively say, it's okay, we didn't commit any crimes.
Isn't that a smoking gun as well?
That's an absolute smoking gun.
And we have to remind the audience who Susan Rice was.
Remember, she's the lady who went on the world stage after Benghazi and lied about what caused the Benghazi terrorist attack that killed Americans and American soldiers.
She went on the world stage and knowingly, I believe, lied about it.
This is the same person that wrote this CYA email.
Because the only thing she cared about was protecting her reputation for the future so she could get a confirmation, and of course, kissing up to Obama.
Yeah.
Is there any aspect of what we've covered, for me, I always, whoever I have on the show, whether it's Devin, whether it's anybody else, always want to mention the unmaskings because that's affecting hundreds of U.S.
citizens being illegally targeted.
Is there any other aspect of the last five years, whether it's Alpha Bank, whether it's the original Steele dossier, that needs to have more light shed upon it?
Cash?
I think those are the top three, and Seb, I think those are the top three that have to happen when we take the gavels back in Congress this fall.
They have to have an investigation into the entire Clinton campaign operation, not just Stieldoski, not just Alpha Bank, and not just the White House stuff, but the things that you outlined.
And the unmasking investigation is unfinished.
It was unfinished, not because Devin and I didn't want to complete it, but we lost the house.
And then you lose the gavel and you can't control it.
So that investigation has to be completed because American national security interests are there.
And then, oh, of course, I mean, how many things would Joe Biden and Ukraine and Russia, Afghanistan and Hunt and Biden's art have to be investigated?
But the list goes on.
Yeah, as a guy who's filled out SF-86 forms as many times as I have, if you had a relative, a close relative who was kicked out of the military, was a drug addict, was recorded as having been in business with China's chief intelligence officer and whoring around in hotels was recorded as having been in business with China's chief intelligence officer and Would you still have a clearance cash if that was your brother or your son? - Um.
I wouldn't have a clearance, but I guess it looks like I would have multi-million dollar artwork, book deals, and be able to go on national TV and somehow be a hero and father children and not be responsible for them and deny I ever fathered them.
I guess those things could happen.
Yeah.
There's a reason that the senile old man in the White House really can't remember the number of grandkids he has, and that's because of Hunter Biden.
You've got to maintain a sense of humor because we are happy warriors.
You've got to check out his website, FightWithCash, Cash with a K, that's FightWithCash.com, and at the Epoch Times, his regular, regular videos which are Cash's Corner.
Big last question.
We could discuss this for hours, Cash.
You said in the midterms, God willing, if the American people wake up, the state of the economy, because people vote with their pocketbooks, means a trouncing of the Democrats, and then the gavels are handed over to people like Jim Jordan and others, that we have to get serious.
Because for me, there is really nominal oversight.
The idea that a socialist is lecturing this week at National Defense University on our dime on how America should be a socialist country means that there's no oversight of anything happening of any worth.
If that happens, if we get serious oversight, if the America First team, the Freedom Caucus, gets power, what else has to be done as somebody who's been inside the belly of the beast institutionally, if you look at the organogram of the swamp, I don't think the DNI thing worked out.
I think Brennan has done some massive internal damage to the CIA with the restructuring and making intel analysts almost as senior as actual operators.
What would a cleaning of the swamp mean if we were serious about doing national security without politics?
Yeah, this is a great question.
I mean, we could talk about this one for days, but we'd have to shrink the government agencies and remind them what their lanes are.
The CIA is an intelligence collection agency.
The Department of Defense is a war fighting machine.
The Food and Drug Administration is responsible for food and drugs, and people have to stay in their lanes and not collaborate with each other and expand their own footprint so they can get a bigger budget from Congress.
The other thing I think Congress needs to do And this can happen from just us winning the gavels is, as I learned from the Russiagate investigation, finding out the truth is hard enough.
You know what's harder, Seth, with the media that we have?
You know this.
Getting it out to the American public.
And our Congress, when we have the gavels, has to go in there and make it easier to declassify information, make it easier to get that information to the American public and into the media, because that is what constitutional oversight is supposed to be from the members of Congress.
And they should make it easier for everyday Americans to read it.
It should not take two years for us to declassify 66 interrogations that I took.
At House Intel.
That should be done overnight.
That's just one example.
But we can do that in Congress.
And we could actually be safer because of the deep state, because of bloat.
We could actually be a safer nation with smaller agencies and smaller budgets if they were actually doing their job, correct?
You're absolutely right.
And that's the whole point.
If they focused on their mission, like the CIA shouldn't be fighting wars.
They're not special forces operators, right?
The Department of Defense should not be loaning out its employees to every other agency and department just so they can have some sort of access there.
That's not the purpose.
Those are just two examples.
The FBI is an investigatory body.
They are not supposed to go out and convert covert SF-type operations across the world because it looks cool.
You know, that's what needs to happen.
We need to paint the lines in the road and build barriers and make sure that they follow.
And that starts with cabinet level officers that understand that mandate.
All right.
The fabulous stuff.
I see an article in that.
I think for Epoch Times Cash has to write that article, what the new national security state looks like that actually serves Americans.
Such a little idea.
You can quote me somewhere in it.
Let's just get specific on one agency and then I'll let you go.
As a former terrorism prosecutor at the DOJ, which I consider under the Obama years to be the most corrupt of all agencies.
When you look at what happened to the Civil Rights Division, yes, the IRS was bad, but the DOJ just became an outgrowth of the DNC.
What do we do with the DOJ and what do we do with the FBI?
I don't know if I've told you this story.
My listeners have heard it many, many times before.
I wanted to second some of my former students to the White House to work for me on a certain IC project.
And after seven months, an action which should have taken the HR department ten days to transfer the clearances, I was told off the record by a senior FBI agent that, Seb, you're never going to get those secondees because the seventh floor at Hoover looks at this White House as the enemy.
Now, if we have the FBI that is part of the executive, look at the man chosen by 64 million Americans as the enemy.
We have some deep, deep, deep, deep rot.
And I don't agree with certain conservative hosts to say, well, it's just the seventh floor and the bulk of them are good guys.
Well, if that's the case, where are the whistleblowers?
So, Kash Patel, what do we do about DOJ?
What do we do about FBI?
You need to get, you need to get the FBI to understand once again, that it is a part of the Department of Justice and not its own agency.
The FBI Director, Seb, as you know, answers to the Deputy Attorney General, who answers to the Attorney General.
That is the chain of command.
Nothing else.
And what you need is an Attorney General, a Deputy Attorney General, and a Director of the FBI that understand that.
Because once you have those three people in place, and we never did under President Trump, responsible for the chain of command, to focus on the priorities that the President had laid out.
That's how you change it, because once you execute orders from top to bottom, they will get abided by if you have those three positions outlined.
And we just never had that, our team, on the same page.
And that's a start as to how you fix the Department of Justice.
And you also stop the Department of Justice from politicizing the national security apparatus by focusing on phantom investigations that serve a media narrative and refocus on prosecuting criminals.
It's Cash's Corner at the Epoch Times.
It's fightwithcash.com.
And also, if you're a business owner who doesn't want to get cancelled, it's patriots.us.
Patriots with a Y. Cash, are you an immigrant or just your parents?
My parents are.
So let me ask you this as an immigrant.
Last question, I promise.
Why do you do what you do?
Honestly, you know, I laugh, but it's not real.
I mean, check it out, Seb, and you get to relate to this.
My dad fled a genocidal dictatorship in Uganda, moved west, then sat in Canada for three years waiting lawfully to get his American access and later American citizenship.
And his son was sitting in the Oval Office on Air Force One, on Marine One, conducting national security at the highest levels.
Why do I do that?
Because I think serving your country that allowed your family to have that type of success in one generation is extremely important.
I know that's why you do it.
And it's also, why else?
To show others that it can be done.
It's not just for the elite.
And when you get guys like us in there, we know it's not for the elite, and we break that mold, and that's why they hate us, and that's why they personally attack us every day.
