Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Roe v. Wade: Can we trust the Supreme Court?
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Let's do a little bit of a 101.
Let's do a little trivial pursuit.
What is the most populous Muslim nation in the world, Chris?
You tell me.
These are your answers.
No, no.
You tell me.
What is the biggest Muslim nation in the world?
No, you tell me.
Massive population.
I want to give you the opportunity to lay it out.
Assume I know nothing.
Go ahead.
It's Indonesia.
I will assume you know nothing.
What's the largest Arab nation in the world?
You tell me.
Egypt.
Yes, we will assume you know nothing.
Congratulations, Fredo, on getting caught in the ringer like your brother.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Can you spell schadenfreude?
Oh, let's just spell it thusly.
He who laughs last, laughs the hardest and longest.
Welcome, dear friends, to America First.
With me, your host, Sebastian Gawker.
That was one of your favorite clips.
Whenever I meet people for the first time, they always talk about We loved it when you went on CNN when you were in the White House.
Well, you know, it's like going to a sword fight and the other guy brings a Swiss Army knife.
Just too easy.
He's in trouble.
He's been, well, maybe not fired.
But this is the statement released by CNN with regards to this is this is the thing that shocked me.
I literally almost fell off my chair when I heard this.
He is the most popular host on CNN.
One of the dumbest people in the media has the highest rankings on CNN, which isn't saying much because, you know, 600,000 people out of a nation of 320 million isn't exactly a barn-burning success.
We have a modest 3 million for just our little radio show.
But it tells you something about the viewership of CNN.
But here's the statement from the former news organization.
The New York Attorney General's Office released transcripts and exhibits Monday that shed new light on Chris Cuomo's involvement in his brother's defense.
Oh, you mean the governor of New York, who was sexually inappropriate with at least a dozen women, some of whom worked for him?
The statement continues.
Why do they leave that stuff out?
It's funny how they leave that.
His brother.
Oh, you mean the governor of New York.
Where you're situated.
The documents which we, CNN, were not privy to before their public release raise serious questions.
When Chris admitted to us that... Chris?
Oh, and Chris...
When Chris admitted to us that he had offered advice to his brother's staff.
You mean the governor of New York staff.
This is a news agency.
This is incredible.
A broadcast corporation leaves out certain pertinent facts.
He broke our rules and we acknowledged that publicly.
But we also appreciated the unique position he was in and understood his need to put family first and job second.
You mean ethics.
To take journalistic ethics and just dump them in the trash?
Is that what you mean?
Do we need a translator for CNN?
Can you tell I've had a caffeinated drink before I can open the show today?
Let us continue with CNN's statement on Fredo Como.
However, these documents point to a greater level of involvement in his brother's efforts.
Efforts?
Efforts?
You mean the smear campaign against the women who accused him of being sexually explicit with them?
Is that what you mean?
His efforts?
You mean the smearing of innocent women?
CN- Oh, I mean, this geek- UGH!
Gets under my skin.
Um, his brother's efforts that we previously knew.
As a result, we have suspended Chris and- Chris?
You're his employer!
What do you mean, Chris?
Your buddy?
That Chris?
We have suspended Chris indefinitely pending further evaluation.
Now that's a nice thing.
You leave that door open at the end.
Further evaluation.
So what?
He can crawl back like Jeffrey Toobin or Toobout who was caught pleasing himself.
I think that's all I can say on the live radio.
Pleasing himself on a video conference call with his CNN colleagues.
Where is he today?
Oh, he was also suspended.
But he's back on that cable.
He's CNN, right, Jeff?
Jeff, is Tubin CNN?
He is, right?
I believe so.
Yeah, he is CNN.
OK.
Well, it doesn't matter, because they're all the same, right?
It's all legacy lying media.
And now Jeffrey Tubin is back in front of the cameras, hopefully not doing what he was doing earlier.
But will he come back?
Who knows?
I don't care.
The point has been made.
He's a louse.
He's an absolute roided out louse.
And for a small time.
He will see a little bit of justice.
Okay, let's get to the important stories of the day.
It's a crazy news day.
We have the first witness in the Ghislaine Maxwell trial.
Unbelievable, her testimony.
We're going to talk about that later.
You won't credit what the United Nations is about to do with the Taliban in Afghanistan.
Even for a joke, it is bad.
Then we have the body cam footage from the Rittenhouse trial of when the police officer stopped the MSNBC reporter who was following the jury members.
Yeah, they've released the video and you need to hear it.
You need to see it.
Great news out of Louisiana, a federal judge has blocked the illegal unconstitutional Biden vaccine mandate.
And then we have the news from Michigan, the high school shooter who killed three of his fellow students at age 15 yesterday.
He is refusing to say anything at his first arraignment at that juvenile center.
That's just a fraction of what we have for you.
But of course, biggest story of the day, the opening arguments are already over.
It is the challenge in the Supreme Court from the Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization case where the law in Mississippi to ban abortions after 15 weeks is now up in front of the highest court in the land.
We're going to analyze it with constitutional lawyer Jenna Ellis in studio, but here's the point.
Some things are truly black and white.
And can be boiled down to just a sentence or two.
More than 50 million babies aborted.
You're told it's about women's health.
Has nothing to do with women's health.
Why?
Because the incest, rape, threat to the mother's health is less than 5% of abortions.
Less than 5%.
of abortions, less than 5%, 95% of the 50 million dead are aborted.
Why?
I Out of convenience.
Roe v. Wade made the taking of an innocent life synonymous with contraception.
And that is pure evil, and there is no justification for that.
If you understand your theology, if you understand your natural law, an evil act can never be justified.
There's no exculpatory circumstance in which an intrinsically evil act, the taking of a human life, is ever justified.
We have hope now that lives will be saved.
So let's pray and hope that the Supreme Court doesn't betray us as it has so many times so recently.
Okay, before we get to our guests, I want to thank all of you who've done an amazing work with the Angel Tree campaign.
You're changing the lives of children across America for the better.
More than a million children Who don't have a mother or father with them this Christmas because they're in prison.
You can make a massive difference.
You can pay it forward.
You can give so that they feel loved.
Just listen to the importance of what you're doing from one of the ladies who works with these children.
Her name is Dawn.
Personalize that.
The little bit that you give, if we all give something, we are better together.
If every single one right now, even if you are impacted in some stretch, the more that you give, the more you receive.
I always say you can't out give God.
So you give without knowing where it's going to go.
Just pay it forward and see the results.
See the blessings that God will bring back into your life.
What an amazing summation.
You can't out give God.
Pay it forward.
Do it today.
$25 gets one of these vulnerable children a Christmas present from their incarcerated mother or father with a note of love and also the gospel.
Make a difference.
$125 is five children you may be saving.
70% of them end up in prison.
Let's break that cycle.
You could be a Christmas angel.

God bless every single one of you.
God bless every single one of you.
Mic's back on.
Uber?
Alright, let's, um... Can I hear five, please?
Five.
Uber was a bit late.
Mike's back on.
Uber?
All right, let's, um, can I hear five, please?
Five right here.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, a public servant who has seen this nation through AIDS, terrorism, Ebola, swine flu, and now COVID is nothing like Nazi doctor Joseph Mengele.
Nor is Fauci anything like the creator of fascism, Benito Mussolini, other than being Italian.
Is that what they're getting at?
Because that too is offensive.
It's a comparison Tuckums Carlson of Frozen Dinner fame made on his show last night.
Hey.
And no, it doesn't make sense.
But making sense is hardly the point.
It's about power and spreading lies and fake outrage so the MAGA squad wins elections.
They are today's angels of death.
What did she say?
Tuckums Carlson.
Tuckums Carlson.
I heard that, yeah.
I'll tell you what, boy.
Mic's are on, by the way.
Tuckums Carlson and his frozen dinner fame.
And that's why he's famous, right?
Nothing to do with the biggest cable show in the world.
No, no.
It's the frozen food.
And she's offended.
But not by homophobia on her blog.
No.
Welcome, my dear.
Welcome.
It's funny how Jimmy Kimmel had the same exact talking point.
He's been around forever.
We'll see.
What?
It's almost like they shared.
We will.
I'm going to just, you know, teed off with, you know, what the case is about in the broadest brushstrokes, and then I'm just going to unleash you.
Excellent.
You know how I love to be unleashed.
Oh, yes.
Is there a mic on?
It should be now.
There we go.
And of course, mics are on.
Do you have a book?
Why don't you have a book?
Yeah, I do have a book.
Oh, you do have a book?
I do.
It's just way too longly titled.
Because I didn't really know what I was doing.
But you know what's hilarious about it?
In 2015, when I wrote this, I was making the same arguments that were made in the Domps case today.
Well, guess what?
It's called natural law.
Well, exactly.
There was nothing new about the arguments today, and the arguments did not decide this case.
This has long since been decided.
That's the great thing to follow with the mainstream media coverage.
Washington Post, Slate, Jezebel.
They're all acting like it's already been overturned.
The legal basis for a moral constitution.
Yes.
Good.
Okay.
Excellent.
All right.
Can you dig that up while we're talking?
The picture?
Yeah.
I need to give you a copy.
Do you not have a copy of my book?
I don't think so.
I will bring you one.
I don't think so, thank you.
I signed a copy, in fact.
Please, please.
To my dear co-warrior in this.
Co-warrior, we like that.
Co-warrior.
Yes.
The only reason I'm not seeing Rovie Wade overturning stuff on every girl's Instagram is because Spotify came out with their yearly recap and everyone's posting about their music.
Timing.
Uh, can you give me cut seven?
Cut seven.
Give me a moment here.
I said his politics have anything to do with his work or what he recommends.
It's ridiculous and it's a lie and he doesn't deserve it.
He didn't ask for this.
He's not a politician.
He's a doctor.
His interest is in protecting us from disease.
Remember AIDS and Ebola and the Zika virus?
He worked on all of those things and thank God there's someone who's educated enough and devoted enough to figure this stuff out for us because we are not going to figure it out ourselves.
And what are the thanks he gets?
Is he cross-eyed?
He has cross eyes.
He might be.
He looks at the camera like his left eye is not looking the same way.
10 seconds.

Of the legal basis for a moral constitution.
Because, well, you know, the constitution isn't just something you change because it's based on natural law, is it not, Jenna?
Absolutely.
And with all due respect to Justice Sotomayor, who tried to claim that if we overturn Roe v. Wade, this is just going to be political and everyone's going to think that this is just a back and forth depending on who's on the court.
Well, guess what?
She just made Chuck Schumer's argument for him against court packing.
Because guess what?
It's called activism.
That's not what we do, that's what they do.
And I guarantee you, Seb, if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade in this case, or even undermine it slightly, you know who's going to be the first person on the bench asking questions saying, we need to overturn this!
Just as so it might work.
Absolutely.
So let me, I'm not a lawyer, preface.
That was my best impression of her, by the way.
That's okay.
But let's just put the big muscle movements of what's happening today that the arguments have already finished just moments ago.
So this is the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case, which challenges the Mississippi 2018 Gestational Age Act, which says with A handful of exemptions that abortions may not occur past the 15-week period.
So, at the moment, my understanding is the following, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, that Roe v. Wade stands on very, very, well it's sand, the foundation is sand, because as a point of law, It is based upon nothing that's in the Constitution and it is linked to the right of privacy.
Taking another life is linked to the right of privacy between a doctor and a patient.
So tell us what I'm missing and what your expectations are.
Well, first, my expectation is that we should have a lot of hope, because even though we can't predict anything based on oral arguments, it seemed that six of the justices, including Justice Roberts, were inclined to say and affirm that not only does the unborn child have a right to life themselves in their own interest, but also that the government has a compelling interest in protecting that life.
So I think that we are going to see a victory here.
I hope and pray that.
My prediction is that this is going to be a big victory for life and here are the three main issues that I'll tell you.
So coming out of this, three things.
First, the left made a huge issue over this viability being the most workable solution.
So viability basically means when Well, guess what?
With medical technology, it goes down and down every day.
And it also depends on the individual child.
That's not a workable solution.
That's an arbitrary standard.
What I would have loved to see the Solicitor General on behalf of Mississippi come back with in his rebuttal is the only bright line that science will never change is the moment of conception.
Period.
Yeah, that is absolutely, that's not a function of science.
When there is unique DNA created is a moment in time.
And there is a moment that a woman becomes pregnant versus the moments before that she wasn't.
That is the only bright line standard that the law can ever recognize.
That's the first point.
First point.
Second point is that Justice Thomas very clearly asked, what right are we even talking about?
As you just mentioned, where is it in the Constitution?
And it's not.
That is the biggest myth from the left, and the advocates for abortion couldn't answer that.
But hang on a second, it is in the Constitution, because there's a right to life.
There's a right to life.
So the unborn... Well, the right to abortion is not in the Constitution.
I know, I'm just using their arguments against them.
Exactly.
And so she tried to answer this as saying, well, the right to liberty, which is in the 14th Amendment, protects and covers this, and she didn't even really go into privacy as much.
So being pregnant means you're not free?
Is that what she's saying?
They literally were arguing that women will be second-class citizens if they don't have the right to kill their children.
This is the quote from Shannon Brewer, the director of the Jackson Women's Health Organization.
It should be called the, you know, killing babies organization.
Quote, abortion is absolutely a racial and economic justice issue.
See, this is social justice versus actual justice and over the Constitution.
And so that was a terrible argument.
Justice Alito came back and had the most brilliant question.
And he said, OK, so if you're arguing that there's a liberty interest here because of the 14th Amendment, name for me where a state constitution or law specifically protected abortion at the time that the 14th Amendment was ratified.
The 14th Amendment was part of the Reconstruction Amendments after the Civil War.
It wasn't contemplating a right to abortion under liberty this is ridiculous and she couldn't answer that the third point is stare decisis this is what we've been hearing all day stare decisis that you can't overturn existing law which is garbage which is garbage and justice kavanaugh stood up we went he went through every single precedent that had been overturned and and there was a lot of arguments saying plessy versus ferguson That was a really bad case.
They said the Constitution protects racial segregation, which by the way the left is now somehow arguing.
Reinstating.
Reinstating that, but against white people, it's insane.
The stare decisis is, it's antithetical to what the left says.
It is.
They're saying the Constitution is a living document, cut environments and change, therefore you can change the law.
So they're actually using an argument that undermines everything they've said about the Constitution.
They don't argue in good faith and they refuse to be intellectually honest because the moment that stare decisis doesn't serve them, they won't care about it.
So to argue that not only flies in the face of the Supreme Court's actual ethical obligation and oath of office to uphold the U.S.
Constitution, not themselves and their wrong precedents, but it doesn't matter, ultimately.
And so while, yes, the law needs to be predictable and we should follow precedent as long as that does make sense and it is constitutional, it doesn't matter here.
And when there was an egregious kid's precedent... But slavery was legal!
So what are we talking about, stare decisis?
What?
You can't change that?
Well, and of course the leftists argue activism all the time, that we need to just overturn this on the basis of our whim, and when society suddenly thinks that the moral boundaries, my new phrase is moral gerrymandering, when they want to draw the lines differently, See, that's why she's Jenna Ellis.
Moral gerrymandering.
Moral gerrymandering.
That's what they're trying to do.
Where everything is fungible and there is no absolute morality.
That's what they want you to believe.

Back with Jenna after these messages.
you put out their most controversial opinions right before they go on vacation.
But they don't have to keep disdewed.
They don't have to, no.
But this is such a big case.
This case is already decided.
I mean, I think it's already decided.
Really?
All arguments did not, yeah, because everybody knows where they're going to fall on this.
Oh, right, so today's arguments didn't make a difference.
No, no.
Are you surprised at Kavanaugh?
No, actually.
What about the great Catholic?
Where was, what's her face?
Gorsuch or Amy Cuddyberry?
No, Amy.
She asked a few good questions and I thought that she stood up.
The biggest thing about her was that she asked a question that rebutted Sotomayor and that told me she's saying, hey, I have a seat here and you're not going to intimidate me.
Because that's what Sotomayor is trying to do.
They're all talking to each other when it's an oral argument.
They don't actually really care what the advocates say, even though we all do.
I didn't hear all of it, but it sounds to me as if the lawyers for the Jackson's Women's Center are not very good.
They didn't have an argument, and so I thought they were very polished.
They were very good lawyers.
I have to give them credit that they had that, but they were trying to defend a political policy.
Yes.
They didn't have an argument for viability, for rights, for stare decisis, those three things.
One of the women just kept saying, viability makes the most sense.
She said it like ten times and I'm like, but it doesn't.
But it doesn't.
And you don't have an argument and she didn't, she couldn't really answer the questions.
And viability, I mean, they're dumb to argue for viability because you can imagine that viability will get down to two weeks.
Right.
But you see, it serves our purposes today.
And it's the same thing.
And I talked about this on my podcast today, by the way.
I wish you'd listen to that.
But this is the same ridiculous thing as quickening, like back in the Middle Ages when they said, oh, well, as soon as a woman can feel the baby in her womb, that means it's alive.
Well, science has obviously developed further than that.
And for her to actually assert to the Supreme Court that there's been no change in any of the facts since 1973, come on.
That was just blatantly false and misrepresentation.
So, you know, where are the calls for her disbarment, by the way?
You know, when everybody's trying to... all of the left... Don't hold your breath on that one.
Oh, of course, but you know what?
But this is where it's so political, because people keep targeting everybody on the conservative side that stands up for truth, and then none of these people, they can get away with literally blatantly misrepresenting things to the United States Supreme Court.
Nobody cares.
It's crazy.
But I have a really, really good Not feeling, but I have a good indication just based on the questions and the way that the three newest members stood up to Sotomayor, they're not going to be intimidated, and that's a good thing.
Because they are fully constitutionally appointed justices as much as anybody else on that bench.
Right.
And Clarence Thomas... It doesn't matter who appointed him.
He also, he raised that, well, where is it in the Constitution?
His questions were awesome.
Yes.
And Alito, he and Alito are just... Well, they're the two solid ones.
They're the goats.
Yeah.
Alright, 30 seconds.
We're gonna come in... Hero.
Hero and relief.

We are back with constitutional professor, law attorney, she is the author of a seminal work, The Legal Basis for a Moral Constitution, host of the Jenna Ellis Show, and chair of the National Election Integrity Alliance, of which I am a member, full disclosure.
Jenna, you mentioned a name.
We're talking about the amazing potential for what is happening in the Supreme Court today or just the arguments closed moments ago.
You mentioned a name.
You mentioned Justice Roberts.
I don't trust him as far as I could throw the man.
No, I don't either.
However, we do have to recognize that in all of his unpredictability, he has been reasonably good for the Constitution on sex issues.
Okay, but he has been a political actor when you look at Obamacare.
Absolutely.
When you look at election integrity last year.
Yes, yes, absolutely.
So let me pull out 50,000 feet.
Do you trust the Supreme Court?
Well, that's a complicated question.
Okay.
So, in general, do we trust the Supreme Court, what, not to be activists?
Not to be political in their decision making, to actually make jurisprudential decisions.
Not to say, oops, this is a hot potato.
Politically, I'm not going to take the Texas case on the presidential, because that's a political decision.
Clearly, clearly, the answer to that is no, we don't trust them.
However, we can have some hope and confidence Based just on what we observed in the back and forth, which really, you know, the justices are talking to each other when they're asking questions.
All the time.
You said in the break that what happened today was basically pro forma.
Yes.
They know where they stand on this issue.
Justice Breyer was giving this, was pontificating from the bench, and he's like, oh, let me, you know, if you want to respond to any of that, counsel, go ahead.
I mean, it was almost like dismissive of counsel because he was just giving a speech.
Right.
So no, I don't trust them not to be political activists, but I do hope and I do have confidence that this case is going to be a monumental victory for the Constitution and for conservatism, not as a measure of political calculation, but just for the Constitution.
And I have to say, If this in any way is a victory for life, this will be the defining legacy of President Donald Trump.
Wow, yeah.
Because I have to say, it's hard.
I mean, yes, the election last year is up there.
But it's hard to imagine a more political issue in America.
And more significance.
Maybe the second amendment.
But no, in terms of significance, no.
The 50 million aborted, there is nothing more significant.
Life is the most significant.
And if this ultimately is a victory for life and protecting human life, then this will Be the greatest victory for a president that has stood so strongly in the midst of all of it.
The only serving president to address the March for Life.
I was there.
Not even Ronald Reagan did that.

It is The Legal The legal basis for a moral constitution.
Which, by the way, we were also saying all of these arguments today, I made in the book in 2015.
Because they're true.
Because they're true and they don't change.
We've got 60 seconds left.
Let's just talk about what this really means if it goes in the direction of truth and protecting the most vulnerable.
This doesn't change anything if Roe v. Wade is struck down.
What it does is it moves it back to the states.
It changes the battle lines.
And so we have to continue as conservatives maintaining the truth and being willing to stand up for those arguments.
And these need to be the battlegrounds in our state legislatures.
Because as we've seen over the pandemic, how governors, state and local elections matter, this is going to matter in every single state.
But probably no final decision until the summer.
And probably until June.
I would be very surprised if it comes out before.
It's possible.
But typically, based on how the court usually renders their more controversial opinions that are the most hotly contested, it'll come out sometime in June, if not late June.
Guys, get on your knees and pray.
Pray, pray, pray.
A civilization is measured by how it treats the most vulnerable members of that civilization.
Let us not be measured by mass murder of the unborn.

Well, it's here!
Omicron.
Not Omnicrom, you dolt.
Omicron has arrived in America.
It's in California.
What does it mean for the economy?
What does it mean for all of us?
Well, don't worry, because Sleepy Joe, he's on the case.
Play cut.
We used every tool available to address the price increases.
And it's working.
They use every tool available and it's working!
Let's ask somebody who actually knows what is going on.
Trish Regan, she is the host of the Trish Regan show, AppleTune, Spotify, wherever you get your podcasts, follow her, Trish underscore Regan.
Trish, are you now confident having heard what Biden just said?
I'm just gonna laugh.
I'm just gonna laugh.
Listen, this is such a mess.
I'm not confident frankly in anything that this administration is doing when it comes to guarding our economic future.
And when you look at the people chosen by this administration you see this woman who is unabashedly wants to wants to nationalize all private checking accounts under the Fed.
She's nominated to be comptroller of the currency.
When you hear the chairman of the Fed, you know, blame the supply chain on spurious excuses.
Is there any scenario in which this administration gets a grip and does what has to be done, Trish?
No, and you know why?
Because they don't have the right leadership.
And this is, frankly, I'm sorry, but President Biden is a career politician.
He does not understand business.
He doesn't understand the economy.
He understands, maybe, how to get himself elected.
Although, I'll tell you, everything that he's doing is going to ensure that he does not win in 2024 and may cost his party in 2022.
Because you look at all this inflation, I'm sorry, but it comes back to his policies that he has put in place.
Why do we have higher gas prices?
We have higher gas prices because we got rid of the Keystone pipeline at a pretty tricky time, right?
When, yes, we did have some supply issues and those are going to continue to be there.
But you compound the supply issues with this pent up demand, people finally traveling, going out for a change and consequently said, I mean, yes, the price of everything is going to go up.
You've got a lot of demand there.
You don't quite have the supply, and we certainly don't have the supply when it comes to oil, in part because we're shooting ourselves in the foot.
We're going back and we're bagging OPEC.
As a non-economist, this is what I see as the lethal double whammy.
Well, here's, as a non-economist, this is what I see is the lethal double whammy.
You can't blame everything on COVID, especially if you look at certain states that have very different policies to the management of their economies.
And then also you can't expect to fix any of it when you double down.
When you see, you know, the Omicron is going to be used, you know it's going to be used for more mandates, more shuttering down of businesses.
This could be a deadly cycle, couldn't it, Trish?
A self-fulfilling prophecy.
Well, sure.
I mean, we did it to ourselves, you know, and this was under Trump's watch.
We closed down all these places.
And by the way, I argued, and I'll still argue, there was a political motivation to that.
And, you know, look, if the Republicans really wanted to go after Biden, maybe you just turn the table on the whole thing and you think, yeah, I mean, this is the guy that is responsible now for, frankly, more deaths, sadly enough.
While we've had the vaccine, more people have died of COVID in this country under this administration.
Because, again, they're just not doing anything right.
And the last thing you want to do is shut down stuff all over again.
I'm sorry, but you know what?
States have some rights in all of this.
We're set up as a federalist system for a reason.
This is our system of government, so you can't wave a magic wand and just say, you know, these are my edicts.
So talk to us, for those who don't follow the minutiae of the markets and fiscal policy, the Fed.
Talk to us about what the Fed's doing, what their statements are, how they're trying to lay blame very simplistically in perhaps the wrong place.
Well, they finally started to admit that there are some supply chain issues, but I just want to point out to all your listeners right now, all the more reason why you should listen to my podcast, which is Regan Show, because I get into this, and you know what?
Look, I've been on the front lines of media, financial media, my entire career.
What happened on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, we closed down 905 points.
Why?
Because people said, oh, it's retail investors, whatever.
They didn't really have a reason for it.
And then on Monday we closed back up even though on Monday the CEO of Moderna was quoted on CNBC saying that you know probably the vaccine might not work against this new variant even though The chief medical officer Sunday appeared on the BBC saying something similar, and yet the market waited until Tuesday to sell off on it.
Because you know why, Seb?
The Financial Times ran it as a blasting headline right across the top, and it freaked everyone out.
And I'm like, but wait a second, we've already known this.
We've known this for the last couple days.
Why are you just reacting now?
And so I feel like it's very important for people to take a deep breath.
And say, okay, you know, what's real, what's not.
And today was the first, you know, case reported.
Yeah, the market's down again, 235 points.
But this is the challenge.
This is the challenge for the last five years at least.
You know, separating what does Bannon call it?
The noise from the actual signal.
How much garbage out there that's not actual fact-based.
And we've got 60 seconds left, but I have to ask you the question my producer asked me on Saturday.
What's the reason for Friday, Trish?
Why did it collapse on Friday?
Because there were some margin accounts that got called.
I mean, I think that that's a real, and it's a real concern.
I mean, a lot of people... So the system is that fragile that some margin accounts could create a massive drop in 24 hours?
Well, and also because, Seb, there was very, very liquidity, so it exaggerated anything, right?
Because there just weren't a lot of people trading on Friday.
It was mostly retail traders.
So it's amplified.
It got amplified through those margin calls.
But that's the risk to the system right now.
I do think that a lot of people that are in this market, and that's why if you are in the market, you kind of just – you have to be your own man or your own woman and say, this is what I think, and I'm sticking to it.
Do not follow the herd mindset.

Judy, welcome.
Hey, Dr. G. How are you?
Listen, I've got so much to say, but I'm going to try and narrow it down because I know you're very busy.
Two things, if I may.
These two Cuomo-Dodo brothers, you know, Andrew and what's his name?
Randy.
Yeah.
Well, I call him Cuomo the dodo.
I like that.
I like that a lot.
Yeah, yeah.
He sounds like a dodo.
He does!
But hang on, hang on.
Dodos are cute.
Chris Cuomo is not cute.
I, yeah, right.
Let me tell you.
So they, first of all, they're the poster boys for corrupt power.
Yes.
Activist liars versus truth in journalism.
That's for Chris.
And then Chris Cuomo, you remember, literally sided with this murderous anarchist called Antifa.
He sided with them.
And not only that, he said, he actually said, with a law degree from Fordham University, he said, and where in the constitution does it say you have to protest peacefully?
You mean the first amendment, Dodo?
Sorry.
Next point.
Yes.
I know.
You've got ten seconds!
Listen, there's a trial going on right now.
Epstein's girlfriend, Maxwell, I don't know her first name.
Jeff was so nice to tell my name is Maxwell.
So there was a pilot that was testifying.
And guess what?
Get ready.
They're trying to smear President Trump.
And I have to straighten this out right here.
No, I have to straighten this out, Dr. Gork.
You've got 10 seconds.
Do it.
Okay.
So the pilot's testifying that his passengers were there, Bill Clinton, blah, blah, blah, and Donald Trump.
This happened like 30 years ago, over 30 years ago.
And guess what?
President Trump took a ride to Palm Beach with Epstein.
And not only that, not only that, he kicked Epstein out of his club.
We're out of time, Judy!
Stay with us here on America First.
The End
you you you Thank you.
Because nothing can go around that.
Yeah.
Right?
Nothing.
COVID is very polite.
COVID is very polite?
Oh my gosh.
Where did you see that, that they're gonna charge him as an adult?
Somewhere credible, I know that.
Within the last hour.
Can you print that article that you sent me on What's-His-Face saying he didn't pull the trigger?
Yeah, I just listened to the trailer.
Watched it.
He's crying a bunch.
Baldwin's crying?
Fake cry.
He is just a lizard.
He just can't stand the thought of consequences.
It airs tomorrow night.
I wonder if the movie's even gonna get made now, like if it's gonna finish.
Oh, come on.
I mean, the Twilight Zone movie still came out after what happened there.
I thought three people died in that.
That movie's, like, cursed.
Some of the staff went to the movie next door.
Like, three days later, and then the filming had to shut down for a week because they infected people with COVID.
Of the other place?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Incredible.
All right, what have I not seen?
We played the Biden clip.
Oh, two.
Anderson.
Here's a statement released tonight from a CNN spokesperson, quote, "The New York Attorney General's office released transcripts and exhibits Monday that shed new light on Chris Cuomo's involvement in his brother's defense.
The documents, which we were not privy to before their public release, raised serious questions." The spokesperson continued, quote, "When Chris admitted to us that he had offered advice to his brother's staff, he broke our rules, and we acknowledged that publicly.
But we also appreciated the unique position he was in and understood his need to put family first and job second.
However, these documents point to a greater level of involvement in his brother's efforts than we previously knew.
The spokesperson added, As a result, we have suspended Chris indefinitely, pending further evaluation.
New York Attorney General who is running for governor.
No conflict of interest at all.
Okay, let's do...
Where's the other Heraldo?
No.
Oh, six.
What?
Are they really zooming in on a television screen?
I know.
In Zoom court?
I know.
Six.
Six.
Cut.
Oh, that's the wrong six.
Hang on.
Here we go.
I think that mandating vaccines and constant testing is appropriate.
Right now we have to buckle our seatbelts.
We have another wave of this dreadful disease.
I got the vaccine.
We can't shake it.
Geraldo, listen to me.
The vaccine mandate is crap.
There's no legal basis for it at the federal level.
You know that.
That Jacobson case was mistaken.
I disagree with that statement.
I'm still getting over from COVID tonight.
Listen to me.
My doctor told me I had lymphoma.
Get the vaccine.
I got the damn thing.
Double vaxxed.
I had the worst damn case of COVID last week I've ever seen.
No one's going to lecture me.
What did the vaccine mandate do for me?
Wow.
Alright.
I'll bring her up real quick.
Here we go.
Real quick.
We got about 30 seconds.
There he is.
Hi.
- You would have died, you can't say that.
Wow.
- Guys, I'm out of time.
- It could be your disease is more mild because you had the vaccine.
- He hates having to break that up.
- Wow, all right.
I'll bring her up real quick.
Here we go, real quick, we got about 30 seconds.
- There he is.
- Hi.
- Wow.
Hey!
- Yeah.
- Hello! - So what's your event?
It's a Republican Women's Federated Big Christmas event today.
Thank you.

for Fredo is no more, at least for the time being.
Let's get commentary from one of our savviest media experts.
She's such a celebrity that she's on her way to a speaking engagement, but that can't stop her coming on the show.
She is, of course, Jennifer Horne, our West Coast warrior princess.
Jennifer, are you there?
Yes, let me put down my popcorn.
Hold on, I've been watching and eating my popcorn, watching Chris Cuomo struggle around CNN.
It's kind of, I mean, not to be petty, but it's kind of a delicious day when you see Fredo get into trouble, finally get to come up and stab.
All right, but listen, I gotta get your take.
You know, you are a person who, congratulations, this lady now has billboards.
Her face is on billboards across California.
I have billboard envy because of this woman.
She's, of course, the host of The Morning Answer on AM 590, AM 870, The Answer.
And also, is it true, is it true that the latest ratings of your morning show with Grant Stinchfield have you crushing it, Jennifer?
We are crushing it.
I'm very proud.
I feel very lucky.
Things can change all the time, but I'm just totally enjoying the moment.
You know what?
It's because you have to have a little fun with the news every single day.
All of the stuff that we talk about is incredibly difficult, and we still have to do that.
But we have to let people know that there is a bright side and that there is stuff that can be done to make things better, even when it feels kind of hopeless.
And see, look, everything ebbs and flows.
Just when it seems like Chris Cuomo was going to get away with everything, here he is now really having to pay the piper.
And from a media perspective, CNN could solve this problem really easily, and that is they can stop trying to pretend that they have real journalism happening in the evening.
And the truth is, you know what you're going to get when you go to MSNBC.
You know what you're going to get when you go to Fox News in the evening.
You know that you're going to get opinions given to you from Sean Hannity, from Rachel Maddow.
They are giving you a unique take of their perspective on the news.
And there's no problem with that.
The problem with CNN is that for years and years now, they're pretending that Dom Lemon, Anderson Cooper and Chris Cuomo are giving you the news.
And so what happens?
When Chris Cuomo uses his power in that position at CNN to try to take down women, remember we used to protect women as part of the Me Too movement.
Then all of a sudden they have a lot of explaining to do and they're painted into a corner.
And of course they're going to have to suspend him because everybody's watching CNN.
If they picked Chris Cuomo as someone who gives his opinion, which clearly he does every single night, I think this would be far less of a problem.
Yes, he'd be using resources, but he wouldn't be presenting himself in a way that he was covering sources and stories fairly.
In the meantime, he's using everybody he can to try to put the heat on women coming out against his brother.
Yeah, absolutely.
You mentioned Sean Hannity.
You had some surprising news for me when I was on your show about Sean in California.
What's going on with Sean?
This is the big congratulations to you.
So our ratings are out in Los Angeles and Seb, you've been killing it.
For a quarter now, you have annihilated Sean Hannity in the ratings on his radio affiliate.
So congratulations to you.
The America Firsters are really making a difference for us in California.
God bless all of our listeners, especially yours on AM 590, AM 870, The Answer.
And last thing I'm going to say before we get back to the news, is it true that you've signed a new contract with Salem?
I have.
Three years.
Can you handle it?
Can you put up with me for that long?
Oh, can America ever!
We need you more than ever and we wish you congratulations on that amazing news.
Jennifer Horne, I've got to ask you this question because we've got a bit of disagreement here at the America First team.
Jeff says, no way Cuomo comes back.
I'm not sure given the Jeffrey Toobin or is it Toobout precedence, is he toast?
Is he gone or not?
You know, when I first heard this story and the way that CNN responded yesterday, I was kind of with Jeff on this, and I thought, there's no way that he can come back.
But hearing what CNN has been saying and hearing a little bit of scuttlebutt that I've heard from people within the industry, they're saying that he may be gone four weeks.
And you nailed it.
I mean, if they can bring back Jeffrey Toobin for his naked Zooming, I can't imagine that they Couldn't find a way to bring back Chris Cuomo, but I really think it depends on where the scandal with the women really goes.
I mean, we're seeing that it's really developing, getting serious.
I think there's also probably the culmination of that will dictate what Chris Cuomo's future looks like.
And he better hope that CNN brings him back, because I can't imagine that any other... I mean, where else is he going to go work?
There is no other media outlet that would take him on, I think.
Especially with the reputation that he's misusing his resources.
But here's the shocking thing.
I didn't realize until this morning when I read up on it.
This is the highest... I mean, it's only 600,000 views, but this is the highest rated show.
I mean... I know.
Seriously?
Fredo's show?
It's embarrassing.
That's the best they can do at CNN.
Look, all I can tell you is that he has a bigger audience working out in that gym, and he'll have plenty of time to do it for the next several weeks.
Oh my gosh.
Here's Jeff, who's always giving me these intel tidbits.
He just texted me while we're talking.
Fredo.
Well, this is an indicator.
This undermines Jeff's argument.
Fredo still has his radio show on Sirius, Jen.
Phil?
This is the problem.
On that show, people would go to him for opinion.
This is the difference maker.
I'm telling you, it is.
Mark my words, if Chris Cuomo admitted that he wasn't a journalist, which we all know he's not, this would not nearly be the same problem for him.
That's why on top radio where he's giving his opinion, on radio, on Sirius, he's probably not going to be touched because He's giving opinion there, and it becomes less serious.
When you're a journalist who's abusing... Quote-unquote.
Quote-unquote.
Yeah, when you're abusing exactly your power, I mean, come on!
And the jig is up on CNN.
I was listening to just the nonsense going on about Ilhan Omar and Lauren Boebert, and I was flipping through CNN just earlier today as I was on my drive, actually.
And I don't know who the voice was because I was listening on satellite radio, but she said, well, you know, for Lauren Boebert, this is a great career move because, what did she say?
Islamophobia actually gets you currency with the current GOP.
Oh my gosh.
Are you serious?
This is CNN.
This is where people go for the real news.
You know what that is?
That is projection because anti-Semitism is great if you're a Democrat.
Exactly!
And not a word about all of the stuff that Ilhan Omar has said about the Jews.
Not a word.
But that it's a great career move for Lauren Boebert because, you know, all of the GOP They hate Islam, and they hate Muslims, and so this is going to do her a great favor.
It's insulting.
It is.
Well, that is the quintessence of fake news.
OK, we've got a couple of minutes left with this lady.
Follow her at Jennifer Horn on Twitter.
Also, CRNtalk.com.
Which story is the most important?
I've got in front of me from my buddy at Breitbart, Joel Pollock, San Francisco's Union Square is boarding up.
For Christmas.
The shops are going to be boarded up because of the looting.
Or how about this one?
Closer to home for you, Jennifer.
Los Angeles is now enforcing vaccine mandates at gyms and restaurants and other forms of business.
I guess the latter hits you at home, right?
Oh, absolutely.
They started this about three weeks ago in L.A.
City, and that means that anyone who is unvaccinated, which is me, can't go to a restaurant for indoor dining, can't go to gyms, can't go to the movies.
You can't go to shopping malls now.
Shopping malls are on the list for about a week.
And then people started to complain that there were too many exits and entrances into shopping malls and that people couldn't actually monitor who was going in and out.
So apparently it's now safe.
You won't get COVID if you go to a shopping mall now because it's just because COVID doesn't go to shopping malls, right?
No, it doesn't go to shopping malls.
And you know, you can't eat at a Claim Jumper indoors, but if you want to go eat at Hot Dog on a Stick, it's fine.
That's okay inside the mall because COVID doesn't get you when you're pumping lemonade in a rainbow colored hat.
So yes, it is now official that the enforcement will start and they're going to start hitting businesses each fine.
It starts with a warning and then the fines go $7,000 and up incrementally.
It's just another way to hold businesses back and I can tell you it is not popular.
With the business community in LA City, it'll be interesting to see how this goes.
But the question is, are they going to do anything about it?
Will we see any real resistance?
Especially now that that little fascist Fauci has declared that Omicron, not Omicron, he can't even say it right, Omicron has arrived to our shores and in the state of California.
Break a leg, my dear.
Have an amazing evening.
Thank you for joining us.

Hey, what do you need?
Uh, I need some money for pizza.
And he just has like a three minute conversation with his son.
What?
Alright, make sure you get back then.
And then he just goes right back to talking.
Oh my gosh.
Sounds about right.
That's rich.
Title for that one?
Um...
Something else about Cuomo?
Yeah.
Much ado about Cuomo.
Much ado, Beckham.
Did CNN really fire Cuomo?
Whoa.
Yep.
Yes, they did.
Well, see, I hope so.
God, I would love to see that happen.
To see the whole Cuomo family just come crumbling down.
It's probably a money thing.
I mean, he's got plenty of money to... No, I think CNN thinks they can get out of his contract.
For less.
Not having to pay him off.
Did you notice the statement he broke the rules?
Yeah?
Oh, yeah.
So, like, they could fire him then and not... I'm wondering what happened to all the other variants.
How we got to Omicron now.
That is the question.
I did see a new variant, like NU, at one point that was on like a local news station.
Really?
So I guess that's how you get that far down.
New variant or was it the knee variant?
Knee!
- Oh God. - So what happens when we go through the Greek alphabet?
What alphabet comes next for new variants after that?
What letter?
I don't know.
I don't know.
The Omega variant is not fun to do.
That sounds scary.
We start going through the Chinese alphabet?
Oh, that'll be good.
I don't believe they... Do they have an alphabet?
The Latin alphabet.
I don't believe the Chinese have an alphabet.
They have a pictographic mark.
I just can't.
Let's do a cuneiform or something.
What are the Egyptians?
Hieroglyphics?
Hieroglyphics.
Yes!
That will be funny.
That would actually be pretty awesome.
Just a little picture of some dude walking with a cat face.
Yep, watch out for that one.
Alright, we've got...
Prison Fellowship here.
And nothing else.
America First, what's your name?
Hang on one second.
What's Turtle Bay?
Is that where the UN is?
I've never heard of that phrase.
I've not heard of that either.
I saw that in the article and I'm like, what is that?
Strange.
Turtle Bay.
Standing by, 20 seconds.
Yep, 20 seconds.
Stay by. Stay by.
Stay by.
Well, it looks like the shooter from Michigan is being arraigned as an adult, despite being 15 years old.
We've seen footage of him in court.
They're showing his face.
His name is Crumley, and apparently acquired the 9mm handgun from his father.
We'll keep you updated as soon as we get any more information on that.
But here is The latest absurdity.
Thanks to Jeff.
Just texted this to me.
Alec Baldwin has given an exclusive to that diminutive pseudo journalist, George Stephanopoulos, in which he said, the trigger wasn't pulled.
I didn't pull the trigger.
So I guess she's not dead, Alec.
Because there's no way she died if the trigger wasn't activated.
Actor Alec Baldwin told ABC News' George Stephanopoulos in an exclusive interview that he had no idea how a live bullet got onto the set of his film, Rust, but that he didn't pull the trigger on the firearm that killed one person and wounded another.
Quote, I would never point a gun at anyone and pull the trigger at them.
Never!
Baldwin told Stephanopoulos in a first look at the upcoming interview, produced by George Stephanopoulos Productions.
Who cares who produced it?
I mean, seriously.
And by the way, for those who are not gun cognoscenti, the gun that was used, because it was a period film, is a cowboy action, single action handgun, which means To fire it has to be an utterly conscious act.
Why?
Because it can't fire itself magically, because a so-called cowboy gun is single action, which means the hammer has to be purposefully cocked before you can fire it, meaning two conscious actions have to be taken.
There is no way, physically, in the laws of physics, the laws of nature, A loaded single-action weapon with the hammer down cannot fire.
It is impossible.
The hammer must be cocked by a human being.
Not a ghost!
A human being.
And then the hammer must be tripped.
I told you.
I told you guys.
What did I tell you?
He's got to get away with it.
In more absurd news, this is from our buddy at the Free Beacon, Adam Credo.
The United Nations Credentials Committee, oh what a lovely title, is weighing up whether or not the Taliban should be allowed to be a member of the United Nations.
Well, I guess if China can be a member, anybody can be let in.
OK, the call board is blowing up.
We're going to get to your calls momentarily.
Got to give you an update on the Ghislaine Maxwell case.
But first, Christmas.
It's almost upon us.
Just three weeks to go.
Are you going to have a fun Christmas?
What are you planning?
Is it going to be back to normal post-COVID?
Are you going to be celebrating with your family, people traveling to reunite with their loved ones?
Well, spare a thought for the over a million children in America who won't have that kind of Christmas.
Because it's impossible for them.
Because one of their parents is behind bars.
But somebody has thought of them.
And somebody cares.
And they want to include you.
Thanks to Chuck Colson's amazing Prison Fellowship Program, we are providing with your support Christmas gifts to these children.
$25 buys a girl or a boy a Christmas gift on behalf of their incarcerated parent.
We get them the gift.
And then a message from their mother or father behind bars, along with the gospel.
It is one of the most blessed things you can do to say thank you.
Listen to Dawn, one of the ladies who works with these incredibly vulnerable children.
Pay it forward.
You can't outgive God.
Can you afford $25?
Do it today.
Change a life.
More than 70% of these children will end up behind bars as well, but we can break that cycle if they feel loved.
If they are less vulnerable because of that message that you can provide them from their parent.
Please call Prison Fellowship today and make a tax-deductible donation at 888-206-2794.
Or just go to my website, that's sebgorka.com, S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com and the angel tree banner at the very top.
Call 888-206-2794.
Change a life for the better.
They are the most vulnerable.
Let's help them.
SebGorker.com and the Angel Tree Banner.
God bless every single one of you who is helping.
Let's go.
Let's stay on the issue of the Cuomo Dodo's Joe Illinois Line 2.
Welcome to America First.
Hey, Dr. G. Hey.
Love you, sir.
Thank you.
That darn George Snuffleupagus.
I do love that.
Yeah, I think we should call him Snuffleupagus.
Although I did like Snuffleupagus, so it's a bit of an insult to the Sesame Street character.
I'll copy that, sir.
My point is that in Democratic circles, they are trying to bring back Andre Cuomo.
Yes, to run to run against Trump DeSantis.
I think that's the ticket.
Well, hang on, hang on.
They did.
I mean, remember, he was the golden, before the, you know, the old people home deaths and before the sexual assault allegations, he was, you know, he was touted as potentially the lead of the ticket for the presidential campaign in 24.
But you think, you think he can do that after the recent charges?
Look, I got a couple of very liberal sisters that absolutely love this guy.
Hang on, hang on.
No, no, no, no, no.
On what basis?
Why do they like... just explain that to me.
I don't know.
Maybe it's that Italian thing.
But he's a creep.
You look at him and he looks creepy.
Oh, they ignore the obvious, Doctor.
They ignore the obvious and, uh, you know, what... Okay, okay.
What about, what about, what about the old people's home?
What about the 12,000 dead?
Do they ignore that as well?
Well, they try to talk sense to them.
And?
Uh, and they, uh, you know, put their fingers in their ears and... Okay, I gotta ask you this.
I gotta ask you this.
He's not Italian.
What do they think of Sleepy Creepy?
Uh, that was just to, uh, get rid of Trump.
Okay, but what do they think of him now?
Do they have a car?
Do they buy gas?
Yeah, well, the obvious, and like I, you know, called in, uh, earlier last month, uh, uh, the suburban mothers have found this out all on their own through higher gas prices.
But do your sisters approve of him as well?
I guess they love him.
I don't know.
All right, we've got to talk to these ladies, Joe.
You've got to do something.
You've got to tell them, you know, give them my phone number and say it's Chris Cuomo's new radio show.
Tell them to call in and we'll have some fun with them.
God bless you, Joe.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
More of your calls and also special guests here on America First, wherever you are, whatever you're doing.
Don't you dare touch that dial.
Don't you dare touch that dial.
Don't you dare touch that dial.
Why is he... Oh.
Is he C or D?
D. Oh, he's in D. Okay.
Oh, whoops.
Sorry.
Thought it was this segment.
Here we'll have merch and relief.
Okay, good.
Alright, and there's some things I still... Oh, we've got to talk about Kramer.
We've got to talk about Geraldo.
Let's start with Kramer, then we'll go to Geraldo and Maxwell.
We've done one, two...
Okay.
Will you get your headphones on, Jeff? Jeff?
I want to get your take on Kramer.
Sure.
This'll be fun.
On.
Okay, two and a half.
Okay.
How is Twitter going to police this?
How do you show you have the consent of the person's image?
It's not.
It's just going to be all the things that make their stuff look bad, boom.
Just take it away.
And they're not going to go into your, like, Joe Schmoe's thing.
They're going to go into whoever, you know, they're going to track a post.
Yeah, who has the best meme?
Right?
It's targeting.
It's all targeting.
There's no way to evenly police that across the board.
Was this objective, Stan?
Are you kidding me?
Every Democrat without a mask will be a speed boom.
They want every party to consent, even though that's not the law.
But how?
I mean, how?
How do you do that?
Is there a form you fill in?
I know, because literally it would turn into you can't put anything up there.
Yeah, if it's not a picture of you.
You can put words up.
Or famous people, right?
That doesn't make any sense.
As I have said before, and I shall say again, I have felt like a genuinely better person ever since I got banned on Twitter.
It was just too much stress inducement for me.
I never really used it in the first place.
All the hashtags are garbage.
All the trending stuff.
Get someone else to read it if it's funny enough.
Alright, we need three books.
Okay, we've got 25 seconds here.
We're coming in with merch.
Yep.
All right.
Stand by.
All right.
All right.
Portions of America first are brought to you in part by prison fellowship.
I always feel so bad when...
Well, you guys send me stuff.
And one of you who's been so loyal, every month or so, I get some cigars from Roger.
I'm not going to mention his last name because there's a lot of crazies out there.
And he just sent me a lovely little packet of kind of sub-robust.
Jeff, what are you smoking nowadays?
What's your cigar of choice?
I'm still with the Oliva.
Oh, fabulous choice.
I got just sent, do you know what the nubs are?
The nub brand?
N-U-B?
Great cigar.
And Roger sent me yesterday a little, little tight pack.
He said, if you're in a hurry, it's a great quick smoke.
They're in my humidor and I just want to say, thank you, Roger, for sending me the nub cigars.
You are a gentleman and a scholar.
Okay.
Got to get Mr. G's take on something else as well.
But first things first, It's getting close to Christmas.
Let's make a promise.

Or the MAGA I'm a MAGA Man mugs.
I'm a MAGA Gal mug.
Amazing mugs made in the United States.
They're so American, they've got an eagle on the bottom of the mug.
Or the real high sellers flying off the shelves.
It's the Let's Go Brandon gear.
Let's Go Brandon T-shirts.
Let's Go Brandon hats.
And of course, my favorite, the Let's Go Brandon yard sign.
But whatever it is, my books, Defeating Jihad, Why We Fight, The War for America's Soul, The Carl Rittenhouse T-Shirt, all of them made here in America.

Okay.
Do you know who Jim Cramer is?
He's that crazy guy who gets paid to shout at the cameras.
He's allegedly giving you some, you know, financial advice.
Like he's the one who said Bear Stearns never gonna collapse.
Chill out.
Never gonna happen.
He's that good at what he does.
I always thought he was.
Faking it?
Well, we'll see, because this is what he has to say about your medical privacy.
Jim Cramer, allegedly a market analyst, now talking about how he wants to change America.
Cut 4.
Some of us are old enough to remember when we were told we had to get a needle stuck into our arms because of some disease that was so scary we were afraid to talk about it.
The disease was called polio.
No one knew how you got it, but you were scared to go to a place where anyone might congregate, a swimming pool, a park.
Then we got a vaccine.
Vaccine that worked.
President Eisenhower said we would end polio.
He pulled it off because he didn't give us any choice.
Soon after, as if the needle were too hard, they came up with a sugar cube.
They being the scientists at the time.
And we lined up and took them too.
Mine tasted like maraschino cherries.
Yeah, like the Del Monte fruit cocktail my mom served, but only better.
Lord knows what happened if he didn't partake.
But back then, anyone who refused to get vaccinated would get ratted out immediately because we knew that person could hurt other people.
So now, Kramer wants to rat out people who don't get the vaccine, and he actually said we could use the military to make sure that everyone is vaccinated.
That's Mr. Mad Money.
Mr. G, I never took this guy seriously, because I thought it was all a put-on, all a show, this fake screaming at the camera.
Why is he doing this?
Uh, I've never taken him seriously either.
I always think he's fake.
I think he's a mouthpiece for the establishment and for the government and for what they want.
So he's like, this is the corporate line and he wants to keep his corporate sponsors happy.
Yes, he's done that before.
He was so against the GameStop just when that was going on.
Oh, really?
Oh, big time.
The Robin Hood GameStop?
You guys don't know what you're doing.
This isn't smart and all that stuff just over and over and over again.
He always takes that establishment line.
That is very, very interesting.
How telling.
Let's squeeze in a call.
Let's go to JR in Nashville, line one.
Hey, Dr. G. Hey!
Me and my very close friend, Suzette, are crossing off the calendars, old school, waiting for the Israel trip.

Since my producer, who doesn't live anywhere near the Capitol, what did you say, what did you see today?
There was a plane flying with a banner that said, end abortion now.
End abortion now, what, miles away from the Capitol, so people are energized, Father, people are energized.
They really are, they really are.
It was a good day.
Good day, but we might, you know, we had constitutional law professor Jenna Ellis on the show and she thinks we're going to have to wait till June as usual to get the result.
Yeah, most people are saying that.
We'll see.
I mean, I was floating a little different idea because I don't know.
Are you really going to want to sit around and wait?
I guess it ends up being a political decision.
I think they'll decide well before that.
I think it's such a big issue.
I don't think it's out of the question that we get the results sooner.
Yeah, I feel the same way.
I do.
Alright, we are live in 90 seconds.
Stand by.
Okay.
Here we go.
All right, so we've got...
Is...

We are delighted on this day of all days to have with us somebody who has fought so hard for the unborn.
He is, of course, the director of Priests for Life.
Father Frank Pavone, welcome back to America First.
Hi, Seb, it's great to be back, especially today, as you say.
So, we have to be careful not to fall into the trap of being inside our own echo chamber, but everybody we've talked to today, lawyers, commentators, experts, seem to be very positive with what they're hearing coming out of the Supreme Court and the Mississippi case.
Is that what you're hearing, Father?
Yes, I am.
I was out in front of the court all morning today as the arguments were going on.
The audio was being fed to us, so we followed it in real time.
And we had a far larger group of pro-life people standing out there in front of the court praying and rallying than there were pro-choice.
They had their rally, too.
Uh, but that was the sentiment also, uh, there in front of the court, and of course a lot of legal experts and pro-life leaders were there.
Uh, you know, we're optimistic that at least the court will uphold the Mississippi law, which protects babies starting at 15 weeks into the pregnancy.
Now, you know, we We had reason to be optimistic just going into the case because of the way that the court framed the question.
They said, are all bans on abortion pre-viability unconstitutional.
It's hard to imagine them just introducing this case, hearing this case, and then coming back and saying, yes, they're all unconstitutional, never mind.
So we expected some kind of change.
And the way that the questions were being asked really pressed the other side to say, look, You know, why, for example, one of the questions was, why is 15 weeks too little time for a mother, a pregnant mother, to make a choice about abortion?
It's not taking away her choice.
It's just saying, hey, like most Americans believe, 65% of Americans believe it shouldn't be beyond 12 weeks.
And, you know, so most Americans, even who are pro-choice, will say, hey, if somebody's going to make the choice, for goodness sake, make the choice before the baby gets too far developed.
Right, and their argument that the viability should be the yardstick is of course absurd because viability now is completely different from what viability was 20 years ago or even 10 years ago.
But let me just share with our millions of listeners and viewers across the nation something that kind of just leaves me speechless at the top of your Twitter feed and I've just Retweeted it myself.
So there's video that you've posted from outside the Supreme Court today of allegedly three pregnant women, young women, who are filming themselves taking abortion pills outside of the Supreme Court to kill their own babies on camera.
That, I mean, Isn't that all the proof you need, Father Pavone, that we are truly dealing with the diabolical, this is the forces of darkness, when young women think, this?
This is how you respond?
Right.
Yeah, it is.
It's diabolical.
It's dehumanization.
Uh, it's trivializing a crucially important issue, um, and, uh, and, you know, and I would argue with them, you, you know, you're not, you're not, you're not filming your, your, your abortion.
Show us what's happening to that baby, you know, as these pills starve that baby or as other procedures dismember that baby.
I, you know what I did in front of the court today, I took out a model of a baby, the same size as Mississippi is trying to protect.
And I took out a pair of surgical forceps that I have that were actually used one time in abortions.
I got it from an abortionist who quit.
And I showed the media, as well as the people there, exactly what it is we're trying to prevent.
So these people want to trivialize it.
What we've got to do is keep bringing people back to the reality of what it actually is that we're talking about when we say abortion.
Follow this man's work, priestsforlife.org and endabortion.us and his personal Twitter account which is frforfatherfrfrankpavone.
Father, even if we get the best decision possible in June or perhaps sooner that strikes down Roe v. Wade, This isn't the end of the story because all that will happen is that the sovereignty, the subsidiarity of this issue will return to the state.
So this isn't a war won, this is just one battle and we have to stay active and we have to keep praying, do we not?
We have to keep praying and I want to invite people to join me at supremecourtvictory.com where we have a prayer campaign going as well as lots of information on the arguments.
But what you said is so important, Seb, and for our listeners to keep in mind when they talk about this with friends and relatives.
This is not asking the court to stop abortions.
This is asking the court to let the people decide.
Because what the court did to Mississippi, you realize what they did to Mississippi in this case, is that the lower courts didn't even listen to the arguments Mississippi was making about why they passed this law, new science about the baby, information about how abortion hurts women, and so forth.
The court said, we're not listening.
Because this is before viability, and we have declared that that's unconstitutional.
So sorry, Mississippi.
Well, you know, legislators around the country are gathering this information.
They want to act on it.
And what Mississippi said to the court today was, give legislators the right to do their job, because they're accountable to the people.
And everyone listening, no matter what their position is on abortion, should say, yeah, that's the best idea.
We don't want to be ruled by unelected judges.
Yeah, it's why we have a Republic of States.
That new website again, supremecourtvictory.com, correct?
Exactly, exactly.
All right, educate yourselves, guys.
Keep praying.
We are potentially on the cusp of winning one battle, but an incredibly significant battle.
And God bless you, Father Pavone and all of your colleagues for fighting for the most vulnerable in our society.
That is supremecourtvictory.com.
Read the arguments.
Educate yourself.
and become one of the warriors for the most vulnerable.

Mic's on.
All right, I need to get this.
Geraldo defending Maxwell.
Yeah, cut one.
Yeah, and then what have we got here?
We've got my pillow.
Let's come in with something.
Sorry, that's cut three.
Yeah.
Cut five doesn't need an intro.
Come in with cut five.
Come in with cut five.
All right.
Joy read.
And a title for Father Pavone?
What happens after the right Supreme Court decision?
Okay.
What's the quality of the body cam footage like?
Do you see anything?
No, but it's just the... She says in there that we didn't tell him to follow the jury, or that car, the producer.
There's no way she would... Because the cop never said... She just said, why is he following a vehicle?
Right.
But what do you see?
Is it just the... Nothing.
You see him holding up a phone.
Okay.
Do you want to use that cut?
No, no, no.
I just hadn't seen the video.
I'd heard the audio.
Coming in with cut 5.
20 seconds coming in with cut 5.
Bye-bye.
Hi, this is President Trump,
and Sebastian is really a friend of mine. and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, a public servant who has seen this nation through AIDS, bioterrorism, Ebola, swine flu, and now COVID, is nothing like Nazi Dr. Joseph Mengele.
Nor is Fauci anything like the creator of fascism, Benito Mussolini, other than being Italian.
Is that what they're getting at?
Because that, too, is offensive.
It's a comparison.
Tuckham's Carlson of frozen dinner fame made on his show last night.
And no, it doesn't make sense.
But making sense is hardly the point.
It's about power and spreading lies and fake outrage so the MAGA squad wins elections.
They are today's angels of death.
Because Democrats don't want to win elections and it's not about power for Democrats.
But Tuckham's frozen... Seriously, Joy Reid?
Oh, you find it offensive.
Unlike the homophobic posts That you wrote five years ago.
Are the FBI still investigating those?
All right.
What's his face?
He's on TV right now.
Thingy.
What's his name?
Geraldo!
Why did Geraldo defend Ghislaine Maxwell?
I just want to put this into context right now.
This is from our buddy Amanda Prestigiacomo from the Daily Wire.
One of the witnesses in the Ghislaine Maxwell Epstein case, testifying under the pseudonym Jane, yesterday testified that she was forced to have sex With Jeffrey Epstein in 1994 when she was 14 years old.
And who was there watching it, facilitating it?
Yes, Ghislaine Maxwell.
This is the woman that Geraldo wants to defend.
Count three.
I am outraged by the Maxwell case.
You talked about Daryl Brooks, the creep who ran over his girlfriend and killed six people in the fray, and he was out of $1,000 bail.
Jelaine Maxwell has been in jail for 17 months for no bail.
No bail.
She is sitting in prison prior to trial, accused, get this, of events that happened between 1994 and 1990.
She's a flight risk.
She offered to put up a $28.5 million bond.
Anyone who offers to put up a $25 million bond is de facto a flight risk.
That's a person who can buy a private jet after they give you the $25 million in cash.
What are you defending her for?
I'd really love to know her, Aldo.
We've had our debates, we've had our beefs on Fox, but this...
This is creepy.
Okay, guys, next up, the truth about COVID, what they won't tell you about the disease, about masks, about vaccines, about the boosters from a man.
You've seen him.
He's not a conservative, but he's on Fox.
He's on Tucker's show.
We've got him.
I don't think anybody's interviewed him for an hour.

by CastingWords Anybody who's looking at this carefully realizes that there's a distinct anti-science flavor to this.
So if they get up and criticize science, nobody's gonna know what they're talking about.
But if they get up and really aim their bullets at Tony Fauci, well, people could recognize there's a person there, so it's easy to criticize.
But they're really criticizing science, because I represent science.
That's dangerous.
To me, that's more dangerous than the slings and the arrows they get thrown at me.
And if you damage science, you are doing something very detrimental to society.
Well, you heard it there.
He is the God King of Science!
How dare you question Dr. Fauci?
Because while you're questioning all of science if you do that, you know what he really means.
You're not allowed to question him because if you do, You may get cancelled!
And that brings me to our very special guest today for America First one-on-one.
If you turn on Tucker, if you listen to my buddy Dan Bongino, you will hear this guy.
He pops up everywhere.
Yesterday his new book was released by my publishers.
I didn't even know that.
So proud that Regnery have got Pandemia.
How coronavirus hysteria took over our government rights and lives by none other Than Alex Berenson.
Alex, welcome to One on One.
Thanks for having me.
Alex, you strike me as somebody who's, you know, a bit old-fashioned because you're a journalist that actually looks for the truth and the facts.
Can you explain to me, as such, why you don't have a Twitter account anymore?
What happened?
Sure.
Well, I want to say something right off the top, okay?
There's probably a lot of things that you and I disagree about.
I think that is a fair bet.
Right?
You know, I think we probably disagree pretty strongly, for example, about January 6th, okay?
But the reason that I, you know, I basically am a conservative media person now in terms of who will have me on is because the left is so intolerant of discussion about the coronavirus, about, you know, The value of non-pharmaceutical interventions, by which I mean lockdowns and masks and school closures and other stuff that we did last year that basically proved useless, as a lot of data shows.
And now it's gotten even worse with vaccines.
And this is why I am no longer on Twitter.
I was very, very critical of a lot of things last year, but when I started to ask questions about the vaccines that people didn't like, Um, you know, that's ultimately what got me banned from Twitter.
And the irony is a lot of the stuff that I said, uh, you know, starting, you know, both, both last spring, but especially over the summer about how the vaccine seemed to be losing any power to stop infection or transmission.
I mean, those are essentially conventional wisdom right now, which is one reason why there's this desperate push for boosters.
But, you know, I said it three months too early, and I got banned for it.
It's crazy to me.
So what was your actual sin?
What was, do you know, did the overlords of Palo Alto tell you what the final straw was?
Yeah, so I know what my, you know, Twitter has this five strike policy.
I know what my fifth strike was.
And the tweet began, the vaccines don't stop infection or transmission.
Which we know.
Which we know!
I mean, and then I said, don't think of them as vaccines.
Think of them as therapeutics, meaning sort of like more traditional drugs with a bad side effect profile.
And I will completely stand by that too.
I mean, a vaccine should be permanent or semi-permanent and it should produce something close to immunity.
And that's really, if not complete immunity.
That's really what the definition of vaccine is in the FDA's own documents.
And what the CDC's definition used to be.
Until they changed it recently, of course.
That's correct.
Until the plasticity of words was hyped up and everything is now fungible.
We're talking to Alex Branson.
For those who aren't familiar with him, we've got three million listeners on the radio and then plus all the others on video.
Let's talk about, you know, where you hailed from, who you used to write for.
Tell us the potted version, and now you are a favorite of conservative media.
But Alex, before that happened, before the coronavirus, what was your beat?
Where did you work and where did you come from?
That's a great, great question.
And because one reason I think I engender so much dislike from the left is that I'm a class traitor.
I went to Yale.
I worked for The New York Times for 10 years.
I don't, you know, and I was a reporter elsewhere for about six years before that.
And my reporting was basically, I mean, I went to Iraq for the paper a couple times, but essentially I was a financial and corporate reporter who spent several years towards, you know, the last sort of five to six years at the Times covering the drug industry, the prescription drug industry.
So I know the prescription drug industry and, you know, and sort of, and sort of healthcare in general quite well.
And you know, and so, and so, That's why I think one reason they hate me so much is I'm supposed to be on their team.
And instead I'm raising all these uncomfortable questions.
So tell us the evolution of your new identity that made you a pariah for the legacy mainstream media.
So did you just start writing about COVID?
Did you go off by yourself or were you given a new beat?
So walk us through the last two years for Alex Berenson.
Sure.
So I left the Times in 2010, and people on Twitter sometimes say I was fired from the Times, which is completely, categorically false.
I left on good terms.
I left because I was writing novels, which were selling very well.
I wrote 12 novels, all of which were bestsellers.
And the first one, which came out in 2006, was the paperback number one bestseller in 2008.
And it turns out that, you know, that's a pretty good way to make a living.
So ultimately in 2010, I decided to leave the Times.
Wrote novels for a number of years.
And then my wife is a forensic psychiatrist, so she deals with the criminally mentally ill.
And she, you know, sort of mid-decade started talking to me about all the terrible cases of cannabis-related violence she was seeing in patients.
And I was actually quite dismissive of this at first.
I didn't really believe her.
And she said, look, there's a lot of science around this.
Psychiatrists all know this.
And ultimately, she convinced me to start researching it, and that became a book called Tell Your Children, which came out in 2019.
It's about the dangers of cannabis, correct, Alex?
That is absolutely correct.
It is sort of about the mental health dangers of cannabis.
And by the way, I explicitly say in the book, you can know that cannabis can have psychiatric consequences and still be in favor of legalizing it.
You know, alcohol causes lots of problems for lots of people, and it's totally legal.
Okay.
But let's be honest about what the problems are.
Well, that book, Malcolm Gladwell actually wrote a very nice review of it in the New Yorker.
The rest of sort of the, or I wouldn't say review, but he wrote a piece that was based on the book's premise in the New Yorker.
And then the rest of the media savaged the book, basically, including the Times, really.
They either ignored it or savaged it.
And that was my, you know, sort of hard wake-up call that if you present stuff, that is ideologically uncomfortable, no matter how well researched it is.
And even if it's not explicitly political, 'cause I tell your children is not explicitly political, you can get in trouble with the woke media gods, whether they are social media or legacy media.
And let's just stop here for a second, because I wanted to talk about this later, but you've mentioned it already.
So this is your book, Tell Your Children The Truth About Marijuana, Mental Illness and Violence.
Was the issue, Alex, that you were bucking an established narrative and that was verboten?
Yes.
And I think, honestly, part of the issue was that these so many people had been repeating to themselves for so long that cannabis just was in no way dangerous, that they were almost shocked at how strong the science around its potential mental health risks really is.
And so, it's really bad when you tell somebody something, and they just have no idea that it could even be true, and you have science and data to back it up.
But so, fast forward two years, or really a year and a half, fast forward to the coronavirus, which the coronavirus starts It becomes a public issue in January 2020.
I was working actually on another novel and on a larger book about U.S.
drug policy, which is something I'd like to return to at some point.
But immediately the coronavirus obviously became a big story.
And I have to be honest, at first, and I talk about this in Pandemia, I was pretty nervous about the coronavirus.
I think we all were.
Well, because we didn't know.
It was novel.
That's right.
It was novel.
And the data coming out of China seemed to be quite scary.
And the videos of people dying, you know, seemingly dropping dead in the streets.
And, you know, it looked pretty bad.
And so actually, it was sort of mid-March when the Imperial College of London put out this big paper saying, "Two million Americans are going to die from this if we don't do anything about it, and all these Britons are going to die, we have to basically have to shut down the world." and all these Britons are going to die, we have And I started to really dig into the data that they were offering, and it became clear that there was just this giant gap in mortality by age.
We're going to talk about all of these findings.
We have in your book just a list of shocking statistics that people aren't aware of.
Let's start with the mortality.
But first, I want everybody to know that you are a reliable collator.
of information that others deem dangerous because it counters the narrative.
So access this information at alexberenson.com or at his substack, which is alexberenson.substack.com.
Thank you.
you
The End
So Alex, talk to us about first the mortality figures, because we have this one figure that Americans, according to your book, thought,
They thought they would die at a rate 25 times or, sorry, a hundred times greater than the actual risk of them.
So talk to us about the first thing you found out about the disparity between expectations and actual data.
Sure.
So and by the way, the Substack is the best place to go.
I'm very active on that since Twitter kicked me off and you don't have to pay for it.
You can sign up for free.
Most people are signed up for free.
It's it's called Unreported Truths.
And, you know, just check it out at Substack.
But but so, yes, you when when Americans are surveyed and the survey is not running anymore, but it ran for, you know, for for actually over a year.
About what they thought the risks of dying if they got the coronavirus were, you know, I think the number came in at 20 to 25%.
So people thought they had about a 20% risk or 25% risk.
Meaning one in four people would die.
That's correct.
And that number is off by a factor of about a hundred.
You know, you can argue about it a little bit, but it's about a hundred.
And by the way, if you do this about hospitalizations, People think that there's like a 50% chance or more that they're going to have to be hospitalized with the coronavirus.
And once again, aside from the, you know, elderly, the number is, you know, it's in the 1% or less range.
So people just have a completely skewed idea of the coronavirus risks to them.
And talk to us, I think the one that's most...
of an affront to anyone who just takes a moment, just 15 minutes to do a little bit of prime resource research.
Can you talk to us about children and mortality rates?
Because I tell this story on my radio every single day.
Every morning I walk my dogs and I walk past this beautiful playground and the kids are in masks.
And the parents are in masks and it blows my mind because I know these aren't, you know, kids from a children's hospital with leukemia.
These are dozens and dozens of children from the local community who are masked.
So, Alex, talk to us about the truth about how dangerous COVID is based upon the data to those under the age of 18.
So the truth about the risk of COVID to children and teenagers, that it is in healthy children.
And when I say healthy, I don't mean like your kid's about to run a marathon.
I mean somebody who isn't severely ill with a bad genetic defect or late stage cancer.
So I'm defining healthy very broadly.
The risk to those kids is so low that it is essentially impossible to track.
In the UK, which has about 60 million people, 65 million people, 12 million people under the age of 18.
They looked, they found 60 deaths in the last 18 months that were related to coronavirus.
When they really looked, more than half those deaths were absolutely unrelated.
They were just, you know, somebody who'd gotten COVID, you know, a positive test, and then maybe they'd been in a car accident or something like that.
Absolutely unrelated.
So you're down to 25.
Of those 25, 19 had either, again, late stage cancer, really severe genetic problems or basically those two things.
So if you actually counted the number of healthy people under 18 in the United Kingdom who've died of the coronavirus in the last two years, you get six.
Six out of 12 million.
And the statistics are, they're directionally almost exactly the same in the U.S.
The U.S., you know, we're claiming 800 kids under 18 have died.
Now that's out of about 80 million kids.
So the top line number, and this gets, you know, all the people who want your kids to stay home forever and never to get to go to school, they'll say 800 kids died.
Well, first of all, that's out of 80 million.
But again, in reality, once you look and you count the ones who are really ill, You get to a tiny number.
And I'll just tell you about two cases, okay?
One was a four-year-old in Galveston County, Texas.
This was back in September.
She was reported to have died of COVID.
And just a couple of weeks ago, the Galveston County medical examiner said she didn't die of COVID.
Well, guess what?
The first story made national news.
And the second one, And by the way, I don't know what she really died of, but the case never made any sense.
And here's another one.
In Alberta, Canada, a 14 year old was reported to have died of COVID and his sisters got so angry, they actually went to Facebook and posted and the government of Alberta, Canada had to acknowledge this.
They said, our brother died of terminal brain cancer.
He had stage four brain cancer.
He caught COVID at the end of his life when he was already hospitalized.
So hang on a second.
Hang on.
So the relatives of somebody who died was so incensed.
That's correct.
They had to correct the record because nobody else would.
That's correct.
And this has happened repeatedly.
Children are just not at any risk from this.
I'll tell you, Seb, the thing that I am proudest of in pandemia and in general in the last 18 months is that I took a strong stand against closing schools very early.
This is what I wanna go to.
So let's talk about not just the children, but what COVID did to our educational institutions.
So tell us why you're so proud about unveiling some of the insanity.
Talk to us about what we did to ourselves and our children.
Our children and our college and university students, and even sort of graduate students, they've all lived these insane lives the last year and a half.
And for no reason, they're at no risk.
And it also appears, certainly younger kids, they clear to the coronavirus so quickly, they don't spread it to adults for the most part.
They tend to get it from adults.
There've been studies done in Sweden and elsewhere showing that teachers are actually at lower risk than other adults in general for getting the coronavirus when they're in school because they're in a relatively safe place for a lot of the day.
So we, We did this, we closed our schools, and when you look back, when I look back in Pandemia, in writing this, it was crystal clear that the teachers unions thought that they could punish Donald Trump with this, right?
So when the schools are closed, parents can't work normally, parents have miserable lives, Children have miserable lives, and if you can blame that on Donald Trump, and by the way, your members don't have to drive to go to school, they're getting paid, they're not getting fired.
It was a great deal for the teachers' unions.
And I will say, parents are no longer in on this joke.
They do not like this, and that's why I think Virginia has a Republican governor now.
The teachers' unions are gonna be punished, I think, for a long time for this, but they certainly liked it last year.
Yeah, I've said this on the show.
Glenn Youngkin had a campaign built on getting Virginia back to work.
It was an economic message because he's a businessman.
But then he saw what was happening at the school boards and he pivoted in the last three weeks.
He came on my show and he embraced the school moms who were standing up.
And that's really why he won.
The book is Pandemia by Alex Berenson.
How coronavirus hysteria took over our government, our rights and our lives.
And just on that last point about the colleges, my son is in college in California.
And, you know, there's what's evil and what's wrong.
And there's also what's bloody insane.
When he's at a college and they say, you're not allowed to see your girlfriend or your boyfriend, you think, yeah, a 20 year old male isn't going to see his girlfriend because the dean of equity and public health says no.
I mean, you're just insane.
Some of this is evil, some of it is just stupid, and there's a lot of it which is just Monty Python-esque.
And a lot of it, by the way, a lot of it is liability-driven.
Yes, of course, of course, of course.

Alex, let's talk about other aspects of your new book, Pandemia.
Let's talk about just science denial.
Conservatives, I'm a conservative, are often labelled as science deniers.
Let's talk about masks.
There's a wonderful video out there from I don't know nobody famous who just he's somewhere cold up north it's freezing he's got a woolly hat on he's got a proper N95 on he's got a painter's mask on top and then on top of that he's got a a fabric mask one of these blue fabric masks and he takes a big drag from a vape And then he just exhales the smoke from his lungs.
And it's hilarious because it's so cold you can see everything.
You can see the moisture from his breath.
You can see the smoke from the vape.
And it is leaking out everywhere.
Down, sideways, through the mask, up around his nose.
What's the science on masks, Alex?
And especially when it comes to children wearing them eight hours a day in school.
What did you find?
The science on masks is unequivocal.
They're useless.
They're useless.
This isn't really even an argument people are having.
Now, N95s, which technically are called respirators, which are uncomfortable and which are more expensive and which, you know, are not really in widespread use in the United States.
I mean, people do use them.
But if you wear one of those properly, really strapped tight to your face, and you get what's called fitted, Those may offer some protection.
They're far from perfect.
And you'll end up with this pressure mark around your face, right?
That's right.
And who wants to wear that eight hours a day?
Almost nobody.
And those haven't even been recommended for the civilian population for the most part.
Those might work some.
Everything else is useless.
And this really wasn't even a debate before March of 2020.
And by the way, Here's where masks actually might be somewhat useful.
If you're symptomatic, if you're actually sick... If you're sick, right.
That's right.
Wearing a mask, A, it can catch some of the globs of phlegm or whatever that you're spitting up, and B, it's a signal.
It says, I'm sick, stay away from me, which signal becomes totally worthless when everybody's wearing masks.
So here's why masks don't work.
The very simple explanation is you may have seen these memes that were going around last year of a mosquito and a chain link fence.
Well, that's basically correct.
The virus, the viral particle, is just too small for the weave of the mask to catch.
Right.
And that's true upon breathing in, and it's basically true upon breathing out.
And then on top of that, people don't wear them right.
They take them off.
Well, and they touch them, and they touch them all the time.
People don't understand.
As soon as you touch a mask, that's it.
It's done.
You have to get another one, and nobody thinks about that.
Very useless.
And by the way, one last thing on this.
There are these graphs that were going around last year where they would show a chart of coronavirus cases and they put it up against when a mask mandate had been lifted or tightened or, you know, or put into place initially and you can just see there's absolutely no correlation.
The virus does what it does and the masks do nothing to change that.
And then boosters, let's talk about boosters.
Where do you stand on what seems to be boosters forever, seems to be the messaging.
There'll be gamma, delta, zeta, theta variants, and then what?
We'll have boosters in perpetuity?
Well, I mean, this is a horrible idea and it's dangerous, frankly.
OK, here's what we know about the vaccines.
The vaccines will, for a period of four to six months after the second dose, They're pretty effective at stopping infection and transmission and serious cases, okay?
And you can see it in the data from Israel, you can see it in the data from the UK.
Every country that vaccinates really aggressively a large portion of its population enters what I call the happy vaccine valley, okay?
And the vaccines appear to work.
The problem is, for whatever reason, and I think scientists are still doing a lot of work and need to do a lot of work to figure out why, that protection fades within about six months.
And it doesn't fade slowly, okay?
It fades almost to zero for infection and transmission.
And the only argument left is whether or not the vaccines actually then reduce the risk of serious disease and death for a longer period.
And I would say the jury is still out.
There's some evidence they do, but that that immunity also tends to wane.
Okay, so if you're a public health expert and you have been telling people that this is gonna end the epidemic, and it's not, you don't have much choice but to tell them to get a booster and to get their antibodies temporarily up again and to hope you can buy another four or five months.
The problem is, this is not a joke, okay?
This is not Pepto-Bismol.
These are very powerful drugs or very powerful therapeutics.
And that booster comes with risk, and future boosters will also come with risk, and they are being completely dishonest about that.
All right, we're very dog-friendly here.
What is the name of your dog?
This dog is called Calliope.
She is a long-haired Weimaraner, and she needs to get lost.
Weimaraner's high energy, we say hi to Calliope.
The book is Pandemia, How Coronavirus Hysteria Took Over Our Government Rights and Lives.

it's going to be only America first.
America first. America first.
America first.
America first.
America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. ORCHESTRA

Thank you.
OK, so Alex, the big question of it all.
You have written a book.
I think you've become, at least for 74 million Americans who deem themselves to be conservatives or of the right, you've become one of the most reliable purveyors of facts when it comes to the coronavirus.
You've written a book.
I want everybody to go and buy it.
It came out yesterday.
But here's the big question.
Why?
Why the hysteria?
If you don't know my show, I love conspiracy theories as entertainment, but if you dare call my show and spin me on some latest Robert Kennedy Jr.
and the world is flat, I just, the flames come out and I just, you know, I have no mercy because it undermines rational thought.
But it's hard to identify why.
Why would you have somebody like Fauci say at the weekend, we must fear the worst?
Why is there this doubling down from people who aren't amateurs, but who've been in the business for 30, 40 years?
Have you identified, I'm not looking for a conspiracy, but at least maybe not a univalent, but at least some answer as to why Rationality seems to have been jettisoned, Alex.
Alex Bauer: I mean, I think that's a great question.
You know, I'm more of an incompetence theorist than a conspiracy theorist.
I tend to view incompetence and sort of bureaucratic incentive as a main driver of things.
Look, it's clear in the United States that the left and the Biden administration in particular has a huge problem.
And the problem isn't exactly what people, they think their problem is, we promised we were gonna make the coronavirus go away and we couldn't, we're being punished for that.
I think their problem is this, 30% of the country never really cared that much about the coronavirus.
If you have real problems, if you have a car that's about to lose its transmission and you're making 7.25 an hour or whatever, the coronavirus is never a big deal.
Was never top of mind for you.
Okay.
And then 30% of the country, you know, the people who lived in Brooklyn and could remote work, you know, and are just scared by nature.
They were terrified.
Okay.
And those people tend to run Democratic.
I think it's fair to say so, or, you know, very heavily.
So 40% of the country in the middle was rightfully concerned.
They saw the videos they did, you know, They were okay with having the schools closed for a while.
They bought into lockdowns for a while.
Well, a large number of those people, now it's almost two years in, they're past this.
They've looked around and they've seen that they don't know anybody who died from the coronavirus, or they know one person and that person was 83.
And they've also maybe seen that some people have had bad reactions to the vaccine that they know.
So they are done.
And a lot of those people actually got vaccinated once, believe it or not.
They got their two doses, but they don't want a booster.
So the Biden administration is caught between the fact that much of the country, I think now, is completely done with this, and the fact that their base is not.
And the base wants coronavirus to go away.
And unfortunately for the Biden administration, there is no way to make the coronavirus go away.
And so they are increasingly out of touch.
And, you know, these vaccine mandates are likely to get struck down.
So what do they do now?
They have this variant and it looks like they may even have miscalculated that.
It looks like this variant may not be very dangerous, although it may be quite transmissible.
So this is going to be another embarrassment for them.
I mean, I think I think that you are, I think slash hope that we are perhaps seeing the last stages of this.
So let me unpack that.
So what you're saying is that they, like the boy who cried wolf, they've painted themselves into a narrative corner that because they painted it as super scary, it has to remain super scary.
Is that what you're saying?
Well, I mean, and I say this in the book, I say this in Pandemia towards the end, the solution was going to be the vaccine.
with this terrible thing happened.
And we the scientists, we, you know, we solve this.
And by the way, that means you should listen to us about climate change and everything else.
And you know, we're finding new genders each week, you know, that's a great way to solve part of the scientific process.
So that was the narrative, this terrible thing happened.
and the vaccine saved us.
Yeah.
And by the way, you can actually go back to Contagion, the 2009 movie, and this is the narrative.
And it's not like that movie came out of nowhere.
So some of the same people who are at the very top of consulting our response to this were talking to Soderbergh about this.
But unfortunately, reality did not cooperate with them The virus is less dangerous than they said, and the vaccines don't work very well.
So instead of just acknowledging, you know, basically that the last 18 months had been a complete mess that were totally unnecessary, guess what?
They don't want to do that.
So now they're really in a corner.
Yeah, they have to double down.
One thing we haven't mentioned, and you spend time in the book Pandemia on this, and along with what's happened to our children, I think it's the most truly evil aspect of this all, that what was it two years ago, even the vaunted CDC said, as a result of shutdowns, a quarter of adolescent Americans have contemplated suicide.
Do we have any idea what the long term, because I think of children at three, four, five, not being able to see each other because of the masks, The consequences of the shutdown, not just for the aged, but for all.
I mean, the mental health consequences could be, could they be more dangerous over generations than the actual death rate of the disease?
I mean, they could be.
I mean, that's certainly it's speculative.
This is the kind of speculation that, you know, you just don't know the answer.
But but it is clear that, you know, we've put our mental health system under tremendous stress.
And, you know, I haven't reported on this for a while, but there were and so I can't for certain that it continues to be true, but there was definitely a period of time this spring when if you needed a psychiatric bed for a serious, I'm talking about for kids who were cutting themselves and threatening to kill themselves, those beds were not available at any price.
There simply weren't enough of them.
And so that's a bad sign.
And drug overdose deaths, which are on track to set another horrendous record this year, That's another, you know, terrible sign.
So it's clear that there has been severe collateral damage from these lockdowns.
All right, the book is Pandemia.

The End
Okay, last question to you, Alex Brereton.
First things first, God bless you for, you know, deciding to get in your boat and tack in a direction despite, you know, the incoming criticism from former colleagues and what have you in the establishment.
When it comes to COVID, I have a very simple message.
Do your own diligence.
Do a little bit of homework yourself.
And when it comes to your health, guess what?
You decide in consultation with your doctor.
End of story.
I don't care whether it's a coronavirus, a bubonic plague, or a hangnail, that is how you should deal with your health.
What is your advice to Americans who are still kind of wandering through the miasma of misinformation, disinformation and aren't sure what they should know about Corona or anything else.
I think that's great advice.
And I would just add, you know, know how, you know, that the risks are not the same or close to the same for for people that your individual risk really changes by age.
And when you're considering taking the vaccine or the booster, if you've already taken the vaccine, understand That the process to get these approved was not sort of the normal regulatory process, that when people say these were rushed, they really truly were rushed.
And again, there may well be a lot of people for whom the vaccines make sense, but you should go in with your eyes open and know that this is a powerful pharmaceutical product.
So yeah, I would just say all that.
And I do think that for children, because they're at such low risk from the coronavirus, It is, I don't understand why a parent would allow their child to be vaccinated.
And our children, and again, our children are vaccinated against everything else.
They are not gonna get this particular, you know, these mRNA coronavirus vaccines.
I'm willing to say that publicly because I feel- Because it's too experimental, correct?
That's correct.
And because it would be better, you know, for them, and I think actually one or two of them may have already gotten the coronavirus, it'd be better for them to just get the coronavirus and be done with it.
Natural immunity appears superior than vaccine-generated immunity in this case.
Well stay on the line Alex, I want to sign off but first everybody make a note, support this man, listen, read what he writes, alexberenson.substack.com for his writings and the brand new book is Pandemia, how coronavirus hysteria took over our government, our rights and our lives.
But not our Weimaraners, especially the long-haired ones.
