	Actually, on your iPhone, if you have an iPhone, as was sent to me earlier today, on your lock face, the lock front of the iPhone, an image from Apple News, according to the Washington Post, driver suspected of killing five at Wisconsin Parade was speeding away from a knife fight, officials say.
	That, dear friend, is a lie.
	It is a heinous lie.
	It is a lie meant to protect a bloodthirsty BLM murderer.
	Yes, the man who has been arrested, Darrell Brooks, 39 years old, convicted felon, who was paroled, paroled, given a bail just hours before this event.
	was a BLM supporter.
	The mayor of Waukesha has said just minutes ago, there was no incident that triggered this.
	He wasn't fleeing a knife fight.
	That was a lie.

	What does that revelation mean?
	It means that after we have been told, not only by the lying media who at the weekend we know that CNN published a piece with the headline, there's nothing more frightening today than an angry white man.

	The allegedly, allegedly, legitimately elected senile old man who got more votes as a career white politician of 47 years than the first black president.
	The Biden administration has said in its first unclassified threat bulletin from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence after the inauguration that the primary threat to America is domestic terrorists.
	The type that are labelled white supremacists even if they are 17-year-old boys defending themselves from serial child rapists.
	Even today, even at the weekend, the media is lying.
	saying that Kyle Rittenhouse shot three black men.
	Even the Independent, the broadsheet newspaper from the UK, in its headlines said the same thing.
	Kyle Rittenhouse killed two black protesters.
	Oh, you mean the white serial child rapist?
	And the other individual who was a domestic abuser, convicted of strangling his brother?
	Those white protesters?
	Or do you mean felons?
	Do you mean people who are trying to kill Carl Rittenhouse?
	So there comes a point in time where you have to ask a very simple question.
	Is all of this explicable because of incompetence?
	I think you know the answer.
	There is no way, after weeks of reporting, courthouse televised reporting, that you can so get things wrong.
	Where does it start?
	Where does it begin?
	Where does the story that this individual, Daryl Brooks, a serial criminal, Was fleeing from a knife fight.
	He's in a car.
	Last I looked, a car cannot be penetrated by a knife.
	So why would you have to flee from a knife fight if you're inside a steel and glass vehicle?
	You shut the door and you're safe.
	Oh no!
	The legacy media says I have to plow down grandmothers and children at a Christmas parade.
	Because I'm fleeing a knife fight.
	Or as somebody else posited, literally, on a live TV show, the host said, could he have been fleeing the police?
	Or could he just be a BLM murderer?
	His social media profile has already been scrubbed.
	His raps, yes, he was a rapper, of course he was.
	His pro-BLM pronouncements, his anti-Kyle Rittenhouse pronouncements are strangely disappearing as we speak.
	Now, some people say the internet is forever.
	We shall see if that is the case.
	Hopefully the handful of assiduous, conscientious, real journalists that are out there are finding out everything we need to know about this individual right now who, thank the good Lord, is alive.
	Because now, there won't be any positing of what he did.
	He'll have to stand in a courtroom and explain why he accelerated, accelerated through the crowd of dancing children and elderly women.
	Well, I don't want to tell you to do that, but if you have the stomach, watch the whole footage.
	Watch how he drives through the crowd, accelerates, then passed the parade through the police barriers.
	It's very hard to do that accidentally, to so accelerate through the police barriers, that when they found his vehicle, and I've posted the photographs in front of his mother's house, of course he doesn't have a home, he lives with his mother at the age of 39, the vehicle was practically written off.
	By the bodies, the bodies and the wooden barriers that hit the bonnet of that vehicle.
	This is the point when you realize it's not sloppy journalism.
	When they make excuses for child rapists and BLM murderers.
	There's something far, far more diabolical occurring.
	And it's time for us to stop it.

	Nobody better to discuss the sad and tragic events of the last 72 hours across our nation than the individual who was the 40th Commissioner of the New York Police Department, a friend of the truth, a great patriot, Commissioner Bernie Kerik.
	Welcome back to America First.
	Thank you, Sebastian.
	Commissioner, let's start with the decision last weekend of that Sterling jury to acquit Carl Rittenhouse on all five counts there.
	As somebody who's been a professional law enforcement professional your whole life, from the military police in the army right up through the ranks to be Commissioner of the NYPD, are you surprised that that case even went to trial?
	You know what, Sebastian, I was surprised that charges were brought based on what I saw, based on the videos that I saw, based on the things I witnessed.
	I was surprised.
	But you know what?
	A lot of times, prosecutors, they may have information that the public doesn't get.
	So when they brought charges, I was pretty confident that they had to have something That led them to believe that there were violations of the law and it wasn't self-defense.
	Unfortunately, after watching the trial, listening to the evidence, I don't see that they brought anything to the table that would have put him in a guilty position.
	And I'll say this, you know what?
	It's not up to me.
	It's not up to you.
	It's not up to any of your viewers or your audience.
	The people in that room, the jurors in that room, they saw all of the evidence.
	They physically got to see the evidence, they got to witness what happened, they got to hear evidence, they got to hear testimony, and they made a decision.
	I'm not going to prejudge or post-judge what they said, what they did.
	The bottom line is, we live by a constitution.
	I don't care Who the target was, I don't care who the subjects are, who the victims are, it doesn't make any difference to me.
	At the end of the day, it's up to the jury.
	And in this case, after hearing all the evidence, the jury concluded he was not guilty.
	And I go with that.
	No, that's the right way to look at it.
	But are you impressed, given that we now know the death threats made against the judge and others involved, and how members of the press like MSNBC were surveilling, were following members of the jury, are you impressed that they brought the verdict they did in the face of that possible intimidation, Commissioner?
	Yeah, you know what I was surprised at?
	I was surprised that they brought that verdict.
	But you have to wonder how much tension.
	How much stress jurors go under today, given the political rhetoric, given the nonsense on the outside, given the protests, given the threats.
	And listen, they didn't know about the judge being threatened.
	They didn't know about the defense attorneys being threatened.
	I don't think they did.
	I don't think the judge would put that out there until after the trial.
	But at the end of the day, they had to have some basic idea of what was going on outside around them.
	And they still come through with the verdict anyway.
	Given the findings of the judge with regards to that journalist, it is shocking that his company, MSNBC, has a host called Tiffany Cross who had this to say about the individual who was acquitted on all five counts.

	I'm disgusted at what I'm seeing.
	It's not just this trial, it's other trials.
	But this in particular, the fact that white supremacists roam the halls of Congress freely and celebrate this little murderous white supremacist and the fact that he gets to walk the streets freely.
	It lets you know these people have access to instituting laws.
	They represent the legislative branch of this country.
	What are we to make of that?
	Little, quote, that little murderous white supremacist.
	Now you've seen a lot.
	You ran Rikers Island.
	You were the commissioner.
	Has the media ever been this bad, Bernie?
	No, it's never been this bad, and it's only gotten like this over the last eight to ten years.
	You know, I could say the same thing about us having socialists and Marxists in the House of Representatives.
	I could have us say the same thing about having, you know, communist lovers, you know, in MSNBC and NBC and some of these others.
	These days, honestly, Sebastian, I try to ignore all of these morons and just look at the facts and look at the details.
	I am shocked, though.
	I am shocked.
	MSNBC had a reporter actually tailing the bus of the jurors.
	That could be considered witness tampering, I mean, jury tampering, influence in the jury pool, things like that.
	Dangerous.
	I was pretty shocked at that.
	Yeah.
	He is the author of a superb book.

	Commissioner Kerrick has been doing so much also with regards to election audits and finding out what happened last November.

	He is in the crosshairs of the left today.

	They want to get him in a court of law as well on some spurious charge.

	We are back with the 40th Commissioner of the New York Police Department, author of The Lost Son, A Life in Pursuit of Justice, Bernard Kerrick.
	Commissioner Kerrick, let me just ask a very simple layman's question.
	I've served in the British military, never served in law enforcement.
	When you see Stores like Walgreens simply shut down and surrender and leave San Francisco because people can walk in, take up to a thousand dollars worth of stolen goods and not be apprehended, not be prosecuted, not even be arraigned.
	When you see 80 people raid Nordstrom's, raid Louis Vuitton, where does this end?
	As a police commissioner, as somebody who brought law and order back to the streets of New York, Is there some crunch point?
	Is there a point at which people either take the law into their own hands or where there is a political change?
	What is the scenario for reversing this trend?
	The scenario for reversing the trend is exactly what you said, exactly in that order.
	Here's what happens.
	People have enough They can't take it anymore and at that point they don't give a damn if the person coming into office is a Republican or a Democrat.
	They could be a pink Martian for all they care.
	They don't care as long as the person coming into office is going to stop the violence, stop the murder, stop the shootings, and stop mothers from having to put their babies in bathtub to put them to bed at night.
	So at the end, you know, and I know this, From history, right?
	In 1993, when Rudy Giuliani was elected to take over as mayor of New York City, we were averaging 2200 murders a year.
	That's more than Chicago, L.A.
	and Minneapolis combined today.
	That's how many homicides we had.
	People had enough.
	And when they have enough, they will elect somebody and put them in office that they think is going to make that change.
	So far it hasn't been done, but I can see it coming, and I can see it coming quickly in places like California, where you have a three-pronged problem.
	You have a lunatic, cowardly governor who's an extreme leftist.
	You have prosecutors who are not prosecuting, and some of them admitted Marxist and socialist.
	And then you have mayors.
	You have mayors that aren't letting the cops go out and do their jobs.
	So until those three things change, nothing's going to happen.
	And it's only going to get worse.
	Crime will go up.
	Shootings up.
	Murders up.
	And for every percentage point those things rise, you're going to see declines in real estate value, economic development, tourism, and everything that makes a city flourish.
	We have the reports that the Walker Shore killer was out on bail before he murdered those five individuals at that Christmas parade and injured another 40.
	How much, a key aspect of all of this, Commissioner, are these no-cash bails where people commit crimes and are just out on the streets with no prevention within a matter of hours?
	Well let me give you one percentage that's an actual here in New York City.
	Eighty-three percent 83% of the people arrested on gun charges are actually immediately released to go back into the street.
	You know what that does?
	That does two things.
	It puts danger in the streets immediately, And it also emboldens the bad guys.
	They know, no matter what they do, they can get away with it.
	They can be out back on the streets in no time, and that's what's happening.
	So, we're seeing a lot of that stuff in these cities that are run by Democrats.
	New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Baltimore, and others.
	Minneapolis, the first one to call for defunding, who's now calling for refunding.
	But the bottom line is until you get rid of those mayors and these policies.
	This stuff is going to continue.

	This individual wasn't fleeing a knife fight.
	He didn't do it by accident.
	He wasn't stressed out.

	Why is a British tabloid newspaper in possession of more facts about a breaking news story than anybody here in the United States?
	I'll leave that to you to figure out.
	But this is what they already know.
	Suspect identified Daryl Brooks with a long criminal history let out on bail two days ago.
	This individual, it turns out, has more than two decades worth of crime on his rap sheet, including using a vehicle as a weapon and including sex with a minor.
	Yeah, here are the gory details that you will not hear on the lying legacy mainstream media.
	The amateur rapper who plowed through crowds at the Walker Shore Christmas Parade on Sunday night, killing five and injuring dozens more, the latest figure is 40, was on bail at the time after running over the mother of his child and punching her just three weeks ago.
	Daryl Brooks, 39, was taken into custody in Walkershaw, Wisconsin on Sunday night after police found his red Ford SUV parked neatly in a driveway five blocks from where he drove through the crowds of kids and elderly dancing groups.
	The amateur rapper has a long criminal history dating back to 1999, with more than 15 arrests in the state of Wisconsin alone for charges including possession of drugs, strangulation and suffocation, battery, illegally possessing firearms as a convicted felon. illegally possessing firearms as a convicted felon.
	Why is he even walking the streets?

	Can't we just throw away the key?
	You've been busted once as a felon, then you acquire another handgun?
	Life, as far as I'm concerned.
	Oh, and lastly, surprise, surprise, resisting arrest.
	Between July 2020 and February of 2021, he was in custody awaiting trial on a $7,500 bond for shooting at his nephew.
	Oh, what a lovely chap.
	Shooting at his nephew after a fight Over what?
	Over a woman?
	Over a bar of gold?
	No, no, no.
	Here's why he shot at his nephew, Daryl Brookstead.
	Because he was arguing over his old cell phone.
	Why are these people allowed to exist free in normal society?
	The bond of $7,500 was dropped to $500 in February because the courts couldn't give him a trial quickly enough.
	He was then arrested again on November 2nd in Milwaukee.
	Now pay attention to this.
	After what you've heard in the last 24 hours about, oh, it was an accident and he didn't mean to run down those grandmothers and those children.
	He was arrested on November 2nd for hunting down the mother of one of his children at a hotel, then following her in the street in his SUV, and then running her over in the parking lot of a gas station after she refused to get in her car.
	Dailymail.com obtained copies of his arrest warrant for the incident, which reveal he followed her to a gas station, punched her with a closed fist, and then, quote, ran her over.
	So I guess he was practicing.
	I guess that was like a, you know, a dry run for killing five people at the Christmas parade.
	On November 12th, he posted a cash bond of $1,000 for running over the mother of his child.
	By November 19th, he was on the streets again.
	A guy who's been convicted of illegal possession of a firearm as a felon was released again.
	And by November 21st, he was behind the wheel of his SUV again.
	After Sunday night's massacre, good on the Daily Mail for using that phrase.
	That is the correct way to describe it.
	What happened last night was a massacre.
	After Sunday night's massacre, Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office issued a statement conceding that the bail that was set was, quote, inappropriately low, quote, This office is currently conducting an internal review of the decision to make the recent bail recommendation in this manner in order to determine the appropriate next steps, the statement said.
	Well, I'm sure that will reassure the relatives and the loved ones of those he killed and the 40, including children, who he maimed.
	Here's where it starts to get really interesting.
	Police sources told the Washington Post that Brooks was fleeing the scene of a knife attack on Sunday when he smashed into the crowd.
	Oh really, Washington Post?
	Is that why the mayor, about an hour and 40 minutes ago, the mayor, Of the town where this occurred said, no, that is a lie.
	There was no incident.
	There was no knife fight he was running from.
	He just plowed down those grandmothers and children.
	His motive for Sunday's attack remains unclear.
	Police will not confirm whether it was a deliberate act of terror or if Brooks accidentally ran over the mother of his child.
	And then he accidentally killed those five people at the parade.
	Because it's so easy to just do that, right?
	It's so easy.
	Accident, my eye.
	I think it's interesting that this man, although his social media accounts have been by somebody scrubbed in the last few hours, some people have already found his pro BLM posts and his anti-Karl Rittenhouse posts.
	But this is meant to be an accident.
	That's what we're supposed to believe.
	This is no accident.
	This man is a terrorist.
	This man attacked a Christmas parade with the same weapon he used against the mother of his child just a few weeks before.
	This is a man who should have been locked away, incarcerated for the rest of his natural life.
	A man convicted of strangulation, of suffocation, of using a firearm as a convicted felon, and a man arrested for attempting to murder the mother of his child by running her down with his car.
	This isn't one unusual outlier.
	This is the world the Democrats have created.
	When the Vice President helps raise money for BLM and Antifa rioters.
	When Soros funded prosecutors.

	We've got to talk about other things that are breaking on justthenews.com.
	But first, as a seasoned journalist, investigative reporter, I've got to ask you that the coverage in the last 24 hours of what happened in Walkershaw, I mean, when the Washington Post is, you know, giving us alerts That he was escaping, the killer was escaping from some kind of knife fight.
	And then we have to wait for the mayor to say today, no, that didn't happen.
	There is no evidence of that.
	I mean, don't journalists check?
	Don't they have secondary sources before they make statements of that ilk?
	Yeah, listen, this case is a behooving one from start to finish, right?
	Because the behavior on the tape doesn't look like a guy fleeing from anything, right?
	It looks like a guy trying to run through a crowd.
	And I think we're still in the fog of war period.
	We don't know everything that happened here yet.
	But, you know, whenever you see anonymous sources from news organizations that have misled you time and again, Let's start with the Russia case.
	You know all the suspects.
	You should take it with a grain of salt.
	The record of accuracy that the mainstream media have had on this is really problematic.
	There are people saying these things.
	There are law enforcement sources and other people saying these things, but it doesn't look to be that is the case.
	It was a theory.
	Early on, you know, the more troubling thing is this guy had just been released on a very minimalist bond for prior crimes.
	And it should trouble us all that this man was on the street to commit the heinous acts that we saw on those videotapes.
	He should have been behind bars.
	This era of letting everybody who's arrested go really is beginning to have consequences.
	And all those lives lost in Waukesha really a testament to how much this let everybody free philosophy we have in law enforcement right now is reaping.
	Yeah, a $500 bail and he was already arrested for what?
	And this is what I don't see the mainstream media reporting.
	He was arrested for attempting to kill the mother of his child by running her over with his car.
	Yeah, a history... Isn't that relevant?
	I think that would be relevant to the reporting.
	Extremely relevant.
	It's the history of using a car as a weapon prior to this moment and prior to the tragedy yesterday.
	We're going to learn a lot more.
	This story is going to shake out pretty quickly.
	We'll get the police records under Open Records Act and we're going to learn a lot more.
	But to hear the Milwaukee County District Attorney, where he had been released, say, I think the bail might have been low.
	We might want to review it.
	That's the start of something bigger.
	Because there are a million guys like this guy getting out everywhere.
	And that's maybe an overstatement.
	There are hundreds of people that are getting out every day on bail that used to remain behind bars, given the heinous offenses they occurred.
	And we're letting criminals right back out to commit more crimes.
	That's something we can do right now to make America safer.
	The question is, who's going to step into that void?
	I feel like a broken record.
	I've asked this question of you before.
	Of course, you've answered it with a lifestyle choice.

	Listen, the ultimate punishment for news organizations is the vote that people give with their eyeballs when they read.
	If you read and watch programming and newscasts and news sites that routinely are wrong, you have no one but yourself to blame because we make our money based on the accuracy of our reports.
	If you want to protest, Then people need to walk with their eyes and just stop visiting these sites, stop supporting sites that keep misleading you, and go to places where there is a better record of accuracy.

	Michael Dukakis never recovered and crime became one of the defining issues in 88 and George HW Bush won and succeeded Ronald Reagan.
	Today, 34 years later, There are a whole new generation of Willie Hortons.
	They are Hortons.
	They're people who've come across the border on Joe Biden's watch, under the open border policies, and they've committed heinous crimes.
	Rapes on trains, hit and runs against children, murders of the families that took them in.
	As part of the Biden administration's effort to move people to the interior country.

	You know, in talking to some of the Democrats that are on the moderate side, their belief is their colleagues on the more progressive side, the AOC, the squad types, the Bernie Sanders and folks like that, they believe they know they're going to get their heads handed to them in the 2022 election.
	So they're going for broke now with the philosophy that we may lose the election, we may be out of power for years, but once you embed the policies like that are in the social spending bill, the reconciliation bill or the infrastructure bill, It's almost impossible to extract them from the monstrosity of the bureaucracy and the laws that we have in this country.
	So they're playing for now, with the idea that now will pay off for 10 or 20 years, even if they're not in power.
	That's what the moderate Democrats were telling me they think the other side is.
	Those moderate Democrats who'd like to stay in office because they believe their policies are good for America, they're mortified at what they're about to face in the coming months.
	It's going to be a very difficult election if the party stays on the Biden policy course that it's on right now.
