Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Kyle Rittenhouse Declared Innocent
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
The jury finds a defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse not Kyle H. Rittenhouse not guilty.
As to the second count of the information, Richard McGinnis, we the jury find the defendant Kyle H. Rittenhouse not guilty.
As to the third count of the information, unknown male, we the jury find the defendant Kyle H. Rittenhouse not guilty.
As to the fourth count of the information, Anthony Huber, we, the jury, find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
As to the fifth count of the information, Gage Grosskreutz, we, the jury, find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
Members of the jury, are these your unanimous verdicts?
Is there anyone who does not agree with the verdicts as read?
Would you wish the jury pulled?
Okay.
There you have it, friends.
It's happened.
We were worried the delays with the jury, but just over an hour ago, they have acquitted 18-year-old Carl Rittenhouse on all five counts.
Homicide in the first degree.
Two individuals.
One third individual shot and wounded.
Then, additionally, the unknown individual who tried to kick him in the head.
He was acquitted of doing anything wrong to him.
And then lastly, perhaps most telling of all, they even threw out, the jury threw out, the charge that he in any way, meaning Carl Rittenhouse, aggravated or provoked the situation by being there and exercising his rights as a free citizen.
Justice has been done.
If you weren't watching the video, if you were busy when the verdict was read out by the jury foreman, the family were overwrought.
Kyle himself, who as is practice, was standing to hear the verdict, as the fifth non-guilty verdict was read, collapsed back into his chair, shaking.
We mustn't read too much into one case.
However, this is a seminal moment.
Why?
Because those 12 jury members so easily, and I hope they disappear into anonymity, I doubt it.
I think they will be hounded by the media.
The judge said It was glorious to hear, prior to the verdict being read, he wants no reaction.
Whatever the verdict, he wants no reaction.
And he said, I have enough law enforcement officers in this building to have you removed if you disrespect the solemnity of this moment.
And there was hushed silence.
But to those 12 jury members, I have to say, I commend you.
I doff my cap to you.
Why?
Because you showed courage.
You showed intelligence.
You refused to be intimidated.
I don't know if any of you have been doxxed, if any of you have been identified and your address revealed because of some fake journalist.
But I know the judge and his family have received hundreds of death threats.
You resisted the pressure, the societal pressure, the fake news propagandist pressure from people who are still saying Carl Rittenhouse was a white supremacist who killed black men.
Lies, lies, damnable lies.
You saw through them.
You even requested, and this is where we started to get concerned.
You even requested the drone footage to make sure that your decision was sound.
And you brought that unanimous verdict.
And you didn't cave to the pressure.
May the Lord protect you and keep the maniacs in this nation at bay.
And this is more than just one court case about one young man who was 17 years old when this occurred.
This is about the fact that one person can make a difference.
Twelve people can make a significant difference.
We are living in dangerous times.
We are living in times that test the fiber of every man and woman.
Why?
Because there are radicals in this country.
Radicals such as Black Lives Matter.
Such as Antifa, such as the Democrat Party, who wish to dismantle everything that is good, everything that is sacred about this, the greatest nation on God's earth, the only nation of its kind, with the oldest constitution of its kind, as a republic, in which every single one of us is recognized as sovereign, as sacrosanct.
Why?
Because of our being made in the image of our Creator.
Our Founders put into our hands the ultimate guarantor of the freedom that our founding documents vouchsafe.
And that is the Second Amendment.
An amendment that we celebrate every Friday here on America First.
An amendment that makes all the other civil rights possible.
And let me be clear, the Second Amendment is a civil right.
It is, after the right to life, and they are inextricably linked to one another, of course, it is THE civil right that makes all the others possible.
Because if you're not able to defend yourself, your family, and the principles of this nation from those who would usurp Your sovereignty?
Then you are not a citizen.
You are a subject on the cusp of being oppressed forever.
We have a unique birth.
Yes, it was a violent birth.
Yes, it was a revolutionary war.
But that birth changed the gene code of this nation for good forever.
Because that birth resulted to those principles of self-defense and self-determination being enshrined in such a way that they are linked forever to our right to use force.
Yes, to use force against those who would oppress us.
Whether it is a five-time child rapist, like Rosenbaum, whether it is a wife beater, or whether it is a man barreling towards you with a loaded Glock pistol pointed to your head like Grosskreutz, or whether it is a government that has ceased to represent you justly.
God bless Carl Rittenhouse, Let's extend our prayers to not only him, but to his family, his mother, his sister who was sitting there in the courtroom crying as the non-guilty, as the innocent verdicts were read.
And let's pray for those jurors, those anonymous individuals who understand the tissue The substance, the framework, the skeleton upon which all our freedoms are built in this nation.
Today, justice has been done and every American who believes in America should celebrate.
For that is our dividing line.
Today, we are a nation Separated by one yardstick.
Whether or not you believe in America, and whether you love America.
I do, and I know, so do you.
Because you're listening to America First.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, Kurt Schlichter, Jim Jordan, Jim Carofano, and so much more to come.
All right, what's Schlichter on? - Um.
Uh, Skype.
Skype?
Okay.
That's open.
Yeah, there's just not a lot of people in front of that courthouse.
I know, it's so few.
This is the most I've seen.
I know, it's crazy.
And it's just like... Just a lot of news people and people walking by.
Can you give me Al?
I'm gonna take his question in the break.
Yep.
Hey, Al, you had a question.
Well, I actually had two.
A couple of weeks ago, you mentioned about LASIK surgery.
Yes.
I thought it was designed to completely do away with eyeglasses.
But you still need yours for reading small print.
I've got a friend that had a lens, he had cataracts out.
The left eye is used for reading, the right eye is used for distance, and he has no glasses.
And that was something.
And the other thing was, Eisenhower shot one man for cowardice all through World War II.
Stalin shot 14,000 men just as Stalingrad.
He abused American and British prisoners of war.
How come the Nuremberg trials were not used against Stalin and not just Hitler?
Because he was an ally.
Well, I mean...
I presume that's a rhetorical question.
Right, right, right.
Right?
Because he was an ally.
And we, you know, naively some people, especially Harry Hopkins, who was an agent of influence right next to the president working for the Soviets, convinced the American president until 1948 in the siege of Berlin that he was an ally.
I know they asked the Prime Minister, why are you having an alliance with him when he's as bad as Hitler?
And he said, well, I'd have an alliance with the devil as long as we won the war.
So it was a marriage of convenience.
So do you want me to get lost then?
What do you mean?
Do you think we've discussed this enough?
No, I just wanted to take your call, because we've got a raft of guests.
When it comes to your first question, yeah, you are given an option when you have LASIK, that they'll do only one eye, so they'll correct your distance vision, and then you won't need glasses to read.
I said, I don't want to be the bionic man with only one good eye, so I had them do both, because I don't care if I have to wear readers, but it's a choice How's that look for the size?
Yeah, I know.
I got a glow.
What the hell's going on?
I think it must be.
It's a lens flare.
How does that look for the size?
Good, perfect.
Look, he's got a glow.
He looks all...
I know, I got a glow.
What the hell's going on?
Is it the Rittenhouse glow?
What is it?
I think it must be.
It's a lens flare.
And he's cleaning it with his thumb.
It's good.
I like the lens flare.
It's cool.
There we are.
So you already did a Dave Rubin?
Yeah, I did Dave Rubin.
You tagged the wrong Dave Rubin because you tagged somebody who's got 200 followers.
We've done that before.
Well, his show's gonna be super popular.
By the way, on LASIK, I got it 20 years ago and my eyes naturally went to different.
So I have one that sees... You had it 20 years ago?
Wow.
20 years ago, 2000.
You're a pioneer.
Oh, I love it.
I had to wear glasses since I was 14.
I couldn't stand it.
And, you know, the fact that it took five minutes, it was just... I gotta get it.
Do you know my prescription is 8-7-5?
What?
What?
Okay, 20 seconds.
So do you wear contact?
Yeah.
Stand with Israel.
Oh my gosh.
20 seconds, stand with Israel.
Alright, stand by!
Alright, stand by.
Bye-bye, bye-bye.
There we go.
Bye-bye.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
So very, very kind.

We just reached, we heard the verdict as we were driving to the studio.
We reached out and of course he snapped to attention.
He's always ready.
Former armed car wash officer.

The latest is Split.
I call him Colonel K. Kurt Schlechter.
Welcome to America First.
What a great day it is, Dr. Gorka.
Our justice system worked as a lawyer for 30 years, and the son of a judge, who incidentally, her opinion on the Rittenhouse case was, I don't even know why they filed these charges!
Is she even tougher?
Is she even tougher than Judge Schroeder?
Look, I got Judge Schroeder because I grew up with it.
Remember, I went in the army for 30 years because I needed a break from my mom.
All right, so talk to us.
As a practicing lawyer, I did a political kind of cultural monologue on the significance of this case broadly.
I don't want to overdo it, but you are the professional.
You're the guy who's argued these things in courts of law.
So talk to us about, A, were you surprised that on all five counts, even the provocation count, the jury just threw it in the bin?
Look, I thought last night that they were heading towards being hung, and that's my fault.
My problem, my inaccuracy, which is very rare, was the result of my cynicism because I have been dealing with, as you have, institutions that have failed us again and again.
But you know, this one didn't.
Here's the story, Dr. Gorka.
Twelve citizens of Wisconsin went out and agreed to serve as jurors.
With a judge who was going to ensure that the playing field was flat, that it was fair for everybody.
And look, if this case had been, if we had been on the jury, if I was the foreman and I had, you know, Dr. Gorka to my left and some of our friends, Larry O'Connor to our right and other friends like that, we'd have taken about 15 minutes.
To come out with a not guilty.
And most of those 15 will be trying to figure out where we're going to take Kyle for the party after.
No, which shooting range are we going to, Kurt?
Yeah, he could give us a block of instruction.
But here's the thing.
These jurors did what they were supposed to do.
They took a long time.
They kept asking for evidence.
They ask for the instructions.
Let's stop here for a second.
Let's do a little bit of inside the sausage factory.
How common is that?
So most juries, I understand, bring a verdict pretty swiftly.
When they don't, is that quite common that they will request evidence to be brought in?
Oh yeah.
Jurors will often request that particular videos be replayed.
Testimony be rewritten.
You send the court reporter in with instructions.
Read from here to here.
And of course the lawyers go all over this before the jury sees anything again.
And the judge rules.
Usually they're given the instructions.
This time the judge, and I'd never seen it before, allowed a juror to take them home.
Don't understand that.
Not gonna argue with him.
It's obvious that they were trying to come to... they took this case seriously.
They wanted to come to the right decision.
I see that so much when I pick a jury.
I'll go down into Los Angeles to pick a jury.
And it looks like the United Nations.
And I'll talk to the jurors.
Hey, juror number six, how do you feel about jury service?
Because you're trying to find reasons to get rid of people.
And they'll say, look, it's a hassle.
I'd rather be at my store.
But I'm an American citizen.
You know, I came here to this country.
I want to do my job.
And being a juror is part of it.
And they take it so seriously.
And it's beautiful in kind of a naive way.
Guys like us, we get a little cynical.
Oh yes.
Because we see the failures and we talk about the people falling short.
But it's like our troops.
Our troops go out there and do an incredible job and we don't see that all the time.
Jurors try to do the right thing.
They try to do the right thing here.
This is not just a success.
What does it look like on the inside, given your experience?
I know it's supposed to be sequestered and it's private and what have you, but is it really the foreman drives the discussion or is it more amorphous?
In your experience, is there any trend to how these deliberations are actually run in practice?
Well, what I know is that when lawyers actually have a chance to watch deliberations, usually in kind of a moot court setting, we'll often, you know, if a case is big enough, I will have a mock jury, and I'll make arguments, and then I'll watch their deliberations, and it makes me pull what little hair I have left out, because they don't look at it like lawyers.
And they don't consider facts that I think are important the way that I do.
I remember I did this cross-examination of an Air Force colonel once, and I left him in a smoking heap.
And I thought I was big time.
And after I won the case, I talked to the jury and I said, what did you think of my cross-examination of that colonel?
And they said, oh, that wasn't important to us.
So what was it?
Do you remember what it was?
Was it the cut of his hair or the way he tied his tie?
He was just a weasel, and he wasn't being straight with me, and I beat him over the head with it.
And the jury didn't think he was important at all.
You never know what they're doing.
They're all different.
I've been on a jury, unbelievably.
Someone allowed a son of a judge and DA, army officer, defense attorney, to be on a DUI jury.
And it made me crazy, because these people did not think the way I, as a lawyer, did.
What is the fate for this jury?
What is your expectation?
Will they be hounded by the press?
Will people try to dox them?
Yes.
Oh, they've tried to already.
MSNBC thinks that's great.
You know, go ahead and dox the juries.
This could be a big red pill moment for a lot of people, Dr. Gorka, because there are a lot of people who were told this was a case about white supremacy.
Then they started seeing the facts and they saw the media was lying to them.
The politicians were lying to them.
They saw MSNBC following jurors.
Now, normal people may not know the particular criminal code statutes, but you know, you don't follow jurors.
I think they all know that, and they see that something's wrong.
Something's rotten in Denmark.
I think this should be the theme of our next segment.
He's staying with us for one more segment.
God bless you, Kurt, for joining us at such short notice, given the breaking news.
I think this should be the theme of our next segment.
He's staying with us for one more segment.
God bless you, Kurt, for joining us at such short notice, given the breaking news.
Yeah, this is another red pill.
Whether it's, you know, pornographic homosexual pedophilic books in our children's libraries at school, or whether it's Kurt, whether it's this assessment from Kurt that Kyle's innocence will wake America up.
More here on America First.
Yeah, I think you're right.
I haven't looked at it like that, but I think you're right.
I think this is another Red Pill moment.
The mics are on on Rumble.
Yeah, the mics are on.
Oh, well then I...
Then you better be salty!
Extra salty!
Extra spicy!
Yeah, we were worried here.
We were all cynical here.
All cynical.
You know what's weird?
What?
Since the biggest threat in the homeland is white supremacists, how come none of them were protesting during the trial?
You're right.
Hey!
What?
Reality check?
Where are all the white supremacists?
Did they run out of tiki torches?
Is there a supply chain demand?
Did they follow the jury bus at all?
Cut!
Cut!
Where are the white supremacists?
You're used to that.
It doesn't shock us.
But normal people, forced to pay attention against their will, get shocked by this stuff.
They get shocked when their kid brings home a book from school and it looks like it went to the Lincoln Project lending library.
Oh my god.
I'll tell you the story sometime.
It's actually hilarious.
It was just a DUI.
We were just sitting there a couple days.
one of those teddy bear, what do they call them, the babysitter cams in the room when Kurt was on jury jury.
Can you imagine how frustrated he was with his fellow jurors?
Oh, my God.
I'll tell you the story sometime.
It's actually hilarious.
How long was the case?
How long did they have you there?
It was just a DUI.
We were just in there a couple of days.
We hung.
A woman from Santa Monica.
The defendant was an immigrant.
A woman from Santa Monica.
Well, maybe in this country it's not bad for the blind world.
Are you saying that Latinos don't care about their children being run over?
Because that seems offensive to me.
So what was the verdict?
What was the verdict?
Turns out, I called the DA after because I knew there was something missing.
And I said, you know, I was on the hung jury.
What was the evidence I didn't see?
He goes, he was driving home from the party celebrating getting his license back from his previous license suspension for DUI.
You know what blows my mind?
I tell this story on the show.
I've only been in a court once.
When I was caught speeding and I wanted to contest it and I had never been in an American court so I said I'm gonna arrive early.
So I arrived like three hours early and I sat in the back and I watched all the other cases before me.
I swear Kurt, in one morning there must have been half a dozen of the same cases.
Immigrant, illegal or otherwise, Hispanic, court driving, without a license, without insurance and nothing.
Every single one of them walked with a hundred dollar fine.
You and I wouldn't have.
Right!
Exactly!
Bingo!
Alright, stand by.
I will say, not all of us were so pessimistic.
You forget the man behind the glass.
What did you say?
I thought he'd get off, just based on the facts of the case.
Well, when you get to be as old and grizzled as Jeff and I... I will try and keep my youthful optimism.
Once the jury started hanging on a few days, I'm like... Yeah, once they started asking for evidence, I got worried.
All right.
Well, we've got Hero here in Balance of Nature.
20 seconds.
Stand by. Stand by.
Stand with Israel.

Now he's doing it as a civilian.
Lawyer, bon vivant, Kurt Schlichter.
We call him Colonel K. Check out his amazing series.
He's on number six.
The Kelly Turnbull books.
The latest is called The Split.
And just, if you've never heard of Kurt before, Check your pulse.
And secondly, this is who he is.
This is what he tweeted one hour ago.
God, this is so Kurt.
This is utter schlichter.
If you think you're happy about this not guilty verdict, think about the, think about the kid, how the kids Rosenbaum raped feel.
Hashtag caring.
Kurt, that's, that's, that's really, you know, that's quintessential schlichter.
Well, look, I'm an accountability guy, and if you're a pervert who molests children, you should never be allowed to forget it.
Yeah, I think, you know, killing a serial child rapist, fine with me.
Hashtag Carrie.
Let's go to the political ramifications.
You wrote a piece just yesterday at townhall.com.
It's the top of your Twitter feed, at Kurt Schlichter.
You talk about the consequences for free states and the Second Amendment.
So what does this mean in terms of, what is it Lenin said, what is to be done after this verdict?
Well, what is to be done is we need to activate our red states.
We need to activate them in a lot of ways.
In many ways, our red state governments are kind of lagging behind the cultural zeitgeist.
They need to take the lead in protecting rights, and we're now seeing that happen more and more.
For instance, yesterday, Eric Schmidt, the Attorney General of Missouri, went after Chase, the bank, which refused banking services to a conservative organization based on its political beliefs, and Chase backed down.
We could see that as Ron DeSantis takes on social media titans, and we can see it in enforcing laws, or creating new laws, to further protect our right to self-defense, which Kyle Rittenhouse, the whole case, was about stripping us of.
They want to make us invulnerable, or themselves invulnerable, to our efforts to defend ourselves and our communities.
We need to make sure it's very clear that self-defense is not You know, a privilege.
It is a right.
And that it's the criminals who need to fear, not normal citizens protecting themselves and their property.
Given this result, given that one you just mentioned with the bank that was forced to step down, and recent developments over the years such as the Heller case, now there's one I think in the state of New York in front of the Supreme Court that is a big one that could re-establish the right to self-defense with a firearm in New York.
Do you think finally, I mean this is Friday on America First, we celebrate the Second Amendment every Friday, Do you think things have shifted?
Do you think the tide is going our way, Kurt?
I think it is, Dr. Gorka.
I think most Americans kind of want to sit out the cultural fights, sit out the political fights, and focus on their families and their communities.
But they keep getting, like Michael Corleone, I keep getting sucked back into it.
When your kid comes home with you know, perverted curriculum materials, when your town gets burned down by the military wing of the Democrat Party, when your job gets threatened because you may not be of an approved race or gender or some other irrelevant characteristic, suddenly when your job gets threatened because you may not be of an approved race or gender I think the left has gone too far.
I think it's activating people.
I think the evidence is undeniable from Virginia to, you know, Biden polling right down there with toe jam.
People People are tired of it and they're pushing back.
And I think the left has really got out over its skis.
Why is he Kurt Schlichter?
You know why he's Kurt Schlichter.
Because he's the only media personality to use the word Biden and the phrase toe jam in the same sentence.
Reason enough to follow him at Kurt Schlichter.
Also townhall.com.
I've just literally retweeted as he was speaking.
His article yesterday on free states and how they must defend the right to self-defense based upon the Rittenhouse trial.

That was the 2016 campaign trail.
Hey, it's Jeff with Sebastian Gorkario.
Gonna put you on hold, he's coming in a minute.
Hang on.
When I hear the cynicism, that's where I go back to.
I'm like, well, he's a good bit older than I am.
He sounds good.
I love that quote, though.
I might have to cut that out as a soundbite.
You're going to get tired of winning.
Here.
You're going to be so proud of your country, if I get it.
You're going to be so proud of your president, and I don't care about that.
But you are going to be so proud of your country.
And I don't care about that. - Oh.
No, he goes, I don't care about that.
Of course he does.
We're going to win so much.
We're going to win at every level.
We're going to win economically.
We're going to win with the economy.
We're going to win with military.
We're going to win with health care.
You got 40 seconds.
Yeah.
You may even get tired of winning.
All right.

We like all Fridays, but especially ones like this one.
And what have we done?
How?
How responsive are we to geopolitical events?
We got in touch with Randy an hour ago, and we said, we gotta celebrate.

I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.
We've got some cause people want to celebrate, but first, I have to introduce you to somebody I just met last weekend who really exemplifies the American spirit.
Stephen Slattery!
Are you on the line?
I am, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for having me.
It's an honor.
Well, thanks for joining us.
So there I was in the depths of New Hampshire, campaigning for my good body, superb counterterrorism analyst, man who left that sphere to start his own brewery in Littleton.
Seven years later, he's an amazingly successful entrepreneur.
So my wife and I travel to Lancaster, New Hampshire.
We do as a very, very nice fundraiser for my buddy Jeff Cousins, who, by the way, is going to be on my Newsmax show This weekend.
And afterwards, we're celebrating in the cigar bar of the Lancaster Motel.
Brian, Ruby, God bless you.
You've got a wonderful establishment.
About three hours later, we're smoking cigars, and in walks a gentleman called Stephen Slattery.
And we start talking.
Steve, what is it that we talked about?
What crazy thing have you done recently?
Well, recently, Dr. Gorka, with everything that's going on in the world, I ran for and got on to the Board of Education in my local community.
I have three young daughters and stepped up.
I wasn't very political.
A couple years ago.
So you got a job, you're a successful lawyer, you didn't need this, so why did you decide to run for the school board, Steven?
Well, as I said, I have three young daughters, 11, 9, and 6.
I just felt a concern, you know, watching what was happening to our country, seeing the things on TV.
Um, and just felt that, you know, you can't complain about these things if you're not willing to get involved.
And I think that getting involved means being at that local level and really just making sure that you're in it.
And what are you seeing?
So you ran for the school board in Rocky Hill in Connecticut.
Are you seeing others?
Has something changed in America?
Do you sense that you are part of some kind of broader movement?
Absolutely.
I think that speaking as far as Connecticut is concerned, I think that overwhelmingly our local elections were indicative of what I think is going on throughout the country, kind of a red wave taking effect.
Um, along with Virginia.
Um, but we had our local elections were overwhelmingly, uh, Republican.
I have several people who are very close to me, uh, lifelong, uh, Democrats, um, who, who have, you know, in, in confidence, you know, just in personal conversations have told me that, you know, they, for the first time, uh, in their lives voted Republican, uh, in this last local election.
So, I do, you know, I think it's encouraging to hear and to see.
Now, here in Virginia, for the, you know, the Mama Bears we've had on the show, you know, Chantal Cooper, Stacey Langton and others, there were some, you know, moments that galvanized their decision to stand up, to be counted, to push back.
In the case of Stacey, it was the pornographic pedophilic materials in their children's schools, in the libraries of the schools.
Was there something that triggered you in a good way?
Was there some moment or some concrete thing that says, OK, I'm a successful lawyer, but I need to step up?
I think it was more of, it wasn't any specific instance in my district, but the towns around me discussing critical race theory and also certain but the towns around me discussing critical race theory and also certain transgender type things that just raised the level of concern that
it was a fight that I felt I needed to get And I don't, I don't feel that in my particular district, then there, Really necessarily is a fight yet, but I also am a firm believer that all that is required, the old saying, all that is required for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing, for good people to do nothing.
And I feel like I was tired of not being involved, and quite honestly, I didn't know that I trusted anybody else to do it.
So I decided to step up, and it really has been, so far, a great experience.
That is what we need everywhere, not just in Connecticut.
God bless you, Stephen Slattery.
Last 30 seconds, what is your message to those who think, well, I don't matter, I don't make a difference, there's no point in me getting involved.
What do you say to them, Stephen?
I think that that, I mean, that's probably one of the scariest things that can be heard, really.
Because, you know, like I said, all that is required for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing.
Without good people stepping up in those little battles and in those local battles, it is what really keeps those evils at bay.
It makes me think of Ronald Reagan's quote, which was germane to me, but freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction, and it never resonated with me.
Until seeing this last up to a year of time and it's something that we need to all stand together and stand up and fight.
Beautifully put.
You can tell he's a lawyer.
You can tell he's an attorney.
He used the word germane in our discussion here on National Radio.
God bless you.
Stephen Slattery showing how it's done.
He decided to run for the Rocky Hill School Board and he won.
Be more like Stephen Slattery.

I said that hour!
The hour's not over yet.
I know!
So you're an 8?
Your lens is an 8?
Yeah, 8-7-5.
Bloody hell.
My eyes are terrible.
So when you don't have glasses, you look at stuff like that?
My daughter comes into the bed in the morning and she's like, it's George and Grace!
Oh my gosh.
Yeah, my doctor is in Baltimore.
Well, no, it's outside of Baltimore.
He's amazing.
If you want me to connect.
I'm thinking about doing it finally.
It's five minutes.
I know, I know.
Five minutes.
That's really all long it takes.
Literally five.
You lie on your back.
The laser, they cut the little thing, the flap.
The laser is literally 10 seconds.
They move you under the other one and it does it again.
The whole thing is less than 10 minutes.
It's amazing.
And they kind of psych you out.
They give you, you know, massive thing of Valium in case you can't, you know, it's too painful.
I took nothing.
I didn't even take aspirin.
My eyes were itchy for about 40 minutes afterwards and that was it.
That's it?
Yeah, that's it.
That's it.
25 seconds.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
All right.
Get my pillow here.
Okay.
15 seconds.

Let's go to Harold Raleigh, line one.
Thank you for taking my call, sir.
I'm retired NYPD, and this defund police movement started way before they started taking the money.
When they made these officers in these major cities stand down and watch these people riot and tear stuff up and nobody got arrested, that was the beginning of the defund the police.
The money was later on.
I'm glad Mr. Rittenhouse got off because had the police did their job that night, that situation probably would have never occurred.
My son was a police officer in Washington, D.C.
until about two weeks ago.
Clean cut, young man, respectful, decent.
I told him, well, he resigned.
He got out.
Because of the lack of political support or the mandates?
What was it for your son, Harold?
Well, a friend of, a co-worker of his committed suicide in August.
And he called me up and he said, Dave, when you was a cop, did you ever think about committing suicide?
And I said, no.
And I thought the question was kind of odd.
Then he explained to me what happened.
And between being spit on, being called Uncle Tom, having stuffed urine thrown on you, No backing from the city, and then I think the suicide of his friend put him over the edge, and he's gone now.
And as a black man and as a black cop, when I came on the job in 1984, the black community, that's all they complained about.
Oh, we need black cops.
We gotta have black officers.
Well, I was a black cop, and now you just lost one.
And another thing before I go, Mr. Gorka, I see all these activists out there running around making a lot of noise.
Black people, black activists making a lot of noise about this shooting.
Why don't they go to Chicago or Philadelphia where black people are being shot and killed daily?
Yeah, with 30 to 50 every weekend with 12 fatalities.
Stay on the line, Harold.
God bless you.
I want to give you and your son an America First hat.
God bless you.
Thank you for your service to the community.
Let's go to Alex Brooklyn.
Yeah, hi.
Also, you know, first, by the way, Joe Biden should use turkeys, vanilla and chocolate, because the only thing the guy knows is that he likes ice cream.
But I want to say about this case, I'm so impressed by the jurors and the fact that they didn't let themselves get scared of what they were seeing outside the courthouse, all those protests.
And they stood up to do what was right.
And they, you know, said that he's not guilty on all four or five counts.
But I was also wondering, Why did it take four days of deliberation?
To come to the conclusion on such a clear-cut case where it was so clearly self-defense.
Yeah, I don't know.
It could be down to just one person.
Remember, it's got to be unanimous if it's not going to be a hung jury.
So maybe one person had a question.
Who knows?
Twelve people had to be convinced.
But it's a good question.
And it is amazing that they did not surrender to the mob.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you, Alex.
next Jim Carrafano here on America First alright ins and outs alright Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, stay right here for more from Speaker Gingrich after this break.
Don't go anywhere, we'll be back one-on-one with Speaker Newt Gingrich in a second.
More one-on-one with Newt Gingrich after these messages.
Stay with us, we'll be back momentarily with Speaker Newt Gingrich.
Welcome back to one-on-one with me, Sebastian Gorka, and Speaker Newt Gingrich.
We're back one-on-one.
This is America First with me, Sebastian Gorka, and Newt Gingrich.
Welcome back to America First with me, Sebastian Gorka, and Speaker Gingrich.
We're back one-on-one with Speaker Newt Gingrich.
Has Biden released a statement or anything?
No.
He's probably still in hospital at Walter Reed.
Alright, so what are really important ones?
Are the Kennedy cuts good?
What should I play?
The Kennedy one where that nominee is incredible.
Which one?
The six?
Yeah.
And you said Varney's really good, right?
Yeah, because it's surprising the Democrats are lying about it.
Okay, and let's come back in with cut nine again.
What's going on, Piper?
I'm just, uh... Just... My... Associates of mine.
Associates?
Isn't that what criminals have?
Well, I wouldn't consider myself a criminal.
You're on the rumble stream.
I know, I can see.
Look, we're making John famous.
I'm on the Rumble stream.
No picking your nose.
Okay, stop picking your nose.
Not here, not here.
Hopefully I know how to get out of this.
Yeah, you better.
You're going to be hosting the show.
Welcome back to America First.
Oh, dude.
Yeah.
Too funny.
Too funny.
Pick one of the only days I come without wearing a tie.
You gotta put the camera on.
Oh, but the jacket and jeans looks good.
The tweed jacket.
Yeah, I do like my jackets for this time of the year.
It's good.
Got a few.
Got that one I wear every once in a while.
Business casual.
It's good.
It's good.
It's good look.
You walk right out of the office, you can go hit the town.
What did it?
Got a couple of friends coming into town today.
Oh yeah?
That's why they're here.
From far away, or?
Ah, from North Carolina, so.
Oh.
Decently far away.
Not too bad, though.
Interesting.
Today's such a good day, I mean.
I know.
Things are going so well.
You're going, you know, I mean, again, I got to go back and play that the rest of that Trump audio right there.
Ah, I love that. I love that.
I love that so much.
It's whenever Eric gets in a bad mood, he's like, ah, that's not going to happen.
I'm like, that's playing in the back of my head.
That's the stuff that ignited the movement.
It's going out and saying exactly what's on your mind.
Getting people excited.
I remember I had a big Trump cutout for a while, for college Republicans, that was just, you know, I would take around from place to place.
And what would happen?
Oh, I mean, you get snide looks and whatever, but it was, I don't know, it was fun just having a life-size Trump cutout.
You see what I just sent you?
Hang on, what did he just do?
From my brother, people, he's going to cancel signing pricing.
Oh, my gosh.
That's too good.
Let's go, Brandon.
Let's go, Brandon.
Um... Mr. President, I'm tired.
I can't take it.
It's too much winning.
I was like, no, we have to keep winning.
What else did I have here?
What are the cuts?
I like it!
I like it!
Thank you.
I love you, too.
Okay.
You get that Newport News story from today, the shipyard?
Yeah.
That's right where I went to school.
Oh, really?
That's right.
Ten minutes away from that shipyard.
What about the Iranians being charged?
I know.
Yeah.
No, it was in that Lincoln Project.
How's that different world vision?
Can you play me Cup 4?
Yeah.
Let me be very clear.
Our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will make their workplaces safer and protect their workforces from COVID-19.
That was our message after the first day issued by the Fifth Circuit.
That remains our message and nothing has changed.
Wow.
Any other ones?
Oh, three.
I want to hear Nancy.
How do you respond to Republicans today that say Democrats lied to the American public when they said this plan costs zero dollars, when the CBO says it at least adds one hundred and sixty billion dollars to the debt?
Let's just not present what the Republicans say is any fact that you're predicating a question on it.
I mean, understand what's happening around here, okay?
Gosh, it's so scary!
Let's not let the Republicans talk.
Not the Republicans, anyway.
Lemon Ada.
Lemon Ada.
Which one?
No, we're coming in with the cut nine again.
Okay, coming in with cut nine here.
All right, we've got that Salem liner and car 15 as well.
So, 20 seconds.
Stand by. Stand by.
Stand by. Stand by.
You can now watch America First on TV.
And I urge you to check us out.
Go to SalemNews.com or download the app today.
You can also watch us on Roku and Fire Stick.
That's Salem News Channel, the antidote to the lying legacy media.
As to the second count of the information, Richard McGinnis, we the jury find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
As to the third count of the information, unknown male, we the jury find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
As to the fourth count of the information, Anthony Huber, we, the jury, find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
As to the fifth count of the information, Gage Grossports, we, the jury, find the defendant, Kyle H. Rittenhouse, not guilty.
Members of the jury, are these your unanimous verdicts?
Is there anyone who does not agree with the verdicts as read?
Would you wish the jury pulled?
Okay.
Unanimous vindication acquitted on all five counts.
Mr. G, you're a radio pro.
You've been in the business for a long time.
How many times can I play?
Is there a rule how many times I can play that in a given 24 hours?
Today's a big day.
I'd say twice an hour if you want.
Oh, twice an hour!
Oh, I like that.
Might have to do it.
Although, I think we have such a massive guest in the third hour, I don't think we should do that because we need to talk to Jim Jordan about everything that's going in on the country.
But that is breaking news.
Actually, before we get to cause, before we get to other cuts, I haven't spoken to my team.
My team, which is downer man, yes.
We've lost Eric.
Until Monday.
It's okay.
Relax.
He's traveling.
He's going to some family event.
God bless you.
I'm sure he's very, very... Can you imagine?
Can you imagine, Jeff, what Eric would be like when he heard this news?
And he had texted me just before it came out, too.
So he was right in the air, and it might be right before he was even able to get the Wi-Fi.
Ouch.
Okay.
Let's analyze.
Let's start with the man who predicted it, who was less cynical.
John Jr.
What does this mean?
What does this mean to you?
I'm not going to get them all right here, but I've been hitting pretty well.
You've got two for two.
Two for two being optimistic here.
This means that our court system still works.
And even though that there are cameras... Stop.
Stop.
I'm going to write that down.
I'm not joking.
Our court system still works.
That's a really important thing.
You're pretty good there.
Carry on!
I do my best.
Thank you.
Yeah, our court system still works even when there's cameras watching it.
Even when the world is looking in on these things, this big boogeyman of white supremacy and racism doesn't permeate our justice system in this scenario, right here.
It didn't.
And if you looked at the court case and the evidence that was provided, this is what the verdict should have been.
And we all sit here and hold our breaths and, you know, collectively, and we go, oh, is it going to happen the way it looks like it should happen?
And it did.
And we can have a little more faith in with Junkin in our elections and with Kyle Rittenhouse in our judicial system.
Ah, the innocence of youth.
Mr. G, what does this mean to you?
Here's what it means to me.
I think the media is starting to lose some of its influence.
Ooh, that's good too.
I'm going to write that down too.
And take a look at the screen.
It's two hours now after the verdict.
There's nobody there at the courthouse.
If you take out, we're looking at the coverage from the courthouse, if you take out the media crew, there's at least six people, a cameraman, there's less.
There's maybe ten people!
That's what I'm saying.
Wow!
Which is a good thing.
Wow!
And hopefully, and I don't think there is going to be any violence over this.
That's my prediction.
Hang on.
We discussed this.
I want you to tell all of our listeners.
What about not in Kenosha?
What about places like, I don't know, Detroit, Baltimore?
Do you think no violence at all?
No, I don't think you can do it with this because it really isn't, they can't really tie the racism.
That's so surprising though, isn't it?
Because they said spun this up.
I don't think that this is, this is very, I think, followed by people in the political world news.
I don't think it got outside of that world.
All right, so people like us, but also Kyle.
Congratulations.
All right, let's have one more cut before we go to your calls.
Let's, you know, she knocked it out of, what a week it's been.
Lauren Bobert knocked it out of the park more than once.
First when she said, Eric Swalwell's having sex with Chinese spies from the house of the floor.
God bless you, Lauren.
We're trying to get her back on the show next week, but she continued to, give a little vision of uh what is that what is it they say uh source for the goose source the phrase source of the goose and midterms i'm missing a bit but anyway cut two When we have the majority, it is going to be all about accountability and investigations.
I will be on the oversight committee and I am submitting subpoenas for the people who are in this administration and making them answer to their failures.
I am absolutely calling out the members of Congress who serve in the House and do the things that they do.
I'm absolutely going to hold them accountable and what goes around, like I said, will come around.
Source for the goose.
It's always tough.
Subpoena-ing.
Subpoena-ing.
It always challenges me and I do speak the Queen's English.
But she quickly shifted.
She pivoted.
Submitting subpoenas.
And I can't wait to see Chairperson or Ranking Member Bobert submit those subpoenas.
God bless her.
Let's go to your calls at number 833-33 Gorka, 833-334-6752.
Live streaming, yes, on video, on Rumble.
Rumble.com slash Seb Gorka.
Let's go to Brent, Los Angeles, line 3.
Oh, there he is, my guy Gorka.
My guy Brent.
Are you feeling good today?
Outstanding!
And I'm wearing the beautiful America First hat that you just sent me.
Thank you so much.
It's nice, aren't they?
I think they're solid.
They're so well made.
It's beautiful.
It's made in America.
Made in America.
Okay, talk to us about what this day means to you, Brent.
Well, I just wanted to bless, thank, and honor our Brethren of the Ohio Rittenhouse.
He has earned America's reverence and love.
He does!
He does!
You're right!
and righteous protection of our country all alone.
He does.
And to me, his solitary effort recalls Gary Cooper in High Noon.
And also, Kyle looks hauntingly similar to a young Audie Murphy. - He does!
He does!
You're right!
He does.
He's got that little cherubic thing to him. - Yes.
And he deserves America's Medal of Honor for his sacrifice in direct opposition to treasonous leaders intentionally sabotaging our nation's safety every day.
What do you think, Brent?
I want to buy a custom Kyle Carr 45. - Ooh, that's a good idea.
Wait till you hear what car we're going to announce in just a few moments here in America First.
You'll get very excited.
But I think we might have to need, we may have to design a t-shirt that has a cherub with Kyle's face in an AR-15.
What do you think, Brent?
I think we have to have an armed cherub for one of our products. - Oh, I just adore this guy.
I would love to be a friend of him.
I'd be so proud if I had a son to have a man like that.
Well, let's wish him well.
He's going to go to college.
He's going to study medicine.
We wish the blessings of protection upon him.
Have a wonderful one.
Shabbos.
God bless you, Brett.
Let's continue to discuss this topic.
Let's go to Eric Cleveland, line two.
Hi, Dr. Birkin.
Thank you for taking my call today.
Sure.
The media has been trying to maintain that Kyle Rittenhouse went to a peaceful BLM protest, but has anybody asked what kind of protests or demonstrations go on in the middle of the night?
That was not when the shooting happened.
Yeah, I mean, the idea, it's like the CNN report where the reporter's standing there in front of the shop that's burning down saying, it's a mostly peaceful protest.
It's insanity.
It's just a denial of truth.
Exactly.
I mean, if they're trying to give the idea that, you know, these are people marching around with signs, banners, throwing flowers, skipping, giving peace signs.
Um, that happens in daylight.
Who's going around demonstrating at midnight?
Yeah, as well as looting and burning buildings.
Thank you, Eric.
Let's go to Stan, Los Angeles.
Hi there!
Hey!
How are you?
Good!
Happy!
Yeah, I wanted to throw a monkey wrench into the whole thing.
But I wouldn't surpass this administration with Garland to bring civil rights charges against him.
Oh, I think, absolutely.
I mean, think about it.
This is an administration that unleashed the FBI counter-terrorism division against parents who went to school board meetings, Stan.
So, yeah.
I don't count anything out at all.
That's who they are.
But again, it's another instance, as Kurt Schlichter said just a few moments ago, this will be another, another reason to red pill Americans, for Americans to wake up, those who aren't politically savvy, those who don't follow events, those who look at the price of gas, those who look at the price of turkey this Thanksgiving and start to make the connections, whether it's the National School Board unleashing the DOJ, the FBI on people who just want their schools to teach their children.
Whether it's Carl Rittenhouse being accused of being a white supremacist when he shoots three white men, all with criminal records, one of whom is a serial child rapist.
So yeah, Stan, I fully agree with you.
I expect them to do something dastardly, something diabolical.
But it's okay.
Because it means more people will wake up.
More people will get engaged.
More people will run for office.
And we will win.
Because we've already won.
Thank you, Stan.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Stay with us.
stay on this channel.
I didn't do car.
We'll do it in E. Oh, is Jim here?
No, did you get my text?
I screwed up.
He's not here today.
Oh, okay.
That's why I opened the lines.
Okay.
They had him off today.
I thought it was the Friday after Thanksgiving.
No worries.
I told you.
This is good.
You see Tradov's got the onion.
Kyle Rittenhouse sentenced to 45 years of CPAC speeches.
That's good.
I hope he gets a cushy book deal.
Sounds like it.
I mean, that's an experience I would want to hear about.
Yeah.
Sitting in that courtroom fearing.
I know.
Israel tour.
Israel tour.
America First, what's your name?
Alright, where are you calling from?
Alright, what do you want to say?
Alright, what'd you want to say about it?
That's what you want to say?
All right, thanks.
Why does anyone care what Jacob Blake's family has to say?
It's not the one that was involved with the house.
Oh, yeah.
I'm hearing that one more time, please.
What, Blake?
Jacob, right?
A child rapist Super here Are you freaking Are you like What do you want to say That Wow That's comedy right Wow What's his first name What Blake Jacob right Jacob Blake yeah Did the police
That shot Jacob Blake ever get arrested.
I don't know.
Was this a cover-up then?
I mean, just to... No, I mean by the DA to get the pressure off.
One minute.
Oh.
How does everyone have a nose ring speaking there?
Confusing.
I don't think that any of us who were directly involved in what happened last year on the 25th are really that surprised.
We know that this system is a failure.
We know that this system doesn't serve people like us or anybody who is not directly involved in the system.
America first, what you're doing.
I don't get people who don't look at evidence and draw conclusions.
It doesn't make any sense.
We have body camera footage everywhere now.
We've got a camera on every corner.
We can all look at this.
We don't have to make it abstract.
All right.
10 seconds.
Standby.
Car 15 here.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
Okay.
Car Firearms is fighting for America.
Car executives stand with America First and are willing to put their brand's reputation on the line to stand up for liberty.
Please support our Second Amendment Friday sponsor, Car Firearms.
Check out their amazing line of USA-made weapons.
I carry a 9mm car.
Just go to KAHR.com.
That's K-A-H-R.com.
I'm gonna tell you about their latest Trump-related product in a moment.
But first, gotta ask a question.
What the hell?
What the hell?! !
Jacob Blake's family and friends are giving a press conference in Kenosha.
Oh, you mean the guy, the guy who was shot after he resisted arrest with an outstanding warrant for third-degree sexual assault, trespass and disorderly conduct and domestic abuse.
You mean that Jacob Blake who resisted arrest and was probably going for a knife when he was shot?
That's Who we're talking about today?
Oh, and the last thing is, and guys, you won't believe me, you won't, but I took a photograph and as soon as I get a second, as soon as I've taken your calls, played the cards, told you about this new product from Carr, I'm going to post the photograph in the front of this press conference.
from the Jacob Blake Apology Society is a protester with a poster board of the three people shot by Rittenhouse justly because we can say that now because the trials ended and he was acquitted justly and righteously killed in the case of two of them and one who just lost his bicep pointing a gun at somebody with their heads superimposed on the body of Superman Yes.
So now a child rapist, a domestic abuser and somebody trying to kill a 17 year old boy are now superheroes to the left.
Superheroes to the family of Jacob Blake who, let me just read it again, the man who was the, his arrest was the fuse that lit the violence of the Kenosha protests and the arson and rioting, who was resisting arrest for a warrant On third-degree sexual assault, trespass, disorderly conduct, and domestic abuse.
Sounds like a hero to the left, right?
Okay, let's talk about something cool!
We had 300 of our America First 1911 custom handguns.
Boom!
48 hours.
Sold.
Gone.
Okay.
A lot of you wanted to get yours.
Well, here's the latest.
So excited.
Got this, I think yesterday, John pressed this into my hand.
This is the latest from Carr Firearms.
They have, they own the auto ordinance name, the factory, the guys that brought you the Thompson machine gun way back when.
And this is their latest product, shipping next month in December.
And here's what you need to know.
President Trump believes America should always be first and his patriotism rallied Americans in a manner never seen before.
Carl Firearms Group loves America and shares President Trump's patriotism and passion for freedom.
You know it!
We've had the CEO, the President, Justin Moon, whose family escaped Communist North Korea on the show more than once.
That's the person who runs Car Firearms and owns Auto Auditance Group.
Now, they're making a truly beautiful line of custom-engraved 1911s to honour President Trump.
And the latest one...
It's just stunning.
It's called the Rally Cry 1911.
It pays tribute to President Trump's ability to draw Americans together.
The 1911 is covered with engravings depicting MAGA rallies and the love of America shown by Trump supporters.
The engraving is incredibly detailed with pictures of crowds, President Trump, his signature and the American flag.
There are little messages for fans hidden all over the engraving, such as... Let's go Brandon!
And God bless America.
Keep in mind that these works of art are also weapons.
These are shooters!
Each one has a match-grade .45 caliber barrel, enhanced trigger, extended safety, skeletonized hammer, and true-glow night sights.
Yes, glow-in-the-dark tritium sights.
These guns are made from stainless steel, 100% in the US of A. To get one, go to your local FFL, your local federally licensed firearms dealer, and ask Ask for this specifically.
The Auto-Ordinance Custom Rally Cry 1911.
Guys, what else have you got to do this weekend?
Go to your gun dealer.
Ask for the Auto-Ordinance Rally Cry Custom 1911.
Man, I've already got one of the America First ones.
Do I get this as well?
I could have dual.
I could double 1911s.
Why not?
Why not?
Don't tell my wife.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Steve in Atlanta.
Steve, happy Friday.
Hey, well, America lives to fight another day.
Yes, and so does Kyle, God willing.
My gosh, God bless.
And I use the word fight on purpose because this fight is not even started to be over yet.
You know, two things that I hope and pray will happen.
One, Kyle, With the advice and counsel of Mr. Sandman, we'll sue the living you-know-what out of everybody who's defamed him and try to give him an unfair trial.
Number two, my brother the Navy SEAL out in the West and his local community, along with the Sheriff, has formed a tactical group to safeguard their town from such burning and looting and I would like this to be called Kyle's Community Defense Corps.
Much like the guardian angels.
I like that.
I like that.
But let's first try and give the guy a little bit of peace.
Let's try and give him a little bit of tranquility, something to recover.
But this isn't about him.
This is about a principle.
But the principle is very, very sound.
He embodied what the second amendment is about.
When the system fails, For political reasons, for lack of courage, then guess what?
We have to resort to our responsibility to protect ourselves.
Thank you, Steve.
Let's go to Kathy, California.
Hey, Sebastian.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
You're welcome.
The reason I'm calling is because you are the only person I can think of I can get an accurate answer from.
I've heard so many different things on what the weapon was that Kyle was carrying.
Can you tell me what it was?
Yeah, it was a Smith & Wesson M&P AR-15.
Okay, thank you.
You're very welcome.
It's the Smith & Wesson version of the original AR-15 .223 caliber rifle.
Is it?
I've heard so many descriptions from the media.
It's like, what was it?
You mean the media that doesn't know the difference between an AR-15 and a Glock?
That media, right?
Yes, that media.
Okay, good.
Well, ignore that media because they're garbage.
Stick to the 14 conservative media sites that we recommend.
It's one of the most popular articles on our website.
I'll repost it in 60 seconds as soon as we're off the radio broadcast.
It's the sites that I rely upon.
It's the sites that Steve, Eric, John use to prepare me for the show every day.
You know what they are.
It's everything from Salem.
It's Breitbart.
It's The Federalist.
It's The Daily Caller.
It's The Daily Wire.
It's City Journal.
It's Heritage.org.
These are the sites you can trust.
If anybody sends you something inflammatory...
And it's from a site you've never heard of.
Ignore it.
Just ignore it.
We've got more than a dozen reliable sites that have proven themselves.
And if they can't back it up, it's probably propaganda and it may even be fake news from the left made to look like a conservative website.
Because there's a lot of that out there.
Great call.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorkin.
back with your calls after these messages.
Flying through today.
Where are you calling from?
So we've got...
Stand of Israel here.
And I get to play the card just clean.
Hi, what's your name?
Where are you calling from?
Alright, what did you want to say?
So I did 15.
Yep, we've done.
I did the long read.
Yep.
So we need another 15 and a 30.
Okay, I'll do the 30 here.
Come in with the cool 30.
Okay.
You want to do, yeah, for the C segment?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
All right, we'll put that up.
Man, I'm surprised I'm still, still surprised.
That's crazy.
There's nobody left.
There's no one's there.
No one's there.
It's two hours later.
Two hours later.
There's still light out.
Yeah.
It's 3.30 in...
Central time, Kenosha.
That's crazy.
That is interesting.
That is interesting.
I think the pendulum's swinging.
I think that 2020 Black Lives Matter riots did a lot more under the skin of a lot of Americans than we'd like to let on.
Because $2 billion worth of damage, that doesn't go unseen in communities.
And then people say, how did that help me get cheaper gas?
Oh, it didn't.
Right?
In the middle of a global pandemic, we just kind of brushed that off, and then they're not even telling me the right facts about that, but it changes whenever somebody's outside.
I mean, I think that red pill phenomenon may have just spiked, but I can't imagine you see your... But Kenosha was also like the 25th riot of the last summer, so it's like everybody's doing it, but it happened in your community, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
So what's going to happen to the judge?
Is he going to get a TV show?
What do you think?
I don't know.
He's like 70 years old.
He is?
I thought I... I bet he gets a TV show.
I mean, he orchestrated it quite nicely.
At least a podcast.
Newest.
On Salem!
Him and MTG.
They can be the newest.
So doing the car 30?
Yeah.
Thanks.
And then we'll have relief.
All right.
40 seconds.
*sad music* - Very first, please.
- All right.
- It's, I mean, it's-- - What?
What?
- It puts so much good, you know, uplifting feeling in your chest when something like this happens.
Alright, we've got ten seconds.
Oh, can you come in?
We cut six.
Oh no, we're doing the car, yeah.
I'll tee stuff up.
All right.
Say bye.
Complacency is a weakness that patriots cannot afford.
For this reason, Carr Firearms is teaming up with America First this year.
Carr believes Americans shouldn't be afraid to publicly stand up for our freedoms.
This is about more than being gun enthusiasts.
This has become a very personal fight as we struggle for the soul of America.
Carr wants America First listeners to know that they are not afraid to publicly support Second Amendment Friday.

Okay, so much more to do, so many calls, so little time.
We're going to spend the whole third hour with Congressman Jim Jordan.
It's going to be an amazing interview.
When do you hit?
When?
On what show do you get?
Somebody like Jim Jordan for an hour.
I'm sorry.
Monday it's going to be Newt Gingrich.
Two days ago it was Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Only here on America First.
Only here with me.

The nominee for comptroller of the currency is a communist.
Yes, a communist, but she's not getting away with it.
She has been unmasked, especially by Senator Kennedy.
We've got multiple cuts from him.
Here's a delicious one.
Let's talk about Sola Amarova and her young communist tendencies.
Cut seven, Senator Kennedy.
You used to be a member of a group called The young communist.
Didn't you?
Senator, are you referring to my membership in the youth communist organization while I was growing up in the Soviet Union?
I don't know.
I just wanted to ask you that question.
Senator, I was born and grew up in the Soviet Union.
Yes, ma'am.
But were you a member of that organization?
Everybody in that country was a member of the Komsomol, which was the communist youth organization.
Lie!
That's a lie!
You were a member?
That was a part of normal progress in school.
Have you resigned?
From the young communists?
You grow out of it with age.
So what somebody who has been nominated by this administration just did on the floor of the Senate, sworn in in testimony, was lie to you, the American people.
Because guess what?
My parents were children too in a communist country.
They never joined the Communist Youth League with their red neckerchiefs to symbolize the Red Communist Party.
You're a stinking liar.
You're a communist.
You obfuscate.
You deny.
This is the woman who last year and this year in presentations said the following.
I've got the audio of it.
Listen to this.
She wants every checking account in America to be nationalized and to be held at the Fed.
Doesn't matter who you're banking with.
Bank of America, SunTrust, Wells Fargo, the local credit union.
It doesn't matter.
She wants every checking account in America to be controlled by the Fed.
On top of that, on the record, in a paper she published last year, she celebrates the day when we can bankrupt the coal and oil industry in America.
Celebrates!
...has as her goal the bankrupting of an industry that is vital for our national security, for our energy independence, and for how you heat your home.
This is a high-ranking nominee for the Biden administration.
Yes, it's not socialism.
It is full-blown communism, and we must stop it.
Sorry, I wanted to go to some calls, but we will.
We'll get back to your calls momentarily.
The call board is absolutely full, so don't go anywhere.
Mark, Aaron, Matt, Patrick, Chris, I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Call 800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
She's a brilliant pick, huh?
I mean, how dumb?
How dumb?
Last year she wrote that.
BANKRUPT THE COAL INDUSTRY IN AMERICA I mean, I don't know a lot of people who, you know, come from communist countries and then come back and want to, you know... I don't mean any disrespect.
I don't know whether to call you professor.
Yeah!
Yeah!
That's not a common threat.
No!
That's the opposite.
You're right.
It's the opposite.
No, totally.
You're right.
People come here from Cuba and say, you know what we need here?
Some good old-fashioned socialism.
Yeah, I think she's the first I've heard.
I don't mean any disrespect.
I don't know whether to call you professor or comrade.
Alright, do we have to come in with something?
We are doing... Israel.
Yeah, Israel here and then CAR 15 in the E, right?
Yeah, come in with... Oh no, it's Joe now, right?
Yeah, he's the... I'm calling him now.
He's the CEO and President of NSF.
NSSF.
N-S-S-F-C-E-O.
You want me to just use their Twitter?
They have a Twitter.
Yeah, he doesn't have a Twitter from what I saw.
Yeah, so come in with car... No, I'll come in with car 15.
You want to do car 15?
Yeah, because we've done 30, right?
Yeah, we need one car 15 and you want to stand with Israel.
I'll do a car 15 here.
Okay, good.
And that'll be it for car 15.
Hey, Joe?
Yes, sir.
Hey, it's Jeff with Sebastian Park.
How are you?
Good.
I'm going to put you on hold.
He's coming in.
Hang on.
Hey, Joe.
Yes, sir.
How are we doing?
I'm doing well.
How are you today?
Good, good.
Very excited, very happy.
Excellent.
How's business?
Busy, busy, man.
NSSF, that's National Shooting Sports Foundation.
Good, okay.
You don't have a Twitter, just NSSF, right?
We have Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Okay, but not you.
Not me, no.
Okay, good.
All right, stand by.
We're live in 49 seconds.
All right.
Okay.
So we're doing, staying with Israel and Eve?
No, I'll do it after 15.
You'll do it after 15?
Yeah.
Okay.
Actually, I'll do car right after.
Come in with that cut you just did.
The comrade.
Come in with eight.
Okay.
Okay.
Alright.
Is that right?
Yeah, 20 seconds.
seconds.
Say bye.
You're welcome.
I don't mean any disrespect.
I'm I don't know whether to call you professor or comrade.
Senator, I'm not a communist.
It's always a bad look when you say, I'm not a communist.
It doesn't sound very good, does it, Boris?
No, Natasha.
I mean, seriously, how stupid are they?
They chose that woman.
Oh, but Senator Kennedy, God bless you.
Also, Senator, who was it?
It was Senator Tim Scott.
Roasted her for four minutes.
My buddy Mike Gallagher played the whole four minutes.
I've put it up on my Twitter and YouTube, no my Twitter and my Facebook channels.
You've got to watch it.
I don't know if we can get to it because Jim Jordan's coming and we've got a special guest right now but But first, Car Firearms is fighting for America.

Please support our Second Amendment Friday sponsor, KAHR.

That's K-A-H-R dot com.
Very special Second Amendment guest today.
He is the president, the CEO of the National Shooting Sports Federation that I'm very excited to have on because I think we're kind of loosely connected to something called SHOT Show.
Joe Bartosi, welcome back to America First!
Thanks for having me back, Sebastian.
It's great to be here.
Joe?
Joe?
Are we going to have SHOT Show next year?
Yes, we are.
We are moving full speed ahead.
And we are in constant communication with the folks in Carson City and Clark County, Nevada.
And right now, all is good.
And we are making plans for a great show in 22.
Because a lot of people, tens of thousands of people are having withdrawal symptoms because we couldn't go because of the China virus.
So tell us, is it going to be different?
Is it restricted?
Or is it going to be as much of a jamboree for the latest and greatest in gun manufacturing across the nation?
It's going to be a great show.
It's going to be the largest SHOT show we've ever had.
It's going to cover over 800,000 square feet in two venues.
The brand new Caesars Forum has opened up for us now and we have about 130,000 square feet in that facility alone.
Connected by a walking bridge to the Sands Convention Center.
It's going to be great.
And we're very, very excited about the dual offerings that we're going to be showing at this year's show.
All right.
Well, I've got my media invitation in my inbox.
I'm going to book my travel as soon as I get home today.
I wanted confirmation from you directly from the president of the NSSF.
Follow them at the National Shooting Sports Federation account, which is at NSSF.
Joe, so tell us about the last year because with Covid, the political instability, it's an election year, we've never ever seen figures in terms of new firearms purchases like this ever before.
We were breaking records for more than a year, month on month on month, so what does this mean for your industry or just the second amendment that we have so we have literally millions of new firearms owners in the republic?
Yeah, that's exactly right.
In 2020 alone, there were between 8.5 and 9 million first-time gun buyers.
If you include the numbers, which continued strong in 2021, we're looking at nearly 12 million first-time gun owners in just the last two years alone.
And that means a lot.
I mean, of course, it drives the industry.
It creates a need for product, a demand for, now especially, ammunition, of course.
But I think it does more than that.
I think, politically, the people that might have been on the fence with regard to guns Now that they're gun owners themselves, they're taking a different approach, and I think you see what happened in Virginia, and almost what happened in New Jersey, as an indication that gun owners are voting, and they're voting their sport, they're voting their Second Amendment rights, and it's having an impact to be sure.
Yeah, I'm gonna have the incoming Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears for the Commonwealth on my TV show on Newsmax this weekend, and there's a seminal I mean, her campaign, yes, she's an amazing patriot, she's a Marine, she's a legal immigrant, but her campaign poster was a black American, a veteran, standing there with her semi-automatic civilian AR-15.
And, you know, she didn't run from the Second Amendment, Joe.
She embraced the Second Amendment.
So, are you excited about how this could be a resurgence, a rebirth of an understanding of our fundamental civil right?
Yeah, absolutely.
I think she's awesome.
And I think the fact that she didn't run away from the gun issues, uh, I think really, it really makes her a real standup person besides, you know, all the good things she's already done for this country.
But, you know, I look at it and say, it is, it is kind of the bellwether of what's coming.
People have recognized that there are certain places in this country where the government is simply not going to help you.
If you're, if you're in the midst of a riot, the government and politicians are saying, you know, let it burn, let it happen.
But most Americans would recognize there is a fundamental right to self-defense, a fundamental right to protect themselves and their families, and that's going to create a resurgence and has created a resurgence in the Second Amendment and awareness of the Second Amendment.
So yeah, I think it's a great thing for the country in a way.
Yeah, and it was, you know, carved in stone today.
Carl Rittenhouse walks free and it is a reassertion of the Second Amendment being that civil right that makes all the others possible.
Joe, you know, I'm just one guy.
I'm a gun collector.
I love going shooting.
I'm witnessing a kind of Mmm quasi-normalization in the market.
You can start to get ammo again.
AR-15 prices have come down to quasi-normal levels.
Are you seeing that return to normalcy across the various sectors of your industry?
Yeah, I think we are.
I think things are starting to, whatever the new normal is going to be, it's certainly higher than the old normal.
But yes, things are starting to open up.
We're starting to see ammunition appear on the shelves, even in some cases briefly, but it's there.
And so I think you're going to start to see the stabilization.
And of course, the supply chain has been stretched thin for now over well over a year.
And I think hopefully the manufacturers are starting to kind of keep pace with the demand and to get their suppliers, you know, producing again.
What is your message?
We've got 30 seconds left.
all those millions of new firearms owners across the nation, whatever it is, whether it's a 12-gauge duck gun, whether it's an AR-15 or a .22, what's your message to them, Joe Bartosi?

Did I have a segment where I did a kind of mini-mono that wasn't an A?
Did I go kind of crazy somewhere?
2A, maybe.
Yeah, let's post 2A as well then.
That was good.
Yeah, but was there a quarter?
No, 2A.
Let's do 2A.
Or when you went off on the communist woman.
Yeah, let's do 1A, 2A, and then... What was the e-caller?
And 1 was really good.
What was that?
What was that?
That was the police officer.
Oh, yes!
Yeah, the police officer's son quit.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That was a very good call.
It was.
1A, 2A...
Schlichte... Are you gonna wait?
When's Eric back?

Yes, compatriot.
I used to work for a colonel.
I'm not joking, Aaron.
A serving U.S.
Army colonel who is my boss, who used to call us comrades every morning at the staff meeting.
Well, did he have any relation or dealing with Sasha Don't Call Me Mr. Bindman?
I don't know, but there could have been some kind of connection, I'm not aware of.
That's a very good question.
What brings you to our sunny shores today, Eric?
What a great Friday, and God is great and works through imperfect humans to exact the justice that is necessary for his will.
And I wanted to point out something that's observable, and that is the media has lost its total grip on reality and its ability to spin reality against average human beings.
And why I say that is the stream of, and I can't fathom how his name's pronounced, Rakeda, Nick Rakeda, that did his wonderful stream for the last two weeks.
The analysis from pools of talented, I don't want to call them experts, but their expertise in the law over the last couple of weeks was phenomenal, educational, and it shows a pathway for the citizenry to how to break the institutional hold that, let's say, communists have on our system.
I think you're right, especially, look, again, again, our young, unspoilt engineer may have predicted it, but even, you know, I don't know if he would have predicted.
Aaron, right now, there's nobody outside the courtroom.
They're no protesters.
They've gone.
It's only 3.58 in Kenosha and they've lost grip.
You're right.
The propagandists have lost control.
This phrase from the Matrix movie, the red pilling, it's happening everywhere, even in the city that rioted because a criminal like Jacob Blake was shot while resisting arrest.
It is A great day to be alive.
It's a great day to be American.
Jim Jordan next here.
One on one.
Give me four.
OK.
Oh, he dropped.
OK.
All right.
Give me three.
Hey, Matt.
Yes, sir.
Hi.
We're going to be talking to Jim Jordan for the whole next hour, but thanks for calling in.
How about at 9 o'clock, Sebastian?
9 o'clock?
What do you mean 9 o'clock?
You get cut off in a couple of minutes at my affiliate, and then maybe at 9... Well, I can't talk to you with one-on-one, correct?
No, no, no, because Jim's going to be on for the whole hour.
We're not taking any calls with Jim, but let's talk on Monday.
May I say, it's a great day for America.
It is a fabulous day.
It's a great day.
It restores your faith in a system that so many of us had lost faith in.
Thank you, sir.
I finished your book, The War for America's Soul.
Good!
Let's talk about it next week.
Have a good one.
God bless.
Bye-bye.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Bye.
Alright, no promo because it's Friday.
Yep.
I've got my list of things that need to be done that Eric left and the things that I need to take care of so I'll be doing that and then I can go join my compatriots.
Are you gonna have an adult beverage?
I might just.
I might just.
It is the weekend after all.
Eat some fried chicken before you go.
Yeah, that'll save me.
Line your belly.
All right.
So where do you live?
Right now, since getting over the injury, I've been at home in Arlington.
And so, 15 minutes away.
But that's not where your parents live, is it?
No, they're, you know, my mom's back and forth.
My dad's out in Hume.
Right.
So he's out there.
So what's in Arlington?
It's where I grew up and went to high school.
So you got a family house there?
Yeah, yeah.
The farm was my grandparents.
And that's why my grandmother was from England, so I get the, you know, whenever I hit, say, 20, I say, 20, 20, you know.
Yeah, 20, 20.
I get flashbacks of being told to put my heels down in the stirrup.
Time for tea and crumpets.
Yeah.
Tea and crumpets.
No nonsense woman there.
She was bombed at Coventry.
Oh really?
Was she from Coventry?
Yeah.
She was a tough son of a gun.
Tough son of a gun.
By an Olympic horse trainer.
Oh really?
Yeah, she was a toughie.
Did she compete?
No, she trained the horses and ended up doing riding lessons later in life.
So, I was the recipient of that.
But she had like a 22 horse farm in Minnesota with my dad's dad.
And then, oh yeah, there's some great stories there because she remarried a guy who was ...a medical translator in World War II, Japanese and American, my step-grandfather.
He was just one of the most interesting people in his stories.
I was a bit too young to really understand it, but we've got a lot of tapes of him talking about these stories.
Oh, how come?
Who recorded it?
Uh, I don't know.
He sat down and did it for a while.
I don't know.
We did it for... ...how he met one of his... ...how he met one of his... ...how he met one of his... ...how he met one of his... ...how he met one of his... ...how he met one of his... ...how he met

Well thank you for those kind words... ...we have so much...
We have so much to discuss.
We've got a new book coming out next week.
We'll talk about that a little bit differently on this one on one.
I usually wait until deep into the conversation to ask this question, but because of your role as an inspiration to those who are fighting at school board levels and fighting across the country, let me ask you this question right now.
Are we finally beginning Beginning to win on the results in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Maybe a taste of what is to come, Congressman.
I think you're exactly right.
I think it's going to build.
I said this when Mayor Garland came in front of the Judiciary Committee a few weeks ago.
I said, what you did, when you guys spied on parents, set up this snitch line on parents, I think that's the catalyst for a great reawakening for freedom in this country, for the Judeo-Christian ethics and values and principles in this country that make us the greatest nation ever.
So I do feel confident.
And then we saw those results in Virginia sparked by moms and dads.
Having the courage.
One thing we all know, courage is contagious.
One mom stands up and defends her son or daughter and says, I don't want this racist hate America curriculum taught to my kids.
One mom does it, then it's two moms, then it's dads, and pretty soon you have a Republican governor in Virginia.
And that is going to spread across this country.
So, yeah, we're Americans.
We gotta be optimistic, and I am very optimistic.
I think that is the common tissue that binds us all, whether you were born here, whether like me you emigrated here legally.
It's that happy warrior.
It's that optimism.
It's that can-do spirit.
It's that can-do spirit.
That's what built this great nation.
We're talking to Jim Jordan.
Follow him right now on Twitter at Jim underscore Jordan.
We have a little bit of luxury here.
This isn't a 60-second soundbite.
This is a one-on-one discussion with you congressmen.
So let's talk about who you are.
For those who don't live in your district, don't live in Ohio, will you introduce to all of our millions of listeners your story, growing up in rural Western Ohio, what you did as a kid, what you did in college, why you did this crazy thing of becoming a politician!
Well, yeah, I never intended to.
My background's in sport of wrestling.
I always joked when I was in grade school, I had life figured out.
I was going to play middle linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Even though I'm from Ohio and I should be a Browns or Bingles fan, because I grew up in the 70s, you know, when you're a dumb kid, you like winners.
And I like the Steelers because they won everything.
And Jack Lambert was my favorite player.
A guy from Ohio who played for the CSI.
I was gonna be the next Jack Lambert.
I knew it.
But you've been around me, Sebastian.
You know that on a good day.
I'm 5'7 and a half on a good day.
So the Good Lord had other designs.
And it was the sport of wrestling.
And so wrestling's been great for our family.
My brother makes his living at it.
Our boys wrestle, his boys wrestle, all our nephews.
It's something that we did.
And I was going to do that forever.
You get married, you have kids.
I was coaching at Ohio State.
I was assistant wrestling coach there.
sort of time to go be a head coach or in the Big Ten or do something else.
And I was starting to get interested in politics.
And I tell folks, you get married, you have children, you get tired of government taking your money and telling you what to do and insulting your values.
And so I decided to run.
And no one gave us a chance, but I ran for state representative a long time ago and won that race and then won a race for state senate and then came to congress and been fighting the liberals ever since it seemed.
So I enjoyed this.
What they elected you to do.
Come in here and fight for them.
And marry the pretty farm girl down the road.
- I'm trying to do what you told the voters back home you were gonna do, what they elected you to do, come in here and fight for them. - I'm trying to do what they elected you to do, come in here and fight for them.
- And married the pretty farm girl down the road, we have four children all married.
- And married the pretty farm girl down the road, That is in fact the title of your upcoming book.
You can order it right now.
- Another one in that, another one doing it in the day now. - Congratulations, that is in fact the title of your upcoming book, you can order it right now.
Do what you said in the swamp by Congressman Jim Jordan.
- Fighting for freedom in the swamp by Congressman Jim Jordan.
- Let me tag onto something from my past.
You know, I spent decades in national security working with the US military and the law enforcement.
There is one grand master of strategy in the West.
Asia has done too, but the Western Asia has Sun Tzu, but for Western nations it is, of course, Carl von Clausewitz.
There are a couple of images, a couple of analogies when it comes He uses card players, the skill of the card player, and another image he uses is the wrestler.
And for von Clausewitz, he said, you know, you can be strong, you can measure the size of muscles and whatever, but real conflict, victory is found in the wrestler, in the individual who has primarily the will to win.
As a result, I ask you, how seminal To your decision.
And how seminal is it as you're fighting the Russia hoaxes, as you're fighting the exploitation of the intelligence community against conservatives, that you come from this wrestling background?
Does that does that filter in everything you do every day, Congressman?
You know, it's funny you say that, but I think it does.
I tell folks kind of jokingly, but, you know, with all good humor, there's truth to it.
That the closest thing an old guy like me gets to a wrestling match is a committee hearing.
A committee hearing where I think that witness on the witness stand has done things that aren't appropriate for the taxpayer or for the folks I get the privilege of representing.
And my job when I cross-examine that witness is to get the truth.
Out there in a compelling and succinct way as possible so that the American people know really what took place.
And I actually like the challenge of that, what happens in a committee hearing.
But I think that's a central part of our job, particularly the committees that I serve on.
The Oversight Committee, the Judiciary Committee.
It seems like over the past decade, I've just had the privilege of being in some of these big investigations.
When the IRS targeted Folks like your listeners, your viewers, for being conservative, for being part of the Tea Party, and they were targeted by the IRS when I was on the Benghazi Select Committee, trying to get to the bottom of what happened that evening when four Americans gave their life for our country in Benghazi, Libya, and then, of course, there was the impeachment.
So I do think there's some correlation, and maybe it's just part of my personality, or maybe I learned it because I was involved in the sport of wrestling, but I do think there's some relationship there.
One person in front of your committee in October was the current Attorney General of the United States.
You wrote a blistering letter about A.G.
Garland that I read on the radio show two days ago that he denied in front of you that the FBI, the DOJ was targeting parents across America, labeling them as terrorists or tagging them with that threat label.
You now have a whistleblower who has confirmed that.
You had two options at the end of your letter.
Either the Attorney General doesn't know what the FBI is doing, or he lied to you.
Do you have a sense right now, Congressman, which of those two scenarios we may be dealing with?
Well, it may be a combination of both plus something else now.
The more we think about this, it's funny, we've been looking at this just the last few days.
It could be that he didn't know, so it was kind of some level of incompetence.
It could have been he was misleading us, but it also could have been it all started with the government.
They went to the School Board Association, and the School Board Association letter was just the pretext, just the thing that sort of lit the flame here for them to do what the Biden administration already was wanting to do.
That's what I'm starting to think may have taken place here, because remember, we've learned now in the past few weeks That there was communication between the White House and the School Board, National School Board Association, before the School Board Association sends the letter.
They were talking about it.
So they send the letter on September 29th.
On October 4th, Mr. Garland does the memo, which sends the memo out, which is exactly what the School Board Association asked for, namely getting the FBI involved in spying on parents and giving them what we now know, this this threat tag, this terrorist tag, this terrorist label.
So you have that progression.
Then you have on October 20th, Yes.
email that goes out from the counterterrorism division at the FBI to FBI agents across the country with that language about a threat tag and everything else.
And the very next day, October 21st, Merrick Garland comes in front of us and says, I don't know what that is.
I mean, he sounded like he didn't know what was going on, but he also told us that there was no way they were treating parents as domestic terrorists.
And fascinatingly, we found out on Thursday this week that the National Association of School Boards has deleted that incriminating letter from their
I wonder why.
Let me celebrate as we are talking to Congressman Jordan.

Let's talk about why you are so famous today.
It's your fight for the truth, especially against Russia collusion, the way that weapon was used against President Trump falsely.
Let's start at the beginning.
What happened five years ago in this nation?
What does the event, the election of a man who'd never run for political position before, who'd had no relations to the swamp, what is the significance of Donald Trump's victory in 2016, Congressman?
Well, he ran as the outsider who was going to make America great again, and he did that.
He accomplished so much.
Most successful president, certainly in my lifetime, maybe in the history of this great country, and he did it.
I mean, so many things he said he was going to do that he actually got done, which is just amazing because he got them done in spite of every Democrat in this town against him, everyone in the mainstream press against him, everyone in the bureaucracy against him, and a bunch of Republicans against him, and in spite of that, accomplished so much.
It was.
That's why this town fought him so much.
Because he came in here and really took on the swap.
Upset the apple cart.
Pick whatever metaphor you want.
But he did it.
And that was such a threat to the establishment.
To the people who think they're smarter than us regular folks.
who think they run this town, in came a guy from the outside who said, "No, I'm going to defend America first.
We know we're the greatest nation in history.
We're going to fight for the values and principles that make us great.
And we're going to get control of our border.
We're going to cut taxes.
We're going to grow our cut." He did it.
So it was huge.
And the American people were yearning for that kind of leader.
And now that we have Joe Biden, they realize, oh my goodness, how good we had it and how bad this guy is and what we've seen in just 10 months.
And given what we witnessed in those four years, when you are fighting the insanity of Russia collusion, compared to last the last 10 months, we've gone from the targeting of key Trump officials and appointees like Mike Flynn and others, we've gone from that to just
Trump voters, how disturbed are you that, you know, what we're witnessing with regards to parents who just want to have control of their children's future, that we've gone from targeting political enemies in DC to any one of the 74 million congressmen?
Yeah, yeah.
I remember President Trump saying this, and it was so true.
He said, they came after me so hard because I was fighting for you, the American people.
Now that he's not there, standing in that gap, they're coming right for moms and dads who have the audacity to go to a school board meeting and stand up for their kids and say, I don't want this stuff taught to my kid.
I mean, this is the scary thing, how the left takes government.
They did it with the IRS a decade ago.
They did it with the FBI five years ago when they spied on President Trump's campaign.
They're doing it now with the Justice Department when they're going after parents, how they weaponize the government, and it is frightening.
And then how they stand around and support the attack on our First Amendment liberties, in particular our right to speak.
I mean, that's what the whole woke, cancel culture mob is all about.
It's about limiting our speech, not having a fair debate.
If you don't agree with the left today, they say, well, you gotta agree with me or you're not allowed to talk.
And then if you try to talk, they say, oh, you're a racist, and they try to cancel you.
It's frightening.
But Donald Trump was a guy fighting for our values and rights.
That's why they came after him.
That's why we need him back.
That's why I want him to run again.
in 24.
He will.
And if he does, which I think he will, I think he's going to win.
He will.
Now, you were there, not just in open session, you were behind closed doors, you've read the classified briefs.
Am I oversimplifying what we've witnessed in the last five years by saying Donald Trump was accused of colluding with Russians?
There is zero evidence that any of that happened.
But now we know, thanks in part to the recent arrests and the subpoenas from John Durham, that Hillary's campaign, the Sussman indictment, the Danchenko arrest, that there was Russian collusion, Congressman, but it was Hillary's campaign that did it.
Yeah, no, that is exactly right.
The Danchenko indictment, the Zussman indictment, I mean, we find out this goes right to the Clinton campaign.
And I think the Zussman one is interesting to me because with the dossier, it was Danchenko who was given information to Christopher Steele, who was given information to Fusion GPS, who was given information to Perkins Coie Law Firm, who had hired Fusion, and then it was, you know, traced it all the way back to the Clinton campaign.
But with Zussman, it didn't go that way.
He got rid of all the middlemen.
Zussman just walked in.
And remember, he worked at Perkins Coie, the law firm.
He just walked in and handed false information to the FBI.
And not just anyone, Sebastian, at the FBI.
He walked in and gave it to Jim Baker, the chief counsel.
Which, of course, happens every day.
People walk off the street and get appointments with the chief, chief, chief attorney at the FBI and the DOJ!
Yeah, it's mind-blowing, but that's what happened, and then the Dan Chico indictment comes down, and Mr. Durham has traced it, the Special Counsel Durham has traced it all the way back to the Clinton campaign.
So, let's hope it goes further, but one thing, I just can't believe the FBI didn't know that this was garbage they were receiving.
They had to have known.
But we'll see how it progresses and what comes next from the Special Counsel.

I don't think he was too woke.
He was the exact opposite.
You know what woke means?
It means you're a loser.
Everything woke.
Everything woke.
It's true.
We have to mention it, Congressman, because it is being used as a political weapon as we speak.
We are seeing the creation of this committee to hound Trump supporters, to subpoena his cabinet members, his chief of staff.
Will you give us your take on the significance of January the 6th and what it means moving forward for the next election, the election after?
Well, I mean, we all know that what happened on January 6th at the Capitol was wrong.
And people who did wrong and actually committed crimes should be held accountable, and they are.
There's been 600 people indicted and they're being prosecuted.
But what I think would have been nice from the other side, from the Democrats, Republicans have been consistent.
We have condemned the violence every single time it happened.
We condemned it on January 6th, and we condemned it in the summer of 2020, when rioters and looters were destroying small businesses, were attacking law enforcement, harming law enforcement.
In some cases, they killed law enforcement officers, killed police officers.
Where were the Democrats then?
They were setting up a fund, raising money to bail these same people out of jail.
So, it'd have been nice if they were consistent, as far as the committee goes.
This is not about getting to the truth.
This is not about figuring out why the Capitol didn't have the proper security posture that day.
That important day, as Ruth Bader Ginsburg said, is the ultimate date of significance in a presidential election process.
So why it wasn't properly protected, only Nancy Pelosi can answer that.
But this thing is political.
And if they persist, if they actually force and go after The Chief of Staff to the President of the United States, if they go after Mark Meadows and they cross this line that hasn't been crossed before and pursue this and hold Mark Meadows in some kind of crazy criminal contempt, if they do that, it's unprecedented.
I think it's dangerous for our country.
But if they cross that line, there's a lot of people we're going to want to talk to if and when we get back in the majority, which I think is coming soon.
So I hope they don't go there.
I really do, because I don't think it's good for the Chief Executive.
I mean, can you imagine?
The primary counselor to the President is his Chief of Staff.
If they're going to ask, compel Mark Meadows with the threat of going to prison, they're going to compel him to answer questions about his conversations with the President of the United States?
Oh my goodness.
I mean, who's going to want that job?
Who's going to want to give candid and good advice and prompt advice to the Commander-in-Chief as we move forward as a country?
But that seems where they want to go.
I just hope they don't.
There are voices that are sorely dissatisfied with the current minority leader, that Kevin McCarthy isn't doing enough, given that your grandmothers were arrested and put in solitary, that you have people like Marjorie Taylor Greene ripped off committees, whilst Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib can be rabid anti-Semites, Maxine Waters can call for violence on the streets.
If we do, God willing, have that rout next year and we win, would you consider being Speaker of the House, Jim?
No, I want to look.
As I said earlier, I'm on the Judiciary Committee and the Oversight Committee.
The Judiciary Committee, the House Judiciary Committee, historically has had this storied history of being the committee that protects Americans' rights.
And right now, under the Democrats, I think it has been anything but that.
So I want the opportunity to Lord willing, if we win, be the chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
Do the investigations that need to happen.
We need to know exactly how this virus started and why Dr. Fauci misled the American people for over a year about the origins of this virus.
We need to know about why the IRS let thousands of Americans' tax returns go public, for goodness sake.
We need to investigate some, we need to figure out this, why the FBI and the Justice Department are targeting moms and dads.
So, I want to do the investigations that need to be done, and I want to stand up for the First Amendment.
Because every single right we enjoy, Sebastian, under the First Amendment, has been assaulted by the left over the last year.
Your right to practice your faith, your right to assemble, your right to petition government, freedom of the press, freedom of speech.
Every.
Single.
One.
And we're supposed to protect that in the Judiciary Committee and stand up for that.
I haven't seen it.
That's what I want to focus on.
There's another truth teller out there who's served this nation for decades, saved New York twice.
As a favor to me, dear friends, listeners and viewers, will you support America's mayor?
He is under assault.
They want to cancel him, strip him of his law licenses, and you know what they want to do.
They want to get him in the dock.
They want to get him on the stand on some spurious charge just like my former colleague Mike Flynn.

in the swamp. - Yep.
Congressman Jordan we well I was invited after the election to Meet with one of the top members of not the political conservative class, but the RNC itself.
And I said, fine, I'll meet with you.
We had lunch very close to my studio here.
And he asked me my advice as to what should happen now, now that allegedly Biden won.
And I said, if you guys want to be taken seriously by America, by at least 74 million Americans, if the Republicans want to be seen as serious, there's only two issues you must prioritize right now.
One of them is election integrity.
We've got to get serious on making it impossible.
Does the GOP get it?
steal elections even in cities like Philadelphia and Chicago.
The second thing I said is big tech.
You've got to be as serious as a heart attack on stopping the censorship of any American.
Will you talk to us about what you're seeing from your colleagues?
Does the GOP get it?
Do we have a plan when it comes to big tech, Congressman?
Yeah.
Yeah.
The first thing is take away their liability protection.
At a minimum, we've got to get rid of the Section 230.
Take away this immunity, this liability protection that they've enjoyed.
They're making editorial decisions, they're censoring conservatives.
I always tell the story that this was a couple summers back, I guess we come back in 2018, but Matt Gaetz gives me a call and he says, Jim, Twitter is shadow banning us.
And I'm like, I didn't know what shadowbanning meant.
I said, well, that sounds terrible.
Matt, what is it?
He explained it to me.
Turned out it was.
They were, in fact, shadowbanning Gates, Representative Meadows, Representative Nunes, and myself.
So you got 435 members of Congress.
You got 100 senators.
535.
Only four.
Only four were being shadow banned by Twitter.
And it happened to be right in the middle of the whole Trump-Russia investigation when we were pushing back on all the BS coming from the Justice Department.
So this becomes a news, and Twitter sends out a statement that says, well, it was just a glitch in our algorithm.
And I'm like, Glitch in your algorithm.
What did you put in the algorithm?
The names Gates, Meadows, Lunes, Jordan.
I mean, give me a break.
So you're exactly right.
So that's step one.
Step two is we actually need to get the – there are some antitrust cases happening.
We need to get those to the Supreme Court on an expedited fashion so that we can get an answer.
It sure seems like Justice Thomas wants to look at this.
Are these companies so big and so powerful that we need to break them up?
Do we need to reform our antitrust?
How do we have to do it?
So we think that's the second avenue that we have to do.
And then third, we need to look at, I think, Regular Americans having a private right of action against these companies, the ability to sue when they censor you, when they take down your content, when they throttle back your ability to reach people via social media.
So I think those are the three things that we're trying to look at.
But certainly to start, it's the Section 230.
That needs to happen right away.
And when it comes to election integrity, are you satisfied with what you've witnessed in the last 10 months?
I know at the very lowest level, the volunteers flooded the zone.
I live in the Commonwealth, more volunteers than ever at the polling stations.
But is the GOP, do they have a plan for making it as hard as possible to still 2024 and beyond?
Yeah, I think four things have to happen.
One is, the first will be tough because the Democrats are in control of Congress.
We called for an investigation to look into concerns every single voter seemed to have.
A bunch of Democrats had concerns about the 2020 election.
So certainly all Republicans did.
So we called for an investigation, a congressional investigation, where you can have the witnesses, have the kind of cross-examination of witnesses that you need.
We called for that.
Of course, Democrats wouldn't do it.
Second is what's happening in some of our states like Georgia, where they have Reform their election laws, cleaned up their election laws, made it, as they said, easier to vote but harder to cheat.
That needs to happen in every state we can because, again, under our system, it's state legislatures that make election law.
Third is what you just said.
We're all watching now.
We're all on notice.
We're going to happen in Virginia.
People are paying attention.
I think in 22 and 24, you're going to see Americans, conservative Republicans all over the country watching the election, being at the polling stations and making sure It's done right.
So those are the things I think that need to happen.
And then finally, the fourth element is if the Democrats do what they did in 2020, if they try to, in certain states, change their election law right before the election, like they did and they used COVID as the pretext in 2020, we're going to have to challenge them in court every single time.
You can't wait till after the fact.
You got to challenge them.
As soon as they do something goofy, you got to take them to court and say, this is goofy.
This doesn't make sense.
And we have to be ready at the RNC to do that.
It's up to us.
It's not just the institutions like the RNC.
It's every single American, wherever you live, whether it's Ohio, whether it's California, it doesn't matter.
Be part of the solution.
Volunteer.
Become a poll watcher.
Become an election official like my wife did.
Run for the local school board.
If for some reason you can't, well guess what?
You can support somebody who is running, even for the local library board.
You can be part of the solution.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
You are listening to One on One with Congressman Jim Jordan, ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, Ohio's 4th District, author of Do What You Said You Would Do, Fighting for Freedom in the Swamp.
I've got to ask the question because it vexes me.
It vexes so many who voted for President Trump twice.
What is the power relationship between people like yourself and the rhino class and the swamp creatures?
Because, you know, we know who the good guys are.
It's Jim Jordan.
It's Matt Gaetz.
It's Louie Gohmert.
It's everybody who comes on this show.
It's Lauren Bobert.
It's MTG.
It's Andy Biggs.
Are you guys winning?
Are we going to push these people out who come in, say they're going to represent America, and then vote to impeach President Trump or vote for this porculous bill last week?
What is the correlation of forces right now, Congressman?
I think our side is growing and the folks who aren't part of the overall Trump Republican Party, I think that number is getting smaller.
I think folks who take some of those votes are potentially in trouble in their election.
So I do think it's a Trump Republican Party, which is a, frankly, where we always should have been.
It is a conservative, it's a populist party, but it's still rooted in conservative principle.
That should have always been the Republican Party.
And President Trump, when he won the nomination, won that election, and then had such an amazing four years as president, He showed us what that really meant.
It was tough on the border.
It was standing up against China.
It was putting America first.
So I think that is really brought our party much closer than all my time in Congress.
I've never seen this as united.
Now, it's disappointing when some members don't don't vote and we have don't vote with us.
And we had what we saw happen a week or so ago with with the infrastructure bill.
But I do think we're coming together and that's good.
And I think that's what's going to help us in the midterm elections in 22.
And help us in 24 when President Trump runs again.
All right, well, we do these interviews because it's what I love to do, long-form radio, but there's another reason, especially in your case.
I do believe this is, is this your first book, Congressman?
Yeah, well, I wrote a book way back when on nutrition, but that was back on my coaching day.
That was a long time ago.
Yeah, this is the first one in anything relative to political.
It's his first political tome.
It comes out next Tuesday.
Do what you said you would do.
fighting for freedom in the swamp.
music plays
music
plays music plays
music plays
music plays
The End Last question for you, Congressman.
First things first, I want to thank you for everything you do every single day and how hard you fight for all Americans, not just those in Ohio.
But here's the burning question that so many of our three million listeners want to know.
Will we see justice in America?
And I don't mean low-lying, you know, lawyers at the DOJ who forge CIA documents, but will there be justice for Mike Flynn, for the people who are Innocent, but arrested because of January 6th.
What is your feeling?
Will we finally have some sense of rule of law again in America?
I think we will because, you know, we're America.
And while sometimes it doesn't seem like it's going right, I think in the end, America gets it right.
But we're not going to get that in the Garland Justice Department.
It's going to until we may get the truth out there.
And that's that's my job.
I can't I can't prosecute anyone.
I can't indict anyone.
We're the legislative branch.
Our job is to do oversight and get the truth to the American people.
But I do think when President Trump runs again in 2024 and when he wins, then we will have a Justice Department that can have what is supposed to be in this country, equal treatment under the law.
But it's not going to happen with the Garland Justice Department.
I think that's obvious.
And your message to those across the country who, because of what they've seen happen to people like Flint, what they've seen, you know, the crazy shaman guy who probably needs some psychiatric help gets 40 months in prison.
This is sheer insanity.
What do you say to people who witness these events and who've lost faith in what has been called the greatest experiment in democracy?
What do you say to those Americans?
No, never lose faith.
It's America.
Always see the glass half full.
Look at what happened in Virginia.
Look at what happened when one mom stands up.
And, you know, courage is contagious.
So look at the positive.
And remember my favorite scripture verse.
Remember this verse.
Paul's the old guy giving advice to Timothy the young guy.
And he says, fight the good fight, finish the course, keep the faith.
And I love that verse because of the action in it.
Fight Our job is to do that.
And when we do, I think good things happen.
And we're seeing that.
We saw it in the Virginia elections.
I think we're going to see it next November.
I think we're going to see it in November of 2024 when President Trump's on the ballot.
So just believe in that and understand you're doing it because we all got kids.
We all got family.
We're doing it for the next generation and we're doing it for our inheritance, those family members who are going to We want to experience what we got to experience in this great country.
What a great way to finish.
Fight.
Finish.
Keep.
Let's remember what the Founding Fathers did.
They pledged their lives, their treasure, and their sacred honor.
If it was good enough for them, it's good enough for us.
We need more Jim Jordans.
As ever on Friday, we will end with the words of my former boss, President Trump.
We will not bend.
We will not break.
We will not yield.
We will never give in.
We will never give up.
We will never back down.
We will never, ever surrender.
My fellow Americans, our movement is far from over.
