Time Text
- All of our partners.
Oh my god, it's such an unbelievable moment.
Brandon, you also told me... I can hear the chants from the crowd.
Let's go Brandon!
Somebody needs her hearing tested.
Welcome dear friends, this is America First with me, Sebastian Gorka.
Let's go Brandon.
Not quite my dear, not quite.
I think she knew what they were chanting.
It's...
Something a little bit rude about the man who bears the title of president.
I can't say more on live radio.
It's nationwide.
It is a phenomena.
What does it mean?
That will be the topic of the opening of our show today.
We have amazing guests in line for you.
A whole hour with that crazy Colonel Kirchschlifter.
Phil Kirpin on the latest about Covid, the Delta, the boosters and the real figures.
And Congressman Lee Zelding running for the gubernatorial seat in New York.
But the breaking news.
I was trying to post something on Facebook two hours ago.
I couldn't.
I kept pressing post, post.
And Facebook has been down since then.
Instagram is down.
Same owners.
Why are they down?
Could it be with a certain documentary that aired the weekend from a Facebook whistleblower who said, quote, Facebook cares more about money than they do about safety and they propagate fake news and it leads to violence?
Of course, she was only talking about conservatives.
But is Facebook shutting things down to hide evidence?
Let's ask Mr. G. Let's have a sanity check.
I just want to know, what's the marrow telling you in your bones?
What's your gut telling you?
Why are Facebook and Instagram down for the last two and a half hours, Jeff?
I'm leaning towards their covering up the tracks.
To me it's the length.
I was just looking it up before.
One time it happened before in 2019 and they were back up and running in less than an hour.
All these big major sites, it's very quick they get back.
I think there's something else going on now.
Yeah, because the internet was designed to be redundant.
You don't have one server, you don't have one data backup, you have multiple upon multiple upon multiple.
And if you're the biggest in the game, What's taking so long?
Hey, Zaki, what's taking so long?
Are you shredding evidence?
Are you asking Hillary, have you got any bleach bit left, Hillary?
Send it our way to hide the evidence of your distortion, your manipulation of information to make money and ramp up violence.
Information settings, which by the way, last thing and then I promise I'll move on.
The whistleblower, maybe I won't move on, this is fun.
The whistleblower said, after the election results, All the settings were changed backwards.
To de-emphasize fake news.
To under-emphasize the radicalism.
Interesting.
And she's going to be testifying on Capitol Hill.
Will there be any evidence left?
That's the question.
Okay.
Beyond that.
That's just one slice of the breaking news.
There's been a press conference in the White House just minutes ago.
They're desperately trying to save Biden's Multi-trillion trillion dollar packages.
It looks as if the radicals in the Democrat Party are going to sink it.
We'll see if they can be bought off.
But that's the latest update.
But here's my big question for the day.
And I'd love your input.
Because it's really it's about all of us.
All of us that care for this nation.
Who are patriots.
That love the founding principles upon which this nation was built.
And let's just remind ourselves.
It's so easy to take this for granted.
To forget.
In 1776, nowhere in the world, nowhere, nowhere, not in Europe, nowhere, was there a system like ours.
One predicated on freedom.
When the Revolutionary War began, it began not because Some dynasty, some self-appointed quote-unquote royal family or elite said, huh, we want to run the colonies because we're different, we're special.
No, the founding fathers said every single one of us is special.
That's why in our founding document there is a one word
that sets us apart from every other Republic and that is the word Creator with a capital C. That document stated one truth above all else that this system that those brave men fought for against the greatest nation on God's earth that this system has one building block in it
That is linked to a theological truth that we have rights as human beings.
Every single one of us has rights as human beings because of who made us.
And that we are made in his image, the creators with a capital C. God made us.
Our rights aren't defined by some capricious earthly force, by some king, by some government.
No, our rights are innate because we are humans with a soul made by our creator.
And government You can't take those rights away from us without reason, unless we transgress eternal truths.
Truths that are bedrocked in the Ten Commandments.
You don't have to go to church on Sunday to be an American, but you have to have the values of Christian civilization.
Those values are enshrined in our Bill of Rights, in our Constitution, and our Declaration of Independence.
So what has this got to do with NASCAR?
To people chanting at NASCAR or college football games, F Joe Biden.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a big fan because I know there are kids in those stadia.
There are kids at those racetracks who shouldn't hear that kind of language.
But, we didn't start it.
What is it Rashida Tlaib said in front of her six-year-old son when she became a member of Congress?
We're gonna impeach that MF-er!
Although she didn't say MF-er.
So it's not us that started it.
The lack of any, any moral fiber, the depths of moral turpitude, start with the left, a radicalized Democrat Party.
So here's the question for today.
Our number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
We are seeing a counter-revolution.
We are seeing a reaction.
33346752. We are seeing a counter-revolution.
We are seeing a reaction, a counter to the fascists.
To the totalitarians in the Democrat Party.
Why are they saying F Joe Biden everywhere across America?
Why are kids, why are college students?
I thought they were the most indoctrinated!
Why are they saying it?
Because they've had enough with the lockdowns, the masks, the booster shots, the you-can't-open-your-business, you can't... Did you hear the latest from Fauci?
Can't celebrate Christmas.
Christmas is cancelled.
Go to hell, Fauci!
I'm celebrating Christmas and everybody else who isn't a coward is celebrating Christmas because that's who we are.
So here's the question.
Who's gonna ride this wave?
Tens of millions of Americans have had enough.
Many of them young Americans.
Americans that so many of us had written off as brainwashed drones.
So who's going to leverage that love of liberty?
We're not talking about a revolutionary war.
I'm talking about Make America Great Again Phase 2.0.
America First!
2.0.
It's time for a national leader, a voice, a celebrity, a handful of people who love this nation to take that energy, that love of America And to use it to politically take back not just our republic, every one of our states and the culture.
Who should it be?
Call today.
833-33-GORKA.
333-33-Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
All right.
It's on. - Yeah.
Hi, what's your name?
Can you play me Cut 12?
- Got 12. - Got 12. - Who would you say is more dangerous, the Taliban or Texas Republicans?
Texas Republicans because this is our country.
Texas Republicans.
Every day.
You know, the Taliban's oppressive to women and this Texas law is absolutely oppressive to women.
Right now, the Texas Republicans are right up there with them.
Which would you say is worse, the Taliban or the Texas Republicans?
The Taliban, but the Texas Republic is a really close second.
All these abortion restrictions in Texas, that's equivalent to the Taliban.
Let's get her in tomorrow.
Alright.
We're kind of full tomorrow, maybe Wednesday.
Wednesday, okay.
Um, let's do 11?
Uh, he's just stepped away.
Okay.
Here, I can do it.
I can get back there.
I was trying to get his walk while I was speaking, I forgot seconds.
Excuse me.
America First, what's your name?
Which cuts?
Where are you calling from?
Can you cut to 11?
All right, what do you want to say?
Did you get the sense that President Biden cared about the fate of Afghan women?
I don't think so.
He said U.S.
could not be the police of the world to protect women in any other country.
Ouch.
Ouch.
Ten.
Can you give me ten?
Two and a half minutes.
Great.
This is where the last 100,000 Americans to die of COVID took their last breaths.
Overwhelmingly in the South.
Overwhelmingly in red states.
Overwhelmingly in places where Fox News occupies a lot of screen time.
The theory that Tucker should really address is Fox replacement theory.
Fox replacement theory.
There is no way to replace the Americans those flags on the mall represent.
And Tucker, Talking to you right now.
There is no way to replace the viewers whose lives you are endangering with your lies.
He's trying so hard not to smile and laugh at that.
He likes the fact that that's a problem.
Tell that to Cuomo in the nursing homes because you wonder why the last Americans that I were there, not the first.
So, you know, I woke up with them.
Cut to.
Cut to.
Joe Manchin had people on kayak and show up to his boat.
He had a man.
Senator Sinema last night was chased into a restroom.
Do you think that those tactics are crossing a line?
I don't think they're appropriate tactics, but it happens to everybody.
The only people it doesn't happen to are people who have secret service standing around them.
So it's part of the process.
Part of the process, he says.
Cup five.
Time may not help.
There is increasing tension among moderate and progressive Democrats and a sense that the White House is falling short.
As one Democratic lawmaker told ABC News, quote, most of us are at a loss for words.
There was no plan, no strategy, no timing.
Okay.
Okay, come in with 7 Fauci Christmas, okay?
7 Fauci Christmas.
And then can you find the AOC video that I posted?
Yeah, the one on Facebook, was it?
At 25 seconds.
Yeah, the one where she's in front of the sign and she just, it's gobbledygook for 40 seconds.
Oh yeah, shoot, I didn't add that.
I had that.
Alright, 15 seconds, stand by.
We're coming in with Job Creators Network disclaimer and we're doing MyPillow, doing Fauci on the comment.
All right.
Stay back.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Job Creators Network.
work.
But we can gather for Christmas or it's just too soon to tell.
You know, Margaret, it's just too soon to tell.
We've just got to concentrate on continuing to get those numbers down.
I want your reaction, guys!
It's too soon!
What was it?
Was it two weeks to flatten the curve?
Was that a year and a half?
I think that was 527 days ago, right?
But it's too soon to celebrate Christmas in December 2021.
That's patchy for you.
I want you to sign off, sound off on that.
But first, I'm not a fan of this lady.
She's a little weird, okay?
Little weird.
She may be the, uh, what is it Americans say?
We say spanner in the works.
The American is wrench, right?
She may be the wrench in the works for the Democrats in their $48 trillion spending bill.
Kirsten... Why did I have to have K-R-Y?
Excuse me.
Kirsten Sinema, along with Joe Manchin, are the problematic individuals on the left.
And this is the latest tactic.
I bet these people, I bet this is the, what is it, what is it AOC?
AOC is not a Democrat.
She's a Democratic Socialist of America.
She's a member of DSA.
I bet this is a, these are DSA flunkies.
One of them I think is an illegal immigrant who followed Sinema into the toilet to harass her on her vote.
Cut one.
Play cut.
We knocked on doors for you to get you elected, and just how we got you elected, we can get you out of office if you don't support what you promised us.
Hey guys, I want to go back to the beginning because I didn't tee it up.
It's in a restroom, but you have to understand, there's two people, one of them filming the other one, and she's in a store, okay?
Senate Cinema is going to the toilet behind a locked door in a stall.
They're on the other side of the stall filming her.
I'm not sure how this is legal, but let's play it.
We knocked on doors for you to get you elected, and just how we got you elected, we can get you out of office if you don't support what you promised us.
We need 7 million censorship for 7 million.
We need the Belt and Road Act right now.
We need to hold you accountable to what you told us, what you promised us that you were going to pass when we knocked on doors for you.
It's not right.
I'm a survivor.
I'm a survivor of human trafficking.
And it's because of the lack of worker protections that we don't have in the gig economy.
I need you to stand by workers, lots of people who are like me who became homeless.
I don't think I've ever seen anything like that.
I don't think I've ever seen... I've never seen the left follow a Democrat senator into the restrooms, talk to them and film it while they're on the toilet.
You could hear the toilet being flushed.
And then saying, you bet we knocked on doors for you!
Oh, and by the way, I'm a victim.
Later on, you find out that person is an illegal immigrant.
Her parents came here illegally and brought her as a child and now she wants trillions of dollars to be spent and Kirsten Sinema is the problem.
This could get to be a rather large story.
I think, um, is it Doocy?
Is it good old Peter?
Peter Doocy asked the man who regrettably bears the title President of the United States whether these kinds of tactics from Democrat volunteers are polite.
Cut to.
Joe Manchin had people on kayaks show up to his boat, T.L.
Adam.
Senator Sinema last night was chased into a restroom.
Do you think that those tactics are crossing a line?
I don't think they're appropriate tactics, but it happens to everybody.
The only people it doesn't happen to are people who have Secret Service standing around them.
So it's part of the process.
Part of the process, but it's inappropriate.
appropriate.
That's rather fascinating.
Because I don't remember Senator Biden.
I don't remember Vice President Biden saying word one when you had Maxine Waters.
Publicly, more than once, say, get in their faces!
If you see a Trump cabinet member in public pumping gas in their car, if you see a Trump supporter, harass them, surround them.
Did he say anything back then?
Did Sleepy Creepy say anything?
When Eric Holder, the man who, as his former boss Obama's, Attorney General called himself Obama's wingman.
Wingman?
The Attorney General?
When he was asked about tactics to use against Republicans, he said, when they're down, you kick them.
And I don't remember Biden saying anything, not one comment, not a tweet even, when Tucker Carlson had his home.
Surrounded by violent Antifa radicals, almost knocking down his front door as his wife and children were alone at home.
What did Biden have to say?
Did he say, oh, that's inappropriate.
But when it's a Democrat senator, Being harassed by illegal aliens who are volunteers for the Democrat Party.
Suddenly, it's inappropriate.
Interesting.
Let's go to your calls.
833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Judy in Brooklyn.
First call of the day.
Thank you.
Hi.
I'm calling about something and I'm curious.
I support Lieutenant Colonel Schuller's criticism of the disastrous Biden-Afghan withdrawal, and there should have been more understanding with him, like a lot of Spartacus, so to speak.
Spartacus, they're all the same.
They should have stood with him, not him alone.
I believe that.
General Milley called to China behind the President's back.
I believe it's treasonous.
He should be placed in the brig.
But here's the thing.
Lieutenant Colonel Schuller is a 20, 21-year-old career military man.
He must have known, Dr. Gorka, the possible consequences of his action based on their rules.
So here's my question to you.
How would you, Dr. Gorka, defend him?
I'm really curious.
As I have already.
As I have already.
He absolutely knew the costs of what he was doing.
He knew that he could be arrested, put in front of a court-martial, his hearing is tomorrow, and be thrown in the brig.
Here's how I defend him.
At a certain point, at a certain point, you have to take a stand, even if it costs you personally.
Either what he's saying is true, if it's true, Then he is honor-bound to say something.
And what he did is he said it and then he handed in his resignation papers for his commission.
Now, I don't know how they're doing this.
We'll find out tomorrow at the hearing.
Colonel Scheller is being dragged up before a A court's marshal for going against a gag order.
He was told not to give interviews after his statement.
But how he is being tried today when his separation for his DD214, his commission resignation, was dated September the 11th and it's already October.
So how that happens?
We'll find out tomorrow.
But how to defend him?
Very simply.
Either His senior officers were derelict in their duty when it came to Kabul and our surrender, or they weren't.
If they were, he felt duty-bound to make a statement, and he's paying the costs, because he knows what those costs are.
God bless Colonel Scheller.
We'll find out more tomorrow.
This is America First.
And I'll say sometimes...
and social media, you say things under pressure that maybe you really are sorry you ever said.
And he did post another video later retracting that.
So we believe that he knows who's supporting him.
We heard from his attorney literally yesterday that he talked to Stewart, and Stewart is overwhelmed by the outpouring of support on PyPitterFoundation.org website, and he knows where that's coming from.
And so he...
The second part is not where it was then.
Yeah, his comments that he made, I'm telling you, don't reflect what's in his heart right now.
The political comments that you're talking about.
Yes, right.
And we've had people say, how come he didn't comment about President Joe Biden?
You know what?
He has never commented and said anything critical while he was in the Marines for his acting commander-in-chief, and that's why he didn't say anything.
You know, I was under a lot of stress at that time.
I know you're okay to go into the point that you're going to get to see your son soon, and we hope that's the case too.
Okay.
Titles, if you have any in mind.
1A.
1A.
Yeah.
Who should lead the new freedom movement?
Uh-huh.
And Eric?
Why Atheum is dead?
Got it.
I didn't get to see that clip of when they were in the bathroom, but I did have a moment of clarity in my own mind.
I said, well, that's the one good place to, you know, get those thoughts and beliefs into the toilet where they belong.
It just, above all else to me, it just shows how entitled illegal aliens really are.
They think they're everything.
And I guarantee you, they're full of it when they say, we knocked our doors for you, they did not refer you.
Well then, Flush, that was the best.
I heard the audio of the Flush.
I said, that's exactly where it should be going, right down the toilet.
What's the name of the reporter in Eleven?
11. Cut 11.
I know that he's Australian.
Axios.
Swan.
Swan.
Jonathan Swan.
Is that the guy who had the affair or whatever?
What?
The guy, the Axios reporter had the affair with an administration official or something?
No, no, no, it's not him.
No?
Okay.
And we've got job creators and relief here.
I didn't do my pillow.
You did not.
I did not.
I have that marked if we want to move that.
To E as well.
Yeah.
That's the spot for it.
Alright, we got about 30 seconds.
Um, okay.
Ready to go.
We got about 20 seconds.
Standing by.
you have 15 seconds standby making
sense out of today's news Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka. - Yeah.
More lockdowns, more spending, more tax increases.
DC just hasn't got the message.
And small businesses are hurting, while their big competitors, the global Amazons of the world, well, they're doing just fine.
And look at what's happening to the economy.
One organization is fighting for small businesses in this war of big global corporations on the side of the swamp, and that's the Job Creators Network.
In part, their effort is about exposing the threats from the left to small businesses, and the higher taxes, the increased regulations, and they're doing that with a Bring Small Business Back bus tour that may be coming to a city near you.
If you live in or around Tampa and Atlanta, get your tickets to do very special events with speakers you do not want to miss.
Go to jcnbustour.com for more event information and future tour stops.
All small business owners and friends of small businesses should be part of this exciting program.
That's jcnbustour.com, jcnbustour.com.
Let's continue with Fauci.
Fauci denies science.
He denies reality.
Cut eight.
Are immigrants a major reason why COVID-19 is spreading in the U.S.? ?
No, absolutely not, Dan.
I mean, if you just look at the data and look at the people who've gotten infected, look at the people who are in the hospital, look at the people who've died, this is not driven by immigrants.
You don't want to look outside to the problem.
The problem is within our own country.
Certainly immigrants can get infected, but they're not the driving force of this.
Let's face reality here.
So what was the scientific content there?
What was the refutation?
Did you hear any data?
Did you hear one data point?
Seriously, he said, you've got to follow the data.
Well, okay then.
What's the data?
Just your opinion?
Because you're a Democrat?
Let's talk about another issue, where there is very clear data from Israel.
Cut eight.
Sorry, cut nine.
Fauci.
It is an assumption that is okay to get infected and to get mild and moderate disease as long as you don't wind up in the hospital and die.
And I have to be open and honest, I reject that.
I think we should be preventing people from getting sick from COVID even if they don't wind up in the hospital.
But getting vaccinated doesn't do that, Fauci.
You can still catch it, don't you know that?
I thought you were a scientist.
Oh, and by the way, the latest study...
You are 27 times less likely to catch COVID again if you've had it once.
That's a number, a real number.
27.
Give me some data instead of your political talking points.
But no, carry on talking because the freedom movement is going to keep growing.
Let's go to your calls, 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Steve in Nevada.
Welcome to America First.
Steve, are you there?
Yes, I'm here.
Go ahead.
I listened to you for a minute.
On a minute break, I should have been talking to you.
The Democrats are on a course to cheat even worse in the upcoming midterms.
We've just wasted 12 months.
We're on a course to waste some more months.
They're gonna beat the hell out of us in the next midterms.
So what are you doing about it, Steve?
What have you done about it in the last 12 months?
I've got a strategy.
No, no, no.
I don't care about your strategy.
What have you concrete... You know, talk is cheap, Steve.
What have you done in the last 12 months?
What have you actually done?
Ah, yes.
You see, it's a little bit more difficult than just calling into a radio show and complaining, isn't it?
You're talking?
That's all you're doing is talking?
No, for example, how about this, Steve?
My wife is a volunteer and she's a poll worker official.
Have you done that, Steve?
Or you just talk?
Do you just talk, Steve?
It's not big enough.
Do you talk, Steve?
Is that all you do?
Is that you call up and talk?
I should talk to you in private.
No, no, no, Steve, I'm asking you, what have you done?
What have you actually done, Steve?
I'm trying to get in touch with you.
No, no, no.
Forget about me.
What have you done?
You're criticising everybody who's done nothing for 12 months.
What have you personally done in the last year?
Wasted the last 12 months.
Yeah, you have and you're wasting my time.
Goodbye, Steve.
I'm not interested.
You want to complain?
Don't call this show.
Leave America.
You've done nothing.
Go away!
Go to another country!
The southern border's open!
If you don't want to actually fix things, if you haven't volunteered, if you haven't actually done something, then I'm not interested.
Don't call this show.
If you want to fight, if you want to get politically engaged, I am all ears.
The number 833-33-GORKA.

Well, I'm trying to talk to you, but what have you done?
Just talk?
Which isn't true.
But also, you know, what is talking?
If all you've done is talk, according to him, what is talking to you going to do?
Yeah, right!
Right!
What is talking?
Your grand scheme.
He needs to talk to me privately, yeah.
Right.
Exactly.
Right.
Uprising up next.
Okay.
Yes.
All right, where are you calling from?
And do you want to bring Lee up?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, please.
All right.
All right, what did you want to say?
Here we go.
Lee!
Seb!
How we doing?
Thank you.
Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Thank you, Mr. Trump.
Your call's in a moment.

Your calls in a moment, but we are so excited to have with us none other than the man, God willing, who will be the next governor of New York.
Lee Zeldin, welcome back to America First.
Hey, Seb, it's great to be with you.
Yes, Lee, Lee, I've got to talk politics with you, but first things first.
You broke the news about a week ago that you were diagnosed with cancer.
It's out there.
I'm sure the well-wishers have flooded in to you.
Please tell us what people who aren't aware of that should know about you and your health.
Well, I'm feeling great.
Thanks for asking, Seb.
It was about a year ago or so, just beginning of November.
I went for a routine blood test and they saw a couple of levels that they didn't like.
So they sent me to an oncologist, hematologist.
Everything happened quickly.
They were pretty sure it was something called CML, chronic myeloid leukemia.
They took me for a second opinion, got confirmation, started treatment right away.
The treatment has been advanced so much that they call the magic bullet.
My numbers right away started to get better.
I was in blood remission within just a few months.
By the time I was deciding whether or not to run for governor and got in the race, I was already in blood remission.
No side effects.
Feeling great.
The doctors can't even detect it in my system right now, but it highlights the need for early detection.
And this story also should be a reminder that there are So many other people out there right now who are going through chemo.
They're going through kidney dialysis.
They have it so much worse.
Prognosis difficult to digest and cope with.
The people really struggling out there.
And it impacts all of our lives.
This isn't a Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal issue.
And I'm just blessed.
A lot of prayer.
A lot of great medical Thanks for having me.
Well, that's fabulous news.
We're going to keep you in our prayers.
Please pray for Lee Zeldin and take this as a salutary lesson in early screening.
Congressman Zeldin, talk to us about so many contradictory things coming off Capitol Hill.
We thought the president going there was the last sign that, yes, they've done the deal to spend trillions of our dollars.
Now it seems as if it's dead in the water.
Can you tell us where it stands today?
This, over the course of the last several days, as we went through last week, each day, somehow they found a way to get further away from the finish line.
They had an opportunity.
There was an infrastructure bill that passed the Senate.
There were a lot of Senate Republicans who had voted for the bill.
They could have just brought it for a House vote.
They could have had their bill signing, could have celebrated a win.
But instead, the far left of the party, ends up holding the party hostage, in many ways taking over the Democratic Party, over this many-trillion-dollar, many-policy, far-left policy idea-filled bill that really shouldn't ever get the light of day in this country.
And they hijacked the process saying that it's attached.
They're not going to vote for the infrastructure bill if they don't get their vote on this several-trillion-dollar bill.
Somehow, at the end of last week, the long week, the week that started with Joe Biden saying it wasn't going to cost anything, it was going to cost $0.0 last week to get this all done, he comes to the House to speak to the House Democrats on Friday, and somehow there were he comes to the House to speak to the House Democrats on Friday, and somehow there were less votes to pass his agenda after he left That's quite an accomplishment, isn't it, Congressman?
Yeah, seriously, after his 50 years of deal-making that he always talks about, of just how accomplished and experienced he is, his trip to Capitol Hill actually cost votes.
The one thing, though, at the end of the week we do end up owed an apology to Joe Biden on is that he was right.
It was, in fact, going to cost 0.00 on his agenda last week because it never passed.
That's great.
Follow this man at Rep Lee Zeldin.

We've got one minute left.
You are in Manhattan.
You're in New York.
Tell us, is that benighted city ever going to recover from Cuomo?
And de Blasio.
And de Blasio.
Policies eroding public safety, education, businesses leaving, people fleeing.
They're not looking back.
It's a bad situation where criminals feel like they're running the streets instead of our great law enforcement.
So there's a lot to do.
I'm someone who believes that we can turn things around, but we're not going to be able to turn things around with more of the same of these people who are every single day making things worse, not better.
Yeah, but it can be done.
That's your message to the people of the great state of New York.
It has to be.
It has to be.
America, our states, Our local municipalities, they have to be.
This is the greatest, still the greatest country in the history of the world that's worth fighting for.
It's worth dying for.
We can't ever give up hope.
We can't be complacent.
We have to go all in.
We have to win these tough races and we have to save America.
Well, you've got my vote if I were living in New York.
The Empire State can be saved, must be saved by somebody who's as much of a patriot as you are.

Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Did you get the sense that President Biden cared about the fate of Afghan women?
I don't think so.
He said U.S.
could not be the police of the world to protect women in any other country.
That's embarrassing.
You know who that is?
The interview is Jonathan Swan.
I hate Axios.
He's the one decent person there that I've met.
The other one is the Afghan ambassador to America, saying Biden.
I thought they cared about the women.
Is that Democrats?
Aren't they the ones?
Embarrassing.

Elliot, Staten Island.
Elliot, you're up.
Thank you.
Hojvod and Micsinayunk.
Those are the only two Hungarian words plus others I know.
Very well.
Micsinayunk, we're doing it right now.
What's your question?
What's your comment, Elliot?
My comment is you're a very intelligent guy, and I listen to you quite often.
And I was watching a World War II documentary.
That's amazing.
It's always nice to start a conversation with the word quite.
You're quite handsome.
You're quite intelligent.
I mean, don't get carried away, Elliot.
I mean, seriously.
Calm down, Elliot.
Just calm down.
You are very intelligent.
Go ahead.
Anyway, I was watching a WWII documentary, and it just dawned on me that Switzerland has to be one of the most evil countries around.
Now, they look like they're nice, skiing, chocolate cheese, but during WWII, they were neutral, up against this fascist guy named Hitler.
After World War II, where did all the money from the Jewish people go, and all the booty went?
Right to Switzerland.
Every terrorist puts his money in Switzerland.
Every thug, drug lord... Okay, question, comment, Elliot, we're running out of time.
Well, I just wanted to know what your viewpoint is, and all the banks, the world banks are there.
Don't they have control over mostly what's going on with corporations, media, and everything else?
What do you mean?
The Swiss control the world?
What are you saying, Elliot?
Well, not the Swiss, but the entity that's there.
The banks control the world.
Look, Elliot, if you're trying to paint the picture that Switzerland is evil, there is no such thing as an evil country.
There are evil people.
It's very clear.
The Bible doesn't talk about evil in the hearts of countries.
It talks about evil in the hearts of men.
The Swiss did some reprehensible things during World War II.
They were neutral long before World War II.
The handling and the stashing away of Nazi gold that had been stolen from the Jewish population and elsewhere was absolutely inexcusable.
But the idea that Switzerland is the worst No, I think Iran probably ranks a little bit more than that.
The Taliban, maybe.
But there's a lot of competition.
Thanks for your call, Elliot.

Alan in Alabama.
Welcome, Alan.
A lot of people don't realize some of the most informed people in the world are truck drivers because that's what we do.
Of course!
Exactly.
Sebastian Gorka comes from the inside.
He knows what he's talking about.
He's worked for the president.
He's worked for all these organizations with the military.
You can believe what he says.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you, my buddy.
We need more truck drivers.
I love when the truck drivers call in because they truly are.
Not only are they, you know, steel cowboys, they are some of the best informed people in America.
Look, I love driving.
My wife thinks I'm nuts.
I had to do a lot of stuff in Fort Bragg for years.
It's four and a half hours down, four and a half hours back.
That in a day for me was just I loved it.
Nine hours in a car and think about it.
What are you doing?
Before the age of podcasts and audible, you're listening to what?
Talk radio.
I mean, could you imagine just nine hours of good talk radio?
That's why they're the best.
Give us a call, guys.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's talk about some of the least-informed people in the world, and they have to be Democrat voters.
We have a friend of the show.
She's what?
Daily Caller?
Yeah, Daily Caller.
Mary Margaret Olihan.
I actually trained her dad in the FBI.
Great guy.
Buddy, if you're listening, you are sorely missed.
Keep fighting the good fight.
Mary covers cultural issues, and she...
She went to the most recent Women's March against the law in Texas.
What does the law in Texas do?
I mean, people have this impression that abortion laws in America are needed because 99% of abortions are rape and incest victims, when it's less than 1%, okay?
And so the evil, the evil Now, it's not murdering babies in the womb, more than 60 million of whom have been terminated since Roe v. Wade.
No, it's the Texas Republicans.
Mary just asked them, the demonstrators, to do a comparison between the Texas Republicans and another organisation.
Cut 12, play cut.
Who would you say is more dangerous, the Taliban or Texas Republicans?
Texas Republicans, because this is our country.
Texas Republicans.
Oh, okay.
Every day.
You know, the Taliban's oppressive to women, and this Texas law is absolutely oppressive to women.
Right now, the Texas Republicans are right up there with them.
Which would you say is worse, the Taliban or the Texas Republicans?
The Taliban, but the Texas Republicans are a really close second.
All these abortion restrictions in Texas, that's equivalent to the Taliban's restrictions over in the Middle East?
Um, when it comes to sexuality, yes.
And lack of freedom, yes.
It's exactly the same.
I mean, you know, don't go to Texas because they'll be chopping hands off.
You know, the Taliban just reinstated amputation.
I think they must be doing that in Texas, right?
Or killing people who are gay.
Why?
Because they're gay.
I'm sure that's happening in Texas at the state level.
Are they having public hangings, amputations outside the town halls there in Texas?
These people, they're not crazy.
They're really stupid.
Just stand there.
On camera and say a theocratic jihadi regime that kills people who disagree with them on religious grounds is the same as a group of people in Texas who want to protect the unborn.
But which is worse?
Pink pussy cat hat wearing cretin?
Or Jim Abilio Acosta.
Now that's a toughie.
That's a toughie.
This is Jim.
Well, actually, his name's Abilio.
Why are you ashamed of your Hispanic heritage?
You were born Abilio Acosta.
And he's doing his best to be serious.
But his delivery... You should get back into the White House.
Because hosting that show... Sorry, Abilio.
You just don't have it.
Even when you're trying to take down Tucker Carlson... Man, you fail badly.
Cut ten!
I think Abilio thinks that if you say it twice, it becomes true.
Fox Replacement Theory.
I'll say it one more time.
Fox Replacement Theory.
You're still a hack.
You're an embarrassment.
You're not a journalist.
You never were.
And you are perhaps the worst show host in America.
At least we can have a good laugh at Don, at Fredo.
But you're not even funny, Obilio.
Let's go to your calls.
833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
Waiting very patiently in California.
That's 833-334-6752.
Waiting very patiently in California.
Sylvia, welcome aboard.
Hi, Dr. G.
How are you?
Good!
Well, I'm in a kind of Monday kind of mood.
There you go.
I wanted to say, make my comment.
Mr. Idiot Fauci, he just cracks me up.
So he doesn't, he says that he doesn't want us not to take the vaccine because he doesn't want us to use the vaccine and get sick.
But The thing is, the vaccine's not a preventive medication.
The vaccine doesn't stop you from getting the COVID.
Exactly.
And it's not even a vaccine.
A vaccine you take, one or two doses, once in your lifetime, that's it.
This is a shot.
This is not a vaccine.
And when you get, like in California, if you get COVID, like I had COVID, and you go to the doctors, they tell you, okay, yeah, you're COVID positive.
Go home.
Bye.
Don't forget to take yourself to the hospital if you can't breathe.
That's it.
Why are you treating people?
Sylvia, this is so crucial.
This is exactly what happened to me.
You know, my wife got the whole family tested Christmas Eve before we went to see her 80-year-old mother.
I'm the only one who tested positive.
I had a runny nose for a day.
And the doctor... This blew my mind, Sylvia.
Not a nurse.
The doctor did the test.
I came back.
He said, it's positive.
And then I thought, Well, I knew what I was going to do, because Dr. Pappas, my physician, you know, I had hydroxy at home.
I was ready to roll.
And I just asked him, so what do I do, Doc?
And he said, oh, go home, Sylvia.
He said, go.
I thought this was like the plague, Sylvia.
Yeah, he said, my doctor said, go home.
And if you can't breathe, take yourself to the emergency room.
I said, aren't you going to give me anything?
Oh, no, no, there's nothing to give you.
Wow.
If you can't breathe, just take yourself to the emergency room.
Wow.
I had the sniffles for a few days.
Yeah, I had the sniffles.
I was tired.
I had the sniffles for three days.
Did I do this show?
Jeff, did I do this show when I had COVID?
No, because of the holidays.
Because it was Christmas, exactly, no.
But right after that, back in action.
That's how we did it.
Yeah, and I'm 65.
And I'm 65.
No, you don't sound, that's not true.
Sylvia, stay on the line.
I haven't mentioned it.
Our brand new merchandise store, all the America First gear.

Steve, New Jersey, welcome to America First.
Hey Sebastian, how you doing?
I spoke to you a couple weeks ago.
I'm a retired lieutenant colonel from the Army Reserve.
You taught me a few years back.
Yes.
Before I went to Africa in 2014.
Yes.
Anyways, I just, I want to thank you because you're one of the few talk show hosts that do offer remedies and you asked that one caller about what has he done and things that he can do.
Well, he can go into the school board and he can complain about schools being not teaching, stuff like that.
And by the way, Sebastian, I do that stuff.
Okay.
And I was just going to point out the difference between Donald Trump, the fixer, the person that got us the vaccine, versus this dude that we got and they're occupying the White House.
They got this crisis in California right now where these ships are in Long Beach Harbor not coming in because none of the employees or something are supporting the dock workers so that they can bring the goods in.
That's just one thing I was going to say about a remedy, how Donald Trump was good at the remedy, just like you offer remedies and just like I engage remedies.
And then the other thing is the remedy, and I thought I'd run this by you to see what you think.
Do you think a volunteer force might be able to accommodate Governor Abbott down in Texas to stop the illegal immigration that's coming in across his borders?
Because it doesn't seem like he can do this with his own force.
There's a great tradition in volunteerism in America.
It's a great question, Steve.
Here's my response.
Look, what is that old saying as a military man?
Amateurs talk strategy.
Professionals talk logistics.
You've got to have the money.
You've got to have the food.
You've got to have the logistic tail.
If we can get the money, if Governor Abbott can find it, let's secure it.
Stay on the line, Steve.
Love having you back.
Let's get Steve one of our America First Am I going to get through every cut today?
Is it possible?
You just might.
You've already heard most of it.
a car next up congresswoman claudia tenney wherever you are whatever you're doing don't touch that dial am i going to get through every cut today is it possible you just might you've already heard most do i ever do that not much Not much?
What?
But at least I don't give you 63 to cut, right?
You're already scheduled off for the COVID, that's why.
Oh!
Yeah, that's right.
Remember?
Yeah.
Holidays.
Holidays.
But you did three.
Oh yeah, that's right.
You should send all those people that said the Texas Republicans were more dangerous a copy of your book.
You could learn a thing or two.
Alright, so we've got two cuts left, right?
Two cuts?
Or three?
That'd be good for Claudia.
Come in with cut five.
Do I have a live one here?
You have a car and a relief actor here.
No, no, it's B, it's B. You have nothing.
It's B. Okay, so let's see what Claudia sent me.
Just get tired with these casual abortion supporters because it's just a word to them and it's an action to, you know, people who are on the other side of this.
It's an abstract thought.
It's like, oh, it's healthcare.
It's all these things.
What do you got in March?
What have I got on Thursday after the show, Eric?
Anything?
Thursday after the show... The 7th, um... Nothing.
Okay.
Thursday the 7th.
2 minutes 15 seconds.
Did she text me or did she DM me?
You're going to remind me always in the pre-show meeting, I've got to do a merch every hour.
Every hour, okay.
I'll just put that under my embed stuff.
Hello, America First.
I will mute the mics.
Thank you.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Time may not help.
There is increasing tension among moderate and progressive Democrats and a sense that the White House is falling short.
As one Democratic lawmaker told ABC News, quote, most of us are at a loss for words.
There was no plan, no strategy, no timing.
No plan, no strategy, no time.
But I saw the thing, the convoy on Friday.
He went from the White House to Capitol Hill.
What was it, just to get some doughnuts?
I'm curious.
No plan, no strategy, no timing.
Let's ask somebody who is a reliable truth teller.
She is an anti-swamp creature, representing New York Congressman Claudia Tenney.
Welcome back to America First.
Well great to be on, thank you.
What a mess.
So I've got to ask you this.
Dumb question, I apologize my naivete, but why is Biden, why are the Democrats, why are they blaming the Republicans for not getting this spending bill through?
Who controls Congress, Congresswoman?
You know, people always blame the Republicans, but you know, they forgot about those 48 other Democrats and Republicans to add.
They don't know how to add.
They have common core math to add up.
So they want to blame two Democrats when they got, you know, 48 others.
There's so many others that aren't, and Republicans who aren't on board.
So it's our fault for not accepting the largest budget And the largest bill in American history times four, four times bigger than Roosevelt's New Deal.
And this bill is laden with all kinds of subversive language.
It's very politicized.
It has a lot.
It's actually going to be a disaster for New York.
I give credit to Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema if they can withstand the brutality and the bullying from the left right now.
But are they going to hold the line?
Because we played the video of the two left-wing activists, one an illegal alien, going after her, filming her in a toilet as she's on the toilet.
Are these people going to hold the line or are they going to cave to the radicals, Congresswoman Tenney?
I don't.
It's hard to say.
Joe Manchin's always caved in the past.
Will he cave this time?
I think he's indicating he's not.
Who knows?
We'll wait and see.
Joe Biden couldn't make a deal as he claimed to be.
Up there to do in Capitol Hill.
I know, I know.
Lots of fanfare but no results.
That's pretty much power for the cause.
Follow this lady at Rep Tenney, T-E-N-N-E-Y on Twitter, at Rep Tenney.
Talk to us about this, the mandates, the vaccinations.
You've got a bill in front of the House.
Can we stop this fascistic health segregation and apartheid in America?
Well, we're hoping.
Unfortunately, right now, the Democrats control everything, and we think that Joe Biden's attempt to force a vaccine mandate through using OSHA and weaponizing OSHA against employers who have 100 employees or less, 100 employers or more, we think, number one, it's an equal protection issue, but also, number two, we think it's an overreach of OSHA, much like the rent moratorium that was trying to be imposed through CDC.
So we put a bill in.
I partner with Jim Banks, tremendous representative who runs the Republican Study Committee.
We put in a bill to challenge the Biden administration and to enforce these laws.
Now, think about it.
If you have an employer with 99 employees, their employees don't have to have It's not just the 14th Amendment.
It's also a denial of science.
with 101, those people will be fined and they will be found guilty and shut down for violating the vaccine mandate.
That's an exact definition, a clear demonstration of a violation of the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.
It's not just the 14th Amendment.
It's also a denial of science.
Why does COVID only affect companies with 100 employees?
Well, understand something.
COVID only goes to people who are standing in a room in a restaurant without their masks on, not people sitting in a room with their masks on.
It's magic.
Let's just get right down to the nitty gritty of the science here.
I just, I laugh when I walk in and everyone's like all scrambling with their masks.
Then they sit down, they can take their masks off.
And this, these micro-sized droplets that carry the COVID, the COVID virus, aren't all in the ether and all over the air anyway.
It's just they just don't want to.
And by the way, here we are in a pandemic.
I live in the state of New York.
Our new governor, who I call Governor Cuomo without the groping, she's actually going to double down on this vaccine mandate.
She is going to start arresting people who don't comply.
And she's out of her mind.
She she incredibly said that this was something that came from God, this vaccine.
Does that mean Donald Trump?
And and the rest of us You know, making sure that people are vaccinated are the apostles out there spreading the good word.
Scary, scary stuff.
This is how crazy she is.
Follow her other account at Claudia Tenney, representing the 22nd Congressional District of New York.
You are a chairperson of the Election Integrity Caucus.
I have to ask you, are you satisfied with what the Republicans have done in the last nine months?
What's going to happen before the next election?
Is it going to be fraud upon fraud again?
I am very concerned about where we are right now.
I know the Election Integrity Caucus, which I co-chair with Representative Mike Garcia of California, who also went through a tough race in a deep blue state, California, where they have vote harvesting, where they have been undermining our election integrity for decades, just like they have in New York, only they've brought it to a new level.
My biggest concern is right now for the election coming up in 2021.
We are not ready.
We are not countering the Republican or the Democrats the way we should.
Next year, we have time.
We have until next year.
And kudos to Ron McDaniel at RNC.
They are working and getting out there spreading it.
But we need a force of people who are trained, who can go across the country, go into states and election districts who know what they're doing.
And where does the responsibility primarily lie?
that our election integrity is preserved we literally need an army to counter them because they are already ahead of us they're creating armies they're using their resist movement they're using zuckerbox they're using the billionaires to fund these things we've got to be on top of it now actually yesterday and where does the responsibility primarily lie is it rona and the rnc or is it the gop state houses it's really everyone i've We've got to be on top.
The Democrats have an all-of-the-above strategy.
They are doing this on the national level, the state level.
They have big tech entrepreneurs.
I'm sure that after spending $350 million on the election last year, Mark Zuckerberg is going to come in with even more money this year to do all the boat harvesting they need.
Ninety-nine percent of it was supposed to go to PPE at elections.
99% went into creating ballots and vote harvesting, and 92% went to Democrat districts, particularly in swing states, to try to overturn the election, and they were successful in many ways.
We need to be doing that right now in a very grassroots way across the national government, the state government, also with our local governments, and we need to counter H.R.
which is the federalization and the weaponization of the Department of Justice where they're going to come into our local voting centers, they're going to come into our county governments and our state governments and tell them how to run elections.
And they're going to be intimidating them using our taxpayer dollars and our laws to try to get them to comply.
We need to be countering this right now.
I'm just concerned that all the terrible things happening in our country with the Democrats in charge, whether it's the border, the inflation, the disaster in Afghanistan, this budget mess, all this, and everyone's like, of course we're going to take back the House.
No!
We don't want to be caught and say what happened because they were able to get the ballots in the box and we didn't.
That's where people need to wake up.
Well, you made a commitment.
You're going to come in here.
We're going to discuss these at length.
One segment is not enough.
We're so excited about that.
In the meantime, follow her at claudiatenny, claudiaforcongress.com, representing New York's 22nd district and very concerned, as we all should be, When it comes to election integrity and more fraud next year.
God bless you.
Thank you, Congresswoman Tenney.

Mics are back on.
Oh, uh, titles, if you have any in mind.
Um, the GLP have not... Alright.
Alright, thanks.
Uh, what's the best way to put it?
Have not fought back.
We haven't secured the next elections.
Okay.
And Zelda.
Zalda.
Um... Oh, we have the AOC cut, too.
Oh, good.
How long is it?
Like 40 seconds.
Good, I'll tee it up.
Yeah, 55.
Yeah, cut 13.
Actually, for Tenny, for Tenny, it's Cuomo Without the groping.
Cuomo without the groping.
Alright.
And Zeldin?
Zeldin... Yes, we can save New York.
Alright.
I still wonder who made that call for Biden to go in last week.
I know.
I wonder if it was someone who's trying to support him or someone who's trying to tear him down and make him look evil.
I think it's probably desperation.
Yeah.
I think it's just desperation.
We'll see.
All right.
Coming in real quick in the next 15 seconds.
Stand by.
Standing by.
Coming in with anything or no?
No.
All right.
I'm just going to take it up.
All right.
Goodbye.
The most awesome pipes in talk radio, Sebastian Gorka!
It's really weird.
Instagram still isn't working.
Or Facebook.
What's going on, guys?
You gonna be shredding through the night, running out of bleach bit to cover your tracks?
When is that woman testifying anyway?
The whistleblower.
You know, the Facebook whistleblower who hates conservatives, but I guess she's making it a little bit tough for those execs.
Mark Zuckerberg, are you sweating just a little bit today?
I think you might be.

Let's have a little quiz.
We're going to play you a very brief video, a little audioactuality as they call it in radio.
It's the latest from AOC.
Don't call her.
What does she, what does her boyfriend call her?
Sasha, what is it?
Lexi?
Not AOC.
AOC.
Don't call her AOC.
Well, we're going to call you AOC.
And she was in front of Congress with some of her groupies or drones.
Sandy.
That's what her friends call her.
Sandy.
And I'm still trying to work out what she said.
What do you think?
Play cut.
When a bill passes that is underfunded, That only gives a crumb.
You get that crumb.
Because when you only give some, and not all, then some people get nothing.
Some people get nothing.
Who gets nothing?
We get nothing.
So, you know, standing up there in that Capitol, and I was like, I don't know if y'all know yet by now, But I'm from the Bronx.
When you tell me isn't something better than nothing, what I hear, what you're actually telling me, isn't something for you better?
Isn't something for you better?
And why don't you accept nothing so that I can get something?
That's what is actually being said.
That's what's actually, actually... I'm from the Bronx, not the Valley.
Because I talk like that.
And actually, she's not from the Bronx.
She's from a very tony suburb of New York, by the way.
It's all a lie.
It doesn't make any sense.
When it makes sense, it's a lie.
That's all you need to know.
That is... Look, it's not an act.
She is.
That dumb.
Let's go to your calls, line two.
Howard, Los Angeles.
Welcome to America First, Howard.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
I said to your screener that the Democrat Party has been giving us a constant stream of Caligulas and Neros.
Pretty much, pretty much.
And I've been, you know, you asked a gentleman earlier about what you've done.
I've been giving the LAPD officers A suggestion for a doctrine change.
I'd like to fax it to you.
I don't trust the Postal Service anymore.
I don't think we have a fax machine here at the Salem Radio.
I'm afraid maybe Donkey Express.
What's your proposal?
Tell me.
Well, it was that they should register liberals and give them the law enforcement they think they want.
Then I give them, you know, examples of it.
Then I, um, at the end of this particular end of the document, of this particular section, I say, I added recently that their 911 should answer the phone with 911.
Who wants to be a millionaire?
What's your emergency?
And if it's a medical emergency, we're dispatching the, um, the paramedics now and, uh, follow my instructions until they get there.
If it's a criminal event, Tell the person calling handle it yourself.
So you want to have people segregated in terms of the law enforcement response based upon their politics and if they support defund the police, I guess they shouldn't get any police response.
Yeah, I bring that up with Make Maxine Waters District a cop-free zone.
Oh yeah, it would end up being like The Purge.
Thank you, Howard.
I think we've seen this experiment already in certain states out west.
I think if you look at what's happened in Portland and elsewhere, we know what the Actual consequences end up being on law-abiding citizens.
Thank you for your patience.
Thank you for your call, Howard.
We are coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.

Because sometimes they forget, and then you see what they really look like.
He aged like at least 10 years.
Not great, not great.
I have an idea, I have a theory.
Because he went vegan, that's why he looks old.
He went like 7 or 8 years ago, that's when he started becoming weird too.
It's amazing.
You know what, I bet that's a girlfriend.
That's when they go weird.
Like Max Boo.
No, I think it's the vegan.
No, no, why he went vegan?
I think he's been with the same person.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Maybe she convinced him to go vegan.
You know who's a 20-year vegan?
Who?
Adam Schiff, and it shows.
He's a vegan?
Yes.
I believe it now.
Makes sense now, doesn't it?
Totally.
That pencil neck.
Wow.
Do you have corroboration of that?
Yeah, he talks about it.
He does?
Mic's are on and we have Kirpin online.
Yep, do you want me to bring them up?
Yes!
Boom.
Mr. Kirpin.
How are you, sir?
Good!
We need to get you back in the studio for a longer chance.
Yeah.
It's just the afternoons are a little complicated because all the kids have pickups and activities.
Oh.
Are you Mr. Mom?
Usually we need to be in multiple places, so my wife and I both need to do it.
But depending on the day, I'm sure we could.
That would be good.
Let's do that.
With a little advance notice, we could figure out a day.
I think we should.
I think we should.
All right.
Let's have a look.
I think I've done all my Fauci cuts.
Yeah, the only cuts left.
Relief in my pillow here, by the way.
Um...
Play me cut three.
Cut three.
It doesn't matter when.
It doesn't matter whether it's in six minutes, six days, or six weeks.
We're gonna get it done.
That was loud.
That was loud.
Come in with a... Come in with cut three.
I'm looking fresh screaming at him.
I know!
Well, he never gets to ask questions.
That was Friday, right?
That was Friday.
Friday, yeah.
Just that and cut four, I think, are the only ones we haven't played yet.
I think Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez watched the new Sopranos movie and was saying, you know, if you don't get paid all the money, then somebody's got to get something, you know?
That whole thing was like, when you get a crumb, and then 20 seconds later, when you get nothing.
Well, did you get the crumb or you don't get the crumb?
John Nolte reviewed it at Breitbart and he said it was terrible.
It's so bad.
What is?
The new Sopranos.
The Sopranos prequel movie.
Is this the young version with his kid?
Yeah, it came out Friday.
Horrible.
Bad.
I got the HBO app for it.
Why is it bad?
It's just terrible.
It's all about the race riots.
It's just bad.
Oh, is it woke?
The characters suck.
Sopranos goes woke.
A little bit, yeah.
Yeah, I watched it.
I didn't think it went too woke.
And it's boring, too.
Yeah, yeah.
Alright, 10 seconds.
Standby.
Standby.
Sounds like we got some more conversation in the next break.
Portions of America First are brought to you by Car Firearms.
March, March, March, March!
It doesn't matter when.
It doesn't matter whether it's in six minutes, six days, or six weeks.
We're going to get it done.
Really?
That was Sleepy Creepy on Friday.
He went to Congress.
Not a lot happened because he doesn't have a deal.
But hence, it doesn't matter.
Six weeks, six years, who cares?
But the interesting thing is Mr. G noted in the break when we reviewed that clip.
The fake news industrial complex.
We're screaming at him!
They're screaming!
It's Sleepy Creepy!
Well, that's new.
That's different.
I guess they didn't have a good night's sleep.
You should have a good night's sleep every night.
Do what I do.

In the last year and a half, there have been a handful, literally single digits, of people who have taken a stand nationally and spoken the truth with science to back it up about the China virus 1%.
One of their leaders is the president of the Committee for Prosperity to Unleash Prosperity.
He is Phil Kirpin, a good friend of the show.
It's been far too long.
Phil, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Dr. Gorka.
Hey, Phil, are you going to cancel Christmas like Fauci told us?
Well, they already made him walk that back.
He said he's planning to celebrate Christmas with his family, and so should everyone else.
But hang on, hang on.
I thought the science is like, if Fauci says it, does the science backtrack, Phil?
Yeah, well, no, no.
Obviously, new scientific information has evolved between yesterday and today that now makes Christmas acceptable.
Unbelievable.
Okay, let's talk about the facts that are non-negotiable.
What should our listeners, we have three million listeners across the nation, plus our video viewers, don't forget, subscribe.
Rumble.com slash Seb Gorka.
It's free.
Rumble.com slash S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
What's the truth about boosters and whether or not you can catch COVID with the vaccines?
Because there's a lot of disinformation out there, Phil.
Well, the case for boosters is muddy.
It's not clear.
There's a reason that the two top vaccine officials at the FDA resigned rather than go along with the White House push for boosters, which is that on the evidence, it's hard to say.
It's not quite there yet.
And they sort of said, look, you know, for something like this, you really need to be clear that the cost benefit is worthwhile before you make recommendations for you move forward with something like that.
They wanted to slow down.
The president had already announced the date prior to the FDA review, and that is not... I give them credit for integrity, that they did resign rather than going along with that.
Of course, when the objectors resign, that leaves behind the people who do not object.
They did, in fact, move forward with an authorization for the booster shots, and then the CDC advisory panel said that they would only advise them For people over age 65 who have compromised immunity and then the CDC director, a Biden appointee, overruled that and said anyone who wants it can get it essentially.
And so, look, I mean, I think it's something where, you know, if you are, if you have waning immunity for some reason, the most common ones would be advanced age or some type of immune compromised condition.
then there may be benefit to a third dose, and that's something you should talk to your doctor about.
But the idea that everyone should run out to the nearest drugstore and get it without consulting any medical professionals I think is very reckless because there are sort of the routine adverse events we've seen with all these shots.
A lot of people get knocked down for a couple of days, and then there are also the rare events.
And if it's not indicated, if there's not clear benefit that's specific to you, then there's no sense in taking a medical treatment treatment.
Well, let's talk about that latter category of the adverse effects.
I've been reading that there are up to half a million registered incidences of problems of adverse reactions to the vaccines.
Why is that not a story in the legacy mainstream media?
Well, it's a very unfortunate situation because the government chose not to use its best vaccine safety monitoring system for the COVID vaccine.
The FDA has a very good system called PRISM that directly interacts with hospital and insurance system and insurance company IT systems and it covers almost two-thirds of the U.S.
population and it would be able to proactively pick up safety signals and I don't know why you would build such a system And then not use it for the biggest vaccine rollout in the country's history.
So that was a very bizarre decision.
And so because we're not using our best vaccine surveillance system, the one that would be proactive, all we have is the CDC system, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, the VAERS system, which is sort of a voluntary report reactive system.
The data quality is always a little bit suspect because anyone can file in it.
And so you need to sort of verify the filings, which supposedly the CDC does, but they've been very slow at that.
And so we're in a situation where, whether by design or simply by incompetence, the government chose not to use its best system.
And so they're using a system that's really inadequate to the task.
It's been updating very, very slowly.
And what happens is, whenever people point out the number of adverse events that are piling up in there, then the defenders of the vaccine who want to pretend that there are no adverse events at all, they say, well, you don't understand.
There's the terrible system.
It's voluntary.
And it's like, well, yes, but it's the only data we have, because the government chose not to use the superior system.
And so, you know, what the truth is, is very hard to say, because they're not using the best system.
I will say, though, that the The most likely adverse events are soreness at the injection site, malaise, fatigue, muscle pain, that kind of stuff.
Those are quite common.
As much as half of the people who get the vaccine experience something like that.
The rarer side effects, things like the blood clots that we've seen, particularly in younger women with the Johnson & Johnson, And the cardiac events that we've seen, particularly in younger men with the other vaccines, the mRNA vaccines, those are rare, but they're not rare enough to necessarily justify getting the vaccine if you're young and healthy, particularly if you've already had the virus.
And I think that's where so much of the controversy comes from, because a lot of people who've already had the virus say, well, I already have pretty good immunity from that, so the risk-benefit Calculation is completely different than it would be for someone who hasn't had it and they don't acknowledge that difference.
Which leads us back to the point we always stress here.
It shouldn't be a function of government mandates.
It shouldn't be a function of segregation and apartheid based upon vaccine status.
It should be a function of each individual consulting with their doctor.
That's the way it always has been, and that's the way it always should be.
Follow this man.
He provides you the truth about the statistics at Kerpen on Twitter.
K-E-R-P-E-N.
That's K-E-R-P-E-N.

Alright.
And title for that-a-one.
The Truth About Booster Shots.
- Uh-huh.
How to boost our shots. - This Facebook's incredible.
It's almost five hours.
I know.
It's crazy.
Can you imagine the amount of money that is, you know, being affected, much less what's lost?
Daily Mail says they already have lost $160 million in revenue, they estimate.
And tech stocks all across the board have gone down.
Daily Mail's got an article in it.
They're saying that Just even now, because all the servers are off, it's going to take a long time just to reboot the servers when they fix it.
Right.
It's going to be a while.
Did you have a look at that email that I asked you about?
The people that DM'd you?
Yeah.
Yeah, I asked them to send who they wanted.
Okay.
And they gave it to me, but I can't find any interviews of them.
Well, then just do a background on them.
Okay.
Fifty seconds.
Yep.
Speaking of that one, that caller who referenced Roman Emperors.
Yeah.
To watch Gladiator over the weekend on Netflix.
It was alright.
What do you mean it's alright?
I built it up a little too much in my mind.
It's superb.
Everybody recommends it, it says it's great.
Like what?
Gladiator, with Russell Crowe.
And I'm like, maybe I'm just not a huge fan of Russell Crowe.
That might be it.
I just think he's kind of like... 30 seconds.
Like, Joaquin Phoenix was good.
Oliver Reed was kind of wasted in my opinion.
I thought they could have done more with him.
We died.
Halfway through.
He wasn't in the movie that much though.
It's hard when he dies.
I felt like he was barely in the movie.
Because he died during filming.
They had to deepfake.
I thought they wrote that the character was supposed to survive.
Oh that's what it was?
They deep faked the scene with the mirror.
Wow.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Doesn't get any more breaking than that.
I just received this at 5.53 p.m.
Eastern.
It is now, sorry, 4.53.
It is now 4.55 p.m.
Great news.
Good buddy of mine, one of the best counterterrorism experts in America, who owns a brewery in New Hampshire.
He had a little bit of a lifestyle change.
He's just announced that he's running for the New Hampshire congressional seat in the second district.
Jeff Cousins.
We need more patriots like you and I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that you are elected from the granite state.
I neglected to mention it earlier when we had Lee Chaldenon, who talked about his diagnosis of cancer, the fact that he's, they caught it, and he's currently in the clear.
God bless him.
We also have to note that Casey DeSantis, it was news this morning, the governor of Florida's wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
So please keep Lee, keep Casey in your prayers tonight.
And everybody who's suffering.
Everybody who is trying to get us back on our feet.
Let's pray for this nation.
Let's pray for those who are fighting the good fight.
Who've been struggling for a year and a half.
Not just to feed their own children.
But like that couple from Kvista Coffee.
In Bend, Oregon, who've been on this show, who've been on my Newsmax show, who said at the beginning, yeah, COVID's scary, but we're going to be sensible and we have employees.
And we want to provide work for our employees.
Whatever the governor says, we're grownups, we're adults, we're free individuals.
And we should have the right to choose The risks we take or don't take.
And we have an obligation to our community and to those who have decided to work for us.
And we're not going to close down.
A lot of people suffering.
44 million unemployed.
If you've weathered the storm, if you're doing okay, remember them in your prayers.
Next, the one and only Colonel K. Kirchlichter that...
Intellectual bomb thrower.
He's going to be with us for the whole hour.
And then tonight, what time is it?
Nine o'clock?
Nine o'clock tonight?
Yes.
Nine o'clock tonight.
I will be guest hosting on Newsmax.
I guess once a week just isn't enough.
It is the Cortez and Pellegrino show.

Sometimes they're not just guests The guest hosts as well, and that is the case today.
Before we get to introduce who we're talking to, the big question of last week were the testimonies on Capitol Hill, Senate and House, from the three men at the top of our military, including former General Lloyd Austin, who gave a very different story with regards to Afghanistan.
Let's remember what the man who is sadly the current Commander-in-Chief had to say about our surrender in Kabul.
So, no one told your military advisors to not tell you, no, we should just keep 2,500 troops.
It's been a stable situation for the last several years.
We can do that.
We can continue to do that.
No, no one said that to me that I can recall.
Nobody told him.
And then we have the testimony on Capitol Hill.
Play cuts.
General Milley, it's your testimony that you recommended 2,500 troops approximately stay in Afghanistan?
As I've said many times before this committee and other committees, I don't share my personal recommendations to the President, but I can tell you my personal opinion and my assessment if that's what you want.
Yes, please.
Yes, my assessment was back in the fall of 20 and it remained consistent throughout that we should keep a steady state of 2,500 and it could bounce up to 3,500, maybe something like that.
So you have two scenarios, dear friends.
Either Biden or Milley are lying, or one of them is seen.
Now let's find out which it is with our regular guest, great supporter of America First, and regular guest host as well.
He says he's a former armed car wash guy.
I just like the fact that he says he's a typo enthusiast.
Why?
Because so am I.
He has served this nation in and out of uniform, senior columnist for townhall.com, author extraordinaire, Colonel K. Kurt Schlichter.
Welcome to One on One.
Hey, thanks for having me, Dr. Gorka.
All right, we have so much to discuss.
We've got the full hour to do it.
But first, I've got to do the important things.
Do you like camouflage baseball hats that say America first?
Well, who doesn't?
What kind of communist wouldn't be all over that?
That's what I thought as well!
And on the back, it's got a little flag from this nation!
The greatest nation!
And SebGorkaStore.com, we are sending one to you to celebrate!
Our new SebGorkaStore.com, where you can get all the patriotic gear you need.

First, the one we made for the president when he came on the show recently from his rally.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
I think we have to get one of those to coat as well.
And the newest one, thanks to Randy, just designed it with the Planned Parenthood symbol.
My body, my choice, be free, no vaccine mandates.
SebGorkastore.com.
All right, I've got to give you one each.
We're going to give you the don't be woke because you're a loser and the my body, my choice.
Are you going to wear those, Kurt, if we send them all the way to California?
Well, I just hope you put, uh, give me them in a large enough size because, you know, my, my, my powerful musculature is, uh, I'm, uh, sturdy.
Well, the hat, the hat is adjustable and we'll send you a large, we'll send you a large for both of those t-shirts.
Okay, we got that out of the way.
Guys, just show pride.
It's the America, we don't call this the Seb Gawker Show because that's just so boring.

Okay, so you've watched the hearings.
We've been talking woke military for years now on this show.
I experienced it.
I spent five and a half years in the Pentagon, not the Pentagon, in the DoD, then two and a half years at Quantico.
Who's lying?
Who's senile?
Who's lying?
What's Colonel Kaye's take?
Well, I think they're all kind of lying.
You know, it was just a disgrace watching these guys.
You know, near the bottom had to be Austin's bizarre formulation that since the guys whose incompetence he helped get killed couldn't resign, he wasn't going to resign either.
And I kind of marveled at how he manages to try to seize the moral high ground at the same time preserving his power, prestige, and position.
It's quite remarkable.
Sadly, it's not surprising.
So, how do I do this?
I was at an event last week in Oklahoma, started talking to an amazing political candidate, former Green Beret senior NCO.
We started talking about Bragg and the Green Berets, and I literally just received a text about 30 minutes before this reception from a very good friend at Bragg.
And I think I want to quote it to you.
And I want you to comment on what this means for America.
So this is the person I've been working with for a long, long time.
And I'm not going to give you all the context.
The last line of his text is this, Kurt, talking about Fort Bragg, the home of the Green Berets.
Our political situation right now sucks at Fort Bragg, Kurt.
At Fort Bragg.
What does this mean for the security of the country?
Well, I think China's going around high-fiving one another.
I think Putin's got to be laughing.
The Iranians have to be positively giddy over this.
The fact is, we've taken actions.
Over the last 20 years, and accelerated in the last few years, that have absolutely caused our combat readiness to deteriorate.
Our morale is in the garbage dump.
We are getting rid of good soldiers because they don't want to take a vaccine they don't necessarily need.
We are demoralizing our people.
You know, among the veterans community, there are a lot of us, and you know this As well as anybody, Dr. Gorka.
The military, the American military today is largely a legacy organization.
You know, there are very few folks coming in who don't have a father or mother or uncle or grandfather.
who served, and that's why these guys do it, or one of the things that leads them to do it.
And a lot of these veterans are telling people, don't enlist right now.
Don't become part of it.
It's hard.
So I got to ask you, because you brought up vaccines, and we're going to talk about the assaults on our freedom and how they inform your writing, especially the Kelly Turnbull series, the latest one, which is Split.
Kurt, do you believe in a conspiracy?
Because the actions taken would suggest that the good people, the quality people, the people who believe in our freedoms are not going to surrender to a vaccine mandate and they're going to leave.
At least a hundred SEALs are going to leave the Special Warfare Development Group.
Is this just a function of the ideology of who's running the country, or do they want to get the conservatives out of the last conservative institution outside of talk radio, Kurt?
I don't think that they're competent enough to pull off a conspiracy.
I think this is a fringe benefit.
Right.
But look, none of these guys would be leaving if there weren't bigger problems.
OK?
You know, I look at the whole vaccine thing, and these guys have failed leadership 101.
And that started right when this pandemic began.
The first thing the CDC did was lie to us about masks.
And they admit they lied.
Well, we had to tell you not to wear a mask because we had to preserve the masks for the medical people.
Now, leave aside that they changed their minds about the number of masks ranging from zero to two or three that you needed to wear and never acknowledged that they were changing.
That's another problem.
But they began by lying to us.
And they began by selling the vaccines as a lie.
Look, I like the vaccines.
I've had the vaccines.
I, you know, I was perfectly satisfied with the vaccines.
I also just spent the cost of a small car on my dog who had a reaction to a different vaccine last weekend.
Almost died.
He's in good shape.
Thank you for your prayers, people.
I really appreciate that.
The simple fact is, a certain percentage of people are going to have a negative reaction to vaccines.
You roll the dice on any medication.
Be honest about it, and then allow people to evaluate it.
Don't disregard things like natural immunity, which is, by all accounts, more effective than the vaccines, simply because it makes it harder to track who's been vaccinated, which is really the reason.
along with the fact that they enjoy the submission that comes along with making people take the vaccine.
I almost sometimes wish I could be unvaccinated so I could tell these people to go pound sand. - I think you do that anyway in your townhall.com columns. - I try to, but I mean, leadership 101, I mean, look, if guys like you and I were running this operation, look, if guys like you and I were running this operation, we would have been rigorously honest with When we changed course, We would have gotten out there and said, guys, I was telling you X. Turns out X is wrong.
Here's why X was wrong.
Now we think Y is correct.
And here's the evidence for that.
And that's what we're recommending now.
Yet we wouldn't coerce people.
We wouldn't threaten people.
We would convince them.
The only thing I like about their vaccine Uh, uh, campaign is the fact that people getting the vaccine, people advocating the vaccine have gotten it in public.
I would have stood in front of my unit and said, guys, I'm getting the vaccine.
You're going to see me do it.
I will never ask you to do something that I won't do.
And hopefully, you know, my guys gave me that saber that's up on the wall right there.
Hopefully my guys would go, well, you know, Colonel Schlichter says it's okay.
He's never steered us wrong before.
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
So there were some Californians at this event I went to last week, and they talked about the Feinstein plan, that you will not be allowed to travel, travel in America.
You won't be allowed to get on a plane unless you are vaccinated.
You've written a whole series of books about the breakdown of America, a new civil war, politically-based civil war, the Kelly Turnbull series.
The latest one is out now, guys.
You need to check it out.
It's called The Split.
Let's go right back to the beginning.
Why did you write these books?
And is it because you feared the reality of a civil war, or was it to stop a civil war?
And secondly, are we closer to the threat of a dissolution of the Republic because of the tyrants like Senator Feinstein?
Well, you know, Dr. Gorka, I've been thinking a lot about this because I just signed a deal with Ragnery to write a new book, The Fall and Rise of America, which will cover a lot of things in a non-fiction context.
The reason I wrote—it's one of these, it's that one—People's Republic, which is the first one, was twofold.
First, I've been very concerned about what's happening here in the United States.
I spent time in the Balkans, and I came back here and saw Balkanization.
Long story short, you don't want that!
You don't want any of that!
Okay?
This is a place, you know, the Balkans are a place where I would, we would literally go, this is not an exaggeration, we'd go out and talk to one of the ethnic groups, and they were all divided by ethnic groups, and they all hated each other, and they'd go, you know, these guys, they did X, Y, Z, they killed a bunch of people, we'd be like, holy cow, there was a massacre, whoa, it's 300 years ago, but, but, you know, and it's like, Insane.
As one author said it back then during the Balkan crisis, there is a surplus of history in the Balkans.
Well, I'm not sure the Balkans are worth the bones of one Pomeranian grenadier, but let's put that aside.
The fact is that I was very concerned about things going on.
And I decided I was going to address it in a different kind of way.
I kind of took Andrew Breitbart's model, which is we've got to make culture.
It's not enough just to complain that everything is pinko commie garbage on Netflix.
We got to do our own.
Plus, I like spy novels, and frankly, you know, A number of the very popular spy novel guys, I just find kind of boring.
So tell us, for those who aren't familiar with Kelly Turnbull and the cool gear he carries and the cameo appearances of certain individuals who may or may not be radio hosts, just give us the thumbnail.
Who is Kelly Turnbull and what does he do in your series of what, six books now?
Yeah, we're at six and I'll have a seventh by March.
That'll be called Inferno, and I'm writing it in my head now, and I'm going to borrow liberally from such sources as The Rogue Warrior, so I'm very excited about that.
Kelly Turnbull is an American soldier who's fought in a lot of the wars of the last few years, brought on to do special missions.
When America falls apart, As an enterprising guy, he travels from the red states into the blue states to rescue people, to pull people out, and along the way encounters a lot of the bizarre mores and norms of blue America, which is essentially a giant college campus with a Gestapo.
There's a bit of shooting.
He is a fan of the Wilson Combat CQB .45 pistol, the greatest pistol I've ever shot.
And he is not one to solve problems with his words.
And the motivation was because you saw how the Balkans collapsed?
And was this a Cassandra-like warning to American readers?
Look, I mean, all the stuff that I write about can happen.
And in fact, in the five years since the first Kelly Turnbull novel, which was Fall of 16, Uh, people have said, Kurt, you know, I thought, I read your book and it was a lot of fun and there were a lot of laughs.
Look, I throw some, you know, I throw some humor and I was a stand-up comic.
Um, and I'm not one of those bow-tied uptight cruise ship conservatives.
But they'll say, Kurt, I thought it was a little over the top.
you know, pronoun police, social credit score, you know, privilege scores, that's all nuts.
Now they're saying, "Kurt, you're like a visionary," which doesn't make me happy.
I'm not thrilled that I was right, but I was right. - Can we just jump in there with, you know, how you approved, right?
You've seen the video from ASU, I presume, of the two white kids in the student area, one of them, They're both working on their schoolwork, and one of them has a Blue Lives Matter or Police Lives Matter decal on his laptop.
What do you call them?
The best word I found is drones.
Just brainwashed drones.
Who say, that's violence!
You can't say that!
You may want to carry a badge and kill black people, but there's no such thing as white culture and you've got to get out of here.
Halfway through that video you think, is this a setup?
Is this real?
But Kurt, what you predicted is happening.
It is.
First of all, I thought one of the greatest triumphs of the United States is that the majority ethnic group did not have a separate culture.
There was no white culture in America, and there shouldn't be.
The whole notion of having a culture based on where your great-grandfather came from is utterly ridiculous.
And it's the left who has pushed this.
The left is going to, to the extent People who go in for that sort of thing exist.
It's mostly because the damn leftists have pushed it.
Most Americans have zero interest in basing their identity on where, you know, their relatives came from.
But leftists have found a lot of value in doing that.
They found that provides a certain level of strength.
And a lot of Americans, who are very polite people, Americans are very nice people, And when Americans are accused of something, you're a racist, normal Americans, at least in the past, would basically say, wow, I better take a personal inventory.
I don't want to be a racist.
Have I done something wrong?
Because no one's going to accuse me of this horrible moral failing, you know, just to get a personal advantage over me.
But in fact, that's exactly what happens.
Right.
So let me ask you just, you know, Yes or no, or slightly longer than that.
Given you've written six of these, and what you've witnessed since you started, are we closer to what you wanted to prevent?
Have things so deteriorated that the idea of some kind of civil war is more likely, Kurt?
Oh, I think conflict is more likely, and the reason is the leftists.
What they have done by silencing people and by essentially telling them they can't participate in politics—for instance, an example yesterday, one of the news networks ran a scary story about all these horrible people coming to the school boards and speaking there.
Now, I guess democracy threatens, quote-unquote, democracy.
When you silence people, when you deprive them of a way to be heard, and a way to have their input incorporated, and when you fail to provide a basic sense of fairness, so that when you can lose, you aren't angry about it.
For instance, if I have a good judge, I go in and I'll argue and I'll lose.
I'll walk out and I'll go, well, you know, I was heard, and then I can accept it.
If a judge ignores you completely, you get angry.
Societal wise, when you take about half of Americans and say you are morally unfit to have any input into American society and we are going to absolutely disenfranchise you.
You're not you're either leaving them submissions or escalation as their option.
Yes.
You're not you're either.
You're not you're either.
You're not you're either.
You're not you're either.
You're not you're either.
You're not you're either.
You're not you're either.
You're not you're.
Thank you.

So, Kurt, as I said, I was at an event, very unusual event, for an anti-Rhino candidate in Oklahoma last week.
It's 1,200 people.
1,200 people in a room for almost three hours.
We had 20 different speakers.
I was Taylor and Charlie.
Amazing, amazing atmosphere.
And I want to use what I felt there.
To ask you for your threat assessment, to give us the estimate of the situation if you look at the political battle space.
We have the left and we know they're insane, whether it's the mandates, whether it's the censorship, whether it's the assaults on the First Amendment.
We know what they are because we can listen to them, we can read their documents, their doctrine if you will.
Is it possible that at the moment the greatest The threat we have in the five-meter target range is our own side.
This event was anti-Rhino, anti-Rhino all the way.
I look at the events of January 6th.
I look at the impeachment votes.
What are we going to do with the establishment GOP?
And is there a solution to having people who love America not betray it once they get elected, Kurt?
Well, there is a solution, and we've already found it.
In the last 10 years, we have culled the herd of rhinos significantly.
There's no Jeff Flakes, Corker's gone, and we have terrified into submission other folks.
The media will report, Dr. Gorka, that I've spoken to many Republicans off the record, and they're terrified to oppose Trump.
Good, good.
Sargents are there to either lead you or to kick you in the rear to make you move forward, okay?
One or the other.
I remember in airborne school, somebody stood in the door and said, I'm not going.
Sergeant Airborne grabbed him and threw him out of the plane.
I don't care how you come along, you can come along dragging, kicking and screaming, or you can walk side by side with me bayonet fixed, but you're coming along or you're out of the game.
So do you feel optimistic?
Oh yeah!
Because the Romneys are still there, the Cheneys are still there though.
Oh yeah, look, we're always going to have a range of folks Look, the best we're going to ever do in Maine is Susan Collins.
So I'm happy with Susan Collins.
And when Susan Collins doesn't do everything I want, I don't have a problem with Susan Collins, because I don't think she's a jerk.
I think she's just more moderate than me.
I do have a problem with Romney and his bizarre moral posturing.
He just rubs me the wrong way.
And, you know, and a guy like that needs to be dealt with in no uncertain terms.
Frankly, I hope the people of Utah booed him out, but that's kind of up to the people of Utah.
And then there are other guys.
There's guys like McConnell, who drives me crazy.
And what he said after the insurrection was just, you know, knee-slapping hilarious in its overwrought ridiculousness.
However, Yeah, he's an establishment guy.
He's also the best Senate night fighter maybe in American history.
He is a weapons system to be employed.
But he's not America's first, Kurt.
No, he's not.
No.
Today, he is our best choice.
What will it be tomorrow?
I don't know.
When I find a guy who's more to my liking and goes my way, I will support him.
I have no loyalty to any politician.
I have no loyalty.
They should be loyal to me.
I have no loyalty to McConnell if he stops performing.
And the way he's getting, look, he drives me crazy.
He's not American first.
I do not agree with him on a lot of things, but boy, I love how he drives Schumer nuts.
And his handling of this reconciliation stuff is masterful.
Of course, we wouldn't be here if he hadn't been kind of dumb about Georgia, but you know, Nobody's perfect.
Look, I am ruthless about politicians, even ones I like, even ones who I'm a big supporter of.
If they stop being the best, they need to move aside on their own.
I shouldn't have to ask them.
But if I have to ask them, I will, just because, you know, my job's to win.
It's not to make people happy.

about this event because it's so on my mind.
We were in Tulsa, more than a thousand Americans, celebrating the anti-establishment conservative movement.
And while I was there, I broke a story from a very reliable source that created a lot of, a rather large splash.
Don Jr.
and others retweeted it.
The Swiss encrypted email service ProtonMail has been approached by the FBI and the FBI has demanded the addresses, the identities of 200,000 email users on ProtonMail as part of a domestic terrorist investigations.
You're laughing.
That's why we love you.
You're a happy warrior.
But how serious is what some have called the targeting and the criminalization of conservatism?
You mentioned the quote-unquote insurrection.
Not one of the persons charged, sitting in solitary since January the 6th, not one of them has been charged under the Insurrection Act.
How disturbed are you that this is just political police state tactics?
Well, they are political police state tactics, and you can tell because the guys on January 6th are not being treated exactly like the BLM, Antifa, and other scumbag protesters.
There needs to be one set of law.
This is why I would kind of make it a threshold for me for whoever is running for president.
Nice.
in the next election, the first day, pardon every single one arrested in January 16th.
Why?
Is it because they didn't do something wrong?
I don't know if some of them did something wrong.
It doesn't look like some of them did.
But they are not being treated equal.
You either get one justice system where everyone's treated equal or you have no justice system.
And they have chosen no justice system because they're not treating everybody equal.
As for ProtonMail, I hope it tells the FBI to go pound sand.
This is ridiculous.
And we need our judges to stand up and start saying, no, you know, the Fourth Amendment actually means something.
Right, search this issue.
Exactly.
And another threshold test is at 1201, you're sworn in as president.
At 1202, Chris Ray's packing his stuff.
At 1203, the director of the FBI.
The director of the FBI.
Exactly.
And my book, The Fall and Rise of America, will have a chapter or two on the next president's agenda.
This is not about vengeance.
It's about saving our country.
The lack of accountability for the people in power in our institutions Accountability must happen.
What happened was, Dr. Gorka, they figured out things like, well, I can break these norms and rules, and people are so used to them existing, they'll be stunned, and there'll be no accountability.
If we just don't hold people responsible, we can get away with it and do whatever we want.
And that's great short-term thinking, but it destroys a society.
Accountability must happen.
It must be ruthless.
We must exercise power.
I love that idea of whoever the next president is, that day one they have to amnesty the January 6 convictions.
Not because nobody committed a crime, but because it is political police state tactics.
Have you tweeted that out, Kurt?
Yes.
Yeah, I do it all the time.
Look, I believe in one justice system.
I've been a lawyer for 30 years.
I remember my mom was a district attorney, and the first thing she was told by the district attorney who hired her, one of the first women in the 70s, was, your job as a prosecutor is to do justice.
If you have a case where you are not absolutely sure, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the person is guilty, you will dismiss it, and I will support you.
That is how you do justice.
And dang it, There can be only one type of justice, and if they won't give it to us, then we have to give it to ourselves by releasing people.
Look, if you came and clocked a cop on the head with a stick on Capitol Hill, you've done something I don't agree with, okay?
And you've done something that's wrong.
You shouldn't be clocking cops on the head on Capitol Hill or anywhere else.
But if clocking cops on the head is not a crime when it's some pinko communist doing it, it's not a crime when somebody who allegedly likes Trump but is more likely to be an FBI informant does it.
Boy, did you catch that photo of the FBI guy at the rally?
Not only did they have the Joseph A. Banks tailored shorts, they had the black socks Blacks, dude!
Seriously?
That was beautiful.
That was hilarious.
So you mentioned the FBI, you mentioned undercover agents.
I gotta get your reaction because this hurts me to the quick because of all the work I've done with the Bureau over the years.
Where are the real whistleblowers?
Yeah.
Where are the guys who said, you know, when they told me we're going to serve a warrant against 68-year-old Roger Stone and his deaf wife, and we're going to have rigid inflatable boats on the canal behind him, we're going to have rotary wing police vehicles in the air, we're going to come in with AR-15s.
Where's the FBI agent who says, you see this badge?
You can shove it up your backside.
Why hasn't that happened, Kurt?
You know, I keep hearing about it's just a few bad apples.
It's not.
I haven't seen the guys resigning either.
And look, there's a price for principle.
You know, you lose your pension.
By the way, I think that another thing the next president needs to do is everybody who was thrown out from the military or any other law enforcement-type agency within my purview will be rehired and given back pay.
Especially anybody involved in the fake whipping Ferrago with the CBP, right?
Oh, good.
Oh my gosh.
The President's most important thing is time.
He needs to appear.
I would go down and I'd ride horses with the guys.
Though, despite being a cavalry guy, I'm not really good on a horse.
You have to show.
But no, where are the guys resigning?
The fact is, a lot of people have to make a choice.
Gee, how will I support my family?
You know, we need to re-energize the morality of these law enforcement and military, frankly, because we've only seen one military guy resign.
He's in jail.
He's the only guy in jail over the whole abortion in Afghanistan.
I find that amazingly ironic.
No, they haven't been doing it, and that shows that it is a I don't understand.
agency that is morally bankrupt.
It's not serving the people.
They're serving their own short-term interests.
You know how you get Roger Stone arrested?
You call up his lawyer and say, hey, can you have Stone down here at the federal courthouse at 1:00?
We'll book him and release him.
OK, bye.
That's how you do it.
Right.
My god, I don't understand.
And I like the president.
But I don't understand why he didn't get out his firing pen If I saw something like that, Ray would be in front of me with his deputy explaining why he thinks that meets my intent.
Yeah, we've got to talk about a second Trump presidency.
But in the meantime, we want more Colonel Stuart Schellers and less Alexandra Don't Call Me Mr. Vindman.
Follow him at Kurt Schlichter.

The latest is The Split.
Thank you.
And then after last November, they just say, that's it.
There's no point.
They're going to steal it again.
And I just give up.
What's your message to them, Kurt?
Well, first of all, look, we need to assess blame for last November on ourselves.
We were not prepared.
And I hold the president was the commander in chief.
Wow.
I hold him responsible.
He got bad information.
When I got to Nevada, there was one of the top six areas of electoral fraud and controversy.
There was one Republican National Committee lawyer on station.
Wow.
One.
Okay.
The president's a commander.
The president listened to people.
And he should have followed up and checked.
As for people who are worried about fraud, look, fraud is a complicated subject.
There's real fraud, ballot stuffing, there is changing electoral rules improperly to give an advantage to one side, and then there's the informal rigging of an entire society and its cultural institutions weighing in for a desiccated, senile old freak.
That's what happened.
I don't want to hear that you are demoralized.
I don't want to hear that you think we can't win.
We did win.
We won a bunch of congressional seats.
We won outside of about six main metropolitan areas.
We cleared the decks.
We can win, and we are acting to improve the electoral system.
We need to observe it, and we need to be litigating it six, eight, ten months out.
Rona McDaniel, are you listening?
Spend some of that money you collected.
Get some law firms going.
The fact is, you are never Yeah.
Hey, his mom was American!
yeah okay never never never never never quit one of the greatest uh americans because he was had hey he was an honorary american winston churchill always said that never never never never hey his mom was american heck yeah my god you know my my my my my ultimate hero uh in the in the non-religious category um yeah i mean i don't look i can't help you if you're demoral i I can't help you if you say, well, we're just going to lose.
What am I supposed to say?
What am I supposed to do?
Go home and be lazy!
You know what I say?
I say, that's un-American.
And I don't care if you take it personally.
You should.
Americans don't quit.
And to give up is...
Un-American, even though I have an unusual accent.
But I'm very grateful to you, because I now finally have a phrase for the man who bears the title of president, and I'm going to steal it mercilessly every single day.
Desiccated senile old freak.
I love that.
I love that.
Well, you could go with pervert instead of freak.
Yeah, but freak, I mean, it's got a K sound.
But freak covers everything, right?
Because freak is the shouting at Ford factory workers.
What do you mean?
I mean, it's everything.
It's great.
It's great.
And, you know, holding your folder at the podium when you're talking about cardboard.
It's everything.
It's not just a pervert.
He's a freak.
Desiccated senile old freak.
