Time Text
The defense protective service officers,
the police the police force for the Pentagon, are on the very tight string right now.
As I arrived, I was held at gunpoint.
Incredible artifact of history from my good friend.
Chris Blunt, radio host today, who 20 years ago was the National Security, National Defense producer for CNN with an office in the Pentagon.
And he was driving to the Pentagon when he witnessed the events of that day and called in to CNN and that was his report.
I'm Sebastian Walker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
One day before the 20th anniversary I have in front of me a document that was provided to me this week by another friend and it's remarkable also an artifact of history that has never been released before and I have permission to share it with you today It is a series of reports written by the Commissioner of the NYPD to Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
This is the first report he could write, given the events of September 11th, and it is dated September 27th, 2001.
From the desk of the Commissioner for Police, City of New York, Bernard B. Carrick, to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani.
Subject.
Weekly Report.
The following report represents information on major events of the past week, major events of the coming week, and future events related to the World Trade Center incident.
On Tuesday, September 11th, at approximately 8.48am, And again at 9.03am, two hijacked passenger-occupied Boeing 767 airliners, piloted by as yet unidentified terrorists, were intentionally flown into the North and South Towers of the World Trade Center.
Structural damage from the initial plane strikes, coupled with subsequent fires fed by jet fuel from the ruptured fuel tanks, resulted in the complete structural failure of both 110-story, 1,350-foot-high buildings.
The South Tower, 2 World Trade Center, collapsed without warning at approximately 10 a.m., while the North Tower, 1 World Trade Center, collapsed at 10.28 a.m.
Combined, The two structures provided 9.5 million square feet of office space for more than 1,000 companies and organizations with approximately 50,000 employees.
With its support weakened by the blast and flying debris, 7 World Trade Center collapsed at approximately 5.20pm.
The commercial flights that struck the World Trade Center originated from Logan Airport, Boston, with destinations of Los Angeles.
They were American Airlines Flight 11, carrying 81 passengers, 9 attendants and 2 pilots.
And United Airlines Flight 175 carrying 56 passengers and a crew of 9.
And 2 pilots.
And United Airlines Flight 175 carrying 56 passengers and a crew of 9.
The terrorist strikes in New York resulted in as yet undetermined but what will surely prove to be a massive loss of civilian lives.
First responding emergency workers also experienced significant losses.
Emergency response was immediate and massive.
The NYPD was placed on condition omega.
Existing duty charts were suspended with uniformed personnel performing 12-hour tours of duty with regular days off suspended.
The N.Y.P.D.
Command and Control Center was operational by 9.45 a.m.
Lower Manhattan, south of 14th Street, from the Hudson to the East River, was frozen and accessible to emergency personnel only.
Commercial enterprise was suspended with employees, evacuated and sent home.
In anticipation of the need to provide emergency medical attention to those injured, local hospitals including St.
Vincent's, Cabrini, Beacom Downtown and Bellevue mobilized their medical personnel for triage and treatment in accordance with established and practiced emergency plans.
Preliminary and continually changing data, effective 1pm today, September 27th, is as follows.
Positive identification has been made on 155 bodies.
And 83 body parts and additional 67 recovered bodies remain unidentified, bringing the total known death toll to 305.
In addition, there are 4,007 unidentified pieces of human remains and 8,786 individuals reporting injuries of varying severity, including 1,182 members of the NYPD.
These reports of injury are subject to future reconciliation of medical records.
Confirmed fatalities of Fire Department personnel is 43.
Most notable among them, First Deputy Commissioner William Feehan, Chief of Department Peter Gansey, Chief of Special Operations Ray Downey, and Fire Department Chaplain Reverend Michael Judge.
Missing members of the NYPD number 23, representing 14 commands, members of the NYPD injured since the date of the initial attack and subsequently while performing duties directly related to the event, total 1,182.
1,182.
As of today, 441 of the 1,182 injured officers have reported sick and one remains hospitalized.
I'm going to be surprised.
Confirmed fatalities of Port Authority Police Department personnel is five.
I'm going to stop there.
There are another dozen pages, and that's only the first report that Bernie Kerik, my friend and former commissioner of the NYPD, wrote after 9-11 to the then mayor of New York, Rudy Giuliani.
These reports have never ever been seen outside of the New York authorities until this day, and I'm grateful to Commissioner Kerik for sharing them with me.
I've advised him That all the reports he wrote, he has every single one of them for the next year, need to be published.
Because Americans, some may forgive, I don't know how, but none of us must forget 9-11 is all the proof you need that evil is real.
Whatever this administration will tell you, whatever people on the other side of the political spectrum believe, evil exists in the heart of men and walks this earth.
And we must fight it every single day.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
So we have to read this again, this podcast.
Yeah, we have to read that again.
Okay, ready?

Alright, great job there.
So was the file corrupted?
It was when we did the Newsmax Yeah.
When we did that read, it didn't corrupt the file, it just stopped the recording and then the computer was resetting on the other backup recording.
So that one got cut off, but everything else before that got sent out the way it should have, so.
But the record's in between segments.
Sorry?
Oh, it was just, everything else that was recorded in between the segments was fine, and we got out, so the ins and outs and everything, but that was the one thing, and Eric didn't get it yesterday, and I said, don't worry about it, I'll grab it today.
Okay.
Okay, we got a minute, uh, two minutes.
A minute or two minutes?
It was, I was gonna say a minute fifty-nine, but, uh, but, no, that's not, not exactly.
Are we calling Baron Boris?
That is the idea.
I've got the Skype channel ready to go.
I'm Skype too.
Alright, minute ten.
What are you coming in with?
What kind of mood do you want to get?
I was going to come with broken wings.
That's good.
I'm starting to learn my way around the bump-ins and outs.
Oh, did you get all the music I sent you?
I did get all that, yeah.
Good.
We can talk about it next week.
Excellent, yeah.
That's good.
Is he on?
Yep.
Here we go.
I'm getting some audio.
Hello?
Hello!
We're at 25 seconds, 24, 23.
Hello?
Hello?
There we go!
Come in with video cut 2 after the music.
Okay, video cut 2.
And stand by.
You got that, Geoff?
No, what?
Video cut 2 after the music.
Uh, I don't even have them up yet.
Hold on.
5.
Alright, that's fine.
Okay.
Well,
I think the president is, you know, being somewhat moderate in his demand, if you want to call it that, in that there are some people who really don't want to get vaccinated, but they don't want to lose their job.
You've got to give them an off lane.
And the off lane is if you get tested frequently enough and find out you're positive, you won't come to work and you won't infect other people.
So it really is somewhat of a compromise there.
Myself, I would make it just vaccinate or not.
But he was trying to be moderate in what his pronouncement was.
Incredible.
If you need any more evidence that that man is a little fascist.
I don't know what evidence we need to provide because after Perhaps the most egregious breach of our civil rights since the end of the Civil War by Biden yesterday with the mandating of vaccines.
Fauci says it's moderate and didn't go far enough.
Let's talk to a man who I know will have an opinion.
My former White House colleague, former Special Assistant to President Trump, Strategic Advisor to the Trump 2020 campaign.
We call him the Baron Boris.
Welcome back to America First.
Good to be here, and I'm doing a baronial wave to celebrate being back, which I'm very, very excited about.
Thank you.
We missed the baronial waves.
Okay, let's talk about this.
Do you agree with me?
I mean, you're a legal person.
You're a qualified, fancy Georgetown lawyer.
You're not just a political maven.
Yesterday has to be one of the worst infringements of our civil rights since habeas corpus was suspended, no?
Absolutely shocking.
Absolutely unacceptable.
It is, honestly, something that is beyond the pale, to a degree, which is tough to comprehend, except for the fact that we've got a guy in the Oval Office who is so out of touch, who is so feckless, who is so pathetic, that he's doing this, let's be honest, he's doing it to cover up for the people he had killed in Afghanistan.
That is what Joe Biden is doing.
And it is absolutely disgusting.
This government overreach is unacceptable.
It's got no place.
It is sad.
It's disjointed.
But this is who today's Democrats are.
That is why I've been saying this to you even before last year's election.
The Democrats are becoming the marginal party.
Because they push through ideas like this.
Tony Fauci with his sycophant of Joe Biden is also sad.
But of course, what we always knew, this is just a lib who's set on making sure that the American people lose their livelihoods, lose their jobs.
But he's the one, Fauci's the one that needs to be fired for lying, blatantly lying to the American public about funding gain-of-function research in China.
We now know that for a fact.
How Fauci still has his job is shocking.
How he's still allowed to go on TV is shocking.
But the overarching takeaway from this Action, if any of you could call it an action, from this criminality, I would say, from Joe Biden, is that he doesn't understand the Constitution.
He doesn't understand the American way.
Actually, let me correct myself.
It is the handlers of Joe Biden who don't understand the Constitution or the American way, and they've got it all wrong.
And the American people will not back down.
They're not going to accept this.
Okay, so it's not just Fauci, it's not just his sick offense like Biden.
I mean, this is a bigger issue and I want to understand if this is going to have a positive effect for people waking up.
Here we have from, of course, The Lincoln Project, a man called Steve Schmidt, who is just going full literal Nazi right now.
Cut eight.
Play cut.
We live in an age of misinformation and an age of insanity, and enough is enough is enough.
Reality is reality, and it's time to end the BS.
And so I think that he should approach this with an iron fist.
Iron fist.
That's what we need from Biden, an iron fist.
Isn't this the man who's supposed to unite us, Barron?
Well, Steve Schmidt has been discredited and his voice is worth absolutely nothing.
They've got bigger problems at the Lincoln Project with harboring a pedophile in John Weaver in their midst doing absolutely nothing about it.
The Lincoln Project is a disgrace.
The Lincoln Project is a joke.
And Steve Schmidt, the former Republican, is an absolute and utter embarrassment.
To political operatives.
This guy's always been a grifter and he can't stop it.
Now, if you could sink any lower, I'm not sure how much lower you could go than being on Joanne Reid's show as a turncoat Benedict Arnold Republican.
That's what Steve Schmidt's doing.
And as far as Joe Biden, he's not uniting anybody.
That is why right track, wrong track polling in Economist YouGov, he's upside down by over 30 points.
Only 28% of Americans believe that America's on the right track.
Under Joe Biden.
That is why his political capital is done.
His legitimacy is done.
His credibility is done.
Yeah, it was, I think, two days ago where the latest figures were out for Cable News, and Joy Reid has less than 300,000 viewers, so she has less than 10% of the listenership we have here on America First.
That's how irrelevant Steve Schmidt is.
But let me ask you this.
Do we look at this positively, or do we look at the last few years, the last year and a half, and say, Americans aren't going to react.
They gave in to the businesses being closed, the schools being closed.
Or could this be the final straw where people say, no, I'm not getting vaccinated.
I will not comply.
My business will not comply.
Which of those two scenarios do you expect, Boris?
What I'm seeing across the country, what I'm hearing across the country, is that Americans are not backing down.
And a big part of it is that Joe Biden is so disliked, is that his capital is so low, is that he's somebody who doesn't have the true respect of the American people.
This isn't even, you know, Barack Obama, when he was president, he was at about 45, sometimes touching up into the higher 40s percent in approval rating.
Joe Biden's real approval rating is in the 20s.
When he comes out and does this, right after having 13 brave young Americans killed in Afghanistan, the American people are saying two very simple letters.
It's F and it's U. So you think this could be the moment when Americans say they wake up?
Could it be also the independence?
What's your read?
Could this bring even more supporters to the MAGA movement?
Yeah, yeah.
approval with independence is in the low 30s dipping into the 20s biden's got a huge problem with independence the democrats have a huge problem with independence i think you're going to see a really major maga sweep in 2022 and then as we all hope president trump does run he will become the 47th president of the united states in 2025 inaugurated on january 20th if not earlier yeah yeah look as far as i'm concerned it's going to be
uh it's a slam dunk that he's going to run everything he's said all the interviews he's given in the recent months even when he came on my show three weeks ago it's It's clear that he is preparing.
If he does declare, then he will be the nominee.
The only question is...
Can we deal with what happened last year?
Is the GOP actually going to get to the bottom of the fraud?
Are they going to do something about it?
We'll keep discussing these issues with the one and only Baron Boris Epstein.
Follow him on all platforms on Twitter, Boris EP, Boris underscore Epstein on Instagram.
So on Getter, I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network, coming to you from Nashville.
I'll explain why in a moment.
You're listening to the Salem Radio Network with me, Sebastian Gawker, former strategist to the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
Trump, wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't touch that dial.
All right.
Okay.
Boris?
Yes, sir?
Let's talk about the attack on Larry Elder.
Okay, sounds good.
That sounds good.
Coming in with an American financing disclaimer on this one, and we have a Patriot Mobile read here.
Okay.
Also, Jeff, if you're playing a cut just for the last few seconds of it, give me a countdown with your hands so I know because give me a countdown with your hands so I know because I'm flying blind over I'm just trying to... Is it done?
I made it.
What, because you can't tell?
Oh, no, yeah.
So the cut's entirely played over there.
So if I don't, yeah, I don't have any way to time it or know when it's off because I don't have a screen showing it either.
Oh, yeah.
We need to fix that.
That's the fun part.
If I'm editing the one-on-ones, I'm like, oh, that's what that person's lighting looked like.
After the disclaimer, Jeff, can you come in with that eight second cut, cut five?
Yeah.
Biden.
We got two and a half minutes.
Amen.
Do you want any extra time warnings towards the end of segments?
30 seconds is enough, that's all right.
30 is good?
Actually, when I'm remote, give me a minute and think.
Yeah, I'll give you one and then I'll give you 30.
Yeah, that's good.
And then for the reads, do you want me to do just 20 instead of 30?
I cannot figure out how to get this to split screen.
There's so many different things.
We did it with Jim.
I know, because it was already set up.
There's 69 pages worth of instructions I'm trying to put together.
Oh my goodness.
What, Eric wrote?
Yeah, we've just been adding and adding.
Oh, we've got to sort that out.
For the reads, what, to start it?
To start the read?
Sorry?
Oh, no, no.
When you're doing the read, usually I give you 20 seconds.
Give me 20.
20 to the end is fine.
Just give me a 30 to begin.
Okay.
And what was the cut you asked for, sorry?
It was Biden, eight seconds, number five.
You should do the wander with Boris.
That'd be good.
The what?
Where he wanders around.
Oh, yeah, I might do that.
I like the Wanderer.
In the garden?
We just need the music.
They didn't have music in that song.
The Wanderer.
Just over a minute left.
There's a great dub of him walking the wrong way.
Somebody's like, oh, no, no, no, no, no, don't follow me.
Don't follow me.
I guess.
Walking through grass.
All right.
40 seconds.
American financing.
and go into the eight second, and then we'll bring everybody up.
All right.
20 seconds.
Seconds, stand by.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by American Financing.
ending.
No, I don't think it should be mandatory.
I wouldn't demand it to be mandatory, but I would do everything in my power.
It's like I don't think masks have to be made mandatory nationwide.
What?
Sorry, who was that?
Oh really?
It was Joe Biden saying there's no need for a mandate for masks or for vaccines.
Oh my, oh my.
I guess he's a liar.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Never miss one of our special episodes.
We are back with the Baron, my former White House colleague, former strategic advisor to the Trump campaign, following at Boris EP.
Boris, look, full disclosure, he's a colleague of mine, a Salem radio host, Larry Elder, the stage of South Central.
He is running to replace Gavin Newsom.
And just this shocking video that MSNBC, the mainstream media, CNN, just really isn't interested in.
What would happen if the roles were reversed and a white Republican in a gorilla mask tried to attack a black Democrat candidate for anything, Boris?
The attacks on Larry Elder have been so outside the lines, have been so despicable, but they underscore exactly what Democrats are.
They're power-hungry, Sebastian?
They are racist.
Let's be honest, we know from Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, they're anti-Semitic.
They will not back off any offensive thing that they can do in order to gain or keep power.
And that's what's happening in California.
That's what's happening to Larry Elder.
And it's really terrible to see.
But this truly is the most rank form of racism.
And the fact that the media doesn't care, Boris?
It's expected.
That's what it is.
That's what today's media is.
Of course, they don't care when it's Republicans who are offended.
They don't care.
They were all for women politicians, but then with Governor Palin, they did nothing but viciously attack her.
And they're doing the same thing.
They pretend to be above race or post-racial or not racist and accepting of everybody.
But of course, they attack Larry Elder and they use racist tropes to do so.
And of course, again, they use anti-Semitic tropes and actual anti-Semitism to attack Israel, to attack Jews.
So, this goes back to the obvious thing about the Democrat Party.
If you look at their history, through the KKK, through Jim Crow, through the South in the 60s and 70s of the past century, the Democrat Party has been the one that has been anti-Semitic, that's been blatantly racist and has been the one that is disenfranchising Americans all across this country.
The Republican Party is the party of inclusivity, is the party of opportunity, is the party of chance.
And that's exactly what the MAGA movement is all about under the leadership of President Trump.
Let's talk about what's happening in D.C.T.
today.
We had after that angry announcement yesterday that you will get vaccinated.
Biden with his wife went to a school in D.C.
to talk about vaccinations.
And then this video, this incredible video from C-SPAN was broadcast.
Play the cut of the wandering old man.
And Secretary Cardona and Mayor Bowser and Chancellor Farabee, you know, thank you for joining us as well.
And for families across the country, you know, the school year, gosh, it always brings this sort of mix of emotions for all of us.
You know, all at once, we feel the anticipation of new classmates and teachers.
You know, the relief of not having to hear He just disappeared.
He just wanders off as his wife is talking.
Did somebody say, come and get your ice cream?
Where's he going?
And I've been asking this larger question for a long time.
Dr. Jill Biden, right?
She's having her husband go out there and put on this charade.
It is obvious to anybody who is even a quarter logical that this man does not have his faculties about him.
Why are they doing this to me?
Shouldn't she care about him to a point of saying, you know what?
This is enough.
Is it because everybody hates Kamala Harris so much, they can't even fathom giving her the Oval Office?
And we've talked about this before, maybe Kamala Harris is the job security for Joe Biden, but this is a sad state.
And you know, it's one thing to laugh, but you know who's not laughing?
You know who's rubbing their palms together?
It's China, it's Iran, it's Russia.
They're excited.
This is great for them.
They go from having a powerhouse in President Trump Who stands for America.
American greatness.
America first.
To this weakling in Joe Biden.
This is great for our enemies.
This is great for our adversaries.
Terrible for American Americans.
It's time to get our former boss in the White House once more for another four years.
He's Boris Epstein.

Let's go to your calls.
The call board is absolutely full.
Let's start with Heather, Line 1 in Virginia.
Welcome, Heather, to America First.
Hi, Dr. G. Thanks for taking my call.
Sure.
I am calling because My mother is at a point with her career, she's been working for the same company for 30 years, and she's at a point with this new quote-unquote mandate.
I know they don't want to use that word, but that's what it is.
Her company is 100% woke, has bowed to every demand so far, and there's nothing in the future that's going to change that as far as we can see.
So she's probably going to have to find A new career.
30 years in, that's very daunting, but I don't know if you or anybody you might know or anybody listening might have any resources for people who are in that exact situation where they want to look for a new career but would want to work for a company that will not bow down to these demands, that will not give in and stick to their principles.
I do not, because the announcement was made yesterday, so I'm sure people are furiously organizing right now.
I think you're going to see some incredible initiatives from people who are not afraid and who want to fight back.
The RNC, I'm not...
Never been a big fan of the RNC, but I'll read this to you because you need to know this, Heather.
The Republican National Committee has a plan right now to sue the federal government over Biden's newly announced vaccine mandate.
So that's breaking news.
The RNC is going to take legal action.
But no, don't trust the RNC.
Organize yourselves.
Get your mother to understand that there are at least 73 million Americans on her side.
But don't wait.
Don't wait.
Start organizing yourself.
Find other people like her who do not wish to comply and who believe in their civil rights.
So, Heather, the best I can tell you, organize yourself.
Find like-minded individuals.
There's only 73 million of them.
Great, great, great call.
Let's go to Al in California, line 2.
Welcome, Al.
How you doing, Sebastian?
Good!
Listen, I actually have two questions.
Your screener was too fast for me, but as fast as I can go.
Who do you think, in the last 200 years, is the greatest American combat leader?
I have a question.
I have one in mind.
Stephen, have you not read my second book?
Uh, if I did, I slipped my mind.
Well, let me tell you who I think it is.
No, no, no, sorry.
This isn't your show.
You don't get to ask questions and come on and then preach to everybody.
Let me answer.
Go ahead, go ahead.
The second book I wrote when I left the White House is called Why We Fight, Defeating America's Enemies With No Apologies.
And what I did is, as I talked about my experience in the White House, the threats that we face, how President Trump is dealing with them.
And then to make it really extra readable, between the snapshot of what's happening today and how we're dealing with ISIS in China, I inserted these hero vignettes, stories of great Americans through the ages.
And I'll just mention two of them.
Everybody needs to go and get my book.
Go to sebgorkastore.com, understand the enemy that's rising again in Central Asia by reading Defeating Jihad.
Check out my second book, Why We Fight, and then the internal enemy in the War for America's Soul, which is my third book.
But two, Chesty Puller, huge.
I mean, I'm just a huge fan of Chesty Puller, just an absolute legend in the Marine Corps.
Or Stephen Decatur.
Are you familiar with Stephen Decatur, Al?
Yes.
Pretty generally, but can I give you mine now?
No, because I haven't finished.
Stephen Decatur, youngest naval officer to be promoted by Jefferson, who went to the shores of Tripoli with just a small handful of Marines.
First kind of Special Forces Marine action to recapture the U.S.
vessels that had been captured by the Barbary pirates.
Stephen Decatur, an amazing story.
Now, your turn.
Okay, well, Donald Trump was talking with his advisors in just a desultory conversation.
He said, who do you think is the greatest combat leader?
And they all seemed to come back with Robert E. Lee in terms of battlefield competency.
George Washington wasn't bad.
Yeah.
All right, now, final point is Britain's involvement in the Korean War.
Now, somebody in Britain sent three Rolls-Royce jet engines to Stalin, and he said, what kind of idiot would send a monster like me jet engines?
And he later turned that into a MiG.
Now, who do you think would send Stalin Rolls-Royce mean jet engines, which he turned into the MiG?
No idea.
Well, somebody, it must have been on the far left, or they might have admired what the Russians did in World War II, but I've always thought that was a funny thing to do, to give this... Oh, so you don't know?
I have no idea.
I have a... who...
Kim Philby or somebody?
Somebody on the far left.
Yeah, yeah, he wasn't on the far left.
He was a KGB asset.
But yeah, there were sadly during the Cold War or during the Cold War, even from the very beginning, there were assets all across the British and the US government, even in the OSS of all places.
So yeah, I'm sure there was.
Look, having spies and double agents like Philby, McLean, Burgess, That's one thing.
But in fact, you can be even more of a traitor by simply being an agent of influence.
You know, it's whispering in the ear of a president.
If you're a communist or somebody who hates this nation can be even more effective than stealing secrets.

Can't wait to be in the Governor's studio for the show, but let's get back to your calls.
Let's go to Linda in Colorado, Line 5.
Welcome, Linda.
Hi.
I'll go real quick.
I want to see all these Democrats, you know, in the government and not in the government.
Everyone show proof of their vaccines.
You know what I mean?
Every single one of them.
What?
You don't think they've taken it?
Huh?
You don't think?
Hell no.
Why not?
I think they all have.
No, they haven't.
Why?
Why do you think they haven't?
What?
Do you have any evidence?
Well, just what I think.
And Phil, that counts too, you know.
But I think all these people are coming in from the back door, you know.
Hang on, hang on.
You're confusing two things.
illegal aliens and human traffickers and paraphernalia, you know, human traffickers and pedophiles and all these killers and that.
How come they're not harping about them getting vaccinated, you know?
Hang on, hang on.
You're confusing two things.
Why do you think the government isn't taking vaccines?
Because I don't.
I think they don't trust them either.
Interesting.
All right.
Well, I think they have.
I think they all have.
But they're not doing it for the illegal aliens.
You do?
Really?
Absolutely.
I think they're so petrified and they live in such fear.
I think they all have.
Thanks for the call, Linda.
Let's go to John.
They're going to see what it does to us first, and then they'll go, well, we'll take it, you know?
I think there's such a bunch of cowards they've all taken it.
John, California, line one.
Hello.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Honored to talk with you.
You had an earlier caller who was asking about resources because the mandate's coming up, and there are some resources out there, some legal help.
I would suggest looking at LC.org, which is the Liberty Council website, headed by Matt Saver, who's an attorney.
How is that spelled?
What is that?
LC.org.
Okay.
Liberty Council.
Okay.
Anything else?
Yeah, go there, go to the Legal Help tab, click on Religious Beliefs.
They have a PDF explaining all the legal ins and outs of what rights we have.
Good, I appreciate it.
I probably think, I haven't spoken to them, but I think that the Alliance Defending Freedom is probably going to get very, very active on this issue.
But I truly appreciate it.
John, stay on the line.
Let's give John a signed copy of Defeating Jihad.

Hi, this is Alan.
Hi.
What's your question?
Alan, you're up.
What's your question?
I'm on the radio.
You are up, Alan.
What's your question?
Divorce should be illegal.
Sorry?
Should divorce be... Should divorce be illegal?
Yeah.
I think it shouldn't be illegal, but it should be bloody hard, much harder than it is today.
Eating shellfish.
Excuse me?
Should eating shellfish be illegal?
I'm not an orthodox Jew.
Stop asking stupid questions, Alan.
Well, you say we live in a Christian country, right?
We live in a Christian... Yes, we live in a Judeo-Christian civilization.
What's your point?
Well, if you're gonna... We're gonna play that game.
It's not a game.
It's not a game, you cretin.
It's a matter of fact.
It's a historic fact.
We should make bacon... Do you think Ilhan Omar...
You are a sad little man.
You are a sad, pathetic little twerp.
You do know that, right?
You do know that you're a sad little man using your mother's phone.
Why are you asking me Old Testament regulations with relevance to the 21st century?
Shut up and listen!
Shut up!
Why?
Excuse me?
That's how you argue?
That's how you... See, that's why you're a failure and you always will be.
You will always be a failure.
You will always be a sad little lint in the belly button of humankind.
Go to hell, you putts.
Goodbye, cock boy.
Right, because Old Testament regulations, that's really going to stump me.
That's really, yeah.
Yeah, shellfish.
Banning shellfish.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yeah.

Well, let's talk about tomorrow's anniversary with a very good friend of mine.
A colleague of mine, a man who was working in the Pentagon on September the 11th.
His name is Dr. Jeff Moore.
He is an expert on irregular warfare.
We taught irregular warfare and counter-terrorism together at the highest war college in America, National Defense University.
He's the author of Spice for Nimitz.
Dr. Moore, welcome to America First!
Thank you so much for having me on, Seb.
I love the show, love your success.
You're doing great things for the United States of America.
Well, it's mutual, buddy.
The respect is utterly mutual.
So let's tell your story.
Let's put meat on the bone of the anniversary for tomorrow.
What were you doing?
What was your job and where did you work 20 years ago more?
Sure.
So my job was kind of like being a management consultant for the Army.
It wasn't anything sexy, as we say.
It wasn't anything kinetic.
My job was to look for administrative things that might go wrong with the Army and things that they had to tend to.
For example, if their M1 Abrams tanks are blowing a 15 on the pollution scale in Germany, and Germany passed a law that said Uh, you know, all emissions from vehicles have to be tamped down to an eight.
Then the army had to do something about that.
So I wasn't doing anything super sexy or kinetic at the time, but I soon would be.
That was for sure.
All right.
So walk us through that day.
Walk us through September 11th, that beautifully clear sky that Tuesday morning, 20 years ago.
Right.
So we were in the Pentagon.
It was just a normal day, just like everybody else says.
Beautiful bluebird day.
And I was outside in the hallway dealing with some people outside, some colleagues of mine.
And I heard somebody say something like, hey, some plane hit the Pentagon, excuse me, hit the towers in New York.
And we had been sport jumping that summer out of Cessna 182s.
Skydiving so I was thinking some some ye who has accidentally driven his Cessna into one of the towers A lot of people reacted saying this has got to be some accident a small plane And then that was can't be a jetliner, so that's what you thought Right right and as I walked back into our office areas, which was 3d 450 so that's third floor D ring Corridor 4, Wedge 50.
Our part of the Pentagon had been renovated and had been upgraded with all sorts of internal security architecture.
And that's one of the reasons that I'm even on the phone right now.
But as I walked through the cubicles, I said, hey, what's this I hear about somebody flying a Cessna into the towers?
And nobody laughed.
Everybody was glued to their computer screens and the television screens.
And they were saying, No, it's a passenger aircraft, and this was on purpose.
So I walked into my colonel's office.
He had CNN going.
By that stage, two planes were hitting both towers over and over again on the film there.
And we had a brief conversation about it, and I walked back to my desk and told one of my colleagues about it.
And he said, I've got to go watch this.
This is insane.
And at that very moment, I picked up the phone to call my uncle, who had recently retired from United Airlines.
I was thinking I could get maybe the inside scoop from him, from the airlines.
And this giant thunderclap of an explosion blew in through the window on my right.
It blew me into a locker.
I could barely see a corkscrew fireball coming along the ceiling.
And next thing I knew, I was picking myself up off the floor.
Explain for those who've never been in the world's biggest building.
Where your office, where you were standing, relates to the impact point?
Sure, basically the impact point was one section of building behind us.
So you've got the green area that surrounds the Pentagon, then you have the E-ring, and then about enough space to drive a truck through around the inside of the Pentagon, and then the D-ring starts.
Internal to that is the C ring and then the B ring and in the middle you've got basically is what they call it ground zero cafe.
It's a park.
So we were one row in from the impact and technically the plane smashed through the first floor and right under us was the Navy Watch Center and they got hammered unfortunately.
And the deluge of that explosion blew into my window on the right.
So my window would have looked at the interior of the E-ring.
It's like being in prison.
All you can see is concrete and windows and steel.
And so that is where the deluge of that explosion came through.
And if my colleague had stayed where he was, he would have been killed outright.
What happened next?
So this incredible impact, a jetliner hits the building.
You're blown to the floor.
What happens next, Jeff?
Eventually, I was able to pick myself up off the floor and it was exactly like the movie Saving Private Ryan.
If you've ever seen the main character, Tom Hanks, getting off the landing craft, he can see the combat happening all around him.
Then an explosion goes off and he gets, quote unquote, swirly, right?
He loses a lot of consciousness.
That's exactly what happened to me.
All I could do is look back at this great big hole in the wall with all the fire and smoke and toxic fumes coming in.
And I thought to myself, I've really got to get out of here.
And then all of a sudden, the sound starts coming back, and you hear these military officers, these brave, courageous guys, screaming out, check your areas.
Go over here.
Check your areas over here.
We've got to make sure everybody's out.
Start to evacuate.
And I got to one knee, and I thought to myself, and it sounds a little corny, but I thought to myself, oh, yeah, I'm an Eagle Scout.
And I'm on the Army team, and I've got to ante up here and get my wits about me and pitch in and help.
And that's what I did.
I started checking all these cubicle areas.
There was fire and smoke, quite frankly, all over the place.
And we were all pretty scared that another explosion was going to hit us, and that was going to be the end of us.
But we managed to get out of that area into the main corridor.
And there a fascinating thing happened.
My army officer, my officers, the guys who I saw every day who were in charge of us, were standing around casually talking and conferring with each other about how many injured they had and who got out of this office, who got out of that office, and all that kind of thing.
And they had such confidence, Seb, that it made me not want to leave the building, but stay in it.
Because they were so cool, calm, and collected?
It was just, yes, it was unreal.
You know, in the dictionary, there's going to be a picture of these guys.
Colonel Paul Hughes was one of them.
He was amazing.
So, shortly after that, there was another colonel who was at the intersection of our corridor and the E-ring, and there was a lot more smoke and heat and toxic fumes coming from that area.
And one of the officers said, hey, do you need us to come down there and help you?
And he said, no, stay where you are, because this particular section of the Pentagon is going to collapse, I think.
Stay where you are.
I'm just going to yell into the smoke and see if I can hear anybody.
Well, a few seconds later, a fantastic, courageous woman named Lee Gutwald, who worked for the Army SACO office, a big admin office, everybody knew her, came barreling through us.
And she was calling out the names of her comrades, saying, I gotta get into the E-Ring, I gotta rescue my fellow comrades, my Army office workers.
And something inside of me just clicked, and I ran in with her.
I didn't want her to get killed, and she was also inspirational.
So we ended up running in there together, and we got to the E-Ring that was very close to the blast site.
Thick smoke, toxic fumes everywhere.
And Colonel Volk said, there's no way we're going into the smoke because we'll die.
You can't breathe this stuff.
So we're going to go in reverse, and we're going to check all the offices that are opposite us right now on this outside E-ring corridor, see if we can find some survivors.
So off we went.
And then all of a sudden after – go ahead.
No, we've got a minute left, and then when do you actually get out of the building, Jeff?
Well, there was another explosion, and that was the explosion where we thought we were going to die.
And so we all ducked and covered, eventually got up and tore off out of the building under direct orders from Colonel Volk and Colonel Hughes at that time.
So it was a crazy day, but that's what happened.
Well, I'm ashamed to say I've never heard the full story, and I am gratified that you reached out to me to share it with our millions of listeners.
It was an honor to serve with you, Jeff.

Okay, news.
Let's talk about things that really matter.
Let's talk about the consequences of Biden's withdrawal, Biden's surrender in Afghanistan.
This is from Breitbart.com, Wendell Husbo.
Headline, FBI wanted terrorist is running passport operations in Afghanistan.
Afghanistan veteran founder of No One Left Behind, AP, believes the new Taliban government has left a terrorist named Sir Ajudi Haqqani, who has an FBI $5 million bounty on his head for attacks and kidnappings, quote, in charge of granting passports.
This man is on the ground.
He has eyes on and he is Convinced that a man who has a five million dollar bounty on his head now controls who can leave and who has to stay in Afghanistan.
And what is Blinken?
What is Biden talking about?
Oh, how the government doesn't have women in it.
How it's not going to be inclusive when terrorists are running the operations.
How about here at home?
How about American terrorists who killed 13 fellow servicemen and their family members and an unborn child at Fort Hood?
This report.
You won't hear this on the mainstream media.
This is from The Blaze from Crisfield.
Former Army Major Nidal Hassan The Islamic radical who murdered 13.
Guys, can we get it right?
It's 13 plus an unborn child.
A pregnant woman was killed by this scum, this animal.
And wounded more than 30 at Fort Hood in 2009 is celebrating the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan after Biden's botched pullout of US forces and lauding the opportunity to instill Sharia law in the region.
In a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner from this is Nidal Hassan.
Okay, he wrote this after Biden's decision.
Hassan, who calls himself, quote, a soldier of Allah and shouted, Allah is the greatest, while murdering fellow troops and their family members, currently sits behind bars on death row at Fort Leavenworth.
He declared in his letter, we have won.
and congratulated the Taliban leaders for their victory after 20 years of American and international forces keeping the organization out of power keeping the Taliban out of power following September the 11th 2001 he's not the only one he's not the only person this individual says we the jihadists have won
What do you think Al-Qaeda is saying?
What do you think the Haqqani Network, ISIS, is saying?
And they're only saying it because Biden made it possible.
Let's go to your calls.
Waiting very, very patiently.
We have people on the line.
The number is 833-334-6752.
That's 833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Philly in Philadelphia.
That's 83333 GORCA.
Let's go to Philly in Philadelphia.
Welcome back, Phil.
Hey, Dr. G.
Happy Second Amendment Friday.
You know, back in the Frozen Chosen, Chesty was surrounded, and he was trying to get his Marines out.
And they said, hey, Chesty, you're retreating.
He said, I'm just attacking in a different direction, buddy.
And he snatched that victory from the jaws of defeat.
And no rational person would have looked at his situation, surrounded, and said, yeah, you're going to win.
But Chester Puller, an absolute, utter legend, Phil.
What a man.
Dr. G, I'll tell you, it's really disheartening to see that the Confederacy I hope this is better.
The Confederate States had their own constitution.
If you read it, it's like you're reading something that could have been written two years ago by the left.
It's amazing.
But what I wanted to get to was, they're going to try to play this crisis out and keep our minds off of what's actually happening with this COVID crisis.
They have a new crisis up their sleeve.
It's called random acts of terrorism.
Since Biden gave support and aid to our enemy and gave them weapons that they could only dream of with a completely open southern border, we're going to see random acts of terrorism throughout this country, especially around election time.
Mandates are going to be coming down and polling places are going to be closed.
And they're going to have to, we're going to have to do it by mail.
There's one way out of it though.
We need to get together.
In our communities and have community town watches or community patrols with people who are licensed to carry, who can make sure our kids get in and out of school.
We have to get organized.
We have to get organized and we have to understand our safety is now in our hands.
Completely agree, Phil.
Jerry in Arizona, welcome to American First.
Hey, one thing I wanted to say was Um, it's really fascinating to sit back and listen to the behind the scenes and the one little dweeb that called in.
I'm sorry.
I spit coke out my nose.
That was...
That was phenomenal.
Wasn't that fun?
Yeah, people love the behind-the-scenes stuff in the breaks.
Carry on, Jerry.
Oh my god, that was so much fun.
Listen, I'm a military contractor, and I do work for the United States Air Force, and I get paid through the Wide Area Workflow System, which I'm sure you're really familiar with.
And we've been, I'd say there's probably about 15 contractors that have been out of constant conversation since yesterday.
We've got 30 seconds.
What was your decision after Biden's mandate yesterday?
Tell us what the feeling is.
We're cancelling our contracts.
Wow!
And we have F-22 Raptor pilots that have called in bawling because they can't leave, because they can't get a job with the airlines, and the airlines are doing the same thing.
You know, people's wives on the phone with me in these conference calls going, what the hell do we do?
But Jerry, Jerry, you know what they can do?
You know what they can do?
Jerry, do you know what the F-22 pilots can do?
Jerry!
They can get a job with the post office.
You know that Biden said they don't have to get vaccinated?
Yeah, right.
Isn't that interesting?
You deliver post and you don't have to get vaccinated.
Thank you for the heads up, Jerry.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Alright.
Thank you.
You can't just put the image up?
Casio hasn't sent it.
I have it now, but let me try and figure out how to do it.
Two and a half.
Eric, first.
Hold, please.
All right.
So I'm doing...
We're doing the American financing disclaimer, and then the car firearms 15, and then a relief factor.
I'm glad they enjoyed that call.
You did or you didn't?
Oh no, I'm glad that somebody called in and said they enjoyed it.
I had a great time listening to it.
It's just sad.
These pathetic individuals.
I don't know where these people research.
They don't.
I don't think they do at all.
I think it's a lot of just ignorance.
Total ignorance.
Ignorance and hatred.
As long as you got someone to point you in the right direction, they just wind you up.
If you can't do it for this block, can you make sure we can do it in E at least?
Can you talk to Casio and ask him if he knows, or bug Eric?
Alright, we got a minute 20.
That A segment was amazing, by the way.
I was just speechless.
With a cola?
No, with the Pentagon story.
Do you have some more?
more one minute forty seconds So, you are car 15 in relief.
25.
Oh, there's the AC unit.
Oh, there's the AC unit.
All right, stand by.
All right.
financing.
Don't forget, dear friends, don't forget, there's more than one anniversary tomorrow.
We'll discuss the other one momentarily.
But first things first, Car Firearms is fighting for America.
Car executives stand with us here at America First and are willing to put their brand's reputation on the line to stand for liberty.
Please support our new Second Amendment Friday-sponsored car firearms.
Check out their amazing website with US-made weapons.
I carry a 9mm car.
Go to KAHR.com.
That's K-A-H-R dot com.
And now, on this special day, I'd like to make a special announcement as well.
We have an image to share with you.
Jeff, can you put the image up on the screen for those who are watching us?
Car, the special, oh that's the website image.
I have an announcement to make with galleryofguns.com, working with Car Firearms.
We have a special custom 1911.
It's called the America First 1911.
It is a celebration of President Trump of his four years in office.
It has images of me in the White House with President Trump.
If you're interested in one of these custom 1911s made by car firearms here in the United States, there are less than 300 of these being made.
And I thought today would be a good day to announce the launch of this weapon.
Gallery of Guns, go to their website, galleryofguns.com, and in the search box at the top, plug in the word GORKA, G-O-R-K-A, And you won't believe what you find when you click search.
It is the America First 1911 custom handgun.
Only 300 being made.
Get yours today.
You won't regret it.
It is a classic.
Of course, the 45-1911, but this one is about the nation we love and the four years of leadership that we saw under our President Donald Trump, who, God willing, if it's up to us, will be back in the Oval Office.
If we do the right things, and make sure that they don't cheat again.
That's galleryofguns.com, galleryofguns.com.
And click Gawker in the search box, and you will be very, very pleasantly surprised.
So, there's another anniversary we need to discuss.
And it's an anniversary not from 20 years ago, but from 9 years ago.
And it is Benghazi.
Benghazi occurred 2012 and it is likewise an event we have to remember tomorrow because it wasn't caused by some video on YouTube.
It wasn't a spontaneous attack.
The jihadists in Libya used our anniversary to send a message to us.
To send a message that they still want to kill all of us.
The woman who was the then Secretary of State betrayed and abandoned her quote-unquote friend Chris Stevens who had requested hundreds, literally hundreds of times in emails to have more protection for his consulate in Benghazi.
He never got it and he was murdered by the jihadis along with three brave Americans Who died trying to save him.
So when you say a prayer tomorrow for the survivors of 9-11, for the souls we lost on September the 11th, say a prayer for the victims of Benghazi as well.
Let's go to your calls.
Mark in Ohio, line one.
Mark, welcome to America First.
Hey, Dr. G. You had mentioned Biden's given a pass on the vaxes to the postal employees, and I thought, they deliver the absentee ballots.
Why would he, why would he kick them off?
Yeah, but it's also so strange that these are the people who have to, I mean, if you're a mail carrier, you have to interact with people every single day.
So why would you do that?
What's your theory?
Do you have a theory, Mark?
They're not going by science, but then, you know, they go by science when they want to.
They flip and flop.
They make science up as they go along.
There's no rhyme or reason to it.
They've got ulterior motives.
A lot of times we find it out later.
And honestly, it's hard to think like an evil person.
You had mentioned also, you had also mentioned, you know, great generals and stuff, and I really think all of us as Americans need to emulate the painting of Washington, George Washington, kneeling down in the snow at Valley Forge.
We need to hit our knees because only God can save us now.
I mean, honestly.
Yeah, no, it is a stunning portrait.
It reflects, read the speeches he gave.
Read the speeches leaders gave 50 years ago.
Read the speeches of Eisenhower, of Churchill.
We were imbued with a sense of our creator and understanding.
That everything starts with him.
So God bless you.
Amazing call.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Mark a signed copy of Defeating Jihad, the book that got me on the radar screen of candidate Trump and eventually in the White House.
You can check it out at SebGawkerStore.com.
Great, great call.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Alright, here we go.
Up we go.
Mr. Blanford.
Howdy, Dr. Gorka.
How we doing?
I cannot complain, just, uh, finishing up my Friday, wrapping up my week.
Good, well we're very excited to have you on.
I've been a follower for a long time.
I really appreciate the vote of support.
I know you've had, I think Tim Harmson's been on a few times hasn't he with you?
Tim, John Patton.
Tim, John Patton. John Patton.
Tim, John Patton. John Patton.
Complacency is a weakness that patriots cannot afford.
For this reason, Carr Firearms is teaming up with America First in 2021.
Carr believes Americans should not be afraid to publicly stand up for our freedoms.
This is about more than being a gun enthusiast.
This is a very personal issue struggling for the soul of America.
Carr wants America First listeners to know that they are not afraid to publicly support Second Amendment I carry a car every day.
That's K-A-H-R dot com.
K-A-H-R dot com.
Do it today.
You won't regret it.
So excited!
Every Friday we talk guns.
Every Friday we talk Second Amendment.
Usually it's with good buddies.
This time it's with a new guest.
Somebody I've been a big fan of and I'm really jealous.
I've had two, yes, we've had two YouTube channels terminated.
This guy, he's got two and a half million subscribers.
I don't know whether I call him Eric or I call him IraqVeteran8888.
Eric, welcome to America First.
Dr. Gorka, thanks for having me.
Yeah, look, you can call me whatever you want.
Just don't call me late for dinner and we're okay.
And I love the first thing in his bio, which is very irrelevant.
All the more relevant, especially after what that senile old man in the White House said yesterday.
It just says spicy freedom.
Okay, so Eric Blandford, talk to us about who you are, where you came from.
I know the real reason why your name is Iraq Veteran 8888, but explain to our three million listeners across the nation who you are and what you do.
Well, we started making gun videos, just kind of, you know, For fun, you know, just like a lot of folks ended up doing and everything early on, you know, we've been doing this almost 13 years now.
We've had this YouTube channel and it just sort of grew and spiraled and just snowballed into what it is now.
And it's really become more than just showcasing guns and and having fun with, you know, firearms in a in a safe manner.
It's gotten more about, you know, protecting our rights and trying to just be an advocate to the Second Amendment as well and realizing that the platform, you know, that we've Developed over these years is important and that we've become you know a very strong voice for you know Second Amendment advocates everywhere, and you know just it's been awesome.
We've really Enjoyed this ride that it's been it's just been great.
Well your videos are very very entertaining explain your call sign Eric, please Well I you know just like a lot of young folks I did serve in Iraq you know 0506 is when I deployed over there and You know, it's so interesting, Dr. Gorka, now to see the day that we're on right now and to see the ending and apex of this huge 20-year-long fight that has gone on and everything.
And it's just so strange to hear myself being right here with you right now.
It's very surreal for me because I was one of those young guys that, you know, was in high school and saw when the towers got hit.
And just like a lot of young folks, you know, we all answered the call.
We felt like it was what we needed to do at the time.
And myself, just like a lot of young men, decided that military service was something we wanted to do.
And it was very important to me.
And, you know, it was an interesting experience.
It feels like a lifetime ago at this point.
And that's the tragic thing, Dr. Gorka, about it as well, is that, you know, it is a lifetime.
When you think about these 13 Marines that tragically lost their lives, And it was a lifetime.
You know, it's just tragic.
Who did you serve with?
What was your MOS, Eric?
I was an 11 Charlie.
I actually deployed with the 48th Brigade here out of Georgia with the Guard unit.
We were attached to 3rd ID.
And that was in 05, 06.
I think I was 19 years old.
I turned 20 in country.
So I was definitely a little wet behind the ears still.
Well, God bless you and all of those who wore the cloth of the Republic.
Follow this man right now on Twitter, IraqVeteran8888 and subscribe immediately, immediately to his YouTube channel.
Eric, I'm going to ask you just one big question.
People need to check you out.
What do you say to those people, and I've met a lot of them, I mean, I'm a huge gun guy, I've got a disease, I can't go past a gun store or a bookstore without buying a gun or a book, but what do you say to those people who say, I'm into guns but I don't do politics?
Can you even have that stance today?
I absolutely think that you can have that stance, because the Second Amendment is not political in nature.
No, but hasn't the left made everything political?
Isn't the Second Amendment politicized by the left, therefore we have to get involved?
We can't just go to the range.
We have to fight for our rights, don't we, Eric?
Oh, I absolutely agree with that.
Of course.
I mean, they do politicize it quite a bit to the degree that you do have to get in the trenches.
You do have to fight those battles.
You know, you do have to get out there.
And look, those states' battles are super, super important.
Getting out there and making those state-level gun battles are really important, just as much as the federal stuff.
And in some cases, probably even more important.
So, yeah, I agree.
Get engaged.
It's important to get out there and fight.
It's important to get people engaged.
Last question.
What do you say to those people listening right now, because we broadcast from Los Angeles to New York across the nation.
What do you say to those people who've never been interested in guns, but after what they've seen in the last two years, they're getting an itch and they might want to check out the world that we live in, Eric?
Well, I think that there is a huge amount of diversity in the 2A world, and there's a heck of a lot of different people that are getting into firearms.
And I think the message that I would give to them would be to not listen to the mainstream media or to all these talking heads that say all of these derogatory things about gun owners.
Get out there and meet gun owners yourself and develop your own opinion.
And you'll see that we're all just average people.
And we come from many different backgrounds, many different cultures.
And, you know, we all love guns.
And it's a very strong group of folks.
And we're very unified.
You will meet some amazing people at the range.
You will make great friends.
It is truly, truly a family.
The most diverse family you can imagine.
He is Eric Blanford.
He served this nation in theater, but right now he provides amazing gun content.
Check it out on Twitter, on YouTube.
IraqVeteran8888.
God bless you, Eric, for doing what you do.

Hey, Dr. G. Hey.
Happy Second Amendment Friday.
Thank you.
Absolutely.
That 1911 wasn't even on my radar.
But 1911 wasn't even on my radar.
Never even.
I, the moment we get off the line, I am looking it up.
I email my own one.
It is beautiful.
We're going to send you images next week on Monday.
What's your question?
Okay, so here's my question.
I recently fired a 5.7 pistol.
What is your opinion of it?
And that's my main question.
Yeah, the 5.7 was invented by FN as a NATO round to penetrate Soviet body armor that was super fast and small.
I have a 5.7 FN pistol.
It's an interesting cartridge.
It's limited by the number of people who load for it.
The really cool rounds are law enforcement only.
I have one because I'm a collector.
Otherwise, it's a little bit of an oddity, little bit of a curiosity.
For collectors, cool.
Otherwise, You're kind of limited because of the loadings it has.
But great question.
Absolutely great question.
Let's go to Sean, line two.
Maestro, how are you?
Good!
I like that.
Maestro.
That's cool.
Dr. G, here's the question.
History has taught us that Alexander the Great, the British, the Soviets were unsuccessful in conquering Afghanistan.
It's been called the... 30 seconds.
Hit me, Sean.
It's been called the graveyard of empire.
Correct.
So my question is, In the last 20 years, has there ever been a discussion of using our nuclear capabilities in Afghanistan?
If nobody can win there, and I'm prefacing this with there are a lot of good people in Afghanistan.
You don't use nuclear weapons against a medieval culture where most of the people you kill would be civilians.
You can't do that.
You can use it against a nuclear power that's about to nuke you.
The idea that you'd nuke Afghanistan where most of the people would actually be civilians, it's not tenable.
Not for a country like America.
The Soviets?
Probably.
Yeah, absolutely.
The Chinese?
Probably.
But an interesting question.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

And we have with us today somebody who is fearless, Undaunted when it comes to speaking truth to power in this stinking corrupt city.
That is Washington DC from Fox News legal analyst par excellence.
He is the author of numerous books including A Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax.
Greg Jarrett, welcome to America First one-on-one.
Seb, glad to be with you.
Congratulations on the podcast.
Happy to be one-on-one.
I appreciate it.
Look at that.
What professionalism.
No other guest so far since we launched this has been so kind about the new podcast.
That's how much of a pro he is.
Greg, for those who haven't tuned in to The Daily Radio Show, who've been living under a rock for the last 20 years, who just landed on this podcast or arrived from Mars, let's start as we do with all of our guests.
Who is Greg Jarrett?
Where did he come from?
What did he do?
And how did he get to this position fighting the swamp monsters?
Accidentally, serendipitously.
I was a lawyer, trial lawyer in San Francisco, defense.
I sort of accidentally fell into TV and started doing a morning program there, and then I took a sabbatical for one year, and now I'm on, like, I don't know, a 34th year of the sabbatical.
The law firm eventually gave up after a couple of years and called me up and said, look, your name's still on the letterhead.
Are you ever coming back?
And I said, I'm having too much fun doing this television thing.
And at the time I was anchoring local news, first in Maryland, then North Carolina, then Kansas.
And then Core TV launched in 1991.
I joined them.
I was there for eight years covering a lot of big trials.
I was in Los Angeles daily covering the O.J.
Simpson murder case.
Then I went to MSNBC, anchored for four years there.
Then I moved to Fox News, where I anchored for about 15 years.
But for the last, I guess, seven years, six, seven years, I've been not really anchoring.
I've been using my expertise as a lawyer, as a legal analyst, commentator, wrote a couple of books, and that's the thumbnail sketch.
wrote a couple of books.
No false modesty here.
Follow him right now at TheGregJarrett.com.
Also on Twitter, Greg Jarrett.
Two Gs, two Rs, two Ts.
The books are Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax.
Greg, Let me just tease a little bit on that, pull that thread a little bit further.
Most legal analysts on TV, I mean it's like watching paint dry, unless there's an OJ Simpson trial, unless there's a KSM trial about to start, it's not exactly riveting theatre.
How did you get to make that decision or was it just a natural progression where it wasn't just legal analysis, you were really uncovering The depth of political corruption at the heart of our nation's capital.
You know, I started writing columns, opinion columns, I think it was 2014, the latter half of it.
2015 or so.
And then this whole Hillary Clinton using a private email server Exclusively for all of her communications as Secretary of State.
To me, obviously, it was a strict violation of the law, the Espionage Act.
She was jeopardizing national security.
She was violating every rule in the book in U.S.
government.
And I started writing about that and saying, wait a minute.
These are crimes.
She should be not just investigated, but if the evidence is there, as I think it is, she should be prosecuted.
And then shortly thereafter, you know, I started writing columns about, wait a minute, what is this collusion story that Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin in the bowels of the Kremlin to steal The presidential election.
And it was truly laughable.
We learned it was based on this dossier.
I read the dossier and I did laugh.
I mean, it's funny stuff.
I mean, it's like it's written by a wannabe, you know, crime novelist, sixth grade style.
And it was clearly made up.
And yet the media bought it hook, line, and sinker.
They wanted to believe, to them, it was inconceivable that a guy like Donald Trump could have won the presidency with a popular vote without trickery and deception and fraud.
And, you know, Hannity liked what I wrote, started putting me on the air, and pretty soon, you know, Sean and I were talking one evening and he said, You know, you've got this anchoring thing.
Aren't you tired of that after three decades?
Why don't you do this full-time?" And so I met with management.
They said, fine.
That's what I've been doing ever since.
Well, you've been doing a sterling job and we are very grateful for your attitude that you will leave no stone unturned.
Let's talk about the dodgy dossier.
Let's talk about the last four years and the insanity.
This is a man who is chairman of an intelligence committee and I have to ask you if you've seen any of the things he's seen.
This is cut one, play cut.
This is about as clear evidence you could find of intent by the campaign to collude with the Russians, to get useful information from the Russians.
I think there's plenty of evidence of collusion or conspiracy in plain sight.
I did say that there is ample evidence, and indeed there is, of collusion of people in the Trump campaign with the Russians.
Loads of evidence everywhere from a man with top secret clearances.
You've written the two books, The Russia Hoax and The Witch Hunt.
What evidence did you find of any kind of collusion on either side, Greg?
Well, zero collusion on the part of Donald Trump with the Kremlin.
What I did see was collusion among nefarious characters in our government The author of the dossier and the Hillary Clinton campaign and her acolytes to frame Donald Trump for crimes that they made up that he never committed.
And, you know, Adam Schiff, as you just played it, I mean, truly one of the most notorious liars and biggest fools in Washington.
And among that crowd, that's saying a lot.
But he's head and shoulders above everybody else.
I take direct aim at him in this little thing called Witch Hunt, the story of the greatest mass delusion in American political history.
And he was one of, you know, the big proponents of the Russia hoax.
He drove, in many ways, the witch hunt by lying to the American people, saying he had solid evidence that Trump ...had conspired with Russians, when in fact, he well knew he had no such evidence.
And, you know, Adam Schiff belongs nowhere in the halls of Congress.
He is one of those creepy characters who is infamous for his lies and his deceptions, and he's a disgrace to the Democratic Party and American politics.
But it's not just malefactors, it's not just lying politicians, Greg.
As somebody who's in the media, has been for decades, what is the culpability of the mainstream legacy media in propagating what you call this hoax and this mass delusion?
The media were winning accessories to the hoax.
You know, they were driven by a loathing hatred of Donald Trump.
He represented everything.
That they can't stand.
90% of the intellectual quotient that habitats newsrooms in America are liberal people.
And they increasingly wear it on their sleeves.
It infects the stories they choose to tell.
And it taints the way they tell those stories with, to me, a very conspicuous bias.
And so they were all in.
And what's really tragic for journalism as a whole is they abandoned any semblance of fairness and objectivity and neutrality.
And they relied principally on their anonymous sources without doing things like finding a separate source or independently investigating the veracity of what they were being fed.
And most of their sources were simply lying to them.
Right.
And in many cases, you know, the journalists jumped to erroneous conclusions on their own by being sloppy and unethical.
Or did they actually willingly join into a propaganda campaign?
The two books are Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax.
Check them out right now.
Greg, let's jump in with all the materials that you have worked on so diligently that provide the backbone to your works and your publications and your op-ed pieces and everything you do at Fox.
Talk to us about the utility of, let's talk about Special counsels.
Let's talk about Mueller.
Let's talk about the mysterious John Durham.
I don't know if he actually exists or he's a figment of somebody's imagination.
And then IG reports that I print them all out.
I read them and they're fascinating.
And the detail in there really makes it into any media coverage from the legacy media.
But what is the utility of a 300 page IG report on Hillary Clinton or Russia hoaxes?
When they seem to have zero consequence.
So let's talk about the mechanics of bureaucracy and how we become, as a Hungarian philosopher used the phrase to describe post-communist nations after the fall of the Berlin Wall, when nobody was punished for anything.
Have we become, or are we becoming Greg, a nation, a land of no consequences?
Yeah, in many ways I think you're right about that.
I've never been a fan of independent counsels or special prosecutors who are given carte blanche.
And, you know, for people who have read both my books, Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax, I mean, I predicted with the appointment of Mueller that he would find zero evidence of collusion And I also said, wait a minute, let's examine the facts here.
There's no obstruction of justice under the law.
And I went through the facts compared it to the law and drew the inexorable conclusion that two was a hoax, and both turned out to be true.
Let me ask you on Mueller, because his testimony, and there are still people who think, you know, he faked his doddering testimony.
I don't think so.
I think that man was not in control.
Who ran the Mueller probe?
Was it Weissman?
It seems to me, you know, that Mueller was a figurehead.
What is your conclusion as to who really called the shots?
Oh, I think it's true.
I think he was, you know, suffering Cognitive difficulties, it was readily apparent during his testimony afterwards.
Look, the first thing Mueller did when he was appointed, and he should never have been appointed, as I explain in the book, there were multiple conflicts of interest that prevented him from doing so.
And not only that, his mere appointment was in violation of the special counsel law.
But once he was appointed, the first thing he did was call up Andrew Weissman.
You know, Weissman was a guy who was at Hillary Clinton's pretend supposed election party on election night in 2016, where in the end she lost.
And he's a partisan and the kind of guy who hates Trump.
So he was appointed to basically lead.
Uh, the Mueller special counsel investigation and Mueller left it to Weissman to handpick all of the people on the staff.
And they were, you know, 90% of them, uh, were liberal Trump hating, you know, partisans.
And, uh, and yet that team composed as they were could still find.
No evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia, and we're forced to admit it in the report.
But I think you're right about Bob Mueller.
I mean, I'm not even sure he was acquainted with the report that was published under his name.
Yeah, no, it's clear that he didn't know what was published under his name when his response to the questions on Capitol Hill, he just simply didn't know.
So talk to us about the utility of the self-policing of bureaucracy.
Is there any validity to Inspector General's IG reports?
And what is your prediction or do you have any expectation that John Durham will deliver anything when it comes to the Russia hoax?
Well at one point I was optimistic that Durham would end up doing the right thing and prosecuting all the people I identify in my books as having, in my judgment, broken the law.
So far he's only prosecuted one person, who clearly fabricated documents to implicate Donald Trump.
But IGs, I do think they have great value because many of them, not all, but many of them have uncovered wrongdoing and illegal conduct.
And I think it's necessary to have a watchdog within a particular agency, whether it be, you know, within the Department of Justice, inclusive of the FBI or elsewhere.
Because, you know, our bureaucracy is so enormous, there are so many people, that there will be some malevolent characters who abuse their positions of power for either personal or political gain, and that's certainly what we saw in The Great Witch Hunt.
The books are The Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax.
Get them.
If you haven't read them, you need to read them and follow this man at his website and on Twitter as well.
Greg, you've been a one-man watchdog for decades now.
Can you tell us, when it comes to the balance sheet of corruption, is it totally bipartisan or do we see more of it when a Democrat is in control or chairman of a committee?
What's the trend line being?
I mean, there's always enough corruption to go around on both sides of the aisle, but I think Democrats demonstrably have a greater track record of engaging in illicit activity.
And in many ways, because they can get away with it, they're partnered with the mainstream media.
And that has the ability to drive the narrative in the nation which furthers, you know, a certain level of corruption.
And so, yeah, I mean, but you're always going to find people of Republicans, Democrats, Independents in American politics who will breach their sacred duty of trust.
And that's a shame.
There is another individual who's a very good friend of the show, another truth teller par excellence.
He's America's mayor and he's trying to uncover what happened in the last election.
The left, as a result, is trying to destroy him.
Please, as a favor to me, if you like this show, please support our good buddy Rudy Giuliani.

We have another cut from the man who makes lying seem to be like water off a duck's back.
It's far too easy for him.
Adam Schiff.
Cut to.
Absolutely, there's no circumstance in which this president should get another intelligence briefing, not now, not in the future.
I don't think he can be trusted with it now, and in the future he certainly can't be trusted.
Indeed, there were, I think, any number of intelligence partners of ours around the world who probably started withholding information From us because they didn't trust the president would would Safeguard that information to protect their sources and methods and that makes us less safe We've seen this president politicize intelligence, and that's another risk to the country Adam Schiff accusing somebody else of politicizing intelligence.
I don't usually play two cuts in one discussion here on One on One, but my producer Jeff said you got to play that cut.
So Adam Schiff, who walks out of closed intelligence briefings to tweet out things he heard to the media buddies behind closed doors.
He says, you can't trust Donald Trump with intelligence briefings.
Let me take that issue from that clown and just turn it into a serious question for you, Greg.
You are the guy who dealt with the Russia hoax, the witch hunt.
Can we trust the institutions that are providing the intelligence briefings.
I've had very serious guests in studio, former counterintelligence officers, say the DOJ is done, the FBI is done, send in the US Marshals, take it apart brick by brick and rebuild it because they are so corrupt.
What is Greg Jarrett's response to the state of the machinery of justice and intelligence in America?
Well, uh, you know, in the intelligence community is sort of an oxymoron, right?
Yeah.
Um, and look, I, I know a lot of, I was just talking to a former CIA senior operations officer just a few hours ago today, who's an incredibly bright man.
And I think he's disgusted with, uh, Some of the intelligence that emanates from our agencies.
And Adam Schiff, of course, you know, it's pretty rich for him to be talking about trust in that vein.
Our institutions are only as good as the people who occupy those institutions and agencies and departments.
And when you've got people like Adam Schiff, Uh, as a member of Congress.
And, you know, when you've got people like, uh, James Comey, Andrew McKay, Peter Strzok, uh, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, John Brennan, James Clapper, all of the people who perpetrated the greatest hoax in American history.
On his people and sought to drive a president from office simply because they disliked him and made up an infamous lie about him.
You know, those are untrustworthy individuals.
They have demeaned and defamed and made a mockery of the agencies and departments that they were the head of and deeply involved in.
Um, you know, there needs to be a cleansing, it seems to me, of our institutions in America.
And the only way it can happen, it's not going to happen with a guy like Joe Biden, who's the quintessential establishment institutionalist, who can't think his way out of a paper sack and who could screw up a free lunch.
And if you doubt me, just look at his Afghanistan exit.
When you've got somebody like that, There will be no cleansing, only a further dirtying up of our institutions.
So what could be the mechanism for salvaging, say, the DOJ or the FBI?
Because you just rattled off the list of all these incredibly senior seventh floor FBI officials who committed felonies.
One peon of a lawyer gets a slap on the wrist for forging a CIA document, but everybody else walks.
So how could we fix it, Greg?
Well, you know, Constitutional republics such as ours, democracy provides periodically a corrective course.
And I talk about this in my most recent podcast, which will be out tomorrow on my website dgreggerrett.com.
And the mechanism, of course, is the ballot box.
I mean, that's the only way you can achieve meaningful change in America.
You've got to elect the right person to positions of power, whether it be in the House of Representatives, or in the United States Senate, or in the Oval Office.
And, you know, we have the ability to do that periodically.
I think what you're going to see, and I talk about this in my podcast that comes out to Tomorrow, but one of the things that you'll see is that, you know, Joe Biden's incredible mishandling, his incompetency and stupidity associated with Afghanistan.
is going to cause an enormous backlash in the midterm elections next year.
Obama lost 63 seats after two years in office.
I predict that Joe Biden will lose even more seats than that in the House of Representatives, and that will be the beginning of the end of his presidency.
Listen to his podcast, TheGregJarrett.com.
Follow him on Twitter and get his books.
And he's right.
It's up to us.
So, Greg, let me ask a tough question.
We don't rehearse any of this.
We don't do talking points because that defeats the purpose of these discussions.
January the 6th.
There are still people in federal cells who have been charged with trespassing or what was it?
Obstructing an official process, official proceedings.
None of them have been charged with insurrection or revolution.
Despite the fact that we have lots of examples of political violence for a year and a half, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, riots across the nation, how disturbed are you from the standpoint of equality before the law, lady justice being blindfolded, Well, I'm really frightened.
been attempts by some to criminalize conservatism and i'm not making excuses if you broke the law pay the penalty but to have people in prison for months for trespassing and blm can just you know burn down cities how concerned are you as a legal professional well i'm really frightened i mean first of all many of these people are charged some of them with non-violence uh
and and yet they're they're they're charged with you know relatively minor crimes and you know so Some of them are still behind bars, awaiting disposition of their cases.
It's unbelievable.
There should be habeas corpus petitions filed every day, every hour, before the federal courts.
And, you know, to think that some of these people are still behind bars is just, to me, as a lawyer, mind-boggling.
Juxtapose people in New York under the pale reform law that Andrew Cuomo signed into law and the idiots and morons that occupy Albany, the state legislature, passed.
You know, you can commit a very serious violent crime You could stab someone, and you'd be out in the afternoon on bail, because there's essentially no bail in New York.
And look at this fund that Kamala Harris championed.
And the fund, a bail fund, netted $35 million.
Here's some of the people that Kamala Harris was able to set free on bail because of her fund.
A registered sex offender accused of raping an eight-year-old girl.
A twice convicted rapist charged with sexual assault and kidnapping.
A defendant charged with stabbing a friend to death for refusing to have sex.
And of course infamously we know now a domestic abuser awaiting trial who was released thanks to Kamala Harris's fund And went out and committed what Minneapolis police have charged as murder.
So to think that, you know, these people on January 6th, who didn't murder anyone, and many of them were committing acts of trespass or vandalism, are still behind bars?
It's unbelievable in America.
Let's talk about the future then.
We're talking to Greg Jarrett.
Follow him on Twitter.
Greg Jarrett, 2Gs, 2Rs, 2Ts, the author of The Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax.
Truly, I love the way he expresses it in the subtitle.
The largest hoax, the largest con in American political history.
That's really how it has to be thought of.
So what happens in the future?
Say there is a slap in the face of Biden's corruption and incompetence, a trouncing of the Democrats in the midterms, House and the Senate.
Perhaps my old boss, who I know is going to run, wins in 2024, takes back the position of Commander-in-Chief and President.
What happens then?
Can we get a little bit into the granularity?
How do we Get Americans to feel confident again in the legal system.
The last name of the individual doesn't matter.
If you're a Clinton, you don't get special treatment.
Can you talk to us about the scenario where we win back confidence in our republic?
Well, you have to clean house.
You have to get rid of people.
And that would be, in my judgment, about 90% of the people.
You know, who occupy these departments, agencies, and institutions that nobody trusts anymore.
So the only way to regain trust is to, you know, show them all the door and replace them with competent people.
And then to start, you know, prosecuting people who abuse their positions of power and trust
For personal and political reasons and and you know if Americans begin to see that people are held accountable Two things happen Americans begin to trust their institutions and second of all it offers a Disincentive to you know commit criminal activity like false accusations of collusion
It's going to take a lot of dynamic change in Washington, D.C.
It's certainly not going to happen with the current president napping in the Oval Office.
Let me ask you a very concrete, practical question.
I've always loved the idea.
Take government and get it out of D.C.
Everything's incestuous here.
Everybody knows everybody else.
I think the DOJ should be in Wyoming.
The State Department should be in Alaska.
What do you think about changing culture by just getting them out of the swamp?
Yeah, I mean, everybody is drowning in the swamp, right?
They're drowning in corruption.
And K Street, you know, where all the lobbyists reside, are a big part of it.
Yeah.
I mean, I think George Washington would be embarrassed and humiliated that his name is on the nation's capital, that it's become Such a filthy, filthy place in American politics that, you know, corruption reigns.
And I, you know, it's an embarrassment.
And yeah, it's, you know, let's start all over again in some fashion.
If that means moving some of these important agencies out of the swamp, so be it.
I like that metric.
That's a very realistic metric.
What would George Washington think today, given that his name is the name for our capital?
He would, I think, be horrified.
He would be shocked.

Finally, I'd like to ask our special guests a kind of practical question to all of our millions of listeners and viewers out there.
You are, you know, like a Spartan, Greg.
You're out there, you're a one-man, you know, force multiplier.
What is your message to our listeners, somebody who may have just fallen on this podcast, been sent the link, Who feel intimidated, who look at what happened after January the 6th, or look at what happened to members of the administration like myself, and they just say, I'm just going to keep my head down, I'm not going to get involved in politics, and that's a dirty business, somebody else can deal with it, and I don't want to be cancelled.
You have not been intimidated.
What is your message to them, Greg Jarrett?
The more people hate me, the more I realize I'm succeeding.
So I do keep my head down.
I persevere.
I'm determined.
I have faith in, you know, my intelligence, my ability, and conveying what I think.
You know, I'm 66 years old.
I'm past the point where I really care what everybody thinks of me, but I'm determined to tell the truth as I see it.
And I think I still have something to contribute.
And I would say to people, don't get discouraged.
That's the easy way out.
The hard thing is to fight to change.
And do it any way you can.
I do it in my small way.
And just share with our friends and listeners and viewers how liberating it is when you decide, I don't care what other people think of me.
Isn't that liberating, Greg Jarrett?
It really is.
It's a certain measure of freedom that I never experienced before.
Maybe it's a question of growing older or old age.
I don't know.
Sixty-six to me, I guess, is just a number.
I don't feel like it.
It has given me a certain measure of freedom.
I'm not, you know, beholden to a paycheck anymore.
I don't, you know, feel like I have to toe a line.
I feel a certain independence that I can speak and fortunately have a platform and friends like you who allow me to speak my mind.
And I thank you for that.
I realize since you're wearing a coat and tie, I should have dressed up.
Sorry about the tennis shirt, but I was trying to get a little exercise out back.
I wish people in America would read more.
I read a new book every couple of days.
I just finished one last night.
I tell people, I don't care what field you want to be good in, here's my piece of advice for all of you.
Switch this bloody thing off, switch your phone off for at least an hour a day, and I mean off, and go and read something with pages.
Ideally something written over a hundred years ago, ideally a couple of thousand years ago.
He knows of what he speaks, he's not afraid.
More power to you, Greg.
66 years old, I don't believe it for a millisecond.
He doesn't act like it at all.
The books are The Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax.
Check out his podcast.
Check out his website.
And as ever, friends, keep your head on a swivel.
Watch your sex.
Hold the line.
Never give up.
Never give in.
And stay frosty.
Thanks, Jeff.
