Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Bush calls Trump supporters terrorists
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
It's been
a crazy a few days, but it's okay.
I'm alive.
I got my caffeine right here in my brand new America First mug.
It's made in America.
You have to be if you say America First.
It's got to be made in America.
Friday was Nashville.
We did the show from Nashville.
Actually sitting in Governor Huckabee's personal office.
In the studios, the Trinity Broadcasting Network studios.
Why?
Because we were guests along with Rick Grenell, former acting director of national intelligence for the governor's TV show Huckabee.
I hope you caught it.
We got to post the video.
It was an amazing discussion about what's going on in Afghanistan, the commemoration of September the 11th and who's really running the Biden administration.
And then yesterday I flew out To California in the morning.
Flew back last night on the Redeye arriving at 6am today.
Why?
Because...
I think, and this isn't me, truly, I had three different people from Salem.
We had the creme de la creme, the people who hired me, the big bosses, the founder, Ed, greetings, Phil, who found me and said, hey, would you like a national radio show?
And then we had Dave, the big boss, now all in the front row at an event in California, hold on to your hats, guys, with 1,400 people in the auditorium.
1,400.
One person was wearing a mask.
One person.
Why?
They were a government official, a certain sheriff who would go, uh, nameless.
I'm glad he came.
Thank you, Sheriff.
No, I won't get you in trouble.
But we had 1,400 people in the audience.
And on stage, how about this?
This was the AM870 The Answer KRLA Town Hall.
Not only was I there, we had Dennis Prager.
We had the great one, Mark Levin!
We had Charlie Kirk and then special surprise guest, who rolled in?
Larry Elder.
And it was quite the night.
People said best town hall they've ever seen.
I think they recorded the whole thing.
I think it will be available on video.
They had lots of cameras there.
I'm going to try and dig up the audio for you.
Mr. G's already on the warpath to get you some of the audio because Charlie Kirk especially, Dennis Got unusually emotional, really powerful, but Charlie Kirk was on the warpath.
And I'm going to share a couple of the things he said, which gave me stimulus with regards to what the GOP should be doing.
But here's one of the stories that our hosts, Jennifer Horne, yes, the Jennifer Horne, and Grant Stinchfield, who are amazing moderators, brought up because she had been covering it on her show.
Please pay attention.
Tomorrow, tomorrow is the recall vote for Gavin Newsom to remove Nancy Pelosi's nephew from the governor's mansion in California.
And we did a poll of the people who had voted already.
About 70% of that huge audience had already voted to recall Gavin Newsom.
About 20-30% were hands up that they're going to go in person.
They're not going to do it in advance.
They're going to go in person on the day tomorrow.
And why is it, if you're listening, we have so many listeners in California.
God bless all of you.
So many callers from California.
Do you know why it's so important not to vote in person?
This is why mail fraud, when it comes to elections, is just so rampant.
Listen to this story from California from a Republican voter who went to vote.
Cut 11.
California native and current West Hills resident 88 year old Estelle Bender spoke with us just a short time ago.
What happened today and how shocked are you?
Barry, I went to El Camino High School to vote, got there at 10.30, gave her this, and she scanned it and said, you voted.
And I said, no, I haven't.
And she said, this has been happening all morning.
The man next to me was arguing the same thing.
So as I left, I did the provisional ballot.
And I'm just really angry.
And I saw two women walking toward me as I left.
And I said, don't be surprised if they tell you you've already voted.
And she said, they've already done that.
If I voted, how did I vote?
And who did you vote for?
Well, I asked the couple, the young women that I talked to, and I said, are you by any chance Republicans?
She said, yes.
And I said, well, so am I. And so are the two friends that had the problem at VFW.
So.
Makes you suspicious?
I would think so.
And still, I'd like to know how I voted.
Just that last half a sentence.
I'd like to know how I voted.
Because I haven't.
Because somebody has voted in my name.
Somebody who picked up that mail-in ballot or that duplicate in my apartment block or just photocopied it and voted.
And isn't it interesting?
She showed her ID.
They told her, you can't vote.
You can fill in a provision, and then we'll maybe dig up the prior one.
But who knows?
Who knows what's going to happen?
And then she hears that it's happened multiple times on that very day, and in every instance.
What was it?
Was it a Democrat voter?
Was it a mixture of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans?
No.
The only people who were told, sorry, you've already voted, are registered Republicans.
President Trump warned us in the midst of COVID.
He openly said it is a disaster to mail out unbidden mail-in ballots.
Mail-in ballots are meant for people who are what?
Otherwise indisposed.
I have voted absentee, meaning in advance, but I had to get a letter.
I had to prove that my employer needed me somewhere else out of state I had to explain why I couldn't come on election day and then fill out a form in advance and say, yes, I am out of state on official business for my employer.
I'm voting now.
But what the Democrats have done, and it's smart, I mean, give them credit.
It's like President Trump said about the Chinese.
I'd be cheating.
You know, I'd be fighting for Chinese interests if I were a dictatorship.
But I'm not.
I'm the American president.
That's the Democrats.
They're dictatorial.
They think they get to cheat.
They've told their voters, their supporters.
That Nazis, that white supremacists are running the country.
Why?
Just think about that.
Why would you not cheat if you think that fascists are running the country?
This is how much they have torn apart the fabric of this republic.
And the idea that 80 million ballots were sent out to people who didn't request them, to dead people, to people who'd left the state.
In Arizona alone, more than 40,000 ballots sent to people who had left the state and live somewhere else and are not eligible to vote in Arizona.
So, if you're in California, Make sure you go in person.
Tomorrow's the day.
And the answer to question one is yes.
Do you want to recall Governor Gavin Newsom?
The Democrats can't say one good thing about this man who has driven California into the ground.
Whatever you do in California, Go to the polling station.
If they're telling you you've already voted, kick up a ruckus.
Fill in that provisional ballot and make sure that they get back to you telling you who voted in your name and when and how they voted in your name and make sure they don't get away with it.
Oh, and the last thing.
Will you do America a favor?
It's not just about California.
Take at least three people with you who otherwise would stay at home.
Go to the ballot stations and let's kick Gavin Newsom out.
Mic's on.
All right, want me to go ahead and call up the colonel?
Skype.
I have no idea where he said it.
It's Kirk.
Maybe, it was an hour and a half long, maybe half an hour in, right?
It was about the pipelines.
And he said, the governors of every pipeline state where the XL would have gone through should say, screw the feds like Sanctuary Cities.
We are opening the pipeline contracts and you're going to need to send feds here to arrest our workers.
It was just really combative.
Or, later he says the same about OSHA.
The governors of Republican states should kick OSHA out of their states and say you have no right to mandate vaccines.
Either of those.
Okay.
Right.
Just first look at the quality.
Is it good?
I'll look at it and find out.
Mic's on.
Colonel Kay, can you hear us?
Almost.
Hold on.
No worries, we've got just under three minutes.
I see this massive hand in front of the camera.
It's like King Kong.
How's the sound?
Do I need a headphone?
No, it's good.
It's really good.
Let's talk swag.
We've got a new store, Colonel K. We have beautiful Made in America hats.
America First.
We have camo.
We have truckers.
We have you name it.
We've got America First mugs with an eagle on the bottom.
Made in America.
We've got Hoodies, t-shirts.
We've got the president from his rally on a t-shirt and it says, don't be woke, only losers are woke.
What would you like?
I'm always down for a hat or a cup.
Hat or a cup.
We'll send you a mug and a hat.
Do you want a camouflage or do you want a blue or a khaki or a red?
Khaki, of course.
Yeah, the khaki ones are really cool.
Colonel K, could you maybe adjust your camera down a little bit?
Yeah, a little less headroom.
Alright, let's do this thing.
Alright, there we go.
Nice.
Look at that.
Trees in the background.
Scenic.
It's real!
I know.
That's either a really good green screen... I know, right?
Yeah, I'm gonna turn my light off up above.
Okay.
Hold on.
Yeah.
Now I know I look all dark, but watch this.
Through the magic of video.
There I go.
Did I freeze up?
You did!
What have you done?
He's a minute out and he's frozen us.
Can you still hear us?
Dine him up again.
Oh, hang on, hang on, he's back, he's back.
Oh, I'm back.
Okay, and let me check the headroom.
Yeah, yeah.
Framing looks good.
It's a bit dark.
That might- It's a bit dark.
Hold on.
Try that.
Make this work.
Forget about sending him a mug and a hat, send him a light.
It's still a little dark.
Send him one of ours.
I got a light, that's the problem.
We've got 25 seconds.
25 seconds, alright.
Alright, 20 seconds.
We'll just say he's in a cave in Kabul or something.
Alright, everybody stand by.
Come in with cut 5.
Top five.
Top five.
Okay.
Yes.
Making sense out of today's news.
Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka. - And I watched the speeches and not one person spoke about the fact that three days ago, we fled Afghanistan and we left Americans behind, and others too.
And we left $85 billion worth of the best equipment ever made.
Whoever thought of this, a five-year-old would have said, the military goes out last.
And that's what they wanted.
They couldn't believe they were leaving.
So it was gross incompetence.
Gross incompetence and a five-year-old would have done better.
That was President Trump on the 20th anniversary, September the 11th.
He didn't go to the Democrats' only commemoration with Biden, with Obama, with Clinton, where Biden made no speech.
He went to see the people that matter.
He went to see the FDNY and the NYPD.
Let's talk to our first guest of the day, the author most recently of the sixth novel in the Kelly Turnbull series.
It's called Split.
We call him Colonel K. Townhall.com's senior contributor.
Kurt Schlichter, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Here I am in my law cave.
You are in your bat cave.
You are decontaminating tanks as we speak.
He's taking a break.
He didn't come to our town hall yesterday.
Shame on him.
No, seriously, he had family business to take care of.
Next time he will be there.
We'll talk about California, the big decision tomorrow.
But first things first, gotta get your reaction.
Just the juxtaposition Of these masked Democrats in this circle fest together with no Republicans invited, Rudy Giuliani not invited, and then my old boss going to the NYPD.
Man, did they love him or what, Kurt?
Oh, well, that is very refreshing to see the actual heroes of 9-11 honored as opposed to a bunch of people honoring themselves.
And I'm not sure what they were honoring themselves for, since they have pretty much an unbroken track record of failure.
But, you know, Dr. Gorka, I was less angry at the three Democrats than I was at alleged Republican George Bush.
Okay.
Okay.
Hugely, hugely important.
Hugely important.
Let's let's play this.
I wanted to get to it later.
But let's do it right now.
So this is the man who I don't know.
He's meant to be a conservative.
He was a Republican president.
He went to Shanksville, Pennsylvania, to the field where Flight 93 crashed after those brave, brave men took it back from the terrorists to save lives in D.C.
And this is what he said on the 20th anniversary of 9-11.
This is the man who was president when 9-11 happened.
Cut to.
Play cut.
There is little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home.
But in their disdainful pluralism, in their disregard for human life, in their determination to defile national symbols, they are children of the same foul spirit.
And it is our continuing duty to confront them.
Children of the same foul spirit.
So 9-11, Bin Laden and MAGA supporters are the same, but BLM and Antifa don't get a mention.
Your reaction, Colonel K?
Well, I think that was the most disgusting thing I've seen in years.
You know, I supported that guy.
I had his back when he wouldn't defend himself because he was a gentleman, Dr. Gorka.
And as soon as it became clear that his useless brother, please clap Jeb, was not going to get our support because of his unbroken track record of failure, George Bush discovered his voice And decided to use it against the very same people who supported him.
Look, I'm no Marxist, but it's becoming clear that class, that is, the guys who hang out at the country club, seems to take priority over actual policies.
I'm so disgusted by this guy.
This is so bankrupt.
You know, I'm a guy, I went off to war for his father.
I deployed under him.
Um, I was a loyal supporter and to be tarred with this blood libel, this disgusting slander, because, you know, he didn't have to say it.
We all knew what he mean.
You could see the giggling liberal blue checks on Twitter knowing exactly what he mean.
That was just appalling.
I would like to see this guy go away.
Maybe he can go back to Texas, paint more crappy watercolors of the Guys he helped main through his incompetence.
I don't care what he does, but if I never see him again, it's too soon.
Yeah, him and Hunter Biden can do portraits of each other.
We're talking to Kurt Schlichter.
Follow him at Kurt Schlichter, author most recently of The Split and also the nonfiction work The 21 Biggest Lies About Donald Trump and you.
Ken, I'm not trying to spin this, but I'm thinking of another angle.
Is there a positive way to look at that truly?
Disgusting.
Un-American.
I mean, that's worse.
Let me just be clear here.
That's worse than Hillary Clinton and the basket of deplorables.
She didn't actually call half of America terrorists like Bin Laden.
That's what Bush just did.
Terrorists.
Children of the same hateful ideologies.
Is this a good moment in terms of it allows everyone to see who the GOP establishment really are, Kurt?
Well, you know, Dr. Gorka, we're seeing a lot of moments of clarity.
We saw a moment of clarity in Afghanistan.
We saw a moment of clarity about a week or two ago when Biden or whoever, you know, the Geppetto is pulling this Pinocchio strings.
Fired everybody on a bunch of neutral boards of like the Military Academy.
Yes, right.
This is supposed to be a bipartisan.
We all work together thing now He fired them all and and then this it's becoming harder and harder to pretend that There's there's that we're back in the old days That the old rules still apply and that there aren't a whole set of new rules now I look at this and I I frankly see an opportunity to I don't want it.
I'd prefer not to have it.
But I think it's important that we enforce them.
I think it's important because there's no chance on getting back to something like we allegedly had before, which was never as strong as we thought it was, evidently, if the people are rewarded for breaking the norms.
So I look forward to the next president, whether it's President Trump, President DeSantis, or someone else.
On January 20th, about one o'clock, firing every allegedly nonpartisan Biden nominee on every board.
And then the generals?
Oh, well, the generals, you fire them at 1201.
Yeah.
Kurt, we're going to keep you over for one more segment, but we've got 90 seconds left.
You're in California.
I was in California yesterday.
What's your gut about tomorrow?
Is Gavin Newsom, is Nancy Pelosi's nephew in trouble or not?
It's important to go out and vote and make your voice heard.
If I had to bet, I would bet that Gavin Newsom's going to win.
Is it because of mass cheating?
No, it's because California is a plus 29 Democrat.
It just is.
And it is important for us to understand that the fight we are actually in, not the one we want, and not to go down rabbit holes.
This was always an uphill battle.
Gavin Newsom should lose.
I voted against him, and I voted for our mutual friend Larry Elder, as did a number of people.
I just had somebody text me, Larry Elder, right?
Yes.
Three more votes for him.
But the simple fact is, California has not hit bottom yet.
Now, when you've got hobos lurking in your front yard, people breaking into your car, rolling blackouts, fast fires, you would think that people would go, you know, perhaps we could do with a change.
But, like an alcoholic, they've got to hit bottom.
And California will change when California feels it's had enough.
I'm not sure it's there yet.
I'm still hopeful.
Unbelievable.
What will it take for California to wake up?
Follow this man, Kurt Schlichter, author of the Kelly Turnbull novels.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, back with Colonel K after these messages.
Right.
Do you want to turn that big light on above?
Can you turn the office light?
Yeah, I'll turn it back on.
Thanks.
There we go.
Thank you.
Well, hold on.
there's another one to go on there we go That's a little better.
Good.
Yeah, it just came to me while we were talking.
Bush was worse than Hillary.
That statement.
Yeah, that was, you know, I dislike Hillary, but she's an opponent.
She's going to say mean things.
Right.
This is a guy we all supported.
This is a guy who we had his back.
This is a guy who lands on the aircraft carrier in a jumpsuit with the mission accomplished behind him, that it was the people he's calling the terrorists that fought for that mission.
Yes.
Yeah.
And it just goes to show what's really important.
And he chose his new pals, Bill and Barack, over us.
I've been told for so long he's a gentleman, and a classy guy, and this wonderful guy, and he has no character.
He's despicable.
He's also an idiot.
He's despicable for turning on his own people.
I think he's also an idiot.
And he's cowardly.
Yes.
He had to dog whistle it.
Yeah, right.
I mean, we all heard it.
Right.
But he had to dog whistle it.
Right.
It was a virtue signal for his Democrat buddies.
Yeah.
Remember, they will always choose their pals down at the club.
Look at John Roberts, look at Kavanaugh.
Yes.
Yes.
You know?
It takes a special guy to say no.
Who was it?
Who was it?
It was Groucho, right?
Who said, I don't join clubs because I'd never be a member of a club that let me in, right?
Exactly.
That's why I don't join clubs.
He's a kind of Marxist we can all get behind.
Who are your favorite classic comedians?
For me it was Laurel and Hardy.
That's what my dad loved and I just have a thing for them.
I love Jack Benny.
I just thought that guy... You know, I was a stand-up for a while.
Are you serious?
Yeah.
Wow.
That is... It's Los Angeles.
We all have an entertainment edge.
Do you know who the guys from Trigonometry are?
You've got my favorite British podcasters, two left-wing stand-ups, a Russian Jew and a kid whose mum escaped Venezuela.
They have become the biggest anti-woke podcasters in the UK.
Amazing!
They've had Nigel Farage on, they've had me on, I'll send you the links.
They're stand-ups, they're former stand-ups.
And they started it because they were told what they're not allowed to make jokes of and they said screw you!
I believe that the first step in fighting back for wokeness are going to be comedians.
Well, look at Rogan.
Rogan would stand up.
Oh, that's good.
That's good.
Leave that.
Rogan still does stand up.
Do that light.
That light was good.
Yeah, he does.
Rogan still does.
Yeah, that's good.
That's good.
Right.
20 seconds.
Yeah, I think, I mean, there is a huge market.
You can see Bill Maher moving into it.
Right.
All right.
20 seconds.
I mean, we're capitalists.
You see a need and fill it.
Stand by.
Any bye.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by American Financing.
I haven't even given out the flipping phone number, guys!
And the call board is full!
Don't go anywhere!
Mark, Leonardo, Sylvia, Judy, Linda.
Oh, it's a ladies day.
I love it!
We're gonna take your calls, but first we've got to talk to Kurt.
Kurt, who before he came on, we were talking in the break, and we're giving him merch.
Why?
Because he's such a great supporter of the show.
Our brand new website.
It is totally revamped.
SebGorkastore.com.
He's getting one of our delightful America First hats.
Made in America, but he's going with the khaki one so it can go with that, you know, Deacon Tam camp that he runs at home.
Also, we're sending one of our... These things are so...
They're like, I mean, this is solid.
This, with the eagle on the bottom, made in America, America first mug, the hoodies, and most important of all, the t-shirt we made to honor President Trump when he came on the show two weeks ago.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
You've got to check it out.
SebGorkerStore.com.
People love that show.
It is flying off the shelves.
Send a message to the Wokeristas around you.
That's SebGorkerStore.com.
SebGorkerStore.com.
Colonel K, get his book, by the way, The Split, and also The 21 Big Lies About You and Donald Trump.
I've got to share with you what happened at the town hall yesterday.
So first things first, put it into context.
Last 48 hours, Some amazing videos we're going to share some later in the day here of people in the public sector who are fighting back people who've switched on their phones covertly and people who are nurses who are filming their bosses saying if you don't get the vaccination you're fired And they're saying, sorry, that's illegal.
That's unconstitutional.
People, people, cops, we have so many great cops looking after us in L.A.
who's saying, we're not going to get vaccinated.
I had the COVID and I'm not going to do it.
So we're on this precipice where public sector workers are saying, no, no, no, not happening.
And then Charlie has this amazing idea.
So Charlie Kirk is on the platform and he says, you know what, if we had Testicular fortitude in states run by the GOP.
We should say things like, every state that had the XL pipeline, we're going to say, okay, Democrats want sanctuary cities, we're going to have sanctuary pipelines.
Screw the feds, we're reinstating the contracts with the XL pipeline, and you, you Biden, can send the feds to arrest American workers building those pipelines.
I was really energized.
Isn't it time for some hardball, Kurt?
Look, I think it's important to play by the rules that are established.
If sanctuary cities are a thing, they're a thing for everybody.
Either the Congress gets to make laws, you know, like the whole... Remember, well, you weren't in the United States.
I've seen it.
I'm just a bill and I'm only...
And that's how you make a law, and if you're not going to enforce the law, then there is no law and there's only power.
Now, I'd prefer it not be like that.
I didn't want it to change, but if it has, okay.
Because, you know, I see three choices.
We either go back to a civil society run by a rule of law, or we win because we're stronger, or the left wins because they're stronger.
I'd prefer number one.
I can live with number two, and I will fight against number three.
Is it going to happen though?
You've written six books on an impending civil war.
That's fiction.
Are we going to just show a little bit of the intestinal fortitude that the left has?
Is it going to happen?
I'm not talking about physical violence.
I'm just talking about, okay, sanctuary cities, well then we have sanctuary pipelines.
Do the conservatives have the cojones, Kurt?
Well, Dr. Gorkas, since you are such a close personal friend, I will reveal something here I haven't said publicly.
I'm about to sign another book contract with Regnery for the fall and rise of the United States.
And we'll talk about these issues.
What could happen?
What do I think will happen?
Look, I'm an optimist for two reasons.
First of all, I believe in America.
I believe we're a lucky country.
I believe we're a blessed country.
We always seem to pull it out.
And I'm like Napoleon.
I'd rather have generals that are lucky than good.
But also, I'm a utilitarian.
If you start being pessimistic, your morale goes down, and then you make losing a foregone conclusion.
I will never quit.
You will never quit.
Your viewers will never quit.
So never be pessimistic.
Things can get tough.
We need to be realistic.
But we also need to look at how we can turn it to our advantage, how we can counterattack, how we can get inside their decision loop, how we can take the initiative, seize the initiative, and win.
He almost said Oodaloop.
Not only is he using... You knew where I was going.
Not only is he using the War College terminology, he's breaking news live here in front of millions with my publisher.
I didn't even know this.
I mean, I didn't even have the intel.
His new book with my publishers.
You are the first person who I am not sleeping with who I've talked about.
Yes, and he still hasn't slept with a Chinese spy, unlike Eric Swalwell.
And neither have I. Eric, can you deny it?
No, you can't.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
He's Coach Lake.
The latest book is The Split.
You've got to check it out.
Also, the nonfiction, the 21 biggest lies about Donald Trump and you.
He's Colonel K. God bless you, Kurt.
Thanks for sharing with all of us.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Mic's back on.
That was epic, dude, and thank you for sharing!
Well, look, I'm a sharing kind of guy.
I'm kind of excited about the book.
I get to write a bunch of scenarios that could be really horrible or really good, so that should be kind of fun.
Who are you dealing with?
Are you dealing with Tom?
Or Harry?
I'm talking to my agent now.
Oh, OK, but you don't... I haven't started talking to him directly.
You don't know who your editor's going to be?
No, but that's okay.
They're all good over there.
I love working with those guys.
They are the fastest.
They had my books out within five weeks of finishing it.
What?
Oh, yeah.
You talk to people like Ruben and I'll say, yeah, I finished my book and it comes out in 14 months.
And you go, what?
I mean, are you serious?
It's just ridiculous.
Well, look, I think I have until mid-January to finish it, but it's gonna be done before Thanksgiving.
Beautiful.
All right.
I just gotta write it in my head first, which is how I do it.
I can't wait.
Can't wait.
And I'm still writing the seventh novel at the same time in my head.
I need to talk to you offline about how you do those self-publishing ones.
I'll give you a call later.
Call me in time.
Okay.
That was superb.
Congratulations.
Oh, thank you very much.
Oh, do me a favor.
When you get off, text me your mailing address and we'll send you the hat and the mug.

Cheers, buddy.
All right.
There we go.
Fun little Schoolhouse Rock, Bill on Capitol Hill reference there.
Gotta love it.
We should play a clip from that.
Can you find it on YouTube at the top of the hour?
Yeah, I can find it.

That'd be fun.

Okay, anything else?
Got 15 seconds. Stand by. Standing by.
Hello, General Gorka.
I was not a general ever.
I played at soldiers in the British reserves, but thank you for the endorsement.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka Thank you, Brent, most kind, most kind.
What would you do?
Let me just do a little thought experiment.
What would you do right now if I gave you $1,000 in cash?
Would you squirt it away?
Would you buy gold, stuff it in the mattress, or buy a really nice, I don't know, America First handgun?
That's a good idea.
We should talk about that.
What if I gave you $12,000?
Huh.
What would you do with that?
Well, there's a way.
There are still mortgages available in the low twos, but not for long.
You know the Fed is about to declare an increase in interest rates.
Then it's gone.
Right now, you can renegotiate your mortgage with the great people at American Financing and save up to $1,000 a month or more.
Let an expert mortgage consultant present you with custom loan options that will fit you better and exploit the current situation before it's too late.

So, he said nothing at the weekend.
Biden didn't give any memorial speeches.
But at some point, some reporter came up to him, and I'm still trying to work out what he said, but he just absolutely and utterly babbled about his predecessor.
I guess President Trump is living in his squirrel-infested cranium for free.
Cut 4, play cut!
This idea that, you know, well, what do you want to do with Biden?
I want to box him.
I should be so lucky.
You know what I mean?
But the kinds of things, or, you know, stuff that's coming out of Florida, stuff that's coming out of, you know, Robert E. Lee, but in Afghanistan, you're the one.
I gotta ask him.
Mr. G, are you there?
Yes, I am.
What the hell was that?
To be honest, I don't even have a comment on it.
It's unbelievable.
You don't need to, right?
It's unbelievable.
You just don't need to say anything.
For Biden, it's even unbelievable.
Robert E. Lee, Florida, boxing match.
Anyway.
Anyway, what flavor ice cream?
Thank you.
I thought you may be able to help me, but no, because Jeff actually has a brain, so he can't help us, unlike the man who bears the title President of the United States.
Let's take your calls.
833-334-6752.
That's 833-33... Oh, buddy!
He's on the TV!
833-46752.
That's 833-33-GORK.
Oh, buddy, he's on the TV.
Hey, Daryl.
Daryl Iser.
I can't believe what's going on.
That beta male, Tony Blinken, is testifying.
Let's talk about what's going on.
Mark called on exactly this issue.
What a completely telepathic call.
Line One, welcome Mark.
Thank you so much, Doctor, and thank you for what you do, telling the truth.
Here's my comment.
I'm listening to the Democrats on this committee grilling the failed Secretary of State, Blinken, And to listen to them, you would think that it was President Trump's fault that Biden stupidly pulled out our military before our US citizens and our allies.
And doctor, it would be a joke, except it's not funny to the Americans, the hundreds of Americans, Held there against their will, which I believe is a definition of a hostage, including 30 California innocent school children.
From Darrell Issa's district, the congressman who's talking right now.
Mark, so this thing is going right now.
It started just before we went live.
Just two things.
Mind-numbing.
So, Blinken actually says the following.
He says, they're hoping the Taliban respect, and this is a quote, basic human rights, and this is when somebody should Well, I'm not going to go there.
He hopes they will abide by their counter-terrorism commitments, Mark.
The guys that harboured Bin Laden will stand by their counter-terrorism commitments.
And he says that, Blinken says that with a straight face, Mark.
Well, I believe, Doctor, this is the same individual that gave us the Obama, ISIS spreading throughout Syria before President Trump blew them to hell, literally.
And by the way, it's also not a joke because it's not funny to the families, the grieving families of our 13 murdered American servicemen.
How is that not a story, Mark?
That story disappeared.
It just totally disappeared.
The 13 killed servicemen and women.
Well, thanks to the corrupt media, but not entirely, doctor.
Thanks to people like you and the One America News, Newsmax, etc.
Thank you, buddy.
And these grieving families because of Biden's... This is unacceptable.
It is.
It is utterly unacceptable.
Thank you, Mon.
Let's go to Judy, line two, Brooklyn.
Hey, Judy.
Hey, thanks for taking my call.
I got so much to say.
I don't know how many seconds you're going to give me.
So starting off, Our biggest threat and danger in America today is Joe Biden, without a doubt.
I want to tell you something.
Starting off, Biden complained how un-American it was to say F-U Biden at a sports event or other places that he showed up, okay?
Well, guess what?
It's un-American to leave Americans behind in Afghanistan, and you, Biden, couldn't care less than she.
You said an F-you to them.
You abandoned Americans in Afghanistan.
How about that?
Exactly.
Adding insult to injury, Dr. Gorka.
You know, there are those that will say Biden was a hero.
I've heard it already.
For closing a 20-year war, okay?
Well, guess what?
He deliberately ignored the brilliant Trump withdrawal plan by Kash Patel and Mike Pompeo and Trump.
Trump threatened the Taliban.
If they touch one American, then Trump will unleash the entire force of the U.S.
military.
It's... No.
I gotta, I gotta... Judy!
year and a half while they're working out the store, there was not one casualty.
They were so afraid.
And guess what?
It was Biden who said, I will not abide by the agreement that Trump did.
So guess what the Taliban said?
Well, if that's the case, they're not going to abide by it either.
So you're telling me now that Blinken, who used to work for Susan Rice, is saying they're going to abide when they themselves didn't want to even work with the agreement that was brilliantly done.
And guess what?
Judy, Judy.
That was the brain center.
That's where they held the Taliban in check.
Just one thing I'm going to say.
One thing I'm going to say.
You read it exactly.
One of the best responses last night at our town hall in L.A., the panel was asked, what's the greatest national security threat to America?
What was the first reply from the great one, Mark Levin?
It's Joe Biden.
Thank you, Judy.

Got it.
Okay, okay.
One minute.
Only a minute.
One minute.
Okay.
I'm gonna do a Trump drop here.

Leonardo, welcome.
Dr. Gorka, thank you for taking my call.
I just wanted to say, as far as California, go, Larry, go!
He's the domino that could cause a domino theory to the governors, maybe knock the one out of my state, too.
But I'd like to say thank you for the information about how the Communist dems, with their horrendous and shameless cheating that's already going on out there in California.
And I'd also like to say a couple of words About W. Bush.
Now we know what the W stands for, Seb.
Woke.
And that means he's a loser.
That's good.
Can I use that?
Can I use that on social media, Leonardo?
Absolutely.
You have my permission.
Listen to this.
I believe that he and Hunter Biden are not only finger painting together.
He's so delusional.
Some of your younger listeners might not remember.
I think him and Hunter are back using cocaine again.
Ooh, I remember.
He did have some issues, Leo.
They may not just be blowing paint.
Thank you, Leo.
Gotta get one more call in, as I promised.
Selvia, California.
Welcome.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
How are you?
Good.
Okay.
Voting in California started on September 4th.
They started early voting.
I went and voted to recall Gavin Newsom and for Larry Elder this weekend.
When I walked up, the guy asked my name.
I gave him my name.
I said, but I think I'll give you my ID because don't you need my ID?
Oh no, you don't need ID to vote here.
Wow.
That's how you steal elections.
That's exactly what they're doing.
He didn't even want to see my ID.
Incredible.
Incredible.
They do it.
So, Sylvia, they have voter ID in Mexico.
They have voter ID in the largest democratically functioning nation in the world of India.
Why don't we have it here?
Because the Democrats don't want to suppress voter fraud.
There's only one kind of voter suppression conservatives believe in.
Suppressing illegal votes.
But the Democrats want to make it possible.
Thank you guys for your great, great calls.
Stay on the line, Sylvia.
Let's give Sylvia a choice of something from the merch store.
Can be a mug, can be a t-shirt, can be a hoodie, a hat.
Let's start giving that stuff out.

The End
The End
They probably have to look up that last word in the dictionary.
This is the Salem Radio Network.
We're going to take your calls here.
833-33-GORKUT.
It's 833-33-467 at the top of the hour.
Why?
Well because we can but but first an incredible video from well let's just say well let's let's actually say what it is it's the Noviant Health Hanover Regional Medical Center and it's some internal video conference of the workers there and
Were you wondering whether or not COVID statistics were being manipulated?
Whether they were being purposefully exaggerated to put people in fear?
Well, here you have actual video evidence of it occurring and not from the mouths of politicians.
This is from people running hospitals and handling the data of who has COVID and how they plan to inflate the numbers to make people more afraid.
Video cut 10.
Play cuts.
On the dashboard and how it's set up myself, as far as how we get information out to the community on meaningful numbers, we do that on a weekly basis.
So that's on our website and we've been sharing that through social channels as well, particularly those graphics that show the number of patients and how's the percentage of them that are unvaccinated, the percentage of unvaccinated people in the ICU and the percentage of deaths and the numbers.
So those are numbers that we put out as far as we don't get into details of floor.
Right.
Those other numbers are certainly out there.
Right.
I guess my feeling at this point in time is maybe we need to be completely a little bit more scary for the public.
Then there's another comment is I completely agree.
There are many people still hospitalized that we're considering post COVID.
We're not counting in those numbers.
So how do we include those post-COVID people in the numbers of the patients we have in the hospital?
So is that all the people who have been in the hospital since the beginning of COVID?
Well, or that are still in, and that's something that I can take to someone else, but I think those are important numbers of patients that are still in the hospital, that are off the COVID floor, But still are occupying the hospital for a variety of reasons.
Okay.
Carolyn, we call those, I'm sorry, we're calling those recovered now.
If you look at the Novant Health dashboard, they're listed as recovered.
But I do think, from our standpoint, we would still consider them a COVID patient because they're still healing.
Yeah.
So I think that that needs to be highlighted as well.
Because once they're off isolation, they drop from the COVID numbers.
That's exactly right.
We can talk offline and how we run that up to marketing.
I think we have to be more blunt.
We have to be more forceful.
We have to say something coming out.
You know, you don't get vaccinated.
You know, you're going to die.
I mean, let's just let's just be really blunt to these people.
Let's just be really blunt.
Let's just get a message out there, quote unquote, marketing.
If you don't get vaccinated, you're going to die.
Let's just lie about it.
So here are the things that if you missed it, because it went past, you know, it was just so matter of fact, so kind of, oh, yes.
And don't forget to order some more sweetener for the coffee, you know, for the coffee machine.
I just utterly, utterly standard discussion.
Number one, Quote, we need to make it more scary.
This is what a hospital administrator say.
We need to make it more scary than it is.
So what does she recommend?
Quote, we need to include the post-Covid, quote, those who have recovered in the statistics of who's still sick.
So the recovered, the post-Covid, must be used to inflate the infection data.
And then you have her colleague, camera switches to him, say, Um, let's talk about that offline.
Just you and me.
Let's just find out the ways.
Don't do it here because who knows, somebody might be recording it!
And they were!
So let's discuss this offline and then think of it.
Just think of this for a second, my fellow Americans!
A hospital administrator uses the word marketing.
Marketing!
Not about how good their hospital is, but marketing COVID!
You might as well be working for Communist China!
We are going to inflate the statistics with recovered individuals so we are marketing it.
And at the end, and she kind of laughs, she kind of says, it's kind of jokey for her.
She says, yeah, let's just kind of, let's send that message.
If you don't get inoculated, if you don't get vaccinated, you're going to die.
She says that.
It's not a conspiracy.
It's right there.
It's in the video.
It's in the words I just quoted to you.
Okay.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to... Linda's been waiting very patiently.
Line 5.
Hey.
Oh, and Sylvia.
Line 4 gets to pick whatever she wants.
Let's talk to Sylvia.
Line 5.
Sorry.
Go ahead, Linda.
Oh, hey.
Thank you for taking my call.
I just wanted to change the subject to that, okay?
Yes, go ahead.
Okay, well I was getting my nails done in a Vietnamese salon last week and the owner, we were all alone and we were talking about how she's had so many cancellations and we were talking about the shutdowns.
Well then she just unloaded on me and told me about her family back in Vietnam that they have been down on lockdown for three months where they're not allowed to leave their houses.
You mean in Vietnam, Linda?
I mean in Vietnam.
Okay.
The military brings them their food and their pharmaceuticals if they can afford it.
Since it's been three months and nobody can work, everybody is, they don't have the money and especially to pay the military because they shake you down personally.
And so people are literally starving to death in their homes and they're dying of COVID in their homes.
And she said they sent refrigerator trucks around to pick up the dead bodies.
And then when those are pulled and they do mass burning.
She said that she sent $1,000 to her mom because she found out this was happening to a friend that's in the military about four months ago and told her to go buy a refrigerator freezer.
So she stocked up, and her brother quit his job in Saigon and moved back to the farm, which, of course, isn't theirs because they don't have private property.
They work for them.
They don't get the food.
So she said, this is all been going on.
Meanwhile, our vice president goes out there, and we heard nothing of these lockdowns.
Right, right.
But is that the priority?
Is the priority to talk about lockdowns in Vietnam, Linda?
Maybe not, but I think it should be considered and it certainly can happen here or Australia is well on their way.
Yeah, Australia.
I met an American, a naturalized American from Australia came up to me yesterday at this event and I just, I just, I pleaded with him.
I said, can somebody explain to me how this happened in Australia?
I do not understand.
One of the toughest, most masculine societies.
And they've become like a prison camper.
We're searching for that individual.
Thank you, Linda, for that fascinating insight from Vietnam.
I don't know if she's being attacked by dogs.
Hopefully not.
Let's go to John in San Diego.
Line three.
Welcome, John.
Hey, Sebastian.
You know, everybody should know that the president does not have the right to issue executive orders against the public.
Executive orders can only go against The executive branch of the federal government and every Republican governor, what they need to do is get off the ball and issue a statement that any company that fires someone for not getting a vaccine is going to be prosecuted for unlawful termination and they're going to lose their business license.
They need to take the initiative here.
And this includes Larry Elder.
Go ahead.
Finish your thought.
This includes Larry Elder getting, you know, voted on tomorrow.
Yeah, this is a really important point.
And thank you, John, for that point of clarification that, you know, there is, there's meant to be a very specific restriction to what a presidential executive order is about.
And from the name, it is a description of how the executive needs to actually implement a specific existing task.
It's not.
You can't legislate with an executive order.
You can't make things up.
And you can't change the way Americans live in individual states.
You can't have OSHA deploy to South Dakota and say, everybody in a company with more than 100 employees has to get vaccinated.
That is unconstitutional.
You cannot Do that with an executive order.
Very well put.
Thank you indeed, John.

Okay, Mike's on.
Where are you calling from?
Alright, I will go ahead and dial up Solomon.
Alright, what did you want to say?
What is it you wanted to say?
Alright, so what is it you wanted to say?
America First, what's your name?
Never really thought about marketing a disease as a bad thing.
Is that incredible?
Having to oversell it.
Is that incredible?
Is that what we want to do?
I'll talk to you offline about how we make COVID scarier, okay?
Oh man.
Isn't the opposite of what we should want?
Yeah.
Shouldn't we want to understand it and have it only be as bad as it is?
As it actually tangibly is.
And not make people panic about it.
Mr. Solomon, can you hear us?
Hi.
How are you?
All right, good.
What did you just send me, Mr. Solomon?
Oh, yes.
Yeah, that's good.
Because I can't watch it.
I caught the beginning as we were opening the show, but then... All right, let's talk about that.
Let's talk about that.
That's amazing.
That's amazing.
Yeah, framing is good.
Sounds good, as always.
We'll do one segment, John, because I've got a full call board.
Hi, what's your name?
Sorry, what's your name?
Alright.
Mike's still live.
And Eric, what I'm talking about during the break is if I have to do a couple things really quick, especially if we take a call, I just want to know when I can start sending you the audio again, so I don't have to wait and that be the last thing that I do.
Yeah, yeah, just when we come into the segment, like before.
Okay, so just right before?
Yeah, I think that could work.
Or maybe just right before he turned on his mic, so maybe a few seconds into the segment.
Do we have to record this balancing act?
We have to record it, yeah.
Hey, Seb?
Yeah?
I'm gonna file a law tonight that's gonna also break some new ground in Ukraine.
Oh, you're echoing.
I can lead into that, I'll tease into that, yep.
Because he's tripping, he's echoing.
Yeah, there was echo and there was something on his end there.
Okay, calling back.
Okay.
I've got an American financing disclaimer here.
There you go.
Can you hear us?
Okay.
Yep.
Hey guys.
Yeah.
Keep talking.
Want to give us another sentence?
Hello, hello, hello.
That's one, two, three, four, five.
That's one, two, three, four, five.
Is that all right?
No, we're getting really bad skipping.
I'm at least hearing.
Yeah, keep talking.
Hello, hello.
Testing 1, 2, 3.
Testing 1, 2, 3.
Oh no, it keeps skipping every other sample.
Do it, do it.
Dial it one more time.
Alright.
If not, we may have to go to phone.
Okay, calling back.
70 seconds.
Hello, test 2-3.
Can you guys hear?
1-2-3 testing.
No, it's echoing.
It's bad.
Can we just call your phone?
Oh, actually, leave the video up.
Yes.
And then call his cell phone.
Call my cell phone, yeah.
Yeah, and just put it on speaker.
Turn the Skype audio down.
Yeah, I'll pop it.
Skype audio, I got it on my end.
All right, you calling him?
Jeff.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, we got 45 seconds.
Yeah.
Can you fix my headroom?
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Yeah.
Okay.
30 seconds.
Good.
Uh, hang on one second.
Just put it on speakerphone and then we'll put it down.
Hang on.
Try it.
Bring him up now.
Okay.
John?
Yep.
I'm here.
Okay.
Good.
Alright.
Perfect.
Standby.
Alright.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by American Financing. -
Who needs to multitask?
We've got a national radio show here.
We can rely upon our buddies who have their own media empires to make sure that we are kept up to date on what is breaking out there.
Who am I talking about?
Of course it's none other than the creator of justthenews.com, investigative journalist par excellence John Solomon.
Follow him at jsolomonreports.
John, welcome back to America First.
As we were prepping for the show, I was catching literally the opening statements of the Foreign Affairs Committee hearing with Antony Blinken on the disaster that was our surrender in Afghanistan.
As I was sitting here moments ago, you tweeted me a breaking story about Mr. Blinken's testimony, which I had to stop watching so we could host the show.
What did Tony Blinken, chief diplomat for the Biden regime, say or rather not say, John?
Yeah, so most of the hearing was basically talking points by the Secretary of State, things we've heard from the podium for weeks now.
Not much drawn out in new news, except for one moment.
Congressman Scott Perry, a Republican from Pennsylvania, asked him point blank, have you been interviewed by the FBI?
The first time Blinken got asked that question, he was completely shocked and stumbled over his words.
And he said, I don't sure I know what you're talking about.
And Scott Perry came right back and said, this isn't hard.
Did you get interviewed by the FBI?
He said, I'm not going to comment on any legal proceedings.
And he said, I'm not asking you to comment on any legal proceedings.
I'm asking you to answer to the American public.
Were you interviewed by the FBI in the Hunter Biden case?
And he demurred again, saying, hey, can I talk to you offline about it?
A very dramatic moment.
What I can report separate of what happened at the hearing is that both current and former U.S.
government officials confirmed that the FBI has approached or recently approached Secretary Blinken related to the Hunter Biden investigation.
And when I called the State Department earlier today, they said talk to the FBI about that.
That's their business.
So that sort of backhand confirmation.
That something is going on between the FBI and the State Department in the Hunter Biden case.
Is that, given the decades that you've been in the business, is that a standard response from a department?
Would they not say, no, I can't comment, or yes, I can't comment?
Would they just instantly palm you off and say, well, the FBI can tell you?
Yeah, it was unusual.
A lot of times they'll just say, we don't talk legal proceedings.
We don't talk about investigations.
In this case, they referred me directly to the FBI.
So that kind of gives us some ink by the Department of something's afoot between the Bureau.
Why are these questions around?
Why would the FBI need to interview Secretary Blinken?
The answer is found in documents that I unearthed a year ago in a lawsuit.
And in that those documents show Hunter Biden approached then Deputy Secretary of State Blinken in 2015, said he had a couple of issues that he needed advice on.
Right at a critical moment in the Burisma scandal.
We've never found out what went on at that meeting.
Secretary Blinken, when he was asked by Senator Ron Johnson, said, I think it was about Beau Biden's death.
It wasn't about Beau Biden's death.
It clearly, Hunter Biden's approach to him had to do with Blue Star and Burisma and the whole scandal.
Hang on, hang on.
This is getting into stuff that many people will not understand.
But first things first, why would Hunter Biden Need to talk to the Deputy Secretary of State about his brother's death.
What's that got to do with the price of bread?
Family friend, I suppose, is a plausible explanation.
But these documents were turned over to us not because they were Hunter Biden, Beau Biden documents.
They were turned over to us because the State Department said they were relevant to a discussion involving Burisma.
So the supposition is, and tell me if this is out on a limb or not, that Hunter Biden, Vice President Biden's son,
...is talking to the then Deputy Secretary of State because of his entanglements with that corrupt Ukrainian energy company, the board of which he is on for a no-show job earning $83,000 a month, and maybe he's, what, trying to smooth over and get some help?
Is that a likely scenario?
What is the supposition?
The supposition of investigators is that this conversation between Hunter Biden and then-Deputy Secretary Blinken had something to do with Burisma.
But at that moment, we know what was going on.
Hunter Biden and his associates at a lobbying firm called Blue Star Strategies were, starting in late 2015 and all through 2016, lobbying and pressing the State Department to help drop these corruption allegations against his employer, Burisma Holdings.
The natural gas company.
We know that the State Department did a partnership with Burisma and then canceled it because they were worried that it looked bad.
And then at the very end of the Obama administration, George Kent, a State Department official, said that not one but two bribes had been paid by Burisma to make these corruption cases go away.
Wow.
Did you watch the video?
I'm going to look at it after the show.
Was he, like, shocked?
What was the reaction like?
He was clearly caught off guard by this and fumbling for the right words.
And Scott Perry just kept right on him, trying to say, it's a simple yes-no answer.
Just answer it.
Which is something that, as a government employee, you should answer on a congressional hearing.
Were you interviewed by the FBI?
Don't we have a right to know, John?
Certainly it's a matter of oversight for this committee and it's remarkable that it wasn't answered today.
All right.
Let's reach out to Scott.
He's a friend of the show.
Let's get the congressman on.
What else should we prepare?
What can people find out?
What kind of breaking stories are you prepping for us at justthenews.com, John?
In the very time frame we just talked about, where Hunter Biden is approaching Anthony Blinken at the State Department.
We're going to file a lawsuit tonight in conjunction with the Southeastern Legal Foundation, a public interest firm that's worked with me on so many of my FOIAs, to sue for a very specific document that was transmitted in the summer of 2015 from the State Department to the Ukrainian prosecutor who was overseeing the investigation of Burisma.
And he was ultimately fired under pressure by then Vice President Joe Biden.
Remember the story in impeachment was?
He was a corrupt prosecutor, that's why we fired him.
These documents transmitted from the State Department to this prosecutor, we believe tell an entirely different story, that the State Department thought this prosecutor was doing a good job.
Wow.
And what has made you decide, I'm curious, why are you filing this lawsuit?
Again, I'm going to use the word, the legal phrase, what's the supposition, John?
Yeah, well, we have source material.
Telling us that in a transmission in the summer of 2015, just before Joe Biden began efforts to fire prosecutor Victor Shokin, that our ambassador at the time, Jeffrey Byatt, transmitted a letter from the top of the State Department saying, hey, you're doing a good job.
Keep it up.
That would conflict with every piece of testimony that was given during the Trump impeachment.
And let's remind all of our millions of listeners and viewers this is the same Viktor Shokin that the man who now bears the title of president joked about getting fired within six hours when he withheld a billion dollars of U.S.
aid to the government in Kiev and in front of a conference audience he said, and by joke, he used languages a little bit spicier than that, when I...
When I extorted that, when I held that money above them, dangled it, they fired the man investigating Burisma.
They fired the man?
Yes, indeed it was.
A video that will be evergreen.
Can't wait for updates on that breaking news story and for the one you sent us about the man who's still testifying right now on Capitol Hill.
Follow this man on Twitter, Jay Solomon Reports.
And bookmark justthenews.com.
This is America First on the Salem Retina Radio Network with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Trump.
That was great, John.
All right, let's find out.
What videos do we have to ask Cassio for?
Let me see here.
Probably the Ratcliffe.
OK.
Will you ask him to do that?
Yes.
Oh, that was on Levin?
Yes.
Oh, that's where he got it from.
That's where he stole it.
Exactly, because that was recorded before.
OK, what else?
Oh, let's do the Biden cut.
Yes.
What, what, what, yeah, okay, um... Bush.
Yeah, I'll ask him the Bush one.
Okay.
Title for Solomon.
Um...
We're suing the State Department over Hunter Biden.
Uh-huh.
Let's get Perry on.
Do you want to do the balance of nature read right now?
Uh, no, let me text this stuff to Cassio.
Okay.
Uh, I was just looking through.
I'm gonna probably use that for, cause we only, I think we have two Balance of Nature reads this week and that's it.
And one is on the Thursday third hour and one is on the Friday first hour.
So I'm not going to have the new read for, so I should be using, uh, using the pre-recorded anyway.
So I would need it.
Which works out, because they want it to.
Oh, I still owe you for pizza.
Uh, yes.
Panetta, back on Fox News again.
Pathetic.
Why the heck is he on?
I swear, he gets older every time he comes back on.
Oh my goodness.
We've got American financing and relief here.
Okay.
Okay.
70 seconds.
Oh, do not send that audio.
I know I didn't.
Right because it was we need we need to do we need to do that whole thing again on Friday.
Okay, one minute.
What do you want me to tell him?
I'll deal with her.
Directly.
Who put that request in?
Russ.
Russ.
Okay.
40 seconds.
Coming in with anything?
Thank you.
No.
Okay.
No.
Okay.
Okay.
30 seconds. 20 seconds.
Yep.

But he has been able to reach the minority of voters in California who embrace his white supremacist worldview.
And he's co-opted this line by my fellow columnist from the headline calling him the blackface of white supremacy.
But he refuses to engage with the actual substance of our reporting, the idea that his views I still haven't worked out what we should call him, whether it's JJ John Jr.
or just Hey You Over There.
who he repeatedly quoted in early writings, that he plans to reverse all of the state's progress on immigrant rights and racial justice, and that he poses a very real threat to communities of color for all of the reasons that we've reported in the past. - We've got a new guy on the team.
I still haven't worked out what we should call him, whether it's JJ, John Jr., or just, "Hey, you over there." What do you prefer? - I think John Jr. - Really?
is going well.
I like it.
I like it.
Okay, sold.
That is Carving Stone.
John Jr.
is the newest guy here.
You can add a fresh perspective to the team here at America First.
Please, can you assist me?
How is a black man a white supremacist?
Just walk me through it.
If there's some kind of millennial thing that I'm missing here, can you help me out?
If anything really got through to me in my college experience is that as long as someone who is black is parroting whatever the Democratic Party wants them to say, Then they're black.
Then they're black.
However, if you put anything even remotely in the contrary, right, you say something that may or may not be something that you value, you want to espouse, maybe even things you observe in your community.
If you disagree with the Democrats?
Anything!
Anything that would even come close to disagreeing with Democrats that they feel they can peg you on.
Bang.
White supremacist.
White supremacist.
Bang.
Okay, thank you.
That's very helpful.
I appreciate that.
That candor is very, very helpful.
Let's go to your call.
Thank you.
John Jr.
It is now official.
8-5-5.
Sorry, what am I talking about?
8-3-3.
What is he doing?
Am I doing an ad?
No.
8-3-3-3-3-3 Gorka is the number.
8-3-3-3-3-4-6-7-5-2.
Let's go to Annabelle, California.
Line 5.
Welcome, Annabelle.
Hi.
It's so great to talk to you, Dr. Gorka.
I'll be really, really fast.
When, even when, when Joe was running against our fabulous president, and people would ask me, but more recently, people would say, well, you're in Silicon Valley, Annabelle, what about Joe Biden?
What's the deal?
And I've always said this going way back, and I will reiterate it before I make my second point really, really fast.
All I say to him, don't worry about sleepy Joe, whatever dementia, his intention is intact.
He is a I don't want to feel sorry for him because his intentions are bad.
If he was senile and he said, oh, I'm sorry, I'm destroying America, then maybe, but he's not sorry.
That's exactly right.
I don't want to feel sorry for him because his intentions are bad.
Exactly.
And they're intact.
He knows what he's doing.
If he was senile and he said, oh, I'm sorry I'm destroying America, then maybe.
But he's not sorry.
That's exactly right.
I tell you, listening to you, thank God for you.
Now, the second thing I want to make is this shut down.
We all know this, but I'm just going to use a little evidence, which you know, this is nothing, nothing dramatic.
I called a friend of mine at Facebook.
I said, look, why don't you take down Farrakhan's post?
It's been up there for months.
It's his post that it's COVID.
The vaccination is white man's poison to kill blacks.
Now, if that isn't anti-vax for heaven's sake.
But no, they're not going to be.
This COVID thing has nothing to do with COVID.
Maybe in Vietnam that that caller referred to, but here it is strictly.
to get rid of, to shut down Republicans.
This is a new moment of clarity.
We're seeing this in the last few days, that if you target people who are leery of the vaccine, who've had the COVID, don't want to take the vaccine, you're targeting conservatives.
It's just another way.
You know, it's instead of the red hat, this is another way to box out, to get rid of their credit cards, to make sure they can't travel universally.
You're absolutely right.
Stay on the line, Annabel.
Let's send Annabel some swags.
You can choose a hat, a shirt, whatever it is.
Great call.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

He's a former SecDef.
Yeah, right.
Oh, yeah, no, it really is.
What's the deal with the camera?
Oh, that's an option on Skype.
Yeah, it's really poorly... That's actually, like, an effect.
I know, it's a fake.
It's a fake focus.
Fake blur, yeah.
Fake focus.
But yeah, oh my goodness.
Doddery old man.
Strange, strange.
I've, uh, I've continued to use my, uh, relief factor daily.
Good.
And I'm off all my pain medication already.
See?
We'll talk about that on that.
Give me, give me, give me line five.
Mic's are on.
Boom.
Ah, yes.
Who's this?
Hi, this is Alan.
Is it Sebastian?
Yes.
What's your question, Alan?
Um, if, uh, if the president, if president Trump, um, worked so hard and did such a great job with Developing the vaccine.
Why is it that you're not pushing for it, for people to get the vaccine?
Because there should be a choice.
I believe in my body, my choice.
Don't you?
Are you a fascist?
Do you also believe in women having a choice?
Are you a fascist?
Do you believe in my body, my choice?
I do.
Do you believe women should have the choice to have an abortion?
If you believe in my body than my choice, why did you call in, Alan?
Well, do you have... Alan, answer the question!
Why does it apply to killing children in the womb but not vaccines, Alan?
Well, let's... Goodbye, Alan.
You're a cretin.
Goodbye.
um we had that what was that really good you want to play the charlie kirk cut at some point cool oh yeah how long is charlie kirk 51 seconds yes um what have we got here we got anything coming in it's d we do not okay um yeah i'll tee it up and then we'll come in with that audio cut all right okay it's audio right yeah charlie kirk is It's video?
Yes, it's a video.
Yeah, I saw you crossing your legs there.
You can't be in pain there.
No.
Relief actor must be like... Honestly, it's crazy.
Everyone expects me to be in so much more pain than I am, and I'm like, oh, well, you know.
Third day after my knee surgery, I like enough of these.
I didn't want them.
They're not good.
Not good?
Seriously, that's stuff they give you?
It's not good.
They cloud your mind.
They get you addicted to them.
23 seconds and...
Come on in.
Did you say come in with the video?
No, no, no.
See it up.
Sorry.
Okay.
No.
Copy that.
Okay.
Ten seconds.
Stand by.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
We had a snowflake call in and I took the call in the break.
Alan, why are you against vaccines?
Donald Trump made them!
He's such a sophisticated thinker, isn't he?
I'm not against them, you cretin!
I said it shouldn't be a fascistic mandate!
He didn't tell everybody, take the vaccine.
He developed them so you could choose.
My body, my choice.
Remember that?
You guys love that phrase, don't you?
But I guess not, if it applies to vaccines.
Gonna play an amazing montage for you.
This is a montage of just Democrats, including...
The Vice President saying, oh, no, no, don't take the vaccine.
Oh, Donald Trump made that.
Just a little reminder of just how cynical, just how propagandistic the whole bloody Democrat Party has become.
Cut nine.
I think it's going to be a very skeptical American public about taking the vaccine, and they should be.
We can't trust the president and take his word and take a vaccine that might cause harm to us.
If and when the vaccine comes, it's not likely to go through all the tests and trials that are needed to be done.
Let's just say there's a vaccine that is approved and even distributed before the election.
Would you get it?
Well, I think that's going to be an issue for all of us.
When we finally do, God willing, get a vaccine, who's going to take the shot?
Who's going to take the shot?
We will need to have access to the vaccine results so we can make our independent assessment to make sure that Donald Trump's fingerprints are not on it.
You're going to be the first one to say, put me, sign me up.
They now say it's OK.
Is the vaccine safe?
Frankly, I'm not going to trust the federal government's opinion.
And I wouldn't recommend to New Yorkers based on the federal government's opinion.
And the question of whether it's real when it's there, that requires enormous transparency.
Would you trust that vaccine?
There's very little that we can trust that comes out of Donald Trump's mouth.
We cannot take for granted this process will be free of political influence.
I don't trust the president, and I don't trust the FDA.
If Donald Trump can't give answers and the administration can't give answers to these three questions, the American people should not have confidence.
You're going to say to the American people now, here's a vaccine, it was new, it was done quickly, but trust this federal administration and their health administration that it's safe?
From Cuomo to Kamala to Biden.
No, don't take the vaccine.
Can't trust the Feds.
Don't take the vaccine.
They made it.
Trump made it in his basement.
Don't take the vaccine.
Mr. G, you there?
I am.
Isn't it funny to see Cuomo?
Is it funny to see Cuomo?
Do you miss him yet?
It's like I've completely forgotten him.
I mean, it's just like he disappeared from my mind.
It's only been a couple weeks.
Don't worry.
He'll be rerunning soon.
I knew you'd say that.
I knew.
I had to ask you because I knew you'd say, oh, he'll be back.
But for the time being, isn't it nice?
For a little bit, yeah.
It's so cynical.
He's the guy that keeps us all sane.
He's the guy that keeps us all sane.
Okay, I'm Sebastian Gawker.

I took them to California for our hosts.
Yes, you guessed it.
It's the t-shirt we made for President Trump coming on the show from his rally.
That famous phrase, if you're woke, you're a loser.
I wore mine today.
It felt really cool.
You got to get yours.
Go to SebGorkaStore.com.
That's SebGorkaStore.com and From our event yesterday in California, with Mark Levin, with Dennis Prager, with Larry Elder, with Jennifer Horne and Grant Stinchfield, here's Charlie Kirk.
He was in fighting fettle and it was a sight to behold.
Play cut!
There's only one last reserve to save the country, and that's the states, which is why a pet project of mine is calling out governors and attorney generals by name to try to directly confront the federal government in ways that are unprecedented that will cause a constitutional crisis intentionally.
I'll give you an example.
The day that Joe Biden issued the OSHA order or the CDC order, the governor of North Dakota and South Dakota, Oklahoma and Texas, Louisiana, he's a Democrat, should have said, OK, you're all of a sudden going to act as if we're in a post-constitutional state.
We're building the Keystone XL pipeline.
We're sending the workers back tomorrow.
Go send the troops and try to go.
Let's look at the optics of federal agents coming in and arresting a bunch of middle class hard hat wearing guys going to work in a pipeline.
Come on, go try and arrest them.
We need to provoke them to actually, they will blink everybody.
They will blink. - I love it.
They started the assault on the constitution.
They have to be forced to blink.
Let's re-instigate, let's re-initiate the exile pipeline and force them to send feds to arrest American workers because they will blink.
Question is, is there any governor with the guts to do it?
I think I know the answer to that question.
Maria, Los Angeles, line four.
Welcome to America First, Maria.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
That was a perfect setup.
Amazing.
With these unconstitutional mandates from our governor, I'm here in California, in Grinnell Hills, from our president, these are completely violating our rights.
These are unconstitutional.
Why should we follow?
Why shouldn't we, as conscientious objectors, refuse?
I'm a healthcare professional.
Why don't healthcare professionals do it?
So hang on, tell me, because we're seeing some fascinating videos from across the country of healthcare professionals who are saying, no, I'm not going to do it.
What's happening where you are?
Is there any organic resistance at the moment?
I am not sure.
I know there's organic resistance from the LAFD, from the LAPD.
Yes.
I am hoping, I'm going to a meeting tonight.
Over at Godspeak, and I'm hoping there's going to be a position there presenting maybe there is some organization.
What is Godspeak?
Oh it is a church here in Ventura County and the pastor is well known for his resistance and standing up for constitutional rights.
I have to tell you we were surrounded by cops.
It was amazing.
Big security detail because Larry was there and you know all of us and you know the crazies are out there.
We had the whole SWAT team from the local municipality and the deputy chief came up to me and he said Tuesday We have to have an all-hands meeting with all our cops.
And I tell you, we do not want to be forced to take this experimental vaccine.
So Maria, something big is happening.
If the cops get together, the nurses get together, the physician's assistants, we can take back this country.
God bless you, Maria.
Thanks for calling.
One more thing.
Quick!
Okay, one more thing.
We all have to organize.
The schools, everybody.
We all have to organize.
And stop asking me.
Everybody, stop DMing me and saying, uh, what can we do?
Look in the mirror!
Get organized!
That's it!
I'm out of time, Maria!
That's it!

Never.
Never in my life.
And he's on the Foreign Affairs Committee.
I want to say Pennsylvania, but... Yes, he is.
But it's like... Like, I've heard the name.
Who are these oxygen thieves?
Seriously?
Well, there's about 400 of them, because there's only about 30 noteworthy members of the whole thing.
Look at this guy.
Seriously, why are you there?
I've never seen you before.
You're on one of the most important committees in the world, and we've never seen you.
It looked like Biden just sort of threw people at committees.
He threw people at appointments and places.
Nancy.
Yeah, Nancy Pelosi did.
But it seems like they just throw people places.
Yeah, why is he remote?
They don't actually care whether or not people have any aptitude for the subject they're in.
Oh no!
Rashida Tlaib?
They say, oh, we just need someone here.
No, not Rashida Tlaib.
Ilhan Omar, her brother.
And then left her brother for her, uh, consultant.
Yep.
Who's tomorrow?
Um... Buzzkirk.
Jenna Ellis.
Nice.
Black.
Black.
And Buzzkirk.
Oh, and Kirk.
Oh, good.
Did he confirm?
Buzzkirk and Kirk.
Yeah.
Good.
Excellent.
Tale of two Kirks.
Ugh.
Um, do, can, I don't know if it's gonna work, but for tomorrow, can you do a slightly shorter cut of that video that I can use to tee him up?
Yeah.
I don't know if you can do the front end.
Alright, we have 20 seconds as of now.
And anything else, or are we good to go?
End of final segment.
We are good.
All right, stand by.
On the side of the U.S. Constitution, US Constitution, America first.
Welcome back, dear friends.

Thank you.
I wanted to call in and ask, as a person that served in the Marine Corps for a little while, we talked about the DOD Act back in 1958, I believe it was, where the Department of the Joint Chiefs was set up and the Secretary of Defense was instated.
And I wanted to get your thoughts on whether removing that layer of civilian leadership And going back to the generals reporting to the president would help to clean up the DOD.
It's a fascinating question.
Thank you for your service in the call, Ben.
It's a weird system we have here.
In most other countries, the chairman of the chart equivalent is actually a commander.
He's not the chief military advisor to the head of state with no command function.
I don't know why we have that.
I don't know why our most senior military official in a uniform isn't an actual commander.
He's just some kind of advisor.
I don't like it.
Thanks for taking my call, Dr. G. I've been disappointed by people in the media, other politicians.
They keep charting all of Biden's errors.
I think this is all conscious.
some America First gear or a book or whatever he would prefer.
Dave, Arizona, line two.
Thanks for taking my call, Dr. G. Sure.
I've been disappointed by people in the media, other politicians.
They keep charting all of Biden's errors.
I think this is all conscious.
It's part of Operation Chaos, which has continued since the first impeachment.
No, it's not conscious.
Are you serious?
The guy can't even walk normally.
You think him falling up the stairs three times is a plan, Dave?
Seriously?
I do.
I think seriously.
Dave, thank you.
Goodbye.
Goodbye.
You think him falling in front of cameras is a... No, bye-bye.
No, seriously.
Remove tinfoil hat.
Let's go to our buddy JR, line one.
Hey, Dr. G. Hey.
Hey, OK, so just a couple quick things before I get to my point.
I ordered bi-pillow slippers for my daughter this morning.
I just paid my first Patriot Mobile bill.
I just mentioned your name at Patriot Mobile.
They treated me very well.
I should hope so.
One thing I failed to mention, JR, you've got to order a size bigger for the slippers because that sheepskin lining is pretty thick.
Oh.
Thanks for the heads up.
I have time to change it.
My favorite thing I did today was I put my 1911 of yours on hold today and I can't wait.
thing I did today was I put my 1911 of yours on hold today and I can't wait.
I'm not kidding.
JR, you're a champion.
Stay on the line.
He gets to choose whatever he wants from the merch store as well.
He's got his 1911 coming!
He's got it on hold.

One-on-one, where we get to talk to our good friends on the big issues of the day, but to get to the heart of them.
We have time to dig deeper, not just some legacy media quick media hit.
No, this is diving to the heart of the issue.
And this day is a very special one.
A friend of mine for many, many years.
I dread to think how long I've known this man.
He is a staunch supporter of our radio show, comes in the studio every Friday afternoon to talk national security and foreign affairs.
He is the vice president of the Heritage Foundation, Jim Carafano.
Welcome to America First, one-on-one.
Hey, it's great.
It's a real honor to be with you.
Like you said, we've known each other forever, but I've been such a fan of what you've done with the show.
And especially now, as you know, I think talk radio is the only forum in America where we have this uncensored opportunity to really unpack things in a way that you just you can't do online and social media.
You can't do it in many of the mainstream media.
And this is maybe the only forum that Americans have where they can really connect across the country.
And I just think it's more important than ever.
And to see you part of this great team of conservative broadcasters that are out there, it's just You know, I'm just honored to know you and appreciate what you're doing, because it's never been more important.
Well, look, let me return the compliment, the idea that in D.C., of all places, we get somebody who knows what he's talking about to come in studio on a Friday afternoon.
That is a mark that should get a medal in and of itself, because Friday afternoon in D.C., that's like a ghost town.
So God bless you, Jim.
And I have to say this, because I've noticed this in the last few weeks and months.
Nobody else does this, but Jim Carufano.
Every week, a couple of times, he's going to tweet out, follow him at JJ Carufano, these are the people you should listen to.
And he'll tell you, this show, you know, whether it's Jersey Joe, Joe Piscopo in New York, or whether it's one of our other buddies.
And he gives you a guide to, hey guys, if you're really interested in this stuff, listen to these people and follow them.
So God bless you, Jim, for all the support you give, not just me, but everybody who's trying to get a little bit more serious about these issues.
Go ahead.
No, I was going to say, and it was never more important than, you know, the kind of the height of the Afghanistan chaos, when a lot of people were actually trying to coordinate with other people to save lives.
And there was this cadre of people that were just doing an incredible thing.
And it was you and Laura Logan, who's just been unbelievable, and our good friend Sarah Carter and Molly Hemingway and Tammy Bruce and KT McFarlane and both Both on social media that a lot of people saw, and what a lot of people didn't saw was behind the scenes and phone calls and emails, just frantically sharing real information and trying to save lives.
And just to watch you guys in action was really awesome and super gratifying to just even have the privilege of knowing you guys.
Well, look, two people we've had on the show already who are actually flying people out of Afghanistan, Americans, SIVs.
You know, you have to do something.
When you find out a buddy of yours, a former Air Force guy, is actually flying people out who have been left there, you've got to bang a drum and you've got to bang it loud.
Okay, let's get to you.
Let's talk about you.
We're not going to be interrupted.
We're going to get to know you.
We're going to talk the big issues of the day, Afghanistan et al.
For those who've just been sent this link to this new podcast one-on-one, somebody who's just tuned in to the radio show, let's start with who is Jim Carrafano?
Where did you come from?
Where's your family from?
And what did you do in service of this country?
And then how did you end up at the conservative mothership that is the Heritage Foundation?
Yeah, actually, I think I'm pretty typical.
There is so much serendipity here.
I graduated from West Point.
I was in the military for 25 years.
Like much of my family, we're just enamored with the idea of public service.
We're nurses, doctors, teachers, firemen, military service.
Your dad was a cop, right Jim?
My dad was a Korean war veteran.
He wore an 11-year uniform and had 18 months of combat time in Korea, came back, got out, became a cop, and did 20 years as a policeman in New York.
I don't know if I ever told you this, but my mom was actually a Korean War veteran.
When my dad joined the Army, they weren't married yet, but when my dad joined the Army, while she was waiting for him, she joined the WACs.
Which was the Women's Army Corps back then, and she got as far as Fort Dix, New Jersey, where she had the honor of being the batboy on the Fort Dix baseball team, and she was on the swim team.
And I always thought she made this stuff up, but the Fort Dix baseball team, at the height of the Korean War, had almost every all-star from the for the Major League Baseball League, because a lot of them got drafted and they wound up just playing baseball for the Army.
And when we were the Cub Scouts, we went down to Shea Stadium, a place where the Mets used to play.
And she looked on the roster and she goes, Harvey Haddix, who was like a really super famous pitcher for the Detroit Tigers, and he was the Detroit Tigers.
He was the pitching coach.
She goes, "I know Harvey Haddix." And she dragged us down to the bullpen and she's screaming over the fence.
She goes, Harvey!
And he turns around and goes, Amy!
So, and then my mom was also a cop for a number of years.
So yeah, this is, this is our family.
I did 25 years in Germany, stationed all over the world and really was in Washington, DC.
It was my farewell kind of, Deal.
And I was editing a journal called Joint Force Quarterly.
I was at the National Defense University, which may have actually been where we first met.
And it was a journal that Colin Powell started when he was chairman.
And, you know, I knew I was going to retire from that.
And when I decided to retire, I went at a small defense think tank.
And I didn't know what I wanted to do when I grew up.
And I just started looking around for stuff to pay the bills while I figured out what I was going to do.
While I was there, I actually got a call from a guy, a friend of ours, a guy who was at Heritage, who was also in the Army, a guy named Larry Wurtzel.
Larry called me up one day and said, Hey, Jim, I just saw you on TV.
So I thought you were great.
So I didn't even know you were retiring.
And so that's how I wound up at Heritage.
And we're going on 20 years.
And when was that?
When did you go to Heritage?
How long ago was that, Jim?
That was, that was, would have been, so I retired in 2002.
So that would have been right around 2000, 2003.
And, uh, it's, it's been, and as you know, it's a great team.
I probably have about 40, 50 analysts that work for me.
Many of them have been with me, with me for 10 years.
Some of them have been there even longer than I have.
And it's a, it's a, it's a, a team that you would appreciate, right?
Because what we look for is people that have obviously academic credentials, right?
So I have a PhD, big deal, but people that have real world experience have gone out into the world and done things.
So when you're working on these policy recommendations, yeah, they're grounded in data and research and all that, but they'll work in the real world.
And that's why, for example, on my defense team, all of my senior defense guys are retired military guys who had real operational experience in the US Army.
former intelligence guys, people with private sector experience that do our economic work.
So I think it's so important to have people who are grounded and to keep a team together.
I mean, as you know, a lot of Washington is, well, when can I punch my next ticket?
And, you know, it's, you know, when you look at like a Super Bowl team or like the Patriots, you know, that win consecutive Super Bowls over and over again, What's the magic?
Well, they get a great team, they keep them together, and then they just get better and better over time.
So it's a great team heritage.
I don't know if folks really understand what think tanks do.
And, you know, basically we try to turn ideas into action.
So we try to figure out what would make America more free, more safe, more prosperous.
And then how do we convince people, whether it's a government or a state and local government, Or a thought leader, or another country for that matter, or a foreign government.
How do we convince them that these are the right ideas?
And then we think of ways that we do that.
Sometimes it's in small meetings, sometimes it's by publishing research, sometimes it's by going on radio shows.
But it's always with a purpose, and the purpose is, what can we do that's good for Americans?
And so it's super gratifying.
Just like being in the military, you feel like you're serving your country.
And I just keep doing this because, honestly, it's all I've ever done in my adult life.
It's the only job that gives me love and satisfaction, is feeling like I'm making a better place for everybody.
And now that I'm a grandfather of three months, I feel this special drive to really want this country to be the best place in the world to live.
Yeah, and it's come out clearly, the emotion and your contributions to America First and the radio show over the months, especially in the last eight months.
You know, I've seen in you, Jim.
I've known you for decades.
I don't know if we met at National Defense University when I was teaching there.
I think we actually met before I ended up in the United States.
So God bless you, Jim.
We're going to talk about all of these issues.
And it's worth it for me.
I've already learned stuff about Jim that I haven't known for the last 20 years, like his mom was a cop as well.
So first things first, congratulations officially in front of our millions of listeners and viewers on becoming a grandfather.
We're talking to the vice president of the Heritage Foundation, the conservative mothership joined today.
Seriously, join todayheritage.org.
You won't regret it.
Okay, Jim, let's get down to business.
I could talk about strategy and national security for hours and for days.
You know that.
This is what I've lived for for so long, and this is what I did in White House and for the DOD for, well, a long time.
The End
Thank you.
Here we have a cut from the person who currently bears the title of Commander-in-Chief.
This was Joe Biden about, what was it, two weeks ago?
Play cut.
I give my word with all of my heart.
I believe this is the right decision, a wise decision, and the best decision for America.
He's talking about the withdrawal from Kabul, the surrender of Afghanistan that President Trump on our show called literally a surrender.
You called it a retreat in a famous tweet I retweeted where you said, you know, when you leave the battle space after contact with the enemy, that's not a withdrawal, that's a retreat.
Please react to the current incumbent's description of his decision as the best decision, the right decision, Jim.
You know, I think that the key phrase that he said, this was a wise decision.
So this is the President of the United States basically telling everybody else how smart he is.
And of course, the reality is, is if somebody had made a smart, wise, compassionate decision, people would know that.
And you wouldn't have to say that.
When FDR made the famous Day of Infamy speech, He didn't stand up and the first thing he said is, you people know how right I am in doing this.
When Ronald Reagan made some of his most iconic and famous speeches, he actually never even mentioned Ronald Reagan.
He didn't talk about what I did.
He talked about what the boys at Pointe du Hoc did.
He talked about what the American people did.
It was never about Ronald Reagan.
So there's something that's consistent.
Whether you're talking about border security or inflation, response to COVID, and in the Afghanistan, which are very Obama-like and not surprising.
And the responses are really designed to protect their decision, to provide them political cover.
It's not about responding to the crisis.
It's about protecting their image as a leader.
And I think I understand why this is.
And it's by contrasting with one of our favorite presidents, Donald Trump.
Or you could talk about Dwight Eisenhower or even Ronald Reagan.
And that is, as a contrast, if you look at somebody like Trump, who may not have had a career as a general or diplomat, but his entire adult life, Donald Trump was responsible for the consequences of his decisions.
He was running companies.
If things got wrong, people didn't get paid, buildings collapsed, you know, and he would go to bed every night knowing that when he woke up in the morning, he would have to live with the consequences of that.
And, and when you do that, when your entire life is living with the consequences of the decision, one is you learn to become a better decision maker.
And the other one is, is you understand the gravity of what you're doing and the importance of owning the decisions that you make and taking responsibility for them.
You know, in contrast, people like Obama and Biden never had that kind of training.
Obama was a community organizer.
Biden has spent 40 years in politics.
I mean, virtually he has no other career, and he has never been responsible for the decisions that he made.
And they're unprepared for that.
Look, anybody can be responsible for a decision when things turn out okay, but when things turn out wrong, and it's very clear it's your responsibility they turned out wrong, A real decision-maker knows how to deal with that.
I'll give you an example.
Probably the best one is Eisenhower.
They went to Dwight Eisenhower at the end of May, and they said, the weather is not right for the invasion of Normandy.
We have people on ships.
Everybody's singing.
And Eisenhower said, OK, we're not going to go.
He couldn't just say, all right, well, let's just do it anyway.
He said, nope, we're not going to go.
And then on June 6, they came and they said, we think we have 24 hours of good weather.
You can get the guys on the beach.
This might work.
And Eisenhower said, we're going to go.
And then he went back to his office and he took out a piece of paper and he wrote an apology.
He said that this invasion has failed.
People have died.
I made the decision.
It's my fault.
I was wrong.
Just in case.
He folded that piece of paper and put it in his pocket, right?
Because if Normandy had failed, he was going to take responsibility for that.
People like Joe Biden have never had to do that in their life.
They don't know how to do that.
And honestly, their response, once they are in a position of power and in making these big monumental decisions, where they really don't weigh the gravity and the responsibility of what they have, is when things go wrong, is they just go all Bart Simpson, right?
Not my fault.
I didn't do it.
I wouldn't merit it.
I mean, Obama did that for eight years.
Benghazi wasn't his fault.
ISIS wasn't his fault.
Nothing was his fault.
And Biden does the same thing.
And this is what's, I think, the greatest danger.
They're about defending their politics.
They're not about solving the problem.
And here, from our perspective, this is so clearly apparent to our enemies.
They know that these are feckless, cowardly leaders.
They know how to exploit that.
And so this gravy train For the bad guys, it's not over by a long shot.
You actually read my mind.
That was going to be my next question.
So talk to us about what the withdrawal, the retreat, the surrender of Afghanistan, how that is filed in Tehran, in Moscow, in Pyongyang, in Beijing.
How do they look at the last eight months?
Not politics, but policy, Jim.
How do our enemies look at that balance sheet?
Well, reflexively the U.S.
position is to disengage.
You know, walk away.
And there's both, there's a domestic political reason for that.
In addition to being like the guy, I don't want to get in fights in the schoolyard, right?
I want to be the kid that goes and cowers by the door, right?
Because then nobody will pick on me.
And of course, what do the bullies do?
They go find the guy that's cowering in the corner of the schoolyard and that's the guy they pick on.
But in addition to that, for them it's all about domestic politics and the consolidation of domestic political power.
and dealing with foreign policy and these things are a distraction.
And so they would rather just disengage.
And if they can't disengage, because they turn their back on the enemy and they get stabbed, their notion is to accommodate, enable, empower, buy them up, And this is such like a politician community organizer response, right?
You go in a community and you're loved in the community because like, here's some free school lunches, you know, here's jobs for all your cousins, right?
You buy friendship.
And that's what they try.
That's what politicians, look, I'll put, I'll put, I'll put a writer in the bill for you, right?
They buy friendships and they think they can do that with their enemies.
So our enemies can sense weakness.
And I think that just means there are more and more troubles ahead, and not just from the Taliban, but from North Korea and China and Russia and Iran.
I want not only to recognize Jim today, but also somebody else who supports the values that the Heritage Foundation supports.
A man we call America's Mayor.
He's under attack.
They want to cancel him.
They want to bankrupt him.
They want to strip him of his law licenses as a personal favor to me.
Would you please support Mayor Rudy Giuliani?
It's RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
Send some support to the man that bought New York back from the brink in the 1980s and got it back up on its feet after 9-11.
Please support Rudy Giuliani today.
That's Rudy Giuliani, freedomfund.com.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you. - As a West Point graduate, as somebody who served the nation in and out of uniform for decades, will you talk to us about what has happened, in your estimation, to the officer corps in America?
And as somebody who's worked with every service for years, I'm not interested in people below the rank of captain or major.
I'm talking about one star and above and the fact that to this day we haven't seen a slew of resignations or firings for what happened in Afghanistan or with regards to the southern border amongst the Department of Homeland Security.
So where are we as a nation when it comes to what does West Point call it?
The issue of honor, honor violations.
Look, I think there's no question that this generation of senior leaders has failed us.
I've written about this.
We've talked about this on your show.
And I'll give you a perfect example of this.
And you'll appreciate this because I'm sure you've read this.
And we've all read, for example, about George Marshall and other leaders and how you're bound to follow lawful orders.
But when you see things that are wrong and stupid, There's a way to follow the order, respect your boss, and still make the point and let them know that they're making a bad decision.
And if they make that decision, they own it.
In contrast, our good friend H.R.
McMaster, who wrote a tremendous book about the generals, just never told Johnson the truth about Vietnam because he just didn't want to hear it.
And they never found a way to tell him the truth.
And they were just as culpable as he was.
Ironically, H.R.
was just fired by Biden from the advisory board at the Academy at West Point, which is kind of funny because... He's going to be recognized by West Point with the highest, you know, recognition of honor this weekend.
Right.
It's going to be named the Distinguished Graduate, which people like MacArthur and Colin Powell get.
So that's pretty bad.
So here's how this could have gone down if we had leaders of integrity.
When the president said, We have to withdraw.
You have 2,500 troops on the ground.
You withdraw with the troops you have.
I don't want to risk more casualties.
I don't want to see a Black Hawk down moment or something like that.
I don't want to- Close Bagram.
Can't talk to the allies.
Can't coordinate with the Afghans.
Can't let them do anything.
Just take those 2,500 and get out, right?
And yeah, they had to leave Bagram because they didn't have enough troops to cover Bagram, the Kabul airport and the embassy, right?
So here's what could have happened.
In a public setting, with other witnesses, on the record, with the note taker, they could have looked the president in the eye and said, Mr. President, you have given us a lawful order and we will execute that order.
But I want you to understand that if we execute the order that you just gave us, we will fail.
We will very likely put our soldiers in serious danger.
We won't get all the hostages out.
We'll be at the mercy of the Taliban.
And this could look really bad.
Having explained the consequences of the order you just gave us, do you still want us to execute that order?
Now, most presidents in a setting like that would blink and say, um, let's talk about it, right?
Yeah.
Here's, here's what I'm, I don't know this, but here's what I suspect would happen.
President says, you have 2,500 troops, make it work.
And they said, Oh yeah, Mr. President, we'll do the best I can.
And then the president goes out and said, well, the military agreed with me.
That is an unbelievable violation of your responsibility to the service, to the nation, and actually to the president.
They could have saved Joe Biden from himself.
As I would say, and you know this, because there are times when people went to Donald Trump and they said, Mr. President, we'll do this because you're the boss, but we want you to understand, If we do this, this is what is going to happen.
And he would say, if what I just ordered hurt American interests, or put my troops at risk, or wasn't in the best interest of Americans, you know what, guys?
I won't do that.
I remember a very senior person, whose name I won't mention, in a setting that I won't mention, was asked a question, what are you most proud of?
And their response was, we kept the president from doing some pretty stupid things.
And my response to that was, you know what?
Oh, good for you that you were honest with the president and you told him.
But you know what?
What does that say about the character of the man that you work for?
That a subordinate looked him in the eye and said, what you're doing is wrong and explains to him how it is wrong.
And the president says, okay, you're right.
I'm wrong.
I agree with you.
I think it says more about the president that does about the Yahoo that said that.
Absolutely.
Finish your thought.
No, because you asked about real leadership and I was going to give you a really good contrasting example that fits in nice.
We've just been through the 9-11 weekend and the 20th anniversary and when people say about leadership, somebody that we both know and I've told some stories about because he was there on 9-11 was Steve Bucci, my West Point classmate.
My buddy who worked with me at Heritage, who was Donald Rumsfeld's military aide when he was Secretary of Defense and was there on 9-11.
I don't think I've ever told you the story about Mrs. Bucci.
No.
Steve's wife is a nurse, which is a good career to have with an Army guy because you just follow him around, right?
So when Steve got the job at the Pentagon working for Rumsfeld, She went down to the Pentagon Clinic, because you should know there's a medical clinic in the Pentagon where people can go for like bumps and bruises and stuff, to interview for a job.
Her scheduled interview was on the morning of September 11th, 2001.
Wow.
While she was in the clinic, the airplane hit the building.
And even though she was not an employee of anybody, she spent the entire day being a triage nurse in the Pentagon.
The End
Thank you.
The End We're talking to Jim Carafano, Vice President of the Heritage Foundation.
Follow him at jjcarafano and please join the Heritage Foundation today, heritage.org, under the able leadership, the stellar leadership of Kay Coles-James.
For the time being, we're very sad to hear the announcement that she will be leaving.
She's done amazing things there, very much in the spirit of Heritage's founder, Ed Fulner, and it was fabulous to see both of them.
on the presidential transition team before the transfer of power in 2016.
You will be missed at Heritage, but I think we'll see Kay back again in one form or another.
Jim, let's talk about the big picture.
You've actually not only taught about Homeland Security, With me at National Defence University.
You wrote the book, literally.
You wrote the textbook on Homeland Security.
Give us the overview.
This is the 20th anniversary of the biggest terror attack in the modern age.
The southern border is open.
The Taliban is stronger than they've ever been.
AQ, ISIS flooding back into that country.
You are the premier expert.
How much more in danger is America or Western civilization 20 years later after 9-11?
Well, first of all, and I don't mean that I'm not fear-mongering and I'm not partisan.
I don't wish our president or his policies at all.
I believe We are in far graver danger now on the 20th anniversary than we were on the original anniversary.
And let me explain why.
And I know people would say like, what the hell we've been doing for 20 years.
And the answer is, is what we've been doing for 20 years is there hasn't been another 9-11.
I mean, there've been other terrorist attacks and stuff, and it's not for lack of trying.
I mean, they wanted to do another one, but for 20 years under Republican and Democratic presidents, Transnational terrorism is the easiest business to get into.
I mean, you're just killing innocent people.
How hard is that?
I mean, anybody can be a terrorist, right?
It's supposed to be the first of a series of attacks.
I like it too.
Look, transnational terrorism is the easiest business to get into.
I mean, you're just killing innocent people.
How hard is that?
I mean, anybody can be a terrorist, right?
All you need is a couple of people and a place to be left alone so you can organize in secret, and then you can go out and kill all kinds of people. - Right, we're box cutters.
With box cutters and plane tickets.
It's an easy business to get into.
I liken it to why it didn't happen.
It's like flossing your teeth.
Every day you go in and you floss your teeth, you take out the bacteria, your teeth don't rot.
Or think of a forest fire.
You put out the fire and then you stick around and you make sure that the ashes don't flare up again and the fire doesn't end up.
So it's not like a traditional military campaign where you plant a flag and it's over.
It's an action of protecting modern society, which is actually incredibly vulnerable to terrorism, from this by consistently going out and dismantling the terrorist networks, much in the way that the farmer weeds the fields so that we never overrun the fields.
And we did that for 20 years and it was dramatically successful.
Today, we just learn what happens when you do it.
Talk about the situation today and especially your expertise when it comes to homeland security in the southern border, Jim.
Absolutely.
Because what Biden did is basically, it's like the guy that took his heart pills for 20 years and then stopped taking the heart pills and didn't understand why he got a heart attack.
Biden essentially stopped caring.
And what you have in Afghanistan is you will have another 9-11 and it will be planned out of Afghanistan.
And they will insist that the world know that it was planned from Afghanistan.
Because that is the only way they can make up for their 20-year humiliation, to regain their honor, regain their respect, to be blessed by God, to demonstrate that this is their historic mission.
I guarantee you there are people in Afghanistan today talking about this.
It is going to happen.
And what Biden has done is he's taken away our capacity to really know what's going on there, understand what's going on there, deal with what's going on there.
We know less about what's going on in Afghanistan today than Bill Clinton did when he was lobbing cruise missiles blindly at the country 20 years ago.
The defensive part of that, okay, all I know is that Michael Myers is out of the insane asylum.
I don't know where he is, right?
So how do you defend against that?
Well, Biden has, in the seven months or eight months as president, not only has he abolished our ability to go after the enemy, he's virtually eliminated our ability to defend against the enemy.
We have an open border.
Millions of people are walking across that border.
If they get this $4.5 trillion spending bill with amnesty, tens of millions of people will walk across that border without any inspection, no knowledge of who they are whatsoever.
If I were a terrorist, or I were advising a terrorist, I would say, look, don't try to recruit people here to do your terrorist stuff.
Get caught by the cops.
Get a team.
Give them a modicum of training.
It's not super hard.
Tell them to walk in from Mexico.
Nobody's going to bother.
It's the safest, most covert way to get in the United States.
Well, but Jim, it's not even, it's not even covert.
You're going to be given a plane ticket.
I mean, you're going to be, even if you get caught, you're going to, you're going to be, you're going to be, you know, babysat by Biden's government.
And look, look what happens when you, you, you go to the border, turn yourself into CBP, you tell them, Hey, send me to Cleveland, right?
Once they get you there, what happens?
Well, for eight months, Biden has had Department of Justice and Homeland Security focused on pushing forward Biden's political agenda and not focusing on what they're supposed to be doing, which is going after transnational terrorists.
So they're hounding conservatives and Trump voters.
Remember, if you look at that list of indicators of what a terrorist is, according to the Department of Homeland Security, literally 75 million people in this country would qualify as a terrorist.
Yeah.
So we have the instruments of government that should be laser focused on this, essentially doing political hack work for the administration.
And it's not just affecting our freedom and liberty that we're being hounded by our own government.
We're actually less safe because they're not actually going out and looking for transnational terrorists.
Now, none of this was true in the original 9-11.
On September 2001, Our border was actually more secure than it is today because on September 2001, the Customs and Border Patrol were actually trying to stop people from coming into the country.
They weren't facilitating them coming into the country.
The FBI may not have been, you know, terrorism may not have been their number one job, but, you know, they investigated the first World Trade Center bomb.
They knew that, okay, at least they were looking for terrorists and not Trump supporters.
I do think we're less safe today.
And here's the thing is, is look at the Taliban.
The Taliban would not give up al-Qaeda 20 years ago.
You think they're going to give up al-Qaeda now?
They have a bigger army.
They have more money.
They have more friends.
They control more territory.
They're much stronger today than they were 20 years ago.
And, you know, 20 years ago, they didn't know what kind of president they were facing in George Bush.
They know exactly what kind of president they're facing in Joe Biden, because that's exactly the kind of president they saw in Barack Obama.
That's not the president that's going to go back and fight.
That's why you're a regular guest on our show.
That's why you're Jim Carrafano.
It's just, I mean, just that one observation.
is pure gold.
If they didn't give up Bin Laden 20 years ago, why would they give up anybody from Al-Qaeda today?
Now that they've got $83 billion worth of our weapons, China's on their side.
I mean, that just cuts through all, all the lies and the propaganda.
I mean, that just cuts through that just cuts through all the lies and the propaganda.
I mean, that just cuts through all the lies that just cuts through all the lies and the propaganda.
I mean, that just cuts through all the lies that just cuts through all the lies and the propaganda.
I mean, that just cuts through all the lies that just cuts through all the lies and the propaganda.
I mean, that just cuts through all the lies and the propaganda.
No, no, No, no, I said, the last couple of days I probably did six or seven radio spots in St.
Louis.
I don't know why I'm super popular, but you're syndicated there, so it'd be more St.
Louis-like.
But of course, St.
Louis is one of the cities where one of the 30 Americans that died in the service in Afghanistan was brought home.
And when they were brought home, everybody came out, Democrats, Republicans, liberal, conservative, they lined the street.
They all mourned with that family.
And it was their loss.
It was the city's loss.
It was really, to me, one of the most poignant and touching things I've ever seen in my entire life.
But it's just a reminder about it is our responsibility.
And so we have to take responsibility for these issues.
We have to be willing to talk about them and learn about them.
You know, people listen to Joe Biden, they go, that sounds dumb.
You know, I'm not a four-star.
Well, that's right.
You don't have to be a four-star general.
If you're a person with good confidence, Common sense, you know the difference.
And you have to have the courage to dialogue and discuss, you know, critical race theory.
People go, Oh, you know, I hate this stuff because this is distraught, but I don't want to say anything because people will say I'm a racist.
And what we've seen is all across the country, people say, well, no, you have to have the courage to stand up and say, this is not good for our kids.
And if people call you a racist, what's more important, doing good things for your kids or some guy yelling epitaphs at you or mean things?
So I think Americans, we have to think differently about foreign and national security policy in the age where we live.
People need to think for themselves and they need to talk to other people.
And I don't care what they think.
They can think Afghanistan's bad or good or whatever, but you are responsible for the future of this country.
Your freedom, your livelihood, your paycheck, everything is your responsibility.
And don't be like Joe Biden.
And not live with the consequences of what you did.
People say, well, he didn't win the election.
He didn't win the election in 2016.
A lot of people voted for this guy.
And the guy they picked to be commander in chief is an atrocious coward.
And the irony is, is we all knew that beforehand and we voted him in anyway.
So I, my answer to your question is, It's a beautiful, beautiful close.
I don't know if he planned this, but he brought us full circle.
themselves and talk to their friends and neighbors.
And if they don't do that, then they get the future that they're gonna get. - It's a beautiful, beautiful close.
I don't know if he planned this, but he brought his full circle.
The man who bears the title president currently doesn't take responsibility for his decisions.
It is up to us to take responsibility for America.
God bless you, Jim, for the work you do, for the work that Kay does.
