And so it is
With great sadness that I now criticise one of them.
Thank you.
Because I was never prouder than when I was decorated by the 82nd Airborne after the capture of Moustakala.
It was a huge privilege, a huge privilege to be recognised by such an extraordinary unit in combat.
To see their Commander-in-Chief call into question the courage of men I fought with.
To claim that they ran is shameful.
Those who have never fought for the colours they fly should be careful about criticising those who have.
Those who have never fought for the colors they fly should be very careful when they criticize those who have.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
And that's an individual I know called Lieutenant Colonel Tom Tugendhat.
He is a member of the same regiment I served in.
in the British Territorial Army, the Intelligence Corps.
He's a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan.
But perhaps most shocking of all is what he does today.
He's the chairman of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee in the UK.
And I can't recall when a member, a serving member of the British policy or political elite Publicly said words the likes of which you just heard about an incumbent president of the United States because those comments were addressed to none other than Joe Biden, a man who has criticized
Everybody except himself for the fall of Kabul and the capture of Afghanistan by the fundamentalist Taliban forces that gave succor and aid to al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden when he prepared the attacks on the United States that led to 3,000 dead on that beautiful Tuesday morning with nary a cloud in the sky.
We have, allegedly, a special relationship with our British cousins, yes?
We fought a revolutionary war to rid ourselves of Mad King George.
But since then, we do see each other as long-lost cousins.
We are part of the English-speaking world, and whether it is the special relationship forged
During World War II, between the G.I.s and the Tommies, or whether it was the crucial alliance during the Cold War that helped us defeat the enemy that wished to destroy all of Western civilization, that relationship has blossomed over the centuries and over the decades.
Today, It is in very, very poor shape.
Our closest ally in the world, people who we have fought together, shoulder to shoulder, since September the 11th, in faraway lands like Afghanistan and Iraq.
Have leading politicians, such as Tom Tugendhat, Lieutenant Colonel Tugendhat, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the British Parliament Tugendhat, openly call out Joe Biden for his shameful, shameful behavior, and rightly so.
The question is, who will trust America today?
Let's ask somebody who has been very, very vocal on all of these matters.
Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, welcome to America First.
Thank you.
Thank you for having me on in this terrible time in this country.
You have called for a resolute action to be taken early today in your Twitter account with regards to President Biden.
What is that action, Congresswoman?
Yeah, I've called for President Biden to resign.
I actually first called for him to resign on Monday when I could see this disaster unfolding.
And each day gets continually worse.
And we have only heard from the president for 15 minutes.
The next day he talked about a mass mandate.
and a vaccine mandate and tying vaccines to Medicare, Medicaid for our nursing home and employees outside federal employees.
And then he came out and has had some just absolutely incredibly terrible interviews that he's done in a controlled setting with George Stephanopoulos, where he's shown callousness and arrogance and contradicted himself over this terrible policy.
Let's just play a very short 16-minute cut from exactly that interview.
Cut three.
The man who bears the title president.
The man who bears the title.
That was four days ago, five days ago.
What did you think when you first saw those pictures?
What I thought was, we have to gain control of this.
We have to move this more quickly.
So that was four days ago, that was five days ago.
Is that the response he would have had after September 11th?
Well, a week later, those 3,000 people dying, that was a week ago, Congresswoman Tenney.
Yeah, the dismissive nature of this.
Let's move on.
Let's not talk about the fact that we have people, I know members of Congress, including people like, I have families, I mean, my friends, my colleagues who are in the Foreign Affairs Committee also have people, we're trying to get out of Afghanistan, who cannot even get to the airport.
And the Taliban is retaliating against these people.
And this guy sounds like the grouchy old man saying, get off my lawn.
When we are in the middle of an international crisis that's putting The reputation of the United States at stake and, you know, what you played, the somber comments that you played coming out of our great ally, Great Britain and leaders there is just, I mean, this is time.
This guy needs to resign.
We can't have the get off my lawn, grouchy old man who is clueless about what's going on.
And when asked, by the way, this other clip, what's happening?
You know, nobody's dying.
And he's not let me knock on wood.
This is the guy that's supposed to be the expert on foreign policy who's gotten it wrong every time in his almost 50 years of service to the United States.
This is what happens when you elect people who are career politicians, who don't serve an office, who've never run a business, who've never actually had to make a payroll, who don't have to be held accountable for anything.
And now here he is, the most important job in the world, the commander in chief, the president of the United States, the leader of the free world.
And he sounds like a huckster and a grouchy old man on an interview, which is just insulting and embarrassing to Americans.
And I'm hearing Democrats in the media are even rallying around the fact that this guy needs to go.
She represents New York's 22nd congressional district.
Follow her right now at Rep Tenney, T-E-N-N-E-Y, Rep Tenney.
Congresswoman Tenney, a last question for you.
The fact that you're calling for his resignation, but not The fact that not one person has resigned or been fired, such as Secretary of Defense Austin or National Security Advisor Jake Tapper, Jake Sullivan.
What does this say about this administration's arrogance?
It's absolutely astounding.
I actually have called for most... Vice President Kamala Harris, where is she?
Where is she commenting here?
The phone call that the members of Congress had with the Joint Chiefs, with General Milley, Secretary Blinken and also with the Secretary of Defense Austin was horrible.
We got no answers.
We were cut off the line.
We were told there were no more calls in the queue after a 35 minute call with no answers.
We are the board of directors of the military as the members of Congress.
They report to us.
We need answers.
This is unacceptable.
All of these people need to go.
It's embarrassing.
I have a son who serves in the Marine Corps.
This is embarrassing.
It's a blight on every person who has served, lost life and limb.
The people, the Gold Star families in my community, who've lost family members over their earnest desire to help save this country and to protect their security interests.
It's a shame.
It is an utter, utter disgrace.
Keep telling the truth.
Keep fighting, not just for New York, but for all patriots.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
By the way, I'm getting a little echo.
Don't give that man an echo!
No echoes.
Do we have audio for Food for the Poor?
Yep.
Can I hear it?
Yep.
The people of Haiti are going to need help for quite some time and food for the poor has- What was the one I used for a couple of days, Shad, do you remember?
The massive quake- Yes, yes, come in with that, John, will you?
Alright, sounds good.
Thank you.
Matt!
What's going on?
No more puff pieces covering for the GOP, I hope.
No, we've got Biden on blast.
We've got to take him down.
This administration has to be on the ropes.
So, Dr. G, next week, I have to be a little cryptic about this because I know the mics are on during the break.
Yes.
So, okay, next week I can do a hit, but it has to be via cell phone because I'm going to be in northern New Jersey doing a big interview.
If you catch my drift.
Sounds good!
Yeah, okay.
Sounds good.
Alright, we'll leave it at that.
And when would you run that?
The same day?
Uh, well, the interview's gonna be the night before, so it's gonna be Wednesday night.
We got one minute?
Okay.
Good.
Exciting!
Yeah.
He's gonna interview Chris Christie.
Yes!
Chris Christie!
No, no, no, dude, I'm good.
That's what he needs in an interview.
Jack Sierra Torella.
Jack Sierra Torella, the GOP governor candidate.
Obviously, we all know who I'm talking about.
Yeah, yeah.
Give him our best.
Awesome.
awesome but I won't be back in Florida at my comics until Friday No worries, no worries, Sal is fine.
Yeah, okay, cool.
But yeah, I'll definitely be able to talk about it then, so.
All right.
All right, we have 20 seconds.
What?
I was just gonna say, what a disaster Biden is, huh?
The massive quake flattening buildings across Haiti, triggering landslides that cut off access to some smaller communities.
Families who lost their homes are now sleeping on nearby soccer fields.
And now, Tropical Storm Grace is forecast to hit Haiti, bringing punishing rain that could lead to flash flooding and new mudslides.
Yet another blow to a country in crisis.
Thank you to everybody who's made a donation to our Food for the Poor program, feeding children in our hemisphere who are going to bed starving tonight.
Please make a difference.
In the last few days, you've slowed down with your donations.
We still have to help the children in Haiti.
I know Afghanistan is on the front burner for us.
If we can't do anything about that, that's up to our brave, brave troops on the ground to get Americans out of there.
But we're talking about children who are starving, who've suffered an earthquake, a hurricane, and then, of course, the political instability that comes from having their president assassinated just a few weeks ago.
Make a difference.
Let's help the children.
They have committed no sin that deserves the state they are in.
Please, be a modern missionary.
Make a donation today at sebgawker.com and click on the Give Food banner.
Any amount will save lives.
$37 feeds a child for six months.

That's 855-330-4673.
It's time to get back to the situation in the swamp with the man who knows it better than anybody else, Washington political editor for the most influential conservative website out there.
It's Breitbart.com and his name is Matt Boyle.
Matt, welcome back to America First.
Dr. Gorka, always a pleasure.
Great to be here.
And I'm glad you had on Congresswoman Tenney before me.
She's fantastic.
She's doing a great job.
She's fabulous.
And as I said in the break to you, you know why she's great?
Because she's not a politician.
She doesn't act like a politician.
She doesn't talk like a politician.
She's one of us, Matt.
Yeah, she's one of us.
And by the way, good for her for going out there, having the courage to call for what all of us really need.
I think needs to happen here, which is that President Biden needs to step aside.
I mean, the calls for Biden's resignation, I mean, this is such a disaster, a total failure.
And by the way, it's worth noting, President Biden is trying to gaslight Americans into believing that this is a debate over whether or not we should leave Afghanistan.
That's not what this debate is over.
That debate is settled.
We were leaving Afghanistan under President Trump.
This debate is over how we leave Afghanistan and do we leave our own people behind.
There are thousands of American citizens to this moment, several days later, that are still trapped in the Taliban-controlled Afghanistan now.
They have no plan how to get them out.
The State Department and Pentagon today have both admitted they don't know how many Americans are left there.
By the way, how did they not know this?
You need a visa to get in.
Before the fall of the government in Afghanistan and the Taliban took over, you needed a visa to get in.
They should have had a master list at the State Department, at the Embassy in Kabul, of every American who was there in Afghanistan.
How did they not know this answer four or five days later?
Like, honestly, it's mind-boggling to me, the level of incompetence.
And it starts at the top with President Biden, who, by the way, is on his way tonight to his beach house in Delaware.
So hang on.
We'll talk about Biden momentarily.
But first things first, Matt.
You're absolutely right.
This is a disaster of epic proportions, strategic proportions.
My question to you, and I asked this yesterday, I think I've got like 30,000 likes already on Twitter.
Where's the GOP, Matt?
Well, look, I think you're hearing from some of them, right?
But not institutionally.
Matt Gaetz is going to be on the show.
Claudia Tenney was on just a moment ago, like you said.
But where's the institutional response to this disaster?
I do think you're hearing a lot of Republicans out there fighting back on this.
But look, the Republicans are in the minority in Congress.
There's only so much they can do.
Right?
Like, the Republicans don't control the government.
And look, I know that, like, for instance, Senator Cotton set up a caught line where people who are stuck in Afghanistan can call his office to try to help, so he can help try to get them out.
But I mean, it's not like Senator Cotton can go over there and get them out, right?
Basically, all he can do is refer them to the State Department and the Pentagon.
And try to connect them with the right people there on the ground, right?
No, I'm not talking about what individual senators or congressmen can do, man.
I'm talking about the fact that the GOP as an institution seems to be absent without leave.
They seem to be AWOL.
Where is the drumbeat from Rona, from Kevin, from the institutional GOP saying this is an outrage?
Every single one of these people who is responsible, Lloyd Austin, Jake Sullivan, need to be fired now, Biden!
Well, look, the first person out there to call for an investigation into this was McCarthy earlier this week.
I mean, he was he was pushing for that Sunday night.
And and then as a result of that, we now have several ongoing open congressional investigations into the Biden administration's handling of this.
Dr. G, I'm all with you on beating up on establishment Republicans when they deserve it.
But in this case, I think they're there.
I think they're on the right side of history here.
We don't want to fall for the gaslighting that President Biden's putting forward.
But I just think the Republicans are fighting on this one.
because they recognize how bad it is.
What is your expectation?
Sooner or later, whether the GOP does anything or not, there's going to have to be some attempt at face-saving from the administration.
What happens?
Who is it going to be?
Who are they going to throw under the bus?
Is it going to be this former Hillary hack, Jake Sullivan?
Are you hearing anything, or what's your expectation?
Well, yeah, so I think that the following people are on the chopping block right now, and maybe all of them or some of them end up in trouble.
Jake Sullivan, Jen Psaki, for sure, they've done just a magnificent bang-up job there from the White House, the two of them.
But then in addition to them, Tony Blinken, the Secretary of State, is in big trouble, and Wendy Sherman underneath him, the Deputy Secretary of State, Yes!
Which is against the requirements!
And then at the Pentagon, you've got Secretary General Austin, who, by the way, got a waiver that the Republican establishment gave to him.
So you want to criticize the Republicans.
Yes, which is against the – he shouldn't even be secretary.
Right.
He should not be secretary.
It should be civilian leadership in the military at the Pentagon level, at the secretary level.
But him and then our – What about Blinken?
I already mentioned Blinken and then also I was going to say Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Milley.
Maybe he should spend more time investigating terrorism than quote-unquote white rage and critical race theory and so on and so forth.
So I think that all of them and more are going to be under serious criticism here moving forward.
But at the end of the day, the buck stops with the President.
Any congressional investigation needs to piece together A timeline of what did the president know and when did he know it and where was he at every key moment of this happening?
What was he doing?
Because he had taken off on vacations.
So we had a big story on Breitbart earlier this week where we compiled in the last 18 days or and this is now a couple days ago But in the last 18 days, Biden took nine separate flights on Marine One.
Now that's $30,000 of flight just for the Marine One chopper, never mind the other two that go with it.
But the point here is that it's a multi-million dollar vacation that Joe Biden took while our American citizens were abandoned behind enemy lines in Afghanistan.
And that's what's dangerous.
But the most pressing thing right now is there are thousands and thousands of American citizens stranded in Afghanistan.
And the Biden administration is leaving them behind.
Biden's heading to the beach house this weekend.
He's done.
He's not even working.
We're going to talk about what that means and what happens in a after Biden scenario.
We're talking to Matt Boyle's situation.
So much more to discuss.
Read his articles and all the superlative coverage at Breitbart.com.
Bookmark it today, Breitbart.com.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Matt Gaetz will be with us later in the show.
Trish Regan and so, so much more.
Stay with us.
Whatever you're doing, wherever you are, don't touch that dial.
Mike's on. - Will you cut?
Can you show me the Breitbart video, 16?
Yes.
It's the one that you sent.
Oh, that one.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
There was nothing that I or anyone else saw that indicated a collapse of this army and this government in 11 days.
Central Command submitted a variety of plans that were briefed and approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of Defense, and the President.
These plans are coordinated.
Yeah, by the way, that's total bullshit, Dr. Gorka.
So so excuse my French, but the CIA has already come out and the deep state is already.
That's the one of the most magnificent parts of this whole storyline is the deep state trying to cover its ass.
Right.
They're trying to cover their own behinds and they're leaking on Biden and the CIA had an assessment that said this is exactly what was going to happen.
Right.
I really like that three shot you do, Eric, when it's me in the box and the footage and then Matt at the bottom.
That works really well.
Thank you.
Thank you.
How did you work that out?
My guardian angel, a fellow by the name of Eric Hansen.
He walked me through.
He knows the stuff inside and out.
I was on the fall with him yesterday, I believe.
Hey, Jeff.
Yeah.
I knew Tommy Tugendhat like 15 years ago.
I've texted him on the old number I had.
No response yet.
Can you try and reach out through his website, his parliamentary or his constituency website as well?
Okay.
There's two of them?
There's a constituency and a parliamentary?
Well, yeah.
There'll definitely be his constituency where he'll get loads of requests every day, but there might be a way to reach him through the Foreign Affairs Committee as well.
He was actually in the same unit as me, I forgot.
Okay.
Yep.
Come in with it.
Copy that.
And we've got relief factor at the end of this.
Thank you.
Yeah.
Copy that.
50 seconds. 20 seconds.
Stand by.
Standing by.
Thank you.
There was nothing that I or anyone else saw that indicated a collapse of this Army and this government in 11 days.
Central Command submitted a variety of plans that were briefed and approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of Defense, and the President.
These plans were coordinated, synchronized, and rehearsed to deal with these various scenarios.
One of those contingencies is what we are executing right now.
As I said before, there's plenty of time to do AARs and key lessons learned, and to delve into these questions with great detail.
But right now is not that time.
With the question at the bottom, was he too busy studying white rage to know that Kabul was going to fall?
Amazing, how did he not know?
Let's ask Matt Boyle of Breitbart.
Is that statement true that he didn't know?
No, it's a totally false and inaccurate statement from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff because here's why.
We know based off of leaks that the deep state is making to do a little CIA of their own after this that the CIA actually had an assessment that went to all of these people that said that this is exactly what was going to happen if they did it the way Joe Biden wanted to do it.
So we know that it's baloney.
We know that it's not true.
And I think that When we reflect back on this as the various investigations proceed and so on and so forth, we're going to see that this was the biggest foreign policy disaster and catastrophe in American history.
All these comparisons to Saigon or the Iranian hostage crisis or whatever.
It's more than all of that.
It's all of that and more combined.
Let me just give a metric here.
Let me explain why Matt's right on this issue.
It's not his beat, but he's right from the national security perspective.
As a colleague of my wife's pointed out today, the Taliban now controls more of Afghanistan than they did When Al-Qaeda planned September the 11th 20 years ago.
And this is the 20th anniversary.
So 20 years, Matt, after 9-11, the Taliban is stronger than they were when bin Laden planned that attack.
And when they took the presidential palace in Kabul, right, and they got up there and they put up the images of their leaders taking over the government for real, what did they do?
They declared the country, the whole country now, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
Now they've called themselves that for a while.
But this is a declaration of an Islamic state, right?
So remember ISIS?
ISIS paled in comparison to this, right?
So again, we now have a whole country in the Middle East that has now become an Islamic state, an Islamic regime.
in Kabul now, led by the Taliban, is in addition to the fact that there are thousands and thousands of Americans held hostage there on the ground right now and they can't get out.
The U.S. government is literally sending messages to them saying, try to get to the airport, but guess what?
We can't protect you on the way.
And then meanwhile, you have, again, the images of these planes leaving and people falling from the planes.
And Joe Biden's response to it when he's asked about it.
In the friendliest interview of all time, by the way, from George He won't sit down with a real journalist because Joe Biden doesn't have the cojones to do that.
But he goes to a Democrat hack in Stephanopoulos.
His response is, That was four or five days ago, man.
Which, by the way, is also not true.
It was only two days ago when Joe Biden said that.
But the whole point is that this is all of those things, Saigon.
The rise of ISIS, the lead up to 9-11, and the Iranian hostage crisis, all combined, right?
So this is the worst foreign policy disaster in American history.
And Joe Biden is personally, directly responsible for everything that happens from here forward.
Do you think that he was set up?
One of our guests said that he was set up by speechwriters because in his address to the nation, he said, and the buck stops with me.
Well, in that case, Matt, he's responsible for the whole of this catastrophe.
Right.
He is responsible for the whole of this catastrophe.
And again, we can't fall for the baloney that this is a debate about whether or not we should stay or leave from Afghanistan.
We were leaving.
President Trump was leaving.
But the whole point here is that it's how you leave.
Again, you have to get your own people out first.
How you execute that exit strategy is incredibly important, and Biden screwed it up, and it's going to have long-lasting consequences that carry out, frankly, for decades, maybe centuries.
The buck stops with you, Joe, even if you're going to Delaware to escape from your responsibilities as you blame everybody else.
Read Matt Boyle's pieces.
He might have a very, very important one next week.
Can't tell you anymore.

Good.
You're in New Hampshire right now?
Yeah, I'm borrowing the local radio station.
Yeah, I'm borrowing the local WLTN radio station.
Oh my gosh.
Are you... Wow.
So where is that?
Out of?
Littleton.
Littleton.
Sure.
I was just in Littleton.
I'm sure you were.
You were very close in Bretton Woods, right?
Yes.
I didn't actually make it all the way to Littleton, but I was in Bretton Woods, which I thought was really kind of special because it was the 50th anniversary of us abandoning the gold standard.
Wow.
The gold standard which had been put in in 1944 in the Bretton Woods Agreement.
Was there an event or was that just a coincidence?
It was a total coincidence.
There actually was an event going on, so I just kind of hid.
But a lot of gold bugs had gathered.
Fascinating.
Maybe we should mention that.
I was just there randomly on vacation.
I just got caught in a wicked storm.
I'm still dripping wet.
I had my tire explode on the way to the studio.
I had to change it on the side of the road.
Lots of fun.
I like your studio.
Yeah, it's old world.
I've stepped into it.
They've got CD decks and all kinds of stuff.
But it's better than doing it from my kitchen, I guess.
Yes.
One day it's raining in New Hampshire is the first day in, like, this whole week it's not raining over here.
Oh, really?
It's sunny out right now.
Beautiful.
90 degrees.
If you ever come back to Littleton, unreal Thai restaurant.
I mean, just- I know which one it is.
Oh.
It's better than anything in DC.
I go there, like, twice a year.
Yeah.
We ski and we hike.
I need a... Switzerland of America.
I need a cut here.
Which cut?
One minute.
Let's come in with cut five and I'll do Rudy at some point.
Five.
Yep.
Stephanophanopoulos.
All right.
And you'll do Rudy... Oh, but you've got Trish's intro music, right?
Yeah, it's going to make it kind of tough to come in with that.
Then I'll tee it up.
Don't worry.
Then I'll tee it up.
Okay.
Copy that, okay.
So you want to come in with cut box?
No, no, just the last thing I said.
I will tee it up.
Copy that.
All right.
That first question from Deep Voice Dave.
Does the Fed even know what they're doing?
I know the answer to that question, and so does our regular guest, host of the Trish Regan Show, Trish Regan.
Welcome back to America First.
Hey, great to see you as always, Seb.
We've got to discuss economics, getting America back to work, but first things first, we can't ignore the events of the last seven days in America and in Central Asia.
Here's a little cut from the man who has the title, bears the title, President of the United States, with a former Democrat staffer from the Clinton administration.
Cut five, Joe Biden.
Look, I don't think it was a fair... Look, it was a simple choice, George.
When the Taliban Let me put it another way.
When you had the government of Afghanistan, the leader of that government, getting in a plane and taking off and going to another country, when you saw the significant collapse of the Afghan troops we had trained, up to 300,000 of them, just leaving their equipment and taking off, that's what happened.
Blaming everybody else seems to be his strategy at the moment.
Doesn't that have beyond national security and diplomacy?
Doesn't that have economic ramifications?
You look at the threat to Taiwan.
You look at our friends and allies in NATO.
This will have repercussions across all kinds of sectors, won't it?
Well, who's going to trust the United States, right?
Right.
And when you're still the world's reserve currency, last I checked, There's a certain responsibility that goes with that.
Look, I'm not saying that we need to be everywhere, right?
I'm the last one that's gonna tell you we need to be meddling all over the world, you know, reducing our capability to focus on other things.
That said, I gotta tell ya, I mean, this has been such a challenging week, and I don't wanna get emotional again, but, you know, every time I see those images and I think about what's happened, Seb, and I think about how Preventable it was if we had just had a better plan of execution I get very upset because these are lives 10,000 American lives still there.
We're not even guaranteeing I mean he's sort of trying to say we're gonna help to get him but after August 31st I don't know all bets are off.
I think about the people there and again I just get back to this as an American, you know currency aside As an American, as Americans, we have a duty.
And if we're going to go there, you know, we sure as heck ought to have done our job.
By the way, we didn't have this happen when we got out of Syria now, did we?
No.
I mean, you look at this.
I mean, it's heartbreaking.
It really is heartbreaking.
And I don't care what side of the political aisle you're on.
I don't care if you're a total isolationist and you don't want to be anywhere.
The fact is we were there.
And we could have gotten out had there been some better planning, but Joe Biden had this in his head that he wanted to be out by the 20th anniversary of 9-11 and he didn't care.
He didn't care what kind of damage was left in the wake.
And let me tell you this.
I mean, there's no excuse.
There's just absolutely no excuse.
No excuse.
Okay, let's focus internally.
I am in your home state right now.
Live free or die the granite state.
Thank you to my buddies at WLTN here in Littleton.
It doesn't matter where I go.
The Dunkin Donuts down the road has a sign in the window.
Please be patient.
We can't find people to work.
We had an issue in our house.
The plumbing went out.
The guy came out.
He said, I have more work than I can count.
I've only got five guys who've been with me for 30 years.
I could hire 10 guys right now to do the work I need to do.
But nobody wants to work, Trish.
This is insane.
Nobody wants to work?
Why would you work when you're making so much on unemployment?
I'm sorry, but you know, policies matter, whether you're talking about Afghanistan or the U.S.
economy.
And the problem here is we're not going to be able to keep up with all this growth.
And by the way, we kind of need to, given how much money we have printed.
But anyway, we need growth in our economy.
How are you gonna get growth when you can't grow your business because you can't find anybody to work for you?
I mean, I gotta tell you, you mentioned Dunkin Donuts.
I'm laughing because I was just in New Hampshire, right up where you are right now, and then I was down in the Seacoast area.
And no matter where you went, it was the same story.
In fact, I tried to go to a Dunkin' Donuts one morning, even put my app order in, and guess what?
I got there and you couldn't go in and just pick it up.
You had to go through the drive-thru because they had a sign apologizing that they didn't have enough workers.
And I'm like, my gosh, the economy is being shut down still.
It's insane.
We have to get America back to work.

Yeah.
They are.
Okay.
All right, one minute.
Let's think of a title for Trish first.
Yeah.
Mark that on the show sheet.
Yeah.
One minute.
Yep.
I should put that right there.
Yep.
Hey, Seb, did you get the Cry Macho script?
I think so, yeah.
But what is that for?
Because it's short, right?
Yeah, it's 30 seconds.

Yeah, it's for the movie Cry Macho, the new Clint Eastwood movie.
Okay, we'll do it.
We'll do it at the top of the hour.
Okay, sounds good.

But before we end this first hour that just flew away, it's crazy.
Let's take some of your calls.
Let's go to Jason in Colorado.
Welcome aboard, Jason.
Yes, sir.
I love your show.
It gets me through good days and bad days, but I just have one thing to say.
Maybe this man is so compromised by him and his son's corruption that possibly the Chinese Communist Party is saying, hey Joe, take a vacation.
Could be.
I'm not prepared to go there.
I'm not prepared to say this man is a Manchurian candidate.
I really do think he thinks he's doing the right thing.
But given everything on the laptops from hell, the cocaine use, the prostitutes, the I'm-in-effing-business-with-China's-chief-spy, he may be blackmailed.
Indeed, his son may be being blackmailed, and that may be affecting Biden.
I prefer Occam's razor, the simple explanation.
Arrogance, senility, and incompetence.
But who knows?
Maybe we'll never know.
Thank you, Jason, and thank you.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Jason a signed copy of The War for America's Soul.
John in San Diego, welcome aboard.
Hi, Seb.
Getting on what Trish said, all of this unemployment and all of this inflation is caused by one thing, paying people not to work.
The day that that ends, the unemployment stops and the inflation stops.
Except for the fact that we're now going to pay It's not that simple.
Children just exist.
So we're going to get inflation from that forever.
It's not that simple.
We've got to stop the insanity of the infrastructure bill.
Right.
So that's also paying people not to work.
If it's not a commercial endeavor, it is.
It's the same as the Tennessee Valley Authority that work projects that didn't accomplish anything.
They were just glorified welfare.
Exactly, John.
Get people back to work.
Stop paying them for doing nothing.
We need America stronger than ever.
And then we need Donald Trump back in the White House.
Next on America First, Matt Gaetz is going to join us.

You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
What do they say about broken clocks?
Well, not digital ones, right?
Old-school clocks with hands!
At least twice a day.
Twice in 24 hours, they're right.
Because the time catches up with their static hands.
I guess the same can be applied to fake news non-journalists like Jake Tapper.
Let's listen to Jake, who's, I don't know, woken up for a few nanoseconds.
Cut to him.
President Biden, often, we've been talking about this now for several days, he wants to talk about the decision to withdraw all US troops from Afghanistan more than he wants to talk about how this withdrawal has gone, how inept the exit has been.
He's basically told Stephanopoulos, look, all this chaos was baked into the decision, I knew it was going to happen, but on July 8th, He said, the jury's still out, but the likelihood there's going to be the Taliban overrunning everything and owning the whole country is highly unlikely.
That was last month.
Jake Tapper calling Biden's recent policies an inept withdrawal.
What is happening?
Are pigs flying past the window?
Let's find out from our good buddy, my former White House colleague, former special assistant to President Trump, former strategic advisor to the Trump campaign.
We call him the Baron.
Boris Epstein, are you there?
Sebastian, I'm here.
How are you, my friend?
I'm kind of shocked.
What's up with the fake news, Jake Tapper?
I think what's happening is that fake Tapper realizes that by losing 90% of CNN's audience, whatever the actual number is, media matters, take it easy, I'm just spitballing here, that they have lost any semblance of being viable, so now they're trying to talk to the other side, that's one.
Two, I think even fake Tapper and the others realize that Joe Biden is not functioning, not functional, and it's actually scary for our country, so even the fake news, even The biggest of the fake tappers realized that this is a disaster.
And by the way, I'm hearing that within the Biden administration, this, the George St. Papel's interview is viewed as an absolute and utter disgusting train wreck.
Because he blames everybody else and takes no responsibility?
Yes, because he's a disaster.
All right, well, let's look at what he did.
Let's look at more evidence that something is changing.
This is the footage of Joe Biden, again, refusing to take questions, running away from the friendly press corps.
Cut 11, play cut.
Thank you.
You've worked on multiple campaigns at the national level.
I have to ask you, we're talking to Boris Epstein, follow him at Boris EP on Twitter, Boris underscore Epstein on Instagram.
Boris, just, I mean, how is it, can you explain to me, maybe you've got some inside information, how is it that nobody around Joe Biden, not in the press team, not in his personal staff, not his body man says, Mr. President, you shouldn't go back to Camp David and you definitely shouldn't go back to Delaware for a long weekend as up to 40,000 Americans are trapped in Afghanistan.
How is that not happening, Boris?
I absolutely cannot explain outside of the fact that maybe Joe Biden needed to That's a medical procedure, David.
I'm only speculating here.
I have no idea why he would get back on that helicopter, Marine One, and go back to Camp David.
As you mentioned about the clocks, as I tweeted out earlier this week, the pictures which were released by this administration of Joe Biden purportedly being at Camp David have the clocks wrong.
that the time difference between London and Moscow at three hours.
It is two hours.
It has not been three hours since March.
So something's going on.
I don't have an answer for what it is, but something is off.
And let's be honest, when you see Joe Biden at that address, when you see him yesterday talking about booster shots out of nowhere, while Afghanistan is bouncing down, and in the clips of the George Stephanopoulos interview, this is not a man who is well.
This is not a functioning leader.
We are in the stage where the Soviet Union was under the end of Brezhnev, Andropov, and Chernenko.
We are rudderless, and it is pathetic.
So what's the scenario?
If that's truly the case, maybe there are medical reasons for why he's being evacuated to Delaware whilst our American citizens aren't being evacuated from Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.
So does that mean that in the foreseeable future, the near term, Kamala Harris, the woman who has been literally absent without leave, becomes the next person to bear the title commander in chief and chief executive?
Potentially.
And that's a scary thought.
But Kamala Harris is about to be on her way to Vietnam and Singapore.
Yes.
Kamala Harris is getting as far away from the situation as she literally humanly can.
OK, she's running away.
So it's a scary time because here's the top threes in the order of succession.
After Joe Biden, it's Kamala Harris.
And then you've got Nancy Pelosi, who isn't functioning herself.
And I said this yesterday on the war with Steve Bennett.
I'll say it again.
If the Democrats had any semblance of reality, any semblance of political survival, what they would do is they would push all three, Biden, Harris and Pelosi, to resign.
Hakeem Jeffries, the congressman from Brooklyn, New York, who's somewhat of a moderate, elect him a speaker, and have him take over the presidency, because he's the only one who's functioning in that whole Democrat cabal.
Boris, why are you giving good ideas to the Democrats?
Don't come on my show to do that.
Well, I'm sorry, my friend.
I apologize.
Sometimes I just, you know, I can't help it.
I just care about the country too much, too much, so I've got to give them something.
I've got to give them a bone.
All right, so let's look at reality.
You can give them as much advice as you want because they're not going to take it because they're not rational and because They hate anybody who worked for President Trump, especially in the White House.
So he's on his way out.
Kamala Harris takes over.
Can you help me to put that into context?
Because I see Biden was a moderate who was corrupt, who became hollow.
This woman has been a husk since the get-go, having affairs with married men to get her first political gig.
Did I say that?
Did I say that?
Yes, ask Willie Brown.
And then, if you look at her career, she's been rabidly flip-flopping, back and forth, anti-police, and so forth, radical, and then the flip of it.
This is a woman with no ideology, no center.
So, however long she's in office, what does a Harris White House, you always bring us the historic perspective, what does a Harris White House look like, Barron?
A Harris White House would make the Carter White House?
It would make the... I'm just trying to... I'm thinking back to, you know, a long time ago in the 1800s, right?
I mean, it would make the Chester Arthur White House look like Ronald Reagan.
Let's put it that way, okay?
Chester Arthur took over for Garfield.
It would be an absolute and unmitigated disaster, okay?
And I've said this before and I'll say it again.
If you look at this administration, Sebastian, and if you look at the worst presidencies in the history of this country, Which are accepted to be Buchanan, Pierce, Herbert Hoover, oh I think actually, unfairly so, Carter.
This administration takes the cake by far and away.
It is not close.
This is by far and away the worst first seven months of administration in American history.
Afghanistan, the economy, the border, we are not secure, we are not safe, we are not prosperous.
This is a disaster and Kamala Harris will be even worse.
Because remember, this woman has absolutely no adult skills.
Does she have any bench?
Does she have anybody around her who has any experience in doing anything substantive?
Well, I don't mean to scare you, but the stories of the ineptitude in the Harris vice president's office are actually worse than the ineptitude in the Biden administration.
Wow.
Remember, there's all these stories of infighting and how the chief of staff doesn't know how to work with Kamala Harris and Rosa Harper.
It is an absolute mess.
There's a reason that Kamala Harris came in 20th.
Out of, what, 21, maybe 22 candidates?
The Democrats don't want her.
The Democrats electorate doesn't want her because they realize that she is absolutely inept.
This is a scary thought.
And this is what?
The Jake Tappers of the world, the Meghan McCains of the world, and everybody else who now is saying, oh, Biden is such a disaster and it's so bad.
They got what they deserve because they rigged this election.
On my show!
That's why we love him.
Follow him, Boris E.P.
on Twitter, Boris underscore on Instagram, and also on Getter, allegedly.
Everything they could.
And we were screaming from the mountaintops that this is not a man who can be elected dog catcher, much less president.
He said it on my show.
That's why we love him.
Follow him.
Boris EP on Twitter.
Boris underscore on Instagram and also on Getter allegedly.
Is that correct, Barron?
On getter.
I'm coming in super hot on getter at Boris EP.
A lot of action there this weekend during President Trump's rally.
Oh yes, we've got to talk about that as well.
Back momentarily with the one, the only, Barron here on America First with me, your host, former strategist to President Trump, Sebastian Gorka.
Don't touch that dial.
Don't touch that dial.
No, I'm going straight to America Financing.
Uh, did you see that?
I don't know.
Cut 13.
I'm gonna tee up cut 13.
Tee up cut 13.
Yes.
It's primarily anecdotal, but I've talked to a couple of White House reporters and they've told me that a lot of the press releases specifically related to Afghanistan, like normally all press releases refer to the administration as the Biden-Harris administration.
Yeah.
But all of the ones that are related to the Afghanistan issue are the Biden, just the Biden administration.
Normal hasn't said anything either.
Well, she did say, don't pin this shit on me, which, you know.
Yeah, right.
You can pin the border on me, but not Afghanistan.
She was the last person in the room when the decision was made, apparently.
So, she had the final say, or at least part of it.
To withdraw?
To withdraw, yeah.
She also didn't come to either of these speeches, or wasn't behind them like she usually is.
Yeah, that's that.
Oh, that's so true!
She usually hangs out over there.
She stands in the corner with her dance hat on.
Just watching in the background, waiting for the poison to kick in.
Oh, Jeff, you gotta make that point on air, alright?
And Shad can probably throw in his story.
Oh yeah.
Yeah, that's good too.
Oh, title for Boyle? - Uh, Uh, hang on a second.
Yeah.
There's also something that not very many people have noticed, which is that Milley explicitly said, we did, we planned for all contingencies and there was no way for us to see this coming.
And Biden has on multiple occasions explicitly said there was no way this didn't happen.
This chaos was going to happen regardless.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Contradictory messages.
Incredibly.
One and a half minutes.
It's just unreal.
I think he's done.
Biden?
Yeah.
Really?
Wow.
You think what?
I think Biden's done.
He thinks Biden is done.
Yeah, it would make sense.
But they're going to wait a while to wear it.
Until all the bad gets, you know what I mean, it just takes the evil.
Until it gets even worse, basically, like America's dying.
You've got to wait for it all to hit on his shoulders.
You think they're going to what, 25th Amendment him or force him to resign?
I don't know, but I feel it's weird.
MSNBC has moved on to COVID, but CNN's still hitting the mark.
CNN's going pretty hard, yeah.
Chris Kuliza, of all people, put out an article saying that Biden is facing a crisis of confidence.
I mean, even Maisie Hirono today was speaking out against it.
No!
I think what that means is they're going to try and get him on health conditions.
There's got to be something.
Oh, yeah.
They'll say something popped up and he's going to get it.
Regardless, though, no matter what, he'll never lose Jennifer Rubin.
He could shoot a man on 5th Ave and Jennifer Rubin would come to his defense.
She is a whole new level.
They cut Hunter's paintings in half.
Clearance sale.
They're trying to sell it.
He's still president.
Alright, 30 seconds.
Seconds, stand by.
A 25th American. A 25th American.
A 25th American.
What are those devilish Democrats up to now?
That's the question, because Joe Biden doesn't know.

We're back with the one, the only, Baron Boris Epstein.
Follow him at Boris EP.
The president, you know, the real president, Donald Trump, the one who we worked for in the White House, is going to have a rally this weekend later.
Let's listen to what he had to say last night on Newsmax Cut 13.
I decided, you know, Mattis, I call him the world's most overrated general, Mattis hated him, hated him.
I figured, based on the fact that I thought Mattis, I thought very little of Mattis, We did a great job without Mattis.
Once I got rid of Mattis, we took over.
We knocked out ISIS and everything else.
I said, if he hates Billy that much, maybe the guy will be all right.
That's the one that a lot of people were recommending, but a lot of people didn't like him at the time.
And I found him to be very average or less than average.
I will say this.
When he walked with the President of the United States to a church that had been burned down almost, they didn't have the fireproofing, which was just put up.
It was literally so amazing because that church was built at the same time as the White House.
They went up together.
And when he went and took that walk, and then he apologized because the radical left started getting on him, I realized I had a loser and I paid very little respect to him.
An utter loser, four-star general who apologized, apologized for standing next to his boss after Antifa and BLM tried to burn down that presidential church one block from the White House.
Boris, what does it say about this administration that nobody, nobody, what is it?
Is it Thursday today?
Nobody's been fired.
Not Milley, not Jake Sullivan, not Blinken.
Nobody.
You know, if these people, Lloyd Austin, Jake Sullivan, Blinken, Biden, Milley, Harris, if they had an ounce of patriotism left in them, honest, honest, honest ounce of patriotism, they would resign.
That is the honorable thing to do.
This has been a disaster of historic proportions.
This makes Saigon look like a victory, okay?
That's how bad Afghanistan has been.
This diminishes American standing on the world stage for a long time until President Trump is the president again.
Hear me loud and clear, okay?
So these individuals, these officials, Blinken, who's absolutely awful and inept, Jake Sullivan, who doesn't know what's right if it hit him in the face, they need to be resigning as we speak.
But of course, in the absolutely pathetic way the Democrats always do it, when there is There's no consequence to destroying American credibility.
They're still in their jobs, still collecting our hard-earned taxpayer money.
So we're talking about President Trump, our old boss.
What's happening this weekend and what do you expect from the podium?
Major, major, major rally in Alabama on Saturday.
President Trump going there, and I expect fire, and I expect heat, and I also expect a lot of information on Afghanistan.
President Trump drawing markers on Afghanistan international policy, China, the economy, the border.
You're going to see a bright difference.
A bright difference.
Between President Trump, his strength, his leadership, his America First vision, and the inept, pathetic, decrepit weakness of what used to be Joe Biden.
What happens with regards to the current man who wears the title President of the United States?
What is it we have, Jeff?
You wanted to share with you an observation you had.
Yes, I've noticed that twice this week when Biden spoke, I didn't see Kamala hanging behind his shoulder like usual.
Very intriguing.
She's not standing in the corner like she usually does in Chad.
What did you observe about or somebody said to you about the press statements coming out of the White House since Kabul fell?
More often than not, they are hyphenated Biden-Harris administration.
So far recently, they've just been Biden administration.
Should these be signs, Barron?
Well, you know, what we say, there's no conspiracies, but there's no coincidences, right?
And what it appears is that, again, Kamala Harris, even though she is completely, completely unable to do anything right, she may know enough to distance herself from what used to be Joe Biden.
That's why she's going off to Singapore, Singapore tomorrow.
Literally, about as far away as you could go, she's going to be away from Joe Biden and the stench of the disgusting decrepit pathetic disaster in afghanistan what is the political to-do list right now what do we have to see from the gop or rather from the president's team from president trump's team because i'm seeing on my twitter feed i asked people i asked any democrats who followed me
i got a I got a 83% yes from Democrats who'd voted for Biden, who say they now regret their vote.
Doesn't something have to happen now, Boris, to bring these people across to Team America, to America First?
And why isn't it happening?
Well, President Trump has been doing a lot of it by going out there doing the interviews that he has this week, by having the big event on Saturday.
President Trump is miles more visible than Joe Biden.
President Trump is the leader of this country as we speak.
While Joe Biden is hiding in the basement, hiding at Camp David or wherever else he's hiding, Joe Biden is embarrassing himself in the office.
So, can we lock those people in?
Can we bring them over and hold them there until the midterms, until 2024?
What's the right message?
Is it security?
Is it economic growth?
who's not legitimate, she acts illegitimate, and he hurts our country.
And that's what Biden is doing.
So can we lock those people in?
Can we bring them over and hold them there till the midterms, until 2024?
What's the right message?
Is it security?
Is it economic growth?
What is it, Boris?
It's two things, right?
It's national security.
For people, it's safety and prosperity.
So it's the border.
It's the fact that our southern border is wide open, the worst disaster we've ever had down there, after being in the best shape in decades under President Trump.
It's the Afghanistan disaster.
Not just the fact that, embarrassingly, thousands of Americans are still in Afghanistan, but the fact that by turning Afghanistan over to the Taliban, As long as we continue speaking about those loud and clear, we're going to have a huge pickup of seats in 2022, and we're going to have a Republican president.
continuing to focus on the national security shortcomings.
And then, of course, the economic inflation, the overspending, the disaster being caused by the Democrat policies.
As long as we continue speaking about those loud and clear, we're going to have a huge pickup of seats in 2022.
And we're going to have a Republican president.
You and I both hope it's the 47th president of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
Actually, if Kamala takes over for a couple of disastrous years, it's going to be the Thanks to Mr. G, he did the math.
45, then 48.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We've been talking to the Baron following that Boris EP.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Stay with us, won't you?
All right, Claire.
Mic's on.
Thank you, guys.
Guys, thanks so much.
Thanks, buddy.
Thanks.
That was awesome.
Okay, talk to you soon, guys.
God bless, thanks.
Bye-bye.
Okay.
Up next is Mr. Jacobs.
Yeah, I got something to do before I talk to him, so just, you know, if we're calling him, don't call him for a bit.
Okay.
Amen.
Can you find a picture of David Berger, the Commandant of the Marine Corps, and put it up on one of those big, big boxes on the right next to me.
B-E-R-G-E-R?
Oh yeah, here it is.
There's only one Commandant of the Marine Corps, right?
I'll make sure I get his name.
There he is!
Yep, okay, let me grab that.
Are you going to read his statement?
Yeah.
Oh, when do you think he's going to do that?
Now.
Oh goodness.
Oh, okay.
And see?
I'm going to guess it's bad.
Okay.
Okay.
Bye.
Thank you.
Make sure you do a call to action here when you're talking to Jacobs, though, as this will be counting as our food for the poor.
Mm-hmm.
Did you see what Politico's written about, Larry?
What did they say?
Oh, hang on.
Oh, he attacks the press?
No, that he brandished a gun at his ex-fiancee.
Yeah, they're getting desperate.
One minute.
Hey Paul, this is Jeff with Sebastian Gorka.
How are you?
Good.
Are you on a speakerphone?
That's better than I know.
Alright.
Hang on, he's coming in a minute.
Alright.
All right, he's on the line when you're ready for him.
All right.
Okay.
Yeah, I know.
Okay.
All right.
All right.
I even briefed the Commandant of the Marine Corps on ISIS when I served there.
And I have in front of me a letter from the current Commandant, a man who I've met, General David Berger, also signed by Sergeant Major Troy Black, to all the Marines, that he wrote because of the events of the last few days in Afghanistan.
And I want to share it with you.
As each of us tries to comprehend the speed and scope of events in Afghanistan this week, some may be struggling with the simple question, was it all worth it?
We see videos and photos, we read stories that bring back memories for some of us, And it becomes intensely personal.
We value human life and we want to believe that what the Marines have done in Afghanistan made a difference.
While Sergeant Major Black and I don't presume to speak for you or your family, we would like to offer our thoughts so you know where your senior leaders stand.
We both believe without question that your service was meaningful, powerful, and important.
You answered the call to serve, proudly carrying the torch of so many generations of Marines before you.
You put the good of others before yourself.
You fought to defend your country, your family, your friends, and your neighbors.
You fought to prevent terror from returning to our shores.
You fought for the liberty of young Afghan girls, women, boys, and men who want the same individual freedoms we enjoy as Americans.
You fought for the Marine to your left and the Marine to your right.
Since 2001, Marines have served honorably and courageously to bring peace to the people of Afghanistan.
Over the coming days and weeks, we encourage you to connect with your family, with your fellow Marines and their families, particularly those who served with you overseas.
This is a time to come together and give further meaning to our motto, Semper Fidelis.
Let us remain faithful to our fellow Marines, faithful to our Marine families, and faithful to the memories of all who have sacrificed.
We are intensely proud to serve alongside you as your Commander, as your Commandant and Sergeant Major.
Semper Fidelis.
David H. Berger and Troy Black.
I don't know how to take this letter, because it shouldn't have to have been written.
The sentiments are right, but Marines know everything in this letter.
And the fact that a serving commandant has to say it is bloody problematic.
But that's the situation Biden has created for us.
Let's talk about something we can do something about.
Let's talk about our amazing support for the Food for the Poor campaign, for those incredible Unfortunate families and children in our hemisphere who are suffering right now as we speak, who we can help.
We have with us, helping the Food for the Poor campaign, Paul Jacobs.
Paul, welcome to America First.
Dr. Gorka, it's great to be with you.
Thank you.
So Paul, in a time when we're trying to recover here in America from coronavirus, the economy's still on the ropes.
Why should our listeners assist you and the brave people who are on the ground in forsaken places like Haiti?
It's interesting because I was just in a meeting right before being on the broadcast and a principle was brought up that gratitude is high on God's list.
And I thought to myself, if you're listening to this broadcast right now, gratitude should be our attitude, because we have come through a very trying time.
These 18 months, all of us have seen loss of loved ones, we've seen our incomes, even our children jostled about with school as we send our children back to school.
And quite frankly, our children here in South Florida, where I live, are already back in school.
We should be grateful as Americans that we have the benefits that we have, and we turn that gratitude back to God.
But God doesn't need our dollars.
What is He going to do with physical money?
He does it through us and to a channel of people who, for no fault of their own, Saturday, endured a 7.2 magnitude earthquake, communities that have been left in rubble who were thinking possibly in the fall that they could go back to school.
In fact, places like Haiti where they get their own meal of the day is school.
Those dreams are dashed and those hopes are dashed.
But Food for the Poor is not going into Haiti to help families, to help ministries on the ground who have already been there for more than 35 years.
That's a perfect way for putting it.
You've helped me so much just in these couple of minutes to explain to our dear listeners across the nation.
Gratitude should be the attitude.
It's time to say thank you.
If we have weathered the covid pandemic, please support food for the poor right now.
Listen to this man.
It is the right thing to do.
It's the Christian thing to do.
We can help.
We can't help Afghanistan, but we can help the children suffering in countries like Haiti.

Yeah.
Hello America First.
Why is Biden running away to Delaware?
Why is Biden running away to Delaware?
What else?
We have a congressman on the line.
I'll mute the mics.
All right.
Thank you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by American Financing.
It is an utter and complete disgrace what we are witnessing in America today.
Including from the man who shouldn't be Secretary of Defense because he was a general far too recently and that's against the law.
His name is Lloyd Austin and this is how he lied to all you American taxpayers.
Cut 12.
We're going to get everyone that we can possibly evacuate, evacuated.
And I'll do that as long as we possibly can until the clock runs out or we run out of capability.
Run out of capability?
This is a nation with 12 aircraft carriers and more special forces than most countries have soldiers.
What is this hack talking about?
Let's get a response from somebody who speaks the truth and loves this nation and isn't a political meat puppet from Florida's first congressional district.
What is it about the first district?
Whether it's Scalise, whether it's Zeldin.
It's good guys.
He's Matt Gaetz.
Welcome back, Matt.
Thanks for having me, Dr. Gorka, but it is disappointing and tragic and frustrating to hear the Secretary of Defense just lie to people, as he has really throughout his career.
I mean, Lloyd Austin might be one of the most incompetent people to ever serve in any presidential cabinet.
I mean, he got this job after having trained of four or five Syrian fighters who survived the first battle after having spent $48 million to do so.
So he's quite literally failed up throughout his career.
The Afghanistan situation, Seb, is not like 9/11, where it was the failure of scores of different things within an information chain.
There was one fundamental failed assumption from Lloyd Austin and from General Milley that the Afghan military was ever going to fight.
I mean, we spent 20 years training them up.
There were 300,000 of them in theory on the books.
They have the best equipment, the best technology.
And when they got the first whiff of the Taliban, they tossed them to the keys.
They tossed them the keys to our equipment.
They handed over our tech.
And in many cases, the very people that we spent treasure and blood training ended up fighting with the Taliban and joining the Taliban upon their arrival at these installations that we had built.
So this is a failure of nation building.
This is a failure of the military leadership.
And everyone knows it.
The question is, why do they still have jobs?
Why?
Why?
Right.
Stop stealing my thunder.
That's my next question.
We're talking to Congressman Matt Gaetz.
Follow him, Matt Gaetz, on Twitter.
Listen to his podcast, Firebrand.
So the question is, who should resign or who should be fired, Matt?
Everybody, no?
Well, let's start by firing... Alright, now that's very interesting.
That is a sound I haven't heard before on radio.
Are you there, man?
I am here, Dr. Gorka.
Do you have me?
That was very strange.
Almost like someone's listening to us, right?
All of America's listening to us.
They should be listening to us.
All of America is somebody else.
I did find out yesterday, somebody sent me this, Matt, which is very, very peculiar.
Although I guess they want to know what President Trump is planning.
It turns out the Taliban's press spokesman, the guy who says maybe Facebook should be more open, is following me on Twitter.
So I don't know.
Maybe it was the Taliban.
Who knows?
Matt, who needs to go?
We should fire General Milley so that he can go spend more time with his white rage.
This is someone who told the American people just weeks ago that there was no scenario in which the Taliban would immediately overrun That means they had bad intel, bad information, and people are going to die as a consequence of it.
Had we really faced up to the reality that this whole deal in nation building in Afghanistan has been a fiction, and the moment Uncle Sam's dollar wasn't there to plow through this illegitimate government that we'd stood up, they were going to run out of the country with whatever they could steal.
And if we knew that, we would have gotten our people out sooner, we would have ensured a more orderly process of departure, but we believed the lie that we were telling.
And you didn't believe it, and I didn't believe it, and President Trump didn't believe it, but the Biden administration and the critical race theory generals did.
And now we're in a very embarrassing, humiliating, tragic place as a consequence.
I hope that these guys, you know, face termination or resignation very quickly.
You have to imagine that if Joe Biden wakes up from nap time, that would be what would happen.
Termination or resignation.
We won't accept anything else.
Tell us where you are right now and what you're doing and who you're with.
I am with Marjorie Taylor Greene.
We've been crisscrossing the Iowa State Fair today.
The butter cow is gorgeous.
I saw Marjorie Taylor Greene do like 15 pull-ups in front of the United States Marine Corps tent they had there.
Tonight, Marjorie Taylor Greene and I at 7 o'clock have an America First Rally in Des Moines.
People can get the information on our website at americafirstrallytour.com.
If you're anywhere in the Des Moines area, come see me, come see Marjorie Taylor Greene.
We'll be there sharing some positive patriotic energy.
I want to see one thing.
I want to see you and her arm wrestle.
Would you put that on video?
I would get crushed.
I would be lucky if Marjorie Taylor Greene didn't rip my arm out of the socket.
I think that she'd give you a run for your money, you big Hungarian.
All right, that's a challenge.
The gauntlet has been thrown down.
We will try next time she's in studio.
What are you hearing?
We've got a minute left with Matt Gaetz, a Congressman, Florida's 1st District.
What are you hearing from the Americans you're meeting at the fair when it comes to the events of the last four days?
Look, they are disappointed in what they see out of our government, but there is a positive patriotic energy out there, and what I believe is that if the Republican Party will be worthy of victory, then we will be given the opportunity to regain power and govern again.
The question is whether or not we will embrace the America First principles that Donald Trump embodied, that you gave him advice on, so that we can really be a productive country again, not a country that And in the meantime, the GOP isn't doing anything.
It's just individual fighters like Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Keep doing what you do.
Follow this man on Twitter.

And the most beautiful thing of all, at the end of the month when you pay your bill, they actually donate to the causes you believe in.
And she was on Tucker's separate little side gig he does, talking about why the quote-unquote elite got it so very, very wrong in Afghanistan.
It's a superlative clip.
I want you to hear it.
Cut 15, Lara Logan.
Well essentially what you're looking at is the collapse of the U.S.
will to continue in Afghanistan.
I think what people really miss in the whole conversation is that the United States has the power to affect anything and the Afghans know that.
So what's really interesting about Living on the ground with people in a country like Afghanistan is that you get to see when you take away the prism of you know political spin and Parties and you know all the trappings that we have that obscure the truth from us in the US These people they teach you how to look at things in their most basic form.
Yes That is so true.
That's what they do.
That's how they look at it.
So they know, for example, the United States could bomb the Taliban supply lines right now.
They're all coming from Pakistan.
Everybody knows it.
In fact, they're coming right through the Spin Boldak border crossing, one of the early ones that the Taliban took in the beginning of this offensive.
They know that the Taliban doesn't exist without Pakistan, right?
And the Pakistani ISI.
They know that the United States... ISI being the Pakistani intelligence service.
Right.
And they know the United States funds the entire defense budget of the Pakistani military and intelligence services.
So, for example, you could stop the money.
You could stop the remittances of Pakistanis living in the United States.
You could put sanctions.
You could have visas.
You know, the whole, everyone, every time you try to address this issue, the immediate response for 20 years of this war has been, You're advocating for war in Pakistan.
No, you're not.
What they know is there are many things the United States could do right now to change what has happened and is happening in Afghanistan, and they're not doing it.
Put very simply, she's absolutely right.
It's just about will.
The will to win.
And you don't have the will to win if you don't believe in yourself.
If you subscribe to critical race theory, to radical neo-left concepts, neo-Marxist concepts, you hate America.
And you won't defeat anybody.
Not the Nazis, not the communists, not the jihadis.
Not China.
That's the trouble with the left.
God bless Lara Logan.
If you're listening to the radio and you only get the first two hours of the show, you don't want to miss the third.

The End
Welcome, dear friends, to America First One on One, where we get to go deep dive on some of the key issues of the day and get to know some of our regular guests just that little bit better.
It is the long form.
Why?
Because these are the issues that deserve, that demand just that little bit extra commitment by us and by you, our dear listeners and viewers across the nation.
Today, we are delighted to have with us the former Attorney General for Kansas, who is now the head of the Army Star Project.
Thank you, Sebastian.
University, and he's on a mission to find out what happened in the last election, if there was fraud, how much there was, and what we can do to prevent it next time.
Phil Klein, welcome to America First one-on-one.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Great to be with you again.
So, Phil, for those who have just tuned in by accident or somebody shared this video with them, let's start by talking about your background, your past, and how you got to be doing what you are doing right now. - Yeah.
Well, I actually became interested in law and politics because in the ninth grade, my mother was running a business.
She was a single parent of five children, and I was out playing baseball.
And the state showed up with a surprise inspection and a silly write-up almost shut down her business.
So she pulled me off the ball field, Sebastian, and threw me into a law library and said, you've got to figure this out because I can't afford an attorney.
And so I started dealing with the administrators.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
How old are you at this point, Phil?
I'm in ninth grade.
And there was an attorney in the law library who took me under his wing a little bit, helped me out.
We went to hearing.
And we won because of the purpose of the law.
This hearing officer, and it was an informal hearing, still intimidating to small business owners, he recognized the purpose of the law.
And it wasn't for the government to do a heavy hand smackdown and be in competition with the private sector.
So I fell in love with the law because it's supposed to be a protector of our freedom, but Through the past 30 years and so on of practicing law, being involved in law as attorney general, as a state legislator, as a law professor, we are now using, the state oftentimes views individual freedom as the enemy.
And the administrative state in America is what's running the show, more so than your elected official up on the hill.
Let me just stop you there, Professor Klein, A.G.
the person occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Klein.
It is the administrative state.
Let me just stop you there, Professor Klein, A.G. Klein.
For those who aren't familiar with it, for those who don't battle swamp monsters, what is the administrative state?
Well, long ago, Congress decided it was best to claim to solve every human problem of the human conditions.
So, if anything hits the media, you've got a congressman introducing a bill to fix it, and then they don't give much thought as to how that bill applies.
So, I pass a bill that says all Americans shall be happy and pleased.
And then I kick it over to the executive branch and give some agency, federal agency, full of career protected civil service employees who are their lifetime, the full authority to determine how to implement that law.
And through those agencies, they create all kinds of new law, including criminal law.
In fact, Sebastian, there were 54 crimes, federal crimes, at the time this nation adopted a constitution in 1789.
Now, about four years ago, a congressman asked the Congressional Research Service to number all the federal crimes.
They came back after two years and said, it's impossible.
There are too many.
There are too many to count.
Too many to count.
That is the administrative state.
If, Sebastian, if you were to, your daughter or granddaughter have a Kool-Aid stand and they put up by the street, give a hoot, don't pollute, and had a little trash can and asked for the paper cups to be thrown in the trash can, that's the potential of facing five years in federal prison for misappropriation of a state or a federal slogan.
It's insane what we're doing in this country.
And the administrative state is running it.
They have no political accountability.
And in fact, that happened in this election.
We've moved to machines to the point.
And you can't see in the machine.
I can't see in the machine.
There's only a handful of people in the nation who actually understand the coding.
And we are not allowed access to the computer logs.
They're considered the property of the eight machine companies that sell the machines.
So hang on, I have to stop you again.
The logs, the tallies.
Of the votes, the most sacred thing we do as citizens in this nation, the tallies, the logs of those votes do not reside as the property of the states, but the manufacturers of the machines control them, Phil.
Am I hearing you right?
Yes.
The computer logs, which tell you what software was on there, how it operated, whether there was any malware, who had access.
are not made available to the political candidates.
And by the contract that election officials have entered into, they're the proprietary property of the vendors.
Now, it's analogous to this, Sebastian.
It's like there are eight of these companies in the nation.
It's as if we hired eight people and said, look, we don't have the ability to see a ballot and count it.
We need you.
And so we're hiring you to actually do the count.
You can hire who you want.
We're not going to do any background checks on you.
We're not even going to ask you the names of who you hire.
We're going to put you in a room that has no windows and certainly no ability for anybody else to get in.
And after a while, come out and tell us who won.
And we won't ask questions.
That's the American election system today.
I don't know if this is part of your remit, but I have to ask it.
How does this compare to other countries?
I mean, it blows my mind.
I know that in Mexico, the elections are so secure that they have voter ID for everyone.
I know in India, the most populous democracy in the world, likewise, every single voter has voter ID.
I know many nations maintain paper ballots and paper ballots only.
Very advanced allies of us in NATO just to have that paper trail.
How does what you've just described, American elections, compare to other developed nations?
Any developed nation that has moved towards digital management of the elections has had problems.
Because you lose transparency.
You lose the ability for the average person to be able to be in that counting room and say, wait a minute, you know, that box is checked for Biden, not Trump.
Or there's not a vote on that ballot.
We have to get back to that.
And really, why do we have this?
Why are we so impatient in what's supposed to be the world's greatest democratic republic?
To say that we can't count votes, we need a machine to do it, and we need to have the media declare a winner on election night.
That's insane.
There's no practical reason for that, that we have to declare a winner on election night.
And was this originally all justified on that basis of saving on labor costs that we, you know, we save on human counters by getting a machine?
Was that the justification, Phil?
Well, first of all, we don't save any money by going to machines.
That's just a joke.
It is enormously more expensive.
And one of the motivations to go this way, it occurred after Bush v. Gore.
And you might recall, Sebastian, you and I are similar enough in age that I remember looking at the picture and watching TV and seeing the hanging chad, you know.
Should a hanging chad be reflective of voter intent?
Should it be counted a dimpled chad?
And America Had a, uh, uncomfortableness about it there, because we had different opinions.
But at least we all had an opinion.
We were in the counting room.
We knew how it was happening.
I have not met an election clerk yet, or a Secretary of State who fully understands how those machines operate.
Not once.
That's stunning.
That's truly stunning.
They're wholly dependent.
You look.
Google.
Your viewers.
Google.
And I hate to even say Google.
Get another search engine if you can.
Because the algorithms in Google definitely benefit the left.
And they're engaged in that.
But search on the internet.
Election glitch machine.
And you'll get hundreds of hits.
And who provides the answers of what happened?
The vendors.
The people who sell the machines.
And we don't even know who they are.
I mean, we don't know all of the employees that work for them.
It's insane what we've done with our elections.
Elections are pretty darn simple.
You gotta be able to count.
And you gotta make sure nobody gets back in line that shouldn't get in line.
Yeah, you've got to be able to count, in most cases, a binary choice.
You've got to be able to discriminate a spoiled ballot, and that's about it.
So adding up and deciding whether something is spoiled, unbelievable.
We're going to discuss this for the whole hour.
Follow this man's work at AmericanVotersAlliance.org.
That's AmericanVotersAlliance.org.
Director of the Army Star Project, Phil Klein, former Attorney General of the great state of Kansas.
Phil, I usually have the capacity to free will these interviews because I know my guests, they've been on regularly.
This time I have such a long list of stuff I want to ask you because these are the things we still don't have answers to.
You talked about the administrative state.
Let's talk about another massive piece of the puzzle, the courts.
We'll talk about the Supreme Court in a moment.
You're a former Attorney General.
Talk to us about the fact that it was deemed by conservatives a massive success that my old boss, Donald Trump, appointed almost 300 Federal and Circuit Court judges.
Since last November, I've seen basically cowardice.
I've seen an unwillingness to hear even evidence of voter fraud.
Will you give us your reasoned, experienced snapshot of the state of the judicial system in America today?
Just how bad is it?
Pertaining to elections?
Well, you can talk about it generally in terms of lack of fortitude, but you can talk about specifically your remit, which is elections.
Well, generally, I don't have, as it relates to elections, criticism of the United States Supreme Court because it sees its role as very limited.
And the opportunity provided in our laws that have been passed by state legislators in Congress do not afford sufficient time to investigate an election.
Before a president is sworn in.
So, in other words, the United States Supreme Court will look at treating people differently under the law.
That's their primary concern about the election process.
Are voters treated differently based on class?
And I will tell you, Sebastian, they were this time.
But there hasn't been sufficient time to really develop that evidence into a court case from the 2020 election.
It takes time.
What the Supreme Court was essentially saying is this.
Beyond that, it's up to the state legislature, that's who the Constitution gives the responsibility to, to determine the presidential electors and to determine the time, place, and manner of elections.
It's a political question whether we should have faith in the election, and the political leaders need to decide that.
And in that way, the court, I believe, is correct.
And the real failure that's unspoken of is the state legislatures.
Well, we'll talk about the states in a second, and I'll take your word for it.
But surely to reason, as the Supreme Court did after November, that one of the most popular states in the Union, Texas, doesn't have standing in a federal election is asinine, is it not?
Because you're choosing a president and a president who is the president of Texas as much of the president of Connecticut.
So isn't that a spurious argument?
Wasn't there a lack of spine on that decision?
Yes, a definite lack of spine.
The court did not want to inject itself at such a volatile time and make that determination.
So it used standing as a basis to kick the suit.
And the court manages issues like standing for political reasons often.
It's unfortunate.
And the court should take up a case because the 2020 election was unprecedented in a couple of things that are indisputable.
First of all, it was the least transparent election in United States history.
And that's because that election officials made the decision to kick people out of the counting centers.
And this is also a judicial failure.
We have the deconstruction of law.
In other words, as words lose meaning, In a culture of moral relativism, the law loses its power.
I'll give you an example.
We're in Michigan, and Michigan law is real simple.
It says, and most states have this, Sebastian, it requires that both political parties be present where they are curing ballots and counting ballots.
Well, that makes sense.
Stop there for a second, stop there for a second, because most people aren't familiar with that.
What does curing ballots refer to, Phil?
Well, I'll give you an example in Michigan.
In Michigan, the Secretary of State claims it was a mistake.
Interestingly.
But she mailed absentee ballots to our military personnel overseas on the wrong paper.
So when the ballots came back in, and we're using those darn machines to count them, the paper would crinkle up in the machine.
And so what Michigan law says is when that happens, that ballot is spoiled, so to speak.
Then a committee sitting around a table that must include a Republican and a Democrat in the place where this is being done.
Must review the ballot that isn't working.
And then they actually transfer those votes over to a pristine ballot that the machine can read.
So in other words, you have people in that room casting a ballot for people who are not there.
They're overseas serving our nation.
So they would say, well, look, it looks like this guy voted for Biden and they mark Biden and they go on down the list and then they cast the vote and count it.
Now it makes sense.
Again, transparency is the key prophylactic to fraud.
That you have a Republican and a Democrat, and they agree on what that crinkled ballot says, and that the other ballot was filled out properly, then we have a fair election.
But what they did in Michigan, in Detroit, is because of COVID, they consolidated the counting center.
In other words, they took 134 wards and put them in one room.
Okay?
Which doesn't make sense.
You create a crowd because of COVID.
Then they took the one Republican, and they put him clear up in the cheap seats, where he or she couldn't see the table.
So they couldn't see what was happening.
They couldn't sign off that it was done properly.
And the response was, well, there's a Republican in the place.
Yeah, he's 60 feet away.
He can't see anything, but he's in the room.
Can't see anything.
So you defeat the purpose of the law.
My response is, Detroit is a place.
The planet Earth is a place.
There's a purpose to the law.
The purpose was defeated.
That is unlawful.
But we had a local judge who said, now I'm a strict what we call textualist.
It says place that was satisfied, I can't question it.
That's a failure of the judiciary.
And it's a failure And what we debate in jurisprudential or in the legal community, it's a failure because they won't consider purpose or moral absolutes.
And it's deconstructing language.
And when you deconstruct language, you've destroyed at least man-made law or law that's passed by Congress.
Because all that is is a string of words.
And if you can't agree what the words mean, you have no law.
And that's happening in America today.
And in fact, most law schools teach law that way.
So we have people using those definitions of words for their own objective or own purposes.
And it becomes a game of power.
And that's what we see today in Washington, D.C.
It's about power and authority more so than moral absolutes.
Absolutely shocking.

Eric, we have a cut, so let's move to the broader issue of narrative.
We were told after the last election that this was the most secure election in American history.
You're not allowed to question the results, which is peculiar.
When Donald Trump won, the Democrat Party had a very, very different attitude to the security of our elections.
Play cuts.
We recently also, I actually held a demonstration for my colleagues here at the Capitol, where we brought in folks who, before our eyes, hacked election machines.
Those that are not, those that are being used in many states, but are not state of the art from our perspective.
We're very concerned because there's only three companies.
You could easily hack into them.
It makes it seem like all these states are doing different things, but in fact three companies are controlling them.
43% of American voters use voting machines.
that researchers have found have serious security flaws, including back doors.
These companies are accountable to no one.
They won't answer basic questions about their cybersecurity practices, and the biggest companies won't answer any questions at all.
Five states have no paper trail, and that means there is no way to prove the numbers the voting machines put out are legitimate.
So much for Cybersecurity 101.
So those are all Democrats, then-Senator Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Senator Wyden, saying that none of these systems are secure.
They can be hacked.
That was five years ago.
Those voices are now deafening in their silence, are they not, Phil Kline?
Yes.
The vulnerabilities of the machines has been known for decades.
And it's been known on the left and right.
Sebastian, it's so bad.
That DEF CON, which is a gathering of hackers, a convention of hackers, they used to have a contest on who could hack these machines, but now they're letting grade school, junior high, and high school students do it.
It's so simple.
The machines have known to be a problem forever and ever.
We cannot rely on them.
And the big problem with them, and this year, and you and I have discussed this somewhat, What I have seen is a continued identification of the machine vulnerabilities.
I have not seen proof that they were hacked.
I believe our election was hacked from within, and it was done knowingly by blue state officials who entered into unique and unprecedented private-public partnerships and contracts to share sensitive citizen data with the private sector.
So let's talk about, is this the half a billion dollars from Facebook, or is this something else?
It's something else.
Okay, so explain this hack from inside.
What does this refer to, Phil?
Okay, it's kind of a double hack, so to speak.
You have this shadow government of non-profits that injected more than a billion dollars of talent and monies, including 450 million dollars from Mark Zuckerberg.
Through nonprofits to buy local election offices in the urban core, consistent with former campaign manager for Obama, David Ploos, designed to win the election for Biden.
So they used their money to buy these offices.
They paid the judges.
They did all these things.
They demanded that they would proceed in a certain way.
And if they didn't, they'd take their money away.
And they managed those elections... Wait a minute, let's stop it, because this is a very serious accusation.
When you say, by these officials, these aren't bribes, they're actually openly funding these local election bodies, correct?
Let's be specific.
That's right.
And they paid their salaries, they paid the judges, they paid all of that, and they told them what to do, or they'd claw their money back.
and they became partisan campaign turnout centers for Biden.
That's a problem when government puts its thumb on the scale when it's supposed to be objective.
So that's the hack of the private nonprofits.
They also hacked it from underneath towards our poll books.
Blue state officials gave specific licensing access, or what I mean is direct digital access to our poll books, to a certain extent even more so than county clerks have, to leftist organizations around the nation, who then relicense to leftist organizations around the nation, who then relicense that access to others.
We don't know the names of everybody who accessed our poll books.
There were no background checks.
When you say poll books, you mean the voter rolls?
That's right.
That's right.
When you used to come across a table and the League of Women Voters was there and they'd have you sign a paper to register to vote, which is fine, and we appreciate those registration drives, that registration, that paper, went to a county clerk.
The county election clerk had the responsibility to put that into the poll books, but they also had political accountability.
First of all, your county clerks generally review a jurisdiction that's about a county in size.
So it's easy to audit to see how they're performing and how they're doing.
Secondly, the county clerk is familiar with their community.
So if you have 300 registrations at a vacant lot, they generally know.
And they'd be concerned about it.
Thirdly, they're subject to open records and open meetings laws so you can audit.
We can all see how they're doing their job.
And fourth, you can vote them out of office.
But now what we did is we gave these leftist groups the right to access and put in digitally, bypassing the election clerk, new registrations.
The election clerk was just notified.
And in Pennsylvania, our investigation has revealed that they took this right and re-licensed it to scores of leftist organizations, including Democrat campaigns.
Now, Republicans didn't have that access.
Nobody has audited whether they performed that correctly or accurately.
And so we had a hack from underneath, and we had a hack of nonprofit money from above.
And we had a shadow government run this election in the key swing states in the urban core to benefit Joe Biden.
Find out more about this man's work, his whole team, AmericanVotersAlliance.org.
Incredible details.
Phil, let me run something by you that has been my bugbear.
You're on the front lines, I'm not.
We have the footage of the CCTV cameras in Georgia.
After the GOP poll watchers have been escorted out the building, we have the video here of these So the same person who's staying behind now, the same person who cleared the place out under the pretense that we're going to stop counting, is the person who put the table there at 8.22 in the morning.
Do we have that video cut?
So the same person who's staying behind now, the same person who cleared the place out under the pretense that we're going to stop counting is the person who put the table there at 822 in the morning.
Yeah, I saw four suitcases come out from underneath the table.
So pulling suitcases of ballots from under a hidden table when the GOP poll watchers have been moved out of the building.
Here's my bugbear, and maybe it's just because I'm the layman here.
Yes, clearly, the voting machines are a problem.
Yes, they could have been hacked.
Yes, the fact that we don't have access to their internal vote tallies or the code is massively problematic.
But when we've got old-school voter fraud like that, when we've got tens of thousands of mail-in ballots being counted, Well, I don't believe that there was an algorithm.
they were mailed anywhere because they are the so-called pristine ballots.
Phil, shouldn't we be focusing on the old school Chicago way of stealing elections?
Wasn't that enough?
Or does it have to be a multiplicity of investigations?
Well, I don't believe that there was an algorithm.
I haven't seen evidence proving an algorithm, and I'm afraid many of the audits and many of the claims are chasing shiny objects rather than getting at the truth.
And And I say that, Sebastian, knowing full well that the digital infrastructure of our elections is vulnerable.
It is vulnerable.
We should go away from it.
And if people get past their Trump blindness on the left, they agree we shouldn't be doing this.
It is silly.
We need to get back to paper.
We need to get back to counting.
Now, what happened in this election?
Is that that non-profit money cleared the way for the old Democrat machine to operate like it always operated.
You know, you go back to Kansas City.
I'm from Kansas City.
There was a guy named Pendergast.
He was mayor of the town.
He operated the Democrat machine by having ward bosses, and they would deliver services if you delivered ballots.
If you needed a new sewer line, guess what?
It just meant that you delivered your ballots.
If you go to Fulton County today, there's a group of non-profits And they're the ones who managed the election as far as collecting ballots from those they provided services to.
They broke the chain of custody of the ballot with drop boxes.
The creation and the need, suddenly it was unsafe for you to actually take your ballot and mail it.
Rather, we have to have drop boxes.
And these drop boxes were not monitored like they claimed.
They did not pick up the ballots with a Republican and a Democrat.
They can't even produce the paper to tell you who picked it up and what time it got in.
Or anything like that.
That allowed for the infusion of fraudulent ballots and for the machine to do what the machine does.
That's what happened this election.
And it was coordinated by design.
It's everywhere that Zuckerberg money touched.
It's everywhere these nonprofits got engaged in it.
And the shadow government ran the election.
And these are the same people who are saying, no, you don't need to look at anything.
And in fact, it's going so far they're trying to intimidate and frighten those Such as ourselves and others who would take a look.
That is strong evidence something's wrong.
When they fight you tooth and nail from being able to see what happened.
Now, you mentioned at the outset, you mentioned this claim that it was the safest election we ever had.
You might recall Brad Roffsenberger saying that soon after the election.
Yes.
And in fact, he had an auditor in there.
Audits validate fraud.
They're not designed.
Recounts validate the fraud.
They're not designed to discover, reveal the fraud.
You need investigations to do that.
That means putting people under oath.
That means walking the street and doing interviews.
That means a lot of things.
Not just audits.
It needs real investigations.
And so we keep pressing.
Along with others like Just the News and Michael Patrick Leahy at the Georgia Star.
And soon it uncovers this incompetence, if not willful, violation of the law by Fulton County.
And now you have Brad Roffsenberger saying, we need to put Fulton County in receivership because they can't run an election.
An elected official trying to get ahead of the parade rather than doing the right thing when he had the authority and power to do it.
We've got too much of that in this country.
We've got elected officials more concerned about how they're being tracked in polling rather than doing the right thing.
Phil, how much of an issue is the extended election?
It's not a voting day.
It's not even a voting week.
If you look at states with pre-voting and post-counting, it's an election month.
How much of the problem is represented by that stretching of the election?
Well, not necessarily in fraud.
Here's where the fraud occurs, or the unfairness of the election.
It's if it's done differently in different places.
In other words, we don't have a uniform definition of election day.
That is a problem.
If we don't have a uniform definition of when a ballot's going to be accepted.
That is a problem.
And this election, we didn't have that.
People were using COVID to say we'll accept ballots days after, even if they aren't postmarked.
We had courts stepping in and changing the rules of the game such that they were different in different jurisdictions within the same state.
That is a problem.
I would say this about extending the election day.
I think the primary concern that we all ought to think about is communication about the election and how that stretching election day out helps incumbents.
Because incumbents have the money and resources to be in front of the voter more frequently and over a long period of time than any challenger.
So extending the election helps an incumbent and it allows an incumbent to turn out all their votes before a challenger really has the resources to bring up issues that need to be debated if people are going to make an intelligible choice as it relates to who they vote for.
That is the primary problem in extending election days.
Incumbents would put it out two months, my goodness, before a challenger even has an opportunity after a primary to get their election together.
As far as fraud is concerned, the primary problem was eviscerating the protections of the absentee ballots, the introduction of zucker boxes, the break of the chain of custody as it relates to that, and then treating ballots differently based on where you are as well as Government saying we want to turn out a specific type of voter here, and it's the Biden voter.
So we're going to hire voter navigators, professional witnesses, all kinds of things, and we're going to go find that voter and turn them out.
Dear friends, somebody else who is also fighting for the truth, like Phil Kline, is America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Because he's investigating it, they're trying to destroy him.
As a favor to me, as a favor to this great American, will you support Rudy Giuliani?
They're trying to bankrupt him, strip him of his law license.
Please make a donation to the RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com so this great American can keep on fighting.
That's RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
I thank you in advance and thank you to all of you who have already donated.
Phil, last three minutes we have with you, it seems to me clear what the problems were.
It seems to me that the locus of repair is in the states, because the states have the constitutional authority to run elections.
How do we fix it?
What can people do, whether they're in Pennsylvania, Georgia, or anywhere else?
How do we make sure this does not happen again, Phil?
First you have to hold state legislatures accountable and under current law they are not accountable.
They need to have a standing committee.
They need to pass legislation that has a standing committee that's bipartisan, that has subpoena power that compel people to testify and produce documents.
Whose charge is that they must issue a report, one, whether the election was lawful and followed regulations.
Two, if it did not, where did it not?
Three, what was the impact?
And four, should the election be certified?
All of that should be open and understandable and provided to the American people.
You have to ban private money.
Many of our states are doing that wrong.
But we have to ban private money in the elections, and we have to eliminate these drop boxes.
When you say doing it wrong, what are they doing?
Well, Georgia passed a law that said private money is allowed if it's appropriated by local government.
Well, that's exactly what Zuckerberg did.
He bypassed the state legislature, went directly to local government, gave them grants, and they used the money.
As an example, in Wisconsin, that money was used to give Democrat cities, $47 a voter to turn out to vote.
And then in Republican areas, there was $4 a voter.
You go to Pennsylvania.
There was a Zucker box every four square miles in strong Democrat County, Delaware County.
They also had ballot harvesters paid for, and unlawfully, by the Zuckerberg money flowing through a nonprofit.
In the 59 counties that Trump won in 2016, there was one Zucker box for every 1,159 square miles.
You have to keep the private money out, and the state has to have the courage to treat every voter the same.
What we saw in 2020 was the same Democrat strategy of the Deep South at the turn of the 19th century, where they tried to turn out one type of vote.
That was the white vote.
They tried to suppress one type of vote.
That was the black vote.
This time, it was they tried to use government to turn out the Democrat vote, and they tried to suppress the Republican vote.
It shouldn't be allowed.
It can't happen again.
One more time, where can people find out more about your work and support you, Phil Klein?
You can follow me on Twitter.
I see that you have that up on the screen.
And also the AmericanVotersAlliance.org is our C4 organization that's involved in this.
The AmericanVotersAlliance.org.
And then, of course, I direct the Amistad Project.
Well, you are one of the few out there, another voice in the wilderness.
I thank you.
Those who wish to maintain this as the greatest experiment in democracy and the greatest republic in the world are very, very grateful to you.
Phil Kline, former Attorney General for the great state of Kansas.
