Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Larry Elder has Newsom running scared
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
I thought things are supposed to be a little bit, I don't know, easier on Fridays.
You chuck it down into a lower gear.
Not today.
We have an incredible America First show for you.
We have special guests in studio for the whole third hour.
Mark Morgan, former Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, who's going to tell us the truth about what is happening with those illegal aliens in there.
Thousands not just crossing into our nation, but being shipped across the country.
We're going to get a national security update from none other than the Vice President of the Heritage Foundation, Jim Carrafano, also in studio.
We're going to talk Second Amendment with John Patton from the amazing Gun Collective YouTube channel.
And then, the first hour.
With a special guest I shall introduce momentarily but let's have some fun because we have too many cuts to get to.
The female Olympic weightlifters were asked after their event to comment on a certain phenomena the left is fond of and their reaction was delicious.
Play cut.
There was a historic night here with Laurel Hubbard competing as the first openly transgender in a in an individual event.
And I was wondering what you felt about that and what you felt that took place in your sport. - No, thank you.
I agree.
I'm not a female weightlifter, but that kind of sums it up.
And if you didn't see the video, there were three of them, three of them sitting there and one of them just got their bottle, pull their mask up, had a drink and then said, no, thank you.
Don't be a science denier.
It's called XY and XX chromosomes.
Let's talk about health in studio.
None other than the man I go to for my personal health, Dr. Sam Pappas of Pappas Health in studio to answer all your questions about Can I say the phrase, finally, post-COVID?
Dr. Papp is welcome.
Great to be here, Sebastian.
So I have a show.
We come in every afternoon.
We sit down.
Before the show, I get a stack of articles to talk about.
I have my show prepped by hour, broken down guests and cuts and everything else.
Today, just put that away for a second.
I've got a whole page of questions just for you.
Why?
Because it's strange.
Let's begin here.
Isn't it disturbing how many things in the last year and a half we're not allowed to talk about or information that we can't access about normal health questions, Dr. Pappas?
It's like the fog of war and my patients of all backgrounds want to know and are thirsting for more information.
Absolutely.
The fog of war perfectly put from von Clausewitz.
Let's try and spend this next hour dispelling some of this fog of war.
Get a little bit of information so we have better certitude on what we should be doing about our health.
Not listening to mandarins, necessarily, but making decisions based upon our consultation with medical professionals like Dr. Pappas, who I trust implicitly with my health.
So let's start, let's work backwards.
Delta.
Delta variant.
Countries are being locked down again.
Australia, horrifically, for a land of guys that used to be fun until recently, has, you know, three deaths in a province and they shut down the whole province for the sixth time in a row.
Otherwise, on the streets of France, hundreds of thousands of people protesting mandatory vaccinations.
What should we know about the Delta?
Is it super scary?
What can we know about variants?
Well, first, I'm excited that they finally decided to change the names to Greek letters.
As a Greek, he's in favor of that, yes.
So, you know, I would have to say something about that.
And we won't mention the Olympics, of course, which is, you know, historically Greek.
So, the Delta variant is one of a number of variants we've had.
Most of my patients didn't know they were experiencing the Delta variant, right?
Because we've had it for a few months and it's been building up.
Other places like India had it first, where it came from, and the UK.
So, we know it's treatable.
But probably spreads more.
So what I have heard, and tell me if I'm wrong because you are here to correct me, it's not some new super scary deadlier variant, but for some reason it's easier to transmit and sometimes you may not even know if you're carrying it.
Does that sound right?
Right.
So generally viruses historically have always Try to get into the host so they often are less lethal but more transmittable.
And I like to say that, you know, infectivity does not equal lethality.
And we know from UK, for example, that the mortality rates of the Delta variant are much less than the Alpha variant, the original virus.
So that is good.
So we shouldn't be more scared of it?
Right.
On the other hand, paradoxically, as you know, my feeling is COVID is worthy of treatment.
We don't know why, but some people have chronic symptoms.
My concern is, are people who are vaccinated going to get this and have chronic symptoms and think they're, you know, foolproof and don't have to worry about it?
So can I stop you there for a second?
Yeah.
Because this is one of the most disturbing things that I experienced as somebody who's had COVID.
Now, thank the good Lord, I knew you.
You prepped me intimately on hydroxychloroquine, on Z-Pak, on vitamins and so forth.
But then, out of over-caution, because we were meeting my 80-year-old mother-in-law, before Christmas, my wife says, we're going to get the whole family checked for COVID, just in case, just in case.
I said, OK, fine.
Everybody's clear except me, Muggins.
Test positive.
My nose had been running the night before, so I test positive.
And it wasn't a PA, it was a doctor who tested me, a doctor at a clinic, who once I tested positive, came in with the bad news and said, go home and rest.
And I'm thinking, excuse me?
I've been having long conversations about these therapeutics, about what's effective, what options I have.
And I have heard this again and again and again, people being sent home.
Is that the Hippocratic Oath?
Well, someone said it very well, you know, unfortunately courage is not on the medical school application.
And we've had this group thinking, no other time in history have we decided that we're just going to keep people home.
Even the flu would say we try some treatments.
Yeah.
And again, our patients across all different backgrounds and ages are thirsting for treatment.
They're doing whatever we're told to do.
They want to do more.
So we tell them, hey, listen, other parts of the world are using treatments and vitamins, as you would say, and other things and other modalities and monoclonal antibodies.
Let's make a plan.
So we were happy to go around the obstacle and say, let's get you some treatment.
The doctor-patient relationship is therapeutic in and of itself.
We can make a decision without an organization saying this is, you know, good or bad.
So talk to us, you use the phrase as we're preparing for this show, you use this indication that it may not be the virus itself that we have to fear as much, but you use this phrase waning immunity.
Can you unpack that?
Yeah, so there's a lot of debate saying, you know, is Delta variant potent and is that why people are getting breakthrough infections who are vaccinated?
There was a research paper out of Israel, and Israel is really ahead of the curve when it comes to vaccines, as you know.
And they said our research is showing that these antibodies, the protection from vaccines are waning.
And that if you had a vaccine in January, maybe only 16% immunity versus maybe a couple months ago we have some still janty.
So I think the question is, is there waning?
Is there decreasing protection from these vaccines?
And the research, unfortunately, was somewhat rushed because of the urgency.
So many of us don't know, right?
I mean, the trials were done only for a few months.
It kind of makes sense now during this ongoing research project to find out, hey, listen, maybe they're not as strong as we thought they were.
You know, what else can we do?
And also the effect on shutdowns on the immune system has to be a factor as well.
Shutdowns, you mean as far as like...
Lockdowns, you know, distancing, lockdowns.
Right.
That doesn't help an immune system.
No, it often makes it worse, right?
And often those in the cities and cosmopolitan locations have more challenges, right, than in the country.
And as Dr. Makary, who you're a fan of as well as I am from Hopkins, says, you know, it shouldn't be vaccine versus non-vaccine, it should be immune versus non-immune.
Okay.
Guys, Inscribe that on your cerebellum.
It's not a question of some kind of apartheid of who's vaccinated and who isn't vaccinated.
We don't do that.
We don't segregate people.
We don't have that in this nation.
The question is, are you immune or aren't you immune?
People like me who've had the coronavirus better than any vaccine.
We will continue the discussion here on America First.
Mics are on.
Turmeric, curry, and black tea have been shown in the Petri dish to kill COVID.
Really?
And I was going to say, the UK likes this curry.
Yeah, turmeric, I love my curry, and black tea.
Mike's is still live.
We don't need your headphones for the break, it's just the mic is still on on rumble.
Yeah, and then also ingredients in mouthwashes have been shown to kill COVID.
Wow.
Yeah, so I can mention that too, because there's some of these common oral rinses people could use.
Uh-huh, the over-the-counter ones?
Yeah, so when you think of post-exposure prophylaxis, could we also do, you know, some English?
Okay, we'll go there first, we'll go there next.
I like this post exposure, but I'll do food for the poor.
Hold on, I don't have audio today.
Do you want me to do it?
No, I'll do food for the poor and then I'm gonna tee up 12.
Eric?
12, yes.
Okay.
59 seconds long.
Oh, did we tell Casio to do the Olympic thing?
I'm going to, yeah.
Yeah.
That was just... That was just... And then at the end, no thanks.
The way the one girl lifted her mask up like the wrong way.
Who lifts their mask up like that?
I know, it is strange.
Don't you like pull it down to take a drink?
Pull it up.
Pull it up over her face.
Two and a half.
Is your brother watching?
Tamara, are you watching?
How's it going, Rumblers?
Joyce, you better be.
You better be watching, Joyce.
That's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm saying.
Don't tell them I'm looking at James Bond.
That one.
How about that one?
In the tweed suit.
I love that one.
It's classic.
That's from Russia with Love.
Love2ReadLots in the chat says, that is what they are doing in Canada, sending them home with no treatment.
It's insane.
When that doctor said, I felt like saying, Sorry, we're showing around the country and you're sending me home with nothing?
But I, you know, I had you, but it's so weird.
And so many people tell me they were sent home.
Right.
Kaylee's colleague got COVID and then with, it's just, and I asked, what's he taking?
He hasn't been told to take anything.
Yeah.
What?
What's the point of getting tested then?
What's the point of getting, right.
Wow.
When you don't feel good.
This silly guy is all over it.
That's impressive.
He's always all over it.
I didn't know he did his own show.
Sports back in the day.
He's very humble.
He's got radio coursing through his veins.
Match made in heaven.
The two of you.
Just don't ask them about science fiction.
Or films made before, what, 1982?
1982 when I was born.
I don't watch them before that.
That's the cutoff.
So no James Bond?
You were like, only Pierce Brosnan?
Not Sean Connery?
None of that.
Timothy Dalton.
Don't get me.
The only one I did I got caught on was The Godfather.
But I had watched Godfather 2 after that and that was fun.
What kinds of movies do you like?
Is there a kind of movie you like?
To be honest with you, I haven't liked a movie in five years.
It's garbage now.
I used to love comedies, they just stopped now.
Name your comedy you like.
Millions of them.
Get Shorty, did you ever see that?
Oh, classic.
That's the best lines in that movie.
What about Blues Brothers?
I like that.
My Cousin Vinny was great, let me think what else.
My Cousin Vinny was good.
Midnight Run?
Yeah, all those movies.
Love Midnight.
I saw it on Netflix the other day.
Is it before your birthday?
Young Frankenstein, Mel Brooks.
That could be done today, I wouldn't watch it.
Wow.
I don't like things that can't really happen.
Alright, let's roll.
Alrighty.
I killed Mike.
standing by please go Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
Thank you, Mr. President.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
America First, Salem Radio Network, Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you for asking, Mr. President.
Very kind, very kind.
We are talking health for the whole hour with Dr. Sam Pappas, my personal physician.
Look, if the President can have one, I want to have one, too.
You are healthy, hopefully, if you're listening to this show, or you're going to get healthier because we're talking about these issues.
But imagine those who truly cannot look after themselves in terms of their health because, A, they don't have enough to eat.
And for children, it's even worse.
In our hemisphere, there is one organization helping them.
It's Food for the Poor.
Every year in August, I ask for your help.
COVID has hit them much, much harder than it has us here in America.
And can you imagine being a young girl, a young boy, going to bed hungry again and again and again?
We If you've weathered the COVID storm, if you want to help, as Jesus told us, come unto me, the little children.
This is the easiest way you can show Christian love to those who are suffering in our hemisphere.
A gift once of $37 to Food for the Poor will feed one of these hungry children for a whole six months.
$111 will feed three children for six months.
Please give as much as you can.
Or anything you can give today at sebgorka.com.
Click on the Give Food banner or call Food for the Poor on 855-330-HOPE.
That's 855-330-4673.
Be a modern missionary.
Help these children.
You are literally saving lives.

We are here with Dr. Pappas, PappasHealth.com.
This video was sent to me yesterday.
This is from Naperville Central School Board.
A student called Addison George, who has a very simple question to ask about masks.
Play cuts.
My name is Addison George.
I'm a junior at Naperville Central.
In April, I got the COVID vaccine as soon as I was eligible, even though I already had COVID last year and I knew I wasn't at high risk of getting it again.
I did this so that I could be free from all restrictions placed on me over the past year.
I did it because all the adults in my life told me it would help those more vulnerable.
They told me I could finally live my life again without masks, without quarantines, and without remote school.
I've done everything the adults have asked me to do, and now you want me to wear a mask again for eight hours every day at school.
Who am I really protecting by wearing a piece of cloth?
Every single student and teacher in Naperville Central is eligible for the vaccine.
Every single person can make their own decision about what risks they're willing to take, and I should be allowed to do the same for myself.
You might think it's no big deal to wear a mask all day, but for me, it is a big deal.
So there's a young girl who did everything she was told to do and now they've moved the goalposts.
They want her as a vaccinated young girl to wear a mask eight hours a day in school.
And so number one.
There are health consequences for these kinds of policies, not just psychological ones.
And you quoted the figures to me from Dr. Macri, who's... Johns Hopkins?
Johns Hopkins, yes.
So I've used his figures that are stunning.
The mortality rate for children in America who catch COVID isn't 1%, isn't half a percent.
It is 0.05.
half a percent.
0.05.
It is 0.05, 0.05.
And these young kids are being told mask up.
Then you've talked about this myocarditis, the inflammation of the heart, which can be caused by some of the vaccines.
You're seeing in children the average rate, normal rate, for this inflammation of the heart is 0.3 per million under the age of 18.
After vaccination we're finding 50 per million.
So I have to ask you, are those who often accuse those who ask questions of being science deniers, are they not the science deniers themselves?
It's a great question and I must say I was very impressed with that young woman.
I mean, so well spoken and I'm buying some more stock in her.
Yeah, I mean, it's amazing because I've always been taught that masks can be helpful if somebody you're working with is acutely ill or you are acutely ill, right, to protect you and others if there's a high viral load.
But this is a different scenario.
This is just to mask everyone, irrespective of immune status.
You know, my take is those who are at high risk are going to be protected with vaccinations already, or perhaps they've already had the infection and they're immune.
So everyone is protected, then the masks aren't going to be necessary.
So I think it's a reflex.
It takes deeper work to personalize, to make more of a plan that's detailed.
It seems like a security blanket analogy.
Yeah.
It's not based on reality.
It'll make you feel like you're doing something.
Well, you know, Dr. McCullough, who you've spoken with and had a great interview with in July, said, you know, there should be four pillars of protection.
You know, masks are one, especially in the beginning.
And you have vaccines over here.
Then you have treatments.
With repurposed medicines, therapeutics, and then you have lifestyle and building up your system.
So most people have just gone to one of two, either the vaccines or masks.
As if it's an either-or.
Exactly.
Rather than saying, like a Greek column, you know, you need all four and you have to figure out, so maybe early on it was fine to do masks for everyone, but now that we know more and everyone is vaccinated as should be, Or most people are.
Those aren't necessary.
We've done two segments already.
He's already mentioned the Greeks twice.
He's going to try five times in this hour because he is Dr. Sam Pappas.
He's caught me.
Check him out.
PappasHealth.com.
I'm waiting for the Hungarian references.
I'll have to smuggle those in.
Last two minutes in this segment, good doctor.
You use this phrase post-exposure measures.
Fascinating.
It's a whole different way.
So if you think you've been around somebody who has the COVID or you found out afterwards they did, you don't have to just Wait there until you get tested positive.
There are things you can do such as?
Well let me give you a quick example.
A patient of mine who's in her 40s and her husband who I don't know is in his 40s.
I have a teenage son.
He came in with a cold.
It turned out it was COVID.
The husband had gotten vaccinated.
It seems like because work had said you should get it.
She did not.
She didn't think she needed it, which was fine.
She says, what can I do?
I read about post-exposure prophylaxis.
My son is doing great.
It's like a cold.
And I said, you can take some therapeutics like ivermectin.
To prevent you after exposure from coming down with it.
Based on a lot of research.
So ivermectin after the fact.
Exactly.
You don't have to be sick.
Right.
Her husband, ironically, who had the vaccine, got COVID.
Now, fortunately, he did well and, you know, maybe he would have done worse if he didn't, right?
But that's an example of she says, you know, I've read this and she's a super mom and I'm going to take ivermectin.
As I was mentioning before, the monoclonal antibody Regneron has a research paper they just did that said, you know, as opposed to giving an IV shot of this monoclonal antibody, we now have an under the arm shot we can give in the house if someone's been exposed.
So we have multiple options.
What I did originally, on your advice, hydroxychloroquine worked for me after I caught the coronavirus.
I had three days of a little bit tired, a little bit of sniffles, that's it.
Now we have Ivermectin, we have Z-Pak, we have Zinc and now the monoclonal antibodies as well.
These are the things we should be allowed to talk about.
This is the opposite of science denial, and that is why we are here on America First.
Because the mainstream, lying, legacy media are propagandists, and there are far too many overpaid bureaucrats who act like little fascists.
I said it.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network, and I'm your host, Sebastian Gorka.
We'll work one out.
Okay, so what was the new vaccine?
Novavax.
Okay.
Oh, we got to talk about long COVID.
Talk about long COVID.
And then let's talk a little bit about hydroxy and ivermectin and how they work.
It actually turns out that probably ivermectin is better than hydroxy.
Right, it does now.
But there's still data on hydroxy, which is interesting.
But now there's some studies and another thing, you know, maybe a good idea to mention is Celebrex, which is an anti-inflammatory.
Celebrex?
Yeah, it's Advil's big brother.
Much safer.
It's been shown to be Great for long COVID and for acute COVID.
Does it help the lung function, the inflammation of the lung?
We think so.
Back when they paired it with Pepsin, which is over-the-counter, in the hospital they got great results.
What is Pepsin?
It's a stomach antacid.
So why is that helping?
Again, anti-inflammatory?
It's anti-inflammatory, antiviral.
So if you do that, Celebrex, some Pepsin, some black tea and mouthwash and turmeric, This is great.
This is great.
The fact that, you know, this is one out of a thousand conversations is insane.
There's so many great ways to creatively do this.
This is great.
This is great.
The fact that, you know, this is one out of a thousand conversations is insane.
Insane.
That's why I'm just, you know, patients who are listening to our shows and say, this is great and I want to know more.
I tell them, I check out McCullough, I check out, you know, they do July, I check out, you know, McCary, you know, Merrick, all these guys with M's.
have you spoken to any of these guys You know, I've not.
You know, I've not.
Well, then we'll put you on a panel.
Yeah, I would love to do that.
Put you on a panel with one of them.
Yeah.
Oh, you should get into the immunity.
Like, how long it'll last if you've had it.
Oh, you mean the vaccine?
Yeah, like natural immunity versus vaccine immunity.
Oh, yeah.
I was messing around on the internet in normal publications just to see.
I got a range from three months to 19 years.
Okay, that's good.
We'll have you say that on air.
I think there was one study Macri pointed to from Israel showing that people who get the virus and they recover are like seven times more likely to be immune than those who get the vaccine.
Look, I have yet to see any scientific study anywhere to say that a vaccine Gives you more immunity than having caught the virus and beaten it.
Exactly.
Well, B.C., before COVID, that was it.
That was it.
You know, there were some discussions, maybe like some infections like chickenpox after 10 or 20 years.
Yes, right.
You know, or the MMR vaccine, but we're talking about, you know, the first year of COVID.
Okay, come in with cut, oh no, I'm gonna tee up cut six, all right?
Cut six, foul chief, got it.
37 seconds long.
And 45 seconds to air.
Oh, I didn't think I'd see this guy on Fox News again anytime soon.
I know, he kind of disappeared.
Good thing too.
Never liked that guy.
Did you like that guy?
Never.
Good.
I liked the other King better.
We know that.
We know that, okay?
King of Iowa?
No, Steve.
Oh, Stephen King.
Science fiction.
Steve King, the Congressman.
From Iowa.
You're teeing it up, right?
- Mr. Grokka, it's an honor to it's an honor to talk to you.
I'm also an immigrant since August 9, 1968 and I love this country.
This country owes me nothing and I owe it everything.
That's why I served.
Wow.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.

I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.
What I learned from this man, look, one of the most important things is sleep.
You gotta get a good night's sleep.
Do what I do.
You gotta sleep on the Egyptian cotton, geezer dream sheets, and then the MyPillow from Mike Lindell.
It just cuddles your cranium through the night.
The pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
Guaranteed for 10 years.
What have you got to lose?
I had seven and a half hours sleep earlier.

Cut six.
That's 800-829-8468.
He's still doing it.
He's a little fascist.
Cut six, Dr. Fauci.
Immunocompromised individuals are vulnerable.
The reason is that it is clear now from the observational data that was made that they do not make, in general, with some exceptions, but in general, do not make an adequate response that we feel would be adequately protected.
So in this regard, it is extremely important for us to move to get those individuals their boosters.
And we are now working on that and will make that be implemented as quickly as possible, because for us and for the individuals involved, it is a very high priority.
The boosters are coming.
The Secretary of Defense is about to mandate mandatory vaccinations for all members of the armed services.
But what is the truth about immunity?
Jeff, you said you looked on the Internet.
You just did a little bit of research and you were trying to find out how long immunity lasts.
What was the range you found?
I went through a ton of websites.
These were what you would call reputable news sources, mostly mainstream media.
So no Alex Jones, no crazies?
No, nothing crazy.
The range I got, I looked at 12, 13 I think, was as low as three months and as much as 19 years.
How is that possible, Dr. Pappas, that we have so little knowledge about how long immunity lasts?
No, it's ready, fire, aim.
And I think getting Dr. Fauci's comments, if they keep it at the immunocompromised for boosters, I think we're going to be fine.
But that's not what we're hearing.
But that's what I'm worried about, because we go from that comment, which I think is very reasonable, to saying, let's extend it across the board.
Or make it mandatory.
And make it mandatory when we're forgetting that so many people are already immune and that many patients who are vaccinated also have other things in place.
Or the fact that the vaccinations are not safe.
Look, you mentioned this comment in the break.
None of these vaccines are FDA approved.
They're still emergency experimental.
So why would we say everybody has to take something?
Yeah, I mean, you want to personalize, right?
I mean, a scientist once said, if the risk of death from COVID in someone less than 50 is less than 1%, does adding a vaccine help?
It's hard to get less than 1%, less than 1%.
So I think we need to personalize and not just do one size fits all.
All right, talk to us a little bit.
I'm a huge fan, thanks to you, of hydroxychloroquine.
It did it for me three days.
I'm past it.
I'm not afraid of Delta, Epsilon, Gamma, or, you know, the thetans are coming.
I'm not afraid of any of them.
Talk to us about how now it seems as if ivermectin may be even more effective.
Do we know why?
We're not sure why.
I mean, I think people are following the research.
We're seeing countries do some really, really good quality studies.
It may not be to the level of what we're accustomed to, BC before COVID, but it's very, very good studies.
This medicine, although it's an anti-parasite and it's helped millions of people in third world countries with rare parasitic diseases, has been shown to have anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties.
So one of the key aspects I learned from you, and tell me if I'm wrong, is that in the bad cases of COVID that are caught late, it's the inflammation that can be the most dangerous factors, especially in the trachea and the lungs.
Yes, exactly.
So the key is to use multiple medicines, because all viral infections, whether it's HIV... So not one, not univalent, multiple.
And I think some folks will say, oh, this guy wants to just give one pill, and none of our patients Get one medication, three or four at once.
Things like steroids to help with inflammation.
The other key part is a blood thinner, like aspirin.
Like an aspirin, baby aspirin.
Right, or heparin in the hospital to help.
And then you mentioned in the break, breaking news or potential Encelebrex, the anti-inflammatory, and Pepsid, the anti-acid, right?
Yeah.
That could also have a good effect.
Exactly.
Again, in one of my newsletters, I referenced a couple of very nice articles that Celebrex, which is a prescription but very, very safe and probably safer than Advil and Aleve, has been shown to be anti-inflammatory and also help long COVID patients who have problems with smell.
Oh, that was one of the most irritating things.
The smell and the taste.
So long COVID.
Okay, we're going to talk long COVID next.

This is... I've got time for the long cut, right?
Okay.
I'm going to tee up this long audio cut from this physician's assistant.
How long is the cut, Geoff?
3.30.
I'll send you the whole thing.
It's 12 minutes long.
It's amazing.
Amazing.
Wow.
He stood there saying what he's seeing in the hospitals.
Wow.
Front lines.
That's the other thing with the boosters.
Like, have you seen the vaccine cards?
Yeah.
It says first dose, second dose.
You sign it, date.
Then below that, there's two other lines for other.
What is that for?
Yeah, right!
That's for the tattoo that goes on your forehead.
Vaccinated.
So what did you say about, like, possible treatment for those who have, like, their smell messed up?
Because one of my buddies... Celebrex, right?
Was it Celebrex?
One of my buddies who caught it and, of course, recovered, he says, like, ever since then, his sense of taste and smell has just been completely effed up.
Listen, if he wants us to do a COVID consult, you know, with me or Tamara, you know, I'd be happy to do that.
PappasHealth.com!
What is the reason that happens anyway?
Do we know why the smell and the taste buds are affected?
We don't know why.
We think for some reason that olfactory system gets inflamed and doesn't recover but you know things like Celebrex now and we'll even use COVID treatments acutely for chronic and say okay let's give a round of ivermectin, some doxycycline, some steroids.
To get rid of the long-lasting effects.
Yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
All right, so I'm going to do extortion here, then I'll tee up the audio.
Okay.
And then we'll talk to the doctor.
So how are you handling your new fame?
Does it sit well with the Greek lifestyle?
Well, you know, they're very impressed that I've gotten the fast track.
They want to know the secret.
And I say, I can't reveal my secrets.
It's a certain cell phone number, that's all you say.
Tomara's.
You need Tomara's cellphone.
I said Tomara and the Bishop.
Those are the key.
I said the Kiwi and the Palestinian.
It's all the key.
Did we lock?
No, we didn't lock down.
I don't think I'm going to text you guys.
He hadn't responded.
So I'll just text you guys.
Lunch is hard.
Maybe if he wanted to do a call right after the evening.
But I think dinner is ideal.
And to get him out a little bit.
You know, he's the busiest one.
You know, you and I, we're more flexible, but he's... He's got a flock.
He's gonna save the lives of the flock.
He's shepherding the flock, so... It may be that we have to get him on a Skype call from somewhere in the country.
Or, you know, he'll have to travel the world.
Is he still traveling?
He hasn't recently, but... Because he used to go to Africa, right?
Yeah, Nigeria, yeah.
Right.
Alright, killin' mics.
I'm out of coffee.
Portions of America First are brought to you by Food for the Poor.

The biggest loss of life after September 11th amongst our fighting forces when up to 30 members of SEAL Team 6 were killed in Afghanistan when that helicopter went down.
Amazing new movie has been released about what happened that day and the questions that remain unanswered.
Where was the black box?
Why is it still missing?
Did our restrictive rules of engagement contribute to this tragic, tragic event?
And most plaguing of all, why did it take 17 minutes to fly a 10 minute mission with seven minutes of that mission Being radio silent.

We are talking Covid, hopefully post-Covid.
We're talking therapeutics, masks, vaccinations and everything else that you're not allowed to talk about in the legacy-lying mainstream media.
Things such as this unbelievable 12-minute video.
We've just clipped a piece of it.
Relax.
It's an audio clip from a physician's assistant that was sent to me yesterday by one of our listeners and we're just going to use it as an apropos for our discussion.
Play cuts.
The government and many entities are actually censoring true, factual information that I'm about to present to you.
You can't find it.
It's not out there.
I understand that you might have some doctors on your board or doctors that come and help you out, but I can tell you one thing.
If they're telling you something different than I'm about to tell you, they're either, one, misinformed and they're not looking in the right places, two, they're straight up lying to you, and that would lead me to believe that who is paying you or who is influencing you to say these things.
Number one, the case counts is absolutely obliterate.
You could be run over by a car.
You go into the ER.
You say I'm short of breath because your blood is fully filling your lungs.
And if they test you for COVID, you died of COVID, not a car accident.
You could have known severe cardiovascular disease, which is what I'm ...are taken, and you come in with an absolute 100% heart attack, but they test you for COVID, what did you die of?
COVID.
What just happened about two weeks ago?
CDC is now telling all the laboratories to stop using the PCRs that we've been using this whole time, because they cannot decipher between the flu and COVID.
So we have to stop using them.
That information alone should stop this whole ridiculousness, okay?
Number two, the masks.
What is the dirtiest spot on your body?
It is your mouth.
I'm pretty sure no one here would sit there and smell their anus and their private parts all day because that seems disgusting.
But your mouth is dirtier than your private parts.
Why would you sniff the bacteria that comes out of your mouth all day long and force that on our children?
That is wrong.
That is psychologically affects them and you're going to implore more There are literally studies that I can prove to you that are on the CDC website that are randomized controlled studies that show that nor hand-washing nor wearing surgical masks, especially anything less than that, actually prevents you from getting infected whether if you're infected or you're trying to prevent an infection.
I can sit here alone on that topic for at least three hours and talk to you about how that is so ridiculous.
Let's get to the most important part because I'm very limited on time and I could sit here for hours and talk to you about this.
The unvaccinated theory is nothing but BS, okay?
Does anyone here know, especially the medical professionals here, that the CDC, about a month and a half ago, changed the requirement for hospitals and clinics to count a COVID case.
If you are now vaccinated, you don't have to register that person as a COVID case if they have COVID.
Even if they're in the hospital and dying of COVID, if they were vaccinated, you don't have to count that as a COVID case.
Why are people saying, oh, the unvaccinated are filling the hospitals?
Because the CDC has literally changed that.
So if you get COVID and you're vaccinated, you don't count into the pool of people that are vaccinated.
Does anybody here know that?
I doubt it.
Do we also know of the change in the PCR test?
No, I doubt that.
So you're a board for education, not health.
There's never been a study on social distancing or any of these ridiculous partitioners that are in between you.
So you're telling me that you're safe to breathe?
But we're not safe to breathe.
Even on the CDC, after 15 minutes of being in the same room with somebody, you're breathing in the same air.
Okay?
So let's get past this ridiculousness, because it doesn't work.
That is Miguel Escobar, physician's assistant, addressing a school board meeting in Edinburgh, where he said, you are making decisions that you don't know anything about.
I am a practitioner.
I am in the field, and you need to know the truth.
The whole video is posted on my social media feeds, on Twitter, on Instagram, on Facebook.
Watch it after the show!
Not now, after the show.
But let me use it to ask Dr. Pappas, you're a successful physician and I don't want to put words in your mouth.
But isn't this perhaps the most disturbing thing of the last two years is our inability to just talk openly and honestly without censorship about our health?
Yeah, I mean it's my first time in my 20 plus years that a pharmacist would say I don't agree with that treatment.
Or refuse, as I've been told.
Right.
I refuse to fill out a legal prescription.
Right.
Because some politician, a governor, doesn't like the incumbent in the White House or for some other reason.
Surely that's against everything your profession stands for.
Well, exactly.
And it's, you know, we are, as we said, the fog of war.
And I think one of the points that gentleman mentioned that I think was important is the flu We thought we had conquered it, but the reality is we were labeling flu patients as COVID.
Yes.
And it's important now and in this future fall and winter flu season because treatment for flu is different than treatment for COVID.
So, for example, like the steroids would not help flu, they would help COVID.
Yeah.
So, patients who weren't doing well in the hospital.
So, are we going to be untaught by adversity as the Greek said, I had to mention it again, Or are we going to learn from that going forward?
Yeah, and it looks to me right now we're learning the wrong lessons.
With the odd injection of, you know, God bless you and what you, your whole team, Tamara, and everybody else is doing, it's time to be honest about these things.
We're talking to Sam Pappas.
Follow him.
Check out his amazing COVID newsletter, PappasHealth.com, the action plan, PappasHealth.com.
And we updated it.
I bet you did.
For your listeners with the new findings that we had.

All right, I can't believe it.
We've got one three-minute segment left.
It's an outrage.
One more chance to mention the Greeks.
He did it.
He did it.
He's going to win.
We're going to have to give him a gold medal at the end.
We've got to get it sponsored next time, every time he mentions the Greeks.
There's going to be some good Greek restaurant.
Nostos is going to sponsor your segments.
And get the team here, like, some free, you know, Euros, souvlaki.
Yes, little Greek coffee.
Well, you know, Sebastian has coffee at the restaurant at 10 o'clock at night.
Before you!
Oh, that's the new one.
I've not seen that before with you.
Yeah, I do that.
That was like pre-workout.
Paul does that.
He has caffeine before the workout.
It's like, whoa!
Yeah, so smart.
Well, you surprise the guys that we're having dinner with.
They're like... All the wait staff don't get it.
They look at me.
Especially older waiters go, Are you nuts?
You want coffee now?
You haven't had your salad.
No.
I want it now.
It's like the tip.
Coffee and a tip now.
Before.
All right, what have we got?
What is important?
You mentioned the curcumin and the tea.
Oh, tea.
What is important for you?
I think just saying, you know, the COVID action plan still works.
OK, good.
So what we said last time is still important.
OK.
We mentioned the oral rinse.
I think it's kind of cool that you can use that as a... OK, we'll do that.
We'll do all that.
I got a question.
How long is this going to be around for?
COVID?
Yeah.
As long as it's politically useful.
I think it's definitely, right?
I mean... That's what I think, too.
It's like the new flu.
It's going to be here forever, basically.
That's what I wanted to know.
But everybody was thinking, though, the vaccine's going to end it, if people are realizing now that it's just going to be here.
Yeah.
I'll start with that.
that's a great point alright standing by
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Fallen Angel, Call Sign Extortion 17, and Salem Now.
Guys, check out the COVID action plan.
It's been updated by the Pappas Health team.
PappasHealth.com slash COVID action plan.
That's PappasHealth.com COVID action plan.
Get the stats, get the information.
Mr. G, I can't believe this has lasted, this has gone so fast.
Mr. G is the question.
How long is this going to last?
This whole COVID thing where people thought we're going to get inoculated, vaccinated, and it's done.
It's over.
Well, as your sports expert here and I were discussing, initially we thought the vaccine was going to knock it out like the Chicago Bears 85 defense.
But it's really become like my New York Giants prevent defense, you know, so it's not knocked it out.
It's going to last forever, I think.
It's going to be around with us.
And we're going to have to be comfortable with uncertainty.
And a lot of people have problems with uncertainty.
Did you hear that Fauci?
You've got to be uncomfortable with uncertainty because we're not wrapping this nation in cotton wool.
We were built on rugged individualism.
Let's talk about some exciting new things.
Talk to us about the relevance of turmeric, black tea and mouthwash.
Well, you know, the turmeric and curry and the black tea are the Gorka plan from the UK.
So we have the Papus plan and the Gorka plan.
To have your... But no paprika.
No Hungarian paprika.
Oh, that's a very good point.
So if we add the paprika, I'd probably be supercharged.
But we know that, for example, black tea, green tea kills COVID in the Petri dish.
That's fascinating.
Is it the tannic acid?
What is it?
You know, so we don't know.
It's a great question.
Why should we wait for this study to come out in humans?
Because turmeric is so good anyway.
It's an anti-inflammatory.
It's really good for you.
And turmeric does it in the cells, I mean in the petri dish as well.
So if you have a nice Curry with some green tea or some black tea.
And then what are we finding about over-the-counter mouthwash?
So we knew that betadine, which has iodine in it, if you gargle it in the back of the throat.
How did you say trachea again?
Trachea.
It's the original Greek pronunciation.
Yes, I didn't learn that in med school, so now I know it.
So if you gargle betadine, it's really good.
Now we know that most Oral rinses from these companies that have this ingredient called CPC.
So it's got to be the CPC ones?
Yeah and it's in the back of the ingredients and I spelled it all out on our action plan.
And if you google CPC and oral rinses you'll see really great data.
That it also kills COVID?
Kills COVID in the back of the trachea.
Wow.
So we know the trachea and in the sinuses.
Because the real issue is the inflammation caused by COVID in the breathing system.
Exactly.
And we know Delta virus, the Delta variant, has high viral loads, right?
So it's worthy of attention.
So if you can do post-exposure prophylaxis or prevention with these ingredients in a nasal spray.
And then maybe take the ivermectin.
If you're a doctor, you discuss it.
And then maybe if the new monocle antibody pans out and comes out.
And then there's other exciting news because Novavax is an exciting new vaccine.
Man, he's hit it.
That's the last thing I wanted.
We've hit my whole list.
The Novavax is the new one that's coming out.
Not RMNA, not this dodgy technology that the inventor said is potentially dangerous.
The guy who was behind the invention of these new vaccines.
So guys, we hit almost everything, but I think we'll have to have him back because he's that good.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Happy Friday.

Now?
- Okay. - Which is China, of course.
You missed on the quarter last time around.
Some are wondering, John, why you have not been more vocal as a company around some of the human rights abuses in China when you had been so out front on societal and social issues here in the US. - Well, as I said earlier, Sarah, as I said earlier, Sarah, that sport, we think sport's a global phenomenon, an important phenomenon.
And so we participate in sport all over the world, including China.
China is a very important market for us.
We have a long-term history in China.
Where's the answer?
That's incredible.
Yeah.
That's amazing.
I'm surprised she asked it.
Yeah.
Go ahead.
53% of people say that they don't want Gavin Newsom to have a second term.
And it's because of the crime, because of the rising homelessness, because of the outrageous way he shut down this state in the most draconian way of any of the other 50 states.
Go to 4.
Go on to see 4.
A million dollars a week.
That's how much MyPillow founder Mike Lindell says he's losing after pulling his ads from Fox News.
Why?
Because Fox wouldn't run this!
All of you know what MyPillow and myself have gone through in the last five months.
I'm having a cyber symposium on August 10th, 11th, and 12th.
Well, here at Newsmax, we believe in a good night's sleep, so we're running that ad.
And today, we're taking Fox News to the Maxxis.
We have a Fox News alert.
We have a banned pillow salesman.
Why does Fox News hate a good night's sleep?
He's losing a million dollars a week.
Yo, their credibility's probably going in the toilet too, right?
He makes great pillows.
Why'd you guys get rid of him?
Come on!
That's great.
That was good.
I was surprised they did that.
Yeah, he did pretty good.
That is pretty funny.
All right.
Come.
Come.
Headphones, mics.
We only have two of our hordes of three people working on this show today.
I want feedback, because we haven't had any callers, because we can't take any callers, because we have so much content.
What did you think of that hour with Dr. P, Eric?
It was refreshing to finally hear, like, just very calm, reasonable, educated analysis, and not the just panic and fear-mongering that we hear from the media and so-called, you know, experts every single day.
It's so nice to be able to talk about things that are important in a normal fashion.
Mr. G, you were quite engaged there.
I agree with the same thing, and I also think a lot of things have changed, and he comes in every few months because it's a new virus.
It changes, and they let us know that, and what I have been saying since the beginning, if you would give real answers like this, there would be so many less conspiracy theories that have been floating around since the beginning, because they have lied so much about this.
They've lied, and they've flip-flopped, and now they're surprised people don't want to take vaccines.
Exactly, and it's also hurting people.
He was bringing up about, you know, you're getting into the cold and flu season, the therapeutics.
Since this vaccine came out, they don't talk about therapeutics at all or treatment.
They don't talk about therapeutics or the thing that I still have to kind of get in my head, because I did it, because I didn't even think, you know, of this version of medicine.
After you've found out you've been close to somebody who's got COVID, You don't have to just wait there until, you know, you test positive.
There is stuff you can actually do with the therapeutics to try and prevent you from catching the COVID after an exposure.
So, God bless Dr. P. Check out PappasHealth.com and follow Dr. Sam Pappas on Twitter.
We should get him back maybe every quarter because I, look, I find that useful and I think millions of our listeners find that useful as well.
However, we have to share with you some of the other relevant cuts Perhaps let's start with the man who bears the title of President of the United States.
I think he said this today.
It's rather embarrassing.
Cut nine.
You know, we have roughly 350 million people vaccinated in the United States and billions around the world.
There's a problem with that.
There's only 320 million people.
So how did you vaccinate 350 million people in America?
And he's trying to do the Obama.
Did you see him?
If you're watching on video, he's got a cream colored taupe, taupe suit on trying to be cool.
You're still creepy.
Did you see the video of him yesterday?
He's doing it again!
Sniffing little girl's hair.
It's not normal.
It's very, very strange.
Yeah, I think you meant 350 million shots, not individuals inoculated.
Let's continue with the, uh, the topic of Covid.
But when it comes to the security of this nation, a man, Ronnie Jackson, former surgeon to the president, former personal physician, who is very honest about what's happening in America when it comes to the coronavirus.
Cut five.
The report was that there were 7,000 COVID-positive people that were released into the city of McAllen just over the last few months, and like 1,500 just over the last week or so.
I've been on planes, I've been out to the border multiple times.
Every time I get on a plane from the border, it's packed with these people that are flying all over the country.
And now we know a lot of them are COVID-positive.
I told you before, when I was out there, they were documenting to me that 25% of everybody that crossed the border was COVID-positive, 20% when they engaged them, and 5% during their time with either the Border Patrol or So this is the reality.
So there is a huge problem on the border, a huge number of these people coming across.
They're almost all unvaccinated.
So a large proportion of them do have the virus and they're infected with it.
So this is the reality.
Somebody tweeted out earlier today, if they cared about public health, if the powers that be wanted to stop the coronavirus, delta, epsilon, gamma, whatever variant we're talking about, wouldn't they shut the border? whatever variant we're talking about, wouldn't they shut the border?
If you don't want a spread of a virus, then why would you allow 6,000 people every single day to cross the border illegally, 20 to 30 percent of whom test positive for the coronavirus, the majority of whom are not vaccinated, and then what happens to them?
The ones that we catch!
They're not sent back to Mexico or Guatemala or Honduras.
They are sent across the nation.
Not just to McCown, Texas, but to Massachusetts, to New Jersey, to Washington State, to California, to the Dakotas.
They are all over this nation.
Now, if that doesn't create a policy of an attempt to contain the virus, keeping them in detention facilities, returning them to their nations, getting them mandatory vaccinations, isolating them, Then what's going on?
I'm not going to default to a conspiracy theory that this is some attempt to seed the nation and to create a wider panic.
Why?
Because I look into the eyes of these individuals, whether it's Fauci, whether it's Biden, and they're afraid.
They are running from their own fear.
They are trying to shut down America again because they think that's how it works.
They think that their reputations will be saved.
And then on top of that, and this is no conspiracy theory, there is perhaps the most disturbing aspect of all.
Only explainable by the statements made by the director, by the Secretary of Homeland Security, who says the border regime now is fixed.
What we had under the Trump administration was a broken system because people weren't crossing the border illegally.
Now it's fixed.
With 6,000 coming every single day, it's fixed.
But the same man saying to the people of Cuba Don't you dare come here.
Seeing the cause for Libertad on the streets of Havana, under our flag, those people need to stay in Communist Cuba.
Why?
There's only one, not only one plausible, there's only one possible explanation.
Because crossing the desert when it's 120 degrees?
Yeah, that's as dangerous as crossing the 80 miles of water from Cuba to Florida.
So it's not about safety.
It's about the potential political identity of these individuals.
There is that expectation from Latin America, from South America, if you come across the border illegally, from Mexico and elsewhere, that you will become A person at the bottom of the income ladder.
You will become some kind of menial worker who is indebted to the Democrat Party, who will be amnestied by the Democrat Party, and then who what?
Will vote Democrat.
But if you come from communist Cuba, what is the expectation?
Well, we don't need to guess.
We know because we can look at the reality on the ground in Florida, in Miami.
Those individuals who've seen the true cost of socialism on their own families will vote for freedom, will vote Republican.
And that's why Cubans can stay at home, but everybody else can come illegally.
It is cynical.
It is heartless.
It is inhumane.
We will discuss all of this and so much more with another special guest in studio for the whole final hour, former Commissioner for Border Customs and Border Protection in the Trump administration, Mark Morgan, currently Visiting Fellow with the Heritage Foundation.

There's somebody at Newsmax who's very entertaining called Mark... Mike Carter.
He's kind of the roving reporter.
And he had a little fun at the expense of Fox News.
Play cut 4.
Yo, their credibility's probably going in the toilet, too, right?
He makes great pillows.
Why'd you guys get rid of him?
Come on!
I love it.
It's a fun little poke at Fox News, but seriously, he's a great American supporter.

All right, Eric, can you grab Jim?
Yeah.
Mics are on.
Hey, stranger. stranger.
I know.
We had some real issues today.
Mics are on by the way.
That's it, new skill set, it's important.
- We had some real issues today.
- Mics are on by the way, Jeff.
- I got a funny thing to talk about.
For some reason I felt, if I was in such a bad mood on the way to the studio, I was in this masochistic frame of mind and I listened to Vietor and Rhodes on their podcast.
I'm going to share that experience with you.
Luminaries.
So we'll start with that.
What's on your agenda?
We've got the amnesty thing, with the $4 trillion spending stuff.
Okay.
Infrastructure.
Iran deal melting down.
Yep.
Good.
Wow.
It's almost limitless.
It's amazing how nostalgic you can get in six months, right Jim?
How rapidly, how rapidly can you dismantle something?
I mean, Carter, it took a little bit longer for Carter.
Well, this is true.
And his honeymoon lasted longer, too.
You think it's starting to... the bloom is coming off the flower?
Oh, yeah.
But I just think they're digging such a huge hole.
I mean, really?
Dude, four trillion dollars of debt and an amnesty bill on top of that?
And every ridiculous leftist wish list thing in the universe?
And that's all going to happen.
I mean.
So, I mean, our guys think that, you know, McConnell thinks that he that they're going to do the trillion dollar thing and that's going to take the.
And it's just nobody believes that.
Nope.
And then they think, well, you know, voters won't hold us accountable because none of us will vote for this, the reconciliation package.
You think that's true?
It's not how it works.
You guys, what kind of hole do you guys dig in?
And then how are you going to fix all those problems?
It's unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
It's like Obamacare.
It's like, yes, and they forgave you for Obamacare.
Oh wait, they didn't.
And then you just walked in and fixed it.
at the point that you didn't.
Oh, geez.
Yeah, that was Paul Ryan.
The three-pronged approach.
A lot of fun getting ready for 2024.
Oh yeah.
Um, we're going to try and squeeze in... I might cut one either here or in the next segment with Jim.
China.
Yeah, China.
And then we did Jackson.
We did Newsmax.
Biden.
Tokyo Olympics.
We haven't done Murphy.
We haven't done Elder yet either.
Murphy, I can't believe he's doing that because he's up for election in three or four months.
It's New Jersey.
He knows he's probably going to win regardless.
I mean, if they actually pulled something off at that state, that'd be incredible.
Alright, 20 seconds.
Standing by.
When does the index come out?
uh...

Of course!
Exactly.

He knows what he's talking about.
He's worked for the president.

It is Friday.
That means it's national security, foreign policy, with the man who knows it all at the Conservative Mothership, the Heritage Foundation, our good buddy Jim Carrafano.
Welcome back in studio, Jim.
So tell me if you've heard this one.
Truck drivers.
Yeah.
What do you know that in the trillion dollar infrastructure?
I know.
I know.
Right.
Only 6% of them are women.
There is a provision to create a federal agency to recruit women truck drivers.
As if women, if they wanted to be truck drivers, could not figure that out on their own.
But I missed, where's the section for deep sea underwater welders who are women?
I mean, isn't that sexist?
That's probably in the $3 trillion reconciliation package.
We need another agency for that.
And what about coal miners?
Where are those, damn it, those female coal miners, Jim?
You haven't seen the reconciliation package yet.
Oh, that'll be in appendix.
That's right.
This one's only 2,700 pages, right?
The reconciliation package is $3 trillion.
All right, you stole my thunder.
Don't, never forget.
What?
The age of the known universe is 13.6 billion years old.
The total debt that Biden will add through these two bills is about 10 times that number.
It's ish.
It's such a mind boggle, the age of the universe and the national debt is going to grow to many times that number.
That should just freak every cosmologist out.
You flipped my topics on me.
No, that's fine.
That's fine.
So talk to us about What this all means, the amnesty, how conservatives on Capitol Hill think they can just shrug this off like Obamacare.
How long can this go on?
This is like business as usual in the swamp, Jay.
I'm fed up.
So the president's loyal opposition thinks that if they sign off on this trillion dollar infrastructure package and they think, oh, everybody likes infrastructure, right?
That that will allow them to peel off enough votes from the other side, or that the House bill will get so radical that they'll lose votes, and that they'll kill the other package.
That's their belief.
So they think that this is the end.
They'll do one, and then the Democrats will say, thank you, we're set.
Right.
And the reality is, and this is what all the people that I really trust, is that no, that actually passing The trillion dollar thing will actually be fuel on the fire, they will get the reconciliation.
And my big concern, in addition to the merely $3 trillion in additional debt that will make the national debt far bigger than our gross GDP, there is in there a complete amnesty for every for illegal aliens, which will mean not just we have exacerbated the problem of what we have now, but that will be such a massive incentive.
And you want to clip this for the future.
If all this comes to pass, if we have the border policies we have now and a massive amnesty, tens of millions of illegal immigrants will pour into this country.
We will have a population that is 10 in, by the time Obama leaves, we will have a- Biden.
Biden.
No, it's Obama.
3.0, right.
Right.
By the time Biden leaves office, we will have an illegal population that is easily 5, 6, 7, 8 times, in the tens of millions.
So you've been in the swamp long enough.
You're right at the center of things at the Heritage Foundation.
Are you telling me the GOP Is going to surrender on this amnesty issue?
I think they are.
But that's it.
That's game over.
Game over.
I mean, game over not just for the country, but isn't it game over for the GOP?
Absolutely.
Because first of all, just look, for example, at apportionment.
They'll be able to change the apportionment of every state in this country.
Meaning the seats.
And every states in this country that now are solidly red will become blue states.
And that's not redistricting, that's just the math.
And that's not including what they're going to do to ensure that these people vote, one way or another, that these people vote.
And that they're going to find a way to capture those votes.
This is about ensuring political control forever.
So what that means is, and you don't do politics but you do policy, we're talking about this in terms of the ramification to policy, this means that the machinery of one party in DC that happens to have the same letter after its name as the last president really, really denies the reality of what happened in 2016.
This will be the death of the two-party system in the United States, and not just that, the party that survives, and we've already seen this.
They will answer to the most radical political factions in that party, right?
We saw this with we just saw this with the moratorium on on rents, right?
And the radical wing protested And then the administration adopted an unconstitutional legal procedure to placate the radical wing.
So that's the sign of things to come.
You can have one party rule in this country and that one party responding to the most radical elements of it.
And I don't say this as a, like, again, I'm not a political guy, you know, I, but that's the environment I'll be trying to push policies to keep us free, safe and prosperous in.
And it's going to be really hard.
But it's okay, it's okay.
Jeff has just texted me.
So the White House has now extended the moratorium on federal student loan payments.
So it's, you know, money who cares.
It's not their money anyway.
The debt is bigger than the national GDP.
Never ever a good sign.
Okay, he stole my thunder.
That's okay.
I got questions to ask him about the strangely masochistic thing I did on the way to this studio today.
It has to do with foreign policy in what is really the 3.0 version of the Obama administration.
Under the current man who bears the title President of the United States.
In the meantime, while we get to that, follow this man on Twitter.

Who needs a script?
Who needs scripts and talking points?
I remember those first Fox hits I was doing, whatever it was, seven, eight years ago at 5.30am and you're like so worried about, do I have Are my talking points ready?
Am I awake?
You know, I had... Not from my first... Well, my first TV hit, I had talking points.
My second TV hit, I had talking points.
And I spent so much time trying to remember the talking points... That you figured you're not listening to us!
Ever since then, I've never ever... Have I ever told you my story of my first ever TV hit?
No.
So it's September the 11th.
And I'm prepping for a class I'm teaching in Budapest, and I get a phone call.
I'm sitting in a cafe prepping for this course I'm teaching, and the guy from the Defense Ministry says, oh no, it was the Secret Services Ministry in Hungary, says, well I guess it's cancelled.
And I go, what do you mean, cancer?
The bilat with the Americans, because I'd helped set up, because I was former MOD, helped set up a bilat with the new Bush administration and the US delegation was coming to Hungary to meet the new Secret Services Minister.
And I said, what do you mean?
I worked my ass off on it.
What do you mean it's cancelled?
And he said, turn on a television.
So we didn't have cable.
So I rushed good friends of ours, US diplomats, rushed to their home.
They've got Armed Forces TV and blah, blah, blah.
Switch on the cable.
Katie's already there.
And we're just staring at the Twin Towers.
And Katie, of course, as the American says, You worked at the RAND Corporation.
You did CT in the British Army.
You know more than the guys on television, because you know what they did?
You know what the Hungarian national coverage was at 9-11?
The two most famous anchors in America, you know, the Cronkite of national TV, were sitting there, okay?
With CNN playing on the screen as the one guy who spoke English was like translating it.
That was their coverage.
So my wife said, this is crazy!
Call up the Hungarian national TV and tell them that you're the only guy who knows about it.
I said, You can't do that!
So my wife handed me the phone book.
Remember those?
I looked up National TV Center.
Are you serious?
I'm not joking.
I called up and in Hungary I said, can I talk to the duty editor?
Yes.
My name's John Smith.
I was in the British Army.
I did counter-terrorism stuff at RAND.
Can I help you?
The guy said, how fast can you get to the studio?
I hadn't shaven.
Hang on, hang on.
It gets better.
I said, I could be there in 40 minutes.
He said, if you get here in 20, I'm putting you on TV.
So I ran home, dry shaved, put on a tie, broke every, you know, traffic law to get to the studio.
And here's the kicker.
Never done any TV in my life.
I mean, the national TV headquarters for Hung Yen TV, they put me in a studio in front of those arc lights six hours non-stop.
I sat down and I was talking about Al-Qaeda for six hours.
In Hungarian!
Wow, that is insane.
That was my first ever.
That's a good story.
I was petrified.
I was petrified.
Yeah, that was a good story.
The rest is history.
Yeah, well... You told that on Bachelor.
Yeah, I did.
I told it on that long interview.
At least you did the break here.
You still get to tell it on your own radio show.
The best detail is that Katie's the one who convinced you to do it.
Oh, Katie!
Absolutely, Katie.
Literally put the phone book in my...

We are back with James Carafano, Vice President of the Heritage Foundation, All Matters, National Security and Foreign Policy.
I was telling Jim in the break as I was in a foul mood today and for various reasons to do with technology and as I'm driving to the studio for some masochistic reason I switch on a podcast to these Obama
Foreign policy whatever's called Tommy Vietor and Ben I never got my security credence Rhodes and I just I just thought okay I'm gonna I'm gonna listen to these people for a few minutes and they they they talk about the first story was about and I'm quoting literally Tucker Carlson's fascist love fest with Orbán, the Prime Minister of Hungary.
That was the first story.
Tucker's fascist love fest, of course.
And then, they were so sad because of the events in Iran.
mean that the JCPOA Iran deal is in danger.
They were sad, Jim, that we're not going to help Iran.
I'm sorry.
I just can't get my head around it.
Well, you know, sadly, and I love this country...
I'm like the wrestler girl that wrapped herself in the flag.
I freaking love this country!
If I had made it to the Olympics, and I was a wrestler in college, if I had made it to the Olympics, I'd have done exactly the same thing.
But I gotta say, we have lost.
We have little either way we lose because you know for the Iranians and that made on the deal Yeah, then for the Iranians honor is power, right?
Yes, the strongest horse.
That's right And and it is about humiliating your opponent and therefore telling everybody around you like look who's really in charge here we have so humiliated ourself in front of the Iranians and and what we don't understand is is They really don't need the deal, right?
Yeah, they'd love to have- Well, they'll cheat anyway.
Well, I mean, and they'd love to have billions of dollars- For sure.
But they could survive without it.
Right.
And they could do everything they want with it.
So they don't need it, right?
So they're not desperate for it.
So we have already humiliated ourselves in front of them.
And if we don't get a deal, they'll say, look, look how strong we are.
The Americans begged us to give a deal and we said, no.
And if we get the deal, they'll say, look, the Americans crawled on broken glass to get a deal with us.
So either way, these guys have dug themselves a horrific The administration.
This administration.
And this is a tragedy because the deal is meaningless.
Yes.
It's meaningless from the perspective of security.
Is it going to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon?
Of course not.
Iran can already build a nuclear weapon if it wants to.
What will affect their decision about if they decide to become a declared nuclear power is political.
It's not about infrastructure.
Correct.
So the Iran deal is useless for that.
So there's no there there.
It's like the guy looking for the pot of rainbow.
There's no gold at the end of the rainbow.
So as a guy who's been here for decades, why?
Why?
Because they're so smart, I guess?
No, you know, no, come on.
This is, you know, this is called... Oh, I know why.
Reasons.
Is it reasons?
No, this is called cognitive... I'll tell you why, right?
And because I got this from the Europeans who said, look, we know the deal's going to fail.
And to be honest, even the Americans negotiating the deal know that the deal is... That's the insanity!
But here's their rationale for this whole thing.
The good news is we'll buy time.
And when things collapse in the future, because we were all in this together, we will all as one respond to Iran.
This is nonsense.
It's garbage.
Of course it is.
So we will be executed later.
Well, look, I mean, the world will rally around us later when we go to deal with Iran because we made this effort.
Look, what just happened with this administration and the deal with Germany, right?
And we would do the same thing with Iran, the Iran deal.
Create this faux thing like, yeah, okay, we know there's a problem, but we've created all these side deals, including if the Russians do something, the Germans will just cut off the gas from the Russians and everything else.
And first of all, everybody laughed in their faces saying, oh, this is laughable, that this really solves anything.
And literally, Literally, days after, the Germans said, we never agreed to that.
We're not going to do that.
So this notion is, well, at least we bought the goodwill of the Germans.
Yeah, right.
It's ridiculous.
Yes.

John Patton, welcome back to America First.
Hey man, thank you for having me back.
I appreciate the plug.
That's awesome.
All right.
We're going to plug you a little bit more as well because you've got an exciting event coming up.
We're going to talk about momentarily.
But let's talk about the politics of gun control.
I know some people don't want to talk politics.
They just want to get gun reviews.
But, hey, you won't have many guns if you don't pay attention to the politics.
So the ATF, John Chipman, what are you hearing?
What are in the tea leaves?
Can we stop this awful gun grabber?
You know, I think Chipman has a lot going against him, which is wonderful for us.
I think he is one of the worst options possible in terms of pro-freedom leadership at ATF.
He is absolutely atrocious.
He can't even define assault rifle, but wants to ban it.
And every time the man speaks, it's something that is going against the freedoms in the U.S.
and the Constitution.
It's kind of ridiculous.
Yeah, it's ridiculous, it's offensive.
A man who wants to ban a weapon he can't even define.
We've used that clip several times.
Here's a little bit of information I want to share with all our millions of listeners and viewers right now.
This is from our buddy at Breitbart, AWR Hawkins, who writes all their Second Amendment reporting.
A report from Fox News alleges that President Biden's ATF nominee, or is it AFT?
I don't know, David Chipman, Appeared on Chinese state communist TV in 2012 in potentially an attempt to cover up a mass stabbing on China.
Here are the details.
Quote, Biden's ATF nominee David Chipman appeared on Chinese state-run media network China Global Television in December to discuss the government's response in America to Sandy Hook.
The report notes, on the same day as the Newtown massacre, there was a mass stabbing of 23 children at the school in China's Henan province, which, funnily, didn't make it onto the reporting of China Global Television.
So, would it surprise you, John Patton, if Mr. Chipman was used by the Chinese to cover up a mass atrocity?
No, it wouldn't be the first time that he's done that.
He was involved with the ATF and all of their shenanigans, and despite that, for some reason, the President really wants him to get in there.
I suspect there are ulterior motives.
I suspect This is to push gun control, the entire agenda, and it has nothing to do with having the right candidates.
It's about control.
Yeah, it's about control.
It's about denuding Americans.
Of their most important civil right, which is the capacity to defend themselves and take down a tyrannical government.
Because that's what the Second Amendment is about.
It's got nothing to do with white tails.
It's got nothing to do with hunting.
It's about the ultimate guarantee of our liberty.
Okay, they cancelled SHOT Show on us, John.
I'm gutted we didn't get to go to SHOT Show.
But you're doing something very funky.

Yeah.

Okay, cool.
All right.

Yeah.

I'll tell you what, we need to do it.
We need to make it happen.
Far too long.

Larry Elder.
He's on the warpath.
Gruesome Newsome.
Nancy Pelosi's nephew is in trouble.
He may be recalled very, very soon.
And Larry gave an interview at Fox News.
Cut to!
53% of people say that they don't want Gavin Newsom to have a second term.
And it's because of the crime, because of the rising homelessness, because of the outrageous way he shut down this state in the most draconian way than any of the other 50 states, while sitting up there at that French laundry restaurant with the very people that drafted the mandates, not wearing masks, not socially distancing, but telling everybody else to do just that.
And then you have the outrageous cost of living.
The average price of a home in California, because of the environmental extremists, he doesn't want to stand down, costs 150% more than the average price of a home in the United States.
You add it all up, this guy has got to go.
And as you pointed out, more people now want him to go than want him to stay, and he's very, very nervous.
If Andrew Cuomo isn't, he sure is.
This guy has got to go.
Look, I really, really hope that Larry wins.
Because we never give up.
Every state can be saved, even California, even Massachusetts.
It can be done.
Look what was done in New York City in the 1990s by that great man Mayor Giuliani.
It is possible.
Oh, since I've mentioned Rudy, Eric, will you throw that buffer up on the screen?
I've been meaning to do this all week.
This is super important for me.
There is a defense fund for Rudy Giuliani.
He is in dire need of your support.
It's called the RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
They are coming after him.
They are attacking him.
They want to strip him of his law license.
Please support this great patriot who brought New York back not only from the crime wave of the 1980s, but also after 9-11.
Please support Rudy today.

Back to Larry.
Larry, for me, embodies the best of what we've been seeing in the last few years, especially since that escalator ride back in 2015.
It is the rise, the return of the citizen politician, the person who is Actually, a citizen first and a politician last.
We need more of them.
And you could be one of them.

Don't just listen to radio.
Don't just watch the TV.

The End
The End Why?
Because they are fighting the good fight every single day.
They're out there.
They're putting their name and their face to the things they believe in and to their love of country.
And he is a very good friend of this show, serving the nation for decades in uniform, now as a civilian, as a fellow at the Heritage Foundation, former Commissioner for Customs and Border Protection, Mark Morgan.
Welcome back to this special one-on-one for America First.
Thanks, Sebastian.
Look, can I real quick say, I feel the same about you.
I mean, I think what you do on this show, you're putting your name and your face out there and you're actually giving folks like me a platform to be able to get the truth and reality of what's going on right now.
So, thanks for what you do and your service to the country.
That's very kind.
That's very kind.
I don't get that a lot and I'll file that away and I'll put it in my safe deposit box.
Thank you, Mark.
Let's just start.
I don't need any talking points with you.
We don't need to rehearse.
Let's just talk about what we did in preparation.
I knew you were coming on the show and earlier you sent me just some shocking photographs.
You sent me an article and then some photographs that...
Let's talk about what's happening in America right now and then we'll break it down and we'll talk about policies and then we'll maybe play some clips.
You can go to my Twitter feed, my Instagram feed, look at these videos, read the article Mark sent me.
What is happening in America right now and what are your former colleagues, your former subordinates being forced Yes, as I said, I think right now along our southwest border, I think you can't describe it any other way, but it's just chaos right now.
And I think one thing that fired me up to really get a lot of those photos that I sent you was the last manifesto that the White House sent out about illegal immigration and their strategy.
And in that, I think it's like a dozen times that they used the words orderly and humane.
I guess if they think they keep saying it enough, it's going to come true and be true and the American people are going to buy it.
But look, if you look at the facts, if you look at those pictures... Describe, describe.
You're the expert.
You sent them to me.
People can look at them on my feeds.
What do those pictures show?
Where are they from?
And who are the people suffering?
Yeah, so some of the pictures, you'll see a bridge, and you'll see thousands, thousands of migrants crammed under a bridge, and why are they there?
Well, because it's the only area that gives them some shade when it's 100 degrees out, and it feels a lot higher than that with the heat index, right?
Because in McAllen, Texas, and Rio Grande City Station, it's all under the Rio Grande Valley sector, they have a capacity of about 600, Sebastian.
Guess how many illegal aliens they have in custody? 10,000!
10,000.
So they can, by law, they can, by physical limitations, they can properly house 600 people.
600, and they have 10,000.
And right now there's 8,000 that are not processed.
And what is the phrase in the official manifestos or administration, humane and what?
Orderly and humane illegal immigration process.
And there's no way this administration doesn't know that one area is 9,400 over capacity.
Right.
It's astonishing.
And look, I sent you another example.
And look, I know these images are tough, but of a port-a-potty.
It was disgusting.
It was disgusting.
Let me tell you, I've been to Afghanistan and I've seen some really, I won't even call them restrooms, where the toilet paper was considered to be the wall.
I'm not joking, guys.
This was in various provinces of Afghanistan in 2006.
But that photograph you showed me, that shouldn't be America.
It shouldn't be.
Look, the sources that I have, they're talking about the stench.
You can feel the stench.
And the women there, they're needing a breast feed.
They have to feed them.
It's raining there.
There's thunderstorms.
I mean, this is unbelievable.
And then there's additional pictures, finally I'm getting, because the agents are getting so fed up, because they're worried about retaliation, Sebastian, they are.
But I'm starting to get some pictures of inside the facilities.
Inside the facilities where you see these individuals just packed like sardines on top of each other.
Well there was one photograph in the article with this kind of chain link fence pulled down or this kind of divider and literally it was people stacked like cordwood.
They were.
On the ground.
No social distancing, no masks, none of that!
Nothing.
Nothing.
And remember, when we were there, there were so-called cages, right?
Which I always push back on that.
First of all, so-called cages were built under Obama.
Correct.
But because we were overwhelmed in 2019.
The difference was, is we admitted to the American people that it was a crisis.
We admitted that we were overwhelmed, and we were doing everything that we could to Stop it!
This administration is refusing to admit it.
They're not acknowledging the role they're playing.
They're refusing to call it a crisis.
And they're doing everything to continue to incentivize what's happening.
It's absolutely incredulous.
And if you look at this, it's bad on any given day.
But as we're still navigating COVID?
It's just unconscionable.
And the border agents, they're done.
Tell us what has happened to the people who wear a uniform, have a badge, have a gun, have credentials, who are there to protect all Americans.
What, what, like 50% are Hispanic?
Yes, it's higher than that.
It's higher.
That's another part of our hierarchy.
The majority of this racist force are actually Hispanic.
Exactly.
What are these people who are there, who've taken an oath to protect all Americans, what are they being forced, what have they been reduced to, Mark Morgan?
Well, first of all, let me give you a couple of facts of results right now.
So, we're up to 10 United States Border Patrol agents that have died from COVID in the line of duty.
10.
Since what?
Since when?
Since COVID broke out.
And right now there's hundreds that are off right now because they're infected, right?
And so you've got the very real stuff.
And look, this isn't just about them anymore.
When I was commissioner, I would talk to them.
Here's their fear now, Sebastian, is that they're bringing this.
It's not just about them.
If you ask a Border Patrol agent, hey, you got to risk your life.
They're like, hey, that's my life.
It's on me.
Right.
But they're worried now that they're going to bring this back to their family, to their kids, to their home.
They're worried about this.
And that's why Title 42 was so important.
Okay, so let's explain.
We've discussed this on our show already.
What is Title 42?
Why was it important?
And is it really still in place?
Yeah, so then so last is it's not and I'll get to that.
So title 42 again.
This was not an immigration policy.
And this is very important.
It was a public health policy from CDC as part of their containment mitigation strategy to reduce the further introduction of COVID-19 from outside our borders into the country.
They told DHS you shall you will Border Patrol those that are illegally entering you're going to stop them at the border.
process them at the border and return them to Mexico.
You're not going to bring them into your open-air congregate settings like those pictures show that are basically COVID super spiders, and you're sure as heck not going to release them into the United States.
This is CDC making the job of CBP possible.
Possible and protecting the American people.
Okay.
And look, they just, but look, so the White House just technically extended Title 42, and CDC is still putting out the same stuff, that it's dangerous, right, for those that are illegally in the country.
They just said it, but yet this administration has released almost 200,000 families and single adults into this country while COVID, the CDC order was still in place.
So let me ask you a naive question.
You've been a Marine.
You've been a law enforcement officer.
You've been a commissioner for Customs and Border Protection.
Is this administration breaking American law?
Absolutely unequivocally breaking the law in multiple elements.
And I'll go a step further.
Look, and I know...
It's just tough, but I actually believe the President is abdicating his fiduciary duties under Article 2 and Article 4, Section 4 as well, to enforce the rules of law to protect this nation.
So not only do I believe the President's doing it, but DHS is doing it.
They are actually, what they're doing is actually counter to the INS, a law that tells them what they should do.
Explain that.
I'll give you an example, a really great one, because a lot of times we talk about the border, but let's shift to the interior, to ICE.
ICE, by the INS, uses words like shall.
You shall remove people.
You shall go and arrest people.
This administration, with their interior enforcement priorities, are actually telling ICE not to enforce the law, is that you're not a party, unless you're a known or suspected terrorist.
So when I was in the White House, I mean, we couldn't sneeze without a lawyer checking what we were doing, right?
I remember the first executive order that I had to pitch to the American people when it dropped, which was the travel moratorium for individuals coming from seven terrorist harboring nations.
Not only I read it, I'm not a lawyer, but everybody in the council's office had to read it.
How is a lawyer Now approving that regulation or that policy change.
That's got to be against this.
They know this is illegal, but they're doing it.
They don't care because this fits in with their strategy, with their ideology and their political, perceived political benefits of having open borders.
I'll give you another one.
It's just breaking right now.
DOJ has just signed an $80 million contract to provide free legal services.
Free legal services for illegal aliens.
So let's get this, Sebastian.
So you break into our country, you violate our sovereignty, our rule of law, and then we're going to say, oh, well, for doing that, this is what you're going to get.
Free legal counsel.
The INA specifically says No, no.
That if you want legal counsel, you have to pay for it.
It specifically says that in a law, yet DOJ just awarded $80 million contract to provide free legal services.
Unbelievable.
We're talking to the former Commissioner for Customs and Border Protection.
This is America first.
One on one.
You can find out more about what this great man is doing and the rest of his colleagues at the Conservative Mothership.
It's the Heritage Foundation.
Join today.
Heritage.org.
So much more to discuss with our friend Mark Morgan.
Mark...
Do you have any answer to why?
Because I have a theory.
I look at what Mayorkas said to, this is the new Secretary of Homeland Security, I've used this clip twice on my Newsmax show, used it here on the radio many, many times.
He said to the Cubans, don't you dare come here, don't you dare come, as they are screaming for liberty.
On the streets of Havana, waving our flag which could get them imprisoned just for owning that flag.
He's telling them, as a man who arrived here as a refugee at the age of one, from Cuba, in the arms of his parents, that man is saying, don't you dare come here.
At the same time, how many legal aliens have crossed into America since this administration?
They've intentionally released over 300,000.
So 300,000 from Latin America and elsewhere, but none are allowed to come from communist Cuba.
Why?
Because if you look at Florida, Cubans vote Republican.
If you look at Democrat expectations for Hispanics from our hemisphere, it is that if they are amnestied and given citizenship, they are most often Democrats and they'll vote Democrats.
I see no other justification.
Am I missing something, Mark Morgan?
No, Sebastian, look, I've been doing this for 35 years.
I've served for six administrations, both Republican and Democrat.
And what is happening on our Southwest border defies logic, defies common sense, and it makes absolutely no sense except for what you just laid out.
Because Secretary Marcos, first of all, that man needs to go.
He needs to be impeached.
He's a detriment to our national security and our public safety in this country.
Because where is he at?
Look, what about the little thing called the Pacific Ocean?
You don't think illegal aliens and the smuggling organizations aren't using the Pacific Ocean and have been for a very long time and they're doing more under his open border strategy?
Where was he at seeing how dangerous it was then?
Right?
Let's listen to him.
Let's play a cut from this man who truly something should happen to him.
Impeachment, forced resignations, whatever.
Play the cut, Eric.
Let me, if I can, share with you what makes the challenge so acute at this point in time.
We are following an administration that frankly dismantled our capabilities to address it, and so we are building it from the ground up.
We lost four years of investing in the countries from which these individuals are migrating.
Our safe and orderly systems were torn down, and so we're rebuilding them.
So that's a slander against me, President Trump, and especially you that you dismantle the border regime.
Your response to the man who's now in charge of DHS and the border.
He's a liar.
He's a liar, Sebastian.
But he's not if dismantling it means actually making sure illegals don't cross the border.
Right?
His problem is that you guys did your job and now they want to have unfettered access for people who think they will vote for them.
That's right.
There's no way he's a mistake.
His track record before he became secretary was what?
What did he do before he became secretary?
He was a deputy DHS secretary for a while.
But before that he was what?
A pro-illegal immigration activist.
Arthur of the DACA, right?
It goes on and on.
So I think he knows exactly what he's doing.
Everything he just said in that clip is a lie.
It's an absolute lie.
Address it.
Address the difference between what you did under President Trump and what happened six months ago.
close catch and release so that was a loophole right you come to our borders with a family that was your passport because of floor settlement agreement that said we couldn't keep a family more than 20 days nonsensical lower court judicial activism made no sense that's what started catch and release that's what really led to the driving part of the 2019 crisis president trump said what can we do to close that remain in mexico program that explain remain in mexico yeah so so instead of
So if a family came to the border illegally, instead of releasing them to the United States as they went through the process, we made them wait in Mexico as they went through the immigration process to the United States.
So they couldn't come here and disappear?
They couldn't come here and disappear.
What is happening now?
What is happening to illegal aliens coming to this country with regards to courts, court dates and showing up?
Yeah, so now, talk about dismantle, they took away the Remain in Mexico program.
So catch and release is back on.
So right now, if you're an unaccompanied minor and you come to the border, boom, you're released in.
If you're a family, 80% of families coming to the border are now being released in.
They're getting so overcrowded right now, it's so dangerous, especially with COVID, they started a new program under this president, under President Biden, it's called an NTR.
Before it was an NTA notice to appear, meaning you would come here illegally, the border patrol would give you a piece of paper that said, here's your court date.
Here's your actual date.
Here's your actual date.
And now?
And now, because the facilities are so overcrowded, that couple hours that it takes to do that is so precious, they wanted to relieve the pressure valve, now they're giving an NTR notice to report.
So now they're putting the onus back on the migrant that wherever you land in the United States, You have to go to ICE office and report to get your court date.
Yes, Mr. Agent.
I promise I will show up one day, maybe.
Right.
Or not.
And they don't.
Right now, it's less than, I think, 20% that are actually showing up.
And we know that.
But here's the thing is, Border Patrol, Sebastian, if I was the chief of Border Patrol right now, I'd be doing exactly the same thing.
And why?
Because I've got a station that has 10,000.
And so, think about it.
If I can save an hour, Let's talk about who these people are, because this isn't really discussed.
Oh, we're so nice, we accept so many people, land of immigrants.
So let's be clear, who's coming across the border?
This is personal to me.
My parents were actual refugees who got asylum status.
Why?
Because my father was liberated from a communist prison where he had been put there for his beliefs.
Not for committing a crime, but for believing that communism was bad.
He was on a shoot-to-kill list.
If he was captured after the Hungarian Revolution, he wasn't going back to prison.
He was going to be executed ...in the street.
So when he escaped with his 17-year-old future wife in the refugee camp after six weeks of interrogation by counterintelligence officers, he was given refugee asylum status, which is given to those who, whether for religious, political or other reasons, will be allowed to stay in that new country because otherwise they would die or be persecuted if they return.
In the hundreds of thousands of peoples across the border are these people Mark Morgan, asylum seekers with refugee status.
No, they're economic migrants.
Look, your listeners need to pay very attention to what you just said.
You're spot on.
Asylum.
Asylum is if you're a victim of state-sponsored persecution because of your religious beliefs or your membership in a protected class or your political affiliation.
That's what asylum is.
It's not for economic conditions.
So look, I got it.
You may live in some harsh economic conditions, and I've got it.
You may live in a city where there's general violence.
I got it.
And that's not good.
But that is not a valid asylum claim.
This administration knows it.
90% of asylum claims are invalid and found to, at the end, receive a court order of removal.
And they know that, but they're still encouraging illegal immigration.
And who's coming?
Is it all Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras?
Who's coming?
Yeah, see, that's another false nerd that's out there.
Look, this is why we say it's not just about our public safety, it's also about our national security.
Right now, on average, Border Patrol apprehends illegal aliens from 140 different countries.
It's not Mexico.
There's only 200 in the world, guys.
There's only 200 countries.
From 140, they are crossing the southern border.
Romania, Afghanistan, Yemen, Bangladesh, I could keep going on and on.
Vietnam.
Everywhere, everywhere.
It's unbelievable.
And so that misnomer that it's only Mexican nationals alive or it's only Central American, it's absolutely a lie.
This administration has gone a step further than ever before and they're sending a calling card, not just to the Western Hemisphere, they're sending a calling card to the entire world.
Our borders are open.
And somebody's buying them t-shirts that say, let us in President Biden.
Very strange.
My parents didn't have t-shirts saying let me in to the Prime Minister of the UK or whatever.
No, very strange.
Somebody's paying for them.
We're talking to Mark Morgan, Heritage Foundation, heritage.org.
So here's perhaps the most shocking question.
The photographs we've discussed.
Who's profiting?
Forget the long-term political gain the Democrats think they're going to get by amnestying these people.
Who is profiting right now every single day from what's happening on the southern border?
And how much do you think they're profiting, Mark?
Cartels?
Billions.
Overnight, this administration, with the stroke of a pen, put the cartels back in the human smuggling business.
And their bank accounts, over the past six months, have grown billions of dollars.
And it's not just about the money though, Sebastian.
When you're talking about the money and the finances, their power increases, their influence increases in Mexico, everything about the cartels becomes more powerful.
So it actually destabilizes Mexico?
Absolutely correct.
Because they're richer, they have more power to buy people, to bribe people.
That's right, that's right.
And right now, I call it Tamaulipas for one area, it's a full-blown narco state, right?
I mean, they own it, the cartels own it.
First of all, there's nothing that goes from Mexico to the United States without the cartels knowing about it and being paid for it.
That's a fact.
But you're absolutely right.
They're the ones that ultimately become more powerful.
And this is why I also say, look, this is another false binary choice, that border security and illegal immigration are separate and apart from each other.
So, so, oh no, we're serious about border security, but at the same time, oh, but you understand, we've got to let all these illegal aliens in.
No, no, no.
They're not mutually exclusive.
If you open our borders up to one threat, one crisis, you're opening it up to the vast, complex threat.
Look, when you have 210,000 apprehensions in July, think about the resources it takes to process and apprehend.
Large areas of the borders are wide open, and what do you think the cartels are doing?
Drugs are pouring through.
So this is my question.
So when you've got, what is it, maybe 2 million illegal crossings in the calendar year, the system can't maintain that.
You're already overwhelmed.
So they know where the caravans are crossing the border.
They have their guys that are the coyotes manning them.
You flood the zone over here.
What's coming across 20 miles down the border?
Sebastian, look, what you just said is absolutely correct.
And it's not that complicated, right?
They intentionally will flood one area with unaccompanied minors and families.
They actually have their cartel members in the United States, on Hilltop, watching and directing.
As lookouts.
As lookouts, right.
We call it LPOPs in the military.
And they have sophisticated communications.
And they'll say, okay, we just sent the family of 60, 70 here in McAllen, okay?
Border patrol responded, okay.
So move the fentanyl over there.
Move the guns over there.
Gang members, guns, criminal aliens, you got it.
Happens every single day.
This fiscal year, 300,000 gotaways.
300,000.
Meaning people who are never intercepted.
Never intercepted.
Because Border Patrol are off being daycare providers for families and processing 210,000 in 30 days.
And so look, there are criminals among them.
This is where I get my hate mail, right?
They're not all good people.
That's the fact.
Border Patrol has apprehended 9,000 illegal aliens with criminal convictions.
9,000.
Convicted here?
Convicted.
In America?
In America and some other areas.
They've got some records elsewhere that we have access to.
Exactly.
But the majority here, to include of that 9,000, 50.
50 that have been convicted for murder.
50.
So think about that.
But these are the people we have intercepted.
Exactly!
So when you look at the 300,000 that we have in, that's why it's not hyperbole to say there are murderers, rapists, aggravated felons among them.
So when Donald Trump said that.
Yeah, exactly.
Right?
When he said they're sending rapist murderers That's not a political tactic.
You've got the evidence.
It's not hyperbole.
They beat him up and he was absolutely factually accurate.
Now, is everybody a rapist?
No.
But are there rapists in murders?
Yes, it's factually accurate.
And get this, this is why we say whatever happens on the southwest border, it doesn't stay there.
Every town, city and state.
So let's talk about this.
Yeah.
So people, I've seen photographs of illegal aliens with manila envelopes and plane tickets with little cards written in English saying, I don't speak English.
Can you help me make my connecting flight?
Where is the federal government sending these illegal aliens?
Are they in Texas and Arizona?
Everywhere in the country, Sebastian.
Everywhere.
I've been to Southwest Florida.
Do they know?
Do the mayors know in Poughkeepsie what's happening?
Absolutely not.
They don't.
Look, the last trip I took with another patriot, Tom Holman, we were actually in the airport.
We go to the McAllen Airport.
It was early morning flight.
I would say conservatively, 50% of the people at the airport at that time catching an early flight were illegal aliens.
We actually, I don't speak Spanish, but Tom does, We actually had a family confused.
She was actually at the wrong time.
Tom could speak Spanish.
She actually helped her figure out for her and her family where to go, but had that manila envelope.
By the way, taxpayers are paying for that.
Look, here's how the process goes.
They illegally enter.
Wait for Border Patrol.
They claim asylum.
Border Patrol gets them, releases them over to a local shelter, a local non-governmental organization who provides them a ticket to anywhere in the United States they want to go.
They get to decide.
The family gets to decide.
And then the family gets to choose?
Absolutely!
Border Patrol apprehends them illegally and gives them an NGO.
The NGO says, where would you like to go?
I want to go where my family is.
Where's that?
New York, South Dakota, LA.
Okay, no problem.
Here's your ticket.
That's how it happens.
I was stunned.
Oh, and let's not forget, when they release them, they don't test them for COVID.
Okay.
All right.
We should do three hours on this or what have you.
We can keep going.
All right.
Please support this man's work.
It's heritage.org, Heritage Foundation, one of the few truth-tellers out there, former Commissioner for Customs and Border Protection in the Trump administration.
How many years in uniform in government service?
35 years.
35 years.
God bless you.
You mentioned another great American.
You mentioned Tom Holman, former acting director of ICE.
Let's play a little cut from him and then I'll get you to comment on what he has said.
Play cuts.
When you make it easier for people to come into the country and get released quicker, that's just going to bring more.
So, you know, they need to talk to the experts on the border.
Look, bring me back.
Bring me back.
I'll secure the border in three days.
Three days, because I'll reinstitute the Trump policies, and I'll tell the progressive left to shut up.
If they don't like what's being done on the border, then legislate like you're supposed to legislate and fix the laws.
Is that, Tom, exaggerating?
Is it easy to make a big dent in a couple of days, Mark?
It is.
Actually, one thing I disagree with him, I don't think he needs three days, right?
Really?
That's probably drive time and lunch, so added to that.
Look, another thing that Tom has said that I stole from him with affection is, the Biden administration inherited the most secure border in modern history.
And they asked, well, what can we do?
Well, first of all, just restore everything that Biden dismantled.
Restore the Remain in Mexico program.
So you don't need working committees.
Anything that they've undone in the last six months, just flip the switch back.
That's it.
We've studied it.
We've studied it.
The Trump administration made more progress to secure our borders and to address illegal immigration than any presidency in modern history.
By February of 2020, we had reduced the flow from the 2019 crisis by 75%.
Why?
Because our policies and messaging synced up and said the same thing, that you are not going to be allowed to break our laws, illegally enter and be released in the United States, never be heard from again.
And it was effective, and this administration got rid of us all.
Okay, let's do a little bit of blue sky scenario planning.
Is there?
Say something miraculous happens.
Say that there's some catastrophe with regards to... I don't even want to paint the picture, but say something happens at the border, which is so bad that this administration is forced to do something.
And they do.
It won't be as good as it was under Donald Trump because they have such visceral hatred for a man who said make America great again as if that's somehow a bad thing.
Let's say that happens.
Let's talk about something you've discussed on this show before.
It's not... we were...
Pushing against water.
I mean it was in the Trump administration it wasn't easy to get things done although he achieved so many things.
You lay a lot of the responsibility.
On the lawmakers.
I do.
Tell us what needs to happen, not just at the level of executive policy from any White House, not just under COVID conditions.
And is it relatively easy and what needs to be done in terms of laws, Mark?
Yes, so it is relatively easy.
President Trump has said this multiple times.
He's spot on.
Just like when he said bad people come in as well.
What needs to be done can be done in 15 minutes by Congress.
It is that simple.
So let's talk about a couple of things.
First, it's called TVPRA, Trafficking Victims Reauthorization Protection Act.
Look, what that says is, it's a nonsensical law that Senator Feinstein really pushed through.
When is this?
2008.
2008.
That says that if you're from a contiguous country, i.e., Canada and Mexico, and you come as an unaccompanied minor, once we find out that you've not been trafficked, we're going to reunite you.
We're going to send you back to your country.
But if you're outside, if you're from a non-contiguous country, if you're outside Mexico or Canada, and you come in as an unaccompanied minor, and we determine you haven't been trafficked, guess what?
We keep you.
Isn't that like discrimination between children?
Absolutely!
It's creating a class that shouldn't be.
So Guatemalan kids don't get reunited, but Mexicans do?
Correct.
I said the same thing.
And look, I've been down to all three Northern Triangle countries, and I've spoken to leaders, and separately, individually, all said, Mr. Commissioner, can you please change the law so you stop keeping our kids?
Stop keeping the future of our country?
So number one, TVPRA needs to be fixed.
Number two, credible fear.
Credible fear right now, which allows someone to be involved in the asylum process, there is no standard at all.
So let's break this down.
So somebody is, you know, they say, I am afraid that if I go back X, and they just need to say that.
That's it.
And it's like, okay, I'm afraid my neighbor might say rude words or something.
I mean, it's basically that absurd.
That's it.
So when did that happen?
So that's been around, you know, really the expansion of credible sources started under Obama.
Let me be very clear here.
My parents, this isn't just, you know, the Austrian border patrol.
These were actual counterintelligence professionals because they did come from a communist country.
Who interrogated, interrogated my future mother and father for six weeks until they could demonstrate that they're not assets of that regime, they're not criminals, they actually want to live as respectable law-abiding citizens.
Shouldn't that, I don't care what country you're from, isn't that just logical, Mark?
Yeah, it is.
And so, yes, and that's why I keep saying this is, this is the majority, this is common sense.
And look, so the credible field standard has been low forever, but it really came to light under Obama and it started from DACA.
That's where the unaccompanied kids started, and the families.
So talk about DACA.
What has to be done with this?
Because that was literally unconstitutional.
It is.
The Fifth Circuit says it's illegal and unconstitutional, so we need to follow the Fifth Circuit court that said it's unconstitutional and get rid of DACA, right?
Obama just actually penned an unconstitutional Correct.
Policy.
EO.
That's correct.
It was unconstitutional and illegal.
And we've been saying that finally the 5th Circuit said so.
The last thing that's really, really critical is what's called the FSA, the Flores Settlement Agreement.
That's this lower level... Explain the Flores.
So the Flores Settlement Agreement says that if you're unaccompanied minor or family, the Border Patrol, DHS, we can't keep you for more than 20 days.
And we told them in the court proceedings, that's crazy, it takes a minimum of 60 to 90 days to get through an immigration hearing for those that are in custody, which the INA says will be priority.
And the judge said, don't care, 20 days.
Boom, catch and release began.
That's what began.
MPP got rid of that.
So look, all you gotta do, address TVPRA, address credible fear, reinstitute, get rid of, and address the floor settlement agreement so we can detain people.
And you could do this in one bill, couldn't you?
One bill.
One bill.
And the last thing I have to say, because I have to say this for my ICE brothers and sisters, is detention.
Detention.
Explain.
Look, we have to have a system of consequences.
We can't allow people to come here illegally and then there's no consequences.
We have shown that if you detain somebody while you're going through your immigration proceedings, one is, guess what?
Once they find out that their claim is valid, you actually get to remove them, right?
Because you have them, right?
But here's what you see, the phenomena.
When you start doing that, guess what happens to the numbers?
I would imagine they plummet.
Exactly!
Anytime you play consequences or you show them that you're not going to be released into the country, the numbers go down.
One thing you haven't mentioned in your recipes for fixing this, either with policy prescriptions or a new bill, is the wall.
Talk to us about the wall.
Was it significant?
Was it symbolic?
Where does it stand?
What needs to be done?
And I think here's why I don't mention the wall as far as when you're talking about it fixes for illegal immigration, because the wall was not about illegal immigration.
The wall was about protecting our national security against a vast, complex set of threats.
It was not about illegal immigration.
It was not meant to keep people out.
That's not what it's designed.
It was meant to protect America.
It was meant to protect America from drugs pouring into this country.
You mean like your front door on your house?
That crazy kind of idea.
Crazy, right?
That you can lock a door.
That's right, right?
I always say, look, if you're in need of help, you're going to stand a heck of a lot better chance if you walk into my front door in the middle of the day and knock on my door and respectfully ask for permission or help.
If you're a refugee, you should probably say, hey, I'm here and this is why I'm a refugee.
Right.
As opposed to being smuggled across the desk.
Right, right.
Or entering my basement window at midnight and then expecting to stay and be rewarded for that.
Right?
I mean, again, it goes back to common sense.
So the future of the wall, if, you know, let's say blue sky again, scenario planning, do we need more of it?
Yes, we do.
We absolutely need more of it.
Look, President Trump, and I need to address the 2000 Secure Fence Act, too, in a minute.
But yes, look, the wall, here's a very important thing.
Instead of the cartels shaping our behaviors, the wall helps us shape their behaviors.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
We want them to go, where do we want them to go?
We want them to go to the ports of entry.
We want them to be where you are.
Exactly, where we have the law and authority and ability to stop every person and every conveyance coming in our country.
That's where we want them to go.
The wall helps that.
So the wall is a funnel?
It is a funnel.
It's an effective impedance denial tool.
Which, real quick, by the way... Did you hear that?
That's Washington speaking.
Effective impedance denial tool.
It's true.
Look, here's another thing, too.
Let's not forget the 2000 Secure Fence Act.
This is very important, Sebastian, because this is just another layer of hypocrisy.
In 2006, there was a bipartisan Secure Fence Act that was passed.
80% of the senators voted for it, right?
Including Kerry, Feinstein, Schumer, and then Hillary Clinton, Obama, and in Then, Senator Biden voted for it.
In fact, and that Secure Fence Act actually ended up resulting in 650 miles of wall being built.
In 2009, Chuck Schumer gave that speech in 2009 to Georgetown University, where he bragged about voting for the wall, and he talked about how effective the wall was on the southwest border.
These guys have no morals.
No, no morals.
Absolutely.
We've played the audio.
We've played the audio from just 14, 15 years ago with Democrats saying, no, we cannot build a nation on illegal immigration.
It's true.
Chuck Schumer?
Biden?
What?
Nancy?
Okay, let's stop.
All right, the most important thing for me outside of the security of all Americans is the following, and I always make time for this.
Please, in the last few minutes we have, that we're talking to Mark Morgan, former Commissioner for Customs and Water Protection, more importantly, a former Marine, because there's no such thing as an ex-Marine.
That's right.
Talk to us about what this has done to your colleagues and your former subordinates across ICE, HSI, CBP.
Are any good guys going to be left?
Are you seeing retirement rates like we're seeing at the NYPD?
Yes, in fact, it's ironic because I was just talking to a retired board of attorneys.
We were texting back and forth this morning, Sebastian, and he was telling me how people, they're done.
They quote their words.
This is my word.
This is a lunacy.
This is not sustainable.
People are now, they're retiring early.
He was talking to a buddy who said, I'm out.
I can't do this anymore.
Because I can't do my job.
I can't do my job.
And here's another thing that we don't talk enough about, right?
Because the Democrats and folks like AOC want to demonize the Border Patrol.
That's absolutely BS.
And here's why.
Because part of the reason why they're leaving is because of the inhumanity that's happening right now.
That they witness it because of the White House policy.
Yes.
CBP has discovered 200, I mean, yeah, 203 dead migrants.
They've conducted over 9,000 rescues.
There's a Texas sheriff that found a dead, pregnant Haitian woman.
Look, I could go on and on.
And that's why I tell you, this administration didn't do anything.
Look, just two days ago, illegal aliens crashed.
I think 10, 11 dead migrants, 13 wounded, tried to illegally enter the United States.
What did you hear from the Biden administration?
203 dead bodies, nothing.
9,000 rescues, nothing.
10 dead migrants, nothing.
That's why I know they're not going to do anything.
But you're the Gestapo, right?
I mean, you're the jackbooted thugs who are rescuing kids from the river that are just about to be drowned.
The kids, we've seen the videos, being literally thrown over the fence.
Literally thrown over, and that's what many of the Border Patrol agents are saying, I can't take this anymore.
I can't take it.
Okay, last thing.
In that case, I want you to send a message because we've got millions of listeners and then everybody else who watches and listens to our podcasts and our video streams.
Please, indulge me.
Send a message, if you will, to your former colleagues.
What do you say to them?
And then what do you say to those who live in, I don't know, in States that are not contiguous with the southern border.
People who live hundreds and thousands of miles away.
What do you say to those Americans who don't really relate right now?
First to my brothers and sisters out there, first of all, thank you.
And there's not a day that goes by that I don't think about you.
I know you're on the front lines.
You're sacrificing so much.
So many of you have actually died in the line of duty, and you are put in an untenable position.
Do the best you can, keep fighting the fight, and keep sending us information because you're the only ones that know the truth of what's going on.
But know there's many of us out there fighting, including this man sitting in front of me, Sebastian Gorka, who's facilitating getting the truth out there.
Now, to the other states that aren't border states, this is what I'll say to you.
You are a border state.
Every town, city, and state in this country is a border town, city, and state.
Why?
Because the crisis happening on the southwest border doesn't stay there.
The drugs pouring into the southwest border make it to every single neighborhood.
If you have a meth overdose that you've heard on TV, that meth came from the southwest border.
If you have an MS-13 that raped somebody or killed somebody or mutilated somebody, which we hear about all the time, That MS-13 gang member has its origins in Central America and a good chance it came from the southwest border.
Criminal aliens are pouring through.
300,000 have gotten through.
There are criminals making their way to every town, city, and state because our border is unsecure because of this administration.
Get up.
Talk to your state AGs.
Talk to your governors.
Get them involved to push back against this administration.
So, I like, I love the way he put it to his brothers and sisters.
We're thinking of you.
We're praying for you.
Yes.
Hold the line as long as you can.
We will overcome.
We don't know how long it will take, but we will overcome.
And to all of those who can't relate, guess what?
You are all living in a border state.
Every single one of you.
God bless you, Mark.
Thank you for keeping the truth alive.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity, Sebastian.
