Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: American Medical Association goes full woke
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
I thought Mondays
were supposed to be nice and easy, just kind of roll into the week.
Not this Monday.
We got some really heavy hitters and I'm so excited.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First on the Salem Radio Network, coming to you from just outside the insalubrious Evermore Fetid Swamp, even when they go away for six weeks.
As Congress is about to do, it is still a morass of corruption and we are here every single day to fight back and to shed a bright light on that corruption.
We're going to be talking to Victor Davis Hanson this first hour.
We're going to have in studio...
I can't believe it.
Together at the same time.
Can we take it?
Will the airwaves sustain such a delivery of truth?
We're going to have not only Marjorie Taylor Greene but Matt Gaetz together.
The dynamic duo.
They are touring the country.
They're holding rallies.
They are fighting for America first and they're going to tell us what the latest news is as a result of the events of January the 6th and their recent visit or Should I say attempted visit to the federal prison in DC where dozens of people are still being held in solitary on charges not of insurrection but of trespassing?
and interference with an official function or proceeding.
It's strange that none of them have been tarred with or charged with anything more serious.
Why?
Because we know the truth of what happened on January 6th, at least in terms of what it has been labeled falsely by the left.
What we still don't have an answer for is exactly who was there and what they were doing all right let's share with you first something that came across the transom of my social media feed that is proof if you ever needed it when somebody says to you culture war What culture war?
That's an absurd conspiracy.
That's a right-wing talking point.
Well, here we have a cartoon, an animation, from a children's version, or, well, the Muppets were children, or they were done for children, but now there is a cartoon version of the children, the child version of the grown-up Muppet characters.
So the Baby Miss Piggy, for example, And they have an agenda.
Cut one, play cuts.
The royal ball!
We met the most amazing princess!
But they ran away, and all they left behind was this.
Everyone, there's something I need to tell you.
The princess who came to your ball tonight was me.
I'm Gonzorella.
But Gonzo, why didn't you tell us?
Because you all expected me to look a certain way.
I don't want you to be upset with me.
So for those who aren't watching us... Why aren't you watching us?
Go to rumble.com slash Seb Gawker.
Subscribe today.
For those of you who are listening...
That was a baby Miss Piggy talking to a baby Gonzo.
You know who Gonzo is?
At the beginning of the Muppets, as the curtain fell after the opening song, he'd pop through one of the letters of the opening Muppet show writing and he'd play a trumpet or fail to play a trumpet.
And he was always portrayed as a male, whatever he is.
Well, no, he's got blue fur and a curly nose, but he was a male.
He wore pants.
Now, in this new version, this cartoon targeted at even younger children, because The Muppets was a show that kids could watch, adults could watch.
This is for toddlers.
This is for young kids.
The baby Gonzo is Cinderella.
Miss Piggy finds the crystal slipper and says, somebody left this at the ball.
And the erstwhile male Gonzo says, I did.
I am that princess.
I am now Gonzo Ella.
Because you have to accept me for whatever I say I am.
Now you can shrug your shoulders, you can brush this off and say, who cares?
This is just some perverted little distortion of a popular TV show for children.
It's not going to have any effect on America.
Or is it?
I have a story here from WebMD.
Headline.
Remove sex from public birth certificates, AMA says.
That's not a provider of children's programming.
That's not PBS.
That's the American Medical Association.
This is from Marsha Frelick.
Requiring sex or gender on birth certificates can lead to discrimination and unnecessary burdens on individuals whose current, current gender identity does not align with their designation at birth.
Designation at birth You're not... Somebody doesn't flip a coin, Marsha, and say, heads you're a boy, tails you're a girl.
You are either a boy or a girl.
It depends upon chromosomes.
It depends upon science.
But not to Marsha and to her colleagues at the AMA.
Quote, Assigning sex using binary variables in the public portion of the birth certificate fails to recognize the medical spectrum of gender identity.
The medical spectrum of gender identity.
Jeremy Toller, MD, a delegate for Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ Equality, said, Transgender, gender non-binary and individuals with differences in sex development can be placed at a disadvantage by a gender label on their birth certificate.
So noting the actual biological truth ...of somebody's sex on their birth certificate is a discriminatory act.
You see how this is a culture war?
How the Muppets actually connect directly to the American Medical Association?
Dr. Toller said, we unfortunately still live in a world where it is unsafe in many cases for one's gender to vary from one's sex assigned at birth.
You're a doctor.
You should be stripped forthwith of your medical professional qualifications and any right you have to practice medicine, because there is no such thing as a sex assigned at birth, Dr. Jeremy Taller.
And what is this danger that you speak of?
Let's talk to a person who lives in the real world.
Robert Jackson, MD, an alternate delegate from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, spoke against the measure.
We as physicians need to report things accurately.
Yeah, if you're giving somebody a medical procedure, whether they have ovaries or whether they don't have ovaries, whether they have a womb, really affects Who they are, whether they have oestrogen or testosterone, defining their natural gender hormonal balance, matters to medications you give them.
It's time to understand the depth of the depravity and denial of reality that is Part of the assault on everything we as a civilization hold sacred.
There is only one truth.
A man is a man from the day he is born to the day he is put in the ground.
And the same for women.
Anyone who denies that, they are the science deniers.
Clear.
Okay.
There's stuff missing from this print of this article.
Can you reprint it in its original format?
Which article?
The one I just read from.
Was that in the rundown?
Yeah, AMA.
It's the first one.
The WebMD, the very first article.
Hang on, yeah, let me, um, give me a bit.
Yep.
Well, because I gotta dial VDH as well.
Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep.
Dr. G, you gotta go further.
You, you, you, you bit into Cartesian dualism a little bit.
Someone is not a man from the day they're born to the day they die.
They are a man forever.
Oh, dear, thank you.
The body and soul are not separate.
Although that doesn't really apply to medical practice.
That's true.
All right.
I will dial him up now.
Professor Hansen, can you hear us?
Yes, I can.
Okay.
We do not see you yet, but we can hear you.
How's that?
I've had to travel a lot.
broadcast as usual.
How's that?
Yes, we have image.
And great sound as well.
It's been far too long, Professor.
How goes it?
How goes it?
I've had to travel a lot.
I don't like traveling, but for some reason I had to travel most of July.
Giving speeches?
Yeah, things that had been canceled during the lockdown, you know.
And I decided I would honor my commitments, apparently.
Will most of them be posted?
Can we see them?
These were private.
You know, they were like groups of... Dinners.
Yeah, private.
Two or three hundred people that had a private party or something.
But I'm gonna do some more public ones.
Fabulous.
Professor, do you think maybe you could adjust your camera down a bit and give yourself a little more headroom?
Oh, perfect.
Perfect.
Excellent.
Excellent.
All right, so we'll discuss your greatest new piece at American Greatness.
I love the headline, Incompetence and Arrogance Equals Woke.
But I have to continue my discussion.
I opened the show with the AMA calling for the removal of gender from birth certificates.
I'd like to get your reaction to that.
Yeah, that's like the New York Times today saying that you don't have to be a citizen to vote.
Oh, that ties in beautifully with the title of your book.
Let's mention that as well.
That's perfect.
That's perfect.
I said that in the book, that that would happen.
You predicted it.
Yeah.
Alright, let me pull up the book.
Publishing date is still the same?
October 5th, yeah.
Okay, great.
Good, I've got it here.
Alright, 60 seconds and we are broadcasting.
60 seconds. 60 seconds. 60 seconds. 60 seconds.
60 seconds.
60 seconds.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Yes, we are back.
It's been far too long since we've had Victor Davis Hanson on the show, but he's been traveling the nation, spreading the good word.
Now that some parts of the Republic are trying to get back to normal, his latest piece with a great title from American Greatness is Incompetence and Arrogance Equals Woke.
We will discuss it shortly.
He is the author of the upcoming book, you can order it right now, The Dying Citizen, How Progressive Elites, Tribalism and Globalization are Destroying the Idea of America.
Professor Hanson, I opened this show reading from WebMD and this news that the American Medical Association thinks it is wrong to note the medical truth of a baby's sex on birth certificates because Reasons, I guess.
You are a classic historian.
You are the most strategic thinker we have commenting today.
There is still debate on as to how this the Roman Empire collapsed.
Was it debauchery?
Was it the the Goths?
Was it Christianity?
Isn't part and parcel of the collapse of great nations and empires.
Could it be explained in the denial of reality?
Yes, and the fear that a strident minority will somehow target you, or destroy you, or ostracize you, or single you out.
And the majority that would, in theory, feel that you should be helped, won't.
So in other words, the destruction of civic responsibility.
Those doctors that voted for it, I can tell you, privately they don't believe that.
But publicly they know that if they were to oppose it, They might have protesters show up at their homes or they might not get a grant.
Or they might not get a book published, or they make the necessary adjustments career-wide.
You write in the article of this cult of wokeness and the fact that in the last year and a half, under the coronavirus, we've seen an increase not only of commissarism, this politicization of policy, but also that the majority of our significant Indian institutions have gone woke, or to use other terms, have become political
If you look back in history, Professor, what are the reactions, what are the possible scenarios when a culture, a nation's major institutions follow one political flavor which is out of step or isn't approved by the population at large?
Well, they invest a lot of time and energy, human capital, into things that do not result in productivity or efficiency.
So, if you're the Soviet army and you're trying in 1941 to stop the Nazis, the last thing you need to do is have some flunky ideological apparatchik next to a general telling them your retreat will depend on whether it fits pre-existing Soviet ideological concepts rather than the tactics on the battlefield.
Or when you're in Spain and you have a lot of labor and capital invested in the Spanish Inquisition, rather than streamlining an ossified Spanish empire, you can see what happens.
And that's what we're doing.
We're, we're hiring more, I think the Heritage Foundation just showed that we hired more diversity, equity, and inclusion czars than we have history professors at 45 of our major campuses.
So, it's an unproductive group of people who are not competitive.
They don't produce anything.
They don't produce goods and services.
And yet, they monitor everybody.
And to the degree they don't find a felony, a woke felony, then they're considered failures.
So they are promoted on the degree to which they impede productivity.
Will the market have an answer to that superfluous number of assistant deans for diversity and sustainability?
Will there be a point at which supply and demand dictates that they have to be done away with or they can't be maintained?
You go through various airline CEOs who are completely woke, despite the fact that their practices aren't woke, Will there always be a Jeff Bezos to bail out these institutions?
The funny thing is the most likely to be woke and social medias and airlines operate as quasi-monopolies and it's very hard to break in and offer a competition.
I was on a flight that we went 180 miles in the opposite direction because There was no fuel to fill the plane when we took off.
I haven't had that experience since I was in Egypt or Mexico.
This is a third world country, and yet the CEO, Mr. Parker, is lecturing us on the illiberality of Texas law.
And once the Ivy League starts to admit, not just five or six, but 10, 20, 30, 40% of the incoming class that have not met their own previous requirements, Which they adjudicated were necessary GPA of particular types of schools or ACT or SAT to excel or do the minimum amount of work at their institutions, then the system will have to make allowances.
And we know how that happens.
They lower standards.
We have so many non-productive faculty that are monitoring rather than teaching or engaging in scholarship than the institutions.
You know, they declined.
So what we're seeing is a Hillsdale or a St.
Thomas Aquinas is now coming out boldly and saying, we're not woke.
Or this new university, the University of Austin, is trying to argue that there's latitude now for new types of universities because the university as we knew it, which was responsible for a lot of America's preeminence, doesn't exist anymore.
Can we envisage a time where these erstwhile elite institutions will hollow themselves out?
Oh, I think outside of the sciences, they already do.
I've had CEOs tell me that the only reason they hire A graduate from Harvard or Stanford or Yale with a bachelor's degree is not because they think they know anything.
They didn't get training.
In fact, many of them believed that if they were to take the SAT, they would score lower after four years than when they entered.
But it's a brand, and by that they mean, they did the work for me.
When they were meritocratic, the high test score and the high GPA meant the person had natural aptitude.
Then I can retrain them after they get their brand.
But there was never any confidence.
that they were learning things within the liberal arts curriculum at these universities.
And now that they're not meritocratic, I think a lot of people are going to say, "You know what, the people entering these elite institutions and leading them are not the best and brightest in our universities." We're going to have to search for comparable, for the real talent elsewhere.
It won't be found in the blue-chip universities.
Are you seeing any sign that the alumni are starting to regret sending their checks every year to their former institutions?
I am.
I got a letter today from a very prominent supporter of the university where I work saying that he's pulling up stakes and decided to support University of Michigan.
But more importantly, I'm getting a lot of feedback, angry feedback, what I call liberal professionals whose children played by all the roles.
They excelled in prep school.
They had wonderful SAT, even perfect SAT and ACT scores They had all sorts of curricular activities.
And this year, because of not proportional representational admissions policies at the elite universities, but reparatory admissions, meaning people in minority communities were let in, not according to their percentages in the population, but far greater percentage to make up for supposed past They've had enough.
the children of the national constituents of these university donors, they're angry.
They've had enough.
We will continue our discussion with the author of The Dying Citizen, Victor Davis Hanson, here on America First.
I saw this story.
So I had a fellowship at the Kennedy School and Harvard back in the 1990s.
Back then, 1997, I saw the effect of, what is it, the positive discrimination back then.
I saw kids who were there.
Because they were from a certain ethnic background, and they just couldn't hack it.
And by the end of the first semester, you could tell that they felt uncomfortable.
They knew they weren't meant to be there, but they just skated through.
And I'm sure it's much worse since then.
But that's when you had proportional representation.
So a white male was allowed in to Stanford at 33%.
This year, I'm hearing it was 13%.
And blacks went not up to 12%, but they went up to 18 or 19%.
Latinos were not admitted at 11%, but 16 and 17%.
And they were under lawsuit, some Asians, so they did not cut back on the Asians.
So the only place they could find people to cut were white males, and they cut them in half.
But the problem they're having is those white males were the children of super achieving liberal suburban parents who are their largest donor and ideological base.
So when I get a call from somebody, hey, Victor, can you help my kid?
Can you call somebody at Stanford?
It's not from a right wing person.
It's from a person I know that's very, very left wing.
And they've had it with Stanford.
But will a Democrat voter ever, I mean, who's steeped in it, whose daddy went there or whatever, will they ever say that these policies are all wrong?
I mean, they can't pay that price, can they, socially, to say... No, not socially.
But we act privately.
Yeah.
So when they're mugged, when Barbara Boxer is mugged in Oakland privately, she has given up on the idea of defunding the police.
She's not for it.
But you can't, for them it's a religion, it would be like being an apostate.
But privately, they navigate in ways, and with friends, that they don't go in certain areas, they do not want to be around certain people.
And they are really angry, and they won't give money to these universities.
As one parent says, there were only two white males at my prep school, where my son goes, and they both gave over $10 million to Stanford.
So that had the message of don't give any money to them if they're selling off white male application, admittances I should say.
What have you seen in your years in teaching in terms of the standard of students?
That's why I retired.
When I came in 1984 to the CSU system, I had wonderful students.
And then 21 years later when I was 48, if I had a syllabus on literature of Western humanities and it had Virgil Homer, Virgil, Petronius, Dante, Boethius, seven or eight authors, ending maybe in Shakespeare, Locke.
I couldn't require them, because the kids in my class could not read.
And I mean, when I would bring them in and say, I have eight authors, and you can't do the work, they'd say, well, I said, read out loud.
And they could not read a page in translation of Sophocles' Oedipus.
Then you say, you take your little watch out, and you see how long it takes them to read it, and then you say, oh my God, they're telling me the truth.
At the rate that person is going, it's going to take them 90 hours to read 1,200 lines of Sophoclean.
20 seconds.
Shocking, shocking.
Stand by.

He's senior fellow with the Hoover Institution.

Check it out.
He is Professor Victor Davis Hanson.
I didn't have time to mention it in the last show.
The New York Times had a piece on, well, Why shouldn't people who aren't citizens have the right to vote in elections here in America?
Given the title of his new book, he is the perfect person to ask to react to that op-ed piece.
It is The Dying Citizen, How Progressive Elites, Tribalism and Globalization Are Destroying the Idea of America.
It just sounds so nice to have anybody vote in any election, Professor.
Yeah, it's like, Sebastian, you inviting a guest into your home that you don't know and having them sit in the living room and say, you know what, this is what I want to eat, and this is what I think you should do, and oh, by the way, I'll be here for six or seven weeks and then move on.
That, that, the idea of citizenship started about 2700 years ago in Greece, and it was radical.
It said, we are not migratory tribes.
We don't just go from one region to the other.
We have a defined, particular, collective, shared space.
It has secure borders, and within these borders, we have common customs and traditions and constitutional laws that we audit and oversee.
And where we have visitors that are resident aliens, we never mix the two concepts.
We have about 35 or 40 million people that are not citizens, both legal and illegal residents.
And it makes it very hard to conduct the United States as it should with our rules and regulations when we have so many people who are guests.
And when we see 2 million people crossing a border, the outlines of 2 million people crossing the border in 12 months, It's quite frightening when I see these clips.
I don't know who these people are.
I don't know if they speak English.
If I don't know if they know anything about the Constitution.
I don't know whether they're tested for COVID, whether they vaccinated for COVID.
I know that I do know the first thing they did when they entered the United States was to break its law.
And the second thing they did was to break it again by residing here illegally.
So the idea that they're going to vote equally was me, and they would know as much about politics and the customs and traditions of the United States without being a culture-related, legally and socially is absurd.
So during the 2016 election campaign, when it was revealed that on the one hand we had an America First candidate who believes in what's good for America should be the priority, it is revealed a leak is released of Hillary Clinton, the other candidate, giving a speech to bankers in which she said her dream, quote, is to have a borderless hemisphere, meaning no border between Canada and South America,
Then we have to take these things seriously.
It's not just op-ed pieces in the New York Times, is it?
No, it's the Davos-Klaus Schwab Great Reset, the idea that we're going to be one harmonious borderless international community where we have a bunch of platonic guardians and Gulf Streams that meet every once in a while at Sun Valley or Davos or Aspen.
You know, the Bezos, the Zuckerberg's, et cetera.
And they're going to talk down to us and tell us how we should act.
That's the dream that they all have.
Of course, Hillary Clinton doesn't mean that she's going to tear down her wall or fence and her, uh, Tony Washington estate or upstate New York farm.
She means that everybody else is not going to have borders or the collective will not have borders, but not her.
And, uh, we see that with Nancy Pelosi, the same thing.
And the sad thing, Sebastian, is we've already eroded citizenship.
Yes.
Non-citizens, there's no distinction.
They can go in and out of the country without a passport.
Only citizens have passports.
And some board elections in Cambridge and Berkeley, they can already vote.
The only thing that's left that I can see of citizenship, they can get entitlements, they can serve in the military.
The only thing I can see that's left is, as of yet, they cannot hold office.
We have less than a minute left, but I have to ask you, this is the subject of a much longer discussion and we should do that with you.
Professor Hanson, the America First message, the movement, the platform, whatever we want to call it, is it still strong?
Is it still viable?
Yeah, I think it is.
By Bible, I don't see anybody offering an alternative in the Republic.
I don't see Mitt Romney saying, come on, or Liz Cheney said, I have a superior.
The only question, the only mystery is whether Donald Trump or some person that inherits his mantle, but the agenda will be the same.
And there's a sense of urgency on the left, and they understand that.
That's why they want to have people voting, because the jig is up, and they feel in a year or two.
And they've got to get people, getting them voting, getting new demography as quick as possible, packing the court, electoral college, because they feel it's all going to come to a close.
Well, I think we have the title for our next one-on-one hour-long discussion with the good professor, The Great Reset vs. America First.
Until then, order his book, The Dying Citizen, How Progressive Elites, Tribalism and Globalization are Destroying the Idea of America.

This is J.D.
Vance's statement in reaction to CDC Director Walensky's call for vaccine passports in America.
Let me be clear.
There is nothing more antithetical to what this country, America, stands for than draconian vaccine passport mandates.
The idea that American citizens should be forced to, quote, show their papers to be able to go to the movies, eat at a restaurant, or attend a sporting event is something you would expect to see in communist China, but not in the land of the free.
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky's comments endorsing the concept of vaccine passports are shocking and should be immediately repudiated by the Biden administration.
It doesn't matter if it's coming from the government or a megacorporation.
Freedom-loving Americans should reject any attempt to segregate Americans based upon vaccine status.
No American should ever be denied service and treated like a second-class citizen for refusing to get a vaccine.
Quite right.
Support this man.
J.D.
Vance is one of the good guys.
Taking your calls, the number is 833-33 Gorkovitz, 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Don in Los Angeles, line one.
Happy Monday, Don.
Happy Monday, Dr. G, the rolling thunder of conservative talk radio.
Thank you, thank you.
You know, real quick, before we get to serious business.
I know it's not movie day.
Did you ever get a chance to see Red River?
I didn't!
I didn't.
I've been traveling so much every weekend, I don't get to watch movies.
But if I stay home one weekend, we will make it happen, Don.
I'm writing it down again.
Red Rivers.
If you love the Duke, you'll love that.
I know you will.
That Duke.
But real quickly, you know, so apropos what you were just saying.
These guys, they want vaccine passports, but they think it's terrible to ask someone to show an ID to vote.
You know, it's just hilarious, the hypocrisy.
Well, all the hypocrisy, it was in Victor Davis Hanson's article that everyone can read.
It's on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
You have the CEOs of United and Delta making statements about how racist the Georgia voter reform law is and asking for an ID is so un-American.
Well, guess what?
Next time I get on a Delta plane, I'm not going to show my ID.
How long do you think that's going to work, Don?
Yeah, it's always whose ox is getting gored.
Correct.
But real quickly, you know, I heard that General Milley talking about January 6 and all the events.
He was saying, oh, this is a Reichstag moment, and we surrounded the capital now with a ring of steel to keep the Nazis out.
And I'm thinking, okay, well, the Reichstag fire was actually started by the Nazis, and then they blamed the Communists on it.
Indeed, it was a false flag.
Did you see the footage of him, of Secretary Austin, this overweight individual getting off a plane?
Not only was he vaccinated, every member of the cabinet is vaccinated, not only did he have a mask on, he was wearing a full face shield on.
This is the Secretary of Defense.
He probably had a pair of ladies' underwear over his head and called it a French hat.
Thank you, Don.
Oh, by the way, when I commented on the Secretary of Defense's girth, little Zackypoo, who thinks he's a journalist, made snide comments about Gawker commenting on somebody else's weight.
Zack, whoever you work for, I can't remember.
There's one big difference.
I can lose weight if I want to.
Your voice, you can never change your voice.
Sorry, Zacky Poo, but I do find it enjoying that you have to watch this show every three hours every single day.
I hope you're enjoying it right now.
Go and post something snarky and journalistic, please, why don't you?
Let's go to Sheldon, California, line two.
Hey, Dr. Zorka.
Hey.
I'm trying to fix my phone here.
I was on speaker.
I know you don't want me to do that.
No, you sound good.
Carry on.
Okay, last couple days ago you were talking to Larry Elder about work on our messaging.
You're trying to explain it, and I've been trying to get on the air forever and talking to people about this, but the left does not believe in facts, data, information, because that's kind of, you know, it's a little accountability, you know, it's some kind of like a, we don't want that.
So they automatically are always emotional anyways.
That means they're always telling a story, but us, We love facts.
We love truth.
That's, you know, that's we are.
But that only does facts.
It doesn't do any selling.
Stories sell.
So we have to start speaking conceptually.
So that's why I worry about Larry.
He's so great on the facts.
He has to still get into a story with it to bring it home.
But he does that.
I mean, didn't you hear?
We had a whole hour with Larry.
The incredible story he told about his father.
Well, no, I agree with that, but I mean, when he's talking about the facts.
Say, for example, you're saying, we're talking about the systemic racism.
We could say, you know, it's ironic, that's the opposite of our American heritage.
Our American heritage says that, no, it's not systemic, it's endemic.
We all have problems, we all have challenges, but you know what?
We have a redemption factor.
We could change, we could be forgiven.
That's what America's about.
No, look, you are preaching to the choir.
I've always said this idea from Ben Shapiro that facts don't care about your feelings.
It doesn't matter.
People communicate through their feelings.
That's how stories resonate.
So we're going to be with Andrew Klavan for a whole hour tomorrow.
We'll discuss this He's a colleague of Ben Shapiro's.
But yes, we need to get better.
We have the facts.
We need to communicate them in stories.
Back to your calls momentarily.

But under this administration, ICE can no longer seek out just an illegal alien.
Even though it's a violation of private law, even though it's a crime to enter the country illegally, ICE can no longer arrest somebody for being in the country illegally.
You gotta be convicted of a serious, aggravated felony.
Convicted.
So the Biden administration has made illegal immigration no longer illegal.
And ICE can no longer enforce the law.
The great Tom Homan, illegal immigration under Biden is no longer illegal.
You cannot, cannot be arrested unless you have some prior serious conviction.
You cannot be arrested for breaking the law and coming into America illegally.

Welcome to America First.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Yeah, I have a An answer for helping improve vaccine hesitancy, especially among the people that are not of color, is to, and this is in keeping with Biden's America Last policy, so he'd be happy about that, you know, the rest of the world first, is since most of the people coming across the border are predominantly people of color, shouldn't they get vaccinated first?
You mean mandatory?
Oh, this is a great point!
You know what somebody did last week?
A good friend of mine texted me and she said...
Are you pro-mandatory vaccinations now?
I said no.
But you tweeted that!
I said no.
Read the tweet.
Don't just read the first line.
JJ, last Friday I tweeted out, I am pro-mandatory vaccinations.
Next line.
But not for any Americans.
Only for people crossing into America illegally.
They have to be mandatorily vaccinated.
So we're thinking alike, JJ.
Yes, I'll suspend my white privilege.
Yes, I'll let them get vaccinated.
I don't need them.
They can have my vaccine.
JJ, can they have your vaccine?
Yes, they can.
I'll get in line behind them.
All right.
I'll be at the end of the line after it's all run out because I don't need it.
Thank you very much.
I've had COVID.
And by the way, guys, I love you all.
But read the whole tweet next time.
Not just the first sentence.
All of it.
Because I might be doing something sneaky.
I do that sometimes.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
What do you think of Australia?
Don't people have a warm feeling?
I mean, look, I've been there.
It's cool.
New Zealand's even cooler.
I mean, New Zealand, I drove, I traveled across.
I did, honestly, yes, I'm a geek.
My son and I did the Lord of the Rings tour, OK?
We rented a car and we drove from the North Island to the South Island.
We saw Saruman's encampment.
We saw the Rohirrim.
We saw everything.
It was amazing.
Any kind of landscape you can imagine in the world can be found on one of the islands of New Zealand.
That's why Lord of the Rings was filmed there.
It's just beautiful.
It's majestic.
It's incredible.
But it's more sheep than people, OK?
It is what it is.
Australia has not a lot, but a little bit of culture.
I mean, you've got the Sydney Opera House and good beer if you're into lagers.
But they're fun, aren't they?
They're cool from Crocodile Dundee on down.
Not anymore.
What has happened to Australia, mate?
I mean, seriously.
This is from the sun.
Australia deploys helicopters and soldiers to order people to go home in one of the world's strictest COVID lockdowns.
Guys, you're a bunch of former criminals.
That's how you were founded.
Surely this is the antithesis.
Of what you should be doing.
It should be a little bit more laissez-faire in Australia.
Gung-ho... This is from Adrian Zorzut.
Gung-ho Aussie politicians have deployed the army in helicopters to order people to go home.
One man...
He filmed a chopper shouting stay-at-home orders from a loudspeaker and posted the video online.
Seriously, that's what helicopters are for?
In footage, a blue and white helicopter circles the Aussie, so this is the sun riding, who blurts out, what the F, as he's warned that local police would find him and issue a fine.
We're gonna find you, mate.
We're gonna track you down.
Australia is enforcing... I've never done so many accents in one little story.
We'll see what the reaction is.
Australia is enforcing one of the most severe lockdowns in the world and recently called in the military to help enforce its, quote, this is insanity, zero Covid strategy.
Are you nuts?
Zero Covid?
Just put a bubble.
Just put a bubble around everybody's head.
No oxygen.
They'll end up with zero COVID very quickly.
Let me assure you of that.
Under the government's policy, rule breakers who are caught ignoring the new regulations will be slugged with a £265 fine.
That's $500.
Borders remain shut.
And here's the best part of all.
Do you know how many people have died in Australia?
Total from COVID.
A thousand.
A thousand.
And I'd love to know the average age.
Okay.
And what other, got to use the word, comorbidities they had.
A thousand people.
And now you've deployed, what is this?
They've deployed 300 army personnel and helicopters.
Come on, mate.
It's not funny.
Aussies, get back to the fun-loving way you were.
Let's talk about something more serious for Americans.
This is an exclusive from Matt Boyle, who texted it to me early this morning.
If the United States Senate votes this week on the bipartisan so-called infrastructure bill, it would be humanly impossible for any of the senators voting on it to actually read it.
Why?
Because Breitbart has been given a copy of it, and it is 2,701 pages long.
2,701 pages long.
Yes, 2,701 pages long.
Sources familiar with the drafting of the text of the bill told Breitbart News it was written in secret for months outside, outside of the normal legislative process which is supposed to happen in the relevant committees of relevant jurisdiction. outside of the normal legislative process which is supposed to
These same sources made the unauthorized leak of the draft text of Breitbart out of concern that the secretive process behind the bill may have led to widespread corruption through its nearly 3,000 pages.
I'm not going to say may have.
Clearly did.
Because if you can't even read it in the time before you're supposed to vote for it, Well then of course you're going to jam it full of stuff people want to hide otherwise from the process that should be the way that we decide to spend two trillion dollars.
I mean is it true?
Might be four, might be two, might be three, who knows?
Let's talk about some data also out of the UK.
Why is it the UK has information that's fun and important?
It's always the mail.
This time it's the Telegraph reporting a Gallup poll.
Kamala Harris is the least popular vice president in modern history.
That's impressive.
She's only been at it for six months.
How do you become the least popular in six months?
According to Gallup, the Telegraph noted 42.1% of Americans approved of President Mike Pence.
42%.
of Americans approved of President Mike Pence, 42%.
Now, for Kamala, it's 48% disapproval.
The previous vice president, Biden, had an approval rating above 50% after six months.
Before that, Dick Cheney and Al Gore were in the 60s as well.
Even Dan Quayle, the much-mocked Vice President for George H.W.
Bush, had a disapproval rating of just 22%.
That's incredible!
Well done, Dan Quayle!
Not so much, Kamala.
48%.
I've got a question.
I wanted to tweet this out at the weekend.
Is she still in charge of the border?
I'm just curious, you know.
I'm just saying.
Is she still in charge?
Let's go to your call.
Somebody wants to talk about what we opened the show with.
The statement from the AMAJ in Memphis.
Welcome aboard.
Thank you.
Dr. Gorker, to begin with, The AMA only represents between 15 and 18 percent of America's doctors.
In terms of what?
In terms of membership?
Of paid membership.
Now, this is a statistic from 2015.
I don't know if it's any better now, but at least back then, it was 15 to 18 percent.
Okay.
And in addition to that, the AMA sometimes makes policy boo-boos.
For example, For well over a hundred years, the AMA was racially discriminatory against black physicians.
And in fact, in 2008, they made a formal apology to the National Medical Association, which is the Association of Black Physicians.
But Jay, this isn't a policy boo-boo.
This is saying that the gender, male and female, are irrelevant now, which for a doctor's association to make is a little bit more serious than a boo-boo, wouldn't you say?
Well, I was saying that tongue-in-cheek.
Of course, I feel that way.
You know, this is the tip of the iceberg.
Eventually, they'll say that you shouldn't put down anything about somebody's racial make-up.
And if you say nothing about their racial make-up, then how are you going to determine whether somebody's at risk for, let's say, sickle cell disease or tapeworm disease?
Right.
Are you a medical professional?
I'm a retired physician, yes.
You sound very calm at all this.
Doesn't this make your blood boil as a medical professional of old?
Well, I'm holding myself.
You're holding yourself back?
For the next election.
I have a feeling the next election, you know.
A deluge.
I think it's going to be a deluge.
Well, God willing, it'll be a deluge.
So what is your response?
Do you concur?
Because I'm worried that it's not that good.
When VDH says in the last hour that the majority of the members of the AMA who voted for or supported this idea that birth certificates shouldn't have a gender on them, that they don't believe it when they're voting to support it.
Do you think that's the case?
Do you think people are willfully going against their conscience?
You don't think that the indoctrination has also worked on them?
I have a feeling some people want to go along with the flow.
I don't know how many, but I think some people feel that way.
I think if this would make life difficult for Urologists.
I think this would make life difficult for gynecologists.
Obstetricians.
It would add a lot of chaos.
But then again, what does the left like more than chaos?
Indeed, they love chaos.
Why?
Because they are on the dark side.
They want entropy.
They want chaos.
Thank you, Jay, for your very measured contribution as a former medical professional.

Back with more of your calls.
Mic's on.
God.
These figures for Chicago are unreal.
What, the shootings?
Yeah, 416 shootings in July.
Yeah, I figured it out.
It's one every 96 minutes.
You worked that out?
Yeah.
Because it's like 14.58 a day.
And you divide that.
By 24?
That's crazy.
East Europe looks like it's fighting back a little bit.
Yeah.
France especially, I'm so surprised.
What do you think of this Christy Noem thing?
Not surprised.
No, but are we reading too much into it or not?
What do you mean, reading too much into it?
A lot of Republicans think that way, ironically.
It's the whole, you know, build your own thing mentality.
Oh, they've kicked you out of your bank account, just create your own bank.
It's that kind of mentality.
Two and a half minutes.
yep you still know those Democrats trying to make that make hay right now out of that quote from McCarthy - What do you think of the?
Which one?
The Gabel quote?
Yeah!
It's like... It's one of the... It's ridiculous!
So dumb!
Yeah!
I mean, multiple congressmen, like Swalwell and Lew and whatever, both tweeted, like, this is a, you know, a confirmed threat on Nancy Pelosi's life.
It's ridiculous.
Yeah, because that's the kind of guy Kevin McCarthy is.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, literally of all the people, Kevin McCarthy.
They go after him.
Okay, you wanted to do food here, Dr. G. Okay.
Want to use the cut?
No.
All right, before I leave today, Jeff, let's dope out the second episode for Friday.
So...
All right.
I want to get Gates on it because he said he'd do that.
Let's have him as the A-block guy.
Matt Gates?
Yeah.
All right.
America, first hole, please.
So far, a couple people aren't available for the... Okay, who?
Kanger's not on vacation.
Kirk, I didn't bother asking because he's on the air that time.
Oh.
All right.
Who's a good...
Other historian of communism.
VDH, or... Levin?
Oh, VDH has got to be for the second episode.
If he... What?
I don't think he's here, but I'll check.
He's not here on Friday?
I'll check, but yeah.
Oh, can't Levin come on because he's got his book?
No, two weeks is up.
Ludvac?
Or... not quite.
20 seconds, standby.
Ludwak could be good, yeah.
Thank you.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
Can I ask you two questions?
Two very simple questions.
Number one, how did you do in the last year and a half?
Did you weather the storm?
Did you come through the Covid panic intact?
Are you making money?
Are you stable?
If that's the case, here's the second question.
Would you like to say thank you?
Would you like to give back?
Would you like to help those far, far less fortunate than ourselves?
If the answer to both of those questions is yes, can I help you do that?
Will you let me do that?
Because I can.
We have started our support for Food for the Poor.
This is the Christian organization that helps families in our hemisphere who are on the brink of starvation, providing food to children who sorely need it.
If you want to help those that our Lord and Savior said, we have to help first, come unto me, the little children, is what Jesus told us, then you can do so right now by making a donation to Food for the Poor on my website or calling them on 855-330-HOPE.
A donation in any amount makes a difference.
But think of this.
$37.
Just a one-time donation of $37 feeds one of these hungry children for six months.
They have the food.
It's been donated.
They just need to get it to the children and you could literally be saving a life.
Or lives.
If you donate $111, That's three children you are feeding for six months.
Make a difference today.
Give back.
It is one of the most blessed things you can do.
Go to my website sebgorka.com and click on the Give Food banner at the top.

SebGawker.com and the Give Food banner.
Thank you to all of you who have donated or are going to donate today.
Okay.
I just want to give you some data because it's just so shocking.
You need to know it.
Again, from brightbar.com, from the Second Amendment journalist there, AWR Hawkins.
In the month of July alone, in the Democrat city, Of Mayor Lori Lightfoot, there were 461 shootings.
I'd like to know, I'd just love to know, how many shootings were there in Kabul, Afghanistan?
You know, I have a sense.
I have a sneaking suspicion.
There were less shootings in Kabul, Afghanistan.
And maybe in Baghdad.
Than there were in Chicago last month.
416 in an American city.
Mr. G, Jeff, crunch the numbers.
That is one shooting every 96 minutes of the day.
In the middle of the night, in the morning, in the evening, when you're at work.
Every 96 minutes.
There's a shooting.
But what does the left want to do?
What are the Democrats prioritizing?
It's funny to think he's actually formerly a member of the GOP.
The man who calls himself a hero on his own tweets.
This is Adam Kinzinger.
As 461 shootings are occurring in American City in just the last month, this is his priority when interviewed on ABC.
Cut nine.
Play cut.
Liz Cheney has suggested, including in an interview on this week, Uh, that anybody who spoke to Donald Trump during those hours, uh, should come and testify before the committee.
She suggested it could even mean subpoenas, uh, a subpoena for Kevin McCarthy.
And now we've learned Jim Jordan also talked to Donald Trump on January 6th.
Would you support subpoenas to the Republican leader in the House and to, and to Jim Jordan?
I would support subpoenas to anybody that can shed light on that.
If that's the leader, that's the leader.
If it's anybody that talked to the president that can provide us that information, I want to know what the president was doing every moment of that day.
I want to know what the president was doing every moment of that day.
When he went to the bathroom, when he went to the restroom, I want to know what he was doing.
This is a Republican invited by Nancy onto the January 6th quote-unquote insurrection commission or select committee who says we need to subpoena Anybody who the president spoke with.
What if he spoke with his son Barron?
What if he called up Eric Trump and chatted to his grandson?
His, you know, two-year-old grandson.
Are you gonna subpoena them as well?
This is a Republican.
Do they believe this stuff?
There's a woman who was on the ground during the Jonestown massacre as a member of the congressional delegation.
Now, of course, right?
She's a staffer then, so now she's a congresswoman who I've never heard of called Jackie Spier.
And this is what she thinks of Republicans
There's no question that you could compare Jim Jones as a charismatic leader who would bring his congregation together, force them to do things that were illegal, and then took 900 of them into the jungles of Guyana, where over the course of time,
He then convinced them that they should die.
I've never been able to say they committed suicide because I don't think they were in control of their faculties, to be quite honest with you.
So you look at Donald Trump, charismatic leader, who was able to continue to talk in terms that appealed to those who are disaffected, disillusioned, and ...who were looking for something, much like those who became part of Jim Jones' congregation, the People's Temple.
Jim Jones, cult leader, People's Temple, 900 people killed, 300 of them children.
And that's the Republican Party, and Donald Trump is a cult leader like that.
Let's just, um, one quick thing.
Eric, you there?
Yes, I am here.
Um, hang on, what happened to having my back?
Sorry, yes, I've got your six as well.
Thank you.
As always.
What was Jones politically?
If you had to put him in a box, was he a Nazi, a fascist, or what was he?
He was quite literally a communist.
Thank you, Eric.
Just a little sanity check from my six.
Jim Jones, a mass-murdering communist, is the closest thing to Donald Trump, Congresswoman, who's on CNN.
How many hundreds of people committed suicide on Donald Trump's orders?
And when it comes to his policies, how communist are they?
How about your party's policies?
How about the Democrat Party Congresswoman Jackie Spier?
If there's a cult, It's the cult of Nancy, of AOC, of the Squad, the Green New Steel.
That is the most dangerous cult in America today.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Our number, 833-33-Gawker.

That's 833-334-6752.
Coming to you from just outside the swamp.
Don't touch that dial.
Mic's on.
- Yeah.
Some more Jim Jones facts.
Yeah.
Courtesy of Professor Shad.
One of the last people to record a help out message for the people of Jonestown.
Help out?
What do you mean?
As in, you know, they asked for people to record these tapes that were sent to Jonestown that were played over the loudspeakers as a part of the constant loudspeaker protocol that they had going on.
Angela Davis.
Oh my gosh.
Angela Davis.
Wow.
That's a surprise.
Jim Jones, close friend of Angela Davis, close friend of Harvey Milk.
Really?
I believe it.
Also true.
Also true.
You wanted to do analysis of nature.
I will, but first come in with, um, cut eight.
Eight.
Yeah.
Spear again.
Yep.
Spire.
Spear.
Spire.
Spire.
Oh, shoot.
Was she a member of Congress at the time, Shad, or was she just part of the staff?
No, so she was a staffer before the congressman who was Shad.
I do not think she's been in office for that long, but that isn't new.
And biggest thing about Jonestown?
It wasn't Kool-Aid.
Nope, it was not.
Poor Kool-Aid.
Can you think about that?
For how many years has Kool-Aid... Hey, all press is good press.
Bad rep.
I'm not sure it applies in that case.
Yeah, it was never Kool-Aid, that is correct.
Oh, man.
I've listened to a ton of the audio.
Oh, yeah?
That'll... It is... Oh, my God, yeah.
It's wild, man.
It's something out of a horror movie.
Well, not only like audio of that day, but the crazy thing is they were just fanatic chroniclers.
Documenting it.
Yeah, and so, I mean, from the People's Temple and all of its locations, you know, from the Midwest, you know, California, Philadelphia, just everything is recorded.
All of the struggle sessions are recorded, you know, a lot of personal conversations are recorded, and they're all available.
You can listen to them.
They're just insane.
So, struggle sessions, man.
Wow, here we go.
Dennis's wife just sent me this book review.
Cult City, Jim Jones, Harvey Milk, and 10 days that shook the world.
Yep.
Thank you, Sue.
Also, if I recall correctly, Jonestown was the single deadliest incident involving the highest number of American fatalities up until September the 11th.
Hmm.
All right, so we're coming in with that cut.
Cut 8, yeah.
And then you're going to balance in nature.
Yeah.
Disclaimer, anything shot?
Uh, nope.
Okay, got it.
Coming in with cut 8, 43 seconds long.
And then it's... Yep.
Brown, okay.
Mm-hmm.
Stand back. Stand back.
Stand back.
Well, it wasn't something I wanted to connect the dots to.
In fact, I wrote my memoir two years ago and did a book tour, and that question came up over and over and over again.
And then it really forced me to think about it.
And then we saw what happened on January 6th.
How can you not recognize That that was an illegal act, that you were being asked by this charismatic leader to go do something that was going to be destructive, and you went and did it anyway.
That's quite remarkable.
I mean, that's truly remarkable.
He says, march patriotically and peacefully to Congress.
And she says, yes, that's what happened exactly in Jonestown.
I mean, we have all that audio where he said, do not drink that poison Kool-Aid.
And it wasn't Kool-Aid, by the way.
These people... I need some help.
Who's the most stable person here?
Mr. G, get your headphones on.
Are you there?
Yes.
When a member of Congress I've never heard of, who was at Jonestown when 900 people committed mass suicide, actually says on CNN, that's just like January the 6th, tell me, does she mean it?
She's probably into playing the Brian Stelter.
That's what you do.
You go on there and you say the craziest thing.
But when she says, everywhere I go on my book tour, that's the question I was getting, that is the Trump phenomena like Jamestown?
Is she lying?
Is she making that up?
Yeah, she said that she was getting that two years ago, and then she put it together after January 6.
I find it very hard to believe.
She doesn't believe that.
Interesting.
OK, thank you.
Sanity check.
Got it.
OK.
And thank you to, uh...
One of our extended family out in California who's been texting me fascinating details about the connection between Jonestown and Jim Jones to a certain Harvey Milk and this following text.
The Democrats are really good at painting the GOP with their own poisonous history.
Yes, indeed they are.
OK.
Let's not be like that woman.
Let's not be like Brian Stelter.
Instead, let's be patriots who love this country and are healthy in body and mind.
With the body part, do what I do.
Take balance of nature.
Six little capsules from Dr. Howard.
Three red for fruit, three green for vegetables that provide me and anyone who takes it.
With ten servings of the 31 fruits and vegetables they should be eating.
But honestly, how often do you?
I know, kale, yucky.
But you can be the healthiest you you want to be when it comes to the nutrients your body craves by taking Balance of Nature.

That's promo code Gawker, balanceofnature.com.
Let's go to our good buddy, also in California, Ray from Livermore.
Hey, Dr. G. Yes, as your text and your commenter said, the left is very good at trying to paint their sins onto the opposition party, whether it's Jim Crow laws the Democrats gave us, whether it's the Ku Klux Klan, which was a bastard child of the Democrat Party.
Jonestown was as well.
It was a commune.
And everyone knows what a commune is.
It descends from communism.
It's a collective.
And Jim Jones was running a church in San Francisco, and he basically got run out of town because family members knew he was stealing entire estates from people under the guise of this commune, this collective system that he was putting together.
And you mentioned Daniel Jones.
And sadly, it was mostly black families he was doing it to.
Well, yes, but he would take advantage of anyone who would come along and join his so-called church.
He entrenched himself into government.
He was mixed up with Willie Brown, with Jerry Brown, with Dianne Feinstein, Harvey Milk, all of them.
In Daniel J. Flynn's book, Cult City, you can get into deeper aspects of what happened here, but basically he split town and started his commune in Guyana because he was on the run from people who were trying to track him down.
And that congressional party that went down there, including ultra-entrenched leftist Jackie Speier, many of them were gunned down on a runway as they were trying to leave Jonestown.
Yes.
And then that's when the mass suicide happened afterwards to cover up, literally to try to cover up what was happening, because Jones knew that this was basically the end of it.
But the greater point, as you've already stated, these were leftists.
These were San Francisco leftists.
They were not Trump types.
We would never be involved with people like this.
And how dare they try to broad brush us with their sins?
Well, of course.
Well, of course.
And you're a mentalist, Ray, because a friend who was texting me actually sent me a link to exactly the book you mentioned.
Jim Jones.
It's Cult City is the title.
Jim Jones, Harvey Milk, and Ten Days That Shook San Francisco.
Thank you, Ray, for your contribution.

It is a rare, a rare occurrence when I watch a film for 90 minutes and I come away smarter or more informed than I was when I began in the film.
In many cases you come out the other end dumber given the current cultural environment.
Well, that was the case with a film I have just seen.
It's based on a book by our current guest, Don Brown.
The film is called Fallen Angel, Call Sign Extortion 17.
He is a former JAG.
He is a practicing lawyer.
Don, tell us how you got involved with this film and how you got involved with the whole case of Call Sign Extortion 17.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Thank you for having me.
And it is about America First.
Listen, I got involved because back in 2014 or so, I just happened to be watching a press conference at a national press club.
Historian 17 is an American helicopter that was shot down in Afghanistan ten years ago This coming Friday, we lost the largest loss of life of American forces in the Afghan war, the largest loss of life in the history of the U.S.
Navy SEALs, shot down under strange and inexplicable circumstances only 96 days after U.S.
Navy SEALs took out the great despicable terrorist Osama bin Laden.
I watched a press conference that was organized at a national press club in 2014, I believe, In which several of the parents of these SEALs were at the press club.
They were supported by prominent members of the Congress, including Louie Gohmert, Allen West, General Boykin was there, some of the great conservative champions of our time.
And it was very clear that something had gone wrong with this helicopter.
The helicopter had been shot down, or it had exploded in the air, or something had happened under questionable circumstances.
And I had been a U.S.
Navy JAG officer, and I had handled a major aviation Disaster when I was in San Diego with the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
And something struck me and said, man, you've got to reach out to these families.
I sent a Facebook message to Karen Vaughn, who's a well-known Gold Star mother.
She wrote back and said, hey, we've been praying about somebody write a book on this.
Could you meet us?
So I drove down to Atlanta and met two of our great Gold Star parents, Karen and Billy Vaughn.
They sized me up for three or four hours and then Billy slipped a little thumb drive over to me, and for some reason the military declassified, or someone within the military declassified, 1250 pages of the underlying evidence of the investigation of this case.
I took that home and realized the official report was just a typical, you know, slate of hand BS job in which the government was covering something up, and the book kind of came from there.
This film, Fallen Angel, I believe, is going to be an opportunity to present these 30 men to our country.
It's a really tragedy.
We don't know their names.
I believe that we will when this film by Carl Hortsman and Stephen Spivey is being aired now.
And I appreciate you giving us time to To bring attention to the case of our hero.
I'm going to talk about this film much more in the weeks to come, but you can watch it right now at SalemNow.com.
I'm a national security guy.
I have been since I joined the British Army in 1991.
So the fact that I can learn from this movie and we need to find the answers, number one.
Why?
Why?
Was an assistant secretary of defense, a guy in charge of special operations, a guy who I taught.
Gary Reid was a student of mine when I was a professor at National Defense University.
Denied the existence of black box on that helicopter.
There is no good answer to that question, is there Don?
No, there isn't.
And, you know, that's one of the mysteries here.
What happened to the black box?
This chopper went down at about 2.39 a.m.
local time.
Within an hour and a half or so, we sent in a platoon of U.S.
Army Pathfinders to look for a black box, which would have had a voice data recorder.
They spent three days looking for the box, and I've read the transcript of the investigation of those Pathfinders.
The Pathfinder platoon leader says, the first time we have never found a black box.
Then, two months later, family members at Little Creek, Virginia, Sebastian and a briefing for Jeffrey Colton, the investigating officer who worked directly for General Mattis, by the way, told the family members it washed away in a flood, which was ludicrous.
Yeah, the black box washed away in a flood.
Then Gary Reid testifies on Capitol Hill that these vehicles are not fitted with black boxes.
And then on top of that, Don, The SEALs were deemed at the time to be on a QRF mission, a Quick Reaction Force mission.
SEALs aren't used for that purpose, are they?
Normally not.
And we are absolutely convinced there was no... the QRF was a cover.
We talked to Army Rangers on the ground from the 75th Ranger Regiment who got there.
The Rangers were not in trouble.
The story was, well, the Rangers were in trouble.
The SEALs went to rescue them on a QRF, which means Quick Reactionary Force.
That's just a ruse.
This mission was flown for some reason other than a QRF.
This is one of the many slates of hand that has been force-fed to the public, and the Pentagon, you know, won't say a word.
So, that is one of the many questions as to why they would fool people into believing this is a quick reactionary force, when it simply was not.
There was no need for it, and SEAL Team 6 certainly would be doing that anyway.
All right, he's the author of the book.
He is a key individual in the making of this film.
It's Fallen Angel Call Sign Extortion 17, the biggest loss of life from SEAL teams ever.
You've got to check it out at www.salemnow.com, the movie www.salemnow.com.
Don, I've got so many questions.
We've only got three minutes left in this hour.
Can you stay on for one more segment so I can ask at least one more question?
Sebastian, it would be my honor.
I'm very happy to.
All right.
Stay on the line.
We're talking to Don Brown, the author of that book and the key individual in the making of that movie.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Before we get to that blistering final hour of the show, we still have with us former U.S. Navy JAG officer, author of Call Sign Extortion 17, The Shootdown of SEAL Team 6.
It's now a movie.
You can...
It wasn't.
Watch it at Salem now dot com.
John, I was leery of the movie because I thought it would be like conspiracy theory territory.
It wasn't.
It was incredibly it was riveting viewing, especially the interviews with that woman who started crying.
The pilot of that AC30 Spectre gunship who just saw these seals die in front of her.
I have to ask you, but without going into things we cannot back up right now, what are your likely scenarios for what really happened with Cause Sign Extortion 17?
Well, thank you, Sebastian.
We're very, very careful not to throw conspiracy theories.
1,250 pages of evidence.
My book covers evidence.
The reader can draw the conclusion.
But if you're asking me what I think, I think there is circumstantial evidence.
Let me say this is circumstantial evidence that points to a possible insider attack or infiltration.
So you're talking because they have Afghans involved, Afghans flying, that this could have been a green on blue attack?
Yes, that is part of it.
The helicopter seemed to have gotten lost in the air.
You know, it was ten minutes.
It should have been ten minutes, wheels up, wheels down.
It's hanging in the air an additional seven minutes.
We lost communication for ten minutes.
We have since found out that there was friction between these APUs, these Afghan units, and the SEAL team.
There was friction there.
And with the black boxes appearing, I suspect that that cockpit voice recorder would tell us what happened.
So, you know, circumstantial evidence is evidence that points to a conclusion.
That is my gut feel.
I can't say that a thousand percent, but I think the evidence points to that.
Could be wrong, but the movie looks into that.
You know, this whole flip-flopping on the black box is a big, major red flag.
We also found bullets in the bodies of some of the SEALs too, which is also a red flag, and those bullets were called cook-off rounds.
An Army guy, you know what that is, Sebastian.
I know what a cook-off round is, but when something cooks off, you have maybe shrapnel close range.
You don't actually have bullet entry wounds and exit wounds.
I don't buy it.
Stinks to high heaven.
The book is and the film is Fallen Angel Call Sign Extortion 17.
It's one of the greatest tragedies since September the 11th.
I've seen it.
It's superb.
Watch it salemnow.com.
Sure we'll have you back and your colleagues who made that superb movie.
He's Don Brown.

We might have to rework that logo because it's going to be one-on-two today because we have two of the most committed, robust freedom fighters who've agreed to come in studio today, none other than Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz, congressman, congresswoman, extraordinaire.
Welcome in studio.

Oh, it's good to be with you.
Now, you know, I know you initially extended the offer for one-on-one to me, Seb, but I can't, you know, Sonny, you don't want Sonny without Cher.
Are you going to give out every secret, every background secret we have here?
That's what people tune in to get the behind-the-scenes stuff.
It's true though, I texted you, I said, she'd come in, would you come in, and then maybe Both of you!
Oh yeah, we're all for it.
Because you've been doing this tour, right?
You've been doing this tour.
We've toured America, we've tried to tour prisons, we've tried to go into the Department of Justice, and we seem to be on a tour of the United States Congress in some ways because we're treating the job very differently than a lot of our colleagues.
So I think it was Thursday last week you guys tried to go into a prison and you were first time ever prevented from going.
I mean, usually you're not allowed to break out, right?
Right, yeah.
Usually people are locked in prison, but we were actually locked out of prison.
Locked out.
Like, literally locked out.
They locked the door.
Okay, we've got to talk about everything you're doing.
We've already made a long list before we started.
First things first, can I tell you A little background story.
We're waiting for you guys to arrive and there's many reasons to like both of you.
We can talk about and we will through the hour, but you know one of the greatest reasons?
We're prepping, doing our pre-production, eating a slice of pizza and one of my guys goes, this is going to be a zoo in a few minutes because MTG and Gates are arriving and their entourages.
We don't have enough chairs.
And I thought, entourages?
That's not what I'm used to with these guys.
This isn't The Swamp.
This isn't your average politician who arrives with 48 handlers and everything else.
And you arrive, both of you arrive, with one person.
One, and then a few minutes later, another.
So your entourage was two people.
I think that tells you everything you need to know about these individuals.
Okay, let's start with what I think is the most serious, maybe tactical, But it's the most serious issue.
We have Americans in prison, in solitary, accused of being in an insurrection, who are actually being charged with, what is it?
Interrupting an official proceeding?
And you tried to see these people.
Tell us what happened when, was it on Thursday you tried to visit?
So here's an important frame, Dr. Gorka.
You know, every month in America, members of Congress tour detention facilities.
Congresswoman Greene was recently... I just came back from one.
Yeah, just at one on the border.
Democrats got to tour detention facilities during the Trump administration.
Republicans have toured some detention facilities under the Biden administration.
This is not an unusual thing.
Oversight.
And so we wanted to see the conditions that the January 6th detainees were facing.
And really, it's an opportunity for us to see how the correction system is working more broadly.
We put a lot of money into that system through the First Step Act.
And so this is part of Congress's normal oversight function.
Oversight.
Right.
We were called trespassers.
By the authorities running the prison, correct?
When we went into the lobby, we came in, we instantly... Official delegation, congressional... Yes.
Sent a letter in advance, not unannounced.
Yes, let them know we were coming.
We have been sending letters asking questions for months now.
This is a federal facility?
Federal prison, yes.
We got no answers, so we decided we'll go ourselves, let them know we were coming.
We go into the lobby, produced our identification.
It was Matt Gates, myself, Louie Gohmert, Paul Gosar, produced our identification, showed them who we were, waited in the lobby, and then they told us to wear masks.
Of course, we put on our masks.
And when a woman came out to speak with us, she told us we were trespassing as we're standing in the lobby.
So an official told you from the prison that as congressional members you are trespassing on a federal facility paid for by us, the taxpayer.
Yeah, I don't know who they think appropriates these funds, but it gets even worse.
After we were accused of trespassing... Wait, no, wait.
Then we went outside.
Oh, yes, yes.
Go right ahead.
We went outside, just real quick, man.
We went outside to speak to the supervisor.
We were told they were outside.
When we went outside to the supervisor, they locked the doors and would not let us back in.
That is literally what happened at a federal prison.
Isn't there some legal tools here?
I mean, you are supposed to have oversight as members of Congress.
The House has oversight of spending.
This is not just offensive to the four members of Congress that went and attempted to conduct our official duties.
It is offensive to the Congress at large.
Because what it is saying is that you don't have a right to see what the Biden regime is up to behind closed doors.
In normal circumstances, Republicans and Democrats would join together to be offended by this and to take action against it.
If you can't find out, if you guys can't find out what's happening in a federal prison, nobody can.
I'm concerned for the entire prison population, not just the January 6th detainees.
I'm concerned for all of them because that prison is being run by people who are so defiant to members of Congress that they call us trespassers and then lock us out.
And we vote to fund their facility.
So there's an even more recent development.
The D.C.
Department of Corrections puts out a statement following our visit that, in addition to lying, suggests that we compromised the safety and security of the staff and of those who are at this particular facility just by showing up and seeking a tour.
How is their facility so fragile that a tour would compromise the safety of the people there?
Well, then it should be shut down.
Totally!
If two unarmed members of Congress with IDs compromise the security of a prison, then shut it down.
Members of the Judiciary Committee, Gaul Gosar, Oversight Committee, Louie Gohmert, Judiciary.
He's also a former judge.
So here's the next question.
If you look on social media, A lot of the 73 million who voted for Donald Trump have had it with the GOP's and we wrote a letter to, okay?
So what happens next?
Let's go back to why you went there, why you visited.
These are Americans who are in solitary on trespass charges, some of them grandmothers, when BLM and Antifa don't spend a day in prison.
Well, while canceling us online, while pursuing us in real life, the Biden administration also believes they can ignore our questions.
So this wasn't just a sua sponte visit, right?
For months, reasonable, rational questions have been totally ignored.
So the first thing we did was show up at the Department of Justice.
We did that on Tuesday.
And we said, hey, look, we've got five members of Congress.
On the same issue?
On the same issue to ask questions about the civil rights issues that we were curious about.
They wouldn't even let Congresswoman Green in the lobby as there was a left-wing mob assembling to threaten our ability to even make statements.
Absolutely, and I have to tell you, Sebastian, As a woman and as a first-time member of Congress, I've never experienced that kind of treatment.
I have so many death threats, it's unreal.
And the Department of Justice left us all out on the sidewalk, and I really was concerned for our safety as I was looking down each different direction of the sidewalk, seeing all these leftists and activists coming in because we had put out a press release that we were going So this is where I get angry.
uh provide information to the press and share it with the american people well here comes all the leftists and the crazy activists that are paid and here they're coming and they would not even i ask can we please wait in the lobby for security reasons and they would not even let us pass this is where i get angry this is where i say this is out of control totally when when when when When a woman, I don't care whether she's a congresswoman or not, can't be safe because a federal entity says, no, you can't come into the building?
At the Department of Justice.
So what next?
Well, you know, I think a lot of members of Congress would just sort of get into a letter writing campaign, but we don't do that.
We show up.
That's why we showed up at the DOJ and asked our questions.
We don't believe letters work.
No, and when we got ignored there, that's why we showed up at the prison.
And we're going to continue to be active and in the face of this Biden administration that is totally out of control.
And what would be helpful would be some additional support from some of our Republican colleagues.
Absolutely.
Here's the question I get from a lot of constituents.
Well, they get to see Adam Kinzinger crying the day away, and they get to see Liz Cheney arm-in-arm with Adam Schiff, but where are the tough Republicans asking the real questions about January 6th?
So, Marjorie and I... Well, in all fairness, we have a few.
We have a few.
No, but it's a handful.
Yeah, but there are over 200 Republicans in the United States Congress, and you know a small handful that are actually fighting.
We have just said, look, if there's not going to be an intense Republican effort, we will build it.
Gomer, Gosar, Green, Biggs, Gates, the names you know, the names you trust, and we'll be out there doing it, with or without the backing of our leadership, and with or without the permission of Nancy Pelosi.
Yeah, and you know, Sebastian, I've told you this over and over, I think Congress is completely broken, and so we are going to redefine the way members of Congress get things done.
I think, if I may, as the host here, I think we've got to go bigger than that.
It's not just Congress that's broken.
It's not just the GOP.
It is politics in America.
We are talking to Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, Congressman Matt Gaetz, Georgia, Florida.
Follow them, Rep Matt Gaetz and Rep MTG.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First 2-on-1.
Matt Gaetz, Congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
I want to go to the big target straight away.
I want to talk about, we'll talk about the GOP in a moment.
Let's talk about the breaking news of last week.
I think it was Thursday.
With not even providing justification, with reference to an unpublished, unpeer-reviewed Indian study, the Speaker of the House has decreed that everyone has to wear masks, Staff members and visitors who don't will be arrested.
The chief has allegedly climbed back because of things that you guys and your colleagues did.
Let's have a little fun first.
I said it on my show on Thursday.
I'm very impressed that somebody has invented a force field that somehow contains COVID in the house.
They invented it.
So this tells a little bit of the culture difference with the Senate and the House.
You guys got to wear masks unless you're Nancy because Thursday night she didn't wear a mask.
But in the Senate nobody has to.
No.
There's a force field.
Let me start right here.
Let's talk about Nancy for a second.
I'm fed up.
I am not interested in people telling me that she is the arch strategist.
I think this woman has lost it.
She is Marie Antoinette on steroids and has no You are totally wrong about this.
I believe Nancy Pelosi is a master strategist.
I believe she holds power and money over the rank and file in the Democratic Party.
I believe she has greater control over her caucus than Paul Ryan or Kevin McCarthy or John Boehner ever had.
So I don't disrespect the skill of Nancy Pelosi.
And think about this.
The masks aren't about health care.
They aren't about masks.
They're about science.
We know that.
So what are they about?
Let me push back and then we'll get Marjorie to jump in.
I'm not talking about her power over her party, which I think is pretty absolute, right?
Which has always been what Nancy Pelosi has been about.
Let me push back and then we'll get Marjorie to jump in.
I'm not talking about her power over her party, which I think is pretty absolute, right?
But I think a lot of that has to do with power relationships that have been established over the last 30 years.
I'm talking about, does she have any idea what this will look like to the American population? - What?
She wants us depressed, Seb.
Yeah, but at this point, who's going to trust anything that comes out of her mouth, Fauci's mouth?
Even Democrats are going, what?
Sorry, I'm vaccinated, but now my kids have to wear masks?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Her scam, it's coming to an end.
This is where I say there's a weakness there.
Well, no, no.
I agree with what Matt just said.
She is a master strategist.
I mean, look at what they're doing.
They have everyone focused on the shiny objects.
Totally.
The masks, the vaccine passports, all this stuff.
When they should be.
January 6th committee.
They're doing all this stuff when really what's happening is socialism, the Green New Deal, communist tactics.
Invasion on our border.
Invasion on our border.
They're tearing our country to pieces while they have all of us in hysterics over masks and vaccine passports and all of this stuff.
Nancy Pelosi doesn't give a damn about COVID.
If she did, she'd be shutting down the border where there is, you know, a mass influx of everything that those illegal aliens are carrying from COVID to fentanyl to whatever.
So let's dispense with the notion that she cares about coronavirus.
When she needed votes for political power, she brought people into the chamber of the Congress with coronavirus.
And she built them a box to go vote in.
So this is not about COVID.
It's about imagery and it's about power.
And you're right.
They know they have a crisis of credibility with their embrace of Dr. Fauci and what they've put our country and our people through.
And so they're trying to have us all masked.
Have us all under control with the hopes that the diminution in her credibility won't be zero sum, giving those of us who've been telling the truth more credibility.
They want us wearing masks.
They want us in a controlled state.
And that's why Marjorie was so effective leading Republicans last week, marching through the Capitol maskless, showing that we are not going to just give in to this tyrant, to Nancy Pelosi's regime.
Let's switch to the GOP for a second.
What you did last week, but both of you did at the DOJ and at the prison, is what we want to see.
It's what Republican voters want to see every stinking day.
Why is it that when that 12-foot fence went up with the razor wire, with the Humvees, with the M4s, it takes one of my callers to ring in with this idea?
After we see the invasion of illegal immigrants with the Lettuce in Biden t-shirt, a guy calls up and says, You know what?
I'd like to see the GOP, with their voters, buy t-shirts that say Biden, Nancy, let us in, and go to that fence in DC in their hundreds.
I mean, I'm sorry, CNN couldn't ignore you.
Nobody could ignore you.
Nothing.
Zip.
Squanzoli.
So here's my question to you.
We know the left.
I know the left.
My dad was put in prison by communists.
He was escaped from a communist prison.
We understand what they're doing.
Is the bigger threat we face today not the establishment GOP?
The biggest threat we face today is inaction and the refusal to stand up to... You know what it is?
You know like a snow globe with glass?
It's really thin glass.
It looks like you can't break it, but honestly it is so fragile.
What Nancy Pelosi is holding together It's like a bunch of scotch tape that the people could go right through.
And I don't mean through violence.
I mean literally by just getting into action.
And if our GOP leadership, if Republican members in Congress would say, we've had enough.
We don't care about the political consultants.
We aren't worried about the polls.
We don't care about what the media is going to say about us.
If they would actually get into action like Matt and I are, we could completely shatter that thin glass But you're asking, I think, a question that millions of listeners are asking, which is who is going to fight for us?
Who is going to lead us?
Who can we trust?
Because more and more when you see these typical Republicans and their typical talking points, there's not a real belief that they're going to lead us in a battle against the ideas of socialism that would destroy our country, that destroyed your homeland.
So, you know, here's my perspective.
It is all about the money.
Follow the money.
When Republicans get together on Capitol Hill to have strategy meetings, Marjorie and I want to talk about, let's fight these mask mandates.
Let's stand up for our staff and say they're not going to get arrested because they walk in the Capitol building without a mask.
And you know what all the conversation is about?
How do we get the lobbyists and the political action committees to donate to us again?
Literally, at the last meeting we had that should have been about these issues that we're discussing on America First Radio, the principal issue discussed was money and about how to re-ingratiate ourselves to the lobby corps.
Right.
Oh, it's unbelievable.
We only had one meeting this week.
While all of this stuff is happening, the country's on fire.
We had one meeting, one conference meeting that was all about fundraising, where there were charts, giant charts about how much each of us have raised and donated to the NRCC.
Like shaming charts.
And then there were altar calls.
Donate your money.
Donate your money.
So this is what's happening.
You know what they should have been doing?
We should have been meeting every single day for as long as we could to figure out how to fight and stop this insanity and communist takeover.
I feel your blood pressure rising, and so I want you to take a breath here and realize this as well.
The people giving the money want the free flow of illegal immigrants across the border.
Those issues are tied.
If you want to know why every Republican in America isn't raising cane every hour of every day about the border, it's because they think if they're soft or tepid on the border that maybe the PACs that want cheap labor will again find them in their favor.
We'll back them.
You're not helping my blood pressure.
This is... It's the truth, people should know it!
And I'm going to share a story with you guys.
There's very few that will tell it.
I'm going to share a story with the millions of listeners and viewers we have right now.
So I'm Sebastian Gorka, we're talking to Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia, Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida.
A few years ago, my wife and I got to know Congresswoman Bachman, and we helped her with some national security issues.
Patriot.
Wonderful lady.
Solemnist.
After she arrived in D.C.
after her victory, we met her for a working lunch.
And she told me a story that I found hard to believe back then and everything you've just told me and what you told me in the members dining room four years ago confirmed.
She said I hadn't moved my furniture, I hadn't moved into my congressional office before the then, was it minority whip?
The majority, whoever it was, the then-congressional leadership had already called me up and told me, you have to raise $100,000 by the end of the month.
Well, the price has gone way up since Congresswoman Bachman's day.
I mean, 200 times.
But the fact was, it wasn't issues.
It wasn't what her constituents wanted.
It wasn't why she was elected.
It's how much money are you putting in the GOP's kitty in three weeks' time?
And you're saying it's just got worse.
Well, I mean, that's how you get committee assignments.
That's right.
The more money you raise, the better.
And you told me in that dining room that what I asked you and Jim, how many good guys are there?
And I said, it looks like there's not a lot of you.
And you gave me the breakdown.
You said the majority of them are failures or just want to whatever.
And then the guys are really passionate, want to get the office with the fireplace and the chauffeur living SUV.
That is exactly right.
On the GOP side!
Well, but I think things are changing.
I think so too.
Because we're getting these moms that are running for school board and they're going to be our next round of congressional candidates.
The way we reload the America First movement is to find more Marjorie Taylor Greene style moms and get them to run.
I want an army of them.
I do.
Let me get a little bit personal.
So last night, I go out for dinner with just four guys who are super MAGA, good guys.
One works in the swamp, one's a doctor, one's a defense guy.
And at the end of this meeting of minds, I just thought, we have no leadership.
It's not just on the Hill.
We have the handful of insurgents like yourselves, but we don't have that Tea Party movement.
We don't have the civilian leadership that's going to, you know, for example, Chicago.
82 people shot last week.
12 murdered.
Why isn't there an anti-BLM made up of black GOP voters who say, you want to talk about black lives?
Let's talk about Chicago.
Well, ask yourself this question.
If the Republican National Committee isn't doing just what you described, what are they doing?
What is their purpose?
I know that the Republican National Committee is spending a lot of money to advertise Ronna McDaniel's podcast, but every nickel that has gone into that endeavor, should be going into the build-out of an organization and an infrastructure to do what the Democrats did.
We dunk on the Democrats a lot, but let's give them credit where credit's due.
They went and found a way to get millions of ballots in the mail that were not directly attached to a human being attending to vote.
That is not an easy task.
They went and trained up their best.
And we have to have a real inward look, not at the policies.
We're on the right side of the policies with the America First agenda.
But we've got to take these thousands of people that show up to hear Marjorie Taylor Greene on the road, and we've got to train them, and we've got to empower them.
It's not enough just to be tweeting and to be texting your liberal woketopian relatives.
You've got to get in the game and learn how to assess ballots, how to sign up and organize voters.
And when we do that, these ideas will carry us to victory.
So you mentioned her.
I'll ask both of you.
Marjorie, my good friend, my Newsmax colleague, Janet Ellis, has declared war on Rona McDaniel.
As far as I'm concerned, after last November, Rona has to go.
Does Rona have to go?
Absolutely.
If there's a failure, it's like if you're working a job on a job site, if I have a crew that can't do the job or they screw it up, they're fired.
It's that simple.
It should function the same way in politics.
If you have leadership that fails, that doesn't stop cheating in the elections, that thinks they're just going to ride the Trump train in, meanwhile they really don't support him, then yeah, they need to be fired.
If anyone involved in the And the Republican Party now does not support President Trump, then they should be fired because they failed him.
And that's what I firmly believe.
Rona?
In my experience, Romneys always show their true colors in the end.
That's Rona Romney, McDaniel.
Yeah, yeah.
It is very disappointing that we lacked technical proficiency that the Republican Party should have put together again.
Yeah.
But the reason is that they misunderstood Marjory State.
The reason there's this resentment in the Republican Party right now is all about Georgia.
You see, the establishment think that if we'd have surrendered sooner, we would have animated our voters more in Georgia.
That's right.
That's what they think.
If we would have fought harder, we would have given our voters a reason to show up.
That's the difference.
That's right.
I know for a fact.
Matt just said it perfectly.
If you want to know something, if Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue had said from the beginning while they were in that runoff going into January 5th that they were going to fight for Trump, that they were going to object to these Joe Biden fraudulent electoral college votes, I can tell you right now every Republican in Georgia would have turned out to the polls hard and fast and voted them back in but they stayed home because they were cautious and they were tactical yeah they were established because they didn't want to upset mitch mcconnell they weren't just cautious
they weren't just tactical inside baseball one of those uh candidates refused to do an interview with one of my colleagues who actually has the biggest the biggest show on salem she was scared she was this isn't the biggest show in salem well hey i'm the new guy i'm I mean, I'm the new guy.
I assumed this was the biggest show.
There's somebody who's been on radio for 42 years.
I've been in it for two years.
And he would have been a friendly interview.
And she was afraid.
Who's she afraid of?
Mitch McConnell?
Because Mitch McConnell hates President Trump.
OK, so we have a lot of stuff to discuss.
So much to discuss.
I've got a couple of things to do with next year in 2024.
What's on your list?
What do we still have to cover?
You will not believe this, Dr. Gorka, but last week Marjorie and I had to listen for half an hour on the floor The floor of the House of Representatives with the Progressive Caucus was saying that they wanted to use the budget reconciliation process, which is just intended to line up revenue and federal expenses as a way to do an end run around the filibuster and to create a path to citizenship for every single illegal alien in America.
And in making the case for this, I felt your blood pressure rise earlier.
Marjorie almost exploded in that place when they started calling the Customs and Border Patrol officers racist.
Yeah, they were.
They were calling them racist.
And who was this?
Who was talking?
This was Pramila Jayapal of Washington.
She said, CBP is a racist organization.
Now, Marjorie and I have just returned from visits to that mission.
These people are predominantly non-white.
These people are patriots.
And they are so frustrated that we were right there with the Trump policies of the wall and the asylum reform and stay in Mexico.
The remain in Mexico policy.
And they feel so disrespected by a Biden administration that wants them to fail.
That's really the key.
And calls them racist.
Well, that's the key to the Biden border policy.
He wants it to not work.
Okay, so let me run this past you guys.
And apologies to my team who've heard me ask this of every guest that I care about.
I want your reaction.
I think he's still the smartest guy in politics.
About two and a half months ago, Speaker Gingrich said the following, the rapidity and the depth of the radicalism that we are witnessing from the Democrats right now is really a function that they know they're going to get trounced next year and they want to cram it all in now.
Of course they do!
Because if they can get H1, think about this.
It's over.
It's over!
If they can get rid of the filibuster, it's over.
They know their time is short.
They know it's radical.
They know their own voters are not going to go along with it.
But they're right there at the edge and they just have to punch across.
That's what they're trying to do.
That's why Nancy Pelosi does not care.
I think about this a lot because I see the way they've treated Marjorie, and I wonder, do they realize that if we get the power back, we could do it to them?
And I think that informs on how long they think their fuse is.
Because they expect that.
They might.
They might expect the lack of morality that they have to come from us.
Well, and should it, right?
So let's assume the Republicans took control and we unanimously elected Dr. Sebastian Gorka to come in and lead us as speaker, right?
Would you remove Adam Schiff and Maxine Waters from their committee assignments the way they did Marjorie?
Would you remove Eric Swalwell?
But they wouldn't touch the ground.
Their feet wouldn't touch the ground.
I have concern that our leadership will not show the fangs that the Democrat leadership shows.
They refuse to punish Cheney and Kinzinger.
We have the power right now to remove Cheney and Kinzinger, and we won't.
So who really believes that we're going to remove Maxine Waters for inciting violence, remove Adam Schiff for lying to the country, remove Ilhan Omar for anti-American behavior?
So are we doomed as long as we have cowards running everything?
You mentioned the Tea Party earlier, and what I think that highlights is that our movement is always at its strongest when it's bottom-up.
When we have the energy, because what it does is it fuels the pool of candidates, and we'll get a better team of fighters than we have now.
I consider you guys to be bottom-up citizen politicians.
We're backbenchers for all practical terms.
You're not political class politicians.
I'm never going to get a chairmanship.
No, but we think that the American people value fighters more than this ambiance of political prestige.
And we'll see.
Well, Matt, what we have to do, though, is when we do get this new class of fighters that we know are coming, we have to make sure that we keep leading them.
And we will.
We will.
Or kicking them under the table.
Ow!
Can I get you out of your comfort zone for a second?
Alright, so you're on the Hill, you're in Congress.
I want to share with you my concern as a former White House appointee.
My old boss, who I saw about a month ago, is going to run.
I know he's going to run.
I think if Kamala and the man who bears the title of President continue to destroy this country, I think he will be back in the White House.
However, I'm very concerned for two reasons, and I'd love you to comment on it, even if it's not your bailiwick.
Firstly, he's already got a lot of people around him who he shouldn't have around him, who he had around him for the last five years, who do not have his interests or the nation's interests at heart.
That's something that maybe I can help with, maybe not.
The bigger issue is what we went through in the White House.
When we walked into the White House, it is not an exaggeration that there were less than 20 of us.
in senior positions who believed in America first, understood why a non-politician had been elected for the first time ever, and were loyal to the vision of the people who elected him.
The rest, as Bannon admitted in an interview, he said, "We did a, quote, 'drug deal with the GOP' to fill the rest of the posts." So there were like 18 MAGA guys, 100, 200 22-year-olds running the front office.
I wouldn't let any more Green Bay Packer fans do the HR for the White House, if you know what I'm saying.
Oh, I know.
I know.
I know.
And then Kelly fires the one guy who's actually loyal to the president, and we bring him back six months before the end of the administration.
So, John McEntee, God bless you, but, you know, we needed you from day one till the end.
Oh, John McEntee was really the only fountainhead of good HR in the White House.
Yeah!
No!
I completely concur.
So here's my issue I'd like you to comment on as Americans and voters and taxpayers.
We have three years until, God willing, we win.
I don't see anyone building the bench we didn't have five years ago.
It's not happening.
And it takes about 18 months to build a bench.
4,000 political appointees.
You know the conservative movement better than anyone.
Why isn't it being done?
Can somebody do it?
Well, as a strategist, you would first point us to the actions of the enemy.
What did the Joe Biden group do?
They went up and set up the Biden Center at UPenn.
They had the Chinese fund it, and then they had a lot of people with big six-figure jobs there getting ready to go into the administration.
Donald Trump's biggest failure as president was HR.
He would admit that.
Jeff Sessions, Mattis, Tillerson, Cohen.
These are some of the biggest positions in the government.
The people I see doing the best work to build out that bench are over at America First Legal.
People like Stephen Miller, utilizing the legal process, getting together some talent, and I'm a big fan of the things they're doing, particularly on immigration.
But Trump's Blessing was that he wasn't a swamp monster.
The detriment is that when he got into Washington, he needed some Washington Sherpas.
And they did not always lead him in the best direction regarding HR.
Do you agree?
Well, I would go a little bit of a different route.
So I wasn't here when he was building his administration.
But you saw it.
You're a taxpayer.
I saw it from the outside, though.
But here's what I feel that's happening right now in the GOP and the reason why we aren't capable, we're not even to a point to build a bench, is we're fighting for our identity.
Oh, that's true.
Now see, here's the thing.
The people that are in charge of the GOP haven't fully embraced the fact that they are not supported by 70% of the base, even though the base is screaming at them every single day.
That we don't support you, we support President Trump.
Well, that's because they think President Trump is an anomaly who's going to disappear.
Well, yeah, they're still trying to get rid of him.
They're like, oh, we've got a few more years.
People forget.
People forget.
But people are not going to forget.
And that's why we're incapable right now.
We're fully incapable of building a bench because we are still fighting them and forcing them to realize President Trump's not going away.
America first is not going away.
And if you people do not get it, Well, the establishment is established for a reason.
They're good at it.
They fund all these think tanks in town.
They are intertwined with a lot of traditional media, and they have a way to... Look, we won!
The populists, the outsiders, we won with Trump, and yet they got the bounty with a lot of the top positions.
Yes.
in the administration.
And what that meant was Trump had this vision, but then the people who needed to kind of execute that vision were at times working against it.
I mean, you look at Anonymous, right?
Oh, they were working against it.
So I think that in a way, maybe this four years with a break in Trump's term of power is what we need to build that pension.
We have to look at it maybe like a blessing in disguise.
We've got this time period to go and do the preparation to make the second term of Donald Trump greater than ever before.
I would say so.
You want to know why?
Everyone sat back and just let President Trump do it by himself.
Which is what always made me angry.
They were like, oh, Trump will do it.
Trump's going to take care of that.
Trump will pay for it.
I mean, that's really how everyone treated him.
And he's, President Trump is one of the most kind, gracious men I've ever met in my life.
And I would say that's his biggest weakness, is he's so generous and kind to people.
If he came back in and announced Dr. Sebastian Gorka as his pick for National Security Advisor, They would do things to you that would make the Michael Flynn thing look like a game of patty cake.
Oh, I know, I know.
But that might be what he needs to do.
But there's only one position I'm going to accept, if you're watching, sir, and that's ambassador to the United Nations so I can burn it to the ground.
So if you need me, I'll be there.
Okay.
The United Nations would voluntarily leave the United States if you were appointed ambassador.
I'm going to second that.
They would leave faster than Biden left Bagram Air Force Base.
All right.
We haven't mentioned it.
It's a huge, huge issue.
When it comes to our freedom.
Masks.
I refuse to wear a mask.
I've never got vaccinated.
I'm not going to get vaccinated.
Mandated vaccines in the US.
Marjorie's been leaning on this.
Oh, vaccines and masks.
Oh my gosh.
So I have a bill.
We Will Not Comply Act.
I love it.
Very important bill.
This would allow people to sue any organization, school, college, business, government, whatever, if they are being segregated or discriminated against.
In any way, shape, or form regarding masks and vaccines.
So this is a massive issue to the American people.
I'm suing Nancy Pelosi right now.
If anyone wants to know information, speakermaskhole.com.
Because that's what she is, a maskhole.
Speakermaskhole.com.
But I'm suing her because she fined me.
Fined me.
For not wearing a mask.
That's discrimination in the workplace.
It's also a violation of the 27th Amendment.
Yes, for not wearing a mask.
On the same day, guess what?
She wasn't wearing a mask either.
And there's a picture of that in our lawsuit that we filed.
Another issue, though, is as a mom, my children have been vaccinated, but not with COVID-19 vaccines.
And I'll tell you why.
They shouldn't have to be.
They're healthy.
And this is a virus that only attacks, unfortunately, our elderly, our population of people that are compromised with their health.
through obesity and other health issues.
But guess what?
Those people are also at risk of other things that can kill them, very sadly.
And this virus isn't like polio.
The left loves to say it is.
Polio had a death rate of over 22%, but not COVID-19.
Can I, can I, if you miss the radio show, guys, please, because this is the thing that crushes me the most.
It's the children I see every day at the playground next to my house who have masks on.
Just, just tell them it is a zero 0.05% mortality for children in America.
Not 5%, not 1%, not half a percent.
0.05.
It is child abuse to vaccinate and mask your children.
Please.
Do you believe that 10 years from now, these five and six year olds that have had to wear masks throughout the day are going to have serious social, emotional problems?
Absolutely.
And when you grow up, part of learning how to interact with others and learning empathy and care for others is how people's faces respond to how you communicate.
I'm worried that we're going to have like, I don't know if I can say this on the radio, but like a generation of resting bitch face.
They may not know how to react.
And real psychological problems.
That is very sad, yes.
Okay, what do you say to those who...
Consider themselves conservatives to say, yes, federal government can't do this.
This is wrong, unconstitutional, my body, my choice.
But if I have a private business, I have the right to say you can't come in.
These private businesses leveraged the largesse of the American dollar and the American taxpayer to stay afloat during, you know, these pandemics.
That's right.
And for them to ask for the taxpayer to show them grace and generosity and then for them to turn on their customers like this is really problematic for me.
But there's a special group of people that matter a lot to us and I know a lot to you because you taught at the War College and that is our military.
We are getting breaking news that as we are, as this show is playing, the Biden administration is accelerating the requirement that our military be forced to take this vaccine.
Here, this will shock you.
Every year there's a National Defense Authorization Act, and every year we debate, well, you know, what does that mean for the trans, you know, service members, or don't ask, don't tell, all these things.
I serve notice that this year I'm going to offer an amendment to that bill to say that the military will not require anyone to take an experimental vaccine of any kind.
I have been given recent notice that they will use a procedural ground to even deny a vote on that amendment because they say, well that deals with the FDA so you have to have a separate bill and you can't include it in the National Defense Authorization Act.
So then what?
Well what that shows is that the Democrat leadership wants to protect their members from actually having to take a vote on this.
This is nonsense.
This is an outrageous abuse of the process.
They want to force these healthy Young, service members.
Yeah.
I mean, these are men and women with like 8% body fat.
Yeah.
And they're telling them they have to do this and they have no choice.
I think about the young man who came to me recently and said, my wife put up with eight tours in Afghanistan that I went to.
And she said to me, if the military requires me to take this vaccine, I must retire.
That is exactly the kind of young man we want protecting our country.
And are they just doing this to drive out people that believe in personal liberty so they can build some sort of Maoist military force with the new Woketopian generals at the Department of Defense?
Is that what this is about?
So will McCarthy stop the NDAA if they include that?
I think Republicans have to have a real talk about this because I don't talk to service members about issues more important to them than this.
It used to be all about, hey look, Obama left us with no body armor.
Well now, because of the Trump administration, we've really built up our military.
The number one issue in the military is the fear that people are going to be driven out by vaccine mandates.
The second biggest fear is that they're going to be labeled white supremacists or extremists because they forwarded a joke or liked a meme or shared a Facebook post.
Or yeah, I mean, now even associating with America First and MAGA is deemed, I'd like to go back to the business issue because I was thinking about that.
self-selecting a group of people to be in the military that I think is very dangerous for our country.
I think we want the military to be reflective of the patriotism throughout our land, not the select group of people curated by the Woketopians at the Defense Department.
Yeah.
Oh, absolutely.
I'd like to go back to the business issue because I was thinking about that.
You know, I think that we're not a country where we're going to say you can't come in here if your skin is black or you can't come in if you decide you're a different gender.
We're We don't do that here, right, in America?
We also should not be the country that tells our customers and our private business, you can't come in because you've made a health decision about your body and decided you just don't want to take a vaccine.
It's a great way of putting it.
Because if we look at the data and the facts, about the spread of this virus ever since China sent it over here.
Thank you, Dr. Fauci.
The facts are this.
None of the states that were super shut down and wore masks and forced everyone to stay inside and super social distance, their rate of spread was identical and sometimes even higher than the open states.
So no business has an excuse to say the unclean must stay out.
Well, what's next?
I mean, are we going to have to have passports that say that we've all been to transgender training?
I mean, are we going to have to passports that say that, like, we all agree with the Green New Deal?
I mean, I just think that, like, look, Trump's brilliance was in make America great again.
Unifying.
We're all one.
We're all together.
We rise or fall as a nation.
And it seems like these policies are just meant to find new and exotic ways to divide us.
Yeah, that's right.
All right, I got two last questions for you.
You guys are an inspiration, individually, doubly so together.
Tell our millions of listeners and viewers, what is the message, not just the Georgians, not just the Floridians, what is your message right now in this very difficult time?
People who've lost businesses, people who, one of our colleagues, incredibly fit, younger brothers, just got the second vaccine, driving his kids home, blacks out in the middle of an intersection.
I mean, this is a tough time to think anything political.
What is your message to them about why you fight and what they should think about the future?
Well, my message is simple.
We only have one life to live, and we're handing this country over to the next generation, to our children, to our grandchildren.
Why would we sit by and do nothing?
And what kind of people would we be?
We'd be the most ungrateful Americans in history.
We didn't earn this freedom.
We were born into it.
Thank God we're blessed.
So it's our time is now.
And we have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
And so I have full hope in that and we're just going to keep fighting.
Fabulous.
The other thing I've observed is that to win in politics in America today, you have to show up.
That's why Marjorie and I are traveling the country.
Folks can go to AmericaFirstRallyTour.com to sign up for our events, to financially support Our effort to bring hope to every corner of this great land.
I know it's tough with our border being overrun.
I know it's tough with the federal government printing money for folks to stay at home instead of engaging in productivity.
But this does remain the last great hope for human civilization.
We are the shining example.
And you know this as an immigrant to our country, as someone who cherishes your citizenship probably more than a whole lot of Americans, right?
We have to be the vanguards for the values and the rights and the culture of America.
And if you're out there thinking that Marjorie and I can do it alone, I'll admit we can't.
We need you.
We are backbenchers in this town.
We're often alone in this town, but we are never alone when we are out with the great people of this country.
And whether it's a school board meeting to stand against critical race theory, whether it's a Trump rally to show the 45th president that we need him back, or whether it's giving Marjorie a hug and whispering in her ear that you love her as I've seen so many moms do all over this country.
It's the best.
I tell you, Seb, when we go together, folks like me, but they have an emotional experience when they're with Marjorie, and I consider it one of life's great joys to bear witness to that.
You've got to do the workout videos, Matt.
You've got to try harder.
I do, I do.
She's impressive, alright?
She could bench press me, no doubt.
Alright, so AmericaFirstRallyTour.com, right?
That's right.
