Thank you.
I feel like we are always defending, we're always apologizing.
The theme of this conference is to play offense.
We are going to get into an offensive mindset here at this conference that it is time that we stop ceding ground to the left, that we're always arguing on their terms.
It is time that with a sense of urgency we start to say, here's what we believe and why we believe it.
Wouldn't it be nice, dear friends, to start playing offensive?
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
That was Charlie Kirk.
Was it yesterday?
My gosh, crazy times.
The Turning Point USA massive student action summit began in Tampa, Florida.
I was there.
We're going to be giving you A little snippet of the speech I gave to more than 4,000 assembled patriotic students from across the nation thanks to the great offices of Charlie Kirk and his fabulous Turning Point USA team.
But my oh my, I think it's just like last Monday when I came back to work after my vacation.
What?
Usually we're right off Mondays, but we have so much breaking news for you and special guests.
First, we have to discuss this shocking study out of Yale and MIT that posits that the number of illegal aliens in the United States It's not 11 million.
It's not 13 million.
It could be as high as 35 million illegals.
Individuals who, if you amnesty and you think they're gonna vote for you, that functionally creates a one-party state and that
why the border to the south is open not to the cubans who are suffering in a communist dictatorship who if they came here would most likely vote republican but no no not to the cubans to everybody else nevertheless interesting news from a federal judge the darker program obama's attempt to amnesty young illegal aliens is Unconstitutional.
Of course the judge didn't stop it.
New applications are permitted, but for the time being the program itself has been deemed unconstitutional.
Shocking news from the nation's capital, from the Nationals Stadium, where at the weekend shots broke out.
A gang warfare between two vehicles which led to pandemonium as the The fans trying to escape the stadium or find safety in Chicago.
Just another week.
Just another weekend of utter carnage.
Two days.
Two days in which 56 people were shot under the watchful eye of Mayor Lori Lightfoot.
Six shot and 11 killed.
Go on, Tannem obey.
Biden is again making us more unsafe.
He has released the first detainee from Guantanamo Bay.
And when it comes to his party and those who were provided soccer in the swamp from their duty to actually represent their constituents, Well, it's rather ironic.
First it was two, now it's three.
Five of the Texan Democrats who got on that private jet to escape their duties in the Texas Statehouse have tested positive for the coronavirus, which led, after they met with Kamala Harris, to her quote-unquote regular health visit to the hospital at Walter Reed.
Regular, right?
Because five Democrats she met with tested positive for the coronavirus.
Can I just stop here for a second?
I was thinking about this story.
If she's been vaccinated, why does she have to go to hospital?
If you're vaccinated, you can hang around a million people with COVID.
It doesn't matter, because a vaccine makes you immune to coronavirus.
I guess she's a science denier and doesn't understand how they work.
Additionally, on coronavirus, we'll share with you the latest data on who is not getting the vaccine.
And it's fascinating.
It's not Trump voters.
All right.
Let me focus on one death.
Eric, will you put that beautiful face up on the screen?
It wasn't the Nat Stadium, but it was in Washington, D.C.
A beautiful little girl, a toddler, called Nya Courtney, was shot to death in a drive-by.
Six years old.
Why?
Did a gun magically fire itself because guns are bad?
Or did a human being pull the trigger?
I had a kind of epiphany today as I was listening to the carnage of what happened in DC and Chicago this morning.
In Baltimore they've recently released the stats for the children in public schools.
41% of the children in the public schools of Baltimore Have an F grade.
The GPA is one.
Is one.
Now, what's that got to do with beautiful Naya Courtney's death?
Everything, really.
What happens if a culture, a group, a part of society is inculcated, is indoctrinated,
To think that education isn't important, or is so ill-served by the teachers in the unions who couldn't care less about their fate, that even if they wanted to learn, they can't, because they're too busy not teaching, for some Covid reason or something, or too busy teaching them garbage, like Critical Race Theory.
What happens if a whole ethnic group, a whole slice of society, whatever skin colour, whatever socio-economic background, starts off being told you can't learn or you shouldn't learn?
When they leave school at 16 or 18, what options do they have?
Can they become tech giants, entrepreneurs?
Can they become white-collar professionals doing all their business from home on their Zoom calls?
No.
There's basically two options.
They can become dependent lackeys of the state, start pushing out babies from various different fathers who are encouraged not to stay there because then you get more money from daddy state.
What's the other option?
You know what it is.
You leave school with no skills.
Nobody to help you get your first job.
The Democrats have created a minimum wage that destroys your chances of getting the first ladder On your career, the first rung on your ladder, because McDonald's is going to have a little electronic kiosk to order your hash browns and your Big Mac and you don't get that job.
So what do you turn to?
Crime.
Of course you turn to crime.
Or you fall into it because nothing else is available to you.
You become one of those gangbangers firing from your vehicle into another vehicle outside the Nats stadium in the nation's capital, the capital of the greatest nation on God's earth.
What a travesty!
What an absurd, Dantian scenario that we have nuclear weapons, we put men on the moon, but we can't be safe at the ball stadium in our capital?
And then of course, let's put her picture up again, Eric.
If you don't care about education, if the Democrat Party couldn't give a crap about your future, including the members of the teachers unions, you can die at the hands of the person who killed Nia Courtney.
It's all connected.
The Democrats don't care.
They don't care about her.
They don't care about your safety.
They don't care about America.
They just care about power.
God bless Naya Courtney's soul.
Please accept it into heaven, Lord.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Are you dialing on?
Yes, I'll go ahead and dial him right now.
Yep, same as before.
I'll turn the mics on and let him know.
Mr. Klavan, can you hear us?
I can, how about you?
We can hear you just fine, just letting you know the mics are live on our Rumble and Facebook broadcasts at this time.
Alright.
And, uh, there, now we can see you.
Hey, buddy!
Hi!
How are ya?
Are you in your home or are you in... Is that a computer graphic behind you and you're in a tent somewhere in D.C.?
It is both a computer graphic behind me and I am in my home.
No way!
Congratulations!
Thank you.
It's very, very exciting.
So glad to be here.
Absolutely.
Eric, can you turn your Skype up a little bit?
I thought of you as I was having some very good cigars in Tampa Saturday night.
So how was your trip?
You came back early.
I wondered if you came back early just to save your show from me doing it again.
I came back early to interview you, Andrew Clayford, and that's why I came back.
Of course, of course.
No, I hate screwing with the show, especially after I've taken such a long time off.
But I had great fun there.
And then I come back and I'm chilling out.
I got back yesterday and I get a text from Knowles.
Hey, are you here?
Time for a cigar.
Dude, I'm at home.
Sorry, I'm already back home.
But next time.
But we are due for a cigar.
I think we should have one soon.
I absolutely, absolutely.
In fact, I'm investigating cigar clubs.
I haven't had a real chance to get out and look around.
All right.
So there's my purveyor of cigars, the local cigar shop that will go unnamed for the time being.
Great guys.
They've got a yard in the back.
And every first Tuesday of the month, it's conservative cigar night.
So you and I really start with my producer, Jeff, and go and have a have a few stokies.
Sounds excellent.
I love it.
Yeah.
And we don't even have to invite Knowles.
But we can send him photographs, selfies of us having cigars.
This is the Arturo Fuente you are missing right now, Knowles.
Wish you were here.
I can't attack Knowles because he will not let me pay for cigars.
The guy will not let me pay for cigars.
In that case, we shall not attack him.
How's your bride doing?
How are you settling in?
She's doing great.
We are so happy.
We are really so happy.
It's like six weeks of homelessness.
It was a lot, a long time.
Good.
Well, if there's still anything you need, just give us a shout.
Oh, I appreciate it.
Thank you.
You're so kind.
I really do appreciate it.
All right.
Let me hang out in your studios.
Keep me out of the rain.
60 seconds and we are live.
That audio sound good, Jeff?
Yeah, that works.
Okay.
All right.
Coming in with anything or no?
I don't know.
Let's see if there's any good cuts for Drew.
Bongino?
That's too long.
I don't want to take time from that.
We'll use that later.
The Jim Acosta Fox thing.
Oh no, that's also long.
That's long as well.
Oh, actually!
Come in with... How much?
You gotta come in with 7, with Wolf and Stelty.
7?
Okay, 7 Wolf and Stelter.
19 seconds long, 20 seconds to air.
standing by.
Let me be very clear.
That is a fabulous video that's going the rounds.
Michael Wolff is a scumbag.
I knew it the first time I was forced to meet him in the White House.
But even a scumbag can tell the truth now and again.
And he's right about poor Brian Stelter.
We're going to show you more of that video later in the show today.
But it's time to go to a good friend of mine, first guest of the day.
He is none other than the man who masters, who is at the helm of my favorite podcast.
It's the Andrew Klavan Show.
Screenwriter, author extraordinaire, the latest project is Another Kingdom.
He's with those guys at the Daily Wire.
His name is Andrew Klavan.
Andrew, welcome back to America First.
Great to see you, Sam.
How you doing?
I'm good, especially because you're on the show, but I'm kind of...
You know me, I'm an optimist.
You know, I think all Americans have to be and that's just my default setting anyway as a human being.
I just look at the stories of the last 72 hours in DC and in Chicago as well.
We put this picture of this beautiful girl up on the screen, Naya Courtney, who was gunned down just...
Six-year-old beautiful child gunned down.
And I had this kind of moment.
You know these moments, Andrew, I'm sure you get them as an imagineer, as an author, where suddenly the constellation just comes together and all the pieces just fit.
And I realized, of course she's dead.
Because if you're the ruling party in a democrat city, if you run the schools, if you are the progenitors of the great society, if you create enclaves where education doesn't matter, dependency on the state is key, and crime is a function of inanimate objects and not human will, Then of course more six-year-old beautiful princesses are going to be murdered.
Am I oversimplifying it?
Because for me it just all makes sense after last night.
No, I feel in my heart almost every day there is an anguished voice saying, what did you expect?
When you defund the police and then have to run think pieces in the New York Times wondering why crime is on the rise.
To take away the processes that the police use to take guns away from criminals and instead replace them with attempts to take guns away from honest citizens and gun crime goes up and you blame the guns.
What did you expect?
It happens again and again and again.
We have these arguments now about children being taught this racist, critical race theory.
And the left defends this endlessly when more than 50% of Americans don't read well and don't do math well.
And by the way, those kids who are going to public schools, those aren't white kids.
Those aren't privileged kids.
Those are the poor kids and the minority kids.
And they're not being educated and they're being left to fend for themselves.
And then again, you say, well, what did you expect when they can't find jobs, when they're not employable, when they turn to gangs for care?
instead of to parents when their families have fallen apart.
Again and again, the left tilts against reality, like Don Quixote tilting against windmills, and reality always wins.
And, you know, the thing about the right is sometimes the conservatives come across as being hard guys.
You know, we come across as being uncaring because we keep going back to the facts of life, that if you don't have police on the streets, crime will rise.
That if you don't arrest criminals, crime will rise.
That if you don't put people in prison pending bail, crime will rise.
And we sound like we're being harsh because the only people that the left ever pays attention to are the criminals.
They take down statues of George Washington and build statues of George Floyd.
Think about that for a minute.
I mean, George Washington, one of the most virtuous men who ever lived, a man who handed back a continent when he could have been king, And they tear down his statue instead of wreck statues to a guy who was a fentanyl addict and a career criminal who stuck a gun in the belly of a pregnant woman while his friends ransacked her house.
That's who they build statues to.
So when you not only upend physical, more physical reality, but you upend moral reality, what do you expect?
But the killing of these children, the desertion of these children, the destruction of families, and the imprisonment of boys who have no fathers, it's just, they just will not concede that their theories are not true.
And it's just heartbreaking to watch it.
As an observer of the culture with such a keen eye, is there an explanation for how in one and the same society, Andrew, we can have the capacity to be the only nation on God's earth to put a dozen men on the moon, that we can create three vaccines for a deadly new virus in the space of eleven months,
But in the city of Baltimore, and I just opened the show with this, in the city of Baltimore, 41% of students have an F grade.
They have a GPA of 1.
If that occurred in a quote-unquote normal country for one year, it would be a scandal and it would be solved.
How can one in the same nation, we can be the only nation to put men on the moon, but a massive city can have almost half the population, almost all of them black kids, utterly fail in such a way that it would have been better, Andrew, if they hadn't gone to school?
You know, I think there's actually an answer to that.
Our freedoms and our capitalist system have made us an incredibly rich and incredibly successful and incredibly powerful country.
And that means that we're protected from the consequences of our actions.
And that allows hucksters and theorists and intellectuals to opine in ways that make them feel good and make them seem virtuous, while the actual poor and the weak suffer.
Because if you're in a country that's fighting for its life, you can't play around with reality.
You've got to pay attention to reality because every move you make may cost you the country, may mean the country falls apart or is conquered or just dies on the vine.
When you're a country this powerful, There is a lot of ruin in the nation.
And so you can have these essentially con men running our academies, running our media companies, posing in front of the camera and making speeches about politics when they're really just actors.
All of those things can happen in a country this powerful and this successful.
Without the elites really feeling the consequences.
Only the weak, only the poor are feeling the consequences of the mistakes of the left.
And that is the problem.
Our success has kind of inoculated us against our insanity and that has allowed these elites to talk nonsense that makes them feel virtuous but actually destroys the weak.
It's just the wages of success in a way.
It reminds me of exactly the same line of thought I heard from one of the few strategic minds I consider worthy of that title, the great Ed Luttwak, the American-Hungarian-Jewish strategist and author, who said he was
Launching his new book on the Byzantine Empire, and at the end I asked him, what is your reaction, Professor Luttwak, to those who say that America has just failed for decades to win a war in the post-Cold War environment?
There's this great power.
And Ed, in his inimitable Luttwakian way, said, Well, what is the point of being a superpower if you can't be stupid?
So it seems as if, you know, we're too rich, right, Andrew?
So we don't pay.
We can make a lot of mistakes and not bleed to death.
We can have a lot of cuts to our national body, but still continue with the stupid policies.
Whether it's strategy or whether it's schools or anything else.
We're talking to the author of Another Kingdom, the host of the Andrew Claven show at The Daily Wire.
Follow him, Andrew Claven.
There's no E's in Claven, okay guys?
There never were and there never will be.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
All right.
It just, it just, this, this thing just came together in my mind today.
It's like, if you don't care about education, if the teachers unions are a monopoly, if you think poverty should be sustained by dependency on the state, well of course six-year-old girls are gonna get murdered.
It's it's all it is all so obvious.
It drives me crazy every day.
I find myself saying what did you expect?
What did you expect?
Yeah, it's amazing.
Did you text me something?
Or did you want to?
No, I just wanted you to answer Dave.
Oh, the phone.
Oh, yeah.
Do you want me on another segment?
Yes, always.
We're just in a commercial break.
Yeah.
Do you have a bear under your saddle?
Is there a story that you're going to be focusing on?
Yeah, it's been a pretty slow weekend.
I'll probably do some jokes about the conservative porn star.
I love that show.
Conservative porn star?
I missed that.
Oh, the TPUSA band.
There was a conservative porn star who was going to speak and they threw her out.
She was invited to speak?
Yeah.
I mean, you have to look it up.
I will.
I miss that.
It's pretty funny.
I miss that.
All right.
And where are you calling from?
You know who had that story?
No.
Okay.
Your favorite slobbering.
I'm going to put you on hold and see if we can get you on standby.
Oh, Zaki Putin?
Yeah.
Really?
Yeah.
No problem.
Let's come in with the other wolf cut.
I'm sorry?
Let's come in with the other wolf cut.
Uh, eight.
Eight, yes.
Twenty-six seconds long.
That is so great.
Stelzer's reaction, it's almost like he couldn't believe what he was hearing.
He's like- That's what- His face!
His face was like, what?
And then he had this nervous laugh.
It was like Kamala.
He's like, oh, you're so funny.
You're so witty, Mr. Wolf.
I've never actually seen what Michael Wolff looks like.
They both look... So I was told by somebody who will remain nameless when I was in the White House, you've got to talk to Mr. Wolff.
He's doing a book about the administration and he was waiting in...
Reince's office for me to meet him and I went in there and I saw this strange dwarf like bald person sitting at the end of the table and I went up to shake his hand and he had one of these it was like it was like shaking Gollum's hand it was this this this cold slimy and and I and as soon as I I said hello I'm Sebastian Gawker as soon as I shook his hand looked in his eyes I said I'm not gonna say word one to this creep He can interview whoever he likes.
He ain't getting a single quote on or off the record from me.
Someone called Chris.
Go ahead.
Sorry.
It's just kind of funny that the guy slapping Stelter around is Michael Wolff.
I mean, that's the same person, I know.
I don't know what the motivation is or whether it's personal animus or it's just, I don't know.
But it's delicious, whatever it is.
Someone should call Kurt Schlichter because Stealth is about to be dethroned for the title of person who most looks like a potato.
With Wolf on screen with him.
Oh no, he still looks most like a potato.
They both do.
It's like a potato farm over there.
Let's talk about Cuba a bit.
Let's talk about Cuba.
Coming in with cut 8, 30 seconds.
Yep, 30 seconds.
Standing by.
Are you up for it?
First Tuesday, next month, go for cigars?
Yeah, it's been a while.
Yeah, it has.
I'm not sure I'm here next Tuesday, actually.
I have to look at my calendar.
But it's not next Tuesday, it's two weeks.
Oh, in that case, wait a minute, I think I am here, yeah.
Stand by.
All right, stand by.
And, you know, you know, most people don't want to turn to Brian Stelter to tell us what's real.
I'm sorry.
Well, then why'd you bother coming on CNN a few times this week?
You know, I'm a book salesman.
Michael, I love talking to you.
I'm grateful you came on.
And I guess let's do it again in four years.
That's Brian Stelter being read The Riot Act by a man who says, well, I'm here to sell books, but you're still a useless propagandist.
It's delicious.
They're both reprehensible, but that's classic video.
We are back with the galactic master of the universe.
He's known as Andrew Klavan, drew to his buddies, K-L-A-V-A-N, at Andrew Klavan on Twitter.
Also with The Daily Wire, host of The Andrew Klavan Show.
Drew, let's talk about the big news item of the last seven, eight days in the United States.
Let you be my sanity check, Drew.
At TPUSA this weekend, somebody said to me, this is it.
This is, you know, somebody's lit the blue touch paper on the firework.
This is what's going to change everything.
When Americans see an elected, a selected administration, tell them, oh, It's about the vaccine.
The people on the streets of Cuba waving the American flag.
It's about COVID treatments.
They said to me, that's it.
That's when people are going to wake up and see these guys are really commies.
Do you think so?
No, no.
I mean, these are people who are claiming they're asking people for their driver's licenses.
Jim Crow, I think.
I mean, if you believe anything these people are saying, you already have drunk the Kool-Aid.
But no, even, you know, the funny thing about it is even if it were COVID-19, then we have to ask the question, what happened to the great health care system that Michael Moore made an entire film about?
When Fidel Castro died, every single news outlet said, Oh, the wonderful health system, the wonderful health system, free health care that came in.
So why isn't it working?
Why isn't it solving the problem as the American evil capitalists did?
The fact is what the regime is doing in Cuba is they train medical people and then Basically sell them to other countries to get money to prop up the regime because Cuba is broke.
You did a great piece on this where the regime gets money for their indentured servitude to international organizations.
It's funny.
Drew, I didn't see Michael Moore's analysis of that.
No, I mean, everything they say, everything they say makes no sense.
For instance, they blame us.
For the embargo, which we use to try and free the Cuban people.
But the embargo doesn't cover medicine and it doesn't cover food.
So they keep saying, how is a communist country supposed to survive if it can't trade with the most powerful, wealthy, capitalist country in the world?
In other words, they need us to prop them up.
We don't need them to prop us up.
Maybe communism just doesn't work.
But they keep going back to this mill.
And again, it's the same thing.
It is the fact that they can have theories that don't adhere to reality, because we're so powerful, we're so wealthy, we have such a great military that protects us, that they're not going to get punished for it.
They're not going to look out the window and find Soviet troops or Chinese troops in the streets of New York anytime soon.
So they can make all these comments about how wonderful communism is.
They, you know, they call us an imperialist country, they call us a colonialist country.
Cuba colonized Venezuela, and now Venezuela is in as bad shape as they are.
They are agents of, they sell this slave ideology.
And you know, the attractions of socialism are also a product of success.
When we limit the government, as we have for so long through the Constitution, It makes it seem like government is kind of a good thing.
Like you can trust the government to give you health care.
You can trust the government to redistribute wealth.
You can trust the government because the United States Constitution has limited government and made it serviceable to the people.
Once that Constitution is overridden by giving the government all this power, the power to take care of your health care, the power to redistribute wealth, then it's just a collection of powerful people and powerful people are corrupt and that's what we see in every country that falls to socials.
But when we see members of the administration say that this isn't about communism, this is about COVID, do you think there are some Americans who aren't or weren't political who say, hang on a second, that's not true?
I would like to think so.
I would like to think that when, you know, Barack Obama went over there and stood under the picture of Castro, you know, humming along to the national anthem of Cuba that some people woke up, but I don't know.
I mean, the truth is, the truth is, I think that the Biden administration represents a minority of Americans, substantial minority of Americans.
They like his face.
They like the fact that they know him.
They like the fact that he's friendly old Joe or used to be.
He's the remnant of friendly old Joe.
But these are not the policies that America supports or has ever supported.
I'm just going by instinct here, but I believe that if the right put up a reasonable candidate and could run an election that was not fraught with fraud, I think that basically Republicans would take the government back in a city minute.
You have to remember, you know, Donald Trump, you love him.
But at the same time, he was a fractious guy, he was a tiring guy, you know, some people were just offended by his personality.
But if you had somebody with Trump's policies, if you had somebody representing Trumpism, who didn't frighten people and didn't frighten suburban housewives and so on, I think that those are the policies America would vote for.
I do not think they believe in this administration.
But it'd also be a very different international situation because it's Trump's character that gave us a stable four years on the Global scene.

Oh, did you hear that in California they're trying to keep Larry Elder off the ballot?
No.
He apparently, they released, the Secretary of State released a preliminary list of candidates.
The final list comes out on Wednesday, but Elder was not on the list, along with a few others.
Like, there's- Because?
They haven't given a reason yet.
Some of my friends claim he allegedly didn't submit all of his reports, but I, all, like, all of his documents, but I, I don't buy that for a second.
I think they're probably genuinely trying to keep him off the ballot.
Breitbart reported on it, a few others did.
Wow.
They're scared of him.
He's a lawyer.
There's no way, um... Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Your kids can't have dinner.
Your wife can't prepare a meal.
Don't be in that situation.
Prepare.
Have a plan B. Go to preparewithgawker.com today.

From the Trafalgar Group.
Trafalgar's getting really popular as a polling company.
They did a poll that is being reported on by our buddies at justthenews.com.
John Sullivan will be with us later.
58.6% of the electorate are not confident at all that Kamala Harris is ready to be president.
Oh dear, what a surprise.
You mean the cackling doesn't work, doesn't reassure them, and 5% say they were not very confident.
Add that together and that's 64%!
64% of Americans don't want the woman who's going to take over from that husk of a man, that bigot that is... My own with these.
I'm now going to confirm what you're saying but I'm going to amplify.
I now teach in a correctional setting.
I can't say where, but that's what I do.
I work with convicted felons.
Well, thank you.
It's a great job, actually.
It pays well, and it's a blessing for me.
I discovered through one of my students, who was once a second grader when I taught in Columbus City Schools, that I found that I watched another one of his classmates die on television, and you probably saw it, too.
His name was Miles.
He was interested in sports.
He was a willing student and friendly enough, wanted to be a quarterback someday.
Some parental support, worse performing school and school failing.
The worse the schools do, the more the, and I've been in both AFT and NEA.
Individual bargaining units can be very well run.
But explain that.
What is it?
What is an individual bargaining unit?
Explain that for us, please.
Sir, what happens is I'm in an individual organization that is a union.
My union is basically part of a network, almost like the old U.S.S.R.
U.S.S.R.
says how it'll be.
But if I'm in my district, My unit, my bargaining group, relies on the State Education Association and the Federal Association to basically have teeth.
The other side of the problem is that I came to teaching from a non-profit administration and then I was a restaurant manager.
Because you pay for the pizza by delivery.
You get the history major off your doorstep by paying for the pizza.
So I've seen how it works.
What happens is, the doorstep... We've got 60 seconds left, Dave.
You've got to get to the point.
I'm going to bring it in.
Here's the point, yeah.
The doorstep to getting into a corrupt political organization, a machine like Chicago, is nobody ever votes for their school board members.
So, Columbus City now has the highest murder rate that it's had ever.
Two of the school board members who ran that failing school, which was nationally sanctioned, Now, one is the mayor, and one of them is saying she's coming to the table.
If you look at Chicago, if you look at Baltimore, if you look at Buffalo, if you look at Rochester, all the people running the show now started out on school boards.
So what you're saying is that it's all connected, it's all a deadly circle of grift and graft and control.
Precisely.
If I step out of line with the union, these capricious jerks will take me out.
And if I go to All right, well we're going to focus the whole last hour of the show on this topic.
We're going to have Chris Ruffo, the expert on critical race theory and indoctrination in our schools with us.
Dave, God bless you for going into our prisons, for teaching there.
And for ringing up shows like this with millions of listeners and viewers and telling the truth, let's hear from more of you.
Keep doing what you do.

It would be good to do... That looks like a great picture.
Just see if you can do a pre-record Skype for two segments.
Let's see here.

Okay.
Cuba make a difference.
Got it.
50 seconds?
Hey, Charlie Kirk's on TV.
He is.
Hi, this is President Trump.
All right, kill him, Mike.
Yep.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Fascinating study based upon data from the CDC on those receiving vaccinations by race and ethnicity.
The fact is black Americans, Hispanic Americans are not getting vaccinated at the same rate as their white fellow citizens.
Why is that?
Why is that?
If it's free, if anybody is eligible, I'd love to get some calls from those communities.

Conservative show hosts promoting fear, David.
Maybe, maybe, maybe I chose the wrong word.
Hang on, David, you said all conservative show hosts are promoting fear.
Who's promoting fear?
Well, I'm talking about, okay, like today, the crash, the stock market going down, and it's this impending doom of the stock market crash.
I'll answer the question again, Dave.
Who is promoting fear?
You said all the conservatives are promoting fear.
Give me some names.
Levin, Gallagher.
Levin and Gallagher are promoting fear.
I listen to Dan's show today.
He's not promoting fear.
I'm on your guys' side.
Well, it doesn't sound like it because you're not telling the truth.
I listened to Dan's show today.
He wasn't promoting fear.
Well, what I mean is, okay.
I actually wasn't expecting to get on it.
But what I mean is I'm I don't know what I am.
I'm an American.
I'm a U.S.
Marine.
If you call in and you don't know, if you call in but you don't expect to get on air, why are you calling up, David?
I am for this country.
I love this country.
I served my country.
I went to war for this country.
And I am everything about this country.
Stars and stripes.
David, why did you call in?
Because I feel like the media And the media that I listen to, the media that woke me up, the media and you guys, you, and everybody I listen to, are kind of maybe going the same.
I'm just trying to put fear, but I want to know, like, is it because you want to wake people up?
I still don't understand what your criticism is, David.
Stay on the line.
I've got to get to the bottom of it in the break.
We'll continue discussion on Rumble.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
More calls.
Leonard, Bob, don't go anywhere.
and John Solomon here on America First.
Shit.
All right.
So what's...
David, I'm going to ask one more time.
What is your problem with conservatives?
Nothing.
You've got a criticism.
What are you saying they're doing?
Please, tell me.
What are they doing?
You're taking me the wrong way.
Don't tell me about who you are, David.
Tell me what your problem is so I can respond to it.
American first place hall.
What?
Where's David?
Oh.
Geoff put him back on.
He is on!
He's not.
He's not on.
He's not red.
Line four.
Hold on.
There we go.
Okay, David.
I don't need to know... No, stop.
Stop.
David.
David.
You're in front of... David!
Stop!
Stop!
I'm going to do the same thing.
David, you're in front of me.
David, stop.
Stop.
Stop, David.
I gave you a whole second.
And I am all about this country.
I gave you... You're sounding repetitive now.
I gave you a whole segment.
You couldn't get to your point.
I've stayed on to talk to you, but you need to explain to me what your problem is.
I don't need to hear your qualifications.
If you're listening to this show... I got nervous.
I'm sorry.
Okay, so one last time.
I'm going to give you one last chance to tell me what your problem is, and then I will respond.
But don't tell me other stuff.
I feel that they're trying to put fear and have people react out of fear and Maybe, maybe that's a good thing.
I don't know how to get people to wake up.
Do you not think the situation is pretty bad when a decrepit senile old man... David, let me finish my sentence.
Do you not think the situation is pretty bloody bad when a decrepit senile old man is the Commander-in-Chief and when people are saying that what's happening in Cuba isn't about communism?
You don't think that we should tell the truth about these things?
I know, but the thing is, I understand that.
So what's the problem? - 100%.
- So who's exaggerating?
Which conservative is exaggerating things out of proportion?
Give me a name. - I know, but the thing is, I understand that.
But the people on the other side, do they, like, are they feeling that you're fear-mongering?
David, I don't care what other people think.
I'm talking to the millions.
You have to.
No, I don't.
You have to.
No, I don't.
Yes, you do.
Why?
Because how is anything going to change if you don't care what other people think?
It's not my job, David.
You have to care what other people think.
David, don't tell me what I have to do.
Don't tell me what I have to do.
I'm an American.
You don't get to tell me what I have to do.
Not in this country.
You don't tell me what I have to do.
We all do.
No, David, I am not here... David, you're being really pig-headed now.
You need to stop repeating things, okay?
I do not serve at your leisure, okay, and your pleasure.
I am here to make sure that the millions of people, the 74 million patriots in this country, get the truth every single day.
If you want to have somebody talk... What about the people who don't listen?
They're not going to tune into this program, David!
Are you on drugs?
They're not going to tune into this show!
Are you serious?
I'm a former strategist to President Trump.
They're not going to tune into this show!
What are you talking about?
I'm all about this country.
Don't lecture me.
You said that again!
But why do you think a left-wing person is going to tune in to this show?
I heard that.
Why do you think a left-wing person is going to tune in to this show from a complete conservative former White House official?
I tone in the left-wing media.
I listen to left-wing media.
David!
We listen to the left, but they don't listen to us.
Most Democrat voters couldn't tell you what bloody channel Mark Levin's on.
I guess I'm just coming from a common sense standpoint.
But that's your mistake!
That's your mistake!
Common sense doesn't apply to the left!
Seriously, David!
Alright, thank you.
I've never heard that one before, but I understand what you're saying.
Thank you, David.
Thank you for your service.
Finally, we got there.
Bye-bye.
Okay, can I play the ad now, Jeff?
Thanks.

No, he's going to play the second one here, right?
Oh, can I?
Are they completely self-contained?
Yeah, because this one starts about the story of your father.
Okay, good.
Then I'll do 17.

Yeah, 17.
The longer one.
17 here.
Okay, yes.

Okay.
And I'll just field the remaining calls during that time.
Okay.
Hope you guys on Rumble enjoyed that bit of Rumble-exclusive content.
That was something else.

Remember that?
Oh yeah.

Don't forget the chemtrails!
Chemtrails!
Oh man.

Thank you.
The Speaker of the House, welcome dear friends to America First.
David Ralston has demanded an investigation to quote, determine if any irregularities or willful fraud occurred in the state's largest metropolis last November in Fulton County.
It's happening, guys.
It's happening.
It is... What does the Baron call it?
The freight train of audits is underway, and it will provide fabulous political ammunition for President Trump when he announces his candidacy for the nomination for the Republican presidential candidate, which I have great certitude will happen.
We'll take your calls momentarily.
Bob, Leonard and Leonardo, sorry, Leonard, Leonardo, don't go anywhere, but I want to share with you a story from this weekend.
I was invited by Charlie Kirk to address Turning Point USA's Student Action Summit, along with my colleague Dennis Prager's Prager University.
Turning Point USA is one of the most influential organizations in the culture war, taking back this nation, one campus, one high school, one college at a time.
And I was honored to address that audience of almost four and a half thousand students in Florida this weekend.
And after I spoke for just 15 minutes, took a couple of questions, I walked outside the auditorium to talk to some of the students, give some more meager interviews, take selfies as you do.
And one young girl came up to me, didn't want a selfie, and she said, I just want to shake your hand.
And I want to tell you that what you just said makes me feel like I never have to be afraid again.
This is what I told her.
Cut 17.
So let me tell you a story about a young man, 18 years old, about to start college.
He thinks that his country is an amazing country, one of the most beautiful countries in Europe, with a thousand year history, that has just survived by the skin of its teeth five years of war.
Ravaging war that saw 60 million people killed across the world.
And that young man had hope, because the war had ended.
The big, big statesmen, Churchill, Stalin, Truman, had said, peace.
We have peace.
And you, little Hungary, you can have democracy.
But that man starts college, age 18, and what does he see?
He sees the devastation of a nation ravaged by war.
Replaced by the devastation and the ravages of creeping communism.
His beautiful homeland is taken over one by one.
The Communist Party intimidates, beats up, or murders anybody who tries to get in their way.
The national economy is slowly ground up into a machine controlled by the Soviets in Moscow.
And this young man says, This isn't what they promised us.
Where's our freedom?
Where's our democracy?
So what does he do?
He decides to resist.
Not like those weak-ass snowflake punks of the last four years, with their resistance.
I mean a real resistance.
And he found seven other patriots, Christians, in his college, who were prepared to do something to push back on the communists, to steal their secret information and smuggle it out to a western nation like America or the UK who could help them undermine the communists.
And he was successful.
The bad news is, At the end of that reporting chain of classified information, there sat one of the greatest traitors to Western civilization we have ever seen.
A man at the top of MI6 in British intelligence called Kim Philby.
Kim Philby ran that small group of patriotic students for about eight months, until he could identify every single one of them.
And he betrayed them, one by one.
To the KGB, to the Kremlin, and the secret police in Budapest.
So at 2am, that young man had that knock on the door of his parents' home.
He was arrested, tortured, and given a life sentence.
That man was my father, Paul Gorka.
And thank the good Lord, after six years in a literal hellhole of a political prison, two years in solitary, two years down a prison coal mine, he was liberated.
His fellow patriots in 1956 captured a Soviet tank, bust down the gates of the prison, and freed all the political prisoners like my father.
And with the 17-year-old daughter of a fellow prison mate he met in that prison, he escaped to the west across a minefield, ended he escaped to the west across a minefield, ended up as a real refugee, not like the people crossing the border
now, I mean a real refugee who would have been murdered if he'd stayed in Hungary, and ended up in England, a free man, Where I was born to that woman and that amazing freedom fighter.
Now, what has this got to do with you, right?
It's 2021, you're American, you're young and you're here.
What on earth has this got to do with you?
Everything.
Everything.
But now I realize it's happening.
When my former boss, President Trump, with 91 million followers on Twitter, can be unpersoned, like George Orwell just dropped into the memory hole, you realize.
When a decrepit, senile, old machine politician who's been in politics for 47 years gets 80 million votes, yeah, right.
And when people are losing their jobs, people are being intimidated.
Why?
Because they love America?
When a high school kid is abused in public because he's wearing a hat that says, Make America Great Again?
It's here.
So let me, let me leave you with this and maybe we'll take a couple of questions.
My father's fight may have seemed quixotic, because he failed, right?
He had to escape, he had to leave.
But it wasn't.
Through his individual patriotism and actions, He showed those around him what is possible.
Not only that, I wouldn't be where I am today.
I wouldn't be in America, an American citizen, working in the White House, now with a national radio show, fighting today's communists if it wasn't for his bravery.
So the message is simple.
Especially after the last year and a half.
The most important thing of all for this nation, for all of us, for those children, those young students, a turning point for you, dear listener, is courage.
Do you do enough every single day?
To show courage and loyalty to the principles upon which this nation was built.
If you do, if all of us do, we will again be that shining city on a hill.
More from our guests, our loyal listeners and callers, and, of course, you here on America First.
Stay on this channel.
All right.
Mic's on. - Okay.
I'll go ahead.
I'll call him at three minutes out I'll call
him at three minutes out I'll call him at three
minutes out I'll call him at three minutes out Hi, this is Eric with Sebastian Gorka Show.
How are you doing?
Doing good, doing good, doing good.
I'll put you on hold.
He'll come to you in a few seconds.
A reminder, the mics are live on our Rumble and Facebook broadcasts.
All right.
One moment.
Mr. Solomon.
How are ya?
Good, good, good, good.
Good.
What are you working on?
Well, I think the story from last Friday about the Hunter Biden, the FBI's former signature expert saying it's definitely Hunter Biden's receipt.
I think that they'll get some mileage.
And then I'll key the story that I'm going to probably break tomorrow night on a private email account problem for Joe Biden.
Oh, excellent.
Yeah.
All right.
I've got a live read, and then I'll come straight to you.
Awesome.
Alright, and we're going to do one segment because I have an absolutely full call board as well.
That's okay, great.
Nice.
Great stories, the stories you sent this morning.
Yeah, we've been having a lot of good scoops lately.
Yeah, more coming.
That slate was fabulous.
Yeah, it was a good idea to go hire that guy and do it.
I think you're good.
How's business?
How's everything for you?
You doing alright?
Good, yeah.
Just got back from Turning Point in Florida.
Great!
Yeah, I saw you smoke down there.
That's great.
Yep, yep, yep.
It's amazing there.
Very good.
They had four and a half thousand kids.
It was incredible.
Yeah, that's amazing.
Yeah, the enthusiasm level's high and all the conservative groups right now, you really see it.
Yep, yep.
It's really exciting.
It is, it is.
Standing by.
Not coming in with anything?
No.
We can talk about Sebastian, too, as the Speaker of the Georgia House.
I just mentioned that.
Yes.
Yeah, I can talk about that because he gave us the letter last night, so we got that.
All right.
All right.
Perfect.
We'll hit those two, and then you can tease the Biden story.
Yeah, tease the Biden story.
30 seconds.
Stand by.
All right.
Sounds good.
Standing by.
Not coming in with anything?
No.
All right.
Cut is almost five minutes, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, 4 minutes 45.
Yeah, 4 minutes 45.
All right.
All right.
Why can't license tags be longer?
That would be a great license plate for me, the indispensable immigrant.
It's that time.
It's Monday.
We're going to connect to the headquarters of justthenews.com.
Amazing slate of stories they emailed me early this morning.
Let me just share two of them with you, though.
We're going to post on our Twitter and Facebook pages, number one, the Texas House Democrats walk out, escaping that state and not doing their duties, is costing the Texas taxpayers $43,000 a day.
the Texas taxpayers $43,000 a day.
Second story from Daniel Payne.
Portland.
Yeah, you know Portland?
The one that's, you know, a war zone?
It's ranked 9 among the 10 best cities in the United States after years of riots, according to U.S.
News.
Well, I think that kind of qualifies U.S.
News.
Let's talk to a real journalist from a real publication, the fabulous John Solomon from JustTheNews.com.
John, welcome back.
Good to be with you, Seb.
All right.
We had a story in my pile on Friday that I didn't get to talk to you about, but we got you here now on Monday.
What is the latest fascinating development in the never-ending saga that is the Hunter Biden scandal?
Yeah, listen, when we started this back in 2019, remember what the Democrats said?
Joe Biden did nothing to help his son with his Burisma or other investments.
And the picture started showing up of Joe Biden meeting with Hunter Biden's business associates in China, Ukraine, and Mexico, right?
Then they said, listen, the U.S.
ambassador never had any concerns about Burisma.
We later found out that she had serious concerns about briefs.
We even reported him for having made bribery payments while Hunter Biden was on the board.
And then the last thing we're told is Hunter Biden has gone for the last three months.
I don't know whose laptop that is.
That could have been a Russian disinformation campaign.
Hang on, John, John, John.
Let's just remind everybody, our millions of listeners and viewers, we had, you know, such vaunted individuals as the former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency General Mike Hayden say, Oh, that whole laptop thing, that's probably just a Russian information operation.
Yep.
Yep.
And then we found out it wasn't.
And now we found out it really was Hunter Biden's laptop.
And he almost certainly is the one who delivered to the repair shop.
Why is that?
Justin, he went out and hired the FBI's longtime signature expert, a really true expert in these sort of issues, and he looked at the signatures.
He compared him to all the signatures on Hunter Biden's license, his social security card, public documents like land deeds, and he concluded, there is no doubt, zero doubt, that Hunter Biden signed the receipt as the man dropping off that laptop to the Delaware shop owner.
Now let's just think about all the things that that Biden lie did.
People have made fun of John Paul McIsaac.
He was called a liar, a Russian disinformation expert.
We now know it really was Hunter Biden's laptop.
He did sign for it.
He did deliver it.
And once again, the Biden family has given us a bogus story.
It's a pattern now that it's really starting to stack up in the record of honesty.
So we have the documentation from the computer repair shop owner with the signature of who dropped off those laptops.
And an FBI former signature expert has confirmed it.
So again, the narrative collapses in on itself.
Follow this man, Jay Solomon reports.
It's justthenews.com.
Talk to us about this letter, this very significant letter that you acquired from Georgia, John.
If you remember, I think a few weeks ago you and I were talking about this, that the election integrity issue would go the route of Russia collusion.
It would start in one place with the media and the Democrats, and it would end somewhere else.
And now today, for the first time, the Speaker of Georgia's House, David Rolston, a guy who was kind of quiet on the whole election issue during the first part of the year.
did get the election integrity bill passed, but really didn't address what was going on in Atlanta and Fulton County.
He sent a letter over the weekend to Fulton County saying, I want you to allow the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to open up a criminal investigation and explore how you guys in Atlanta counted your votes.
There have been enough documented irregularities, he said, that there needs to be a full-blown independent investigation.
investigation.
A big move from one of the most senior members of the Georgia governor.
All of these Georgia governor Republicans who were quiet, right?
But early on, Rod Rauschenberger, he now says he wants to remove Fulton County election officials.
The Speaker of the House, he wants an independent criminal investigation.
They all have evolved as they've seen this evidence come forward.
It is really going the path of Russia collusion.
Election integrity in Georgia, same path.
story to begin with, completely different one when it's all over.
My former White House colleague, John, co-host on our Battle for 1600 podcast, Boris Epstein, has coined the phrase, the freight train of audits.
It seems as if this story that was so made fun of or ignored for months, it truly does seem that there is a head of steam and it's just going to get bigger and bigger involving more and more states.
Do you concur?
I do.
Listen, there's a senator in Pennsylvania started an audit.
Pennsylvania senator in Wisconsin calling for an audit in Wisconsin.
Those two things happened last week.
I think the five or six main states where we have seen great concern, there will have been audits conducted by the end of this year.
And we'll get answers to our questions.
Everything's not going to turn out one way or the other.
You've got to follow the facts where they go.
But we had a dearth of facts early on.
We had everyone's intuition that something didn't go right.
Now we're starting to see the facts, right?
We're seeing double-scan ballots.
We're seeing unaccounted-for ballots.
We're seeing, as the other day, a completely different count when the Arizona Senate counted the ballots than what Arizona certified in the election.
A lot of questions and a lot of facts are now coming into clearer focus.
And I think by the end of this year, we'll really know what went on in the 2020 election.
It shouldn't have taken that long.
But we're on the path to getting real honest facts.
And that's irrespective of who you vote for or what your political affiliation is.
You should want to see transparency in all elections in America.
John, it seems sooner or later that Democrats often have problems with emails.
Can you tell us a little bit about an impending story from just the news?
Yeah, I hope.
I hope in the next 48 hours to get to the bottom of this.
But it looks like that our president, Joe Biden, Had a private email account and he might have been using it to communicate with Hunter Biden on things that were often or at times government business.
And I think we'll be able to give people a much clearer picture on this in the next 24, 48 hours.
But private email and government is a secret that keeps on unfolding.
We saw Hillary Clinton, we saw Barack Obama have one.
I think we're going to be able to show you what Joe Biden's private email looked like.
And how he might have been using it to communicate with his son.
Are we talking about, can you say at this point, are we talking about a private email when Biden was in public office?
Yes.
Yes, this is when he was in government, had an obligation to preserve any government records.
And he communicated some information from his security staff to his son.
And it'll be an eye-opening, I think, story when people are done with it.
Incredible!
Just truly incredible!

Do I have media tonight?
Uh, yeah.
Stinchfield's people said they should be good to have you back on for the regular.
Okay, but they haven't given a time?
Uh, not yet.
I'll go ahead and follow up.
When you follow up, can you make it clear to them that the last three times they've given...
This is what?
This is... C. C, so you can play the second TPSA thing.
And then it's D3.
Yes.
Or take some calls.
I'm gonna take some calls because then I have a bigger buffer.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, and, uh, title for that, for Solomon?
Um...
Joe Biden's private email scandal or something.
Joe Biden had a private email too. - Thank you.
Okay.
Private email too.
Yep.
Thank you.

Wow.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
God, just the best callers and some pretty good drops.
Thank you there, Mr. G. Let's take your calls.
Let's go to, we've got, oh my gosh, waiting a long time.
Paul, Linda, Leonardo.
Paul, California.
Welcome.
Good afternoon, you stud of a man.
It is so good to talk to you.
You're getting a little bit personal there, but what brings you to our show today, Paul?
Okay, first-time caller, long-time admirer, and because of your encouragement, I hosted a first public speaking engagement I'm a teacher.
I've taught for 32 years in Northern California.
God bless.
So I'm a survivor.
God bless.
What do you teach, Paul?
What do you teach?
I teach high school band.
Wow.
I'm a band director.
Yes, I know.
I might be the first one to call you, but my point in telling you this, and I'm also the grandson of the executive... ...copy of The War for America's Soul.
Listen to Paul stand up for the truth.
And listen to the next hour, because you don't want to miss it.
Let's go to Linda in Atlanta.
Linda, welcome to America First.
Here in Atlanta.
Linda.
Yes.
It's you.
Go ahead.
Let me tell you, I don't think Kamala will ever be president.
Nancy will.
They'll conveniently find a reason.
They got plenty of dirt on her to get her to resign when they can no longer get Biden I don't believe it.
But we'll see.
We'll see.
Call us.
Call us back when Biden resigns and we'll have that discussion.
Thank you, Linda.
Get him out, which will be easy.
Nancy will be our president before the next election.
That's my prediction.
I don't believe it, but we'll see.
We'll see.
Call us back when Biden resigns, and we'll have that discussion.
Thank you, Linda.
Let's go to our buddy, Leo Leonardo in New Jersey.
Right.
So when that happens, Donald Trump, our great president, is going to have a couple of months to put a brand new escalator in the U.N. building, because when he withdraws us from the U.N., he's going to turn it into a gold-guilded Trump hotel.
How about this?
How about an escalator, Leo, that only goes one way.
It only goes down and it drops you right in the Hudson River.
How about that?
I'm with that, and I'm also having an Eric Caramello moment, so I'm going to speak slowly in case I say something that I'm not supposed to say.
I'm alerting your guys in case they have to censor what I'm going to say.
There's clear and convincing evidence that the African-American Capitol Police officer named Michael Byrd is the person that shot and killed Ashley Babbitt.
Are we not supposed to say Michael Byrd on the air?
You are definitely not supposed to say Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
Leo, can you say it with me?
Do not say... Do not say... Lieutenant...
Lieutenant Michael Byrd shot and killed Ashley Babbitt.
Clear and convincing evidence.
Why isn't it out there?
When are they going to build a statue to Ashley Babbitt?
The statue, she's coming through the window, right?
When are they going to give her family $27 million?
When is he going to be arrested and prosecuted?
What a great question, and thank you, my gosh, I'd almost forgotten about him.
Eric Ciarmela, the other name we're not supposed to mention, but we do, because right here, Leo, me, my whole team, and all our listeners, we care about the truth, and that's why we're here.
God bless you, Leo.
Great call.
What a great Monday.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

That's crazy, the Chiaramella thing.
I just completely forgot about it.
It just goes away.
Yeah, they just, you know, don't talk about it and it disappears.
I wonder how Sperry got the information that he got when he first reported on the guy's name.
I wonder how he finds it.
It was testimony.
The chief of police gave his name out by accident in testimony.
By accident?
Oh, man.
Where?
Yeah.
Michael Byrd.
Are they sure about this time?
8.45?
That is what he just told me, yes.
Okay.
One-on-one with Grant, and I send you the links.
Alright, what cuts do we need to... Oh, I need to do... The DTSA one.
Second, yeah.
You have a lot of buffer time, of course.
And is this from the top?
From the top of the speech?
Yes.
Okay.
Oh, you know who I want for the show for Sunday?
Let's hear it.
If we've got room or if we need a cancellation backup, the guy that we want to get for the radio show, author of... What is it?
Something Inc.
The Indian guy, Vivek.
Woke Inc.
The author of Woke Inc.
Woke Inc.
Copy that.
You've got his book of Zeta, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Do you want to do that as one of those hour longs?
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Do you want to go through that list and the priorities?
Yes.
Yes, definitely.
Let's do that after we finish this hour.
30 seconds.
I just want to say to the men in this country to shut up and step up.
He's going to hide in the sky.
He's going to hide in the sky.
He's up to death.
And there's no mistake.
All right.
I'd kill much.
I'd kill much.
Oh, it denies people their voting rights.
Well, what we're doing, as you kind of pointed out, we're making sure that we remove dead people from the voter roll so that dead people can no longer vote.
Yes, we are denying dead people the right to vote, but that's pretty much the most extreme thing that we're doing in the state of Texas.
How outrageous Governor Abbott of Texas wants to make sure that dead people don't get to vote.
Such voter suppression.
Let's get back to Turning Point USA, my address to 4,000 plus American Patriots youngsters, students at the Student Action Summit.
Play cut.
Good morning, Patriots.
All right.
Alex is going to go backstage to recover from the fireworks.
I'm not sure he's used to that.
And we're going to have some fun.
It is a great honor to be here today, especially to talk to you about why you are here.
Because I know why you are here.
here because I know why you are here.
You are here because of what we have witnessed in this, the greatest nation on God's earth, for the last year and a half.
It came to me about six months ago.
On my daily radio show, I realized we only have one real problem in this nation.
I don't care what your pet rock is.
I don't care whether, like me, you're a big gun guy, second amendment guy.
It doesn't matter whether your core issue is the right to life.
Protecting the most vulnerable in our society.
Or freedom of speech and the threat that big tech poses to us.
It really doesn't matter which issue it is that gets you up in the morning, gets you fired up, and gets you to one of these events.
Because whatever the issue is, the one challenge we have as Americans, as patriots, as citizens and not subjects of this, the greatest nation on God's earth, is courage.
Look at the last year and a half.
Amen.
Look at how millions of Americans, your relatives, your friends, people you looked up to, knelt at the altar of big government, genuflected in front of St.
Fauci and his fascist diktats.
A man who said, oh, you don't need masks.
Oh, you need masks.
Oh, you need two masks.
The man who denies the science of a disease.
Yes, Mr. Zuckerberg.
Yes, Jack Dorsey.
You can try.
You can try to censor us.
But I don't deny science.
I look at the data.
I've seen that the China virus kills less than 1% of the people it infects.
I've listened to real medical professionals like Dr. Mark McAry who says, when it comes to children, the future of our nation, the mortality rate from COVID is 0.05%. the mortality rate from COVID is 0.05%.
So...
So every time you keep those kids at home, every time you put a mask on them, you are committing child abuse.
COVID is real.
I had it.
I caught it.
I had three days of a little bit of a sniffle, thank you very much.
Why?
Because my doctor is a truth teller.
And he put me on hydroxy, what President Trump... President Trump said is the game changer.
And it was a game changer.
Because I had the mildest flu I've ever had and I was back in business.
So courage, courage, courage.
And you, every single one of you here today at this beautiful event, this Convocation of Conservatives that is perhaps the most important organizational event in America.
You are the key to making sure it doesn't happen again and that this nation has the requisite courage to once again become that shining city on a hill.
That is the challenge we face.
But it involves every single one of you.
Not just the kids, the students at Turning Point USA.
And it really doesn't matter.
Every single one of us has that thing they care about the most.
The next generation, the economy, national security, freedom of speech, the second amendment, pro-life, the culture of life.
Irrespective of what it is, the only way we can vouch safe The future of that issue, that value, that founding principle, is if we have the courage to stand for it.
And the metric, the measure is very simple.
If you're not prepared to put your name and your face publicly to those values, then you aren't a conservative.
Then you aren't a patriot.
And think of the example of that young girl.
I don't even know if she was in high school or if she'd just started college.
But that young girl who came up to me after I gave that speech.
And there was an earnestness, there was an energy, and there was an excitement in her face.
She didn't want a selfie.
She didn't want to record the moment of meeting me.
It was the effects of my words upon her.
When she said, I will no longer be afraid.
That's a biblical message.
The truth will set you free.
And as Saint John Paul II said, be not afraid.
If none of us are afraid, if we have the requisite courage, they will never win.
God bless all of those kids and Charlie Kirk for bringing them together in Florida for that event.

It's not just about this radio show.
It's about things as simple as the calls you make.
Are you with a cell phone provider that's funding things you disagree with?
The big cell phone providers fund things like Planned Parenthood and gun control organizations.
Well, if you don't want to fund your enemies, go with the only Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's Patriot Mobile.
Patriot Mobile has the same cell phone towers across the nation, a dependable network, but they actually believe in the things that you believe in.
They're conservative.
They've donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to causes that you agree with, like the Second Amendment, the First Amendment, and they have packages to fit every budget.
Right now, if you use my name, you'll get 50% off your first two months or $100 off any of their phones in stock.
Make the switch today.
You can keep your old number, call 972-PATRIOT, or go to patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
Don't fund those that hate you.
972-PATRIOT, patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
All right.
Mic's on.
Can you show me, can you play me cut four?
Yeah.
One moment.
Cut four.
You know, we're in a highly Republican area, about 40% vaccination rate, about 70% voted for the former president.
And when you see what's being put out there on the airwaves with Fox and other organizations, and then that is, you know, shared on Facebook and it just hits that echo chamber.
It is undeniable that these messages are getting through to patients.
And Maximo Alvarez.
Oh, good.
That was quick.
Yeah.
OK.
Standing by.
News and talk radio is still really popular, even in the Internet age.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
His mind is easy to boggle.
He's Brian Stelter.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Big news!
Who's gonna be on the show tomorrow?
None other!
Then the great one, Mark Levin.
He's got his brand new book, American Marxism.
I've got it right here and we're going to discuss it with the great Mark Levin tomorrow.
You don't want to miss a second of tomorrow's show or any show, especially the next hour with none other than Chris Rufo.
But first...
The story's kind of getting out there.
Even the left, even people like Toulouse Oloronipa, who writes for the Washington Post when he's not telling people how to spell his name, he was on CNN explaining why, you know, famous parts of the Democrat Party like the squad Be very quiet about the events in Cuba.
This is the Washington Post's Toulouse Olorupina Cut 6.
We're just talking about how progressives are really happy about all of the things in the infrastructure bill.
They are really being led in many ways by the progressive wing of their party.
And the progressive wing of the Democratic Party does not want to go hard against Cuba, against some of the things that the Castro regime may have been a part of.
In part because there are some Democrats, there are some progressives who agree with some of those things.
They agree with universal health care.
They agree with some of the programs that were in place in a more socialist kind of A more socialist kind of society.
Yes, indeed.
God bless you, Toulouse, for letting the cat out of the bag.
You know what's really going on.
They can't criticise Cuba.
They can't criticise a regime.
That the anointed one Obama visited as he stood under the massive mural of Che Guevara and went to a ball game with Castro, the head of the state?
They want to turn America into a giant version of the hellhole that is Cuba.
That utopia, that vaunted, impossible utopia that has never, ever been created anywhere, but they don't know that!
Because they've never lived in a communist regime like my parents have.
What does Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez know about real communism?
What does Bernie Sanders... How many houses does he have?
What was that question when they finally had the third house, which was a quote-unquote summer camp?
And he said in the interview, well, yeah, I mean, it's not a house, it's a summer camp.
Doesn't everybody have a summer camp?
Not in the Soviet Union!
Not in communist Cuba!
Unless you're a member of the Politburo.
But maybe that's what they envisage, that we'll have communism here and they'll have their darches and their limousines.
But at the end of the day, that's why they can't denounce the regime in Cuba, because they're on the side of the regime, not the people who want to be free.
I am Sebastian Gorka.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you. Amen. Amen.
Amen.
How?
How do you know if you're having an effect on the culture?
Well, how about if you are the man who introduces a country to a concept that has a grip on that nation, but isn't well understood until you start writing about it, until you start giving interviews?
Then you know you're having an impact.
And that's exactly why we are dedicating this whole hour of America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka, to a man who's changed.
I mean, it shouldn't be the Overton window anymore.
It should be the Chris Rufo window.
Chris Rufo, welcome back to America First.
It's great to be with you.
Chris is the senior fellow with a fabulous organization, the Manhattan Institute.
He's also the director behind an amazing film called America Lost that I saw soon after it came out that really dives deep into the question of poverty and the true causes of poverty in America.
You can watch that movie at americalostfilm.com.
But he's here.
Because he's Mr. CRT.
Not in a bad way, but in a good way.
He has let America understand the creeping and nefarious influence of this ideological construct called critical race theory.
He's so hard to get back on the show.
Why?
Because everybody wants to hear what this man has to say.
Let's start there, Chris.
What has it done to you to go from obscurity, doing what you do behind the scenes, to being the number one authority, along with our buddy James Lindsay, on Critical Race Theory?
How has your life changed, Chris?
Yeah, it's changed a lot, and a lot of it, I think, predominantly for the better, but it comes with costs as well.
You know, since this big fight over critical race theory has taken the national stage, I've become in many ways the number one target of the left-leaning or left-wing media corporations.
Everyone from the New York Times to the Washington Post to CNN to MSNBC, They've been taking shots at me the last few months, and it's a new world.
But I think that what is so exciting about this is that a lot of times, as a journalist or a filmmaker or a writer, you try to break through in the public conversation.
In this instance, not only did the work that I'm doing, building on James Lindsay and other people's work, break through, but it has truly become a national issue.
This is a major debate in every community in the United States, so that is something that has been inspiring to see and keeps me waking up full of energy, full of excitement, and ready to keep the fight going.
This guy doesn't use hyperbole.
Let's look at the evidence of just how much he has become a pain cushion for the crazies and the propagandists.
This is MSNBC's Joy Reid, a well-known homophobe.
Still don't know what happened to that vaunted FBI investigation of her blog in which she used homophobic slurs.
Taking a rather unusual tack when it comes to quote-unquote journalism with our good friend Chris.
Cut 15.
Play... Hang on.
Let's go to... Let's go to cut 14 first.
Cut 14.
Joy Reid, Chris Ruffo.
Well, I'll say two things.
First of all, it's very interesting to me that so many people are now running away from the label of critical race theory.
He's not a critical race theorist!
Hold on.
I'm going to quote two critical race theorists.
Barbara Appelbaum with the book Being Good, Being White.
She says, quote, all white people are racist.
Robin DiAngelo, who's another critical whiteness studies scholar, says that, quote, White identity is inherently racist?
No.
What you're doing is you're playing a series of word games.
Do you know that Critical Whiteness Studies is a sub-field of Critical Race Theory?
No, it's not.
These things are all deeply interrelated.
No, they're not.
They're not.
And I'm not going to let you play word games.
This is really, I think, the most essential thing.
Hold on.
A very strange type of interview.
We've got to show more of it.
But first, Chris, react to us, if you will, that since you started talking about critical race theory, writing about it, there's this strange reaction from the establishment, from the media, from the parties.
Number one, there's the, it doesn't exist.
This is the tack of Terry McAuliffe in Virginia who said, critical race theory, it's an invention of Donald Trump and Glenn Youngkin, two politicians in a back room somewhere came up with it, doesn't exist.
And then the others who say, well, it's just the teaching of history.
Isn't that rather a disparate response to this phenomena?
Yeah, you've seen it really go the whole gamut, and it's like, you know, there's that old idea, the kind of seven stages of grief?
You know, the first is denial, the second is kind of admission and pain.
We're well into that process.
The first thing was, as you said, it was a kind of Bigfoot theory of critical race theory.
It doesn't exist, and only conspiracy theorists and Republican operatives can even find it.
That's false, obviously.
There's actually now 30 years of academic literature that leave a very substantial paper trail about critical race theory, how it's being applied in the education system.
Then it was, well, critical race theory is only taught in law schools.
So that's obviously not true.
Critical race theory is not only widely taught as critical pedagogy or practice in K-12 schools, but it's actually in the official state curriculum of places like California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois.
It's deeply embedded in our educational programs.
And now they're retreating to, well, critical race theory is just teaching about slavery and segregation.
You know, which is quite astonishing because I went to school in the late 80s and 1990s, my K-12 education.
I learned all about slavery, segregation, racial injustice, without critical race theory.
Teaching kind of an accurate history about racism in America can be done actually more accurately and more honestly without critical race theory.
That excuse has kind of now fallen by the wayside, and I think what we're finally seeing, and this is a really important point, Seb, is that they're now finally just embracing it, admitting that they want it in schools, that they want it to be the dominant ideology that drives public policy.
In the last two weeks, actually, the largest two teachers unions, the NEA and the AFT, have now gone on record.
For example, the NEA voted at their official annual meeting that they want to have critical race theory in all 50 states, in all 14,000 local school districts.
They endorse it completely.
They want to teach students to denounce capitalism, to denounce anthropocentrism, to denounce anything that conflicts with the critical race theory view of the world.
So they are now owning it after denying it and denying it, denying it for a number of months.
They've owned it, they've made it a potent issue, and the choice is really clear for the American citizens.
Do you want to have your education system subverted by the ideology of critical race theory?
Or do you want to have an education system that focuses on academic achievement, an honest assessment of history, and strong student outcomes?
Those are the choices, and I think we all know that the American people support the latter.
Let me run a theory I've had, Chris, against your far greater knowledge on the evolution of this construct, which, as you say, has been around for decades.
You know, Professor Hill at Harvard, who was Obama's mentor, made it, you know, a phrase to be taken up and built into a curricula.
But my contention is that the reason, in addition to your work and James Lindsay's work, the addition that people are waking up to it across the country right now is, It's thanks to the China virus.
It's thanks to COVID.
Because children were at home for over a year and parents got to see through these video lectures the way they were being indoctrinated along the lines of this ideology.
And that's when people who had no idea what CRT was said, hang on, this is bigotry.
This is wrong.
Is it fair to say that COVID has had a lot to do with this Damascene moment for Americans?
Cut!
Yeah, I think it's really two things that happened simultaneously beginning last year.
I think it's absolutely COVID.
With COVID, as many students went to remote education, this was the first time many American parents had actually gotten a good window into what they were learning and to what teachers are emphasizing.
I think that's a huge part of it.
But I think the other part of it is that last year, in the wake of the death of George Floyd, in the wake of widespread rioting in dozens of cities around the country, A lot of these school districts thought that this was the opportunity for them to really go full force critical race theory.
So you saw school board resolutions, you saw superintendent's letters, you saw principals that were reshaping the curriculum in real time, using the kind of chaos surrounding these events as a pretext and justification for a massive overhaul of the curriculum.
So you see, for example, in Buffalo Public Schools, serving tens of thousands of students, they revamped their whole curriculum to follow what they were calling the Black Lives Matter curriculum.
K-12, in teaching kind of just these really very bizarre and very aggressive conspiracy theories, and very much a politics-first education, putting actual student outcomes and achievements into the back seat, And we saw these two things happening simultaneously.
Parents were kind of having full access as the schools were becoming really radicalized by this ideology.
When you put those two things together, and then, you know, a lot of the work that I did reporting on it, exposing it, finding the most egregious and salient examples, You have this really kind of dynamic and very combustible combination of events.
And what we saw is that parents are absolutely now in revolt against these ideologies.
They are waking up.
Follow this man at Real Chris Rufo.
We'll be back after these messages.
We'll be back after these messages.
We'll be back after these messages.
We'll be back after these messages.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So you don't give an S about this stuff.
You're really just having a campaign to take everything that annoys white Americans and white conservatives.
No, that's not right.
No, that's not right.
You want to make a campaign and stuff everything in there.
You played my highlight reel.
You played my highlight reel.
Give me a chance to respond.
No, that's absolutely wrong.
Stuff it all into critical race theory.
What I don't think is right is that forcing eight-year-olds in Cupertino, California to deconstruct their racial identities and then rank themselves according to power and privilege.
That's not critical race theory.
It's intersectionality theory, which was invented by Kimberly Crenshaw.
That's intersectionality.
It's a separate thing.
Intersectionality is a separate thing.
Which is part of critical race theory.
No, it's not, dear.
You had her on your show.
You know this.
She invented both things.
And here's the bottom line, Joy.
What you've done in tonight's segment is exactly what I'm fighting against.
I'm fighting against the manipulation of language.
That is Professor Joy Reid, the great homophobe, lecturing America on what is intersectionality, what is critical race theory, from her podium at the Ivy Leagues.
No, it's a hack, it's a liar, trying to attack a truth-teller called Chris Ruffo, senior fellow with the Manhattan Institute, the man who has done so much, along with the author of Cynical Theories, our friend James Lindsay, to tell the world what CRT is.
Follow him at real Chris Rufo right now.
Chris, so for those who haven't seen your earlier interviews with us or your great segments with Tucker and others, let's just dedicate a segment to what is CRT.
Let me give you the layman's elevator pitch.
Tell me what's missing, what's wrong.
So critical race theory comes out of critical theory writ large, which is another way to look at society in the categories of oppressed and oppressor.
And by the end of CRT doctrine, you arrive at a place where people who are white are inherently racist even if they don't know it.
Is that like if you had to put it on a postage stamp?
Is there something missing?
Yeah, I think that's right and it really looks at the world through the lens of race and specifically looking at Marxian conflict theory through the lens of race.
Where, you know, 50 years ago the kind of Marxist scholars of the 1960s realized that there wasn't going to be a proletarian kind of revolution of the working class against the capitalist Democrats, you know, kind of capitalist class in the United States.
And in fact, actually working people in the United States are much more conservative in their attitudes and their inclinations and their politics.
This is something we've seen extraordinarily true, even in the last, especially in the last five years.
I think the Trump victory really outlined that.
So what they decided that they had to do was find a new point of division in society, to find a new point of conflict, to find a new wedge in order to get to their eventual Marxist revolution.
And they decided, I think, frankly, strategically, wisely, that race was a flashpoint that they could exploit.
One of the originators of critical theory, Herbert Marcuse, says explicitly the best chance of getting a Marxist socialist revolution in the United States is to radicalize, quote, the ghetto population in the urban core in order to get them to kind of rise up and overthrow the dominant classes.
Again, that's his language, not my language.
And this, I think, is really the crux of critical race theory.
It is to deepen divisions and contradictions by race, it is to radicalize race as a political issue, and then to unleash this kind of great, final, culminating socialist or Marxist utopia In the military, we look for the so-called the vaunted center of gravity for the enemy, for the adversary.
Is there a center of gravity for the propagation of CRT into culture, especially into the schools?
Some have told me it is the teacher training colleges.
That's the real, the center of where the transmission belt exists.
Is that correct, or can we identify more than one?
I think that's actually exactly right, and they made this very explicit.
Actually, one of the great popularizers of so-called critical pedagogy says very explicitly that this movement was to get a hundred tenured kind of Marxist radicals in graduate schools of education.
They achieved that in the 1970s and 1980s, and then now you have actually critical pedagogies, critical race theories, the dominant framework for teacher training colleges all across the United States, Again, to their credit, it is a stunning coup.
They've really captured these institutions and they're training now tens of thousands of teachers that don't know anything but these theories.
They don't even understand that there is another way of looking at the world, and consequently what we're seeing is that it's trickling down from those elite institutions into K-12 schools across the country.
You quote Marcuse, so this member of the Frankfurt School, the New Left, like Adorno, the source, the need to divide based not upon class but upon ethnicity and sexual identity and so forth, this reinvention of Marxism.
Let me ask you, you talk about his end state, that you want to ignite some kind of furore in the inner ghettos to create a, if not a Maoist revolution, a race-based revolution that In your interviews, in your research, is this a drone-like indoctrination of teachers or are the people peddling CRT really in it to create some kind of Marxist end state?
Is it a cognitive Marxism or is it just a hive mentality Marxism?
I think there's both, and you can see this explicitly in the literature.
So the people who are really doing the hard, heavy lifting of designing the curricula are absolutely committed to this ideology.
I mean, you can see it in their documentation, you can see it in their PowerPoints, you can see it in state curricula in places like California.
These are very smart people.
They're very much committed to kind of revolution against capitalism, against the democratic system in the United States, against the kind of What they would call kind of a movement to decolonize the United States.
But I think there's also the other side of the coin that the average teacher, someone who is very busy, they're working very hard.
They receive these ideas passively, and in many cases they don't even know the origin of it, or these ideas, the intention of these ideas.
They just take these ideas as, well, this is the curriculum, these are the documents, these are the training programs.
This sounds good, it's about social justice, it's about racial justice.
All of these very soft-sounding buzzwords, I like those things, these sound good, so I'll teach these ideas.
So I think what you have is a cynical, manipulative, and deeply committed neo-Marxist elite educational cadre that is pushing these ideas in very vague, soft, and euphemistic-sounding language that is being implemented by teachers who are probably great people, probably very committed, but also probably a little bit naive and fail to investigate exactly what they're teaching.
Yeah, the phrase useful idiots comes to mind.
You don't have to have read Das Kapital or even the Communist Manifesto.
If you didn't stop them, if you were a mindless drone, you helped create a permissive environment.
That goes for all totalitarian ideologies.
Whether it's Marxism, whether it's communism, or whether it's global jihad.

Chris, I was at an event yesterday with four and a half thousand American students at Turning Point USA.
And my wife encouraged me to talk again about my family history during my address to these kids and what my parents went through under first fascism as children and then my father persecuted and tortured by a communist regime.
And my message was a very simple one.
Have courage, don't censor yourself, and stand up to the bullies.
And I want to share with you what I've already mentioned, which Right after my speech, I went outside to do selfies and whatever else you do, and this young girl came up to me and she said just one thing.
She didn't want to photograph Chris.
She just said, thank you for what you said.
I am no longer afraid.
What have you heard?
What have people shared with you?
In terms of the impact on the children, the students of CRT, this indoctrination that, you know, white kids are told, you're a bigot, you're a racist, even if you don't know it.
Do you have a sense of the damage that has already and is being done because of this ideological product?
Yeah, I do, unfortunately.
It is quite disturbing.
It's quite sad.
It's quite shocking.
And I've talked to a lot of parents in my reporting.
And, you know, it's not just, I think it's important to make the point that it's not just, you know, white kids are being essentially demonized, right?
Even a principal in New York City admitted it on tape that, you know, we're demonizing white children simply for the fact of being born.
That's almost a kind of a paraphrase of a quote.
They know what's happening.
But I think it's also important to remember that it also affects really all kids.
And I spoke at an event in Arizona for a few hundred people.
And people drove from up to three hours away to hear what I was talking about because they were so concerned about what's happening to their kids.
And a really kind of poignant moment happened that a mixed-race couple, a black father and a white mother, came up to me and shared their story.
They said that two things had been happening.
One is that their kids were essentially scared.
You know, is our white side of the family, are they racist?
Are they bigots?
Is there something wrong with them?
They actually felt like these lessons that were happening in their school was dividing their own family against one another, simply because they had two racial backgrounds.
But also, the father said, you know, my, I believe, 10-year-old, A black kid in Arizona said that after Black History Month,
He was so scared, he was so terrified, he was so disturbed, that he started sleeping in his parents' bed again, because he was filled with these very negative and divisive and fear-inducing ideas that he was being constantly deprived and oppressed and hunted down, that it actually filled him with a spirit of pessimism and despair.
And this beautiful couple said, this is awful, it's tearing our family apart, It's making our kids scared to live their lives.
It's providing no sense that they can achieve their dreams in this country, which is the exact opposite of what we're trying to teach them.
So, critical race theory, it hurts people.
It damages kids of every background.
Very powerful story.
And if you just think of the collective effect on a society, on a civilization, of telling a whole generation or multiple generations of children that no matter what you do, because of intrinsic things you can't change, such as the shade of your Dermis, your skin!
You are a victim.
You will never achieve, or you are an oppressor, and even if you don't know it, you aren't bad.

I'm a Fairfax County public school teacher, and I'm going to give a message of encouragement to parents and teachers and students who are too afraid to come and speak forward.
Parents, the longer that you wait and you don't hold your child's schools accountable gives these guys more time to dictate what's best for your child's physical, mental, and emotional health.
Don't be afraid to speak out for your kids because they are voiceless and they rely on you.
You should be afraid of them rooting for socialism by the time they get to middle school.
Teachers, it may seem that our careers have come to a dead end, but I'm here to remind you we don't work for the school board.
We work to mold the next generation of well-rounded American patriots.
So don't give up, because it is up to us.
Students, you are on the front lines of these indoctrination camps.
Challenge the staff when you are presented with a ludicrous statement, and do not allow anybody to tell you that you cannot accomplish anything because of your skin color, or to hate yourself because of your skin color.
Students, it is up to you to be the next generation of victims or victors.
The incredible Lilit Vernetsian, a teacher in Fairfax County, speaking at a school board meeting with a very, very clear message for students, for teachers and parents to stop the bigotry, stop the indoctrination of critical race theory, which, of course, is the subject of analysis for our guest, Chris Ruffo, the director of AmericaLostFilm.com.
Follow him on Twitter.
Chris, What's the way forward?
So, with local school board, I think it's clear.
We have to have sane people on the school boards who want to have children be taught what is meant to be taught at schools and not political subjects that divide.
What else is required?
It seems to me, as I spent a year at Harvard, I saw the rot back then, that there is a massive metastasizing cancer across not only the elite schools but also the public colleges as well.
Is the route defunding?
Is it alumni not spending money to their old schools?
Or is the tenure track too solid for us to do anything about?
Do you have any theories of the long-term solution?
Yeah, well, that's exactly a good point, to divide it into short-term and long-term.
Certainly, the short-term is quite simple.
You get local school boards elected that will reject this ideology.
You pass state legislation, as they've done now in, I believe, seven or eight states, banning this ideology and this pedagogy, banning these kind of abuses from taking place in the classroom.
I think those are immensely powerful short-term solutions that are already happening.
I think, though, the long-term solution is really to break up the educational cartel of the public school system, of the national teachers' unions, and of these teacher training colleges.
These are all funded by public dollars, and they now are actually subverting the will of the public itself.
And I think the long-term solution is to advocate for decentralization, for school choice, so that every American family can have the opportunity to send their children to a school that matches their values.
I think this is imperative.
And I think that the question is really not critical race theory or no critical race theory.
The question is, who controls public institutions?
Do the activists and bloated administrations and national teachers unions get to control our public institutions?
Or do parents, families, and voters get to decide what happens with our public education?
And I think that we need to reshift and fundamentally decentralize power in these institutions because what we are seeing is that they're being radicalized by a extreme ideological minority and do not any longer reflect the values of the large majority It seems so.
I was just listening to you and it kind of translated into lay terms in my head.
If parents don't want CRT to be taught to their children, it shouldn't be taught by the teachers to their children.
It should be that simple.
Should be that simple.
Should be that simple.
Chris, let's spend a couple of minutes on another topic or a related topic you've discussed and been a kind of facilitator for whistleblowers.
This isn't just about schools.
This is about the U.S.
military and government and corporations, isn't it?
Yeah, that's right.
And that's really, I think, To me, in some ways, the most shocking, but also I think we should be careful not to overstate it.
It's certainly in corporations.
I've reported now on a wide range.
It's certainly in the military.
And while I think that it poses a significant threat in each of those institutions or each of those domains, my sense of it from my reporting is that it is not as deeply embedded as it is in education.
But then again, it's also quite dangerous.
So I think that You know, we need to be eyes wide open about this stuff.
We now have three-star, even four-star generals openly advocating for critical race theory.
And I think that this betrays a fundamental disconnect between the elite leadership class in all of our institutions, And the general public, and I think the best solution is to expose it relentlessly, to criticize it very strongly, and then eventually to get these people out.
We need military leaders that focus on the kind of next century challenges for the United States, that focus on being a competitive adversary to a country like China, rather than trying to hold struggle sessions that we know from the reporting in the Navy have really demoralized our rank and file rather than trying to hold struggle sessions that we know from the reporting in the Navy have really demoralized our rank and file members of our armed services and are really creating deep divisions between the enlisted men
Just to have the most senior military officer in the United States, General Mark Milley, say in front of Congress that I don't know...
What critical race theory is, but he's fine at the same hearing with it being taught at the most prestigious military academy in the world, West Point.
I'm trying to think of a parallel, Chris.
I'm trying to think of, you know, a former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs saying, I don't know what eugenics is, but I'm fine with it being taught at West Point.
I'm not sure you could get away with that.
He thinks he can get away with it.
Or as you said, the U.S.
Navy, just shocking, shocking testimony again and again and again from the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Gilday, saying, Ibrahim Kendi, that's a fine thing to read.
Doing these seven minute videos to the fleet in his combat uniform, lecturing his subordinates that there is racism in the Navy.
I agree with you, Chris.
This is perhaps even more, I don't know, the future generations are the future of the nation, but this is at least as disturbing as what's happening in our schools.
He is Chris Rufo.

We are back with Chris Rufo, the man who has done so much to tell us the truth about the new form of Marxism that is inveigling itself into our school system.
Chris, two minutes left.
Thank you so much for spending this hour with us here on America First.
What's your message Because I think this isn't going to be fixed here in the swamp.
It's not going to be fixed in DC.
This has to be fixed locally.
What is your message to those who think it's bad, but think they don't have a role to play in getting it solved?
Well, the message is one of optimism, of hope, and practical action.
I mean, what we've seen in the last six months is that state legislatures have really led the way.
I mean, we have 50 states, we have a system of federalism, we have a system of decentralized power, we still have some remnants of the Tenth Amendment.
That allows states to experiment and differentiate.
And there's no reason that the curriculum in California should be similar to the curriculum in Texas or Florida.
And I think state legislatures have to be bold.
They have to be big in their thinking.
They have to be decisive in their actions.
They have to cut out critical race theory from the curriculum.
And then they have to take the next step.
To provide parents with more educational choice.
I think that is a winning combination.
And, you know, again, even though there's the Biden administration and Democrats in control of the House and the Senate, there is still an abundance of space for action in state legislatures.
They need to reassert their power.
And I think what we're going to see in the next five to 10 years is that states are going to start looking radically different, especially in education.
And states like California can go hyperdrive into critical race theory.
States like Texas and Florida can go hyperdrive into quality education, improving academic outcomes, and then we'll compare the results.
Wow.
There you go.
There's an empirical test for you.
See the difference if you go woke as a state and if you stick to the truth and reality.
