Thank you.
You get vaccinated.
Here's one that says, I got my first dose of the Fauci Ouchie.
It's not a cult.
Not a cult at all.
The Fauci Ouchie.
I still don't know who Olivia Rodrigo is, but she's in the White House with Fauci talking about the fact that if people say somebody from the... I think she's Disney.
She's Disney?
She's Disney Channel.
If somebody from the Disney Channel says, Inject something into your body.
You should do that.
Welcome to America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gawker.
It's Friday.
Happy Friday.
Jeff has been working overtime.
I don't think he slept last night.
We have such a guest list today.
We have Trish Regan, Jim Jordan, Peter Schweitzer, Jim Carrafano, Andy Biggs, and the Baron, and you!
And of course, it's Friday, so it's Ask Dr. G Anything Friday.
It's Second Amendment Friday.
Well, we've got to talk some news.
Let's talk about the news of Mark Milley, still the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the most senior military individual in the most powerful military in the world, who's a coward, who's against the Constitution and who's against the Constitution and the laws of the Republic.
Latest, latest revelations are that he tried to block a member of the Trump administration being nominated to be director of the CIA.
Cash Patel, former chief investigator for Devin Nunes in Congress, then one of the deputies to the acting secretary of defense.
We'll talk about the reactions from Cash Patel on Tucker Carlson's show, but the revelations are of enough of a serious magnitude to have President Trump himself make a statement.
This is the latest statement from the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Despite the fact that the 2020 presidential election was rigged and stolen, and while numerous people, including the outside public, were saying we should bring in the military, I never gave it a thought.
The writings within these third-rate books are fake news, and quote-unquote General Milley Who Mattis wanted to send to Europe in order to get rid of him.
If he said what was reported, perhaps he should be impeached or court-martialed and tried.
Never once did I have a discussion with him about bringing in the military or a quote-unquote coup Which makes any sense because I lost total confidence in him and the way he handled himself on our little walk to the church.
Remember that church?
The walk to St.
John's Episcopal Church, a block away from the White House, which was firebombed by the Antifa and BLM rioters.
He tries to be a tough guy.
Which he is not.
But he choked beyond belief as soon as a microphone was stuffed in front of his face or at the mere sight of the fake news media.
Quite a sight.
I remember, I do, his inability to address the press with all those ribbons on his chest.
What a strange figure of a man Mark Milley he makes.
What there was, was a rigged and stolen election and those facts have come out and are coming out loud and clear.
Because of the rigged election our country will suffer like perhaps never before.
With open borders, crime and inflation, which will eat everyone alive.
That's why it's more important than ever to be engaged, to be active, so that next year and in 2024 we trounce these individuals who are truly un-American and acting against the strictures of the Constitution.
Let's listen to a man who was blocked by Mark Milley in contravention of the U.S.
Constitution.
This is Kash Patel, formerly of the Intelligence Committee on Capitol Hill, also the Deputy Secretary of Defense for the Acting Secretary of Defense on Tucker Carlson's show, Play Cut Three.
Kash Patel served as Chief of Staff to the acting U.S.
Secretary of Defense under the last administration.
He joins us now.
Kash Patel, thanks so much for coming on.
First question, do you believe this reporting is accurate?
Great to be with you, Tucker.
And based on the reporting and my experiences in the Defense Department with Chairman Milley, I believe the reporting to be very accurate and very unfortunate and tragic that the highest uniformed officer in the country would controvert his responsibility and possibly break the law because the Constitution and the federal statutes only allow the chairman to advise the president on military affairs.
He has no command authority whatsoever.
Because he was not elected by anyone.
That's how our system works.
Power vests with people the public chooses to represent them.
That's what democracy is.
It's not that complicated.
So if he's trying to control who the next CIA director is, prevent you from getting the job, as it happens, that's so far outside what we call, I guess, democratic norms.
I just wonder why no one said anything about it.
You're totally right, and I'm glad you're covering it because so few people have.
Look, the statutes are clear.
He is responsible for advising the President and the Secretary of Defense on military affairs.
If anyone else in that role controverted federal statute passed by Congress, they would be, as you said, removed promptly from that position.
Or he should resign, but he wants to create and has created A joint staff operation that is a pseudo defense department all on its own, which he has hijacked the authority of the Secretary of Defense and the President of the United States and to execute as he sees fit.
And that is in contravention of the law.
And he has become the very thing that he is lobbied against, which is one of the biggest political operatives in the United States Defense Department.
He is now officially the Kraken of the swamp.
He is now officially the Kraken of the Swamp.
It seems to be a recurring theme of late.
The left's gaslighting of America.
Why?
Well, here's the perfect example.
For four years, we were told that this man was a dictator.
That Donald Trump wants to create some kind of banana republic and use the military to stay in power.
What's the truth?
Did he spy on journalists like Obama did?
Did he lock up the sources for those journalists like Obama did?
Did he spy?
Did he use the NSA and the CIA and the FBI to surveil the other party's presidential campaign?
No!
That's what Democrats do.
And now we have In contravention of what is meant to be the bedrock of our national security establishment, which is civilian control of the military.
This isn't Argentina in the 1980s.
This isn't Fidel Castro's Cuba or Franco's Spain.
The chief of the military isn't a man in uniform.
In America, the commander-in-chief wears no uniform.
He's a civilian.
The military has to take his orders.
But in contravention of that constitutional order, we have the most senior man in uniform, never elected by anybody, Mark Milley, think that he gets to take the decisions.
Thinking that he gets to obstruct and choose who other members of the cabinet should be.
That is the definition of a Benin Republic.
That is a threat to the security of all Americans, irrespective of who you voted for, irrespective of what your personal political proclivities are.
When a man who has no political legitimacy, none, Who, according to the National Security Act of 1947, according to the U.S.
Constitution, has zero command authority.
None.
The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs has zero command authority.
The constitutional mandate, the code is clear.
He is an advisor on military issues to the incumbent Commander-in-Chief who happens to be the civilian president.
Mark Milley is a threat to the American Republic.
And he's clearly not a Republican.
And he clearly does not believe in America First.
He is a coward and he's a dangerous coward.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.

Oh, wow.
That's very brave of you.
Yes, it was.
Where'd you go?

Beautiful, beautiful.
It's skipping a little bit.

Uh, what did he say?
A-Z... Was it Georgia and Pennsylvania?
All three, right?
I think that's what he said, yeah.
Will A-Z, G-A, and P-A flip for Trump?
Will A-Z, G-A, and P-A flip for Trump?
Okay, Trish, can you still hear us?
She said redial her, remember?
Oh, okay.
- Okay, yeah, calling her back.
Hello, Trish, can you hear us?
I do.
Tell me if this is better.
It looks pretty good.
Looks stable.

Just for when we cut to your camera alone.
Otherwise we can just keep it on the split screen if you prefer.
We can keep it on the split screen.
Okay.

Um, yeah, let's open them for a little bit.
Alright.
Okay, standing by.
Why do I have one white hair in the middle of my forehead?
I'm good.
Why do I have one white hair in the middle of my forehead?
It's Friday.
It's the second segment of The First Hour and that means we have got to go to our newest Salem colleague.
She is the host of the Trish Regan show.
Subscribe today.
She's on Rumble.
She's on Twitter at Trish underscore Regan and her website TrishIntel.com.
Trish, welcome back to America First!
Good to see you again, Seb.
Welcome back to you as well.
Thank you kindly.
It's great to be back in the studio after a little respite in the Adriatic.
You have been such a champion on the question of Venezuela, so we have to talk about the events of the last few days.
In Cuba.
But before we get to that, let's stay home.
You are our market maven.
Just three little headlines I'd like to read to you.
You are clearly a Nostradamus.
You have your crystal ball.
Gas prices hit record $3.15 a gallon amid oil price surge.
Inflation continues.
Rapid surge rises at the fastest pace in 13 years.
And then the last one, a kind of theme of our discussions over the last year.
Cities in blue states have worse labor It's going to get pretty bad.
I mean, here, let me walk you through it, what's actually happening.
Sure, the market may be going up, right?
And you've got some decent economic numbers out there.
But overall, we're getting into an environment, once inflation starts going, it's really hard to put the genie back in the bottle, so to speak.
We saw this in the 1970s, and it really feels quite similar to the 1970s all over again.
I mean, think about what we had to deal with at that time.
Rising gas prices, rising food prices, and yet, simultaneously, you have what they call stagflation because the economy wasn't growing enough.
We're now in a situation, Seb, where prices are going up, up, up, and away.
I mean, numbers that we have not seen before. 5.4%.
Was CPI consumer price index in the last month.
There's not a great way to fight this.
And if you don't have the growth to go alongside it, we're really going to be in a jam.
And I don't believe that we're going to have this growth.
I mean, it's it's OK in comparison to what it's been.
Right.
Because a year ago, things were obviously very, very different.
But this is not sustainable, and it's gonna hurt everyone.
It's gonna hurt the middle class the most, because the middle class gets hit by these inflationary numbers.
It's too bad.
Just a story from a good friend.
He owns a brewery, a very successful brewery, in a rather depressed part of a state that you love, and he's looking for a new GM, a new guy to run the bar.
He's having to pay that GM $105,000, Trish.
Isn't that insane?
to run above.
Well, that's what the Biden administration wants, right?
Because they're trying to raise wages.
But if you've got inflation simultaneously alongside that, then it really doesn't matter, does it?
I mean, it just makes it more difficult for people starting out.
I mean, I live in the New England area.
You cannot, you cannot like go and sit down and have a normal dinner because there's nobody to wait on you.
My parents and I went to a Chinese restaurant the other night.
They had all these open tables and they were like, sorry, we don't know if we can seat you for 15 minutes.
We have only one server tonight.
Oh my gosh.
That's Biden's economy, Trish.
That's Biden's economy.
Let's talk about the events just 80 miles off the shore of Miami and the administration's reaction.
The fact that it took a week, a week for the White House to admit that this isn't about vaccines, this isn't about COVID, and there may be something wrong with the economic system in Cuba, Trish.
Just something.
You know, I don't know, this little thing called communism, maybe communism doesn't work.
You notice AOC and Black Lives Matter, they've taken a very different stand.
They're saying, oh, it's because of all those, you know, trade issues and embargoes and sanctions.
That's why Cuba's in a bad spot.
Nothing to do with communism, nothing to see here, folks.
I mean, think about that.
It's appalling.
It's appalling that it took the Biden administration this long to come out and say, yeah, communism doesn't really work.
They're so scared of alienating the extremists in their party.
And they are extremists.
AOC, Bernie Sanders, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, all these people that somehow think communism isn't the issue here, when in fact it is.
They were so scared of them that they didn't come out and do the proper thing from the beginning.
And I still am very doubtful as to whether or not we're going to see much support for Cuba.
Don't forget.
Cubans know what communism is like, right?
So when they move to the United States of America, they're not voting for the communist-like style principles and policies that the Biden team- Well, this is why Alejandro Mayorkas has said, don't you dare come here.
Now you tell me, Seb, I mean, look, how is it that we're willing to roll out the red carpet for migrants?
And by the way, he used the term migrants when referring to those coming from Cuba.
You notice they never call people coming over the border from Mexico migrants.
They always refer to them as immigrants.
Yes.
Well, let me just say that the illegal migrants coming over the border, they're not escaping What people in Cuba are escaping.
I mean, the Cubans are legitimate refugees from a regime that will kill them.
If they're found out.
I mean, these are real refugees, and so when we talk about being hospitable to refugees, shouldn't we at least be looking at the Cubans?
And you know they're not.
And I find that peculiar, but incredibly sad, because I suspect that the real reason here is all politics.
Well, it is.
Let's listen to AOC, who lays the blame not on the Castro regime, but on America.
Cut to.
One of the things that we want to make sure that we communicate is our solidarity with the Cuban people.
And what's extraordinarily important for us to communicate as well is the actions and U.S.
contributions to the suffering of Cubans on the island as well.
And that is directly related to the embargo, the U.S.
embargo.
Like other U.S.
policies, particularly other U.S.
policies targeting Latin Americans and Latinos, The cruelty is the point.
So it's not the cruelty of a 62-year-old communist regime, it's our embargo, Trish?
Well, it's always our fault, right?
I'm having you learn that?
It's always the fault of the United States of America with these people.
They seem to have forgotten that, you know, we'd all be speaking German right now if it wasn't for the United States of America.
But let me just say, And AOC, she's using this opportunity.
Again, this is like a political chip, and I find this really distressing because I think about how broken we are right now.
When you have a party out there, when you have leftists that will actually say, yes, we're going to bring in as many people as we can from Mexico.
We don't care if they have any way to support themselves.
We're going to hold them up on a pedestal while simultaneously disparaging those from Cuba.
I mean, I got a real problem with that.
And don't tell me it's the fault of the United States of America.
when we actually are standing up for something We're standing for freedom.
We want these people to have an opportunity in Cuba.
We don't want the government to take every single last dime and leave them impoverished.
I mean AOC seems to be okay with that.
She's got two apartments and a Tesla.
I guess it works for her.
But I'm sorry, the rest of America, no.
And not only that, she is of course not a Democrat.
For those who didn't see the background of this lady, she was elected as a member of the DSA, the Democratic Socialists of America.
She's not even a Democrat and she's definitely out of the closet.
That's who AOC, the squad, Bernie et al truly are.
Follow her on Twitter at Trish underscore Reagan.

God bless.
Have a great weekend.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Your call's next, and then Congressman Jim Jordan.
Thanks, guys.
Thank you, Trish.
Thank you, Trish.
I'll see you later.
All righty.
All right.
There we go.
All right.
Did you see my text?
No.
Right.
You've got to have the phone in front of you the whole time.
You cannot have us at different sizes.
OK?
Yeah.
Line three is ringing.
Yeah, I'll grab it.
Oh, can you give me one?
I can, can I, let me take one.
One.
All right.
Well.
All right.
There we go.
mic's on. Alright.
We've got so many cuts.
What's super important?
We still have a lot of cuts from previous days, too, that we didn't use.
No, no, no, no.
We've got too many good ones today.
Oh, we've got to do cut four.
Acosta.
I need the -- thank you.
Eleven's probably good, right?
Seagull?
Yes.
Okay.
Sorry, witch cut?
I was just asking Geoff about something.
Oh, okay.
Alright.
Alright, kill him, Lex.
Yeah.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Yeah, just don't say not on this show.
It's true.
Trish is right.
They're trying to destroy the economy, trying to socialize it.
Let's fight back with the great people of the Job Creators Network.
They're looking for some advocates for small and medium-sized businesses, advisors, advocates, people that they will train up, help you place op-eds in local papers and get you on local TV news stations.
We need to push back on the insanity of the fake infrastructure deal, the $15 minimum wage, Together, these will destroy small businesses.

We opened the show with this woman, this girl, Olivia Rodrigo from Disney with Fauci.
But it's really, it's I had a dream that I got the COVID-19 vaccine and met Dr. Fauci afterwards.
St. Fauci and Olivia Rodrigo.
I had a dream that I got the COVID-19 vaccine and met Dr. Fauci afterwards.
I told him that I'd bought his bobblehead and he was super cool about it.
I saw your bobblehead today.
Did you like it?
Yeah, it was amazing.
It was great.
Did anyone else spend their Friday afternoon driving to their second vaccine appointment and crying to Olivia Rodrigo, or was that just me?
Hey, I love that.
I'm so happy that I'm soundtracking your vaccine appointment.
That's great.
That makes me very happy.
I'm so happy that you are thinking of me when you're getting a needle in your arm.
Mr. G was shaking his head.
He's at the desk now.
He's running our engineering.
Mr. G, how creepy is that?
Not only that, it's so dumb.
Do you think that's going to convince them?
I wanted to ask you, do you think that has any effect on kids?
Zero whatsoever.
And here's the other thing.
What 12-year-old kid is probably making the decision to get the vaccine?
They have no idea about it.
It's their parents.
And bobbleheads.
If you like bobbleheads, that makes you get a vaccine, right, Mr. G?
And the Fauci-alchi.
That's got to be a drop.
The Fauci-alchi has to be a drop.
OK, we have so many guests.
Let's get to some calls.
Let's go to Al, California, line two.
Welcome to America First.
How you doing, Sebastian?
It's Friday!
Of course I'm good!
Good.
Hey, listen, I've got a kind of a necessary question.
You and I usually talk about guns or sovereign borders, but here's my question.
I'm sure you've thought of it because both you and I have had to deal with these people.
What is it that makes somebody want to be a Hitler, a Stalin, or a Saddam Hussein?
Now, they've done analysis of these guys.
They've done analysis of these guys.
You've found that Three of those dictators, their fathers beat them up, but why would anybody want to be like that?
It's very simple!
Evil, evil is real, evil exists.
It's because they're evil.
Yeah.
I think there are some people that are simply evil and simply have to be stood up to.
Okay, one final point, since the news media won't tell anybody this, 99% of the American people did not kill anybody this year, with or without a gun.
So, you and I didn't kill anybody this year.
And Al, I have a lot of guns.
I have a lot of guns.
And guess what?
None of my guns killed anybody this year.
How strange is that?
And some of them are black.
They're black and scary, you know, like those assault weapons we hear about.
Oh, wow.
How did they not kill anybody?
So strange.
Thank you, Al.
Great question, as usual.
It's Friday.
And who else is on the line from Brooklyn?
The one and only Judy.
I gotta make up for lost time.
You know something?
This is blowing my mind, Dr. G, OK?
Where is Fauci or the CDC or AOC or any of these hypocrites, OK, regarding COVID-infested illegal migrants?
Thank you very much.
15 to 25 percent, over 800,000 to a million.
You do the math.
that have been released all over the United States and they're reporting a COVID spread in California and all the other states.
But no mention of the fact that you've got all these people not tested and they're released into the public among all of us.
And you know what?
This is definitely a deliberate, diabolical, democratic move to once again try and hold on to their COVID election mail-in fraud, plus plus.
And the thing is, it's just so outrageous, because it puts all of us in jeopardy.
And they sit there and talk about vaccinations, vaccinations, and there they were, and they just let these people go and spread COVID.
It's ridiculous.
And the worst part of it all, Judy, you're absolutely right.
These people who are spread across the nation, mostly into Republican strongholds, these illegal immigrants, Their bus ticket, their plane ticket is paid for by you, by me, by the US taxpayer.
It is an attempt to undermine our political system because if you're a liberal you're not having babies.
They've got to create voters out of something and they want to amnesty the two million illegals crossing our border this year.
It's an outrage.
It has to stop.
Be part of the solution.
Put pressure on local politicians.
And if you can, run yourself.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, the number here, 833-33-Gorka, 833-334-6752.

It was a patriot, clearly, from Fairfax County at a PTA meeting.
Somebody from the NAACP called Michelle Leet.
Um, wanting her fellow Americans to die.
I mean, she's clearly mentally unstable.
Listen to how she speaks.
But this is today's Left and you need to see the evidence.
Cut 4, play cut.
Let's deny this off-key band of people that are anti-education, anti-teacher, anti-equity, anti-history, anti-racial reckoning, anti-opportunities, anti-health people, anti-diversity, anti-platform, anti-science, anti-change agent, anti-social justice, anti-healthcare, anti-worker, anti-LGBTQ+, anti-children, anti-live-and-let-live people.
Let them die.
How insane are they?
How insane are they?
Anti-live-and-let-die, and then she says they should die.
That's the insanity.
You protest critical race theory, and they want you to die.
I know somebody has an opinion on that issue.
He is, of course, one of the true freedom fighters on Capitol Hill, and he's joining us this Friday.
Jim Jordan, Congressman Jordan, welcome to America First.
Always good to be with you, Sebastian.
Congressman Jordan, on the issue of CRT, that clearly is triggering lots of liberals now that lots of Americans are realizing what it is.
Could this be a turning point?
Could this make a lot of people wake up to the threat of radicalized left-wing politics in America?
I think it's doing just that.
I think you're exactly right.
We now have, this has never happened I don't think in American history, we now have what I would argue is the majority of one of the major political parties where a majority of that party doesn't like the country, thinks the country is bad, thinks the country is by nature racist, which we know is not true, just thinks America is not the greatest nation ever like we all in the Republican Party, and I think still frankly a lot of Democrats think that as well, but that's what this I think underscores is
The fact that you now have a bunch of lefties in the Democrat Party who don't like our country and don't like the principles and values that make us a special place.
He's the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee.
He's from the beautiful Fourth District of Ohio.
Follow him, Jim underscore Jordan, on Twitter, Jordan dot house dot gov. Congressman, it's not just the radicals.
It's the lack of self-awareness.
And let me just without a political tinge, let me ask you to just comment.
Texan state representatives renege on their duty to represent their constituents, get on private jets to escape to the swamp.
And then Congressman Jordan takes selfies grinning with their masks off.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Take their football and go home, and they don't go home, they go to the place where you have the most radical and crazy ideas.
They go to Washington, D.C.
to hang out with other lefties and other Democrats.
No, again, I think the American people see this for what it is.
This is a joke.
We know in America you're not supposed to just go pout and take your, as we always say, take your football and go home.
You're supposed to do your job and do your responsibility, and they're not.
And I think it's great that the Republicans in the great state of Texas are pushing back, particularly the governor, who's talked about what the Constitution allows.
Yeah, I can't wait to see those people arrested and frog-marched to the Statehouse to do their job, the job they swore an oath to do.
Congressman Jordan, very strange.
Can you give us any insight?
You're on Capitol Hill fighting a good fight.
Why have Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer been so incredibly quiet in the last week with regards to the historic events occurring on the streets Yeah, no.
Again, I think it's an indication of where the left is today.
They don't want to stand up for freedom.
They don't want to stand up for individuals who are actually expressing freedom.
You know, you've got Cubans putting up the American flag.
You've got Cubans talking about freedom.
You've got Cubans talking about, you know, just how bad it is under a communist regime.
I've actually had the opportunity to go to Cuba.
I was there twice.
My background's in the sport of wrestling.
I competed there twice, back in 1988 and 1990.
Did you get to talk to any real Cubans without somebody watching you?
No.
No, it's amazing people, but you just... I got to see firsthand what happened.
When you have a system that doesn't allow property rights, doesn't allow capitalism, doesn't allow freedom, doesn't respect the rule of law, you see how bad it is.
And again, I always say it's not about the people.
We're all human beings.
We're all in need of God's grace.
But when you have systems that repress freedom like they do in Cuba, you see how bad it gets.
And those people are yearning for what we enjoy in this great country, yearning for an opportunity to be able to set goals, have dreams, and go make them happen.
Which you cannot do in these communist systems.
And to have Democrats not speak out in favor of these individuals in Cuba is, again, I think an indication of just how crazy the left's become.
And when you have high Obama holdovers, high officials in the State Department, Congressman Jordan, say that the demonstrations are because of COVID and a shortage of vaccines... No, no.
Give me a... I mean, nobody believes... This is the thing today, Sebastian, and you know this.
You've talked about this many times.
Nobody believes what comes from the mainstream press.
Because time and time again, they tell us something, they push a narrative, and then we'll learn months later, oh, that was completely false, just like we thought it was at the time they were saying it.
So nobody trusts what the mainstream press says.
This is one of the great things President Trump has highlighted so well for the country.
You can't trust the fake news because it's fake, because it's made up half the time.
And so that's what's going on here again.
Again and again, as they've done so many times before.
Last question to the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, good friend of America First, the freedom fighter on Capitol Hill, Congressman Jim Jordan.
What is your message to the people of Ohio, to the 4th District, to all Americans who believe in the future of the Republic, who've lost faith since November, now that we're seeing some very interesting things roll in from Maricopa County, from Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
What is your message to those?
Yeah, just hang on.
We've got to hold on for the next 17 months.
We're going to win back the House of Representatives.
Then there'll be a stalemate.
And President Trump, I believe, is going to run again in 2024 and will win the White House.
And then we can get back to that great Trump economy.
Not this craziness on the border.
Not this crazy inflation that Biden's created.
Not all the hassle.
I mean, we can get back to the way America is supposed to be.
A powerful message.
A man who always brings up the power of God's grace in our interviews.
God bless you.

I was a naughty boy today on the way to work.
I didn't have time to order lunch like I do for the guys usually.
I had a donut.

Cut 11.

that the overdose deaths, 93,000, like you said, the most in this century, by the way, were caused by what she's calling isolation.
But our word for isolation is lockdowns, where people don't have access to their loved ones, where people don't have access to any structure or they don't have any happiness where they're locked down.
They don't have any treatment.
They can't get any treatment.
They can't even get Narcan, which is the emergency drug that you use for opioids if you're about to stop breathing.
The true cost, not of COVID, but of the lockdown and the 90,000 overdoses last year here in America.
Let's go to your calls, Chris in Orlando, line one.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for taking my call.
Sure.
I wanted to talk to you about the Cuban crisis and people talking about wanting to get the internet back up in Cuba.
Yes.
Because the Overwhelming majority of what I've seen of the opinion is that they're anti-communist.
If the internet is set up again, what's to stop people like Twitter or Facebook from squelching the narrative, what's actually happening, if it doesn't apply to what the mainstream thought process is?
Nothing.
Why are we even looking at that as a possibility?
Rubio was talking about getting the Internet back up and making that a priority.
I don't think it's just going to be propaganda that the Communists put out.
Yeah, but getting the Internet back up, Chris, the priority there isn't what people can post on Twitter or on Facebook.
The priority there is communications.
So people can get the word out other ways with emails.
It's not just the social media platforms.
These people have to have access.
It's like the pamphleteers of the 18th century.
So it's not just about social media.
Of course, they're going to be political activists.
Of course, they're going to subscribe to whatever they ideologically believe in.
But it's much bigger than social media.
It's just being able to communicate with the world.
Great question, Chris.

Why the hell are you so hard to get on the show?
Well, you know, I've been the last seven months.
I've got a book.
This is not public yet, but I've got a book coming out in January.
Okay.
And when I get there, I get here in a few hours.

All right.
How have you been?
Good.

We're going to talk guns this hour.
Congressman Andy Biggs in the last hour of the show.
And the Baron Boris Epstein.
But now a man who's...
One of the hardest people to get on this show.
Why?
Because he's got a job to do fighting the swamp he reaches, uncovering the depth, the breadth of the corruption in the swamp.
He is truth-teller extraordinaire Peter Schweitzer.
He is, of course, the head of the Government Accountability Institute, author of amazing works like Clinton Cash and most recently Profiles of Corruption.
Peter, welcome back to America First.
It's always great to be with you, Seb, my old friend.
How are you doing?
Good, good, but I'm going to be a little bit rude now.
I'm going to take up 20 seconds of our interview by reading three sentences from a new report that I'd just like you to comment on, Peter.
This is from Emma Colton, foxnews.com.
The federal prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden's taxes reportedly waited until after The election to seek search warrants, which stalled the public from finding out about the probe.
Delaware's U.S.
Attorney David Weiss began his probe into the president's son in 2018, but decided last summer To hold off on seeking warrants or issuing a grand jury subpoena in a bid not to let the public know what was happening.
Last sentence, which of course illustrates the depth of the swamp, Peter.
Vice is a Republican who was appointed during the Trump administration.
Your reaction, Peter Schweitzer.
You know, Sam, this is the way they handle all investigations, right?
I mean, there are never leaks.
There are never announcements.
No, they always wait a year with Roger Stone.
They always wait a year or two years with Paul Manafort or General Flynn.
They don't leak it to the Washington Post as it's happening.
Never.
No.
Never.
That never happens.
I mean, this illustrates the point that You know, I want to believe that still a majority of Americans hold to is that people are just looking for consistency.
They're looking for a consistent standard.
If you're going to do the sorts of things you did in the Roger Stone case, then just be consistent when it applies to other people.
The problem is that's not what we have.
We are increasingly a country that has a justice system that has different standards for insiders than for outsiders.
And if you are in a position of political power, political influence, it seems to matter whether you have a D or an R after your name.
I never thought I would find myself saying that, but that's what the evidence before us shows.
And it's tragic, because once we lose that sense that Lady Justice is blind, you know, She's meeting out justice and she's got her eyes covered because it's about the crime and the evidence, not the man.
Once we lose that, it undermines this wonderful system of justice that we've had that's not perfect.
But it's the best in the world.
And that is, I fear, what has happened.
So let me ask you the question.
We don't rehearse any of this.
We don't do like other shows where we send out the questions in advance.
We don't do that.
This is real.
This is live.
And this may be impolitic, but it's really the burning question for me.
And I consider you a friend and I consider you to be a great patriot.
Aren't you?
How do you manage to keep on doing what you do, Peter?
When you realize the depth of the corruption and the fact that there's just as much corruption on both sides of the aisle.
Great question, Seb, and I guess what I would say is, whatever choice do I have?
I mean, if I love my country, you love your country, there are millions upon millions of people that do, you know, you can respond to the opposition, you can respond to the corruption by either getting discouraged, getting angry and saying things can't change, or you can say, You know, I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing and I'm going to fight harder.
And, you know, in a way, you know, I would say that what we try to do, it's a little bit like what Paul Revere did, right?
He alerted people to the pending threat.
Now, it was not up to Paul Revere to make sure that the Continental Army was ready and that his job was to alert and then to allow patriots you know, to to do what they could do to protect the country.
And that's kind of the situation that we're in.
So is it discouraging?
Absolutely.
But we are going to continue to fight.
And if we go down, we're going to go down fighting.
Yeah, we're going to go down standing on a pile of brass casings.
That's my promise to my fellow patriots.
He is the president of the incredible Government Accountability Institute.
Any book he's written is worth your while, especially Clinton Cash and most recently Profiles in Corruption.
Follow him at Peter Schweitzer on Twitter.
That's S-C-H-W-I-W-E-I-Z-E-R.
Peter Schweitzer.
I don't do devil's advocate, but let me put it thusly.
What is your response to those, maybe what we can say Democrat voters or just the apolitical, who say, why can't you leave this Hunter Biden thing alone?
He's not a politician.
He doesn't work for the government.
He may be a wretched, sad guy, but it's irrelevant to the political plight of America.
Well, it's because, as I wrote in a 2018 book that was called Secret Empires, and it looked at Republicans and Democrats, that corruption in America is increasingly being offshore.
And what do I mean by offshore?
Two things.
Number one, the days in which a congressman or a senator or some political figure takes money in a shoebox and hides it somewhere, that's the old unsophisticated way of getting paid.
What you do now is you set up a family member.
The family member cashes in, so it's sort of offshore.
They're getting paid, and you're ultimately going to benefit, and we're going to show how Joe Biden is benefiting from Hunter Biden's work.
But you offshore it.
So that's the first point.
The activities that Hunter Biden is engaged in and the enrichment that has taken place from foreign oligarchs is absolutely bound and connected with superglue to the fact that his father is in politics.
You cannot separate them.
But the second reason, Seb, is that the kind of corruption we're dealing with, you know, we're all used to, and I'm not saying it's a good thing, it's just you get used to, you know, the old corruption where somebody who has a paving company, you know, gets a contract because, you know, his cousin sits on the county council.
That's the kind of corruption we're used to.
It's bad and it's wrong.
But what we're dealing with here is globalized corruption.
Everybody talks about how we have a global economy.
You have globalists who want to have an internationally governed planet.
Well, corruption has been globalized, too, and what that means is we're not talking about Hunter Biden getting payoffs from somebody on Wall Street or from an oil company in Houston or some law firm in Los Angeles.
We're talking about the President of the United States and his family getting deals from our adversaries and rivals on the global stage.
And the question becomes, why are they doing that?
Yeah, and let me run this one past you.
So my radio buddy Chris Plant has coined the phrase, the art show loophole.
The idea that this crack-smoking, quote-unquote, painter called Hunter Biden is now being paid half a million dollars for his, quote-unquote, paintings.
But it's okay because nobody knows the identity of the people buying these garbage, quote-unquote, pieces of art.
Isn't that just graft and corruption?
Using fake paintings?
Absolutely, Fab.
I mean, here's the thing.
You probably thought you would never hear me say this, but I give Bill and Hillary Clinton some credit, because when Bill Clinton left the White House and his wife was in the Senate, became Secretary of State, they said, you know what?
We're going to go and we're going to rake in all this foreign money, but we're going to at least disclose who's paying Bill to give these high-paid speeches.
And they did, to their credit.
Now they missed some, which was a problem, but the point is they did disclose it.
The Biden approach on these paintings is exactly the opposite, which is we're going to deal with it ethically by not telling you who's buying it.
And just trust us, we're going to make sure that things go okay.
Is it Vladimir Putin?
Is it an Iranian Mullah?
Is it Xi Jinping?
Is it a member of the Mexican cartels?
Oh, don't worry, you won't know, therefore it's purely ethical, not a problem.
It is the art show loophole.
Chris Platt is right.
Find out the depth of the corruption, as Peter says.
What else are we going to do?
We're going to keep on fighting whatever it takes.
He is the president of the Government Accountability Institute.
The latest book is Profiles in Corruption.
A nice choice of title given the connection to JFK.
Follow him on Twitter.
Keep doing what you do.
God bless Peter.
Can't wait for the next book.

We can talk about... I've been talking about Millie.
We can talk about Millie.
We can talk about Border.
You know, the Border numbers came out.
They were just through the roof.
Yeah.
Okay.
Oh, we can talk about Millie.
Okay, let's talk about Border and Millie.
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, has Millie said anything yet?
No.
Zip.
Nothing.
Which is just like... What?
Sorry?
Yes, I said, or no, I didn't.
A denial would be nice.
Or a confirmation.
Yeah, I said it.
Either one.
It'd be nice to have.
I don't think Millie's that stupid.
Sorry, did I lie?
It's like the Stanley McChrystal moment.
Do you have a Stanley McChrystal moment?
I mean, that was so dumb.
You think you're gonna have a guy from the Rolling Stone around you for a week and you don't think he's gonna exploit that situation?
Like, seriously, tactical awareness.
You made a movie out of that.
Yeah, I know!
Generals say stupid things, I get that.
Normally you're the chairman of the Joint Chiefs.
Not so much.
Yeah.
We're just pretending it's something like that.
Yeah.
Well, you know... One minute.
I mean, he's going to be asked about it next time he testifies.
I guess... Oh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
If somebody doesn't actually... Good point.
Do you want to silence that?
Oh, sorry about that.
No worries.
I'm trying to get Rick Garneau to come over to hear it.
Oh!
Because I was actually calling... I've got to call this person back.
But he's based in California.
Well, yeah.
We could do it virtual, I guess.
Uh-huh.
Either way.
He just announced he was not running for governor.
Oh, he has?
Yep.
Yep.
The deadline's today, anyway, to file, so... All right, grab your headphones.
Let's roll.
All righty.
Standing by.

I like that!
Indispensable nation, indispensable immigrant.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Car Firearms is fighting for America.
Cars executives stand with America First and are willing to put their It's Friday.
It's time to talk national security with the man who knows it all.
He is the Vice President of the Heritage Foundation for Matters Foreign Policy et al.
We'll be right back.
Jim, welcome back in studio.
So, you know, I'm an immigrant.
You've been an immigrant?
I'm an immigrant.
I didn't know that.
Yeah, I moved from the South Bronx to Long Island.
Did you have to do it illegally?
Did you have to cross a river?
We got on covered wagons.
Was it scary?
Was it a scary journey?
I think I walked barefoot the entire way.
You look good for it.
You look good for it.
I could see the Statue of Liberty in the background as I trudged out to the plains of Long Island to build a log cabin.
Somehow I think he's not exactly telling the truth.
I may have.
Speaking of not telling the truth.
Yes.
Let's talk about border security.
Let's talk about that first.
Nice segue.
That was very slick, but I'm going to counter that.
We'll talk border security in the next segment.
Let's talk about, I'm sure you've got strong opinions on this, lots of reports about what Mark Milley did or didn't say as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, blocking somebody's nomination to be Director of the CIA, talking about some Kristallnacht or Reichstag moment that Donald Trump was engineering.
At this point, as the most senior military officer in the United States, wouldn't you expect a statement of, no I didn't say it or yes I did, Jim?
Yeah, you know, so just a little context on why this is actually kind of a really important moment and that is There are so many issues bubbling up on what's called civil-military relations.
I mean, something you know a lot about teaching years in military schools, but this is how, what's the appropriate behavior of military officers to their civilian leaders?
Because under the Constitution, it's clearly defined that civilian officials have authority over the U.S.
military, but that the U.S.
military Fundamentally, he has an obligation to the Constitution to provide selfless service to their nation.
And then we have that very unusual position, which is different elsewhere, where the chief guy in uniform is often a commander.
Here, he's not.
He has an advisorial position by the Constitution.
He advises the President.
He doesn't command.
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff doesn't command anything, right?
The command authority goes from the President to the Secretary of Defense to the service chiefs for the Pentagon to the commanders in the field.
There are so many issues where civil-military relations are really almost – I mean, I've been doing this forever.
I haven't seen anything like this since the 1970s, since the post-Vietnam era when the popularity of the military was in the nadir.
We just came out of the draft.
The military was in horrible shape.
People accused leaders of careerism.
It was just an awful, terrible time.
And I thought, well, I've never.
And of course, then we had the Reagan military built up, the resurgence of respect for the military.
And then we have ups and downs.
Trump had some.
Look, honestly, every president's had them.
We've had, you know, from the firing of MacArthur to the revolt of the general.
So it's not unusual for there to be bumps in the road.
But a consistent concern about is our military healthy?
Are leaders selfless?
Are they Are political leaders not overly interfering?
I haven't seen anything like this.
So we have transgender policy and we whipsaw between Trump and Biden.
Now, is that because we got different information or the politics just widely different, right?
Woke, teaching critical race theory in the military, telling soldiers that they're inherently racist and that there are other soldiers that feel uncomfortable around them.
Sexual violence.
A lot of dispute about how to handle that.
People wanting to totally redo the chain of command on how those issues are handled.
And what about this, it seems a tactical story, but I think it really illustrates this persistent tension that you're trying to highlight.
The story from this Texas US Army base where the local commander, emails have now been leaked, Where they are staging these illegal immigrants in a US Army facility, and the commander is ordering his subordinates, you must not take photographs, you mustn't talk about the illegal immigrants on this base.
That's not good for the health of this civilian control of the military, or esprit de corps, is it Jim?
Yeah, and in a sense ordering people to lie?
Yes!
Is there a military purpose for that?
Or is it political?
Or is it just political?
So you add all these things together, and this is some enormous tension here.
And so now we have this story breaking where literally the claim in the book – well, here, first of all, we haven't even seen the book, right?
So it's a claim which is allegedly in the book, which is about a conversation which allegedly actually took place where the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff basically insinuates that the President of the United States was planning a military coup.
You would think, if you were the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and this news broke everywhere, and this is a pretty sensitive issue and a pretty sensitive comment, and I think people on the left and right both would have a lot of questions and concerns and issues on this, maybe for different reasons, but they would, you would think there would be a clarifying comment From the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
And we're now over 24 hours into the story and we have had silence.
So you would think from the White House, they're like, no.
Don't say anything because we want people to believe that Donald Trump wanted a coup against America, so if it's a lie, don't say anything.
But on the other hand, if you didn't say it, why don't you just say, hey, I didn't say that?
If you did say it, why wouldn't you clarify exactly what you meant?
And the thing is, if you really thought Donald Trump was planning a coup in the United States, why wouldn't you resign on that day?
Exactly.
If you had honor, if it really happened.
But you made the point before we came on air that he's still the chairman and he's going to have to testify at some point on some issue.
He's not going to swim past this question the next time he's on Capitol Hill, right?
Exactly.
Somebody's going to ask him.
And so you just wonder, like, why wouldn't you come out and say, well, this is what I believe?
I think it really raises issue of loyalty, of appropriate military conduct and behavior.
When you add on top of this another concern is we want to take out extremists in the military and then we're hiring people who are Clearly political hacks to be in charge of hunting down extremists in the military.
It looks an awful like political persecution of people in the rank-and-file.
And on top of that, you know, we have the support that Tom Cotton and Dan Crenshaw and a few others sponsored.
That naval report.
And basically looking at the interviewing a whole bunch of people in the Navy and saying people are distracted, they're not focused on their job, they're worried about being officers being risk averse, they're worried they're doing bureaucracy, they're not focused on the war fighting task.
And this was the great challenge in the 70s is we weren't focused on the mission of providing for the common defense of the American people, we were doing all this other, you know, kind of busy work.
And there's two sins there.
On the one hand, Look, we understand you go from one president to the next.
Policies change.
We get that at the Pentagon.
We change the slides.
Political interference into military activities and driving political agendas.
That is beyond the pale.
And conversely, military officers standing by and either abetting that or watching it happen and not standing up against it?
Also not good.
Not good.
We shall continue with the Vice President of the Conservative Mothership.

I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
That's a good segment.
Yeah, it was great.
Mike's alive once again.
Alright, good movies.
You know what we did last night?
What?
The coolest thing for my wife's birthday.
You know what I did for my wife's birthday?
I rented a cinema to play her favorite movie.
Which her favorite movie?
The Sound of Music.
Oh my god, that's funny you should say that.
Because that's like the first, when Darlene and I got back together, it's like the first movie that we saw together.
With the interlude, with everything.
We took the kids, it was fabulous.
Where did you do that at, that they let you?
There's a new theatre in McLean and you can rent the theatre and it's cheap!
That's awesome.
It's cheap!
I guess because they're not packing them out.
Right.
But they've got one small screen with about 40 seats that they keep for private showings, three a day.
That's a good idea.
And you bring your DVD and you watch whatever you want.
Oh my god, that is awesome.
Is that cool?
Yeah.
So we're going to take you to watch Blade Runner and Star Trek 2.
We're going to duct tape you to the chair.
You know what we watched the other day, which is a movie that we hadn't seen when it first came out, was The Aviator with Leonardo DiCaprio.
Yeah, that's a Scorsese movie.
It was a really interesting film.
It reminds me of the Rocketeer.
I love the Rocketeer.
You know, I thought it should have been a good movie.
It's fun!
When I was a little kid.
Alan Arkin!
Oh, when I was a little kid, that TV series with the Rocket Pack guy, that was, to me, that was like, all I want to do is grow up, have a leather jacket and a backpack.
That was the coolest thing.
You know what my dad got me into?
Because he watched it in the 30s.
And this is in the 70s I'm watching.
I loved it.
The Flash Gordon black and white series.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
When I was a kid, I watched all that stuff.
Flash Gordon.
Loved it.
Buck Rogers.
The cliffhanger every episode.
Gene Autry in the Radio Ranch.
Purple Monster.
I mean, I watched all that stuff.
I love it.
Actually, I have them all at home.
I have them all on DVD.
You do?
Oh, yeah.
Every single one of them.
I believe it.
YouTube recently, you know YouTube has its movie channel where sometimes it will show like movies completely for free.
Clint Eastwood's Hang Em High was free on YouTube.
I finally saw that.
You could not make Hang Em High today.
A lot of movies you couldn't make.
Have you read, I just, on my vacation I read Jaws.
You couldn't publish that book today.
Have you read the novel, the Benchley novel?
It's terrible.
The human drama is just so... No, no, no.
The language about ethnic minorities is just like, you could not publish that book today.
I forgot about that.
Oh, man.
I remember when Spielberg first read the book, when he was tasked with possibly directing the movie adaptation... So we were actually... Go ahead, Eric.
When he finished reading the book, he was so sick of all the human drama, he allegedly said, I was rooting for the shark at one point.
Go ahead.
No, no, it's like, you know, you destroy the agency of the artist, right?
You tear down a statue.
Well, that artist's art is destroyed.
It's like burning the Mona Lisa, or a book, or a movie, or a film.
Okay, you don't like it, it doesn't fit your aesthetics or anything else, but essentially you have basically purged that person from history.
We destroy the art we don't like.
Well, that's a version of book burning.
It's another version of book burning.
It is, yeah.
I mean, I can't imagine it.
I mean, there are lots of films I would, like, never watch and lots of things I would never- Yeah, but you wouldn't destroy them.
I wouldn't argue they should- I would maybe want- wouldn't want them read at, you know, the, um, uh, uh, you know, uh, drag happy hour for little kids in libraries.
Drag queens.
But, um, but, you know.
Ready to roll?
Alright.
Let's do it.
in the internet age.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.

We're here to boggle his little mind.

You did a very neat segue in the last segment when you're talking about lies and mathematics and figures.
Astounding figures being released today for Well, the number is almost 200,000.
It's, it's historically unprecedented.
with illegals crossing the border.
Tell us what's going on, Jim.
Well, the number is almost 200,000.
It's historically unprecedented.
We've already had, you know, a few months ago when I was on this program, a few months ago, and I was sounding the, I think one of the first actually, right, to say this administration was going to have open wars policy, it was going to be a disaster.
My idea was scary was a million by the end of the year.
We've blown through that!
Or as the president would say.
No, look, but here's the deal.
We talk about lies.
The president lied to the American people.
He looked everyone in the eye and said, this is a seasonal problem.
And every pundit on the left on every talk show repeated that exact same line.
And every interviewer said, oh, yeah, right.
Thank you.
It's a seasonal problem.
Right.
He knew it was a lie when he said it.
We are actually in the season when normally things would actually slack a bit because it's so dangerous and hot in the desert.
Yes.
So the president looked us in the eye and he lied to the American people saying, don't worry, it's not a problem.
Like inflation, it's a spike thing, it'll go away.
It was a lie.
The Secretary of Homeland Security lied to the American people.
He said the border is closed, which I suppose technically, because if you're a tourist and you want to cross the border, no, you can't.
But literally tens of thousands of people walk across that border every week, handing money hand over fist to the cartels to do it.
He knew it was a lie when he said the border was closed.
He knew it was a misstatement and misjudged it.
He said it anyway.
So, I have to ask you also, on top of the lies about this being seasonal and everything else, just what we've seen in the last week with reference to Cuba, that a man who came here at the age of one as a Cuban refugee, who's now a cabinet member responsible for immigration and the border security, saying, as we have 6,000 illegals crossing the southern physical border every single day, telling Cubans, no, don't you dare come here.
How do we?
What jigsaw puzzle is this?
No, I mean, it does seem bizarre, right?
Look, I am sympathetic that we should say no to a boatlift.
First of all, it is incredibly dangerous.
It's hurricane season.
It's 90 miles.
Those boats aren't safe.
People don't have lifeboats.
But you made the point crossing the southern border is dangerous.
That is just as dangerous.
So they're both dangerous.
They're both a bad idea.
Right.
Plus the idea of the Cubans literally expelling people from their country, which is something Saddam Hussein did.
This is kind of an international crime to throw people, throw citizens out of your country.
You know, the Cubans using a boat lift to get rid of their dissidents, that's a bad idea.
I don't take issue with that.
But it's completely inconsistent.
And then to me say, if you try to come here, we will send you to a third country.
Oh my God, that was Trump's policy.
And both Mayorkas and the vice president, the president looked every American in the eye and said, that is a human rights violation.
That is a humanitarian catastrophe.
And then they turned right around and said, oh yeah, and we're going to implement the exact same policy.
So I don't know what to say.
They are lying to the American people on this issue, and they've been doing it consistently for every day.
And Mayorkas knows better.
He was in the Obama administration.
He's a professional.
He knows how this is supposed to run.
I think the only answer is, Susan Rice is running this country.
Susan Rice is giving people order.
These cabinet officials are just doing what they're told.
And then whether you're the president or the vice president or a cabinet official and it's stupid, you just make up some spin and say it with a straight face and move on.
Yeah, it's seasonal.
Thank you, Jim, and the rest of your team, Mark, Morgan, and everybody else, because you are keeping their feet to the fire, at least you are telling the truth about it.
It's not a crisis anymore, it's a catastrophe on the southern border.

Complacency is a weakness that patriots cannot afford.
For this reason, CAR Firearms is teaming up with America First in 2021.
CAR believes Americans shouldn't be afraid to publicly stand up for our freedoms.
This is about more than being gun enthusiasts.
This has become a very personal issue, struggling for the soul of America.
CAR wants America First Listeners to know that they are not afraid to publicly support Second Amendment Friday.
Check out their amazing line of US-made firearms.

Very excited!
For our current guest, he's a new guest.
He produces a weapon I am massively fond of, and I've just found out, as we were prepping to come on air, not only does he make one of the coolest guns out there, he's also a massive Star Wars fan.
Tommy Bostick of Tommy Built, welcome to America First.
I appreciate it.
So, Tommy, you produce here in America a civilian version of one of the coolest weapons.
If you're watching a spy thriller, even a science fiction thriller, you'll see this weapon in its fully automatic version everywhere on the big screen.
It's the G36.
How did you end up making a civilian version here in America of perhaps one of the sexiest Heckler & Koch weapons ever?
Well, you know, it kind of was just because I wanted one and you couldn't have one.
You know, HK doesn't really make a civilian version.
So, you know, when I first saw it with that decay, with that dual optic carry handle, I was like, yeah, whatever this space gun is, I need that.
Like, how do you get that?
And so I did a bunch of digging and Realized there is no way to get that and the SL8 rifle was probably the closest to it.
It shares a few things.
So I had an SL8 in the 90s.
It's the super civilianized version with a ugly thumbhole stock.
It's a light gray color, super ugly, but originally that's the closest you could get to one of the 36s, correct?
Exactly.
Yep, that was the closest you could get.
They share a lot of the same things.
I mean, the barrels, the top rails, there are some similarities there.
They share some parts, but it was just so far off from a 36, it wasn't, you know, it wasn't a thing.
So a guy had started making a kit that kind of bolted up to give you that look, but it just, it just, there's no way because of the, you know, the size of the receiver and where everything was designed and put, you just couldn't make it the same.
So, I eventually got a hold of a Demil G36 and I got the rear receiver part with the hinge and I started kind of cutting my gun up and said, you know, I'm just going to make this thing work.
Hang on, hang on.
Let's stop here for a second.
Let's stop here for a second.
OK.
Tommy Built Tactical is the website.
Check it out.
Fabulous weapons.
I got multiples myself.
That's Tommy Built with a T. TommyBuiltTactical.com.
What is your background?
What put you in a position to just kind of reverse engineer it?
You know, I really automotive background, you know, I worked in a lot of, you know, just automotive stuff in general, just working on cars and a lot of my guys, I had a car shop that we did like car stereo and fabrication stuff and car customizing.
And so I'd always been an HK fan and had all sorts of HK stuff.
And when I, you know, when this came around, I was like, I gotta figure out how to make this.
And so I had, you know, fixed enough broken plastic panels and other things to finally, you know, like, well, you know what?
I only want this as a G36.
I don't care about it as an SL8.
So I was willing to cut up a $1,500 gun to figure out if I could make it work.
And I've cut up enough stuff, and I've thought about it and planned it enough that I knew I'd be able to make it work somehow.
And it took a little bit, and I kind of tinkered with it, and I finally got it pretty much identical on the outside, you know, to a G36.
And I was able to, you know, do a handful of them.
From there, as soon as I posted pictures of it, I had everybody, you know, in the HK world was like, how do I do that?
You know, within about a year or so, it became a job.
And now you sell them.
Now you sell them.
I bought them.
They're amazing.
Tell us how popular this US-made G36 has been, or T36.
You know, it's been insane.
I never thought, you know, I'd be making the full, you know, firearm.
To me, I just was doing conversions.
I wanted something I couldn't have, and it wasn't planned to be a job at all.
It was just, I wanted to have something cool, and I did, and then it became You know, SLH, they stopped importing them around 2010 or so.
And so they were kind of, you know, the prices went way up and everybody was wanting them and wanting to do conversions.
But, you know, parts were drying up and guns were drying up.
And, and so, you know, kind of escalated to the point where I was like, well, I can, you know, do this and do that, maybe get some parts for, you know, maybe make a few parts.
And then I started dabbling in that world.
And then, and then, you know, next thing I know, the opportunity came up for us to, you know, manufacture, you know, tooling and receiver and Uh, and then at that point, you know, I was like, well, it'll either work or it won't.
Uh, you know, I think there's a market for it.
I, you know, I'm not, you know, into that end of the manufacturing world, but, um, I've done enough stuff where I think I can make it happen.
I know, certainly, you know, thousands of them.
So I know, uh, a lot about the platform.
And so we jumped in and did it.
And, um, you know, it has been nonstop ever since.
I mean, I can't keep anything in stock.
And the market is still crazy, correct?
The market is still crazy.
Literally, we can build about a hundred guns a month, and that's, you know, it's still kind of, I'm small business, I'm not some big giant manufacturer that has tons of employees and all sorts of other things to sell.
I sell pretty much two products, and, you know, it's tough to keep up with them, and I can tell you, we sell, I mean, I'll put up 50 guns, and they'll be gone off my website in 25 minutes.
It is just insane.
It's that good?
I've got lots of guys that want pre-orders, and for me, I would just rather sell what I have in stock and not take people's money to hang out and promise something at some point.
But, you know, it is a more expensive gun.
It is kind of a niche product gun just because it's not like an $800 AR.
I mean, these are kind of on the same level cost-wise, like the B&Ts or the SCAR, 416.
Your NR556 or one of those.
So it's up there.
So there's not tons of sales in that category all the time, I would say.
It's up there in the price category, but it's cooler than all of those weapons.
Check it out.
I agree.
He's Tommy Bostic.
He just wanted one of those cool guns, and he said...
I'm gonna make it, and he did.

What was America looking for?
January 1st, 2019.
Looking for a rerun.
Like, what's going to be the best rerun?
Right up at 2 o'clock.
Right the minute your show starts.
The first day on the air.
And I haven't gone back to any of those other shows since.
Radio Impact.
Sebastian Gorka.
Mr. G's digging through the archives.
What a fabulous call.
We need more of that.
Hey Jeff, we got so heavy on guests today.
What a fabulous Friday.
What cuts must we play before we leave this second hour?
Do you think it's time for some abilio?
Let's get you, you're in too good of a mood.
He wants to subvert my mood even though it's a Friday.
Let's go to that man who's, I don't know, ashamed of his Cuban heritage because his name isn't Jim.
He was born a bilio and he's losing it.
Cut nine!
Donald Trump committed crimes.
On the way to January 6th, is anything going to be done about it?
Why have we not had this conversation in this country?
I think it's a critical question, Chris, whether or not the former president of the United States belongs in the slammer for what he did between the election and January 6th.
General Milley appears to have put his finger on a very big problem, and that is that Donald Trump was behaving like an Adolf Hitler Committed crimes, should be in the slammer, and was like Adolf Hitler.
You made a point when you played that cat to me earlier, Jeff.
He's obsessed with something, isn't he?
Do you think he's a member of QAnon?
It's about Donald Trump, no matter what, when he does a hit.
His show is even about that.
That is horrible.
His show is terrible.
Is he?
Do you think he's a member of QAnon?
Does he think that Trump is still president?
Maybe he does.
I think he would love it more than the Q people if Trump came back.
Oh.
Hey, Abelio, are you a member of QAnon?
Do you believe that President Trump is still secretly President Trump and he's going to come back?
Is that why you cannot discuss anything?
Look, you know, that's why you're the producer.
You step into the breach.
How bad is his show, Jeff?
That right there, it was a hit.
He's okay as a guest.
I'm talking about delivery style.
No, his show!
His show!
Yes, but I'm saying that's him, how he can talk normal as a guest.
His show hosting is so bad.
I sent you some of the clips.
He talks so slow.
He doesn't move around because he still thinks he's a reporter.
There's nothing into it.
It is terrible.
Everybody should actually watch just one of his monologues because they are horrible and it's once a week.
He should practice during the week.
Get a little bit better.
Hang on!
Hang on!
It's once a week?
Oh yeah, it's one day a week.
Yeah.
You know what?
We gotta find his email.
You're so good at finding everybody's email.
Let's send him clips of my weekly show on Newsmax.
Oh, I have his email.
I already did that.
I haven't sent him yet, but I've already found his email.
Okay, let's put subject line, Dear Abilio, and let's send him the video links and say, we see you're having a little bit of trouble.
Seb, Dr. G's got a weekly show as well.
Maybe you should watch a little of it.
And this is how you do a show after I've already done 15 hours a week of radio.
Is that all he does?
Is that all he does?
He does a couple of hits there.
He's not the reporter anymore.
He's a couple of guest hits and a weekly show.
That's it.
You're funny, Abelio.
Stay here, guys.

Because it takes at least 10 seconds of thought to be a fascist.
He said that?
He said that?
What a dick.
I completely forgot he existed.
Me too, for that matter.
You're building up like, oh, Bolton's defending Trump, and then, oh, no, of course not.
Are you having fun, gentlemen?
So much fun, I can't even put it into words.
So much fun, you don't even need pizza.
No, no pizza, just cookies from 7-Eleven.
Cookies.
How's it going, Rumblers?
All 3,060 of you.
Woah!
3,000!
We love you.
Hit that rumble thing.
Hit the rumble thing.
Hit the rumble thing.
Hit the rumble thing, guys.
Yeah, alright, so we've got five minutes.
Alright, we'll talk about Biden.
Yeah.
Which cuts have we not played yet?
We played pretty much all the Fauci cuts.
Um, we gotta do the... The crazy TikTok lady.
The five.
Oh, we gotta do one and five.
One and five.
There's also those Seth Meyers things.
He's just so bad.
Play it.
It's so funny that this isn't a comedy monologue.
Everyone just wants this pandemic to end.
And the fastest way out...
Everyone just wants this pandemic to end, and the fastest way out is the vaccine.
COVID cases in the U.S.
have doubled in recent weeks, and CBS reported a few days ago that almost all of the new cases, 99.7%, are among people who have not been vaccinated.
It's tragic, and it's unnecessary.
We have an abundance of safe, effective, and free vaccines for anyone who wants one, and yet the right has even gone so far as to insist that Democrats or the media or anyone who wants to combat the spread of this deadly disease is somehow addicted to the pandemic.
It's just ridiculous the way he breaks into a comedy a lot.
George Carlin needs to take a seat.
That's real comedy right there.
Alright, we're gonna play that as well.
I'd love to know how many viewers he has.
He seems like such a flat personality.
He can't be that much.
I mean, how do all these TV networks not care about ratings anymore?
I mean, ESPN is just lost so much and they don't care.
The sports leagues, I don't get it.
It's not Regnery.
It's something called Ballast Books.
I mean, that takes a while.
I guess we have to get it cleared, right?
Yeah, it's like several days.
Uh, title for Boss Stick?
Um... I had to have the coolest gun.
I had to have the coolest gun.
Alright.
Got it.
Alright!
Three minutes.
Do you watch Greg Kelly, Jeff?
I've watched it a few- here and there.
Why?
You should watch it.
I watch it here and there, yeah.
I watched Jenna on it the other night.
How was it?
Good.
Jenna was very good when she ripped him that Monday.
Oh yeah.
Of course Boris didn't want to talk about that.
Biggs.
We're forwarding something to you to print.
It's a book.
Yeah, we got a monologue with lots of cuts to go through.
Two minutes.
Biggs.
Biggs.
Yeah, Biggs is calling in.
All right.
Well, I'm forwarding something to you to print.
It's a book.
It's Gate's book.
Yes.
All right.
Where's he going from here now?
Gate, he's created a pack to recruit veterans to run.
Oh, interesting.
Sounds like a good one.
What's your whole gauge on the governor's race here?
Like, as it heats up.
Like, I'm talking to some people around here saying they're seeing a lot of young Kenton signs around.
Like, more so than in past years, past Republicans.
He's got a shot.
He's got a shot.
But it's right now less than 50%.
That would really be something.
And I'm sending some one pages to print as well.
All right.
I don't know how they'll come out on black and white.
All right.
Yep.
30 seconds.
You know how I have a certain email you're talking about?
That's what I use for the contact tracing back in the name.
Are you serious?
Yes.
You're a genius.
You're a genius.
You got to give me that.
Did you just search on your magic machine?
Yes, yeah.
Is it his work one or is it a private one?
No, it's a private one.
I'm saying he was in full order for like a month.
That's love it.
Alright, standing by.
Thank you.
Thank you.
He's operating the board today.
He's our engineer.
Chad is away.
And he hates science fiction, or he doesn't get it.
But even so, he opens my show with a fabulous, fabulous little cut from the opening of Flash Gordon.
And that makes me think.
Thank you, Jeff.
I took my wife and my children to a private showing of my wife's favorite film last night at a cinema that rents out the theater, and it was for her birthday.
And now I think I'm going to have to go back there and watch Flash Gordon.
What a great idea!
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First on the Salem Radio Network, and I would now like to divert this programming onto the territory of comedy.
I'm not a comedian, but I have been sent by my producer an example of what is comedy.
If you're thinking Monty Python, SNL, nope, no.
This is the great Seth Meyers doing a comedy monologue.
Sit down, because it's so ribbled.
Your gut laugh may make you fall down if you are standing up.
Cut 12.
Let's have some comedy.
Jeff, can I just check something?
That wasn't an interview in a news show, right?
Nope, it's his comedy monologue.
So that's Seth Meyers' own comedy late night show?
Yeah, it's the Late Late Show, so that's what you stay up to 1 o'clock in the morning for.
To laugh?
Yeah.
He has issues.
He has problems.
But let's talk about the serious side.
Seth Meyers, you're not funny.
And talking about people being addicted to a disease, it's not a joke.
It's not a bad joke.
It's not a good joke.
It's not any kind of joke at all.
But there are politicians who are taking this very, very seriously.
We now know that the President, the man who bears the title President of the United States, has ordered his administration, or rather Susan Rice has ordered Biden's administration, to work with Facebook, to work with text message carriers, to censor communications about COVID-19 and vaccines.
And right now, this isn't a comedy skit or a failed comedy skit.
Here's an interview from Politico with the oversight board member of Facebook, who is called Hella Thorning-Schmidt.
You've never heard of her before?
That's fine.
But she's not a nobody in Silicon Valley.
She was the Prime Minister of Denmark.
How do these people end up working for Facebook?
Prime Ministers?
And she says the following about freedom of speech when it comes to vaccines, when it comes to COVID.
Listen to Hella Thorning-Schmidt, Cut 5.
And what we're trying to find, of course, I think many of us who are engaging in this conversation, is that middle road.
How do you moderate content?
And how do you find that balance between human rights and free speech, which is a human right, but also other human rights?
Because free speech is not an absolute human right.
It has to be balanced with other human rights.
And that is what The Oversight is there to do.
So her job as part of the oversight board of Facebook is to find, and I'm quoting her specifically, find the middle road.
Sounds lovely, doesn't it?
The middle road, the compromise.
Because we have to have a balance, and this is what she said, between human rights and freedom of speech.
Because freedom of speech is not absolute.
Truly chilling.
Utterly Orwellian.
The idea that there is a tension between human rights and freedom of speech.
Well, guess what, Helle Thorning-Schmidt?
Freedom of speech is a human right.
In this country that has a Bill of Rights, it is the first enumerated right that we have, followed very closely by the right to defend ourselves, not from burglars, rapists, muggers or carjackers, but from tyrannical governments.
The likes of which you are helping to facilitate.
The first amendment is freedom of speech as a human right.
And the second amendment is freedom to protect ourselves through force of arms against tyrants.
Tyrants?
Who would say that freedom of speech isn't your right?
That is the depth of the depravity, the perversion that the globalists would seek to impose upon you.
The idea that they will decide, because if there is a tension between freedom of speech and human rights, as they so artificially put it, the natural question is Well, who decides?
Who decides?
What is the middle of the road, and which expressions of speech must be curtailed, must be censored, because you don't get to decide as the person talking, expressing your views, some
Vague body somewhere in Palo Alto, Silicon Valley, or in a boardroom, or in a office in the White House will decide what you are allowed and not allowed to say.
I hope you're paying attention.
Okay, let's do some real comedy.
This is a bit of comedy I found on the interwebs.
It's from that Chinese platform called TikTok.
Please, guys, if you're on TikTok, delete it.
Just delete it.
Get off TikTok.
When you sign up, you download the app.
Guess what?
You agree to the Chinese company that is owned by the Chinese government that they can use all your bio data, meaning when you post photographs and videos, they get to save the data and the information.
Don't do it.
People on TikTok, you cretins.
Stop it.
But it's great to access the mind of the left, or rather, I don't think you can call them minds.
This is a leftist talking about, oh, I don't know, control over your body and who you are.
Cut one!
Real comedy!
So I'm not an expert or an authority on what neuroqueer means, but to simplify it and make it easier for you to understand, it's essentially, um, on a base level, it's kind of where your neurodivergent identity and your queer identity, how they interact and intersect.
This also extends to your other identities, such as your race, your socioeconomic class, your ethnicity, et cetera, and how those things also interact and intersect with your neurodivergence and your queerness.
In some ways that some people may practice being neuroqueer can range from Theoretical thought experiments to social justice work methods.
A good example may be something like deciding to represent your gender identity in an intentionally queer way as a way to subvert hegemonic ideas of gender performance.
It is a fairly new term so it is very fluid and the possibilities are endless.
Neuroqueering is a rejection of able hetero assimilation and counter identification in favor of disidentification.
How's your neurodivergence, Jeff?
That's a question for Eric.
That's his generation.
Have you heard, Eric, have you heard the phrase neuroqueer before?
I have never, and just for the record, Jeff, TikTok is Zoomers.
That's not my generation.
That's Shad's generation.
Don't get flipping pedantic with me.
How's your neurodivergence, Eric?
Uh, I need to, is that, is that the kind of thing I need to buy a special device that'll beep at me to let me know my neurodivergent levels are?
Come on, Jeff, you gotta admit, that's funnier than Seth Meyer, am I right?
That's way better.
Guys, if you weren't familiar, that's the definition of neuroqueer.
And she's not a comedian.
At least she doesn't know she is.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First, and he begs next!
Stay on the line.
Can you play?
How do you find these things?
Because I'm just too good.
Can you play that again?
I just need to try and absorb that again.
Alright.
Play that again.
So, I'm not an expert or an authority on what neuroqueer means, but to simplify it and make it easier for you to understand, it's essentially, um, on a base level, it's kind of where your neurodivergent identity and your queer identity, how they interact and intersect.

It's a fairly new term, so it is very fluid and the possibilities are endless.
Neuroqueering is a rejection of able hetero assimilation and counter-identification in favor of dis-identification.
It's just like... Stop, stop, stop!
I'm writing this down.
Listen to these phrases.
I love these phrases.
It's about... Neuroqueer is about subverting the hegemonic idea of gender performance.
Got that?
Got that?
And the next one, you've got to...
Disable hetero-assimilation.
I like how she says it's fairly new.
Like, this was around 30 years ago.
They're just making this stuff up out of nowhere!
And I mean, especially for the radio listeners who are blessed by the fact they don't have to see what she looks like, because that's a whole other element of the video over there.
And he's calling it.
That's why, did you see the title I put?
Yeah, Lunatic on TikTok.
Hi, wonderful.
I'll put you on hold.
We'll be coming to you shortly.
We'll be going back on air in about two minutes.
Please stand by.
I'll mute the mics real quick.
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.

It is America First, you are listening to the Salem Radio Network, and we have with us right now, back from the Rio Grande, from the border, representing Arizona's Fighting Fifth, Congressman Andy Biggs.
Welcome.
Thanks, good to be with you again.
Congressman Biggs, tell us what the latest is.
I know you're working in tandem with efforts in the Senate as well.
Can we finally, can we just finally travel in America without having to put a muzzle on our face?
We should be able to.
We're going to be fighting the Democrats tooth and nail.
They love control.
They love control.
This is as much of a philosophical debate as a scientific debate.
And quite frankly, they do not like individual freedom.
They view the collective as more important.
And for them, collective freedom means everybody's got to be the same.
Everybody's got to wear a mask.
Uh, and it doesn't matter whether you got herd immunity, whether you've already had COVID and you've got the antigens.
It doesn't matter if you've got, uh, uh, you've been vaccinated.
They, they just want to have control.
It doesn't matter that the airlines have the best, um, uh, uh, ventilation system.
I mean, I've, I've talked to airline officials about their ventilation systems.
It's the best that you can possibly have.
You know what?
They don't care.
They really don't care.
So we're going to have to keep pushing it, keep fighting it, so that Americans, the people, will rise up and say enough is enough.
And from getting rid of the mask mandates, the unnecessary mask mandates on mass transit, the reaction, what are you seeing from the citizens in Arizona of this idea from the White House that they're going to send people door to door, knocking on doors, to make sure that you are vaccinated?
Well, people in Arizona are irate about that notion.
They view it as a potential fourth amendment violation, certainly a potential first amendment violation.
Again, they think the government's trying to intrude into their health care decisions.
They're trying to control them again.
And Seb, is it not a violation of HIPAA for someone to show up at your door and inquire?
I mean, it is so amazing.
And so I've written that letter to President Biden, iterating a number of questions and demanding answers.
Of course, we'll get bupkis back from him.
But these people, this is another turn in that move to the authoritarian tyranny that we're seeing from the far left, and the far left always resorts to tyranny, quite frankly.
That's their MO and that's the way they're going to be.
But it's not popular here in Arizona.
I don't think, I can't imagine it's popular anywhere other than, you know, the elite West and East Coast enclaves where people are already living in secluded, you know, gated communities where they're protected by private security, et cetera.
So it's nuts and you got to keep fighting that too.
And we should have the law on our side with the confidentiality of our health information under the HIPAA Act.
So the idea that they could transgress that should, I don't know, maybe bring some class action suits like the President is bringing against Facebook and Twitter.
We're talking to Congressman Andy Biggs, follow him, Rep Andy Biggs AZ.
Got to ask you, Arizona audits.
Should those who are displeased with the last election, the 80 million mailed out ballots, should we expect any serious revelations in the coming weeks?
I think so.
I think the hearing yesterday, well I should, I don't know if we'd call it a hearing, but certainly the meeting yesterday where the report was given from three of the parties involved that have been auditing, it indicates you've got 74,000, 74,000, almost 75,000 ballots, discrepancy between those cast and those that were available to even be audited.
Now that's enormous.
Then you've got another 11,000 ballots that have a problem with that.
They said that the papers are wrong.
They weren't on security paper in some cases.
So you have these tremendous inconsistencies.
And don't forget you had the federal court allowing almost 40,000 people to register to vote past the deadline.
A lot of things happening in Arizona are going to be revealed.
I think we're still probably a few weeks away from getting the final report and they're still trying to get these routers from the county who refuses to cooperate with this audit and has refused since day one.
Is there no way to take legal action against people who are not complying with the audit?
Well, the state senate can, if they're in session, can declare that they're in contempt.
They tried to do that, but they lost a—it's very close, you know, here in Arizona.
If they only have a one-vote march, they lost that one or two votes.
And so the Senate could not declare them in contempt.
If they could have declared them in contempt, they actually could have got the sergeant-of-arms to go arrest them.
But they did not do that.
They were not able to get the votes to do that.
You're just back from the border, Congressman Biggs.
What have you seen there?
How bad is it?
It is, in my opinion, worse than any of the other times I've been to Rio Grande Valley this year.
Last night, we saw probably 100 to 150, probably more, people coming over.
And here's what's happening.
I had just about 190,000 apprehensions last month.
And what they're doing, Seb, is they're taking these particular categories of people.
The CBP is moving them quickly out of their custody because they're required to by law.
They're turning these people over to charitable groups, NGOs, and they will test them for COVID, right?
But if they don't have COVID, they're just going to release them into the United States.
It's somewhere in the interior.
If they do have COVID, they're going to put them in an area hotel.
And they're not required to even stay in that hotel for a period of quarantine.
And many times those people are just leaving, fleeing the hotel because they're not guarded or watched because nobody's got the personnel.
And this is exactly why you have to keep what's called Title 42 in place, which is the health emergency that allows us to send people back.
But this administration is going to make things worse by repealing that and not enforcing it beginning July 18th is what they've said.
Now, if that happens, every expert I've talked to, including those yesterday on the border, said the entire border will look like Rio Grande Valley from California.
McAllen, Texas, and San Diego, because there's been no reason to, you can't, you won't be able to keep them out.
It'll be the last vestige of a closed border would be gone.
Not a crisis, a catastrophe, and he's one of the truth tellers telling us what it's really like.
Follow him right now, Arizona's Andy Biggs at RepAndyBiggsAZ.

I love that liner from President Trump asking how we're doing with our show here.
Fabulously.
Why?
Because of you, my friends.
But I want to make sure every single one of you is prepared, is ready.

He's also a guest host.
And I have to say, while I was on my cruise, I listened in on the America First app.
And he did a great job.
Just to check if everything was okay, I listened for a couple of minutes, and it was superb.
Are you there, Baron Boris Epstein?
I am right here, my friend.
Did you have fun?
Did you have fun hosting?
I had a blast.
It was amazing.
I had an absolutely great time.
It was such an honor.
Thank you for having me.
Thank you for your audience, for their hospitality.
And also thank you to your team.
Really a great team you have.
Great guys.
Everybody from Mr. G to Chad to Eric.
Everybody, total all-stars.
And I want to thank the team in New York who were so great and hospitable.
We made it all work.
We had a blast.
But hey, there's no one like Sepp Gorka, so it was my honor to step in.
But your audience wanted you back, and we're all glad you're back, my friend.
And you had some very good guests.
Nicely done, my friend, nicely done.
Okay, we've got to talk about the political developments, the audits, the freight train, as you have christened it.
But given your family heritage, your hardcore love of all things liberty, got to get your reaction to what's happening 80 miles off the coast of Miami.
Video cut fire from yesterday.
Play cut.
The protests don't seem to be stopping anytime soon.
These people are calling for an end to a communist regime in Cuba, but they don't think it can happen without the U.S.
government, which is why they were protesting until late, with hopes of reaching the White House.
Protesters shut down a section of the Palmetto Expressway for hours Tuesday in a demonstration of unity toward the civil unrest in Cuba, waving flags, carrying signs and chanting.
They first began marching at Coral Way and Southwest 87th Avenue.
then migrated to one of the busiest highways in South Florida.
We want an intervention because we want Biden to stand up for Cuban people.
So that's ABC News in Miami.
Your reaction to the fact that first they said, the administration said, oh, it's about vaccines, it's about health care.
And it took them almost a week to say that it is about the regime.
As a person who escaped post-communist Russia, your reaction, Boris?
Disgusting and expected.
These left-wing socialists, left-wing communists, who have been elected to positions of prominence in our country, I mean, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez isn't even a Democrat, she's a socialist.
Bernie Sanders is a socialist.
Elizabeth Warren is a socialist.
They are running the Democrat Party.
They are running Joe Biden.
And that's why, with the artist formerly known as Joe Biden, let's be honest, not much left there.
That is why the Biden White House has been so weak on Cuba.
We know what President Trump would have done.
We know what he will do when he's elected 47th President of the United States if he runs again, which I'm confident that if he runs he will be elected 47th President.
This weakness by the Biden team is another representation of their terrible foreign policy.
I just put out an op-ed This week on Newsweek about Biden failing on Iran.
He's completely letting Iran take over the Middle East.
Again, Iran chose a hardline president because they are absolutely thumbing their nose at Joe Biden, at the Biden team, and their pathetic weakness.
Absolutely terrible.
I want to give a huge, huge amount of love and support to our brothers and sisters in Cuba who are standing up for their freedom, standing up for their liberty, standing up for their rights.
And you know what?
America and the Biden administration better do the right thing and give them the support that they need.
And in the last 30 seconds we have the reaction in this segment to Alejandro Mayorkas, a refugee who fled Cuba as a child, saying to the Cubans, you better not come to America!
Terrible.
Absolutely terrible.
The message should be, we are here for you.
We are for legal immigration, of course, full stop.
We're also here for democracy, we're here for liberty, and we're against angry, awful communism.
BLM wants to be for communism?
Go to Cuba.
Have fun with your 1950s broken down cars, okay?
We here in America are for freedom and for liberty.
That's why my family came here when I was a kid, that's why you and your family came here, because we love America, we love capitalism, and we hate communism.
As Marco Rubio has offered, he says he'll provide all assistance from his office to anybody from BLM who wants to move to Cuba.
We're talking to Boris Epstein.

by CastingWords ...journalism in his little finger than CNN has on its entire network.
Sebastian Gorka.
Yes indeed, CNN.
Plummeting, crashing ratings.
Poor Jakey, Jakey, fake Jakey.
75% loss in his audience.
Boris, are you sad for Jake Tapper?
Oh, you mean fake Tapper?
No, I'm not sad.
What about your favorite, Stelty Boy?
You know, I keep trying to find his book, but it's nowhere to be found.
I guess I'm like everybody else.
He wrote a book?
He wrote a book?
I didn't know he wrote a book.
It was more of a whiny pamphlet.
I think he was crying while he wrote it.
Yeah.
And when he was hiding under his duvet, remember that tweet when he said he's so scared of COVID, he's hiding and crying under his duvet.
What man writes that?
What man tweets that, Boris?
And this is with all due respect, but did you read the story About the disaster happening at New York NY1, including Mrs. Stalter, who's supposedly quite the mean girl, over there at New York's own station, NY1, that's the New York cable station.
She's another quote-unquote journalist?
Yeah, it's a couple of journalists.
And she's nasty?
She's mean?
Mrs. Potato Head is mean?
Mean to co-workers.
Racist against the co-worker, according to the story.
I think it was a New York mag story.
You ought to check it out.
There's some fun reading in there.
All right.
The Stelty family.
The Stelty family.
Which is worse?
CNN fake journalists or Democrats state reps from Texas?
Let's talk about this story.
What kind of person do you have to be?
What lack of self-awareness do you have to have that you escape Texas from your sworn duty to represent your constituents on a privately chartered jet, and you take selfies on the jet, not wearing masks, grinning as you escape Texas?
I mean, doesn't that encapsulate the Democrats, Boris?
Totally.
Total, awful, pathetic, limousine liberalism.
Actual limousine liberals, because they took a chartered bus, they had boxes of cases of Miller Lite.
Just absolutely terrible.
And you know what?
For the Democrats in Texas, for Beto O'Rourke, Robert O'Rourke and others, who had any hope, any hope, of taking Texas Blue, well you can thank those Democrats, state lawmakers, because they just crushed Any hope you guys had.
Texas staying nice and red for a long time after this absolutely sad abdication by the Democrat state reps.
That's an interesting point, and that's why we bring you on the show, that's why we have you guest host and co-host of Battle for 1600, because this will have broader ramifications across Texas, especially, I just can't wait, you've heard Greg Abbott, you've heard the Attorney General say, Greg Paxton was on our show, Ken Paxton, they're going to arrest these people when they come back to Texas, and they will be forced to do their sworn duty and taken to the State House.
Just the visuals of that means, I think, don't you think, Boris, that Texas is safe for the foreseeable future as a Republican state?
I do think so.
You know, they're going to break it to their songs of kumbaya or we shall overcome after they drink a bunch of real life.
On our private jet.
We shall overcome on our private jet.
They're going to overcome on a private jet while they escape their job.
They said that doing their job was like being in captivity.
Hello?
Just have a little bit of self-respect.
Have a little bit of self-awareness.
But we know Democrats have none.
They're just an absolutely devoid, cynical group, and you know what?
Rhino Republicans, Establishment Republicans aren't much better.
That's why the MAGA movement is coming in strong and is going to win a lot in 22 and 24.
All right, you've been doing sterling work.
You have to listen to all the details.
We went deep time on the Battle for 1600.
The latest episode is up.
Listen to it.
You've got to subscribe.
Battle for 1600, wherever you get your podcasts.
Share it, write a review, listen to the whole episode.
But just for our radio listeners, we've got a couple of minutes.
Talk to us about this phrase that you came up with, super phrase you've been discussing a lot with our buddy Steve Bannon, the freight train of audits.
Look, I don't do predictions because I hate this TikTok TikTok thing that other hosts do, but when Bernie Kerry comes on my show and says he believes that Arizona, that even Pennsylvania and potentially Georgia are going to be flipped back to Trump victories, are you seeing similar evidence?
Is it imminent?
What is your gut sense, Boris?
No doubt about it.
What is absolutely imminent is more and more receipts coming out of this big steal.
That's what this was.
Joe Biden tries to tell us it's the big lie, using Hitler's language.
No, it's the big steal.
In Arizona, we now know 75,000 deaths.
75,000 more ballots were sent in than there is any record of being requested.
In a state that's separated by 11,000 between President Trump and Joe Biden.
In Georgia, tens if not hundreds of thousands of invalid ballots.
Where barely over 10,000 separate President Trump and Joe Biden.
Pennsylvania, I'm hearing staggering numbers of over ballots, more ballots that were counted that were cast.
Wisconsin, not far behind, over 200,000 unlawful ballots in a state where only 20,000 separated President Trump and Joe Biden.
Michigan, another cesspool, more ballots cast than votes More ballots counted than votes cast in Detroit, in Wayne County, Michigan.
So, this freight train of audits, we talked about it last week when I had the honor of guest hosting, talk about it a lot.
This freight train of audits is absolutely coming across the country, and it is devastating.
Democrats and rhino-Republicans like Raffensperger in Georgia, and Brian Kemp in Georgia alike.
Now, this is the last really important piece of the puzzle.
We've got a minute left with Baron Boris, following Boris EP on Getter, on Twitter, Boris Epstein on Instagram.
You know how vindictive the Democrats are, that they have become a spiteful radical party.
Given that character, if they were confident in the results of the last election, they would love to rub it in our noses and to have the audits to prove, look, look, look, he won!
Why are they so afraid of the audits, Boris?
Because they know the information that's coming out.
What is coming in Arizona is a huge discrepancy from what I understand Between the amount of ballots that were certified and were turned over for the audit.
Discrepancy in multiples of what the difference was in the election that was certified.
Tens of thousands.
Tens of thousands.
And that's just Maricopa County.
There's another million ballots in other counties in Arizona.
The Democrats and the Reiner Republicans who screwed up these elections are scared of the truth.
They're scared of the reality that President Trump won this election in 2020 and of the constitutional crisis that is sure to come when the truth is finally proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
We know, we know in our marrow that he's illegitimate and soon everyone will have the incontrovertible evidence of just how illegitimate that senile old corrupt husk of a human being called Joe Biden really is.
He's the Baron.
He's our very special friend, our co-host.

Thank you.
It's that last point that we have to focus on for a moment.
and If they were confident If the left, the Democrats, really believed that their candidate received 80 million votes in the last election, more than any candidate in the history of this nation, why are they afraid of an audit?
Surely, if you win something so resoundingly, to have it reaffirmed simply brings you more glory and more joy.
So what's the problem, Nancy?
What's the problem, Joe and Chuck and Rachel Maddow and Fake Jake and Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper?
Why?
Why this shrieking?
There's only one possible answer.
You're not sure that it's true or you know that it's a lie.
You know that it's the big steal.
Now why is that good news?
It's good news very simply because it means they're losing control.
People who want to stop audits of elections.
People who want to censor not only the Internet, but wish to censor your SMS text messages on your cell phone to your friends, to your family members.
Those aren't people in control.
Those aren't people who are powerful.
If their arguments warranted the requisite amount of popular support, They wouldn't need to do that.
People who are popular, people who have a base that is with them, and the majority of the country has their back, don't need to censor anyone.
They don't need to put grandmothers in solitary confinement for quote-unquote insurrection when they were just trespassing on Capitol Hill.
Ultimately, all of these are indicators of weakness.
Just like any dictatorship, any radical movement, the more extreme your measures, clearly, the weaker your grip on that community, on that population, on that nation has become.
That is the Democrat Party.
So take courage, dear friends.
We are stronger and stronger every day.
We have to keep fighting.
We have to push back.
But we must.
We will.
And as we do every Friday, to give you courage and remember just how great the future can and will be, we end with the words of the 45th President of the United States.
We are one movement.
One people, one family, and one glorious nation under God.
