This
is America First with Sebastian Gorka, and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Welcome to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, on loan from AM 870 and AM 590, the Answer Salem Radio.
In Los Angeles, I host the Morning Answer with a voice maybe familiar to some of you America First fans.
Grant Stinchfield and I, we run the mornings in Los Angeles.
And thank you for joining us today.
Gosh, Dr. G is on vacation.
I think Kurt Schlichter, Colonel K, was in yesterday.
So it's a pleasure to hang out with you today.
Let me be the first to wish you a happy Independence Day.
We are all ready, if you can believe it.
At the 4th of July holiday.
Now for me, I don't know about you guys, but I used to feel like that was the middle of summer.
I feel like we're just getting started.
So hopefully you will have a safe weekend.
Maybe you are hitting the road and traveling.
We appreciate you sticking with us.
We have got a really big jam-packed show today and we will talk a little bit about Independence Day.
But first, I have to ask you, did you see it?
Are any of you listening right now to my voice on Facebook?
Because if you are, we have got to connect today.
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
You can watch our video feed, get additional content, keep in touch with Seb at SebGorka.com.
If you have been on Facebook in the last 24 hours, you may have gotten a notification.
I was stunned when I went onto Facebook and I want to read this to you because I want to get this right.
When you go onto Facebook, if you happen to be a conservative, I'm going to guess that you've already gotten this message or you will get this message.
Facebook.
I'll show it to you right now for those of you in the video chat.
Jennifer, you may have been exposed to harmful extremist content recently.
Violent groups trying to manipulate your anger and disappointment.
If they only knew, it's like they know me.
You can take action now to protect yourself and others.
This is a story that has blown up today.
Another attempt by the left, by progressives, by big tech, by social media to silence conservatives.
Facebook is now issuing extremism warnings to its users via pop-up modifications.
Yesterday, multiple Facebook users reported receiving this notification.
I got it this morning.
First thing, I was prepping for this show, looked on social media.
There it is on Facebook, warning me with my name on it.
They're warning about being exposed to extremist content.
Now, our friends over at RedState, redstate.com, is under the Salem Media umbrella, and they were really the first to start reporting on this story.
Kira Davis is a great reporter over there, and she said on Twitter yesterday, hey, has anyone had this message pop up on their Facebook?
My friend, who is not an ideologue, but hosts lots of competing chatter, got this message twice and he's very disturbed.
And it asks, are you concerned that someone you know is becoming an extremist?
We care about preventing extremism on Facebook.
Others in your situation have received confidential support.
So think about this for a second.
Not only are they addressing you, telling you that you may have come into contact with, and I'm using air quotes here, an extremist.
But they also say that others, meaning people in your social circle, have already become so concerned and overwhelmed about this extremist chatter on Facebook that they've reached out and received help, confidential support, because they just simply couldn't carry on.
Now, once this message pops up in the Facebook platform, it asks if you want to hear stories and get advice from people who escaped violent extremist groups.
And you can click whether you want to get support or if you want to close the message.
Now, I think I made the mistake of just hitting close because I thought it was ridiculous.
But if you had hit get support, the link leads you directly to a group called Life After Hate that's supposed to help lead people out of quote violent far-right extremism.
Now, I don't know about you guys.
I don't deny that there are people on the far right who have probably said violent things.
But it's pretty darn insulting to me as a conservative to think that it is simply the far right that is being targeted.
What about the far left?
What about Black Lives Matter?
What about people who are saying we need to burn down our country and start from scratch again?
What about the people who used and are still using Facebook and social media platforms to figure out how to organize riots?
To take apart federal buildings in cities like Portland, to light police cars on fire.
What about those guys?
They're not mentioned in Facebook.
Only far-right extremists.
We were talking about this before we went on the air, and producer Jeff says, hey, you think Ilhan Omar got one of these notifications?
Or is it just people that they consider to be on the right or the far right?
So if you ask for support, They tell you about this organization, Life After Hate, and they say it's committed to helping people leave the violent far-right to connect with humanity and lead compassionate lives.
Think about what that's saying.
Now, I'm a conservative.
I would consider myself to be on the right.
Maybe some people would say the far-right.
I don't know if I feel like that, but maybe some people might say that about me.
But I'd also consider myself to be pretty compassionate, and I think it's pretty insulting to think But somehow if you're conservative, you are incapable of compassion.
They say our vision is a world that allows people to change and contribute to society without violence.
Now they talk about their programs.
They say their primary goal is to interrupt violence committed in the name of ideological or religious beliefs.
They say they do this through education, interventions, academics, research, and outreach.
And they talk about this whole program.
You can watch videos, you can connect with people, you can get help to try to overcome your political views.
Now, think about this.
We're getting ready to celebrate the 4th of July.
We're getting ready to celebrate independence and our great country.
And a platform that at least originally was supposed to stand for free speech is doing their very best to silence conservatives.
To silence people that have different political opinions than theirs.
It's not enough anymore to tag your posts or to pull your posts down or to say that you're making up stories about the 2020 election or you're making up stories about COVID-19.
That's not enough anymore.
Big Tech, social media, Mark Zuckerberg, the left, all working in tandem to silence conservative voters and tell you That you need a support group, that you need mental help.
Look, maybe that's true.
Maybe we all need a little mental help, but maybe not for reasons that we post on Facebook.
I have to tell you, as much as I love my platform, I use Twitter for my political posts, at Jennifer Horn.
You can follow Seb Gorka, at Seb Gorka, mostly on Facebook.
If you follow me on Facebook, you're going to get pictures of vacations.
You might get a few interesting little cartoons here and there, maybe a few news stories.
You're not getting any kind of crazy ideology that would somehow incite violence, yet apparently Facebook thinks that anybody who they think through their algorithms is somehow going to be capable of violence and they have to step in and help all of us.
Have you gotten this message?
Can you believe that Facebook On Independence Day weekend, sending out messages now to conservatives.
833-33-GORKA.
We will talk about that.
It is pretty insane.
I have tweeted it out.
You can follow it at Jennifer Horn.
If you haven't seen the message yet, it's on Facebook.
Jennifer Horn Radio on Facebook or Instagram.
Have you gotten this message?
And is this the last straw?
An overt attempt To silence conservatives and try to paint us as people who are unstable or who need help.
It's pretty insane.
833-33-GORKA.
We will take your calls.
And as we return, a new lawsuit at the border.
President Trump was just there this week.
Now we're finding out that border patrol agents and sheriffs are getting ready to sue the Biden administration.
Sheriff Lamb joins us as we continue.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First. First. First. First. Fair.
All right.
You want the mics on, Jen?
Uh, no.
Okay.
All right.
I will mute them.
I mean, we can.
It's fine.
It's entirely your call for today, so... Mics are on still to the phone lines, by the way.
Yes.
Thank you for that.
But you want them off on Rumble and Facebook?
Yeah.
All right.
Muting the mics.
Just to add to the intrigue.
That's okay.
Muting the mics.
Even though high callers, you get to be in the special club.
In for him, this is America First Broadcasting from our mobile relieffactor.com studios today in Los Angeles.
I'm based in California.
I host the Morning Answer on AM 870, AM 590, the answer in LA.
And we were talking, we're going to talk to Sheriff Lamb here in a few moments.
There's a new lawsuit from sheriffs and ICE agents that are actually suing the Biden administration.
If you can believe this, Simply just to do their jobs.
But before we get there, I had turned on in preparation for this show, in preparation for my morning show, I always cruise social media in the morning and I'll look and see what's trending on Twitter.
I'll see what people are posting about on Facebook just to see what the conversation is.
And it seems that Facebook, in all of their infinite wisdom, has decided that they are going to put a warning out.
And they call you by name.
Mine says, Jennifer, are you concerned?
Someone you know is becoming an extremist.
You've been exposed to extremist messaging on Facebook.
So it warns you.
Then it asks you if you need help.
It says, get support.
And then it goes through and takes you through this whole fact sheet, essentially, from this group, Life After Hate, that's committed to rehabilitate, helping people leave the violent far right to connect with humanity.
This is clearly just another attempt to silence conservatives.
Remember, the government is now telling you, That the biggest threat to our country, it's not China, it's not Russia, it's not COVID-19, none of that, it's not ISIS, it's not Al Qaeda, it's not the Taliban.
No, the biggest threat to our country right now, according to the government, the Biden administration and the far left, is white supremacists and far-right extremism.
So, of course, Facebook is getting ready to go in and try to censor you, bully you into getting help.
And they even cite this, saying far-right extremism and white supremacy are the greatest domestic terror threats facing the United States.
They go on to say, since the deadly Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville in August 2017, this organization that Facebook is trying to get people to go and get help from has helped 500 people and families.
Now, this is just the latest attempt.
Look, also this week, Nancy Pelosi was out.
She has created this select committee that is filled with people who are supposed to now be able to investigate the January 6th Commission.
Now, what happened on January 6th, I think most of us in talk radio, most of us that you listen to have been pretty consistent.
People who entered the Capitol and who did it unlawfully should be punished.
But what should not happen is what is happening.
That is that people that simply went to the rally to watch former President Trump or who were at the Capitol are having their lives tossed by the FBI.
I know people, I've had listeners in Los Angeles who say that the FBI went through their house.
They weren't even near the Capitol.
They were just at the Trump rally and they recovered evidence from their homes.
That evidence was a Trump-Pence 2020 sticker.
They're taking that from their homes.
The FBI, the men and women of the FBI, doing good work, are being called to do this to good law-abiding citizens.
So instead of just punishing the troublemakers, we're looking at everybody now, right?
They're trying to say that everybody who was at that rally, everybody who was a Trump supporter, is somehow known as an extremist.
So enter Nancy Pelosi, who knows that she's in trouble.
In 2022, she knows she is probably going to lose her speaker's gavel because it just takes a few seats to change hands to the Republican side to get her out of power.
And she's saying, what can I do to hold on to that?
Well, I can demonize Republicans.
I can try to silence you.
Remember the old Republican Party before President Trump used to be shamed into everything.
The Mitt Romneys and the John McCains.
You would call them a racist or a sexist or any of the ists.
And they would back off.
And that's how the left was able to push their agenda without even letting you know what they were doing.
And when President Trump came along, God love him, he was born without a shame bone.
I don't think many of us could withstand what President Trump did.
He wasn't bullied out of his positions.
In fact, he fought harder when people called him names or labeled him as something.
And so now Democrats are reverting back to that same strategy to target all of you, to target me, to target all of us.
By saying, if you somehow say that you're a Republican, or if you speak your truth about your political ideology, you're going to be called names.
You're going to be branded.
You're going to be pushed into a help group on Facebook.
Nancy Pelosi put together this committee today to investigate, or not today but this week, to investigate January 6th.
And she named all you have to do just to look at the political nature of this.
If you're really interested in the truth, there are already investigations going on as to what happened, who helped organize the January 6th riot.
And where the failings were with the Capitol Police, all of that is already in progress.
But the Democrats and Nancy Pelosi need more because they think it will help them weaponize this information to use in the 2022 election.
This is who is on that committee named this week.
Representative Benny Thompson.
Representative Zoe Lofgren.
Representative Adam Schiff, my congressman, who has not seen a camera that he hasn't lied to in the last five years.
Representative Pete Aguilar, also from California, Stephanie Murphy, Jamie Raskin, Elaine Luria.
More than half of those people were impeachment case managers going against President Trump.
And to make this a bipartisan committee, Nancy Pelosi chooses Liz Cheney, a Republican, to go on this committee to investigate and get to the bottom of things.
It is incredible.
833-33-GORKA.
Stephen is in Madison, Wisconsin on Line 4.
Stephen, hi!
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi!
Hi Jennifer, how are you doing?
Good.
So I was on LinkedIn yesterday and this cop had a picture up where he said, my life matters, and so I got a lot of chatter.
And so I started commenting back and forth.
And this guy said that he was talking about how, you know, 451 cops or black people were killed by white cops last year.
And so I started contradicting him and then got back and forth.
And finally, I just said, you're a racist moron.
LinkedIn.
Shut me down.
I'm off LinkedIn now.
Wow, for hate speech.
You know what?
You've done something pretty incredible, Stephen.
Usually all of this stuff happens on Instagram or Facebook or Twitter, but you actually managed to get kicked off of LinkedIn.
It's sad that even there, in a platform that's supposed to be used... Well, I've been kicked off of the other two as well, but... So you've got it going.
You try and do the right thing in defending people and, you know, give them the right information.
And you're going to end up getting kicked off because it doesn't meet the liberal mantra.
I would challenge you here, if you do get back on, continue posting.
You know, one of the things we talk about here on this program, I know Seb talks about it all the time, don't stop.
You have to keep messaging.
You just have to find creative ways to do it.
Post articles.
Say what you think.
Don't resort to the name-calling that can get you thrown off of these online platforms.
Stephen, thank you so much for the phone call.
833-33-GORKA.
Left trying to silence you.
We're going to check in and get an update from the border and my home state of California.
Our governor, Gavin Newsom, he is headed for a recall.
We finally have a date.
And I'm going to tell you as we continue what that race will mean for the rest of the country because there are major implications and messages to be sent that could be good for all conservatives across the country.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Thank you.
Thank you.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
I don't know how you say that, Mr. President.
Former President Trump out and about this week.
He was at the border looking like a thousand times more presidential than our current President Joe Biden.
And we will have some more on President Trump here in just a few moments.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka.
You have found us.
This is America First.
Happy Independence Day weekend to all of you.
Don't forget to check out SebGorka.com.
That's where you can get exclusive content.
You can follow The video of this show, and keep up with Seb and the whole crew here at America First.
Now, for those of you who listen to the program on Wednesdays, typically I'm here in the 2 p.m.
Pacific, 5 p.m.
Eastern slot, and talk to Seb about California and all of its craziness.
And one of the biggest stories of the year for us in my home state of California is the recall of our governor, Gavin Newsom.
Gavin Newsom, if you look up in a dictionary or if you look up an encyclopedia, you try to look what a politician looks like.
Gavin Newsom is that guy.
He's got the hair, he's coiffed, but as governor in California, he has not done a whole lot.
In fact, his career as mayor of San Francisco, as lieutenant governor in the state of California, he has very few accomplishments, but he has a name.
He is the nephew of Nancy Pelosi by marriage, not by blood.
And he has a name in California.
He has almost just anything he's run for, he's been able to win.
He has that power behind him in our state.
And as governor, he led the most restrictive shutdown for the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
We were shut down for about 15 months here in the state of California.
Businesses were put out.
The net migration out of the state in California is now negative instead of positive.
It's never been like that.
Historically, more people want to come to California than are leaving, but now everybody is leaving the state and it's high taxes, it's crazy laws, a defund the police movement, so people's safety is at risk.
Our schools are failing.
There's a lot going wrong and one of the most encouraging things that has happened in a long time in our state is that a group of citizens got together and they formed a group to recall Gavin Newsom.
They got together, They notified him back in January of 2020 that he would be recalled.
They started gathering signatures and they gathered 1.7 million verified signatures to put the recall on the ballot.
Well now, if you can imagine, we actually have a date.
After all of this talking about Gavin Newsom, It seems that September 14th will be the day that voters in California will go out and decide.
Well, they'll have two questions to consider.
The first question will be, do you want to recall Gavin Newsom, yes or no?
And if more than 50% say yes, Gavin Newsom will no longer be the governor in the state of California.
If the answer is yes, then you move on to question two.
And question two will say who shall replace Gavin Newsom?
And they're going to be a list.
It will probably be about 100 names.
There are already a lot of people, some that you've heard of, some that you haven't, who have jumped into this race.
Probably to this point, the most prominent name is Caitlyn Jenner.
She is running as a Republican.
John Cox, who ran against Gavin Newsom in 2018.
is also a part of the race.
Kevin Faulkner, the former mayor of San Diego, Doug Osey, a former congressman, Major Williams, a few others that have come to prominence.
And whoever gets the most votes, it could be 20% of the vote, it could be 25% of the vote, it could be 18% of the vote, depending on how they split it up.
If that answer to question number one is yes, whoever gets the most votes in question number two will replace Gavin Newsom.
Now, this is huge.
This messaging alone that we were able to, in the most liberal of states in the country and the most liberal of governors, stage a recall successfully in California sends a huge message to progressives across the nation.
But more than that, what Californians have the opportunity to do is oust this governor.
And that will only help conservatives across the country to set up that narrative that it is unacceptable, even in far left, very, very, very blue California, to have the types of policies, the taxes, the hardships that have been passed on by the government, that the people will fight back.
Now, there are a lot of candidates who are lining up.
We'll talk about that in a moment.
But the Democrats are going to fight hard to keep Gavin Newsom in this position.
It is a battle of the messaging.
They don't want him to lose his position.
They don't want to have to explain how their policies are not working in California.
But the race is starting to shake out a bit now that we have a date.
And as we continue, we will talk about some of the candidates who may be jumping in.
Some of them may sound pretty familiar to you.
In fact, it's been rumored and reported that one of our colleagues here on Salem Radio The sage?
Larry Elder.
He may be jumping into this race.
I had the opportunity to talk to him earlier today about whether or not he will jump in.
We will hear what he has to say about the prospects of Larry Elder running for California governor as we continue on America First.
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
America First, Magnificent.

Alright, welcome back to America First.
Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Such a pleasure to be hanging out with you on What feels sort of like a holiday Friday.
A lot of people headed out of town to the airports.
Maybe you're hitting the road.
Maybe you've noticed those gas prices a little higher than usual.
I paid $4.39 in California.
That is where I'm located.
I host the Morning Answer on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer with Grant Stinchfield.
And we were talking about the recall election of Gavin Newsom in California.
We finally have a date.
It was named Thursday afternoon.
September 14th is the date that voters will decide whether or not to recall Governor Gavin Newsom.
And this has some pretty big implications in terms of messaging for Democrats and Republicans across the country.
Now, one of the ways things will get mixed up a little bit – Now, remember, Gavin Newsom is really running against himself.
Question number one is, do you want to recall Gavin Newsom, yes or no?
So he has to answer for a lot of his mistakes and missteps that he's made over the last year, but it does depend for the voters about how much trust they have in the candidates running To replace Gavin Newsom.
Now there are several Republicans who are running, and if you've been paying attention to political publications like Politico, the AP, even the Los Angeles Times have reported that it is possible that our colleague here on Salem Radio, we call him the sage of South Central, Larry Elder, may choose to run for governor.
I was able to interview him this morning on my morning show, The Morning Answer, And he talked a little bit about what he is considering.
Take a listen here.
Cut number one.
Larry Elder saying he is strongly considering a run for governor.
The L.A.
Times, The Associated Press, Politico.
Jen and Grant.
Is it true that maybe, Sage, your arm has been twisted?
Maybe you're considering shaking things up?
I was watching a Fox morning show just now and they said, well, it's official.
The California recall election is going to take place on September the 14th.
And Trace Gallagher said, yeah, but it doesn't appear to be any Republican entering the race that's really gotten anybody's attention.
They've got Dan Osi, they've got Faulkner, they've got Caitlyn Jenner, they've got John Cox lost by 20 points.
But it doesn't seem to be anybody entering the race that's really caught fire.
I'm like, oh, hello!
Hello!
Hello!
Trace, you're killing us over here.
What the heck?
Do I have to play the race card?
So does that mean you have entered the race?
Grant!
Grant!
Can you infer from what I just now said that that might take the case?
Don't believe everything you read in Politico, although they're not always wrong.
I am strongly considering it, I will tell you that, and I will have some news probably within the next few days, but I am strongly considering it.
833-33-GORKA, the impact of the California recall on the rest of the country.
The sage Larry Elder, our colleague here at Salem Radio, saying he strongly considers running for governor, that he'd make an announcement either way in the next couple of days.
And I asked him about the catalyst because I've known Larry for a long time.
Full disclosure, we Well, I may consider it.
friends.
And in talking with him, I know that he cares about issues and he has consistently cared about California for as long as I've known him.
But he also is a talk radio star.
He is a person who he's a filmmaker.
He's done a lot of other pet projects.
And so I asked him what that catalyst was to even put him in the direction of saying, no, I'm not definitely not going to run for governor.
And well, I may consider it.
This is what he had to say.
Truly, I'm not going to I mean, I've had people like accost me at speaking events.
You've got to get Larry Elder.
He's got to run for governor.
We've talked about it here on the program.
And look, it's not that you care about these issues very deeply, but you have a lot of things that you need to consider when you make this decision.
What is that moment that went from you saying no to us a couple weeks ago to now saying, you know what, I'm thinking about it?
Was there one issue or one thing that was the catalyst for that change?
Well, Jen and Grant, there wasn't a particular moment, but at some point, at some point, the evolution of my thinking became one of If not me, who?
If not now, when?
Honestly, that's what happened.
People kept telling me that I'm the one, like you said, who's got the name recognition, the personality, the energy, the understanding of the issues.
I'm a native Californian.
And when are the stars going to line up like this again?
When will there be a recall election where maybe you might be able to win with 20-25% of the vote, given the fact that California, the Democrats outnumber registered Republicans by three to one.
Even up, it'd be very difficult to win.
But in a race like this, assuming he does get recalled, and then the next question, of course, is who do you want to replace him?
The person that replaces him could win with 20-25% of the vote.
That's not likely going to happen again.
There you go.
Is he in?
We will find out.
That is a name that could shake up the race.
833-33 Gorga Brent in Los Angeles on Line 1.
Thanks for joining us on America First.
Brent, hi!
Hello, a holy and sacred 4th of July, Genevark.
That is me.
Yes, you've nailed it.
What's on your mind, Brent?
Well, I'm calling to implore you to help save California's 40 million Americans.
Today, on your marvelous morning answer, Larry Elder said he's seriously considering a run for governor.
Oh, we're going to use that, huh?
grotesque terror and treason.
Yes.
And please encourage him, promote him, and especially request the great Gorka to call our righteous and courageous President Trump to seal the deal.
Oh, we are going to use that, the telephone tree.
Well, Brett, we will do what we can.
And Larry knows that if he decides this is in his future, that I will absolutely do everything I can to support him.
And I think he could be one of the ones that could help save California.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
Appreciate that very much.
We'll take more of your phone calls as we continue.
833-33-GORKA.
That's a number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
You can also tweet us at Seb Gorka or you can find me at Jennifer Horn on Twitter, Jennifer Horn Radio on Facebook and Instagram.
Could it be that the sage may be the next governor of California?
It seems that there's a possibility, certainly, Whether he's in or he's out, the message has been sent to Democrats that California, not just Republicans, were ready to fight back against a progressive left.
833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horn in for SubGORKA.
This is America First. America

That's the number to dial in.
Gregory in Los Angeles, Line 2.
You're on America First with Jennifer Horne.
Hi.
Hello, Jennifer and Lou of Dr. Gorka.
Welcome to our very own Warrior Princess from California.
You are very sweet.
Thank you, Gregory.
Appreciate it.
As a longtime California resident and also a direct descendant of the World War II generation, we don't get a lot of focus in these political struggles.
And for my part, I think I'd say I've been vaccinated against all this What can I call it?
The extremism that I've seen going up.
I grew up during the Cold War era with a communist, a socialist, all of that.
So all this stuff that I hear going on and see going on, it's a twist on a lot of the same old stuff.
But you've got the social media now.
We have things you didn't have back then to keep pushing these agendas forward.
But I can see through all the veneer of all this chicanery they're pulling.
And with respect to anyone running for governor in this state, I'd highly recommend that you get a very good highly sought after a catastrophic health insurance policy.
Because I know the liberal liberal left is going to be hammering them as badly, maybe, maybe worse than they went after president Trump.
And they still went after president Trump.
Well, I think you're right, Gregory, just to jump in here.
I think the Democrats are going to spend a lot of money saving Gavin Newsom over the next month or so.
Now that we have that date in mind, they don't want that narrative out there that he lost or that he would be really embarrassing.
I haven't heard any, any effort about going through California's election process.
Not one iota about going through and doing an audit and seeing how did things go down in California.
Yeah.
We got like 50 at the last election in November 6th.
Was it 57, 57 electoral votes are up for grabs?
And we've lost one because of.
We've lost one and there's been some redistricting going on.
I will tell you, I did speak yesterday to Linda Payne.
She is the president co-founder of the Election Integrity Project in California, and they were actually integral.
If you heard about the Supreme Court decision upholding Arizona's ban on ballot harvesting and on requiring voters to vote within their precinct, the Election Integrity Project in California actually had A lawyer who wrote as a friend of the court to help with that decision, which was kind of interesting.
But what's really troubling about California, and the reason it's important to break up this Democrat dynasty, is that the voter rolls are a mess in California, and they are well set on keeping mail-in ballots a thing of not just COVID.
It's going to be in place for a really long time.
And what's stunning is the Election Integrity Project found that there are 1.8 million more registered voters in California than there are eligible voters.
1.8 million.
That is troubling.
Now, it may not impact a presidential election, but for congressional seats that are decided on 300 votes, It's really a big deal.
So it takes someone to break up that dynasty to get in there and look under the hood and see what's going on.
We're going to talk about a brand new social media platform from a Trump operative.

This is America First
with Sebastian Gorka, and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
What a pleasure it is to be in with all of you today.
You found America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. G. You may recognize my voice.
I'm here on Wednesdays usually.
I do a little California crazy report with Dr. G.
In the third hour of the program on Wednesdays.
And I also host the Morning Answer in Los Angeles on AM 870 and AM 590.
The answer with another friend of this program, Grant Stinchfield.
In fact, don't let it get around.
But Dr. G was the one who actually introduced the two of us.
And now we're hosting the mornings together in LA.
I want to remind you that you can check out SebGorka.com.
We're broadcasting today from the relieffactor.com studios.
And you can watch a broadcast of this program and see some of the archives.

Really excited to welcome in our next guest.
We have been talking in the program about Facebook and their big warning to me that I've been exposed to extremism.
Many of you have probably received that warning.
Social media is trying to tamp down free speech.
That is not a new story.
Joining us right now is the principal of SHW Partners, former senior advisor to President Donald Trump, and the creator of a brand new social media app.
Jason Miller is here.
Jason, thanks for joining us today on America First.
Hey, thank you so much for having me.
Excited to be with you and talk about Getter, this brand new social media app that conservatives will, if they're not already in love with it, they'll soon be in love with it.
We launch formally Sunday, Independence Day, 4th of July.
I love that.
You know, it's really funny.
In the first hour of the program, Jason, I said, you know, I was going through prep this morning looking for the You know, I was checking stuff out for my morning show in L.A.
and then, of course, I knew I was going to be here and I went to Facebook and they told me that I, like, needed therapy or something.
I'd been in touch with extreme misbehavior, probably because I'm a supporter still of former President Trump, but I love the America First platform.
And I think conservatives are just fed up.
We're tired of having our stories tagged, right?
We're tired of being taken off of Facebook and Twitter.
We're tired of being told that we need to seek help and get support.
What was the catalyst for you, Jason Miller, to create Getter, which is again launching on Sunday?
Well, the main catalyst really was even before President Trump was kicked off of social media, it was going back to last fall when the mainstream media and big tech not only silenced but absolutely squashed the Hunter Biden story.
That was really when I made the decision, you know what, this is I mean, keep in mind that post-election polling has shown that upwards of one out of every six Biden voters would not have supported him if they knew about the Hunter Biden and the Biden family corruption stories and the fact that the media, in fact, they braked about it.
It's what President Trump always brings up, the front page Time magazine story that Molly Ball wrote about the open conspiracy to make sure that they stop President Trump from getting re-elected.
And the way that I saw that play out in the election said, you know what?
We need a way to break these social media monopolies.
We need a marketplace of ideas where we can have free speech.
And then, of course, President Trump gets deplatformed.
And like, hey, we've got to come up with something.
But there's a key point here.
And this is, I think, so often as conservatives, we're told, you know, or someone will come up with an idea.
We're going to have our own platform or someplace where there's not going to be deplatforming or cancel culture.
But the technology isn't as good.
good as what the libs have.
It's not as good as what they have in Silicon Valley.
What we set out to do is we're going to have something that's not just as good, but better.
And so think 777 character posts.
The picture clarity is 25, 30% sharper than most of their social media platforms.
Three minute videos as opposed to two minute and 20 second videos.
And, this might be a good idea for you, for essentially our super-users, or people who are content creators, radio hosts, TV hosts, we're going to do up to 10-minute videos.
That way they can play an entire segment, as opposed to the shorter things.
So all these different, and the one thing, kind of the creme de la creme of the special features, You can import all of your tweets over together upon signing up for an account.
So it's one time, at that point it won't bring them over going forward, but that way your intellectual property, your creativity, your hard work will come with you to this new platform.
Jason, that's insane.
That is really good because what you may not realize is that Twitter can freeze your whole account and take away All of your content.
It can happen to any of us based on the user platform, the terms of service that we agree to with Twitter.
So the fact that you're allowing people to import that over to the getter platform, that is really, really huge.
Now, of course, we have to ask you, because we've heard from you in the past, we've heard from President Trump, who said that we're looking for a platform like this that would encourage free speech.
Is President Trump going to be a part of this platform, Jason?
Not initially, but I hope that we're going to have him on board.
We have real Donald Trump in a very safe place.
So I can't get that one, huh?
No, you can't get that one.
It's in my vault at this moment.
I've had a couple conversations with President Trump.
I know he has a lot of offers and people that want to team up with him.
Here's what our thought is.
We're going to go out there.
We formally launched this on Sunday, which, by the way, are kind of hard.
With word getting out yesterday, we already rocketed to number four on the social app list on Apple Store and number 23 in overall apps across the US.
I think we had somewhere in the neighborhood of over half a million sign-ups for the platform, and we haven't even launched.
We launch coming up on Sunday.
I hope that we get President Trump.
If he joins, he'll know that he has.
By the time that he joins, millions of like-minded individuals and supporters who will be on board.
But I'll let the President go and speak for himself on this one, but we hope to get him.
You know, and I think the way, I mean, if I were looking at this strategically, and my two cents on this, I have a lot of people who come to me, whether I'm out at events or on the air, and they say, oh, we're so frustrated with the way traditional social media treats conservatives.
I wouldn't leave those platforms because you want to make sure you're spreading the word to everybody.
But go to a platform like Getter, exchange your news, exchange Thoughts and comments with like-minded individuals, right?
This isn't just for conservatives, but it's for people who are patriots who actually want free speech instead of being tamped down or oppressed on some of these social media platforms.
Do it all so that you can be on Getter, but you can still kind of spread the word on some of the other platforms.
Isn't that something you'd recommend, Jason?
Yeah, and in fact, you know, look, I have a whole host of different social media platforms that I'm on, but there's difference between being on a platform and wanting to use it.
We want to create that community.
That's even where the name Getter, we're thinking of different synonyms for get together and talking about community.
Somehow get together became Getter.
And like, no, it's catchy.
People ask, like, what exactly is that?
You know, is it a verb?
Is it an adverb?
You know, what exactly is a Getter?
And so we're like, you know what?
Hey, if they're talking about the name, then it must be good.
So let's go with it.
Now, I will tell you that we want people from all political affiliations to join this platform.
I think when we talk about the free speech movement, the independent platform to go and talk about these things, Obviously, there'll be restrictions.
We don't want people going and suggesting any illegal activity or threatening harm to someone.
So, for example, Kathy Griffin might not want to join our platform because she likes to post pictures of a headless President Trump.
She's charming, isn't she?
Yeah.
Charming like a ton of bricks.
Like a snake.
Yeah, that's probably a nicer way of saying it.
And so, for example, we're anti-beheading on the Getter platform.
Excellent.
Me too.
We have that in common.
Good.
And then also, look, we know what kind of language that Hunter Biden likes to use with regard to people of different racial backgrounds.
And we do not support that.
So maybe Hunter Biden doesn't want to come to the platform.
But when we're talking about your political beliefs, we're talking about your political thought.
Let's get on.
Let's have the conversation.
Nobody gets through to a deep platform for your And spreading the news.
I mean, spreading real news.
The fact that 47% of Americans that voted for Joe Biden didn't even know about the Hunter Biden story, that is ridiculous.
A failure of the mainstream media.
I had a conversation with a friend of mine who happens to be a liberal, and I was saying, well, you know, maybe President Trump didn't want to invite Obama to the White House for a portrait unveiling because he was spied on by the Obama administration.
And I was told by my friend, who's very smart, that that had been debunked.
Wait a second.
Those are those jaw-dropping moments where you realize people have no idea where truth is anymore, and a platform like this actually allows access to stories that the news media will not tell you.
Exactly.
In fact, you know what?
Ignoring a story or suppressing it, in my opinion, can be just as bad, if not worse, than pushing a false story.
Yeah, absolutely.
Jason Miller, how do people get this?
This weekend, this is something that you can do if you're home, if you're traveling.
Do this this weekend.
Go to the App Store and download the Getter app.
What do you need to do?
How should people get ready to download this and what can they expect when they do?
Just go on on Sunday, download the app.
And you can do it on the Apple Store.
You can do it on the Google Play Store.
Download it.
It's free to sign up.
We'll have a quick sign-up feature that's on board so you can go and do it right away and get on and start talking with your friends.
Start talking to other conservatives and like-minded people who are on the platform.
I love it.
And is it a little bit closer to Twitter than Instagram or Facebook?
What is it like?
Or is it a combination of all the platforms?
A little bit of all of the above.
I'd probably say that Twitter's probably the closest marketplace competitor, but some of the features coming on later are going to be more similar to what you see in Spotify.
Very cool.
Jason Miller, thank you so much.
A former senior advisor to President Trump, current creator of Getter, get the app G-E-T-T-R.
You can get it in the App Store this Sunday and follow Jason right now at Jason Miller in D.C.
Jason, thanks so much and happy Fourth of July to you.
More up ahead, Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First. America

On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first!

They're even willing to put their brand's reputation on the line to stand up for liberty.
Please support our brand new Second Amendment Friday sponsor, Car Firearms.
And it is Second Amendment Friday, by the way.
That's fun.
Love that.
I am a proud supporter of the Second Amendment.
I'm happy to say I have home protection.
And I'm Jennifer Horne, by the way, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First, and such a pleasure to be hanging out with you on a Friday that is not quite a holiday, but it sure feels like it.
We are on the brink.
July 4th is Sunday, Independence Day.
Happy Fourth of July to all of you from all of us here at America First.
I wanted to talk a bit about former President Trump.
We just heard from his former advisor, Jason Miller, who's got a brand new social media platform coming out, Getter.
That'll happen on Sunday, G-E-T-T-R.
But President Trump went to the border this week.
He looked very presidential still, especially in contrast with our current president, Joe Biden, who has been struggling a bit or continues to struggle sometimes in front of the cameras, in front of the podiums.
And I'm sorry, Mr. President.
Come on, man!
I know.
Sometimes I just have to point it out.
But when former President Trump sat down with Sean Hannity and Governor Greg Abbott, they did a town hall.
And one of the questions, of course, maybe the most anticipated question, is about President Trump's political future.
Is he going to run again in 2024?
Now, the audience at the town hall reacted really strongly when Sean Hannity asked if they would like the president to run.
Clearly, they do.
Clearly many Republicans would like to see President Trump get back into the ring again.
This is what the president said about whether or not he had made up his mind about 2024.
You're not going to answer, but I have to ask, where are you in the process of, or let me ask you this without giving the answer what the answer is, have you made up your mind?
Yes.
I think you got it right.
Yeah. - The president said that he made up his mind about whether or not he will run in 2024.
He also said earlier in the week on another radio program that he would make the announcement as to whether or not he'll run in 2024 for the presidency after the midterm elections, which is appropriate.
You don't want to steal the energy from the room when Republicans have a real chance Of winning back the House of Representatives and maybe even winning back the Senate.
I mean, clearly the Biden administration, progressives, they are writing the script for Republicans who are willing to just look and show the American people what Democrats have done over the past couple of months, the Biden administration.
I want to ask you this question.
Do you want to see President Trump run again in 2024?
Do you want his mind to be made up in the affirmative?
And no judgment here.
Look, I am a fan of President Trump.
Obviously, so is Seb Gorka.
That's the boss, as he calls him.
But do you, Republican voters, if you're a Republican voter, if you're an independent, And if you're a Democrat, do you want to see President Trump run again in 2024?
And why?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
We're going to do a little pop poll here, a little quick poll on the America First program.
833-33-GORKA.
Do you want President Trump, who said he's made up his mind about what to do in 2024 already, do you want to see him run?
Now, story out today, brand new from Pew Research.
Says the former President Trump boosted his support among Hispanic Americans in the 2020 election.
Now the gains were not enough, they say, to make up for losses with blue collar white American men, but Pew Research says that Trump I've kind of expanded the tent a bit for Republicans when it comes to Hispanics.
As someone who lives in California, that's where my program is based, I've lived in California, in Los Angeles my whole life, and I've noticed this switch with Hispanic voters.
They are getting more conservative, and I believe due in part to President Trump providing more economic opportunity, record low unemployment numbers.
Uplifting people out of poverty.
This was the power of the Trump presidency and he was able, in his plain spoken way, to bring along minority groups that typically don't vote Republican.
And certainly that the left and that the news media wouldn't want you to think could be potential Trump voters.
He brought them along.
Pew Research backing this up.
Trump, with a pro-police message and attacks on globalism, according to this report, made gains among Hispanic voters, specifically those without a college degree.
According to this analysis, Trump won just three in 10 college-educated Hispanics, but He won 41% of non-college educated Hispanics compared to President Joe Biden's 55%.
So making gains there.
And the question for you at 833-33-GORKA is, do you want to see President Trump run again in 2024?
He says his mind is made up.
Let's go to Sandy in my home state of California, online too.
Hi Sandy, you're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Well, I am 100% legal Mexican American, and I voted for Donald Trump.
I've been dark brown since birth.
I voted for Trump.
I will vote for him again, and it really blows everybody's mind.
When I wear my Trump shirt.
You know, I don't know if this is a California thing, Sandy, but I talked about this.
I get asked to speak in groups for a lot of women's groups, especially.
I always love going on talking to Republican Women's Federated groups and all of that.
And people look at you when you say you're a woman and you're voting for Trump, or probably you as a, as a Hispanic woman saying that you voted for Trump, they look at you like, oh my gosh, you poor thing.
Can we pat you on the head?
Did your husband tell you to vote that way?
I mean, it's insulting.
They cannot understand conservative women.
Well, and I get a lot of other Hispanic women and women of color coming up to me when I'm wearing my shirt and whispering in my ear saying, I love your shirt.
I don't try to embarrass them or anything.
I just say, thank you.
I say, you know, we need to stick together on this one.
Absolutely.
Because people think you can't think for yourself.
I'll be in a group of white friends drinking wine and they're talking like as if I'm not dark brown.
I'm like, what is it?
I'm sorry, did I not come from the ghetto?
I mean, what is it that you think I'm not?
That you disrespect me like this?
Have you always voted Republican, Sandy?
Have you always been a Republican?
You know what?
I have always been a Republican.
I've been working since I was 14 years old.
Isn't that funny?
I think that's the difference.
When you start working, I started working at 12 for my dad, and I think when you start to work, and that's what this poll from Pew indicates, that people who are non-college educated, which tells you they've been working for a long time, they really saw the value in President Trump.
Sandy, thanks so much for the phone call.
Let's go to Wendy, and she's on line four.
Hi Wendy, where are you calling from, and welcome to America First.
Hi, thank you for taking my call.
I'm calling from Gilroy, California.
Okay.
I've been a Republican most of my life and I would not, I do not want to see president Trump run again.
Who would you like to see instead?
Are you looking for a Republican candidate?
I definitely am.
Um, I've seen some young up and coming men, probably somebody much younger.
Um, I just think Trump is too divisive.
He speaks without thinking.
Um, I don't like the fact that he seems to me almost unintelligent when he speaks.
So who's your candidate, Wendy?
If you could vote for someone today, if the election were held today, who's the guy or the girl?
Oh, man, I can't think of his name off the top of my head, but he is a governor of... Florida?
One of the... No.
Ron DeSantis?
No, I think... No.
It's a much younger guy.
Um, he spoke at the hearings for, um...
All right.
Well, you know what?
I'm sorry that we were up against a break, Wendy.
But, you know, it's interesting.
I think I'd really be interested to know who is the alternative, because President Trump, while he's plain spoken, he can bring the fight.
And not a lot of Republicans, I think, are prepared to do that.
So appreciate your comment, Wendy.
I disagree, but we'll take all of them.
833-33-GORKA.
Should President Trump run again 2024?
He says his mind is made up.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First.
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you. .
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Today, it's Second Amendment Friday, and I want you to know that our friends at Carr Firearms, they are fighting for America.
Truly, they are patriots.
America First Patriots.
They are willing to put their brand's reputation on the line to stand up for liberty.
Please support our new Second Amendment Friday sponsor, Car Firearms.
Thank you for joining us.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
He's on vacation today.
He'll be back next week.
But we're broadcasting today from my home studios in Los Angeles at AM 870, the Answer Salem Radio and the ReliefFactor.com studios.
They are mobile today.
Easy for me to say.
We're talking about President Trump this week after his trip to the border.
Sat down in a town hall with Hannity, with Governor Greg Abbott.
Hannity says, have you made up your mind, Mr. President, are you going to run again in 2024?
President Trump says yes, but doesn't indicate if he is going to run or not.
So my question to all of you, 833-33-GORKA, we'll run through these phone calls.
We're doing a little poll here, popular opinion.
Do you want to see President Trump run Again, we'll start right at the top.
Rick in Cleveland, line one.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi.
Hi, Jennifer.
How you doing?
Doing well.
Thanks, Rick.
What do you think?
Well, I voted for him twice.
I listen to Gorka and I love listening to you.
I would not want to see him.
I just think he was the man for the hour.
He woke up America.
I think the theme Isn't that great?
next presidential debate ought to be wake up America.
But I think he never, I followed his career.
I used to be in the hotel business.
I remember the days when he competed with Leona Helmsley.
He doesn't know how to govern her in a sense of, he doesn't have that balance about it.
He doesn't know how to turn it off.
He's always on.
Isn't that great?
See, you don't like that about him and that's what I love about him.
No, I love that about him, but he never can get to the balance to get other people along.
I think what got him elected is what got him not elected.
I think Santora would be a good option.
Rick Santorum?
I hear that right?
Ron DeSantis, governor of Florida.
Oh, Ron DeSantis.
Governor of Florida.
Rick, you got me a little nervous there.
I was like, Rick Santorum?
Is that really your choice yet?
Look, Ron DeSantis, I think, is a great governor.
I think he's a young guy.
He has history ahead of him.
I think he could serve well as a vice president to President Trump.
I respect what you say about President Trump not bringing people along with him, but I really do disagree with you.
He united the Republican Party so much so That at most points during his presidency, 95% of Republicans were behind him.
That was his job.
833-33-GORGA.
Ray in Livermore, you're on America First line number two.
Hi, Ray.
Hey, Jen.
Welcome aboard.
Thanks for filling in for the doc.
Oh my gosh.
I love it.
Are you kidding?
It's always a pleasure to be here.
Okay, I got two answers and then I have a request.
I say yes on Trump.
Yes on Trump.
I say yes on Elder.
Yes on Elder.
And then my request is can you get Captain Kirk to endorse both of these guys?
Ray, do you know that I know William Shatner?
Yes, that's why I'm asking, my dear.
You're so cute.
I don't know if he's interested in getting involved with politics, but I can always ask.
How about that?
Oh, it would be great.
If we got Captain Kirk on board, we're winning.
We're gonna win.
You know, it's very funny.
My last dinner with William Shatner was very cute.
And thank you for the call, Ray.
He was very Inquisitive about my politics because I'm very, you know, I'm out of the closet.
I'm a conservative in California.
There aren't all that many of us.
And so he loved asking me about where I get my news and how I come to these decisions.
It's very funny.
All right, Judy in, well, I don't know where you are.
Judy, where are you?
Line number three is where you are.
Where are you calling from?
I'm in Newport Beach, California.
Oh, one of my Southern California girls.
What do you think, Judy?
Are you going to vote for President Trump in 2024 if he runs?
You better believe it.
He should be in office right now.
I'm with you on that.
All right, we're going to slide in Leslie in Texas line four.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi, Leslie.
Hi, Jennifer.
Hey, yes, I would definitely support President Trump if he does run again.
I really would kind of like to see some fresh folks in there.
I would like Ron DeSantis.
But I think he comes with a lot less baggage.
I think the Democrats are going to come at Trump and they're going to stir up so much garbage again that the truth is going to be difficult to get out.
But then again, whoever Trump runs with, I really hope he picks a good, strong candidate because there's still one heartbeat away from being the president.
Yeah, good candidate.
I think it is important to be vice president.
I have always liked the idea of Trump and DeSantis running together.
I don't know if that'll happen, but certainly I think they would make a good team.
That's for sure.
President Trump, is he going to run in 2024?
That is the big question.
He says he's made up his mind.
We'll take some more of your phone calls.
As the hour continues, 833-33-GORKA, that's the number to join us.
Second Amendment Friday.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

CAR believes Americans shouldn't be afraid to publicly stand up for our freedoms.
This is about more than being gun enthusiasts.
This has become a very personal issue, struggling for the soul of America.
CAR wants America First listeners to know that they are not afraid to publicly support Second Amendment Friday.
Check out their superb line of US-made weapons.
I carry a 9mm.
CAR, go to car.com.
That's K-A-H-R dot com.
K-A-H-R dot com.
And also, the other products in their family semi-automatic thompson's the desert eagle check them out you won't regret it and i am so excited it's been far too long he is with us right now the founder the president of car firearms justin moon welcome back to america first oh thanks for having me back on sebastian great being on with you
So we're probably going to have a big announcement to make regarding our partnership with CAR Firearms next week.
I've been waiting breathlessly to make that announcement.
We will keep, keep, keep it under wraps until I can show you the pictures on our video feed.
But first, I want to do a little bit, something a little bit different today.
Because of the political environment, because of the threats of the Second Amendment, I'm going to play a clip from a lady, a Chinese immigrant called Zhivang Fleet, who talked about the threat of something that you and your family intimately understand, and that is the loss of our liberties.
Cut six.
Play cut.
And the vocabulary is even the same.
Wokeness.
And to be specific, we use class wokeness.
In Chinese, it is 阶级觉悟.
Your level of wokeness determines your chance to get promotion or to get benefit.
And who decides your level of wokeness?
It is the party leaders.
That brave woman spoke out at the education board meeting, the school board meeting in Loudoun County as a parent.
Mr. Moon, you're not just in the firearms trade because you want to have a successful business.
You understand the broader meaning of our constitutional rights and the threats to them, don't you?
Oh, absolutely.
My father wasn't a North Korean communist.
Thomas concentration camp he was liberated by general MacArthur during the Korean War so yeah, what we're seeing in America today is very very frightening.
It's full-blown communism and They're coming after all of our liberties our guns our right to speech our right to property We are in serious danger as a country right now today Sebastian I'm worried and And this time, we hear these threats and we're concerned about our Second Amendment civil rights with regularity.
I've lived in America for 13 years now and this is something we hear again and again and again.
But do you concur with me, Mr. Moon, that now it is qualitatively different and even more serious than ever before?
Absolutely.
I mean, look at who the president nominates for the director of the ATF.
That crazy lunatic, Chipman, was a guy at Waco taking a picture of a dead body of an American.
I mean, the Waco was the greatest law enforcement disaster in the history of our country.
They killed 76 people for what amounted To one person committing a firearms charge, which is at most a few years in prison.
That doesn't give a right for the government to murder 76 people unrelated to the person who committed the crime.
What's the good news?
You are the founder, the president, you revolutionized the carry handgun industry with your tiny 9mm, small as a PPK, lighter and more powerful.
Talk about what you witnessed in the last year.
Can you keep up with demand with all these new people who believe finally in the Second Amendment?
Yeah, that is, that's like the silver lining on the dark cloud which we're facing is that Americans are getting, and all throughout America, they're just buying guns like crazy.
The buying and the demand for firearms and ammunition still is still intense.
And, you know, we are, we basically sold out our production for the year.
So, you know, I'm grateful for the Americans, all the Americans out there who realize our freedoms under attack.
But the state of our country truly troubled me greatly.
I'm really worried about this great nation.
And what is your message to those people who may be waking up?
They've heard people like G. Van Fleet at the Loudoun County School Board or maybe that amazing teacher we had on the show yesterday who's speaking up saying that this is Marxist indoctrination.
What is your message to those who are starting to see the light?
Starting to understand why the Second Amendment is a civil right and not just an American peculiarity.
What is your message to those who, I don't know, might be thinking of buying a gun?
Well, you know, all of the gun rights groups in the industry and in the Second Amendment community are really fighting hard to preserve the right to bear arms.
And, you know, groups like the Second Amendment Foundation and Gun Owners of America, they recently actually won at the lower federal court level From Judge Benitez, who ruled that the AR-15 was, you know, constitutionally protected, so that all Californians have a right to bear that weapon.
And so that victory at that level, of course, it will be appealed, but, you know, that's something which is likely to go to the Supreme Court.
And so, you know, we've got gun rights groups out there really fighting for our rights.
All you new gun owners out there, you gotta support the Second Amendment Foundation, you gotta support Gun Owners of America, because these guys are really fighting hard to protect our rights.
Buy a gun, get training, and join one of these organizations.
But the first thing you need to do...
is check out Kahr.com.
I'm so excited!
Your team has told me about the 10mm that might be shipping my way soon and other incredible products.
Check out their full line at K-A-H-R.com.
They don't just make superb firearms.
They understand the US Constitution and the threat to all our civil liberties.
That's K-A-H-R.com and the founder, Justin Moon.

And it seems, guys, that Things might be getting a little tough for the Vice President Kamala Harris.
Even CNN has their top story right now.
White House goes into damage control mode after reports of dysfunction in Kamala Harris's office.
This is a result of a story that was released in Politico this week about anonymous sources Apparently they can implicate Democrats as well.
President Trump dealt with a lot of anonymous sources during his presidency.
But anonymous sources say that Kamala Harris's office is a disaster.
They used even more colorful language than that, and that conditions and the work environment, not so conducive to getting things done.
And Kamala Harris has always been kind of an unlikable sort.
Remember, it was the Democrat Party, it was the DNC that was really pushing to get Kamala Harris to kind of catch fire during the primaries.
She did not.
They found out that Joe Biden could be used as this useful vessel, so he became the candidate.
And the DNC assisted Joe Biden in picking Kamala Harris as his vice president, hoping that somehow she'd become more popular, but ignoring problems at the border and laughing incessantly at things that are not funny have not helped The Vice President's credibility and now this story is coming out.
So the report today is the White House is trying to clean up the mess of Kamala Harris.
They'd like to see her run in 2024, I would imagine, maybe even sooner.
Biden can't cut it.
We were asking about 2024 and President Trump.
We'll jump in and take as many of your phone calls as we can.
Let's start with Michael in Columbus, Ohio on line one.
Hi, Michael.
Hey, good afternoon.
This is Michael from Columbus, Ohio.
Well, Michael, I want to ask you this question.
President Trump says that he has decided whether or not he'll run for office.
Would you like him to?
He better.
All right.
That's the best thing I could say.
He better.
All right.
Let's try Johanna.
Thank you for the call, Michael.
Johanna in California Line 2, would you like to see President Trump run in 2024?
You said he would, and he's the man who does what he said he will.
And I think that Rick DeSantis might be great, but like you, I think he might be a good vice presidential candidate with him.
But people think that somehow another person can do what Donald Trump can do, that they can get elected and get things done.
It's a tough job.
One more quick phone call, Johanna.
Thank you for the call, Laurel.
Line 4, real quick, Laurel, did you want to see President Trump run again?
Hi, yes, absolutely.
You know, here in Colorado, I'm a congressional candidate to run against Ed Perlmutter for U.S.
Congress, and I've been on the ground for 16 for him, and absolutely, without a doubt, he's the man for the job.
He's the only one that can finish what he started.
Our America First poll.
Thank you, Laurel, and good luck in your race.
Seems like the yeses have it.
They want to see President Trump run again in 2024.
More up ahead.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka on America First.
Thank you.
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You're saying, you know, they're saying 1.7 million dollars over 15 years.
But it's not 1.7 million, that's income.
The taxable portion of that to New York State is 8%.
That's $136,000 over 16 years.
That's 10 grand a year.
$136,000 over 16 years.
That's 10 grand a year.
Half of that, because my father's a good guy, he paid for this guy's grandchildren's education.
Our tax experts say that's not even taxable.
You can pay for someone's education that way.
So you cut it down.
It comes out to like ten, less than ten grand a year.
It's about closer to five grand a year if you take out the education.
That is the voice of Donald Trump Jr.
He was on with Jesse Watters yesterday talking about the charges against the CFO of the Trump Organization, Alan Weisselberg.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Pleasure to be with all of you and happy Fourth of July.
This latest round of charges against not only the Trump Organization but certainly An attempt to scare and shake the Trump family has been center stage this week.
Joining us right now is a friend of this program and, gosh, we're right down the street from each other in Los Angeles today.
Not in the same room, but Greg Jarrett, welcome to America First.
So great to chat with you again.
He's a legal and political analyst for Fox News and also the author of Russia Hoax and Witch Hunt.
You can follow him on Twitter at Greg Jarrett.
Greg, thanks for being with us.
Jennifer, always a pleasure talking to you.
It is always great to hear your voice.
And the Trump Organization, as you know, the CFO, Allen Weisselberg, pleaded not guilty in a Manhattan court after being charged with fraud and tax crimes on Thursday.
He pleaded not guilty to grand larceny, which in the state of New York is the unlawful taking of funds or property valued at $50,000 or more.
It's punishable for up to 15 years in prison.
Now, you have done some great writing all about these charges, and Greg, what is your initial thought?
I mean, it seems like more of the same.
It seems like targeting anything that has the name Trump on it.
Sure.
I mean, this is a classic abuse of power by Cyrus Vance Jr., who's the district attorney in Manhattan.
And, you know, let's back up a little bit.
Cy Vance is a hyper-partisan Democrat, you know, far-leftist.
Not much of a lawyer, never was.
Ask anybody, they'll tell you that the only reason he got elected DA is because he's the namesake of a famous man, the real Cyrus Vance, who was actually a pretty smart guy and, you know, served at one point in time as Secretary of State.
That's the only reason Cy Vance got elected DA.
And he spent four years targeting Donald Trump because, like many people, he suffers from Trump Derangement Syndrome.
So he spent four years poring through three million documents based on more than a hundred subpoenas, and he never came up with a scintilla of evidence that Donald Trump had done anything wrong.
Imagine that!
I mean, imagine going through any Top official of any American corporation like that.
You'll surely come up with something.
But they came up with nothing against Donald Trump.
He didn't cheat on his taxes.
He didn't commit real estate fraud.
Hush money that was paid this week's annuals was perfectly legal and not a violation of the law.
So all of these promises that the D.A.
and the media made that Former President Donald Trump was going to be wearing an orange jumpsuit, peering at us behind bars.
It was all wrong!
Instead, they go after an underling for what is really, in the grand scheme of things, pretty insignificant stuff.
Not reporting his taxable income, use of a company car, company apartment, as well as tuition payments.
And you played the clip of Don Jr.
and what the tax experts told them, and he's right!
Uh, tuition's a non-starter.
Um, it is, it's not a crime and it's a joke.
It seems so bizarre, Greg, that you had Michael Cohen, the former attorney to the president, who was out there talking about how this was the smoking gun that they were going to get Weisselberg.
This is going to be just the beginning and that they're going to go after Trump.
As you mentioned, for years, they've made it their goal to investigate everything about the Trump organization.
They would love nothing more than to charge Donald Trump.
And I think maybe even more than that, Donald Trump Jr.
and Eric Trump, because they probably think that'll hurt the former president even more.
But the charges that they're talking about, for any of us who work in corporations, think about this.
They're saying he didn't report taking company cars.
He didn't report all that.
I mean, how many of us... I mean, I don't have a company car, but certainly I've taken rides to events.
Are you supposed to declare that as income?
I mean, it seems kind of ridiculous, some of the stuff that they're charging Weisselberg with, even right after all these years.
Ridiculous is an understatement, Jennifer.
I mean, look, the federal tax code is so complex and convoluted It's really incomprehensible, even to tax lawyers, because it contains within the tax code so many exceptions and caveats and carve-outs and even contradictory opinions issued by the IRS itself on what are known as corporate perks.
And it is, at best, a murky area of law.
As a consequence, you know, a lot of these perks, as you point out, Jennifer, are commonplace in corporate America.
But corporation, big corporation, you know, doesn't lease company cars and allow employees to use them.
I've used, you know, company cars.
I've never reported it as taxable income.
To be honest with you, Greg, I wouldn't even think about that.
It wouldn't even cross my mind.
And, you know, the IRS wouldn't pursue it.
They never do.
And so, you know, good luck trying to prove this case.
I guarantee you.
And I have spoken with a top official of the Trump Organization.
They are more than prepared to present expert testimony from tax professionals who will say, no, look at this particular IRS tax code.
Look at the opinions.
Incidental to that code.
And you will find that this is not taxable income.
And so, you know, even if the prosecution presents their own experts, what's a jury going to do?
They're going to throw up their hands.
They're not going to understand this.
Right.
Because most tax experts don't truly understand it.
So, you know, this this case is an uphill battle for Cy Vance, of course.
He's not going to try it because he's not a particularly good trial attorney.
In fact, he's a terrible trial attorney.
Wow.
And it seems that this Southern District of New York has really had it out for the former president, for his organization, for such a long time.
In fact, in the interview that Eric Trump did last night on Laura Ingraham's show on Fox News, they played a clip of the New York, forget even the Southern District, but the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, who has said multiple times on the record That she is going to become a you-know-what in the rear end of President Trump, that she vowed, she ran on going against him.
So what is next?
We know these charges are pretty trumped up.
We know it's going to be a difficult trial.
Is it possible that the jury has Trump bias?
I mean, according to the news media, this is just it.
I mean, how does that reporting even get out there?
And does it corrupt the jury pool that will sit on this case?
Well, I mean, anybody who relies on truth and accuracy with regards to Trump from the mainstream media is a complete idiot.
They hate Trump so much that it absolutely shades their reporting.
So don't rely on the mainstream media.
You know, here's what really happened.
You know, Cy Vance spent all of this time, millions and millions of taxpayer dollars He put together a team of lawyers and accountants.
They spent years trying to pin something on Trump.
They couldn't do it.
And this was a huge embarrassment to him.
So in order to save face, this is what it's all about.
Cy Vance trying to save face.
They come up with a lame charge against Allen Weisselberg in order to justify what they had done.
So, you know, is it any wonder, Jennifer, Americans despise people like Cy Vance in power?
They're corrupt, they're abusive.
Vance is a prime example.
And this is the problem with having politicians serving in law enforcement and prosecutorial positions.
They politicize and weaponize their power.
It's disgraceful.
You know, good luck presenting the case in front of a jury, even a jury that probably despises Donald Trump.
And how many other people, and we're in our last moment here, Greg, but how many other people, and I'd look at Hunter Biden, that have not even seen one charge for things that maybe might constitute much higher crimes than we're even talking about with Donald Trump here?
It's a double standard, and everybody paying remote attention knows it.
You know, the info investigation in Hunter Biden, who in my judgment has committed real crimes, crimes of corruption and influence peddling.
Uh, he won't be touched because, you know, as he said in an interview after the election, he was relieved his father got elected because, uh, you know, he essentially knows the charges are going to go away.
And he's an artist now, Greg Jarrett.
So back to his artwork.

Now, it is 4th of July weekend.
Independence Day.
America is 245 years old on Sunday, and I think it's a really good holiday.
I know we're all patriotic listening to this show.
If you like a show called America First, clearly every day is the 4th of July.
Every day is Independence Day, but there's not a lot of pressure when it comes to Independence Day.
You don't have to think about presents.
You don't have to think about the big meals.
It's simple.
It's a barbecue.
You decide if you're going to swim or go to a beach.
It's pretty low-key, and You get to listen to patriotic music.
You get to celebrate the country.
Think about why we're so lucky and blessed to wake up every day living here as American citizens, right?
I think it's pretty good.
So imagine my chagrin and really truly like a little bit of... I think I might have gone apoplectic when I read this survey because I just don't understand it.
I'm hoping that you will help me figure this one out.
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
You can tweet me at Jennifer Horn or Jennifer Horn Radio on Facebook and Instagram.
There's a new poll that's out from Fox News, and in it, it was revealed that 7 out of 10 voters believe America is the greatest country to reside in.
We think, all right, 7 out of 10.
Doesn't sound bad.
But that comes down to 69%.
Now, it's a pretty high number for polls, right?
With everything so divided in this country, I think everybody always is expecting things to just ride around 50%.
So when you hear 69%, but then when you like dig in and start thinking for a minute, you go, wait a second.
Only 69% of Americans believe that America is the greatest country to reside in?
Like, what are the rest of them doing?
This is the latest Fox News survey.
The number is down from 83%.
In 2015, and from the high watermark that was recorded a decade ago, 84% in April 2011.
Now, 26% say America is not the best country to live in.
That's up 12 points.
So, why do you think this is?
833-33-GORKA.
Looking for some help on this.
I wanted to poll some of you.
You guys are all smart out there.
833-33-GORKA.
Why is that number so low?
69% believing America is the greatest country to reside in.
26% saying America is not the best country to live in.
Is it?
This idea of systemic racism that has been thrown at us over the last couple of years.
Is it the critical race theory finally clicking in the brains of people who were kind of indoctrinated with that in school and now they're becoming adults and taking part in the survey?
Or are people really disenchanted with where the country is?
Look, I cannot stand what Joe Biden is doing to this country.
I cannot stand that we are so divided as a nation.
But you can bet your bippy that if I had to choose, there's no other country that I would choose.
We can still fix things here.
There's still opportunity here.
Yes, there are things that we complain about all the time on talk radio or on cable news, or maybe we do it to our friends or to our family, but we can still fix things.
There's still a level of control in this country that is not there in other nations.
And I thought it was interesting as you dig down into these numbers, there are some groups that have impacted the number.
69% saying that they're happy to live here, that there's no other country, that America is the best country to reside in.
The people who have changed their mind and who have lost favorability on the country are those who are under the age of 45, Democrats, women, and black voters.
All of them significantly more unhappy with the country now than they were in 2015.
And this surprises me Because you'd think Democrats are in the House, Democrats are in the Senate, Democrats are in the White House.
Would that be enough?
I mean, it seems like you've won.
If you think the country was terrible, if you're a Democrat, if you're a woman, if you're a black voter, if you thought the country was terrible before, well, probably what you've voted for is now in charge.
So wouldn't that give you some hope?
Or have you been disappointed even by your leadership?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
What do you think it is that has people not happy to live in this country?
What could it be?
Bob in Philadelphia on Line 4.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
Oh, he dropped Patrick.
How about in California?
Line 1, he's there.
You're on America First with Jennifer Horne.
Hi, Patrick.
Hi, Jennifer.
How are you?
Doing well, thanks.
Thank you for the phone call.
So, this survey just really has me scratching my head.
I love our country.
I know we have our problems and our flaws, but we are still in a place where we can fix things as average citizens.
Why do you think so many people, particularly black voters, women, Democrats, and young people, are opposed to living in this country?
So, two things.
25 years ago, when I was in law school, I was actually working at Hoover Elementary School in downtown L.A.
Yeah.
Predominantly Hispanic.
And I ran out of there after three weeks because in the third grade classroom, a young teacher was telling the kids about, you know, how they shouldn't be celebrating President's Day and basically concentrating on only negative things for President's Day.
So when you combine education level or education in the public schools, that far long ago, And then you have the mainstream media give you nothing but bad news about the states and what seems like fantastic other places to live, including China, and then you have athletes talking about what a great opportunity China is.
You start to begin to see, and it's easy to understand why young adults might waver in what they should realize is the greatest country in the world and begin to think otherwise.
You know, I think you make some really good points, Patrick, and thank you for the phone call.
Something that is so important is that we have to capture our schools.
We have to be able to go in and give our kids a fighting chance because the curriculum, the critical racer that so many of us are talking about now, that does sink in.
It does go into the psyche about just what the country is, what we're capable of.
And really interesting, Patrick, you brought up China.
We're going to talk about that in a few moments.
The way the mainstream news media is glorifying the communist government in China, I think does have an impact on people.
They just somehow are misguided enough to think that that is better.
All right, let's go to Sam in Los Angeles on Line 5.
Hi, Sam, you're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi, Jennifer.
I think this poll may reflect people's Use looking forward prospectively saying well the country's on the wrong path and Thus they give a negative answer, you know having a president who very likely has dementia It makes people doubt whether there's someone really running the country or is there something going on behind the scenes and that makes them fearful and thus they might have less of a You know, it's so funny, and I think you're right, Sam.
I think maybe that is a piece of it, but I just, I feel like the presidency is, it's so transient, right?
I mean, you have people coming in every four or eight years.
The country is the country, and I feel like we need to start celebrating what makes America great, what we are capable of, what we can do as private citizens, our freedoms, or at least the freedoms we used to have that we want to fight for again.
I don't know.
It seems like it should be bigger than just the person that is residing in the White House.
But maybe that's it.
833-33-GORKA.
A brand new poll out suggests that only 69% of the country, according to Fox News, so that America is the best country to reside in.
Is that you?
833-33-GORKA.
We'll talk a little bit more about the mainstream media going a little wild over the Chinese Communist Party.
This one is a doozy.
Jennifer Horn in for Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First. America
First. America
First.
The End
On the side of the U.S. Constitutional.
Constitution, America first!
Thank you for joining us.
You found America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka, and we're talking about this new poll that is out, suggesting that only 69% of Americans say that our country is the best country to reside in.
We're taking your calls and thoughts on why that might be.
833-33-GORKA.
Our last caller, I think it was Patrick, said, it has maybe something to do with the mainstream news media, and I think Patrick is right.
The amount of fawning, I mean, it is unbelievable.
Sometimes you feel like you're in this alternate universe or maybe that you're looking at an Onion or a Babylon Bee headline.
But all of this fawning from CNN and from the mainstream media, they almost had a celebratory tone leading up to the 100th year anniversary of China's Communist Party.
It happened this week.
And they covered the speech by China's leader, Xi Jinping.
In fact, Fox News is a great headline.
They said, experts sound alarm over American media's celebratory tone of Chinese Communist Party's 100-year anniversary.
They're saying this is Xi in NN, in reference to President Xi, who gave a speech.
And in the speech, this should be Knowing what you know right now about COVID-19 and that China has come out and said that they'd like to colonize the United States, they'd like to be the superpower on the planet, right?
We are an inconvenience to them.
And in this speech that CNN and the mainstream media promoted in celebration, the 100th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party, President Xi warned foreign nationals, foreign nations, that's us, foreign nations to China.
That they'll get their heads bashed bloody.
He did this during a celebratory speech.
Now, that's not always what I do at anniversaries and birthdays.
You know, usually I don't threaten to bash people's head in.
But that's what they are doing in China.
They are telling us what they want to do, and you hear the alarm being sounded that the American media is not quite taking this seriously.
Certainly, they're not pushing to find out more about China's role in the release of COVID-19, about the Wuhan lab, about all of the stuff that conservative media talk rate has been talking about.
Now, they're celebrating 100 years of communism, the CCP.
Very, very strange.
Also going on today, I am broadcasting to you from Los Angeles.
I love the Dodgers.
I am a baseball fan.
I was born and raised, I think I might bleed Dodger blue.
I'm pretty sure that aside from my parents, the first voice that I came to know was Vin Scully, who was the voice of the Dodgers for many, many years.
And the Dodgers last year won the World Series.
They are today.
At the Biden White House.
It's making me nuts because I keep looking at Instagram.
I keep looking at social media.
I'm seeing all of our favorite players on the Dodgers.
They're all hanging out with Biden, and Biden is standing there looking very confused, holding himself a brand new Dodger jersey.
This was him from just a few moments ago, introducing Clayton Kershaw, our ace pitcher.
I kind of got it wrong.
Now let's bring up a three-time Cy Young Award winner, Clayton Kershaw.
Are you kidding me?
Now, let's bring up the three-time Cy Young Award winner, Clayton Kershaw.
Oh, Joe!
No, it's Clayton Kershaw!
Why couldn't this be the Trump White House?
8-3-3.
8-3-3, Gorka.
The answer is probably half the team wouldn't show up, so I guess it's less controversial.
I would be angrier if they were the Trump White House and half of the team didn't show up.
But there they are, standing with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
The Dodgers visiting President Biden, the first team to do so after the pandemic.
8-3-3.
3-3, Gorka.
Why in the world is only 69% of this country say that it's the best country to reside in.
John in Atlanta on line two.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi, John.
Hey, how are you?
Doing just great.
Thank you.
Happy Fourth of July.
What do you think the reason is that that number seems it seems low, doesn't it?
Yes, it does.
And I'd like to offer two reasons from a humble perspective.
One is I think the media is full of negative news all the time.
And so for people who are only getting their news on the CNN or MSNBC, they're only seeing negative news reports and how bad everything is, because that basically is part of the Democrat narrative.
The second reason I'd like to offer is one that you haven't discussed yet, and that is this.
Today's young people, and particularly the age group that you mentioned, the demographic profile of those who are voting negatively, are basically, they've never served their country.
They've never had the draft.
They've never been in the Peace Corps.
They don't really understand what the older generation does about how we're all connected and how what we ought to be doing is serving our fellow man.
They've been so self-absorbed and into their own perspective that they really haven't had a chance to develop and mature into the broader view of how we are all interconnected.
You know what?
I think that is a really great point and well-articulated, John.
Thank you for that phone call from Atlanta.
Jim in West Virginia, you're standing by on Line 5.
He says it's because the U.S.
is throwing away our history.
And boy, I think there is a piece of that as well.
As we continue, the Biden administration facing a lawsuit at the border from sheriffs and ICE agents.
We'll tell you all about it.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First.

Thank you.
America First.
Magnificent.
It is magnificent!
Thank you for joining us on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
Happy to be in with all of you today for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

Check out the website SebGorka.com.
We're broadcasting today from the ReliefFactor.com mobile studios in Los Angeles.
And I saw today this story.
Stunning where we are again in our news cycle.
The Biden administration is being sued by sheriffs and active immigration and customs enforcement officers for its alleged handcuffing of them on enforcing immigration law by restricting arrests and deportation of illegal immigrants.
The lawsuit is saying the relief we are seeking is that the court order ICE and the Department of Homeland Security to simply follow the law The sheriffs and ICE agents say that specific laws already on the books require them to detain and deport certain illegal aliens, but a February 18th order from DHS restricts the arrest or deportation of migrants in the U.S.
illegally, they say, and is unlawful and unconstitutional.
Joining us right now to help us unpack all of this is a friend of this program, a new friend of mine, Sheriff Mark Lamb.
is here.
He is a sheriff of Pinal County in Arizona.
He joins us right now on America First.
Follow him on Twitter, SheriffLam1.
And Sheriff Lam, thank you so much for being with us.
I know you're a friend of this program.
You took Seb and you took Jeff down to the border for a tour, right?
They got to see all sorts of things with you, including a run-in with a snake.
Yeah, that was a great visit.
And just a little backstory, I loathe snakes.
So do I. I wrote a book, and in the book I wrote, I'm not afraid of, I ain't scared of anything, dot, dot, dot, except of snakes.
So we had a snake pop out, and I think I blew their eardrums out trying to shoot it.
Did you get it?
I think I got it on the second shot.
That's a moving target.
They're wily little buggers though.
I know they are.
Oh gosh.
I do not envy you.
And you know what?
They love Arizona and that happens to be where you are.
They do.
Man, so be careful.
Now, thank you so much for what you do and protecting not only your county but Just standing up for law enforcement and for your citizens.
Right now, the Biden administration is getting sued simply so that sheriffs and ICE agents can follow the laws on the book.
Imagine this.
What do you know about this lawsuit, Sheriff Lamb?
And is it really that bad?
Are we really restricting law enforcement from doing their jobs?
Yeah, we are, and their policy changes are having an impact on our communities.
The lawlessness, they're undermining the rule of law.
Like you said already, Jennifer, the law says that they need to be deported.
You can't be in this country illegally, but we have this administration that continues to not only turn a blind eye to it, they're actually saying it's okay if you're coming into this country illegally.
And so, we as sheriffs have had to stand up.
I know I've been part of a lawsuit here with the state of Arizona with Attorney General Brnovich.
We have filed a lawsuit asking the federal government to do their job.
To take the people that pose a threat to our communities and to hold people accountable that are here in this country illegally.
We have a process in place.
We all care about human beings, but they need to follow the process that's been set forth by Congress and Senate.
Wow.
It just, again, to have an administration that is almost working against the men and women who are on the border right now is really pretty stunning.
What is the situation like in Arizona?
We've been hearing a lot about Texas, McAllen, Texas, specifically.
The president, former President Trump, was at the border.
We can talk about that in a few minutes, but what is the situation like for you right now in Arizona?
It's tough.
You know, we have seen a huge increase, hundreds of percent Increase in the amount of human smuggling and drug trafficking that's been coming into our community.
We have the I-8, the I-10 corridor, two major freeways right here in our county.
They estimate that 40 to 50 percent of all illegal drugs that are here in America come through the borders of Arizona, and I would contend that a high percentage of that makes its way through my county at some point.
So we feel like if we don't stop it here, it's going to filter throughout communities across this country.
We're seeing the impact that fentanyl is having in our communities.
We're seeing the impact that methamphetamines is having.
And this is just a huge increase and we as sheriffs cannot tolerate it.
We cannot stand by while this goes on.
It is so heartbreaking to hear you say that.
I live in California just outside of Los Angeles.
They're right now in the process of what will probably be the nation's largest drug bust.
It is California's largest drug bust.
And this is marijuana.
You think, well, it's legal in California.
Why do we care?
Well, this money is all funding the cartels, the sex traffickers.
This is government-sanctioned abuse of children, of women, and certainly of those people who are falling victim to the drugs that are coming into this country.
What are you looking for right now from the Biden administration?
Are there any reversals in sight or do you expect that this is just going to be a long ride maybe into 2022 before the next election?
Unfortunately, I think the latter is going to be the case.
I would hope that they would recognize the error of their ways and restore some of the policies that President Trump had implemented that were working.
And let's get back to those and try to regain control of the border.
However, I'm afraid that they're going to continue going down this path with these policies that they've instituted.
And it's not just a border security issue.
When you fail to uphold the law, you are sending a message throughout America, and you are undermining the rule of law.
And this has a negative impact on our communities, and we just cannot stand by while this happens.
And we're already seeing crime on the rise.
It's because law enforcement is not being respected.
The rule of law is not being respected from the highest levels.
Now, before we run out of time, here's Sheriff Mark Lamb.
He is here with us.
Follow him on Twitter, Sheriff Lamb, the number one on Twitter.
Sheriff, President Trump went to the border this week and unfortunately got very political because some people said he shouldn't have been there.
Other people say, thank goodness he was.
It was a catalyst to get the vice president to the border.
In our final moment here, what did you make of President Trump's visit?
I thought it was outstanding, because anybody that's bringing attention to the issue, the crisis that exists...
I think we need to take it.
President Trump is still a citizen of this country, and he has a very strong voice.
And I'm glad he went and spoke on behalf of the citizens, law enforcement, and expressed what we all feel, which is how bad this crisis is.
This administration now, you know, we've got Kamala Harris, who does this little fake visit down to El Paso.
I mean, she really went, but that's not where the issue is.
And it was a very controlled visit.
And it didn't really accentuate or highlight the crisis we're dealing with.
Shouldn't even go to the migrant facility where they were having sexual abuse claims.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
I would say laughable, but it's far more serious than that.
Sheriff Mark Lamb, we're out of time, but thank you so much for all of your hard work.
I want to send you to americansheriff.com and follow Sheriff Lamb.
Sheriff Lamb, the number one.
Happy Fourth of July to you.
Thank you for all your hard work and for keeping us safe.
As we continue, there is more up ahead.

End This is America First with Sebastian Gorka, and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
What a pleasure it has been to fill in for you, and thank you for making us a part of your day here at America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
I host the Morning Answer in Los Angeles on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer.
My co-host is Grant Stinchfield, who I know is no stranger to these parts at America First.
And from all of us here, we wish you a very happy 4th of July holiday, Independence Day, just around the corner.
America's 245 years old on Sunday.
And gotta tell you that the White House has tweeted, And it was not, you know, every time the White House tweets, that alarm goes off in my head because I think, oh gosh, what is this going to cost me?
Well, the White House tried to give us a little bit of good news today.
In fact, their social media team did a tweet about the 4th of July, and it was filled with all of these terrible puns.
Are you ready for this?
This is the tweet.
Planning a cookout this year?
Ketchup.
Get it?
On the news.
According to the Farm Bureau, the cost of the 4th of July barbecue is down from last year.
It's a fact you must heard.
Hot dog!
The Biden economic plan is working and that's something we can all relish.
You know that someone got paid like a hundred grand, right?
A hundred thousand dollars to do the social media on that post.
Filled with all of the barbecue puns.
But here's why people laughed.
Because the Biden administration is being plagued with this idea of inflation, right?
Everybody says the cost of things going up.
They wanted to fight that and tell you that your barbecue is going to cost you less this year.
But how much less?
Well, that would be 16 cents.
Yeah.
Liz Harrington, who's been on this program before, She was a former spokesperson for the RNC.
Now she's a spokesperson for former President Trump.
She said, this reminds me of the passage in 1984 where they celebrate the chocolate ration going up when it was actually reduced by 10 grams.
A little tip of the hat for you readers of 1984 out there.
Biden administration again, I guess, trying to capture the headline, turn it around a bit and try to convince you that things just are not as expensive as they seem.
But in any case, what I do want to leave you with today is that This country, we have a lot of people trying to hold down conservative thought.
We talked about Facebook trying to tag your posts, take you down, or maybe even send you into therapy so you can get help if you've come into contact with right-wing extremists.
Do yourself and do all of us a favor this weekend.
Talk to your friends and family.
Tell them why America is great.
It is up to you to help celebrate this holiday.
Make it more about the hot dogs and the hamburgers.
Make it about Why this country is good.
Talk to your friends, talk to your neighbors, talk to your family.
They need to hear it.
It's how we spread the word.
Thank you all so much for joining us.
Happy Independence Day!
