| If you are a law-abiding person, you break the law, then you might get ticketed. | |
| But if somebody is not a law-abiding person, they will get away with it. | |
| Now, any of the food hall, the illegal vending, they come outside of the restaurant, opening up a shop on the sidewalk. | |
| They bring icebox with meat on the floor, no place to wash, nothing. | |
| They set up a barbecue, start selling food. | |
| Health department will pass by them and do nothing about them. | |
| But they go into my tenants. | |
| Every one of my tenants, they're a law-abiding citizen, taxpayer, Now, health department fines them for if the refrigerator does not cool their meat, which I agree, they should enforce the law. | |
| But what about them on the outside? | |
| It's like allow the criminals to create crime and allow those illegal vending, make them legal to sell. | |
| So why would someone open up a business? |
