Is The Word "Homeless" a Propaganda?

Time Text
You know, the word homeless is a propaganda word.
It's designed to make you think that the people that are living on the street are there because rent is too high, housing is scarce.
Well, if that were true, we would see the worst homelessness in Beverly Hills or Carmel, California, or other very wealthy neighborhoods.
But we don't.
We see it in the poor neighborhoods because that's where the city leaders have decided to contain the drug-using, drug-dealing, and drug-addicted population.
I think the other thing we point out is that rents increased all over the United States, including in warm cities like Miami.
That reduced their homeless population.
The bottom line is you have as many people living on the street as you allow.
San Francisco only shelters one-third of its homeless population.
