[00:00:00]  If you are a law-abiding person, you break the law, then you might get ticketed.
[00:00:04]  But if somebody is not a law-abiding person, they will get away with it.
[00:00:07]  Now, any of the food hall, the illegal vending, they come outside of the restaurant, opening up a shop on the sidewalk.
[00:00:13]  They bring icebox with meat on the floor, no place to wash, nothing.
[00:00:18]  They set up a barbecue, start selling food.
[00:00:20]  Health department will pass by them and do nothing about them.
[00:00:23]  But they go into my tenants.
[00:00:24]  Every one of my tenants, they're a law-abiding citizen, taxpayer, Now, health department fines them for if the refrigerator does not cool their meat, which I agree, they should enforce the law.
[00:00:34]  But what about them on the outside?
[00:00:36]  It's like allow the criminals to create crime and allow those illegal vending, make them legal to sell.
[00:00:42]  So why would someone open up a business?
