And they were thinking they have social workers go in and do some of the work of the police. | |

I can't imagine that they're going to have a group of people in the behavioral sciences to respond to these calls, in many cases very violent. | |
When you go into a home or to a business and there's been a shooting and somebody's taken a headshot where it explodes the cranium and there's sections of brain and skull and hair and lakes of blood and the victims are screaming You're screaming and ranting. | |
You get these howls that are coming from the gates of hell. | |
And you walk into a home and you see some of the children or the wife or in some cases the husband that are beat all to hell or somebody's arm. | |
It's not like what you see on TV. These folks or well-intended folks have no training on how to handle that. | |
It's impossible to try to walk in and keep the peace. | |
I can't imagine that a program like that would ever work. |
