[00:00:02]  And they were thinking they have social workers go in and do some of the work of the police.
[00:00:07]  Is that possible?
[00:00:07]  I can't imagine that they're going to have a group of people in the behavioral sciences to respond to these calls, in many cases very violent.
[00:00:16]  When you go into a home or to a business and there's been a shooting and somebody's taken a headshot where it explodes the cranium and there's sections of brain and skull and hair and lakes of blood and the victims are screaming You're screaming and ranting.
[00:00:31]  You get these howls that are coming from the gates of hell.
[00:00:34]  And you walk into a home and you see some of the children or the wife or in some cases the husband that are beat all to hell or somebody's arm.
[00:00:42]  It's not like what you see on TV. These folks or well-intended folks have no training on how to handle that.
[00:00:48]  It's impossible to try to walk in and keep the peace.
[00:00:53]  I can't imagine that a program like that would ever work.
