| Overdote deaths have skyrocketed since the activists have begun to get their way. | |
| We won't deal with homelessness until we begin to deal with the addiction and we begin to promote recovery. | |
| But we're not promoting recovery. | |
| It's not even hardly mentioned anymore. | |
| The flavor of the day is the harm reduction model, which requires if you take money from the city or the county, you have to allow alcohol and drugs freely flow in your building. | |
| It's chaos. | |
| It's almost impossible to control. | |
| But that is a requirement. | |
| If you take city and state money in California, if they don't stop the wrong approach of harm reduction, if they don't introduce some recovery beds, all is lost. |
