Good evening.
I want to start today's discussion by talking about the Dominion voting system.
Because right now, it's come to a point that just mentioning the name Dominion, or even floating the idea that these machines are not as safe as they're purported to be, can have you labeled as a conspiracy theorist or even as a threat to democracy.
Come to think of it, I wonder if just making this video will have my name be put on some lists.
This is your 2020 election update, and I'm your host, Roman from the Epoch Times.
Now, what's fascinating is that if we take a trip back in time to December of 2019, then we'll see something very, very interesting.
At that time, just 11 short months ago, Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar Two of whom were frontrunners in the Democratic primary, they expressed worry and concern about these voting systems.
Back then, these senators wrote letters warning the American people that these widely used voting systems were prone to security problems.
They also wrote that, quote, end quote.
Now around that same time, NBC published an article which warned us about Chinese parts and hidden ownership of these machines.
They wrote that, quote, Chinese manufacturers can be forced to cooperate with requests from Chinese intelligence officials to share any information about the technology and therefore pose a risk for U.S. companies.
They also mention concerns of machines being, quote, And it's not just last year.
We found a news piece from 2006 from CNN titled Democracy for Sale.
And in that news piece, they discussed how vulnerable electronic voting systems are to interference and to hacking.
And there are a ton of articles out there like this, because this is a real issue.
It's not a partisan talking point.
And so right now, when you hear the media in this country in one loud, uniform voice denouncing anyone who dares to question these machines, which, by the way, are right now being used in about 2,000 counties in over 30 states, ask yourself this.
Do they really think that these machines are safe?
Or does the narrative of them being safe contribute to their political agenda?
Presenting the facts to you is not pushing some conspiracy theory.
For instance, let's examine some anomalous data in relation to these voting machines.
On election night, the New York Times performed a phenomenal public service, although they probably didn't realize it themselves.
It turns out that the New York Times had recorded and published in real-time data from the election.
Now, a man named Woody Jenkins, who is a newspaper editor with the Central City News in Louisiana, he analyzed this New York Times data from Georgia and from Pennsylvania, and the results that he found were highly, highly unusual.
In Georgia, this data showed that Joe Biden picked up 16 trenches of exactly 4,800 votes each, or multiples of 4,800.
Always 4,800.
And this happened over and over again in the course of several days, first allowing Joe Biden to catch up to Trump's lead, and then overtaking him and leading himself.
Over in Pennsylvania, there was a similar story.
Except there, Joe Biden got 44 trenches of vote dumps, each one of them being 6,000 votes, or multiples of 6,000.
Every single one of them.
This newspaper editor who compiled his data is pushing for a hand recount, saying that, quote, In both states, in both Pennsylvania and Georgia, votes counted were not the votes of real people.
They were simply added digitally, which a complete recount of both states would detect, end quote.
Now, a spokesman from the Dominion Voting Systems claimed that the company is nonpartisan and went on to say that, quote, It is not physically possible for our machines to switch votes from one candidate to the other.
There is no way such a massive fraud could have taken place, end quote.
Now, regardless of that statement, in my opinion, the evidence is there and warrants an investigation.
And it looks like one might be underway.
Yesterday, a lawyer for President Trump said that an election challenge in Georgia will be filed this week containing new allegations about irregularities.
And he noted that, quote, I can't tell you right now, but what's coming in Georgia will be shocking, end quote.
He mentioned that the lawsuit will be filed on either Monday, which is today, or Tuesday of this week.
And as soon as we'll find out what the details of this lawsuit are, we'll report it to you right here on this program.
Now, all of the links that I've talked about, all of the data, as well as Dominion Voting System's own personal statement, I'll throw all those links in the description box below this video for you to take a look at yourself.
Now, by the way, this might be a perfect time to remind you to smash that like button that's below this video, because it looks like YouTube might be censoring videos that are like this, talking about the election.
So, if you hit that button below this video, it'll force the algorithm to share it to potentially thousands of more people, letting the truth be known far and wide.
Now over in Pennsylvania, the Trump legal team is moving closer to their goal of getting a hearing with the U.S. Supreme Court.
A district court judge in Pennsylvania dismissed a Trump campaign's lawsuit, which now allows the Trump campaign to appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals, which is of course the next necessary step in order to get to the Supreme Court.
The case that they brought forth was actually quite an interesting one.
Their claim is that voters in Democrat-controlled counties were given the opportunity to fix any issues, if there were any, with their absentee ballots.
Which is against Pennsylvania state law.
While officials in Republican counties followed the law and they didn't offer the opportunity for the people there to fix their ballots if there were any problems.
And so the lawsuit has two individual voters whose mail-in ballots were rejected without an opportunity to cure the defects.
Their claim is that since the voters living in Democrat-controlled cities were able to fix their ballots, it led to an unequal system and essentially disenfranchisement of people living in Republican-controlled counties.
So we'll see where this case goes, and we'll keep you abreast of any developments.
We'll throw the links to the details if you want to go deeper about what's happening in Pennsylvania in the description box below this video.
Now in other news, and in a totally unanticipated turn of events, yesterday Rudy Giuliani, who is of course one of President Trump's personal attorneys, he came out and made a statement on behalf of the Trump campaign's legal team saying that, quote, Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own.
She is not a member of the Trump legal team.
She is also not a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity, end quote.
Now that is a big statement.
Where did it come from and what does it actually mean?
And to start with, anyone who tells you definitively that they know how the statement came about or what it really means is likely extrapolating or guessing.
However, let's talk about what we do know thus far.
And in case you don't know who Sidney Powell is, she's both a former federal prosecutor as well as the attorney who famously and successfully represented General Michael Flynn last year.
Now if you remember, about a week ago, President Trump personally announced that Sidney Powell was in fact joining his legal team.
And after that public announcement, she began to appear at press conferences alongside Trump's other lawyers.
At these events, as well as other media interviews, she aggressively promoted allegations about electronic voting machines and systems, specifically those operated by the Dominion Voting Systems, alleging that they switched votes from Trump over to Biden, as well as the fact that they had ties to places like Venezuela.
Now, does the fact that the Trump campaign is distancing themselves from her mean that her claims weren't true?
Maybe they were exaggerated?
Or that there was no evidence to back them up?
Well, thus far, we don't know.
But in response to the Trump campaign statement, Sidney Powell responded by saying this, She went on to say, So thus far,
we don't know about what evidence she's referring to because it has not been made public.
And of course, when it is, when we'll review it, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
If you'd like to read Sidney Powell's full statement, the link will be in the description box below this video.
Lastly, over the weekend, there was a Stop the Steal rally over in Arizona, wherein Trump supporters came out and expressed their support for the effort to ensure the integrity and transparency surrounding the results of the election.
We had reporters from our sister media, NTDTV, out there to speak with the people and get their take on things.
And here's what they had to say.
So I decided to try to make a difference and, you know, help promote our great president.
So I bought the bus and toured the country with it, and we fund it by selling hats and shirts and stuff like that.
Fifth-generation cowboy.
My ancestors were cowboys.
They believed in the land, living off the land.
I'm here because I want to stick up and show people that God is number one, that the country needs God, needs people like President Trump to lead them, lead them on end to making America great again.
If we don't have good voting, Right?
There's no reason why we can't.
Think of all the incredible banking systems we have that have security, that don't get hacked, all their software, all the investment and energy they put in having secure systems.
There's no reason why we can't have a secure voting system.
The only reason we don't is because Democrats don't want it to be secure.
They want to be able to manipulate it, manipulate those votes.
Why they're feigning that Biden won this election when he didn't.
We know the president won, and we're standing by his side.
Now that's all for today's episode of Facts Matter.
If you found this content worthwhile, then I hope that you smash that like button that's below this video so that the algorithm will be forced to push it out to thousands of more people.
