According to one witness's sworn affidavit, Michigan's election voting machines were hooked up to the internet during the election.
In Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Election Commission has agreed to a partial recount after a request by President Trump, as well as a payment of $3 million from the Trump campaign to cover the cost.
A lawsuit filed in Arizona by the Republican Party was thrown out of court with prejudice.
The judge offered little to no explanation for the ruling, but promised a full explanation for the reasons for the decision.
In Pennsylvania, a state judge rejected the Trump campaign's bid to invalidate several thousand ballots in Bucks County.
However, in a separate ruling in Pennsylvania and a win for Republicans, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court decided that a different batch of over 2,000 absentee ballots that were missing a date should be invalidated.
In Georgia, with their recount being completed and Joe Biden still seemingly the winner, Over in Nevada, the Electoral College candidates representing President Trump filed an election contest against the Electoral College candidates representing Joe Biden, alleging substantial irregularities and fraud in the Nevada election.
Their lawsuit seeks to not only challenge at least 40,000 votes that were cast in the election, but also contest the results of the race in Nevada.
This is your 2020 election update, and I'm your host, Roman from the Epoch Times.
Now, speaking about voter suppression, I wanted to give you a little bit of a different take on it.
A lot of people have been messaging me saying that when they hit that like button that's below this video, the like count does not go up.
Now we here live in America, which is a free, open, capitalist, democratic republic.
And unlike in a socialist state, where the government would dictate to us who would rule, The government would dictate to us what products we can sell and at what price, as well as what information we're allowed to spread and distribute.
In America, we vote.
We vote for our representatives at the ballot box.
We vote for the companies and products that we like with the dollar bills in our pockets.
And we vote for the information that we find useful and important by hitting the YouTube like button.
When that process begins to be hijacked, when some faceless tech platform can make the determination that although a lot of people like a particular video, the information in it is too risky and should therefore be suppressed, That's the equivalent of modern-day book burning.
It is the suppression of knowledge and information.
So that was a bit of a lengthy way to say that if you find content like this interesting, hit that like button that's below this video so that the algorithm will be forced to share it to thousands of more people.
And if hitting that like button doesn't do anything, please leave a comment and let us know below this video.
Thank you very much.
Today, I want us to mainly focus on the press conference that was held yesterday with Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, as well as several other lawyers from the Trump campaign.
At that conference, they basically laid out their positions, as well as the potential path to victory for President Trump.
One of their legal advisors said that this conference was basically "the opening statement, so that the American people can understand what the networks have been hiding and what they refuse to cover." Now of course, when she referenced networks, she's of course talking to the giant corporate media networks in this country.
At that conference, Rudy Giuliani, who is the former mayor of New York, as well as President Trump's attorney, he spoke about the allegations of fraud in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan.
He said that the issue was widespread and that he had enough evidence on just fraud alone to overturn the election.
He claimed that the campaign has at least 10 witnesses who are ready to testify about voter fraud in court.
He said that right now, though, they cannot be revealed publicly because doing so would put their lives in jeopardy.
He also claimed that he has at least 1,000 sworn affidavits from citizens alleging wrongdoing that is, quote, enough to overturn any election, end quote.
So what might he be referring to?
Well, he referenced a few things.
These include postal workers who were instructed to predate absentee ballots, double voters, cases of voter intimidation, and many instances of an opaque counting process that excluded Republicans.
Now, we here at the Epoch Times do not have any of these affidavits in hand yet, but I will throw the links in the description box below the video to the articles about what has been revealed thus far for you to take a look at yourself.
Now, Sidney Powell, who is also a Trump campaign lawyer as well as a former federal prosecutor, she spoke about the allegations surrounding the Dominion voting system.
She said that there was an algorithm inside of that system which would flip votes from one candidate to another.
She said that, quote, And she said that this algorithm was likely used all across the country.
And it's not just about flipping votes.
She also claimed that the system has the potential to inject votes for a certain candidate as well.
And according to her, these are not glitches.
These are not aberrations.
Some of these provisions are actually written into the machine's manual as being features.
She also said that they had testimony of different Dominion workers, people who work at the Dominion voting system, admitting that they were trained on how to dispose of Trump votes and add Biden votes.
She also claimed that the man who founded Smartmatic, which is another voting machine company separate from Dominion, has a video of him that's on the Internet in which he admits that they changed one million votes with no problem.
Now, thus far, we here at the Epoch Times have not been able to independently verify these allegations that were presented at this conference.
However, I still believe that relaying this information to you like I'm doing right now is of vast national importance, because at this event, the Trump lawyers characterized this as their opening statement to their case.
This is their frame.
This is the evidence that they will be presenting in the coming weeks.
These are the allegations that they were able to gather.
And this is the evidence of wrongdoing that they were able to collect.
And in the coming weeks, they will be presenting this to the courts, for the judge, as well as for the American people to see for themselves.
Now if the corporate media in this country was honest, they would tell you about these allegations, tell you about the supposed evidence, tell you about what the next steps are, give you some context, and then let you make up your own mind.
But instead, as you know, if you've been watching TV or following the media outlets online, that is not what they're doing.
They have universally called the election for Joe Biden already, and they are tarring and feathering anyone who dares to say otherwise.
There are many more affidavits here.
I'd like to read them all to you, but I don't have the time.
You should have had the time and energy to go look for them.
That's your job.
Like it's my job to defend the president.
And to represent the president.
It's your job to read these things and not falsely report that there's no evidence.
We here at the Epoch Times will not be playing that game.
The Trump campaign's lawyers are bringing to the public credible claims of voter fraud and voter irregularities.
They're asking the courts to intervene, invalidate the election results, and according to the 12th Amendment, as well as Article 1 and 2 of the Constitution, have Congress decide the winner of the election.
And that's exactly what we're going to be reporting to you.
We are going to investigate the claims on their merits and their validity without fear or favor and report our findings to you as accurately as possible.
Doing otherwise can only be described, in my opinion, as propaganda.
And so we'll throw the links to the conference and all of their current allegations in the description box below this video for you to check out for yourself.
As more documentation becomes available, we'll dig through it and report it to you as best as we can.
Now if you haven't already, hit that like button that's below this video for the YouTube algorithm.
