Trump Supporters Attacked; 2020 Election Update | Facts Matter
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
On Saturday, across the country, Stop the Steal and March for Trump rallies were organized in over a dozen states.
I went to the one that was over in D.C., and there were over 200,000 people in attendance.
The energy was both electric and palpable, and everything was incredibly peaceful.
Up until the sun set, an Antifa and BLM activist came out like hyenas and began to attack Trump supporters as they were making their way home.
Come to think of it, I hope YouTube doesn't censor the video because I'm talking about this.
This is your 2020 election update, and I'm your host, Roman, from the Epoch Times.
Now, while most media outlets have already called this election for Joe Biden, votes are still in the process of being counted, and numerous credible allegations of voter fraud have emerged that point to a possible systematic effort to change the outcome of this election.
Now, President Trump has repeatedly come out and said that he remains confident that he will win this election once all legal votes have been counted and any illegal votes that were cast have been cast away.
Now, we spoke to the people at the march and they told us that they believe the same thing.
They told me that they are adamant about calling for openness, transparency and integrity in the vote counting process.
And in support of this effort, Stop the Steal rallies have been organized across the country.
My team and I went to the one in DC, which was the biggest in the country, with an estimated 200,000 people in attendance.
Now, if you've been watching the media over the past year, your idea of a peaceful protest might be something like what happens in Kenosha, Portland, or Minneapolis.
Well, this wasn't like that.
This was a traditional peaceful protest.
There was singing, flag-waving, chanting, sign-holding, there were speeches, there was marching, chatting.
But there was no looting, there was no burning, there was no window breaking, there were no standoffs to the police, there were no fires set.
However, there was some violence, but we'll get to that in a second.
But before we get into the meat of what I saw, I'd like to mention two things about big tech censorship.
The first is that in organizing this event, it was not easy in the least.
The organizers met with opposition every step of the way, with the most notable example being big tech censorship.
Basically, after the November 3rd election, a woman named Kylie Kramer founded the Stop the Steal movement to call for election integrity.
She set up a Facebook group for the movement and said that in less than 24 hours, the group had over 360,000 members and that every 10 seconds, another thousand would join.
But then Facebook removed the page, citing misinformation and inciting violence.
After that, Kramer was locked out of her Mailchimp account, being unable to access any of her database.
And then after that, Eventbrite, which is an online platform, censored the movement.
Kramer had set up an event on that platform for Saturday's march, but it was later taken down.
Eventbrite also called it misinformation.
But then they went even one step further.
Kramer said that Eventbrite sent out an email to every single person who had RSVP'd for the event saying that it was canceled.
But it actually wasn't canceled.
It was still on.
That was just them trying to sabotage it.
We have so many examples of this ourselves that depending on the day, it either makes my head spin or my blood boil.
So along that line, I would highly, highly recommend that you take one second to hit that like button that is below this video.
Because no matter how much YouTube might be trying to suppress videos that are like this, that are talking about the election, if the algorithm is still working somewhat properly, you're hitting that like button will potentially have this video shown to thousands of more people.
Now, let's go and take a look at some of the awesome footage that we were able to get from the event.
What are you hoping to achieve here today at the rally?
To spread the word of peace and prosperity and unity for everyone.
You know, we're just here.
We're not here to cause any problems.
We want everybody to come together.
We're here to support the president and what he stands for.
I notice you have a horn in your hands.
Can you tell us a little bit about that?
This is called a shofar.
It's from a greater kudu.
Nehra talks about blowing the horn or blowing the trumpet in Israel.
So God bless America, God bless Donald Trump, and God bless this guy at the Epoch Times!
Woo-hoo!
Now, at one point, people at the march got a very special treat.
President Trump himself drove through the event and waved to the protesters in the middle of the march.
Now, while we were there, we met a ton of people who are tired of media bias, are looking for real news, and either subscribed to The Epoch Times or who recognize me for my videos.
Now, toward the tail end of the march, close to the Supreme Court building, there were about 50 Antifa and BLM people who were dressed in black bloc.
They were antagonizing the Trump supporters.
But if you want to go take a look, if you want to look above...
And ironically, even though their platform is to defund the police, they themselves stood behind a line of DC police which separated them from the Trump supporters.
Now, very little actually happened with the Antifa and BLM people during daytime, except that one of them was arrested, from what I heard at least, because he hit a police officer.
We got some footage of him being taken away from the event.
Now, to give you a little bit of background on Antifa, in case you don't know, it's not a new movement by any stretch of the imagination.
Our research has found that it's actually the remnant of a Soviet Union front group that was founded to bring about communism in Germany back in the 1920s through the tactic of being anti-fascist.
Basically, their tactic was to label everything other than communism as fascist in Germany in order to foment chaos and bring about Marxist revolution.
And even though that was back in the 1920s, you could make the same description about them today in the 2020s.
So on Saturday, after this march of peaceful Trump supporters finished, after the sun was setting and people were beginning to go home, that was when the Antifa and BLM thugs, again, they were acting like hyenas, began to attack the stragglers, Trump supporters who were walking by themselves on their way home.
They attacked the elderly.
They attacked women.
They attacked a young couple.
In my opinion, it is just despicable.
And just like always, you will not be hearing about this on your nightly news.
Which brings me to my last point.
This is not a normal election.
This is not a typical type of election where you're choosing between one party or another, or between one candidate and another.
No.
This is a battle between freedom and communism.
A lot of Americans, even today, still believe that communism is just some abstract concept that affects countries in faraway places like Asia, Europe, Africa, maybe South America.
But what they don't realize is that under the guise of things named socialism, progressivism, liberalism, neo-Marxism, communism has already arrived at our doorstep and has spread throughout America without most of us realizing it.
Whether it's using violence to shut up your political opponents or using fraud to potentially steal an election, it is the same far-left and communist force behind both.
And it is the same communist force that Karl Marx himself once described as a specter that was haunting Europe.
It uses lies, fraud, and manipulation to deprive people of their rights and their freedoms.
It uses seemingly righteous concepts such as equality and political correctness to confuse people.
Its ideology has infiltrated all fields in our society like education, media, and art, and it has worked to destroy everything that is traditional, including faith, religion, culture, family, art, education, law, among many others.
It is a force that is systematically undoing everything that is good in humankind.
And if you study communism in depth, if you begin to understand their theoretical underpinnings of dialectical materialism, you will see that I am not exaggerating.
Now, as a media organization, the Epoch Times is independent, meaning we don't take positions on political issues or candidates, but we do stand for truth and for justice.
And from our perspective, America has now come to the point of falling into a communist abyss.
And so these Antifa and BLM activists who are on the streets throughout this entire country attacking people who either support the president or support conservative traditional values, that movement's ideology, at the very core of it, which is by the way something that they do not deny themselves, is a total cultural destruction of America.
And so to me, the juxtaposition from this Saturday's event could not be more clear.
It was literally night and day.
During the daytime, people from all walks of life, from all religions, from many different races, families with kids, they peacefully march through the streets while singing, chanting, and waving their flags.
And after nightfall, black-clad revolutionaries descended upon them, attacked them, beat them up, and shot them with fireworks.
Alexander Solzhenitsyn, who is a man who spent many, many years in a gulag in Russia, once said that the line between good and evil runs through the heart of every man.
And I believe that right now, every single person in this country must make a decision, not between a political candidate, but on whether they stand on the side of freedom or whether they stand on the side of communism.
The choice is yours and yours alone.
On a lighter note, if you haven't hit that like button, I suggest that you do so that the algorithm can share this video to ever more people.
If you haven't already, subscribe to this channel because in the coming weeks we will be going in-depth and exposing not only what's going on with the 2020 election, but also the details of the communist subversion of America.
So until next time, I'm your host, Roman from the Epoch Times.
