Hey, I don't know if you heard, but two men were charged with submitting thousands of fraudulent voter applications on behalf of homeless people in Los Angeles.
Over in Florida, a man tried to register 50 dead people as Democratic voters.
And across this country, a government watchdog group named Judicial Watch conducted research and found that 300 counties in this country have more registered voters than people who are eligible to vote.
But I have a statement here from the Department of Homeland Security, which says that, quote, The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.
Which makes me wonder, how bad was it in previous years?
This is your 2020 election update, and I'm your host, Roman, from the Epoch Times.
Now, yesterday, President Trump actually fired the director who was in charge of the agency that released this reassuring statement.
And in so doing, the president said that the statement was, quote,"...highly inaccurate and that there were massive improprieties and fraud, including dead people voting, poll watchers not allowed into polling locations, glitches in the voting machines which changed votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, among many others." So today, let's do this.
Let's go through some of these voting irregularities together.
But before we do, I wanted to let you know something.
YouTube looks like it might be censoring content which is like this, talking about the election.
And so I would highly recommend that you hit and smash that like button that's below this video.
That way, if the algorithm is still working somewhat properly, this video can potentially be shown to thousands of more people.
Now, let's get right into it.
While most legacy media outlets in this country have already declared Joe Biden the winner, and people are dancing in the streets in places like New York, Chicago, LA, we here at the Epoch Times will not be declaring a winner in the 2020 presidential election until all of the results are certified and any legal challenges, recounts and audits have been resolved.
Now, President Trump's legal team has filed lawsuits in six key battleground states over alleged irregularities and claims of voter fraud.
And these include Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, and Michigan.
Now let's start with Georgia.
Since the margin between Joe Biden and President Trump was so slim, just 14,000 votes, Georgia is in the midst of a total hand recount of the entire election, which is, by the way, the largest hand recount of any election in U.S. history.
Thus far in this recount, in three different counties, the auditors have discovered batches of never counted ballots, most of which are for President Trump.
These include 2,600 votes that were discovered in Floyd County, another 2,700 votes that were discovered in Fayette County, and 224 votes discovered in Walton County, and again, most of them were for President Trump.
Besides that, during this recount, a Georgia recount monitor caught an error of over 9,000 votes in DeKalb County.
And all of these fictitious votes, all 9,626 of them, would have gone to Joe Biden if this error were not discovered.
Luckily, it seems like in Georgia, monitors are able to get close enough to the counting to actually catch things like this, right?
Unlike Pennsylvania, where poll watchers were kept literally 100 feet away and they had to use binoculars to see what was happening.
Now, besides just recounting the votes, Georgia's auditors are also investigating an incident that happened on Election Day.
Reportedly, a water leak in Fulton County not only stopped all of the counting of mail-in ballots, but the officials also asked the poll observers to leave the premises.
Now, that to me sounds unbelievably suspicious and warrants investigation.
Just imagine this.
You're counting the mail-in ballots on election night, suddenly there's a water leak, and the officials ask all of the poll observers to leave the premises.
What could happen?
Literally anything could happen.
By the time you return to your polling station, who's to say new ballots weren't added into the mix without your knowledge?
And that is, by the way, one of the main concerns that President Trump supporters expressed to me when I was over in Washington, D.C., over at the Stop the Steal rally.
They said that if fraudulent votes were able to get into the system somehow, You can't distinguish them from the real ballots.
You can't distinguish the fake ballots from the real ones.
And so then what's even the point of doing a recount?
You might just be counting the fraudulent votes twice.
That's what they said.
Now, besides all of this investigating in Georgia, an attorney with Trump's reelection campaign has filed a lawsuit against Georgia's Secretary of State to stop the certification of Georgia's election results.
Making the claim that election rules, which were unconstitutionally changed by state officials, could have invalidated many absentee ballots.
That lawsuit, to me, sounds a bit like a long shot, but we'll keep you abreast of any developments and we'll throw the links to everything about the lawsuits and the articles about it in the description box below this video if you want to get deeper into it yourself.
Now, regardless, the recount is scheduled to be completed by midnight tonight, which is Wednesday, so we'll see what the final tally is by tomorrow.
Now, let's go over to Nevada.
For one, Nevada's Clark County tossed out the results of a local election after they canvassed it and found 139 discrepancies.
Secondly, the Republican Party found claims of evidence that 15,000 people who voted in Nevada also voted in another state.
Thirdly, an organization called the Nevada Native Vote Project promoted voting drives in Native American communities using photos and videos of voters receiving gift cards, gas cards, t-shirts, and raffle tickets.
And along that line, there are allegations of people buying the votes of Native Americans.
Fourthly, Republican poll watchers claimed that there were deliberate efforts to obstruct them from viewing the ballot counting.
And lastly, according to a lawsuit, the signature scanning machine that was used in Clark County, for one, has not been certified by any professional election integrity organization, and two, the election workers there adjusted the factory settings of these machines to only require a 40% signature match, meaning that this could theoretically pass...
So, according to the Trump campaign, when you combine unsolicited mail-in ballots sent out across the state with unreliable signature verification, it creates a situation rife for fraud.
So, these cases are still making their way through the courts, and so we'll keep you abreast of any developments as they're going to be coming about, and we'll also throw the links to any of the articles that I mention in the description box below this video.
Now, let's go over to Wisconsin.
With all 72 counties having reported their election results, Joe Biden is showing a lead over President Trump by about 20,000 votes, which is a super thin margin.
The Trump campaign has until 5 p.m.
tonight to request a recount, which they likely will.
The only possible barrier that I see stopping the Trump campaign from asking for a recount is the price tag.
A recount in Wisconsin could potentially cost the president an estimated 7.9 million dollars.
So we'll know by 5 p.m.
tonight whether they request it or not, and we'll let you know tomorrow.
Now let's go over to Arizona, where there has been a lawsuit filed.
The Republican Party of Arizona filed this lawsuit against Maricopa County state officials, and they're seeking a hand recount of the votes in the presidential election.
Now this lawsuit is asking Arizona to enforce this recount by precincts rather than by something called voting centers.
Now, this gets a little bit technical as to why they're asking for this.
It has to do with Arizona state law.
So what I'll do is I'll throw the links to the articles in the description box below this video.
So if you're interested in reading up on it, you can.
But the gist of it is that in Arizona, there is a potential hand recount of the votes on the way.
And with Joe Biden leading President Trump in Arizona by only 10,000 votes, which is a razor thin margin.
If the recount changes the result by only a fraction of a percent, that could swing the entire state.
Now lastly, let's talk about Pennsylvania.
Right now, Republicans are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision that was made by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which required election officials to accept absentee ballots up to three days after the November 3rd election deadline.
The Republicans' argument is that the Pennsylvania court's extension violated the Constitution because the decision to extend deadlines belongs solely to lawmakers and to the state legislators, and not to the courts.
Now, it's been reported that several members of the U.S. Supreme Court have indicated an interest in taking up this case, which could have very far-reaching implications not just in Pennsylvania, but to the entire country.
Right now, the Supreme Court is in the process of considering the petition and will let you know as soon as they make a decision one way or the other.
But as you can see, right now, there are so many legal challenges, audits, and recounts happening in multiple states that have razor-thin margins.
And furthermore, as of right now, not a single state has certified Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election.
And so in my opinion, it's incredibly, incredibly irresponsible for the legacy media outlets in this country to declare Joe Biden the president-elect.
The media in this country, at least in theory, is supposed to act as a mirror.
It's supposed to reflect reality.
And right now, when you look at the numbers and the reality on the ground from state to state, there is no clear winner yet, with legal challenges, audits, and recounts tying up enough states to swing this election.
Everything is still very much in the air.
And when this type of situation occurs in America, when there are razor thin margins, when there are credible allegations of voter fraud and voter irregularities, we have a system in place for that.
That's how this country works.
It's not for the media to decide the elections.
When there are disputes, the courts are there to resolve them.
And until they do, we here at the Epoch Times will not be calling this election.
And instead, we will continue to report as honestly and accurately as possible so that you can know what's really happening right now in this country.
And of course, if you want to go deeper with anything we talked about today, we'll throw all the links about the articles and the lawsuits in the description box below this video.
I would highly recommend you read them for yourself, because right now, what this republic needs more than anything else are informed citizens who are fully grounded in facts.
And if you haven't already, subscribe to this channel, because in the coming weeks, we will be going much deeper in investigating alleged voter fraud and voter irregularities happening across the country.
So until next time, I'm your host, Roman from the Epoch Times.
