Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
I am uh out here in the wilderness.
Uh not the Washington wilderness, not the swamp, uh, but the real wilderness.
Uh so I'm up in the Yukon.
Um I have a hunting camp up here with some buddies, I had my brother up.
Uh I'm chasing uh really large Yukon moose with a bow and arrow, uh staying in a very rustic uh cabin.
You guys have the little tour, there's you know, bed, sleeping bags, bow on the wall.
There's what's keeping me warm, that stove, which if by the way, uh you put too many logs in, you'll you'll sweat yourself out of here so quick, and then sometimes the fire dies uh in the middle of the night, and then you get freezing.
So uh old rustic place, it was an old trapper's cabin.
Um you know, way back when uh some cool history.
Uh this part of the world.
Actually, uh my great-grandfather uh came up into Whitehorse, which is the nearest town away from here.
It's about you know 300 miles by float plane, so we're literally in the middle of nowhere.
That's really small town.
Uh but during the gold rush, it was a boom town, and my grandfather came up there and actually you know was was working the gold rush, and my great grandfather, I should say, uh working the gold rush uh before all of that.
So perhaps that's why I have this in my blood.
That's why it's sort of my passion.
Uh but we also have some conveniences and modern technology.
I'm not sure I love all of that at all times.
Um not sure what that was, but uh having Starlink allows me to do a lot of stuff, including this and keep up with what's going on in the world, which is important, but uh sometimes it's just to get away.
But now I wanted to hop on uh for a little bit, update you on all the big news that's happening.
Uh then I gotta go out and uh uh get in the uh get on the river, uh see if I can find that moose.
So uh big news happening, um and we have a lot of things to preview ahead.
I get a ton um of we gotta get into comy because obviously that's a big one.
Uh one of the biggest POSs uh in government lied so many times so clearly, created so much headaches, but really big news on what was really going on on January 6th.
Uh and sadly, even more left-wing violence.
It doesn't seem to stop, guys.
I don't know what's going on.
They cannot control themselves.
They're absolutely nuts.
This is not a both sides problem.
We've covered this ad nauseum.
I can cover it again here from the Yukon.
Uh, It is not a both sides problem, guys.
It's a one-side problem coming from the left.
So, guys, make sure you're liking, sharing, subscribing so you never miss one of these major episodes.
Okay, that's a big deal.
Uh if I can hop online and do this from the UConn while on a hunting trip, you guys can like some of these things and share it with your friends, okay?

Check it out, guys.
So with that, guys, let's get in to the big news yesterday, where disgraced FBI director, James Comey was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia on charges that he made false statements to Congress when he denied having any role in leaking to the media.
Now, we all know he was doing this.
It was so obvious.
The fingerprints were all over it from beginning.
The guy lied over and over again, trying to get me, my family, my father, especially into trouble and thrown in jail.
The guy is a true piece of garbage.
And then he gets all sanctimonious, and then he finds shells on the beach.
He's a freaking clown show.
I mean, the biggest joke that you could imagine.
Imagine that guy ran the FBI.
Like, it's just hard to believe.
Like he's like the example of how far we've fallen.
But so let's see what happens.
But in addition, one of the other counts is obstruction of justice, which of course he also did.
Now, the evidence is overwhelming that Comey lied to the Senate during his testimony in late September 2020, when he doubled down on his 2017 denial about authorizing a leak of information to the media about the Trump Russia hoax or Clinton-related investigations.
Of course he did it.
Okay.
Who else?
Who else was there?
Who else was on TV doing the sanctimonious nonsense?
Here's a flashback to Comey's testimony back in 2020.
On May 3rd, 2017.
In this committee, Chairman Grassley asked you point blank, quote, have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation?
You responded under oath, quote, never.
He then asked you, quote, have you ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton administration?
You responded again under oath, no.
Now, as you know, Mr. McCabe, who works for you, has publicly and repeatedly stated that he leaked information to the Wall Street Journal and that you were a directly aware of it and that you directly authorized it.
Now, what Mr. Kit McCabe is saying and what you testified to this committee cannot both be true.
One or the other is false.
Who's telling the truth?
I just can only speak to my testimony.
I stand by what uh the testimony you summarized that I gave in May of 2017.
So your testimony is you've never authorized anyone to leak.
And Mr. McCabe, when he, if he says contrary, is not telling the truth.
Is that correct?
Again, I'm not going to characterize Andy's testimony, but mine is the same today.
All right, I'm going to make a final point because my time has expired.
This investigation of the president was corrupt.
The FBI and the Department of Justice were politicized and weaponized.
And in my opinion, there are only two possibilities.
That you were deliberately corrupt or woefully incompetent.
And I don't believe you were incompetent.
This has done severe damage to the professionals and the honorable men and women at the FBI because law enforcement should not be used as a political weapon.
And that is Comey was asked point blank about authorizing leaks by FBI employees to the media, and he denied it.
However, he also admitted in other testimony to providing materials to his friend and Columbia professor, Daniel Richmond, to give to the New York Times.
And Richmond was a special government employee at the Bureau.
Huh.
Hmm.
Here's another trip down memory lane, folks.
Check it out.
Director Comey, have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation?
Never.
Have you ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation?
No.
I needed to get that out into the public square.
And so I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter.
Didn't do it myself for a variety of reasons, but I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel.
The timing of this indictment is crucial because the statute of limitations was about to expire, and it's also significant because the facts here, many and may also end up being key to a larger grand conspiracy cases against several other deep state bureaucrats.
Remember when we talked about that a couple weeks ago?
There's all these other links.
It brings it all back together.
That all goes beyond just 2016.
That includes illegal actions in 2020 and the 2024 elections.
Kind of a big deal.
All the stuff we want to get to.
Sucks that it takes this much time, but they're putting it together very nicely.
And interestingly enough, Comey's media leak denial in front of Congress in 2017 would have fallen outside of the statute of limitations, but the disgraced FBI chief doubled down on his denial in 2020, making this case still within the statute of limitations and very ripe for prosecution.
Okay, that's what's nice about this guy.
He can't help himself.
He just wants to be on TV, being sanctimonious and holier than thou while being a liar.
Okay, that's what he does.
That's all these guys.
It's like Schiff and Comey.
They're all these weasley scumbags.
That's what they do.
They can't help it.
The media gave them a platform.
They have to use it.
Doesn't have to be true.
They just have to use it.
They can't just shut up and do their job.
No, obviously not.
They gotta preach.
So it'd be nice that if he got himself on that one, if he would have just shut up and stopped lying, maybe he wouldn't have gotten in trouble.
But since he kept doing it, it looks like he is.
And Comey did post a pathetic video after indictment, claiming he's innocent, and claiming without an ounce of self-awareness that this is weaponization of justice.
Do you believe this stuff?
He's saying this is weaponization of justice.
The guy that literally weaponized the FBI against my father and my family is talking about weaponization of justice.
And that's rich, folks.
You know what weaponization of justice is?
Making up a Russia hoax.
Making it up, pressing it on to the press, lying about it endlessly.
You know what's weaponization of justice?
Leading the FBI, who put January 6th people in prison for years without due process because you didn't like their politics.
Nonviolent offenders.
Weaponization of justice.
Give me a break.
Same with these guys talking about this is unprecedented.
Oh, really?
It's unprecedented.
You know what's unprecedented?
Raiding a former president's house.
That was unprecedented prior to these lunatics like Comey getting in there.
Trying to kill it's can't even make this stuff up.
Uh these guys don't understand much, but they certainly don't appreciate irony.
Check out this video.
My family and I have known for years that there are costs to standing up to Donald Trump.
But we couldn't imagine ourselves living any other way.
We will not live on our knees.
And you shouldn't either.
Somebody that I love dearly recently said that fear is the tool of a tyrant.
And she's right.
But I'm not afraid.
And I hope you're not either.
I hope instead you are engaged.
You are paying attention, and you will vote like your beloved country depends upon it.
Which it does.
My heart is broken for the Department of Justice, but I have great confidence in the federal judicial system, and I'm innocent.
So let's have a trial and keep the faith.
Now it's important to note that Lindsay Halligan was just sworn as an interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia on Tuesday.
And within days, she presented in front of the grand jury and got an indictment against Comey.
That's some impressive timing and impressive work under the circumstances.
And the reason the case is being brought in Virginia is because even though Comey's testimony was made during a Senate hearing held on Capitol Hill, he testified remotely from his home in Virginia.
So the jurisdiction is in the Eastern District of Virginia and not DC.
I've seen a lot of chatter online about the potential jury pool.
But remember, guys, the Eastern District extends all the way down into places like Virginia Beach, you know, home of the Navy SEALs, Newport, News, Richmond, well outside the traditional swamp quarters.
So of course, you're never gonna get a perfect jury, especially that close to DC, but this won't just be a DC area jury pool of people who hate Trump and love Comey and couldn't care less if he committed crimes or perjured himself.
I mean, they wouldn't care in DC, right?
We understand that.
That's why they do these things.
That's why it's such a biased place.
Now, there is a Biden-appointed judge on this case.
Funny how that always seems to be the case.
But on the merits, this is an incredibly strong case with the strongest evidence being that James Comey's own public testimony.
He actually said it.
Now, Attorney General Pam Bondi posted after the indictments quote, no one is above the law.
I love that.
Remember when they do that to us all the time?
No one's above the law, so we're gonna throw you in jail for something that's not even illegal.
Or if we're gonna make something up that is illegal that you didn't do and have you do it because no one's above the law, right, guys?
Sounds like Comey, right?
Weaponization of justice.
It's it's wild.
Still can't believe this is going on.
Uh But guys, no one is above the law.
And don't the Democrats agree, right?
Remember, we heard that from them for a while, so you'd think that would be the case here.
I imagine.
I imagine that's no longer the case, okay?
But that's the course they sang all summer long in 2024.
When my father was indicted, when he had the mugshot taken, when they were trying to push all the nonsense.
But guys, in case you forgot, don't just take my word for it.
Here they are, in their own words.
No one is above the law.
Nobody's above the law.
No person is above the law.
No one is above the law.
You're not above the law.
You're not an elite.
You're not untouchable.
And so it's nice to see that the rule of law has returned.
Well, guys, after the indictment, FBI director Cash Patel added, and I quote, nowhere was this politicization of law enforcement more blatant than during the Russia Gate hoax.
A disgraceful chapter in history that we continue to investigate and expose.
And of course, my father had a few things to say on Truth Social, writing.
Whether you like corrupt James Comey or not, I can't imagine too many people liking him.
He lied.
It's not a complex lie.
It's a very simple but important one.
There is no way he can explain his way out of it.
He is a dirty cop and always has been.
I think that's actually very well stated.
Sometimes my father's trips can go a little bit long, and whatever it was, that was actually pretty succinct to the point.
Comey's deceptions and lies are obvious.
And they're actually pretty straightforward.
He leaked sensitive FBI material, and then he lied about it while testifying in front of Congress.
Simple.
It's on or off.
There's nothing binary.
And several former FBI officials like James Baker and Andy McCabe have said themselves that Comey authorized the leaks of sensitive materials.
And Comey was known around town as a guy who was always leaking.
And Comey leaked to spark the appointment of a special counsel to keep the Russia hoax story going for as long as possible.
This guy is the at the genesis of the entire Russia Hulk scandal.
From the dossier to Christopher Steele to the illegal FISES to everything.
James Comey is at the center of it all.
Okay.
This guy did more of that than probably anyone.
Okay.
Man, it's uh it's nice to see.
I wish I wasn't in the Yukon at the moment, just so I could celebrate a little bit more with some of the people and not be totally out of touch uh during the day.
But uh, I think I'll enjoy myself anyway, and have a nice day.
Uh here's more from a friend of this show, Mr. Mike Davis.
Check it out.
Let's bring in former law clerk to Justice Gorsuch, Mike Davis.
All right, Mike, how um easy of a case is this to prosecute in Virginia?
Well, I don't know if any case is easy, particularly in the Eastern District of Virginia that's loaded up with Democrats, including a lot of government workers.
But I would say this this is a clear-cut case if the jury follows the evidence of false statements provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee by FBI director James Comey, an obstruction of a congressional investigation.
The grand jury agreed, the grand jury returned indictments on those two counts.
I want to congratulate Attorney General Pam Bondy and Todd Blanch, the deputy attorney general and FBI director Cash Patel and Lindsay in the Eastern District of Virginia for putting together this case.
And I think this is the beginning of the accountability and certainly not the end for these welfare democrats that politicized and weaponized law enforcement and intel agencies to take out their political opponent, Donald Trump, and to help Uh their political ally, Hillary Clinton.
Justice is definitely coming.
All right, so they're gonna say this is the revenge tour.
And what is Comey gonna say?
I didn't authorize anybody to leak.
I never leaked.
I never lied about it.
He's on tape.
Yeah, I would say this to James Comey as these Democrats, including James Comey, constantly reminder Republicans, uh, nobody's above the law, and James Comey is uh certainly not above the law, as he just found out tonight.
The prosecution uh you're saying is gonna start with James Comey, and there could be other people that were involved in Russia uh in all of the mistreatment of Donald Trump.
Um are you saying that other people should be cautious and preserve documents?
I would say to these lawfare democrats that politics and weaponized Intel agencies and law enforcement to go after President Trump, his top aides, and his allies, these lawfare democrats better lawyer up because justice is definitely coming.
I have publicly called for this for over three years since the Mar-a-Lago raid.
I've gone on your show and talked about this many times, Jesse.
Uh, we had an election, and the American people are going to get accountability.
All right.
Mike Davis good to talk to you.
Thank you.
But if you can believe it, guys, Democrats think this is you guessed it, folks.
They think this case is a threat to democracy, right?
Everything's a threat to democracy that happens to be against Democrats.
Literally everything.
They can't even imagine that anything against them is anything other than a threat to democracy.
Uh they can't believe that their resistance hero, basically uh someone probably weaponized the FBI worse than Hoover.
Uh, their resistance hero, James Comey, uh, who weaponized our justice system at a level that no one's ever seen, is facing accountability.
Imagine that, guys.
Accountability.
Whoa.
Huh.
They're not used to that.
Accountability?
No, that doesn't apply to Democrats.
They don't have to do any of that.
Just listen to the new leader of the Democrat Party, Jasmine Crockett, last night on MSDNC.
This is an opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves.
Um, because inevitably, if they are halfway competent, they should be able to win.
They should push this thing to the limit.
When you were just having your conversation about whether or not the defendant should then start pushing for, say, a speedy trial, which is something that is actually codified on the federal level, and it is actually very quick.
Last time I checked is 60 days.
Um, so yeah, I would absolutely push forward and say, let's go.
And I think they're gonna have a harder time trying to figure out who's going to actually prosecute the case than he will have trying to find somebody to defend the case.
Jasmine Crockett may actually be outdone by her colleague Elon Omar, who is now also attacking my father for not protecting the due process rights of narco-terrorist drug traffickers inside the Murduro regime.
I mean, you can't make it up, but they keep they keep doing better than they could ever imagine.
They they keep furthering their insanity.
It's it's great.
Keep it up, Elon.
Good work.
Check this out.
Announced the Trump administration's reckless and illegal military escalation in the Caribbean.
More than a week after the attack, we have not gotten any clarity whatsoever on the legal authority they relied on to conduct the strike.
Let me be clear.
There is no conceivable legal justification.
It was not self-defense, and it is not authorized by Congress.
That is why I am introducing a resolution to terminate hostilities against Venezuela and against the transnational criminal organizations that the administration has designated as terrorists this year.
I would urge all of my car colleagues, regardless of their party or ideology, to join me in this effort.
All of us should agree that the separation of powers Is crucial to our democracy and that Congress has to fight for its own power.
And yesterday in the Oval Office, my father was asked about both Jasmine Crockett and Ilan Omar, and let's just say it was quite the reaction.
Just the Crockett recently.
Jasmine Crockett Remember what I said?
Is she a relation to the late great David Crockett?
I don't think so.
Jasmine Crockett, let me tell you, before you even ask.
She's a very low IQ person.
I mean, if we ever had to pass an aptitude test, that's someone should take one because she shouldn't even be in the so I have no idea what you're gonna, but I don't think we should waste their time.
This is a low IQ person who I can't even believe is a Congress person between her and Ilman Omar.
And the group you know, I met the head of Somalia.
Did you know that?
And I suggested that maybe he'd like to take her back.
He said, I don't want her.
Okay, what else?
Go ahead.
You want to let's hear what let's hear what Crockett said.
I want to ask you to slave to slave control I want to ask you if you think that there should be consequences for members of Congress who make these types of comparisons yeah Well, I think she's gone over the line.
Now, in addition to all of this big news, we also just learned that the FBI secretly deployed around 250 plainclothes agents to the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.
The officers were disployed in plain clothes and with guns and with no clear mission or coordination with other law enforcement agencies working on the ground that day.
Huh?
It's almost like we've been saying this all along, folks.
Remember, I think it was Christopher Ray, FBI director.
Well, we can't show you the videos because it would show all of our undercover sources.
It was such an insurrection.
250 armed agents inside the Capitol didn't bother to try to actually stop anything from going on.
I mean, it's almost like they were inciting the violence themselves.
Huh?
I wonder who's been talking about that for years.
Who was oh that's me.
That's right.
It was me that was talking about that for years, and a couple other people, but certainly not the mainstream media.
In fact, scores, guys, of FBI agents sent anonymous complaints to the after-action team after January 6th, excoriating FBI leadership under Christopher Ray.
They all knew what was going on.
They were there.
They could have calmed it down, they could have done anything, but they were probably there to actually create this, right?
It's like the bomb under the bench outside of the DNC and the RNC that magically disappeared because they got what they wanted.
They got the fake reaction.
They were able to turn the January 6th into an insurrection because the media was so complicit, and Democrats did whatever they it was always BS.
They could have stopped it at any minute.
They could have prevented it from ever happening.
But no, no, no.
They needed it to go just far enough that the media could cut it and clip it and spin it and twist it and turn it into what they did.
And then spend four years denying people their due process rights who weren't even violent offenders.
Okay.
All started with James Comey.
They created that rot in that agency.
Okay.
For example, guys, one agent wrote, I quote, the FBI should make clear to its personnel and the public that despite its obvious political bias, it's ultimately still takes its mission and priorities seriously.
Think about that.
Despite its obvious bias.
This is from an agent.
Okay.
That same agent then wrote that FBI leaders needed to identify viable exit options for FBI personnel who no longer feel it's legally or morally acceptable to support a federal law enforcement and intelligence agency motivated by political bias.
Nailed it.
I agree.
I agree.
They used to do the opposite.
They just take anyone who was on our side and they just stick them in Guam, the Guam Field Office for the rest Of their life with no chance of promotion ever.
And they promote probably another trans agent that couldn't really do much, uh, you know, where the job would actually matter.
But you know, check some boxes.
The after-action responses were located by Cash Patel's team and recently turned over to the House Judiciary's Committee.
And it's the most revealing glimpse yet into just how many assets the FBI had on the ground.
But it still leaves us with many questions, guys, on why were they there in the first place?
Again, what role some federal agents may have had in trying to stoke violence.
Because clearly, some agents sent into the chaos were not acting right.
They could have stopped it and they didn't.
I wonder if many were under orders to actually perpetuate violence, to push people there, to stir them up, to make it get worse, right?
They were there.
They could have done something and they didn't.
If this was an insurrection, why didn't they stop it?
Why didn't they like, oh, game time?
We got to click in and actually stop this insanity.
Because it never was.
It was bullshit.
And the fact that they were there and we're only finding out about it four years later means they were there for reasons only we can imagine.
Not the media, because they would never question that.
Okay.
It's nuts.
They had malinations.
That part has almost has to be clear to virtually anyone.
Okay.
That's it seems so obvious to me.
Okay.
I guess we'll find out more.
But 250 agents in the building.
Give me a break.
I mean, I wonder how many of them were on TV as rioters, insurrectionists.
They're FBI agents undercover doing nothing.
Like, I mean, think about how insane that is.
And while Democrats try to claim every act of violence is nothing compared to January 6th, the reality is just the opposite.
Because just a couple of weeks after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, we had another act of left-wing violence just this week in Texas, where a gunman targeted Dallas area ICE officers and ending up killing two ICE detainees.
The killer who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound wrote anti-ICE on a bullet.
And according to the FBI, the 29-year-old killer conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the quote, Charlie Kirk shot video.
This appears to be a copycat left-wing assassination, guys.
These people are insane.
Okay.
Understand that.
Understand what we're up against.
It's getting to the point.
It's hard to imagine that you could even like rationally have a dialogue with so many of these people, right?
Not all, but many of them are that deranged.
Look at what they did to Charlie.
Then they're trying to kill ICE agents, end up shooting the detainees.
I imagine they were for the detainees end up killing them.
So uh, you know, what is going on here?
Again, this isn't a both sides issue.
Okay, it's a one-side issue.
It's one side that wants to use violence because they can't win an argument.
Their ideas aren't good.
They can't actually win anything.
So they go in the resort to violence to try to scare people into submission.
But that's not going to work because we are more motivated than ever before to dismantle and prosecute anyone funding, enabling, carrying out acts of political violence like this.
Here's JD Vance with more on the topic.
Ah, the rhetorical assault on law enforcement.
Because here's what happens.
Because here's what happens when Democrats like Gavin Newsom did say that these people are part of an authoritarian government.
When the left-wing media lies about what they're doing when they lie about who they're arresting, when they lie about the actual job of law enforcement, what they're doing is encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence.
You don't have to agree with my immigration policies.
You don't have to agree with Donald Trump's immigration policies.
But if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement, you can go straight to hell and you have no place in the political conversation of the United States of America.
Thank you.
And my father is making it clear, guys, that we're not letting acts of violence or the networks and nonprofits here, nonprofits, no, yeah, not that enable them.
Get away with any longer.
It's not gonna happen.
It's gotta stop.
They're sowing the seeds of violence around this country, and that can't be the case.
Well, Soros is a name, certainly that I keep hearing.
I don't know, but Soros is the name that I hear.
Uh I hear a lot of different names.
I hear names of some pretty rich people that are radical left people.
Uh maybe I hear about a guy named Reed Hoffman.
Somebody's a pretty rich guy, I guess.
And I hear about him.
I don't know.
Maybe maybe could be him, could be a lot of people.
We we have the same names, but they're bad, and we're gonna find out.
And if they are funding these things, they're gonna have some problems because they're agitators and they're anarchists.
These are anarchists.
Really bad.
And we'll have even more updates on all of this next week.
So guys, thanks so much for tuning in.
Remember to like, to share, to subscribe.
Uh pray that I stay warm for me.
Okay, it's like I said, I'm in the Yukon.
It's uh here's the cabin uh I'm staying in.
There's my bow hanging on the wall, chasing uh moose with a bow.
So uh it's rustic.
Maybe I'll get some outside video if I can.
I'll put some stuff together for you guys.
We'll play it another time.
Uh if I I don't know, I'll I'll check out the comments uh later on.
I gotta get going.
But uh uh if I get any hunting videos, you guys want that or not.
You you let me know.
We can always post that.
