Costs of Every Decision 00:03:19
Hey everybody, YWS Part 2.
This is the QA that went viral because I said something so unbelievably controversial.
I said that there are costs to all decision in life.
I know that's so crazy, but you'll enjoy it.
Go to tpaction.com, get your tickets to our Torney Point Action Conference, which is coming right around the corner.
Biggest speakers in the entire movement.
Dan Bongino, President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, Josh Hawley, and more, tpaction.com.
That is tpaction.com.
As always, you can email me, freedom at charliekirk.com, and listen all the way through to the end of this episode for a giveaway opportunity at the very end.
Buckle up, everybody.
Here we go.
Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
I want to thank Charlie.
He's an incredible guy.
His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
That's why we are here.
Let's waste no time and let's get to as many questions as we can.
Hi, Charlie.
I'm Sophia.
I come from parents who immigrated to the U.S.
And after 20 years and over $40,000, they came here legally and I was born here in the greatest country in the world.
So I owe everything to this amazing country.
So what would you say to legal immigrants such as my parents who have spent thousands of dollars and waited years, even many decades to enter to the U.S. legally, now seeing border jumpers who are crossing this border and taking advantage of our government and the government supporting them rather than legal immigrants?
Yeah, that's a great point.
So I have very little patience and tolerance for the trespassing, border jumping that's happening on our southern border.
It's not immigration.
It's an invasion into our country.
And it's happening every single day.
The governor of Texas should be a lot firmer on this.
He's been okay, but not great, honestly.
We should have a zero tolerance policy.
The entire military should be mobilized.
And we should say our country will not be invaded.
I don't know about you, but I care much more about our own country being invaded than what's happening in Ukraine.
And I wish our leaders cared about what's happening on our southern border a lot more about than whichever, you know, oh, what thug is going to control eastern Ukraine?
That's not interesting to me.
What's interesting is when you're invaded with 10,000 people a day.
And yes, it is insulting, but this is a pattern.
This is a theme.
The law-abiding citizen in America is routinely put down while the criminal, the trespasser, gets elevated.
We are seeing a set of customs where heroin addicts, vagrants, arsons, arsonists, and violent criminals get away with whatever they want to do, people trespassing into the nation, and law-abiding citizens have to then pay the price.
So what advice do I have?
We need more people that came here the right way to say, you're not welcome here if you break into my country, period.
Law Abiding Citizens First 00:06:05
And some people say, well, Charlie, that's not very Christian of you.
No, actually, borders are biblical.
They come straight from the Bible.
In fact, if you say that anybody anytime is welcome into your home or to your nation, that is saying that I don't want to protect my nation from something that might threaten it.
The law must be blind towards emotion.
Someone say, oh, well, they've walked 600 miles and they really want to be in here.
It's irrelevant what they want.
What is relevant is what is right.
And it is not right to open up your country to people that intentionally break our laws.
Every single trespasser that has broken to America should be immediately deported, not given any sort of treatment, in-state tuition.
They broke into our country.
Go back to your country of origin and go make that country great.
And let's put our citizens first.
Thank you very much.
Hi, Charlie.
This is a different direction from the last question, but I just wanted to ask, since from the conservative movement, a lot of people are pushing, you know, getting married young, having kids young, starting a family.
And from a Christian perspective, this culture of dating isn't really in the Bible.
So I was just going to ask from, you know, a Christian perspective, someone who's young and just started dating, what is your advice in dating and pursuing marriage as a Christian?
Sure, great question.
First of all, let me ask, who here wants to find a husband?
Raise your hand.
Okay, so he's going to kill me.
There's someone that works for my team who's very high IQ.
If you can email me resumes, freedom at charliekirk.com.
I'm not kidding.
He's going to murder me.
So he's very smart.
So freedom at charliekirk.com, I could tell you, very ethical, very capable.
All right, so what advice?
So look, you're here to hear the truth, right?
I recommend saving yourself for marriage.
Okay?
And I'm not here to shame you if you've made a different decision or if you disagree.
But that, you're going to live a better life if you do that.
And women have a lot more negotiating power than I think you realize in that situation.
You might say, well, none of the men will date me.
Well, you're dating the wrong men.
Okay?
Let me be very honest.
And I do recommend, though, there's a real thing that you will hear, is that if you put off dating seriously for the intent of marrying, dating is not a vocation.
It's not a hobby.
It's not to use time.
Dating must lead towards something.
So you must date with the intent to marry.
So you should not even open yourself up into the dating pool, period, if you can't potentially see, at least at the criteria beginning, spending the rest of your life with that person.
It's not, you know, this whole idea of dating, like, oh, I'm just trying to, you know, figure out if I'm good at this thing.
You know, it's not basketball, right?
It's not the more you do it, the better you get at it.
Okay, that's a modern garbage way of looking at it, right?
And again, I'm not here to, you know, be judgy or say if you make other individual decisions, I can just say, though, that people that decide to make what I believe should be sacrosanct and holy in a biblical marriage construct all of a sudden shared with multiple partners, I think is not an ideal that we should share with young women and young men in particular.
I think it's beautiful if you're able to do it in your life and if you get good enough advice early on to say, I want to save that incredible moment and that practice with the person that God has intended me as my soulmate to spend the rest of my life with.
And the issue for young ladies is you're going to get, at least from what I understand in talking to people, is that there's a fair amount of fear of, oh, fear of rejection or being fear of being called names.
Again, you have to just basically say, yeah, okay, whatever.
You can call me whatever you want.
I'm waiting for my soulmate.
And if you disagree at that or if you've already made a different decision, then tell me how that works out for you.
That's fine.
But this is something that's proven and I think is an ideal that needs to be repeated because it's so rare in our secular postmodern world.
Also, you should just be very clear about your intentions from the beginning.
You should say, you know, if you, and again, I'm not necessarily, I am probably, I'm against dating apps if you're using them to hook up.
I'm not against dating apps if you're using them to marry.
Good luck because most of the dating apps, people aren't there for that.
But if you're in your late 20s, you should use everything at your possible disposal to try to find a partner.
I don't think they're just a tool, but most of the apps are not a tool for good things.
But you should be very clear about your intent, which is: I am here to find a life partner.
And if that scares the man off, good.
You just saved a bunch of time, right?
And so we have a men's summit too at Turning Point USA, and we're trying to instill with them, you know, virtue and also understanding the differences between men and women because men, their nature given by God, they want variety more, but that's not an excuse to watch pornography or be promiscuous.
And so men have to fix a lot of things.
How many of you are displeased with the quality of American men when you go to date?
Yeah, almost almost every, and there's applause, yeah.
And that's that's a big problem, right?
And so, but do not lower your standards because men have become feminized versions of metrosexual culture, right?
Instead, but you, in my personal opinion, you should enter the serious dating pool earlier than not, right?
I'm talking 22, 23, 24.
This whole idea of putting your career first, I think is a very, very dangerous proposition.
It could work out for you, but I hear stories every day.
Charlie, I decided to go become a partner at a law firm, and now I'm 32 years old, and I can't find anyone because all the good ones are gone.
There is some truth to quote unquote, the good ones being gone.
The window does narrow, and so I think you should prioritize what do I want most in my life?
And if that thing is the best thing that I think a human being can do, which is to get married and have kids, then you should do that with clear intentionality.
Success Does Not Come Easy 00:11:11

Hi, Charlie.
My name's Isabelle, and I semi-recently found out about Turning Point USA and have quickly become passionate about it.
So being semi-new to all of this, do you have any advice for those like myself who are still learning and maybe aren't the best on the spot debating against the very aggressive leftists?
Well, first of all, welcome.
I'm so glad that you want to be part of our movement.
So thank you.
Yeah, look, I try to make a habit of always telling the truth.
You're going to be called a lot of names and you're going to probably lose friends.
Raise your hands if you lost friends because of politics.
Every single hand goes up.
And how many of you wish you probably could still be friends with those people?
Raise your hands.
Yeah, so and half and half.
Good.
So it's too bad.
Friendships get severed over this stuff.
So you have to be ready for that.
Smeared, slandered, doxed, you know, your grades will be lowered.
You're like, wow, that sounds terrible.
Yeah, but it's worth it to fight for things that are eternally true.
It's worth it to fight for things that are transcendent.
It's worth it to sacrifice maybe your reputation or your friendship, your proximity or your comfort for things that are going to outlast you, right?
So my advice is just brace for impact, but also try to build community.
And that's what you're going to do here.
You are not alone.
You're not the only one that is going to be in the trenches of fighting for a better America and fighting for the things that we care about.
And we're here to support you throughout, whether it be starting a high school chapter, starting a college chapter, giving you the on-the-ground assistance, showing up to events like this, campus tours, podcasts, you name it.
We're here to supply you with all that.
But everybody has their gifting, right?
Some people have a gifting to think quickly on their feet or to be able to answer questions.
I'm okay at that, right?
Some people have a gifting of organizing and community building.
Find your gifting.
You don't have to be a master class debater to be involved at Turning Point USA.
And in fact, if a super aggressive leftist comes up to you, it's a perfectly acceptable way to say, it's like, I'm not here to debate.
I'm not interested in talking right now.
If you're not comfortable, you don't have to talk to these lunatics, okay?
I have deeply held beliefs.
I don't want to deal with you right now is perfectly fine, okay?
And in fact, they're not here to actually try to debate.
They're here to try to humiliate you, most of them, okay?
Now, if you feel equipped to do that, I'm highly encouraged to do it if you feel that's your calling or you feel comfortable doing it.
Welcome aboard.
Can't wait to have you part of Turning Point USA.
Thank you so much.
Hi, Charlie.
My name is Madison, and my sister is Bella over here.
So my question is, I started my own Christian-based conservative clothing brand two and a half years ago as I am not married and want to use my talents in this season to glorify God.
But it's been a struggle to promote lost and found apparel, which is my clothing brand, and share God's word through my clothing in a field that's clearly satanic and will silence you if they disagree with the message you're trying to share with others.
I've been shadow banned on social media before, and frankly, I think that I still am because it's been such a struggle to promote, you know, online on Instagram and TikTok.
And so my question is, how do I share this with others and get off the ground after working tirelessly on it with little to no success for two and a half years?
Yeah, it's it all depends on how you define success, right?
So there's a great book, The Gap and the Gain.
It will take you like two hours to read, which is you can either define where you're at as a gain in your life or something that is a big gap.
So you could define it as a success or you could define it as a blessing that you went through two and a half years.
And did you get tougher?
Did you understand more about the world?
Did you learn more about yourself?
Did you learn more about the parasitic left?
You're nodding your head, right?
All of a sudden, maybe that is a success, right?
So the point, I think you should reframe what you think is success.
Yeah, I mean, you're not Balenciaga, praise God, right?
Or any of that crap that's being peddled on TV.
But when you are fighting towards something good and you do so in a disciplined fashion, failure is largely just how you categorize it or define it.
You might fall short of a standard of material success, but I wouldn't call that as a lack of success.
I wouldn't.
Because it's always a, in my opinion, a worthwhile journey to go on to fight for something that is bigger than yourself and something that is transcendent.
So, but to the more immediate question is, well, if you want to achieve that kind of material success and sell that clothing, then success leaves clues.
Find other people that are doing something really well and do what they're doing or do it better.
And I mean, the great innovators of our time are relentless.
You know, I could tell you, Turning Point USA, after two and a half years, it didn't look like there was much success.
And then 11 years later, we're the largest movement of its kind on high school and college campuses and in churches.
I mean, so there's a ramp-up period, but it depends on what you define as that success.
You should also look at, has it developed my character?
Has it deepened my understanding of things I care about?
If yes, that's a big gain in your life and a significant blessing.
But as far as trying to turn fashion around, that's not my thing.
You should ask, go to Erica and ask that because she's far more literate in that than I am.
Thank you so much.
Hi, Charlie Kirk.
My name is Elaine Navarro.
As a conservative woman coming from a family who immigrated here from Cuba in the 60s when cashler was taking over, what advice would you give to me as a conservative woman who is wanting to start a podcast and wanting to jump into this movement of spreading the conservative message and especially freedom?
Yeah, so my first piece of advice for any one of you that are influencers or want to be influencers, you should want to spread goodness and truth more than wanting to be famous, okay?
So the desire to be famous, please, like, I just, I pray you try to pray and strip that away.
It's a bad thing to want to do, okay?
You're going to act in ways you otherwise would not want to act and you're going to do things you otherwise would not want to do.
So let me just encourage you for that.
And then the best way to do it is to start doing it.
Start the podcast, start talking, figure out what works.
You know, the Charlie Kirk show started with no listeners and now it's something, right?
So every single one of you possess that.
But then if you have a belief that I'm going to outwork my competition, that is something that will then be a defining characteristic, right?
And in life, you largely get what you pour into.
So if you pour a lot into your podcast and you want it to be successful, then it will be successful.
If you want something else to be successful, then so be it.
So as far as advice, you know, tell the truth.
And if you want to be successful, you can.
You all have that capacity and that ability, but you're going to have to put a lot of work.
The things that are important in life do not come easily or immediate.
It takes a lot of discipline and dedication.
Thank you so much.
Are you feeling burned out and a little tired?
Look, I want to tell you about something that I've become a big believer in.
And if you do not know about it, you got to research it.
You could fact check me.
It's NAD.
NAD is a precursor for your body to be able to create ATP, which is basically the life force of everything that you do.
And look, there's a lot of people out there that are promising energy and doing all this, but go do some research on NAD and go see actually how incredibly important it is for high performance to be able to go actually get it to the next level.
And so what does NAD stand for?
Well, try to take a note here.
It is nicotinamide adenonide dinucleotide.
I did that pretty well, don't you think?
NAD.
It's a coenzyme that is central to metabolism.
Again, don't take my word for it.
Go watch a YouTube video or two or three or four and go fact-check me on it.
I've been taking NAD for quite some time.
And people say, Charlie, how do you travel 2,700 days in a decade?
How do you do the 300 days a year?
How do you do that?
Look, it's not only because of this.
I eat well and do other things as well.
But if you look at NADH, especially when it combines with CoQ10 and marine collagen, it boosts your body's cellular function.
I would never tell you guys to go do something I myself did not do.
And Strong Cell has been able to put together a scientific breakthrough in cellular health replenishment that combines NADH, CoQ10, and marine collagen.
When you combine them together, you get mental clarity.
And that's a must for me.
It's not just that.
It's for vitality.
It helps your immune system.
It's all good stuff.
So go to strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and see for yourself.
It's not a stimulant.
It doesn't contain any caffeine.
I'm talking about overall health from the cellular level.
NADH has been called the anti-aging enzyme that helps with so many issues like brain fog, short-term memory loss, blood pressure, heart disease, blood sugar retention, and so much more.
And look, it's not a magic pill.
It's like, oh, I'm going to start taking this and I'm going to be super smart.
It's an additive, an amplifier on people that want to get better.
But I can tell you, it makes a big difference.
I've personally seen undeniable benefits from taking Strong Cell and engaging with NAD every day.
So I had to partner with them.
I vetted them.
I checked out their ingredient profile.
And do yourself a favor and give Strong Cell a try.
Visit strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and use promo code Charlie and you get a special 20% discount on your order.

NAD Boosts Your Body 00:09:27
Everyone has always told me that I have what it takes to go into office and that they can always see me in office.
I am hesitant to go into office or run for office one day because I'm four foot eight.
I have a baby face and I don't think I'm that intimidating.
What is your advice to me who is hesitant to run for office one day?
So let me ask you, let's put all that stuff.
That stuff doesn't matter.
What can you do that other people struggle at?
What's your gifting?
Normally when I'm in debates, I have no emotions.
I don't care what you say.
I'm going to tell the truth, tell you what it is.
That's way more important than your height, let me tell you.
So do not allow whatever limiting factor that you just articulated get in the way.
Use it to your advantage.
Okay, you're four foot eight.
Not a lot of people are four foot eight.
You'll definitely stand out.
People will remember you.
So all of a sudden, you see how I flipped that?
All of a sudden, what you think is a negative actually could be an advantage.
The association that you assigned to it might actually be incorrect, right?
And I don't, I mean, you said something about the face.
I think you have a great face.
You have a memorable face.
Okay.
So whatever the world is telling you, it's like, okay, I'm going to use actually what the enemy meant for evil or what you think the enemy means for evil for good or whatever you're ascribing it to.
You could flip that immediately, right?
And so you have the power to do it.
And yes, you have a stoic ability to debate and to converse.
Every single one of you in this room have what it takes to be a talented person in office or in corporate life.
Most importantly, please become a wife and start a family.
That is the most important thing if you so feel called and want to be happy.
I really encourage you to do that.
But that shouldn't be the only thing you do if you so choose you have the agency to do that.
But you could run for office.
And by the way, you said the most important thing.
Other people already see it in you.
So if other people already see that you could run for office, then you need to just agree with other people and go do it.
God bless you.
Thank you so much.
Hi, Charlie.
So my name is Megan Ramon, and I'm a 21-year-old Cuban-American studying at the University of Florida.
And I wanted to say that I've been following you and your story for a really long time.
You inspired me to speak out and stop staying silent.
You helped me realize that because I am allowed to live in this great country, I have just as much a right to speak on my beliefs as a liberal does.
And for that, I want to thank you.
But now I had to say that this country is my world because it has offered me so many opportunities that my family, who are stuck and locked under an iron grip in a communist country, can only ever dream of.
I struggle now with watching that blessed flag change into this dull and sad version of what it once stood for.
And it hurts me so badly.
How do you believe I can best work to maintain my faith in this beautiful country and its future and our future as conservatives in a literal bowl of rabid piranhas?
I love that.
First of all, you being here is a big deal.
And we're going to be talking about the action items, right?
You first and foremost have to get your own house in order, right?
Being the best citizen you personally can be, dedicating part of your career towards saving the country is very important.
Believing it can be saved and refounded and revitalized is equally as important.
And look, they want to demoralize you.
They want to try to make you surrender, give up.
They want to try to have you go to the middle and sue for peace.
What they are afraid of is that there is this young movement that is growing in intensity and in numbers that are going to take leadership positions, people like Ana Paulina Luna, people that are doing such a great job, and they're very, very afraid of that.
And look, you said it best.
You have family connections to people that lived under totalitarianism.
Now, let me ask you: in Cuba, what did Castro do to his political opponents?
Blew them out of the water.
Yeah, put them in prison, right?
Now, we would never do that in this country, obviously.
We would never, you know, we would never indict our political opponents because we're afraid they might beat us in an election.
We don't do that, right?
That's stuff Putin would do, right?
Sure.
Maybe we should bring some of the ideas here that we're so afraid of sending over there.
Anyway, we would never do such a thing.
What you can do, I mean, look, it's going to be a thing I just keep repeating: is you have to be intentional in an attitude of citizenship, of dedication to your community, to your loved ones, and the people around you.
And then you have to fight.
And every opportunity, if you so feel called, every time somebody around you tries to tell you to use a pronoun that you don't want to use or a piece of, I mean, you have to fight the micro-tyranny, right?
So if someone says, Yeah, call me by a pronoun and I'm a boy, you know, you can see their man, like, I'm not going to do that.
Like, it's an insult to my intelligence.
You can't tell me what to say or do.
Sorry, can't do that, not by force, not going to do it.
And so remember, the T in LGBT stands for totalitarianism and tyranny.
It doesn't stand for transgenderism.
It's, I'm going to force you to believe my creepy, weird gender ideology.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate it.
Hi, Charlie.
My name's Toby.
First of all, I just want to say thank you for all the work that you do and for inspiring us all to fight for truth and freedom.
My question is: how did you start and form Turning Point USA?
And what advice would you give to many of us who are confused on what to do other than starting a chapter?
Are you in high school or college?
College.
Okay.
Do you think college is worth it?
Somewhat.
Okay, there you go.
Good.
So, what actually steps to do?
Yeah.
Yes.
So, very similar to the other.
So, you got to take time every single day to learn and to study and to dive deep into ideas that really matter.
You have to become the best personal possible version of yourself from a health standpoint and from just a general citizenship standpoint.
And then you have to ask the Lord for opportunities to fight and save the country every single day.
You know, it's not going to come easy.
It's not going to come lightly.
And then you have to say, okay, I'm going to be in this fight for the rest of my life.
For the rest of my life, I'm going to be in this struggle for faith, for freedom, and for America.
And the most immediate way to do that is to get involved with Turning Point USA and get your friends to do the same.
Thank you.
Appreciate it.
Okay, so lately I've seen a lot of posts or jokes about like we should secede and we should separate.
And I never felt that way, but whenever I saw Title 42 come down and Texas just left to like defend itself with little to no assistance, the thought or the feeling that came inside of me is like we're being treated like a colony.
What are your thoughts on like those jokes and Like do you think that the federal government cares about us anymore?
Well the federal government's at war with all of us right now.
That is a fact We have a government that hates every single one of us That's what that indictment means is that if you believe in a certain worldview We're gonna put you on a show trial and humiliate you and try to destroy your life No, I don't support the secession stuff.
We are probably headed towards a national divorce and that makes me very sad.
I don't celebrate that.
I want to do everything we possibly can to keep the union together.
But let's be very clear.
The radical left does not want to live in the country with us.
They don't.
They're the ones that passed sanctuary city laws where they defied federal government immigration law, where they said illegals are welcome.
They're the ones that routinely talk about how they don't want to live in a country with us.
What do I have in common with somebody in downtown San Francisco?
They salute the gay flag.
I salute the American flag.
Literally, if you saw a video yesterday, the police department is saluting the gay flag go up, not a parody in the Sheriff's Department of San Francisco.
I salute the American flag.
I believe in the Constitution.
They do not.
I believe skin color doesn't matter.
They believe skin color does matter.
What really unifies us anymore?
Very little.
So unless something dramatically changes in the next 10 or 15 years, we are going to probably see a national divorce.
And that really makes me sad.
Unless a leader can come in and heal this country and absolutely put the radical Marxists in their place and put this country back to actually the place it should be, which is a center-right country, then we're probably going to be in a really, really difficult spot.
I don't celebrate that.
I don't want that, but that's what we're looming towards.
Because you can't, it's unsustainable to have South Dakota, North Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi completely just waged war upon by Washington, D.C. and the rest of the country.
Thank you so much.
Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
Just when you thought the government would stop trying to take over health care, Senator Bernie Sanders, that socialist Marxist communist, is pushing something that is no good.
I need your attention right now.
Fight For Healthcare Freedom 00:10:15
I'm urgently asking you to support the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste to stop the Senate from passing the Sanders Bill S-1339.
It would raise the price of prescription drugs by making it harder for pharmacy benefit managers to continue to save an average of $1,000 per year for 275 million Americans just like you.
Bernie Sanders, he is a sneaky commie.
I'll tell you what.
He will not lower prescription drug prices despite what the bill says.
It will create a socialist health care system here in America.
I've read the bill.
It's dangerous.
You've got to stop it.
You have to sign lowermydrugprices.com.
I'm telling you, I'm involved in this.
You got to get into the game.
Add your name to thousands who are standing up and saying you don't want more government interference in healthcare, but you must hurry.
The Sanders bill will come up for a vote in only a few weeks.
Go to lowermydrugprices.com.
All of us together must oppose the Marxist Bernie Sanders lowermydrugprices.com.
Good afternoon, Mr. Kirk.
My name is Abigail, and I'm one of the co-presidents of the new TPUSA chapter at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
My other co-president is right there.
She's awesome.
So like these other women in this room, I am very driven career-wise.
And my goals are set on succeeding as an orthopedic surgeon.
And I have really rarely thought about even getting married, having children, and even going into dating.
Like, it's just something that I never really thought about.
Would you be able to give me some advice as somebody who so badly wants to succeed in surgery, but to get out of residency fellowship, I'm going to be 30 before I can really focus on myself.
So what's some advice for really balancing my career as well as venturing into settling down?
You're going to have to choose which one matters more, and that will be up to you.
So first of all, thank you for being involved with Turning Point USA.
So here's my piece of advice.
Go try to spend a couple days with babies.
And if it doesn't move you to want to have some of your own, then go do the surgeon thing.
I mean that.
If you don't get baby fever being around young kids as a young lady, then you kind of have your answer.
But if you're around a young child or a young baby, or like all of a sudden something greater than yourself gets activated, or all of a sudden you feel maybe a prodding by the Holy Spirit, then you got something to think about.
But look, you could potentially do both.
You could become an orthopedic surgeon and still do that.
But there will be a lot of people that says, oh, just put the family thing on hold and put that on hold.
I just want to caution you, a reality is that there are a lot of successful 35-year-old orthopedic surgeons that have cats and not kids.
And they're very miserable.
Most of the radical left is largely being run by childless young ladies, young women that are in their mid-30s that are super miserable and antidepressants because I think they're missing something, which I think that they're missing one of the most fulfilling things.
Now, you might not be feeling that, or you might be designed in a way where you might not feel it at all, but I encourage you to try to lean into that if possible.
And there's nothing wrong with being driven to your career, but I'm career-driven, but my relationship with God and my family come way above my career.
And I think all of you guys should have that exact same thing.
If you so desire, if you want to just say all career all the time, maybe it will work for you.
But the evidence is overwhelming.
That will lead to an empty life.
And then you got to ask yourself, why do you want to be successful, right?
What is it?
Is it material success?
Is it a title?
If that's the case, then that will never actually bring you ultimate fulfillment.
It might bring you the actual practice of doing it could bring you fulfillment.
So pray about it, think about it.
I'm not here to tell you one way or the other, right or wrong.
But I also want to make sure I tell you the truth that the cautionary tale ahead of you is that if you say, I never want to have a family, I never want to have kids, I never want to get married, that could change by the time you're 28.
Things can change very quickly.
So explore it, think about it, pray about it.
And my own two cents is that I think you'll find a lot of joy if you ever decide to get married.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
Hi, my name is Lucky, and I'm 15, and I just got out of a Christian school, but it's not really Christian.
But they like to use the name for it, and I don't really know why, because they are anything but Christian.
And I was treated really badly for being conservative.
And honestly, it takes, it's hard to get out.
And for me, I had to take three tests to get into a different school.
So do you see Turning Point doing anything for students in private schools who are treated badly or anything like that?
Yeah, first of all, let me just say, for parents out there, be very careful sending your kids to Christian schools.
We get more incidents of wokeism and leftism from Christian schools than even some government schools.
Be very, very careful.
The amount of Christian schools that have been captured by this woke ideology is absolutely incredible.
And so, yes, we do.
We actually have Turning Point Academy that's up and running.
You guys should go check out the booth out there and really exciting, growing division of Turning Point USA.
And we have high school chapters as well.
But I just want to encourage you: don't let this get you down.
Don't let this get in the way of you becoming a stronger and better version of yourself.
Look at it as a blessing, that all of this that you're experiencing is going to make you tougher and better equipped for the fights ahead.
God bless you.
Thank you so much.
All right, we'll take a couple more.
Hi, Charlie.
My friends, and I would love to know what's the number one piece of marriage advice based on what you've learned from your marriage.
What you prioritize is what you get.
God needs to be the head of your marriage always.
And you have to make sure you are using the spiritual disciplines.
If I had to give some candid, honest feedback to Christianity, the fact that we no longer honor the Sabbath, I think, is why our divorce rate is 50%.
One of the main reasons.
The Sabbath is a gift given to us by the Lord that 90% of Christians do not observe, period.
And the Sabbath really means Shabbat, which means to stop.
And when you have no phones, no shopping, no cars, and you have nothing but to focus on your family for a 24-hour period, yeah, that makes your marriage a lot better.
But all of a sudden, if you have all these external distractions, you know, I think you're going to be in a tough spot.
But also, as far as marriage advice, obviously I'm still learning.
We're two years into this, praise God.
But, you know, you have to understand the differences between men and women.
And also, if I were to say another thing, it's you have to make sure there's a spiritual component to your relationship, or else you're going to be in a lot of trouble.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
All right, a couple more.
Hi, Charlie.
My name's Chloe Ball Hagen, and I'm from Boise, Idaho.
I'll be starting a chapter at my high school in the fall.
Wonderful.
So I kind of have a question that I've been trying to answer for a long time.
And it's why does it feel like the media and Hollywood and advertising is dominated by liberals when we show up and we fight with freedom, family, and the American flag?
So that's just my main question.
Yeah, I mean, look, first of all, liberals went into culture intentionally.
They went into Hollywood.
They went into all these things.
And we never contested in it.
We never decided to be engaged or get involved at all.
They're going to collapse.
They will.
Because the stories that they're peddling and the things that they're putting forward is garbage and it's unsustainable.
And those stories don't actually resonate with their target audience.
And so it's just a matter of time before I think there's actually a recalibration there.
But we as conservatives have to get into the arts.
We have to get into entertainment and get into theater to try and go about change that.
Thank you so much.
All right.
This will be the last question because we're running out of time.
Hello, my name is Hope, and I did apply to be on the roundtable with you and your wife.
But I assume that the majority of the people that are here are pro-life.
But one thing that I think people forget is the children after life is chosen, right?
So what are some tangible actions that people can do?
Because obviously there are a lot of young women here that are unable to foster or donate financially.
So are you able to give any two advice, tangible actions that we can do to help the children that are in an unsafe or unstable environment in the future?
That's a great question.
Now that Roe versus Wade is repealed, and praise God, it's repealed.
We have to do everything we possibly can to try to fight and contest for every single life.
And so I'm partnered with Pre-Born, which is a wonderful ministry.
And I think you guys should check it out.
You should give financially if you can to these groups.
But honestly, we have to make it easier to adopt through churches and easier to have Christian organizations.
The adoption process is way too bureaucratic.
It's a disaster, to be perfectly honest.
There's 2 million people on the adoption waiting list right now, and there's a million abortions every single year.
So there's twice as many people willing to adopt as there are abortions.
There's no such thing as unwanted children in this country.
It does not exist.
And so you should all know in your local community, where's my pregnancy crisis center?
Am I involved in the pregnancy crisis center?
Volunteering activism and helping them out.
One of the most important things you could do.
Thank you so much.
All right, everybody, go get some lunch.
I know there's a lot of breakouts going right now, and we'll see you in the afternoon.
Thanks so much.
