Evil 3 Letter Agencies that Start with "F" with Sen. Josh Hawley

Did you know the FBI director can take a private jet to go on vacation, in the name of "counterterrorism?" Senator Josh Hawley talks about his recent oversight battles with FBI Director Chris Wray, and explains why conservatives deserve a new leader in the Senate. Then, CEO Nate Jones talks about how his company's Xlear nasal spray has provided relief for many people ill with Covid, only to come under attack from the FTC for supposedly perverting "science." Finally, Tyler Bowyer gives a critical update on the Attorney General race in Arizona where Abe Hamadeh is only 100 votes down to his challenger, all thanks to Ballot curing. Support the show: http://www.charliekirk.com/supportSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

FBI Censorship and Political Fight 00:09:31
Hey, everybody.
Today on the Charlie Kirk Show, Josh Hawley unpacks the latest news in the Senate and why on earth did Mitch McConnell get re-elected as Senate Minority Leader.
And then Nate Jones from a very interesting company talks about how the government is targeting him.
Tyler Boyer caps the episode off with a conversation about what's happening in Arizona.
The fight continues.

With us now is Senator Josh Hawley, one of the few fighters in the U.S. Senate.
And I am so happy and thrilled that Senator Hawley's influence will be increasing because JD Vance is going to the U.S. Senate.
Senator Hawley, how you doing?
I'm doing great, Charlie.
Thanks for having me.
I know you and I are both on the ground with JD Vance.
I wish we would have Blake Masters as well, but sending J.D. is a big deal.
And thank you for all your help with that.
Let me just kind of start with the leadership election or selection, I should say, yesterday.
Tell us what you can without breaching any confidentiality of what happened behind closed doors with what looks like now Senator McConnell is going to be continued leader of the Senate minority.
Well, listen, I'll just tell you what my position has been, which is that I voted for new leadership.
I said before the election, Charlie, that I wasn't going to support Mitch McConnell for leader.
I don't think that he has led the party in a good direction.
I think the results in this last election make that clear.
And I think we need a different direction.
Clear.
I mean, if you look at this last election and you say, oh, everything's fine.
Like, it's just fine.
You know, we don't need to make any changes.
I just say, if you're a Republican, you know, you're delusional, particularly if you're one of these D.C. Republicans that didn't give candidates anything to run on, that didn't actually put forward a coherent agenda, that basically just said, oh, Biden sucks.
He's no good.
Vote for us.
You know what we learn out of this election is that independent voters, they actually want you to come out and fight for them.
They actually want you to come be on their side.
It's not enough to say it's our turn.
You have to go show them that you're willing to fight for them.
And I don't think Senate leadership's done that.
So, Charlie, I voted no, and I urged for there to be new leadership.
And I asked both of the guys who were running, which was Mitch McConnell and Rick Scott from Florida.
I asked both of them, what are you going to do to put forward an agenda that will actually deliver for the American people?
Not just talk, not just do press appearances, but what are you going to do that will actually deliver?
And, you know, we'll see.
We'll see what the next two years will bring.
But I tell you what I'm going to do, Charlie.
We'll keep fighting every day here, and we'll keep trying to deliver.
You've been doing a great job of that.
What was the final vote count?
37 to 11.
So 37 votes for the current leadership, 11 votes against.
Interesting.
Yeah, I mean, that's, it should be a lot closer than that.
I got to tell you.
I mean, it should have been a lot more competitive, I should say.
When your coach that tells you that we're going to win the national title game can't even win the conference, you probably are going to fire that coach.
Well, I don't know if Jimbo Fisher is getting fired this year, but we'll see.
Let's play cut 375.
Senator Josh Hawley on fire, 375.
A federal judge has just found as a finding of fact, Mr. Secretary, that your office, and I'm going to quote now, is supervising the nerve center of federally directed censorship.
Facebook writes again to HHS and highlights that Facebook is increasing the strength of our demotions for COVID and vaccine-related content.
We have example after example of this administration coordinated, apparently, according to a federal court by your agency, pressuring, coercing social media companies to engage in censorship.
Is that constitutional?
That is unequivocally false.
Is what the emails show?
It is unequivocally false, Senator.
You are not pressuring the big tech companies to take down accounts.
You are not meeting with them to ask them to censor on your behalf.
That is correct.
We are not.
Senator Hawley, either he's lying or the documents are lying.
Your thoughts?
He's lying.
I mean, this is a guy who lies and he lies and he lies.
He said there was no disinformation board.
That was a lie.
He said there was no plan to coordinate censorship across federal agencies.
That's a lie.
He lied today about his own internal studies in the Homeland Security Department that have been published.
We can see them.
They've been leaked to the press.
They say that DHS wants to make a top priority monitoring and taking down quote-unquote disinformation by Americans.
On what topics you might ask?
Oh, on topics like COVID vaccine, COVID mandates, U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
What does this have to do with keeping Americans safe?
Nothing.
It has everything to do with censorship.
This is this administration's top priority, censoring American speech that they don't like.
Charlie, it's sick.
It's unconstitutional, and we have to stop it.
Yeah, so let's play cut 377.
More oversight.
Can't wait for JD Vance to be joining you in this.
I wish more people asked the correct questions.
377.
Member Chuck Grassley asked you during the hearing, he said, I assume you must have other business.
You said, yes.
He then said, if you have a business trip, you've got your own plane.
Can't it wait a while?
And you said you had a plane to catch.
You had somewhere to go.
And now we find out it was for vacation?
You left an oversight hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee required by statute so you could vacation with your family.
I find that absolutely unbelievable and frankly, indefensible.
What was his response to that, Senator?
His response was that, oh, well, I had prearranged this.
Everybody knew I was going on vacation.
I mean, I had to leave at that time.
It's totally absurd, Charlie.
He lied to us.
Grassly asked him, what is so important?
Why did you have to leave?
He said, I've got other stuff to do.
Grassley said, you've got business?
And he said, yeah, I've got business to attend to.
That was a lie.
He was going to the Adirondacks to some vacation resort.
And Charlie, I don't care if he had pre-approved it, which he hadn't.
The idea that as the FBI director, you would say, oh, sorry, sorry.
I can't take any questions anymore because I got to go on vacation.
Like, I got to get to the mountains, man.
You know, I got to get out to my cabin to my fancy resort.
Yep.
It is.
It is.
On the FBI Gulf, on the FBI Gulf Stream that was appropriated by Congress for counterterrorism use, right, Senator?
So the FBI got a Gulf stream post 9-11 because some FBI director said, I need to be able to go places in case of counterterrorism.
No one questioned it.
And like, okay, you know, you're in charge of the FBI, whatever.
And now, okay, if you're going on business, like you're going to go, I don't know, break up a break up a cartel, you know, child sex trafficking operation, you need to go there to, you know, make some decisions, fine.
But he's going to the Adirondacks, Senator Hawley.
And not just that, not only is he using the Gulf Stream to personally go to the Adirondacks, he's avoiding your questions to go do that.
Exactly.
Exactly.
But see.
Yeah, go ahead.
Sorry.
Well, here's the real deal is that he knew that there were seven more Republicans who wanted to ask him additional questions.
He knew that.
Senator Grassley asked him, he said, wait, you can't wait 20 more minutes, 20 more minutes to answer their questions.
And he said, no, no, I can't.
I have to go.
As if he was going, you know, through DCA Reagan, through LaGuardia to get to northern New York.
Like, okay, if you're flying commercial, you got to catch a flight.
No, no, I guarantee you the FBI Gulf Stream could have waited another 20 minutes, right, Senator?
Exactly.
Exactly.
It could.
And again, the whole idea that he would skip out on a hearing and he would evade questions in order to take a vacation.
And here's the other thing I said to him.
While you've been on vacation, while you're out doing that, what has your FBI been doing?
It has been going after pro-life Catholic demonstrators.
It has been going after folks who are nonviolent offenders who are getting their doors beat down by SWAT teams at the FBI.
It has been patting the statistics on domestic terrorism.
We've got all these whistleblowers come forward and say, D.C. headquarters is telling us you need to open up domestic terrorism cases so it looks like there's a groundswell of these all across the country when in fact that is not true.
That's what's been going on at the FBI.
Meanwhile, he's on a jet blazing around in the Adirondacks.
FTC Targets Religious Groups 00:08:32
It is wrong and he should go.
Yeah, and I just think it also illustrates, Senator, one of the reasons why you're so important and you're actually going to, I think you're up for reelection this cycle from the next, because now we're in the next cycle.
We have no time off.
It's like a week and we're already talking about the next cycle.
And we have why your election matters so much and why Senator Mike Lee him beating Evan McMuffin McMullen and having people like JD Vance is because one of the big concerns we have in this audience, our audience has and I have, I should say, is the fourth branch of government that feels zero threat of oversight from the legislative branch.
I mean, Christopher Ray thinks so low of the Republican members of the Senate, he just doesn't care and just scoots on up to the Adirondacks instead of answering oversight questions.
Charlie Kirk here, look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We've tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
I hear Yvonne, Relief Factor works for me too.
Relief Factor is a 100% drug-free solution developed by doctors based on scientific research to help your body attack the underlying inflammation causing you pain.
Three weeks from now, you could be doing the things you enjoy doing.
Your first step to becoming pain-free could be just to order the three-week quick start for only $19.95.
After trying Relief Factor, over half a million people have gone on to order more.
Go to relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief to find out more about this offer.
That's relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief.
Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
So, Senator, it's a disappointment we won't control the U.S. Senate, but we are going to control the House of Representatives.
Is there any way possible where you can work with the House and maybe in conjunction with your oversight, then be able to conduct better oversight in the Senate?
Does that make sense where you might be able to have a inner chamber partnership with the Republican House majority?
Yeah, absolutely.
And one of the ways we can do that, Charlie, is just looking at what the House might do, questions they might ask, what they might lead on.
And we can pick that up in Senate hearings.
We can also do letters together.
We can do oversight demands together.
Certainly we can partner on oversight legislation together.
And I've already done that in the past and look forward to doing it, where a bill introduced in the House, I can then introduce it in the Senate and vice versa.
So I think there's a lot of opportunities for collaboration.
It's going to make a big difference to have the House.
We should have the Senate.
I mean, we need to not forget that.
We can't forget so that we can learn from what happened.
But having the House, big, big deal.
It's going to make a big difference for this country.
And I'm excited about the next two years.
Yeah, so let me ask you, what do you think are the major lessons to take away from this midterm cycle?
You say we should control the Senate.
I agree.
What went wrong?
Well, I think that the Republican Party, the old party, is dead.
I mean, that's what this election to me is all about.
Independent voters, Charlie, looked at the old Republican Party the last 30, 40 years.
They looked at the same old agenda they hear out of the D.C. Republicans that they said, you know what, we don't like Joe Biden.
He is killing our economy.
He is making our lives miserable, but we'll just stay home rather than vote for you people.
So I think this was the funeral for the old party.
It's time to bury it and build something new.
And what I mean by that is we need a party that's actually going to be a party for working people and working families, party of secure borders, a party that's tough on crime, a party that's going to bring jobs back to this country and get tough on our overseas competitors, a country that is going to go against the woke corporations and take on their agenda full throttle.
So we've got a choice now.
I tell you this, if these Republicans do what some of them want to do, I'm hearing about like, oh, we need to prioritize cutting Social Security and Medicare, and we need to prioritize raising immigration levels and lowering tariffs.
They're just going to keep on losing.
Yeah, I'm afraid you're right.
So Senator Hawley, yesterday, as if we don't have other problems going on in our country, the U.S. Senate decided to pass this Defense for Marriage Act, and so many of your Republican colleagues supported it.
What on earth is going on?
Well, I tell you what, Charlie, I mean, this is a bad bill.
I mean, this goes beyond even what the Supreme Court said in the same-sex marriage case several years ago.
And this writes into federal law all new kinds of requirements that I think are going to mean, if you're a person of faith, you're going to be on the firing line.
I mean, you can get sued now for exercising your religious beliefs.
If you don't want to participate in a religious ceremony that you have an objection to on faith grounds, you can get sued for it.
And we're seeing this already in some states.
Bakers are getting sued.
Folks who do wedding websites are getting sued.
Now it's going to go national.
And I tell you, this is why I believe in religious liberty 100% because I believe in traditional marriage.
So I'm voting no on this thing.
And I'm just disappointed at a lame duck concern.
Here we've elected new senators, new representatives.
They haven't got to take their seats yet.
And this is being jammed through a lame duck.
I think it's wrong.
Yeah, so Senator, can you talk a little about that?
I'm very worried about this lame duck period because Nancy Pelosi says she's not going to run for leadership.
And that should honestly terrify some people because I think this last gasp of this Democrat Congress is going to be a horror show.
Senator, what are the big fights that we got to look out for legislatively while people are burned out and they're tired of politics right now?
And it looks like the Democrats will, you know, they're going to control the Senate.
But there's a window of time here, Senator Hawley, where they still have unified government.
What are the threats on the horizon here?
Well, I think they'll try to do something on abortion.
I think they'll try and chip away at the right of the people to actually protect life, which is what the Supreme Court gave back to us this last year.
I think they will absolutely try to sneak through, jam through some kind of a national abortion on demand bill here in the month of December.
I think they'll try and jam through more socialist spending, you know, massive expansion of their green climate agenda in the form of massive, massive new spending by raising the debt ceiling, by pushing through a budget bill that is really their climate theology.
Charlie, can I just point out that I think the thing, watching these Democrats here, the thing that they really care the most about and that they are the most proud about when it comes to spending, it really is this climate radicalism.
They want to completely gut this country's economy.
They want to take away all of our blue-collar jobs.
They want to ship them all overseas.
They don't care about workers.
They want us to live in this dystopia where we produce no energy in this country, where we have no production of manufacturing in this country.
We buy all of our energy and food from other countries, and we all work in their white-collar jobs that they love, or we're on the government dole.
That's what they want, and they're going to try to do that.
They're going to try to advance that here in this lame duck.
And Republicans have just got to say no, no, no.
Well said.
Senator Hawley, great leadership as always.
I'm pleased to say JD Vance is on the way to back you up.
That's a good thing for America.
Thank you, Senator.
Really appreciate it.
Thank you so much for having me.
The end of the year is right around the corner, and it's time for you to consider a change in your investment plan.
This is Charlie Kirk, and I strongly recommend you go right now and see my friends at PAX to review your investments.
They are the one firm I know that focuses on biblical, responsible investing and does not force you to invest in companies that literally attack Christian values.
If we want religious liberty in our country, we have to stop investing in companies that are trying to suppress our freedoms.
I love PAX Financial.
They manage some of my money.
I trust them.
And that's why before the end of the year, you need to text the word Charlie to the number 74868.
That's Charlie to 74868.
And someone with PAX Financial Group will connect you right away.
So take out your phone, text the word Charlie to 74868.
I trust them with my money, and I think you should trust them with your money.
That is the word Charlie to 74868.
They're a great operation.
Check them out today.
Very interesting story here.
I want to talk about how the Federal Trade Commission is targeting a company for trying to help people.
PAX Financial Text Line 00:06:58
It's remarkable.
Nate Jones joins us, CEO of Clear, and that is spelled X Clear.
Nate, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
Well, hey, thanks for having me.
Tell us your story.
No, the story is: I'm the founder, CEO of Clear.
It's spelled X-C-L-E-R, but it's pronounced Clear.
And we've been selling nasal hygiene products for over two decades since 2000.
And they had, you know, most people are familiar with using a saline spray.
Ours actually has xylitol in it.
It's a sugar molecule that has actually been shown to block bacterial and viral adhesion of a variety of bacteria and viruses.
My father's a physician.
He started using it in a nasal spray to wash out the airways of young children in his practice that were having recurrent upper respiratory issues.
And so we've been doing this for 20 years.
And when this pandemic came along, we had a bunch of doctors that were using it for people with COVID.
And they called us and said, hey, you guys need to look into this.
And so we started doing research and trying to find out what was going on there.
And what we found in some of these studies, and there was a study that came out of the University of Tennessee, where they showed that xylitol actually was able to block the SARS-CoV-2 virus from adhering to the tissue.
And so we started, we went to the FDA and said, hey, we would like to do a human trial on this and see if it works.
And they said, well, no, you're not a drug.
You can't do it.
We've tried many times.
We've tried to go into BARDA, we've tried getting this information into the CDC, and it's just been ignored.
The CDC, we don't even think the CDC opened and read the long list of research studies that are out there.
And so we've been trying to get that done.
I mean, even on the CDC's own webpage, they say that the best way to treat a respiratory coronavirus infection is with nasal irrigation, which is a basic hygiene process.
And so we start trying to share this.
And there's a couple of other there.
I mean, there have been a couple of studies now using salt water and using iodine and using iota-carragine and using nitric oxide and using xylitol that do work.
And all of the companies that have provided product for this, you know, some of our competitors, you got you have NealMed, you have Navaj, you have a couple of these other companies.
They have all received warning letters telling them not to share these studies.
And we received one and I was like, why am the, I guess I should watch my language, why are you, you have millions of people that are out here getting sick, having their lives ruined, dying, et cetera.
You won't share the studies.
The CDC has advocated.
I think we all understand that the CDC and the Surgeon General have advocated their responsibility to discuss prevention with the public.
But we went out there and started sharing these.
We received a warning letter from the FTC, you know, saying, hey, don't share these studies.
You can do them, but don't share them.
And so now the Federal Trade Commission is suing you.
Is that right?
Yes, that is correct.
What is their main complaint?
What are they saying in the thrust of it?
There's not enough science to back up using our product, nasal hygiene products, to have any effect with the current pandemic.
Do you have any success stories that you could share that would make them look rather silly?
I think we've shared quite a few of them.
I mean, we've got tens of thousands of, you know, you can go on Amazon and there's all kinds of reviews where they've talked about it.
But we have research.
We have double, you know, we have RCT research studies where they're using it and having good results.
I mean, even Nealman, one of our competitors, I don't want to, you know, push them too much, especially because when they received the warning letter, rather than standing up and saying no, they actually took all of this stuff down off their webpage.
Yeah, so I suppose the question is, you know, what is the response or the recourse, right?
Because, you know, they're trying to bankrupt your company for trying to find alternative treatments to COVID.
Is that basically right?
Probably.
I mean, that's what it seems like sometimes.
Yeah.
So, I mean, what is your response going to be to this and how can people help?
The way that people can help is, you know, write into your congressman, write into your senators and say what's going on here.
Because the FTC, they are, I mean, we've had to negotiate with them and it bleeds us of cash, but you're negotiating with them and they aren't negotiating in good faith.
I mean, it's just ridiculous.
It's like dealing with a couple of kindergartners listening to what their response is when we come in and say, you know, this is what we want to do.
Yeah, the FTC has an extraordinary amount of power and is used against businesses that whatever the current regime is in office does not like.
They go after gun manufacturers, ammunition manufacturers for obvious reasons, and they do this under the guise of quote unquote fraud.
But it's so interesting how they don't ever go after, you know, some of these other companies that, I don't know, create heart disease or widespread diabetes or, you know, any of these other issues.
I mean, and so I'm looking on your website.
You guys have the science behind it, the science behind, you know, the articles and the studies and your educators and all that.
Looks very, you know, looks very well researched and substantiated.
What part of the process of the lawsuit are you in right now with the FTC?
We're in the discovery.
I mean, it's just the beginning of a lawsuit.
I mean, it'll be, you know, a year, two years, maybe three before this ever sees a courthouse.
Yeah.
And so I hope everybody understands the FTC and the Federal Trade Commission, they have an unlimited budget, basically, to go after any business of their choosing.
And then the incumbent business, just for doing their job, have to dive into their reserves and their capital needs and their budgets to defend themselves against the Leviathan, all because there was a treatment that was showing success.
And by the way, if you look at their Amazon reviews, you look at the reviews of people, it is an incredible response, really.
It really seems to mean that the FTC is kind of like a mercenary, a hired gun for the FDA.
Would you say that's right?
I would.
But in our case, the FTC actually went to the FDA and asked them to join them in this lawsuit.
And the FDA actually declined and just said, no, we don't think there's that much of a case.
Ballot Curing in Arizona 00:12:12
Yeah.
And you guys have been around for 20 plus years, right?
So you guys didn't just start your company because of COVID.
No, yeah, we've been around for decades.
Wow.
Any closing thoughts or ways that our audience can, again, support you or how you see this moving forward or your big warning to the population?
Well, what I think is I, you know, and I believe that our government, our public health officials, and since they're not doing it, people need to go out and they need to learn about hygiene and ways to use hygiene and sanitation to solve the current healthcare issue.
I mean, you can go and look at during the past century, we've had an epidemic or a pandemic every couple of, every decade.
You know, we had Zika, we had the bird flu, we had parrot disease, we had all of these.
Every single one of those was solved through hygiene and sanitation.
Not a single one of them was solved with pharmaceuticals.
Wow.
I mean, and early.
Oh, go ahead.
No, early preventative intervention was one of the great cover-ups, and now they're going after the people that are trying to produce actual solutions there.
It's Nate Jones from Clear, and the way to spell the company is X-Clear, right?
Is that fair to say?
That's the way to spell it.
It clears your nose, and the X comes from Xylitol.
My dad, who invented the product, that's what he wanted to call it.
That's what it is.
Very good.
Nate, hope to meet you soon.
Thank you so much and keep up the fight.
That works.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
Tyler Boyer is with us now.
Make sure you get your mic.
Hello, Charlie.
Tyler, is Abe Homeday going to be the Attorney General of Arizona?
It's been a big week.
It's been a long week, but we are heading in a really wonderful track for Abe Homeday.
Just got off the phone with him.
He is, I'm telling you right now, those who help cure ballots all week long.
I'm just tweeting this out right now, are the heroes right now in Arizona.
And I see a lot of complainers, a lot of people wanting to talk a lot of talk.
But what we have been on top of, and I know you've been helpful with this, and so thank you.
We've been pressing cure bouts, cure ballots, cure ballots.
Well, why?
Abe may end up winning this by one, two, 10, 100 votes.
And it appears that the cured ballots will have won the election for him.
I mean, if that is the case, that's the trajectory one.
Some people are super cynical.
They say, Charlie, they're not going to let this happen.
But there's something really suspicious yet promising coming out of Apache County.
So Apache just did a drop.
It was really bad for Chris Mays.
It was unexpectedly bad for Chris McClintock.
Remarkably, right?
Yeah, which is really good for Abe.
But look, I mean, this is the reason why we cure ballots.
And I know, look, nobody here is denying the fact that there is hanky-panky, there's rule bending, there is taking advantage of and voter manipulation.
We've been saying this from day one, right?
This is the reason why we have eyes on everything.
This is why we have had the warriors step up.
These are all things that didn't happen in 2020, Charlie.
What did not happen in 2020?
We were not carrying ballots.
It appears, I don't have the final numbers, but it appears that for the first time ever, Republicans out cured Democrats.
That's crazy.
Which tells you what kind of army we have.
We have a grassroots army here.
That is, and it's really indicative of how hard the grassroots worked all throughout this election cycle.
Really, the place that we lost, and I've been saying this on Twitter all week long, and I've been putting this out in public.
We lost because of moderates.
If we lose anything, it's because moderates decided not to show up because they didn't do their job because we didn't get the money that came in from Mitch McConnell and from the national orgs.
The grassroots is kicking butt, and there's no greater indication of that than how well we've cured ballots.
I mean, this is on the knife edge of a knife edge, and Abe winning could go to actually solve so many of these problems.
I mean, look, look, Abe winning, it puts a massive stop effort, a back wall here, backstop against a Katie Hobbes' governor.
And I'm not totally sold on that either because, look, they're going to have to do a whole recount, right, for Abe's race.
So many problems, which means that that's going to potentially expose all these other problems, right?
And so, the big thing that we're talking about still, and I'm going fast, I'm speaking really fast because of this, is we have, we have to remain focused on, we cannot let go what Maricopa County did on election day.
The issues that happened in Maricopa County on election day, people are, some people are calling for a new election, even, but like we want to focus on the facts, which is that they impeded, if not completely rejected, thousands of voters from actually voting and casting their vote in Maricopa County.
And that in and of itself is that's voter suppression, is horrible.
And so we have to remain focused on that.
We can't have all these other things coming in that, of course, are going to come up.
They are going to come up, guys, in recount.
They're in recount territory.
If there are things to be exposed, the lawyers are going to be watching every single move as they recount this whole thing again.
Maricopa County cannot do this.
I mean, they couldn't do it the first time.
If you think that they can do it a second time of getting away from problems and issues, that's not going to happen.
There's probably going to be like two dozen attorneys that are in the middle of this thing.
So there's 1,250.
This is how crazy this is.
There's still 1,254 box three ballots left.
Yes.
And those are all breaking heavily for us.
70, 30.
Yes.
But look, they're oddly holding ballots in Apache County.
They're oddly holding ballots in different counties that are still.
There's still like a couple hundred ballots in Pinal.
They're so crooked.
It's so crooked, Charlie.
And Abe is a warrior.
If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at how they react to the wonderful company of Patriot Mobile.

Arizona Attorney General's office race is down, and it's one of the most important areas.
It's one of the most important Attorney General's offices in the country, right, Tyler?
Yeah, and tons of power.
I mean, look, down to 427 votes.
Yeah, I mean, the projection right now is that Abe is going to be able to pull it out, but like, we, but it's going to be close.
It could be down to one vote.
Can you be on a newspaper?
Can you walk through the math?
Well, so, real quickly, so Abe's race looked like he was on a trajectory to lose by a few hundred votes.
Um, and this is why ballot curing is so important.
This happens in a lot of states, not just Arizona.
But essentially, what it is, is anyone that has these early ballots, there's oftentimes issues.
So, your signature on the outside of the envelope is the most common.
If it doesn't match or you forgot to sign it or whatever, they throw it in a pile and they say, You got to fix this.
And so, then they call you and they say, Hey, did you know that your vote's not going to count?
Because you forgot to sign the envelope.
And then you have until a certain amount of time to do that yesterday, right?
Yesterday at 5 p.m. was the deadline.
It's been extended for two counties today to today to 5 p.m.
And this is where we've essentially been able to keep up/slash win because usually Democrats are really good at this.
They have machines, like they have organizations and C4s and PACs that do nothing but this that do nothing but this.
And what does the Republicans have?
Nothing, right?
Like literally nothing.
And I want to give a huge shout out to Drew Sexton, to Chris Escobedo.
They're here in Arizona.
They have led an effort with AZGOP and Pam Kirby and others that have actually made sure that we have an operation that's sustainable and worked, and they were prepared and they worked their tails off.
And Turning Point Action went out and helped on our own accord.
And we sent out, we deployed all of our troops, all of our activists, and they were essentially able to cure what we believe is going to be thousands of ballots.
Thousands.
So if that had not happened, Abe would not win, period.
If we had operated the same way that 2020 operated 18, 16, 14, this is why we're seeing people come out and attack conservatives or whatever and say, oh, yeah, we should go back to McCain.
It's like, guys, no, during that era, we did none of this stuff, right?
We're up against the biggest monster ever.
You need the grassroots out there checking every box.
And I'm proud that our grassroots have done that here in Arizona and other places across the state.
So it's 427 votes.
There are anywhere between 1,900.
I'm sorry, let me get the exact numbers here because it's really coming down to 100%.
There's thousands of votes left, Charlie.
Thousands.
There's thousands of votes still left that they still have not counted.
Maricopa County.
There's three left.
Yes, Maricoba County is a disaster.
And let me tell you why Maricopa County is a disaster.
This is just projection on my part.
It's not like I'm not giving any new information here.
But essentially, the number of check-ins does not match the number of people who actually voted.
So I don't want to focus on that too much, but part of the reason why it's taking long, it's going to take longer is they screwed up Election Day, right?
Basically, the simple way to explain to your friends, they're asking you questions because you're the most political person they know is Maricopa County screwed up Election Day so bad, it's taking them longer to figure out who actually voted and who didn't.
And so this is why it's taking a long time to actually get those votes tally and tabulated.
And this is such a stain on our the Republican process here, the Republican process that that vote where we vote people in.
This is terrible.
This is not how it should be.
And every single candidate that's infected by this should sue.
Yeah, I mean, I hope Carrie Lake, I mean, and Abe Hamade and all of them have these massive lawsuits.
I mean, because Tyler, this is one of the major reasons that we've been scratching our head and we're like, we know the numbers super well and they were off.
It's just off because of voter suppression on game day, right?
Well, yeah, voter suppression on game day.
And look, we're discovering through this curation process that the Democrats had a much more sophisticated ballot-by-ballot harvesting tool that they were using.
That's where all their money went.
So Mark Kelly didn't spend any money on signs and traditional.
What do you spend his money on?
TV, Get to the old people, scare the heck out of them, and then show up at their door and ask them for their one vote by one vote and walk them to the, to drop it off to their mailbox.
I think they were breaking the law in certain areas.
Yes, there is elements of that that is breaking the law, but you can't prove it.
Well, we can prove we have video.
And I mean, this is why Abe Homeday needs to win.
Well, I mean, the one-by-one stuff, for sure.
But like the, yeah, the group stuff.
We're seeing videos come out of people dropping 10 ballots at a time.
That's illegal.
That red car we had, nine ballots.
That's illegal.
Unless he has nine family members in his house.
That's illegal.
Not likely.
Not likely.
And it's like a middle-aged guy.
It's very illegal.
And so there has to be prosecutions.
And this is the reason why Abe Homeday's got to get across the finish line because that guy is going to take things to the wall.
Boy, there's thousands of ballots left.
And there's still box three left, everybody.
There is still box three left.
Still box three ballots left.
And there's who knows how many votes left because Maricopa County is a mess.
See you tomorrow, everybody.
