This is an opportunistic exploitation Alex and Wrens are engaging in, where there is a fact, which is that people who had COVID and were treated with a ventilator had a higher death rate than would have been expected. The explanation for this fact is pretty simple. COVID cases where a ventilator is necessary are going to be the more severe cases with patients in more deadly situations, and regardless of why you're using a ventilator, you run the risk of being exposed to a secondary infection. These are not complicated things to understand, but instead of accepting reality, Alex and Renz glom onto these deaths and use this tragedy for their own enrichment and to propel their conspiracy worldview.
