Peter W. Smith funded Troopergate and worked with Russian hackers to find Hillary Clinton's emails.
He killed himself last year at the age of 81, one week after talking to the Wall Street Journal about how he was working with Russian hackers to try and find Hillary Clinton's emails on the request of Mike Flynn.
