Yeah, if I wake up late, even if I get a good amount of sleep, like more than five hours, but if I was up really late at night and then I wake up late, I feel off. Because your whole system's all scrambled. Your system is used to waking up in the morning and going to bed at night. But if you stay up late, like your brain is working on like 40% capacity.
