Pharmacies were not specifically instructed by the government to refuse filling prescriptions for ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine.
So that's not true. Pharmacies were paid quite a bit in terms of COVID relief funding from the government. That is true. But at no point were they specifically instructed to not fill prescriptions for these medications.
