Opponents to nuclear power were furry armpit dumb people and Greenpeace people.
This is such a sidebar, and I'll stop in one sentence, but those of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s remember that all the opponents to nuclear power were furry armpit dumb people and all the Greenpeace people.
