The explosions in Bozeman and Whitehall, Montana were not terrorist bombings but accidental incidents caused by a gas main failure and a faulty refrigeration unit.
So the bigger issue here is that neither of these were bombings. The incident in Bozeman was technically an explosion, but it was caused by a failure in the gas main that some people have theorized was set off by a minor earthquake nearby. The incident in Whitehall, on the other hand, was not an explosion. It was a fire that engulfed a few businesses caused by a faulty refrigeration unit.
