The Insurrection Act should have been invoked in Minnesota due to protesters attacking ICE agents and entering churches.

I think right now in Minnesota, I wouldn't be surprised if the Insurrection Act is, if it does happen. I think it should have happened a while back. We'll see if these protesters keep up with their ambition to continue to attack and hunt down ICE agents. They don't seem like they're calming down anytime soon. So I don't think it'd be the worst thing to do. I think they right now they have like 1500 troops that are ready that are from Alaska, if I'm correct, that are like, Yeah, so they're ready to get sent there. And I think it's a time these protesters, they have the right to protest peacefully, but they don't have the right to go and attack people. They don't have the right to go and get into churches. So there definitely needs to be something done.

President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act and nationalize the National Guard of Minnesota.

I believe that President Trump should follow that model directly and nationalize the National Guard of Minnesota, which he has full authority to do, invoke the Insurrection Act, and then send in the 11th Airborne or the 101st Airborne. I think it's a fantastic thing to do is send in airborne troops.

Trump is set to declare the Insurrection Act as early as next week if violence continues.

According to my sources, in the executive branch up at the top and also in the Pentagon, I'll just leave it at that. They have been told that if the violence continues for even more than a few days and if it intensifies and if anybody else gets hurt, meaning ICE agents or the general public, that Trump is going to declare the Insurrection Act. And the left is going to call that martial law and call it tyranny. It's been done many times in history. When the local authorities can't or won't do their job, that's when the Insurrection Act is declared. And it was done the last time during the LA riots. What was that, 1990? So Friday emergency broadcast exclusive. Trusted sources have told InfoWars Trump is set to declare the Insurrection Act as early as next week.

Trump threatened to institute the Insurrection Act against corrupt politicians in Minnesota.

Trump said on Troop Social of the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don't obey the law and stop professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the patriots of ICE who are only trying to do their job. I will institute the Insurrection Act, which many presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to this travesty.

President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act to address open rebellion and insurrection.

That's why they should invoke the Insurrection Act because it's square on point. We're facing an open rebellion and insurrection across the country. We're facing direct violent opposition to execution of the federal laws of the Union. That's squarely on point. He should invoke the Insurrection Act.

President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act citing invasion, insurrection, and direct opposition with force to the execution of laws.

I think he should use this as his rationale for invoking the Insurrection Act, citing the fact that we are facing an invasion, an insurrection, and also direct opposition with force to the execution of the laws of the Union. He should spell that out. The Insurrection Act makes very clear that that's the criteria that he can use for bringing the military and National Guard as the militia into the cities to protect the rights of the American people and to suppress an insurrection.

The Insurrection Act was created to prevent Southerners from holding office after the Civil War.

The Insurrection Act was that because there were rebellions during Reconstruction at the end of the Civil War, and they were saying if you lead an uprising against the northern occupation of the South, you're precluded from running from office because they were worried about Southerners getting office again, like Jefferson.
