Tommy Robinson incites violence and anger against migrants while profiting from the resulting chaos.
So it's pretty clear to see that this is what the wave Tommy is trying to ride. He is encouraging of all this stuff and profits from it. He incites it and then acts like he's the victim in the entire operation.
