Ooh, that's tough. In Ukraine, as is the case in many places, you're not allowed to engage in wartime propaganda for the country that's invading you. That's usually a good idea. Yeah. If you choose to do so, you're going to be considered part of the opposing side, and you can't really be too surprised when you get arrested. It's even more glaring when you consider that this guy is, he's also accused of spreading information about Ukrainian military movements on social media, which could constitute providing material aid to the enemy.
