I've noticed this habit of Alex just making up details about things to flesh out stories. It's particularly prevalent in his stories about abuse against children. I've read the reports and news stories about some of the cases he brings up, and Alex will just make up lurid details to make them seem more sensational or make them more easy to fit into his conspiracies, and legitimately, it makes me sick to listen to.
