Egotism in high-level people comes from constant affirmation and ass kissing.
Well, I think it's because of there's a degree of ass kissing and there's a degree of people around you affirming over and over and over how f ⁇ ing great you are. That's where that egotism comes in, where I was saying earlier in the podcast, you have to make sure you're grounded.
