If a judge promises to push a president's political agenda, that is disqualifying for the judicial role.

The thing is, yeah, it's like an ideal president in there. If they had some sort of backdoor meeting or backroom meeting with a potential Supreme Court candidate and they said, I'm going to push your agenda through, I would say that's absolutely disqualifying, even though I agree with the agenda. That is not how the courts should work.
