Texas Senate Bill 63 only amended existing laws to explicitly allow pregnant minors or those with children to consent to their own vaccinations.

All SB 63 did was amend the already existing instances of when a child could consent to their own health care with specific language around vaccination. All this did, SB 63, was to make it explicit that a child can control their own vaccination decisions in a case when a child is pregnant or has a child of their own. That's all it did.
