He decided that he didn't like that someone was arrested for a concealed carry violation of a concealed loaded firearm. So, he unilaterally had him released. To which he replied, I am the law. Right. Yeah. This led to him being arrested on an accusation of tampering with an arrest record. And Alex actually is correct. The jury found him not guilty, and he was ultimately reinstated to his position as sheriff.
