H.R. 45 is the absolute end of the Second Amendment.
This was introduced by Rahm Emanuel in the last legislative session. It's now been reintroduced into the new title, HR 45. This is the absolute end of the Second Amendment, this bill alone, and I've got ten of them here in front of me now.
