This is specifically talking about FBI reports about sovereign citizens. This is not talking about Ron Paul supporters or patriots or anything like that, or even people who just believe in the Constitution. It's about sovereign citizens and how their behavior is generally always bringing up the Constitution in ways that don't make sense.
