I believe seven years later in 2018, talking about the fact that they've already put brain chips in a couple hundred thousand people. This is almost a decade ago.

As you know, some of the special forces have been giving chips. Track them. But we're going forward. We've got secret projects, brain chips. And by 2020, this is going to be rolled out publicly, and we're just going to start basically chipping everybody.
