Thomas Massie Accused of "Sexual Deviancy" & More ONE WEEK FROM PRIMARIES?

Thomas Massie faces a historic $25.6 million primary battle against Ed Gallarin, fueled by AIPAC and MAGA Kentucky ads amidst allegations of sexual deviancy from Cynthia West. The discussion critiques Canada's supervised injection sites near schools as "suicidal empathy" despite weak evidence, while condemning Magic Johnson's endorsement of Karen Bass for ignoring homelessness and wildfire disasters. Ultimately, the episode argues that political narratives often prioritize personal vendettas and ideological loyalty over factual accountability in both U.S. and Canadian policy debates. Money Spent on Massey 00:11:51
Gentlemen of the interwebs, before I even play the intro video, you might be saying to yourself, Viva, your avatar is blocking part of the closed captioning on this.
It's going to drive us all crazy.
To which I say, Quickly, look to your right.
Ladies and gentlemen, they've done it with Brett Kavanaugh.
They did it with Clarence Thomas.
They do it with everybody who runs for office.
And as Alex Jones once said on my channel, what's amazing is they keep using the same plays over and over again precisely because they work.
A week out of Thomas Massey's primary against Ed Gaylaranian.
Someone comes out accusing Thomas Massey of improprieties.
We shall break it down.
Behold.
You're saying that you were offered $60,000 only if you remain silent about all this?
Yes.
Do you have any documents to demonstrate that?
Yeah.
I mean, right here.
Have you had further contact with Thomas Massey other than what you've described?
No, we haven't.
We don't communicate anymore.
Don't you think that today's testimony might cost you the $60,000?
Oh, I know it will, but I mean, I've spent so much time fighting for transparency and justice and accountability that if I did this, then I would call into question my own integrity.
I wouldn't be able to sit with that, so I can't do it.
Other than the fact that This settlement is conditioned upon you keeping silent.
Do you have any concerns that there might be any other recriminations taken against you or retaliatory acts taken against you?
Oh, absolutely.
For what you're doing here today?
Yes.
I mean, I know about, you know, he's got his Massey's Nasties and his whole gray ops, and they've got, you know, all these burner phones and accounts, and not to mention his following, right?
I know what the future holds for me or could hold for me.
But it goes back to that integrity piece.
On top of being a mom, you're a candidate for the school board, aren't you?
Yeah, I'm running for the school board.
I mean, don't you think that this might even have some negative impact on your school board?
Yeah, but if I'm trying to make a difference there and I want accountability and integrity, I have to walk the walk, you know?
How long have you been considering making this public?
Oh, too long, too long.
Why now?
Because I'm going to have to sign that.
I mean, it's at that point where I have to make that choice.
And I can't do it.
We're going to come back to this in a few minutes.
I'm going to leave it in the backdrop and we're going to just catch up on what's going on.
Some of you may or may not know that Thomas Massey is running against Ed Gayloran, and the primary is next week, Tuesday, May. 19th.
And a week before the primary, this woman, and again, you never know what's true or not.
You just know what you believe and don't, or potentially don't.
Or you just say, my goodness, this is convenient timing.
About as convenient as what was her name?
Blaise Ford.
I forget her first name now.
Christine Blaise Ford coming out with a story that is 35 years old about Brett Kavanaugh doing wrong things to her at a house party in 19 Dickety.
Too because back in the day you used to carry an onion on your belt, is how long ago it was.
Many of you may know already that Thomas Massey is running in a primary, and a lot of money is being spent on primarying Thomas Massey, who, for whatever the reason, I've got nothing against Massey, period.
It's like we live in a world of dichotomies where if you don't look at Thomas Massey and think that he's Satan incarnate, you're somehow anti Trump and you're somehow anti MAGA.
I've got nothing against Massey, period.
I don't know him from a hole in the wall, I just know him from his record in government.
He has become what they refer to as a Trump critic.
Others might just call it Trump's Jiminy Cricket.
I like that.
Trump's Jiminy Cricket.
Everybody remembers Pinocchio.
I think it was Pinocchio.
Jiminy Cricket was his conscience.
Thomas Massey might be the conscience of MAGA in terms of things that matter, things of principle, and has been very vocal about issues such as non renewal of the FISA extension, such as release of the Epstein documents.
Which were, you know, so irrelevant and so innocuous that Massey was public enemy number one for pushing for the release.
And then lo and behold, I don't know, six months later, Melania Trump comes out seemingly frustrated at the botched release, which made her look like she was somehow implicated, highlighting the importance of getting the documents out and hearing what the alleged victims have to say.
Thomas Massey, for whatever the reason, in this rift between Trump's MAGA, populist, Conservatism and Massey's own base has become public enemy number one for Trump.
The amount of money spent trying to primary Massey is astonishing.
I know that he's held a couple of what they call money bombs, fundraisers, to support him in his primary race run against Gillen, Gillarin.
The amount of money that has been spent on trying to primary Massey, the amount of effort that Trump has dedicated to trying to primary Massey has been astonishing.
And if we can just hear what we have to say at Axios, public enemy number one in terms of Reality news.
Inside the wild fight to oust a Trump GOP critic.
Now, I'm pointing to the date on this because it's yesterday.
And like I always say, things make sense in backwards, but must be lived in forwards.
And that is one hell of a way of bastardizing Kierkegaard's timeless observation.
Life can only be understood backwards, yet it must be lived forwards.
This is from yesterday.
Inside the wild fight to oust top Trump GOP critic.
The fight between Rep. Thomas Massey and President Trump backed rival Ed Gallerain.
Is now the most expensive U.S. House primary in history, and it's one of the nastiest, too.
Why it matters?
Well, it might matter in terms of how you review, how you digest breaking news of the day.
A woman, Cynthia West, saying that she was involved in a deviant sexual relationship with Massey a couple of months after his wife of 31 years died, that he helped her get a job, then he fired her and somehow tried to shut her up and make her sign a $60,000 NDA.
We'll get back to that video in a second.
Why it matters?
The race has turned into an all out war of inflammatory accusations.
Savage insults and AI deep fakes.
One pro Gallarin super PAC ad features an AI generated Massey dining and holding hands with reps AOC and Ilhan Omar, accusing him of being in a quote, thrupple, end quote, and quote, cheating with the squad on the America First movement.
It's so stupid that anybody could dare accuse Thomas Massey of cheating the America First movement, but you know, all's fair in love and war and nothing's fair in politics.
Pro Massey groups have attempted to brutally undermine Gallarin's MAGA credentials.
Brutally undermine might be a bit of a verbose way of Undermining someone's credentials, also known as evaluating them politically.
So, suggesting someone's having a thrupple with Ilhan Omar, who arguably but not arguably tolerates some form of domestic terrorism, is not the same thing as saying that someone's trying to undermine Gallerin's MAGA credentials.
So, nice trying to equate two things that are by no means equal.
Labeling him Woke Eddie, depicting the retired Navy SEAL in one AI generated ad as soldier abandoning Trump on the battlefield.
Both candidates have attacked each other as being insufficiently conservative on a wide range of social issues, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, transgender rights, Black Lives Matter, immigration.
By the numbers.
Listen to this.
All of this is backed up by more than $25.6 million in ad spending, according to Ad Impact, which makes the fight between Massey and Gallarin the most expensive in U.S. history.
I want to know the proportion of this.
I think Gallarin is outspending Massey 5 to 1.
If I'm not mistaken, I reserve the right to be wrong on that.
Let me see.
The record was previously broken in 2014 when APAC spent a whopping $14.5 million to unseat rep Jamal Bowman.
Who was one of Congress's most vocal Israel critics in a race that saw 25.2% spent in overall spending?
Kentucky's fourth district race could end up clearing that figure by a significant margin with a week to go until the May 19 primary.
State of play Massey is a doctrinaire isolationist and one of the few Republicans willing to publicly criticize Israel is facing a similar barrage from pro Israel groups.
I gotta tell you, it's an amazing thing.
You wanna curb anti Semitism, you wanna curb anti Semitic sentiment, you don't do what the ADL does, you don't do what Media Matters does.
You don't run around spending tens of millions of dollars to deplatform, silence primary people who are righteously critical of a country like any other country.
But if you observe who's funding this war against Massey, then you get called all sorts of names while they say that they're doing it at the same time.
Republican Jewish Coalition has spent $4 million on ads supporting Gallarin, with AIPAC Super PAC, United Democracy Project, spending another $2.6 million, according to Added PAC.
Massey's increasingly public brace with Trump has made him the target of a Trump aligned group, MAGA Kentucky, which has spent 5.6 on top of the 1.3 million from the Gowan campaign himself.
So let me just see here.
We're at 4, 5, 6.6, let's 7.2, add another 5 there, 12.2, 13.2, 13.5 million thus far.
And then Massey, a prodigious, that is prodigious, prodigious, prodigious, prodigy fundraiser, has spent $5.6 million on ads from his own campaign, with the pro Massey group Kentucky Fourth Pack and Kentucky First Pack dropping another 4.6 million.
So, about 10 million, 10 to 15 million.
The intrigue.
As if the tone of the race wasn't incendiary enough, a new ad goes so far as to portray pro gallerin donor Paul Singer, who is Jewish, with an unexplained rainbow star of David in the backdrop.
Let me see this one here.
Eddie Galrein is bought and paid for by the LGBTQ mafia.
Far left trans activist billionaire Paul Singer is bringing his trans madness to Kentucky.
Singer is spending millions to remove Massey.
The gay mafia will own woke Eddie.
And over a period of time, I and my team became quite friendly with legacy gay rights groups, including hardcore Democrats.
Paul Singer is a major pro gay, pro trans activist who works with far left hardcore Democrats.
I became very interested in being a funder of gay rights groups.
Galrin doesn't share our Kentucky values.
He is with the weirdos.
And if Gal Ryan wins, the weirdos take over.
On May 19th, say no to Woke Eddie Galleon and his billionaire club of LGBTQ weirdos.
Re elect Thomas Massey for Kentucky, for America.
Restore Freedom Pack is a project of Hold the Line Pack.
Hold the Line Pack.
All right, thank you.
Silence After Wife's Death 00:06:04
We don't care about that.
The details, I mean, that's pretty intense.
Hold the Line Pack previously spent in support of right wing candidates Colton Moore in Georgia's 4th district, yada, yada, yada.
All right, that's what's going on in the race.
Ugly, dirty, as is politics at large.
The primaries next week.
Out of nowhere, seemingly, comes a woman named Cynthia West.
Who comes out, and I have not seen the full interview yet.
I'm not sure that how much more of this full interview is available and try to keep up with news in as much as it's humanly possible given timeframes.
I want to play this again now that we have this backdrop, and I want to pause at various moments of these questions, which are loaded, leading, and incomplete.
And I like that loaded, leading, and incomplete.
LLE.
That is also, I don't even know what that is loaded questions, leading questions, and incomplete.
That's LLI because I'm an idiot.
Let's play this again, and I'm going to pause it as we go through this.
You're saying that you were offered $60,000 only if you remain silent about all this?
Yes.
Pause it.
Do you have any documents to demonstrate?
If you remain silent about all of this, what is the this to which we're referring?
Now, it's unclear if it's an unwanted or a consensual act of sexy time between adults at a time when, if it even happens, Assume it happened.
This is two consenting adults.
It's in the wake of the death of Massey's wife.
You know, I don't know many people are in the frame of mind to think sex, even in the wake, I mean, especially in the wake of the death of the love of their life to whom they've been married for 31 years.
Maybe I'm just projecting my own how I think I might react.
Sex would be the last thing on someone's mind.
Though this might be her employment and her employment, which apparently Thomas Massey helped her get a job, I think.
Her employment would have come to an end, and there might have been some complaints, and there might have been an NDA or some sort of settlement agreement to terminate what might have been an acrimonious employment relationship.
Do you have any documents to demonstrate that?
Yeah, I mean, right here.
Okay.
May I just pause and ask?
Maybe they did this in the interview.
What are you holding in your hand right now?
What is that?
Is that an employment contract that has certain provisions in the event of termination, such as non disparagement?
What is that?
Is that a, I had sex with you?
It was an illicit affair in the wake of the death of my wife, and it's going to be totally damaging.
And so I want you to be quiet about it, and I'm prepared to pay you.
Which, by the way, there will be people out there who will say, Who gives a sweet bugger all, even if that's the case?
Maybe it's her saying I was wrongfully terminated, and him saying, No, you weren't, and her saying, Well, we had a relationship, and now it's going to be an ugly breakup.
And so let's have some sort of settlement agreement.
I don't know.
Apparently, he got her the job.
Let me just see something here.
Apparently, he got her the job.
Here we go.
Because I had a discussion with classical Libby.
You don't always have to fight with people on the internet.
Sometimes you can actually have meaningful back and forth so you can both learn.
Even if true, he's quoting me, Thomas Massey had relations with a consenting adult in the wake of the death of his wife.
That's not the argument.
The argument is that he had her fired from the job he got her in DC after they broke up and paid her to be quiet about it, possibly with campaign funds.
That, well, that, you know, I mean, again, firing an employee of a campaign and paying the settlement, whatever, they do have slush funds in Congress, which I don't approve of.
But again, Not necessarily illegal or unlawful.
I do agree that the timing is completely sus and we need to see the NDA.
To which I say she comes out of with.
So she decides to come out with sexual misconduct ethics allegations after she gets fired from her job almost two years later because apparently this was from 2024.
To which everybody seems to say, Quick, he's winning.
Find a sex scandal.
So let's go back to this video because we're not yet done.
$1,000.
Come on.
Only documents to demonstrate that?
You have documents.
Yeah.
Here this.
My meme.
Right here.
What is this?
Okay.
I don't know what that is.
We don't know what that is yet.
Yet.
Have you had further contact with Thomas Massey other than what you've described?
No, we haven't.
We don't communicate anymore.
Since when?
As of what date?
Do you think that today's testimony might cost you the $60,000?
Oh, I know it will.
But I mean, I've spent so much time fighting for transparency and justice and accountability that if I did this, then I would call into question my own integrity.
I wouldn't be able to sit with that.
Now, everyone in the chat, if anybody knows the context of this, because now I'm thinking it could potentially be a deposition, but because it's relatively contemporaneous with her run for the school board in Okaloosa County, which we're going to get to.
This sounds like an interview.
This was clipped as an interview.
If anybody knows the broader context, fine, because there is broader context that we all need to see in order to understand what she's talking about, when this was done, and why this is coming out one week before a primary that Massey is kicking ass at.
And this doesn't seem to have much of an impact yet, if it will, on the markets.
So I can't do it.
Other than the fact that.
This settlement is conditioned upon you keeping silent.
Do you have any concerns that there might be any other recriminations taken against you?
Or if this sounds like it might just be a standard NDA for a termination of employment or the implementation of certain contractual provisions or the settlement of what might be her claim for wrongful dismissal, she might get fired from her job.
And even if she had a relationship with Thomas Massey, by the way, we haven't seen any of the evidence of that yet, she might say, How can you fire me?
We had a relationship.
It's like, I, I, there's nothing I can do.
Well, now I'm going to sue you.
And claim all sorts of things.
All right, well, here, let's settle it for $60,000.
Retaliatory acts taken against you.
School Board Campaign Clash 00:15:14
Oh, absolutely.
So, what you're doing here today?
Yes.
I mean, I know about, you know, he's got his Massey's Nasties and his whole gray ops.
Massey's Nasties and whole gray ops.
I don't even know.
I didn't even know about this.
I mean, I've been following Massey for a little bit.
Massey's Nasties?
Isn't that the name that I don't know who gave that name?
To Massey's Nasties.
I'm fairly certain that's not Massey who calls his followers Massey's Nasties or calls himself a masshole.
I'm fairly certain that that term that she just used, unless I'm mistaken, is exactly the terms that are used to demonize Massey.
They've got, you know, all these burner phones and accounts and not to mention his following, right?
I know what the future holds for me or could hold for me, but it goes back to that integrity piece.
I mean, on top of being a mom, You're a candidate for the school board, aren't you?
Yeah, I'm running for school board.
Pause it.
I mean, don't.
Actually, let's just let's just let you think that this might even have some negative impact on your school board.
Yeah.
But if I'm trying to make a difference there and I want accountability and integrity, I have to walk the walk, you know?
I'm going to pause it right here.
Running for school board.
Don't you think that might impact your run for school board?
Well, again, you do as much, call it research for lack of a better word.
You try to look into things in as much as you can.
And you find out that Cynthia West, the woman here is, this seems to be her, is running for the school board of a place called Okaloosa County in Florida.
And so we'll just pull up this article so we can see what's going on.
Cynthia West running for school district for district five seat on Okaloosa County School Board.
April 27, 2026.
West is seeking to unseat Brett Hinley, who was appointed to the district five seat by Governor DeSantis two years ago.
Cynthia West is shifting gears in her bid for the Okaloosa County School Board as she is now gearing up for a run in district five.
West originally sought district three seat in December, changed her focus to district one in January before landing on district five run.
In her campaign announcement, For the district.
So, this has to be this interview that we just saw has to be post, you know, relatively recent.
West said that she will represent new leadership for the school board.
This is bigger than any one seat.
West said it is about whether we have a school board willing to do the hard work and make the tough decisions our students deserve.
Right now, the leadership is not where it needs to be.
This sounds like a very, very praiseworthy venture.
The District 5 seat is currently held by Brett Hindley, appointed by Governor Gon DeSantis in 2024.
He was picked to fill the seat after Diane Kelly stepped down to fill the principal's vacancy in Destin School.
Okay.
Okay.
Whatever.
Got here.
The nonpartisan school board takes place during August 18 primary.
If there are more than two candidates and no one receives a majority of the vote, the top two advance to a runoff in November 3rd general election.
If a candidate does receive a majority, yada, yada, yada.
Okay, so she's running for Okaloosa school board.
When you say in the interview, and this was one thing that caught my attention, it's like, all right, you're coming out with negative news against Thomas Massey one week before his primary while you're running for the Okaloosa school board.
And then I just had to double check the Okaloosa school board.
Is it the Okaloosa County?
Does it tend to be very much pro Trump or very much not pro Trump?
From what I saw, Trump, here we go.
I believe these are the election results.
Just to get an idea as to what Okaloosa County is, and this is no fault, in terms of the question, do you think this might hurt your run for school board?
Will not if you're in a riding that went 80% to Trump.
And I believe that is what, give or take 70%.
Let me see this here.
These are the election results.
The presidential preference primary and chicken referendum, March 19.
Is this the one?
Excitement of Okaloosa, yada, yada, yada.
This might, oh, here we go.
Oh, gosh, is this the, I'm not sure that this is the right article.
The bottom line is Okaloosa County went for Trump 82%, give or take.
The Okaloosa County's margin for the former president was 82% of 13,000 votes.
Trump did best in Madison, yada, yada, yada.
So you're dealing with a county that, by all accounts, because I didn't know beforehand, Wildly in support of Trump.
And do you think coming out against Massey a week before his primary is going to hurt you in that race?
The obvious answer to anybody who understood or understands the demographics of that county is going to be no.
In all likelihood, one would think that it would help if someone comes out against Trump's biggest critic a week before his primary with a story true or untrue, true or mildly true, true or partly true, as the reality tends to be.
Do you think it would hurt?
And the answer is going to be a big fat no.
Not only would it not hurt her run, it probably would help her in a county that runs 80% Trump, assuming that it still runs.
In that demographic right now, unclear as to what's going to happen with Trump's endorsements in these primaries.
You know, and I had on Sean Farage a couple weeks back, or maybe more than like a month back.
And Sean Farage, for those of you who don't know, is the guy who does a great Trump impersonation.
He's got a show on Rumble.
He's a great guy.
We have agreed to disagree on things, and we have very lively discussions about it.
I asked him, you know, how do you, he's been on the record calling Lindsey Graham a war whore.
Running against the MAGA agenda.
And then when you have Trump endorse him, I say, well, you know, are you going to criticize Trump when he does something like that?
And he says, hey, you know, I'll criticize him.
I'm not going to sabotage, you know, his agenda.
And, you know, to some extent, he says, like, you know, we should primary Lindsey Graham to send the message to Trump that we don't like him and that we send the message to Trump without sabotaging his presidency, which, you know, first of all, nobody should sabotage the Trump presidency, although some people are out there trying to do it or at least indicating they're going to vote for Trump.
The Democrats who would put them in jail, whether they like it or not, unless they happen to be on some sort of Fed watch list or Fed protection list.
Set that aside.
People coming out and saying, I'm so angry with Trump, I'm going to vote for the Democrats, as though the Democrats won't also put them in jail.
Pretty stupid.
But when it comes to Sean Frasche, I had asked him, how do you then express your discontent with Trump policy if you think any form of discontent is a panic in Black Pillar, Doom Pillar, whatever it says, primary, Lindsey Graham?
And so we'll see what happens with Thomas Massey now that Eddie Galleron, who I hadn't seen those video clips of him.
Proudly talking about subsidizing the MMIW, 2SLGBTQIA, up in Canada, as we like to call it, or in the States, 2SLGBTQIA, didn't know that.
But we're going to find out whether or not a Trump endorsement at this point in time, in this current political environment, is an asset or a liability.
But when someone asks her coming out now against Thomas Massey with evidence that we haven't seen, text messages that we haven't seen, whether or not she thinks it's going to hurt her run in Okaloosa County, the answer to that, realistically and logically, is no, not only would not hurt that run, it would help it.
And that there might be, in as much as this is the dirtiest fighting I've ever seen in politics, we've gotten now to the last stage of the dirt.
It always gets to some form of sexual accusations scandal on the eve of the election.
The October surprise, the let's pull out Anita Hill to make accusations against Clarence Thomas.
Let's pull out Christine Blasey Ford to pull out accusations against Brett Kavanaugh.
Someone from Okaloosa County who may or may not have had some form of a relationship with Thomas Massey a week before to say we were involved.
Sexual deviancy, by the way.
Acts of sexual deviancy, allegedly.
We'll see.
It reeks.
Would like new details.
Would like more details.
Would like to see what that document says and does not say.
But I've got to tell you, if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's probably a duck.
And if it looks like a sexually motivated hit piece on the eve of the primaries of the most hotly contested.
APAC funded war against Thomas Massey, it might just very well be a disgusting, nasty play in the war against Massey.
And now you know your battle, people.
What was it?
It was the Masseys.
I wanted to see this, sir.
Before we get, I'm going to get into the chat here.
I want to see who coined the term Masseys Nasties.
Because I guarantee you, who coined the term Masseys Nasties?
Guarantee it wasn't Thomas Massey.
He's not going to sit there and refer to his own supporters as Masseys Nasties.
What was the other thing they said?
The great.
The great, what was the thing that she said?
Smashing phones and burner phones.
What the hell?
This is Russiagate craziness.
I say Massey must win.
And I never tell anybody who to vote for, even when I ran for office.
Oh, here we go.
Let's see this.
Again, I'm using, I'm asking Grok, only you get the indication and then you take it further.
Eric Dieter, a Kentucky, Ohio radio host, commentator, former political candidate, coined the term Massey's nasties, sometimes styled without apostrophe.
It refers, often pejoratively, by Dieters to the dedicated, sometimes unconventional supporters of Rep Massey.
Dieters has publicly taken credit for the nickname in his local news commentary on Massey's campaigns event, noting that the supporters embraced it, even wearing big t shirts.
Yeah, so it sort of turned into like Hillary Clinton's deplorables.
The term has since appeared in merchandise stores, yada, yada, yada.
Dieters used it while criticizing the small turnout and appearance of some attendees at a Massey campaign kickoff, calling them the weirdest, nasty people before claiming he had a name for the group.
Trump's supporters turned the label into a self deprecating or iconic badge of honor.
So it's the deplorables.
To Thomas Massey.
But I had actually never heard of burner phones and whatever.
What's amazing is the second someone makes that accusation, I immediately think it's true of the other side.
And when you have what appears to be inorganic social media mobs going after somebody, and you know that AIPAC is funding this to the tune, let's just say it's 15 million to 10 million.
I mean, we know firsthand where Massey gets the majority of his support from, and it's small donations from the people, because by all accounts, and Will Chamberlain, don't think I'm going to forget, we got a bet going.
Dude, not a bet that I have any interest in.
Link to tweet between Viva Fry and Will Chamberlain about, let's see here, about Massey win bet.
Here we go.
I got a $500 bet with Will Chamberlain, who's confident, certain that Thomas Massey is going to get defeated.
I said, Phil, I don't want the money.
I don't, you know, if I wanted the money, you could go to Kalshi and invest on this, but Massey's already at 60.
He's at 68% now on Kalshi.
He was at 70%.
And I just want to use it as a data point to highlight the detachedness of these people who purport to know what they're saying.
And when it turns out that they're wrong, and if it turns out I'm wrong, I expect him to rub it in my face as well and I'll make a $500 donation to a charity of his choice.
We've got a wager.
And I'm going to find the tweet.
It's out there.
And Viva doesn't forget.
Let me just see if I can bring up the tweet real fast.
But before we even get there, people, good afternoon.
How goes the battle?
I was running ragged to get live by three o'clock because.
I see Ginger Ninja's in the house.
Ginger Ninja is a member of our locals community, veteran, amazing guy, came to visit.
And we were hanging out.
We went for a nice walk on a boardwalk near where I live in Florida.
And then after Ginger Ninja was here, I did an interview with Jessica Rose, which I'm going to snip into two different sections.
One deals with the Hantavirus, amazing discussion.
And the second part deals with endocrine disruptors and microplastics.
And now I'm totally freaked out.
I knew I was right about suntan lotion causing cancer, but we'll get there.
Ginger Ninja says, look at the psycho's body language, too.
Yeah, I don't want to be too judgmental about that.
It's deceptive.
It's, to me, it's a, well, whatever.
There are, I'm going to post those two separate interviews to those two interviews separately in two different segments, but I did that right before going live.
And yeah, it's going to be good.
Let me see if I can bring this one up here.
I'm not going crazy.
Here, look.
Here we go.
Here we go.
There we go.
I'm Boyer's.
I love this.
The internet is forever, people, and I never forget.
And Grok is good for one thing it's finding tweets when I know that I tweeted them but can't find the tweet.
There will be a massive wake up call for these types when Thomas Massey gets absolutely shellacked in his primary.
To which I say, I'm bookmarking this tweet and will revisit after the primary.
The more important question, Will Chamberlain, if your prediction turns out to be contrary to reality, will you concede that your judgment is off?
To which he says, sure, I mean, let's just make a bet at this point $500 to a charity of your choice.
Deal.
And to avoid any quibbling, you would use the word shellacked.
That would imply a proportion of defeat.
Do you predict a margin or do we simply go straight win or lose?
You see, this is the mind of a neurotic lawyer.
I'm not showing you the actual tweet, so it's kind of difficult for you to understand what I'm saying here.
This is the tweet rabbit hole that we go down, commenting on Dave Smith on Rogan.
And then I say it, bookmarking it, yada, yada, yada.
Will he get shellacked?
They have to understand.
If he says, well, he lost, but he didn't get shellacked, so I'm not paying up.
I forget which way it went.
Here, I said, let's just make this okay.
His post said it will be, oh, that's right.
When Massey gets shellacked, When Massey gets so, if Massey wins by 1%, the Will Chamberlain types of the world or the other sneaky deaky lawyers could say, Well, he lost, but he didn't get shellacked.
Hold on, Zicko, the other way around.
He won, but he didn't get shellacked, so I'm still right.
Bullcrap.
Straight up or down, W or L.
And he says, Do we want to do a margin?
To which he says, We agreed on it anyhow.
Where is it?
I know that he agreed to it.
Will, if you end up having to pay $500, I can respect that.
I think Massey will lose, but Viva still has my respect.
Get out there, people.
And make sure that I never tell anybody who to vote for.
But you can judge your friends based on their enemies.
And you can also tell your friends, you can tell righteousness based on who is maliciously maligned for no better reason.
As far as I'm concerned, the attacks on Massey are so outrageous, outlandish, and unsupportable by any of his conduct.
I know that he has to be right.
He was the main one, if not the only one, talking about not renewing the FISA warrants.
He's the one talking about the kill switches in cars.
He's the one talking about food independence.
Attacks on Food Independence 00:02:28
And he was the one talking about Epstein using terms which I don't like using in terms of criticism over the Epstein release.
It was such a debacle that Melania Trump herself came out afterwards to basically say as much.
And I said this to people, it's like everyone who just took a steaming dump on Massey over the last six months.
Said he was focused on the wrong things.
Epstein's irrelevant.
There's nothing.
You said that basically, mutatis mutatis, about Melanie when she came out and said, then people say, well, Massey's an asshole.
So it's different.
No, someone can be an asshole and still write.
And they're right.
And the fact that they're an asshole doesn't make them wrong.
So get over your own cognitive dissonance.
Thomas Massey was right on the Epstein disclosures.
And the fact that he had to team up with Ro Khanna to get it done, it might make you angry.
It may not have been the way it should have happened, but he was not wrong for it.
And everyone who pulled a 180, who said Epstein's important, released the files, oh, we don't want you anymore and shut up.
You're the ones who are wrong, and history has played out the way it has, and it will not look good, and in fact, does not look good for those who betrayed their principles in favor of ideology.
All right.
Now, with that said, people, good afternoon.
How goes the battle?
Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator, turned current Florida rumbler.
And let me see, I got King of Biltong in the house over here.
And by the way, I'd like to have Cynthia West on.
I would love to do a full, unedited interview, see that document, break it down, look at it, understand it.
And none of this hit piece crap on the eve of an election.
Turns out it was totally consensual.
Nothing was wrong.
But damage will not be done.
People can see through this crap by this point in time.
Bill Tong says, by the way, how to go?
He didn't say that.
He says, I am out of the office and on my mobile.
Viva will need to help me out today.
Even the dollar increments in the app didn't work.
Don't worry about it.
Yeah, you got to use your figures.
Here, I'll help you out.
I'm going to help you out.
I'm not helping you out because you do amazing stuff.
King, no, how do I do this?
King, what do I, what's the flipping website?
I can't, I'm stupid, I can't remember this here.
It's King of Biltong.
Because I'm not in the search engine.
That's why.
No, it's BiltongUSA.com, because I'm a total idiot.
BiltongUSA.com.
I mean, it's only been years, Anton.
And I go to BiltongUSA.com and look at what they make.
Meme Confusion Over Weight 00:05:17
It's healthy.
It's delicious.
It's high protein.
It's got, I don't know, all sorts of good stuff in it.
But you got to see it.
They make it's like prosciutto out of beef.
They have some, you know, the candy stuff if you're into that.
They've got these.
They got the Mother's Day Biltong bouquet.
It's amazing stuff.
Anton is from South Africa, came to these United States of America to make a better life, to build a business, and he's done out of Texas.
It's a great business.
Go support the companies that do great stuff.
Guys, I'm late to a few things because I don't always look up these things.
Everyone who followed my picks for UFC Saturday night, 11 of 13 I got right that night.
Even the Strickland one, Sean Strickland, who was a five to one underdog, and I don't give out picks and whatever, because I think gambling, you know, it's not something you should do.
Investing in markets, whatever.
When Sean Strickland was a 20% underdog to Hamzat Shivaev, Hamzat Shimaev, in as much as I love him, I was like, there's no realm of the universe where that should be the case.
And I went 11 for 13 in my picks.
Strickland won.
And then someone said, hey, Viva, did you hear that Hamzat?
Cheated and didn't make weight.
I was like, I didn't even hear that because I, the reality is, I didn't actually get to see the fight.
Hamzat Shivaev missed weight.
But there's a scandal in that Hamzat Shivaev actually missed weight.
It's not up for discussion.
And Strickland called him out before the fight about this.
Check this out.
And by the way, you gotta sound like when you're fighting and you struggle to make weight, you come in exhausted.
And it's one of the reasons why I'm not, I'm not a You know, I'm not a don't listen to me in the future.
More often than not, I'm like 50 50 on predictions.
But Hamza, I noticed a couple of times, looked very fatigued after weigh ins.
But listen to this analysis of an individual observing that Hamza did not make weight.
I've been making weight since I was 17 years old.
I'm almost 32 now.
It's almost been 15 years.
I know what it looks like when somebody makes that weight.
They have to stand completely still.
The little thingy me bob on the scale, it has to balance.
That dude didn't make that weight.
There's no convincing me, bro.
You know, Jeffrey Epstein's getting away with it.
Aliens are going to take over the country.
And now Chimaev makes weight.
Yeah, it's all bullshit, dude.
That is not what it looks like when somebody makes weight.
I think they got it out against Sean.
And I'm not accusing the UFC of this, that.
I don't know who's who, what's what.
I'm just telling you, he didn't make that weight.
And remember when Chimaev had that weight scandal also in the past, he was supposed to be a 170.
They bumped him up from 170 to 185 day of.
He gets special treatment.
I'm just telling you, Bryce, don't.
Bryce ain't going to get no special treatment.
If anything, the scales are rigged against me.
I'm just telling you, this is bullshit, dude.
He didn't make that weight.
And I think Sean's champ already.
So I really think it's rigged against Sean.
They don't want him to win because they can't.
Look how he does.
He looks.
He controls what he says and he loves America.
I'm just telling you what it is.
Now, by the way, so take that.
If you think it's biased, I don't think it's biased.
I think Hamza did not make it.
But here's a bit of a closer up on the actual scale as it's happening.
You can see it.
It does not.
It does not make the point.
Hold on one second.
Here we go.
Bring this up here.
Okay, check it out.
You got to watch right there.
It's going up.
It's bouncing up.
Yeah, start from the beginning here.
It's going up, which means they have to move it out, which means he's not making the weight, and he steps off as it's moving up.
Anyhow, all that to say, Sean Strickland.
Did it, kick some ass, and it's amazing.
All right, people, let me go see what's going on in our viva barnslaw.locals.com community before we get to the next story of the day.
And are we looking at it?
What do we got here?
This is Viva Barnes Law.
Is it the right one?
No, this is not.
Ah, that's not the right one.
Hold on.
Let me get to today's live broadcast so we can see what's going on in the chat.
And it's right here.
Boom.
We got over in our tipped questions.
We've got a few tipped questions, which I'm going to get to right now.
We got Bill Brown showing us a beautiful sunset from where he lives.
Bill Brown with a meme.
Let's see what the meme has to say.
Voting against bad legislation, even if it was proposed by a Republican, doesn't make someone a Democrat.
That doesn't make any sense.
Well, it would if you were smart.
Okay, it's a meme.
I don't know what movie it is.
Looks like Star Wars.
And then we got Jay Ash 62 says Viva, I think you should look into this.
I watched your video about Abrila.
I think you should talk to General Holt.
I will open that up in the backdrop and absolutely see that.
Afterwards, thank you very much.
Closing Injection Sites Debate 00:07:45
Now, speaking of Canada, by the way, we talked about it last week or the week before when I put on blast that clip from some parliamentary hearings where they were interrogating or questioning our Minister of Health,
Marjorie Michel, the daughter of the former Haitian, I think I said President, he might have been the Prime Minister or the Prime Minister of whatever, where the woman refused to answer the question is it safe?
To inject fentanyl.
She would not answer the question as to whether or not it's safe to inject fentanyl.
And I appreciate, I've seen people suggest it online.
Look, it is safe in hospital settings when properly administered, properly dosed, properly measured.
To which I say, that's an indication as to how not safe it is, that you need to do it in the most controlled settings in the event of adverse health reactions.
It needs to be measured to the nanomicrogram, an indication that it can be done safely ish under the most Scrupulous of settings, when medically necessary, not recreationally, is evidence as to how not safe it is, not as to how safe it is.
Now, the study, which proved the degree to which not only is it not safe to inject fentanyl, safe injection sites don't actually save lives.
They were questioning Marjorie Michel on this study, which she's not familiar with, but there are allegedly other studies showing that it is.
It saves lives to have injection sites, even if they don't check the age of the people who are getting injected there, and basically facilitate drug addiction, drug abuse.
This is from the National Post, and it is from March 12, 2026.
This is the study that I, at least we should have looked at so that everybody knows.
Derek Finkel.
Finkel, Einhorn, Finkel, Einhorn.
Laces out, Finkel.
All right, the injection site was shut down.
What followed proved activists wrong.
New study about the closure of Alberta sites shows.
There was no increase in overdose deaths.
Last week, CTV News published an article with the headline Harm Reduction Activists Across This Country Pounced on Drug Overdoses in Toronto, up nearly 50% since last January, city data shows.
The party to blame, in their view, of course, is the Ontario government because it closed injection sites within 250 meters of schools and daycares a year ago.
Can you imagine that this is controversial?
They closed injection sites within 250 meters of schools and daycares a year ago.
But if you look at the data, the story was based on the activists I told you so.
Are wildly off the mark.
While there was a rise in emergency service calls for non fatal overdoses in December and January in Toronto, responses to fatal overdoses between January of last year and this year remained consistent.
The number of fatal overdoses this January, 12, was in line with the month average, 11.
As I wrote in a previous column, overdoses did not spike when four injection sites in Toronto closed on March 31st, 2025, as harm reduction proponents had repeatedly warned they would.
In fact, according to the Toronto Overdose Information System, monthly fatal overdoses have been lower every month since last month.
Since the last month, those now closed sites were open.
May being the only exception, it had the same number as March.
As for calls for non fatal overdoses, those remained below or briefly on par with 2024 data for eight months after closures.
When predictions for fatal overdoses would skyrocket as soon as some sites in the city were closed didn't materialize, harm reduction activists were quick to chalk this up to a less toxic drug supply.
Which raises the question if some are going to argue that a drop in overdoses for almost a year has no barring, Bearing on the effectiveness of now closed injection sites, is it not a tad problematic and hypocritical to now blame Toronto's jump in non fatal overdoses on the closure of the sites eight months after the fact?
To some extent, these misguided efforts to selectively declare causation between overdose data and injection sites are born from the fissures in the foundational research underlying supervised injection sites.
If there was one irrefutable fact to emerge from the litigation initiated by a Toronto injection site in late 2024 that argued closing sites near schools and daycares was a violation of the charter rights of drug users, This is the absolute suicidal empathy state of Canada.
It violates their rights to not have safe injection sites, not in general, within 250 yards of schools.
It's the science, it's that the science on injection sites is far from settled.
Recent disclosure from a Freedom of Information request to Health Canada reveals that in November 2024, when the government body decided to renew the federal drug law exemption required for the injection site operated by Toronto's South Riverdale Community Health Center, it did so in spite of the fact.
That more than 200 of the local residents and businesses surveilled were overwhelmingly opposed to the site's continued operation.
What reasons did Health Canada offer for overriding such comprehensive community feedback?
In a talking point memo it prepared for the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions at the time, Health Canada considered injection sites, quote, evidence based, quote, service that, quote, reduced drug related harm, end quote, and improved, quote, the health of drug users, end quote, by referring them to treatment and other services.
You know what the only problem was?
They're not referring them to treatment or other services.
The only thing they're doing at best is administering Narcan or whatever the overdose medication is to people who OD at these open air safe injection sites that are in proximity of schools and other stuff.
Health Canada may not have examined the evidence that carefully.
A 2021 review of studies on injection site outcomes found only 22 such studies, not a deep evidence, yada, yada.
16 of these studies were about one site in Vancouver and three were about a site in Australia.
Most were considered as only fair in terms of quality.
Neither of the two sites were located near schools or daycares.
Both were in areas.
Of overwhelming need with minimal services, and the studies were largely based on self reporting by clients who use their sites.
Oh, do we need to keep going with this?
We're living in crazy times, people, where you don't want to deny the charter rights of drug users not to do drugs in the safety of their own home if they want to, to be provided at taxpayer expense within proximity of schools and daycares, open air drug injection sites on the basis that it's their charter right, on the basis that it reduces.
Death and overdoses.
I mean, one of which is not true and the other of which is legally untenable.
They still have the right to do drugs, I guess.
Do them at home.
Oh, but then if they overdose, nobody's going to save them.
Well, separate issue, especially when you factor in the fact that these safe injection sites not only didn't reduce overdose deaths, they brought in a whole slew of other problems for the neighbors.
And I know this as a matter of fact because in Canada, as you all know, near where I used to live in Westbound, they installed an open air injection site.
I literally saw when I went there the last time, or about a year and a half ago, people throwing their needles into bushes, just away from where they were doing the drugs.
And I asked one of the guys, who cleans up these needles?
I didn't really get a satisfactory answer.
And there was literally a playground within stone throw or needle throw from these injection sites.
So that's what's going on in Canada.
And I literally just got Gad Sad's book.
I say I literally got it.
My wife, my wife, she ordered it Suicidal Empathy.
Skepticism on Safe Spaces 00:04:22
Let me see if I can focus on this.
Suicidal empathy.
We're not going to be able to see it.
And that's my dog.
And I'm going to have to get the audiobook because I don't read.
But that is what's going on in Canada.
It's not getting any better.
And I might say it's actually only getting worse.
Now, holy crabapples.
Did I miss a lot of stuff over here?
I did miss a lot of stuff.
Okay.
Oh, no.
Oh, no, no.
I just did something and it's going to be.
Oh, I hope I can get back to the tip questions.
Oh, why am I so stupid?
Hold on.
Let me bring this up.
I just closed the window and now I have to go.
Here and I don't think I'm going to be able to get it back in time.
Here we go.
All right, I can.
Here we go.
I can get back to a few of these.
Sorry, I think I just closed the window because my fat fingers.
And there are two tip questions or humble rants, as we like to say.
Ginger Ninja, speaking of which, get yours now.
Suicide Lumpathy by Gad Sad.
Oh, today.
Literally just got it today.
Well, Ginger was here when he, I think he was here when he saw the.
Yeah, you were here when we got it.
We opened up the box.
Muljara95 says Afternoon Viva, the Massey allegations are total bullshit.
It drives me crazy that Trump sycophants are going with this uncritically.
They rightly were skeptical of Trump and Kavanaugh allegations.
I'll say, in fairness, even the Trump, even the, I say, I won't say Trump sycophants, some of the biggest, most vocal anti-Massy voices out there have been skeptical.
Got to give them credit where credit is due.
There's always a way they try to not equivocate, but somehow spin it for political profit.
Like, oh, let's, you know, spin it for full transparency, Massey, open up your documents.
You were all about that with the Epstein files.
Even the most vocal, I won't call them Trump sycophants, but even the most vocal Trump supporters have been skeptical.
Skeptical of this, if not outright.
Jenna Ellis retweeted my tweet.
She's one of the ones now that's really supporting Trump.
Or I say, I don't know that supporting Trump is the right way to put it because I don't think not being critical of Trump is actual support.
I think that's not support.
But she came out and said, Yeah, the timing on this is weird.
Sean Farage said, Yep, timing on this looks bizarre.
So I wouldn't write them all down, I wouldn't throw them all down river.
I wouldn't write them all off with that brushstroke.
Some are still exercising some skepticism, but this does backfire.
Because this makes it clear what's going on with Massey is neither fair nor about politics.
It's about personal vendetta and vengeance, which is basically indistinguishable from politics in general.
Old man Toby says, Viva, did you see Nick and Crowder today?
Wonder what your opinion was.
I did not.
I will watch that later today.
Yeah.

Another Rumble rant just came in, so I want to see this one.
Propaganda and Homelessness 00:14:51
And then we're going to get on to another topic.
M. Moljera says.
Where's Mulgara?
It appears that Cynthia West is a whole lot less credible than the already spurious allegations, and that is Steve Doan Law.
This is a good read.
Well, I'll bring that one up in a bit also.
I just got to go get my bookmarks now for the after show.
No, I mean, it's, it's, it's, it's, I look, I, I, uh, I weigh my words even when I'm critical of people who I distrust because you might be wrong, and then you don't want to have too much crow to eat if you're wrong.
It reeks, and um, it's like I said, nothing about what she's doing against Massey is going to hurt her.
Run for the school board in Okaloosa County, unless, in fact, as many people think, a Trump endorsement, Lindsey Graham, is actually not a good thing as opposed to an asset.
It's a liability and not an asset.
Thank you very much, Mulgira.
What was I about to say?
I'm not reading, I'm not getting too far into the chat.
I did have another thing that I wanted to get to.
You got to stay tuned for my two segments with Jessica Rose coming up.
Gosh, what was I going to pull up here?
I wanted to show you something.
No, it wasn't the Hantavirus.
Oh, that was another thing in Canada.
Okay.
Now, you know what?
Okay, sorry.
I'm getting a little distracted here.
Speaking of helping people during an election cycle and someone getting critical mass, critical momentum right now.
And that is none other than Scott Pratt, Spencer Pratt.
Sorry, I'm getting totally confused.
Spencer Pratt, who's running for mayor of LA.
Let me remove this and bring it back for a second here because it gets very confusing.
Spencer Pratt's running for LA.
It's an amazing thing.
It's been.
Crushing it.
And you should expect maybe to even see some of these types of attacks against Spencer Pratt coming up because once you get too popular, the powers that be want to come after you with all the powers that they have.
But when I talk about momentum and social media presence, name recognition, Spencer Pratt has got all of it now.
If he didn't before, you know, look, I only know Spencer Pratt from his run for LA mayor.
I don't know of his name or his brand from the hills.
And I don't care about it.
I don't care.
I know people are bringing up some of the statements he's made about supporting Israel and all this other stuff.
I don't care about that either when it comes to.
Being the mayor of LA, because even as he specified in his Rogan interview, he's not doing international politics.
He's not going to be doing foreign affairs.
He's going to be fixing up the shit in LA.
And if you think he's somehow going to give preference to one demographic over another, that's always a fear.
That's always a consideration.
But given his statements on international politics and how it's going to have nothing to do with what the mayor of LA's mandate is, you might not like it and you might think you're right for not liking it.
But until it is proven to be relevant, It is only a fear.
And if that is your biggest fear about Spencer Pratt compared to Karen, I think we were calling her Karen Basshole back in the day or the other one there.
If your fear is his support or, you know, love of Israel versus the commie leaders that you have now who would literally let LA burn and let you live in your ashes until they misappropriate the ashes to build their communist community, low cost housing, if that's your line in the sand, well, you're shooting yourself in the foot as much as those who say they're going to vote Democrat come next election cycle.
NBA legend Magic Johnson breaks from his former Lakers boss to endorse Karen Bass in an LA mayoral race.
You know what this is going to do?
Johnson cited a 30 year friendship with Bass and praised her work in his endorsement.
This is not going to help Karen Bass, and this is going to help destroy whatever legacy Magic Johnson had.
But the fact is, and this is another thing, the fact that you have these former, I mean, maybe he's still a current prominent name, When you have people like Magic Johnson coming out now and saying, I endorse Karen Bass, it is, in fact, a publicity for Spencer Pratt, and b no one's going to look at Magic Johnson now and say, Oh, shit, you know what?
I should vote for Karen Bass.
They're going to say, Thanks for making me aware of the fact that you deserve to go down on that ship with me with Karen Bass.
Magic Johnson broke away from his former Los Angeles Lakers boss on Monday and endorsed Karen Bass.
In a how can anybody?
I'm going to make there's a lot of jokes here to fill in the blanks, and I'm not going to make them because they're not my type of humor, but this might be an indication of.
This might be an indication of brain destruction that anyone thinks Karen Bass should be endorsed despite all of what she's done or hasn't done to LA.
It's impossible.
You're better off just shutting your mouth than endorsing a commie who has been at the helm of the destruction of Los Angeles.
Bass posted a video of Johnson's endorsement on her social media.
Johnson's support of Bass came after Jenny Buss appeared to back Spencer Pratt in a race.
Let's keep going down here.
Johnson said his 30 year friendship with Bass and her actions on homelessness and lowering the homicide rates were part of the reason why he endorsed her.
Mr. Magic, I might suggest you go listen to Spencer Pratt and maybe understand they haven't not only done nothing to homelessness, they've exacerbated the problem to record levels.
You might want to go and look now.
It's an interesting thing because I listened to Spencer Pratt.
It was my first introduction to him on Joe Rogan, where he's like, all right, you know, homicide rates are down, probably because, you know, The ability to save lives is up, but stabbings aren't down, shootings aren't down.
You know, attempted murder, if it's down, it's only because it's being underreported.
And I appreciate some people are going to say, Viva, you're setting up circumstances where you can never be proven wrong because if the stats do go down, you'll just say people are underreporting.
People are underreporting.
People have stopped reporting, they've stopped taking data on this.
And if people are not dying from their injuries, that's probably more a testament to the advent of science and medical technology than a reduction in crime and violence.
In Los Angeles, but ask Magic Johnson, press him.
Hey, what has she done on homelessness?
How is it better now than it was before?
You'd have to be mentally compromised to actually sincerely believe that.
But what it does confirm to me now is that Magic Johnson, in his later days, as all commies become, you know, filthy rich, they want to pretend to be commie in the sense of communal.
I'm looking after the greater good, but I sure as shit am not going to spend any time in the hellhole areas of Los Angeles that Karen Bass has created.
She's doing a tremendous job.
Mayor Bass has to have a second term, and I'm excited to say that.
Johnson said, Listen, you took on a tough job here, and you've done a fabulous job, and all of us appreciate your effort and what you're doing.
And we look forward to helping you continue your mission and the things that you have in store, your vision for the city.
Ashes is what the vision for the city is.
Johnson didn't mention one of the sticking points that has allowed Pratt to gain support Bass's handling of the 2025 wildfires that led to a dozen deaths and billions.
He didn't mention one thing.
Let me double check something.
Let me go ask.
We'll ask AI.
Let me see here.
Did Magic Johnson's house burn down?
Did Magic Johnson's house burn down in the Palisades, LSA, LA fires?
I'm going to go ahead and say no, just if I'm being realistic.
If his house had burned down, he might have a different tune.
I don't know if his friends who've lost houses are going to be particularly enamored with his endorsements.
Let me see what it says here, actually.
I'm asking Grok.
I'm curious.
No evidence found that Magic Johnson's house burned down.
Of course not.
No, it didn't burn down during the major LA fires.
Here, let's see.
His home location, Magic Johnson's home estate, is in the exclusive gated Beverly Park community in Beverly Hills with the other past secondary, yadda yadda yadda.
No reports of damage or loss.
Well, he's lucky where he lives.
He escaped it.
Pratt has continued to needle bass over her response to wildfires.
Yeah, he called her Karen Basura.
Bus appeared to support.
For Pratt last month, when she donated $1,800 to his mayoral campaign, according to Fox News, it's the minimum donation, it's the maximum donation allowed by law.
You imagine, like, it's the old paradigm.
You live long enough to become the villain.
Magic Johnson living in utter opulence, they'll probably have water in their fire hydrants.
They'll have fire protections.
Although a lot of wealthy people lost their homes in the Palisades Fire, so it's not fair to say that privilege protects against the incompetence of commie Karen Bass.
But it's just the easiest way to destroy your legacy and show that you are detached and.
Utterly, utterly irrelevant because all that you have to spout is stupid nonsense.
Go support your 30 year friendship with Karen Bass.
The fact that you've been friends with a filthy commie for 30 years, fine.
Loyalty to friends does not mean disloyalty to citizens.
Write that down.
Loyalty to friends does not mean disloyalty to your fellow patriots.
And supporting that commie, incompetent, corrupt loser who was out in Ghana when the fires broke out.
And the, what was it, deputy mayor that she appointed in her absence was on host arrest because he phoned in a bomb threat because of his dislike for Israel.
Yeah, your loyalty is coming at the expense of people who you will never have to walk among again, Magic Johnson.
So thank you for that.
And that's that.
Now, let me see what's going on here.
We got redacted.
Trump goes to China, the most important trip of his presidency, redacted news.
Yeah, well, you know what?
Oh, hold on a second.
You might want to go watch that because it's going to be good.
I've grown a little bit fatigued of the international geopolitical stuff, stuff that we can't control, stuff that does actually no good for anything.
And commenting on it, it's an amazing thing.
Being right is still wrong because being right doesn't matter.
What I was going to say is this come on over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com, everybody.
We're going to go raid redacted in a couple of seconds.
I can get my fat fingers to include the link here.
Come to Viva Barnes Law.
Locals.com.
It's Tuesday.
Tomorrow's Wednesday.
Stay tuned for a bunch of great stuff.
I wasn't able to clip anything from yesterday's show because I had a guest, Ginger Ninja, and I.
We had an amazing barbecue.
We went for a bike ride in the Everglades.
What else did we do that was fun?
It was good.
Redaction is Russian propaganda site.
Pure BS.
Well, I'm going to also push back on this oligarch.
I have nothing for, I have nothing against.
Redacted.
I don't believe what you said.
But even if it's true, it's like saying, I'm not going to listen.
Someone could be a propaganda site and not be wrong.
And they might be right sometimes.
If you believe that, you listen to them with that in mind.
And if you see them doing things that make no sense, and you can say, well, that's why they're doing it.
But that only is an attack on intention, not an attack on information or accuracy.
I don't happen to believe in it.
We're going to go raid them right now.
After I. I'm going to do it now.
You can opt out.
I'm going to read some tipped questions before we go over to Viva Barnes Law, and then I'm going to go get ready for my evening of bowling.
Confirm raid.
If you don't want to go there, opt out.
Come over to Viva Barnes Law.
Locals.com.
Ten bucks a month, a hundred bucks a year if you get the entire subscription in one shot.
Amazing community, amazing bourbon with Barnes.
You know, ish ish, nine o'clock, three times a week.
We always have our after party.
A lot of great community stuff, and you see the lighter side of my family life over there.
So we're confirming the raid.
And now, as that happens, the first thing I do is I say, Viva Raid, booyah.
And then we're going to look at a couple of tipped questions.
And then we're going to go over to the.
We're going to see if we get cut off.
I'm using Rumble Studio again, the new canvas.
And we'll see if we have the same issue that we had on Sunday, where it seemed to have cut the entire stream when I went to the locals after party.
So, I don't like that face.
There we go.
That's better.
All right.
Mulgara says, endorsing Karen Bass.
That's a red hot take.
I'm sure to go up.
It's sure to go up in flames.
I see myself.
I'll see myself out.
I get what you did there, Mulgara.
And we're going to go look at your tweet over on the viva barnslaw.locals.com rumble premium after party.
And over in our locals community, I think we got a couple more tipped questions.
I'm going to have a second energy drink today.
That's what I'm going to do.
Jump to new here.
Let's go down here.
Jump to most recent.
Dredd Robert.
In December 2024, Massey called for all the files on congressmen, harassment, et cetera, claims to be released to the public.
Seems like a good idea to me.
The public has paid the settlements.
We should know all the details about the accusers' accusations.
No time like the present.
I doubt there is anything on Massey and those claims.
Yeah, I can.
I mean, look, I understand the demand for the release of those documents is not predicated on the accusations, it's predicated on the payments.
So that's where people trying to draw those comparisons are missing.
Where they're not comparable.
It's not because a woman accused Kavanaugh that you say, Kavanaugh, now open up your books and release everything.
It's when they've paid out harassment settlements with taxpayer funds.
That's where I want to see where the money's going, who's getting accused of what.
But that's not the circumstances currently.
So with that said, let me take this back out here.
Rumble, thank you for being here.
X, thank you.
Limited crowd on X.
I never really pay much attention to that.
We're going to go over to Viva Barnes Law.
Locals.com and Rumble Premium.
And hopefully there's no glitch today.
I'm looking at the screen.
It says premium exclusive Rumble and locals.
I will post updates of my bowling tonight.
I'm predicting I'm going to bowl terribly because I got two blisters from garden work.
And I am going to be bowling in a new pair of shoes.
So I need to get there early to buy a new pair of shoes.
It's going to be a disaster.
Come to the after party.
And if not, I'll see you tomorrow.
Same bad time, same bad channel, three o'clock.
Rumble, peace out.
And now update stream.
Okay.
