Tucker Carlson's Crap Interview! Adam Schiff FOR JAIL! Canada Fires Madness Continues & MORE?

Of the interwebs.
Exceptionally today, I'm just going to make sure that audio is working before we go live.
Because as you can tell, I'm on the road and in someone else's studio.
And I've crossed a time zone into Central.
And so I just want to make sure that we are good live, that you can hear me before we get into today's show.
I'm going to look on vivabarnslaw.locals.com to make sure that people can hear me, that I can hear myself.
Okay, I'm not sure that we're on a good mic, but we are good enough to go, people.
So let's get the show going today.
I'm gonna take myself out and play the intro.
Most Americans are aware that there's a system something like what you just described.
But the pretext for it, the justification for it is that there's a lot of Islamic terrorism.
There are a couple intifadas.
There are a lot of suicide bombings.
And it's Islamic terror.
And most Americans have been taught for 25 years that Islamic terror is a threat.
And, you know, there's some truth in that, of course.
So we assume that Christians would be getting an exemption from all this.
Why would Christians who are not responsible for Christian terror?
There's no such thing.
Why would they be penalized for this?
Why wouldn't they, again, when the patron saint state is majority Christian, why wouldn't the Christians there be getting some kind of special pass?
I just don't understand that.
Why punish the Christians for Islamic terror?
Because I don't think it's Islamic terror that's taking place in the first place.
I think we have to disabuse ourselves of that notion that this is a battle between Muslim and Jew, or that, you know, constantly you heard after October, the October event was that Hamas, Hamas, Hamas.
Even to this day, we hear it's Hamas, Hamas, Hamas.
What is Hamas?
Hamas are people who have had their homes taken from them, who, if they live in Gaza, have not been able, basically been an open-air prison for certainly the last 20 years.
We'll pause it right here, people.
I've said it now a number of times.
This is the worst interview Tucker Carlson has ever done from a journalistic perspective, from an intellectual honesty perspective.
The October event.
I don't call people Hamas apologists reflexively.
I watched this entire interview.
At some point, I wanted to turn it off because it was just too much, but I watched it.
This woman, and enough with the silly jokes.
Apparently, it's George Stephanopoulos's sister.
Apparently, this woman is George Stephanopoulos' sister who left America back in the late 90s under a flurry of lawsuits, context unknown.
And you wouldn't know that from the interview because Tucker Carlson didn't ask her a damn thing about her credentials, her upbringing, what drove her out of the country, if anything.
And this was an interview in which Tucker Carlson, A, promoted not a lie, but a misrepresentation, a material misrepresentation that somehow Israel is responsible for a decrease in Christian population in Israel that's actually not happening.
But if you watch the interview, you'd know that it was actually referring to a decrease of the Christian population in the West Bank Palestinian territory.
The woman he had on, other than being the DNC cleanup guy, George Stephanie, I mean, the thing is, I don't even know if it's his sister.
There's very little on the internet on this person, and I don't mean a social media footprint of a nun.
I mean an internet analysis of who this person is.
It appears to be George Stephanopoulos' sister who left America amid a flurry of lawsuits in the late 90s, moved to the West Bank, and has been a nun, though 98% of her students in the West Bank are Muslim students, is doing that.
And when I say that this woman is a Hamas apologist, it is because she quite literally said Hamas are people who are defend or is a group that's defending their people.
I'm not going to belabor The point: this is not a question of defending Israel or the Israeli government.
I have been probably among the more critical since October 8th because I don't refer to October 7 as an event, as if to downplay the fact that it was a massacre and an atrocity, which it was perpetrated by Hamas terrorists because Hamas are terrorists, period.
That they're defending their homeland.
Hamas brutalized the Palestinian people as much, if not more, than anybody else.
What the heck was I saying now?
Apologist to say that it was an event on October 7.
Hamas are people who have, you know, somehow rationalizing the October event.
And Tucker didn't do a damn thing to push back on this woman at any point during the interview and perpetuated this misconceived notion that somehow Israel's responsible for the decrease in the Christian population in the West Bank and not, say, Palestinians or Palestinian Authority.
And there was a point in that interview where this nun literally said, Tucker's prodding her.
Why isn't the population growing of Christians in the West Bank?
Because it's now down under 10,000 or something.
And she says, well, it's very hard for anybody to convert to Christianity in the West Bank because they'll get murdered or they risk getting murdered.
And as a matter of fact, just as a pure matter of fact, the Christian population in the Middle East, I think, and I'm not an expert on this, but I think Iran might be the other exception where the population of Christians has grown and not shrunk.
It's Israel, and that's it.
The only country in the Middle East where the Christian population has grown.
It has certainly shrinked in the West Bank and Palestinian territories.
It's certainly shrunk in every other Muslim country in the Middle East.
Indonesia is another country where Christianity is growing.
It's a Muslim country, but not in the Middle East.
There was another clip that I had from that interview, which I just couldn't believe what was going on.
Yeah, this is it right here.
Couldn't believe the absence, not of pushback, of clarification of the person that Tucker was interviewing.
And why?
Because Tucker, for whatever the reason, is hell-bent right now on criticizing Israel.
And that's fair game.
You're going to criticize Israel, however, criticize them for things that are actually being done that they're actually doing and not things that they're actually not doing.
It gets back to the thing, though, is that people don't always see the whole story.
And we're just flooded with this message that those terrorists are coming to get us next, which is absurd.
It's absurd.
Like Islamic terror in the West is absurd.
The fact that zealots for the Palestinian cause have caused violence in the West is absurd.
I mean, I love that Tucker at least concedes that Islamic terrorism in the West is a thing.
Good for you, Tucker.
That's journalistic honesty of the highest order.
Has any member of Hamas or anybody of Palestinian come threatened America as an American?
Threatened America as an American?
What have they done?
Is it threatened America as a Jew?
Threatened America as a Zionist?
Has any Palestinian threatened America?
Yes.
Have any Islamic terrorists in the name of what they feel to be Israeli abuses of Palestinian rights done anything to the West?
Yes.
No, that's not their, that's not what they're about.
The thing is that, but that's the tactic that's used is that we have to plaster them as being these jihadists when they're nothing like that.
Are they listening to this?
I mean, I'm sure you've dealt with Hamas or no people.
Are they religious fanatics?
Are they jihadis?
Not the people that I know.
Like I said, when I was again in the school, we had a couple teachers, Muslim men, and there were some elections going on.
And it wasn't Hamas then.
It was the Social Party or something, but it was definitely a religion, Muslim, religious party.
I would have voted for those guys because they weren't corrupt.
They wanted to serve their people.
And that's what it was about.
So I'm not saying it doesn't happen anywhere.
I'm not.
It's very honest.
It's the utmost of intellectual honesty.
You know, watching that interview, it occurred to me that Tucker didn't even ask the first question that should have occurred to him as to whether or not this woman can Even possibly hope to speak freely about Hamas, honestly, critically of Hamas.
She's got to go back to the West Bank, where, as she observed, Christians, every now and again, Muslim converts to Christianity, you know, risk being murdered.
And the problem with this interview is that it wasn't just like a conversation among friends.
Remember when Joe Rogan took heat for his interview with Jack Dorsey?
And his explanation was: look, it was a conversation among friends.
I wasn't going to sit there and grill the guy.
This interview was not even softball questions, was Tucker Carlson almost feeding the person he was interviewing the points that he wanted to get out because he is critical of Israel right now.
There was no, not even pushback clarification, no broader follow-up questions to anything in this.
No intellectual curiosity as to whether or not this woman is free to speak in criticism of Hamas.
And it's the worst thing I've ever seen Tucker Carlson do.
I was critical of his interview with Sinclair.
What was his guy's name?
Larry Sinclair, the crackhead who allegedly had fornication with Barack Obama.
When he came out with that interview, and he said, of course, it's a known fact that Larry Sinclair gave a BJ, I think, to Barack Obama.
And then I watched that interview, and no meaningful prodding of the guy.
And you have at the end of the day, a drug addict recovering or whatever who claims to have relations, have had relations with Barack Obama.
It's like, this is A, it's uncorroborated and untrustworthy.
And B, it's, I would say, even almost unnewsworthy.
This interview, people are saying Viva Tucker's always been like this.
He hasn't.
When he was with Ted Cruz, he wasn't like this.
He was pushing back.
He was asking follow-up questions.
To not even know who this woman was, to hear her spout factually incorrect statements throughout this interview, and then to downplay Hamas, downplay Islamic terrorism, and almost attempt to deify Hamas.
The October event, terrible.
I think this is going to cause severe reputational harm to Tucker.
It's not going to end his career.
When I say it's going to cause reputational harm, it's because now I, who have been a big Tucker Carlson defender, look at him wildly differently as a result of this horrible, horrible interview that was meandering.
Things didn't make any sense.
There was no context given to anecdotes.
And then people say, Viva, it's just a woman sharing her anecdotes.
Good.
That doesn't mean you don't get context and details on anecdotes.
That doesn't even mean if you're interviewing someone with whom you agree, that you don't ask the questions that your adversaries would ask.
Even when I'm asking questions of people who I agree with, I say, look, the critics would say X, Y, and Z. How would you respond to that?
So I listened to that as I was driving because I had a lot of time to listen.
We drove from Florida to, apparently, there's no such thing as Northern Tennessee, but I believe that I'm close enough to the border of Kentucky right now to say Northern Tennessee.
So I had a lot of time to listen, and I listened to that, and it was just, just atrocious.
I had been very critical of Israel government, of Netanyahu, of the October 7 terrorist attack, because it was a terrorist attack, period.
My criticism is we still don't have a satisfactory explanation as to how it occurred at the scale it did.
And you can either blame Netanyahu for, some would suggest, you know, a Lee Hop Mihop let it happen on purpose, made it happen on purpose.
Others are going to say that's a terrible accusation.
How can you dare say something like that?
One thing is for certain: it was either the most catastrophic intelligence failure in Israel's history at best, because that's the only non-culpable explanation for it, or something much, much worse.
And I interviewed someone from Israel and he said, look, in Israel, the left blames the right.
The left says Netanyahu let it happen on purpose so that he could lay claim to a war with Iran, lay claim to raising all of Gaza to occupy that territory, using that as a pretext.
People on the right accuse the left of having allowed it to happen, saying Mossad is anti-Netanyahu.
The military was critical of Netanyahu for trying to overhaul the judicial system so that basically they could have unchecked power, and that it was sabotage of Netanyahu so that people can then blame Netanyahu On the left.
You've got your conspiracy theories on both sides.
One thing that is abundantly clear, at the very least, it was an inexplicable catastrophic intelligence failure of an intelligence that can place what are those things called?
Pagers, explosive pagers in the pockets of terrorists that can go and assist with the most sophisticated attack on Iran.
Bulldozers and paragliders for an attack that lasted six, 12 plus hours.
And we have yet to get a satisfactory explanation for that.
And I'm not sure that there is a satisfactory explanation for that.
But one thing's for certain, it was a terrorist attack carried out by Hamas.
Hamas is a terrorist organization.
And there's no ifs, ands, ors, buts about that.
Whether or not you think Palestinians have legitimate grievances against Israel.
I don't think many people would disagree with that either.
To go from there to say Hamas are fighting for their people, Hamas are terrorizing their people.
Hamas are using their people as human shields.
Whether or not you believe it, they are.
That being said, Israel has certainly now, as a result of October 7, done exactly what people were saying they were going to do from the beginning, use it as a pretext to raise all of Gaza, either create a buffer zone or displace millions and millions of people, knowing they're going to have nowhere to go because the Arab countries do not take them.
And the West, at least in Canada, is now possibly taking them with all of the risks and perils that that's going to take, because there's a reason why the neighboring Muslim countries have not taken in the Palestinian people and have effectively pushed them out when they were there in the first place.
Israel deep state versus Israel deep state, same picture.
But that interview was just horrendous.
And I, you know, whatever.
People are saying Tucker's just lost his mind.
It might have just been a one-off, but criticism is warranted.
Criticism shall be issued.
Criticism has been issued.
And I believe I've at least substantiated it.
Everybody, I am in.
I don't even know if this microphone is working, but at least it allows me to look at something, fiddle with something.
I'm in Tennessee.
We are having the Viva Barnes Law.
It's not really, it's the 1776 Law Center.
Barnes is Law Center, but we're having a Viva Barnes meet and greet weekend event in Chattanooga.
And I'm a little bit past Chattanooga at a member of our locals community's home.
He invited me over.
And he authorized me to show his pastime and passion.
And we're going to be going to a range tomorrow.
These are, these are, these are bullets, people.
Live rounds of ammunition.
And we're going to go to a range tomorrow.
It's going to be amazing.
And it's, well, we've since actually become friends.
And this is where we're going to stay here for a couple of days, head back down to Chattanooga for the event.
This is not Viva's loading center.
It is not my loading center.
It is not.
But what's amazing is it's flipping amazing.
All right, everybody.
So this is why I'm on the road.
We've changed time zones.
Chattanooga's in Eastern, and where we're at is Central.
So everything is all confused.
I don't have my regular studio, but it's amazing to be on the road.
I drove here with my kid.
It was 12, 13 hours.
Stayed in central Georgia yesterday.
And we're going to have a good time.
That being said, Viva Barnes Law on the weekend, Viva Fry, for those of you who don't know who I am, former Montreal litigator, turned current Florida Rumbler on the road.
And it's amazing.
What I want to do before we even get into the rest of this show is thank our sponsors for today's show, who make this possible, who allow us to stay independent, objective, and who do not make any demands on content.
And I, you know, one of one of my, A, I like working with sponsors that I actually use.
And B, I will never work with a sponsor that says, could you maybe tone down on the swearing or whatever?
Freedom of speech, keep the channel free, and like our locals community as well.
Thank you, everyone there.
And keep us healthy, people.

You diet, lose weight, but gain it all back plus a few extra pounds.

You can pre-program it to have, depending on how you like it.
I'm going off script, people.
I'm going off script.

You want to put one in your chicken, one in your roast, one in your steak.
And it's amazing.
You'll never, you'll never make a mistake again, and you'll never overcook it.
And you'll certainly never have to worry about undercooked chicken, which people rightly have a concern about.
The oven has an app.
The thermometers have an app.
You download the app.
And it's the only thing is it.
I say it takes the risk out of barbecuing.
I like to, every now and again, have one steak that's wildly undercooked.
And just to test, just to test a guest, will they tell me that the steak is undercooked or the chicken is undercooked or will they eat it?
One of the fights that I remember with my now late father-in-law, it wasn't even a fight.
It was a fight.
It wasn't a fight.
I just have never seen a man so stubborn.
He had clearly undercooked the turkey for Thanksgiving.
It was like, you know, like pinkish, rubbery.
And I guess he just refused to admit that the turkey was undercooked.
And we all unanimously agreed it had to go back.
All right, people.
Tucker Carlson, sponsors, and now we're going to get to Schiff for Brains Mix Schiff.
I'm a little behind the news.
I noticed this broke yesterday and I couldn't get live yesterday.
Tucker Carlson interview also went live the day before yesterday, but yesterday was a write-off.
The news of the day is that Adam Schiff for Brains Mix and who's the one that had fornication?
Allegedly with the Chinese spy, Eric Swalwell.
They might be in a little bit of trouble and they might know it.
The breaking news is that a leaker who was a Democrat leaker has come out and said basically that Adam Schiff authorized unlawful leaks to the media to intelligence to they call it derogatory leaks that it would damage the reputation of and politically harm Donald John Trump in 2017.
That Adam Schiff specifically personally suggested authorize it in as much as you can authorize something illegal despite being confronted with the fact that it was illegal.
And it just made me go down a bit of a rabbit hole to pull up the biggest now best demonstrable lies that that scumbag POS has had to say.
I made a joke to the guest where I'm at now.
I said, I said, I'm going to have to swear a little bit less during this show because there's literally a Bible.
I'm staring at a Bible right in front of me.
And I said, I'll feel a little sacrilegious if I'm swearing in front of it.
So I'm going to keep it a little bit, I'll keep it biblically friendly for today's show.
So only acronyms.
P-O-S-S-O-B-D-A-M-F.
You can figure out what that one is.
Okay, so the news is this.
Adam Schiff authorizes, authorized, classified, the hell's my problem.
Adam Schiff authorizes classified intel leaks to smear Trump during Russia Gate whistleblower claims.
What a confusing authorized classified intel leaks.
Now, some people are going to say, if it's classified, it means it's accurate, and therefore, what's the problem in leaking it?
Not so fast, hot shot.
A seasoned intelligence officer who aided Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee repeatedly alleged to the FBI that then-rep Adam Schiff approved leaking classified information to tarnish President Trump's image during Russia Gate.
Shocking newly released documents reveal.
Now, Senator Schiff, because once upon a time he was a congressman, he's the worst person on earth.
Do not get consumed by hatred, just be able to identify evil when it reveals itself.
Adam Schiff, I firmly believe, is a sociopath, pathologically evil.
Top Democrat of the House Intelligence Committee openly discussed plans to reveal sensitive information about the Trump-Russia collusion probe, which never happened.
Not the probe, the collusion.
Starting soon after the 45th president, the unidentified male whistleblower alleged, I love it.
We are in such times of winning.
We can now identify the whistleblower's sex.
He's a male people.
During an FBI interview in June 2023, the source recalled being part of an all-staffed meeting called by Schiff for Brainsmick Schiff face.
I'm not swearing people, that's his name.
At which the Democrat quote stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to the president, stated the information would be used to indict President Trump.
I love the word derogatory.
The whistleblower said he objected to Schiff's idea.
A summary of the interview reveals, only to be told by the other participants that they would not be caught leaking the classified information.
I love it.
Don't worry, you're not going to get caught.
This is wrong.
Yeah, but we're not going to get caught.
Why won't we get caught?
Well, once we hamper down Trump's first presidency with three and a half years of Russia gate collusion bullcrap, a Democrat will win and will rig the system so that we never lose power again and our evil deeds and crimes will never be revealed.
Sometime later, the whistleblower said he was approached again about leaking against Trump, responded they believe this activity to be unethical and treasonous.
Not my word.
The whistleblower later reached out to the FBI and was even invited to attend a mock grand jury hearing, only to later be told that the Justice Department would not investigate further.
Who was in charge of the FBI in 2017?
Investigators believed Schiff, now 65, was protected by the Constitution speech or debate clause, which bars the apprehension of legislators for their professional activities, except for felony, treason, breach of the peace.
The whistleblower is leaking classified information not a felony?
It was a felony when Trump was alleged to have done it, when he didn't actually do it, but it wasn't a felony when Hillary Clinton did it.
It was a felony when, I can't think of another good example of the right being persecuted for it, but it wasn't a felony when Joe Biden did it.
The whistleblower claimed during his 2023 interview that he did not believe Schiff's actions were covered by the speech and debate clause.
Whistleblower's claims were first reported by Just the News with FBI Director Cash Protel confirming on X Monday night, we found it, we declassified it.
Now Congress can see how classified info was leaked to shape political narratives and decide if our institutions were weaponized against the American people.
And by the way, we can see if Pam Bondi is going to do a damn thing about it.
Declassified, Congress can go and do congressional committee hearings, whatever.
And we'll see if Pam Bondi ever gets around to indicting Comey, Brennan.
Who else?
Anybody?
Whistleblower, who worked for the Democrat House on the House Intelligence Committee for 12 years after more than two decades of the intelligence committee, was described as friends with both Schiff and Nunes, someone who worked with senior political leaders.
However, an October 2017 FBI memo claimed that word was spreading among committee staff that the whistleblower had been fired for, quote, perceived lack of party loyalty.
When a Republican staffer went to offer condolences, the memo relates, the whistleblower told them that they had lost their jobs because there was an expectation of leaking and he refused to participate.
Who was in charge of the FBI in 2017?
Let me go check that in a second.
Over drinks that evening, the whistleblower claimed the Democrat on the intelligence committee had established a system for leaking in which sensitive information would be given to Schiff, after which a decision was made as to who would leak the information.
Prominent over-sharer, according one prominent over-sharer, according to the whistleblower, was Eric Swalwell.
Democrat.
We're coming to Swalwell on a second.
In a December 2017 interview, the whistleblower recounted how a particularly sensitive document was seen by the small group of lawmakers and staff, including Schiff and Swalwell, but leaked out almost verbatim within the day.
Whistleblower allegedly claimed to have been worried, been warned to be careful because he, Swalwell, has a reputation for leaking classified information and banging Chinese spies.
Set that aside.
But those two things, when they are when they merge together, it's one hell of a thing that you want to have in government.
Schiff spearheaded the first impeachment in 2019, had long been suspected by Republicans of leaking classified information during the Russiagate saga.
He also infamously read key portions of the since-debunked steel dossier into congressional record in 2017.
He's the worst person on earth.
Okay, that's the news, by the way.
Let me just double-check one thing because it's driving me a little bit crazy why I can't find who was head of the FBI in 2017.
Hmm.
James Comey and Christopher Wray.
I'm not sure what the exact timeframe was there.
Hmm.
A legitimate criticism against Donald John Trump were some of his picks in the first term.
People are going to say, well, it was Trump's FBI and they decided not to do anything because that's how bullcrap these are.
Bull crap.
Trump made notoriously bad picks in his first term.
And a lot of us trying to, he's learned a lot of lessons.
Nothing like, you know, trying to be bankrupted, jailed, killed.
That will teach you a lot of lessons about the deep state and the depths to which they will stoop to try to keep you out of power.
But it's not because it was his FBI that it was not infected by deep state rodents like a great many people.
Now, bringing it to, I want to bring up the tweets from what's his face there.
Now, the guy who's taken to swearing because he thinks it's cool.
Eric Swalwell.
Where is it?
I have it here.
Hold on a second.
I tweeted it out because it's amazing that he seems to think that swearing is somehow now cool.
Let me play this video of Adam Schiff in 2017.
I'm not going to play the whole thing.
Just listen to this man lie as calmly and as confidently as he breathes, almost as reflexively as well.
You know, like, it's the amazing thing with your brain system, you don't have to think about your heart beating.
It just beats because it's in a different part of your brain.
Oh, what's it called?
Oh, geez, the reflex part of your brain.
Then, you know, breathing is a conscious thing, but also a reflex thing.
Adam Schiff lies both deliberately and reflexively, as though it's ingrained in his horrible, horrible DNA.
Listen to this.
I want to start with this new report about Russian efforts to contact Hope Hicks.
What do you make of this continued effort to permeate President Trump's inner circle?
Well, without getting the specifics of that allegation, we do know that the Russians throughout the campaign were making overreach outreach to the campaign.
They continued that during the transition, including some of the people they had talked to during the campaign, and obviously even after that point.
So this is part of a concerted Russian influence operation that never stopped.
That never started.
We've also seen a lot of what we saw during the campaign in terms of Russia, social media intervention never stop.
The only issue I took when James Comey testified that the Russians will be back is they've never left in terms of certain parts of their active measures campaign, but it's not at all a surprise that they would make outreach to people they thought would have influence in the administration and misrepresent who they were and what their agenda was.
Can you believe they were not still there?
They were never there, and he knew it at the time.
This lying SOB who claimed to have seen the smoking gun evidence of Russian collusion, he knew it was a lie.
He knew it was a lie when he said it.
He knew it was a lie when he disclosed information from confidential hearings, or at least lied about them, knowing that nobody could contradict it.
And he knew it was a lie when he was leaking the derogatory information to manufacture the foundation to support the lies.
I think the fact is the circumstances have been reversed in probably a far more significant way.
And that is, we now know that at the same time that James Comey was openly talking about a Hillary Clinton investigation, including up until days before the election, he was not disclosing to the public that there was also an investigation of the Trump campaign.
That is far more significant than any of these text messages from my point of view.
Now, I don't think that was because James Comey had a political axe to grind or was doing this in a partisan way.
I do think it was an error in judgment.
And I think it is perfectly appropriate for us to do oversight of how that investigation was conducted.
But the intent here is not to do oversight.
The intent here is nothing short of discrediting Mueller, then discrediting the Justice Department, then discrediting the FBI, then discrediting the judiciary.
Should the judiciary convict some of the people that Mueller has charged or may charge in the future.
This is an effort to tear at the very idea that there is an objective truth.
And I think this president, in astonishing speed, has remade the Republican Party in his own deeply flawed image.
And that will be ruinous to the Republican Party.
But as we depend on a two-party system with two functional parties, it will also be deeply damaging to the country.
The discrediting of our institutions, the justice system, the judiciary, the press is enormously destructive.
Congressman Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, if I don't see you before Tuesday, happy Hanukkah and happy New Year to you, sir, and to you as well.
Just throw in the happy Hanukkah and then complain when anybody goes after these people on the basis that they're anti-Semites.
Just throw that in at the end, just to rub it in the face of everybody.
Yeah, you are the most pathological liars on earth.
You do a great deal of damage to the people you purport to represent.
And if anybody says anything about it, well, it's a response to the happy Hanukkah.
Now anybody who criticizes them is an anti-Semite.
Luckily, I have the ace in the hole against that accusation.
That was Adam Schiff then.
I just pulled up a bunch.
We've just got to watch a few of these because it's truly astonishing once you look back at all of these videos from the past and now understand just how sick in the head.
This one was the best.
I'm going to play it and get ready to wretch and understand the confession through projection of these pathological narcissists that Adam Schiff, everything that he just said, right, we just heard, was true of himself, was true of what he did to the Democrat Party, what Democrats did to the Democratic Party, what Democrats did to the institutions of the media, in intelligence, the government.
Listen to this idiot.
I want to begin by quoting the jury in the Manhattan hush money payment trial.
This is the man who quoted the bunk steal dossier in congressional record.
That is ratifying into record a lie that the Democrats paid for, by the way, that they then had their lawyers smuggled to the FBI, weaponizing the FBI.
FBI leaks it to Yahoo News, then relies on the publication to support their unlawful spying on Carter Page, ratifying a lie.
Now he's reading into the record the ratification of another absolute corrupt prosecution of Donald John Trump.
He wants to read into the record the verdict out of that bullcrap quoting it, calling it the quote, hush money payment case that should have never been brought to trial, that was a misdemeanor at best, a time-barred one, that no one's ever been prosecuted for, that they turned into a 37 felony conviction in that corrupt hellhole of New York,
so that Adam Schiff for Brains-McSchiff can then ratify into the record, yet again, another, won't call this one a total lie because it's there on paper, another weaponization and abuse of the system that discredits everything about these United States of America as far as it works in a judicial system.
Once people no longer have faith in the government, intelligence, media, court system.
There's not much left of a republic.
I want to begin by quoting the jury in the Manhattan Hush Money Payment Trial.
Guilty.
I can't.
You have to be crazy.
You have to be a psychopath.
He did it.
He said guilty 37 times for 44 full seconds.
Ratifying yet another lie into the record.
What else did he do that's pathological?
Here we go.
Let's take this one right here.
Oh, I love it.
I love it.
It's like they don't understand the internet is forever.
Listen to this one.
And you'll understand why these people were pooping bricks.
I don't know, pooping bricks as to Pam Bonnie.
Pam Bonnie has yet to do what she needs to do.
And by the way, the public nudgings that she's getting from the intelligence committee, the intelligence community, from the FBI, from JD Vance, from Tulsi Gabbard.
There will be accountability, Pam, and it needs to come from you.
FBI finds the documents, declassifies the documents, sends them to Congress, sends them to Pam.
Pam, they're on your desk.
I think the president has a right to nominate anyone who's qualified, who has good judgment, a good character.
It doesn't mean he's guaranteed dissent approval of whoever he nominates.
And some of these nominees are deeply problematic.
I'll be interested in the confirmation process.
Will Pam Bondi continue to tell the big lie even under oath?
Continue to say that the Justice Department should be prosecuting prosecutors who brought valid evidence before a grand jury.
Grand jury found probable cause to believe Donald Trump committed crimes.
That's not a basis to go after them.
So she's going to have to answer tough questions.
Tulsi Gabbard concerns me a great deal.
She should.
That's amazing.
We now know of the basis.
And it's not looking good.
But the amazing thing, by the way, if you know the human condition, or if at least you're relatively comfortable with the human condition, Eric Swalwell was the other name that we were mentioning in all of this.
And Eric Swalwell, notorious leaker, also a notorious fornicator of spies, put out a tweet, and I'll read it to you.
I will not.
I've already established that they can't sort during this episode.
Swalwell put out this tweet 12 hours ago, as of the time I screenshotted it.
More bull SHIT in service to Trump to try to keep me quiet.
Come get me, Cash.
They've got their lines.
Remember in Texas now over the gerrymandering vote, the alleged gerrymandering vote, the Democrats absconding.
Come and take it.
There's such a bunch of idiots.
On the one hand, radical anti-Second Amendment rights activists now using the out of my cold dead hands theme song here.
Come get me, Cash.
Oh, oh, I hope he takes you up on it, Swalwell.
This Trump stooge long ago put me at the top of his book's enemies list.
This nonsense is just more of that.
I won't be silent.
There's another one that he put out.
The quote whistleblower, end quote, made this bull SHIT up when Trump was president.
If they had anything, they would have indicted me.
Trump would have done anything to destroy me if he could.
They didn't indict me.
Therefore, they had nothing.
What's next?
Oh, keep it up, Swalwell.
I will not rejoice in his arrest and incarceration, but I won't shed a tear.
I might crack open a bottle of something special.
Swalwell swearing in his recent posts, trying to be casual and brush it off.
You know, like in fighting, I won't read the tweet, but it's not an accident.
Like they started swearing a lot more these days because I think they find it like blue-collar-ish.
Like they think they'll relate to the American people if they swear and act like idiots on Twitter.
And it was a remarkable, like you could see the moment when they said, yeah, we're going to start swearing now.
What's her face?
Chuck Schumer, I think, said SHIT.
Elizabeth Warren said it.
That And also, you know, like when you watch fighting, UFC, and a fighter takes a good shot, they always laugh and they're like, they pretend it didn't hurt.
That's how you know it did hurt.
When they start swearing because they think they're too cool for school, you know that they're starting to sweat.
If they're swearing, they're sweating.
And I hope that Cash Patel comes and gets Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff.
These people are criminals.
They're now known criminals.
And whether or not they ever get indicted, arrested, and jailed, everybody knows that they are criminals.
They're in government.
And if that doesn't cause you to lose faith in the system, I don't know what you think will cause someone to lose faith in the system.
This was another one, another classic highlight.
How long ago was this one?
2024.
But this is, let me see.
See, depending on how he was younger here, so this is an old one from the Russia gate.
Listen to this.
You're on the insult committee.
Let me just ask you one final question.
Can you look right into the camera and say, I know for a fact the government of Vladimir Putin was behind the hacks of John Podesta's email?
Absolutely.
The government of Vladimir Putin was behind the hacks of our institution and the dump movement of John Podesta's email.
By the way, notice this is when Tucker would ask a clarifying follow-up question.
Because what Adam Schiff just did there is something only a lawyer would do and something that you should pick up on.
Was he behind the hack of the Podesta emails?
He was behind a hack of our institution.
Putin was behind the hacks of John Podesta's email.
Absolutely.
The government of Vladimir Putin was behind the hacks of our institution and the dump movement of John Podesta's email.
Not only in the email, but also in Europe.
You know what?
You're dodging it.
And Tucker, look and say, I know they did.
John Podesta's emails.
I think that Ronald Reagan will be rolling over the money.
Ronald Reagan, Ronald Reagan.
You're carrying water for the Kremlin.
You're not carrying water for the Kremlin.
Look, you're a sitting member of Congress on the insult committee, and you can't say they hawked hacked.
You're going to have to move your shoulder to RT Russian television because it's so beneath your office because it's so dumb and you're being duplicitous.
I'm asking you, did they hack Podesta's emails and you can't say it?
Tucker.
He literally just told him to go to Russia.
When you have to resort to personal insults, oh my God, I hate this.
I'm sorry.
Hatred's not a good thing to have in your heart.
It makes you make mistakes that you would otherwise never make.
He said I was carrying water for Putin.
That's pretty hilarious.
You know, when you, when you are an apologist for the Kremlin, that's what you're doing.
I'm going to pop one last time, Congressman.
Look in the camera and say they hacked John Podesta's emails.
We know for a fact that Putin's government did that.
You can't, and you know you can't, and you're hiding behind weasel wise.
I just said that they hacked John Podesta.
I'm not going to be specific as to what they're doing.
Oh, because you don't know it.
That's why.
All right.
Done.
One.
You don't know it, and you're alleging it without any evidence.
You're ignoring the evidence because you don't care.
The fact that it helped me.
I don't know how you need to.
I don't know how it lives with themselves.
It's totally false.
I just think if you're going to make a serious allegation about an actual country with an actual government, you ought to know what you're talking about.
And you don't.
I think that you ought to accept that.
I got to go.
I'm taking cash from Putin now.
I'm on RTO.
The politicians on the intelligence committee have seen for a fact.
If you could say it, you wouldn't.
You know that.
If you're willing to be in denial about this because it suits a Republican elector.
We're done with this guy.
It's pathological.
It's pathological of the highest order.
Do we have anything more, however?
I want to get these clips out to memorialize them because, yeah, remember this is a classic.
This was when Adam Schiff, oh my goodness, was begging everyone not to confirm Cash Patel.
I don't look.
I don't have much faith in Bondi anymore, and it wasn't a preconceived notion.
I actually had faith and have been very disappointed by the lack of action in a number of things, not the least of which is the Epstein files.
But Cash Patel had faith in, still have faith in, because they're still doing things.
I can appreciate people are pissed about the Epstein files, and you think Cash Patel lied to you by telling you that Epstein killed himself, which he might very well have, but that would beg another conspiracy theory.
Cash Patel and Dan Bongino have been getting good, concrete results.
I think people need to appreciate that it's the DOJ that prosecutes, and Cash Patel is basically saying we've given everything we can to Pam Bondi to do her job, and now it's up to her to do her job.
This is someone we cannot trust.
This is someone who lacks the character to do this Job, someone who lacks the integrity to do this job.
We know that.
Our Republican colleagues know that.
The only qualification Cash Patel has to be FBI director is that when everyone else in the first Trump administration said, no, I won't do that.
That crosses moral, ethical, and legal lines.
Cash Patel said, sign me up.
Isn't that funny that in the context of what the whistleblower alleges, Adam Schiff said, that this is what he's saying of Cash Patel?
It is, you can judge them by their accusations of others.
When he said, no, I won't do it.
It's unethical.
Cash Patel said, I will.
And when someone told Adam Schiff, no, I won't do it.
It's unethical.
They fired him and Adam Schiff did it anyhow.
Pathological projection.
In the first Trump administration.
We're not doing it anymore.
That's it.
We've got Little Andean has now become a member of our VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com community.
Welcome to our community, Little Andean.
It is above average.
I'm sure you'll love it.
And you'll enjoy the perks and you'll enjoy the community.
There is a ton of stuff at vivabarneslaw.locals.com that is not behind a paywall.
There is some stuff that is behind a paywall.
And it's a wonderful community that you will not regret being a part of.
Now, there's other ways to support the channel if you so choose.
If you're so inclined, you can get some merch at vivafry.com.
You can get a book, Louis the Lobster.
And I'll share the link to that.
That's on Amazon.
It's a book that I wrote.
And a daughter of a member of our community, Illustrated, Abigail Martin.
The illustration is beautiful, if I dare say so myself, although it's not my work.
The illustrations are magnificent.
Everyone loves a kid's book, so you can go ahead and get one of those if you so choose.
And there's the link to that.
And someone the other day said, Viva, you just shared your address.
I was like, no, no, that was a P.O. box.
If you want to send anything to the P.O. box, what I would love to do, there's a guy on ComiTube.
He's got a Shorts channel called Pack of Rips.
A pack of rips, I think.
And he opens baseball cards, football cards, whatever that people send him with humor and insight.
And I want to do like a Friday sort of Casey Neistat unboxing, opening stuff from, you know, from members of the community, whatever.
So if you want to send anything to the P.O. box, it is this address right here.
And I have gotten into fighting cards these days.
Send a message.
I'll read it live as we do this weekly or bi-weekly.
There's the link to that.
Those are the ways to support the channel if you so choose.
And if not, just share links and whatever, spread the word.
All right.
What do we do here?
We've got a few more minutes.
I want to, let me just make sure I didn't leave anything out of Adam Schiff.
Oh, there's a few classics.
It doesn't.
It doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
The other news of the day is that Trump is cracking down on crime in DC.
I think they've made 20 some odd arrests yesterday.
I don't know what a daily average is actually in DC.
Let me see if I can get an answer on that.
How many arrests?
How many arrests on average are made in DC?
I should put in a day.
How many arrests daily?
How many arrests daily?
Because when they say they made 23 arrests yesterday, you have to know what the baseline is.
Average arrests per day.
The Metropolitan Police Department made 20,000 arrests in 2024, an average of 56 per day.
Recent surgeon arrests 2025.
A White House official reported 103 arrests since August 7th.
43 arrests made on Tuesday, August 12th.
So there may, holy, can you believe this?
20,000 arrests.
Now, we don't know exactly what it's for.
So the White House is cracking down on violence, on crime in DC.
You have people saying, oh, now I see that Trump can federalize the National Guard.
What he wants, but he didn't do it on January 6th.
You're all a bunch of idiots if you say those stupid lines.
Harry J. Sisson, I'm looking at you.
The issue on the sixth, they got the National Guard after it was initially declined by Nancy Pelosi and I think it was Muriel Bowser.
They brought in the National Guard and actually mobilized quite quickly when it was when it was necessary.
Until that time, it was refused by the powers that be in DC because they Wanted violence to happen and they needed their instigators to make it happen.
So, Trump is cracking down on crime in DC, and it's about damn time.
And he's also cracking down on homelessness in DC.
And it's interesting.
We're going to talk about this on Sunday because I know Barnes has his is very reluctant to support vagrancy laws or people who are homeless by reasons beyond their control.
If you criminalize that, you've basically criminalized something that's beyond someone's control.
I don't think that's what's happening right here.
I'm curious to hear Barnes' take on this because right now, basically, it's we'll get you into a shelter, but you're getting out of these camps.
And now, the news of the day is that homeless people in DC have two choices.
As Trump admin cracks down, they can, the White House says those refusing shelter or treatments will fail jail as enforcement ramps up.
If you're homeless and you refuse shelter, that would be paradoxical, counterintuitive.
And then the question's going to be: are you criminalizing something that's beyond someone's control?
Or are you saying, no, if it's beyond your control, here's where you're going to stay.
You don't get to stay in parks.
You don't get to pitch tents and you don't get to create tense cities like you have in Skid Row and California.
100 plus, I think it's 150,000 homeless people in Los Angeles.
It's a small city of homeless people.
White House says those living in homeless encampments in the nation's capital will have two choices in the coming days, accept treatment at a homeless shelter or go to jail.
I guess one way or another, they're going to get treatment and they're going to get shelter.
White House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt announced the ultimatum during a press conference as reporters prodded about President Donald Trump's federal takeover of DC, D.C.'s law enforcement.
She said many of the homeless encampments across the city have already been dismantled and those that remain, she expected to be dealt with this week.
I mean, it's such an atrocity where on the one hand, what really pisses me off about all of this is that you've got homeless veterans in America.
You've got homeless non-veterans.
You've got drug addicts.
You've got people who are mentally ill living on the streets because they are lacking resources to deal with them while they are funneling hundreds of billions of dollars to fight proxy wars overseas, neglecting their own, which is one of the most poignant things that RFK Jr. said during his announcement speech when he was running for president.
That it was either when he was running for president or joining the Republican or joining Trump's endorsing Trump.
No, I think it was his announcement.
He says a nation at war abroad will never be at peace at home.
And it's a magnificent concept.
On the one hand, just spiritually, when you are promoting, supporting, engaging in war, that creates something of a zeitgeist, a spiritual negativity.
But more practically and less spiritually, you're diverting funds, you are neglecting your own, and you will bring that violence back home.
You will create that violence back home.
When I was in DC, I didn't really venture anywhere beyond the White House perimeter and the monuments, and there wasn't much homelessness there, but I did notice a number of homeless people on the streets.
I don't know what direction it was, but near the hotel areas.
But they've got a problem.
70 homeless, this is quote, 70 homeless encampments have been removed by the U.S. Park Police.
Levitt said, there are only two homeless encampments remaining in D.C.'s federal parks under the National Park Service's jurisdiction, and the removal of those two remaining camps is scheduled for next week.
Asked about what options are available to the homeless encampments, Levitt was blunt.
Homeless shelters for addiction and mental health services or jail if they refuse.
Those are the two options on the table.
The amazing thing is we don't really need to go into the rest of this.
A, they're not enacting new laws to do this.
They're just enforcing existing laws.
And the more I think about it, the more you just appreciate that the Democrat Party is a party of lawlessness, period.
They do not follow the laws.
They do not apply the laws when they don't want to.
And then they abuse of the laws when they do want to.
And then claim to be the party of law and order when they're weaponizing the DOJ, obtaining secret, unlawful spy warrants, while simultaneously letting violent criminals out of jail on a rotating basis.
The laws already are on the books.
It's a question of applying Them.
And I'm making the joke, and we're going to see if it comes to fruition that they're going to try to move to change the laws on the books so that it's no longer illegal.
They're not going to get away with it.
And I don't think they're actually going to make such a stupid move, although they've probably done it in other jurisdictions.
Just decriminalize everything.
I mean, they basically done it in San Francisco, San Diego, California, Los Angeles.
Decriminalize shoplifting so that it's no longer a crime.
And therefore, it's no longer a question of not enforcing the law because the law now no longer exists.
It's been changed.
These are existing laws.
You know, the homelessness out of not necessity, but beyond your control.
Well, you'll have solutions for that.
Shelters or jail.
The right to be homeless, sleeping on park benches, okay, is one thing.
Permanent encampments that turn into literal cesspools.
And I'm not saying this judgmentally, literal cesspools.
In Montreal, when they had the Palestinian protest encampments, I mean, they took them down for reasons of hygiene.
I mean, these homeless encampments, drugs, disease, human waste.
It's just, it's an objective.
The laws have been on the books, and they just choose not to do it with all that that entails in terms of a degradation of society.
And Trump is, I mean, it's an amazing, I still have my grievances with some of the, as of yet, not successes of the Trump administration.
But this is a dawn of a new America, pun intended.
This is absolutely a new America.
It is one of law and order, and it's one of justice.
And it's one of government doing what the government is supposed to do.
Not go after the grannies of January 6th, but go after actual criminals, implement actual policy to make society safer.
And anybody in their right mind, which is not going to be a Democrat, objecting to this, is a partisan hack, is a partisan fool.
There's nobody on the streets of DC except for the criminals who could be complaining about Trump federalizing the police force and arresting criminals, having more of a police presence on the street.
But we don't want to see people with guns.
First of all, bullcrap.
People who are getting carjacked, big balls want to see more cops on the street.
And you have to see more cops on the street in the beginning so the criminals know they can't reign roam free.
And then once it's been settled down a little bit, you can put cops in strategic positions.
You can have less of a police presence.
But you make the police presence known because that's how you get the criminals to know criminality will not be tolerated.
You're not going to get rotating whatever it is, revolving door bail for criminals.
You're going to go to jail.
You're not going to get encampments where Lord knows what goes down.
They're going to be dismantled.
If you need help, you'll get the help you need.
And if you don't want that help and you break the law, you'll go to jail.
Win-win solutions for everybody.
Do we have anything more news on that?
I think that's that.
We are not going to end this show without doing a little bit of an update in Canada.
First of all, I put out a tweet earlier that said Joe Rogan should absolutely have on Jeff Evelyn, the man who got the $28,000 ticket for his act of civil disobedience.
I put out a tweet and tagged Rogan, absolutely have him on.
He's a veteran.
Jeff Evelyn is a veteran, despite the fact that CTV News refuses to identify him as that.
20-year veteran in Afghanistan, Iraq.
He's a man who served his country.
He's a man who fought for the very freedoms that he is now fighting again for.
And yet, CTV News and legacy media in Canada can't bring themselves to identify this man as a veteran.
He's a veteran.
Here's a link to the tweet.
Go out there, please, share it, tag Rogan so that he can get him on.
It would be wild.
Plus, if Rogan thought he hated Justin Trudeau, which he was right and righteous to do, he might discover that he probably has good reason to hate Mark J. Carney.
Not quite as much because Mark J. Carney 3 Passport carrying globalist who has not yet done the damage that Trudeau did.
But we'll see.
Share that out.
But the updates in Canada on the forest fires.
It's so amazing.
I've got not a mole.
He's a friend.
He's up in Canada.
He sends me all this stuff and it's fantastic.
The news.
Do you remember when they banned the hiking?
And I was making jokes like, all right, now they're going to ban tap dancing shoes and corduroys.
And I'm like, oh, are you hiking with flint-soled shoes, Madam CTV News contributor?
It's like, who the hell has ever kicked a rock and caused a spark and started a forest fire?
You want to ban burning, obviously.
You want to ban campfires, obviously.
You want to ban cooking?
Obviously.
No one would even say boo to that.
You want to ban ATVs?
Some people might complain.
There's more of a rational basis to that because at least you have a combustible engine that can overheat.
You want to ban drones, obviously.
By the way, check this out.
They did the drones.
Now, this one's not such a big deal to me, only because it doesn't come as a shock because the fines for drone violations have always been ridiculously high in Canada.
I've said it before.
They've criminalized drone recreation.
Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources says, do not operate drones in a wildfire area.
It is illegal.
It can interfere with our firefighting efforts.
The fine is $25,000 under the Forests Act.
There could be fines under the federal legislation as well.
I obviously agree with this one.
This one's a no-brainer.
You're flying drones when planes are coming down to dump water.
It's a problem.
Flying drones in general, if there's a dry forest hazard, makes sense as well because those things crash.
They've got lithium batteries and they burn like the devil.
I think the fine was already $25,000.
It just seems like the price of criminality.
The price of criminality in Canada has just gone up.
We're now $25,000 for everything.
So I can understand the drones.
But there was a fire yesterday that broke off.
And it's an amazing thing here.
You got to see.
And you got to cue my Ron Burgundy.
I don't believe you.
Waterfront MDA in Halifax.
Fire today.
Sparks from breaking rock on a construction site at 276 Bedford Highway ignited a quickly developing fire.
It's since been put out.
I don't believe you.
I don't believe that rocks, breaking rocks, caused a spark that started a fire.
What were they doing to break the rocks?
If they were using dynamite or something, I could understand that causing a fire.
I don't know what this hose is here.
Look at this.
The heavy equipment operator noted the soil was dry as flour, a reminder of the extreme wildlife we're facing.
Today, sparks from a construction site at 276 Bedford ignited a quickly developing fire.
You notice that they're not telling you what the sparks were from.
If it's from heavy machinery, maybe that's the same reason why you outlawed operating heavy machinery in forests or vehicles.
Fortunately, crews were put out, blah, blah, blah.
And we don't get any details.
Was it a construction worker cigarette?
Maybe.
Was it the detonating device?
Maybe.
Was it the muffler on a machine?
Maybe.
I do not believe it was from sparks, from rocks being broken.
But the madness in Canada continues unabated.
And let me see here.
What do we got here?
They're shutting down shooting ranges, firing ranges from the New Brunswick CFO.
All shooting clubs and ranges closed until further notice.
Dear Sir Madam, August 9, from the province of New Brunswick.
On August 9, 2025, the province of New Brunswick announced that due to the extreme fire risk and to protect sensitive habitats, all activities on Crown land must cease.
This restriction took offense at midnight, took effect at midnight, yada yada yada.
In alignment with this provincial directive, the provincial firearms office is advising that all shooting ranges operating under approvals of New Brunswick Crown land leases must immediately suspend operations until provincial ban is lifted.
We also strongly encourage all shooting ranges not located on crown land to consider it.
We are now hearing the word crown land that's going to make Americans vomit.
The public land in Canada is owned by the crown.
The subjects don't have unbridled access to it.
It's the crown's land.
And the Canadians are being reminded that they are not free citizens.
They are subjects of the crown.
That is the news there.
People, I think that's good.
Who do we go right now?
Oh, by the way, so Tomorrow we might be a little bit later because I'm going to a shooting range.
And the man taking me says, we don't want to have to rush back for a show.
We want to be cool and relaxed as we.
I don't know if this is what we're going to look at this is.
First of all, what's amazing is that at this, the symmetry of this is beautiful, but the ripple.
I don't know if you can see this.
It's beautiful.
I asked as well.
They don't randomly go off in order to cause a live round to detonate in your hands, you'd have to put a nail on the back, whack it with a hammer.
And even then, all that would happen is it'd explode in your hand and wouldn't be a projectile.
It would just probably shred your hand as the casing explodes.
But so tomorrow's show might be a little bit late.
We're going to go over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com for the after party.
Let me give you all the link to that.
And let me just take some chat here before we do the raid.
